The location and there breakfast was very good, the room pretty small and smelly. There was no phone inside, so we had always to run down for requests, no wakeupcall. Too expensive for the quality , Sorry
Nice and comfortable room, Their bed and pillows were awesome. Nice bathroom with great shower. Place is modern and clean. Good breakfast and excellent staff. Located in a business section so don't expect a tourist experience.
Nice Hotel, modern, generally OK. My room was a comfort category. Comfortable bed, good pillows, but very low maintenance. Ceiling angels dismounted, small TV, shower with some likeage, but the worst thing: Moschito in the room Lot of noise coming from the aisle, from other rooms... Really to noisy. I was at the third floor. This is the last time.
Let me just state that it is now 4:30 am and I am wide awake as this hotel's air condition system is something straight out of the 1800s. We arrived at this hotel late in the evening after a very long trip to get here only to discover that their only available restaurant does not “operate” on Sundays. This is supposedly a 4 star hotel so the idea that the hotel cannot invest in providing its guests with food because it's a Sunday is something ridiculous to say the least. We ended up having to drag ourselves to the closest place we could find why was a food court. Yes, our first night in Perugia and we ate a hamburger and junk food. The sheets and pillows are all stained with gray dirt. Apparently cost cutting has prevented this hotel from investing in new sheets so I guess they expect their guests to pack their own bed sheets with them. Horrible experience. Avoid at all costs
I called reception for an iron at 6.30am to be informed all 8 irons were put with other guests. 90mins later no irons and when I complained the guy at reception said don't worry you look beautiful 😁I had to go to my meeting in a crumpled shirt. When I did get an iron that evening it was falling apart and cut my finger. It then took a further 30mins to get a replacement which was not much better. It took over 45mins to iron 3 shirts... The room has nothing inside no information on hotel amenities nothing not even the customary Bible completely devoid of anything. All restaurants in the area are Japanese for some reason so if you're in search of authentic Italian cuisine you'll be disappointed. Personally I'd rather sleep outdoors than at this hotel again.
We visited this hotel several times, for several nights and as a group. The wifi does not work in pur room, the ladies at the reception are very unfriendly and refuse to find solutions. We can not work. The hotel is far from complete and they refuse to change rooms. A plug is torn off the wall does not work. What happiness! thank you for your responsiveness and sympathy!
Hotel is located really out of Perugia and if your plan is to explore Perugia old town I would recommend to choose another location, especially basing on fact that Perugia old town is located really on the hill. Staid here several nights on Christmas time and experience was ambiguous. First room was a little bit shabby and strongly waiting for some renovation, with shower fixed on the wall, with strange smell from the wash basin, with really dated furniture. But when the reception staff heard our complaints to change the room they followed and we switched to another building with renovated rooms and corridors, however bathroom was still far from modern, however much better that previous. Room was enough big, a little bit too dark with only one small window. Bed mattress not extremely convenient though acceptable. Housekeeping and cleaning services were not really nice. Wifi connection ok, the only problem was in the breakfast room, by the way, please take into consideration that breakfast room is really cold and it is worth to put on warm pullover for breakfast. Breakfast itself was all right, merely good variety, coffee quality ok. Underground parking free of charge. Hotel is located in industrial area, not really nice for a walk in the evening, I would say in is a kind of big faceless business-hotels for only one overnight. Staff: strange thing, but some days reception employees were really nice and helpful but several days we faced really poor service quality and strange attitude as if we are absolutely not welcome. Taking into consideration that we are speaking about Best Western chain hotel, I would say that some staff trainings are required. At the same time I have to admit that breakfast room staff was friendly. All in all this hotel is acceptable but I would not recommend you longer stay here, it is a proper place for overnight when you are travelling around the region by car and just need a so called ‘normal' hotel.
Excellent stay near Perugia and well located to visit the north part of Umbria and south east part of Tuscany. Quiet area, nice training room and a cycling/running path quite close by to run. Good choice.
I spent 6 nuits in the standard room during a conference period. The personals are professional and efficient. House keeping service is very good and the restaurant is serving a very tasty food. I enjoyed the stay in this hotel.
Nice 4 stars in the outskirts of Perugia. Easy access to downtown, to the lake and to some small villages worth seeing. Close to a nice path for runners (Perugia-Trasimeno bike trail). Good fitness room also.
The hotel is the only 5 stars hotel in Perugia, very nice, clean and has everything you would need. It is also centrally located, the room is a bit small but the bathroom is very pretty and has nice white marble. The breakfast is also nice but missing the famous nutella croissant!
We arrived during really bad weather and once inside all negative vibes were gone as the reception staff is so friendly. We got a upgrade to a bigger room and the room is clean, modern and will do for all your needs. The restaurant there is a bit pricy but you get great quality and good service in return. Great choice during breakfast with one of the best coffees i drank so far in Italy. If we would ever visit Perugia again, we would surely pass by again!
Stayed here for 2 nights with my family and loved it! Room was very spacious and clean. Washroom was large and well stocked. Bed was super comfortable. Room service did a great job cleaning our room and even folded our clothes. Indoor parking was included (although the lighting system down there is a bit creepy). Check in and check out were smooth. Hotel is very modern. Great value overall. Highly recommend!
Stayed here for 3 nights and absolutely no complaints. Great service and restaurant, with well trained staff to feel welcome. Rooms a good standard with comfortable beds and hot shower bathrooms. No top luxury but functional and good value!!!
I ve been in there so many times and the only thing I can say it s :" awesome".friendly and professionally stuff.th atmosphere it s so nice and relaxing.i ll try to be there as many time as I can. Well Done ??????
This a nice hotel located in the middle of shopping area which is good if you're interested in this kind of entertainment. The staff is friendly and always-trying-to-satisfy your additional requirements. And there is a local pizzeria with a very pizza just nearby the hotel. So, for a short-term staying this is good choice!
My wife and I spent several nights at this hotel, close to Perugia. The hotel is great for travelers with cars. Rooms were clean and modern, with a bath and amenities. Breakfast was very good and varied, and dining room staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel garage parking is available.
My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay here during our roadtrip through Italy. The hotel is located right outside Perugia and is easily accessible by car. It also offers free indoor parking which was very nice. When we arrived we were welcomed by a lovely lady which gave us a free upgrade to a better room because of availability. Please note that checkout time is at 10 (!!!) while almost all other hotels have checkout at 12. We asked about this at arrival and was told that it was no problem if we waited until 12 with checkout. There was no problems when we checked out at 12, and another lovely lady gave us a lot of tips and recommendations for our day in Perugia and Assisi. The service was above and beyond what you can expect. The breakfast was big, varied and tasteful, and definitely one of the trips best. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable with everything you need. There was also a fitness room with some free weights, treadmills, bikes and some multi gym for strength training, which made it possible to get in a decent workout before checkout. Great rooms, breakfast, value, service and fitness room, so we would definitely stay here again.
I will never forget the fact that the you coulnd't drink a tea because water tasted like mould. Restaurant was very good and a bit expensive, rooms... it depends. Some were good, other we can say nightmarish. Location seemed to us middle of nowhere, certainly it seem so when we got off the train.
Positives: great value for room and breakfast. Secure underground garage, fast wifi, clean rooms and bathrooms. Negatives: room carpet looked worn, small television, absent garage lights. Overall would highly recommend hotel.
Trying hard to be an upscale modern facility, but we had more than our share of issues. Overhead lights in the room turned off and on by themselves. Satellite TV reception was terrible. Had to recode our door key twice and eventually the door failed so badly that even the maintenance man couldn't get in with his magic device. Desk staff was extremely friendly.
Hotel Quattrotorri Perugia is located at the suburbs of the city of Perugia. Rooms are nice and clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is of good quality and its restaurant offers nice food. Prices are quite reasonable. It is a good solution for visitors who want to avoid thw city center.
Needed a place to stay near Perugia. Chose the hotel due to excellent reviews. Hotel experience as good as the best reviews. Modern, clean rooms with comfortable beds and bathrooms. Quality of the room like a 4 star hotel. Other amenities include free breakfast which was excellent, free fast wifi and free underground garage parking.
On approach not the most appealing of views from the rear. However this is soon changed once you enter the hotel. The reception staff are really helpful and friendly. The hotel appears to be undergoing refurbishment with the higher floors being finished first. We had a room on the 4th floor which had recently been completed and found it very modern and well equipped. It even had an excercise bike and exercise mat. The only thing they appear to have removed during refurbishment and not replaced is the room safety deposit box. The room did not have one but at the time of booking the room details suggested it would have. Otherwise we could not fault the room or the facilities. Secure parking is underground immediately beneath the hotel with a camera controlled access gate.
I booked this hotel via a well known travel website and so expected just what we found but was pleasantly surprised by the great welcome and the courtesy of all the staff, especially the receptionist Angela who was very helpful one night booking us a restaurant that I have also reviewed upon in a small village called Magione. The hotel is clean and tidy and provides all the basic facilities that a 4 star hotel in umbria should have - tv, internet free of charge and mini bar fridge, air conditioning and all bathroom amenities, a spa and a small gym - not for the discerning athlete, but sufficient. The breakfast was adequate, amazing on the first day as there was the town football team in house so extra special on that day, but the next two days the fare was a little sparse in provision and just sufficient to satisfy guests so I have to say here there is room for improvement - either provide all with the same fare every day or have special guests dine elsewhere so there is no confusion on successive days when the footballers do not stay. The distance between most major Umbrian towns is good, the location is great and it is quiet but as I said all the staff were absolutely delightful and a credit to the hotel - I would book again as I liked the way we were made to feel special but one morning I had to bring my own breakfast as there was not even whole wheat bread -never mind, the price per room in relation to the quality is good and for anyone that is not celiac and eats cereals, breads, sweeter things at breakfast without really needing gluten free hams in abundance or lactose free cheese - it is a really good deal.
This hotel is near the main highways but a little out of the city of Perugia, which was good for us as we wanted to visit Perugia plus other areas. The hotel is modern, clean and has a very friendly staff who were very well versed in the things to see, do and parking in the city. We were upgraded to a room with exercise equipment but asked to be changed as it made the room seem smaller to get around. This was done and our King room was very comfortable, good AC and Hot water. Parking is in a secure underground garage. Breakfast is standard European Continental enjoyable and plenty of it. For relaxing in the early evening before dinner recommend the outside patio. We ate one evening meal at the hotel and enjoyed it.
This hotel has a great reception with welcoming wide space. He rooms have lots of space and are very tidy. They have even availible rooms with some exercise machines if requested in advanced. Breackfast is ok but could be better.
Hotel placed a bit outside Perugia, but very convenient to explore Umbria by car. Nearby highway to Perugia, but our room was placed on the oposite side, so no traffic noise. Modern equipped rooms, clean. Friendly staff. Breakfast classic for bussines hotel. Could be a bit improved. There is a small reastaurant nearby serving mostly italian food (pasta, pizzas,...). Big parking in front of the hotel, also garage included in prce.
