Immaculate room with great layout and great use of space. All the good tech touches...easily accessible electrical outlets, USB & elect. outlets plus reading lamps, on each side of bed. Nice work desk for laptop. Very comfy bed and pillows. Excellent staff, friendly and professional. Good location. Lots of well-reviewed restaurants within distance. We would stay again. I hope we get the chance.

I was impressed with how clean and convenient everything was. They were pet friendly and the staff was very pleasant and eager to help. There was a rooftop bar with an amazing view. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable room with a high end feel.

Wonderful hotel- modern, clean, super comfortable beds with lots of soft pillows . Extremely friendly staff all around. Good tacos/cheese quesadillas at mini taco restaurant in lobby. Nice to get food there if you have hungry kids and you need something fast ;-) Great location too- steps from streets full of restaurants, bars and shops.

Our group stayed here March 28-30. Room was very clean and quiet. The location was very close to Mill Avenue and the restaurants, the light rail and Tempe Street car. For the price, this hotel really met our needs.

Decor is edgy, lots of glass and chrome. Beds comfortable. Bar and taco place on site, tacos excellent, bar closed early and was deserted. In-room fixtures also very modern but you can see how they reduce costs, e.g., open shelves in lieu of furnishings, but everything necessary is there.

VIB is a basic, simple hotel with a modern twist. The room was small but extremely efficient with space usage. It was quiet and clean with a friendly, helpful staff. The only complaint would be the lack of any breakfast. It was minimal at best and very expensive. We went to a grocery store nearby and did far better. Location is great.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was exceptionally clean. The rooftop bar was OUTSTANDING. And the tacos in the lobby were a hidden gem. You could not beat the value for location anywhere else for the Innings Festival.

The rooms are huge and the shower was great! The rooms are very minimalistic (no dresser and open closet). You have to get dressed and go to front desk for an iron. It's very secure- you have to use room key to get in the elevator. Each floor has ice and water machine for sports bottles.

Only issue I had was I had to wait 30/45 mins to check in because they was running behind .other than that room was nice staff was really friendly Theresa was nice .thank you . Tacos was very bland no seasoning not the best tacos . Rooftop was amazing bartender was a great guy from st. Louis

Really enjoyed the rooftop and Tempe Taco Supply was delicious. Comfortable rooms with great location near ASU. Easy Uber from the airport to hotel and Waste Management golf tournament. Looking forward to a return visit to see ASU football games in the fall

Unbelievable how great this hotel is for the rate that I paid. My room was huge with a balcony and amazing bathroom and shower. The lighting was so convenient and nice. People on my work zoom calls were asking me where I was staying because It looked so nice. It was modern and nice but so comfortable and convenient at the same time. this hotel under promised and over delivered for me. The one thing I wish is the water got hotter :(

VIB is a nice modern hotel. Clean. Nicely appointed. Nice linens and pillows. Large TV. Roomy shower with two shower head options. Wish the roof top bar was open. I guess if it rains, it is closed. ? Oh yeah, it's Arizona! :)

My wife and I stayed here two nights so I could run the Arizona half marathon. The hotel is in a good location for the race start and finish. The staff were both friendly and helpful. We did encounter several maintenance issues in our first room. The first night, our sleep was interrupted several times by a switch in the heating unit trying to cut off and on for sometimes several minutes. Also, the bathroom door handle fell off on the inside of the bathroom door. It took my wife a few minutes of jiggering before she could get out of the bathroom. Also one of the bedside lights did not work and the other kept coming on intermittently. This when it was supposed to be off. The next day, Eddie and the manager moved us to an adjacent room. Alas, in the second room, the shower water was lukewarm but the faucet water was warm. I did not report this issue. The rooms were also small. There was not much clearance between the bed and one of the walls. The hotel manager voluntarily gave us a partial refund for the first night. It is unlikely that we would stay at this hotel again due to room size. I'm sure that they will sort out the maintenance issues.

Amazing front desk staff!!! Our flight got canceled and we stayed a few extra days!! Thank you staff!!! The pool was great!! It was in the 60s while we were there and were in the pool everyday-!!!!! The hotel was so clean and new! And the lobby was a nice place to hang out!

My wife and I had an excellent experience at The Vib. Accommodations were clean and efficient. We had a hiccup in Tempe while staying at The Vib and Antoinette, Front Desk Lead, was exceptional in her caring concern and problem-solving approach. Everything was great. Employees were friendly. Room was clean and modern. Location near ASU was perfect. I could not be happier with our choice to stay here. Oh, and the bed and pillows. I'm home now and I miss them already.

Jashawn and Antoinette were absolutely amazing. All the staff was really wonderful. Antoinette was so nice and friendly every morning. And Jashawn took care of everything we needed every evening. He was a true gem. He always had a smile on his face and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Both deserve big fat raises and lots of praises.

We went for 2 nights to move my son into ASU. Antoinette at the front desk was quite possibly the nicest, friendliest, most helpful hotel employee I've ever met! She's a definite asset to the company! The rooms were very spacious, the beds were comfortable and the hotel is so convenient to everything in the area. We'll definitely stay here again

Location is super convenient especially for ASU & Mill Street. Rooms were clean & well equipped for comfort. Cannot express enough on how great the staff is - personable, courteous, and accommodating. Highly recommend. We will definetly be back!

The wife and myself celebrated our anniversary and couldn't find a room after the concert, best Western came in clutch , and the room was wonderful and loved the cleanliness. Felt very private, modern and the bed was amazing. We will definitely be coming back, especially since we keep going to the concerts in the Phoenix area, and Mill Ave is not far either. Thank you Best Western.

I was a guest briefly after the hotel supervisor called me a $10 whore and a old bitch. They also called the police on me after the front desk worker made a huge racial mistake. I was called a 6am by the front desk telling me. That j had guests in my room that were coming in and out. She was lying and I caught her lying.

After a long ride through the desert I always make it to Tempe and rest @VIB Tempe. It's located close to night life and just about everything also a short walk to ASU. I was totally pleased with the service provided to me by Jashaur & Sameda! They were friendly and polite and very helpful , their customer service skills were absolutely amazing! I'll always stop here on my way through.

I am a Speech/Debate coach and our national tournament was held in Phoenix this year. I brought 12 students and 3 other adults for 7 days and we had the best time at this hotel. The staff are incredibly friendly (shout-out to Jashawn). This place is CLEAN and the amenities are great. Thank you for such a wonderful experience for my kids!

The hotel is pretty new and the decor is modern. I like the rooftop view—especially at sunset. Beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful—and they checked on us throughout the stay. I was afraid parking would be difficult but it was easy-breezy. Would definitely stay again when I'm in the area.

The staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel was immaculate! I will definitely be staying here again and recommend coming here on your next trip! The hotel is also in a perfect location and has lots of nearby places to visit or shop

This is a very nice new hotel in a good location. The staff were all very friendly and the hotel was quiet. Rooms are very large and clean. The only downside is that they have a strange phone system that I couldn't figure out how to use. I couldn't call the front desk. If you go there you'll see what I mean. The other thing is that they don't clean your room and refresh towels unless you ask them to. I wasn't told this on check in and as a result we ran out of towels. First-world problems, I know, but we paid a good price for the room and expected it to be serviced daily like most other hotels.

Cynthia and her team did an absolutely fantastic job making sure all of our needs were taken care of for our business meetings. The conference room worked great for our group of 20 and the staff did a great job attending to our needs. We had Cousins Maine Lobster for lunch each day for lunch which was a crowd pleaser! My husband and I stayed for 5 nights in October visiting family and friends. The hotel opened only several months ago. The good: - The hotel is within minutes of walking to lots of restaurants, shops and supermarket. - It is new and modern. - We had a corner king room which is very spacious. The ok: - The bathroom door can only open 1/2 way. We had the same problem when we remodeled our home. Our contractor took down the door and cut it. Hopefully the door has been fixed. - There is no desk or table in the room. We weren't there to do any work so it was ok. - There are some bright lights on the outer wall of the hotel (i.e. the large Xs) that are on all night so our room is never totally dark which is ok for us. But it might bother others. Other rooms might not be affected as much. The bad: - The room has very little storage. The photo shows the only storage in the room is that rack around the mini fridge. If we stay one or two nights, we have no problem living out of our suitcase. But for 5 nights, we would like some drawers or closets to put our clothes/stuff. - Our room was very noisy. Since we had a corner room with windows on 2 walls, other rooms might be quieter. Due to its convenient location, there are traffic noise, public transportation noise, etc. - Wifi was unreliable. Overall, it was ok. But with so many options nearby, we will look for other options next time.

I was very shocked that this was a Best Western. The hotel was very clean, modern and bright. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The location was also in the heart of Tempe (shopping and food) - close to ASU. I would definitely stay again. There is a bar and lobster restaurant in the lobby. Just a note the train tracks are right next to the hotel and can be loud but not a deal breaker. Also, I chose this hotel because of its close location to the airport. Sky Harbor airport was only 10 minutes away

This is a beautiful hotel located in a fun part of town near the University. The staff is friendly and the room was very comfortable. The pool is also nice and in a good location for all day sun. I really enjoyed my stay at Vib!

Everyone here has been very well trained. It just opened and you can tell the staff respects their positions and are genuine towards guests. I had a great stay and was very comfortable. It is also close to shopping and food. The roof top isn't open yet but excited for when it is. I feel terrible because I was tired but the bartender who worked this saturday was super friendly and I enjoyed hanging at the bar with them.

came to see Bob Weir and the Wolf Bros at the celerity theater-- Friendly staff always greeted you when coming and leaving the hotel. Great location walking distance to Mill St bars and restaurant also ASU campus and "A" mountain a short waling distance. there is also a Whole Foods down the block

Very nice Best Western! We were pleasantly surprised. Nice bar area and coffee bar. Rooms were set up differently, it was almost like a studio apartment. Very clean and new! Wish the rooftop bar was open! Service was awesome, people were nice and happy. Customer service was excellent! Only negative was our view of a downtrodden Tempe neighborhood.

Not too far away and very clean, friendly and positive energy. The Lobster BLT sandwich was an added bonus. Better hotel price than others. Suggest going. ASU family weekend. Will be back for another stay

This was the first time using VIB though not a BW. We absolutely LOVED this hotel. The decor, the well designed room, the overall cleanliness of the facility is only overshadowed by the truly wonderful, attentive staff. A Very modern place with a great feel. CLEAN I truly liked NOT having the typical hotel carpet that always seems dirty. The small restaurant and bar area were perfect so as to not have to drive somewhere to get a bite to eat. There are several easy to walk to places close for full meals. The breakfast is not free as most BW have but a small counter area had a few choices(yogurt, breakfast sandwich, pastry, oatmeal). We would definitely stay here again.

Cleanliness is HUGE for me when staying at a motel/hotel. This place was spotless. Coffee/breakfast bar, Maine Lobster fast food place in the lobby, lots of snacks available 24 hours. I didn't try the lounge on the roof, but it looks interesting. Many restaurants within a mile. Rooms were clean, beds comfy with built-in reading lights. I would definitely stay here again.

VIB was awesome and exceeded my expectations- definitely not what I had originally thought of a Best Western! The hotel is really nice and the staff is so friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

We were moving our daughter into her dorms at Arizona State University and stayed at the Best Western VIB. Everyone was beyond helpful, super nice and very attentive during our whole stay. They made sure we were comfortable and everything was handled during our stay so that we could focus on moving her in. Best hospitality and stay we have had in a long time. It's a gorgeous new hotel and super comfortable. Thank you Best Western VIB Tempe, we will definitely be back!!

From the amazingly decorated rooms to the wonderful service from all the staff (incl front desk, housekeepers, coffee stand staff, etc), this hotel can't be beat! I completely enjoyed my stay and appreciated how clean and well designed the rooms were! I liked how they have RoomCast to screen share from my devices, free Wifi, wireless and wired chargers, and clothes steamer. Additionally I like how convenient the free Orbit Venus shuttle to downtown Tempe and Mill Ave was literally right outside the hotel doors. Same thing for the Tempe Streetcar as well. And then the Light Rail is only a few blocks away. The rooftop deck is partially done but it gave amazing views of the surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again and recommend others to this hotel!

The staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. A minor issue, was resolved super fast. Checking in and checking out was a breeze. The room was well organized and clean. Definitely a great place to stay.

We loved staying at the new Vib Hotel in Tempe. It was very clean, the staff were all friendly and helpful, the rooms were comfortable and lots of parking. They have electric car charging stations, nice pool, restaurant and cafe in a comfortable lounge/ check in area. It is walking distance (even in the heat) to a grocery store, restaurants, ASU Campus, Tempe Town Center and more.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. If you haven't tried it yet, Cousin's Maine Lobster is delicious and conveniently located in the hotel lobby! If I ever have the chance to stay in Tempe again, we will definitely be booking with Vib!

Stopped for the night after a long ride from Texas, staff were super friendly and quite nice. The hotel is located near the ASU campus which is a plus if you wanna hit the night life . Room was comfortable and suited all our needs! A lot of reviews talk of noise and other negative happenings. All that we experienced was good so no complaints here, restaurant and bar in the lobby and again walking distance to shops and night life. Would definitely stay again, affordable and comfortable and friendly staff gets two thumbs up in my book!

We booked a reservation at Vib for 4 nights in June because the modern design and decor is appealing to us. Plenty of seating areas for reading electronic device and/or socializing. Staff was very courteous and conversational. Hotel was very clean and in a convenient area for restaurants. Our room had its challenges and in hind sight we should have selected a larger room on opposite of hotel — perhaps that would've minimized the noise and comfortably accommodated two people with large suitcases in tow from extended road trip. The limited maneuvering space and assorted interior/exterior noise were a challenge. Whoever chose the noisy A/C units for the hotel should be fired because it repeatedly woke us up all through the night and compromised our quality of sleep. The hotel resides in the ASU campus area (which we didn't mind) and train tracks are close to hotel. The trains do not blow the horns however the engine rumble is apparent. Late evening/early morning street noise from motorcycles and sports cars were reliable. The king sized bed was comfortable, yet so close to the wall that I had to turn and shuffle sideways to maneuver around it. (I'm 5-5 and 118 lbs.) There is one sink with limited counter space for toiletries. Food is available for purchase at the restaurant in the lobby. I'm not discouraging patrons from choosing this hotel. If you prefer a modern decor, want restaurants within walking distance, and are traveling light then give it a try. We should have been more selective with room size and location.

The room was okay. Corner room with views of construction. Desk shelf was under TV and sitting at the desk shelf, the chair was too small. Elbows were close to shoulder level to work on computer. Couch was comfortable, but had to be moved to the food of the bed to watch TV.

Exactly what we needed. Facility was new, clean and modern. Centrally located, everything was close by. Tempe town lake right around the corner and Mill Ave bridge is always so pretty. All the staff were so helpful and kind, we never wanted for anthing.

Hotel is perfect for location, blocks away from Mill Ave and a quick scooter ride to Tempe Town Lake. Room was cozy and modern. View kinda sucled, but we weren't there for the view thankfully. Room kinda echoed when laying in bed, tho my husband said he couldn't tell. Has a mini fridge and coffee maker. Downfalls... nonice machine on 3rd floor. There should be one, I think they just haven't gotten it put in yet. We were excited to check out the roof top pool and bar, but they didn't have it open yet. Hotel has only been open a month so I guess those things were still in the works. Staff was awesome. Little Cafe in lobby, we didn't use, but smiled good, along with Maine Lobster. I'll have to check those out next time.

This hotel is really clean and has nice modern finishes/ updates. There is wireless phone charging, fast Wi-Fi and they provide a steamer instead of an iron which is much more convenient while traveling. Also a great location to the airport and places of interest in the area.
