Location, personnel, amenities, design, food…..everything perfect
Friendly concierge and very helpful. Excellent boutique hotel with spacious clean, chic rooms in a fabulous location for tourists. Just off the central road between the castle and the restaurants. Great value. Ate breakfast in local restaurants as breakfast pricey but this was a fun experience choosing different places!
Hotel Flaner is an absolute hidden gem in Warsaw. After unexpected complications with our Airbnb reservation, we found ourselves making a last-minute booking at Hotel Flaner - a twist of fate that turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the kind of genuine hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare. The gentleman at the entrance looked after us as though we were returning home, while the reception team did everything possible to accommodate us and ensured we could access our room as early as possible. A special word of thanks goes to Mr. Łukasz, the duty manager, whose presence throughout our stay was remarkable. He was gracious, eloquent, professional, and engaging ,setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. The rooms were immaculate, beautifully appointed, and felt as though they had only just opened. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, the minibar was so well stocked, and every detail reflected care and attention. The location is outstanding - in the heart of Warsaw, right next to the iconic Bristol Hotel, making it the perfect base from which to explore the city. It is genuinely difficult to think of a single aspect that could have been improved. Every member of the team contributed to making our stay memorable. Our heartfelt thanks to everyone at Hotel Flaner. We look forward to returning.
Absolutely lovely hotel, beautifully and thoughtfully designed. Modern amenities in a perfect location to explore Warsaw. Especially appreciate the fantastic service provided by the concierge, Darek. He knew that we were celebrating several occasions and went out of his way to ensure that our stay was special. Would stay here again without hesitation.
Top location in the city centre. Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Good gym. Friendly staff. Unfortunate that only one elevator serves the whole building. And make sure you choose the local currency while paying the bill (their exchange rate is too high!)
The shower is excellent with good water pressure and both an overhead and a handheld spigot. It's fully enclosed so the bathroom floor doesn't get wet. There are two dispensers- one is a combined shampoo and shower gel and the other is hair conditioner. If you prefer a bar of soap you'll have to bring your own. There are no bathrobes or slippers either (which I don't mind at all but some people may miss). At the sink there are dispensers for hand soap and body lotion. The bed is softer than I would prefer (most Brits would be happy with the beds being that way however). The bedding is very comfortable, though. There is a kettle in the room and a coffee maker with pods. They have an excellent breakfast served from 6:30-11:00 for 99 zloty. The location is good. It's not far from the Old Town and there are many restaurants nearby. If you want a vegetarian meal the restaurant Falla is right nearby. If you are going to or from the airport and want to be environmental and/or save money it's easy to take the #175 bus. There are machines at the stops and on the bus that take credit cards to buy your ticket. The full fare is only 4.40 zloty- which is just $1.22 USD; 1.04 Euros or £.90. It's half price for seniors over 70 and students under 27 (2.20 zloty).
My husband and I spent two nights at the Flaner Hotel. I am so glad I found this hotel, as it was perfect in every way. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out. The rooms are beautiful, with everything you could ever need - including an iron and ironing board! The staff are all exceptionally helpful, friendly, polite and efficient. We ate in the hotel on the first night and the food was delicious and great value. The breakfast is also excellent, with both à la carte options, as well as a buffet - it is fantastic value. We would totally recommend the Flaner Hotel and it will be our hotel of choice when we return to Warsaw. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so fabulous!
I recently stayed at Flaner Hotel, WorldHotels Crafted for two nights with my husband while attending a Hyrox fitness competition in Warsaw. The hotel is undeniably stylish and very well located, which made it a convenient choice for our trip. Our room, while on the smaller side, was thoughtfully designed and perfectly adequate for a short stay. The bathroom was a highlight—modern, clean, and stocked with lovely Rituals products. We also appreciated the Nespresso coffee and selection of herbal teas in the room. Breakfast, however, was quite limited, and communication with staff proved challenging due to minimal English. Ordering from the à la carte menu was inconsistent and at times frustrating. Unfortunately, what really impacted our experience—and ultimately means we would not return—was how the hotel handled a private conference during our stay. On our second day, both the bar and restaurant were closed for this event. This was not communicated to us in advance or even at check-in, despite being key amenities that influenced our booking decision. When we raised the issue, the response from staff was dismissive and unhelpful, with no apology or attempt to offer any form of resolution. This was particularly disappointing given that we were part of a larger group of guests who had collectively spent a significant amount to stay at the hotel. It's a real shame, as the property itself has a lot going for it. However, the lack of communication and poor customer service left a lasting negative impression. Because of this, I would not recommend staying here.
What a terrific hotel…so good we decided to stay again. We were booked in at the beginning of our holiday, just for one night. We were due to stay at another hotel on the way back from the centre of Poland. We found this hotel so lovely, the staff, the bar, the breakfast, but most especially the deeply comfortable bed and pillows, that we decided to swap back to staying at this hotel for our return night stop. I just can't begin to tell you how wonderously comfortable I found the bed, firm enough to support, but so soft that I sank into it - I wanted to take the bed home with me. The staff were very welcoming, we arrived early on day 1. Our room wasn't ready (no surprise as we really were very early), however the lady at reception took my phone number and sent a WhatsApp when the room was good to go - which wasn't much later on. On our return, our travel agent (Lee Munn at Travel Counsellors, he's brilliant by the way) had requested an early check in. We arrived back at 11.30am to find the room was indeed ready - the same fantastic bed and the same lovely staff. The rooms are lovely, we had two different ones. Fabulous walk in shower with a proper sliding door which means that the floor doesn't flood, tons of room to shower in and excellent water pressure. Mini fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Only thing lacking was milk. Otherwise everything you could need, iron/board, safe, hair dryer plenty of hangers (for a change). Very clean, quiet. Lovely little bar area with great bar staff. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel - also there is a little pizza place just over the road and down the hill on the corner, about a minute walk away, absolutely brilliant pizza (that's all they do) and even at 4.30 on a Wednesday they were busy.
Modern, well appointed, super comfortable rooms; good service; and amazing location in the old town. I would highly recommend!
Everything perfect and impeccable. The breakfast is delicious. Special thanks to the amazing and helpful staff Magdalena and Piotr, they really helped me out when I had trouble with my flight and all. Highly Recommend!
We stayed at the Flaner Hotel Warsaw. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our stay was exceptional and thus we don't have any hesitation to recommend the Flaner Hotel to our guests. Well done to everyone and wishing you all a blessed Xmas and a Happy New Year. Ryan Attard Malta
A beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Warsaw, on the Main Street “Nowy Swiat” you enter through a lovely reception area that has the bar and restaurant leading off it. The bar has a great selection of drinks at normal prices which was a surprise ☺️ and a selective bar food menu. The room was spacious for our stay with a very comfortable bed and a good size bathroom. My wife requested a few extra comforts with were duly granted and upon arrival were ready. What makes this Hotel & stay memorable? The staff, warm, friendly and excited to see you. From the Flaner Hotel you get to anywhere in the city within short walking distance and literally 4 minutes away is the Presidential Palace. The area the hotel is in was in a film I watched while here and I was so excited! ( It was about the Warsaw uprising). I am due back in March for another short stay and this is where I will stay again, great value for the money . Thank you all at Flaner Hotel Warsaw 😍
We are currently staying in this hotel for our Anniversary. It is so beautiful, super clean Great location too! The room is lovely, quiet with good space. The two girls on the reception are lovely and super sweet. I would come again in a heart beat!
An excellent hotel, beautifully located for anything you are likely to want to do. In one direction, the "royal mile" and a ten minute walk to the rebuilt Old Town and New Town. In the other direction, a three minute walk to Novy Sviat street full of restaurants, and the Metro. Lots of bus lines nearby heading everywhere, including the airport. My room, facing the back on the third floor, was extremely clean and quite large. Everything looked new, the bed was extremely comfortable, and my stay could not have been more comfortable. I got a look at the rooms on the opposite side of the hotel on my floor, and they seemed to be odd, with slanted skylights instead of actual windows — so perhaps you want to ask for rooms on the same side as the elevator, facing the back rather than the the street. Criticisms? The room needs more lighting. The shape of my room was also a bit odd, with a slope in the ceiling that meant that the side of the room away from the bed was quite dark and got now benefit from the ceiling lights in the other half. This was inconvenient when I wanted to work at the small desk (which I did) since the only light there was a tiny lamp that sent its meager light straight down. A decent cheap floor lamp would solve that problem.
The Flaner is an excellent hotel. Exceptional location. Quiet area but just a few steps to the happening places. The rooms are big and furniture is new. All the staff are amazing, courteous, friendly and ready to help and guide. Special mention for Ms. Magdalena, Ms. Alina and Mr. Derek but all the people though I don't know their names. The staff at the restaurant were very good. It's the perfect place to stay. Thank everyone for our stay.
We stayed at this very centrally located 4-star hotel for 3 nights during the conference at the University of Warsaw, which is just steps away from the hotel. Location is great as it allows easy access to ewverything, inclusing the metro. Upon check in we were unlucky to get very novice front desk agent who struggled with our check in and allocated us the room 103, which is, as it turned out, one of the worst rooms in the hotel, despite our Diamond membership with their loyallty programme, which was totally ignored. Room 103 is next to the construction, which was noisy affair from 8am to 6pm every single day (no notice on the webpage!), and also during the night as sound insulation is non-existent and I was awaken multiple times when loud groups walked by in the middle of the night. Room was on the smaller size, but still nice enough, modern, clean, bed quality a bit too soft for my personal taste, breakfast was also quite good. Wi-fi fast and worked with no problem.
An excellent new hotel located in the heart of the old town. It offers a fantastic location, beautifully decorated rooms and very attentive staff. It provides outstanding value for the price. Would be staying there again for sure!
We stayed two nights only. The hotel was great. We loved the bed and bed sheets. The room was spacious, quiet, with good AC and dark drapes. Perfect location for us with walking distance to old town and close to the the fun novy swiat street that has lots of restaurants. The staff weee friendly and helpful. The gym was below par in terms of equipment
Room (311) was amazing. Large, spacious and with its own kitchen bench. Clean and very quiet. Hotel staff were perfect with good English skills. Bed king size amazingly comfortable. Location very good just a 5 minute walk to old town. They even supply bath robes and slippers.
New hotel, good location, great breakfast and superfriendly staff. Breakfast both buffet and to order - all super fresh. Quiet rooms and comfy beds. Stayed with group of friends for a 40th celebration and we were all very happy with the stay.
Superb luxury hotel in the heart of a superb city. We were spoilt from the second we arrived, they thought of everything. The room was huge and spectacular and we had everything we could need. The bed was massive and so comfy. The restaurant was amazing and Derek the concierge looked after us. No negatives at all for this hotel. Thank you.
