I have visited with my family before 2 dys from the reception to restaurent every staff are just humble and polite rooms are just simple and clean.buffet breakfast was good there are total of 25 item with good taste overall 5rating best place for family

This is my 2nd visit in best Western tirupati compare to previous stay this time was excellent service provide by staff cleaned rooms with good breakfast and good darshan also over all good we enjoyed spl thanks frot desk mam she was so helped thanks to best Western

Compliments- Rooms were clean and hygienic, staff was cooperative and prompt in service, restaurant food was excellent. Concerns and suggestions- need more attention on the room and bathroom sanitations as rooms were smelling with (cigarette) smoke odour when we checked into the room inspite of non-smoking room category. My best trip in tirupati in recent visit usually we preferred best western in all over India as usally their service really it's good so nice breakfast spl thanks to Mis Gayathri she was so kindfully & helpfull overall we enjoyed

Pathetic pathetic room service dirty rooms not clean at all and manageable staff and professional behaviour bathroom stinks bed sheet and pillows was not clean, amenities were not there in the room in spite of many of the calls given to reception and housekeeping nobody turned up for any help in washing was incorrect request due to please avoid this hotel

Me and my wife enjoyed our stay at Best western hotel we stayed from 27 to 29 Aug 2021 The Staff was extremely helpful, rooms were excellent & food was great and Highly recommended to stay in this hotel

Good Hospitality. Service is excellent. Breakfast is good with all South Indian dishes and rooms are clean and hygienic well maintained. Good stay for corporate clients and would suggest this hotel for my friends and Collins.

Very nice experience good hospitality service and maintenance like to visit again . Buffet breakfast is a good experience of tasting cold and hot breakfast and also North and South breakfast dishes. Clean and hygienic room maintained. Immediate response for guest requirements.

I stay in Best Western Tirupati hotel most frequently since the last 4 years. It is one of the best hotels I found in Tirupati. Hotel rooms are clean and maintained well. House keeping staff are responsible and attend to needs of the guests on time. Most importantly, front desk staff are well behaved, pleasing and attend guests with satisfied manner. Hotel lobby is clean and maintained very well. I recommend this hotel for many more guests. Worth for money with good experience.

I stayed in this Hotel for two days and find that rooms are very clean, food quality and taste are excellent. I find all staff are very careful, Specially Mr. Barun is a aset for this Hotel, the way he care his guest comfort... I am amazed with his services. Thank you Miss.Sarada, I really appreciate your consideration / time for early check-in. The front office team was also really helpful. I would recommend this hotel to pilgrims who are looking for early check-in. However, I would suggest to talk to hotel management prior.

I had stayed with family after visiting tirumala. The hotel is located on the highway and rooms are clean though a bit overpriced. Linens and towels can do with some better upkeep. The free breakfast was not good, and is best skipped. The room service closes at 1030 pm and we could not get anything as we returned close to midnight from tirumala. Overall, a basic functional hotel, overpriced for the facilities. Resteraunt needs to improve.

Last time during my visit to Tirupati, I stayed at this hotel. Hotel is new. well maintained. Room ambience is very good. This hotel is located very closed to Tirpati town also. But the system and process are missing in this hotel. For example, Access key card don't work properly. After setting right the problem room was opening but power is not getting connected to room. AC is not switching ON etc. These are irritants after tiring long wait in temple for darshan. But this can be improved easily with better management.

We stayed in this property during August'2019. Compact and clean room. Comfortable bedding and clean linen. Toilet / Bath space is just about enough. Overall the tariff is bit high for the staying comfort (with respect to size of the room / toilet). This, however, one may tend to overlook on the ground of the hotel being in a temple town. We had our dinner in the hotel restaurant and pleasantly surprised with the taste and quality of food. We especially liked their Dal Makhani. We 3 adults stayed in the room (paying for extra person) yet we received Towel / complementary items only 2 people. We didn't have much time to take up the issue with the hotel administration. The location is ok only if you have cab (own/arranged) as it is nearly 3 kms away from Tirupati bus stand and 6 kms away from Alipiri Gate. We booked through online and was told that Check-in / Check-out is 12 pm and 24 check-in / check-out is available only if we book direct with hotel. I wonder if anyone will be able return back by 12 noon if their temple darshan time is in the morning? In my opinion 12pm check out is very stiff for those visiting Tirumala from Tirupati. I later learned that 12pm-12pm check-in / check out is the norm across hotels / cities if we book travel portals. We got to be careful about it.

I was little dicey after reading the review on the tripadvisor about this hotel but the hotel is very neat & clean the service of the staff was very efficient the rooms was neat & clean was large enough to breathe & relax. The hotel is very good location all the places are near by they even help you in getting auto , also guide & advice about you the near by spots. Rest I don't find any complains in the hotel.

Hi , I had an opportunity to stay there this week , based on the reviews, and i was very happy with my comfortable stay , thou it was just for a night it was nice , little away from the hustle and bustle of the main town center on renigunta road , was greeted by very courteous staff and the rooms were spacious and neat. The good thing here is the staff are very flexible to one's needs and allow you to book food from food delivery partners too. Will come again !!

I Booked This Hotel Through GOIBIBO And Cleary Mentioned Triple Occupancy For The Room But Hotel Charged Me For Extra Bed And Not Given Any Receipt For Same. They Have Only 1 Anser U Have Booked Through GOIBIBO Talk To Them. so with family waiting u have no option but to accept irrational charge without any recipt. WELL GOIBIBO APLOGISED ON HOTEL BEHALF AND REFUNDED THE AMOUNT PAID AT HOTEL IN GOCASH PLUS FORM. But THIS IS VERY POOR FROM BEST WESTERN SIDE. No recipt or bill issuing creates doubt in mind.

Best western is of the renowned budget property across the globe. The rooms were clean and spacious, the breakfast and dinner were great. Perfect taste. Courteous staff. The Tirupati property is located in the heart of the town. Overall Loved the stay.

I booked through goibibo clearly mentioning occupency for 3 (1 couple and my 12 year Kid) the hotel said goibibo paid for double occupency as 12 yr kid will be charged for extra bed. Goibibo said its their intarnal policy and hotel said talk to goibibo. Whereas goibibo increased hotel fare on adding 12 yr kid and goibibo customer care said 12 yr kid is equilent to adult and added charge was for extra person to stay in room but matress charge is on hotel. Feeling cheated. The extra bed charge is almost 50% of room charge. I reached at 11.45 pm at that time i have no option. Also hotel said to goibibo that it was mentioned to guest at checkin about charge. We are 3 families and have 2 pay cha rge for all 3 rooms At the end feeling cheated by association of goibibo and best western

Hi I just checked in the hotel best Western tirupati and they given me room 214 the room is very dirty full of hair in the bed and informed front office Mr. Ram he changed the room and that room also same problem very pathetic un hygienic bathroom WC is very dirty full of ladies hair in bathroom floor and WC and flush is very dirty full of water stains in all Stainless Steel fittings and bucket and mug also very dirt bathroom tumble glass is un hygienic bathroom and bedroom totally the room is very pathetic I never stayed like this pathetic hotel before.

I think it is among the newer hotels in Tirupati. Clean and tidy property. Situated right on the main road , bustand railway station are reasonably closeby. We stayed for 2 days but hardly spent time in the hotel. Staff is attentive. Overall a comfortable stay.

I stayed at Best Western, Tirupati during my visit to Tirupati Balaji for a night along with my parents. The location of the hotel is good with basic facilities. The breakfast spread was good and the taste was good as well. Recommended for a short stay.

Hello Travellers, Sorry for late rivews was busy with work, visited this property on 21.08.2018 for tirupati temple visit stayed here for 2 nights 3days i.e from 21.08.2018 to 23.08.2018. 1. Location - its situated in mid of road to Tirupati ricksaw will charge you 250 ₹ from renigunta station .. thats expensive for 6 kms ride... however you have ola, uber taxi service avaiable but thats the same price.... 2. Hotel - one of the best business class hotel i have stayed in life for cheap prices (2,722 ₹) for 2 nights booked a month in advance via makemytrip.com, have very clean rooms and bathrooms, all amenities present for a business class hotel, didnt need anthing that they didnt have, from shaving kit to hair dryer, food is cheap however if you book rooms with breakfast then its worth it...breakfast is too expensive for the a la carte menu. ohh. for information its pure veg restaurant hotel without bar. 3. Staff - prompt and helpfull, no doubts about it. stayed in room no.401... they dont have a view for city from most of the rooms, but hotel has kept ambiance of rooms as such you dont need to look outside. best part is needed to stay more to enjoy luxury of hotel but could not as visit for tirupti temple was scheduled so stayed only on evenings and early mornings. ohh and wifi is fast and free to use. no parking of more then 4 cars... in front of hotel{dedicated}, bathrooms are small but that is not a problem.

Pros: Pretty decent place for family... Comfortable stay... Check-in process was quick and the staff was helpful... Room service was prompt.. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and provides modern amenities... Free WiFi was given (though we didnt use)... Located a bit away from the main city and hence there was not much traffic.. Cons: Very small bathrooms... No covered car parking.. Restaurant was highly priced and the service was very slow..

Our team had a marvelous stay in Tirupati at the Best Western Hotel. Comfortable rooms, very good service and excellent customized dining too, must recommend the hotel's Restaurant for homely and hygienic food. The one month duration stay for our team was turned into a wonderful experience not only because of the comfortable rooms in this hotel, but because of the warmth shed by the entire staff, be it the staff managing the restaurant or the staff responsible for house keeping. The chef was able to deliver all the custom made food ordered all along the month and had put an amazing taste consistency to all the dishes..If you are planning the darshan and need to buy a free darshan ticket, then the bus stand is also nearby and conveyance is available easily. Once again would like to thank the entire staff especially Barun, Antika, Dipank, Susanta to name a few and ofcourse Manager Mr. Krishna...

Hotel is quite well built as per required standards of quality chain. The staff at front office needs to be updated and customer friendly. The front office manager ego huge. The breakfast spread was good, specially the hot side serving. The room service and house keeping staff was quite friendly and understood the needs of the customer

This is a small 3 star hotel close to the city. I visited with family in 2017 and stayed for 3 days. They have parking in the front for 4-5 cars. Rooms were little small but nothing much to complain. I had taken 2 rooms. Hotel restaurant provides breakfast in the morning which was included in the price. Though breakfast had many items, taste was not good. My suggestion avoid the hotel restaurant.

The hotel is within the city limits and close to the main City Bus terminal and we'll connected. Could do better in terms of service and amenities that were provided. Could think of an alternative 3star in this price range.

The hotel is quiet and very clean. The staff is excellent and helpful. It has all the modern facilities like a gym. The hotel has a veg restaurant with great food. It is located quite centrally not very far from the railway station and bu stop and also the Tirumala gate at the foot hills.

It is located very close to the railway station, reasonable price with all facilities but Services are slow. Room telephone doesn't work. Restaurant guys forget switching on AC.house keeping is also like that. Management should focus on these aspects seriously. If those drawbacks are rectified it may get 4 to 5 stars definitely.

We stayed in this hotel during darshan of Shri Balaji. Hotel cleaning, hospitality was good. Food within restaurant was excellent. Mr. Dipak is well mannered and polite executive of hotel. We will recommend everyone to stay here if you are visiting Tirupati.

It is a no nonsense hotel for solo and business traveller's although the rooms were a bit cramped for a family. Maybe they have bigger rooms for the family. The hotel is on the airport road so that helped me as I was on a whirlwind tour and had to catch a early morning flight. The reception guys were polite, ready to help and very professional. Will stay and recommend.

Was on a family visit to Tirupati balaji last week... loved what I saw. Rooms are super. Stay here is a comfortable experience. Their restaurant is also good. Breakfast is good spread..Go ahead if you are used to 4 or 5 star experience. Won't be disappointed. Do try the south Indian food at their restaurant. Really good.

Visited and stay @ hotel and the place is gud to stay Nd fooding is also gud as we are from North and was in impression how the food will be. But we love the food ,preparation ,hospitality. Room with minimum space. Rear end rooms are disturbed with trains sound. Can't enjoy tv due to dish problem. Limited open parking area for vehicles without covered. The complimentary breakfast was good and tasty.

The picture shown in the Trip Advisor "Best Western" logo is not true rather the logo of "BW" was the right one. Both pictures were posted on the trip advisor and I believe it is to mislead people with brand. I did checked-in on Sep 8th for 1 night and for personal reasons I had to check-out within few hours. Nothing to blame the hotel on this front. Over-all quality, cleanliness is probably ok and I guess it meets 3 star category. Bathroom is clean and neat. Safe deposit locker was available and much needed. Room size is extremely small (Double bed). Breakfast: did not try;

I don't really understand the fuss related to the check-in timings. Lot of waiting time to check-in irrespective of having so many vacant rooms. Pathetic service. Breakfast is awful. Rooms are stinky and not cleaned properly. This is not like the usual Best Western Chain of hotels.

I booked this looking at the reviews before me and I am sorry to say this hotel is average at best. Rooms are okay, not enough lighting, walls had mould and bathroom floor had insects. Food was good however very overpriced. Overall not very impressed. Book at your own risk

My family and my brother family stayed on 22/05/2018 in this hotel for one night, and found that hotel rooms and amenities are superb and the reception staff is also very cooperative.food is also good. we forget some luggage at lobby and leave the hotel but the hotel concern people called us and hand over the luggage to us. very thank full to them. next time defiantly i will be staying in that hotel only

I recently stayed at the hotel in the 2nd week of April 2018 along with my family. I was shocked to find that the hotel is under renovation and they had not informed me about the same even though my booking was done a month in advance. They allotted us two rooms that seemed like they were in the midst of a construction site (in corridor). The floor of the rooms was dusty and we had hard time walking barefoot. Our complaints to the front office staff went unheard since they expressed inability to do anything about it. Apparently there were only 4 - 5 guests in the hotel. Surprisingly, there was no attempt made from hotel side to do anything about the issue - at minimum they should have had the GM / hotel manager talk with the guests personally. To add to the list of complaints, our bathroom lock was not working and the bedsheet was torn (in room 206). Overall, a very unpleasant stay and poor experience. Even if they renovate their property, I am amazed at their brazen attitude to charge customers the full fare even though they provided extremely sub-standard rooms!

We stayed here with our family.. Staff was good and even food at restro was nice. i would recommend others for stay. Its not far from Bus stand where we need to take bus for darshan. Get down on Renugunta Junction and take auto for Hotel check in

Rooms are well maintained; quality of breakfast and room service food is good; staff is courteous. Good location - about 10 minutes from the highway and 3 min from the main bus stand by car. We had a comfortable stay here.

This is part of the international chain of hotels. Though the rooms are small but these are clean and comfortable. Staff has been helpful to us but with a constraint that they are not very comfortable in speaking Hindi or English. Toiletries provided in the room can be better. Parking outside the hotel is very bad. My low profile sedan car still has a broken front bumper which is a result of this car park. Buffet breakfast is tasty and well served but has very limited spread/ choices. They are serving only vegetarian food. The hotel is next to a railway track which creates a lot of disturbance in your sleep with every passing train.

Room is very comfortable. Has in-room tea coffee. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Basic toiletries provided. Continental & Chinese food was good. Did not like the Dal Khichadi. Buffet breakfast has good variety. Staff is un-intrusive and services all your needs. But they could be a bit more enthusiastic. Autos charge Rs. 100 from railway station to the hotel. A shared rick from hotel to bus stand costs Rs. 10 per person.

Nothing about this hotel is right. Rude staff. We were there for two days and not once did I see someone smiling or talking politely; guess it flows for the top management there. Very dirty corridors. The carpet in the corridors was dirty, with food and all kinds of garbage thrown. No one cared to clean despite we pointing it several time. Rooms are small with leaky bathrooms. NIGHTMARE: Through a mirror I was able to see the guy cleaning the bathroom. He picked up the bathing towel to used it to clean the toilet seat !! I told the GM, who had nothing to say/ask but for a I dont care about it kinda apology. The restaurant is understaffed for breakfast. with more than 30 guests eating there are hardly 2 waiters, on both the days. But for the nice darshan of Lord Venkateshwara Swami, this trip otherwise would have been a disaster.

Best western might be a great name but it's not worth the money or suitable for a trip to Tirupati. The hotel staff is polite but are mostly unable to communicate in Hindi or English. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The restaurant is is quite small, food quality is good and breakfast is typical South Indian food on all days.

I have never ever come across such a pathetic experience. The problem started much before Check In itself, where one person from the hotel calls u n confirms your reservation and while rechecking the other person says no reservation under your name. Being a single lady traveller who reaches Tirupati at early morning 2 I was really freaked out. And Mr. Satheesh who is working, reception or reservations in the hotel who doesn't even know how to behave or talk to a lady. And as they have confined me a late Check Out at 15:30 hrs without any charges later saying that late Check Out at tat time will be one night charges. Not at all suitable place to stay for a person who respects himself. Not even for a trial never ever go to the hotel .. Try not to go even by mistake. Pathetic Services from Hotel.

Nothing great here. We booked 5 rooms. Hot water takes 20 minutes to come. You are not sure finally you will get hot water - all rooms. Car park for 5 cars. Adjacent under construction building had 4 slots for car park but the road level was such that my bumper got damaged. Rooms were good. Some relief. You get much more value in rs 1200 range in tirupati. Went as a marriage party, so ok.

Was there in August for a day stay. Pleasant staff and general cleanliness good. Rooms very comfortable. No issues with wifi. Breakfast god typical South Indian vegetarian. Would recommend to fellow travellers to the region.

Booked 2 rooms for our 3 days 2 night stay. The pictures shown in their website is not even close. Dirty receptions, couches not maintained at all, room corridor carpets was sooooo dirty. Rooms were dirty as well. Bathroom door damaged. Noisy due to nearby railway track. Breakfast was so-so, nothing to shout about. There was even drilling sound and it was difficult to sleep. I was so dissapointed and had gone out to check on other hotels to stay but our bad luck none was available. It's clearly an embarrasment to Best Western hotel chain.

The rooms were ok but, bathroom wasn't clean at all. We couldn't walk in bare footed. No consistent hot water in the shower. They provide only mattress for extra bed with no bed. Staffs were also not friendly.

The Hotel Rooms were small but comfortable. Felt like full value for money. Staff was pretty good and helping. We hired a car through the hotel for visit to temple. The driver was very helpful and guided us throughout in TTD. Food was good through a little pricey but may be worth the money. Overall it was a great vacation for us...

This hotel is proof that an international brand can have a very local face - which is good when it comes to people and food - but not when it comes to local standards of cleanliness. The bathroom was not spick and span, the bed linen was a tad frayed, the room was looking tired... Though the food was good and the people were helpful, it will be good for Best Western to ensure that the basics that they stand for are not flushed down a rather dirty toilet.

Very nice spacious rooms with lot of cleanliness and ameneties. The cost is not too high and the hotel has a restaurant which serves good food. The pricing is also decent compared to the value we get in terms of facilities and service.

We were here for Lord Balaji Darshan. The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable with friendly staff. Rooms are decently done and takes care of basic amenities. The restaurant service is good and food is fine. Staff at restaurant looks lost at times if it is running 70% full, a thing to improve for them. Overall a good budget hotel.

Receptionist telephoned at 7pm when i was in a meetin and told to vacate room by 9pm as there is no vacancy. No prior information was given regarding non availability of rooms. Kept calling frequently till i reached hotel. Room service was also poor.

This hotel is located very close to foot hill of Tirumala foot hills. It is about 6 km distance from the Garuda Statue from where the Ghat section starts. We booked a room which decently sized for a comfortable overnight stay. The room, bathroom & linen was clean & tidy. There was no fridge in the room. The bath room did not have thootpaste, but other toiletries were available. There is railway track right behind the hotel. So you might hear the sound of the train occasionally. The sound of the train may be a little loud especially if your room is located at the rear end of the hotel. The breakfast was fairly good. Overall with a little bargain we got a good deal inclusive of breakfast & tax which was a good an overnight stay at Tirupati.

The location of the hotel is close from Renigunta Junction [just about 5-8 mins drive]. The amenities provided are great and the rooms are well maintained. We stayed in triupati for few days and spent a day in Best Western. I wasn't expecting such cleanliness and quality of room. I sure was blown away by the quality and the cost of the room. When you have to stay for a day or two in Tirupati, you need to check this place out.

I stayed here for one night on 25-Aug-2016. We took 2 rooms. It was a last minute booking I had to do due to some emergency after I came from Tirumala to Tirupati. My expectation was that the rooms would be average, passable and I have to just spend a night here after all. But it was all pleasant surprises after I have entered the hotel. The location is quite easy to spot and in the middle of the city. The ambiance of the lobby, reception, lifts, restaurant and the common areas is modern and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, very neat and clean. The food is tasty. The staff is very courteous. Overall, it's 10 out of 10. For a small amount I have paid per room night, this is a great value for money. We forgot one important hand bag before check out; the staff has called us after 40 minutes to alert us and returned it back. It has money, and some bank cards in it.

Nice cosy place conveniently located for families visiting tirupati on a budget. The breakfast buffet is a nice add on ,it's a basic basic spread but nice. I slept greaaaaaaaattttt. I woke up refreshed every day.

Its a small Hotel and view from the restaurant of the Tirumala hills is a beauty. We had a very good experience staying in this hotel. Hospitality of the staff was very good. Breakfast spread was wide and tasty food. Great ambiance and very well maintained property. All in all a Value for Money stay. The hotel location is convenient. The rooms were clean even though there was a slightly jaded look - not commensurate with the fact that it's a new hotel. Bathroom fittings seem to come apart easily.For example - our washbasin stopped was not working (it was not allowing water to go through). When we called housekeeping, his solution was to just pull the stopped and leave it hanging in mid air to allow water to drain! However our main grouse started when we found a cockroach in the morning tea in room service. And the really shoddy way in which this was handled by the hotel staff. Their only objective was to somehow remove the evidence of the tea from our room. As a replacement they got us 1 cup of tea (we had ordered 2 cups) and then charged us for 2 during check-out. Such gaffes don't really help an already upset customer. The staff had a tired / disinterested look - especially in the restaurant. The food was OK - nothing great. Stick to regular Indian food, and you should be fine. My kids ordered pasta - and what came for Arrabiata seemed to be cooked in paneer gravy.

Stayed at this hotel along with my family in Aug 2016. The room was very neat and clean. The bathroom was a bit cramped (especially if you have toddlers who need help) but was clean. The staff was very helpful and willing to help. The food was average and a bit over priced.

Stayed for a night only... I would say a nice clean small hotel or rather should be called bed and breakfast kind of stay. They only have veg menu but you can order non vegetarian food also. It is next to a railway line but was not noisy as anticipated initially.

these days , i try to go for a brand in spite of the fact that you may get more value for money and local hospitality and interiors when you stay in a localized hotel . decision to stay in best western was influenced by that thought only . also it is very near to the stop , renigunta road where buses coming from enter the city of tirumala. as expected the room, linen, bed, decor was up to the mark . breakfast in the morning was also quite good . rail track on the other side of the building and those auto shops on the road are dampeners.

Booked through make my trip and I could not check in by 6.30 PM and received a call from front office to confirm my arrival to avoid any inconvenience at late night check in.My compliments to them. Though the rooms are small room is very clean and comfortable and location is easily accessible. When called room service for dinner the person attended the call could not conversant with neither Telugu nor English and ultimately I had to order my food from outside . The breakfast is South Indian and very tasty.

A new hotel with good rooms. Good location, only a few km from the Tirupati Temple. Reasonable pricing. Friendly and professional staff. My family and my friends family (a group of 8) were were travelling together and this caused a bit of confusion at the hotel. Ambiance: spartan; but cleanliness needs to be improved right at the entrance to the property. There is general apathy in keeping the premises spick and span( just needs lil bit of attention) Front Office: helpful; professional; service oriented; but can be prepared well to provide welcoming experience to guests. Ex: getting ready with all the preprinted forms so that they can be simply signed off; specially when the guests have booked the rooms online Rooms: spacious enough to accommodate two people comfortably; King size bed rooms are far better. Well appointed with good quality toiletries. Housekeeping: definitely needs improvement. Both the cleanliness in general( within and outside the rooms) and responsiveness( to guest requests) to be improved. Restaurant: situated on the ground floor is biggest disappointment. Neither the quality of food nor the service is upto the mark. So is the case with the cleanliness of cutlery and environment. There is no Thali system; only A la Carte. Staff takes inordinate time to attend are not even aware of the classic Andhra food item such as Pesarattu. It appears the operation of the restaurant is either outsourced or manned entirely by North Indian staff. They are yet to get to grips with the local cuisine and customs. Ofcourse, staff need to be attended and gain their attention to get the service delivered. Breakfast Spread: its OK; but the quality( tastiness) of food needs to be improved. Checkout: is a breeze. Concierge is good. Overall: it's just OK. Location: property is far away from the main central bus stand( wherein the action is) If you have the vehicle to commute, then its ok; else one may have to negotiate with autowallahs..though the location is accessible( around 2km from bus stand on Renigunta road after Hotel Bliss) Food: its better to try out Hotel Minerva/Mayura/Bhimas for the food; as this restaurant has limited south Indian choice for lunch/dinner. Guess staff are in the process of adjusting to the new property and its customs...definitely a good value for money acco if the service levels are improved and if you get a good deal on OTA like makemytrip or goibibo.

I had been to the abode of Lord Balaji with family and friends on the 19th of December. The stay was booked with the help of trip advisor reviews and the service was excellent. The reception staff especially Mrs. Sarada was very helpful as they answered the queries prior to our arrival and on arrival at Tirupathi. The hotel ambiance was really good and the rooms were very neat and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was really excellent. We felt at home in the hotel due to the personal interaction of the entire staff. I would definitely stay at the hotel whenever i visit Tirupathi. The only difficulty i experienced was that there was some technical hitch of the WIFI which was duly rectified.

Over all the hotel was very nice. Service and presentation is impressive. We love to visit again .Thank you for your wonderful service and food front desk service was awesome with better service CHECKIN AND CHECKOUT IS SO SIMPLE

It was not too bad for the stay we had. Slightly away from the town area but it was ok. The only set back was the information was lacking. The locals hardly knew the timing of the temple sevas or the criteria of the Tirumala Seva entry. Food wise it was not bad..beggars cant be chosers. On the whole it was average. We had to wait so long for house-keeping for towels, additional bed and bedding. That was a minus point.

First things first. The front desk staff at this Hotel are provided us excellent service and care with personal touch. The front desk manager Pavan is especially appreciated for his tireless service and politeness. Pavan and his staff tried very har to make for the infrastructure short comings of the Hotel. The second high point is the taste of food served at the restaurant. Every thing else about this Hotel leaves lot to be desired. I felt terribly cheated by Best Western group for selling this Hotel at a five star price, not with standing the following limitations: 1. Hotel is relatively far from the city center. Food, transportation, shopping and temples, every thing is away (compared to many other good hotels in town) 2. Property is too small with limited parking face and rooms are too small for even a two member family in this temple town. 3. The property is next to a Railway Track and train noise don't let us sleep in the absence of sound proofing. 4. Mosquitoes occupied entire hotel making nights very difficult to bear. 5. In room amenities are very poor and bath rooms stink with poor draining system. 6. Inadequate staff at the Hotel. Front desk staff double to serve in the restaurant also. There are many more features that make me feel that, the hotel is a glorified small town lodge. While, we are extremely pleased with service attitude of the staff, we feel cheated by Best Western for selling the rooms in the property at exorbitant rates. Best Western should really take stock of what it is selling to its loyal customers.

Nice hotel - I will recommend at the price point - definitely Value for money. Nothing much to do at the hotel itself - this is good for travellers who want to sleep at night and move around during the day. There is a Gym, but we didn't use it. Pros: 1. Room is nice with 3* star standards. Central A.C, in room water heater, good bathroom. Bed is also good, a little small but good enough for a couple. If you have kids, then might need extra bed! 2. Food (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) was good on all the occasions we tried. 3. People at reception area were very helpful and even helped with a color print out of the darshan ticket without any cost. 4. Free wifi in the room - and good speed as well Cons: 1. On one of the days of breakfast, there were only 2 people managing the entire crowd - seemed like others were on leave! Next day was fine. 2. There is a rail line behind the hotel, so you might here some train horns - but not really disturbing, still good to know.

One of the best hotel in tpt and staff was very good rooms very comfortable and the best choice is best Western ,the restaurant and food is very good facilities is good it was the good and fantastic hotel .

Despite being international chain of hotels, language still remains to asking for as majority of the staff can't be interacted with either national Hindi or international English.Management extended every possible cooperation to see the stay and facilities provided making stay more than pleasant though overlooking a request to send pick up to airport on time. Wifi within room is also problem.

Rooms are very comfortable and well fitted. Food in the restaurant is excellent! Short staffing is leading to very delayed and deficiency in service in the restaurant, and certain common areas (restrooms) not being maintained. Once properly staffed, this certainly could be a place to return to in Tirupati.

It is a nice and compact hotel with all facilities required for a short trip. The staff were very cordial and the reception area was optimum. The rooms were compact with good ambience and a view to the hills. Beds were good, A/C was good and bathroom and toiletries are well planned. Buffet breakfast was very good with a variety for all.

Neatly maintained rooms with awesome facilities. Very economically priced too. Definitely recommended for a stay with family. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good too. The location is close to Tiruchanoor temple.

We visited tirupati with our family and the stay was absolutely pleasant. - Helpful staff - Well maintained rooms with a 5 star feel - Centrally located - Breakfast was excellent with nice spread of south Indian dishes. -The taste of food is too good i don't miss their food whenever i travel to Tirupati. -Rooms are comfortable, Clean and well Maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting tirupati with their family and friends!

Stayed here last weekend for one night. Overall it is a good hotel. Well maintained rooms and clean bathrooms. Check-in check out was a breeze. Staff were very polite and caring. The breakfast spread was very good. One of things that I did not like was limited parking in front of the hotel (They also use one of the small patch of land next to the hotel but I was not very happy with that). This is a single hotel block without any breathing space around. Of course one doesn't go to Tirupati for leisure. You just need a good clean room to rest before/after long day at the temple. Considering this, I think this is a good Hotel.

Stayed overnight - Wonderful location, away from the city noise but conveniently located. Also found a great offer on makemytrip to make there price even better. Comfortable rooms, very clean and all facilities available. Wonderful food and helpful staff. Areas of improvement - add a mini refrigerator in the rooms.

My stay was booked through Make my trip.com This hotel and especially the people working for it give you the feeling that you're not just a guest. They really take care of you. People are really good especially P Sharda from reception & Mr. Shetty, Hotel Manger, they are truly a hotelier who knows how to assist a person throughout the stay. It was raining heavily when I reached Hotel, staff greeted me well and did check-in formalities in a minute. Immediately I asked for darshan ticket for next day, where Ms. Sharda (Hotel staff work at reception, very co-operative, helpful and a great human being) helped in booking the online darshan ticket which was the last one I got it!!!! The hotel is new & located in the city near bus stand, rooms are quite spacious and equipped with all amenities. Toilet was clened and hyginic. They served delicious breakfast with all verities including south indian, continental etc. Room service was great with very tasty dinner (even I requested to customised my dish). Overall hotel ambience was very beautiful & homely. I would recommend all travellers going to Tirupati darshan to stay at Best Western, its the best hotel in terms of great services and cost.
