Best Western Sur

Nice Hotel with ok food. Overall a good Place to go, it gets a very good because of the excellent Service, espacially from Mrs. Shomaia. She gave me tripadvices with a really nice driver contact. I‘m really thankfull.

I had a fantastic stay at the Best Western Hotel in Sur. The hotel was comfortable and welcoming, but what really made my experience special was the wonderful hospitality from the staff. A special thank you to Shomaila for her warm welcome, kindness, and genuine hospitality throughout my stay. She made me feel very comfortable and truly looked after. I'd also like to thank Khamis for his friendship, great conversation, and excellent advice on the best places to visit and explore in Sur. His local recommendations made my trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay memorable. I would happily recommend Best Western Sur to anyone visiting the area!

Decent hotel and for sure the best option in Sur. But because they know that, it is much too expensive for what it is, especially when you are traveling with a family of 3. The breakfast is good, focused mostly on Indian and middle Eastern items. Dinner was very good with a nice variety. The rooms, public areas and pool are very worn and old fashioned. Everything is clean and functional but nothing nice to look at. For the same price per night we stayed at a 5 star resort in Muscat.

We had a great time at this hotel - stayed one night on a tour. Our room was clean and quiet, there's a lovely large swimming pool and the food was outstanding. All the staff were great, well-trained and helpful, and we got chatting to a charming gentleman in the lift, turns out he is the general manager. Good service starts at the top.

Stayed here for NY's eve. There was a gala dinner organised to celebrate NY. The noise of the music however was so loud that the hotel turned up into a disco instead of a hotel where people stay to sleep. We've asked multiple times to lower the volume or to give us another room as we're sleeping with 2 kids (below 6) near the party that is going on in the hotel that we were not aware off, but no help whatsoever. Never coming here back again. Next to this, the rooms and the food were very disappointing.

Very bad service and a lot of noise tell 03 AM . We told them about this noise and they couldn't . That's one of the worst stays I have ever had. I write this now at 02:17 AM and cant take a rest to start my work tomorrow

Not a bad place to stay for 1 to 2 nights of your passing through Sur. It's located about 15kms outside the town itself, so you would need to drive out get a taxi if you're coming until the beach or dhow factory area. Is just beside the main highway, so very easy access. The rooms are good, has good breakfast options and the staff were great throughout. It has a pool, bar area that's open until 2am and a restaurant, so you can get lunch or dinner if you don't want to travel.

I liked the hotel. The services were okay. I loved going to the beach with my husband and the hotel is near the highway. I cant forget Iced Lattee I got from a barista by the name Maggie. She was sweet, helpful in choosing good coffee options. One thing didn't like is the coupon we weren't told is 'Buy one Get one Free' served by a lady called Shomaila. So, get ready for this. Was nice stay

The stay was wonderful ,The Breakfast was Awesome ,The service n reception were Great The rooms were good. The hotel was clean.Hotel view n staff were good, this was my first time with western hotel, I experienced wonderful ,will love to stay next time

Excellent staff. Very welcoming. Clean and comfortable bedrooms Excellent service from Rishi and his staff in the restaurant. Nothing was too much trouble. We were treated like royalty. The food was delicious and plentiful, especially the chicken & fish main courses.

We spend a wonderul night. Especially the evening was more then perfect. Mr Rishi was a great host at our table. Not only paying attention to details, but also very kind taking pictures of us. He really made a difference in completing a wonderful diner and smoking the sisha :-)
