Ein nettes Hotel mit äußerst freundlichem Personal. Ich habe keine negativen Punkte gefunden. Für die Kinder gibt es an der Poolbar Pommes, Slusheis sowie Eis am Stiel, für die Erwachsenen gute Musik und frisch gemixte Cocktails. Der Pool auf dem Dach ist wirklich schön und sauber. Wir haben zu jeder Zeit eine freie Liege finden können, es wird gegen Liegenreservierungen vorgegangen, war für uns aber nicht nötig. Für Kinder vielleicht ein bisschen langweilig, weil keine Rutschen oder Animation vorhanden war. Das Indoor Schwimmbad ist wirklich sehr klein und neben einer Sauna als Rückzugsort vor allem zum Entspannen gedacht. Also nichts für laute Kinder 😁 Die Massage war durchaus gut. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich und frisch angerichtet. Von Omelett, Pancakes bis hin zu regionalen Spezialitäten ist für alle etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Die Lage ist durchaus praktikabel. Flughafen, der Sandstrand in Melieha Bay sowie weitere Ausflugsziele sind gut erreichbar, z.b. mit Bus oder uber. Mehrere kleine Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf und Souveniers sind in wenigen Gehminuten, auch mit Kindern, gut erreichbar. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel, dem es an nichts mangelt. Für Paare aber m.E. noch etwas besser geeignet als für Familien mit kleinen Kindern.

Zimmer ( wir hatten eine Juniorsuite ) sind in ordentlichem Zustand modern hell und sauber. Die Balkons sind eher mäßig - der eine ist nur eine Art Raustritt der andere hat gerade Platz für zwei Stühle und ein winziges Tischchen meiner Meinung nach einer Junior Suite nicht würdig. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung alles da was wichtig ist …. bin aber von Best Western Premier Hotels eher wesentlich besseres gewöhnt hier ist Luft nach oben. Die Dachterrasse mit Bar und Pool ist wirklich Klasse es sind ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Fazit : Hotel ist durchaus empfehlenswert

Ein tolles Hotel, sehr gutes Essen und der Service war mega. Wir hatten das Problem, dass ein Koffer verloren gegangen war. Das Hotelpersonal hatte sich so gut gekümmert und der Koffer kam dann noch an. Alle Bereiche sind sehr sauber. Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ruhige Lage in einer Seitenstraße. Sehr geräumige und komfortable Zimmer und ein toller Service des freundlichen Personals. Ein Highlight war sowohl das Frühstücksbuffet als auch das vielfältige Angebot und die Qualität des Abendessens. Das Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen !

Sehr sauberes Hotel in angenehmer „Gehweite“ zum Strand. Große Zimmer, modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Restaurant „Alta Cucina“ im 9. Stock bietet neben exzellentem Essen eine schöne Aussicht. Der Pool Im 10. Stock rundet alles ab.

Die Zimmer sind großzügig angelegt. Leider kann man dort nicht schlafen, weil es jeden Abend in der Bar im Erdgeschoss Livemusik spielt, die man auch im 3. von 8 Stockwerken in voller Lautstärke ertragen muss. Auf die mehrmalige Nachfrage, ob die Musik auch leiser gemacht werden kann, erhält man am nächsten Tag ein Sleeping Kit mit Schlafmaske und Ohrenschutz. Ein schlechter Witz! Der Spa-Bereich ist auch nicht als solcher zu bezeichnen. Das Hydrotherapiebecken ist gleich groß wie der Indoor-Pool und jeweils nur 1 Meter tief. Einzig positiv das Frühstück ist umfang- und abwechslungsreich. Für einen (Erholungs-)Urlaub ist das Hotel nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man nachts auch schlafen möchte!

Regarding the hydrotherapy pool, it is intentionally designed at this depth to allow guests to sit comfortably and safely while enjoying its therapeutic features. Aufenthalt ist schrecklich. Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Man hört alles was im Nebenzimmer geflüstert wird, Aufzüge (Geräusche) Nerven, die laute Musik von der Bar und dann noch das Klavierspielen. Erholung sieht anders aus.

Ein Hotel in dem an alles gedacht wird. Das Hotel ist makellos sauber, der Service war hervorragend sowie auch das Essen. Wir haben Halbpension gebucht und unsere Entscheidung nicht bereut. Die Poolanlage bietet genug Platz und einen traumhaften Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind verhältnismäßig groß, sehr modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Auch der Spa Bereich ist klein aber fein mit ausgezeichneten Massagen, einer Sauna und kleineren Becken zur Entspannung. Insbesondere die Mitarbeiter waren hier äußerst nett. In diesem Zug ein besonderes Lob an unseren Stammkellner Regie, der stets für unser Wohl gesorgt hat, aber auch alle anderen Mitarbeiter versuchen einem jeden Wunsch von den Lippen abzulesen.

Wir waren im August auf Malta und es war sehr heiß. Das Hotel bot alles, was einen Urlaub auch bei großer Hitze angenehm gestaltet. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ließ kaum etwas zu wünschen übrig, es war reichhaltig und auf die kulturell unterschiedlichen Geschmäcker der Gäste ausgerichtet. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und hervorragend klimatisiert. Leider war mein Zimmer in der 8. Etage sehr hellhörig und das Schieben der Stühle auf den Bodenkacheln des Restaurants in der neunten Etage und auf den Balkonen der umliegenden Zimmer was sehr lästig und laut. Der Pool auf dem Dach des Hauses mit Poolbar und ausreichend Liegen war sensationell. (Keine morgentliche Liegenreservierung durch Gästehandtücher!!!) Etwas mehr Beschattung auf dem Dach wäre allerdings wünschenswert. Ebenso irritiert haben mich nur mit z.T nasser Badekleidung bekleidete junge Menschen in den Aufzügen des Hotels und das, obwohl in den Zimmern Bademäntel zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Ein schönes Hotel mit tollem Personal, das ich gerne weiterempfehlen kann.

Sehr schönes Hotel, mit guter Lage und wunderschönem Blick über die Bucht. Faire Preise und ausgiebiges Frühstück. Leider sind die Betten sehr weich, aber trotzdem kann man ganz gut schlafen. Alles in allem, tolles Hotel!

Meine Freundin und ich waren für 6 Nächte im Hotel. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts negatives zu berichten. Sauberkeit, Personal, Essen. Alles war perfekt. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Empfehlenswert!

Im Rahmen unserer Malta-Rundreise verweilten wir zwei Nächte im Best Western Premier und erhielten sogar noch ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade auf die Junior Suite. Das Zimmer war schön groß und sauber. Wir hatten sogar noch einen eigenen Balkon. Das Frühstücksbuffet erwies sich als äußerst vielfältig. Auf dem Dach befindet sich ein Infinity-Pool, der im Winter nicht beheizt wird. Im Spa-Bereich gibt es jedoch noch einen beheizten Pool. Die ganze Liegen-Landschaft rund um den Infinity-Pool fanden wir sehr chillig. Schade, dass es Anfang März noch zu kalt dafür war. Sehr gut fanden wir auch die kostenlose Tiefgarage für unseren Mietwagen. Auch die Angestellten waren allesamt äußerst freundlich.

Das Hotel liegt oberhalb der Uferpromenade , ist allerdings inmitten einer Baustelle und anderer unschöner Gebäude gelegen. Fußläufig gerade am Abend aufpassen. Es ab gibt keine Straßenlaterne und der Gehweg ist Stopperfalle Sehr gutes Frühstück nette Bar. Service top. Wellnessbereich naja. Kein Hallenbad, nur große Badewanne. Dachpool eiskalt

Guter service, geräumige Zimmer. Das gym war sehr nice und der Wellenbereich auch. Wobei die Sauna manchmal nur 50 grad hatte und man sie selber hochstellen musste. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Keine wünsche offen

Schönes Hotelzimmer, schöner Pool, sehr nette Hotelangestellte. Alles super. Alles sehr gepflegt. Ausreichend Handtücher und sogar extra Handtücher für den Pool und den Strand. Die Lage ist gut. Bushaltestellen fußläufig.
