"Great facility, fair price"

Due to a booking snafu at another hotel, we had to make a last minute reservation. This hotel was about 45 minutes away from the area, but it was easy to get to and it turned out to be a very nice facility.

"Best hotel overall good service but a bit pricey"

Great hotel, clean and comfortable with great service. Good location right off the highway. Beware of local restaurants, mediocre food at top prices. Go with national names/brands a bit of a drive away. BUT with room rates of almost $200 per night, this nice hotel is not affordable if you're on a budget.

We booked a last minute ski trip during presidents week so we had slim pickings for hotels but we were very happy with our stay! Both the hotel and the room were clean and we had no complaints during our 3 night stay. Breakfast is still ‘grab and go' but there were plenty of options and you can sit at a table in the lobby if you want to. I personally liked the option to bring everything back to the room anyway. Would stay again!

A great stay with easy checkin. Convenient to the highway and some nice restaurants on the NH side of the river. The grab-and-go breakfast could stand a little improvement but hopefully that's just the tail end of Covid talking.

When I entered this outdated property I knew right away this wasnt the ritz, or Hilton's, or even up to marriot standards. But I'm a truck driver who was stranded so I thought I'd make the best of it. ( because there are noooo other options in the area) As I said the desk clerk was nice but as I entered my room I noticed around the door the paint was dingy and cracking. I shrugged that off and entered. Once inside I noticed the out of date furnishings as well as lamps from the 70s. I proceeded into the bathroom where I saw the smallest sink area I've ever seen in a hotel. As stepped into the tub I was the shower curtain had ripps in it. And the walls were filthy. I quickly got out of the shower and saw the floor was wet. But since it was just one night I decided it to fuss over any of it. ( remember no other choices) but what took the cake was when I received my receipt I had a charge for 25$ for extra cleaning fee. When I called about it I was told it was to replace a unusable shower curtain. ( what the hell ) so moral of the story stay away from this property unless you want to be robbed. No way you should pay anything over 69.99$ highway robbery.

Picked the Best Western because it was conveniently located between two ski mountains on the Epic Pass. The hotel was everything you would expect from a Best Western. Nice Room. Quiet. Helpful Staff. Nice Town

Interior updated since BW took over. Staff very good and decent breakfast options(given covid restrictions). Nice to have micro and minifridge as well as keurig in room. Beds were comfortable and room very spacious. Plenty of charging outlets by bedside.

We enjoined our brief stay here. The room we had was priced well. Good location for our trip. Place and room was clean, staff was pleasant. Check-in went smooth, checkout was very quick. Bagged breakfast just like most places, nice indoor pool. I would stay here again.

I needed to go to VT for a death in the family, and the fall foliage on Columbus Day weekend was a soothing balm to help with the loss. However- CDW is a horrible time to find a last minute hotel. I tried a bunch of sites to find a hotel, and as I was getting desperate, I found a bunch of deals on Expedia. I quickly booked a non-refundable room at the Best Western in Springfield VT, and packed for our weekend. When I arrived and went to check in, I realized I had made a horrible mistake! I clicked on the wrong weekend in the "check in date" box, and my reservation was for TWO WEEKS from then! Where was I going to stay? I was two and a half hours from home on a holiday weekend!! The young lady behind the counter handled my ridiculous mistake with style. She not only was able to make accommodations for me, but did so with a grace and professionalism that I haven't seen in many years! This hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. But the best thing about it by far was the fabulous customer service that saved my bacon! Thank you BW Springfield! You're the best of the best!

"Fun time at Granddaughter,s wedding"

Most of the guests stayed at this Best Western Hotel. It was just a few minutes from the wedding venue in NH. The road was closed because of road work in NH so instead of a 5 minute trip it was less than 15. Lots of young adults and a few older ones. The kids had fun after the wedding and I was never bothered by any noise. It was nice most of us had rooms close to each other.

"Accommodating"

I had a king handicap accessible room. I need a roll-away for my Granddaughter. They hunted 1 down for me. Staff found blueberry nutri-grain bars for her as well for breakfast. The staff was awesome. Very friendly & accommodating. The owner/ management team should be proud of their staff. I had the privilege of talking to most of them during my stay. Highly recommend a stay here Room was large enough to accommodate the roll away. My only concern is why handicap rooms are king rooms only. That seems to be at all hotels I have checked. They were willing to put us in a double, but I need the bathroom to be handicap accessible.

The hotel was clean and staff and service was excellent. The pool was not open, and the room cleaner came to our door 3 hours before checkout time, so I asked her to come back later after I had checked out. The breakfast left much to be desired, this should be thought out better.

"Great travel stop hotel "

Right on the edge of town this hotel is perfectly located for a quick stop while passing through Vermont. Quick check in, parking by hotel rooms on the outside made it easy as it was raining. Rooms were large and modern and the beds very comfortable and queen size. Fridge and microwave available too. Didn't have the grab and go breakfast so not sure how it was. Pet friendly which was why we chose it.

Was fine for a one night stay. Nothing spectacular. The current breakfast is a grab and go, which I expected, but the options for the grab and go were better than most places. They even had soy milk for cereal. Unfortunately there was no hot coffee, they ask that you use the coffee machine in the room. I was actually really disappointed by this.

Perfectly reasonable, good beds. Covid-19 breakfast bag could use some work. Easy access to and from the highway. Not within walking distance of the town. Crossing busy highway exit road to get to the walking trail is a challenge. There is no cross walk.

"Solid Stay"

Not a fancy place by any stretch but certainly a good place. It is clean, people are friendly. I would recommend. There is a continental breakfast which is typical of this type of establishment, the ususal microwaved food. We stood here 2 times in a couple of months for a family vist nearby. Now what prompted my review- We recieved a thank you for the tip note each day from our house keeper Alicia. In all my years of traveling I have never gotten that! Not only did she clean well but went out of her way to write a note (and she even has nice handwritting!) They are lucky to have her.

I stayed here for 1 night in October. I was surprised how spacious the room was. It was huge and very nice. I would definitely stay here again when I am passing thru the area! Breakfast was great too. The price was more than reasonable.

"Excellent Stay"

My boyfriend and I stay here when we are traveling back and fourth throughout Vermont. The location is close to the exit and the traffic is next to none which makes for a quick in and out. There is a gas station/deli that offers a wonderful venue such as pizza, subs, and snacks. Additionally, the continental breakfast is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and professional. They will go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable!
