Very good choice for family to stay in Vienna . Good rooms , all clean and works perfectly . Perfect location 5-7 minutes to subway line . Around a lot of grocery stores and cafe

I paid $190. Sucks.. Front desk guy was super nice. Other than that everything was terrible for the price I paid. Dirty and filthy hotel. Internet not working. Room service phone not working. Never got Wake-up call which I requested. Glad I didn't rely on this people. Bathroom had some terrible smell. I had to get an Air-freshner. Avoid this.. Only positive is front-desk guy is nice. He is not an owner.

We booked here for 2 nights, arrived late on the first night and were shocked, booked another hotel as soon as we checked in and left as early as we could the following morning. - Poor location - Depressing communal areas - Had to make up sofa bed yourself - Inadequate bedding - No towels - Stains/marked bedsheets - Weird reception set up/staff - Unusable shower Please do not stay here.

Pros: Both ladies I met at reception were very nice. The booking process, including parking, was smooth and communication was hassle-free. Cons: The space from the reception to the apartment itself seems a bit strange for an international chain apartment hotel. The colors are outdated, the materials are cheap, and although it's probably not old, it looks worn out. The apartment was spacious but looked worse in reality than in the photos. Cleanliness was not great, there was mold in the shower, dirty dishes in the cupboard (yes, the previous guest could have left them there, but they should have found them during cleaning; you don't want dried rice on your plate), a decorative pillow on the bed with suspicious stains... The furnishings were somewhat mismatched, as if they had bought whatever was on sale. There was some damage and wear and tear in places, the worst being the cabinet under the sink with veneer peeling off everywhere. When we arrived, the apartment was air-conditioned to a very low temperature and it took us quite a while to do something about it. In addition, someone probably had sprayed some cheap, not very pleasant air freshener into the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms - when it was turned on, it spread a strange smell. I would rate the comfort of the bed as below average. We spent the night there after a tiring rainy journey from the Alps, and the 11 a.m. check-out is fine for Austria, had some sleep, but it wasn't a great experience.

We stayed here in April 2025. Nice clean place and in room coffee hence the 2 stars. AC was not working and the staff said “open windows”… I think we paid for the “whole” room. They made us claim stairs with luggage as many of their rooms aren't directly reachable by elevators. Don't get carried away by “best” western branding. They aren't the best or even near best

Good location, good Breakfast, huge apartment, full kitchen, well appointed. All around nice hotel. Really like the fact that it's on the bike route from downtown across the danube river. Easy access to all of the museums and points of interest

It is a Grest place to stay while at Vuenna - we have been there few time a day we really enjoy each stay. Very good rooms and location including the price against the service. We fo really recommend the hotel. Very close to the Prater and the Daniub River.

Very good hotel, located very close to everything (4 supermarkets, 2 cosmetics stores, many restaurants, a park, a church, subway station, etc.). Personell very polite and helpful. Very clean, not only in the guest rooms, but also in the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was extraordinary, fit for any taste! Rooms spacious, kitchen well prepared with tools, internet excellent! I had a wonderful vacation and intend to return soon ❤️

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I paid in advance 3 days and 2 nights. There was no hot water in the room. On two occasions, I told the staff that there was no hot water and that I could not take a shower. They said that they would call the plumber and that he is on his way to come. When I returned to the room in the evening, still nothing from hot water.On the way out - check out, they asked me if everything was okay, of course, I said it wasn't because I didn't take a shower in a 4-star hotel, that they didn't solve the problem with hot water even though I told them... The boy at the reception just smiled and said - sorry. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, the service is nothing, the basic need of every traveler - to wash themselves, they have not solved. Terrible. horror.

Don't even consider this hotel. You have to make up the sofa bed yourself. Linen dirty and smelt when go to make it up. The shower leaked a yellow poo brown liquid that we had to put towels over it so we could stand in the bathroom (They claim modern bathrooms). Room not serviced, no new towels and rubbish not removed even though we had sign on the door to make room up. Claim it's a fully equipped kitchen, well no toaster and the cooking device has no instructions and the pans are out of shape from excessive heat and dirty. No tea towel provided and no dishwasher tablets. You have to buy the coffee pods to use in the room for coffee. The Asian front desk person couldn't have cared and just said to complain to manager next day. I walked into reception the next day to hear how abruptly and disgustingly he was speaking to a guest so I didn't even bother speaking to him. Such a disappointing stay and disappointed Qantas Airlines even recommend this place. Don't waste your money as there are far better hotels than this 1 star accommodation.

We had some difficulties getting to it at first, parking was difficult as well when we got there. Don't let the first impression fool you. Once we unloaded the car and parked in a remote secure parking area went back to the room and was pleasantly surprised. The room was great and amenities close by matched.

The room was very spacious and quit. Coffeecups and tea available just as tablets for the dishwasher. Kitchen was well equiped. Underground is just 5 minutes walk away as well as the wiener bike station. Supermarket is just next door. Would highly recommend this hotel.

No Internet, disconnects every 5 minutes. I've been promised every day that it will be fixed tomorrow, my patience ran out on day 6, which is today. Will ask for refund, shall see how it goes. Staff is nice and polite, breakfast is mediocre, cleaning includes only taking the trash out, sadly no real cleaning. Nice bar on reception. Still, a hotel with no internet in 2022 is simply unacceptable, Drei SIM card won't work on second floor rooms as well.

Great location. The nearby Mexico platz is a great place to relax outdoors. It's newly renovated and most importantly for summer, has individual air conditioning. Rooms are spacious. Many restaurants in walking distance and underground parking (18€/day) Friendly staff will assist you with anything you require. Very close to hop on hop off bus, access to the underground and river cruises. We did experience a few renovation related technical difficulties but they were quickly resolved.
