Aiden Hotel by Best Western @ Scottsdale North, Scottsdale

My stay at the Aiden truly exceeded all expectations. From the caring staff, the beautiful upgraded amenities such as the hot tub and water massage chair, to small cleanly details in my room, the yummy, fresh breakfast this hotel is a 11/10. As a travel guru I was exponentially impressed with the Aiden. Having traveled to Arizona before, I cannot stay in any other hotel! It's a must return! The management at this hotel cannot get better, Noel, Samantha and their team are outstanding!! Thanks for having my family and I!

Amazing! I wondered how this could have five stars already. Now I know it's a great place to stay! We loved the hot tub and pool. It was nice to have a restaurant and bar available too. The bed was very comfortable! I would definite stay here again!

New and upscale property. Friendly staff with great Bar, pool and outdoor courtyard. I used Best Western Reward points for this stay. Great value for the point exchange. Plenty of restaurants nearby and easy 20 minutes to the airport.

A welcome addition to the Best Western brand array. Very modern and clean, with pleasant, relaxing design and decor. Quiet location, although easy access to/from freeway. A few restaurants within reasonable walking distance, but it can be challenging to cross busy Shea Blvd. We found nothing to complain about. Excellent beds, shower, TVs and seating. A couple previous reviews have expressed concern that the bathroom sliding “barn” door was too narrow to fully cover opening. Our experience was the opposite — the door more than covered the opening. Plus, being located between the two rooms of the suite and facing a closet, anyone would have to try very hard to look in except while walking from one room to the other. Prices also seemed reasonable. Only thing we missed was the BW free breakfast offering. We would return.

Planned our stay while floors were being changed at home. Mom and I were so pleased with the comfortable atmosphere, everything needed was available, and kindness of entire staff was above and beyond. Perfect affordable STAYCATION location.

Stayed 3 nights at Aiden. My room is very huge and modern compared to some older Best Western properties. The bathroom is spacious with a good standing shower, bright and functional. The swimming pool and the lawn area are the highlights. It is a nice place to chill out. The breakfast is adequate and affordable at US$9.99. The pancake is very delicious. I am a Diamond member but no recognition or whatsoever from the female reception until I request for it. The front desk service should be a little more welcoming. Not sure also if I get an upgrade which other Best Western always endeavor to please their loyalty customer. I just don't feel any special. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 bubbles.

My review would be higher, but the bathroom doors needed replacement. Honestly, it was completely unacceptable. The sliding doors were not wide enough to cover the opening, leaving gaps on each side. People outside the restroom could catch your eye on the toilet as they walked by. If someone wanted to, they could look in and get a complete view of the restroom including the shower. Unless you are completely comfortable with everyone in the room seeing and smelling your body at its most private moments, go elsewhere until this is fixed. We had a few rooms and they were all the same. People ended up using the lobby restroom for privacy.

First I want to thank you for staying with us and extend my sincerest apologies as I completely understand how uncomfortable that would be, using the restroom, while staying with others. It is something that has been brought to our attention and something we will have to fix.

We stayed here for a week and were very satisfied with the king suite and staff. Amenities include a mini store for drinks, eats and trip needs and a full bar for cocktails. The decor is new and fresh and really nice. I would stay here again, for sure. They have excellent security at night and the rooms are very quiet.

The price that you pay is very well worth it. Spacious, clan, extremely helpful and informative staff, and a lot of amenities! Perfect location as well. The beds and pillows are comfortable beyond measure and everything is in close proximity from the hotel if you do not want to be in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. It's only 20 minutes away from the airport and also close to many attractions. Will come back again!

The staff was very helpful and nice. The rooms were very clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was $9.99 a person. There were normal selections eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, except not very hot. Also you could order off a menu that I would probably do next time. We ate both nights in the little restaurant. There is a fair selection of items. We sat at the bar the last night and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. All in all it was a great stay.

Rooms are clean, Outdoor space is nice and varied entertainment areas. Pool is sparkling Front desk is extremely helpful. Light snacks available in the lobby and a menu is available for dinner. There is a breakfast buffet available at a cost of approximately $10

My parents used to frequent this hotel years ago. I was nice then. However, the new owners have put together something much better. This is more like a resort than a hotel. There's dining, an indoor/outdoor bar, Private bungalows around the pool, great outdoor activities for the entire family and a modern clean fitness room. I spent about an hour in the lobby getting to know the staff while drinking coffee. What a pleasant crew. From now on, when my wife and I feel like a "staycation," this gem will be on our list. It's in a great location and priced just right. What a pleasure.

The pool and area were gorgeous and unexpected in a hotel. The water pressure and ax were not acceptable. My husband has follicular lymphoma and the clerk put us in the room furthest from the elevator and the hotel is pretty large. The cost of the room was very affordable for the area. Breakfast cost $10 for continental breakfast. I checked it out…not worth it!

Hotel is located in an area well served with restaurants and other services, especially convenient to the Mayo Clinic (5 miles away) Facility very clean and staff very helpful and efficient. Ample on-site free parking. Accessible room excellent with flex hose shower head and low entry to shower. Comes with a very clean shower stool. Window shade is electrically operated and easy to use, but seems to only have two settings: fully up/open; fully closed. I could not figure out if there was an intermediate setting.

We felt safe and everything was spit spot clean. That's the most important thing to rest well knowing you are in a clean and safe environment. The location was centrally located as we visited the Van Gogh Exhibit. We were so comfortable on the plush mattress, pillows, and duvet. The last sure stay best western hotel was not up to par so we were worried. But this aiden experience was exceptional, despite minor inconveniences, such as misplaced toilet paper holder locations being quite difficult to reach behind you ish….and the bathroom door was absolutely ridiculous as it is a sliding barn door style that won't offer privacy, whatsoever with gaping inch openings on both sides visible, and it also just frustratingly slid open at the most inopportune times, creating an awkward and tense bathroom experience. Super fun giant Jenga and Connect Four games at the pool side. Keurig coffee in the lobby was convenient and tasty. Starbucks cafe was disappointingly closed. The restaurant was missing the pancakes and breakfast burritos, so we had blueberry waffles and bagel sandwiches instead that were delicious. The entire staff was friendly- except the woman with tattooed arms at the front desk, as she was a grump.

Stayed at Aiden for one night to see my parents who were staying there also. I reserved a double queen room and it was very clean and new. Gorgeous facility from the front desk to the pool and rooms. The beds and pillows are the most comfortable I've ever experienced in a hotel. Great TV and cable - nice furnishings - bright room and bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling a bit in the bathroom and the shower head was coming a bit away from the wall, but it was easy to overlook that for the great night sleep. Pool and courtyard is great with giant connect four, cornhole, giant jenga, and nice lights at night. Pool area has “cabanas” which is cool. My parents were in a king suite which was great for the extra space. They complemented the beds as well, but said the sitting area didn't have enough light. Sofa was very comfortable to sit on. All the furniture is new and had no scuffs or rips. This hotel is a true gem in this area! I hope to be back again for another relaxing stay.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Aiden. The room was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the employees were very friendly and made my stay quite relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel. I did not use any of the amenities, however, I did notice the pool and fitness center were very nice and clean.

Very nice clean and modern hotel from entrance to the room. Location safe and quiet, not downtown but close to hospital, shopping and restaurants. Staff is exceptional. Nice small bar on site off the lobby and near the pool.

We stayed at Aiden by Best Western hotel with our daughter's soccer for an out of town game. One of the mother's bought a watermelon for the players from Fry's across the street. When we got back to the hotel, she realized that she did not have a knife to slice it up for our girls. She asked if we could drive back to the store because it was too hot to walk across the street. I suggested we ask one of the staff if we could borrow one, and she was reluctant because she said it would be a liability. We asked anyways and Austin confirmed her assumption and as we turned around to go to the store, he told us that although he couldn't lend us a knife, he would cut it up himself. He even asked us how we wanted them cut, cubes or smiley faces. We asked for smiley faces to match our feelings about his customer service.

Great location - can walk to restaurants, stores, park. Also hotel has activities set up outside - cornhole, Giant Jenga, Connect 4 game. The pool looked beautiful but did not use. Both indoor and outdoor bar.

Aiden is a definite step up from a regular Best Western, we've stayed in some very fancy 5 star hotels in places like Tokyo and though this was obviously different, we were happy with our stay here, just to put it in context. All areas were very clean, housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful. Good air con in rooms, almost too good. Comfortable beds, good hot water. Our room was sort of a little suite having a separate front room with a desk, tv and couch which was really nice. Another tv in the bedroom. Some ground floor rooms had little outdoor seating areas, some with partial walls for privacy, will have to check that out next time. Hotel had a small bar, breakfast area with a buffet, very limited menu but that's ok. Pool and hot tub, towels provided. Another separate outdoor area with a few games and additional seating. Snacks and drinks available 24/7 in lobby along with a few essentials, meds and the like. Hotel is fairly close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was all very nice, we'd definitely stay again.

They were taping a commercial so it was pretty exciting. Clean room excellent decor A/C working great since it was 95 outside. Nice staff manager. Very clean loved the pool and cabanas. Everyone was friendly and great to talk with.

Loved the location, the amenities, and the staff. The location couldnt have been better for our planned trip and visiting friends and family throughout the Phoenix area. We could walk to a dozen restaurants, Barnes and Noble, a Frys grocery, gas station close by,

Hotel staff invited family in for "pool party", 20+ screaming, splashing kids hitting guests with errant football tosses. Kids were doing screaming "Cannon Ball" then jumping into the pool trying to create the biggest splash possible to hit anyone around them with water. Kids were climbing on the pool water fixtures and metal cactus structures. Kids were jumping from pool to hot tub and then back to hot tub. Loud Latin music blaring OVER the hotel music. Parents had coolers and were drinking beer & margaritas while discarding beer cans everywhere and throwing limes into pool. Complaints to front desk were ignored because it was their family who was at the pool. Front desk stated there's no rules about noise until after 10pm. Not even for a giant bluetooth speaker that makes the pool sound like a night club? Front desk said they would check on the noise but they never stepped a foot outside. So if you think the pool area in the pictures looks nice, imagine it full of kids who are splashing you, screaming and climbing the cabanas and fixtures and hitting you with footballs that they weren't skilled enough to catch. Then think about the parents who were drinking and dancing while ignoring their kids. Not to mention the huge mess that was made............and not cleaned up by staff overnight. There was still empty beer cans, orange and lime rinds, drink napkins, shoes, pool toys and other trash laying around the next morning. The 20-something crowd seems to be drawn to this hotel and stays up all night getting drinks from lobby bar, snacks from front desk, laughing and making noise.

We were in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for graduation ceremonies at Grand Canyon University. We needed a five night stay and we were having trouble finding a place because we kept seeing hard bed, noisy room, dirty room, sewage smell, outdated room, poor internet, etc. then we found this property. It was exactly what we needed. We had a great stay at a reasonable price. The property is new, the rooms are clean, quiet, and have everything you need (microwave, safe, etc). The beds are very comfortable. The WiFi is fast, The location is excellent - anything you might need is close by. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. In short it was an excellent stay which we would repeat again without hesitation. Five stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. There were so many fun amenities to enjoy. Wish the pool had been heated as it wasn't quite as enjoyable with a freezing pool, but the chairs and ambiance around the pool was fantastic. Rooms were clean and the beds and pillows are amazing!! The TV in the room was difficult for me to figure out but all in all I highly recommend this location.

The Aiden was such a wonderful and accommodating hotel for us while we were in the area for a wedding. It's always nerve wracking to choose a hotel when you are not familiar with the area, but the other reviews on Tripadvisor did not steer us wrong. Perfectly clean, tastefully updated, comfy bed with quality pillows/linens, friendly and helpful staff...can't ask for much more! We were in room 128, which had an attached covered and furnished private patio and overlooked the 'play yard', filled with lounging areas and family game spots. The pool and spa were pristine and had plenty of loungers available while we were there. The ONLY negative that I would mention (in the hopes that it could be corrected for future guests) is that the "business center" is really just a closet on the 2nd floor, containing a computer and printer: no supplies, poor lighting, no trashcan...the very bare minimum that business travelers would need. I will end by saying that many of the other wedding guests were staying at very high-end local resorts (Mountain Shadows, etc..) and I was proud to tell them about our wonderful experience at The Aiden.

This hotel was absolutely fantastic for us to stay at wow my daughter was in the hospital for over a week at Scottsdale Shea. This hotel offers a discount for families that have individuals at the hospital. Maricruz was extremely helpful and professional during our entire stay. This is a hidden gem in Scottsdale! pool and workout area are fabulous, as well as breakfast.

This hotel is a class act. This is not my first stay here, I was a guest in Oct and Nov. The service was good for a new property, but now it has exceeded all expectations. We plan on 4-6 rooms late this week and I am very excited for my guests to experience this brand. I am particularly impressed with Maricruz. There are absolutely others that have been amazing during this visit, but she is a standout in customer service, grace under busy pressure and knowledge. We are a 2 account diamond select family with over 100 collective stays in the last year and this is by far the best. Thank you so much.

My second stay at the hotel and it is a very nice hotel with very pleasant staff. Room was very clean and I love the standup shower instead of having a tub. Easy access to the interstate. Do recommend this hotel.

My kids and I stayed here 3 nights last minute when stranded due to bad weather back home. Rooms and site immaculate, good buffet breakfast at a reasonable price, lovely pool area, quiet hallways, helpful and kind staff. Comfortable beds, sheets, and pillows. (Duvets, too, which are important to me rather than comforters that can't be washed regularly). Central location to freeway and easy access to local sites. Our two queen room was a little tight, would not have been able to put out a cot, maybe could have squeezed in a travel crib. Would stay again anytime.

My wife and I had a great stay at the Aiden, while visiting Scottsdale for a wedding. The room was spacious and clean. Coming with 2 TVs and a comfortable sectional couch. The breakfast each morning was convenient and tasty. 10-15 minutes to most destinations in Scottsdale and <20 minutes from the airport.

We're absolutely elated by our 1st EVER 'Best Western' stay! Every person we'd met, far exceeded expectations, willing to help & make everything a perfect 1st stay for us, w/being so friendly, & fun people! 'Jay, Chad, Maria, & the front desk attendant the next morning are absolutely amazing! (Didn't get to talk with the breakfast attendant or housekeeping ladies, but they have warning smiles as you pass one another) There is an actual Starbucks in the lobby, open certain hours daily. (I did not catch the times) Along with that, there is a Starbucks coffee setup available 24hrs, and Starbucks in your room as well! JAY! - in the indoor/outdoor lounge, is super fun & friendly, & goes above & beyond to make you as happy & comfortable as he can! TV'S inside & outside! They do have a smaller food menu than expected, but everything we'd tried were pretty good, & PRICES ARE AWESOME! Jay makes some of the BEST wings sauce we've ever had, and the wings are huge!,.. Along with this fantastic drinks that he whipped up!! With the breakfast buffet - items are put out, right to the end of service! Eggs & bacon were fresh, bacon had a crispness to them when fresh, great waffles from the waffle maker, & yummy juices! The pool/jacuzzi area is stunning, & WOW - the comfortable, relaxing HYDROMASSAGE CHAIR in the gym! There are also some fun lawn games, such as CORNHOLE, a LIFE SIZE 'CONNECT 4' & 'JENGA,.. plus a fire pit & seating everywhere around the grounds! Cannot wait to go back!!

Two stays in one week. TV's didn't work in either room and staff could not get them to work. NO light at desk and NO place to plug cords in. Attention to being pretty but lacks in function. Breakfast not free - $10 - eggs were gone at 8:15 am. If pretty is for you maybe that is why they had gooC reviews. Checking-in was delayed because another front desk person was looking for soap and shampoo - this took quit a while so the person checking me in had to delay finishing her work - poor coordination. On prior visit my checking-out was delayed because desk clerk was busy getting THEIR breakfast! Management needs to give attention to details.

This place was very clean, and well kept. The pool-side room was large, bed was comfortable, and the surroundings were quiet. No restaurant, but the bar was open & welcoming. Would definitely stay here, again.

Completely remodeled hotel so it has that new feel and smell. Rooms are clean and decent sized. Nice heated pool and terrace area, decent gym, full bar. Starbucks machine is a nice touch. The folks are very friendly.

Impressive excellent customer service. Awesome amenities an overall really great experience. The property manager is hands on. The staff goes above and beyond everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Wow!!! Hospitality, location, + comfort = excellence. This was single-handedly the BEST stay of any stays at Best Western. From the moment we pulled up and walked into the beautiful & welcoming lobby, we knew that this was going to be an excellent stay. Front desk staff was welcoming and knowledgeable making check-in seamless. Rooms beautiful, comfortable & very clean. This is now our go-to in Phoenix; in fact, we are staying tomorrow night and can't wait to check in. I was excited to learn that the Aiden line will be coming to more major cities. The facilities, which we did not have a chance to really enjoy, are far better & varied than any other BW we have stayed at & we have stayed at many. We stayed for 8 days while our home had a messy remodel done. We were so happy with the whole experience! Very nice staff, clean lobby and rooms, convenient little deli area to grab a breakfast burrito, bar on site. Beautiful pool and spa, plus a fire pit and big green area to play the big Jenga or Connect Four. And all at a very reasonable price. We will be keeping our eyes open for this brand as we travel in the future!

This place was amazing. It's in a prime location with walkng distance to stores, and restaurants. The front desk staff was so pleasant and accomodating as was the bartender. The outside and inside of the property was immaculate. I research hotels thoroughly before booking and this one exceeded my expectations. I haven't stayed in a BW hotel since I was a child and I will always stay at this location when I come to Scottsdale from now on.

What a wonderful respite for the weary road traveler! The hotel was fresh and newly redone. Extremely clean, nicely appointed, very comfortable bed, roomy accommodations, great streaming/internet services, one of the nicest Best Westerns we have ever stayed at. We always appreciate that BW rooms have microwaves and refrigerators. Staff was kind and very helpful. We were surprised that breakfast wasn't included but was available for $9.99. We did not partake and were not sure what was on the menu. We LOVED the 12 noon check out time! Location was very convenient; many shops and good restaurants close by. Scottsdale is just plain beautiful and this hotel more than lived up to what one would expect from the area, and for a fantastic price!

After driving through Texas, New Mexico, and finally Arizona on our way to California, we decided it was enough of what we perceived to be endless driving, and booked a last minute stay here at the Aiden Best Western. To say we got lucky with selecting this place out of all the many options available to us was definitely an understatement. We'd never stayed at a Best Western before and after our one-day stay at one, I really have to say I almost wished our trip ended here in Scottsdale Arizona rather than California! We checked into our room and after being told by the front desk that there was a bar, among other amenities, we knew we had to partake! We were greeted at the bar by Jay, a truly down-to-earth bartender that knew how to pour drinks and have a great time with his guests. Later on, Mike, who we at first didn't know was the hotel manager, came by and furthered the enjoyment of our time by relaxing at the bar with us and being someone who you enjoy being around. Jay and Mike are truly a dynamic duo, and I hope that if I ever find myself in Scottsdale Arizona again I am able to reserve another room and enjoy another fun night with them!

One word: AMAZING! Honestly, my husband and I could not have asked for a better hotel to stay at. Clean, great amenities, and excellent staff! A great vacation cannot happen without the help of the hotel you stay at. This facility had it all. They even had a courtyard with activities like corn hole & a giant Jenga. Fun times!

First time staying at an Aiden. After the first night we decided to stay another night here for our trip. The experience was top notch. Rooms are modern. Free Starbucks machine. Pool and hot tub open late til 12am. Fitness center with massage machine. Only downside is the breakfast, it's $10 and basic buffet and only open til 10am. I would describe the vibe of an Aiden as lively, energetic and feeling like your about to do something exciting. Doesn't matter your age, it's about mindset.

We had a great time at the Aiden by Best Western while we were in Scottsdale last weekend! Mike, the Manager of the lounge was a gracious host, and Jay the bartender kept us happy with our drink orders. Mike and Jay gave our the group the best customer service I have had in quite some time. I definitely recommend a stay here. Be sure to visit Mike and Jay during your visit, and don't forget to try their pizza and wings!

This place is clean, has great customer service and is an over all good value. It has a clean nice pool area, gaming area, and a bar. Room was clean and nice. Beds were nice and the pillows were great. The bar did close early if there were few people around. So if you get into town late, you might not get a drink.

This hotel is small but awesome! We booked the ground floor King suite which included an extra living room area with TV and pull out sofa bed and a covered patio with very comfy seating leading directly to the outdoor games (giant sized Jenga, cornhole, giant sizes Connect Four) and the pool. There is a pool and jacuzzi (with bungalows included with your stay for a first come first serve basis) and everything is CLEAN & looks modern and updated. Our room was very clean. The only downside is that the bathroom door in our room had a barn style sliding door so everyone knows your business. (I was with my 4 yr old daughter and husband). The crowd was very eclectic which I liked and it looks like a high-end hotel without the cost of being high-end. There is a bar right on the first floor which is super convenient. There also is a breakfast buffet that can be purchased, $4.99 for a child and $9.99 for adult, complimentary coffee in the lobby, and a mini Starbucks right on-site.

From the moment we arrived until we left we were awed by the ease of checking in to any questions we had and being able to put our food we needed(they have an area at the front of the hotel that has snacks and drinks) on our tab. The staff was super friendly, the room was phenomenal and we slept very well! Maria was very sweet and all the staff was super helpful. The bathroom door was weird tho, it was a sliding door, barn style but not a big issue, just be aware if you have huge privacy issues the bathroom door may be an issue.

So impressed by property and price! Hotel was brand new, clean with modern decor and furnishings. Pool area and bar area was fantastic. Starbucks coffee in the lobby was a bonus. So family friendly and access to the business center was great! Was worried about the noise from highway at night, but it was not a problem.

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel and it has been fantastic! Staff has always been friendly and rooms are comfy and well laid out. Both times we have stayed, we got the main floor rooms. These are great as they have a door from the bedroom out to your private patio, which looks out to the pool and/or play area. For my family this is one of the main features that we like, as our 3 year old is able to run around and play in a safe area while Mom and Dad can relax under the covered patio while sipping a drink. The room has a separate bedroom / living area which also includes a pull out bed under the sofa for the kid or another family member to sleep on. Another feature that we really like is the Chromecast in the rooms. It's nice to be able to play shows that we have on our DVR back home or shows that keep the kid entertained on the Main TV in the room. We are also able to watch TV in the bedroom, if someone is using Chromecast in the Livingroom area, if we so desire. Any trips out to Arizona to see families, this is our hotel of choice. Even with some of the family living in Goodyear, AZ we are willing to make the drive to stay here for our visits. Both times the family came to the hotel to check it out, they too were amazed at how nice it was the amenities that we receive.

We love this hotel! We have stayed here twice this year and both times we extended our stay because we enjoyed the relaxing and family friendly environment. The pool is always clean. The kids enjoyed the outdoor game area. The towels at the pool are always stocked and the poolside bar and seating area is a huge plus. The gym area was very clean and my husband and I both enjoyed the hydromassage bed. It's quite and extremely clean. The beds are comfy and most importantly the pillows are really nice and not flat. There is a Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby with free coffee. They also have a little coffee bar that make Starbucks drink menu and they have fresh pastries. All and all it's a pretty great place to stay and very affordable. We have been traveling back and forth from CA while house hunting and this has been our go to place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at the Best Western by Aiden in Northen Scottsdale. The property was completely updated which included a full service indoor/outdoor bar, Starbucks, a pool with cabanas & yard games plus option to purchase a full breakfast in the morning. The staff was extra friendly & you couldn't beat the location. I highly recommend staying at this property for business or liesure.

We love this property. It's beautiful. All the draperies and cushions and furnishings are high quality and beautiful. It really makes a difference, in my opinion. I own a custom workroom, so I REALLY APPRECIATE when anybody invests in high quality treatments instead of skimping. It shows. Also, the impeccably clean rooms and common areas are important. No lint or weird hairs, you feel like you're the first person to use the room. I hope it stays this way.

I stayed here for two nights after surgery at HonorHealth Hospital nearby. This hotel is clean and calming. I didn't swim, but wish I could have! The pool is pristine, and there's a fitness center as well as yard games. The breakfast experience was good! I didn't eat dinner … but the food smelled delicious!!!!! I definitely recommend Aiden by Best Western in Scottsdale!!!!!!

We selected this hotel for all of the good reviews on-line - and they were true! All of the staff was friendly and capable. The hotel and the rooms are beautifully decorated. And most importantly, it is immaculately clean. We enjoyed the sparkling pool and the indoor/outdoor bar. We were surprised but pleased that they upgraded us to a suite which was very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have experienced in a hotel. This hotel is in a bit of an out of the way location & was lovely and quiet yet close to lots of restaurants. This was another reason we chose them to celebrate our anniversary. We were surprised that breakfast was not included and they charge $9.99 per person for a hot breakfast. I don't remember seeing that mentioned on-line. I have already recommended this hotel to others for a summer Staycation!

if the pool pump worked, the computer room was working ,and the drain didn't make a noise all night, this place rocks, absolutely the best cable variety ever, consider them teething pains a we booked threemore nights

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. My children loved swimming in the pool at 10:00 pm at night after traveling all day on a very hot day. The beds were extremely comfortable and the air conditioning made for great sleeping accommodations. My kids purchased snacks from the front desk snack area and I enjoyed the complimentary Starbucks coffee each morning. Our room only had a stand-up shower with no bathtub, so if you are traveling with young children who need a bathtub for bathing this hotel may not work for you.

I had taken my mom on a weekend trip for her birthday and this hotel far exceeded expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the Assistant manager went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. The hotel was absolutely beautiful from the pool and patio to the guest room we absolutely will be coming back here again

Great new hotel in a great location, not on a Main Street so you have to look for it, but worth finding this wonderful hotel. The pool and recreation area are perfect for gathering with friends and enjoying the outdoors with friends or family.

I couldn't have gotten by during my 6 week work trip without Rory, Andrew, Amanda and Chad! They were on top of their game always. Willing to help at all times with great and smiling service! They became friends and I enjoyed seeing them every day! They always made sure I had everything I needed and if they couldn't help me personally they'd help me find a way. Do not take them for granted! Excellent experience.

I will always stay here when I am in Scottsdale. Very Nice! The pool is a nice size and it is attached to the Jacuzzi which I like. The fitness center is nice and clean, it is also big, very roomy. The location is ideal, close to the 101 and really great restaurants.
