"Excellent Transit Stop"
Poleinahole, 12 Janvier 2021

This is a perfect place to stay between flights. It's close to the runway end of the airport—too far to walk. They do offer free pick up service from the airport though. They were very helpful in allowing me to store luggage. Even arranging for someone to meet me at the hotel at 6:30 AM to put my bag in the Hole in the Wall Restaurant next door until reception opened. Upon my return to Provo, they had already put my bag in my room. The rooms are compact but have all you need. The decor is new and high end. The bed is very comfortable and free WIFI is good. They have cable TV. The one thing to note is that like several hotels now, there is a lot of blue light coming from the TV and phone making it hard to sleep if you don't have a sleep mask. While they don't have a restaurant on site, the Hole in the Wall Jamaican restaurant under the same management has good food and friendly service. It also serves breakfast.

"Pillows too big"

This hotel was nothing fancy but clean and quiet. There was a small pool and patio area. It was quite close to the airport but I never heard any noise from planes. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. There was a dorm size fridge & a microwave. Although there wasn't a bar/lounge on site, there's one right next door. It's small and not at all noisy. Most people would love the large pillows but I find that I get a crick in my neck. I used a towel & slept fine. Bed was very comfortable. I marked this as mid-range in price because that's what it would be in the US. However in T&C, this is probably a budget hotel because everything here is so expensive.

"Rooms are claustrophobic"
Michaela K, 13 Juillet 2019

I stayed here in March if 2019. The rooms were so Much small that my fiancé and I felt like we were in a cell. Tried to upgrade to a larger room and the desk attendant was VERY rude. She clearly didn't know what she was doing and she tried to charge us 700$ for a larger room (for a two night stay) while refusing to refund our 500$ for the smaller room. I've never felt claustrophobic in any hotel room before this experience. Also there's a lot of biting flies around the property so make sure and use plenty of bug spray.

"Convenient for the Airport"
Jennifer259, 02 Juin 2019

This is a typical “Motel” set up. It is a five minute drive from Providenciales International Airport. It is a little too far to walk with suitcases from the Airport Terminal to The Lodgings. A complementary Shuttle Taxi is available to and from the Airport. The shuttle service was efficient. We had a short wait only for the shuttle and did not encounter any problems. The Lodgings is located in what I would best describe as being a not particularly attractive semi industrialised area. This was alright for a one night stop over but I would be disappointed if I was booked to stay there for a holiday. The driver of the Shuttle Taxi doubled up as being the Receptionist. She was friendly and helpful. Because we were only staying for one night between planes we were allocated a ground floor room close to Reception which was very convenience. The bedroom was small. It had limited place to store clothing and suitcases. The bedroom was clean as was the bed sheets. There was an adequate bathroom with shower and no bath. Lots of hot water and towels. The wi-fi worked well. There was not a charge to use the wi-fi. There was a Courtesy tray in the room but without any milk or creamer which we had to scrounge from the hotel restaurant. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu and overpriced. Very friendly waiter who made us feel at home. Food well cooked and portions adequate. We had breakfast here. It was well cooked and served by a very friendly waitress. The Lodgings provided a no frills stop over which we were happy with. We would stay there again.

"Clean Accommodations"

This is a good spot for a short business trip. The room are clean and airy, the customer service is on point, and you can access various eateries quite easily. One of the more affordable accommodations in Provo.
