The staff were friendly and check in/out was very efficient. There were plenty of parking spaces available around the entire property. My room did feel a little dated but it was very quiet and comfortable. I liked the minifridge that had a separate freezer compartment. Breakfast was good, nothing extravagant. The price was expensive considering the prime leaf season had not started yet. I would most likely stay here again if in the area.
Came in and met a person with the greatest personality. Her name is Faye. I would recommend your place. If you had more people like her there she was just great. Please give her a raise just for being such a nice person.

We stay at this hotel every year and we cannot say enough about how nice it is. The staff is amazing, especially Faye. Great breakfast, great amenities, comfortable beds, comfortable pillow pillows you will not be disappointed.

From the moment we stepped up to the front desk for checkin the experience was 5 stars by faye she was awesome , room was spotless , pool was clean , What stood out was we actually were up a day early to pick up our son from two weeks away at camp and decided to day trip up a day early . Well got a call at 7pm he broke his arm and was headed to a hospital nearby . I called and explained my problem . I was provided a late check out and if I wasn't back in time to let them know and she would take care of us with whatever we needed . 5 stars across the board

This moderately priced hotel was such a welcome surprise after a long travel day- the staff was friendly and cheerful, even providing a printed out list of local restaurants- the rooms were clean and updated, and you could tell that the management took good care of this place- more value than I even had an anticipated for the price

Most of the staff was very friendly. The only issue i had was with Heather. She really shouldn't be in customer service if she doesn't like helping people. She acted like it was an inconvenience when I asked for a room on the upper level. Maybe a position not working with customers would be better for her. I still gave a 5 star rating because every other staff member was great (especially the sweet girl in the morning, I think her name was maybe Emma? She was happy to help and so kind). The hotel was clean, breakfast was great, and overall I was happy with my stay.

Most of the staff was really friendly. The only issue was Heather at the front desk. She doesn't have a good attitude for customer service. She made me feel like I was a burden for wanting a top floor room. Maybe give her more customer service training or put her in a position where she isn't working with customers. Other than her, my stay was good. The room was clean, breakfast was good, all other staff was friendly and helpful, which it why I still gave a 5 star rating. I can't remember for certain the young girl who was there early in the morning (maybe Emma?) but she was super sweet and more than happy to help me.

I've stayed a quite a few hotels in the last year and by far this was one of the best stays! From check-in in to check out everyone was fabulous. I arrived earlier than the 3pm check in and Heather was able to help me check in early. I had questions about the laundry and spoke with Faye and ended up having a great conversation. She was so helpful and friendly. I didn't get the name of the lady at breakfast but she was also super friendly. Everyone I encountered had a smile on their face and was willing to help. It was a great stay!!

This hotel was surprisingly impressive! The room was very clean, and we LOVED the jetted tub and design of the room. Open and spacious. Everyone on staff that we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast each morning was a delightful bonus.

This was the perfect spot for our family. Close to the mountain, exceptional customer service (big thank you Faye at the front desk!), clean room, huge deep pool, and a game room to boot. There was even a gentleman playing a piano in the lobby for a while. Such an exceptional value for the $. Thank you- we will return!

Very clean and room was cleaned every day, unlike other places. Staffs were very friendly. We will definitely stay here again for our next ski trips
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made my solo trip very relaxing. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and the location was convenient. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, it was excellent value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Most of the rooms are newly renovated. The service is fantastic. Faye at the front desk is always a pleasure to deal with and talk to and always goes above and beyond for her guests. The breakfast is amazing. It starts at 5:30 so anybody who is an early riser can get their breakfast and not have to wait until 7 AM. They have very ample parking. With trailer parking and truck parking as well.

The building is a bit old, but everything is well maintained and clean. There's plenty of parking around, which is very convenient. The breakfast was tasty with a good variety, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool is large and perfect for relaxing. Internet connection was fast and reliable. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money.

Checking in Michael offered a list of area Restaurants explaining food choices. Very helpful. Wonderful dinning experiences. Added bonus was suggestion to go to Woods Cider Mill. Music in the lobby Friday night was such a surprise and enjoyable.

Michael at the front desk was amazing! He recommended DJs for dinner and it was wonderful! The room was clean and spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was was flavorful and diverse with something for everyone. The gym and pool were great. I will definitely consider Best Western from now on when I travel.

Faye was so accommodating for the race. Not only were we greeted with a bright smile she was a book of knowledge. We are from Maryland and were totally lost until we met her. I did not book the room my friend did and I could not believe this was a best western. I just love the charm. We will be back next year!

I went to check in and my room was booked on the second floor. I prefer the first floor and I believe that is stated in my Profile. When I arrived Faye made the switch to the 1st floor easily! She knows I prefer to be there! As usual a great experience! She always takes care of her customers! She is such a pleasure!

Stayed for a quick overnight in town for a family event. Check-in process was hands down the fastest and friendliest I have ever had. Faster and nicer than a 5 star resort. Faye knows how to handle guest to feel like family and not just customers. She was able to quickly process requests and accommodations of 3 guest in less than 5 minutes. If this was my home town I would have offered her a job. The hotel itself is maintained to the chain's standards. No issues with the rooms. Would stay again.

The team at this property are incredible, they are not order takers but are able to make a stay better than any luxury ski resort near by. Have been staying for 4 years and worth it! We ski at Okemo and have found that the hotels offerings (pool, fitness, breakfast and REALLY CLEAN!) and the town the perfect combo.

The hotel is nice and clean, amenities are good- very good size pool, decent gym and a small but functional game room. Breakfast is good . What makes it wonderful is the staff. They go above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. I will come back here with my family.

We stayed overnight unexpectedly when my husband got hurt skiing nearby. The facility was top notch and the staff were very friendly. Michael did an excellent job of making us feel at home. Had an amazing trip Heather and Faye at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful with any questions. Anna was on top of breakfast and extremely nice! The housekeeper her name was Amanda she was nice and did amazing! The pool was great especially seeing as how it's cold out we still had stuff to do with the kids !

When I walked in I was greeted with open arms! After a long day at work, I just wanted to go to my room crash, but Faye had other plans LOL. We chatted for 10-15 minutes about our day, family, and friends. She gave me and my co-workers smiles as we walked away. I was even more pleased when she had more energy than us (checked in at 11pm). I would highly recommend coming here!!! P.S. the rooms are very clean and especially the bathroom.

This hotel was a gem. We were in town for a wedding and there was not much to do locally in the evening, so we enjoyed the pool and game room. Faye was AMAZING! This hotel is conveniently located off route 91, yet I didn't hear a sound inside my room and slept so comfortably. My room is touched with many elegant finishes in marble, as is the entry and main lounge area which has beautiful wood tables. Breakfast was amazing and abundant with many different food choices from homemade waffles to omelettes, yogurt and english muffins. The entire hotel was decorated outside for Fall season. Across the street from the hotel is a beautiful bike/walking path that runs along the Black River, and the quaint town of Springfield VT down the road has many good restaurants. Well worth it.

Hotel dated and worn out but clean, small rooms and bathrooms, windows to open, quiet to the back side, staff friendly and well organized, in autumn this hotel is completely overprized for what you get, but there are not many alternatives nearby

Faye at the front desk was amazing. She is a definite asset to Best Western. The room was clean. Breakfast was yummy. Faye put us in touch with some wonderful restaurants that we tried in the area. All the food was delicious. We went to Mount Snow and took the ski lift to the top to see the foliage which was amazing. Definitely will return next year.

This hotel was quite a bit less than others in the region, which worried me a little, but no need to worry. The room and bath were clean and comfortable and service was excellent. The coffee maker in my room didn't work the first morning but I forgot to mention it to the desk. When I came back that evening the housekeeper had noticed that I'd been unable to make coffee and left a note and a replacement. Another staff member saw me unable to get bottled water from the vending machine -- she directed me to another one, and when it was out, she went to the back and brought me two bottles at no charge. The next evening she asked if I needed more.

Simply wonderful experience with the location, accommodation and service. They even provided a real black bear, who was strolling down the drive when I arrived. It's a facility that has everything, the outside pool is perfect for my wife, who's a cold water swimmer.

My husband and I were passing through on our way to Maine. The communication with the hotel was fantastic! The front desk gave great recommendations for food and the view in the area is top notch! Hotel was clean and fresh. The windows in the room opened to get fresh air and a view of mature trees. I stayed in the back of the hotel. Quiet at night even though the hotel is close to Highway 91. Very pet friendly. They offer a tasty full breakfast. Highly recommend.

We called the from the road and Faye at the front desk was incredibly pleasant and accommodating. The lobby and rooms are clean and in good condition. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are updated, and I was very happy to have a bath tub. Parking was easy.

We recently relocated here and arrived late one night after traveling for three days. Faye at the front desk was the best welcome anyone could ask for. She was so warm and engaging, and went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. Also want to send some love to Donna in housekeeping: this is probably the cleanest hotel we've ever stayed in (no exaggeration). So, this place is best of all worlds: great location, friendly and welcoming staff, comfy accommodations, meticulously clean hotel overall (rooms and public areas). Highest recommendation.
Even though I had seen there was a Springfield VA as well as a Springfield VT, I managed to book the wrong state. The young lady that tried to find my booking at 3:50 pm in Springfield VERMONT managed to transfer the booking for me which was so very much appreciated. She did not know that I had been traveling with no sleep for two days and had just laid my brother to rest after his sudden death and was still somewhat upset. I believe her name is Faye although the card with my key has the name Faye on one side and Faye/Heather on the other. I hope the management knows what a caring, professional and cheerful an employee they have at the front desk in Springfield VERMONT!

I have stayed at my fair share of hotels and this was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had. The entire staff was so warm and welcoming. You can tell they really care about their guests experiences.The rooms were incredibly clean thanks to Amanda and Christy! Faye went above and beyond during our entire stay! Ensuring we had everything we needed and more! Nate was wonderful and quickly fixed one little issue we were having in our room. Nina was also fantastic at the front desk. This was the cleanest motel I've ever stayed in. From the lobby to the room - everything was as clean as a whistle. The Rooms were large and comfortable; beds were very comfy with lovely soft sheets and fluffy pillows. The bathroom was sparking clean. The breakfast was amazing- so many things to choose from, including fresh made waffles. The staff was very friendly and eager to help with anything we needed. I highly recommend this Best Western.

I have to use this BW for work purposes. Faye is phenomenal!! The rest of the team is great as well. The hotel is clean and quiet, which is nice. There is a truck stop across the street, so that does make it hard if you're trying to sleep during the day; but comes in handy when you need anything. The fitness center is great for a quick workout.

Wonderful service as soon as you walk in. Found room fast and the breakfast next day was right on...love me some bacon. Front desk Faye...you rock! Even was advised on a spot in town to get some nice food. Slept so nice throughout the night with the husband. Definitely recommend

Faye at the front desk was so kind and made sure we were taken care of during a devastating time. We had just lost our home and pets in a house fire. She was always willing to offer whatever support she could, whether it was to communicate with our insurance company or to comfort us in moments of despair. Faye was so pleasant and provided us with extra blankets and always greets with a smile and ready to serve us and our needs. John gave us food after our long travel even being late hours. Emily always shows us a smile and ready to help. Donna always cleans in the evening with a smile and talks to us with care. Amanda always makes sure our room is nice and clean. At the end of the day we love staying here and book week after week because of the friendly staff above all.
The hotel was clean and quiet. My mother, who currently is in cancer treatment, was comfortable and liked the bed and pillows. Close to highway exit. The desk host Faye was very helpful. The rooms were comfortable. I had the pool and workout room to myself. The breakfast was nice
We were up from the Carolinas for a family funeral. Very quickly after meeting Faye on the front desk we felt like we were family. Not only with her but with the other group that was there for a family wedding. I kind of hate to say we had a great time because it was a funeral, it we did have a very, enjoyable stay. The front area was a great meeting spot to make new acquaintances. Will book again for sure but will work strictly with Faye.. her personality was heart warming. And Donna the AM and PM housekeeper threats that establishment like her home and it shows. Place is immaculate !! We will be back.

Everything went well due largely to Emilee at the front desk. Fixed my issues, very knowledgeable and pleasant. Rooms very very clean, nice pool and game room. Wonderful stay, definitely visiting again and again.
I travel with children and I'm not really accustomed to being welcomed with open arms and staff who engages with my kids during check in and goes out of their way to make my kids feel at home (even when my toddler was a little grumpy from riding all day and just waking up). Faye did just that. She greeted me and my children with a big smile. She went out of her way to talk to them and distract them while I filled out the form. She asked if there was anything she could do to help ease my 1 year olds frustrations (such as milk or a snack). She had him smiling by the time we walked away from the check in counter. She was so incredibly sweet and understanding that I could have cried. I'm used to frustrated and annoyed looks at my kids for being kids who were just cooped up for hours. This was the most pleasant surprise for us to be greeted this way. I can't thank her enough for her kindness! Please don't ever let her go! I wish every hotel could have someone like her! On other notes, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good. Something for everyone. My kids loved the pool and gameroom.

Desk clerks, especially Faye, were cheerful and helpful. The housekeeper I met offered to fill any needs for products or linens. The room was clean and well supplied. The location was convenient to the conference I attended.
The staff members were super friendly. They were genuinely excited to welcome us to the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities, including a fridge large enough to fit a pizza. They also had a large breakfast selection that was delicious.

The front desk was extremely helpful when we were checking in. We had a king bed that was comfortable. The only problem was getting the wi-fi to work as they had issues that day they were having trouble resolving. The breakfast was very good. This was our first stay at a Best Western and we will be back!
I did not personally stay with you, but the feed back I got back from the men that work for K Bellavance Land Works & Hauling raved about the Hotel. Very pleasant staff and clean. I did work with Heather to arrange the rooms for our company stay, and I do have to say she was awesome to work with, and bless her heart for being so patient with the going back and forth. I would stay it was a 5 star.
Nice little hotel. The rooms are clean, the staff was courteous and the breakfast small but adequate. We didn't use the pool or gym but they look nicely cared for. The desk receptionist, Faye, was very helpful, respectful and courteous to the elderly woman in front of me who needed a little extra help. I was impressed with her kindness.

A workable hotel. We were in VT to attend a memorial service. The hotel was crowded with FEMA and other folks to work on the flooding issues, but the hotel was pretty quiet and workable. The room and common areas were clean and well-kept.

This hotel was easy to get to. It was clean and quiet. Front desk clerk Faye went above and beyond to secure us the handicap room we needed. We stayed there several nights, so that was appreciated. We would definitely stay there again.

The choices in Springfield VT are very limited. I had little choice but to spend >$200 to stay at a fine but uninteresting hotel. I don't understand how such boring towns can charge so much (I can say this having grown up there a million years ago). Everything was fine, decent sized room, a few grab and go things for breakfast, pleasant front desk gal both when I called and in person. "It is what it is" as they say.
The room was extremely clean and orderly. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The location served well to go to our ski area and the local town. I would have appreciated a room rate that was not +$90 over our last stay.

The selling point for us was the breakfast especially that the hotel was a little far from the destination that we were heading to but it I was extremely shocked with the low quality of the food provided.

This is a great hotel and would stay again. Employees were all so nice and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and had plenty of choices. It was a bonus to have a pool as well.

My first time in Springfield (Vt)... The hotel was great. The location is great for Okemo access - it's about 30 minutes on straight roads. There are some great dining options in town and in Charlestown, NH (it's actually quicker, check out the Sumner House). There's nothing near the hotel which is right near several major highways. It's a short drive into town where there is a supermarket, restaurants, fast food, etc. The room was nice and clean. The wiFi worked great even though I was at the end of the hall. Everything in the room worked well - most importantly the heat, the fridge, coffeemaker, microwave. The staff was helpful and friendly. They have a game room which would be a treat for kids young and old (video games, pool table). There is also a small pool / gym. Breakfast was so-so - there's a waffle maker and it's mostly continental. It's not ihop but it was good enough to start the day. The value was good. I would stay here again.

What a great place. I was greeted by a nice lady Faye. She explained the rates for the night , accommodations and local eateries.The rooms are clean and quiet . I liked sitting by the fireplace and looking at the pretty Christmas decorations . It was very festive. We will make sure to come again soon.
I have to stay that this hotel came in handy as we had business in Springfield, Vermont. It is kind of in the middle of nowhere but that's where we were! Nice rooms and they have a pool and fitness center as well. The breakfast is pretty weak, but that's the only dinger. I would stay here again.
My husband, my dog and I stayed at the Springfield VT Best Western. The room was spacious, clean, had a very comfortable bed and was equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and more. The bathroom had a tub/shower combo, which we appreciated. The staff were welcoming and friendly, giving us a list of eateries with excellent directions. And to top it off, the room rate was very reasonable, and breakfast was free. This is my new favorite home away from home!
I enjoyed my stay here with my mom and sister for a fall foilage visit. It is in a great location, right on the New Hampshire border and right off 91. The staff was friendly, the room was nice. It has a pool and that was nice to go in. The breakfast was decent, only issue is waffle maker went down on our second day and it didn't go back up. The property had nice views around it was well.
Close to interstate, clean, convenient, near other services, very comfortable beds, basic but adequate breakfast/yogurt, cereal, fruit, decent exercise facilities, staff always friendly and helpful to me.
We stayed in Best Western, Springfield Vt., overnight, on our way for home. It was a very nice sleep, relaxing. It was very clean, and the A/C was quiet, breakfast continental, good coffee and waffles! Spacious breakfast room, and well managed. Our only problem was during check-out, the personnel at the main office was not well informed/trained about our free nights stay. It took about 25 minutes to do our receipt and get credited, our free nights stay! Is it a computer problem, or the main office not providing the right apps for the business transaction? It would have been an excellent rating! Tanks!

This is a beautiful, clean hotel. We stayed for just 9 hours to sleep so felt it was grossy overpriced at $197 for 2 people. The breakfast was grab and go and not many choices for gluten free. For the price of the room, you should get more of a breakfast

I've stayed here many times. It's nice to be recognized by the staff. Rooms are always clean. Lactation is very convenient. Rooms on the back side are quietest. Excellent coffee. I'm a woman traveling with a dog. I would feel safe here without my dog.

Best Western, Springfield, VT was very clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast offered a bit less than most Best Western hotels. The hotel is ideally located near many small towns in southern Vermont, and also only a mile from New Hampshire. I highly recommend it.
Great place to stay! Bathrooms were so clean and the beds were comfy. Loved the salt water pool and arcade. Will definitely stay again! Beautiful building and truly felt luxurious. Plenty of towels and many bed pillows...which I loved!

I returned to Vermont primarily to attend my 70th High School re-union and this was a very nice place to stay. It was centralized location for me to visit with friends and family. Good to see all the old places since I left the area in 1952 and now am 88.

Due to a booking snafu at another hotel, we had to make a last minute reservation. This hotel was about 45 minutes away from the area, but it was easy to get to and it turned out to be a very nice facility.

Great hotel, clean and comfortable with great service. Good location right off the highway. Beware of local restaurants, mediocre food at top prices. Go with national names/brands a bit of a drive away. BUT with room rates of almost $200 per night, this nice hotel is not affordable if you're on a budget.

We booked a last minute ski trip during presidents week so we had slim pickings for hotels but we were very happy with our stay! Both the hotel and the room were clean and we had no complaints during our 3 night stay. Breakfast is still ‘grab and go' but there were plenty of options and you can sit at a table in the lobby if you want to. I personally liked the option to bring everything back to the room anyway. Would stay again!

A great stay with easy checkin. Convenient to the highway and some nice restaurants on the NH side of the river. The grab-and-go breakfast could stand a little improvement but hopefully that's just the tail end of Covid talking.

When I entered this outdated property I knew right away this wasnt the ritz, or Hilton's, or even up to marriot standards. But I'm a truck driver who was stranded so I thought I'd make the best of it. ( because there are noooo other options in the area) As I said the desk clerk was nice but as I entered my room I noticed around the door the paint was dingy and cracking. I shrugged that off and entered. Once inside I noticed the out of date furnishings as well as lamps from the 70s. I proceeded into the bathroom where I saw the smallest sink area I've ever seen in a hotel. As stepped into the tub I was the shower curtain had ripps in it. And the walls were filthy. I quickly got out of the shower and saw the floor was wet. But since it was just one night I decided it to fuss over any of it. ( remember no other choices) but what took the cake was when I received my receipt I had a charge for 25$ for extra cleaning fee. When I called about it I was told it was to replace a unusable shower curtain. ( what the hell ) so moral of the story stay away from this property unless you want to be robbed. No way you should pay anything over 69.99$ highway robbery.
Picked the Best Western because it was conveniently located between two ski mountains on the Epic Pass. The hotel was everything you would expect from a Best Western. Nice Room. Quiet. Helpful Staff. Nice Town

Interior updated since BW took over. Staff very good and decent breakfast options(given covid restrictions). Nice to have micro and minifridge as well as keurig in room. Beds were comfortable and room very spacious. Plenty of charging outlets by bedside.

We enjoined our brief stay here. The room we had was priced well. Good location for our trip. Place and room was clean, staff was pleasant. Check-in went smooth, checkout was very quick. Bagged breakfast just like most places, nice indoor pool. I would stay here again.
I needed to go to VT for a death in the family, and the fall foliage on Columbus Day weekend was a soothing balm to help with the loss. However- CDW is a horrible time to find a last minute hotel. I tried a bunch of sites to find a hotel, and as I was getting desperate, I found a bunch of deals on Expedia. I quickly booked a non-refundable room at the Best Western in Springfield VT, and packed for our weekend. When I arrived and went to check in, I realized I had made a horrible mistake! I clicked on the wrong weekend in the "check in date" box, and my reservation was for TWO WEEKS from then! Where was I going to stay? I was two and a half hours from home on a holiday weekend!! The young lady behind the counter handled my ridiculous mistake with style. She not only was able to make accommodations for me, but did so with a grace and professionalism that I haven't seen in many years! This hotel was clean, quiet and well maintained. But the best thing about it by far was the fabulous customer service that saved my bacon! Thank you BW Springfield! You're the best of the best!

Most of the guests stayed at this Best Western Hotel. It was just a few minutes from the wedding venue in NH. The road was closed because of road work in NH so instead of a 5 minute trip it was less than 15. Lots of young adults and a few older ones. The kids had fun after the wedding and I was never bothered by any noise. It was nice most of us had rooms close to each other.

I had a king handicap accessible room. I need a roll-away for my Granddaughter. They hunted 1 down for me. Staff found blueberry nutri-grain bars for her as well for breakfast. The staff was awesome. Very friendly & accommodating. The owner/ management team should be proud of their staff. I had the privilege of talking to most of them during my stay. Highly recommend a stay here Room was large enough to accommodate the roll away. My only concern is why handicap rooms are king rooms only. That seems to be at all hotels I have checked. They were willing to put us in a double, but I need the bathroom to be handicap accessible.

The hotel was clean and staff and service was excellent. The pool was not open, and the room cleaner came to our door 3 hours before checkout time, so I asked her to come back later after I had checked out. The breakfast left much to be desired, this should be thought out better.

Right on the edge of town this hotel is perfectly located for a quick stop while passing through Vermont. Quick check in, parking by hotel rooms on the outside made it easy as it was raining. Rooms were large and modern and the beds very comfortable and queen size. Fridge and microwave available too. Didn't have the grab and go breakfast so not sure how it was. Pet friendly which was why we chose it.

Was fine for a one night stay. Nothing spectacular. The current breakfast is a grab and go, which I expected, but the options for the grab and go were better than most places. They even had soy milk for cereal. Unfortunately there was no hot coffee, they ask that you use the coffee machine in the room. I was actually really disappointed by this.

Perfectly reasonable, good beds. Covid-19 breakfast bag could use some work. Easy access to and from the highway. Not within walking distance of the town. Crossing busy highway exit road to get to the walking trail is a challenge. There is no cross walk.

Not a fancy place by any stretch but certainly a good place. It is clean, people are friendly. I would recommend. There is a continental breakfast which is typical of this type of establishment, the ususal microwaved food. We stood here 2 times in a couple of months for a family vist nearby. Now what prompted my review- We recieved a thank you for the tip note each day from our house keeper Alicia. In all my years of traveling I have never gotten that! Not only did she clean well but went out of her way to write a note (and she even has nice handwritting!) They are lucky to have her.

My boyfriend and I stay here when we are traveling back and fourth throughout Vermont. The location is close to the exit and the traffic is next to none which makes for a quick in and out. There is a gas station/deli that offers a wonderful venue such as pizza, subs, and snacks. Additionally, the continental breakfast is fantastic. The staff is very friendly and professional. They will go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable!
