Best Western Plus Hotel Abbey Inn, Saint George

My husband and I stayed at the Abbey the end of October. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was nice, but dated. They have a wind down time from 5-7pm and offer a free salad bar, nachos and popcorn along with a free drink for each guest. It was a wonderful extra that we really appreciated. The breakfast was very good with lots of options. We used the outdoor hot tub while we were there and it was quite beautiful. It was a nice stay.

I spent one night in a hotel But it went I payed as for 2 nights, In my bank statement there are 2 payments for the hotel. Both of them for the same night 11/02/2022, The Best Western Plus Abbey Sant George made 2 charges one was $ 161.41, the other was $256.08. When I called to the hotels front desk I was told that it was my banks error. Although both payments are marked from Best Western Plus Abbey Saint George . I wish that my trip and my stay at the Hotel won't bring to me any problems. The cleaning team was chatting so loud in the morning.

We were there for the ironman world championships, prices were inflated because of this event. On the plus side breakfast was plenty full, there were loads of options. Staff were pretty friendly and helpful. The hotel is fairly dated in terms of decoration, but clean. We stayed 5 days and didn't get anyone clean our room at all. The hotel is a good walk from the town centre, but this was ok for us. This trip was great but it was more the event that made it special.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It's decor is very upscale and the service matches the decor. We felt staff went above expectations to make us feel welcome. The room was clean and very well appointed with an extra wet bar area. We were booked in a standard king room. Although we didn't take advantage of their unwind hour with complimentary drinks and snacks, we had a quick peek at it and it was very nice. We would be happy to make this a regulator stop on our annual trip to Arizona

We stayed as family in this hotel for the Iron Man world championship race. Lovely staff, always very helpful. This hotel offers breakfast and parking which is bonus. Nice outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Laundry room is also available, charge is $2.50. The rooms are very dated, they feel dark. Beds really needs mattress update same as pillows. Very uncomfortable. We think price was really overpriced what we paid for our stay, but we have enjoyed St George. Beautiful place. Great experience

Booked an overnight stay at this hotel on our way to Salt Lake City, and Abbey Inn at St. George, Utah is an amazing hotel. Our room was impeccably clean, the staff went out of their way to make us enjoy our stay, great service, very nice buffet breakfast, comfortable beds, as soon as you come through the doors the personnel at the front desk welcome you with a big smile. We will definitely be booking again on our next visit to Utah.

We stayed in the suites. The beds were comfortable. Best pillows we have had in a long time. I usually bring ours and forgot and it didn't matter. Very clean rooms and public areas. Breakfast was different each day (in a good way)! They really take breakfast and cleanliness seriously.

Stayed at the hotel while attending the Huntsman Games. Centrally located with a short drive to both my venues.The buffet breakfast was good with my favorite scramled eggs, bacon and potatoes. Many other choices as well. Staff were excellent.

The hotel rooms were bright and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff was helpful when asked about nearby restaurants. The breakfast served in the morning was delicious with a large selection available.

This hotel is by far THE BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! The customer service, breakfast, easy check-in, clean, and all other services are spot on and AMAZING!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! WOW, BREAKFAST IS SO YUMMY!

Spacious room and excellent breakfast. While it's not cheap, for the price we paid, compared to other hotels we stayed at during our 2 weeks in Utah, the value was excellent. We booked a 1 bedroom suite in the South Building and had a nicely sized suite that had a separate bedroom for my husband and I and our kids shared the sofabed. The bathroom was large and there was a second sink outside the bathroom, which was helpful for four people. We didn't really use the efficiency kitchen since we only stayed one night but it would have been handy if we had stayed longer. The pool area was small but provided plenty of fun for us. The breakfast was the real star. Definitely the best included breakfast we had during our 2 weeks. Lots of hot and cold choices and the make-your-own belgian waffles were far superior to a Days Inn we stayed at the night before. I would recommend this hotel for a stay in St. George.

The employees, especially Ryan at the front desk does an excellent job. Always friendly and willing to share his smile. The room is always clean and the amenities are a great value. A great location in a good area.

My wife and I have been staying here once a year for the past 10-15 years and have always found it to be first class. The staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast the best we've had in any motel in which we've stayed. We highly recommend staying at the Abbey Inn!

Cost a little more than the other BW,s in the area but we'll worth it. Better breakfast choices, happy hour, always very clean and nice helpful employees.Hotel is within walking distance to a few restaurants.

We are on a 14-day National Park tour of Utah, Arizona and Nevada. The Best Western Plus Abby Inn in St. George has the best bed, pillows, and breakfast by far when visiting the national parks in Utah! It was very clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

This hotel feels more like a fancy resort. From the beautiful pool to the gorgeous interior decorating, this hotel has a clean and inviting feel, without feeling too cold. We were so glad to have such a lovely place to spend our time, and the staff was very helpful. We checked into this hotel after arriving at our previously booked one and having a horrible check-in experience there. Abbey Inn immediately accommodated us on the spot when we called, and gave us a fantastic price as well. We will definitely be staying here again!!

I stay here as often as I travel through St George and am never disappointed. The rooms are always very freshly cleaned and the breakfast is the best any traveler could hope for. I would recommend Abbey Inn without reservation to any traveler going through St George.

A great place to stay for a few days. The room was very quiet, clean and well furnished. The location was convenient to everything with easy access to I-15. The only improvement I would like to see is more shade around the outdoor pool.

Great location so many activities near by. Clean room and hotel, Ice cold fruit infused water when you walk in the door. Excellent pool and spa. Very helpful and friendly staff. The morning breakfast has lots of choices.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff were friendly. One option for breakfast was omelettes made in front of you. The variety of options for breakfast was great. Food tasted like homemade goodness.

Great experience at this Best Western. Front desk staff was very friendly. Asked for extra towels and pillow and half them almost before hanging up the room phone. Room very clean, bed comfortable. Room at a comfortable temp when coming in. Most definitely recommend this location!

The place is nice, clean and well kept up. We keep coming back here when we come up from Vegas for the Tuacahn musicals. The breakfast is included and amazing. includes an omelet stand, fresh fruit, lots of bacon, grits, toast, muffins. Malted waffle maker. Well worth an extra five minutes of driving.

Best location, price, amenities, rooms, best of the best! Don't stay anywhere else, the pools, grounds, front desk all pristine. Did I mention this is the best location, has the best price, has the best amenities, the best pools, the best front desk staff? Just book it already.

We always try to make a point of staying at the Abbey Inn; was there almost exactly one year ago….still an excellent hotel!! This is a “Plus” hotel that should a rated as Prime. A warm friendly greeting when we arrived, top floor as we asked and no issues with my Service dog. Our room was sparkling clean as was the entire hotel; even saw night staff checking hot tub chemicals at 6pm on a Sunday (wow). Fitness room small but impeccably clean. Breakfast was outstanding……we will be back!!!!

We have stayed here several times and it is a great place to stay. The rooms are very nice and we appreciate having an elevator. The staff is very friendly and we have always been happy with our stays.

Zach the front desk guy was friendly and helpful with the questions I asked. Housekeeper Margot cleaned the room for my arrival. It was super clean being a housekeeper I know what it takes to get it to that high of a standard. The pillow options on the bed was good I able to find one that worked best for me. My kids loved the pool of course. The breakfast in the morning was great. Never had so many options before. Even my kids found something they liked( which is difficult). Oh and the best thing was what they can unwind service( hopefully that's the name) got a soda and snack before heading out to shop. Love that they do this for the guest. Will stay again

Spotless room, hotel has a convenient location, and front desk was really helpful and friendly. I had an issue with a duplicate booking (my fault entirely) and they solved it quickly. I will for sure stay here again.

This was the last of 3 hotels on my cross-country trip and it was the least expensive and best. Staff were helpful behind the front desk, breakfast was actually good, and the room was nice. Some details - nice room, top floor, good access to parking (but only one elevator at the front). The stairs are wide, convenient, and easy to use, so loading the car was just simple exercise. As with every hotel I reviewed on this trip, the focus was on the linens and towels, plus bathroom surfaces. The carpet appeared clean and there were no stains anywhere in the room or on the walls. Despite this cleanliness, the attention to detail in hotels these days is lacking and there appears to be little effort to do the little things. In this case, there was food behind the curtains on the air conditioner, the chair went unvacummed as evidenced by the hair on it, and there was at least a week's worth of dust on the leather welcome book, desk, and TV stand. This is really not a good look when everything else was fine. Breakfast was good - there was an omelet chef (Kalan) who made me a good ham, green pepper, mushroom and cheese omelet. He was pleasant and skilled. The scrambled eggs looked good and the bacon, albeit a bit underdone, was good and better than anything offered at other sites. It was also the least expensive hotel of my trip and was in a good location near the highway but with places to eat close enough and gas stations nearby. I recommend this place with the suggestion that they pay a bit more attention to the cleaning.

My wife and I have stayed here several times over the years while visiting Zion. It's always been a great experience, and the remodel & expansion has taken the property to the next level. We were in the newer expansion this time and the rooms were great. Plenty of space for our group, clean, with comfortable beds. The pool is a great finish to the day, especially in the summer heat. The breakfast bar is the best we have run across with a great selection of good food, and the topper is Christian making you omelettes to order. They also have a soda & salad bar in the evening and that was an unexpected treat.

Really enjoyed our stay. Loved that they had a dog bed with treats and a toy in the room for our pooch. She felt really comfortable there. Nice clean room and they had everything we needed including shampoo and conditioner. Definitely worth paying a little extra to stay at the Best Western than staying at the other places close by.

Nice place for a quick romantic getaway. It was the perfect place for our son and daughter in law to stay after their wedding. The room was clean and nice. The staff members were welcoming and helpful.

Perfect rest stop after a long drive. Great location close to main highway (no highway noise) so easy to locate and easy to get back on to continue trip. Comfortable, quite, friendly and great breakfast.

Hotel is in great location, very convenient to restaurants. Bed was comfortable and room a nice size. Very clean. I recommend asking for top floor room unless the sound of people walking above you isn't a problem.

We spent an evening at the Abbey Inn at St. George, Utah. Without a doubt the BEST hotel stay we had on our trip. Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was very clean and a GREAT mattress. The next morning we had breakfast at their dining facility and were pleasantly surprised. Great selection of breakfast foods to select from and very good coffee. Even have an omelet Chef! Loved it!

Let's cut to the chase: if you're looking for somewhere good to stay on the way to Zion for a decent price, this fits the bill. And they have the single best breakfast I've had at a Best Western in my hotel life. They go above and beyond the usual bad eggs and unfrozen sausages. There's an omelette bar. There's fresh muffins. It's great. BUT if you're here to also get some work done? Not so much. The internet speed is NOT good. I was averaging under 3mbps. And it's less good in different parts of the hotel. THat's the only thing standing in the way of this being a great experience. I hope they get it fixed.

This hotel is very clean, outstanding staff, and best breakfast ever!! So many choices for breakfast, and the seating area is welcoming and lots of space to sit. I highly recommend this hotel. Easy on and off access to the freeway.

Everything worked out well. Anything I needed was provided with a smile. Breakfast was great. My room was quiet and comfortable. It was nice to be able to get well needed rest during the business trip.

Employees PERFECT! Hotel PERFECT! Rooms PERFECT! Super easy check in and housekeeping wasn't loud or making us feel rushed when it time to check out. I have a toddler and it can be hard sometimes gathering our stuff while still handling a toddler. I would recommend and stay here again.

I live outside of town on a farm and my dog had surgery which required she stay off her paw and stay out of the dirt. I don't mind paying the pet fee in addition to the room charges but St George summers are brutally hot and I would love to see an improved location for the pet area. It's nice to have the astroturf for the dogs to use the bathroom but it's unfortunate that walking across the burning parking lot is misersy on their paws.

What stood out is that even after our departure, the staff went out of its way to assist us. Remarkable. That aside, it was a pleasant stay, and no doubt we would stay there again when we're in the area.

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Abbey Inn for one night with our dog. The room was very clean, two clean dog bowls were there, our bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. We were quite pleased with our stay.

I went to visit my sister in St. George. She lived right down the street. The hotel was clean, updated and had a really good breakfast. There were several fast food and sit down restaurants within walking distance. I had a really pleasant stay.

BEWARE of this hotel if you don't want room that has been occupied by a dog or you are allergic to dogs or other pets. There web site is very misleading. It leads you to believe that there are pet friendly rooms and non pet friendly rooms and yet when I saw a man walking in with a huge boxer dog and there was a large pile of dog poop right in front of the door to the hotel I got concerned. Anyone who will not clean up after their dog will allow it to do what ever in a room. I called the front desk and asked them what rooms are pet free and I was told that all rooms are available to pets but they get and extra cleaning. I do not believe a any type of cleaning of a couch, easy chair, carpet, beds and curtains can be cleaned well enough to remove dog hair and dander etc.This use to a non pet friendly hotel and was pleasant to stay at and I will never stay there again not only because that they allow pets in all rooms but also because they are misleading the public . Can you believe their claim to industry leading to cleaning their rooms. I asked to have the general manager call me but no call yet. I like pets but not others who sleep etc in a room I am going to stay in.

We strive to keep pets out of non-pet friendly rooms. I am sorry the front desk mentioned to you that all rooms can have a pet in them. When someone checks into our hotel with a pet and doesn't have a pet room booked, we kindly let them know they need to stay in a pet friendly room. However, there are some who do not tell us they have a pet in a non-pet friendly room. We do have extra cleaning procedures in place when someone does sneak a pet into one of our non-pet friendly rooms. We are so sorry and we hope you will come back again. The next time you book I would just take extra measures to ensure that a pet hasn't been in the room you are staying. Call us ahead of time and make that request. We hope you will forgive us of our lack of good communication to you about our pet rooms and we thank you for your review, so we know to better our hotel and guest relations regarding pets. Quick overnight stay while on our road trip. Very attentive and welcoming staff. Clean and comfy rooms,great breakfast with lots of delicious options. Reasonably priced. Met all our travel needs. Would totally recommend.

Excellent experience and stay. Great customer service. Lean and customer service is excellent. Full breakfast was great and had plenty of options. Good food and great hours til 10am. Helps a lot when on the road for weeks at a time. We will check in at best western plus again and again

This was probably one of my kids favorite stays. They have a relaxing hour where they feed you appetizers, and one of the best breakfasts of any hotel we stayed at. I love that they had things like postcards right in the lobby. I rated a little low because the hot tub was not working, the pool was insane at night time with a bunch of college aged kids. And they only had one washer available. Price point was good, location was good, although it isn't a much desired location. Would stay again as well as recommend.

My stay at The Abbey was very nice! The room was clean, AC was excellent and the bath was large and shower volume was very good. At the free breakfast, they had a chef making omelets which was tasty. The location was close to many fast food restaurants and not far from State and local parks. Use one of their free bicycles and ride it thru Snow Canyon Park north of the city. Staff were all polite and even the pool was refreshing after a day of hiking. Price was more than fair, actually a bargain to what I normally pay for a night. Would stay again.

Needed pet friendly a room in St. George while attending a meeting. Abbey Inn was perfect, from the reservation to check out and throughout our stay. Nice room, spotless, all amenities. Even a dog bed, bowls and dog biscuits. The staff, particularly Zach at the front desk and the breakfast team, were great. Excellent value among other hotels in the area.

This hotel continues to be a favorite when traveling to St George. The staff are very friendly, the food is great, the rooms very comfortable, and a great price. They are conveniently located right off the highway and have ample parking.

We were on way home from being evacuated from Yellowstone, and made reservation only last minute. Couldn't have been more pleased with bright lobby, fast checking, friendly staff. The room was very nice, little evening buffet and morning breakfast were excellent . Special shout out to Zach who was a pleasure to meet and took time to walk us to adjacent building where our room was and generally showed us around. Perfect stop on interstate, near Zion and 90 minutes from Las Vegas.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, room was a bit cramped. Pool area was average and hot tubs were not working. Breakfast was good. Hotel is NOT walking distance to nice downtown area. Lobby and breakfast area are nothing special. Can't understand how this hotel is ranked #1. Price was reasonable.

Learned day of arrival spa closed for retiling. Was told it's noted on website.  It was not at time of booking nor with confirmation booking nor followup email nor on website at check-in.  Received discount but very disappointing after long drive and horrific traffic jam on freeway.  Requested no air freshener yet room reeked of it. Was told housekeeping did not use it today. Then must be in carpet furniture and a/c system.  Although breakfast had eggs to order, the other items were usual buffet fare.

I stay in St. George 3-4 times a year. There are 3 BW's in the area (now only 2, not sure what happened top the other). When it is me-pay, i stay at the lest cost place, which is never Abbey Inn. When it is company-pay, I stay here because of the breakfast. It is the best in the BW's I have stayed. Problem this trip is the hot tub not working (bad). Also the TV's are 2nd gen TV's and need to be upgraded.

All the hotel staff were very helpful, respectful and bent over backwards to help me and were not annoyed that I didn't have a reservation. When I asked to see a room before staying, the front desk clerk was happy to do so and gave me several options for a room size and floor preference. Unfortunately these days It is not often to have service personnel who are not disrespectful, dismissive and rude to a senior citizen. I experienced NONE of that at this location.. The room was very clean and had a desk and sitting area off the bedroom. The WiFi was easy to access and had fast speed. The bathroom, that I feel is the most important room to gauge overall cleanliness, was perfect. There was an evening salad bar with Nachos and drinks. And breakfast with several options. The personnel in this area were very helpful and made sure the tables were clean and disinfected after each use. The tables were set-up with social distancing and the option of taking food back to room. Fresh ingredients that were refilled often, All in all - I would stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting this area. (St. George, UT)

The room we had was large. A second sink was located outside of the bathroom which was nice to have. A full breakfast was included that featured made to order omelets, that was much better than what is served at a typical Best Western. I would stay here again.

I attended a conference at this hotel and it was great! The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was delicious, the pool and hot tub were clean, the conference facility was great, too! The staff were all very nice.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room is clean and quiet. The Unwind Hour and Breakfast are amazing. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when in the area. I stay in a lot of hotels and this is a top pick for sure!

The happy hour salad buffet was so filling we didn't have to go go out for supper.....too tired to drive more anyway. The morning breakfast was the best of all the other Best Westerns we stayed at for our trip which included six other Best Westerns. Close to any thing you could ask for for breakfast was there!!!

The hotel was extremely clean. Rooms were nice. The beds were the most comfortable hotel beds we have ever slept in. Love that they offer a “happy hour” in the evenings for guests. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Great staff and breakfast, we loved the pool area. Did not like how dirty the room was need to improve on cleaning the rooms better. For the price I paid each night expected the room to be spotless. Besides that everything was great! I would give them a second try.

Great people, food and room. Was there for an AD conference. Very friendly staff at all levels, the breakfast was fantastic with fresh food and a good variety. The room was very clean and comfortable. My only complaint about the entire experience was the slowdown of internet after 9:00 PM.

The suite was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast had many options and the food was very good. The location had easy access to many sites that we wanted to see. Red desert garden was a favorite. We would certainly stay here again when we are in the area.

Very good hotel. Staff is great, so is the facility and furnishings. We would recommend to anybody visiting St George. We are from Chicago so we know something good traveling places. There isn't enough good I can say about this hotel.

Great place for an overnight stop. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Wind noise is very bad and window needs to be opened and pillows placed at base of door to stop extreme whistling sound during night.

Road trip that took us to St. George for a night. Great service, when I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday they upgraded us to a suite. Great breakfast. Super easy to get around and conveniently located.

Stayed in double Queen room. Beds were comfortable. Room was elegantly furnished. Sitting room was nice. Everything was clean. Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. So much variety…bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, waffles, fruit.

Check in took two minutes, the hotel was clean and quiet. The rooms were immaculate and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast is the best breakfast spread I have seen ever in my life. We had two rooms, and they easily moved us so that we were closer together. They even gave us some free amenities that we forgot.

After a 10 hour drive I needed sleep badly but was woken up at 8:30am by pounding on the door from the cleaning people then again at 9:15 waking me up to clean the room. Check out isn't until 11! I showered to get back on the road and no conditioner in the wall dispenser. There are a lot of hotels in this area. Pick a different one. This one is horrible and very disappointing.

I am the front desk manager you finally called after 9:15am to tell us to stop knocking on your door. Our housekeeping team was way too eager to get started cleaning your room. We all know that it is important to get a good night sleep and we are sorry to have ruined that for you. To prevent this from happening again, If you were to return here we would strongly suggest you use our door hangers that say do not disturb. We hope you will accept our apology and if you decided to return I would guarantee you a better experience. Hotel is clean, very accommodating, and of course the best part is the employees. I've definitely stayed at the Abbey several times before for work trips so this was far from my first stay. I unfortunately lost a very expensive piece of equipment after a trip but it was noticed late, so I was not sure where I had lost it on the trip but memory narrowed it down to having it when I checked out of the hotel but not after getting home. I was coming back for another work trip just a few days later so I thought I would ask their management if he could look at the surveillance cameras. I remember exactly when I checked out and left the building. Josh (management) was very nice, he actually was able to trace it down and see that I did leave the hotel with the piece of equipment in question. This in my opinion is going way above and beyond and I am so grateful for this because it helped me narrow it down to the point where I know where it went missing. Thanks Abbey staff!

Front desk Tais Sydney Dillon friendly and eager to please young adults. Room prepped to requests. No air freshener added but every step in carpet released prior air freshener.  Heated outdoor pool and covered hot tub. Pool towels same as bath towels and soft.  Breakfast made to order and all hot options imaginable. Staff willing to help. The 3 tip jars were puzzling since breakfast included in room charge. Stayed here b4 will return when in area.

I loved our stay here. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was great. The breakfast buffet was so yummy! The bed was comfortable. I loved the tv channel options also. I have a new favorite place to stay!

The location is great and accessible to many local restaurants and services. The breakfast is good with a lot of options for the whole family. The rooms are comfortable and fit our family well for a weekend filled with baseball.

We were passing through and needed a place to sleep. Comfortable beds, clean room and a breakfast fit for champions !! We got in late and got up early. Night clerk was super helpful and it was worth going to breakfast in the morning . Thanks Best Western !

A great place to stay. Abbey Inn made my trip enjoyable and without worry. It is close to the freeway and for getting around the city in quick fashion. I have used BW Abbey Inn on St George Blvd over the years and glad to see the Plus location.

We've stayed at this hotel before, LOVE the jetted tub suites as we don't own one and it's a special treat to soothe old, worn out body parts! The suite was extra fancy, extra clean, even had a fireplace (electric) for ambience, plenty of room and amenities including refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker. We chose king suite, HUGE very comfy bed - not too firm or too soft. Definitely better than we remember the last time we stayed here (though that time was great as well), will continue to stay here when we wanna be spoiled!

Pros: Clean hotel, nice room. Friendly, helpful staff. Very generous, free breakfast with some home-made dishes. And a bonus for dinner: free salad, chips, salsa. Cons: Painfully slow wifi. Intermittent and frustrating. Not sure we will be back due to wifi problem.

Oh no we are so sorry for your experience with our WIFI. I just want to let you know that we are fixing that really soon. We are taking bids and making arrangements to install a brand new WIFI system. It is going to be vastly superior to the WIFI we have now. It should be here by February. I normally stay in a Marriott if I choose a Hotel ( I like Airbnb). There was a Courtyard Marriott nearby, but I went in to check out this Best Western. It was very clean and updated. I booked a room at this Best Western that was a much better price than the Courtyard. I was traveling home with injured ribs - so my bed needed to be very comfortable….and it was! The room was beautiful and updated. I liked the toiletries enough that I didn't unpack my own higher quality ones. I will definitely choose a Best Western in the future.

Overall this is a better than average BW. The room was comfortable, although the mattress or box spring might be in need of replacement. Somewhat soft and bouncy. The breakfast was definitely better than most. I haven't been to a BW with an omelet station before. I didn't use it, but the rest was quite good.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in the south tower and it was very elegant. Room was nice, especially for the price. My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast, they had such a great variety of food and it wasn't the basics you see at every typical hotel. Plus there is a complimentary salad bar in the evening and an unwind area as well! Only even better would be more comfortable pillows! I highly recommend staying here. This will be our to go everytime we go to st george.

The staff in this hotel is excellent. The group that runs the breakfast bar were first class. The housekeeping group understands perfection and does an excellent job. When I accidently left my laap top bag behind they reached out to me by phone and notified me. they were kind enough to hold it and I picked it up on my return through Saint George.

With bad weather changing our travel plans, we ended up booking here at the very last minute, figuring it was a good stopping point on way back to LAS airport from Utah's national parks. We chose it for the reviews and location (just off highway) and we were glad we did. It's a large hotel but staff was friendly and efficient and it was quiet when we were there in early December (I suspect it could be noisy if there are large groups staying there). And as reviews noted, the breakfast was terrific (another reason why we chose it since it was going to be a long travel day). The breakfast was more than the typical hotel buffet; we almost missed the make-your-own omelet bar. Hotel seemed very clean but no one wearing masks--which we sadly discovered is the norm in St George.

The hotel was clean and quiet, in spite of being busy, and there was plenty of parking. The front desk staff were all friendly, and check-in and check-out was quick. We were glad they had both a water carafe and coffee in the lobby for guests. The expanded breakfast was delicious.

Clean rooms, great price for the stay. They have a great continental hot breakfast. Trucks next door out our window woke us every morning before 6:00. We will stay again, just choose a different side!

I've stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that weren't as clean as this hotel. The room was understated and well maintained.The room didn't smell like pets, and I didn't find any evidence that pets actually stayed there except for the provided food/water dishes and the dog bed (which were lovely accommodations). The breakfast was great. We'll stay here again!

This was our first time staying at this place, and in St. George. We were pleasantly surprised and delighted by this property. The only piece of constructive feedback is that the door in the bathroom blocked the toilet and shower, so we had to walk in and close to door in order to have access to sit on the toilet or turn on the shower. And, the toilet paper was on the wall behind the toilet, so we had to twist unnaturally in order to reach.

Friendly, extremely helpful staff. Best Breakfast in a motel in years. Omelet bar on top of every other thing you might want. Because the silly form requires 200 words, I'll carry on. I had finished what I had to say, so I'll say it again. Really a great experience all around. We are recommending this motel to all our friends who travel I-15. And would return in a heartbeat.

We have stayed at many of the hotels in St George but the staff and amenities at Abbey Inn have won us over. We had a disastrous start as the company we went through for the reservation messed up our reservation and refused to fix it leaving us stranded. Zack, at the front desk, did an amazing job helping us and getting us a good deal. The hotel offers a wind-down in the evenings with salad, fruit, and soda. And can't say enough about the breakfast. The most amazing hotel breakfast I've ever had. They had an omelet bar on Saturday (not sure if just weekends), served chicken fried steak, even grits which pleased our Southern souls.

This is the only hotel to stay at in St George. Clean, friendly hotel with lovely rooms. The early evening is a nice touch. The morning breakfast is the best. Good job Abbey Inn. Don't change. Little or nothing to change.

We stayed just one night in Abbey Inn. Check-in was very easy and the agent was very friendly and polite, and observed my reward member status. We each received a bottle of water, and as a gift a small package of cookies. The breakfast was great with fresh made omelets and plentiful other items. Wifi was included. Hotel was clean. The service in the hotel was very friendly. I would stay there again if passing through Saint George.

From the outside, this place looks to be a bit dated; but inside of our room, everything was fully modern. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and it had excellent wi-fi. The hotel's breakfast buffet was mediocre at best--far below the current industry standards. This property and its staff members are doing absolutely nothing with regard to protecting guests from COVID: no masks, no encouragement to wear masks or socially distance, nothing. Although our stay was uneventful, the room was grossly overpriced for the value we got.

We selected a room on the top floor which was very quiet. The king studio was spacious and comfortable for 2 people. The refrigerator was very quiet compared to the usual we find in hotels and came in very handy. It was nice that the shower also had a bathtub. The bed was very comfortable and they had lots of pillows. Every single one of the staff members we encountered was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for 3 nights with 2 grandchildren. The hotel fit our needs perfectly. The pool was warm on the cool, fall days, and there were always towels available. The breakfast was the best we have seen since the beginning of COVID, as they had fresh items, an omelette bar with a cook attending the customers, and a staff that was very attentive. Clean accommodations and friendly service. Great value for the money spent. Excellent location as well. Cleaning staff were very helpful when I needed some extra things for my room, and went out of there way to accommodate my needs.

To be honest, I was very hesitant to stay at a Best Western. In the South, Best Westerns are not hotels in which we would stay. The reviews for the Abbey Inn, however, were great. so I booked this hotel for two nights for our visit to Zion National Park. From the hotel, it is an easy 45-50ish minute drive to Zion. The roads are great. While not a new hotel, it is a well-taken care of hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. We booked a king room--it was very clean and comfortable. Our bed was especially comfortable, and the hotel was very quiet. What is truly awesome at this hotel is the breakfast! They have a chef and staff who cook eggs, hash browns (not frozen), pancakes (not frozen), biscuits, etc. On our last day there, the were cooking personalized omelets. I highly recommend the BW Abbey Inn.

The place I always stay whenever I am in St George. Clean rooms, well maintained. Always a variety of pillows so I can find one that's just right. Probably the most important thing about a hotel. The wrong pillow can ruin the experience. I know that you know what I'm talking about. Friendly, helpful staff. Fitness room, great selection at breakfast too.

I suppose this is a relatively new building, so maybe a year from now this won't be as nice. That being said- the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and well cared for. The mattress and pillows were just right. The breakfast bar was outstanding for a free breakfast, even had a guy making omelettes to order. This place was just what we needed after a week on the road.

We stayed here for 4 nights while we explored and discovered the St. George area. Every single staff member was kind, caring and attentive. The room was comfortable, the linens were good quality and the beds and pillows were high quality. The daily breakfast was out of this world for a mid sized hotel chain. A different "special" every morning, in addition to the huge variety including eggs, waffles, cereal, oatmeal, baked goods, potatoes, meat, cottage cheese, yogurt and toppings! Will definitely stay here again!

The Best Western Abbey Inn is an outstanding hotel with tremendous customer service, a fabulous breakfast, a really great evening appetizer event, comfortable beds, and large rooms. The hotel hallways were quite and the hotel was very clean inside and outside the rooms. The front desk staff were very friendly and wanted to be sure our check-in and overall stay met our needs.

Great property. Friendly staff. 4 EV chargers (which isn't a _lot_ but for the size of the property, pretty good and better than I've seen in a lot of smaller towns). Decent prices. Breakfast was a little weak - but its COVID, so I get it. Night guard seems to patrol the property regularly so that's nice too.

Front desk check in was very helpful with a room upgrade. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The nachos, popcorn and salad bar in the evening was a pleasant surprise (we enjoyed this feature). The pool was refreshing. Our overall stay was exceptional... the beautiful St. George area is always a fun place to visit. -thnx-

Room rate was excellent and the hotel was one of the better kept I've stayed during my 5 months of combined travel during the past 12 months. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and so was the entire hotel. I was surprised with the hot buffet style breakfast which was very good. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in St. George.

Upon driving into the hotel the first thing we noted was the grounds were excellently maintained! Shrubs cut, flowers done and no trash around hotel. We checked in and Emily was an absolute gem and this is the norm of this hotel, she asked us several times of our room was ok. Kiddos should go to the GM as he/she has instilled a sense of pride in their emplyoyees, everyone was friendly, helpful and just happy to assist you! Don't see that too much anymore and means alot! We requested a top floor and immediately received it...Room was spectacular as with the decor of this hotel. You can see the upgrades in every detail...from rooms, to hallways and even outside (plumbing is hidden behind fence). Benches are everywhere surrounded by greenery. Pool is sparkling,2 hot tubs..doggy station, charging stations for vehicles, washing station for bikes and finally loaner bikes. No detail forgotten...then a welcome snack from 5-7...wow!!!! Our bed was downy soft and we slept like babies...our morning was started off with one of the best breakfasts ever and the ladies just made you smile. In closing we've stayed at many hotels and even spent 11 days at a BWPremier....this little gem of a hotel by far best it hands down!!!!! It has set the standard...we're trying to arrange our future travels so we can come again....we WILL be back!!

We love the Best Western Plus Abbey Inn. It really is a PLUS hotel. The pool is wonderful, the buffet is top notch, the rooms are first-class and the staff treats you like really important people. We are retired. We like to come to come to the Tuacahn shows. We we do, the Best Western Plus is the place to stay.

The Abbey Inn is one of the best we have ever stayed in. We were very impressed with the employees. Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room was perfect. the breakfast delicious and well organized. We will definitely come here again.

We stayed 1 night at the Best Western Abbey in St. George, Utah. The hotel is pet friendly and our room was complete with dog bed, dog food and water bowl, and even little milk bone biscuits. There was a potty spot for the dogs not far from the room and it was very convenient and safe to go to and from it at all hours. The hotel assured us that the puppy was welcome and any 'messes' that might happen with the puppy would be tolerated. When we arrived, it was evident that the pet-friendly room had been well cleaned... no odor and all was fresh. I was very pleased and impressed with this pet-friendly hotel and would stay again with my dog.

This hotel surprised me constantly with its awesomeness! Friendly and helpful staff, great location, clean rooms, lovely pool. There was Fresh water in the lobby, the hot breakfast was fresh and had lots of variety, there were even postcards in the lobby so I didn't have to drive to go find them. Comfortable beds and well-sized rooms. Can't say enough for it!

We arrived in St. George at the end of a 600+ mile drive. We were tired, hungry, and road weary. The young man who greeted us was so filled with enthusiasm and good humor the mere experience of checking in refreshed our souls and bodies. The hotel itself maintained the same level of outstanding service delivered with a smile. The room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast delicious and hassle-free (important in the age of Covid), and the location just off I-15 and near a number of restaurants perfect. Wouldn't stay in any other hotel in St. George!

After an awful experience at another hotel I found this hotel. It was like night and day experience. Staff was extremely nice and rooms were impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet was also quite impressive. This is definitely my go to hotel when passing through St George.

It is conveniently located near restaurants and entertainment. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean, quiet, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and quality linens. They provide an excellent breakfast buffet. We were able to get a package deal with tickets for Tuacahn at a reduced rate!

Wow! So pleased with this hotel. Our experience from our arrival to departure was excellent. The room was so nicely appointed and welcoming as was the breakfast. Could not believe how affordable it was compared to the amenities provided. Wish we could have stayed longer.

v stayed here many, many times and never had such a bad experience. The air conditioner blowing HOT Air and the handicapped shower heads facing out of show and not wall to wall so the entire bathroom floods. Luckily I never fell on the soaking wet floor.

Beds were comfortable. Noise from Air conditioner was minimal. Rooms were clean. Front desk was friendly. Pool was nice, but its outdoors which was too hot during the daytime when we visited. They had a room for 6 of us! Probably the beat breakfast we've had in several hundred different hotels over the years! They had 4 staff stocking and cleaning the breakfast and had an omelette station, we're staying here next time in St George!

Hot tub jets didn't work. 1 pool was out of order. There was not an exhaust fan in the bedroom. Everything else (Breakfast, jetted tub in room, comfortable bed) was AMAZING! We travel 50-60 nights/year and my kids said this is their favorite hotel ever.

Splurge on the Honeymoon suite. It was better than the suitevin Vegas I had just left from thevnight before! plus, the staff is so so nice. and the decor is even gorgeous! I was literally here because of a medical emergency. And booked a room elsewhere. but because I was feeling terrible, I decided to spend a little more and be somewhere NICE while I waited for a relative to come and pick myself and my car up (I can't currently safely drive). This was a great place to rest on our road trip. The hotel is huge! Staff was polite and the entire place was very clean (trash can near front door was overflowing but that was the only issue we saw). Breakfast was great (not just the normal to-go stuff). check in and out was easy and quick. We'll be back.

We loved the Abbey Inn. Great service. Clean hotel and room. Everything was beautiful and well taken care of. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. The pool was small but clean and had fun toys for the kids. The beds were comfy and we look forward to staying again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, fairly priced and the entire family enjoyed the pool area. The pool area also has a bbq area which we utilized and the front desk has cooking utensils to make it easy. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Staff service great, friendly. Clean facilities. Spa was great. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Comfortable beds. The free lemon & strawberry water dispenser was very refreshing. I would come back again

I have to travel for work quarterly and always choose to stay at Best Western on Bluff. The staff is friendly, check in is quick and efficient and the hotel rooms always to my liking. Best Western offers an incredible breakfast - worth the stay!!

I am a flight attendant so I travel ALOT this is bar none the BEST hotel breakfast I have had since COVID and the friendliest staff all around!! Special shout out to Zack and the nice (blonde) breakfast attendant.

Nice hotel. Too many kids for us though. Noisy at times and out of control in the breakfast area. Room was nice. Dated bathroom. Did not get to use the pool due to number of kids there. Easy access off the highway.

During the first week of our 2 week trip around the SW, we reserved our hotels ahead of time. It was a mixture of hotel chains and we soon realized how much we liked the Best Western Plus hotels. We became members and the second half of our trip was exclusively Best Western hotels.

Great staff. Very nice and clean rooms. Very good for a night on the road. They use to have the best free breakfast anywhere I have been but due to Covid they have reduced the quantity and quality. I expect when Covid is passed they will return to the former outstanding format.

Great staff, clean facility and rooms, diverse breakfast options! Best Western Abbey Inn is centrally located in St. George and easy to get to. It is a great option if traveling amongst the national parks such as Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon Northern Rim.

My husband and I just stayed with BW Plus Abbey Inn for three days. Excellent staff, very beautiful and clean spaces, and hot breakfast served in mornings. Our room was in South Tower, very lovely accommodation and comfortable.

Sewer odor in room (3rd floor). Talked to maintenance man about it and they said it been a problem there for a while and they don't know what causes it and don't know what to do about it. There were great and helped change my room fast. But, was hoping for the trouble they'd go above and beyond like get me a room upgrade but they didn't and the hotel was plenty vacant. A #1 ranked hotel in the city would do something like that but didn't. Breakfast - Server had to serve you which I understand cause of covid but food amount was really small and you only got 1 item to choose from. I would like to try both hot items but only get 1. Would be nice to have some kind of potatoes for breakfast. Was there 2 days and didn't have any option for that. Food quality was fine but come on get some real bacon and not this paper thin weird bacon? Even if you had to limit it it'd be nice to have a thicker bacon. Hotel itself was adequate. The remodel is more of a makeup job than it is a newer modern hotel. You can still tell it's an older hotel. Everyone was friendly which is good. BUT, this hotel is not the #1 hotel in St. George even if I didn't have that odor problem.

Very friendly staff and and beautiful hotel. The room was in great working order and well designed. The breakfast was full and hot with the servants filling our plates to the max, even during Covid. The hotel was very well lit at night with plenty of parking.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast buffet is good, and the servers are efficient. All hotel staff are very friendly, The hotel is conveniently located close to I-15 with easy access to restaurants, fuel and shopping.

From making reservation then changing it, the arrival and the stay, it was a friendly experience, with attention to all things needed, the place was clean had everything we needed. I travel with kids and the pool was open and clean. The breakfast provided was good and organized, we had no questions on how to do it and the varieties were plenty, specially for a time like this (COVID-19). Thank you very much!!!

I had a delight stay at Best Western's Abbey Inn this week. It provides easy access to local shopping, dining and nearby attractions. Ask for an east facing room and wake up to a glorious Utah sunrise!

Great value Treated like I matter to your whole team! One of the best places I have ever stayed. I feel Safe, and almost as comfortable as at home! If I ever have a need it is taken care of immediately.

The complete staff was fantastic. They are so polite, friendly and helpful. Carrie was clearly a gem. She went Above and Beyond the duty making the experience so pleasant for all. She and the entire staff at Best Western Plus Abbey Inn are Rock Stars!!!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. My request for additional items was handed quickly. Love that I can just text everything to them, from checking in to checking out and requests. No contact except when desk clerk came out to our car with the key. Great value too, as the last hotel we stayed at in St George was almost double the price. The only thing missing for me was a balcony or patio.

We would totally stay here again! We LOVED the room, LOVED the breakfast, LOVED the location! LOVED!! It's close to snow canyon, movie theaters, ice cream and restaurants. We enjoyed our entire stay. There were tons of things to do within a few minutes of the hotel! It was awesome!

Great staff, room, and delicious breakfast. Have stayed here for over 20 years. Will continue to use Abby Inn as our place of preference while staying in St. George Utah. The service goes above and beyond.

I had to check in at 11:30 last minute because another hotel lost my reservation. Best Western Abbey went above and beyond so kate at night to help me. We woke up to the most delicious breakfast with a staff member making omelets! It was delicious and my kids looked forward to it! We will be back!

Had a great experience staying here. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and all requests were taken care of quickly. We also stayed at the same time as a bunch of high school teams, and found the hotel still quiet and accommodating. Due to covid they don't do daily housekeeping, which was the only negative but I understand the risk and appreciate the safety measures being taken.

I did not expect to need a hotel while staying in St. George for my visit. I booked this hotel at 12:30 and was able to check in early at 12:48, which decreased the stress with my last minute changes. The hotel room had a medium mini fridge/microwave/small cabinet/ sink and counter top so I didn't have to go out to eat. The beds were honestly the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept on. The pool is an amazing space to hang out at especially the hot tub. The location was great, close to a nice quiet Walmart and close to the snow canyon hikes I came to St. George to do. Breakfast was more than I expected with Covid-19 and much nicer than the fancy Big Sky Montana resort I stayed at a few months ago . I also was able to request a late check out and had no problems for the 3 days I was here!

Wonderful staff. Exceptionally clean rooms. Amazing breakfast. We stayed at another nearby hotel that had high ratings on trip advisor but it had so many issues that we had to leave. (Toilets didn't work, flimsy mattresses, holes in linens, boxed breakfast). That hotel didn't hold a candle to Abbey Inn, just the breakfast alone will impress you: eggs and bacon, oatmeal, crepes, and made to order omelettes! Price was a little higher but worth every penny!!

We have stayed at various properties on our travels through St. George. This is our first stay at the Abbey. We were extremely pleased with our stay. We were warmly welcomed and our accommodations were surpassed our exceptions. This is a very good place to spend the night . . . highly recommended.

I was very pleasantly surprised with my stay at this hotel. Not only was the size of the room very spacious, the beds were so comfortable! I loved that the sheets were not the scratchy, loud ones that you usually get in a moderate hotel. We were able to comfortably control the temperature of the room, the heating/cooling unit was not overly loud or disturbing. We only stayed one night and did not eat the complimentary breakfast offered so I can't speak for that. However, the hotel grounds and main guest areas were clean. Very conveniently located near, freeway, restaurants and shopping. Didn't notice any street noise but maybe because we slept so good in the comfy beds!

Place was clean, rooms were comfortable, grest location to freeways and resturaunts. If I ever have to visit St George on a buisness trip, I will definitaly stay at the Abbey Inn. No muss, no fuss the whole time!

I reserved my room with the agreement of $89/night. Stay 2 nights get 3rd night free. Almost too good to be true. Confirmed this promotion with the sales manager. She confirmed the promotion and that my stay was booked. I arrived and she said that she could no longer honor the promotion. Never emailed or called me..... let me drive 380 miles before she told me.

The hotel is clean and the staff is fantastic. Very nice hotel hot breakfast was included in the meal and Covid-19 alterations made it feel safe. The mattresses and bedding definitely need upgrading. The interior of the hotel is dated but that doesn't effect your stay any where as much as the lumpy, soft mattresses and thread bare bedding.

I found a few pieces of linen that should have been discarded. I worked with our housekeeping and laundry team this week to further train to ensure we identify linen such as you described. This quality is unlike us and I assure you we will fix this right away. We have plenty of new linen that was circulated to replace anything worn. I will ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at the Abby Inn. It was clean and updated. The breakfast was hot, clean and good. The pool area looked very inviting with 2 hot tubs. Even during Covid they have their act together!

Water pressure in the shower was sublime! Loved it. Many times you go to hotel and the water pressure is low and water doesn't drain well. But that was the opposite of what I experienced at the Best Western! Great water pressure. Thank you!

We stayed here for our 10th anniversary in the anniversary suite. Same room we spent our wedding night in, so it was extra special for us. The room was gorgeous (all the deforestation had been recently updated), bed was big and comfortable, the jetted tub was gloriously wonderful, double showers were awesome, and the fake fireplace added a really nice ambience (although I wish it had actually produced heat...oh well...). We didn't order any room service this trip, but every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful.

We have stayed at this hotel many time traveling between Phoenix and Springville Utah. This last time we were moving to Springville and made our normal stop at the Abbey Inn. The beds are excellent and we got a good night sleep. After arriving in Springville, 5 hrs from the Abbey Inn, I realized I had left my laptop in the room. I was a bit panicked at that point, you see, all our checkbooks, important financial papers, everything important was in the laptop case. When I called, Trent said not to worry, it was safely locredited in the manager safe and they would mail it up to me. This was promptly done. I am ever so grateful for the caring staff in housekeeping and the front desk. Trent, you are truly an angel. I recommend Abbey Inn highly. Good location, great mattresses and a very caring staff.

I've stayed many times this year at Abbey Inn in St George Utah. It's clean, the beds are comfortable. The rooms are sealed after being Sanitized and cleaned immaculately, The staff is friendly and professional. The lobby and entrance are decorated well. The location is in close proximity to many restaurants and the Zion National park. I love this hotel!

I stay at this Best Western every time I'm visit St George for business which is frequent. The hotel is clean, breakfast is always full and great (even during Covid), and the staff always goes above and beyond. The staff is a majority of young people and they have hands down the best customer service. They are attentive, efficient and friendly. If you need extra items they always help out. The room amenities work great and the beds are quite comfortable. I never consider staying any place else when I travel there as they make my stay perfect every single time.

I appreciated the COVID precautions taken by the staff (mask, hand sanitizers, room was affixed with seal to indicate cleaning). Our room had a sitting area separated from the sleeping area with a unique archway that I haven't seen in any other hotel I've stayed at. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I was surprised that they offered a hot breakfast - and it was quite good and the staff observed health precautions. Very impressed with our stay here and would highly recommend.

This hotel has always been a great hotel to stay in! I've stayed here for years and even with Covid the breakfast still out does any “free breakfast” around! It's always clean and the beds have always been comfy!

I don't usually stay at best western but gave this one a try based on the good reviews and dissatisfaction at the two Marriott properties that I've tried during covid. Facility is well situated on the main road through town (Bluff Drive.) Very comfortable, quiet room and currently doing well with covid protocols. We felt safe for our two night stay. We chose not to participate in the indoor hot breakfast; they also had "grab and go" options. We'll stay there again.

We have stayed several times at the Abbey Inn. The staff has been consistently courteous and helpful! The rooms are comfortable and clean. We strongly recommend the Abbey Inn for your stay in St George!!

The front desk staff (McKay and Sydney are awesome. They helped me out in a pinch when it wasn't their job. The front lobby has delicious lemon water and the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were clean as well and saw them checking the water daily. I will definitely be back here as I loved my stay and I'm sure you will as well!

Great experience, we stayed here three nights and found the staff to be extremely helpful, friendly and professional. All the rooms are VERY clean. Fridge and microwave were great for us! We had breakfast every morning and found it to be very good. The selection varies daily. We used the laundry facilities and found the equipment and room well cared for and well ventilated. The pool area is gorgeous and clean! Highly recommend this hotel for all travelers.

Best western hotel in St. George. During these hard times it is so good to get away to this hotel as the service is excellent Emily and her staff and Josh are wonderful. You can't go wrong at this Best Western that's why we come all the time from Las Vegas every chance we have. They have done a wonderful job during this pandemic keeping the whole safe and clean. My husband and I stopped here again and were very impressed. We have been here before and will continue to stay here. It was very clean and their normal AMAZING breakfast was condescend due to COVID but still great. The beds are great. We highly recommend this place and have recommended it to friends.

I love staying at the Abbey Inn! It is my go-to when in St George! Breakfast was still amazing even during these crazy times. Staff was excellent and room was great! This was an excellent Best Western plus with many nice amenities. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful! We enjoyed using it immensely! Wonderfully soft beds with very nice sheets and blankets. The breakfast was really good.

Mr. Fletcher, it means a lot to me that you reached out to explain your experience. I'm extremely disappointed about the lack of seriousness we took regarding Covid-19 and the poor customer service from the said front desk agent. This past week I personally conducted a training with all team members about masks and we discussed how we can better enforce other guests to wear masks. We put up additional signs at each entrance and in the lobby and breakfast area we just installed a mask dispenser so there isn't an excuse not to wear one. I assure you we have learned from this and will never allow this type of behavior to occur again. I hope you will consider staying with us and Best Western because I feel the brand is taking the best precautions to prevent the spread.

Everyone here was great, but if u are lucky enough to be greeted/ checked in by Sydney I guarantee you're in good hands. The Room was so neat and clean and amenities where fully stocked. The hot tub was clean as was the pool. I'll definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone

We enjoyed an excellent one night stay at the Abbey Inn. I took advantage of the hot tub and pool... it's conveniently located just off I-15 and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing! Four (4) staff members were taking care of an omelette bar, buffet and insuring all COVID-19 requirements were safely followed. My wife was thrilled with by the gluten free blueberry crepes. Well done!

I stayed at this wonderful location twice during September. My second stay was scheduled at another local Best Western but the Abbey Inn staff was happy to cancel that reservation and book me at their location. The staff at Abbey Inn is so welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to help and recommend places to eat. My favorite part was the fabulous breakfast which was so much more and better than the usual Best Western breakfast. The hotel was very clean and a great place to stay. I drive for a living so I get to stay in several hotels thoughout the year. A hotel stay can start your day off great or it can start your day off less than desirable. I am happy to say my stay at the Abbey Inn Best Western Plus was the perfect start for my business trip. The from desk clerks were friendly and very informative. The room was very nice and super quiet and check out was a breeze. When work brings me back to St. George UT I will be staying here again.

Every time I go to St. George on business I stay here. Great central location, friendly staff and nice rooms. Quick check in and out, ample parking and close to food. There are numerous hotels nearby I have tried and now this is my regular place.

It's always great to stay in a place where the employees are genuinely enjoying being there. From check-in to check out it was great. It was clean. I got to use the bathtub to soak my injured rib. The AC was on with air circulating. Plenty of space. When we went for breakfast we noticed that they managed to do a full socially distanced one with smiles! It was yummy too and great to see the chef flip my omelette. We also used the fitness center and the man came in to fix the TV wiring to work with a new remote. Everyone was wearing masks. There was nothing we didn't like! It's as if a manager of a 5 star hotel is taking care of this place. Thank you for a great stay Abbey Inn team!

We had a senior softball tournament that was re-scheduled & moved from Las Vegas to St. George, Utah. I had a friend give me the name of this hotel so I immediately called the Best Western Plus Abbey Inn. Given that I was setting up for a group I was given Randi Thompsons name & contact info as she had left for the day. I left her a voicemail upon which she immediately contacted me the next day. She was great in getting our team set up. She and Trent really made us feel at home and the whole process was seamless. Upon checking in and during out stay, unbelievable! Everyone was incredibly cordial and happy! The breakfasts were great. My room shower was the best I have had in over 25 years! I would whole heartedly recommend the Best Western Plus Abbey Inn to anyone going to St. George........I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!

Very friendly staff, made you feel welcome right off the bat! Hotel rooms and property were very clean, and rooms had a "fresh" spa type smell to them! Considering the current circumstances in the Country right now, they did an excellent job of making the restrictions as easy to deal with as possible, and afforded us a very good breakfast while staying within the government set parameters! This is in a great location for any day trip you need/want to take! I will certainly stay here again, on future trips to the area.

We have stayed there 4 times over the last four months and have always been impressed by their caring staff. Each time we have stayed there we found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. We have another stay scheduled next week and will stay here on our way to North Utah.

Very pleased with this hotel, excellent breakfast especially with COVID restrictions. Very comfortable room, great bed and pillows. I like having a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The cable and TV were good and the Wi-Fi was ok.

We were on a 6000 mile road trip and gad stayed at MANY hotels!!! The Best Western Abbey Inn was; by far, one of the nicest, cleanest, friendliest that we'd stayed at! Breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and served safely. We HIGHLY recommend this lovely hotel. Good location too!

Some friends and I had just done 10 days of hiking through the 5 Utah National Parks. We wanted a hotel that was near food and had quiet, comfortable rooms. Not only was the location great because it was near both several food accommodations and the airport, but it also had great amenities. The wifi worked great on all of our devices, the rooms were very quiet (we didn't have neighbors that were loud and kept us awake...if they were loud, we didn't hear them). Everything was incredibly clean. But most importantly, the staff was very kind. In the morning, breakfast was not the typical "free buffet" that is included in the price. They had breakfast sandwiches, a create your own omelet chef, and so much more. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind even when we were delirious and in need of more sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice. It was clean and the staff was professional and courteous. The AC worked well and the workout room was adequate. There was a pool, although I did not use it. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and stores.

Everything was fabulous, from the cleanliness to the spaciousness. From comfort to warm hospitality to yummy breakfast. The colors were memorable too. Bold reds are a thing for me. Ha ha. Anyway, Can't wait to make a next time!!

You can count on best western stayed at other establishments recently and no comparing. Every best western is reliable. Clean, service is great and reliable. Price is always reasonable. Staff has taken the steps nessary with covid in mind. Can't control the other guests but it's your responsibility to do the rest.

We have extended family that live in St George and we have kids attending school there too. The BW Abbey Inn is our goto spot to stay when we visit. The rooms are great, the staff is awesome and the price is right. It is close to several restaurants and convenient to all of the St George downtown. Easy access from the freeway and plenty of parking. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and complimentary breakfast was much better than any other hotel I have stayed in. I picked the hotel because they have an electric car charging station there. I was able to charge overnight. It was perfect except all three charging spots were taken. There are 2 Tesla charging spots and one j plug charger. I hope there were only 3 electric cars there that night.

If company would make it a priority to keep all staff and clients safe by demanding masks and social distaincing in common areas, I would say that our experience was excellent. Clients/guests are allowed to congregate in common areas without even a hint of having masks, we were uncomfortable and did not use the pool for example. The lack of this corporation having a backbone to protect all participants, staff/guests, by demanding social distancing and masks in common areas is shameful! and ultimately a weak business plan..

Mr Harris, thank you for providing valuable feedback. I appreciate your suggestions and I will discuss this with our management team. Currently, we do require that all guests wear a mask in public areas except the pool area. We have placed signage for our guests regarding the pool area that they can enter at their own risk. We suggest it, but do not mandate it and are following the local health department guidelines. I'm currently doing research to find any hotels in Utah and outside of Utah that are requiring a mask at their pool area. I've talked to several and haven't found any. Please let me know if you find any because I'd like to know how it works for them. I apologize for the frustrating experience during this difficult time. We hope you will consider staying with us again.

Wow! They texted me before my stay and they said I could do a pre-check in when I got there I was able to sit in my car they brought me my keys do my vehicle I didn't even have to get out of my car to check in. Took very great CDC precautions for Covid, Emily helped us so much and made this day fantastic. 10 out of 10, will stay here again just because Emily made me feel so welcomed. Someone needs to give her a raise she deserves it!

When visiting St. George you can't go wrong choosing to stay with Abby Inn, be it for business, medical appointments, or vacation It's our first choice. The hotel is cool, rooms are clean and staff are supportive and friendly. So many times you find the hallways not cooled but rooms cooled, not here they keep all areas cooled in the heat of summer.

We have stayed at the Abbey Inn over the years when passing through St George and we were pleased to see that the hotel was as good as ever. We appreciated that the staff were wearing masks and had hand sanitizer at the ready for guests during this pandemic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the Wi-Fi worked well and the breakfast was better than ever. We were impressed that the staff was masked and served each patron during breakfast. They even had an omelette station on the morning we enjoyed breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for business or pleasure and with a family or solo traveling.

Last minute decision to stay in St. George instead of Vegas, and best decision EVER! What a great little town, with a fantastic Best Western. We spent 7 nights in various hotels on a cross country trip. This was our favorite place by far. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The way breakfast was served was excellent. Staff members were gloved and masked and they placed your food choices on your tray. The selection was great and even included made to order omelets. Highly recommend a stay here.

This hotel was an excellent choice as a layover on our way to Moab. So good we decided to stay again on our way home. It's incredibly clean, the pool area was perfect for my kids and the breakfast choices were great as well. The staff here is so polite and kind also it made the stay that much better. Overall very clean, comfy beds, right off the Hwy but far enough you don't hear it, great pool and very safe feeling neighborhood.

This was my third time staying at this Hotel while looking to buy a House in St George. It's a beautiful Hotel, especial the Tower with Suits. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. They put forth an outstanding breakfast.

Do not stay here! The owner is ridiculously rude, the place is filthy, the staff are practically children that don't know what to do when you ask them for help, the pool was an absolute nightmare! I'm disgusted, I've never experienced anything like this!! Especially do not bring your children here!!

I was driving in route from California to Denver and booked to stay here after a long day on the road. It was such a lovely place; staff warm and welcoming, delicious ice cold water with fresh fruit in it after driving through 111 degree desert waiting for you, a beautiful room with a truly comfortable bed, and a delicious breakfast omlette the next morning prepared in a COVID-19 safety maintained dining room.

Excellent friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are immaculate and I love the gel, shampoo, conditioner dispenser. The mini suite is nice. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Nice pool area, great location! Loved it. I've stayed there three times in six weeks. Abbey inn St George. Luanne

One of the best places we stayed during our trip. St. George was gorgeous. The hotel was beautiful and very comfy. It was during the easing of Covid19 and the hotel was spotless. Front desk personnel extremely helpful with dining options and fast, easy check in and out. The breakfast was great...they made omelets and had bagged hot breakfast sandwiches. So much better than the usual grab and go bags we had been getting. Would definitely go back and stay again, beds comfy...great experience.

Beautiful place to stay in a beautiful area. Breakfast was a nice variety and the staff were very kind. We'd definitely stay here again! Great place. It was conveniently located near the highway. Thanks for your hospitality!

Everything was as it should be. No surprises, just the way I like it. Clean, Friendly, Prompt. This is the reason I only stay with Best Western. Breakfast was great even in this ridiculous time of Covid.

My wife and I have stayed here on 2 occasions in the past year. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are spacious. The free breakfast is pretty good too with made to order omelets. The location is hard to beat since it's right near the freeway and on one of the main streets in St George. You won't be disappointed.

My daughter and I stayed 1 night as we were traveling and needed to sleep for the night. The staff were very friendly and professional and gave us suggestions for a local restaurant for dinner. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Really like this place. On our way home amid the coronavirus mess, we found this to be a very clean, very safe destination. Choice of curbside or front desk checkin. No contact checkout. Breakfast was excellent given the conditions. We were able to get it to go so we could eat in our room. Room was very attractive, large and spotless. Very quiet and comfortable. We had everything needed to spend a comfortable night in a gorgeous setting. We've always like St. George and loved staying here. The staff was extraordinary.

This hotel is my favorite place to stay in St George Utah. I have stayed at Best Western Abbey Inn on several occasions throughout the years and it has never been a disappointment. Even with covid-19, they are handling it professionally and they are looking out for their guests. I was very impressed on how they arranged the breakfast. This is a great property and you will enjoy your stay.

I have to travel monthly to St. George and have tried several hotels in the area. This one always greats me with a smile. Rooms are clean and well kept, fresh smelling and well stocked. Breakfast is a little less with COVID-19 issues but still great! Can't wait until we all resume life but where do you get a FREE breakfast with 3 people waiting on you and fresh maid omelets? You do there! They had one elevator out of service during our stay but I needed the exercise after Breakfast anyways. Always enjoy my stay there, pool , workout room , two nice jacuzzi's. Wi fi and even some warm up meals and ice cream if you come in late from the road. I know this sounds like an add but I truly look forward to staying there coming off the road.

We stayed for a night in the middle of May. The room was fine but not quite what I would have expected from a "Plus" Best Western. The hotel was quite busy as Utah had just loosened up COVID-19 restrictions, but the hotel needs to work some kinks out with their social distancing efforts. At check-in there were spaced dots on the floor and plexiglass on the front desk, but not all the staff were wearing masks. The breakfast room was closed, and staff were pleasant and were doing their best to take orders from people. But they were doing custom omelettes, which took a long time, resulting in a giant line of people down the hallway outside our room, which defeats the purpose of closing the breakfast room in the first place.

6 weeks of a stay home order was EXHAUSTING and we needed a way to get out, recoup, but be safe in doing so. We contacted Abbye Inn, found out they were open and headed down. Everyone was so kind and so professional. They opened everything they could to the best that they could during this time. I was shocked that they would still have breakfasat, but they provided the most amazing grab and go I could have imagined. The pool was opened for 20 people at a time...and social distancing and constant clearning/sanitizing was taking. I felt completely safe and got the best rest that I've had in MONTHS (the beds are WONDERFUL!!!!!!). I completely recommend this hotel and we will be back.

We stayed over at the Best Western Abbey Inn in St. George on our way back from Colorado to California and I am so glad we did. The entire hotel experience was 5 star from easy check in, a modern suite with jacuzzi tub and fireplace to the pleasant staff especially Bryce. There were so many pluses including being only minutes from the freeway and having breakfast included; but most amazing was the short 15 min drive to the breathtaking views from Snow Canyon state park. Will definitely return as highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The grounds were beautiful, the room was comfortable and quiet and they did everything they could to make our stay nice even during the Covid-19 lock down. The pool was still open and we really appreciated being able to soak in the Hot Tub after a day of hiking. They also still offered a hot breakfast being very careful to apply social distancing guidelines. The hall was marked with X's to keep guests properly apart and they served guests one at a time at the doorway making fresh omelets and having premade hot french toast, fruit, yogurt and juice available. We appreciated this so much. We would definitely stay here again. The also had check-in and check-out online which reduced in person contact. It was just right!

My new favorite Hotel In St George. Really Nice rooms and really fun pool. We kept extending our stay, and didn't want to leave. Breakfast was great too. I think it should be rated a four star Hotel. Right next to restaurants and fast food. The fun center is just a few blocks away and really fun for kids. We also went to the water slides that is about a 2 minute drive by the high school.

The property seemed brand new. Our room was very nice and modern. I've paid more money for much less. The staff were great, loved the pool and hot tub. Definitely loved the free breakfast including delicious sausage biscuits and fruit topped yogurt ❤️

My wife and I have stayed at GW Abbey several times while traveling between central CA and CO. We particularly enjoy the full hot breakfasts and my wife is a big fan of the spa. On this last trip, they handled the breakfast very well given Covid-19 constraints. I appreciate that the rooms can be very dark and that the HVAC is very quiet. Of course we appreciate the very reasonable price for such high quality accommodations.

It was so nice when we arrived to find such a delightful and welcoming staff. Especially Natalia, who made two trips to bring us extra towels and bedding so late at night while being so cheerful and helpful. Very nice hotel! Clean rooms and comfy beds too! Would definitely stay here again. Great breakfast in the morning too! All around great hotel.

The Abbey Inn is always our place to stay when it comes to travel. You can consistently count on it being clean, well kept up with courteous personnel there to help you find comfort and everything you need to feel at home. Even during this difficult time, they have continued to find ways to keep it as close to normal as possible i.e. breakfast, pool, etc.

We will definitely stay here again when we are in the area. Wonderfully clean and comfortable! Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast even during the social distancing time. We like Best Western Plus hotels generally, and The Abby Inn is now at the top of our list.

Staff was very helpful/attentive...some COVID changes: check in online, they bring key to your car, breakfast made “to go” to your room, pool key to keep from too many guests around pool (to maintain socially distance). Rooms still cleaned daily, and hotel overall seemed clean. Had large king bedroom with microwave & good sized frig, coffee by the cup in room and sink (in addition to sink IN bathroom) had sitting area with desk and plenty of room to spread out all our hiking/biking stuff (including enough room to keep bikes safe in room overnight) Good location for all we wanted to do. Only minus was Fri/Sat was busier with families and could hear footsteps in hallways and doors opening and shutting. Would stay here again if in area.

I would like to thank the staff and operators of the Abbey Inn Best Western Plus Hotel in St. George for what I consider to be an exceptional hotel experience during the time of the Coronavirus. My wife and I are Canadian Snowbirds and have travelled extensively in California, Nevada and California staying in hotels. We were required to return home by our Government. We were apprehensive about the health conditions of our lodgings on the drive back to Canada. I booked online using one of our free nights. Our first impressions upon arrival was that the facility was very clean and likely safe. The behaviours of the staff at the reception desk gave us confidence that the environment was healthy and safe for us as well as for the staff. I asked for a room with a jacuzzi and I was given one. The room was in excellent shape, spotless and even had a separate bedroom with fresh clean bedding. The staff that managed the Grab and Run Breakfast were generous and treated the handling of food in a healthy manner. This hotel experience at the Abbey Inn was one of the best we have had in our travels. Exceptional great hotel experience for the price of a basic hotel. Look forward to returning in the fall.

We stayed during the virus pandemic, probably the nicest best western I have stayed at, great price $75/night + tax, cooked us omelets every morning. Kept our bikes in the room. We will return especially when the pool and hot tub reopen!

This is a favorite stop for us in St. George. We had just come from San Diego at the height of the Covid outbreak and we were anxious to find a comfortable, clean and quiet hotel. The Abbey Inn provided all three superbly. We have never stayed in a more spotless, clean hotel and it was a welcome relief. We slept well on the comfortable beds and will recommend this hotel to anyone!

The property is very well located. The staff was great especially in this time of trial. The property has been around a long time and is starting to show it's age in some areas, but the staff more than made up for it.

It was under construction which was a bummer but it looked like it was coming along nicely. The breakfast was top notch, friendly staff. Enjoyed the fitness center. The pool had a nice ambiance and was heated perfectly! Had so much fun! Would for sure stay there if work was paying for it again but it's out of my personal price range.

Spent 3 nights here in sunny southwest Utah. Nice location close to the interstate. Also close to the historic old downtown and Snow Canyon State Park. Delightful motel with clean rooms and lobby. Comfortable beds. The room had a desk, chair with footrest, microwave and refrigerator. The breakfast was grab and go but delicious. You had to eat in your room due to Covid-19 precautions.

Great accommodations and staff very informative as to cleanliness etc during this time. They also had a list of take out restaurants available and gave good directions. Had a great sleep and in the morning staff supplied a bag breakfast. Good work by all.

I have stayed here many times over the last 10 years. The staff is great. The hotel is clean. The pride of ownership can be seen. I have beve had any issues when I have stayed here. The breajfast has always been fantastic. The breakfast has a great variety of foods and is NOT you typical free breakfast.

We had a great experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was better than most continental (omelet station on Sunday but not Monday, so I'm guessing just weekends). The pool is open later than most, looks good and is clean. the pool could have been deeper, I think it was just 1.4 meters.

Beautifully updated. The lobby even smells great. Roomy suite for my family of 5 and a great hot breakfast including fresh fruit, cereals, waffles, breakfast meats and much more. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at this hotel while attending the Parade of Homes in St. George, UT. Each night there I got a good night's sleep and the free breakfast every morning was excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants, within a short drive to others.

The Abbey Inn Plus Best Western in St. George Utah is a really beautiful hotel. The wonderful breakfast has an extra yogert bar with fruit and cottage cheese. The breakfast options are numerous and displayed so nicely. The rooms are lovely and the staff is very welcoming and helpful. One of my favorite places to stay !!!

We love staying at St. George Best Western Plus Abbey, it is always a pleasant stay. The people at the reception desk are most friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean & comfortable, the breakfasts are the best....fresh fruit, cottage cheese, yogurts, freshly made omelettes with many choices of vegetables & meats, plus so much more. They are all so friendly and helpful. We always make it a point to stay over at the Abbey.

Fast check in, very clean, best breakfast I've ever experienced at a hotel, and we travel A LOT. Got a great rate for a conference we were attending. The pool area was very nice and the house keeping staff was excellent.

This hotel was a welcome place to sty for the night after being on a bus for 8 hours. The check-in went without a hitch and the welcoming host were treat to deal with. The baggage was brought up promptly to our rooms and the porters were very courteous in their manner with our guests

We had never stayed at this hotel before but had heard from friends and family that is was a very nice place. As the price was very good the night we came into town--we decided to stay there and it did exceed my expectations. Had a great time.

We had a very brief stay, but a good one. We would stay here again. The location is good – – very close to the interstate and within easy driving distance to old town St. George with plenty of restaurants. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The breakfast staff was very thorough and nice. The only thing I didn't like was the front desk charges more to your credit card to cover incidentals without first disclosing it. Not a big deal, but they should tell this to guests upon check in.

Two-night stay for work. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast room offered a nice variety and the staff was particularly friendly and helpful. My room was booked through a third-party site and my reservation wasn't on file when I arrived. Staff was helpful and professional in getting the issue resolved. One recommendation I would make is that rooms with windows facing nighttime lights should have curtains that close all the way to block out the lights.

Our curtains are a 3 part system. 1) The outside has a decorative curtain and can it be moved. 2) Next is the sheer and 3) the blackout is inside the sheer and can be manually closed all the way. I apologize for the inconvenience and we hope to see you again in the future.

 Staff friendly and helpful esp Emily. Nice hotel new furnishings and carpet.  Mattress too soft. Pool outdoirs, heated, and long.  Hot tub under cover.  Room located in separate building from check-in and breakfast. Breakfast flavorful and many options.

This is a very nice, clean and well maintained hotel. It'll be nicer when they finish the new lobby. I especially the large breakfast with the made to order omlette station. I will definately stay there the next time I'm in St George.

This was a great stop, easy to reach from I-15. Very clean and well equipped rooms, excellent service and the staff was wonderful. The overall appearance is very appealing. We were towing a little trailer and the parking was excellent too.

The room was really clean and nice. The Breakfast room was excellent. Everything was well stocked and you had plenty of staff to keep everything humming. What impressed us is that you had regular plates and metal flatware, not styrofoam plates or plastic utensils. Norma and all of your staff were friendly and attentive. Your front desk staff was also excellent. All in all you have an excellent crew. We really enjoyed staying there.

The facility was exceptionally clean, and the outdoor pool set this hotel apart from the rest! Not only was the room clean, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our family holiday was perfect. The breakfast? Best continental breakfast! The staff and management truly care about their customers and it showed in all the little ways they went above and beyond! Five stars for the Best Western Plus Abbey Inn!

We recently had an opportunity to stay at Abby Inn. Walking I to the check in area that was bright and cheerful with great staff made us feel welcomed. Room was quiet and perfect. I like the positive attitude that everyone has. Very helpful.

We happened into Best Western Abby Inn by chance after a bad booking experience at a hotel down the road. We take the oppertunity to.stay at Abby Inn as they have a great, friendly staff, hot Brealfast cooked to order omelets, waffles good coffee, all included with your room. Rooms are presently remodeled and even though it is close to freeway, no noise in the rooms. Nice quit stay.

We so enjoyed our stay at this motel. Room was clean and very comforatable. The breakfast in the morning was great, offering a variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. The front desk staff persons was helpful and courteous.

We had a great stay! Nice accommodations. They have a nice charcoal and lavender soap. The Breakfast was delicious and unique. Perfectly heated pool with a nice mini pool option that was great for our baby and nice fitness center.

The motel lobby was under construction but opperated fairly well. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The location is great and it is a quiet establishment so one sleeps good. Access to the freeway is easy.

I've stayed at this hotel about once a year for several years. Every time everything has been very nice. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is very friendly, and the breakfasts are great. The Abbey Inn is a great deal for the price and they are consistently wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The breakfast is delicious and the pool area is very nice! My son had a blast with his dad and there is also a large hot tub area. The part of the hotel we stayed in was older but had been renovated nicely. We would definitely stay again!

The Abbey Inn is a great place to stay. It is located on Bluff Street, in close proximity to all of your needs. They offer a wonderful breakfast selection, the rooms are very nice as well as the amenities that they offer.

I couldn't believe it. Very high end for the price. It should be a 4 star just for the hot breakfast and decor. There was even an omelette chef. I didn't use the fitness center or gym but it looked nice.

Best Wester Plus Abbey Inn is phenomenal! You will never go wrong staying at here. Friendly and courteous staff, clean and cozy room, dang good beds and great breakfasts!! Good places to eat are within walking distance also. I am a truck driver in a day cab truck and have been able to park my tractor in the lot with ease. I drop my trailer at a friends place though. When I have to stay in St. George, this awesome place is my first choice.

The folks at this best Western work extremely very hard to give you a healthy start to your day. I had a fresh omelet each morning with spinach, onions, tomatoes, and sausage topped with salsa verde. How do you say "delicious" I also took advantage of the jacuzzi tub each day in our room. Great location for dining out and hiking the nearby trails. I would happily return to this property.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Abbey Inn. The front desk assistant made us feel welcome right away as they had moved the reception desk to another building during renovations, and we were met immediately to check in. Our room was very clean and provided lots of extra supplies. We would recommend this Best Western to all and will definitely use it if we are in the city again.

My wife and I drive from Canada to Phoenix each year. We stay at the Abbey Inn every trip. Through the Best Western website we book a single room, king or queen size bed that is nonsmoking, non-pet on the ground floor. Our expectations are always met. The rooms have always been clean with all the typical room features ie fridge, internet. The bathroom is clean and shower supplies are provided. The pool is open, that wouldn't be the case in Vegas. The breakfast is outstanding. Typical fare - waffles, sausage, hash browns, fruit plus a chef that will make a personalized omelet. Lots of parking and easy access to the I-15 freeway. I was informed repeatedly by E- Mail check in time was 3:00 p.m. After being told my room was not yet ready at that time I was informed it would be approximately 30 minutes until it was to be available. Three hours later we are still waiting for our room to become available ?? We've been Gold Members for many years which seems not to be an advantage. I ask that they do not send me an apology or an excuse . Corporate America seems to train there employees these days more in Apologetic Propaganda than in customer service. Payroll is of the utmost importance.

We stayed here after a nice roadtrip through the Grand staircase escalante and more. This stop was a nice stop before hitting the crowds of Las Vegas. The hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel was nice and clean as you may expect from BW. We went to snow canyon which was very close to the hotel.

Wonderful suite with a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. The front desk agent upgraded us to a suite when I mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary. That was so kind and thoughful! They are renovating the front desk area but the temporary setup was well done and thought out and was not a hindrance at all.

The Abbey Inn in St. George rivals any "High End" Hotel out there! Their customer service is always TOP NOTCH!! Their rooms are Clean,spacious, and the interiors are modern and updated. The beds are comfortable and the amenities in the rooms are above most higher end hotels out there. The Breakfast is fantastic! Something for everyone. A full Fruit bar, freshly cooked options that change daily and it's free! I stay there monthly for business and there is no where else I will stay!

We have stayed here several times because it is a really nice property, centrally located, easy freeway access (far enough away there is no freeway noise), has a nice hot breakfast buffet included in the room rate, and the rooms are quite nice. We were fortunate this time to stay using reward points and were upgraded to a mini-king suite upon arrival. What a lovely spacious room! Highly recommend this hotel. The lobby is currently under renovcation

The Best Western Abbey Inn was the best hotel I've ever had the pleasure to visit. The rooms were spotless, but the real stars are the staff. From the front desk to the breakfast personnel, all were pleasant and all went out of their way to make sure our visit was perfect. The breakfast was better than expected. The variety was wonderful and everything was fresh. I absolutely loved this hotel. I only wish we could've stayed a couple more days.

I usually do one night stays at hotels for travel, I could see myself staying for a week at the Abbey Inn. The quality of the hotel, the level of service, the morning breakfast options far surpass other options. Good location, convenient to I-15 without hearing road noise from it. Spacious rooms but they look somewhat dated, in need of a renovation. Bathroom was fairly clean although tile grout was almost black instead of the light tan you could see outside of traffic paths, really needs a deep cleaning. Toilet had serious flushing power but was also quite loud. We had an issue with the hot food not being hot and brought that up. It seemed that it was corrected afterwards. The food quality was mixed -- eggs/bacon/sausage decent, french toast tasted like cardboard, made-to-order omelettes (we only saw this available on one day) were the highlight. Fresh fruit was mostly hard and not ripe. Biggest complaint was the miserable wifi service. The bandwidth is completely inadequate and is almost non functional in the evenings when more guests are on it. I wasn't even trying to load video content, just simple page refreshes were painfully slow. We were dropped repeatedly from the signal, it was so poor. Front desk staff was friendly and check-in process was very quick. Hot tub on the property was huge! It could easily fit 9 people (the posted max). They had separate towels outside for the pool/hot tub, a nice touch.

We need to diagnose what issues are occurring with the WiFi near where your room was located? Our bandwidth is the highest offered for commercial use in the St George area so we need to figure out what went wrong. We will also need to know what room you stayed in to fix the toilet and address the other issues you mentioned. We take these items seriously and we apologize for not meeting your expectations.

The Abbey Inn exceeded our expectations with its friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk and breakfast room. The room we stayed in was neat and clean. The breakfast options were better than most other Best Western motels we had stayed in at St. George. The Abbey Inn will be our motel of choice the next time we return to St. George.

My family looked forward to breakfast every morning. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very attentive and friendly. My kids loved the pool and the “toy dispenser” at the front desk with the “free token.” The hotel location is centrally located.

We were told by our tour guide that the hotel did not have a restaurant, only for breakfast, so she told us about several eating places near the hotel. We walked across the street to a Denny's which is open all night and has a good selection of food. Our room was huge and we were surprised to see what appeared to be a "wet bar" in it. Looking out of our window we saw two people swimming, the weather was cold to us as we were wearing jackets. We thought that the pool must be heated, or the people were visiting from Alaska. The city of St. George, Utah, has several interesting sites and museums for tourists to visit. We went by one of Brigham Young's homes but did not stop to visit it.

Great location. Walked across the street to Black Bear Diner for dinner. Room was nice, roomy and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly. After discovering our usual Hotel was booked, I 'settled' for the Best Western Abbey. What a pleasant surprise to find it just as convenient, and clean, with a great breakfast--they even change it up the next morning (we stayed two days). This was our first time to St George and we were so happy we chose the BW Abbey Inn. The hotel is quiet,clean, friendly staff, and they serve up an awesome breakfast, including an omelet station. The location is great, just off the I-15, but no traffic noise. We will be back!

Came into town for a couple shows at Tuacahn and wanted to stay closer to the venue. After reading reviews and researching the proximity to Tuacahn, we decided to give Abbey Inn a try. Very glad we did! Friendly staff at check in/out. We did not have the breakfast. Our room was spotless and the bed was comfy. I only gave it 4 stars because the shampoo and especially the conditioner in the shower smelled horrible. That is literally my only complaint.Will definately make this our go to hotel when in town!!

I have stayed here numerous times over the past few years and service has always been excellent, rooms clean and a comfortable nights sleep. The staff are up beat and obviously enjoying their job. A nice environment to come to when your day ends.

The Best Western Plus Abbey Inn is a great place to stop over for a day or two in beautiful St. George, Utah. The hotel is convenient to major routes and is dog-friendly, a major factor when we choose a hotel to stay in. As well, there is easy access to tourist attractions in St. George.

We recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Abbey Inn in St George while participating in the Huntsman Games. My wife was very happy with the breakfast as she received gluten free bread (upon request) and was able to eat the eggs as they didnt contain dairy. The was an Omelette Station during the week and a second egg option on the weekend. Breakfast was excellent and healthy. I personally loved the pancakes. The rooms were very quiet and clean. The location was great...just off I15. Will definitely stay there again.

Best breakfast we've encountered in all motels we have stayed at. Ladies clear your plates in timely manner. They have a woman making omelets. Menu varies daily. Room was very clean. Good location. Highly recommend!

If you booked this hotel by travel agent and prepaid overseas, I would definitely print out a prepaid hotel voucher and make sure the receptionist were aware of your room was prepaid when you checked in. I wasn't going to write a critical review here, but as I was reading someone's review who gave this hotel one star review, I realized they had an exactly same problem two years ago. Like them we prepaid for two nights and even if the confirmation said clearly two nights, we were told the room was only booked for one night, we were given one more night after I showed the confirmation on my IPad, but in the morning I realized we were charged again and had to explain we already paid in full, this took for 45 minutes and although we were told they canceled our room charge, I still found out a full room charged on our credit card statement after I came back to England. So I had to send a full payment confirmation to this hotel. I got refund eventually, but this caused us inconvenience and waste of time and I wasn't happy with sulky attitude of the receptionist when I politely asked the receipt of the refund. And this was the only hotel we had a payment problem during our eight day road trip in the USA. So we wouldn't come back to this hotel after I found out they still hadn't solved the same problem which happened two years ago even if we had no problem with room or breakfast. So the hotel is actually good and clean and the staff is helpful. But at the end of the day, I want to sleep well. And that's where this hotel misses the mark. The bed is very uncomfortable and small. You get two double beds in the room, not two queen beds, like the reservation said. I had to split the bed with my 8 year old because my wife and I couldn't fit well. And they are just not comfortable. It felt like sleeping in an old mattress your grandmother borrowed from the neighbor because family was coming into town. The pillows were terrible too. So while I enjoyed the great breakfast and the nice pool, I just couldn't compensate that niceness with a terrible sleeping experience. So I would not recommend because of the beds and pillows.

Always a pleasant experience at Abbey Inn , staff is very helpful and the breakfast is very good. Location is great close to I-15 and stores and restaurant's . Over the last 5 years I have stayed 6 times .

This was my first visit to the Abbey Inn but my second to St George, traveling with friends who had stayed here many times before and recommended we join them there. I am glad we did. The hotel is located off a busy road but is positioned at an angle so most rooms are perpendicular to the road, thereby minimizing traffic noise. I had a king bedroom overlooking the pool on the third floor, allowing me to fully open the screened window and enjoying fresh air at night which I prefer. Even at this time of year with cold temperatures overnight, it was a blessing. Regardless, the AC worked well to cool the room down during the hot daytime. Room was well furnished with five (count ‘em) pillows, an empty fridge to stock your supplies, and a microwave and coffee maker. Bathroom was clean, spacious and supplied with plenty of towels. Breakfast is served on the ground floor and has a great range of hot cooked food. Sure, they may be the usual fare (scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, French toast, biscuits and gravy, cereal, yogurt and fruit) but the quality was great with lots of space for people to sit. And the front desk staff were friendly, amenable on checking in to moving us to another floor so we could all be close together, and overall seemed just happy to be on the job. that's a testament to the fact that it isn't just a good place to work, but to stay at as well. We'll definitely be back.

Best Western Abbey Inn St. George is where we always choose to stay in St. George area. The rooms are always clean and reasonably priced and the complimentary breakfast is great. Full hot breakfast like I would want at a breakfast buffet restaurant and delicious.

Whenever I need to travel to Saint George I always make a reservation at the Abbey Inn. I really hate it when they are full and I need to stay in another inn. I've never been disappointed in a stay at the Abbey Inn.

Since remodeling to a more modern motel, it has lost it's charm for my wife and I. We usually always stay there when visiting St. George. Not as charming any more. The breakfast used to be delicious, but unfortunately, not any more. Will give it a try one more time.

Nice rooms. Stayed for the St George Marathon. Gave runners Gatorade upon check in plus gave everyone late check out. That was awesome. Thank you! Special breakfast for runners. Shuttle was appreciated

Surprisingly impressed with this hotel with so many sub par BW this one was clean and newly remodeled There was a strong chemical odor in the lobby of the building my room was in which i told housekeeping they did nothing about it. There are no bars around because its st george

Best Western has proven again and again that they are the best!! That's why we always look for a Best Western to stay at when we travel. We don't like surprises, and they always come through totally!!!

I have stayed at the Best Western Abby Inn many many times in the past 12 years. This place is definitely the best place to stay in the St. George area. Breakfast is great and the rooms are nicely decorated, especially the south tower. Great Job with the new decor, its Beautiful!!! Beds are comfy . Overall a 10 for the price.

If you believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day, this is your place. Hard to believe that you can get a made to order omelet each morning. The rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and caring.

I love staying at this BW Plus property. Ii is located to the I-70 exits and within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Abbey Inn is one of those beautiful combinations of attractive and comfortable accommodations and super service. The breakfast was great with a broad selection of hot and cold items. The staff was friendly and very efficient, making this a very pleasant stay. definitely recommend it.

My wife and I stayed here for one night, and liked it so much, we decided to stay another night. While checking in on the second day, I witnessed an idiot complaining about not being able to check in at 11:00 AM, because his room wasn't clean yet, an old lady complaining because she didn't have enough points for a free night, and some other goof who came in, grabbed 8 of the free cookies, ate them all, and came back for more. In every instance, the front desk ladies smiled, worked with the goofballs, and remained professional. The cleaning and breakfast crew were awesome also. Everything was super clean, the pool was great, and the location was awesome. We will definitely be back. I'm not sure what the employees are paid, but they ALL deserve a raise!

We loved staying here but last two visits disappointed this time gave me inferior room than the one I booked. Maybe website. The time before waited long time on there couch waiting for room after driving 525 miles. Next time I'll stay elsewhere. I'll be in Saint George again this week.

This is a comfortable hotel with nice staff and everything you'd expect. I'm not sure that I will be back in St. George anytime soon, but I was happy with my stay and would recommend this place if asked.

I have stayed at this hotel several times-Every time that I have passed through St. George. Great Hot breakfast with all of the fixins! Very friendly staff. Great location with many options for food and drinks within walking distance.

We stopped overnight in St. George Utah and booked at the Best Western Plus Abbey Inn. Easy check in with friendly staff. We had a spacious room, comfortable bedding, towels, nice view. What really blew us away was the breakfast they offer. This was the best included breakfast that we have ever encountered. The staff will make you a custom omelet or fry you eggs if you don't want the scrambled. Many choices with the food being prepared by smiling faces on the staff. Highly recommend a stay at the Abbey Inn!

Wonderful hotel, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed, and great location. I did request a king bed when I made the reservation on the Best Western website and somehow we ended up with two queens. The room was so nice we didn't care.

We've stayed in many hotels over the years and there are few I'd give 5 stars to as I always think there's room for improvement but this hotel deserves all the kudos. From friendly, attentive staff to an amazing breakfast selection, not to mention the incredible price we got our room for, I can't say enough! We stayed for four days and each day was the same experience. We highly recommend it!

There is a reason they call this a Best Western Hotel . The Best ever thanks! Really one of Best we ever stayed in and we have been in many across the country. They have an exceptional breakfast ! Our King bed was extremely comfortable and I actually woke up refreshed!

Another great stay. We've stayed here twice now. Our kids love the heated pool. They didn't have anyone making omelettes for breakfast like they did in the past, I miss that. Beds are a bit too soft but still slept fine. Oh, I found not one but two hairs in my breakfast :(. Unsettling. Other than that we'd stay again.

We always enjoy at the Abby Inn, all of the staff are always courteous and go out of their way to make you comfortable. They have the best Complimentary Breakfast and have a great central location for exploring St George.

Great hotel to stay at. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Checking in and checking out was fast and easy. The rooms were all clean and had the ammedities I needed. Thank you for everything and we will be back.

Quiet, with very comfortable beds and extraordinary staff. Great rates, great pool and spa, and convenient to all St George has to offer. Breakfast outs included and the breakfast area is very spacious, so you don't have too wander around for10 minutes looking for a table. Highly recommended!

After a very long day traveling from out of state it was nice to find a hotel that was close enough to the freeway but aways from there. We had two queen beds and even a very nice leather chair and ottoman. The best part was a really great shower which felt good after a long day in a car. Didn't know yet that the breakfast would be the very best we've had in a long time! A nice hot breakfast was served consisting of many choices: two egg dishes, biscuits and gravy, hot cereal & grits, potatoes O'Brian, bacon, fresh fruit, waffles, muffins, etc etc. All served nicely and appeared to be of good quality. We like BW+ and seek them out first when traveling. One thing I did notice was the bed skirts were very wrinkled. Also our AC was noisy...forgot to tell them when we checked out.

The receptionist was awesome, very well spoken, friendly and competent, the place was very clean and appealing and also my room was well groomed and clean, everything organized. I also asked for an extra night and the receptionist was very courteous and helpful and in helping to make sure that I receive I was requesting. She even gave me a discounted rate since I was state employee, which was phenomenal and I was very grateful.

Our car broke down on the 15 and the tow truck brought us to Big O Tires. We knew we needed to stop driving for the day after being stuck in 109 degree hear for a few hours. This was the first hotel we saw and what a great find ar a good price. The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful. And when they saw us later, asked how the room was and if we got our car fixed. We are making plans to come back and spend more time in this area and will definitely stay at this hotel again!!!! Thanks!

The hotel is close to so many activities. The outdoor pool and hot tub were very inviting. Breakfast had a great variety of hot food. Our room a/c could not keep up with the 102 degree day. We will definately give this hotel another chance next time we are in St. George.

We stay in St. George several times a year. This is definitely one of the best and nicest places we have stayed there. VERY friendly and courteous staff, nice rooms, great breakfast and great location.

Loved how everyone we talked to who worked there was friendly, attentive, and ready to help! I highly recommend this location for an enjoyable stay. The breakfast was great, with lots of hot food options, along with the usual waffle/cereal bar.

Stayed one night. Front desk was friendly and kind. They asked floor preference during check-in. Room was large and clean. Sleep quality was good. Generally air condition in Best Western hotels are loud for us, it was same here. Breakfast in the morning was nice with good amount of varieties. Staff keeps tables clean and keeps refilling breakfast items. Checkout was smooth. Overall, we were happy with our stay. As a budget hotel, kind and hard working employees creates a difference here. Considering the price we paid vs. the service we got and in compare to area hotels, I rate it as excellent.

This was an excellent stop over on our adventure-filled Utah journey. My 9 year old loved the proximity to the Family Fun Center ( a block away--name is escaping me). The bed was comfortable, breakfast was good and the staff was exceptionally welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Plus Abbey Inn. It had everything we wanted. We have stayed here a number of times on our trip from Tucson Arizona to Park City Utah and have never been disappointed.

We have stayed many times at Abbey Inn. They are in a convenient location right off the freeway and there are restaurants very close by. The staff is wonderful and they give that extra effort. This is our hotel of choice in St. George...or in Southern Utah for that matter.

Four of us in their 2-queen + sofa bed suite. Too few towels. Two half-used rolls of toilet paper, with no spare. Room had single A/C (we didn't know to ask for a room with two) that had been set too high. With 109 degrees outside, room didn't get to sleeping temp until 5am. Room layout partially blocked A/C circulation, so asked for a portable fan, but it was too small to make much of a difference. Bed and pillows were poor. Breakfast was mediocre and was in a room that was too small, with people bumping into one another. As a result, none of us got what we wanted most: A good night's sleep and a good meal sendoff. Won't stay here again.

The suite you stayed in must have an HVAC unit not working properly and we need to fix it immediately. Our rooms come with 4 towels (more upon request) and we need to address this with our housekeeping team if there weren't enough towels. This is unlike us and we want to make this poor experience up to you. I want to discuss ways we can make it up to you.

This property went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Beautifully appointed and well located for restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding. Not your everyday Best Western continental. Lots of variety and an omelette bar. Nice change fromm the ordinary. Fitness room nice. Stay here!

Everything was top-notch... but the mattress. We loved the breakfast, the room, wi-fi, pool, and staff. Unfortunately, the mattress in our room this time was not very good. Everyone has their preference, so maybe it was just too soft for us... we will definitely stay here again.

We always stay at the Best Western Abbey Inn when we need to travel to St. George. The rooms are very comfortable, the free hot breakfast is great, and the hotel is within easy walking distance of several good restaurants and shopping.

We booked this room last minute on our way home from California and the price was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and pleasant. The Internet worked well and the staff was top notch. Even delivered an extra pillow and blanket up to our room for our child who was refusing to share a bed with their sibling LOL. The pool was just right for my kids, 2-5ft deep and the hot tub was so wonderful after walking for days in Disneyland. The continental breakfast was a feast! They had hot fresh made foods, yogurts and fruit, and even some gluten/dairy free options for my kids, and the kitchen staff was fantastic bussing tables and helping patrons. I love Best Western Plus, and this particular one was just fantastic!

Great family hotel. Staff is always happy and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is the best! So many options to choose from. Housekeepers always made sure every morning we had enough towels and if we needed anything. My kids enjoy the pool and hot tub. they have a kids pool that is separate that my baby really enjoyed. It's always a great stay comfortable beds and great staff!

The staff were friendly and professional. Nice wide stairs. Folks enjoying the pool when we arrived. TV and internet gone. However rooms were dated and breakfast was overrated. Smokers at back entrance unappealing. Overall average.

Abbey Inn employees seem genuinely eager to accomodate their guests, thus making the stay comfortable & relaxing. The breakfast is not a few stale bagels and a half-empty coffee pot. The guests are treated to a FULL breakfast in a dining area! There's a handy laundromat & the rooms are stocked with extras like irons & blow dryers. This inn is exceptional in every way, yet still affordable. It truly is a home away from home.

Staff very friendly and beds very comfortable. Old decor, dirty fan in bathroom, light bulb out in bathroom, and faucet fell apart causing water to act like a fountain exploding everywhere. Nothing outstanding about breakfast that I read about.

This is our favorite place to stay in St George! They have a great hot breakfast, a heated outdoor pool and largest hot tub I've seen, very clean and comfortable rooms with updated decor and super friendly staff!

Was able get a great rate at this hotel via Priceline. The hotel is nice, clean, and staff is very helpful and friendly. The full course breakfast is a nice touch although it is very crowded and busy sometimes. They do have a very small elevator if needed to go up to the upper floors that helps out alot. Location is great and it is right off the freeway.

Awesome hotel, I stay there a lot on business. Their breakfast is to die for. The best breakfast of all the BW's I have stayed at. Only negative was the hotel was full of teenage basketball players there on a tournament. Not BW's fault though.

We spent a relaxing evening by the outdoor saltwater pool and enjoyed a delicious breakfast before heading out the next morning. I will stay there again if we ever travel through St George. It was a little oasis on our busy trip!

Stayed in St George on our way to Zion. Selected the Abbey Inn and did not regret it. An excellent location off Interstate 15 and everything is close by. We had the usual clean room and got a room on the third floor in the back, which was very quiet. Another great stay at a Best Western Plus.

This place was clean and quiet. Good location and may I say it again...clean. the breakfast was great. I will definitely come back here. The staff was nice and attentive. It was close to everything. The price was worth it. If you forgot your toothbrush or toothpaste dont worry, they have it FREE! Great place!!

We LOVE the Abbey Inn. Their staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, the hotel is nice, and the FULL breakfast is AMAZING!! The kids really enjoy the pool area. There is a great kiddie pool for my littles and they even have a bin full of water toys to play with in the pool. You don't have to pack all your swimming gear with you on vacation.

Nice spacious rooms, comfy beds. The kitchen sink was nice, convenient. Breakfast had more options than most. The exercise room I found was small & full of people, so I went for a walk instead. I didn't ask if that was the only exercise room, maybe there were more.

Beautiful views, top of the hill overlooking the valley. Rooms are incredible and loaded with everything you could imagine including a balcony to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. The free breakfast was incredible and the lobby had so much room for visiting or private conversations

Excellent hotel!! We traveled with our family through Utah and this was our first stop. We were only in the room overnight, but I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was spacious, beds were very comfortable, and everything was very clean! The best part was the breakfast!! There were so many choices, more than any other hotel I have stayed!! The price was amazing too, the cheapest of our entire trip!!

It had been years since I had booked into a Best Western. Thus the Abbey Inn was a total surprise: large, comfortable rooms with all the amenities, very friendly and helpful staff, and largest breakfast bar I've seen outside of expensive resorts. Highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, with more outlets for recharging electronics than I have ever seen in a hotel room. The staff was extremely courteous. The complimentary breakfast was extensive; a great way to start the day spent hiking in Zion National Park.

This facility was very nicely maintained. Every staff member we encountered said hi and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about different places in town and recommendations. The breakfast bar was one of the most extensive complimentary breakfasts. We have had. The check in and check out was very easy. You would be hard pressed to find a nicer facility for the money.

Hotel has free parking, hot breakfast with variety of hot and cold items to choose such as omelette, boiled eggs, pan cake, bacon, cheese, yogurt, fruits etc., clean lobby and neatly kept rest room areas, friendly, professional staff, easy check in and check out . There are restaurants and fast food stores nearby as well.

The area was well located and the hotel had nice decor. Breakfast was extensive and it tasted great. Staff was amazing! We traveled with all 5 of our children and we were well accommodated. Would definitely visit again.

The full breakfast at this Best Western is fantastic. Best Omelet I have had in ages, way better than any restaurant. The rooms were spacious and nice and the pool and hot tub is wonderful. Very central location right off of the freeway.

This is my go to place when I have business in ST George Utah. I stay here even if my conference is at another venue. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfast is top notch. I have never been unhappy with a stay.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was very friendly. The beds were VERY comfortable (which was a huge relief as we'd just finished a stay a a hotel with beds that weren't so hot). The pool area is really nice. The hotel offers a large buffet breakfast. There were a ton of options. The food was pretty standard, but the bacon was insanely bad. It was super bizarre how funky the bacon looked at tasted. I feel bad saying that because we really did enjoy our stay here. It was comfortable and spacious and close to the freeway. I don't feel like I can knock the place down a point just for bad bacon. ;)

Beds are nice, rooms are spacious. The a/c unit was loud when it kicked on, but that isn't too unusual for a hotel in room ac unit. The check-in / counter people were friendly too. One thing we didn't like was that there were always a couple different tip jars out in the breakfast room. Seemed relly tacky. Especially since the ladies that work the breakfast were overall lazy. They don't take up your dirty plates when you go for a 2nd plate. So then when there are 3 of you we are stacking the dirty plates to make them not be in the way. They need to get rid of the "tips" jars (plural) and have the ladies that work the breakfast actually work. They mostly stand to the side talking ina group of 2 or 3.

This was our first time at the Abby Inn in St. George. Contemporary styled room, totally quiet, resonably priced, and clean, clean, clean! Excellent hot breakfast bar, too! In the future, Best Westerns will be the first choice on upcoming road trips.

My wife and I take a lot of trips. The hotel experience is one of our favorite parts. We've been to a lot of hotels already and this one has been our favorite so far. The view, the breakfast, the staff, and the room were all on point.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with a good variety. The pool was very nice and well maintained. All of the staff members that we came in contact with were very pleasant.

This was a very hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet rooms and very good breakfast. The location is right off the interstate with plenty of restaurants close by and it's about a 5 minute drive from the beautiful Owl Canyon Road.
