Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the pool had a beautiful view. The bed was really comfortable, and we had a great night's sleep. Overall, a wonderful experience and excellent value for money. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the very start of our trip our experience with Best Western has been outstanding. From the receptionist upon our arrival to the waiting staff, management and cleaners. Everyone has been super friendly, helpful and extremely attentive. Thank you.

We havent even left yet and wanted to write a review at how wonderful mine and my daughter's stay had been. From the moment you step through reception, which smells great, you are greeted with a smile. Nothing has been too much trouble. Breakfast staff have been great, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Every area of the hotel is perfectly clean and the lovely smell is throughout. The rooftop pool is a good send and we enjoyed some time up there every day. Sun beds a plenty! Great relaxing vibe. The added spa on the ground floor is a lovely addition- excellent back and head massage at a very reasonable price. The only thing I would say is the walls are very thin (could hear the adjacent room on the toilet!) and being right near the lifts we were woken up by the noise of people calling for the lift but I would definitely recommend and I am looking forward to returning at some point. Oh also near several bus stops with very clear directions for travelling around this lovely island.

The hotel is absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, modern, the minute you walk into the reception area it's a smell you want to bottle, our room was perfect, huge comfortable bed, decor very tasteful, bathroom perfectly spotless. The staff were all lovely, so helpful, nothing was too much. Food and drinks were delicious, my daughter loved the cocktails, especially the spring vibe. My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights, we wished we booked for longer. The hotel is wonderful, everything about it is wonderful. We can not recommend this hotel enough, absolutely perfect.

Perfect stay! Amazing modern and clean hotel, it is my second time here and standards remained high. Vivi and her team at the front desk are so welcoming and charming, you can have a joke, conversation, they feel like real people rather then robotic employees you sometimes meet elsewhere. Rooms are so spacious and comfortable, had the best sleep. Facilities are also great and practical, loved the complimentary pilates class on the rooftop! Thank you everyone, another wonderful stay at your property and we will definately be back!

- friendly helpful staff - our rooms were extremely spacious including a balcony, sofa and coffee table , lovely bathroom with walk in shower and complimentary toiletries - complimentary mini bar - location excellent. Near to the beach and less than 5 minutes from the bus station where you can grab a bus to anywhere on the island including Valletta and the ferry terminal to Gozo - breakfast had something for everyone, so much choice including an omelette station - the bar and restaurant food was of high standard. The evening tasting menu (choice of 4/5/7 courses) was fine dining quality but at a fraction of the price. Would recommend trying it out. - overall we had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this hotel

Everything was perfect. The breafast was very good. The staff were very freindly. The location was nice. The rooms were clean and cozy.

We have just returned home after a wonderful stay. From the moment we arrived we were made so welcome & generous touches made our brief stay very special. Staying three nights for a little autumn getaway, we had a beautiful Deluxe room on the eighth floor with a lovely sea view. The rooftop infinity pool was very pleasant as was the sun deck which was very welcome after a long day of exploring. The breakfast was very tasty with a nice selection of cooked & continental fare. The overriding strength of this hotel is undoubtedly its employees. Impossible to pass any one without a friendly greeting. A special mention for Matthew who made us so welcome on our arrival. Our stay was a short one but we will be back & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. This is by far the best hotel I have stayed in from Best Western. Thank you all very much.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was very impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. A lovely surprise was prepared for my birthday — beautiful decorations that I didn't know about in advance. It was such a thoughtful touch and made my stay even more special. The breakfast had a great variety of options, and I especially enjoyed having two swimming pools — a rooftop pool with a beautiful sea view and an indoor pool. Everything was well organized, comfortable and pleasant. The service was excellent, and overall I had a truly lovely experience. I would definitely be happy to come back.

Stayed in Junior suite for 7 nights. Couldn't fault the hotel, staff or location. Breakfast food choice was very wide and food and drink was reasonably priced at the bars. Great swimming pool on the roof although the indoor swimming pool is not at all big if you want to get some lengths in away from the roof top pool. Would overall highly recommend a stay here.

The second time visiting the Hotel and would definitely go back. Really good atmosphere and vibe, the staff are fantastic, room was great and the view from the roof top pool is stunning. It's situated just a short walk from the sea front, restaurants and bars, but still in a quite location away from the crowds.

Beautiful hotel with all the staff being very attentive. We had a junior suit with a partial sea view, the room was lovely and spacious, only thing was the wardrobe space had nowhere to hange dresses. We had 2 very small balconies, one was a juliet style so you couldn't sit on it and the other had a table and 2 chairs on it, it was a real squeeze to get 2 people on it and only one had a nice view. The pool area was beautiful with an infinity pool, (and a partial sea view) and a swim up bar which we enjoyed, the only disappointment about this area was the bar closed around 7pm so you couldn't have an evening drink up there. There was another bar area downstairs which was open till 12.30 which also lovely. All the cocktails were delicious. Overall very enjoyable stay.

My mum and I stayed here for 7 nights. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back. The overall atmosphere of this hotel is excellent, the place is always very clean and the staff are very nice and attentive. I must give a mention to the front desk staff who are super friendly and knowledgeable. Juan, helped us a lot in finding places to explore in St. Julians and Paceville. He was amazing. The rooms are very clean and held up to a high standard. The location is perfect if you want to be near many restaurants, bars and shops. The pool is good and always clean. St Paul's Bay is much quieter than other parts of Malta and that is what we especially liked. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a superb hotel located near the heart of Buggibba Malta . Our room (500) was beautiful and well appointed with premium bath accessories robes , slippers and a free mini bar stocked up with tea/coffee in a daily basis . It had a double sized shower and a huge bed , downstairs the bar was eloquent with great cocktails and delicious food served in the restaurant and in the rooftop bar/pool , special mention to Ram who ran a tight ship all day and night. Everyone was professional and polite , it truly was a joy to stay here and we highly recommend it . We visited a few hotels nearby and none of them came close to the Best Western, i totally understand why they are trip advisor winners each and every year .

We organised airport transfers through the hotel, but unfortunately the transfer arranged for our arrival never showed up. We waited for over an hour before contacting the hotel, who then arranged for us to use a taxi from the airport taxi service instead. For our return journey, the hotel-arranged taxi did arrive on time, however the vehicle was very small and struggled to fit our two suitcases. Based on our experience, I would arrange my own airport transfers in future, as this part of the service felt unreliable and poorly organised. The location was perfect. There were bus stops everywhere, literally a two-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to get around the island. Shops, restaurants, beaches, and other amenities were all within walking distance, which was a huge plus. Aside from the transfer issue, the reception team were very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was lovely, clean, and well maintained, and whenever housekeeping was needed, they always did an amazing job. I found the food and drink prices quite expensive compared to other places on the island, so we often preferred buying our own drinks. The staff at the rooftop pool bar were quite rude, and I wasn't impressed with their tone or attitude towards customers. In contrast, the staff in the downstairs lounge bar were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The atmosphere around the pool and throughout the hotel during the day was calm and relaxing. Unfortunately, during our last two nights we had very loud neighbours who were shouting and partying between 11pm and 4am, which affected our sleep. Overall, I would stay here again because of the fantastic location, cleanliness, and helpful reception staff. The only reason I have reduced my rating is because of the airport transfer experience. Everything else about our stay was very enjoyable.

Fantastic hotel, over the years we have stayed in many hotels in Malta and this is by far the best hotel yet! It was lovely and clean, very modern, the restaurant was spotless, the whole hotel was very well maintained, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and I would definitely recommend it.

I came here with my daughter for my 60th birthday. Hotel looked lovely on the website but I was unsure on the area once my daughter booked it. In all fairness it all worked out very well, the location was spot on and easily accessible to all places. I bought the 12 journey bus pass for €19 which worked out well and their timetables were spot on. I also used bolt quite a few times as they were more reliable than uber. The hotel is pretty faultless, the reception team were very knowledgeable and friendly, loved Vuk and Matthew and not forgetting the glamorous Kelly who help with my birthday surprise and two additional guests. I agree with others about the slippery floor by the pool but we were out every day exploring so it didn't make any difference to my hols. Breakfast was lovely and relaxed, ample food stations and love the fresh orange juice. We had a junior suite room, loads of space and huge bathroom, both equipped very well. Don't keep the air con on too cold for too long otherwise you do tend to get a slight damp smell, so we left it on 22 overnight. Our room was in floor 7 with a side view and was lovely and quiet so slept well. They supply free pool table, table football, chess etc, which was a nice touch. The hotel also has showers available to change into on your last day to freshen up. To sum it up, I had a fab 10 day stay, great staff and food and would certainly recommended this hotel.

Such a lovely hotel. The rooms are so clean with great air conditioning. The pool has great views with a swim up bar and never felt overcrowded. The bars had great food and drinks with amazing service. Overall it was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend! 😆

What a hotel!!! Location is perfect!!! Not far from the main St Paul's area, its a quiet area, definitely recommend!!! The atmosphere is great, especially on the rooftop!!! And the room, wow, what a room, i had a Junior Suite and honestly the best hotel room ive ever had, and ive been to alot of places around the hotel, and its by far my number one!!! The rooms are very clean, and the hotel in general is very clean!!! The service is great, staff are very friendly and welcoming!!! The amenities, although i never tried them all, from what I did try they were all very good, pools, spa, restaurant, and a really nice lounge!!! And is it worth the money, 100%, id definitely book this hotel again, and I recommend yous to book this if visiting malta!!!

I had a great stay at BWP. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, especially the night receptionist Mathew and any others who dealt with myself and my friend coming in at 5 am drunk. The room and facilities were amazing. Will stay again.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar. Wir mochten besonders den Pool im 10.ten Stock mit der tolle Aussicht bis ans Meer. Das Frühstück Buffet war riesig & sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich & nett. Thanks to the lovely guy allways making Omletts for me & my little son. We appreciate it. And thanks Naresh for the good Smoothies at the Pool Bar:) We tottaly enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The rooms are big & the bed was very comfortable. We will definitly come back

Myself and my mum stayed here for 1 weekend end july to 3rd of Aug this year. We had booked for a twin room junior suite with balcony and side sea view. When we arrived at hotel we did have to wait until our room was ready,which we advised we could use all facilities, so we made our way to roof toof for a cocktail. Our room was ready within 2 hours of waiting... it was double not twin and smaller than i exoected. I called to chap in Reception to expkain what we had booked. Within 5 mins the Manager Angela arrivrd at our door ... i cannot fault his promptness to rectify the error, which wasnt the Hotels fault , it was Barrhead travel that never stipulated twin room. We were taken to another room on lower level , a larger suite, better view and twin room. The room was so spacious both myself and mum was so happy. Breakfast and evening meals were also included. The staff Jessica & Kumar were our waiting staff and couldnt not do enough for us. The food was lovely , portion sizes were on the larger side . I would definately recommend this hotel . The rooftop bar was just stunning... & pool service .

Just home from a ten night stay at the Best Western. Lots of positives, some of which I have listed below. Also a a couple of suggestions where things could be improved. Positives: 1) Staff at hotel all friendly, professional, helpful and polite throughout our stay. 2) Rooms, good size with plenty of space for clothes etc. Mini fridge was excellent and nice touch it was filled on arrival at no cost. Excellent shower. Good air con. 3) Bed was to die for. It was huge and we wish we could have taken it home with us we all slept great! 4) Pool - lovely with unbelievable views. Pool bar also excellent with QR code order to lounger service. Loungers themselves comfortable and no crazy rush to put towels down, beds were generally available when you needed them, we only struggled one day. 5) Free pool table which my 11 year old loved. 6) We hired a car throughout our stay and there was free parking underneath the hotel with your own little garage allocated. This is provided on a first come first served basis and was great as it kept the car cool and safe. Things that could be improved: 1) The air con whilst good had no remote control. It looked like you could connect via Bluetooth but receptionist said this didn't work so if you want to switch it on or off during the night you need to get up to do it. This was a bit frustrating. 2) Steps into pool dangerously slippy. I badly injured myself falling on entering and witnessed a few others slip too. Lastly, we had booked a junior suite and weeks in advance had requested a room on an upper floor ideally with view, as we enjoy spending time on the balcony as a family. Whilst we acknowledge requests cannot be guaranteed we were very disappointed to be allocated a room on the first floor (of 8) with no view other than straight into private apartments across the pathway. Nice pool, friendly and super helpful service, everything clean and new. Gym with a nice structure, the SPA as well. Super spacious room, very large and comfortable bed. The breakfast could have more options in fruits and pastries but it was ok for the price.

We felt welcomed from the very beginning. They were very friendly to us and guided us really well. The hotel was clean and had everything you need. The service was excellent. I also liked the scent when you enter the hotel.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The room was big and very clean. The pool area was good and it wasn't crowded. It was busy on the first day, but it was a Saturday so it could have been a popular changeover day. On all the other days, we found a spot easily and there was always space. The food was nice and good value. We did the 4 course set menu in the main restaurant, which was both very good on the food front as well as the service. We also did the bbq night on Saturday and the food was very good; we had a tuna steak, which was very good and also a good price. Location wise it is very close to shops and the seafront. If you're wanting a sandy beach, there isn't one. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Spent a week at the hotel from 9 July on half board, booked with Jet2, and I can only endorse all the positive comments contained in the previous TA reviews. Whilst finding Qawra itself to be rather too commercialised for my personal taste, the hotel has the benefit of being set back from all the hullabaloo. And is handily placed for both the bus station to visit Valletta and the fast ferry service to Gozo. The Junior Suites are spacious, nicely furnished and very well serviced. The reception staff were helpful when needed. With regard to food, well breakfast is breakfast but the dinners were on another level, because the main courses were chosen from a menu and cooked to order, rather than a buffet offering. And the menu itself was varied and imaginative. The service in the dining room service was really outstanding. Most of the staff were Nepalis and were very hard working and efficient, yet always found time to be helpful and friendly. In this respect Melanie was truly outstanding. And the hotel management deserves recognition for the training and guidance they have provided to their employees. Having robes and slippers available in the room was very convenient and the complimentary pre-stocked mini fridge was an unbelievably generous and much appreciated gesture. There was one downside to the hotel, which has been touched on in some reviews. Our room was on the 8th floor, immediately below the terrace of the dining room and at times (including in the early hours) there was noise seemingly from scraping of chairs or tables, or from items being dropped onto a hard surface. I will not however let this detract from giving a deserved ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review

This is a fantastic hotel, with friendly staff and the rooftop pool is more amazing in person than the views online. It's a short walk away from the main part of St Paul's but close to the bus stops & also close to some of the nice restaurants in St Paul's. They have lovely Spa/Sauna facilities & have a small gym that's probably fit for 3 people to workout comfortably at the same time. This was our second visit to Best Western Malta after visiting in 2025 - there were a couple of disappointing changes which we weren't notified about during our booking (direct with them) or at checkin. Firstly, we couldn't check in for 90 minutes past the 3pm checkin time. Despite this, we had to beg for a 45 minute late checkout and also couldn't “book” for a late checkout on exit for either of their 2pm or 4pm slots because the rooms were ironically booked. Secondly, if you wish to use the 9th floor restaurant they now only have a tasting menu for walk ins, but you can enjoy dinner if you purchase half-board for the entire week to select their alacarte menu (highly recommend the Seabass). It was too late for us to get the half-board as we didn't get it at booking/check-in but again, weren't aware it was an option. Weirdly the alacarte menu is available in the downstairs section of the hotel, but not in the restaurant. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite, but after selecting the Sea View option during online booking - it was disappointing not to have a Seaview in the end.

I had a wonderful stay at Premier Best Western Malta. The hotel is modern, spotless, and very well maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always happy to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transport, making it a great base for exploring Malta. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. I would definitely stay here again!🩵

About a 10 minute walk from the main part. Very clean. Staff excellent and really helpful. We had a suite which was very spacious and was cleaned every day. Plenty of sun beds at the pool. We didn't have to go early to get one. Not noisy at all. All in all highly recommend for couples.

Lovely stay at the Best Western. Pubs, Restaurants, shops and the beach only a short distance away. Plenty of space in our room including a cot for the baby. Staff were welcoming, polite nothing was any hassle. Always said hello or good morning. Only had bed and breakfast. Breakfast was plentiful with all variety of cold and hot food. Pleasant peaceful atmosphere including the top floor where the pool was, giving an unrestricted view of the surrounding area. Fresh clean hotel. Towels were replenished every day even though it was unnecessary. For a quiet peaceful stay, not too expensive offering a variety of facilities including sauna, massage, gym and space throughout the hotel I would recommend the Best Western

I stayed in the hotel as a tour leader for a group of Lebanese travelers. We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful hotel in a quiet area, with a couple of small corner shops nearby. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning and extras such as tea and coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bathrobes, and slippers. All employees here are extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The rooftop swimming pool has stunning views, although it isn't very large. Food in the restaurant is excellent for breakfasts and dinner with a very rich buffet and live stations. I will recommend this hotel and look forward visiting again :)

Just back from an amazing stay. The staff were very good but Sofi was exceptional, she really made us feel so special. I was amazed by the choice and quality of food at both breakfast and dinner. Among one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff were totally customer focused.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area, with a couple of small corner shops nearby. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning. We also appreciated the little extras such as tea and coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bathrobes, and slippers. All employees here are extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The rooftop swimming pool has stunning views, although it isn't very large. The pool bar has excellent cocktails and food. We booked this hotel through Thomas Cook as an adults only hotel. However, there were a few children staying there, and they were playing with balls in the pool, which wasn't what we expected. Another issue was a family in the room next to ours with a small child who was crying around 1 a.m. every night, which unfortunately disturbed our sleep throughout our stay. The nearby beaches are quite rocky, but we still enjoyed them. If you're looking for a sandy beach, Golden Bay is only about a 15-minute drive away and has soft sand and a shallow, crystal-clear sea. It's definitely worth a visit. We also visited Valletta, which is a stunning city full of beautiful streets, museums, and the magnificent cathedral. We took a half-day guided tour to Mdina, which was very informative and fascinating. Malta may be a small island, but it's full of history, charming old towns, and beautiful scenery. I would definitely recommend visiting, and I'd love to come back myself to explore even more.

What a wonderful hotel. Clean, modern and well located with fabulous staff, from the reception team to the waiting staff everyone was friendly, helpful and offered a wonderful guest experience. The gym was clean, equipment was well maintained and, as hotel gyms go, it offered plenty of equipment to work with. After a morning workout it was on to breakfast, I was not disappointed, there really is something for everyone. Rooms are large, bright and well air conditioned and the beds are lovely and comfortable. I really cannot find fault in this hotel and its wonderful team. Highly recommend a stay here.

Situated in a quiet street, the hotel is perfectly located for trips around Malta. Easy access to the jetty (walkable) and the bus terminus. The Best Western serves delicious breakfasts in the restaurant on the 9th floor. Gourmet dining is also available in the evening or you can relax in the bar and have a lighter meal. The pool on the roof top is lovely if a little noisy. There is a spa which we didn't have time to visit. We enjoyed free pilates one morning which was a fabulous start to the day. The rooms are clean and spacious and cleaned to a high standard every day. I'd highly recommend this hotel for location and great service and amenities

At first it seemed that it is the hotel in the middle of nothing but don't get fooled - you can get to main square in 5 minutes by walking and being little bit apart from main tourism area makes hotel very quiet As July 2026 it is quite new hotel and you can feel it - clean, modern and comfortable

Once again, I have not been disappointed with The BestWestern, St Paul's, Malta. This hotel is lovely and so is the staff. Staying here made my holiday even more enjoyable. I must make a point to reference Kelly, the hotel manager. She is a funny, pleasant person with lovely charisma. Of course you can say that it's a part her role, but some people do not know how to be human or nice, especially in a position of authority. A special thank you to Sofi the restaurant manager and most importantly the hotel cleaners. They were efficient, consistent and reliable. Thank you to the whole staffing team.

Can't fault this hotel. Ticks all the boxes for a lovely couples holiday. Friendly staff,excellent food & the cleanliness of the hotel & rooms were amazing. The roof top pool/bar was so relaxing with lovely views. Definitely would recommend this hotel to family & friends.

Set in a good location, close to the sea, panoramic view breakfast and pool area with an very good size room. The staff bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Great location being both quiet but also close to all facilities/ the centre. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel where the facilities are excellent. Food was outstanding both breakfast and dinner. Only ask would be for the option of more tv channels. Overall an excellent hotel with courteous and attentive staff.

Based in Qwara, atmosphere in hotel had a totally chilled vibe from the minute you walk in the front door. Rooms were spacious and well equipped with a great hairdresser, stocked fridge of water, juices, soft drinks and tea and coffee, slippers and robes. This was great value for money and easy walking distance to Buggiba and bus stops and station nearby. The hotel was so quiet on a night time and had the best sleeps staying here. If we are coming back to Malta would definitely stay again

This is an amazing Hotel, the staff are excellent and always happy, stand out staff Sophie,Kelly,Deepak and Vuk,always attentive and offering a chat, which goes along way in service. Breakfast was great a good selection Pool, what can I say ,amazing views great bar staff and a relaxed vibe all day,and space around the beds. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday and amazing air con,which was needed. Downstairs bar is spacious and with pool table and outside seating,this bar was beautiful just to sit in and unwind from a tough day relaxing🤣☀️ Hotel is in a good position in St Pauls Bay to get to all areas when needed Will we be back, most definitely

We stayed here to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and it was perfect. Our room was decorated for us arriving and was a lovely touch. The staff were all amazing, special shout outs to Kelly Sophie Deepak and Vuk. They could not be more friendly and welcoming to us. The rooftop pool area was brilliant, spotlessly clean all the time. Food was excellent there too, as well as the cocktails. Also on a plus point they have towels for you to use. The whole hotel was spotless also, rooms were cleaned every day. Its the perfect location just set back from the front and is so handy for everything. I will recommend this to everyone and we will definitely come back! Thanks for making our stay so amazing 🥰

had such a lovely stay here, all the staff were friendly & helpful. the room exceeded our expectations and the complimentary mini bar was a great plus after a long day flying. it was clean and the AC worked great. The TV was a smart tv so you could watch youtube & netflix (if you have an ads account you won't be able to log in & watch) the room was spacious and has a mini fridge wig ich was really helpful given the weather. there was no noise and the whole atmosphere was just great really. one thing i would say is there should be more relaxing spaces indoors for the evening time - the bar area closes quite early and the rooftop pool is also the same. i resulted in lounging in the reception area instead as options were limited.

This was our second time at this hotel and it was part of the reason we returned to Malta. Absolutely stunning view from the pool, the rooms are huge with a very spacious bathroom. The staff are incredibly friendly, especially Deepak. He went above and beyond and personalised our experience for us! We will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

Our room 314 was very spacious with a comfortable bed. Plenty storage for clothes and had a huge well lit bathroom. The location of the hotel was good with either a scenic costal Walk into St Paul's or a shortcut past the bus station to all the bars and restaurants. The rooftop pool Was beautiful with good parasols to sit in the shade The staff in the hotel We're friendly and knowledgeable and always smiling. I wouod recommend this hotel to couples and definitely not families with young children.

Excellent hotel ! Outstanding service from every member of staff. Everywhere is immaculate and you can tell that all the staff take great pride in what they do. The breakfast is outstanding.....we will be going back next year and staying half board as we were so impressed. Thank you everyone!

Best western is lovely hotel great room junior suite its big with large bathroom and huge walk in shower bed huge great house.keeping roof top pool fantastic pool towels supplied by hotel one issue is the noises in the morning surrounding the hotel bin men 6am building work I know its outside the hotels jurisdiction but if you are a light sleeper be aware other tiny is breakfast is great but hot food option its not always hot a microwave would be available I would give the hotel 9 out of ten ps to the young man on Reception on Monday more at 6.20 am who was able v to open our safety deposit box as it would not open prior to our departure in 45 mins many thanks and for keeping calm

Great hotel lovely staff & a good location

Very pleasant check in with Victor, disappointingly though our Junior Suite 803 had a tiny unusable balcony. Returning to check-in the manager Angelo, immediately went above and beyond and we were soon switched to room 804, with the added bonus of a sea view. We were extremely grateful and would happily have accepted any room with a useable balcony, as this for us is a priority. The hotel is very clean, modern and simplistic with neutral decor. Our bed was huge, very comfy and with well stuffed pillows and lovely linens, we slept so well. Plenty of USB sockets and UK plug fittings on regular. Fabulous functional and accent lighting, when you figure out the switches! Not a great deal of hanging space, which was also quite short. We had to hang just regular length skirts and dresses on the hooks in the bathroom and the 2 drawers had to be emptied of fur blanket (very useful for the balcony) and hairdryer (best hotel dryer I have EVER used) before use. Very nice gesture of initial complimentary mini bar - 1 large bottled water, 2 small wines, 2 beers, 2 juice cartons and 2 soda cans - €36 to re-stock. Kettle with ample tea/coffee etc every day. Essential safe, 2 large mirrors, full length and lighted in the bathroom, another above the desk/dressing table would've been useful, great robes and slippers too. The immediate area is in parts run down but encouragingly a lot of regeneration is taking place too and unsure if that contributed to an unpleasant odour, which was worse some times than others, but noticeably not just in the hotel. The pool was a tad chilly but the seating area was spacious, well laid out with lovely comfy beds and great sea views. Only one bed hogger noted. I enjoyed the pool music, triumphantly they didn't! Great ordering service via the app and very pleasant staff who continually kept tidying. Bus Stop 950 - Arznell is 5 minute walk, outside Cheeky Monkey TD1 and TD5 for Airport Direct buses, we also visited St Julians, Sliema and Valletta easily and cheaply from here. Convenience store at the end of the street, but Daves and Wellbees mini marts a short walk, have better and cheaper selection, Spar a bit further. Never stayed in a Best Western before but we had a really relaxing, enjoyable stay and made a good choice.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Malta and overall had a pleasant experience. The room looked nice at first glance, with a good design and a very comfortable large bed. The hotel has a great location, a nice pool area, and the staff were very friendly. Both breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety and good quality, and the food was very tasty. Because of this, we would generally rate the stay five stars. However, there was one important issue from the beginning. There was a noticeable unpleasant smell in the room. It was not extremely strong, but it was present. After spending around 10 minutes in the room, you would stop noticing it as you got used to it. The main problem was the bathroom. Water from the shower regularly leaked out, so the entire bathroom would flood, and water also leaked into the bedroom, leaving puddles on the floor and keeping parts of the door frame and carpet constantly wet. This happened daily during our stay whenever we showered. We believe this is also the reason for the smell, as the constantly wet carpet could likely lead to mould forming underneath. We reported this issue to reception three times, but we did not receive a real solution during our stay. We also suggested simply providing more towels each day so we could manage the water ourselves, but this was not implemented. While maintenance was supposedly sent, the problem remained and no effective action was taken. We were repeatedly told that maintenance would be sent up, but it seems no one ever came, or it may be a recurring issue throughout the hotel, possibly related to the design of the shower. Overall, the hotel has many strong positives, but this ongoing issue significantly affected our experience.

Great hotel. Everything about it is perfect. Specially all the staff, I spilled a drink in our room and they were so efficient to deal with my accident! I love the fact that Malta is an island of so many people who work there from different countries, with interesting stories (I am nosey). Thank you to Kelly especially at the hotel.

The hotel facilities are excellent, very good variety of food available in bar, restaurant and pool area. The hotel is clean, rooms serviced well and all staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel with great facilities and very professional staff. The spa facilities are great with a swim up bar on the roof. Kelly in customer experience and Brendan who worked tirelessly behind the bar were standout members of staff for us. We will be booking again the next time we return as we have family in Malta and visit regularly.

If you value peace and quiet, unfortunately avoid this hotel. Currently here now the noise from everywhere is unbelievable. You can hear people dropping items, moving things, talking etc from all angles. I've never experienced anything like it. This hotel is most definitely not sound proofed. On the plus side, it is a beautiful hotel, staff are lovely and the roof top pool is beautiful. The location as mentioned by other travellers is not the best with abandoned buildings etc near by. We would not stay here again the unrelenting noise has really ruined our holiday.

Can't fault the hotel.. clean, gorgeous and everything you could wish for … outside the hotel is a dump! Loads of building work, rubbish and not very many nice restaurants… the boat trip to Gozo is worth a visit and cheeky monkeys for a cocktail.. tourist street is ok for food

We had a lovely stay here! The breakfast was fresh every morning with a good variety. We stayed in a junior suite which was lovely, spacious and clean. Only reason I haven't given 5* is because the room we were in backed onto the lifts and we heard the noise all day and night and we were right above the entrance to the hotel so heard everyone coming and going which didn't help when trying to get to sleep. Otherwise, lovely clean, modern hotel and the rooftop pool area was amazing. Would definitely stay again!

This is one of the best hotels! Our last day here sad to leave 😢 All the staff were kind and helpful. The reception are friendly and efficient. Absolutely nothing is too much trouble for them. The cleaning staff are efficient and our rooms cleaned each day and bedding changed. Also towels are changed daily. Mini bar in the room. Tea making facility. Safe. Wall mounted tv. USB and plenty of sockets. Plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom is good and spacious. Big hair dryer in the wardrobe. There's also a gym and spa with indoor plunge pool and jacuzzi. We loved the rooftop pool, bar and solarium! We've had a lovely holiday. Great rooms good breakfasts and snacks and evening dinners at the restaurant or in the bar. Above all is the exemplary attitude of the staff. A big shout out to Naresh Hom and the bar crew! We hope to return in the future.

Wow! What a brilliant hotel. The location is great, 5 minutes from the promenade, 10 minutes walking into the main square of bugibba. The hotel staff are super friendly, big mention to Kelly who organised our trip and has an excellent knowledge of the island. The rooms are large, excellent bathroom and comfortable king sized bed! Super clean everyday. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the money, it was better for us to pay at the hotel upon arrival. The rooftop pool and sunbeds are fantastic as is the pool bar. I would recommend this hotel 100%. We will definitely be back.

Let's just say the hotel is amazing. The people who work on the reception desk are so nice and friendly from the very, very beginning to thevery very end. They help with everything like checking check out. Find any trip or whatever you need you can just go to them and they help you with everything. Also the lady who always think on the side of the reception smiling and saying hi something really nice on the friendly welcomeand the hotel and the rooms are absolutely amazing. A lovely hotel with large rooms and lovely staff. We used it as a base and made trips to Valetta, st Julian's and Gozo. Did walks on the others days along the promenade towards St Paul's Bay, stopping for a coffee and or an Ice-cream, sitting on the many benches overlooking the sea. First night we ate in the Vida bar and the food was good. Ate at a few restaurants along the front and a few on tourist road the following week and apart from one a Mr Wang they were all good. Yes the dog's mess needs attention and the locals should feel embarrassed as it's not nice. Own a dog then clean up after you pet. Yes the area needs improving BUT is this not anywhere you go and is it the fault of the Hotel ? Room great ( initial free mini bar even better) Staff great and all polite. The Vida bar dinner the one night we had it was lovely. The 3 Spa treatments we had were nice. Easter cake treat left in our room (lovely touch) Housekeeping with extra hangers, iron and ironing board very prompt. Housekeeping very efficient with a smile. Would highly recommend this hotel from the 8 nights we had here.

We spent five nights in Junior Suite - it didn't have great view outside, but this was last "issue" we had - spacious room with great design, roof with a pool, restaurant and 24/7 bar totally overshadowed it. Spa is on expensive side, but sauna/inne pool is free 😉

This hotel has lovely rooms and shower is large and great. Comfortable beds with a choice of pillows. Restaurant is excellent, breakfast buffet is varied with Omelette and eggs etc done to order. Meals are à la carte with a good choice of fresh food cooked to order so everything is hot and fresh, waiters are excellent. Deepak and Sofi are in charge and they do anything to help, all staff are friendly and polite with an extra nod to Regie and Melina😊 I went in January and was told there was entertainment 3 nights a week, however there wasnt any so not suitable for solo guests as nowhere to meet other people. Balconies are small not suitable to sunbathe tho roof pool is lovely with sunbeds and lovely views.

Lovely hotel. It's clearly very recently built, and it shows that it's been built to a high standard. The rooms are large, clean, modern, tasteful and comfortable. Both the bar and restaurant are exceptional. The food in Alta cucina, the 9th floor restaurant, is truly delicious and always feels fresh - which isn't always the case in a half board environment but it definitely is here. Similarly, the bar and room service are high quality, and very good value for money. Equally, the staff are lovely people. We had a small snafu where our travel agent didn't ask for twin beds, but the manager came up, looked at our solutions, and organised for things to be sorted really quickly efficiently, and even with a laugh between us. All wait staff, bartenders, reception staff, all are super helpful and always upbeat and pleasant. For a first visit to Malta, this is an excellent base, close to the seafront but not hugely busy, excellent transport links and well worth the money for breakfast or even half board if you're worried you may not like local restaurants. Cannot recommend highly enough, we will be back!

My wife and I had a 10 day holiday at the BWP, Malta which included breakfast and evening meals. We stayed in a de luxe room with balcony view of the sea. From the start we were met by friendly staff who genuinely could not do enough to make our holiday special. The room was large, very clean and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast covered all the bases. Fruit, yogurt, seeds and granola were readily available followed by cheese meats and salads and for those who wished the full hot British experience it was there in abundance. The evening meals were delicious. Each night provided something different with Italian and Maltese nights being our particular favourites. The staff, particularly within the restaurant, were superb. Sofi led the team and was made for the job. So friendly, funny and extremely knowledgeable not only about the food she was serving but of the local places of interest to visit… she was a star and she was ably assisted by Abhi, Kumar and the rest of the staff. My wife and i's experience will lead us to return to this hotel… 10 out of 10.

We thought the hotel was a little closer to the sea but it was only a 3 minute walk. It was pleasant and welcoming and there was a variety of room designs. Breakfast was a great experience - there was everything you may want. We had information in the room about trips and ideas for excursions. In the reception area worked Kelly and we approached her to book. She was particularly helpful and her local knowledge regarding things we might like to do helped make our brief holiday so much more interesting and informative.

Really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Premier Malta. The location is great and makes it easy to get around. The spa was the only downside — smaller than expected and more of a hydro pool than a true jacuzzi poor bubbles etc with slightly misleading photos online. However, the sauna/steam room were fine and the gym was excellent. I was confused to see blue towels all over the floor in the spa area near the pool to soak up water, this is towels people use on their body! Not sure who came up with this idea but its actually nasty! The restaurant was actually very good — nicer than some of the food I had at local restaurants. I didn't try breakfast as it's not my preference, but there was a wide variety available. The highlight was the staff — very friendly and welcoming. I was checked in by a trainee, Eva, who provided excellent customer service.

Absolutely amazing hotel, very modern, staff all amazing couldn't do enough for you, service was brilliant, breakfast, lunch & dinner was delicious & loads of choice to choose from, we had a junior suite & it's was huge, loads of space & the bed was lovely & comfortable, all in all a lovely experience. The hotel has lovely large rooms with huge beds. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. The Aircon units are huge on the balcony areas at the front of the hotel therefore some rooms have these on their balcony. We could not sleep due to the noise we reported it a number of times to the hotel night staff and we were moved rooms. Other than this we have had a good stay.

This is a great hotel, close to all amenities and many different types of restaurants. Many supermarkets minutes walk away. The bus stop for the hop on and hop off bus was only a few minutes walk away from this hotel which allowed us to visit all of Malta with flexibility. Just note that this hotel is 20minutes drive from Valetta but we didnt find this an issue as we utilised the hop on/off bus to visit. Hotel room size was amazing, very large including the bathroom. Towels, hairdryer, kettle, fridge and tea/coffee all in the room. The first mini bar stock was included free of charge which was amazing! Room and hotel was very clean. Breakfast options were good! Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged a suhoor menu for me to have in the room and respected my preferences.

What a beautiful hotel. Staff amazing. Spotlessly clean. Great choice at breakfast in a beautiful panoramic dining room with fabulous views over Qwara. Unfortunately the surrounding area was very run down and the hotel is situated in the back streets and opposite an empty apartment block now inhabited by pigeons. Our room was overlooking this and other dishevelled buildings which spoiled our whole experience. The bar was excellent and bar food good and priced just right. Its a shame Best Western chose this location because there is absolutely no view from the rooms only the dining room and roof top terrace and pool which was closed when we stayed.

Having not been to Malta before we chose this hotel on a whim and were glad we did . It's a high standard with spotlessly clean , large rooms and well appointed bathrooms. The restaurant was good value and breakfast had plenty of choice . 5 minutes walk to the sea front and lovely walks along the coastline . Best of all were the staff who had clearly been well trained in service and were all delightful .

Everything about this hotel is really good quality. On arrival, and throughout the stay, the reception team were really friendly and professional, always greeting you with a smile. I stayed in a junior suite with side/partial sea view, room 621. I could see the sea from the bed. It had two tiny balconies, one with seating. My friend stayed in 609 and had less of a view. The room was really nice with a variety of lighting options. The minibar contained some water, soft drinks, wine and beer which were complimentary for the first round. You would pay for any refills after that. I thought that was a nice touch considering we were staying bed and breakfast. There were bathrobes and slippers to use. I had a body scrub treatment in the spa which was delightful. I never used the pools or gym. The bar/restaurant on the ground floor was great. The staff were lovely, food and drinks were all really good quality and presented really well. Breakfast was unremarkable. The usual selection of hot and cold items. Mugs are already on your table and you need to take them to the coffee machine, which threw me on the first day. Great views from the breakfast room though! The area around the hotel wasn't particularly nice, though there were a few shops and eateries nearby. It's a short walk to the sea and close to a Red Sightseeing Bus stop and the Aquarium. I would absolutely stay here again if I was coming back to St Paul's Bay - a really lovely modern hotel.

Stayed for 2 wks in a side seaview room. The room was spacious and comfortable and kept cleaned to a high standard. The welcome drinks package in the mini fridge was a real bonus. Large enough to store my own milk. Even though the roof top. bar wasn't open ( winter ) sun loungers and tables/ chairs available to relax and take in the lovely views. Breakfast buffet was very good quality with a great choice and very clean. The welcoming bar serves a good selection of drinks and meals. The staff were pleasant,hardworking and very helpful. The surrounding area is undergoing an extensive redevelopment and major building works but they didn't distract me from my having a lovely stay. Hoping for a longer stay next February

The hotel is excellent. The staff, particularly Darren on the front desk and also Kelly are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard but the side sea view rooms do not see the sun on the balcony. If I had to criticise anything it would be the towels and the toilet paper. Both a bit rough! The location is a little quiet but great for getting around the island as the bus station is nearby. To avoid overcrowding on the buses I would recommend using taxi's like Bolt or Uber, they're reasonably priced. The area is a little scruffy and smelly at times with a lot of part finished building work. Had it not been for this it would have been a 5 star review. The promenade is good with some excellent restaurants and a couple of nice hotels.

This hotel is a special place for me. What makes it special isn't the amazing rooftop pool, the spa experience and the huge breakfast but people like Kelly and Darren who are always welcoming and make you feel home!! Definitely BW is my preferred choice whilst staying in Malta!

The hotel was great rooms very comfortable, but it was the staff in the hotel that made it great…especially Deepak / Sofi / Malza/ Kumar / Santiago / Kelly all the others. Breakfast at the hotel is superb couldn't find anything that wasn't there . The only down side of the hotel is that it's rather surrounded with construction works but with the bus terminal around the corner it makes it very easy to get around.. The island of Malta has a lot to offer with a lot of very interesting places to visit. We had a great time there and a visit to Gozo was enjoyable we would all return to this hotel as we found no problems at all…

A relatively new hotel with big spacious rooms and friendly staff. We were visiting from Ireland and found it a great base for sightseeing. The hotel is centrally located and just a short walk to the bus station which has routes that will take you all over the island. The bar's great for a nightcap and breakfast in the ninth floor restaurant is a lovely experience and caters to all tastes. We'd have no hesitation returning to this warm, friendly hotel. Big thanks to the staff that looked after us during our five night stay. Have five stars with our compliments, hopefully see you next year!

Me and my partner stayed here for a short weekend break for Valentine's, it didn't disappoint. The staff are great and accommodating and what you get for price is amazing. The room was very big and spacious, and the man on reception, Emanuel kindly upgraded us to a hot tub room for free which we made the most of in our stay. The cleaners come in every day and did a great job, and we heard no noise outside of our room. The location is a few minutes away from the beach, and has some lovely restaurants surrounding. I would love to visit again, the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

This hotel is lovely, it's clean, new and the staff are doing their very best, friendly and welcoming, good ambiance, decent food, efficient. The area is a scruffy building site with a small selection of expensive, tacky bars and shops, a couple of streets off the coast, the views are not pleasant. Our stay wasn't helped by the bad luck we had with the weather. Rooftop area seasonal and closed during our visit, which is clear in the website. To reiterate, stay here if you want to stay in Qawra Malta. Research Malta and Qawra really carefully before you book, we didn't unfortunately.

Booked this hotel for me and my fiancés anniversary and I could not have asked for better hotel and staff. We arrived with being met with friendly smiles and a bottle of wine, chocolates rose petals and balloons in our room for our anniveeary. This was our first time in Malta and it now has a special place in our hearts. The environment, food, the people are just so lovely. Vuk and Kelly at the Best Western Premier just made our stay so magical and one we won't forget. Brilliant location for visiting places like Valletta, St Julians. A fantastic hotel which surpassed my expectations and experience of Best Western..the room was spotless and large with a roomy balcony. We booked breakfast and the restaurant was excellent, with great choice and very friendly and efficient my staff. There is an infinity pool on top which looked fabulous.. the weather during our stay meant we didn't get to use it.. but would definitely visit again and highly recommend.

My husband and I visited Malta in December and had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Premier. The staff were exceptional and warm, and the service throughout our visit was truly impressive. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and dinner offerings. I also really appreciated the care they took with my allergies, including providing thoughtful eggless dessert options. The view from our balcony was stunning, and the overall experience made our trip even more memorable. I would happily return to the Best Western Premier again just to enjoy the amenities and hospitality once more.

Literally the best Hotel we've ever stayed in..Room was spacious, huge comfy bed,immaculate bathroom (mirror didn't even mist up when using the Shower!) Friendly staff & whatever you do, don't miss out on the Breakfast, you're literally spoilt for choice whatever your palate, Omelette bar & even a whole Honey comb which I'd never seen before let alone tasted.Sets you up the day perfectly.Certainly be back next time in Malta & cannot recommend highly enough..

This hotel is inviting, set back from the front hustle and bustle. The staff are the most friendliest, many from the uk and enjoyed our tales from home. We found out from the staff all the local coffee houses, and quickest routes around town. My only sadness was that the pool wasn't open. But then it was February, windy and with the pool being on the roof quite cold. But this is the only negative, hence my 4 out of 5 review. Breakfast was amazing, freshly cooked. We were upgraded to a suite and this was fantastic. I would recommend any other Best Western to all my friends and family.

This hotel is not one of the larger hotels and for this reason we felt a more personal experience. The location is also ideal and within 5 minutes walk are lots of restaurants, the beach, the bus terminal also a big (free) parking Personally i opted for this hotel over others because of the rooms and design which is quite unique unlike the more generic designs of larger more popular resorts/hotels. Our room had a queen size bed, desk, sofa, loads of storage space and massive bathroom. We had the deluxe room with side sea views

Very big thank you for our enjoyable 4 weeks stay ! We loved the hotel - the location is very covenient : the bus stop , shops , restaurants , beautiful promenade along the coast - everything is so close , but at the same time it is in a quiet street . The junior suit we stayed in was so spacious , very comfortable bed , excellent bathroom with plenty of room and very nice shower . The hotel is kept very clean . But what made our stay especially nice were the staff of the hotel . Everyone we dealt with was so friendly and helpful . Everybody at the reception desk was always with a smile and ready to help . Special thank you to Darren as we dealt with him more than others . We were on half board for 4 weeks and can't thank enough the whole team of the restaurant . Food and service were excellent . So thank you very much again to Sofi , Deepak, Regi , Sandip , Kumar , Melina and all of your team . You are doing an amazing job and it was a pleasure to meet you all ! We are half way through a week at The Best Western Premier, what a superb hotel. Staff are all so friendly, the hotel is spotless, food is very good, rooms are lovely, massive comfortable bed, room cleaned every day, lovely bar area (and the pool table/bar football is free, which is a bonus), spa is lovely and the roof pool area is gorgeous (and what a view!!!) Oh, and the main bus terminal is only a 5 minute walk away, you can get buses to anywhere on the island. We have popped into a few hotels in the area (mainly for toilet breaks!), this is by far the nicest hotel we have seen. It was our anniversary, on arrival to our room, there was a lovely note left for us, balloons, chocolate cake and wine/lager, what a welcome, we have felt so spoilt. Thank you to everyone who works at this hotel, you should all be very proud at making us guests feel so welcome and looked after. Special mention to Sofi in the restaurant, who has looked after us when we have eaten, keep up the great work, but that goes for all the staff. We have travelled a lot, this hotel and the service is up there with the best 👍

I've had a fantastic time at the Best Western Premier Malta. From the check in, the environment, the food and the people, couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. Had a lovely stay. The breakfast is outstanding, worth every penny, there is literally everything you can think of and more and it's delicious. Bar/lounge area is really nice and has some nice light dishes if you're feeling peckish. Everywhere is nice and clean. Our room -junior suite, with sea view- was really nice, 2 tiny niggles- our room was near the lift and you could hear the ping from it all the time, and the daily clean wasn't great... Location is great, 3 min walk to the main bus stop, bus is cheap but it gets very crowded on them. Bolt (taxi) is great and cheap just download the app. 30+ min travel for less than €20.

Was surprised on arrival at the area Hotel is in but all was fine and the Hotel was perfect. We had a Deluxe room for 7 nights and was very pleased with its spacious and very clean condition. Nice greeting on arrival by female receptionist and on entering the room there was a small selection of chocolates and a large bottle of red wine which we felt was a nice touch and much appreciated. The mini bar was free and the bed comfortable. The restaurant was very spacious with plenty of choices in food and drink. The bar area could be a little chilly but the bar staff were all very friendly as we're the rest of the staff we dealt with. Unfortunately we didn't use the Spa but I've no doubt it is popular. A short walk to the local bus station if you want to make use of the very reasonably priced buses. Downside to our visit to Malta is the pavements, be very aware when walking.

Enjoyed my time at Best Western, as a solo female traveler it's important to feel safe and I certainly did from check in until check out. Everyone was so friendly, from reception staff, spa and restaurant staff. The hotel is ideally located to a bus station only 10 minute walk away, I was able to travel to Valletta Sliema and St Julian's from here. My room was amazing!! I stayed in a Junior suite and it was absolutely perfect!! I would definitely come back to this hotel without hesitation m. Thankyou for a lovely stay

I did some research before deciding to make a reservation at this hotel and I was definitely not disappointed with my stay.I was given a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite by the receptionist Vuk who was very welcoming and gave me lots of information about the hotel when I checked in.The suite was exceptional.very modern and spotlessly clean.The breakfast is a fantastic buffet that caters for all tastes.with lots of fresh fruit, large selection of local pastries,cheeses, a hot buffet.and lots more.The fresh honeycomb was really tasty.The staff at breakfast are all very nice and friendly but a special thank you to Regie who goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service and to Sofi who always greets you with a friendly welcome and smile.The location is very good and you are just a 5 minute walk away to the local bus station.I highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay again if I return to Malta.

Excellent. Quick and easy check in. Lovely room large bathroom. Very large and comfortable bed, quiet room, temperature just right. Clean and efficient housekeeping. Very good bar service with an extensive drinks menu with a good selection of cocktails. If you arrive by car there is a drop off point directly outside the hotel. There is also a free car park at the end of the road almost exactly opposite the front of the hotel.

The room, the lounge, restaurant, rooftop pool, spa, staff were high standard and very accommodating. My favourite hotel stay ever!

What a surprise I had when we arrived at the hotel. It was fabulous. A very modern welcoming ambiance. The greeting from the reception staff was really great. Very informative. The rooms were very spacious and the bathroom too. The bed was so comfy. Oh and a free mini bar for your first night ! We checked out the pool area up on top floor and it was fabulous! We had food in the main bar one night which was very good. The bar staff were also very friendly and helpful. We went to the NYE Dinner which was amazing. The food was scrumptious the wine was flowing and the staff again were truly amazing. We had a fantastic NYE celebration. It was a brilliant Hotel and I would highly recommend it.

Amazing stay at the Best Western Hotel. Spent 4 night here over New Years. The hotel is in a great location, close to the sea and restaurants, and a lovely promenade for walks and runs- feels very safe if out alone too. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and clean, beds are huge and the bathroom is well equipped with lovely fragrance products! The free mini bar is a great added extra. I imagine the outdoor pool area is fab during warmer months- I did brave the pool for a swim on two occasions! The spa area is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The pool and hot tub were a bit in the cold side but the sauna and steam room were perfect. I had room service and ate in the bar. The breakfast was plentiful and the omelette station was great. A special thanks to Darren who checked us in, made us feel so welcome and was a font of knowledge sharing suggestions about what to see in Malta- a credit to the hotel and always has a smile on his face. Loved the stay and would highly recommend.

Second visit to BWP. fab hotel with lovely friendly staff. Rooms are immaculate and housekeeping in everyday. Pool area is lovely. Darren on reception has great local knowledge and gave us a few tips on where to watch the football and where to eat and how to best get to places we wanted to visit. Kelly is lovely and friendly and goes above and beyond an asset to the hotel. We will visit again.

Great stay Kelly wasn't just a receptionist she was a holiday rep. so many tips on where to go whether it was tours or pubs.

Hotel is in a great location, not far to bugibba bus terminal, lots of small shops. Hotel has some fantastic bedrooms, very clean and comfortable, lovely showers. Pool etc.. Spa, if you're looking for massage I can highly recommend Adarash for strong deep tissue. Pity not always someone available on reception ( only pen and paper, that puts me off!! Bar snacks are nice, staff are lovely, Brendan is great, knows his job well, very competent. Very competitive rates for the quality you receive, highly recommend this hotel, I hope they keep the cleanliness standards high and quality of products.

The Best Western Premier in Malta is wonderful. The staff are absolutely brilliant and genuinely can't do enough for you, whether it's recommending places to eat or suggesting things to see and do. The spa, although on the smaller side, is really lovely and includes a hydro pool, swimming pool, sauna, and some great areas to relax and unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of food from all over the world. Everything was constantly refreshed, and the staff were always attentive — there was never a shortage of anything. I stayed half board, and the food just kept getting better as the days went on. The rooms are finished to a very high standard and were always spotless, with complimentary tea and coffee topped up daily. The bed was super comfortable, the balcony was very large, and the bathroom was huge with a rainfall shower (though the temperature did fluctuate between hot and cold quite quickly). There's also a rooftop pool area that I didn't fully check out, but from a brief visit at night it looked amazing and had great views. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat, brilliant staff, great food, super comfortable beds, and a lovely atmosphere. Thanks for a great stay!

Everyone in the reception, the spa and the housekeepers are extremely friendly and helpful. Kelly has been wonderful throughout our stay! The staff at the best Western or excellent especially if Kelly she was very helpful and make sure that everything runs smoothly. The rooms are very lovely. They had a gym and they have swimming pool and indoor spa. It was lovely very relaxing hotel or recommend it to anybody.

Great place the room we stayed in was perfect with 2 balconies and lots of space the staff were all friendly and very helpful with great recommendations for tours and places to visit Kelly was really helpful in booking our tuk tuk tour of goza and I can say it was a great day the hotel is situated not far from the prom with lots of bars and restaurants nearby this place is a credit to the brand with no complaints after our 4 day stay

The best western hotel Premier in St Paul's Malta has been a great experience. Well prepared hotel, good size rooms beds and facilities. Visiting for my wife's birthday the room had a few tokens for my wife's birthday, which was a nice touch. The hotel is located 2 roads off the waterfront, close to bus stops and easy for uber to locate. All the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The complementary mini bar is a nice touch. Small Wine, beer, juice, water. There is 2 of each. Your to have included in room price. If you want it refilled it's about 32euro for the alcohol versions. Good size tv, which you can log into your own Netflix or YouTube account. No access to hdmi ports. The shower and bathroom facilities were clean and in good order. Room was well cleaned each time I asked. If I had to pick a negative, the walls are a bit thin, enough for you to hear loud noises of a bit of noise from the bar when there was live music, which I was above, but not enough that it prevent me from relaxing and sleeping.

Beautiful hotel, rooms and bathroom. Beds were so comfy and need to find out the brand of pillows if anyone can help? Reception and staff were all nice and helpful but Kelly was a standout and is a great addition to the team for the way she communicates to the guests and can read the room! We arrived on the evening of November 22nd, but we were unable to check in because loveholiday had not forwarded our reservation details to the hotel. However, Matt, the receptionist on duty, was extremely courteous, and along with the manager, they made efforts to resolve the situation. After a long journey, we were exhausted and just wanted to shower and rest. Both Matt and the manager treated us with great kindness and respect. We waited for a bit, and eventually, we were checked in so we could relax while they sorted out the issue. The room was immaculate, the bathroom was pristine, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows! I cannot stress enough how comfortable they were. We had a balcony that provided fresh air and offered a stunning view. Our overall experience in Malta began at Best Western Premier Malta, and I want to express my gratitude to everyone there; we will definitely be returning.❤️

I booked a 3 night stay here as a surprise for my wife's 40th birthday. I booked based on so many of the positive reviews and was not disappointed!! From the moment we walked through the door until the moment we left was outstanding. We were greeted my Marcus and Kelly as we arrived, Marcus even had a hand written birthday card for my wife, thank you!! The room was amazing, big comfy bed and huge bathroom, spotlessly clean and complimentary drinks in the fridge. I had emailed prior to our visit and when we got to our room, there always wine and cake which was just brilliant. The breakfasts are amazing, everything you could possibly want, the freshly made omelettes were perfect! We were lucky to have sunny weather and 24°c which was a treat as it was frosty back in the UK when we left! We made the most of the roof top terrace and pool with beautiful views across the bay. Genuinely can't recommend this hotel enough to anybody that's looking for a relaxing break. The location is ideal, only a 2 minute walk to the sea front and restaurants/bars. Thank you so much for everything you did for us during our stay, Kelly and Marcus are a credit to the place creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. (All the staff were great!) Honestly one of the best hotels iv been to! First time in Malta and it blue my expectations. Defiantly solo travel and couple friendly. The staff were amazing land the facilities was clean and modern. One of the best things was there's Breakfast! I really find hotel breakfasts appealing but this was a fantastic spread through and through! I would recommend adding it to your package. The location is close to the local bus and the TD1 which takes you to the airport (costs about €3). It takes both 40 mins so no need to spend a lot on a taxi unless you're travelling in a big group. The area is very quiet and close to the beach and a 10 mins walk to the aquarium. Some rooms are lucky as they have the sea front view. I would highly recommend the Trattoria Ricardo restaurant which is about 3 mins walk away. Great Italian food and good value! Honestly would give this hotel 10/10 rating. Could not find a single fault. Wish I had the time to try the pool and spa facilities, but I will on my next visit for sure. A big shout out to all the staff! Very friendly and attentive to guests. Made my stay that extra special.

My room was a cool and peaceful retreat with a balcony that made me feel like the sort of woman who knows her own mind and always travels with purpose, even when she absolutely does not. The complimentary mini bar whispered that life can still surprise you. Breakfast was an adventure in its own right. I met pastries that were sweet, savoury, confused, delighted, and slightly possessed by aniseed. Every bite felt like a tiny story and most of them made me smile. The staff were gentle and warm. They carried on with the quiet confidence of people who have seen every form of tourist chaos and still choose kindness. The breeze along the seafront settled my brain in ways I had not expected. I wandered, I breathed, I remembered myself a little. This place gave me a soft reset wrapped in sunshine and salt air. I would come back in a heartbeat, ideally when the Maltese sky is feeling a touch less theatrical.

My 5-day stay at this hotel was truly excellent. The property is modern, beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely sea view. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious, elegant and very comfortable. All the staff were truly friendly and helpful, and the room cleaning was impeccable. To conclude, a big compliment to the kitchen and dining room staff for their great work during breakfast and dinner, especially Regie and Sofi, who were always kind, smiling, and professional. For any future stay in Malta, I will definitely come back!

Just stayed at the best western hotel and had a good time. The hotel is modern and clean and staff are friendly. Reggie the cafe attendant was lovely and made sure we was taken care of. The only negative is the spa opens at 10am and closes at 7 which means for day trips out you can't really make use of the facilities. There isn't a disabled ramp so lugging your suitcase in was tedious. There should be the option at this hotel to speak with tour companies to book excursions. We was advised to take public transportation in Gozo by someone on the front desk, this was terrible idea as the buses were not regular which meant standing around in the rain. Other than these points the hotel was fantastic.

The location was good, the room was clean, the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent. I loved everything and will definitely go again.

A super hotel where the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. First time in Malta. The room was huge and very high-spec. Everything was top notch. Rooftop pool chilly at 8 am but worth the dip!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The breakfast was absolutely delicious definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout my visit. I want to give a special mention to Yogesh at the bar, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming, and Jose at the reception, who made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel feels very new and modern, which adds to the overall comfort. The beautiful pool is another great feature perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to returning!

It's located behind St. Paul's Bay. Based on my experience, it's quieter than hotels located on the beach, and less crowded in the mornings. The rooms are spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Also, it was nice that various drinks from the mini bar were provided free of charge during the two-night stay.

We have had such a wonderful holiday at this hotel.From the start it went well as we were both upgraded to a spacious suite which was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean with a daily cleaning service. The bathrooms were fabulous, with an amazing shower and were well stocked with excellent products which we really liked! The roof top swimming pool area was stunning and as with the rest of the hotel, immaculate at all times. The staff at this hotel are all fantastic and Marco at the front desk was a real star. He made us feel so welcome and was so incredibly helpful in answering any questions we had and arranging some excursions. For the price, the hotel is exceptionally good value and of five star quality. Highly recommended!!

If you are looking for the Best Hotel in Malta, this is possibly it. Easy to find in Qwara Malta, the hotel is prominent on Triq It-Tamar. Walking into reception its clear the hotel is of a high standard. The decoration, the temperature, the overall ambiance is amazing. The staff are friendly and professional. Everything was explained clearly. The room is possibly one of the best I've stayed in, in Malta. The bed was very comfortable. The room facilities cannot be faulted. The bathroom spotless. I was lucky to be upgraded to a junior suite. The Jacuzzi was on and the water warm. Because i was near the roof there was a little noise from the bar, but this stopped around 8pm. My one night stay (without breakfast) cost £67.00 which in my opinion is a bargain.

From the first moment in the reception, the staff were extremely welcoming. The room was excellent and very clean. As it's a birthday trip, I even had wine and cupcakes sent up to my room. Massive shoutout to Kelly as she's the example of how to look after a guest. She made my whole trip great and recommended some nice places too. Will definitely be coming back again. Very nice hotel, modern with very clean rooms and helpful staff. Ideal as a base to explore. Good facilities including a rooftop pool, ground floor spa and nice bar area with comfy seating, table top football and pool table. Central to the area with other bars, restaurants and hotels an easy walk away. The only downside was lots of the nearby buildings were in an ‘abandoned' state including some next to the hotel which had been left with empty pools with sun loungers and chairs thrown in although they were only visible when looking over from the rooftop pool area on the 10th floor.

Really enjoyed our stay here - hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are friendly and efficient. Lots of good choice at breakfast. Spa and gym facilities good and unexpected. Bar drinks excellent. There was evening entertainment on a couple of occasions and a pool table. The only thing I can find fault with is that the pool isn't heated - didn't stop people using it though. Use the hotel concierge to advise on trips. Local buses very cheap and really easy to get around the island we went to Gozo and Valetta using public transport.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean all all staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. The room we had was huge and the bathroom amazing. Good quality toiletries and room serviced to a high standard every day. Complimentary drinks in room provided for initial day. Hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers available. Uses 3 pin plugs and usb charging points available in the room. Balcony was very small but this isn't an issue. Pool area beautiful at the top of the hotel with spectacular views from up there. We stayed B&B and breakfast was excellent...all staff in the restaurant work so hard, Reggie deserves a special mention! Qawra itself is a little tired but the bus terminal is about a 5 mins walk away and we explored the island using the excellent bus service. We loved Malta and would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Stayed here for 5 nights and I can honestly say what a beautiful hotel. From arriving to leaving, we felt so welcomed. The hotel itself is immaculate and modern and has everything you need. The rooms are modern and large and the bathroom is gorgeous with a huge shower and there are luxury toiletries you can use. Rooms have a fridge and hairdryer and a huge tv. We asked reception for an iron and it was there within minutes. The restaurant is lovely and the food was perfect. Something for everyone. The roof top pool is beautiful with great views and the poolside bar has the best poolside food I've had. We also took advantage of the spa on a rainy day. The main bar is modern and the staff go out of their way to help you. All of the staff are amazing and they clearly love their work. But I need to give Kelly the biggest mention as she is one of the loveliest, bubbly, friendliest women you'll ever meet. She was so helpful and gave us good tips on where to go and visit and for eating out. Kelly is a credit to the Best Western brand. I have told everyone I've seen since I got home about this hotel and would definitely recommend it. We will be back. One more thing - when you walk into the hotel, the smell is amazing!!!

Quiet, 5 minute walk to bars and 3 minute walk to the promenade. Very friendly relaxed vibe with all staff happy and receptive. Giving the whole place a great atmosphere. Kelly the deputy manager was outstanding helpful and made a point of making sure we were happy and comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Brandon behind the bar was quick efficient and always gave service with a smile. He is a warriors fan so I have to knock him down 0 0001% but you can't help your sporting allegiances. The room was huge, very modern and exceptionally clean with everything we needed as we don't iron on holiday and I'm told by my wife the hairdryer was great too. Booked through on the beach but the value for money was unreal. The amenities are excellent with a gym, spa, rooftop pool and bar and the main bar has entertainment 2 nights a week with a pool table and live sport. A great stay thank you.

This hotel, opened only 18 months ago is of a fantastic standard. The junior suite rooms are so spacious and well equipped. The staff, especially Oliver, who cooked me fresh eggs everyday. He always had a chat and remembered where I said we had been the day before. He was a pleasure to engage with every morning. Deepak always went over and above to make our stay special. A truly lovely gentleman. Vivi the reception manager made every request possible. Outstanding service. Kelly, the experience coordinator was most friendly and nothing was too much trouble for her. The only downside of our stay was the temperature of the pool. It was freezing. There was never any problem with getting a sun bed around the pool area. We were not able to get a late checkout, even though we tried to arrange with days to spare, however we were able to use the spa showers so left the hotel feeling refreshed and chilled after a great 11 days here. Would definitely recommend and hopefully return one day.

I was instantly so impressed with the hospitality and room! I arrived about 2 hours earlier than check in time but they had my room already sorted for me to check in early! The room was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, modern and exceeded my expectations from the photos. All the staff were approachable, accommodating and ensured I had the best stay, they surprised me on my birthday with a lovely little cake and bottle of wine 🥹 one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I travel a lot!! Amazing free amenities available. I couldn't thank the staff enough for making me feel so safe and for the most special birthday trip! We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Best Western Premier Hotel in Malta in August! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Emmanuel, who checked us in. He was very friendly and took the time to clearly explain all the room facilities. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern, spacious rooms that are perfectly cleaned and well-maintained every day by the housekeeping team. Everything always looks spotless and fresh. The location is excellent, close to shops, great restaurants, and interesting places to visit. The rooftop pool and bar are a real added bonus, offering a stunning view over the water – simply wonderful! The breakfast and other meals at the hotel are extensive and delicious, and the staff were considerate and helpful. I also had a massage at the hotel, which was truly relaxing, an experience I would definitely recommend. A big thank you to the entire reception team, especially Ania, Katie, Marcos, and Emmanuel – they were always attentive, ready to help, and always with a smile, both in the morning and evening. I stayed at Best Western Hotel in July for a music event. The hotel was part of the package, therefore it wasn't booked by me, however I was meant to stay at a different hotel which was changed at the last minute. I stayed in the junior suite, which is so spacious and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, the shower invigorating, plus we had a balcony. Although the view from my room wasn't great, it was still nice to have somewhere to sit outside. The rooftop infinity pool was so clean and much needed due to the extremely hot weather. The hotel is impeccable, the staff is so friendly and the food from the bar is good. I will definitely be staying there again. The hotel is not far from the bus stand, plus shops, restaurants and beach. This time around, I really enjoyed Malta, plus it's easy to order an Uber or Bolt.

Half board in a lovely hotel, may be slightly biased as was given a free upgrade to a junior suite, probably largest hotel room I've ever stayed in with a massive king sized bed. Room well appointed and a nice touch was free mini bar of 2 beers, 2 water, 2 soft drinks and 2 small bottles of wine. Food was absolutely marvellous, an extremely wide range and very well cooked, the portion size of the plated choice was very generous. Perhaps only slight criticism was that the food could have been a little hotter. However, the taste was great. The slow cooked brisket of beef was sublime! Downstairs bar had plenty of room, books to read, table football and pool table. Top pool bar had more than enough sun beds for all and included a shaded area. Hotel is in a quiet street and is close to Buggibba bus station (5 minutes) so a great location for touring the island. Get a 7 day unlimited pass for €25 (includes bus travel on Gozo too). Would definitely stay here again.

Very helpful staff and team. Hotel itself very nice, clean and well presented. Would come back again. Only small thing is I think a better way of keeping breakfast items warm is needed. The heat lamps don't seem to do the best job

What an amazing experience we had in The Best Western Malta. The room was big with the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The hotel was very clean, the food was always fresh and delicious (with many choices from the breakfast buffet) and the staff was the nicest and the most helpful. Santiago, Reggie, Deepak and especially Sofi you made our stay extra special.

Very welcoming, very clean and a lovely place to stay! We used this hotel as a central point, going out each day to see different areas of explore, but made sure we had some time to relax by the pool and read a book. The hotel and staff were very friendly and always willing to help and offer advice when asked. The breakfast was fabulous and have great options.

Had an absolute amazing experience at this hotel! Interior is stunning and aesthetically pleasing. The rooftop pool is chilled with lovely views to take of the sea in whilst in the pool or lounging about. The cocktails were refreshing & lots of choice for both food and drink, which was accessible by scanning QR codes on tables at pool or at bar. We were luckily enough to get a free upgrade when arrived to the junior suite, which was amazing and started our stay off right. This included a free mini bar with refreshments, spa robes and slippers. It was spacious and had everything you could have needed during your stay. We had dinner at the hotel as well which was so lovely! Staff were more than accommodating and welcoming everytime you stepped foot in or out of the hotel. Loved the sports bar to grab a game of pool, watch sports or have a drink at your leisure as well as the outdoor seating outside at front and of course the spa, which ended our holiday the most relaxing way! We cannot thank the staff enough for such a lovely and relaxing stay & we will most definitely be back! Thank you so much for having us!

Everything at this hotel was excellent. The facilities were second to none. The real element that put this hotel above anywhere else we have been was the staff. Deepak, Regie, Santiago and the amazing Sofi did so much to make this a great holiday for us. What a great group of people.

Excellent Hotel, fab facilities. Used them all except Spa. Would have used if stayed more than a week. One small issue was breakfast could have been a bit warmer - but loved the omelette bar. Pool good, roof top closed at night if too windy- but hotel can't control weather. Staff great, really friendly and helpful. Location Excellent- 5 minute walk to either Qwara or Buggiba promenade. Food good, Sat BBQ really nice, Excellent guitar player. Not much life in hotel at night, most people seem to go out. Would stay here again.

We have just retuned from a wonderful three day stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with a fantastic bathroom. Complimentary toiletries were helpful and well thought out for those travelling light for a few days. The complimentary bar was a great bonus. Bed comfy and room well cleaned throughout. Food was exceptional we paid for half board and it did not disappoint. The breakfast was one of the best we have experienced on our travels and the evening meal was the same. Fabulous menu selection accompanied by a buffet starter/dessert table. Service was also excellent. The amenities were great with time spent in both the ground floor bar (great book swap area) and the rooftop terrace. Prices were reasonable and service was again great. Late check out was unavailable due to high season and occupancy, however a lovely private shower area and luggage store was available - much better than some awful communal spaces I've used previously! Thank you everyone at the hotel who made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely return!

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago, the hotel is spotless and the staff are helpful and very friendly. Our room was on the 6th floor, very spacious and the most comfortable bed I've slept in, only down side was the balcony was small but otherwise our room was lovely, we stayed in the deluxe suite. Definitely have the breakfast its spot on 👍 . The sunsets from the roof top pool are stunning. It's a 10 minute walk to the bus station, and there's plenty of restaurants just a short walk away

Great Hotel, Shame About the Location We recently stayed at the Best Western Premier, and overall, the hotel itself is impressive. The reception staff were friendly and helpful from the start, and the rooms were beautifully designed with excellent amenities and furnishings. The bathroom was one of the best I've seen in a long time — modern, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The pool area and bars were also very well designed, with a great atmosphere. We were on a room-only basis as we prefer to explore and try authentic local cuisine — which was hit and miss this time. We did try dinner at the hotel on two evenings, and unfortunately, it was average at best and felt overpriced. The staff at dinner also didn't seem as warm or welcoming compared to those at reception. The poolside snack bar was much better, with tasty options, though seating was limited — eating on a sun lounger isn't really my thing. Now, on to Qawra itself — what a disappointment. I remember it differently from years ago, but now it feels run down and dirty. Most restaurants were serving overpriced pub-style food: burgers, pizza, chicken wings — not the authentic Maltese cuisine we were hoping for. It seems the hotel has been recently refurbished (beautifully, I must say), as both our taxi drivers struggled to find it. If I could pick this hotel up and move it somewhere else, it would be absolutely perfect. For what we paid, I might consider returning for a short break, but realistically, I'll be looking elsewhere next time — which is a shame, because the hotel itself has so much potential. ⸻ Let me know if you'd like to tailor it further for a specific review site or character limit.

We have just spent 10 nights in this hotel for our honeymoon and can honestly say it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is immaculate, rooms are huge and bright with great decor, bed was so comfy, pool area was great, no problem getting sun loungers, breakfast was amazing and so much choice, free mini bar on first night was a great treat and free use of the spa was a great bonus, cocktails are amazing, bar area is so nice, the interior design of this hotel is fabulous 👌 Then there is the staff, every single one of them were just awesome, this is one of THE best hotels we have stayed at in 20 years of holidaying together. Thank you Best Western for making our honeymoon perfect.

Found this hotel to be extremely comfortable and clean. All the staff were friendly and welcoming especially the reception staff, in particular Ania. She recommended the Elvis tribute bar a few streets away and we had two excellent nights out there! We were able to check in early and we were more than happy with our double deluxe room. It was spacious, had a lovely bathroom with good quality toiletries and the bed was huge and very comfortable. Housekeeping every day was good. Breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold food and the bonus of a machine to squeeze oranges to make your own juice! The staff in the restaurant were happy and friendly. On our wedding anniversary reception surprised us with chocolate treats and bottle of wine in our room. The hotel has a nice rooftop pool, sunbeds and bar. We tried some smoothies and cocktails and both were excellent. Overall we would class this as a 5 star hotel, close to the seafront, restaurants and bars and bus station.

From arriving at the hotel at the start of the holiday through to leaving the hotel, the staff on reception, the bar, restaurant and spa have been amazing, they have definitely made this a holiday to remember and we are already looking to come back next year.

My girlfriend and I were absolutely blown away by everything this hotel had to offer. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of. The rooms strike the perfect balance between comfort and luxury — stylish, spacious, and spotlessly clean. Every detail felt carefully considered. What really made the experience unforgettable, though, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. We couldn't stress enough how much they added to the overall experience. This hotel is an absolute must for anyone visiting Malta. We're already talking about coming back!

The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing pool area with a fantastic view. The staff is very friendly and they serve really good food! The location is also great. It's close to a lot of restaurants and the sea.

After a long day on the airport, due to an overbooked flight. They sent me to this hotel, Best Western Premier Malta. I went in the counter and JOSE at the reception, what can I say, He fixed my long day, gave me a excellent attention, very proper language comunications skills, humanity and a spot on customer service skills. Made it so easy to check in, amd gave me the best treatment I had in a hotel of this manner. Helped by his colleage Emmanuel, they both together are a very strong team, with the rest of the crew at this amazong hotel, enjoying the Hot Tub at the balcony, the amazing room and all complementary services. I will return next year, exactly to the same hotel, just because of JOSE and Emmanuel as well. Thank you for being an excellent guest services team. We had a wonderful time at this hotel, in fact I would say it was the best room we have ever stayed in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was huge! The aircon was fab, in fact we had to open the door to let heat in as we had got the setting too high! lol There were a few maintenance issues in our room when we were there, but they were all rectified when the reception was notified. The drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced and the roof bathing area was fantastic. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the breakfast, we were not keen on the quality of the food on offer, so I think we had breakfast three times out of the seven days we were there. The location was excellent too, very close to lots of restaurants and bars, I can recommend the Indian across the road and the Craftsman Tap pub if you want a decent beer and watch sports, which my other half wanted to do.

We had a great stay over a birthday celebration and the staff decorated the room beautifully for the occasion .Everyone was very pleasant and friendly, which made the whole experience at the Best Westner Hotel even more enjoyable. The location is great…. within 10 mins walking distance to Bugibba, where there are plenty of restaurants, clubs, and a lively atmosphere. I believe there's a promenade nearby as well, though we didn't get the chance to visit it. Parking was hassle-free. We left a deposit for the key and had our own space for the entire duration of our holiday, which was really convenient. Would definitely return great proximity to the ferry to go to Gozo Island ,Golden Bay ,St Julian , Blue grotto etc none of them more then a 25min drive .

Excellent hotel, and can't praise the staff highly enough. The suites are great, as was the restaurant, for both breakfast and evening. The spa was a bit of a disappointment, fairly cramped, with the electrics failing on two of our three visits. However, regrettably, I can only award the hotel three out of five, as the location has a large bearing on matters. St Paul's was a nothing like I'd expected, rough around the edges, with the centre going downhill from there. A handful of eateries were great, but overall St Paul's is a dump, if I'm being blunt. Dog-muck strewn streets – you could barely walk 20 meters without having to dodge it; strips of bland Brit pubs; ghettoised areas; dilapidation and building sites in equal measure; gridlock; shabby urban sprawl without care or consideration – sorry to say, with few exceptions, this is reflective of Malta as a whole. They've let it go to the dogs, literally.

This hotel surpassed our expectations. The rooms are very spacious and very clean. Shower is big with a rain shower and hand held shower. Air conditioning is great. The staff in reception could not be friendlier or more helpful they were brilliant! Roof top pool was really good with a bar that you could swim or walk to. Marble floor around the pool can be slippery. We liked the location. Quieter than on the sea front but plenty of bars and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely return.

Nice staff, clean rooms, and the roof is still a wonder. Delicious food in the restaurant and excellent cocktails. I enjoyed my stay in a wonderful hotel, I recommend it

Excellent breakfast, lovely staff, plenty sunbeds, rooftop pool amazing and refreshing cold drinks brought to you. Highly recommend. Will be back next year but maybe not July as it was a tad too warm for me

Just come back from Malta and stayed at the Best Western premier on half board basis. I can't express enough how friendly the staff are and how accommodating they where. Special shout out to all the staff in the restaurant and especially Deepack, they always had a smile and very efficient.The food was very good especially the anti pasta dishes. The rooms where kept very clean and as it's a new hotel everything is new and well kept. The hotel it's self is well positioned near the bus station so easy to use as a base to see Malta. Would definitely recommend it.

Absolutely fantastic hotel , rooms 10/10 everything you could ask for , cleaned daily , we only had bed and breakfast but breakfast was superb plenty of choice , everything was kept so clean , very friendly staff couldn't ask for better week away in this superb hotel !!

Our stay at the Best Western Premier was amazing. We arrived around 1230 and our room was ready so we were able to check in early. The room was spotless and had everything you needed, they even provided complimentary items in the mini fridge for the first day. We were able to sign into our netflix on the room TV which was great. We were half board, both breakfast and dinner were buffet style and had loads of options to suit everyone. The rooftop sky bar and pool were unreal, was such a nice touch that we were able to order to our sunbeds by scanning a QR code. We were always able to get a sun bed no matter what time of day we went. At night, they had a singer on the rooftop and the sky bar was open for drinks/food (cocktails were unreal). One of the days we had couples treatments at the spa where we got to choose two treatments each for €60 each, I opted for the facial and back massage while my partner had the back massage and reflexology. The environment was so calming and I'd definitely recommend getting a treatment while you're there! Can't recommend this hotel enough, we'll definitely be back!

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Everything exceeded my expectations – the room was spotless and very comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was just perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The staff is very friendly and we had great breakfasts, great afternoons by the rooftop pool and the rooms are very clean!

The hotel is in a good, quiet location and just a few minutes walk to the sea, shops, bars, restaurants and Bugibba bus station. The hotel is very modern with many facilities, including a roof top bar and pool. There's an indoor pool, gym and spa, which we didn't use. There were two good sized luggage rooms and a shower, which we used on our last day as we had an evening flight. Our room (718) was huge and spotlessly clean. The towels were changed daily and the room cleaned and the bed made. The bed was massive! and so comfy. The hotel was one of the quietest I've ever stayed in and we slept really well, apart from the night the fire alarm went off a few times, but we soon went back to sleep. The air conditioning was much appreciated as were the extra touches including free safe, towel and robes, kettle and fridge with the first items being complimentary. The bathroom was big with lots of space around the sink for all your toiletries, large walk in shower and shower gel, shampoo etc. We were half board and the food was plentiful and delicious. The only negative I have is that the dinner changed from buffet style to a la carte without notice on our last two evenings. The food was good but my fiance has a fish allergy and doesn't eat some meats so had limited choice and we ate out on our last night. The cocktails were lovely and bar prices reasonable. Try the local beer (cisk). The staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly. A special mention to Regie in the restaurant who showed us round on our first morning and had a smile and a hello every time he saw us during our stay. He is a credit to the hotel. We will definitely return to Malta and the Best Western Premier.
