Best Western Plus Zion Canyon Inn & Suites

Comfortable and clean room just a few minutes from the entrance of Zion. Each room has a balcony and you can enjoy the view of red mountains right outside your door. Nice pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly and responsive and although we didn't ask for housekeeping services, they left a small basket with towels and toiletries outside the door with a nice note.

Friendly people at reception and nice rooms but floor not cleaned, still pencil on the floor from previous people. Bathroom is very clean. Breakfast is disappointing, small breakfast with very dry eggs, no fruitsalad or fresh yoghurt. Paper plates and plastic spoon and knife, such a waste and bad for the environment.

Hotel is across the street from a city shuttle stop that takes you to Zion National Park. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast had a wide variety of food available. Beautiful view off the balcony. The staff was very friendly.

Beautiful Location in Zion NP(Springdale, Utah) Greeted cheerfully by a nice young man. He was helpful with laundry location and needed change. Another sweet gal that I had spoken with on the phone, was there too. Great staff! Room was really nice. A small challenge of elevator and stairs location to room. The property in nestled in the beautiful colors and beauty of Zion NP. One of our favorite stops on our trip. Room very clean and comfy. Great choices for breakfast. The front desk helped us with dinner choices. There were lot's of choices even being off season and many restaurants closed. The pool area looked very nice. There were people in the hot tub, but too cold outside for us to be wet!. Laundry room around the corner of the pool. Easy walk to room.

Pros - well-maintained grounds and location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive. Free breakfast. Cons - very loud AC/heating unit. Noise in the parking lot. Cleaning seemed inconsistent. The location can't be beat. There is a shuttle stop right outside of the hotel. It only took me a few minutes to drive into the park. I found the free breakfast to be a plus. The spread included oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, potatoes, sausage, and a couple of waffle makers. I found the breakfast fare to be just enough to keep me energized for the hikes I took in the morning. I wish I had the same appreciation for the rooms. On a positive note, I found the room to be quite spacious. I requested a room with a view and got placed in a room in building A next to the parking lot. I did have a view, but I was also right over the parking lot. If you are a light sleeper, I would recommend asking for a different room since the noise from the parking lot woke me up several times. You will hear all the activities taking place in the morning and night. One morning I woke up to elevator repairs - loud metal banging - from the parking lot to the elevator. This coupled with the noise from the heater did not make for sound sleeping during my stay. All management, maintenance, and service staff are staff are friendly. The front desk staff answered all my questions about my reservation and the possibility of changing rooms. If I could, I would give my stay a rating of 3.75/5.

This was an amazing stay. Nice rooms, big and comfortable. Super comfy bed. I slept like a rock and that never happens either! Breakfast was awesome and I am NOT a breakfast person. Everyone was super friendly. Beautiful views around the inn. Would stay again and again!!!!

This is a wonderful hotel! Perfect location for Zion National Park. Close to lovely restaurants and shops. The property is stunning and the rooms were large and clean. We really enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were great.

This hotel is in a great spot near Zion and Springdale shops, restaurants and galleries. The room was clean and spacious and the entire property was well maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub after hiking and breakfast to get us going the next day!

The location is great close to the park and the hotel was very clean, seemed updated and new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the balcony's are a nice touch allowing you to sit outside to eat and relax.

The hotel is nice, the rooms have balcony, microwave, sink and fridge. You can use a pool or hot tub in the central area. There is also a charging station for your electric car. The staff is kind and the breakfast OK. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, literally few steps from Zion NP entrance. The supermarket and restaurants are also nearby.

Our stay at the Springdale BW Plus was one of the best experiences at a chain hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff, in particular Abi and Carmen, were very friendly and professional. The outdoor hot tub after a day of hiking was lovely. The staff left a basket of toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies at our door for our second night. The breakfast was above average for a chain hotel. It is also an excellent location close to the Zion NP entrance. Also, they do not charge for parking for guests staying at their location, unlike many other accommodations in Springdale. I cannot recommend the Springdale BW Plus enough.

We had a great time at this property. The location was right in the middle of Springdale. Our room in building D has a balcony and mountain view. Everyone was so friendly and helpful; we interacted with Donny and Carmen (front desk) and Alex (bf room) -- very polite and professional. Our room was clean. We especially liked having an extra sink and a larger dorm fridge in our double king room. The complimentary breakfast had many healthy items. It was busy, but the items were replenished quickly and tables cleaned thoroughly and promptly. We also appreciated the free tea/coffee and fruit. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice in the Springdale area. We commend everyone for their hard work and thoughtfulness.

Loved the location of this hotel. You cannot get much closer to the entrance to Zion. There is restaurants within walking distance which is nice. Room was very clean, staff was so friendly. On check out we even got bottled water for our day into Zion. That was a nice bonus as well, thank you!

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. It had all the amenities we needed, staff was exceptional and our rates were affordable. Couldn't have picked a better place for our Zion trip! The room service was totally on top of their game. Even if we had the sign up they left fresh stock by the door for us.

This is an excellent location for visitors to Zion. This property looks brand new and is maintained perfectly. Rooms/suites are very spacious and ideal for an extended stay. There is a shuttle if you choose just steps from the hotel to travel to Zion. Highly recommend this property for cleanliness, location, amenities and steps away to restaurants downtown.

Great views and good location for the park. Enjoyed the outdoor patio area. Fire pit was a bonus. Very attentive and friendly staff. Breakfast was really good with different options each day. A bit expensive but well worth it. We will be back her!

BW was very, very clean and up to date. The grounds and common areas were well maintained. The real winner was the view from our balcony. Our party of six was completely comfortable in our 3BR suite. Staff was very helpful. We will return.

We had a great stay recently at the Zion Canyon Inn. Everything was A+ - cleaning, hotel staff, and food. I want to provide one example about how the hotel staff will go out of their way for you. We had already checked out. My son and I then went to Zion and got caught in a rainstorm in the park and were totally drenched. I came back to the hotel soaked and grabbed some dry clothes, hoping I could still change at the hotel. As I walked in, I saw a hotel staff member named Carmen, explained quickly what had happened and asked her if she could get me a towel and would it be OK to use the restroom to change. She took a look at me and said, of course! She then literally raced around and got me two towels and a strong trash bag to put all my wet clothes in. I went to the restroom to change into dry clothes. When I left, feeling much better and very welcomed, I thanked her again and Carmen couldn't have been more gracious. I couldn't have asked for a better response and help. You absolutely can't go wrong staying at the Zion Canyon Inn. 100% recommended!

I stayed one night, August 2023. The views from the motel property are wonderful and the property outdoor common areas were clean an inviting. The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room crew to the maids, were all friendly and professional. My room was exceptionally clean, probably the cleanest motel room I have had in the past 5 years! The room, a small king suite, was spacious and well outfitted. The bathroom was CLEAN and well stocked with supplies. The breakfast selection was plentiful. The morning I ate there we had ham pieces, potatoes, eggs for the hot entrees and also available was cold cereal, breads for toast, sweet rolls, yogurt and choices of fresh fruit. Of course, there was the usual selections of fruit juices, coffee and tea. And the breakfast eating area was CLEAN!!! This was my first stay at this motel but, I would not hesitate to stay here, again, if I'm traveling in the area. One possible drawback or at least something to consider: there appears to be four separate two story buildings at the complex. Two buildings have elevators and two do not. If stairs are an issue for you then, when you make a reservation, please make sure you get a ground level room.

Lovely clean hotel. Not cheap because of the location but worth it to be so close to the park. We had a 2 king 1 queen room and it was more than big enough for our family of 5 (inc two teens). Lovely outdoor pool, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Shuttle bus to park stops right outside hotel. Would recommend

The rooms were clean and quiet. Only point to mention is that there was no safe in the room but otherwise, nothing to complain about. Location is convenient as it is a short distance to the entrance of the national park. A bit of a walk to the entrance but the shuttle stops are conveniently right in front. Staff were courteous and breakfast was good.

Great place to stay. Location is awesome and hotel is cozy. Breakfast is very good especially if you need to fuel up before a hike. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to stay in Zion. Walking distance to several restaurants.

This hotel is wonderful. Staff extremely friendly and very helpful as to what is in the area and places they recommend to eat. We stayed in a king suite which was very nice. Very close to everything and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Also the shuttle to Zion stops right out in front of this hotel. Free breakfast was good and included eggs, ham, potatoes, yogurt, bagels and a waffle making machine. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.

When we arrived the manager of the hotel was very helpful in showing us the location of restaurants & other things around the hotel that were very useful when navigating the shuttle system, we used to enter and return from Zion National park. Breakfast was great & staff was very polite in making sure we were happy. The room was clean & very clean. The patio looked out to the mountains which was beautiful to wake up to & go to bed to. It is the perfect location to stay in when visiting Zion. Oscars & Meme's were amazing to eat at. They let us park there even after we had already checked out, for our last day there which was very nice of them. Overall this location was convenient & we will be happily returning to say here! We absolutely loved it.

We were booked at another resort that lost power. The Best Western was able to accommodate us on short notice with several others. Super friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and breakfast was the usual fair. There was a very friendly man who was handling breakfast he was very nice and talked to everyone about their stay. Would definitely recommend this place while staying in Zion.

large room, next to the pool. Nice pool, not overly hot or too cold. They had a hot tub, too. Also fire pits and you could buy smore fixings and the sticks. We got a room with a foldout couch but it wasn't open when we arrived and they wouldn't open it as they said they didn't have the staff. The couch was very saggy, too, so it was uncomfortable. It did have a fridge, microwave, and a little balcony area. Breakfast was typical with eggs and sausage.

Spectacular views of Zion from the hotel. Close to many restaurants and is on the shuttle line for entrance into the park. The pool was great. The included breakfast is you standard continental like at a Marriott. The premises has a bunch of outdoor fire pits which run on gas and start at the push of a button. For the money I am so glad we stayed here. I would stay here again.

We had a nice time visiting Zion NP and a comfortable stay at the best western. We really enjoyed the balcony for coffee in the mornings and the nice pool in the evening. The maid left a basket full of towels and toiletries outside of our room each day which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was okay too, glad they had a coffee machine with espresso. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

A perfect stay at the Best Western Plus in Springdale. Our room, room 323 I think, had a balcony with a view! The Springdale shuttle stop #4 is right outside the hotel. Shout Out to Carmen at the front desk who gave us excellent restaurant recommendations.

Wonderful hotel, friendly staff, beautiful setting, highly recommend. Springdale is a weird place inside a narrow canyon. It exists for tourists and the rich who can afford to live there. Five and a half million visitors a year and no fast food places except for a Subway........wonderful.

The room was dusty the shower didn't drain. No breakfast offered and staff was not friendly. Pool was great and grounds staff was helpful with snow removal and questions about roads. It was an expensive stay

Beautiful setting. Nice well maintained rooms and grounds. We had some technology issues upon check in but Carmine at the front desk was very helpful in assisting us in problem solving. Unfortunately due to inclement weather we couldn't take advantage of the hot tub. Great access to Zion.

Everything about this facility is top notch. This should be the standard for Best Western Plus hotels! The facility is spotless. Our room was very comfortable, and everything was in perfect condition. The internet was noticeably fast.

Super convenient to stay in Springdale. We stayed in the two room suite. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked well. Walking distance to good food and shops. Breakfast at 6:30 every morning was well stocked. Waffle maker was nice. Friendly staff.

The location is perfectly situated in Springdale, UT as you can walk to Zion National Park or toward the center of Springdale in the other direction. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel near Zions National Park and definately the one I would return to each time I visit. The staff here are so welcoming and helpful, the facility is clean and in a great location.

You can buy s'more kits in the lobby. ~Our room had a balcony with 2 chairs and a view of the mountains. We even saw deer. ~Small shop in the lobby with basics for purchase. ~Charging ports for electronics in the bedside alarm clock. CONs ~Room is dark/poorly lit. ~Room doors are close noisily. ~Walls are thin. ~Could have done with an extra blanket. ~Slightly noisy stairwell -- it's hard to walk up it without making a 'hollow stomp'. ~Disposable (wasteful) dish ware at breakfast. ~Covered parking would be nice. ~The outdoor fire pits were nice but we saw some cockroaches around them, so we didn't use them. This is an excellent hotel. The staff was very professional, polite and helpful. The entire hotel was well kept up, clean, and organized. Great experience and would recommend highly. Breakfast was on time and plentiful. Rooms clean and comfortable.

This hotel was simply the best! All staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, room was super clean and had a fantastic view. An extra special treat was seeing the family of four deer on the grounds in the morning. The shuttle was at the end of the driveway-super convenient. Best food place was Porter's just a bit down the road.

We had an excellent stay here. The free hot breakfast was perfect ; had waffles, eggs, meat, yogurt, fresh fruit, almond milk, breads, and cereals. All the employees were so polite and friendly with great recommendations! Room was clean, spacious, with comfy beds. Springdale shuttle bus was right outside . Every single thing was great here!! Staff is friendly and helpful! Room clean and beds comfortable . Our room had a small balcony mini fridge coffee etc we had a fold out sleeper couch and 2 queen beds. Breakfast was so good!! Eggs bacon potatoes—and that big bowl of fresh cut up melons stole the show—that was so tasty every day!! Lots of other breakfast options too. Laundry worked great and staff had change and detergent. We will stay here again—loved it!!

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and we were within walking distance (for adults, but maybe not kids) of Zion National Park. The breakfast was great with something for all of us. I would recommend this as an affordable, clean place to stay near Zion National Park.

We stayed at this most wonderful Best Western Plus in Springdale, UT located within a minutes walk to the entrance of the park. The rooms are extremely clean, spacious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our room could have easily slept a family of 6, although there were only the 2 of us. The staff were welcoming and very friendly and best of all was the complimentary hot breakfast which comprised of a large variety of items. Last but not least, I also have to mention the breathtaking views from the hotel grounds.

Place is perfectly located and the rooms are beautiful. The bathroom is gorgeous and the shower divine. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful and so friendly. Would definitely stay there again. We used their suggestion for the rental of e-bikes. The place they sent us was also excellent plus you get a discount for mentioning the hotel sent you.

Really nice stay. one of the most friendly staffs, great facilities including nice workout room. Great location. Was surprised by the nice breakfast and long hours to eat it. All was nice. Also near the shuttle bus going to the park.

Everything was kept nice from the pool area, rooms, Lobby/ breakfast area. All the cleaning staff are friendly and do a good job as well. We had a low tire light on before we left the hotel, and one of the managers brought out a portable air machine and put air in our tires before we left, no complaints. Hotel is right in the middle of Springdale so it's easy to get either direction on the bus.

Awesome place! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean rooms. Breakfast is crowded so be prepared. It is in center of town so super convenient for city busses. The fire pits are a great touch. Quiet rooms, great views, leave baskets if don't get daily services. Will be back!

This property was an absolute surprise when we arrived. We booked based on price as we were just staying one night as we traveled through the area. It is a fairly new property, so that showed & the location near the entrance to Zion was perfect. The view is beautiful & I loved having the balcony too! Great value!!

The hotel has a great location in the heart of Springdale with mountains view and nearby restaurants and cafés. Bus stop outside and walking distance to park. Nice grounds, excellent and polite staff and free parking. The room was huge and overall very nice. Some room for improvement's: - The compressor from fridge in the room was very loud and started every hour. - The room wasn't cleaned every day. - Poor breakfast with limited choices and no vegetables - Breakfast area lacks atmosphere and has an awful design - Cutlery in plastic, plastic glass and plates of paper? Come on, this is year 2022 and you are next to the national park. Step up in terms of your environment profile.

Great location 1 mile from the park entrance. The hotel was overall great. Easy check in, free breakfast starting at 6 am which had bagels, waffles, eggs and sausage/bacon, oatmeal and fruit. Rooms were large our king even had a sofa/ pullout which made the room very large, and 2 TVs. There was also a pool/hot tub outdoor heated as well as a few fire pits

Our room was spacious and clean. It looked out over the beautiful mountains. Shuttle to Zion National Park was outside the front of hotel. The town is adorable. Front desk was friendly and helpful, throw in a good breakfast and it was the perfect place to stay.

We have stayed at several hotels in the area, and this is by far our favorite. Exceptional staff that are knowledgeable about the area, accommodating to all needs, and help maintain this property exceptionally. A wonderful pool and hot tub, delicious and diverse breakfast in the morning and a wonderful setting make this our number one choice.

My friend Shannon and I took a 1 week road trip through Zion, Bryce, Peek a boo slot in Kanab, Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon, the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas. Although our time at Zion was at the beginning of the trip, we could not speak more highly of the hotel and the people who work there. Zion remains one of the best parts of our trip not only because of the beauty that surrounds you there, but because of the way you are treated by staff. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed and front desk staff are more than happy to share their favorite local restaurants, etc. if you ask. We booked through Expedia instead of through the hotel and somehow ended up with an ADA room. It didn't bother us one bit but we had a squeaky bathroom door the first night. We mentioned it at the front desk in the morning and it was already fixed before we got back from our hikes. When we saw Robby (the handyman who fixed our door), he remembered us and let us know that the squeaky door was no more. You can tell that the people there enjoy their jobs and working with people which is not the case everywhere we visited. On our second night, we met one of the shining stars of our trip: Kendall. He was so kind and had an amazing sense of humor. Our trip was a month ago and we still talk about how much we adore Kendall and the AMAZING s'mores kits you can purchase at the front desk. Making s'mores over the fire pits there was special. The hotel is also along the shuttle route (stop #4) for a shuttle that brings you to the visitor area (stop #1). This visitor area is where you take the second shuttle to go on the various trails. Having easy access to everything without needing to drive was convenient and appreciated. There is a complementary breakfast that was filling with several options. We even took some fruit to go on our hikes which was perfect. If you are looking for a place to stay, look no more! This is it. :)

What a lovely surprise in a town next to a major tourist attraction! The rooms were lovely and quiet, the staff was very helpful and attentive, the food in the breakfast area was extensive, fresh and delicious. The location is almost within walking distance of the park gate. The staff was very helpful in terms of eating suggestions in the small community in which it is located. All things considered our stay there was quite perfect end helped us enjoy even more the very beautiful Zion Canyon national Park.

My husband & I spent 4 nights at this Best Western in September 2022. We could not have picked a better hotel for our purposes. The view from our room & balcony was to die for. We took advantage of the free breakfast every morning before we left to hike into Zion National Park. My husband loved the waffles. I enjoyed the creal & fruit. We also took fruit & yogurt with us so we had snacks for when we returned from our hikes. Due to the shuttle system in Springdale, we did not use our car once while we stayed at this hotel. The shuttle stop towards Zion is directly across the street from the Best Western. The shuttle is free & runs constantly all day. We used the hot tub every day after our hikes. Pool area was clean and well-stocked with towels. I would highly recommend this hotel. Loved the added bonus of having a microwave & a refrigerator in our room.

We are wrapping up a great stay at the Best Western Plus just outside the gates of Zion National Park. We checked in with Jacklyn at the front desk and she has made our stay wonderful! Arranging the right room for us, recommending excellent restaurants and things to do, Jacklyn went above and beyond and we are so thankful for her help. Everyone else here has also been great! We made good use of the amenities at the hotel too- great pool and jacuzzi. Loved the fire pit at night. We would definitely come back here.

Great service. Clean and comfortable room and bed. Had HBO on TV. Internet was fast so easily could do work. Walking distance to south entrance of Zion National Park ( 0.7 mi). Even closer to many restaurants around there. Springdale shuttle bus stops just front of Best Western. Has nice washing machine for a few. Hot breakfast w fruits.

Fabulous hotel in Springdale, close to Zion park gates. We walked(about 1/2 mile) several mornings to the park as the buses were full. Hotel is clean and recently renovated. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good hot breakfast each morning. Nice hot tub

Absolutely recommend staying at BW Plus Zion. Perfectly located just outside of the entrance to Zion, has a Shuttle Bus right in front, walk to everything! Facilities are very well taken care of, breakfast includes hot items as well as a full variety. Rooms are spacious, beds are firm, pool is clean with lounge chairs, towels, and "noodles"! Four ladies in one room and so enjoyed the stay there.

This property was minutes from Zion National Park right on a shuttle line. The shuttle made getting to and from the park a piece of cake. The property was beautiful and clean and the staff could not have been more helpful. The morning breakfast was delicious.

This is a great spot for staying in Zion. Shuttle stop is right across the street to go to visitor center, where you get on another shuttle to go into the canyon. Staff are friendly, pool is amazing, breakfast is awesome, they have oikos yogurt! Our room is spacious and clean. Mini frig, microwave, and kerig coffee maker in the room. After a long day of hiking, we came back to a room that the air conditioning felt so good. Nice hot shower, and a blow dryer that is not cheap. This place is good for anyone . Restaurants are with in walking distance, or just hop on the Springdale shuttle.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in, exceptionally clean, well located. We slept very well because it was quiet without any noises from outside. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were very clean and extra towel were available.

The is an exceptional property. Very well located, can walk to almost everything in the town. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The property is very nice, clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Good price for what you get.

I write this as I sit in a disappointing, rather pathetic hilton brand hotel…that is another review. This best western Plus Zion is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at. you will not find a cleaner hotel or more attentive staff. We watched the housekeeping staff, with sweaty brows, literally scrubbing floors on their knees with knee pads, pulling out the mini fridge and scrubbing behind it. I've never seen such a clean room. No dust, no fingerprints, no hair in the bathroom. When was the last time you were in a hotel room that had NO visible soiling whatsoever? I've never experienced that until this BW Zion. The maintenance staff were unscrewing the balcony light covers to empty out any bugs or dirt, checking air conditioner filters, constantly busy. Most hotels right now are not providing regular housekeeping service- you even need to go to the desk to pick up towels that they fail to provide…this hotel has housekeeping! We choose not to use it during our stay so they left us a basket of fresh towels and supplies twice in our 4 day stay. You don't get this anywhere anymore!!! Even the outdoor welcome mats were regularly changed and cleaned. Breakfast staff always checking on guests, front desk so helpful and friendly. This is independently owned by a local hospitality group and their dedication to quality and the area is obvious. They put Hilton to shame and I'm a diamond member of 20 years at Hilton. Many hotels in Zion look amazing, and I'm sure many are…but this best western is also fairly priced - half the cost of other hotels in the area. I would stay again no question! I wouldn't even look elsewhere. For convenience- you could walk to the park if you want, if not shuttle is right across street. Walkable to entire town. I recommend ebike rentals across the street out of the desert Pearl hotel grounds-super fun way to see the park without needing to use shuttles. As a family of five, we very much appreciated having a very spacious room, and quite comfortable. Location was fine, just a short drive to Bryce Canyon Park entrance. Breakfast was ok but might have been better with larger choice and higher quality of food.

This Best Western was super clean, the shuttle stop for Zion was right across the street. The breakfast had a large variety of foods to choose from. All staff that we encountered were super friendly. I definetly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the 2 Queen bed Suite and it was perfect for a family also the sunrise and sunsets hitting the surrounding mountainsides were so beautiful. One morning there was even a little deer hiding in the bushes. You can easily walk to nearby restaurants or the market for dinner. Also we did walk back from Zion visitor center to the hotel one day and that was an easy walk. It was a great experience staying at this Best Western.

Great location with amazing views! Friendly professional staff. Hot breakfast in the morning was perfect to prepare for whatever activities you might have planned such as hiking or exploring. I highly recommend this hotel!

My wife and I are considering moving to Utah foe retirement. We Love to stay in Spingdale and wanted to try the Best Western since it right at the entrance to Zion. We loved the property. It was nicely maintained and the rooms are nice. We were able to hike and walk around the town with no problems.

Pro: 1. Close to park entrance. 15 minutes walk, or really short (and packed) shuttle ride; 2. Free breakfast to get the family going; 3. Our Queen suite (2 beds) was very roomy. We are a family of four adults plus many belongings and still felt very comfortable. Con: 1. Older hotel comes with a little bit older hotel smell. (The room was perfectly clean); 2. The rooms were spread out into several buildings, meaning you have to walk outside to another building to get the breakfast and interact with front desk (if needed). Not very pleasant if it's a chilly morning. Or if you have to carry breakfast to your family member who need to have breakfast in room.

Rooms/suites with beautiful views. Located in a nice town with several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Enjoyed this more than our hotel in Las Vegas. Rooms were clean with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. Our room also had a balcony which was nice for star gazing at night. Free shuttle stop for Zion right across the street-5 minute ride to park. Well maintained property. Welcoming and friendly staff. No complaints!

spur of the moment trip but booked this property mostly as it seemed like lowest cost in the Zion area. Located 0.5 miles (easy walk) to National Park Visitors center. Very clean. free breakfast. Helpful staff. But most impressive was that after our first night, our son became ill. We asked if we could get a refund for 2nd night and they provided it without dispute and were very accommodating. Would definitely return for a longer stay.

Gorgeous view; basically surrounded by Zion National Park views. It's less than a mile to the Park entrance if you want to walk, or the park shuttle will pick you up at the hotel. We chose to walk or drive each morning in order to be there before the heat, crowds, and to try to fit it all in! The shuttle does not start until 7:45 AM, but breakfast is 6 AM to 10 daily. If you get to the visitor center early, you can find a parking spot…. Deer frequented the parking lot…passing through. very clean, good breakfast, friendly hospitable staff. Great bed! If you book directly with Best Western, then you can have added flexibility on your dates, and it was a better rate than the other websites I checked. Easy walk to restaurants, Zion Pizza and Noodle Company was our favorite. Note closing times for businesses are like 9/930 PM. Pay attention to opening and closing times! Gas, food, and other amenities are more expensive in Springdale… in case you want to bring some groceries for packed lunches, trail snacks, Gatorade powder, with you (you have a small refrigerator in your room and a microwave). We refilled daily at the water bottle filling station and put Gatorade powder in our water bottle.

We loved our stay at this clean and comfy hotel. Basic hot breakfast with eggs, potatoes, meat option (ham, bacon and or sausage), make your waffle, yogurt, breads/pastries, instant oatmeal, fruit, juices and coffee. Pool was cute and had umbrella to give you shade. Big hot tub. Room was clean and 2 queen suite had sleeper sofa - all beds were comfy (even sleeper!). Plenty of parking. Walkable to main restaurants in town. Very close to Zion entrance. We would definitely come back!

This is hands down one of the best Best Western Plus hotels that I've stayed at. First of all, the location of the Best Western is so convenient since you're able to walk to the visitor center at the park and it's walking distance to some delicious restaurants in town. The facility is modern, the staff is friendly, and you will feel like you are staying at a five star resort! My friends and I recently had a ladies weekend trip and were so grateful for the over the top service that we received. We had one small issue with our shower since we were staying in a handicap accessible room the drain wasn't working well. The assistant manager, Kendall listened to our concern and worked with Paul to accommodate a room upgrade for the inconvenience that we experienced. They went out of their way to make sure my friends and I were happy, they even let us borrow a salad bowl prep our veggies! Kendall and Paul raise the bar super high for my next Best Western stay. I highly recommend this incredible gem!

This location is awesome for Sirius Park travelers, people that like to relax in the pool, and if you want a great hot tub after a long hike. The service was phenomenal the facility very clean, the laundry Station even more clean so we were able to really enjoy ourselves. Thank you to the assistant manager and all the front desk staff. Breakfast time was great! Get there early!

We made a last minute stop in Zion National Park and chose to stay here. BEST DECISION! Jacklyn and the manager were amazing and very accommodating for our family of 6. The room was clean, views were immaculate, and breakfast was a perfect addition to give us the energy we needed for our hike up the Narrows.

This hotel was very nice, nice pool with hot tub, full breakfast, within walking distance to Zion park entrance, or you can jump on the shuttle right out front. Beautiful views too! It was a little pricey, but I booked last-minute, and beds were a little hard.

Our rooms were large, each with a balcony and a view. Shuttle bus to Zion NP is just across the street. We were there over the July 4th weekend so it was a bit pricey. Breakfast room has plenty of seating and handled the large crowd well.

Yap! This is one of the closest hotel to the Zion Park entrance. You can either take the bus (long wait) or just walk. My family opt to walk after the long wait of the bus, aboout 15 minutes. Friendly staff, good free breakfast. Spacious room. So why can't I give it five stars? 1. It is an older hotel and the 'old room' smell is there to stay. If you have a sensitive nose like mine, you would not feel good. (Note: the room looked clean.) 2. I wish the price reflect the condition of the hotel. But no. I felt I was charged too much for a cheap motel. 3. The hotel is spread out in many buildings. Breakfast is served in the main building where reception desk is located. Meaning you have to walk outdoor in the cold morning to get breakfast. I just do not like it.

This hotel is near the entrance the Zion National Park and it is in a good location with a shuttle stop to Zion Canyon Village. It is one of the few hotels near Zion National Park. The room is clean, spacious and the breakfast is OK.

Our stay at the Best Western Plus Zion Canyon worked very well for our family. We had the 2 bedroom 3 queen bed and it comfortably slept all of us. There was beautiful scenery all around. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was some of the best I've had at a hotel, it's also available all day. It was so convenient to the National Park with easy to use shuttle services right beside the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

My family and I (party of 4) are currently staying at the Best Western Plus in Zion/Springdale. We checked in on Saturday (6/25/22)with no issues and have had a pleasant experience up until this morning. I had a “stash of cash”in a small gold sequined pouch, come up missing from my room, #129. The entire room was completely and thoroughly searched. My family and I then completed a timeline since our arrival. Long story short, all 4 of us are in a “time stamped” photo at a local restaurant when “somebody” accessed our room at 7:30pm on Sunday evening. I've met with the manager and he suggested I file a police report, which I did. At this point, I'm certain my cash (over$700) will not be recovered but I wanted corporate to hear what happened. We've been traveling since 6/18 from Ohio and this cash should've lasted us for the remainder of the trip. I'm completely sickened by the situation. I'm 50 years old and have traveled extensively since my early 20s. I've NEVER had this experience, EVER. Is there anything that corporate can do regarding the situation?

Would definitely stay again. City shuttle stop into Zion across the street, but close enough to walk into park also. Great breakfast. Comfy rooms. Actual freezer in mini-fridge. Many choices for dinner within walking distance. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening and the mule deer pruning the shrubbery in the morning.

Due to a flight delay, we arrived in Las Vegas very late and could not make our 3 am check-in time. We called the desk clerk enroute who thankfully checked us in by phone so we wouldn't lose our room. Check in was friendly and quick, parking was full so we were allowed to temporarily park in an irregular space, and were greeted by a clean, very spacious family suite (1 king, 2 queens, sofa bed among 3 rooms). Again, service was top notch and location is super convenient to Zion via the free shuttle bus. Complimentary breakfast has good variety and wasn't too crowded. Low-flow toilets do tend to clog so be prepared.

This is my go to place to stay in at when at Zion, rooms are always clean and staff is always helpful and friendly. We have booked here 3 times before and have no negative or bad issues. Will definitely continue staying here when im in Zion!

This hotel is new, clean, and is ideally located near stop number four on the Springdale shuttle and is less than 1 mile to the visitor center for Zion national Park. It's conveniently located among many restaurants (all of them are overpriced). They service the room daily without even asking. The breakfast looked equivalent to Hilton or Marriott. I've never stated the best western before, but I highly recommend this one.

Great hotel to stay at while visiting Zion National Park. Clean and updated room. Comfortable bed. Spacious room. Mountain View. Free hot breakfast. Park of the shuttle line but can easily walk to the entrance of the park, less then a mile walk. Also close to everything.

This location is on the shuttle route, walking distance to all cafes and shops, clean and wonderful view! We were able to make the last minute reservation online and secure a great price. If you are visiting Zion, this is a great place to stay.

A short 2 night stay to visit Zion and this hotel exceeded my expectations (and I'm picky). Super clean, all the staff very friendly and helpful. Quiet. Nice pool area - photos don't do it justice. Really appreciated the additional protein options at breakfast buffet - Greek yogurt, peanut butter... didn't need to stock up at Walmart on our way in after all. Thanks for a great experience. I will be back.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's not inexpensive because of it's location, but even with the rates, I would definitely stay here again. The room was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful The property is set back off the highway so it was quiet, the grounds include two nice fire pits where people can sit out in the evenings - and their sundry shop includes supplies such as marshmallow roasting sticks! The Springdale/Zion shuttle stops right in front of the property. There were many restaurants within a short distance from the hotel also.

Location, location, location says it all. Loyal BW customer I was so pleased with the staff, room and amenities. Our spacious king bed room gave each of us space to spread out for gear we were using in the park. Took advantage of the pool our last night and was refreshed after a long day of trekking. Will definitely return to this location the next time we are fortunate to travel to Zion

Great location, convenient to Zion Park (walking distance to the entrance). Room was clean. Time for a mattress replacement on one of the beds. The other bed was ok. Room was cleaner than most. Breakfast was fine, nothing special, but had enough variety for those of us looking for a quick, reasonably nourishing, convenient breakfast so we could get on with our day. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but it looked like others were enjoying it daily. FYI - Utah E-bike Adventures is right across the street... great experience renting from them.

Nice location, right on the main strip in Springdale. Very convenient for visiting Zion, since the shuttle bus stops right across the street and will take you the short 5 minute (or less) drive to the park entrance. Easy walk to numerous good restaurants and shops. The hotel is very clean and new and our room was large with a nice deck with a view. The pool is a bit smaller than it looks in the promotional pictures, but it was still very nice along with the hot tub. It wasn't busy at all during the day, but more people came to enjoy the hot tub late afternoon and early evening. Nice to have a fridge in the room too. Breakfast was ok, but great since it was included : ) A decent selection of hot and cold items. Really friendly and helpful front desk staff. Overall a great stay. I just can't give 5 stars since it seems hotels have really jacked up their prices post Covid (not only this property...). So only 4 stars because its overpriced like everywhere else right now...hope that changes at some point.

Front desk was not very knowledgeable about any questions asked. Also, they were not receptive about room request upon check in. Room was dark and not as shown on website photos. Was disappointed in room however the maid service and cleaning standards were exceptional and so was breakfast! Support staff in these 2 areas made the trip much better.

First time staying in a motel in Zion and we loved it. Usually camping so this felt luxurious. Within half a mile of the entrance to Zion NP. Great staff. We had to change our arrival dates twice and the were extremely accommodating. Breakfast was generous with waffles eggs and cereal. They even had almond milk. Coffee was very good. Place is quiet and rooms are spacious. Pool and hot tub on site. Would highly recommend for a Zion trip.

The people were vey nice & helpful. We found the room to be quite dark (we were downstairs, corner back) and some of the furnishings were "well-worn" and we noticed stains on the furniture. It was still quite chilly when we were there and the blanket and comforter were both very thin and even with a second blanket, which we had to request, it was still less than ideal. We did not find the bed to be comfortable. Although it was a "take and go" breakfast, there was some variety. Nice laundromat facilities in the main building.

First time in Zion Canyon, and I'm sure I'm coming back to this hotel! Location is 3 min drive to the park entrance, and very close to the main street where all the stores and restaurants are located. The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. We were given a room closest to the pool which was great. Room was nice and spacious, refrigerator was big enough, big TV screen, comfy beds. The pool was really nice, clean, and there was an awesome jacuzzi. You just sit in a chair and look at the wonderful view in front of you. Breakfast was okay, nothing fancy but good enough.

Everyone goes to a hotel expecting different things. Four seniors it might be totally different than for a younger couple with children. That said, the Best Western was pleasant enough to make everyone comfortable. The beds are fine though the sheets a bit less so. The pillows are terrible...more like lumpen rocks of foam. The breakfast is OK. Nothing to right home about, but again, a good assortment that would please almost everyone. My biggest complaint about the breakfast was the amount of non-recyclable plastic that is used . I suppose in the time of Covid this is a necessity, but way too much plastic wrappings on everything!

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights to visit Zion National Park. The location was great, with restaurants and stores within easy walking distance and beautiful peaks all around. The entrance to the park was also very close. The buildings and grounds look fairly new and clean and there are two gas fire pits where you can roast marshmallows or just sit. The lobby sells s'mores kits for $12 (for 8 s'mores) and provides roasting sticks. The breakfast buffet was not the largest, but pretty well stocked with 2 waffle irons (make your own) and hot food (bacon, sausage patties or ham, depending on the day), eggs, potatoes and of course cereals, yogurt, bread to toast, etc. For fruit they had whole bananas and apples. The pool was nice and we made use of the good-sized hot tub to ease our aches after the day's exertions in the park. The wifi worked fine, and the tv had a lot of channels. Our only gripe is that the buildings are not well insulated for noise. The room above us seemed to be inhabited by tumblers and we could hear their walking and running footsteps a lot. If that would bother you I would highly recommend asking for a second floor room (there are only 2 floors).

Our stay was very enjoyable. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good and staff were very responsive to refilling the food as needed. One thing of note-we stayed in building C which is in the back of the property. There was no direct ramps to roll our luggage up to the building. We either had to carry it up the stairs leading to the building or use the ramp beginning at building D. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of. The pool area and fire pits are nice and staff was very friendly. There is a shuttle stop right out front and the hotel is .7mi from the Zion Visitor Center.

We stayed one night. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the national park. We visited in March. The pool was open but we didn't bring swimsuits. The room was really nice and we didn't have a problem hearing other guests. The bed was very comfy. The water pressure was terrible in the shower. Nice partial view of the mountains from our room. The breakfast was really nice, good selection.

This location was convenient to the park (on stop #4 of the town shuttle). Room was lovely for a family of four, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was clean and while I had opted to put a privacy hanger on the doorknob on the second day (because my teenagers had spread out everywhere), we came back to find a basket of clean towels and amenities by our door when we got back from the park. So thoughtful! Breakfast was good and plentiful, staff was very nice, pool was just perfect for post-hike crankiness. I thought proximity to the pool would be an issue for noise, but it wasn't. We all agreed that this was the nicest place we stayed on our ten day trip.

Often hard to find a place that comfortably accommodates 5. The room was spacious, breakfast buffet good quality and plentiful. Staff was very helpful and location to the Park entrance walkable if you don't feel like waiting for the shuttle. Highly recommend.

This hotel was a great location, stop 4 on the Springdale shuttle. It was walkable to a few restaurants and Hoodoo market. It was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the option of having a balcony at a hotel. We also liked the fire pits and s'mores kit available at the front desk!

A little more than average room. The breakfast is nice and the internet worked well. But the room itself was dated and there were areas, especially in the bathroom, that needed repair. The door to our room was not adjusted properly, springing back on me causing an injury. Being in the Zion area there's not much you can do about the price, but for what we paid, I think we could have found better accommodations. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the outside area was well maintained.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. It felt like a little oasis, away from the busyness of the park. The fire tables, hot tub and pool were all 5/5, and it was such a treat staying here. Breakfast was good. The rooms were big and nice, the only thing was the blankets were kind of a bummer but I'm sure we could have asked for more, we just didn't. Such a good location for the shuttles and for restaurants around there. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful location and scenery, with great nearby shops and restaurants...you can walk. No car needed.Great location for hikers.Bit and Spur and Oscars are my two favorite restaurants.The Virgin river is right across the street. The town bus to take you through the town of Springdale and to the bus to take you to visitors center to catch the bus to go through Zion for hikers and bikers.

Our family stayed at 2 nights and the rooms were perfect for us. Each one had a private porch area and was super clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved using the heated pool and hot tub as well as the fire pits! Convenient location on the shuttle stop, highly recommend!

The facility was excellent. Very clean staff was very helpful. We left a do not disturb placard on the door while in the park and came back to a house keeping basket with soap and towels, very cool! The view out the balcony of the cliffs was out standing. The sun comes through the different peaks great picture. My only "complaint" would be the limited parking, especially if your in the back. But you should be there to hike soooo not that bad. Pool and hot tub were open, pool was cold in March but greatful to have it! Definately worth it to stay here!

All staff we encountered were kind and helpful. The breakfast offered multiple options to satisfy all in our family. The room and all other areas were CLEAN. We noticed the extra level of cleanliness. Beds we're comfortable. We appreciated having shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The location was fantastic for exploring Zion National Park and surrounding areas. The views from the property were spectacular. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. You will too.

This hotel was a great location,after hiking all day it was nice to come back to a comfortable room and have a great complementary breakfast in the morning that had a nice selection eggs,potatoes,waffles and more

This is an awesome hotel, friendly and helpful staff and the breakfast was really good. Which is needed for a full day of hiking. The hot tub was clean, which was a huge plus for me. I've been to many community hot tubs that have hazy water and I refuse to use. Would come back here without question.

Big rooms, great service, gluten free options for breakfast including good GF bread! We had our ‘do not disturb' hang tag on our door for the day and when we returned we had a basket of fresh towels, etc by our door. Location is about a mile from the park entrance and close to everything in the lovely town of Springdale.

Beautiful setting for any hotel but the BW did exceed our expectations for cleanliness and exceptional service. Nice, knowledgeable courteous staff. Many options with the free breakfast for a long days outdoor activities.

We stayed here for my birthday in January and it was amazing. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The views out our room window were gorgeous! I highly recommend staying here. Don't forget your swimsuit for the pool and hot tub. They also have little fireplaces outside and s'mores kits that you can purchase to make a yummy treat. I will definitely be coming back!

This is my second time visiting Zion. You can pay more but you would not find a better location and property. New property with clean rooms and privacy. Excellent services with quality breakfast options. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Check-in was super quick. Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was very clean inside and out and well maintained with a great variety of items in the included breakfast. Beautiful views of Zion from the hotel in any room. I would go back and stay with Best Western in an instant.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness of this hotel, and the hotel staff were very pleasant. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and included a wide variety of options, both hot and cold. It is also very close to the entrance of Zion National Park, which was the purpose of our visit to the area.

3 day visit to Zion. This hotel was perfectly located and comfortable. Very COVID safe. The fitness centre is a little dated but they have a great pool, hot tub, great staff and very decent facilities.

The hotel is located in the entrance of Zion park, we had a wonderful view of the mountains from the bedroom's window. The breakfast was amazing, a lot of variety, delicious! The only thing they should improve is on the mattress of the extra bed (sofa) the first night we had a horrible mattress, we asked to change it and they did. It was a little more comfortable but still not too good. However The beds mattress was very comfortable!

This very stylish Best Western hotel is surrounded by massive rocks that form the Zion National Park. The entrance and lobby are great. Hotel also provides the outside winter experience for recreation in the hot tub under night sky.

Clean room, nice basic breakfast, good location right outside Zion National Park. I was there in December so I did not use the outside pool but it looks nice. Friendly staff. My airline had lost my luggage so I arrived with out even a toothbrush. They were able to provide me with onel

Room is new. Good breakfast. Convenient location just outside park entrance. Deers were walking just outside our room in the morning. Friendly staff. Our room has two TV, which is unusual. My kids and I can watch different channels. Only negative thing is it is on the expensive side for off season since the place was deserted. Most restaurants were closed. December 23, 2021.

We like the Best Western hotels. They are usually clean, offer good service & breakfasts, and are comfortable for one or more nights. This Best Western was all that and more. Neil, who checked us in, was pleasant and efficient. He provided a map of town, with a map of the hotel on the other side. He recommended restaurants, since we checked in around 6:30, and we were hungry. Every staff member with whom we encountered was like Neil - pleasant and helpful. When we put up our PRIVACY sign on the door, Mary, our housekeeper, left a basket of essentials that we might need: clean towels, washcloths, lotion and soap. We liked the soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers on the wall of the shower. The bathroom was a perfect size and everything was in perfect working order. We had a microwave in the room as well as a small fridge with freezer. Both were needed - one to heat up frozen meals & to heat up a heat wrap and one to keep waters cool & freezer bag frozen. We had two flat screen TVs - one to watch curled up on the sofa & one to watch snuggled up in bed. That bed was SO comfortable! Everything in the room was appreciated and used. Our room had an amazing view of Zion's mountains from inside or on our terrace. Unfortunately it was cloudy both nights. No star gazing. It was also too cold to enjoy the hot tub. And it rained continuously Thursday night to Friday morning. We did not need the fitness room. We got our exercise in Zion National Park - a short shuttle or car ride away. Our only complaint was having to walk from our building to the main building for breakfast. It wasn't a long walk, but it was cold both mornings, and rainy the second morning. The breakfast was worth the walk in the cold and rain: eggs, potatoes, bacon, waffles, cereals, muffins, fruits, juices, and so much more. The breakfast staff was attentive and friendly. Both mornings provided us with rest breakfasts to start our days. This was an amazing place to spend two nights. We are so glad we could stay here!

It is one of the nearest Motel near the Zion Canyon National Park Entrance and at ( Free ) Shuttle stop #4 you can catch the shuttle easily and reach the gate of the National Park in no time. You can arrive early and park at the Motel and take the shuttle to the Park and tour the park then check into the hotel later. The bed room balcony scenery is Fantastic , the swimming pool is very nice . Rooms are quiet and clean.

This room had comfortable beds, a great balcony, and a hot breakfast. The location close to the entrance was great. It was a bit pricey but we were there during the Thanksgiving holiday. Restaurants and gas station close by. Saw a deer walking by the property. Only two self service washers and dryers that were busy each time I tried to use them. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance.

Just a few steps away from the entrance to the National Park. Amenities all around, walking distance from everything. The price was a tad steep, but that's probably due to Thanksgiving holiday. Bed was more firm than I normally prefer, but very comfortable and slept great. Breakfast is typical of most continental, liked that they have almond milk as well. Pillows were great, lots of balcony room. Would recommend and stay again!

The Best Western Plus Zion Canyon Inn & Suites is a very nice hotel in Springdale. It was our first time staying at a BW Plus, and after this experience it won't be our last. Our room had a king size bed and space enough for a couch, a 2nd big screen TV and plenty of open floor space. The room was beautiful with a balcony that looked out on the red rock of the area. The room was immaculate and had a large bathroom. The grounds were nicely landscaped, the lobby was open, clean and spacious. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to friends.

Initially chose Best Western Plus due to the price and location to the entrance of Zion. The experience with the room, lobby, staff, breakfast, cleaning was really well done. There was plenty of parking. With the 10-15min walk to the entrance of Zion, it was easily walkable, but we needed the car due to our accessibility to icebox with food and drinks at the Visitor Center. The local shops (coffee, market, retail, restaurants) were all along the same street which made for a nice walk. Sol Food Market was a great place for any market item. Inside, there is a bakery, hardware items, and a lot of fresh produce. Best part was the local beers. I was pleasantly surprised by Best Western Plus. The view was fantastic from our room. Super clean. Friendly staff. I'm definitely coming back and would recommend when you visit Zion. Enjoy!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The views were gorgeous! The location was so convenient for Zion National Park access. We also took day trips to the Grand Canyon North Rim and Bryce National Park. The breakfast was really good with so many choices. The fire pits outside are a really nice feature. Our room was a nice size, which made for a comfortable stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The property is well-maintained. We will be back!

Beautiful scenery, nice room and great service. We stayed on the backside of building 3 and the view was beautiful. Was surprised to find out there was a patio outside our room as well as a fridge and microwave inside the room. This was super convenient. A continental breakfast was included (waffles, sausage, eggs and hash browns) and was decent. You are located close to everything in Springdale including to the entrance of Zion and Zion Guru, where we rented bikes. The person working the desk was able to provide suggestions for where to grab dinner, We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!!!

The views from either side of the hotel are amazing. The location to the bus stop can't be beat. The breakfast bar is plentiful and delish. The room is clean and has plenty of soft pillows / blankets. But the thing I found I liked most about this hotel was the location to town and the bus stop. Once we even walked to the entrance of Zion b/c it really isn't that far (maybe a mile) and the views are just so amazing, why not walk?

Clean room, nice staff, great location in town - about 9 minutes walking to the entrance of Zion NP and at Stop #4 of the town's shuttle bus system - it is a very comfortable and reasonably-priced hotel. Mind you, I was there in the down season and I know the prices go up considerably during summer and holidays, but no complaints.

We stayed 2 nights in room 309. EXCELLENT location. Beautiful views everywhere you look. Kendall at check-in was great. Very friendly. There's a free Springdale shuttle stop right in front of the hotel that takes you back from Zion Natl Park and the stop into Zion is across the street. Easy peasy. The room was clean, updated and had a great balcony overlooking the pool and again, awesome views. It wasn't loud at all - the pool closed at 10pm. The pool and hot tub were also great and clean. Breakfast was good - both hot and cold options. Good options to grab and go.

I can't say enough about how pleased we were with the BW in Zion. Breakfast good, rooms new and clean, great hot tub, clean laundry facilities! Within walking distance to restaurants and shopping! The Springdale shuttle to Zion park is directly across the street. Convenience plus! I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 10/29/21-10/31/21 Weather was SO PERFECT during our stay (low 70s - low 50s) Family of 3 (2 adults & 1 toddler) We got the standard 2-queen bed room on the second floor. Can't come up with anything bad to say about this place so I'll just list the goods: - Location.. so close to the Zion National Park & you can't get a bad room here.. every single room gets a nice view. Free shuttle into the park came by every 10-15 minutes but we decided to drive in with our car ($35 entrance fee) since we woke up at 6am. Parking lot still had a few spaces available when we got there at 8am-ish. We were also allowed to drive around with our car. (At peak times you're only allowed to use their shuttle service) - Room.. decent sized with a balcony.. we got one overlooking the pool and the view was amazing. Bathroom was a bit small but had everything (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, face soap, hand soap, hair dryer). Small microwave, coffee maker, & fridge/freezer in the room was so nice to have. - Housekeeping.. left a basket full of new towels & toiletries every day in front of our door. - Breakfast.. 6am-10am buffet style with make your own waffles w/ toppings, cereals, bagels, english muffins, breads, milk, fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage patties, coffee, tea, juice, hot chocolate, yogurts, oatmeal, granola, peanut butter, jam, honey, & they even had sugar free syrup! - Pool & hot tub.. not too big but nice & clean.. plenty of pool towels provided next to the restrooms - Employees were all friendly - Fire pits.. 2 fire pits located near the lobby area.. we made s'mores and drank wine enjoying the view and even saw some deer just walking around in the parking lot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was modern, clean, and had an excellent heated pool and hot tub. Nice balcony, and great views. Parking more than ample. Very friendly staff, from front desk to housekeeping to maintenance personnel.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel and had the most wonderful time. The grounds and rooms were clean and lovely. We loved hitting the hot tub after our days hiking! I would absolutely stay there again.

When I think "Best Western," I don't think "first-class accommodations with stunning views" -- even if you put a "Plus" after the name. I stand corrected. (At least in Springdale, Utah. The other Plusses we stayed at on our visits to Utah's Mighty Five national parks were not nearly so nice.) About those views: Springdale is "surrounded" by Zion National Park (there's a nonpark southern boundary). Directly east of this hotel? The Watchman, Zion's signature peak. Directly west of this hotel? Other Zion peaks. North of this hotel? The park entrance and, beyond that, Zion Canyon. Another plus for this Plus: Stop 4 of the Zion Shuttle's Springdale Line (not to be confused with the Zion Canyon Line inside the park) is just across the street and a few steps south. Don't get too excited, though. Stop 4 is near the end of the route inbound to the park entrance so buses are often full by the time they reach there. We and all the other people waiting at Stop 4 one morning ended up walking three-quarters of a mile into the park! Our room was nice, with a balcony that fronted The Watchman (blocked a bit by trees) and two TVs (incluiding a large one great for watching football). The breakfast buffet was good. The pool and hot tub had views to die for. And there were even working fire pits around the property -- as well as wandering wild deer. TIPS: -- About getting into the park when Zion Canyon Scenic Drive is accessible only by park shuttle: You either want to (a) stay right near the park entrance (Cable Mountain Lodge, a block or two away but very expensive) or (b) stay near the farther-away town shuttle stops so shuttles won't be full yet or (c) drive into the park VERY early (pre-7 a.m.) to secure a parking place so you can board the park shuttle (the Zion Canyon Line inside the park).

The best Western Canyon Inn and suites is located close to the entrance to Zion national Park. I believe that this is the reason why I thought that it is overpriced. Our room was large and comfortable with daily housekeeping services. A very nice self serve “Buffet” breakfast is offered daily. Since the parking lot at Zion national Park fills up early it is nice to know that across the street from the hotel is one of the bus stops for the free shuttle to get into the park.

Beautiful view of Zion. Balcony and large room with king size bed and separate seating area with fridge, freezer, and microwave. Very close to the entrance to the park which was super helpful since parking is difficult to find inside the park. Breakfast was delicious with eggs, sausage and home fries.

We spent 2 days hiking in Zion and wanted to be close to the park. This hotel was perfect in all regards! It was very clean and comfortable,, offered a good hot breakfast, had breathtaking views in all directions,, and was less than a mile from the entrance to Zion. We could use the shuttle or walk to the entrance, as well as walk to downtown restaurants and shops. Although the hotel was priced much higher than we typically pay, it was worth the extra cost to be so close to Zion. We parked our car at the hotel and never moved it during our 2 day stay. (We were so glad we didn't choose to drive from a neighboring town and ave to find a place to park!) I wanted to longer longer at this hotel to enjoy the view from the balcony! Perfect place to stay if you want to be close to Zion and have a great hotel!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Springdale while visiting Zion. This place was perfect. It was clean, great free hot breakfast which also included waffles. A 0.8 mile walk to the national park and a shuttle stop to the park directly across the street. The shuttles gets busy and full so being such a short walk to the park entrance was awesome. The hot tub and pool were warm and wonderful. They even had gas fire pits and seating out front which was so nice. Our favorite hotel so far on our southwest road trip. Highly, highly recommend!!

The hotel is reasonably close to Zion NP entrance, Springdale shuttle stop #4 is right in front of the hotel. If you leave after 7:30AM for the park, Springdale shuttle might be the better option. Every morning, we would find a lovely basket with fresh supply: towels of different sizes, toiletries, and instant coffee bags/condiments. It was beautifully presented, left at our door, and practically quite helpful Our room is very spacious, clean. Bed is very comfortable. Daily breakfast area can be busy but we expected this for any hotel so close to the park We have a balcony facing the red rocks, but we barely spent any daylight time in our room. Overall, we are very happy with this BW. The only other option we would consider if coming back: The Cable Mountain Lodge. It's right outside the park, you can walk to the visitor center to catch the park shuttle without having to fight for the parking spot in the early hours.

Our hotel had an incredible view of mountains, even from parking lot. Shuttle bus drop off right at corner was very convenient. Fire pits at night with s'mores was very nice as well. We used laundry facilities which was also very convenient. Nice restaurants right across the street. Overall, very pleased with our stay.

We stayed in this very nice motel for 3 nights in late September, 2021. The grounds and buildings are very attractive and well-maintained. Our unit, a standard room with 2 queen beds, was comfortable and well-furnished. The small refrigerator/freezer was useful for storing the items we used to make lunches. The room had plenty of conveniently located electrical outlets and USB charging ports. The breakfasts were good with a fine selection of fresh fruit, dry cereals, breads, and make-your-own waffles. The breakfast area had plenty of well-spaced seating in 3 different rooms. On the last morning of our stay, we had to go into one of the adjoining rooms to find an empty table and there was a woman seated and eating some distance away who was coughing which caused us some consternation although we are both vaccinated against COVID-19; fortunately neither of us became ill. Fresh fruit, coffee, tea, and hot water were available 24/7. The staff at the hotel was courteous and helpful. The last evening of our stay we had a problem with the thermostat which was remedied by one of the evening crew. The location was good with bus stops for the park shuttle located close by. We were able to walk to the restaurants where we had dinner. We were very pleased with our stay although the motel was quite pricey, as were the other motels & hotels in this town.

We really enjoyed our time here. Lovely room, clean. Nice watching the sun set from the pool area, the mountains glow. Great to be able to walk to the entrance of Zion and to everything else in town. There is also a shuttle stop right outside of the hotel, if you'd rather ride.

Our stay in Zion was near the end of our two week road trip and we were pretty exhausted from all the early mornings to catch the sunrises and long days of hiking. This room was spacious and had a balcony that looked out at the mountains. The bed was extremely comfortable and I'm always pleased with the multiple pillow softness options provided at best western. We spent the most time in our room here at Zion relaxing and catching up on sleep. We also were able to walk to so many things from this location! It was only a 3 minute drive to the visitor center but you definitely could have walked if you wanted to which is a huge advantage in Zion. We walked to all sorts of gift shops, restaurants and ice cream shops from the hotel which was a great way to spend the evening after a long day of hiking. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of room to spread out and eat outside if you wanted. They had waffles and hot breakfast of eggs, bacon, potatoes and sausage. We didn't use it but they had a few outdoor gas firepits that were very nice looking as well! It's a little spendy but I think everything close in Springdale is a little more expensive since it's close to the national park. Definitely recommend spending a little extra for the whole experience and relaxing rooms.

We took a trip out west for 10 days. The best hotel we stayed at! Staff was kind, clean rooms, yummy breakfast and beautiful views! I would def come back to this location. 10/10 recommend to anyone! .

We stayed two nights on a recent trip to Zion National Park and were very happy with the accommodations. We had a king suite which included a desk and sofa, refrigerator and microwave. There was a nice patio with table and chairs outside the room and we had a breath-taking view of the mountains. The pool and jacuzzi were very nice and we enjoyed them after a busy day of hiking and sightseeing at Zion. The shuttle to Zion picks up right in front of the hotel. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. Room was nice with amazing views! Even had a balcony with chairs we could sit and enjoy the cooler weather and the mountain views (being from Florida we don't get that!). Fire pit available at night and even saw deer roaming around. Employees were super friendly and helpful. Lots of offer for breakfast and even with Covid they still had a very nice spread and were very safe requiring everyone to wear disposable gloves - and everyone did! There is a shuttle stop right at the entrance of the hotel and one across the street and a little down to catch the shuttle going the other way (quicker than riding it all around). Great restaurants within walking distance too. We were glad we spent the extra money and it would definitely be our first choice next time we go.

We had a great stay! Everything was nice and clean! View was amazing! Fire pit in the evening was great! Pool are so nice. Laundry was clean and easy to use. Lots of parking. Rooms were large. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Outside seating too. We loved it here! Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone!

We stayed at this location while visiting Zion NP. The room was good, very clean and comfortable, pool area including view of mountains from the poo was fantastic and the location in relation to Zion was also good. We were very close to several restaurants as well. There are many outdoor dining options for dinner very close to this hotel. Also the shuttle into the NP stops right in front of the driveway of the hotel. The hotel did not have clear covid-19 policies in place. Staff at desk did not have masks, the breakfast food was served in the same manner as pre-pandemic (no sneeze guards, multiple people using serving utensils etc).

Great location. Pricey hotel and has a few roaches in the room. Not positive if it is worth the cost. If you have a big budget. Then fine. The pool and hot tub are very nice. The multiple roaches was less than appealing. And when I brought it to the attention at checkout. The attendant just said…. Yeah it's a hot climate. What do you expect…

This hotel is well located in Springdale with easy walks to restaurants, markets and the entrance to Zion NP. We parked the car and did not use it for two days while visiting Zion. The hotel is a series of small, two story buildings with nice green areas between the buildings and set back form the road. We had a ground floor room with a small walk out patio with a view of the pool area and mountains on the horizon. This hotel offers a hot breakfast which is very nice to have when getting up early to go hiking. Our room was a nice size with comfortable bed, pillows and linens. The only down side was a tiny, one cup coffee maker. I opted for using the micro wave with instant coffee. Access to Zion can be made by crossing the street and taking the town shuttle to the park. Or you can do the seven minute walk to the park entrance. Masks are required on both the town shuttle and NP park shuttle. You do not have to make reservations to ride either shuttle bus. For food we chose the Camp restaurant which was right across from the hotel and has outdoor dining. The customer service was very good and the grounds, room and dining area were all very clean. Despite being near the main road in town our room was very quiet and we heard very little noise.

I travel often and usually stay in Marriotts, but there were no available ones in the area during my time of travel. I was very impressed with basically everything, including the friendly and professional staff, ease of check-in and check-out, the cleanliness and layout of our room. I was pleasantly surprised that this hotel has full housekeeping services, what a nice surprise as the Marriotts still don't offer any housekeeping services, well at least the several I have stayed in. This hotel by far outdoes many of the Marriott hotels I have stayed in! I will be back again.

Great stay at this hotel, staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were spacious & very clean. Pool area was nice & had nice views of the surrounding area. Perfect location, walkable to restaurants & shops. Would definitely recommend this place.

I can't overstate how great this view was! Every time I looked outside my window, I saw a huge, extravagant mountain! The breakfast was delicious and free! And those waffles… The room was nice and spacious too. I didn't use the fire pit, but it seemed easy enough to use, with just a simple switch!

I had some trepidation booking the hotel as I had no prior experience with a Best Western. But gosh was I blown away. The room was spacious (plenty of room for a family of four) and super clean. The views from our balcony were breathtaking. And the whole family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is centrally located in Springdale, close to Zion, shops, and restaurants. I didn't have too much interaction with the staff, but everyone generally seemed upbeat and helpful.

Beautiful place, lovely staff, great location. We stayed for two nights with my kiddos. The location is amazing because the beautiful cliffs of Zion are right there. The view from the pool is gorgeous. You can either walk to the park or take the shuttle.

The location, cleanliness, staff, pool, and surreal views made this an A+! The staff were super friendly and helpful! It's so close to the park entrance and shuttle site! Great time! We will definitely come back!

We visited Zion National Park after a one night stay at the Zion National Park Lodge which was inside the park. Although we liked being inside Park it was a little too rustic for us so we moved to the BW Plus for day two of our trip. We appreciated a clean and comfortable room after a long day of hiking. We were glad to find this relatively new BW Plus facility close to the entry to Zion National Park.

On our travels to various National Parks in Utah, we stayed at 4 different hotels. This one was one of the nicest. The hotel is set up with various multi-floored motel like buildings. The room entrances are from interior hallways, but the stairs are outside as is the elevator entrances. All upper rooms seemed to have balconies. The free breakfast was standard fare and the breakfast seating was limited. The pool and hot tub area was very nice. Bonus was the guest laundry facilities located near the pool. Pop a load in and it is done while you take a swim. The shuttle stop to Zion National Park is #4 and is located across the street from the hotel. Very convenient. Being on the main drag, this hotel has numerous restaurants within walking distance.

Very happy with this hotel. Brand new and clean. Check in professional and efficient. Room had a balcony with beautiful view of mountains. What a nice feature. Small, clean and scenic pool was a refreshing option on a hot day after hiking. Breakfast was fine but small eat in area. All of Springdale is so pretty and walkable. We ate dinner at the Spotted Dog which was excellent.

Clean rooms, good breakfast, great hot tub and has a stop on the town shuttle to Zion. The hotel was wonderful. The hot tub was wonderful and had a beautiful view of the mountains after a day of hiking. The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and a nice balcony with a view. I would recommend it to anyone.

I will always stay at this BW!! i have told all my family and friends to stay at this BW when they are at Zion. VERY GOOD FIREPLACE outside sitting and enjoying the big rock view!! Very quite family family-oriented staff very good breakfast!! clean room clean towel and pool!

This hotel is conveniently located right at the entrance from the park. Very close to the Springdale shuttle line. Rooms are updated, large and comfortable for a few nights for a family of 4 (teenagers!!) Breakfast is decent. Staff is nice. Rooms are cleaned and freshened up daily. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room.

Perfect location in Springdale! We could walk to everything we needed and were minutes from Zion! The room was nice and big for our family of 5. And the pool was great! Great view from our balcony of Zion!

This is a very solid hotel near Zion. It is right in the middle of Springdale close to the NP. Within a half mile walking of just about everything. Clean, comfortable with great views while swimming. Staff were welcoming and attentive. Not the cheapest property but very competitive with area rates. We definitely would recommend.

New and modern hotel with superb walkable access to the town of Springdale restaurants and very close to the park entrance and visitors center. One caveat for those planning to stay here: if you have anyone staying in the room above you it is impossible to not hear them walking around. If they have kids the constant thumping is even worse. This is due to the construction of the building so I did not bother the front desk with the issue. I would stay here again and probably will on my next visit but will book a room on the second floor.

We are frequent guests because we love this hotel & stay almost every summer on our long western road trips. Still very new-ish with great location close to park entrance, shuttles, shops & restaurants, with great views of Zion cliffs surrounding the property. The pool is spotless & so are the rooms. Balconies are spacious with great views. Breakfast was hot (eggs), delicious & served well. The chocolate chip waffles were a very tasty surprise! Excellent staff. Of note, I had reserved a room well in advance but my room request wasn't added. Front desk, assistant manager Kendal was SO kind at check in. Not only did he find the type of room we wanted, he upgraded us to a similar, but larger room! Thank you Kendal! Helpful, concerned staff who go the extra mile, make a hotel stand out from the rest. And this one does. We love BWs and this is definitely one of the best. Their rewards program is also one of the best. We highly recommend & will definitely return!

We stayed for five nights and really enjoyed our stay. The sweeping pool with hot tub was great to relax after a day of hiking. The it breakfast is something my family enjoyed every morning. Hotel has a guest laundry room, which I have not seen in many hotels we have stayed, that is very helpfulful when you are travelling with kids.

The day before our check trip, our original hotel called to let us know that our room had to be cancelled due to flash flood. Devastated and stressed due to the limited time to figure out a new place, the staff here was able to quickly get us a room and was very accommodating. They allowed us to pay at check out which was extremely helpful since we were waiting to get reimbursed from our original hotel. The location was excellent and it was very easy to get around via shuttle/car. The hotel was immaculate and beds felt amazing after being out all day. All staff were nice and answered any questions we had. Breakfast was amazing. Views were amazing. We will definitely be visiting Zion again and will book through Best Western again ☺️

BW Zion Canyon Inn & Suites is by far the best hotel in Springdale, and it's not close. I love Springdale and visit often, and while there are many options for accommodations I have yet to experience better service than I receive at Zion Canyon Inn & Suites. Kendall, Katie, and the front desk team know Zion inside and out and ensure that you know where and when to go to have the best experience while in town. The property is flawless, and the views on property are spectacular. I can't wait to go back!

This resort is located just minutes from the entrance to Zion NP. The resort is in walking distance of the shops and restaurants. The resort is surrounded on all sides by the most gorgeous views of the mountains. The rooms are very nice and they all have a balcony with a view. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The free breakfast had an excellent selection of foods and the eating area was very appealing. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We recently traveled with our three kids to Zion National Park and stayed here. It's tough to find accommodations sometimes for 5 people in a room and they had the perfect room for us! Service was excellent, room was spotless, and the proximity to the park can't be beat! Gorgeous views all around. I highly recommend!!

Had a great stay here for 3 nights. Loved having the option of a fridge to keep hydrated before and after hiking. The parking was plentiful and spacious. We have had problems finding parking at other Springdale hotels during other visits. The hotel has beautiful pictures from Zion in the room. Enjoyed the AC working so well after hiking in the heat all day. It was nice to cool off and rest before the next day of exploring Zion. The only downside was the doors in the neighboring rooms closing loudly while trying to sleep. I tried to be mindful when I closed the door myself. It did not bother my husband who is a heavy sleeper. So a small word of warning for the light sleepers out there like me.

Perfectly placed outside Zion National Park, the rooms are great with perfect amenities, even an outside personal balcony area. The hotel is within the city outside Zion, but has views of the park. The only improvement would be the availability of park near the hotel room.

We were on a family road trip to the Utah parks and chose to stay here. Not only is the hotel close to the park entrance, it is walking distance to many shops and restaurants in Springdale. The hotel itself is in a spectacular setting with the mountains visible all around. The pool is inviting after a day of adventure, complimentary breakfast options were available each morning, and everything was very well taken care of. The entire property was very clean. This was the second time we stayed here, and it did not disappoint. Probably one of the best features of this hotel is the friendly employees. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure that our needs were met. I highly recommend that if you're in this area, stay here!

This is a very nice hotel that is close to the entrance to Zion National Park. We stayed here for three nights. We arrived around 5:00 p.m. and were greeted at reception by one of the assistant managers. Our room had already been assigned and the keys prepared so check-in was a breeze. The hotel is made up of a few different buildings and there was ample parking. Our king suite was very nice and kept spotless by housekeeping. It was very hot, and the air conditioning was sufficient to keep us comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fine with plenty of seating. The choices of hot items changed daily so that was a nice feature. The buffet was kept well stocked as well. There were no COVID restrictions in place during our stay which was certainly a nice thing to experience again. The staff does wear masks as a precaution. There was a nice outdoor pool. That got a bit overcrowded with children but that was not surprising considering how hot it was out. The location is good as I mentioned. It is also within walking distance of places to eat and shop. We drove to a few that were father away but had no problems parking when we returned even late at night. The hotel is close to a free shuttle stop that goes into the park. The problem is that it is one of the last stops so most buses we saw were already full by the time they got to the stop by the hotel. This is obviously not the fault of the hotel but worth mentioning to people who plan on taking the shuttle. We very much enjoyed our stay, and we would stay here again.

The location, facilities, and staff could not have been better. We were able to walk from Zion entrance back to the room, with children in the group, easily. Breakfast was substantial for fueling morning hikes. The room had a fridge and microwave- just buy groceries before you get to Springdale, as I've never spent so much in my life for trail mix and canned tuna at the town grocery store.

Excellent hotel! The rooms are very spacious. All rooms have a private balcony. Ours was on floor 2 and we had a beautiful review. The pool area is surrounded with beautiful scenery too. Shuttle stop 4 is at this location. Staff was very friendly. I would highly recommend thus hotel. There are elevators.

Awesome location for visiting Zion! The balcony provided a beautiful view to relax after long days of hiking. Also nice to have the pool and breakfast included to make a perfect trip. Highly recommend!

This Best western is a mile from the beginning of a great adventure into zion national park. Shuttle service just out the front door. The building is beautiful nestled in the cliffs of springdale utah.

This hotel appears brand new. It's beautiful in the lobby, breakfast area, and the rooms are great. Everything is clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the pool and hot tub, which is enormous by the way. Our room was spacious with two comfortable beds and a sofa bed. The staff were all very kind and nice, both in the front desk and also in the breakfast area. They have laundry and fitness facilities, and a water bottle filler. Hot breakfast was delicious since Covid restrictions were being lifted. The location can't be beat. It has beautiful canyon views from right there in the parking lot. It is just outside Zion Canyon National Park and has restaurants just nearby. You can walk to either, but there is a shuttle stop in front you can take to Zion national park.

This is our second stay and the location, staff and amenities can't be beat. They have a laundry facility for guests on site and that is a great feature especially after long days hiking and exploring. Town is within walking distance and the hotel has fire pits outside to enjoy in the evening.

Loved this Best Western. Heated pool, Hot Tub with an amazing view of Zion National Park. Breakfast included. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. The crowds in this little town are crazy, so it was very convenient that we could walk to the park entrance from our hotel (about 1 mile). If you are going, highly recommend this hotel and make sure to get your shuttle tickets ahead of time (if Covid capacity are still in effect)

Perfect location-easy walk to national park and restaurants in town. Rooms are far enough from road to be quiet. I had a room that faced the canyon wall. Enjoyed time on the balcony. Rooms were clean and quiet.

No elevator in the building. Very difficult to get up and down stairs as we are all elderly. Breakfast food was okay, but not the greatest. Clean hotel. Staff are friendly. Close to grocery store if need something that is not available in the hotel.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Best Western. The rooms were nice, the place as quiet and they had a refrigerator with a freezer. This was nice because we could freeze our waters overnight and they would still be cold the next day in the 90 degree heat. The breakfast buffet was not very good - limited selection but the coffee was very good. They do have a workout room but I did not have time to use it. They have washer & dryers which we appreciated. The staff was excellent - very friendly and helpful. This place is only about a mile from the Zion National Park entrance. I really wish they would have had someone stop by each day to pick up the trash. I ended up taking this out to the dumpster each day. Lot's of good restaurants nearby. Overall, a good stay.

Kendall, the assistant front desk manager, checked us in and was very helpful with everything from the hotel amenities to the park and all the nuances. Our room exceeded our expectations in cleanliness, appearance and a balcony with incredible views of the mountains. The breakfast was the only hot breakfast we got in all the 5 hotels we stayed in during our trip. Outside are fire pits with lovely seating for our use. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great hotel at the gates of Zion. Clean, convenient, amazing views! Deer wander property. Fire pits. And again - VIEWS!! 3-bedroom suite very nice, even with just one bathroom! Breakfast a plus. Basic but good.

We stayed at this hotel one night (Monday). We tried to check in early (1 pm) but were told the room wasn't ready yet. We were allowed to park and walked to the Zion Visitor Center to catch our shuttle. We returned about 6pm and checked in. We were given a list of restaurants in the area which was very helpful. Our room was on the first floor facing the pool - not the best view, and we did have some noisy footsteps above from about 10-11 pm. There was a door to the outside small balcony. The room and bathroom was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The TV seemed brand new - very large, clear picture. There were two gas firepits, and we sat at one after dinner...very nice! Breakfast was a very small hot buffet - you had to wear plastic gloves that they provided. People were sitting at tables, but I wanted to take my food back to my room. They didn't have take-out containers, but one of the workers gave me an emptied cardboard box lid that worked fine to hold my plate and drink. Contactless check out. The best thing about this hotel was the location and the view of the beautiful mountains!

we arrived pretty late but Chris was attentive and helpful. He got us amenities like shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc when the room didn't have any. Comfortable beds, nice continental breakfast spread, close to the park. Would stay here again next time I visit Zion.

Clean & looks new. Beds were comfortable & the employees nice. I love that their ice machines have water bottle fillers. Pool is open & they offer breakfast in the morning (buffet). Fire pits on at night. Located about a mile from the Zion entrance, walking distance to shops & restaurants. We rented E-bikes from Zion Cycles (best way to see the park!), which was right around the corner (5-8 min walk). If you don't want the hotel breakfast, try Oscar's - delicious!

What could have been a nightmare turned into a great stay. When I tried to check in, it turned out that I booked the wrong date online (old fart brain fart). The front desk clerk, Katie, was kind, helpful, and understanding. With the help of the manager, Paul, we were able to resolve the issue and salvage my Zion Park visit. They were amazing! The hotel, itself, was well-located. There is a Springdale shuttle stop in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Unfortunately, the shuttles didn't come very quickly so we decided to walk to the park. I think it was about 6/10 of a mile or so to the visitors center. We ended up walking back from the park, as well. The location is also close to restaurants and shops. The king bedroom was spacious and well-appointed. It was a very comfortable spot after a day of hiking. The shower was great- terrific water pressure and nice and hot. The bed was super comfortable. Lots of tv stations available for chilling out at night. Breakfast buffet was ample and socially distanced, with option to get food to go. All in all it was a great stay and Zion National Park is a must-see.

Spent one night in the Best Western Plus in Springdale. Check in was quick and front desk staff friendly. Room was very clean, ample space. TV fine, heating A/C not too loud. Beds good, bathroom big enough and decently stocked. Two minuses -- toilet seat wouldn't stay up, and soundproofing was a bit skimpy. We could hear people using toilets above us and people chatting in hallway. Amazing that huge hotel chains like Best Western (and many others) won't spend a few $hundred per room for a bit of soundboard when they build hotels. Breakfast coffee was a step above usual watery hotel brew, pandemic-style grab and go breakfast offering acceptable. Overall a nice hotel, well-located and a solid choice when visiting wonderful Zion national park.

We loved our stay at this property. We were in a new building with a patio that looked at beautiful mountains and had 2 king sized beds. Loved the pool and the fire pits as well as the proximity to the park visitor center and shopping and restaurants.

We stayed here as our first stop on a trip through Utah national parks. We had a really good stay. The rooms are modern and have balconies We were in building C second floor with a nice view off the back of the property. No cleaning with COVID, but they were the only hotel on our trip that had a larger trash bag in the room. Those little hotel trash cans are meant to be emptied, they fill up fast! Appreciated the COVID breakfast. They had cold/packaged food, but also had fresh fruit and hot sausage/eggs/english muffins to make a breakfast sandwich. We used the pool and it was good.

The hotel is right in the middle of some of the most beautiful views. Many things with in walking distance. The hotel was amazing. Staff wonderful. We encountered no problems. Would come back and stay again.

This is a really good lodging option for its price point in Springdale. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and attentive. The rooms were nicely decorated. The hotel is a set of four buildings, many with good views of the canyon walls. We had a small balcony in our room looking across the property and to the canyon wall. There is a stop for the free Springdale shuttle next to the hotel. There are several dining and shopping options a short walk down the street. The building I was in did not have an elevator and ADA access looked a bit tough for some of the areas (e.g. ramps not near all buildings, steps required for some entrances) so be sure to contact the hotel to ensure a room with good access if that is a requirement. Due to COVID the breakfast is grab and go, so you will be eating in your room or outside. There is also not much variety to the breakfast - one identical hot sandwich every day, a couple of kinds of muffins, bananas, and cereal. I felt as though the hotel took COVID safety seriously and correctly and consistently implemented reasonable protective measures.

Glad to get a room here for our vacation race and trip to Zion. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room is very clean and the hotel is close to all shops and restaurants, It's walkable to the Springdale Visitor Center, where you can rent bikes and buy souvenirs.

This property is new and the pool area has a hot tub and is very nice. The decor had beautiful pictures of Zion park. In walking distance to markets and restaurants. Breakfast was better than average for covid. Balconies with great views.

My wife and I stayed at the Zion Canyon Inn late March 2021. The location is beautiful with stunning views of the mountains from our room at the back of the hotel. The hot tub and pool were both great, well maintained, good temperature and large size. Breakfast was Grab and Go due to Covid, but they had good choices and even had a breakfast sandwich if you asked the front desk. Hotel is located an easy walk from several very good restaurants. Service was very polite and helpful although we did get some bad advice about the shuttle from Springdale to the park. They said it was better to walk in as the shuttle ran infrequently and was usually full that time of the year. However as we walked into the park several shuttles passed us and they had empty seats. It was not a bad walk into the walk, but the shuttle would have saved us some time and steps. All and all an excellent place to stay if you are planning a visit to Zion Park.

The only complaints I have regarding my 4 night stay at the BW in Springdale were that the water pressure in the shower was awful and the room needed more lights - lamps, overhead, or larger windows. Other than that, every single employee was helpful, kind, and welcoming. The pool was never short of towels, the room was clean and spacious. The grab and go breakfast was more than ideal during the pandemic — the best one I've ever come across. The location is walking distance to town shops and to the park. We never had a problem with parking. I've stayed at other hotels in Springdale and this is one I will return to. Top notch Best Western. My whole family (including my mom who had her own room) were thrilled leaving and all 6 of us said we'd return here.

We really enjoyed our stay, the rooms were very clean. Housekeeping never came by for some reason. I'm not sure if it was due to Covid but if so, we weren't advised of it. Overall, the stay was great.

BW+ in Springdale exceeded my expectations in all areas (considering Covid restrictions). Staff friendly & helpful. The location was ideally located within walking distance (.85 mile) to the park entrance; shops and restaurants also in walking distance. Breakfast was self help selection of yogurt, cereal, muffins, oranges & bananas.

Overall I was really happy with my stay at the Best Western Plus. Great location not far from the entrance to Zion National Park and plenty of good restaurant choices within walking distance or a short drive away. Front desk was great, very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Even had a balcony which was not expected. Grab and go breakfast was a bit lacking. That and a noisy heating unit that kept waking me up all night keeps me from giving it a 5 rating. With that said, this is a very good choice of where to stay when visiting Zion and offered very good value for the rate that was being charged.

We stayed for 2 nights and we were very happy with our room and our stay. But especially pleased with the front desk staff. Brian and Paul were very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Liston was great also. We would stay here again

loved the double clean room. Loved the hot tub. Loved the pool. Love the location! Almost everything was perfect. I was in building c, and the soda machine was empty. Every slot. Pretty sure that shouldn't be that way. At 8:00 a.m. I had to uncover the hot tub myself. It had not been set up, even though it's supposed to open at 7:00 a.m. Complimentary water was offered to me at check-in, but never actually provided. And if you're not replenishing coffee daily you should have more than one days worth of coffee in the room. Thanks again for the marvelous weekend.

There was lots of space with true couch seating. We had a balcony which was roomy enough and good seating on it. The exterior had beautiful fire pits, pool and large clean hot tub.... and everything was built around an amazing view!

Very clean hotel and super comfortable beds. We stayed in the back/newer suites. The front desk agent that checked us in had excellent customer service skills. Treated us as if it was a star hotel. Just this made our stay very pleasant.

The hotel is literally right outside the park and you feel like you are on a ranch with an amazing view. Great amenities offered, super clean, and the staff is beyond helpful and courteous. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice hotel near Zion National Park. We had looked into several of the nearby hotels and decided on the Best Western Plus. We were very happy with the rooms and the grab and go breakfast. We used the hot tub and were very happy with all the accommodations.

A beautiful hotel and an amazing location only a few minutes outside of Zion National park. The staff was very kind and welcoming will definitely be back. The breakfast is kind of lacking but it is due to Covid-19 so completely understandable

Best western plus was terrific. My experience was exceptional. Everything worked and was available for use. The bathrooms were very very clean. That is most important to me. Thank you Best Western Plus for the great experience. You added extra fun to my trip.

Currently, it is Covid pandemic. I went during Christmas weekend. Unfortunately, there Continental breakfast is grab and go! Take a bag to your room. There is not maid service. So take your "Mommy" to clean up after you. Or maybe try being neat and tidy. Chris was the front desk clerk 24/7. He was there "24/7" really he was there every time. I stop by the front desk at 6am. Chris is remarkable he had a smile no matter what time it was. The young man has remarkable work ethics. There was also a young lady that would rotate with him. but I mostly saw Chris. He deserves a raise. It was a quiet hotel and the hallway and room smelled clean. also the hotel had a fire pit outside. I saw a group of friends out there. I will return.

My friend and I stayed here 3 nights during Christmas break. It was clean, beds comfy, great staff and all around a very comfortable stay with splendid views of znp! Our balcony suite boasted breathtaking views of sandstone cliffs & this proved even better while enjoying a dip in the heated jacuzzi!!! I just regret I didn't try the outdoor fire ring. Next time!!!

We had a great three night stay at the Best Western Plus Zion Canyon. The room exceeded our expectations in size, furnishings and cleanliness. The hotel is perfectly located for quick access to the park. We visited during early December when the shuttle system wasn't running so we appreciated being able to drive in so quickly and easily. Breakfast was grab and go which was fine for our purposes. We enjoyed sitting by the firepit and watching the sun set one evening after getting chilled hiking the Narrows. Because it was off season and COVID time, the hotel wasn't very full, but I would stay again even if it was busy.

This hotel is centrally located in Springdale. Has a beautiful view. The outdoors fire pits made for a great evening even in December. Cleanliness was ok a few issues. But nothing to complain about. Breakfast even for a typical grab and go this one was lacking. But this hotel is absolutely worth it and will stay again.

Excellent location right at the heart of the Springdale town near to restaurants and gift shops and most important to the Zion NP entrance. The room was very clean and had a balcony with a great view. Definitely will stay here again when we come back to visit Zion again.

Great service from the staff Great location - shuttle stop right across the street. Sat out at the fire pit having a adult beverage and had two deer walk up to within 10 feed - very cool. The views from everywhere, the room, around town, restaurant (Switchback) are awesome The Switchback was pricey but fabulous eats and drinks with great service

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are great and extremely helpful. Even though the place has a different way of doing business because of the COVID-19. They always make sure that we have the things we needed. Under the circumstances I am very satisfied with their service.

This hotel far exceeded my expectations. Everything was very clean, rooms were huge with a living room and 2 TVs, beds were comfy and you really can't beat the location. Right on the main road to Zion. Everything is walking distance and the shuttle stop is right at the hotel. The only negative I found was the soap, shampoo, and conditioner weren't the best. The soap left a film on my skin. Not a deal breaker though. Everything else was great. Will definitely stay here again!

We arrived in the evening, and immediately upon checking in felt welcomed and being our first time to Zion the gentleman that checked us in answered mine and my wife's questions and gave us great local information that was truly helpful and what a great and beautiful location!

We originally booked with another hotel, and, long story short, we ended up making a reservation online at the Best Western in Springdale the day we arrived. Turns out, it was a great hotel and we snagged the last room available (3rd week of October 2020). Upon arriving, the front desk staff checked us in quickly and went over the map of the property and the amenities. We got to our room and were very pleasantly surprised. The room was a king bed room. It had two TV's and a large sitting area. The bathroom was a typical bathroom but the whole room was clean and very well maintained. We were up early every morning to do our sightseeing and the included breakfast started at 6:00 AM. Due to Covid, the breakfast was changed and it did not have the standard eggs, waffles, etc. Instead, they had fruit, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt, etc. that was packaged individually. It was a good start to the day if you do not like a heavy breakfast. The hotel is well located in the middle of Springdale, which made getting around simple. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. My only complaint was the room above us had a small child that liked to jump up and down a lot, which made for a noisy and annoying time that was spent in our room during the last day of our stay.

This place is .3 miles from the entrance of the park and it is top notch!! The pool area is great for kids and adults. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern (USB ports etc). It's a really, really great place within walking distance from it all. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in here. Definitely a step up from a regular Best Western, but the price is much higher, too. Overall, the property does a good job of being COVID-safe, requiring masks indoors (although enforcement could be better). The room was very clean and spacious with a large closet, and we appreciated the balcony (patio) so we could get good ventilation with outdoor air as well as have a place to sit while eating. Unfortunately, there is no couch indoors--just an office chair, arm chair, and ottoman. We liked that there was a separate counter area for food with a microwave, mini-refrigerator, and coffee maker. The refrigerator isn't huge, but the ice machines were working, so we could store overflow in a cooler (e.g. keep our water cold). Breakfast was grab and go per COVID, and of the three places we stayed on this trip, it had the best options (bagels and cream cheese, cereal and milk, muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, water bottles) although the only "hot" item was coffee/tea/hot chocolate. We appreciated the water bottle filling station in the lobby (to fill our hiking bladder with cold water). Location is very good. It's about a 20 minute walk to Zion, and there is also a Springdale Shuttle stop across the street (poorly marked, a bit downhill from the hotel), which will take you very close to the entrance. That said, the Springdale Shuttle does not seem COVID-safe (since there is no social distancing inside and only recirculated air--none of the windows open, and there is no venting). We rode it once but avoided it after that. By car, one can arrive at Zion in about 5 min, but beware that the parking lot was full before 9 am, so arrive early or use pay parking closer to the park. The staff at Best Western were friendly and responsive. Due to COVID, one has to ask for such things as trash collection or more toiletries, but they were quick to respond. The pool and jacuzzi looked inviting (and there were folks in them), but we were too busy to take advantage. We did use the laundry facilities (pretty reasonable at $2 to wash, $2 to dry per load). Even though our room faced the parking lot and a building, we still had a nice view of the mountains inside Zion above them. We appreciated that the rooms were well off the street, offering more quiet. We took off one star because, despite the room location being quiet, the AC unit was very loud, enough to wake me up when it turned on, even when wearing earplugs. One thing to note is that there must be a variety of bathroom configurations, as we had the typical hotel shower curtain (not the glass doors in the photos).

Not my first choice but all hotels were full. Compared to the Desert Pearl across the street which is a five star hotel vs Best Western a strong one or two star hotel. The room we stayed in had a smell which we complained about. Nothing was done except for some spray that they applied. Our usual choice is Marriott hotels so after this we will avoid Best Westerns unless it's our only choice.

great room with beautiful views, they only reason they don't get 5 stars was the included breakfast was only grab and go which would have been fine except they offered no hot food selections. But the room and service other wise was definitely 5 stars.

I'm a geologist and nature photographer. I took my family here for a trip to Zion NP and a side trip to Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed during August 2020 ('COVID summer') and I'm pretty serious about social distancing and staying COVID-free. I was initially nervous to stay in any hotel, especially with so many businesses not taking the pandemic seriously (doing only the minimum required by law). I was pleasantly surprised by the policies put in place at the Best Western Zion Canyon Inn. They went above and beyond to keep things safe, clean, and comfortable for a germaphobe. Beyond that, the staff was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive. Staying during the week kept costs down for those of us not so well funded. We hiked every morning and swam in the pool every afternoon. I'm not sure if our kids enjoyed the Park or the hotel pool more! Highly recommended by our neighbor in WA State and I'll pass on the recommendation again here. I hope we can return soon, despite a 1,000 mile drive. Such a beautiful property literally surrounded by the Park's sandstone cliffs illuminated by both the sunrise and sunset (on the other side).

What a great experience! The hotel is quite nice, conveniently located, CLEAN, and the rooms are spacious. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. With COVID, cleanliness is important to all of us. Mask use is strictly (but politely) enforced. Check in/out was easy and my folio was emailed so as to enhance contactless checkout. There is so much to see and do in the area as well as the surrounding areas. It's an easy day trip to Capital Reefs that makes for an incredible drive. This hotel exceeded our expectations of the BW brand.

Very close to Zion National Park. Be sure to ask for a shaded site. We were stuck in the sun and very hot! The staff unfortunately are not very friendly. Not one smile the whole time we were there? Clean bathrooms. Unfortunately however the staff didn't tell us about issues in the river. Do not let your children or dogs swim as there is some algae. A dog died only a couple of weeks ago. No-one told us from the resort but another guest did when they saw our dog swimming. There is a sign in the office but it would have been nice for the staff to inform their guests or at least put a sign by the river??

Apart from the cleanliness of the hotel room and lobby, I very much appreciated the extra COVID precautions taken by BW. The location was great: not too far from the park entrance. Every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and professional, and made sure I was taken care of. Shout out to Brian who was a perfect example of an employee who takes pride in his job and prioritizes customer experience! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great choice for visiting Zion National Park, located just minutes from the entrance as well as all of the shops and restaurants in town. The beds were comfy and we had a cute patio overlooking the pool and the cliffs in the background. Breakfast was free but extremely basic and to-go style (probably due to Covid). The man at reception checking us in and out was super friendly. We also enjoyed using the hot tub and pool. Would stay again!

There are many excellent hotels in Springdale & we've stayed at a few others over the years. This BW is our favorite (after staying in the Nat'l Park lodge) and this was our third time here. We felt it was especially clean & sanitized this time (due to covid) but it's also one of the newer places in town. Location near shops & restaurants, amenities, and prior to covid a great hot breakfast, are excellent. Grab & Go bags have been substituted for their hot breakfast during covid. Using or earning BW reward points also make it a great choice. Pay extra for a balcony facing the back mountain. Private & peaceful. Do be aware the balcony door is unusually heavy & closes quickly. The first time I opened it, it caught my arm - ouch!! Nice pool area & the laundry room off it is convenient & clean. Front desk staff friendly & helpful. Highly recommend & can't wait to go back. Hope this helps someone!

My daughter and I and also our friends family stayed at Best Western while visiting Zion Natl Park. This hotel has a great location right near the entrance to the park and also walking distance to many cafes and restaurants at Springdale. We had a stunning view from the balcony that can be seen on the attached photo. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. There is a pool and a hot tub. I recommend this hotel for a visit in Zion.

I stayed at this hotel while touring Zion National Park. I had a nice room and got a good nights' sleep every night I was there. Due to Covid-19 the room was not serviced during my stay. The rooms are only serviced after the guest checks out. Breakfast consisted of 'grab and go'. Each morning I got a muffin, fruit, water bottle and coffee.

My family and I decided this year after cancelling our plans to fly to Europe to go and visit several national parks instead. We chose the Best Western Plus Zion for its proximity to the national park. Please note that some of my comments here may or may not apply considering we just experienced the Hotel during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Overall our experience was very positive but we noticed a few things. Our check-in process was easy, fast and the staff was very polite. However not all staff were wearing masks which was a very different feel from California where anybody in a hotel would wear one. Since we wore masks and maintained physical distancing, it did not bother me but the hotel may want to rethink its policy during these challenging times. The location is superb as you can get to the Zion sites very quickly (note that only private and booked in advance shuttles were allowed to go to the narrows unless someone want to line up for hours at 2am in the morning to the get a chance to get into the park for a shot to parking). The room was nice and spacious; it looked like it had been properly disinfected. Note like in most hotels, cleaning service had been suspended so we had to call reception to get new towels for instance. We enjoyed the spacious outside pool which had plenty of chairs around to facilitate social distancing. Breakfast was free and ‘to go' with a descent choice of bagels, fruits, cereals and free coffee. Gym was opened and very clean. Overall this hotel is a great value and was very nice.

We stayed here in June because our reservation at Desert Pearl Inn was canceled because they had to close for 2 weeks to clean for covid. It was also a time when Utah was increasing in covid numbers. It was apparent Best Western didn't care about our safety one bit. The front desk staff did not wear masks and they did not require guests to wear one either. We did not come across a sign that reminded everyone to social distance. The breakfast was very basic: bagel, yogart, fruit and cereal. It was on a table in the lobby not monitored by any staff. So guests not wearing a mask can touch everything. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable and the location was near restaurants and stores. I would not recommend staying here during the covid pandemic. They are not taking any measures to keep you safe.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. Great pool and hot tub area. The hotel even has 2 fire pits. Clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect close to Zion park and the downtown area.

Great hotel in very good location - close enough to restaurants and shops but still quiet. Room was next to swimming pool on 2nd floor but noise was barely noticeable. Maybe due to better windows and wall construction? Staff were very courteous and professional. Property is clean as are the rooms themselves. Furnishings appear newer and very comfortable. Few tweaks necessary though: Room door closes slowly at first then in last foot or so, they slam shut with a bang. Worried that neighbors think we're inconsiderate but heard other door slam shut too. Next, a landscape area next to parking had their sprinklers on too strong and sprayed a few cars in the morning. Not a biggie but some others might not be so happy. Third, is the grab-and-go breakfast. Considering the circumstances, I know B&W can't cater the types of breakfast from the past years, but menu items needed tweaks. They had one coffee pot and they kept running out. They had cartons of milk but some of us are lactose intolerant and would prefer juice which were not provided. After all, in past years, they did provide juice. My concern is that I checked room prices at this hotel for the following week (for the same days and guests), and the rooms were listed at about a hundred dollars more. I know its based on demand and supply, but at least improve in the breakfast items. But overall, I would still stay at this hotel again.

This Hotel met every expectation. The room was spacious yet cozy. The printed canvases in the room were gorgeous. And you are surrounded by absolutely AMAZING, BEAUTIFUL AND JUST AWE INSPIRING SCENERY.

From the front desk to the room everything was great. You can tell the hotel was just built so there was some construction but it never bothered us. And the view is beautiful and not to far from the park entrance.

I stayed a week in this hotel and loved every minute of it! Paul (General Manager) and Alex are great! They are very helpful and accommodating! The view from my hotel room was amazing! The gym and pool are great! The breakfast was grab and go due to COVID-19. The hotel is on top of keeping everything clean and sanitized. You can walk to everything in town from here. Even though it's close to town it's located off of the street so it's quiet! It's also very close to Zion National Park! Highly recommend this hotel!

We always stay here when visiting ZION National Park. They have a great pool and large hot hot tub. Great for soaking after a strenuous amount of hiking and biking. Due ton Con19 breakfast was less than impressive but it's usually very nice. Rooms are large and all have beautiful views of the red cliffs of Zion. Highly recommend it.

The hotel was perfectly located next to the entrance to Zion. They had a lot of nice amenities including the pool, laundry and fire pits for s'more's. All of the staff were nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Zion.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Zion's National Park. Wonderful location, beautiful scenery. We really enjoyed roasting marshmallows on the the fire pits at night. All the staff were very friendly and helpful!

This is a newer hotel. The hotel and the grounds are beautiful. It is at the entrance to Zion National Park. The view from my balcony room was stunning! The front desk staff were friendly, efficient, and professional.

This Best Western Hotel was so wonderful to me. Extremely wonderful employees, clean and undamaged rooms, beautiful location. They suggested places to eat like Oscar's which we ate at 3 times! So delicious and quite a variety. Another place they recommended that I would as well, was a Candy Store across the street owned by a couple that left their engineering jobs to settle in Springdale and enjoy their own business. Wonderful couple to meet and they have candy galore.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at this hotel in January! The rooms were spacious and the location was awesome for hiking in Zion. Breakfast is provided and coffee was also available throughout the day. We also liked that we could relax in the hot tub after a day of hiking.

A very nice and generous hotel room to accommodate 3 adults with ease. Very convenient location to explore Zion National Park. The spa is a pleaser providing outdoor contrast between warm and cold! The deers, being lazy around in the front lawn, are also something to bring cheers to the guests. The receptionists are also nice to chat to and very informative!

We spent 2-weeks at Zion National Park and our stay at the Best Western Plus in Springdale, UT, was a delight. The "king room" was spacious and comfortable, and the small fridge and microwave were nice additions for such a long stay. Thought too chilly to sit out during Feburary, the balcony facing the mountains was a nice option. The 6 AM breakfast was convenient when you want an early start to the day, and the hot and cold breakfast options were tasty and filling. The general manager Paul Hansen was a delight to work with, and the support staff we came in contact with (maids, breakfast crew, etc.) was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again when we return to visit our kids who work at the park.

I booked the hotel won the phone and was charged for the room. When I checked in the receptionist said they don't do that and then charged me almost double the amount. The showers were cold. I got rooms there because of the heated pool. The pool was not heated. Last time I was at Zion I stayed the Hampton. Next time I'm at Zion I will stay at the Hampton!

We loved how friendly and welcoming the staff was - especially the breakfast buffet ladies. The breakfast buffet is very generous and filling - not your average free hotel breakfast. Our room was impeccably clean (as was the rest of the hotel, included the grounds). The view from our balcony was so amazing we almost thought it was fake! So gorgeous. Unfortunately we had construction of the new building partially blocking our view, but there was no crew actively working or making noise while we were there. We loved the ability to walk everywhere...Zion NP, area restaurants and shops, and the local market. We will def be back.

Newly developed property with good views and nice rooms. Pretty clean and decent breakfast. Would definitely recommend for stay for ppl visiting Zion National park. Very close to the entrance of the park.

Traveled with my husband while visiting Zion National Park. Wonderful view of the mountains and right by a Zion shuttle stop. Avoided fighting the traffic at the park! Breakfast hit the spot. Rooms a bit dark and 70s/80s brown feel … but the outside was stunning. Location makes you feel like you are a part of the Zion scene which adds to the experience.

This hotel was extremely clean and well staffed. We stayed there 3 nights for hiking around Zion. It was located near several eating places and right near where we rented hiking gear for the Narrows. The breakfast was top notch. We stayed here in late January so it might be busier in the summer. The entrance of the park is very close too. I booked this for 2 other family members and we were all very happy with this hotel. The best recommendation you can always give is one that says you would definitely return and that is definitely true in this case I also do not hesitate to recommend this hotel friends and family.

We (family of 4) stayed here for two nights in July 2019. It's a very nice hotel, excellent location, on the shuttle route to the park. Breakfast is plentiful and decent (typical hotel breakfast). Our room was small but clean. The views surrounding the hotel are amazing. We used the pool/hot tub at night, which the kids loved. All in all, you can't go wrong with this hotel. The front desk staff were not the most friendly upon check-in and check-out but other than that, we had a great time and would definitely stay again. We ate our first dinner at the park's entrance, close to the hotel. I can't remember the name of the brewery, but it was excellent.

We loved our stay here. In summer it's likely extremely busy and the rates much higher, but in November it was fabulous, with lovely views of the surrounding red rock cliffs, a convenient Zion Park shuttle stop, great outdoor spa and very comfortable rooms, all for a very reasonable price. We could hear some noise from other guests but it was minor and generally the room was quiet. Highly recommend for those wanting to visit Zion or just passing through.

This hotel is in a great location! Beautiful back drop of Zion and shuttle stop is right in front of the hotel. However, the hotel did not meet our expectations. We usually stay at Hampton (it is our annual tradition to stay in Zion for New Year's) but because the reviews were so good, we decided to stay here. The room was nice, but the heater was REALLY loud. And the heating/AC Unit is too close to the bed. I knocked by knew on it a few times getting in and out of bed. The breakfast was So-so, not as good as we have had. And they did not give out any night time treats like Hampton and La Quinta. Would have thought something at least on New Year's Eve. Will probably go back to Hampton next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience from check-in to check out. The hotel is new, clean, neat, orderly, the staff are great and the location cannot be beat, right outside Zion National Park's entrance. The breakfast was abundant, varied, and kept clean and neat. The internet worked great, the room was very quiet. This is highly recommended!

Consistent quality throughout the best western chain . This hotel is Springdale looks brand new, polite staff with good amenities. Laundry room equip with 2 washers and 2 dryers and excellent wifi . Deers will venture into compound too !

Stayed two nights visiting sites in Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. Fairly new hotel, comfortable rooms, nice lobby and sitting area, and more than adequate parking. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and nearby sites. Was a quiet time of the year, and we were there between snow storms--lucked out! Staff very helpful with dining and shopping suggestions. Check-in and Check out efficient. No problems, everything in the two rooms worked.

My wife and I were able to break away for a shared birthday excursion to Springdale, UT and Best Western Zion Canyon Inn & Suites was just what the proverbial doctor ordered. Fresh linens, comfy bed, roomy shower, perfect temp on the hot top, a delicious breakfast and STUNNING views were more than we could ask for! The only negative experience was having to leave...

My room had a beautiful view of the local geology. The room was quiet, clean, and well-appointed. The hotel is centrally located to services, restaurants, and a free shuttle service. The hotel staff are well trained and offered excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

This is one of the nicest Best Western hotels we've stayed at. It feels brand new, it's set back off the Main Street so it's quiet, and the rooms are quite nicely furnished. Breakfast was decent, the front desk staff was friendly, and the rate was very reasonable. We rode our bikes from the hotel all the way to the end of Zion Canyon, a little uphill on the way in, and a nice downhill ride on the way back.

The hotel was extremely clean and updated. We received a room that had a beautiful view of the mountains, but I have to say my favorite part was the hot tub. Perfect temperature! Also everyone was very nice and gave us great restaurant recommendations.

same as most other reviews-excellent location. we walked to zion and took the shuttle service back. hotel is surrounded by mountains etc and the rooms were very comfortable and clean. breakfast was very good and there was plenty of space during breakfasts. couldn't really ask for more and the price was right.

This is a very nice hotel. They have nice rooms with a seating area and bed. Both areas have flat screen t.v's. The hotel is close to Zion. They have fire pits outside to the right for making s'mores or to look at the clear starry skies. I would definitely come back here. Also front desk was very nice and easy to interact with. Everything was clean. Nice bed and pillows with extra blanket in case you need it. The also have breakfast in the morning. Fruit,cereal,muffins and coffee.

We had an amazing stay here! This hotel is clean, has amazing views, and customer service great! If we could stay here longer we would have. We will definitely be back soon! The shuttles in town take you to the shuttles in Zion.

We made a quick trip to Zion National Park while on a vacation to Las Vegas. The Best Western location and facilities were perfect for this trip. Alex was extremely helpful and very professional. We highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for three nights. We checked in early and the person behind the desk was wonderful. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. During the next few days, Alex was also the same. The hotel is almost two years old. Very new and spotless. The Springdale bus stops are both by the front entrance of the hotel. These buses will take you to the walk entrance of Zion National Park. Or you can just walk the slightly uphill road for a mile to the park. The hotel rooms are all located in three separate buildings. Our room was on the second floor of building three and had a patio that overlooked the canyon walls. Almost every night, we saw mule deer feeding on the hotel lawns. Our room was quite and clean. Breakfast was pretty good. It included apples, oranges, bananas, eggs, one meat, several varieties of bread and pastries, waffles, yogurt, etc. Breakfast service starts at six. It is included in the price of the room. Areas for improvement are as follows. Include a night light in the bathroom. There should be a safe in the room. My wife did not enjoy carrying her medicines and jewelry on the hikes. Get rid of the paper plates and plastic utensils. Get rid of the TVs in the breakfast area or at least turn the volume to zero. Get rid of the foot stool from the rooms. Too much clutter. Yes, we would stay here again.

Nice new hotel. Not the closest hotel from Zion NP entrance, but only a few minutes away. There is a shuttle stop right in front of it. Nice and quiet. 2 TV screens in the room ! Unfortunately the outdoor and jacuzzi were closed. Convenient hotel option for Zion.

First time staying in a Best Western in the last 20 years. Excellent hotel with a great location. Very clean and well maintained. Friendly helpful staff. Would definitely use this hotel again in the future. I travel for business and frequently stay in hotels.

Impressed from the time we arrived - beautiful lobby and excellent location - red rock cliffs right behind the hotel. We were graciously welcomed and the check in was quick. Melissa, at the front desk, gave us very helpful information about Zion National park parking situation, shuttle service and nearby restaurants. The room was fantastic - spacious room with 2 queen beds and modern decor - everything looked new. A big flat screen tv with great channel selection. What I love the best about the newer Best Westerns is the ultra quiet AC/heaters - finally you can get a good night sleep. Highly recommend this hotel and I would love to visit again!

We don't usually stay in best western as we tend to stay in the Marriott. This hotel was right up there in every way. It was clean, service was great, parking was easy, the room was big and the bed was super comfortable. We highly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would come back.

Perfectly placed for access to the National Park as shuttle bus leaves and drops off directly outside. Rooms were immaculate as was the main hotel building. Small but warm swimming pool. Large car park. Breakfast excellent. Hotel manager(s) all incredibly helpful. Post arrival I must have returned to his desk 5 times with requests for help ( money, maps , info etc ) and he was unfailingly courteous and helpful. The views all round are amazing. The hotel is a short walk /bus ride from the Spotted Dog restaurant - also highly recommended.

Hotel helped me fix a punctured tire at no additional charge since the service stations were no where near by for my rental car. Hot tub was well maintained. Free shuttle to Zion was very accessable. Pplaces to eat were in walking distance from the hotel.

This is the Best Best Western I've ever stayed in. The staff were friendly, the rooms were modern and clean and the pool and hot tub have the most awesome view of the Zion mountains. Incredible value and all you need in a hotel.

We hadn't stayed at a Best Western for a while but we were so glad that we chose to stay at this one. This seems to be quite a new hotel. Everything is clean and well cared for. It is in a great location in Springdale with a stop for the free in town shuttle right out front. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Well, except for the heating system which was a little loud. Not a problem for us, though. The staff at this hotel were great, super friendly even though they were at the end of a long tourist season. The breakfast is one of the best ‘included' breakfasts that we have encountered at a chain like this. Plenty of selection and kept topped up by attentive staff. Definitely recommend!

Our stay was excellent from the moment we checked in. The staff was helpful with our questions about the shuttle to Zion and gave wonderful recommendations about dining choices!! The free shuttle to Zion is right across the street and drops you off right at the hotel. It is close enough to walk to the park if you want. Lovely place with great views.

I would have rated this hotel higher, but they put us on the bottom floor and we had a family directly above us that were up all night stomping around and playing with a ball or something. Kept us awake all night! The rooms are clearly not soundproof. The bed was fine, the room clean and spacious. Great location for the National Park with the shuttle stop right outside. The pool area looked good. The breakfast was below average and we ended up just having fruit and yoghurt as the powdered eggs and stale bread did not appeal. Overall, given the choices in Springdale, this is a pretty good option, just make sure you stay on the top floor so you're not getting the noise in your room from upstairs.

As you will see, many reviewers just love this hotel and for good reason! A brand new facility just outside the entrance to Zion you are nestled between beautiful cliffs. Rooms are comfortable-many with patios/balconies. A great pool and hot tub area are available for you to relax after your day hiking. You will also find fire pits for roasting marshmallows or enjoying a glass of wine (if you care to imbibe ask your shuttle driver where to buy wine and alcohol it's a bit hidden). Free shuttle service is available up and down "the strip". The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and informative. With the beautiful surroundings and super amenities I was able to kick back and relax. You deserve the same!

Great location. You are about 15-20 minute walk to the entrance or right across the street from the free city operated Springdale Shuttle. And the return route drops you right in front of the hotel. It cannot get any easier unless you stay at the lodge within Zion Park. The hotel is contemporary, clean and very nicely designed. The rooms are very comfortable and I believe every room has a terrace and stunning view of the mountains. Good bathrooms too as well as convenience of refrigerator, microwave, and coffee service. Breakfast is somewhat typical of hotels of this type. Nothing incredible but very adequate and satisfying. Plenty of parking for your car and numerous restaurants to choose from that you could walk to, drive to or take the shuttle to. There is also a pool and hot tub. We were very happy here and would not hesitate recommending or returning to.

Great location, very clean hotel. Breakfast was really good, coffee and tea available 24 hours. Receptionists and person who was looking after breakfast very friendly. All staff guests focused, with good manners. I left privacy sign on the door and lovely Housekeeping left all amenities with lovely card outside my room.

Can't say enough great things about our hotel stay here! We had a balcony overlooking the mountains, the room was beautiful and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was within walking distance of some nice restaurants and shops. It is close to Zion park with the shuttle stopping in front of the hotel.

The room was large, well laid out, clean, very nicely decorated and had a balcony with a view. The grounds were well kept and located near restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location. I don't know how old this property is but it looked and felt like a brand new hotel. The staff was warm and accomodating, breakfast delicious, bed extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Good breakfast. Nice view of mountains from pool. Free shuttle stops in front of hotel and takes you to the free park shuttle. Why would anyone drive their car in? Never waited over 8 minutes for Springdale shuttle or park shuttle.

Everything was immaculate. Breakfast offered wide variety of hot and cold choices, fruit, drinks and more. We didn't use the outdoor pool, but it was very nice! The only negative is the hum and unevenness of the cooling. Bed and area nearest the cooling was MUCH cooler than the other side of room. We solved it non-technically by tossing a throw over most of it to even the cooling. Worked like a charm!!

My wife and I like staying at Best Western Plus (BWP) hotels whenever possible and the BWP in Zion did not disappoint. Only 4 shuttle stops away from Zion National Park, this hotel could not have been any more convenient. The breakfasts at the hotel were very good and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from, nearby, for lunch and dinner. The pool was cool and the hot tub was toasty!

Stayed here early September 2019 to do some hiking at Zion National Park. The hotel grounds and facilities are clean, modern and practically brand new. We checked in late (around 10 pm) but had no issues whith the process whatsoever. It was just us two and the room was very spacious. The room came fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, two tv's and a private balcony. The bathroom is large, clean with great water pressure in the shower. The pool/hot tub was calm, refreshing and relaxing after a day of hiking. The park is about 3 minutes from the hotel by car. There is a shuttle bus that takes you into the park with a stop right across from the hotel. There are several good dining options within walking distance or a short shuttle bus ride away as well. The views surrounding the hotel are amazing. Would go back in a heart beat

The building is authentic and staffs are helpful, very clean room, full amenities. The fridge provided even has a freezer compartment that I can freeze water bottles for the hot days, room size is adequate.

We stayed here just the one night in August. Beautiful grounds, plenty of trees and shade. Check in was quick and easy, hotel staff were all very friendly. Our room was on the second floor and had a great view from the balcony of the canyon walls. Room was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Only complaint is the AC unit was a bit on the noisy side, but no more so than most. Breakfast was above average with plenty of options. Hotel is easy walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Would gladly stay here again.

Great Location! Right at shuttle stop and close to Zion yet food and shops within walking. Could even walk to park. Pool area lovely. Decks off each room was nice for morning coffee or drying shoes and swimsuits.

We just came back from a weeks stay out west to visit national parks and other sites. This hotel was our favorite of 3 on the trip. Springdale is such a cute town, we were able to walk for a quick bite or ice cream. Shuttle bus across the street into Zion was super convenient. Rooms very clean, beds comfy, pool was also very clean. Breakfast was fine, I usually only eat cold cereal but other choices looked good. Front desk staff mgr (wish I got his name) went above and beyond for me to blow up my sons pool tube using his personal pump in his car. Very appreciated as my husband is recovering from a stroke and wasn't able to do it. The views here are simply breathtaking.

Check in and out was seamless, breakfast was not boring at all, and the pool area was very relaxing with gorgeous views of the red cliffs. It seemed well-priced for the area, and the proximity to both the shuttle into Zion NP and restaurants made it incredibly convenient. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony with a view - beautiful! On our last morning, we did a strenuous hike in Zion NP, and the front desk staff graciously arranged for us to use the pool area shower so we could freshen up before our drive back to Las Vegas, even though we had already checked out. We were very comfortable and well-cared for here - highly recommend!

We really like to stay in the National Parks but this was kinda a last minute trip. The hotel is brand new with large spacious rooms. We had a king bed and still had a couch and little kitchen counter area. Large clean bathroom, 2 TV's, and a patio with a couple of chairs for watching the amazing sunsets with colors changing with the sun. You won't be unhappy staying in this hotel.

Easy & polite check-in. Good location to leave car and ride shuttle to the park. Nice clean and quiet rooms. The breakfast was good and had a nice size seating area. We did not use the pool but it looked nice and clean.

We booked 2 rooms for family vacation and we've stayed 3 nights for Labor Day weekend. The hotel is fairly new and very clean, located very close to Zion Park. They provided breakfast and it was just perfect. Also, they have a pool that we've enjoyed every night after our trips to the park. I definitely recommend and we will be back! Thank you for keeping your hotel clean and perfect! By the way...the view from this place is insanity beautiful!!!

We were very happy to stay here. Room was clean, modern, comfortable, and the views were exceptional. Location is ideal and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. You will be 5 minutes away from the entrance of Zion. If you don't want to drive to Zion there is a shuttle stop 10ft away from the Inn. I definitely will stay here again.

Everything was great here. Rooms were big, comfortable and very clean. Every room has a little private patio. They had DirecTv which I thought was solid. Nice pool area. Grounds were immaculate. The shuttle drop off was right in front of the hotel. The shuttle pick up was right across the street. It is in a prime location, 5 minute walk to downtown. Staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast was awesome. Buffet style, but they had a waffle maker!

Our family recently stayed at this property. We chose this Best Western after reading many Trip Advisor reviews, and we were happy with the hotel: our room was super clean and there was a balcony with a view of the pool and the rock formations in the distance. The A/C is loud, though, so it can be disruptive if you turn it on at night while trying to sleep. Breakfast was very good, but the scrambled eggs were a bit watery. You are close to Zion, so you can either hop on a shuttle to the park or drive to Zion yourself, but try to go in the early morning or late afternoon to find parking. If you would like to visit other national parks besides Zion, Bryce National Park is a few hours away and Capitol Reef National Park is also in the area. However, the drive to Bryce is about a three to four hour-long round trip, and the drive to Capitol Reef is a six to seven hour-long round trip. There are a few supermarkets in Springdale; we went to Hoodoos General Store since they had an ice-cream shop next door across the way with lots of choices including cold drinks. Eating wise, there are many restaurants, but not much fast food. The town of Hurricane, which is about a thirty-minute drive from Springdale, has more fast food restaurants and eateries. Overall, this was a memorable stay, and we managed to do most of the hikes at Zion National Park except the ones that were closed.

We stayed for three nights for winter break of 2018. The room was new, clean, and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was with variety including hot food. A short drive to the Zion national park. There are surrounded by many shops and restaurants. I recommend this hotel especially for a family travel. Overall very nice stay.

We stayed here for 2 nights during a road trip in August. The hotel was modern and clean, a lovely pool area and fantastic views of Zion. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend

Excellent location is you are visiting the Zion National Park. The city bus stop is right in fort of the hotel. Which takes you to the park shuttle. Hotel has a nice pool which we did use. Room was clean.

Soup to nuts- efficient and easy check/in, clean room and sweet porch, laundry facility, nice swimming pool, good options for breakfast/ this hotel hit all the right buttons. Could use better water pressure in the shower, but we'll give it a pass because of its National Park location. Bonus- lots of options for food, shopping and the park shuttle bus - right at our doorstep or quick drive down the road.

Checked in extremely late but Kevin still gave us great service. He provides clear instructions for us to get to our room (at night). The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! It's within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and even Zion National Park.

Great value for the money. Right by the bus stop to go to the park. Good breakfast, pleasant staff and clean and comfortable rooms. This is the best Best Western hotel I've stayed at. Will be returning here next time we are in the area.

Great location at stop #4 of Zion shuttle. Well cared for and exceptionally scenic property. Very comfortable rooms with excellent support staff. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Zion, Bryce, or Grand Canyon area

Clean, new and great hotel to come back to after whole day in Zion. Fully recommended. Check in and out it's a breeze. Go to the near by Zion Brewery for a beer or two. It's well worth it. You can actually walk there if you think you want to taste more than 2 pints and leave your car at the hotel.

If we can't stay in Zion park, this is our first choice in Springdale. We've stayed st 3-4 others over the years. Location, amenities, great free breakfast all make it a cut above - and either using or earning BW reward points make it a great choice. Pay extra for a balcony facing the back mountain. Private & peaceful. Do be aware the balcony door is heavy & closes quickly, likely necessary in case of rain ect. However the first time I opened it, it caught my arm and drew blood. Still worth it tho :) Can't wait to go back. Hope this helps someone!

I stayed at this hotel while touring Zions National Park. This is a new hotel in Springdale, UT and is about a year old. I had a great room and got a good night's sleep every night I stayed in the hotel. The free breakfast every morning was great. Also, the hotel is near stop 4 on the bus line that goes to and from Zions National Park.

Wonderful hotel. Highly recommend staying there. Our room was in building C and faced the mountains with a beautiful view. The staff was helpful and friendly. Always greeting you with a smile.The free breakfast was a definite plus. We ate there all 3 mornings. If your going to Zion to hike, the free bus shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. You will not make a mistake by staying at this Best Western.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was new, very clean, and very comfortable in all areas of the complex. Breakfast was very good. Desk service was friendly and efficient. Location is so convenient. The Zion shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. It is only about a 10 minute walk from the park entrance. We walked when the shuttle lineup was long (due to road construction traffic jam). The view all around the hotel is beautiful.

We usually stay at Best Western properties while traveling and this one is, without a doubt, the finest we have visited. Everything was perfect. The staff was professional, efficient, and friendly. The room was spacious and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening! The pool and surrounding area was clean and inviting. It was greatly appreciated after a long day in the park. We look for to a return trip!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location to Zion Canyon was perfect and the views at the hotel were spectacular. The hotel itself was very nice and clean and decorated. The breakfast was included in the room and had a lot of options. Would definitely book here again.

We had a long day of hiking at Zion NP and were so delighted upon check in. The property is absolutely gorgeous. The room was spotless. The beds were so comfortable. We headed straight to the pool and the views were amazing. Just like the website shows. Pool, hot tub and several fire pits. I really didn't want to leave! The hotel is an easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops and ice cream too! Breakfast in the morning was fresh and there were many options! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful (modern) venue of main building and three buildings of rooms. Ample parking. Great breakfast that is maintained very well. Spacious pool and hot tub area. Walk to all of shops in Springdale or to Zion NP. Shuttle is also available.

Great location and within walking distance to restaurants and shops. A great pool area and deck. The breakfast was good and it was nice to be able to sit outdoors and enjoy the fresh air dining. There is a shuttle service to Zion right outside the Hotel.

Best Western is one of the very few hotel as far as i know that still require for you to call if you need to cancel or make changed to your reservation. So book on this hotel only if you are sure to go otherwise make sure to make that call as soon as possible if you cannot. If for some unfortunate reason you are unable to make that call, they will charge you the full amount.

This place was just perfect for us! The location is amazing. You literally walk out to the sidewalk and catch the bus to the park. Our view was amazing! Our room was comfy and super clean. The staff at the desk were super friendly as well. Would def stay here again!

This was our first trip to Zion and we couldn't have been happier with our decision to stay at Best Western Plus. We had a King room on the second floor. The room was clean and well kept. It was extremely spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The buildings themselves seem to be well built and we never heard noise from other guests. It is within close proximity to the park entrance and has a shuttle stop right outside of the hotel. We utilized the pool and hot tub each day/night we were in Springdale. The views from the pool/hot tub area were amazing and offered a great place to relax after dinner. Breakfast was also a nice touch. Remember, it's a continental breakfast, but we enjoyed the waffles and the assortment of breakfast items. Overall, our trip was a 10/10 and we would absolutely stay at Best Western again if we decided to come back to Zion.

Four nights here. Shuttle to Zion across the street, coming back from Zion it's right in front of the Best Western. Very close to all the good restaurants. We dined at Thai Sapa, Kings Landing, Switchbacks and Porter's Smokehouse, all are recommended. Breakfast every morning included decent eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, waffles, great coffee, fruit, yogurt, anyway you get the idea. Great views, friendly staff, nice pool with umbrellas, towels and chairs, newer buildings with great views from all rooms. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Zion

To be honest there was really nothing not to like at this location. Rooms were super clean, a bit of a loud AC unit but very convenient to the park. We had their breakfast as well and it was just fine. Beautifully situated. No issues. Close to restaurants. Pretty pool area.

This hotel was beautiful, and the accommodations were great. We had a poolside room with a balcony, but other rooms had cliff views. The kids enjoyed the pool, and we ate breakfast outside on the patio under the shade of a yellow umbrella with the most beautiful views on each side. You do have to pay to enter Zion National Park before reaching the quaint, beautiful town of Springdale.

Great value, near entrance to Zion with free shuttle stop at hotel. Rooms were large and equipped with everything you need. Rooms and grounds extremely clean and well kept. Great canyon views on both sides! Facilities included gym, pool, hot tub, multiple fire pit areas with seating, complementary breakfast.

I LOVE this little town and we always stay at the Best Western Plus when we visit! It's got great rooms with fantastic views! We love the hot tub and pool and discovered the sitting area with fire pit on our last visit...it was an amazing night with a perfect sunset!

Stayed here for a couple of nights en route through the canyon lands. The staff were very good and very friendly. The room was excellent and the hotel overall is really pleasant. A good place to stay and well worth the money. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

It's comfortable, clean, has great desk service and includes breakfast! Has a pool (although small) and no pool amenities but it's a great deal and perfect for a family trip to Zion.. The shuttle bus is across the street and you can walk to restaurants

If you're going to Zion National Park consider staying at the Best Western Plus. Right outside of the park it is on the bus line into the park and within walking distance of great restaurants and shops. Beautiful grounds with very good breakfasts and helpful, friendly staff.

Loved this Best Western. Location was great, very close to Zion with shuttle service right out front. Hotel is newer, very clean, friendly staff and nice pool. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Zion.

We had a nice one night stay at this Best Western. Our room was comfortable, had all the amenities, and was very clean. Our balcony seating offered a tremendous private view of the mountain range. The breakfast buffet was good and our conversations with the hostess and management were very helpful. It's also located right at the Zion bus stop. A downside is that the room units are separate from the front desk and breakfast area, necessitating going outside in the morning possible during inclement weather. Parking is also somewhat limited to first come, which might make it difficult navigating your luggage to your unit.

While we had a recommendation to stay at another hotel, we couldn't get a reservation at the other hotel....wow, we we're so lucky. This hotel is spotless, extremely clean, with everything you need. We will be back. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, gym, free breakfast, and great rooms.

We highly recommend the Best Western Canyon Inn & Suites hotel. The setting is beautiful, and the location is ideal for walking to restaurants and shops, and for catching the shuttle to take you into Zion Park. The grounds are immaculate, and the pool and hot tub were refreshing and relaxing after spending the day hiking. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and had a beautiful view of red rock mountains from the balcony. If we come back to Zion, we will definitely stay here.

this hotel is pretty new. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast had plenty of options and fresh fruit. We were able to charge our car in the parking lot. That was a big deal! The setting is gorgeous with the beautiful canyon backdrop at the pool and there ware 2 outdoor fire pits to sit by. The easy walk to dinner made for a nice evening. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly.

This hotel is a great location for anyone visiting Zion National Park. It was very clean and comfortable. All of the staff was very friendly. The pool and hot tub area are great!! It has beautiful grounds and very welcoming.

The hotel upper floor offer the best view ever . all seems to be new in this hotel but for sure they do know how to serve their client very well. The strategic location of the hotel is also nice. I also love the environment .

Shuttle stop is right out front and there are several restaurants within easy walking distance. We had the most amazing view of Zion cliffs from our room and the breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold items. Seems like a newer hotel and everything is fresh and up-to-date. I like that they have a fridge and microwave in the room. Definitely a great place to stay.

I can't say enough good things about this motel. We were allowed to check in early after a long morning's drive and were rewarded with a second-floor balcony room overlooking the pool and--best of all--a breathtaking view of the Zion Canyon walls. The room was nicely furnished and clean. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. The pool and hot tub were just what we needed after a long day of hiking the Zion trails. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. (Kylie went above and beyond what I expect of a desk clerk when she bravely captured some desert wildlife that had strayed into the pool area!) The motel is right at Shuttle Stop #4, and so any place in Springdale or the park itself is super-accessible by shuttle. And if you still feel like walking after all that hiking, there are abundant shops and places to eat within sidewalk walking distance. This place was the icing on the cake of a great Zion vacation.

SO CLOSE to Zion - made that worth the stay alone... HOWEVER, the views are spectacular, he location convenient (directly across the street from shuttle to Zion), the staff amazing! Front desk was SO helpful and attentive! Breakfast fabulous!! Cleaning staff courteous and kind! Pool, hot tub, laundry, fire pits....nice seating area outside of your room. Rooms modern and clean! We felt so pampered at this Best Western! If we return to Springdale, we are staying here again!

This was one of the nicest Best Westerns I have stayed in. The rooms were great, the breakfast was delicious, the pool area was nice, the fire pits were a great addition, and the views were incredible.

I have been to other Best Westerns before and have found them dark & dingy with bad food. At this hotel the service was extraordinary- the people at the front desk and the kitchen and cleaning staff. The rooms were spacious with lots of place to store things. The breakfast was very good. My only “but” is that the doors to the rooms were way too heavy. I was not able to open the door on my own.

We live in the east and don't use BW very often. The experience here was very nice with a great front desk and breakfast staff. The shuttle stop to Zion is across the street and the drop off is in front of the hotel. We would stay there again.

I recently stayed several nights here this spring and I absolutely loved it! It was perfect for my Zion stay. The property seemed brand new, everything was spotless. The location was fantastic: the Springdale shuttle loop stop was just in front of the hotel, so it was very easy to catch the bus to/from the Zion National Park entrance. The hotel is also easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in Springdale, or you could even walk to the Zion NP pedestrian entrance if the shuttle is too crowded. I doubt there's a room at the hotel with a bad view. I loved sitting on my patio at night. I didn't use the pool, but my patio faced the pool and I saw plenty of people in and around it during my stay. It was never too loud though. And they had plenty of towels out there to use. Definitely recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Zion National Park!

We arrived at this hotel very early in the morning and without a booking (a fire had broken out at the nearby Marriott hotel where we had been staying). We were greeted by Alex who took great care of us and found us a super room that he was happy to make available to us straight away. The hotel is in really good condition, with lovely gardens, a super pool and two lovely fire pit areas. The rooms were a generous size and well appointed - with v comfortable beds, great bathroom and two big TVs. Breakfast was included in the price. The food was wonderful and the service even better. Laurel, the lady in charge of the breakfast service, was super friendly and had the whole operation running very smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble and she seemed genuinely interested in everyone's plans for the day. All in all a fantastic experience at a very reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again.

Modern, well-kept hotel, great layout of buildings, grounds, and rooms with balconies. Quiet. Pool & laundry room centrally located. Shuttle stop to Zion NP & the town was directly outside hotel. Stayed three nights & all was great.

This place was a real find. Feels like a brand new hotel nestled into the side of the mountains close to the entrance of the National Park. Lovely rooms, huge beds, spotlessly clean, and with stunning views of the sunrise hitting the tops of the mountains behind the hotel in the morning. The free breakfast was also great. Lots of compostable plastics and plates which I highly approve of (better than one-use non-dégradables) and alternative milks for those of us that are Vegan or Lactose intolerant. Plus free fruit, and tea and coffee throughout the day, what's not to like?

My husband, two kids and I stayed here for two days during Spring Break. The location was great; it was very close to the Park and was located at a shuttle stop. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly; on both nights we were given dinner recommendations which turned out great (Whiptail Grill and Spotted Dog Café). The room was nicely sized, and the balcony allowed a little extra living area. The views were wonderful regardless of location; both sides of the building had great scenery. The complex consists of the main building which houses the front desk, breakfast area, and fitness center, along with three other two-story buildings situated around the pool/hot tub area. The breakfast was very tasty and plentiful and included great eggs, potatoes, breakfast meat, make-your-own waffles, fresh fruit, pastries, etc. The only concern was that it could be a bit crowded at times and there would be a wait for the toaster or waffle maker. But there was ample seating. The pool area was nice and kept clean, and the hot tub was enjoyable in the evening. There is a guest laundry situated at the back of the pool building, and it was clean and convenient. A nice plus was a few gas-fired fire pits on the property that are guest-operated. Overall this is a great, well-located, clean, friendly hotel in a great area.

we stayed two nights in a double queen room in BW plus Zion hotel. First of all Springdale is a beautiful village and the weather was warm and sunny which certainly helped to make all seem perfect (but it was indeed perfect). The location of the hotel is ideal, in front of the shuttle bus stop to Zion, with a large parking space for customers, a pool and a fireplace in the garden to sit in front of in the evening to admire the landscape and have a chat. The laundry is also a plus. Staff was really nice and helpful, the room was giant-sized and breakfast was also very good although not extremely reach in my view but that really depends on one's taste. Strongly recommended if planning a trip to Zion park.

This place has everything you need for a short trip in Zion National Park. Attentive staff spotless rooms beautiful views. Bus stop at the end of the drive and short walks to lovely eateries. Highly recommend
