Very clean, excellent breakfast, room was very spacious, all team members were so sweet and helpful. Dan was bartending the night we were there and he was amazing!! Will definitely be going back when we are in Scottsdale!!!

Clean and quiet property off E Shea Blvd and nicely decorated. Has microwave and small refrigerator. Sprout is 5 min drive and one Italian restaurant next to it. I recommend this property.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff was wonderful, hotel was clean and much nicer than expected..

The hotel is located near fast food restaurants at walking distance, near shopping malls, and golf courses. We had a two bed room that was very clean with comfy beds. Didn't use amenities but there a lot of people hanging around the bar and at the pool.

Unfortunately it seems like every year we stay here it goes down hill - last year they gave our room away so I called the day before our stay as well as the day of our stay to make sure we still had our original room we booked and it was given away. Luckily it wasn't. The lady at the front desk was very unfriendly and the lady working in the buffet was also very unfriendly. My kids and I went to see what they had in the buffet and the lady working there stared at us the entire time. Even when I told her we were just looking to see what they had. She continued to stare making me feel very uncomfortable. Every other Best Western we have stayed in included breakfast so I am not sure why this one didn't. 10.99 for adults and 6.99 for kids. There was one desk light in the room that was about as bright as a night light and it was hard to see. Pool area was extremely loud until about midnight so made it hard to sleep. They took out the coffee machine they had the previous time we stayed here and the cafe was not open at ll while we were there. The coffee they had was gross so had to go out and by some coffee elsewhere. Jacuzzi was luke warm at best. The big huge table in the pool area had yellow caution tape all around it so our big group couldn't sit together. When they first opened it was a fantastic hotel and we literally had no complaints but as I said at the beginning......definitely going down hill every year - think this was the last time we will stay here.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff was friendly, efficient and always available. Pool and bar are very nice. No wait for elevators. We had a king suite for 7 nights. Hotel is in area convenient to great restaurants, FLW Taliesen and hiking trails. Very nice area. Lots of free parking. Only 20 minute drive from Phoenix airport. Breakfast buffet available for ~$10pp. We would stay here again if coming to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and hotel were clean and I am very picky. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking and it was a busy weekend. We enjoyed the pool every day and had no issues getting pool towels or chairs. The fitness center looked very nice and the bathrooms by the pool were clean. The location of the hotel was great and easy to get everywhere we wanted to go in Scottsdale.

We found this hotel to be a great place to stay while visiting our oldest granddaughter. The room was clean and the location was convenient. For us, however, the pillows were way too thick and fluffy.

We don't have anything to complain about. Nice big clean room, bathroom clean and hot water without having to wait. A little bit away from the good restaurants.

Frayed carpeting, extremely dim room lighting, front desk staff under-trained; bar staff under-trained (1) or borderline surly (another), changed my room reservation without my knowledge (down-graded) and raised my rate. I won't be back to this facility and the experience lowered my faith in the BW chain in general.

NONE of the hotel's windows open. If that matters to you, stay somewhere else. I was never told - non- refundable work. I need a bit of fresh air and it's a safety issue to me.

Overall I like this hotel and have stayed there before. I was disappointed this time for two main reasons: 1) I booked a king bed suite with a family member, and it was definitely not a suite. It's just a normal room with an extra partition that has a pull out sofa couch. I have always seen these advertised as *junior suites* not *suites* and not having a door closing to a separate room makes a huge difference for privacy. 2) The service was pretty sparse this time. You have to request cleaning, and book said cleaning 24 hours in advance. I hope management will increase the cleaning staffing. It's unfortunate because there's so many great things about this hotel but I think management is mis-advertising what is a "junior suite" aka "one bedroom with a seating area" and really needs to get some more housekeeping staff.

Excellent facility, welcoming staff, above and beyond cleanliness, atmosphere, comfort and safety. You won't want to leave.

5 stars all the way. I was welcomed by 2 ladies at the front desk and one from a different department. All 3 of them were genuinely concerned with my comfort and satisfaction. My bags were lost at the airport. This warm, caring, and assuring welcome turned my entire trip around! The housekeeper next to my room greeted me with a smile. When I entered the room = spotless (and I know what to check for). I went to the bar shortly after check in. The drinks were perfect not too strong but you definitely get your moneys worth. The bartender was very friendly. I ordered wings. Good quality and reasonably priced. Kudos to the manager Samantha! You can tell when employees actually enjoy their job!

Stayed a couple nights to be close to nearby hospital. Staff was lovely and accomodating, room was clean and very comfortable. I appreciated being able to order a late snack in the lounge and take a quick dip in the beautiful pool and jacuzzi.

This little gem is not on the main route through the city, but make a swing in and enjoy the stay! The bed was perfect, I slept the night through, no wake ups. I will admit, I was upgraded to a room with a covered patio, but I would have still given this review had I not as I had a patio that was not covered reserved. The room was clean, and had the decor of a new hotel. It was enjoyable to be able to relax and enjoy the pool and hot tub as it is open late! Stay here and you will not be disappointed.

Just a horrible hotel with the worst Manager I have ever dealt with in any industry. Sam Grider is an idiot that just puts blinders on and pretends there are no problems. Our room stunk, the bathroom doors don't even close all the way. (No privacy), there was garbage everywhere. They oversold and therefore didn't have the type of room that I had paid for in advance. Had to share a patio with another family of 4. Not enough room for everyone. No compensation offered whatsoever. Sam Grider is just a really bad Manager with no people skills at all. Warning! This is NOT a Best Western. Well, maybe in name only. We like to stay at Best Western hotels when we travel as we typically know the quality of the stay before we get there. We particularly appreciate the free breakfast. No free breakfast at Aiden. Major disappointment.

Best Western appear to be one of the better hotels being very clean and not tired. Good Location. It has very good decoration and was bright compared with many hotels and motels we have stayed in across the U.S. Water pressure in sink was frankly pathetic. We didn't make a complaint as great room location and didn't want moving.

I had an awful experience here, and could never reach a manager (although I tried!) to discuss my experience. I was moving, and had to find a place to stay for the night. I was VERY tired. at 5:15 a.m., the clock they had right next to the bed, and to which I had paid no attention, had an alarm go off. It was SUPER loud, and kept going off. I finally figured out how to turn it off. I complained the next morning to the staff. It was a weekend, so there was no manager there. They said I should have turned off the alarm prior to going to sleep. How was I to know whether the alarm was set for a very early time, or how to turn it off from an alarm setting without calling the front desk? That's not my forte. Also, why do they have clocks with alarms in the rooms? 98% of people own cellphones where you can set an alarm. It seems logical that they would have the stupid clocks with an alarm available for any guest who asks for one, instead of putting them in every room. Also, why don't they, as good customer service, have their maids check to clear any alarm settings when they are cleaning a room? It ruined my sleep on a day when I was about to drive for 8-10 hours. I could never reach the manager, who apparently has decided that making himself unavailable to talk to customers is the way to go. Awful experience. If you stay here, be warned that you may be woken up in the early hours, and that management won't care.

My sister and I were staying on vacation here a few weeks ago and the rooms were wonderful and the hotel was absolutely beautiful after the remodel. We just want to make a shout out to ROB at the restaurant/bar!! My sister was in an accident years ago and has a lot of injuries so the hot tub before bed truly helps her have a good nights sleep. So we went down to the hot tub before bed one evening and it was filled with young boys that must have been at the hotel for some sort of sporting event. Long story short, we didn't feel comfortable going to the hot tub while they were there. I asked Rob if he wouldn't mind calling us when the boys left since he had a view of the hot tub. About 15min later he called us to let us know they had left and the hot tub was all ours. So we then enjoyed our evening in the hot tub! We tried to leave him a monetary tip to thank him but he would not accept it, so we would just love to give him ...and the hotel.. a shout out here for how wonderful he was to us and how the Best Western will hopefully recognize what a value he is to your hotel! We also heard from a lot of people in the bar area how awesome he is and I'm sure many do not take the time to let management know about this!

The entire property is well maintained, the outside pool and sitting area is a nice place to unwind after a long day. Our room was very clean and tidy, everything in good working order. Nearby restaurants are numerous. The staff was friendly and although we did not go to the lounge area, it looked like everyone was having fun talking and watching sports.

We had a really nice 4 night stay at the Aiden. It was a great price, so I wasn't sure what to expect… but it was awesome and I would definitely stay again. We booked a King Suite. The room we had was more of a studio. It was a rectangle with the couch by the door, bathroom in the middle, and bed on the other end. No door between the spaces. It was also right by the elevator, which surprisingly we did not hear at all. Pros & Cons Pros: - Very clean - Room looked exactly like the photos - Very nice pool - Friendly staff - Lots of parking - Quiet area that seemed safe. - Located close to Lp101 - which made getting places easy! - Good breakfast options close by if you don't want to eat at the hotel. -AC worked great - Had a mini fridge that didn't require pressing a button to cool like other hotels have (and I dislike haha). Cons: - Our room had a weird smell that would come and go. Almost like a sewage issue smell? It wasn't bad enough to ask for a new room, but not enjoyable at times - The room was really dark. - The bathroom did not offer much privacy - There was only one towel hook in bathroom (which I found odd) -The carpet felt crunchy (will admit I'm never a big carpet fan) From the hotel it takes 25-30 min to get downtown without traffic, 15ish minutes to get to old town, and about 15-20 to get to Tempe Marketplace. 25-30 min to airport. I would definitely recommend a car at this location. Also: favorite restaurants: Breakfast at Daily Dose, Butters, or First Watch. Lunch/Dinner - Diego Pops for Taco Mondays, Rehab Burger, Blanco, Pita Jungle. Coffee: black rock or top fuel - or if you want a more limited menu/local: press, cartel coffee, or daily drip.

Located with in 10 minutes drive to Boardwalk and about 20 minutes to tempe and mesa.Breakfast is extra but you could also get ala-carte items. Location seemed to be safe and hotel was quiet. There is a bar at the lounge which is always an issue when folks are too drunk and fumbling in the corridors. Bathroom in the rooms has a sliding door that doesn't really close the gaps, leaving for awkward situations.

The VRBO we reserved did not meet our expectations. We were in a pinch for a place to stay. This hotel was near us so we walked in and hoped we could find a place for the next week. Nao greeted us with a friendly smile and did a great job getting us a room at the rate we could afford. She made this experience great for us. Thank you Nao. Keep up the great work. Hotel was nice and clean. Only negative was breakfast is an extra cost, but not a deal breaker for us given our circumstance.

The building was beautiful and up to date. Room was very cozy and bed was too. Best sleep to get away from home!!! Great amenities, very clean and in safe area! 10 out of 10! A lot of great food choices close by and some even in walking distance. !!

I thought the room was clean and, while I didn't use them, the breakfast and bar area seemed to be popular so I'm guessing those areas were ok. I had a couple of main issues with the hotel. One, I know the hotel was full but we were told that we'd have to call a day in advance to get them to clean our room and we'd even have to reserve to have them just come and empty our garbage. And even at that, when my wife asked to have someone come get our garbage the staff member acted like it was some big favor to do that. Maybe I'm just cheap, but for $300/night I don't think having someone come around and give us towels and dump garbage out is a really big ask. The other thing was the bathroom. The bathroom itself was good, with nice toiletries, but they have those stupid barn doors that don't even close properly. There's at least a 3 inch gap where anyone walking by the door can see someone using the facilities. And the door doesn't even stay closed, so I had to jam a towel in to keep it from flying open. Overall it was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it had a good TV, but if you like privacy in the bathroom and your garbage picked up you may want to consider another option. The living room part of the suite needs better lighting as it is very dark with minimal lighting. For my wife the biggest disappointment was that the pool heater was not working. Apparently it hadn't been working for the previous 2 weeks according to a worker at the desk. It was not fixed while we were there for our 6 day stay. I think they should have called us ahead of time to let us know that, as a pool is a big deal to a midwesterner who is traveling to AZ in March. I probably would have canceled and booked elsewhere. A few brave souls swam but it was very cold. I think there should have been some type of partial refund or credit for this. Nothing was offered, not even a voucher for a free breakfast.

I am writing to formally express my outrage and extreme dissatisfaction regarding my recent stay at Aiden at Best Western Scottsdale North for my wife's birthday weekend. What should have been a special and enjoyable experience turned into a complete disaster due to the hotel's gross incompetence and failure to provide even basic amenities. We checked in on November 15th, having booked well in advance. Upon arrival, we were informed that the internet was down, but staff assured us it would be fixed within the hour. This turned out to be completely false, as the internet remained down for most of our stay. We were given room 144 and left for planned events after dropping off our bags. Upon returning, we discovered that not only was the internet still not working, but there was also NO HOT WATER. This is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one charging premium rates. I immediately reported this to the front desk and was met with empty apologies and zero solutions. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that the only one available was the bar manager—someone completely unqualified to handle such an issue. He provided the Operations Manager's contact information and offered complimentary drinks, which were a pathetic excuse for compensation considering we couldn't even take a proper shower. On November 16th, the same unacceptable conditions persisted—no internet and no hot water. Once again, we were forced to seek out a gym we weren't even members of just to take a shower. I complained to the front desk again, but nothing was done. By the time we checked out on November 17th, the internet was finally restored—just in time for the hotel to charge my credit card $355.67 for a stay that was an absolute failure on your part. Following our stay, I made multiple attempts to contact Operations Manager Jaquille Brooks. He ignored my calls and emails for four days before finally responding In his response, he explicitly promised a refund. Yet, here we are almost 4 months later, and despite my numerous calls, messages, and emails to staff, assistant managers, and even Best Western's headquarters, I have received nothing. Jaquille Brooks has never responded again after his initial email. To make matters even worse, I finally received a response from Best Western's customer service today stating that they will not honor their own Operations Manager's promise and that I will not receive a refund. This level of deception, unprofessionalism, and utter disregard for customer service is appalling. Not only has this experience ruined any future plans I had to stay at any Best Western property, but it has also put Best Western at risk of losing a loyal customer for life. I have exhausted every avenue for resolution and will now escalate this matter to the highest levels. I am actively seeking to contact President and CEO Larry Cuculic and Board Chairman Stephan Wahrlich to bring attention to this disgraceful handling of my concerns. At this point, I expect an immediate resolution—meaning the refund that was promised to me—or I will have no choice but to take further action, including public complaints, legal channels, and consumer protection agencies. This hotel is the bomb! Neat, clear, tasteful - friendly staff. Ask for the NAO (pronounced NOW) - She will take great care of you. Multiple personal touches. ! The hotel feels more like a high end boutique hotel. Incredible value. Come and enjoy!

The hotel room seemed very dark, needed more light. The bathroom has a sliding farmhouse door so little privacy. Location was OK for easy access to Shea Blvd. Walked 1/2 block to Chick Fil A for a quick bite. Bar was open but not too many people in it (small bar). Staff was accommodating. Didn't feel the hotel lived up to earlier reviews we read; for the price we felt the Holiday Inn Express hotels offered a better room and breakfast was included.

There were a few things I disliked about this hotel, but the bathroom door is the one thing that would keep me from coming back. It is basically a sliding door hanging from a rail like a curtain. There is no lock and there is about a one inch gap that lets you see and hear everything in the bathroom when it is closed. Other problems with the bathroom include a toilet that doesn't flush well, soap that I thought smelled like metal, and a showerhead that had about as much water pressure as a watering can. The shower also had no bathtub and it was easy to splash water on the floor. The rest of the room was clean and had a very nice updated decor. There were a lot of outlets on the nightstand. The room also has a microwave and refrigerator. The television did not have streaming capabilities and the sound was not very good. They had a breakfast buffet, but it costs $10 a person and we did not try it. We did not get a chance to use the pool, but I liked how it had the grassy area next to it. Checkout was at noon, which gave us a little more time to get ready than most hotels. All of the employees we encountered were very nice and friendly.

Great experience very clean king suite was amazing and the back door led right to the pool area which was very nice and clean they had corn hole and a couple other games/activities outside. Staff was very kind and attentive. Comfy bed, decent sized tv, great stay and great location!

Check in went smoothly. Rooms are large and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Great location plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff is very attentive. Beautiful pool and bar area. If you're in Scottsdale give Aiden a try. You won't be disappointed.

Manager Ron was amazing. I was so str sswd and confused over a visit in October 2024. He helped me through all my questions and concerns. I would 1000% recommend any stays at the Aiden in Scottsdale thanks to the manager. Ron went above and beyond with calling me back and helping me through everything as I reside in California so thank you again Ron

Yuck, lots of out of order signs and people going in and out of the rooms slamming doors in the middle of the night. Who is coming and going at 3 AM? This was every night for 7 days…hotel management was MIA, and did not respond to e-mail . The hot water was turned off for 41/2 days so cold showers!

great place with cool pool for kids and suites to fit all of us, an above average experience with great pricing using Best Western Rewards , our go t place every spring after spring break, even summer is great here in the pool at 115 degrees, enjoy

Great room with private patio, great pool, friendly front desk. Breakfast was typical choices, but good. Quiet. Hotel had a bar/lounge area, plenty of seating. Plenty of privacy. Didn't have any issue's. Very enjoyable stay. We come back to this location anytime we stay in the Phx area.

Very clean place. Nice & helpful employees. I didn't have to worry about my truck in the parking lot it was a great location. Conveniently located to fun places and near talking stick resort. I would highly recommend if you want to be near excitement

Absolutely the worst hotel experience we have ever had. They do not make up your rooms unless you give them 24 hour notice which we were not told at check in that you need this done and when we called down to ask for more towels and toiletries were told by Abby very rudely to come and get them. When i went back down to get them after spending an exhausting day in 115 degrees moving our daughter down there she wouldnt give me a bag and i had to make two trips down to get coffee to which she only gave me two when i asked for four. She hung up on us when we called down the first time. Her co worker "called himself Mike" told us to go to another hotel if we were not happy with the service. They were both sitting around with nothing to do and would not accomodate a guest who needed supplies. It is also the first Best Western we have been to that does not include breakfast you must pay for it. There is absolutely nothing special about this hotel at all. We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express two miles from here and recieved a much nicer room a delicious hot breakfast in the morning and for a cheaper rate at that. The manager was called and these two young people were reported for their disrespect but as they were quick to tell us "call whoever you want nothing will happen to us" so I doubt these two who should definitely not be in the hospitality industry will still be around this subpar hotel. Abby actually hung up on me when i called down to request the towels as we were trying to quickly shower and make it to dinner on time and when i went down to get the supplies i said we must have gotten disconnected and she said "no I hung up I have things to do" I was so taken aback by the rudeness of this girl and her cohort who began laughing at her statement. Honestly never came across such rude and disrespectful employees in all my many years of traveling the world.

From the beauty of the hotel grounds, to the pool and the rooms, we were thoroughly impressed and satisfied. It's our favorite hotel in Arizona!

This property is absolutely beautiful & well maintained. Has all the amenities, including a small market, guest laundry & a restaurant/bar. Staff is amazing & I would definitely stay again.

3 things are expected when you stay in a Hotel… A bed, heat/AC and hot water to shower and wash with. Well, this hotel failed. Upon check-in, I was told that they have no hot water in the hotel at all, and that possibly it would be repaired in a few days. I pre-booked and Pre-paid for seven days. No one tried to call me ahead of time, ( they had my phone # BW member) even though the hot water had already been off for five days. There was NO COMPENSATION offered whatsoever, and I was told because it's hot outside that the water would be warm. It doesn't matter where you're located, cold water is COLD water. I booked through a second party so I was not able to get a refund. I can't tell you how uncomfortable taking a shower is in the freezing cold water. If I were camping, it would be expected. I went 3 days without washing my hair and didn't go into the pool because I couldn't wash my hair. It's very long and it would take at least 15 minutes to shower & rinse… Not to mention shaving my legs in ice water. Ugh. 3 days later, the hot water still wasn't turned on. Asking at the front desk, I was told they really didn't know when the hot water would be repaired or turned on whatever the case may be. They said I couldn't talk to the general manager. They gave me an email that came back as a blocked email after I wrote a whole letter. I went five days without hot water at this hotel. In the meantime I went to a spa that had a shower so that I could wash my hair and shave my legs. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. There were several things that were not operating and out of order at the hotel, the coffee maker, and also the massage bed in the gym. There was no disinfectant or paper towels to clean the equipment in the gym. It was disgusting. Dried sweat covering every surface. On a positive note, the room was clean and a very nice set up other than no place to hang a towel in the bathroom. I did not have my room cleaned for the entire 7 days because I didn't want unclean sheets towels, etc. put in my room that were washed in cold water. On another note, I did not get the room that I paid for, A private patio. I feel sorry for the staff. Shame on you Samuel Grinder for your terrible management of this establishment! Vacation Fail

The staff was not friendly and when we got locked out of our room we had to wait over an hour to get back in. The staff did nothing to improve our stay. My children were scared cause they didn't understand and ended up falling asleep on the couches in the dining area. The staff did not offer blankets, I had to ask. This location failed us.

Checked in on Monday for 8 nights. Was never told there was NO hot water. I thought I imagined it but no, there's none. How are they cleaning sheets, towels, dishes with no hot water? Asked at front desk today, day 6, of my no water stay and the young lady at the front desk just blamed the city and gas company. I probably wouldn't have stayed if the informed me of this problem at check-in, but no one said ANYTHING. I've stayed here three years in a row for multiple days, but this will be my last. No compensation offfered at all.

Not as expected! Will not stay there again! Too much noise, not too clean showers and the price per night it's expensive for what the rooms look like! Pool was nice but not too clean.

As I mentioned before we are very pleased and always enjoyed our stay at Aiden. Also you are located near a lot of attractions and other services ie. : markets stores are restaurants.

I've stayed at this hotel off and on for the last 10 years, particularly when I sell real estate. I don't think I will be staying here anymore.. a lot of machines were out of order, two of the girls at the front desk very rude, and bad room service this time around. I can't justify paying lots of money for those long stays with bad service.

This was the second time I stayed at the Aiden Scottsdale, 3 nights each stay and within a couple of weeks of each time. The rooms are attractive and comfortable. I did not eat breakfast nor use any of the amenities, other than internet, which worked fine. On my second stay, I noticed that the shower curtain rod was broken, and laying on the top of the shower wall. I called the front desk and was offered a room change, but I had unpacked, it was late and the front desk assured me the shower rod would be repaired/replaced the next day...so I stayed in the room. Unfortunately, the repair was not made during my stay, despite alerting the front desk each morning. While not a huge issue as the shower was still very usable, it was annoying and disappointing.

Hotel is conveniently located to the freeway and Scottsdale attractions. It is very clean and modern from the lobby to the restaurant and pool. The suites are spacious. All staff are very friendly and courteous. The drapes keep the room cool and dark so you can get a good night's sleep.

We chose this location based on a convention in the area but the service was awful the staff was rude and they charge and additional $10 fee for breakfast WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN

Loved the atmosphere here by the pool and lawn area. I came to have a space to catch up with friends and it exceeded my expectations. For the price and the area, this place can't be beat.

Just got off of a 3 night stay here. Pretty good location— about 20 mins from the airport but in a central location in Scottsdale near various eats. The rooms are cute and have both a fridge and microwave. Didn't love how I could hear doors closing and feel a little shaky when others went in and out of their rooms. Pool were good but jacuzzi had like pieces of tissue in it. Loved the loungers and cabana options. All the staff I encountered were friendly and ready to help with any questions I had.

The price is definitely right here, but this is very bare bones. Rooms were not cleaned at all during my 3 night stay, the breakfast, while cheap, is not a good value, and the dinner/bar menu only had one item on it that was low carb friendly, and the quality was mediocre at best. Also, the walls between rooms are thin and I could hear noise from the next room. I chose this place because this was a business trip and close to my office, but not sure if I will stay there again.

Easy check in, very clean rooms, top notch facilities and amenities. The staff was professional and courteous. Snack and drinks available for purchase were varied and plentiful.

The hotel staff were cheerful and nice. The hotel was very well kept. The room was spotless and well laid out. We had a king with sofa bed. The pool was nice with a good outdoor area. The breakfast was good and decently priced ($10 for adults and $5 for kids). The hotel is convenient to the highway so doesn't take long to get around. The drive to old town Scottsdale was approx 15 mins. I would definitely stay here again.

Possibly the worst Service and Service Management I have ever dealt with. The Manager appeared to be somewhat Bi-Polar. Just a nasty man who wouldn't even agree that I wasn't given the room type that I had booked. Zero bathroom privacy. Barn doors that were open over an inch on both sides. Shared patio when I reserved a private patio. Only seating for 3 people on this shared patio, and the other family had 4 people. Do the math Samuel Grider, you scary, crazy man.

We had a great stay at Aiden! The General Manager, Samuel Grider, was friendly, charismatic, and very diligent in ensuring our room was ready! As individuals in the hospitality industry, we noticed that he went above and beyond to make people enjoy their stay! Will definitely be back!

Phoenix is expensive and this hotel had one of the lower prices (similar to La Quinta, but more modern). Very comfortable, easy stay. 20 mins from airport and downtown Phoenix. First floor room right near parking - could see into room if blinds weren't closed (easy fix). No elevator needed! Room was clean, mostly quiet. Comfy bed with thick padding. No weird smells. OK pillows. Good A/C with thermostat. Fair lighting. Walls are thin near hallway, but still I slept well. Shower was OUTSTANDING. Curtain let too much water flood bathroom floor. Fluffy towels, hairdryer, makeup towel. Ignore complaints about storage in shower -- it's all been fixed. There is no closed closet, but still enough storage. Toiletries were unique-smelling and fine. Lighting in bathroom was the best I've seen. I looked like a movie star! Coffee in room was OK, but I didn't realize there was a FREE Starbucks dispenser in the lobby! Breakfast wasn't included, but Chompie's is across the street at 92nd St and is STELLAR. Best breakfast I've had in years! Bagels, bialies!, omelets, Reubens, etc. Sprouts is next door to Chompies and has excellent pre-wrapped sandwiches and salads for quick meals. This hotel is in N. Scottsdale. There are others, so make sure you set GPS to the right hotel. The hotel is a block back from the main road, so it's hard to find.

Sam and his team exceeded with their customer service ! The room was clean and available early when we arrived before check in time. Nice bed and pillows. Quiet property with a full hotel. Everybody worked with a smile and appreciated every customer. We will be back next time we're in Scottsdale.

The rental car we received from Avis happened to be a hybrid. Much to our surprise, there were four electric vehicle chargers at the Aiden, on the North end of the building. For being the weekend of the Waste Management Phoenix Open, the hotel was fairly quiet.

I would like thank the manager, Alyssa, for excellent assistance with our reservation. Alyssa was professional, and accommodating for our stay with Aiden. I am extremely pleased with her persistence in this matter to rectify the situation with Orbitz. Alyssa kept excellent notes that helped prove our case against Orbitz. We booked our reservation with Orbitz and they kept my payment and did not pay the hotel. Our ordeal with Orbitz and their lack of professional customer service was a terrible experience. Thank you dearly, Alyssa for your help with the stay at the hotel. I highly recommend Aiden by Best Western. Their hotel rooms are wonderful, their staff were courteous and breakfast was great.

I was in Scottsdale because my sister was having surgery at Honor Health right by this hotel. I had previously booked a different place for 3 nights, which I was locked into. I had to stay another night in Scottsdale, and the place where I had been staying was booked. Thus I had the opportunity to move to this Aiden by Best Western, and I'm thankful I did. I have allergies, so before booking the room, Rob at the front desk showed me a room to make sure I wouldn't be allergic. He was super nice and even upgraded me to a larger room because I really needed to get some remote work done that night. Thanks Rob! The room was super clean and even though the hotel isn't brand new, it felt newer and cleaner than the place where I had previously stayed. I'm pretty picky, and this passed all my tests :) I didn't stay long enough to try the pool or the gym or the restaurant.

The hotel was very nice with a comfortable bed, clean room, helpful front desk and housekeepers. Quick response to any requests we made. Convenient location. Not sure why this Best Western charges for breakfast unlike all the others we have stayed in where the breakfast was included.

While I was pleasantly surprised by some of the amenities (workout room, hydro massage table, pool and hot tub) I was disappointed there weren't some light bites available in the pub. However, when I went down to use the gym and pool at 7am the entire outdoor area was a mess. Lots of used towels, food, trash everywhere. It seems to me the person on duty at 6-7am should go out and just pick up things until the cleaning crew arrives later. Otherwise, super nice employees. Room comfortable although sower pressure very low.

The hotel awesome. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. Can't say enough about their attention to detail and excellent customer service. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

This is an overall great property and I will stay here again if I am in Scottsdale in the future. Check in was easy and staff was accomodating. The room was spotlessly clean. No noise could be heard in the room . The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool is clean and had a cabana all the way around for sun shade. The breakfast was high quality and tasty. Gym is great.

We want to first start off by saying Sam really made our stay one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Thank you Sam for taking good care of us. If there was an award of some sort Sam should get one along with the this hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable. When we had any concerns they were remedied quickly. We liked the free coffee too. We stayed here for a while and everyone was always kind and helpful. We highly recommend this hotel. They also have electric charging for cars if you need it.

This was a last minute trip. Medical issues and we needed to find a hotel near the hospital and this hotel was very close. From the time I called that morning and made the reservation the staff was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived in the evening the manager even took it another step and helped with our room again! It was just a really good experience that these two employees helped us. It was truly a wonderful experience. We will be staying here again, but hopefully for a little R&R instead. They have a beautiful pool area and a nice grassy area with outdoor games and patio furniture maybe we will be able to enjoy those options at a later time. Thank you again for your help!

I was super impressed with this Aiden by Best Western. First of all, it is obviously newly renovated and it's beautiful! Everything on site is in pristine condition. All employees are friendly and professional. As a pleasant surprise, I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The room itself included a microwave, coffee maker (which actually had multiple cups and coffees!) 2 tv's, soft clean towels, bathroom amenities, and the pillows and bed was SO comfortable. We usually stay at Residence Inns and this hotel was, in my opinion, nicer, although no kitchen. The breakfast buffet was good but not complimentary. There is a delightful bar-I love a glass of wine at the end of a day-and also a grab and go snack and beverage area. I highly recommend and because I have family in the area, will stay there the next time I visit.

2 night stay. Staff was very friendly and engaging. Property was clean and beds were extremely comfortable. We heard NO noise from outside our room at any time. I was very satisfied with this hotel stay.

Everything and everyone went way above expectation. Vibe and decor are 5 ⭐. Best lemon pepper wings in Scottsdale as well. Only critique is I wish I would have heard of them sooner! Can't wait to stay at other locations nation wide.

I love staying here in Summer as it is a very nice place for the price. The staff at the front desk is more than helpful. The lounge has my favorite bourbon, and the bar keep is fantastic. The fitness room has all I need. While the menu is limited, what they serve is good.

Our family go-to spot for both business and pleasure trips. Always clean rooms and friendly staff. Kids love the pool and on site breakfast. Proximity to freeway makes traveling to job sites a lot easier

Due to a delayed flight, our check in was 1:30 am. The ever so personable greeting by Pierce certainly made us feel very welcome in spite of our wee hour arrival. Quite unlike other hotels, all front desk staff were especially friendly, making us feel like valued guests. Also of importance while covid still looms over us, our king suite was clean with tasteful decor and plenty of room to relax comfortably. We look forward to our next stay at this Scottsdale hotel!

Was definitely the nicest best western we've been to. The pool was fantastic, lots of cabanas and shade near the pool. The pool was salt water which was nice. I was a little bummed that breakfast wasn't included like some other best westerns I've been too, but the food was delicious and lots of good options.

One of the best hotels on our journey. Jared at the front desk gave us a great room with a lot of space.Bar downstairs had good food, pizza and salad were yummy. This hotel has everything the more expensive hotels have, but for a much lower price.Service was great,beds comfy,a good experience

Had a wonderful staycation with my daughter. Spent several hours at the pool and just relaxing during our stay. Only thing I didn't like was having to pay for breakfast. $10 a person per day is crazy. We ended up going to the store and purchasing our own food, saved us roughly $70.

A very nice hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. We arrived two days earlier than planned . They where very accomidating,also honored our previous rate.All the staff was awsome!!! Nice pool area along with outdoor activities. The only down side was having to pay for breakfast .I would highly recomend this hotel.

I had to go to the front desk five times to get a key reprogrammed could not enter any of the cool amenities at the property had due to the keys, not being properly programmed paid 20+ dollars for a breakfast that was nonexistent. I've stayed at poor hotels with a continental breakfast that would put this place to shame

I had never heard of Aiden. Our usual business stay where I've spent seven weeks total in the past was too expensive in January so we gave Aiden a try. It was in nice area near grocery, restaurants, and a nice walking/bike trail. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They were also quiet. We were there eleven nights, including over a three day holiday weekend. There was a young boys hockey team staying for the weekend. Even though they took over the outside area at times, it was quiet in the room. On weeknight the outside deck was very quiet as well. I would not hesitate to stay again.

This hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and very well appointed. Rooms have coffee, fridge, desk/chair, comfy chair and plenty of space for luggage. Bathrooms have a makeup towel included with toiletries! Good shower, perfectly cleaned rooms, etc. Public areas are lovely, including the bar and pool. And the Starbucks free coffee in the lobby was fantastic! My only complaint (and the reason I only gave 4 stars) was the bed! Even though the hotel is relatively new, the beds in our room were already worn out--you know, the kind where you get stuck in a trench and have no back support. One of the beds in our room was so bad we thought it was literally broken. Since you go to a hotel primarily to sleep, this is something they need to fix fast.

We stayed here for the night and had a wonderful time. The room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Safe and affordable! Although we weren't able to use the amenities (pool/weight facility or bar) during our short stay, we would definitely return for another opportunity.

Besides the excellent location right off Shea so it's quieter, there are numerous restaurants in walkable distance. The hotel staff were all pleasant and attentive. The hotels was clean, clean, clean and so fresh appearing. Bed was very comfortable.

Nice place to stay and good value. Prices high everywhere for NYE holiday and was able to stay for under $190 out the door. At check-in gave us top floor unit. King room suite that overlooked courtyard and mountains in background. Room was modern, clean, with comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend to others.

We weren't sure what to expect at this Best Western in Scottsdale, but it turned out to be a very good one-night stay. The front-desk staff was about the most professional I've ever seen at a BW; the room was nicely decorated and comfortalbe, and the property was overall well-kept. Although the Aiden is located conveniently near two major throughfares (101 and Shea Blvd), it is about a block from either, so there was no issue at all with street noise during the night; however, access to both main roads was very easy. The lobby was attractive and, like most hotel chains these days, there is a modest "market" section near the front desk where guests can buy snacks and sundries. Breakfast in the morning was available, but at extra expense. We elected instead to eat the next morning at the nearby Chick-Fil-A. About the only thing this reviewer can find fault with is something others have mentioned: the barndoor-style of bathroom door. Sure, they may look stylish and reduce the need for swing space, but they indeed don't do as well with providing visual and auditory privacy. Also, they're heavier to move and tend to be noisier. Not a big deal for an adult couple, but had we had young children in tow, this would have been an issue. That aside, we were well-pleased with our discovery of and stay at the Aiden, and it will be our hotel of choice when we're back in the Scottsale area.

This was my first time visiting Scottsdale and when I go back I will definitely be staying at the Aiden again. The hotel was very clean, modern, and had great amenities. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. Samantha, Noel, and their staff were extremely friendly, nice, and helpful. The hotel was close to the airport and shopping, it's in a great spot. I highly recommend the Aiden to anyone who is going to Scottsdale you won't be disappointed!

My stay at the Aiden truly exceeded all expectations. From the caring staff, the beautiful upgraded amenities such as the hot tub and water massage chair, to small cleanly details in my room, the yummy, fresh breakfast this hotel is a 11/10. As a travel guru I was exponentially impressed with the Aiden. Having traveled to Arizona before, I cannot stay in any other hotel! It's a must return! The management at this hotel cannot get better, Noel, Samantha and their team are outstanding!! Thanks for having my family and I!

Amazing! I wondered how this could have five stars already. Now I know it's a great place to stay! We loved the hot tub and pool. It was nice to have a restaurant and bar available too. The bed was very comfortable! I would definite stay here again!

New and upscale property. Friendly staff with great Bar, pool and outdoor courtyard. I used Best Western Reward points for this stay. Great value for the point exchange. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy 20 minutes to the airport.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The room was spacious, very clean and the updates were terrific. We were here for a full week and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend! Great for couples or families. Lots to do onsite too.

A welcome addition to the Best Western brand array. Very modern and clean, with pleasant, relaxing design and decor. Quiet location, although easy access to/from freeway. A few restaurants within reasonable walking distance, but it can be challenging to cross busy Shea Blvd. We found nothing to complain about. Excellent beds, shower, TVs and seating. A couple previous reviews have expressed concern that the bathroom sliding “barn” door was too narrow to fully cover opening. Our experience was the opposite — the door more than covered the opening. Plus, being located between the two rooms of the suite and facing a closet, anyone would have to try very hard to look in except while walking from one room to the other. Prices also seemed reasonable. Only thing we missed was the BW free breakfast offering. We would return.

Planned our stay while floors were being changed at home. Mom and I were so pleased with the comfortable atmosphere, everything needed was available, and kindness of entire staff was above and beyond. Perfect affordable STAYCATION location.

Stayed 3 nights at Aiden. My room is very huge and modern compared to some older Best Western properties. The bathroom is spacious with a good standing shower, bright and functional. The swimming pool and the lawn area are the highlights. It is a nice place to chill out. The breakfast is adequate and affordable at US$9.99. The pancake is very delicious. I am a Diamond member but no recognition or whatsoever from the female reception until I request for it. The front desk service should be a little more welcoming. Not sure also if I get an upgrade which other Best Western always endeavor to please their loyalty customer. I just don't feel any special. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 bubbles.

My review would be higher, but the bathroom doors needed replacement. Honestly, it was completely unacceptable. The sliding doors were not wide enough to cover the opening, leaving gaps on each side. People outside the restroom could catch your eye on the toilet as they walked by. If someone wanted to, they could look in and get a complete view of the restroom including the shower. Unless you are completely comfortable with everyone in the room seeing and smelling your body at its most private moments, go elsewhere until this is fixed. We had a few rooms and they were all the same. People ended up using the lobby restroom for privacy.

We stayed here for a week and were very satisfied with the king suite and staff. Amenities include a mini store for drinks, eats and trip needs and a full bar for cocktails. The decor is new and fresh and really nice. I would stay here again, for sure. They have excellent security at night and the rooms are very quiet.

The price that you pay is very well worth it. Spacious, clan, extremely helpful and informative staff, and a lot of amenities! Perfect location as well. The beds and pillows are comfortable beyond measure and everything is in close proximity from the hotel if you do not want to be in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. It's only 20 minutes away from the airport and also close to many attractions. Will come back again!

This hotel is a hidden gem and felt like I was staying in a resort. The amenities are fantastic, everything was extremely clean, and the beds were comfy. We stayed in the room with the private covered patio and it exactly as pictured. Highly recommend this hotel for any trip!

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was $9.99 a person. There were normal selections eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, except not very hot. Also you could order off a menu that I would probably do next time. We ate both nights in the little restaurant. There is a fair selection of items. We sat at the bar the last night and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. All in all it was a great stay.

My parents used to frequent this hotel years ago. I was nice then. However, the new owners have put together something much better. This is more like a resort than a hotel. There's dining, an indoor/outdoor bar, Private bungalows around the pool, great outdoor activities for the entire family and a modern clean fitness room. I spent about an hour in the lobby getting to know the staff while drinking coffee. What a pleasant crew. From now on, when my wife and I feel like a "staycation," this gem will be on our list. It's in a great location and priced just right. What a pleasure.

The pool and area were gorgeous and unexpected in a hotel. The water pressure and ax were not acceptable. My husband has follicular lymphoma and the clerk put us in the room furthest from the elevator and the hotel is pretty large. The cost of the room was very affordable for the area. Breakfast cost $10 for continental breakfast. I checked it out…not worth it!

Hotel is located in an area well served with restaurants and other services, especially convenient to the Mayo Clinic (5 miles away) Facility very clean and staff very helpful and efficient. Ample on-site free parking. Accessible room excellent with flex hose shower head and low entry to shower. Comes with a very clean shower stool. Window shade is electrically operated and easy to use, but seems to only have two settings: fully up/open; fully closed. I could not figure out if there was an intermediate setting.

We felt safe and everything was spit spot clean. That's the most important thing to rest well knowing you are in a clean and safe environment. The location was centrally located as we visited the Van Gogh Exhibit. We were so comfortable on the plush mattress, pillows, and duvet. The last sure stay best western hotel was not up to par so we were worried. But this aiden experience was exceptional, despite minor inconveniences, such as misplaced toilet paper holder locations being quite difficult to reach behind you ish….and the bathroom door was absolutely ridiculous as it is a sliding barn door style that won't offer privacy, whatsoever with gaping inch openings on both sides visible, and it also just frustratingly slid open at the most inopportune times, creating an awkward and tense bathroom experience. Super fun giant Jenga and Connect Four games at the pool side. Keurig coffee in the lobby was convenient and tasty. Starbucks cafe was disappointingly closed. The restaurant was missing the pancakes and breakfast burritos, so we had blueberry waffles and bagel sandwiches instead that were delicious. The entire staff was friendly- except the woman with tattooed arms at the front desk, as she was a grump.

Wonderful stay. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Comfy beds and everything from the grounds to our room was spotless. A+ for cleanliness and service. Nice morning breakfast for a small charge. Will definitely return. Close to all the amazing restaurants Scottsdale has to offer.

As always the place was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and our room was great! We were able to make it out to the spa and pool and were happy that we did. The nice lady who checked us in was very welcoming and made you feel appreciated that you were staying.

Stayed at Aiden for one night to see my parents who were staying there also. I reserved a double queen room and it was very clean and new. Gorgeous facility from the front desk to the pool and rooms. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel. Great TV and cable - nice furnishings - bright room and bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling a bit in the bathroom and the shower head was coming a bit away from the wall, but it was easy to overlook that for the great night sleep. Pool and courtyard is great with giant connect four, cornhole, giant jenga, and nice lights at night. Pool area has “cabanas” which is cool. My parents were in a king suite which was great for the extra space. They complemented the beds as well, but said the sitting area didn't have enough light. Sofa was very comfortable to sit on. All the furniture is new and had no scuffs or rips. This hotel is a true gem in this area! I hope to be back again for another relaxing stay.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Aiden. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the employees were very friendly and made my stay quite relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel. I did not use any of the amenities, however, I did notice the pool and fitness center were very nice and clean.

Very nice clean and modern hotel from entrance to the room. Location safe and quiet, not downtown but close to hospital, shopping and restaurants. Staff is exceptional. Nice small bar on site off the lobby and near the pool.

We stayed at Aiden by Best Western hotel with our daughter's soccer for an out of town game. One of the mother's bought a watermelon for the players from Fry's across the street. When we got back to the hotel, she realized that she did not have a knife to slice it up for our girls. She asked if we could drive back to the store because it was too hot to walk across the street. I suggested we ask one of the staff if we could borrow one, and she was reluctant because she said it would be a liability. We asked anyways and Austin confirmed her assumption and as we turned around to go to the store, he told us that although he couldn't lend us a knife, he would cut it up himself. He even asked us how we wanted them cut, cubes or smiley faces. We asked for smiley faces to match our feelings about his customer service.

Great location - can walk to restaurants, stores, park. Also hotel has activities set up outside - cornhole, Giant Jenga, Connect 4 game. The pool looked beautiful but did not use. Both indoor and outdoor bar.

Aiden is a definite step up from a regular Best Western, we've stayed in some very fancy 5 star hotels in places like Tokyo and though this was obviously different, we were happy with our stay here, just to put it in context. All areas were very clean, housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Good air con in rooms, almost too good. Comfortable beds, good hot water. Our room was sort of a little suite having a separate front room with a desk, tv and couch which was really nice. Another tv in the bedroom. Some ground floor rooms had little outdoor seating areas, some with partial walls for privacy, will have to check that out next time. Hotel had a small bar, breakfast area with a buffet, very limited menu but that's ok. Pool and hot tub, towels provided. Another separate outdoor area with a few games and additional seating. Snacks and drinks available 24/7 in lobby along with a few essentials, meds and the like. Hotel is fairly close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was all very nice, we'd definitely stay again.

They were taping a commercial so it was pretty exciting. Clean room excellent decor A/C working great since it was 95 outside. Nice staff manager. Very clean loved the pool and cabanas. Everyone was friendly and great to talk with.

Loved the location, the amenities, and the staff. The location couldnt have been better for our planned trip and visiting friends and family throughout the Phoenix area. We could walk to a dozen restaurants, Barnes and Noble, a Frys grocery, gas station close by,

Hotel staff invited family in for "pool party", 20+ screaming, splashing kids hitting guests with errant football tosses. Kids were doing screaming "Cannon Ball" then jumping into the pool trying to create the biggest splash possible to hit anyone around them with water. Kids were climbing on the pool water fixtures and metal cactus structures. Kids were jumping from pool to hot tub and then back to hot tub. Loud Latin music blaring OVER the hotel music. Parents had coolers and were drinking beer & margaritas while discarding beer cans everywhere and throwing limes into pool. Complaints to front desk were ignored because it was their family who was at the pool. Front desk stated there's no rules about noise until after 10pm. Not even for a giant bluetooth speaker that makes the pool sound like a night club? Front desk said they would check on the noise but they never stepped a foot outside. So if you think the pool area in the pictures looks nice, imagine it full of kids who are splashing you, screaming and climbing the cabanas and fixtures and hitting you with footballs that they weren't skilled enough to catch. Then think about the parents who were drinking and dancing while ignoring their kids. Not to mention the huge mess that was made............and not cleaned up by staff overnight. There was still empty beer cans, orange and lime rinds, drink napkins, shoes, pool toys and other trash laying around the next morning. The 20-something crowd seems to be drawn to this hotel and stays up all night getting drinks from lobby bar, snacks from front desk, laughing and making noise.

We were in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for graduation ceremonies at Grand Canyon University. We needed a five night stay and we were having trouble finding a place because we kept seeing hard bed, noisy room, dirty room, sewage smell, outdated room, poor internet, etc. then we found this property. It was exactly what we needed. We had a great stay at a reasonable price. The property is new, the rooms are clean, quiet, and have everything you need (microwave, safe, etc). The beds are very comfortable. The WiFi is fast, The location is excellent - anything you might need is close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In short it was an excellent stay which we would repeat again without hesitation. Five stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. There were so many fun amenities to enjoy. Wish the pool had been heated as it wasn't quite as enjoyable with a freezing pool, but the chairs and ambiance around the pool was fantastic. Rooms were clean and the beds and pillows are amazing!! The TV in the room was difficult for me to figure out but all in all I highly recommend this location.

The Aiden was such a wonderful and accommodating hotel for us while we were in the area for a wedding. It's always nerve wracking to choose a hotel when you are not familiar with the area, but the other reviews on Tripadvisor did not steer us wrong. Perfectly clean, tastefully updated, comfy bed with quality pillows/linens, friendly and helpful staff...can't ask for much more! We were in room 128, which had an attached covered and furnished private patio and overlooked the 'play yard', filled with lounging areas and family game spots. The pool and spa were pristine and had plenty of loungers available while we were there. The ONLY negative that I would mention (in the hopes that it could be corrected for future guests) is that the "business center" is really just a closet on the 2nd floor, containing a computer and printer: no supplies, poor lighting, no trashcan...the very bare minimum that business travelers would need. I will end by saying that many of the other wedding guests were staying at very high-end local resorts (Mountain Shadows, etc..) and I was proud to tell them about our wonderful experience at The Aiden.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic for us to stay at wow my daughter was in the hospital for over a week at Scottsdale Shea. This hotel offers a discount for families that have individuals at the hospital. Maricruz was extremely helpful and professional during our entire stay. This is a hidden gem in Scottsdale! pool and workout area are fabulous, as well as breakfast.

This hotel is a class act. This is not my first stay here, I was a guest in Oct and Nov. The service was good for a new property, but now it has exceeded all expectations. We plan on 4-6 rooms late this week and I am very excited for my guests to experience this brand. I am particularly impressed with Maricruz. There are absolutely others that have been amazing during this visit, but she is a standout in customer service, grace under busy pressure and knowledge. We are a 2 account diamond select family with over 100 collective stays in the last year and this is by far the best. Thank you so much.

My second stay at the hotel and it is a very nice hotel with very pleasant staff. Room was very clean and I love the standup shower instead of having a tub. Easy access to the interstate. Do recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a great place to stay. Beauutiful hotel, pool and workout room. Nice and clean, everything looks brand new. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were nice and fun! Breakfast buffet was not great, better to eat earlier if you want warm and fresh cooked food.

My kids and I stayed here 3 nights last minute when stranded due to bad weather back home. Rooms and site immaculate, good buffet breakfast at a reasonable price, lovely pool area, quiet hallways, helpful and kind staff. Comfortable beds, sheets, and pillows. (Duvets, too, which are important to me rather than comforters that can't be washed regularly). Central location to freeway and easy access to local sites. Our two queen room was a little tight, would not have been able to put out a cot, maybe could have squeezed in a travel crib. Would stay again anytime.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Aiden, while visiting Scottsdale for a wedding. The room was spacious and clean. Coming with 2 TVs and a comfortable sectional couch. The breakfast each morning was convenient and tasty. 10-15 minutes to most destinations in Scottsdale and <20 minutes from the airport.

We're absolutely elated by our 1st EVER 'Best Western' stay! Every person we'd met, far exceeded expectations, willing to help & make everything a perfect 1st stay for us, w/being so friendly, & fun people! 'Jay, Chad, Maria, & the front desk attendant the next morning are absolutely amazing! (Didn't get to talk with the breakfast attendant or housekeeping ladies, but they have warning smiles as you pass one another) There is an actual Starbucks in the lobby, open certain hours daily. (I did not catch the times) Along with that, there is a Starbucks coffee setup available 24hrs, and Starbucks in your room as well! JAY! - in the indoor/outdoor lounge, is super fun & friendly, & goes above & beyond to make you as happy & comfortable as he can! TV'S inside & outside! They do have a smaller food menu than expected, but everything we'd tried were pretty good, & PRICES ARE AWESOME! Jay makes some of the BEST wings sauce we've ever had, and the wings are huge!,.. Along with this fantastic drinks that he whipped up!! With the breakfast buffet - items are put out, right to the end of service! Eggs & bacon were fresh, bacon had a crispness to them when fresh, great waffles from the waffle maker, & yummy juices! The pool/jacuzzi area is stunning, & WOW - the comfortable, relaxing HYDROMASSAGE CHAIR in the gym! There are also some fun lawn games, such as CORNHOLE, a LIFE SIZE 'CONNECT 4' & 'JENGA,.. plus a fire pit & seating everywhere around the grounds! Cannot wait to go back!!

Two stays in one week. TV's didn't work in either room and staff could not get them to work. NO light at desk and NO place to plug cords in. Attention to being pretty but lacks in function. Breakfast not free - $10 - eggs were gone at 8:15 am. If pretty is for you maybe that is why they had gooC reviews. Checking-in was delayed because another front desk person was looking for soap and shampoo - this took quit a while so the person checking me in had to delay finishing her work - poor coordination. On prior visit my checking-out was delayed because desk clerk was busy getting THEIR breakfast! Management needs to give attention to details.

This place was very clean, and well kept. The pool-side room was large, bed was comfortable, and the surroundings were quiet. No restaurant, but the bar was open & welcoming. Would definitely stay here, again.

Completely remodeled hotel so it has that new feel and smell. Rooms are clean and decent sized. Nice heated pool and terrace area, decent gym, full bar. Starbucks machine is a nice touch. The folks are very friendly.

Impressive excellent customer service. Awesome amenities an overall really great experience. The property manager is hands on. The staff goes above and beyond everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Jared the manager, Chad, Roary and Maria most importantly the housekeeping staff just a very comfortable property, we enjoyed the gym, jacuzzi, games and the suite too. Wow!!! Hospitality, location, + comfort = excellence. This was single-handedly the BEST stay of any stays at Best Western. From the moment we pulled up and walked into the beautiful & welcoming lobby, we knew that this was going to be an excellent stay. Front desk staff was welcoming and knowledgeable making check-in seamless. Rooms beautiful, comfortable & very clean. This is now our go-to in Phoenix; in fact, we are staying tomorrow night and can't wait to check in. I was excited to learn that the Aiden line will be coming to more major cities. The facilities, which we did not have a chance to really enjoy, are far better & varied than any other BW we have stayed at & we have stayed at many. We stayed for 8 days while our home had a messy remodel done. We were so happy with the whole experience! Very nice staff, clean lobby and rooms, convenient little deli area to grab a breakfast burrito, bar on site. Beautiful pool and spa, plus a fire pit and big green area to play the big Jenga or Connect Four. And all at a very reasonable price. We will be keeping our eyes open for this brand as we travel in the future!

This place was amazing. It's in a prime location with walkng distance to stores, and restaurants. The front desk staff was so pleasant and accomodating as was the bartender. The outside and inside of the property was immaculate. I research hotels thoroughly before booking and this one exceeded my expectations. I haven't stayed in a BW hotel since I was a child and I will always stay at this location when I come to Scottsdale from now on.

What a wonderful respite for the weary road traveler! The hotel was fresh and newly redone. Extremely clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable bed, roomy accommodations, great streaming/internet services, one of the nicest Best Westerns we have ever stayed at. We always appreciate that BW rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Staff was kind and very helpful. We were surprised that breakfast wasn't included but was available for $9.99. We did not partake and were not sure what was on the menu. We LOVED the 12 noon check out time! Location was very convenient; many shops and good restaurants close by. Scottsdale is just plain beautiful and this hotel more than lived up to what one would expect from the area, and for a fantastic price!

After driving through Texas, New Mexico, and finally Arizona on our way to California, we decided it was enough of what we perceived to be endless driving, and booked a last minute stay here at the Aiden Best Western. To say we got lucky with selecting this place out of all the many options available to us was definitely an understatement. We'd never stayed at a Best Western before and after our one-day stay at one, I really have to say I almost wished our trip ended here in Scottsdale Arizona rather than California! We checked into our room and after being told by the front desk that there was a bar, among other amenities, we knew we had to partake! We were greeted at the bar by Jay, a truly down-to-earth bartender that knew how to pour drinks and have a great time with his guests. Later on, Mike, who we at first didn't know was the hotel manager, came by and furthered the enjoyment of our time by relaxing at the bar with us and being someone who you enjoy being around. Jay and Mike are truly a dynamic duo, and I hope that if I ever find myself in Scottsdale Arizona again I am able to reserve another room and enjoy another fun night with them!

One word: AMAZING! Honestly, my husband and I could not have asked for a better hotel to stay at. Clean, great amenities, and excellent staff! A great vacation cannot happen without the help of the hotel you stay at. This facility had it all. They even had a courtyard with activities like corn hole & a giant Jenga. Fun times!

First time staying at an Aiden. After the first night we decided to stay another night here for our trip. The experience was top notch. Rooms are modern. Free Starbucks machine. Pool and hot tub open late til 12am. Fitness center with massage machine. Only downside is the breakfast, it's $10 and basic buffet and only open til 10am. I would describe the vibe of an Aiden as lively, energetic and feeling like your about to do something exciting. Doesn't matter your age, it's about mindset.

I was particularly impressed by the quality of the facility and cleanliness of the entire interior and exterior including the room and parking lot. The value and quality of the facility was very good and I would definitely recommend and stay there again!

We had a great time at the Aiden by Best Western while we were in Scottsdale last weekend! Mike, the Manager of the lounge was a gracious host, and Jay the bartender kept us happy with our drink orders. Mike and Jay gave our the group the best customer service I have had in quite some time. I definitely recommend a stay here. Be sure to visit Mike and Jay during your visit, and don't forget to try their pizza and wings!

This place is clean, has great customer service and is an over all good value. It has a clean nice pool area, gaming area, and a bar. Room was clean and nice. Beds were nice and the pillows were great. The bar did close early if there were few people around. So if you get into town late, you might not get a drink.

This hotel is small but awesome! We booked the ground floor King suite which included an extra living room area with TV and pull out sofa bed and a covered patio with very comfy seating leading directly to the outdoor games (giant sized Jenga, cornhole, giant sizes Connect Four) and the pool. There is a pool and jacuzzi (with bungalows included with your stay for a first come first serve basis) and everything is CLEAN & looks modern and updated. Our room was very clean. The only downside is that the bathroom door in our room had a barn style sliding door so everyone knows your business. (I was with my 4 yr old daughter and husband). The crowd was very eclectic which I liked and it looks like a high-end hotel without the cost of being high-end. There is a bar right on the first floor which is super convenient. There also is a breakfast buffet that can be purchased, $4.99 for a child and $9.99 for adult, complimentary coffee in the lobby, and a mini Starbucks right on-site.

From the moment we arrived until we left we were awed by the ease of checking in to any questions we had and being able to put our food we needed(they have an area at the front of the hotel that has snacks and drinks) on our tab. The staff was super friendly, the room was phenomenal and we slept very well! Maria was very sweet and all the staff was super helpful. The bathroom door was weird tho, it was a sliding door, barn style but not a big issue, just be aware if you have huge privacy issues the bathroom door may be an issue.

So impressed by property and price! Hotel was brand new, clean with modern decor and furnishings. Pool area and bar area was fantastic. Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a bonus. So family friendly and access to the business center was great! Was worried about the noise from highway at night, but it was not a problem.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and it has been fantastic! Staff has always been friendly and rooms are comfy and well laid out. Both times we have stayed, we got the main floor rooms. These are great as they have a door from the bedroom out to your private patio, which looks out to the pool and/or play area. For my family this is one of the main features that we like, as our 3 year old is able to run around and play in a safe area while Mom and Dad can relax under the covered patio while sipping a drink. The room has a separate bedroom / living area which also includes a pull out bed under the sofa for the kid or another family member to sleep on. Another feature that we really like is the Chromecast in the rooms. It's nice to be able to play shows that we have on our DVR back home or shows that keep the kid entertained on the Main TV in the room. We are also able to watch TV in the bedroom, if someone is using Chromecast in the Livingroom area, if we so desire. Any trips out to Arizona to see families, this is our hotel of choice. Even with some of the family living in Goodyear, AZ we are willing to make the drive to stay here for our visits. Both times the family came to the hotel to check it out, they too were amazed at how nice it was the amenities that we receive.

We love this hotel! We have stayed here twice this year and both times we extended our stay because we enjoyed the relaxing and family friendly environment. The pool is always clean. The kids enjoyed the outdoor game area. The towels at the pool are always stocked and the poolside bar and seating area is a huge plus. The gym area was very clean and my husband and I both enjoyed the hydromassage bed. It's quite and extremely clean. The beds are comfy and most importantly the pillows are really nice and not flat. There is a Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby with free coffee. They also have a little coffee bar that make Starbucks drink menu and they have fresh pastries. All and all it's a pretty great place to stay and very affordable. We have been traveling back and forth from CA while house hunting and this has been our go to place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western by Aiden in Northen Scottsdale. The property was completely updated which included a full service indoor/outdoor bar, Starbucks, a pool with cabanas & yard games plus option to purchase a full breakfast in the morning. The staff was extra friendly & you couldn't beat the location. I highly recommend staying at this property for business or liesure.

We love this property. It's beautiful. All the draperies and cushions and furnishings are high quality and beautiful. It really makes a difference, in my opinion. I own a custom workroom, so I REALLY APPRECIATE when anybody invests in high quality treatments instead of skimping. It shows. Also, the impeccably clean rooms and common areas are important. No lint or weird hairs, you feel like you're the first person to use the room. I hope it stays this way.

I stayed here for two nights after surgery at HonorHealth Hospital nearby. This hotel is clean and calming. I didn't swim, but wish I could have! The pool is pristine, and there's a fitness center as well as yard games. The breakfast experience was good! I didn't eat dinner … but the food smelled delicious!!!!! I definitely recommend Aiden by Best Western in Scottsdale!!!!!!

I dont have anything to complain about nor anything extra to boast about this property was great clean excellent staff I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone even if it is for a staycation

We selected this hotel for all of the good reviews on-line - and they were true! All of the staff was friendly and capable. The hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated. And most importantly, it is immaculately clean. We enjoyed the sparkling pool and the indoor/outdoor bar. We were surprised but pleased that they upgraded us to a suite which was very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel. This hotel is in a bit of an out of the way location & was lovely and quiet yet close to lots of restaurants. This was another reason we chose them to celebrate our anniversary. We were surprised that breakfast was not included and they charge $9.99 per person for a hot breakfast. I don't remember seeing that mentioned on-line. I have already recommended this hotel to others for a summer Staycation!

if the pool pump worked, the computer room was working ,and the drain didn't make a noise all night, this place rocks, absolutely the best cable variety ever, consider them teething pains a we booked threemore nights

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. My children loved swimming in the pool at 10:00 pm at night after traveling all day on a very hot day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning made for great sleeping accommodations. My kids purchased snacks from the front desk snack area and I enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffee each morning. Our room only had a stand-up shower with no bathtub, so if you are traveling with young children who need a bathtub for bathing this hotel may not work for you.

I had taken my mom on a weekend trip for her birthday and this hotel far exceeded expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Assistant manager went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. The hotel was absolutely beautiful from the pool and patio to the guest room we absolutely will be coming back here again

Great new hotel in a great location, not on a Main Street so you have to look for it, but worth finding this wonderful hotel. The pool and recreation area are perfect for gathering with friends and enjoying the outdoors with friends or family.

I couldn't have gotten by during my 6 week work trip without Rory, Andrew, Amanda and Chad! They were on top of their game always. Willing to help at all times with great and smiling service! They became friends and I enjoyed seeing them every day! They always made sure I had everything I needed and if they couldn't help me personally they'd help me find a way. Do not take them for granted! Excellent experience.

I will always stay here when I am in Scottsdale. Very Nice! The pool is a nice size and it is attached to the Jacuzzi which I like. The fitness center is nice and clean, it is also big, very roomy. The location is ideal, close to the 101 and really great restaurants.
