Best Western Hotel Am Strassberger Tor

This hotel is perfect. Efficient and friendly reception staff, immaculate room with very comfortable bed and a very good breakfast. Just what a traveller needs. Only slight drawback is the underground parking - the spaces are very tight.

The breakfast is fantastic, there is everything the heart can desire for a breakfest We had booked 2 rooms next to each other, we did not get it. what we got were rooms on each floor, we were not happy with that.

A friendly and nice hotel in the center of Plauen. Decent rooms, nice pillows and beds. Good breakfast and relatively moderate prices. There is also a restaurant, that I did not check, and a not spacious garage. Mini bar is paid, unlike in the Dormero. All the restaurants and shops are within 10 minute walk.

Nice and comfy hotel with good breakfast. Rooms spacious and tidy and well equipped. There is a hotel carpark but paid extra. I recommend this hotel for families travelling across Germany to Italy. Booked via booking.com without any problems.

Convenient, friendly, underground garage, good restaurant. In the area nearby two other excellent restaurants. Nice, small city with history. Good stop when travelling far. Reasonable priced. Roms facing inside preferred - very quiet.

Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to answer questions. Excellent materials about the area were on display. We had guests from the area join us for dinner and breakfast. This was accommodated very nicely

Rooms from the street side are noisy ! Better pay more and stay calm. Nice restaurants in proximity, two of them are very old. Good inexpensive food, nice atmosphere. Look as well how nice is main market square !

I really enjoyed my stay in Plauen. It was only for one night, I had a single room with a nice big bed. Internet was good too. Place in Garage costs 9,- €. Breakfast is great, from sausage, cheese cereals, all what you wish. I can highly recommend it!

Please note that the hotel has NO air-con., but : - it is very clean and quiet. - it provides clean towels & bedclothes. - it has feeling-at-home breakfast. - it has good location where you can reach the center of the town within 07 minutes.

Very good and very clean and quiet hotel. Room was big and very clean. Breakfast good. Free Wi-Fi. And parking places was near. Staff was very friendly. Location was good, Walking distance from Plauen Centrum.

Very good place of stay with all essential amenities and well within reach of city shopping area. The staff members were really co-operative and always charming. The food at the house restaurant was very good.

A complete hotel placed almost in the city center of Plauen. Very good service, night and day. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms, but a bit slow speed. Rooms very comfortable and food in the restaurant as it should be. Very easy to find it. And easy to park in the surroundings.
