Best Western Maison B Hotel

Great hotel located on the beach. Clean, amazing full breakfast options included. Comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. They made transportation options for us. They even had a free of charge happy hour buffet! Highly recommend. Would go back there without hesitation.

The staff is wonderful, the hotel-not so much. If you decide to stay here, tell them at check in to turn on your AC. They can control it from the lobby and if you don't tell them then it does not work. There is no room phone to call the desk either. The last time I had Internet this bad was in 1996 using a modem. We asked for help and nothing changed, but they said we could work in the lobby for a better signal. I guess I could go to a public library too, but I paid for a room with WiFi and instead was almost able to use Facebook. There was a funky smell in the bathroom that did not go away even with daily cleaning. That was a first for me. We left the door closed the entire time because we could not be in the room with the smell. The pool cleaning robot was in the pool all three days, not moving, just on the bottom. The hose was stretched across the pool to the robot. It was not at all welcoming. The only redeeming quality is the staff. Everyone was helpful and friendly. They always smiled and made you feel comfortable. If they could just make the room comfortable then I would consider returning, but this was the most disappointing Best Western I have stayed at. There are many other options in Rimini and one must have usable internet.

We booked the hotel for a stay of 5 days during the august month. The hotel was entirely refurbished and with a great decoration! The hotel facility was really nice too, the parking included in the price of the room is really a great advantage! The room was nice and the bed really comfortable! However the service and staff of the hotel is really questionable… for example barely say hi and raising their heads above their phone, we had issues with the air conditioning and the lady at reception was of no help, telling us it was a problem and they should call a technician when in fact she could adjust from the main reception desk. During breakfast, we asked for our hot drinks and felt like we were annoying the staff (everyday), raising their eyes… It's a shame as the hotel is nice but some of the staff service isn't really outstanding…

Clean and cozy place, very welcoming staff always available to answer your needs and highly responsive to any request you may have. Excellent food and service, perfect location, just sea front. Beautifully furnished in every detail. Pool and gym also very clean and with brand new equipment. Could not have wished for more!

Stayed two nights Rimini at the BW Maison B to visit San Marino during low season. Very cute, almost boutique-ish hotel. The property is definitely on the lower end of room capacity, with a handful of staff. I get the impression that the manager(s) also oversees the property beyond supervisory duties. It seemed my originally booked room (1 King and 1 Single) was not available during check in (after 2pm) so I was booked into a non-separated double bed, that fortunately also had a sofa bed available. I guess the manager noticed when she arrived and promptly took corrective action had our original accommodation serviced immediately. It wasn't a big deal, but it was comforting seeing as other guests may not be as amenable. I'm not sure if the property has been a Best Western long since there are still residual evidence of prior branding. I had breakfast, normally 8 EUR (per person maybe?), comped as a Diamond Select member even when it's not an entitled/guaranteed benefit so that was definitely appreciated. They even opened for service before the published times during low season which is clearly going above and beyond. I was also given water and thanked for my membership in the program at check out. I think the only downside of this property is the wide variation of accommodations in both decor and layout. I had two rooms that were quite different and none look like the photos provided online. I also thought it was a pleasant surprise that out of the 6 different hotels during this trip, it was this hotel that had mechanical blackout shutters. I didn't have much expectations for this property and was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to others and would stay again.

Modern, looks like it's been completely refurbished lately. Funky decor and perfectly functioning facilities in-room and at the hotel in general. Excellent service: I had booked a room in their residence but was upgraded to a room in their main building on the spot. I also needed some extra time at the hotel as was catching a flight from Bologna in the afternoon: the hotel management offered me a very late check-out (1:30pm) with no additional costs and, above all, without even me asking for it. I will most definitely stay there again when in Rimini. This is how a hotel should present itself and be run - no matter the star rating.

You don't need to wait for season to get great service in front of the Adriatic Sea! At Hotel Patrizia they can make you feel like at home! I wish I was having more time to enjoy! at least breakfast and they are very service oriented !! Great room and puffy bed! yacuzzi and lovely showers !! what else you need !! thanks to their very courteous staff !! Well done!! Plus is family own!! a must try!!

This Hotel is really nice. If you get a room ask for the apartment, which is on the top floor and you have a gorgeous view to the beach. As well it's really tidy the rooms, a bit small but very nice. The reception staff is really helpful and great! Breakfast has a very good selection as well.

Clean hotel that is almost really good, but staff is somewhat unfriendly, or at best, indifferent. Bicycles available, but definitely need some love. Towels for the beach nearby. Abundant breakfast with tons of pastries but no good fresh fruit, dared not try the restaurant at other meals.

+ - nice food, big variety of dishes, nice staff - close to the beach - free bicycles - good towels and bedclothes - - it's not 4* hotel - 3* maybe - very old furniture in the rooms, TV from the 18 century, they clean room and floor every day but dust wasn't cleaned 10 days during our staying - near the entrance two dry palms (I'm sure they were not watered all year) - drinks in the restaurant 3 times bigger price - if you paid and changed your plans you can't return money even for food

This place is worth the money, clean and very friendly staff! Hospitality at its best, the pool still a bit fresh but never mind;) The location and stunning sea view from all the rooms. Free car parking and a family room that accomodates 2 adults 1 child and our dog.
