Best Western Plus Waller Hotel

Waller is a good town for economical rooms. Best Western is a little bit more than the rest, but I went with it and was glad I did. Very clean, even new looking. Convenient location, breakfast was out of the ordinary, very good. Check in was friendly and quick. Couldn't ask for more if you are a traveller

they had a very nice breafast buffet with lost of options. My dispointment came from the noise from the lobby and elevator, also the banging outside my window coming form the airconditor I assume. my night was sleeples.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean lobby and dining room. I have to have clean, very clean. Amenities were great, good in-room coffee, very comfortable bed, pillows and sheets. Breakfast was really nice!

Small hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. The location was great for what we stayed for. A short drive to shopping and restaurants. There is also a Shipley's Donuts across the street that we walked to in the morning for some fresh donuts. Not a high traffic area which was really nice.

Very clean. Comfy bed and cold AC. The breakfast service was excellent! The coffee machine was very impressive. Choice of regular coffee, espresso, cappuccino and decaf options! Waffle station with fruit toppings,yogurt machine with granola and fruit toppings!

In town for baseball tourney. Rooms, breakfast area, lobby were clean. Rooms made up and towels replaced in the morning, so we new we would be all set after a long hot day in the heat. Family enjoyed breakfast options.

Clean hotel, nice staff and great breakfast. The pool was clean also. We reserved a suite, nice large room with 2 queens and a sofa pull out. 2 TVs for this room and a coffee pot, microwave, and fridge. Clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds.

Stayed on our trip back for a wedding. Helpful and welcoming at front desk. Perfect stay. Comfortable all around. Best pillows ever. Giant room. Executive was great. I loved the setup. We had the suite.

This hotel is outstanding. Our first impression at check-in was amazing. Its so rare these days to be greeted by happy, smiling, service oriented folks, but you will certainly find them at this hotel. The hotel is spotless( thank you housekeeping staff) and the decor is fresh and bright. Can't say enough good about the woman in charge of the breakfast. The breakfast area was extremely busy but what an amazing job she did overseeing the breakfast buffet! We couldn't believe that one person could do it all but she made it look easy. The management should be commended in hiring such great people as well. I hope they work hard to keep their staff happy because thatt's where it all start. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We booked this hotel for a large group in town for a wedding. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff, especially Michelle, went above and beyond to make our experience great.

Stayed in a suite for 8 nights! Very nice room with plenty of space. Very comfortable. The lobby was beautiful and the dining area was very appealing as well. Breakfast every day was delicious and there was always something different from day to day. Definitely a place to stay for business or pleasure. The staff was very nice as well and on top of any requests. Highly recommend this place :)

Place is clean. The price is good and the beds are comfortable. They always accommodate our group. We have been staying here every time we travel for softball and it's always been the same. The place is always good.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well stocked breakfast and a very clean Hotel. Stayed many times and will continue to stay at this hotel when in the area. Getting to the property is easy and plenty of parking.

We blocked rooms for my daughters wedding weekend. The hotel and staff were very helpful. The staff went out of their way to ensure that our group was able to get together at the hotel.. Our group was able to get together before and after the wedding to socialize together.

I loved this hotel and its staff. I had been very skeptical of staying in a two start hotel, but this hotel surprised me. It was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Had a lot of family and friends staying alongside us and I did not hear a single negative comment.

Stayed two nights and had a great experience. Clean, great amenities, friendly staff that were super helpful. If I had to find one thing wrong it was simply that the luggage style that we found to be very inefficient. So basically this place is the bomb!

Nice, place to stay we had fun and the location as well as the staff are very nice people to deal with. If we are ever in that area we will definitely The food was very good and the rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable as well.

This is my second three day stay at this hotel. I actually had business in Brenham which is a 25 minute. Ive stayed in Brenham before at a particular hotel and was not satisfied with it or others in the Brenham area. I choose this hotel for its positive reviews. I found the reviews very accurate. A great location right off HWY290,very clean, quiet , and great staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms and service were very good. The only lights in the parking lot are at the door of the hotel leaving the entire parking lot very dark. This allowed several vehicle robberies causing extensive window damage to all of the vehicles. Having to drive 3 hours home in the rain without a passenger door window was difficult. Having to pay for the new window + installation was painfully expensive.

Clerk gave our room to another person while it had our luggage/valuables in it. We had to move an older lady to another room. Sheets were not changed. Clerk threw the room card at me when I was upset. Horrible!

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. The staff is not only helpful, but very nice and professional. The breakfast was very good as well. I will definetly be staying here more often.

The hotel all around was very clean! Every staff member I encountered was friendly, well mannered, and helpful. I only live 15 minutes from the place we came to just have a girls night (a friend her daughter and mine) and to use the pool. Since the pool was not busy they allowed us to stay past our check out time to swim. That really was the only reason for us staying at a hotel was to swim and they accommodated us. I highly recommend the hotel it was very clean and friendly staff. Thank you, you just don't get service like that anymore anywhere.

Hotel was very clean and nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quite. Employees were very helpful and nice. We were happy to know that this hotel was still offering a hot breakfast, and there was a good selection of food. Would definitely stay here if in the area again.

One night stay. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. The hallway was very cool when we entered. The room was clean. The floor lamp was a bit loose at the top. The A/C was fine. The TV did not work. It appeared that perhaps the batteries in the remote were dead. I went to the desk and easily obtained new batteries. Also the desk lady stated that if that did not fix it to call the front desk and she would come down to the room. The batteries did not help. I called. She came and rebooted everything. It cycled through its startup and then everything worked. Excellent service. Did not try the breakfast. The only bothersome thing was some chiming from the hallway. It seemed to be comming from some machine. It eventually stopped. Nice place. Minor issues.

Staff are amazing! Very friendly! Very clean place! Wife is in a boot from breaking her ankle and leg and they put us ground floor so she wouldn't have far to walk! Will stay again! Thank you for an awesome stay!

Rooms were lovely. Service great we came in through Waller, Texas instead of on Hwy 290 so we had a little trouble finding the hotel. It is easy off 290. The breakfast food was delicious. A group of cricket players were guest as well from California.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Best Western Waller. The pool was beautiful! The rooms are very clean and a nice size. Breakfast was hot and even included chicken and waffles! Would definitely come back next time.

Everything about this hotel shows that they pride themselves in customer service and cleanliness. This is the first time I have ever stayed at a Best Western and because of this experience It definitely won't be my last.

We stayed here after a wedding and it was perfect! They had a shuttle to take us to and from the venue. Staff was super friendly. Everything a very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Friend and I are traveling through Texas, we stopped here after Houston and LOVED that it was an easy 45 mins-1 hour drive away from the city. We got to the hotel and it smelled like new! The whole place smelled and felt so clean and our room was perfect. We only stayed one night but it would be great for a longer stay as well I'm sure. There was an amazing grab and go breakfast option in the morning. 10/10 recommend this place and would stay here again!

Out skirts, small town but quiet and remote. Not many people know where this town is. Stores nearby have all you need to accommodate your stay. We stayed during the ice and cold and was comfortable here. Was able to wash clothes and sleep in comfy bed really makes a difference. Clean room too and fair price.

Wonderfully clean hotel! Great staff! Stayed for a wedding. We used there meeting room to gather as a group. They were very accommodating. Staff had a sign at the desk greeting the wedding guests and grouped our rooms together.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. It is nice and new, fresh and clean. We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay! All of the staff were super kind, friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here should the need arise in that area again!

We stayed here for a softball tournament and the staff as well as the facility were EXCELLENT!!! Very friendly and very clean. We actually left an expensive set of uniforms and a phone, but Elizabeth had our back and is shipping them all to us!

The hotel was very clean, which was my number one concern because I usually clean and sanitize hotel rooms after I check in but it wasn't much for me to do. Breakfast was great, beds were comfortable and the overnight front desk lady was very polite. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I had the most pleasent stay here. Elizabeth and her team did everything they could to ensure my stay as well as our many roomed family/friends stays were top notch. They are truly amazing and have hospitality at heart. I was here for my wedding and if you don't know, those can be kind of stressful to manage. If you book with the Best Western Waller Plus team, you will cut that stress in half! Truly Truly amazing. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Such a wonderful surprise to find this beautiful and clean room so reasonably priced and in a somewhat remote location. I'm in this area once or twice a year and will definitely use this hotel again..

Our experience at Best Western Plus in Waller was 100% positive. The service was excellent. Enjoyed the little extras on the breakfast buffet. We stayed in a king room and enjoyed the layout and color scheme!

Came down for a family member's wedding. This place was awesome. Very easy to get to. Very friendly and knowledgeable personal. Very clean and well setup. Had great lighting on the outside and plenty of parking.

We had such a great experience at this hotel. The staff was so friendly and welcoming of 20 soccer players and parents. We thank them for working with us on price since we have to fundraise for most of our monies! Thank them for letting us eat our lunches in the breakfast room. ( again to save money) The girls will have such a great memory of this trip!

Stayed one night after attending a wedding at a nearby venue. This property is a little over a year old and very clean and modern. Our request for a quiet room was graciously honored and we slept soundly. Bed was not the Marriott beds we are used to but was comfy none the less. Made to order waffles, a few other hot items, and usual bread and cereal assortment rounded out breakfast. Machine coffee was surprisingly good. Only two complaints - towels could have been softer and bagels fresher. In spite of these two minor shortcomings, I would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Courteous staff. Very clean. Strong wi-fi.Work out room was clean and just enough equipment to raise a good sweat. Too cool to enjoy the pool. Free breakfast better than expected.Attendants kept evereything full and clean. Pleasant stay.

Went to a festival out in the middle of nowhere Texas. Was expecting an old rundown hotel. Was pleasantly surprised when it turned out to be fairly new, clean and very nice. Only downside is the fact your dining options in the area are mainly fast food. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We stay at this hotel to see my husband who works for the railroad. Town has great food, cute little shops and its just a short ways to the outlet mall right outside of Houston. Don't want to drive, several things within walking distance right around motel!

Had a issue using a 3rd party booking. But the staff exceeded expectations in helping us enjoy our stay and making it work out. Clean room, nice variety for breakfast, fast internet. I have never been treated with such respect and politeness and understanding with this staff even though I had a booking issue and knew I was upset. They handled so well. I would definitely visit again.

It was my first time in a very long time to stay at a Best Western but, this place is very nice and clean. I went to my room and it was very roomy again clean and the bed was great. So, if you are looking for a very nice Hotel this is the place you will realy injoy it.

Stayed here several times traveling back and forth from Midland while we were purchasing a new home in the area. People here are very nice and friendly. Rooms and hotel are very clean and comfortable. Let me check in early so I could get on my computor and get some work done. Breakfast is quite good. Price is great and a little out of the Houston crowds. Several little store and places to eat nearby.

We had an opportunity to stay overnight. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the property well cared for. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the beds. They were too soft for my preference.

Booked this hotel for a college soccer team to stay in before playing against PVAMU. Was very impressed with the cleanliness and overall experience. They were very helpful with our large group and accommodated everything that was asked.

I travel to this area for 6 weeks of a time and always stay at this location. Everything is great. I can not say enough for the accommodations and the staff.I request the 3rd floor and on a certain type of room and I am always accommodated.

Very nice hotel. Fairly new. Jake has great customer service. I booked 1 room needed for another night, plus needed another room. He took care of making sure it was close to the elevator, plus up graded the second room to a suite since we were platinum members. Room was clean, flat screen Tv, fridge & microwave. Ac worked great. Layout of the hotel was little different, but it was great. We'll stay here again when we're in the area.

Delicious Breakfast with Great Service from staff and fresh and clean bedroom and bathroom was spotless, would have stayed the whole week if I had more vacation time. My kids loved the Texas Sized waffles with all the toppings you could want, fresh yogurt machine with all the toppings to complement and big breakfast style self-serve buffet to satisfy you hunger and coffee was premium quality. Best Western does not cut corners on quality for their guests and it truly shows. Will definitely be returning soon.

From the moment we walked in and checked in to the day we checked out the staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were crisp and clean and the bed OH MY GOODNESS was so comfortable. The breakfast was hot and fresh and wonderful!!

I Stay at Best Western several times a month for work purposes. I really like the cleanliness there. I also like they have an early breakfast ready since my day starts very early. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Stayed at the hotel for about two weeks for work and had two rooms. The breakfast was delicious, front desk staff were always friendly, and the hotel WiFi was the best I've had in a long time. If you're looking for a hotel.with good breakfast, clean rooms, and fast WiFi, then I recommend them!

This brand new property has all the bells and whistles that a "Plus" hotel should. The thing that will bring me back, however, has nothing to do with the decor, fancy faucets, or meeting rooms; the staff is what makes the difference for me. Without the caring and obvious positive attitude, the hotel is just another place to sleep. Definitely worth the few miles out of the way!

If you use Best Westerns a lot, you'll know exactly what to expect as far as amenities and layout goes. In this case, though, the hotel is brand new (less than two months old from what staff told me) so everything is brand new and immaculate. I was the first person even booked into my room! I will say that although the dining area was cramped and undersized for the hotel, and the breakfast fare was typical hotel-mediocre quality, the staff was very friendly and professional. Always a smile!

My grandson , who is a student at PVAM, had surgery and this hotel was a great place to stay, near hospital and college. Everything is convenient to hotel. Had wake up call , great breakfast and very friendly staff.
