I ask for a 5:00 am wakeup call at the front desk, and also called from my room to make sure. The wake up call came at 6:00 am making me late for an appointment. I ask the front desk why the error, and was told that the motel was not responsible for my waking up on time. THEY BLAMED ME FOR THEIR LACK OF WAKE UP SERVICE!!
