SureStay by Best Western Spring North Houston

Bathroom was dirty and dilapidated. Towels were dirty. Just a sign of this level of motel. Cleaning service came into the room when the placard was on the door that said do not disturb. Privacy violation. The pool was cloudy. The only bright spot was the vending machine that dispensed 2 sodas for the price of one.

The Hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff are all very pleasant and treat me like royalty. The room is super clean , fresh smell, ice cold AC. The pool is sparkling nice, even the hottub is healing fresh. Everything is in order. It feels like a peaceful slice of heaven here. Thank you Jason and all your wonderful people who are making my stay here exquisite. ❤️

From making the reservation, to the breakfast in the morning was fantastic , the onsite spa does wonders as well. Overall 10/10 I do recommend

The staff is helpful, attentive and, most importantly, caring and understanding. Property maintained very well and always clean. My first choice when in Spring, Texas on business . Recommend to everyone i talk to who asks where to stay when in the area. SH

Was not what we expected. Like a cheap Motel, we even had a policeman beating on our day at night, we couldn't wait to Leave, no apologies for the disturbance after I informed the guy at the desk his reply was he talked with the police and they were at the wrong room the disturbance was in room 322. We was not aware of the situation and did not sleep very well afterwards

Convenient location for Woodlands and Spring, clean and updated rooms at an affordable price. Hotel staff are friendly, courteous and accommodating to your needs. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Great hotel & property if you are in need of a safe clean room. I've needed a place while in transition of moving & I found this hotel , location is perfect , the staff is always friendly and accommodating. They offer a daily complimentary breakfast which usually consist of toast with all the condiments , hot coffee, oatmeal & the cherry on top , fresh made waffles! We have made use of this and it's been so helpful and saves us from having to go out and make an extra expense on breakfast! The environment has always felt safe & there is also washer & dryer available to use. Rooms are cleaned daily & new towels and sheets are always provided fresh whenever we asked. Thank you!

Overall nice experience. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious and clean. Very convenient location as it's just right off to exit on I-45 and so many options available for restaurant.

Not bad for a two-star hotel, just keep in mind it was a Super 8 prior to being somewhat remodeled. There were a couple of families staying there but it would be best for solo travelers or with a buddy, and looking for a money-saving option for staying in the Houston area. Pros - room was clean, no bugs, location is quiet, no carpet (laminated floors), accommodating staff. Cons - no elevators, no laundry room, only 1 ice machine for two buildings.

This is an older motel that has been redone with fresh paint, vinyl plank floors and nice blackout window shades. New furniture. A little rough around the edges because it is an old building, but very clean. Owners did a good job on a budget. Rooms are small but everything is here. Desk with office chair, dresser with TV, microwave, and frig. The bed was very comfy, the air works great and isn't very loud. Just a little outside noise, nothing to keep us up. The toilet, vanity, and sink look new. One catch - we seemed to only have hot and very hot water? But the pressure was good. The toilet and tub are in a separate room with a door. The vanity is outside that. Typical for an older style motel. Staff was very nice. The small lobby has been nicely redone. Parking is well lit and the area is safe. Just off the interstate frontage road so easy on and off and access to everything. This is a very good budget friendly place.

It's a nice motel off the beaten path the staff are always very courteous and polite more than willing to go above and beyond to assist you never had a problem there and they never bug you about checking out at the checkout time the rooms are Always clean and tidy

Longtime Best Western member. Do not stay here. It's a Super 8 motel converted into a best western. Super cheap hotel flip. Worst breakfast with only 3 items to chose from (two kinds of cereal and waffles). It's cheap and it's worth less than the $60 a night you spend. No room turn over so be ready to use same towels and sheets for every night. On the bright side very nice surrounding area. Just needs better management and actual time and effort into improving hotel grounds.

Being that I stayed at the facility in the past when it was under different management, I think the changes made were amazing. The staff was great the units were nice. It was definitely a place I would visit again and refer to friends.

Nice location with easy access to Interstate and freeway access road. Tucked in where you feel safe. Everything you need within a few minutes from hotel. Nice clean pool. Clean rooms and super accommodating staff. Will stay here next time as well.

Excellent hotel...especially with what you can find as an "airport hotel". Beautiful, well kept and very new, I think she said new 3 years ago. Great staff, great rooms and awesome location near IAH. If I ever come back, this would be an automatic! Price is very fair, we were really only there to wind down and sleep, early flight.

I really enjoy the area and the pool. The have cable and bath tubs. Very nice staff and great quality for the price!! Very clean too! I will be staying here again because the staff is the best customer service!

Right along I 35 before you reach Kansas City, we found this WONDERFUL little hotel. It is quiet, very clean and TRACY at the front desk was so attentive and accommodating. * Lots of space to move around the AD room in a motorized chair. with hardfloor no carpet. * The bathroom was accessible (doorway size, positioning of the sink and toilet height was excellent. The only problem was the TUB. If the hotel would easily put in a ROLLIN SHOWER and remove the outdated and PAINTED TUB( c'mon) which is an easy fix, I would give this hotel 5 stars for everything else but a 2 star fir that one CRITICAL item. But for others without ADA needs, this is great, clean, friendly little hotel.
