Best Western Plus Net Tower Hotel Padova

This was a very nice modern hotel. Min facilities though, a pool would be a geat addition. The breakfast was only 10 euros and you could have endless barista coffees, the food selection was very good and the bistro in the evening really good. My only winge is that although coffee/tea was available in our room, no milk was provided and when I went to ask for some I was charged 1.80e for a glass ( not full ) from the bistro/bar. Also our kettle leaked and the replacement blew the electrics on our floor. The remedy go pay for coffee down stairs.....I don't think so. Other than that a very pleasant 9 nt stay in all, would recommend. They also have a very safe under ground garage for 10e per night....that is cheap.

Another great experience staying at this hotel whilst on business. Our room , 707 was spacious and functional; breakfast adequate for our needs with a choice of continental offerings and hot elements ( too greasy for my liking) and friendly and helpful reception staff.

This hotel was a welcome surprise. Brand new and clean as a pin. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Bar and dining areas were nice. Lots of glass.

We decided to stay at this hotel expecting the usual American BW brand: predictable quality, clean, reasonably priced and comfortable. We were disappointed. Our room clearly had not aged well, basic things like the toilette seat and one reading lamp were broken. Only Italian language on TV. There is a “do not disturb” switch inside the room, not labelled and well below eye level. There is no information about it or anything else in the room either, the typical binder describing the room and hotel amenities does not exist. We probably pressed the switch at some point. We came back at 3:30 PM and the room had not been cleaned, the do not disturb "sign" was on. We called the front desk several times: no answer. Finally went down and talked to the person after waiting in line: there was no housekeeping until the next day, unusual to say the least. On top of that, the lady in the front desk was multitasking and helping the next person in the line while talking to me!!! . Parking (not free, 5 euros a day) was very crowded and it was hard to find a spot during the day. Breakfast was below average, poor quality and limited options. Coffee was very good and the person making it was very kind. The fitness room is located at the basement, in a poorly lighted and claustrophobic room. Very basic, home level exercise equipment, a TV for entertainment was off and the remote control was not in sight. Our experience was poor and would not recommend this hotel.

The 4th stop on our road trip down to Venice. We booked this hotel as it had underground parking which was advertised as included in the price of the room. We arrived and were immediately charged for parking. We had to wait forever to check in as there was only 1 person on reception and the Chinese squash team had just arrived to check in and more and more just kept arriving while we sat there. Finally got to our room which was lovely, everything you needed. Went to the bar for a drink. Got told we couldn't sit near the window so we had to move. The waitress was quite hostile. We booked a table for the evening as we had walked for 30 mins and only found a supermarket. I think the food was okay, neither of us can remember it. Again, staff wandering around not making eye contact or talking to any of the guests. Breakfast was okay. We asked for tea and the waiter put some hot water in a jug for us yet there were tea pots on other tables? I had to ask for scrambled egg separate as the tureen was a double one with meat on one side and eggs on the other so as a vegetarian the eggs were contaminated with the steam dripping onto the eggs from the meat. The waitress at first said no, but I insisted and she asked the chef so I did get my fresh eggs. A corporate hotel, with no soul, staff unfriendly, just doing a job which clearly some don't like it seems to be a chore. Didn't see any of the staff smile once.

Great hotel. Stayed there 3 nights and it was great. Its near the centre of Padua and the Train Station. In front of the hotel there is a Bus Station and the front desk can call a cab for you. Our room was at the top of the building and it was a great view. The room was also really big, it had 2 beds , 2 bathrooms and much more. In the morning the buffet offered a lot of choices and all of them were tasty. Has an underground garage, with electric charging stations. The reason why I gave it 4 stars is because there were different scratches or stains on the courtains , doors. Also the sink was broken a little bit. These things however did not make my time there worse. Great hotel, would recommend.

Enjoyed three nights here whilst on a business trip to the area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; followed up some excellent restaurant recommendations! The hotel breakfast offering was very good and the service was excellent . Our room was spacious and functional (suite). If you do not have a car you will need to take taxis into Padua as there is little around the hotel for dining etc.

Amazing hotel. Friendly staff, comfy beds, large bathrooms. Soap and shampoo/body wash was absolutely amazing. The breakfest was a bit lacking, not much food and refills were slow. The tv in our room was old and slow. Overall, would reccomend!

The Best Western Plus location was very close to all of the activities we had planned for our quick visit to Padova. The hotel is clean, modern, updated, with the convenience of breakfast served daily. Staff are extremely helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was very nice. The room itself was fairly uncomfortable. It was unsightly and a lot of the modern touches such as the laminate were either blistered or peeling. Some of the bulbs in the night light did not work or worked intermittently. The shower floor was extremely slippery. The AC and fan in the room were either not working or too difficult to operate. The lighting scheme allowed for only all lights to be on, or all lights to be off. The hallway was very dimly lit. A very uncomfortable and un inviting room. The location of the hotel was okay.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights hotel was lovely the only issues was the something need to be added to make this a top hotel. No ATM so unable to get cash No instructions of the service in the area that you normally get in your room telling you about bus services, taxi cabs and locol shops. You need to ask otherwise your not told. Great car park very secure. Restaurant is lovely as well as the food only issue there was one staff member very rude but all others were lovely. TV did not cater for English only BBC news. All in all lovely place and Padova is vey nice.

The hotel is situated near the motorway and a few km away from the centre of Padua which means it's great if you're for travelling by car. It has a secure underground garage with direct access to the hotel by elevator. Parking is free but limited space is offered. We stayed without reservation and Elenora on the reception desk was kind to make a three day (prepaid) plus three day extended reservation (not paid) with breakfast offer at a very reasonable price. The room was standard due to the reason we asked for a hard floor room (others are carpet). The room was clean and spacious enough. Large comfortable bed and bidet shower equipped bathroom. Flat screen TV. Windows maybe opened half way. Rooms are not sound proof and you may heard noises from other rooms and ground area. The bad side is that the heavy front room doors do not have a good retracking system so when left to close there will be a loud bang (quite annoying when a neighbour returns late at night!). One thing which is hard to understand which one needs to be aware of is that the internal temperature regulation is limited within the predetermined ranges, in our chase it could not be altered below 22 degrees which made it very warm. The only way you can regulate the temperature is by opening and closing the window. What happens in the summer period?! The breakfast is good but not better than that. The hotel restaurant has a very good menu and serves great meals. A local bus service stops in front of the hotel.

It was really bad. We couldn't sleep because of the noice outside and from the room above us. In the room there were a lot of coffee stains + dirty spots. We couldn't adjust the room temperature so it was very could in the room. When we decided to go and grab our breakfast, the woman who served everyone was very rude and loud. If we asked for more she looked suprised or mad. Never again!

We haven't actually made it to the hotel! However ... we booked a room at the hotel on a non-refundable basis -- not a problem as we planned to stay there. We intended to visit later in the month but the lockdown in Italy now prevents travel to Padova. The hotel has informed us that it is now closed until at least 3 April and has therefore cancelled our booking. It has offered to reschedule our booking to a later date but will not refund, despite the fact that it is closed. If I cancel, I lose my money. If the hotel cancels, I lose my money ... unless of course I can reschedule ...

They will change the date for you, but no cancelation is allowed (no money back) even though this is the area that was terribly affected by the virus. Very disappointing. I was going to stay there in less than 2 weeks for a spot event. Just too risky to go there at this moment.

I come every year to this hotel and every time is better than previus one. I like the location , service, good breakfast free parking underground. I m a member of best western hotels and i get always secret deals that complete my reservation and stay at the hotel

This is good hotel. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. For us location was perfect, very close to highway. Only think what must be improved is breakfast. For all 3 days was same and very poor.

It looked like a new and modern hotel. So all facilities where available and meeting modern standards. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms was the same, but without a lot of free space around the bed. All a bit full! No real place to sit except a desk.

Location wasn't great in the middle of industrial zone but bus stop to Padova is very close. Free parking in basement garage was convenient. Rooms are relatively small with very unusual layout: big column in the middle of the room, low ceiling, one wall consist of large windows with heavy curtains that take so much space. Staff was friendly, breakfast was limited but okay to start a day.

This hotel is perfect for a short stay on a journey to the south of Italy. It is very close to the motorway and only ten minutes drive to the city center. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and modern. WiFi works very well. High recommendation for breakfast.

I stayed here when going to the Kioene Arena for a concert. It was a short walk to the concert, just a few minutes and an easy bus ride (line 10) from the train station. I'm american, and it felt like a standard american chain hotel. Very nice, but nothing super special. There isn't a lot around the hotel, but we got drinks and a panino before the concert at the hotel cafe. Would recommend if you are attending an event at the kioene arena or something in the area. Great quality for the price too!

Hi. In total frustration I write as one email address has had no emails since July 18. Have been on the phone numerous times to be talked through a roundabout of forms, again and again and again until two hours have passed and one hangs up to regain ones sanity. Non receipt of emails meant a automatic renewal of a insurance at a higher cost, because we did not receive their mail. Whilst talking to plus net was FRAUDULENTLY told that the problem was fixed and that they could lower the monthly cost. Once we were in a new 18mth contract found the problem was not fixed, SO THEY LIED, and now can't leave without fees. No company should be allowed to keep clients within a contract. If any company were any good then they wouldn't need to tie in clients, but as PLUS NET among others are incompetent, contracts will continue. If you want a service that works DONT TOUCH PLUS NET WITH A BARGE POLE.

Brand new modern hotel in Tower Padova, 15min to the very center. Good breakfast, modern rooms, staff at reception very helpfull. Bus station 1min, bus nb.10 will take you in 15min to the center. They have restaurant, did not try it, so can not tell.

I normally stay in a hotel closer to town, but the prices at this hotel appealed. It's a new hotel, on the business/industrial side to Padova, and ideally located. Plenty of parking (although it is quite narrow in sections of the underground parking, as I found out to my cost). I booked a deluxe room, which was a large corner room, complete with a feature shower on the side . The bed was very comfortable , which is a key metric in any hotel. Probably one of the most comfortable beds I've had in my numerous visits to Italy, so on that basis alone, I would highly recommend this hotel. I didn't have any meals at the hotel, but did see the bar and restaurant in passing , and they looked reasonable. Staff were professional and friendly, and I will definitely stay here again . The room rates were reasonable, there is free w-fi and parking, the rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. What more could you ask for.

We arrived in Padua after a really long day of driving up the Italian east coast terrible blinding rainstorms. This hotel is outside the historic district, in a business park, brand new, in an 8 story building and is Best Western's new modern lifestyle brand hotel. Italian design most modern with everything you could meet. Typical restaurant actually has a wonderful professional staff who did a great job of a late night dinner for us. The rooms are modern, comfortable and I would only improve the pillow selection. With a parking garage and easy access on and off the highway, and an incredibly good price, I recommend to anybody who is coming this way

The Staff were very helpful and spoke English well. The room was great and had all the facilities apart from an iron. Breakfast was ok rather than amazing. Would definitely stay here again. Plenty of parking also.

Very modern building with spacious rooms and large bathrooms. Customer service was good and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. Restaurants are about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Workout room was small and tucked away in the basement. One note of caution, leave yourself a few extra minutes if you need to grab a taxi.

We travelled in group and the hotel is far from the centre, but it is a good hotel and the meals are compatible with the category of the hotel. That is to say, we had good dinner and the breakfast is good. Good accommodations.

Very well maintained hotel. Rooms are decent sized and very clean. I had been with my wife and infant daughter and never faced ant issues. Restaurant is good too. Also loved the customer service. Strongly recommend
