⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10/10 – Wonderful Family Stay! I had a wonderful and memorable stay at Best Western Hotel, Tirupati with my family. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, cleanliness, and overall comfort of the hotel. A special mention to the Mr Satish front desk manager and his team the entire staff, who were extremely courteous, polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Their positive attitude and prompt service made our family visit even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, the ambience was pleasant, and the overall experience was excellent. It is clear that the team genuinely cares about their guests and goes the extra mile to make them feel comfortable. A well-deserved 10/10 from my family! I would happily recommend Best Western Hotel, Tirupati to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay, especially when travelling with family. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We look forward to visiting again.

Overall experience is good but some things is totally disappointed like Tv Setopbox is not working, intercom is not working like these issues.

I had booked this property online based on the brand image. However after reading many negative reviews,I was a bit concerned. Nevertheless I decided to try the property and my experience was better than expectations. The check-in/check out process was good. Staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and linen provided was clean. Washrooms were bit cramped but were clean. Breakfast spread was decent and food was tasty. The only point management must take care is to improve their pest control. There were few small cockroaches in the washroom.

The experience was good room was neat, reception management explained everything clearly while checking in and gave assurance not worry on phone about late checkin. The budget was also very good and designed affordable.

We had a nice experience staying at this hotel. It is located close to bus stand and railway station. On a main road. So everything is nearby. Rooms are clean though a bit small in size. Food is nice. Staff is very helpful. I would recommend everyone to try this hotel if you are visit tirupati and want a stress free stay.

During our recent trip to Tirupati both me and my wife stayed at Best Western hotel for 4 nights. It was a homely friendly environment with very supportive team right from Reception, Room Services, F&B making it a very comfortable stay experience. The staff is also very receptive to feedbacks on any shortcomings pointed out with a sincere desire to address the matter. All in all a very pleasant experience on a spiritual trip.

The rooms are comfortable and good. The stay was pleasant. Hotel is also on the road and easy to access.

Location was within the city with everything nearby. Atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Rooms were maintained clean and hygienic. Value for money with the included breakfast was very good with wide variety of dishes.

Had a comfortable and pleasant overnight stay at Best Western Tirupati. The hotel's location is a definite advantage, being close to both the railway station and the bus stand, making it very convenient for travellers. Though located on a busy road, it was not noisy and ensured a safe atmosphere and convenient to hail cabs and auto-rickshaws . The Deluxe Rooms are of a decent size, ideal for couples and suitable for a short stay even with a child. We were assigned a room on the 3rd floor away from the main road, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The mattress quality, heavy curtains, and sound insulation worked well, complemented by decent in-room amenities. Clean bathroom with the use of Earth brand toiletries, a good rain shower with optimum temperature control added to the comfort. The staff across the hotel were very responsive, courteous, and helpful, which made the stay even more pleasant. Srinivas and Jayachandran at the reception, the bell attendant, housekeeping and restaurant crews are all very nice, friendly people, ready to assist as required. A small enhancement would be the addition of a minibar or a refrigerator in the room to store snacks, fruits, or drinks—this would certainly improve convenience for guests. There aren't many eateries in the immediate vicinity, and it takes about a 10-minute walk to find good dining options, though the hotel does have its own restaurant. Breakfast was enjoyable with a South Indian vegetarian buffet spread, and it was great to have espresso available, which is not always the case at breakfast buffets in many mid-range hotels. Overall, a value for money stay with comfort, good service, and a strategic location. Would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Tirupati.

I had a horrible stay at this property and would not recommend it. Despite the hotel claiming to provide non-smoking rooms, the reality was the complete opposite. Major Issues Encountered: Pervasive Odors: There was a strong, lingering smell of cigarettes throughout the hallways and inside my "non-smoking" room. To make matters worse, there was a nauseating STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) smell that filled the area every morning. Poor Hygiene: The maintenance of the rooms is severely lacking. Both the bedsheets and the towels smelled like stale cigarette smoke, making it impossible to feel clean or comfortable. Lack of Maintenance: It is clear that the rooms are not being maintained to a professional standard. The overall upkeep is poor, and the staff does not seem to enforce the non-smoking policy they advertise. Conclusion: If you value cleanliness and a fresh environment, avoid this hotel. The combination of cigarette smoke and sewage odors made this a miserable stay.

Internet not work. This is my 2nd visit in this also faced the same issue. Twice I had average support. Thanks Please improve this future atleast. People who do travelling their basic need is proper network.

Booked and paid through Trip.com. Absolutely NOT recommended. According to front desk staff and later confirmed by manager, booking was "lost" somewhere in the ether...never ro be mentioned again or compensated for....Hotel staff refused to follow up or look into it in any way, not even allowing a copy of the "unreceived" booking invoice generated through a supposed third party...very confusing and feeling somewhat dodgy....all the while...kept waiting for the best part of an hour after an 11 hour trainride. Tired and badly in need of a shower...we were informed there were no rooms such as the one we paid for to accommodate 3 of us and we we ushered into a tiny double bedroom whilst staff clammered to add a trundle bed and threw a quiltcover- no sheets, no quilt....on the bed and left....no additional toiletries , towels, water etc.. the shock was the stench of sewrage emminating from the bathroom located at the room entrance...the filthy glass frontage and state of the lobby toilets really said it all....

Stayed there for 3 nights. Had a pleasant experience- friendly staff, complementary breakfast, nice location-about 1.5 kms from trupati bus station. They also have a restaurant where you can order food from your room. They have both veg non-veg options.

This was our 2nd stay in the same facilty. Location is good and Facility is decent. Located on the main road close to city railway station. Rooms are clean. House keeping and room service is good. Staff is well mannered and courteous. Scope: It will be great if the sound produce can be improved. Recommendation: Highly recommend. I would prefer to again stay with them.

It was a good and pleasant stay. Bus station and railway station is near by. The property is right available on the main road, but only problem is they have very limited parking space. Apart from that, everything else is okay. Preferred for a short 1-2 days stay at tirupati.
