The staff sees to your needs very attentively. The location is excellent. The room was very clean and the pillows are really comfortable. The breakfast on the 3rd floor is catered for all dietary requirements and the food selection is great.
I am currently staying at this hotel. Even thought booked by the company I work at. Thus far, my stay has been above expectations. Location is great. Right across from a small shopping center and like a soccer field away from a mall. The two standout people here and Kim and Raini. They both work at reception and have treated me like I was their best VIP. Raini helped me after my first day where I tore my pants at work and recommended good stores at the Marina Mall. Which she helped to find. Much appreciated. Kim helped me to find a restaurant with a specific nationality of food I wanted to try something new. These two exceptional employees make me want to visit the salmiya area on my own. And I would stay at this hotel and recommend it to anyone who ask me where to stay in the area. Last but not least. The AC is FREEZING and Buffalo and Starbucks are on ground floor. Great morning drinks. And the food at Buffalo is great too.
Hotel exceeded my expectations clean spacious rooms and got an upgrade on my room to a suite thank you
We were taken care of very well including a airport pick up and drops. The manager and the people at the reception were very sweet and always helped. The buffet breakfast was good and surprisingly featured one Indian dish "Upma and chutney". I loved the spread and all well placed. The hotel is centrally located and very close to the lulu hypermarket and Al Salaam mall.
The hotel location was wonderful and so was the service. Only room eating could have been more better although no complaints as such. Zeeshan at the reception was nice and also ordered a birthday cake for my daughter.
Key not working everyday. Reception staff makes key 2 times . Key does not work. I wait long time then ask him again Key not working . He says have to wait he is busy with same person for 15 minutes. Porter says he never made correct Key. I had to shout to make me heard to go upto my room.
location is very good, the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists, the room size is good, there is no problem to find a free car parking next to the hotel, flexible in the check out time
The toilet bath glass door broke and fell on me leaving me injured alone in my room. irrespective of the details, not a single person from the hotel management dared to check on me or call even later which was super disappointing
Excellent... A 4 star hotel as 5 stars and more, had been upgraded to a luxury room without asking, very spacious, new and clean, and had all amenities needed, The atmosphere was so special that it really felt like home to me. The people at the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also giving directions to spots. The location is great and central to move round Kuwait. All respect for the manager, Mr. Thomas Hanna, who does/doing a great job. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, and will definitely stay again; a true sample of excellent hospitality.
Value vs. money inefficient, very bad internet connection, very poor restaurant when I asked for extra water, they said there is only two bottles for free per day!!! there is a problem always in the elevator access key, 80% not working every time you need to reactivate.
Location is great for our intended visit, a value for our money. Great food to choose from on buffet. American style of business. Hotel Filipino staff is helpful and accommodating. Safe place to stay with.
I have travelled to 22 countries in my career.Always seeking and comparing hotels, after all it would be where you sleep. The location is perfect right opposite a shopping mall and other food locations.Yes Kuwait is expensive so expect to pay a little extra for a good meal that the hotel offers.Else you are in good hands.
i like the room it nice and clean. the building itself. very comfortable bed and room temperature. lots of pillows which i love the most. the towels are very nice and have different sizes. complete stuff like water and coffe.
A very nice hotel with a very good decoration and location , near by Malls and Shopping area in heart of Salmiya, great staff , room size is more than OK, internet and room services is GREAT Just they need to improve their F&B.
We got a coupon for a good deal to stay for a night as we had some work to undertake at home. Room was excellent and clean. The staff were very courteous and only thing lacking was a swimming pool which could have made our stay more fun especially with kids..
Everything was beautiful. I loved the help from the beginning of the reservation to the exit from the hotel, where the Egyptian receptionist came. Ahmad . Help us from the start. thank you all Will be coming back
This hotel was great!!! From the team of staff workers, service, internet, cleanliness, and food. I loved it and highly recommend this hotel. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and top tier with service. I can't wait to stay at Best Western Plus Salmiya again soon.
Rooms were small, but the suites were big. However, no isolation between rooms. We can here the people in the next room and smell their cigarettes as if they were staying with us. And the hotel has a smok-wherever-you-want policy. It was terrible!
The hotel is in salmiya a city in Kuwait. The hotel is near a mall and a walking distance to the beach. Is has friendly staff and helpful too. An a lot of eating restaurants in near by streets and the malls around the hotel.
Best hotel for me . When ever i come to Kuwait i stay at this hotel its very close to everything , the people who work at the hotel are kid friendly and helpful I truly recommend to experience and try this hotel
I booked a night a month ago and did another booking, it is an excellent chance to break the daily routine of work life and a chance to take a break and get some enjoyment to help you with relaxation and comfort.
My stay was very easy going..there is a starbucks cafe in the hotel also staff was very friendly especially Christina and ahmad the housekeeping was super clean and exceptionally professional..the location of the hotel is very close the main shopping malls.
Helpful staff, excellent housekeeping, tasty food and high level of cleanliness. I appreciate the excellent work of the housekeeping staff in decorating the suite using balloons and flowers with amazing design .. thank you.
With every chance to take a break i am going It was super fun the staff is friendly and a problem solve forgot my smart watch and they called me few hours after checkout and gave it back The romantic decorations were detailed and it of this world Everything was comfortable and will placed
It is a very good hotel, its very clean and tidy, the staff is wonderful and very helpful. The area around the hotel is vibrant and everything you need is nearby. A very good hotel for married couples and family.
Good location in the middle of Alsalmiya area. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes near the hotel. Staff are helpful. Average hotel facility. Good breakfast buffet. Recommended for short business trips.
The place was really nice. The rooms were really nice, but there was like a smell coming from the vents. The staff was presentable and helpful when needed. I would definitely stay there again and relax in the nice comfortable rooms.
Really happy with the service; room is very neat and clean; breakfast is really good. Definitely for me, its a good choice and i can recommend too. Location is also very prominent. Restaurant is also good!
Nice hotel in a good location, next to couple of malls and beachfront. Rooms big and clean, nice staff, Starbucks on ground level - very convenient. The only drawback was breakfast, not as it was bad, selection of items is decent but overall very average quality (except of what is made by chef real time)
I picked Best Western Salmiya because I had to stay in the area to be close to my work meetings. The building itself is an 80s or late 70s establishment poorly maintained across a terrible mall, Al Salam with nothing to buy or see. I did get a free upgrade to a suite at checking in however the room amenities were terrible as well as the street noise as it seems it is on a particular Streer where bikers race at late night using their full exhaust too! On top of that, on the second night of my stay, the lady guest from the adjacent room started screaming at 2am out of nowhere so I had to call the reception and a security to tell her off! Besides the terrible sleep experience, the WiFi worked surprisingly since there are very few places in the city that offer WiFi! The only plus of this hotel is that there's a Starbucks next to the lobby, that's it.
the hotel is located in nice location where everything you might need is in reach, easy accessible without traffic jam, nice sea view especially from the top levels ,i would highly recommend for any one in business trip
During my traveling I stay at different type of hotels some with big names , some with amazing facilities and some with excellent location but the one I most appreciate in a hotel is there staffs who make you feel that you r not in a hotel but you in your own home , around your own people and best western plus salmiya is just that. This hotel is not only in a good location close to beach , malls , restaurant etc it is also very clean and value for money. Room I was given was superior and it was huge with clean toilets , soft bed, strong shower and powerful ac Breakfast was perfect Check in n out was fast And most special people work at this hotel and they will try to help and will make your stay a little comfortable Note : Kuwait is cold during dec Also airport transfer is available for 10 kd Thank you to Best Western Plus Salmiya for making our holiday very easy and comfortable.
I used to go to Hyatt but recently change and was very satisfied by the BW Check in was efficient, place convenience in town and room as good as Hyatt Breakfast was more basic but ok to feed you with energy Will for sure continue using this place for the future
This was my first visit to Kuwait i really like the location, near to everything a person need. Couple of minutes wall to Marina Mall and Cornish also you will find a lot of restaurants with different cuisine.
Excellent hotel great location in the middle in Kuwait Excellent services excellent breakfast very nice employees Excellent cars & drivers very very clean helpful employees only internet need to be more fast
Location of hotel is perfect near to everything requires for person on a visit trip. Very clean, calm and luxurious rooms. Near Al salam mall where you can do your shopping easily by walking distance from the hotel.
Nice location Salmiya : 30 minutes from the Airport of Kuwait. next to Lulu supermarket and Mall and minutes away from Marina Mall (a must for a visit). Coveniently Starbucks Coffee Shop at the Hotel entrance and very good BUFFALO RESTAURANT for lunch and dinner. I wl definitely come back again.
Went there for breakfast, the breakfast buffet is well organized, variety is good. the staff is nice and helpful. Food is tasty. buffet was always replenished on time. seating iscomfortable with good space between tables. recommended for breakfast
Best location, best service and amenities. I was offered a suite when I booked a standard room. Clean and large room, best breakfast and food in the restaurant. Have Starbucks cafe at the reception. They highly value customers privacy.
Please concentrate on customer mother tongue for TV channel it will help to bring more business and also provide one or two fruits as compliments with your present amenities.it was memorable so i will be there again.
My room was upgraded to a suite on the 10th floor. The suite is spacious and clean. The bedding was of good quality and the bed very comfortable. The staff is extremely helpfull and the service great. All my needs were attended to with great hospitality. The bar fridge was well stocked and the locations of the property is within walking distance from Marina Mall. My stay was pleasant. One bit of advise: Curtains needs a wash and the two carpets in the room needs replacement.
The staff are so friendly and helpful. they take initiative in dealing with some actions. when they are asked for some help they reply to you in friendly and quick manner. however, variety of breakfast is not to the expectation. Internet is so fast, check in is so fast. very accessible to the market where you can purchase and do shopping.
The hotel was very good and staff very friendly . Will stay at hotel on my next trip to Kuwait. Location good as there is a shopping centre close by and very nice international branded coffee shop in the reception area of hotel .
This is my third stay at the Best Western hotel in Salmiya Kuwait. The staff are great from Frances and Roshan at the bellstand to Dawood and Karim at reception. The hotel food is plentiful and varied, even during Ramadan.
I stayed in this hotel last week. The whole experience was pleasant, however there are some points need to be highlighted. The first impression I got about this hotel was not good because they pre authorized the full amount of my stay in my credit card several days before the deadline of reservation (around a week before the actual stay), and this was not mentioned at all in the reservation which was a free cancellation. When I complained during check in, the receptionist apologized and offered me an upgrade to junior suite. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. it has everything you need except ironing table. The breakfast was sufficient. Check out was also smooth. The price I got was worth it honestly. The only downside thing for this hotel I would sat the location as it is located in a very crowded area in which you will always face a traffic jam to reach or to leave the hotel almost all times. I will consider staying again.
The team without any exception so helpful and friendly. Rooms are vast, internet speed is super fast. The location is convenient. The only challenge I would consider is the quality of food, breakfast does not have variety and not appealing
Standard Best Western and a good base for business trips to this part of Kuwait. Booked a double but got upgraded to a suite which was nice and spacious. Restaurant food was nice for breakfast and dinner. Wi-Fi was a bit ropey at times hence knocking a star off but otherwise a good stay.
I was here for a 2-night business trip. Booked into a 'Suite Superior King Bed' room. The room was much bigger than I needed with open plan sitting area and bedroom area. I would have liked an internal chain on the door. I think I would have felt more comfortable in something that was a bit smaller. I guess it was the only size of room available when booked for my 2-night stay. The room was OK but a bit dated in style. The sofa was stained and grubby (it really does need cleaned), so I chose not to sit on it, preferring the dining chair which was cleaner. The sitting room area and the bedroom also have loose rugs over the tiled floor, which I really didn't like, I folded the bedroom one out of the way because I didn't want to walk on it (looked a bit dirty). The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very good and clean. The room had no iron board or iron which was surprising. The breakfast buffet was adequate and all that I required. All staff were polite and helpful. The information folder in the room states that airport transport can be organised for a notional fee, this fee is exactly the same as that charged by airport taxis = 10 KD. However, a street taxi did offer the same service for 5 KD. I opted for the BW hotel organised taxi purely for the reassurance that there would be a car there in the early morning hours, whereas if I had a day time departure I would probably flag down or phone a street taxi. The hotel is in a busy area so there is a bit of outside noise from traffic jams outside but that did not disturb my sleep. The hotel does not have an ATM but you can cross over the nearby roundabout to the closest shopping mall where there are several ATMs plus you will find the Lou Lou supermarket. The more luxurious Marina Mall is a few minutes walk away, walk through to the back of that mall in the early evening and you can take some lovely sunset photographs over the Marina and the Kuwait skyline.
Hotel excellent location in city center. Next to shopping mall and several shops. Huge shopping malls at walking distance. Rooms have nice view, modern elegant decor, very clean and quiet. Extremely helpful staff. Great breakfast
the hotel location is great, starbucks is next to it, and we didn't face any truble reaching it . As for the staff they were friendly and helpful, the room was wide, clean, and the beds were comfy. Room service was excellent.
Close to two malls, two minutes walk to Salem mall and 10 minutes walk to Marina mall, it is also close to souk Salmiya, Starbucks is in the same building, Lulu market is located in Salem mall. Looking for more amenities and TV Channels.
The prices were very good compared to other hotel in Salmyia; how we the rooms were excellent. Clean rooms, nice bed, good space in both room & bathroom and breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly supportive. The location was great, a small mall within few foots from the hotel, not to mention that the area is full of shopping malls , restaurants the marina corniche is a few minutes from the hotel.
I am writing this review from the sofa of my suite (really comfortable..). Arrived the 6/07/18. The check in was quick. My room is on the 7th floor with nice view over Alsalam mall (At night). The room is spacious and clean, room service is quick, breakfast buffet excellent and included in the price can't fault it so far! Nice stay, recommended.
Nice and clean hotel. Breakfast was good as well. But; - Never try to exchange money at the reception. They try to charge 1 KWD from 3.30 Euro. - Never ask them for a taxi. I asked for a taxi to go to Kuwait City. They told me not to pay to the driver, you will pay to us. End of the journey taximeter was showing 2 KWD but I paid 5 KWD to the hotel.
it's near Marina Mall and a smaller shopping centre, a Starbuck is just at the ground floor of the hotel, making your stay enjoyable and convenient. Compementary airport pickup and dropoff is another feature of the hotel which making you feel easy and comfortable.
I selected the hotel mainly considering the tariff as most hotels in Kuwait are fare more expensive than other comparable cities. Nothing great to write home about but was pleasantly surprised when the hotel management upgraded me to a suite. Many thanks for that. The breakfast spread was limited and just average in taste.
The hotel is at a very prime location in Salmiya. Near Lulu Hypermarket and Marina Mall. The service is great and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The free breakfast is of a big variety and fresh vegetables and fruits.
Stayed with family during 13+ hrs layover enroute to London 29 - 30 Dec 2017 but prompted to write a review after a series of repeated reminder emails hence writing now! Decent clean hotel with all the usual 4* facilities.minus some finer facilities. Been given a suite but would've been better if a separate single bed/roll away bed was provided for child instead of sharing a king size bed as other hotels provide such on complimentary basis. Information was made clear at the time of booking. Close to local 2 shopping malls - LuLu (nearby - less than 5 mins walk) and the Marina Mall (larger yet 10-15 mins walk). One needs to be careful crossing the road when having children as traffic is notorious. Would have given a 5 star but instead giving it a 4 star due to above separate bed issue and also due to some lack of clarity/communication of airport shuttle pick up - which I utilised - I assumed it was on a complimentary basis - not uncommon in some Middle Eastern cities) as the airport shuttle pick up/drop off option/details was provided on the website and neither it was clearly pointed out at the time of confirmation about the charge (but I do acknowledge it could be misunderstanding on my part due to the information not being clearer enough). Other than that, worth staying and value for money. Staff are polite and great.
As soon as I walked in I was welcomed by a very friendly and polite staff " Syed" and "Shetender" , my room was a suite with granite tiles and a living area , huge , clean and very bright . The Bed is extremely comfortable and the water from the shower is very strong and hot. Every thing in the hotel is new . Starbucks is located just by the reception area and has seats and tables indoor and outdoor . The WiFi was very fast . Breakfast was OK and parking was very limited because of Starbucks customers .The hotel location is in a side street but across the street from Salaam Mall
The apartment is large. The kitchen has only a refrigerator and a water boiler. the furniture is average. Good Staff. breakfast is OK. Finding a parking is difficult sometimes. Location is somewhat good.
Although building from outside seems old but the rooms are clean. friendly staff, the location is great with Starbucks within the hotel building. The things that I did not like is that I had to wait more than 2 hours to get my room although I arrived in the afternoon period, it is difficult to find parking, breakfast variety could be better (very limited selections) bathroom should be a bit bigger, the space between the main door and floor tile is almost 3 CM which allows noise from outside and light to come in the room
The rooms are clean and withing a 4 star hotel standard. The location is great with Starbucks within the hotel building. The things that I did not like: 1- The toilet is somehow small and the WC is so close to the wall which is not convenient. 2-The parking is limited to the area in-front of the hotel. With the Starbucks customers, it is even harder to get a park. 3-I wanted to have connected rooms, but the hotel advised me that they do not have such facility in the hotel so I got two rooms near each other. To my surprise, both of the rooms I got had connecting doors to other rooms. It seems connected rooms are available for certain type of rooms. I should have been informed by this.
First stay in a Best Western hotel which I selected on price only as my usual brands were prohibitively expensive. Check is was smooth, staff friendly enough. Got an unexpected upgrade to a junior suite which was welcome. Large, comfortable room if a little dated. Breakfast was decent enough, gym ok also. Location is fine for business meetings with two malls within walking distance. Good value option in an expensive city
The staff are unfriendly, not helpful and unprofessional. When I completed the check in procedure and went to my room, a housekeeper came to my room asking for my marriage certificate as the reception staff forgot to ask for it. I told the reception staff that he should not send any one for such a private document he should have come to my room or call me if he need to see the certificate. The staff did not apologize and started arguing with me. Also, I found the staff not welling to help tourists with information about visiting places in Kuwait. They give very brief and short answer with a very conservative way showing that they are not welling to waste their time with you although they had nothing else to do at that time. For the room, I found the bed sheets and pillow were dirty and they did not replace them.
Nice hotel in the center of Kuwait City. It is located near the Marina shopping mall, with of course shopping possibilities and beside the food court, also nice restaurants. But even around the hotel you will find good food places, such as Lebanese, Indian, .... The hotel has big rooms which are divided in two parts (living room, sleeping room). They have a gym which is 24h available and with nice equipment. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast can be improved a little bit. It is more or less everything available, but in comparison with other hotels, it is poor in the allover assortment. They have a pick-up and drop-off service to the airport, which is free of charge and has to be ordered straight at the hotel.
The hotel is really good. Courteous staff. I was upgraded for having stayed a couple of times earlier at the same hotel. The person at the reception were very cordial. They even helped with late checkout as I was in meetings the whole day and had a flight in the evening. Good breakfast. It also has a Starbucks cafe to have some meetings if you wish. The Al SALAMA Mall is right opposite. Good place to stay and thriving with activity as well.
There isn't one bad thing I could say about this fabulous hotel... the room was spacious and very clean, the service is above expectations.... the location is superb if I could rate it above 5 stars I would do it.
Staying only for night and wanting to explore the city, we wanted a hotel which was in a good location and offering value for money and this Hotel did. It feels like a relatively new hotel, staff are friendly and helpful and rooms have everything needed. The room was large enough for two of us and the bathroom had a large walk in shower in what was quite a small bathroom. There was a good choice of items at breakfast and there is starbucks located in the lobby. The hotel is opposite a small shopping mall and maybe 10 walk to the Marina Mall and Marina Cresent. An enjoyable stay.
We spent two enjoyable nights at this hotel. We organized a pick-up through the hotel from the airport which worked well, even though it took us a long time to exit the airport due to the luggage not arriving and needing to get a visa! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. There is a supermarket nearby and it's only a short walk to the harbor where there is a nice promenade and restaurants. We used the local taxis for our sightseeing and never had to wait long for one. We can highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Kuwait.
Can't fault the place, always my 'go to hotel' when in Kuwait, from the friendly service, clean / quiet / spacious rooms and great breakfasts. With a well known coffee shop chain, as part of the hotel - it really does offer a superior service for the business traveller.
The hotel located near to shopping mall, restaurants, easy to find a ride and reasonable prices. Modern rooms with all you need for business, good breakfast and Starbucks has a branch in the hotel. The staff very helpful. I thank Sayed for the assistance and nice attitude. The only problem was the internet, weak or almost no connection.
This is without a doubt, the very best Best Western hotel I've ever stayed in. +In fact, because of past experiences in two Best Westerns in the US, I almost refused this booking but the client recommended it. They were right. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and responsive. Everyone from the front desk personnel to the bellmen (yes, I said bellmen) to absolutely everyone I encountered, were polite, kind, and respectful. The same held true for the attached Starbucks personnel who were accessible through the hotel lobby. The facility appeared to be new and it was also fabulous -- comfortable, clean and attractive. The restaurant service and food was excellent. Overall, I loved this hotel and if I return to that part of Kuwait, I would love to stay there again.
In our experience, the newer the hotel, the better. Old means maintenance, and many places do not invest the money in maintaining a property. This BW has small suites, and that is what we booked (Room #507 is a corner room, with interesting views of the surrounding neighbourhood. The location is good, with Al Salama mall and the immense Lulu supermarket in the basement, kitty corner from the hotel. A little further away is the even bigger, more upmarket Marina Mall, with a huge variety of shops (Zara and H & M) and eateries, including Le Notre and Paul the French bakery. Breakfast is copious and varied. Staff, especially Francis, from Goa, very attentive. Our only peeve? Rooms are non-smoking, but guests may smoke in their BATHROOMS! Guess what, smoke travels. It even travels beneath the connecting doors from one room to another. Bad for non-smokers!
Middle range hotel, rooms are big, very quiet, and furniture is average quality. Lobby is small, and has on the side, a big Starbuck (so no need to take the breakfast in the Hotel during your reservation). In front of the Hotel a supermarket, you can buy plenty of food. No pool. Staff is nice and welcoming. Good quality bed. Makes the job for business.
The room was excellent , in fact I got an upgrade to a suite room.Well maintained room with a spacious bathroom . The bed was very comfortable. The buffet was reasonable though I would suggest that it can be better .
Great from the location, the cleanliness, the arrival experience... When you have a new hotel in town, you better do it right and it is there. Smiling staff, accomodating, helpful. Breakfast is really nice and variety changes every day. The room is spacious clean comfortable. Location was suitable for our trip and it made a difference. I used the gym daily and it was well appreciated. This place is to be highly recommended.
I stayed there for the second time. Location is perfect near gulf street, seaside and shopping malls. Starbucks is opened inside the hotel. I was upgraded from single room to suit. LuLu market is opposite to the hotel.
Good location , not far from city center, very clean, basic but reasonable for business trip, comfortable rooms, nothing to do rather than sleeping on it, no pool, poor gym, friendly staff, price is good
I stayed for one night at the hotel, as I have a flight the next day. The receptions were very friendly and helpful and the check in process went very smoothly. Room was vey clean and vey comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good with many varieties and options.
I marked this place as a 3 given general western standards. Given the standards in Kuwait though, I would fairly give it a 4. It is very decently priced for Kuwait. Most hotels are extremely expensive unless you're willing to really slum it and with a family and in a foreign country, that was not an option for me. It is still pricey but this is probably as cost-efficient as you're likely to find and still get decent service. Here is a breakout of the pros/cons: + Pricing is the best I could find in this range with everything slightly better at 50% more and anything less looking really shady. + Location is amazing for shopping. A 5 minute drive and you're on the Beach Road that rings the capital, cross the street and you're at a mid-sized mall and a small walk (well this being Kuwait a short drive) to one of the largest malls in the country. + Hotel has parking although it is a weird setup. This being Kuwait, you park on the sidewalk surrounding the hotel and they have metal barriers blocking the various slots for the guests. The hotel security is not really prompt about getting those moved so expect to do it yourself. + Staff in the lobby is courteous and the same goes for the bellmen and housekeeping. + Facility is pretty decent with good appliances and clean interior and exterior. - Restaurant staff was polite but very inattentive and service during breakfast is really lacking. Couldn't get my omelette correctly any of the days I dined there. Simply asked for well-done and it was either watery or burned. - Surroundings are somewhat decrepit and this isn't really the nicest place in Salmiyah but I would overlook that for the other benefits. - Hotel entrance has the smallest driveway I've seen in my entire life. It can fit only one car -- I actually did a double take thinking it was just for looks and not really functional.
I went there for the first time. Had good welcome and even got room upgrade thanks to them. Good location you get many Cafes nearby just walking distance and if you walk further more you get to the Marina Mall. however, it's very crowded, that's why recommend for quick 1-2 days business trip only. I actually thought of extending my stay for the weekend but the receptionist was very complicated so I checked. I suggest if you going there to book everything online as it is much cheaper and easier.
Good hotel but far from main city. Rooms are nice and comfy. I would recommend this for families not for couples because the rooms are quite big. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok. No shaded car parking.
The hotel location was good and the view outside was excellent , All major restaurant chains are nearby like dominoes , Pizza Hut , McDonald's etc. The staff are very polite and courteous It's also a 10 minute drive to alkout mall and beach. The only complain is that the hotel wifi is near unusable or very slow . If you need to use internet better of getting your own cell data package .
Nice clean hotel with very large rooms. Hotel is within walking distance from Marina mall, just 10 min walk. Breakfast was good, except for bread which has been frozen! Really poor quality not to serve fresh bread for breakfast. No free water in the room which is very unusual because you cannot drink tap water. Minibar so you have to pay if you want water. A bit cheap not to offer 1 or 2 complimentary water bottles. Water and frozen bread makes it only 4 ratings for me. If you do not care about those issue, it is a good hotel with a great location.
We selected this hotel for its location, and it was worth it. Across the street is Asalam Mall that has a major hyper market and two blocks is another shopping mall. Nearby restaurants and attractions are easy to get to. Taxis are available and free parking. The free WiFi is excellent, and their breakfast is great. The rooms are spacious, clean, quite and very comfy. For sure I would come back again.
Best 4 stars hotel in Kuwait, the room is so spacious and the staff are very helpful and good. The location is very good nearby the marina mall and opposite is the al Salam mall which has a cinema and lulu hypermarket. I rate the hotel excellent 8-10 and the staff exceptional 10-10. The only concern was about the water, there is no cooling system where we had an issue as the water was very hot. I informed the hits manager and he told me that they are working on this project to provide a cooling system for the water.
I highly recommend this hotel,The location is very good closed to marina mall & the Famous traditional (freej Sewailh) restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful,Fast free internet available at the rooms,Nice breakfast & overall a good experience.
Nice hotel, newly opened , everything is new, very near from shopping mall, and all services , staff are friendly , also quality of food is really good, spacious room, clean , Free Wifi Reserved Parking
Hotel is a new and good one at one of prime locations. It is good value for money at Kuwait compared to others. Breakfast is also quite good. the only thing that is not good is their restaurant food in evening.
i stayed one night on a business trip. The hotel is new and room and large and clean. the hotel has all basic service including free internet and the location of the hotel is close to shop and restaurant if you like to walk around the area,
it was a perfect choice, , with my pleasure to inform you that one of the most hotel in good service and cleaner. The staff are friendly ,helpful and efficient , A great location The hotel has a nice lobby and very nice restaurant , food was good and the restaurant service was excellent.Breakfast with a variety of bread, cheese, olives, yogurts, fresh fruits . the room is clean ,quiet and very nicely decorated, with good towels, slippers, toiletries, flat TV , the beds are really comfortable ,The shower works fine, also the air conditioning. Free WI-FI works fine. All in all, very good value for money and we would definitely stay there again.
Excellent and Beautiful experience ? very Comfortable bed and The hotel staff were helpful . Mubarakiya market about 15 minutes away by car Avenuesabout 15 minutes away by car gate mall 15 minutes away by car
The hotel is only a couple of months old and really modern. Because it is so new taxi drivers do not know where it is, best to tell them you want to go to the Lu Lu Hypermarket, they all know where that is. The General Manager bends over backwards to ensure that you are comfortable and all your needs are met.
1- at the breakfast I had to call the waiter twice, once to get me a fork, second to get coffee , so basically you have to ask for everything or else they won't get you anything. 2- when it was the day to checkout they called my room 4 times in the morning to tell me that I have to checkout at 12 ! Too annoying ! 3- the price is really overrated for the service and the quality that you get in this hotel 4- the overall atmosphere in this hotel is unwelcoming The only good thing in his hotel is the location
