The hotel was nice, and the afternoon check in employee was great! She was able to accommodate me to a first floor room. My knees are bad, and they did not have an elevator at this location. The only problem I encountered was the tub would not drain. I advised the front desk upon check out, I would stay there again.

Absolutely the best customer service anybody can ask for especially when you're going through a storm or hurricane or tornado there's pet friendly and people friendly. The manager and entire staff was amazing. They made us feel at home. And it's close to some of the best restaurants in say good eats!

This hotel is uptodate and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is sufficient and coffee is ready! Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

The room was clean and nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Russel and Veronica were excellent hosts. Veronica was also a pleasant person with great character and showed compassion for others in her conversation and demeanor. Russell was also very helpful making my stay pleasing. I will definitely choose Sure Stay by BW in Orange, TX.

10/10 definitely recommend. We were in town with our family on business. I originally has a room booked near by we got checked in had BLOOD on the sheets and BUGS. After a major freak out at 930 pm we got our money back and checked out. We had no idea where we going to stay but. We knew we had to find a new place ASAP. We pulled out and noticed this Hotel. We pulled up to the front door told the lady at the desk our situation. She was the BEST! She checked available opened the rooms so we could look and see that they were clean let us check the sheets. We added on an additional nights stay after our first night. The maintenance man was great as well he called our room and gave my kiddos so Oreos lol. If we end up in the area again I have no doubt I'll be booking here again.

I travel for a living and I guarantee you're not going to find something this nice with this level of staff dedication for even close to the price they charge. Usually when you pay less you get a lot less. This is one of the rare finds that is exactly opposite. You get about three times the amount in return for what you pay.

You can tell the staff is dedicated by how clean the facility is. Alongside that, great hospitality from the staff made this a great stay for myself and my family. Bonus for the in door pool and working hot tub!

The service is great and the rooms are clean. The beds are amazing. The customer service was very helpful and nice. Its always quite and I feel safe there. It's a great motel to stay at. I will choose it every time.

We came here after requesting a refund at our original nearby hotel (conditions were unacceptable). We were kindly greeted (after 1:00 AM) by a very nice young man. We explained the conditions we found at the nearby hotel & asked if we could look at (inspect) a room before deciding to stay there. Without hesitation, we were shown several rooms & given our choice. All rooms were clean & inviting. The lobby & all other areas were clean and the staff was outstanding. We would definitely stay here again.

Great service .. there is always a friendly face when I go in the rooms are always clean. I would suggest this place to family and friends if they would like a clean and relaxing place to go to get away even just for the weekend

I really enjoy staying here every time I come to town. The staffing are very friendly and helpful. I enjoy the beds they are very comfortable. I came to town earlier than I usually do and I was able to get into a room and I was happy.

Room was clean and cool when I arrived. Floors are wood, which I love for ease of cleaning. So no worries about nastiness of carpets. Found make-up mirror a plus. Greeting by name was nice. Found this to be a hidden gem and good value. A whole lot more than I expected for the price.

Aside from Veronica, all of the staff is friendly & will go above & beyond to see to it you have the best experience during your stay. The rooms were clean & housekeeping was offered daily, breakfast wasn't the usual, mist likely due to Covid: the pool & spa were both clean& staff made sure to warm the spa before we came.

Don't pay 100.00$ for a 35.00$ looking room . The room was below average and I paid top dollar for this room. I was really piss.don't go to this motel it's not worth the money they are selling it for no

Found a tic in my bed. Brought the pillow it was on to front desk. Rude women acted like she never saw a bug before. There was no offer of a new room. Housekeeping at least trip to clea room. Roach in bathroom.

Traveling cross country during the Covid19 crisis so I was not expecting top notch hotel accommodations. The staff at the front desk were friendly/nice, and they provided coffee and some breakfast snacks in the morning which was fine during the epidemic and understandable. My big problem was the room condition - trash on the floor, and I found some marijuana buds on the couch. The beds were clean and comfortable though. The bathtub was stained but clean. Better housekeeping and some upgrades needed.

With out a doubt one of the best value for money hotels I've stayed in. Newly remodeled; good continental breakfast, indoor pool, fast secure internet, good shower, awesome beds (brand new and great quality) lots of pillows, and on and on. Awesome front desk staff, both day and night. Easily accessible even with all the construction on I-10 in Orange, TX.

Quiet and comfortable stay. Ease in getting to the rooms and easy To get to parking. Close proximity to food areas. A few food establishments directly by the hotel. Very convenient. Easy to work with staff

There were dents in the walls and floor of the room. The air conditioner had the knobs pulled off so the room was stuck at one warm temperature. The fan in the bathroom made a loud screeching noise every time it was turned on - and if we turned the light on, the fan came on with it. Outside doors were unlocked, so people could come in at any time. The doors were never locked, because we stepped out once in the middle of the night. I wish we'd driven a little farther to another hotel.

Nice and clean rooms, comfortable bed and free large truck parking. I️ was traveling to south Texas, then back to the eastern United States and needed a good place to sleep for a night, and also a place that could accommodate a large truck pulling a large trailer. This place had both. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I️ would stay here again.

When I arrived to check in the person at the front desk was shivering wrapped in a blanket. She could not find the booking we made 6 months previously. I showed my paid for reservation. They were very unhelpful. The place appeared quite run down, although might have been OK if we got the chance to stay.

Clean and the lady. She was very friendly and was working on her birthday. She was very helpful and was able to answer my questions. I did arrive late and was glad she could help me. Made me feel like we have known each other longer than this night.

My husband couldn't take the strong smell of disinfectant upon entering our room. The hallway carpet is very tired and needs to be replaced. Lobby is very small (about the size of a regular house living room). Didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling when we checked in but perhaps it was an off day. Made reservations based on a #1 rating by trip advisor (now it's #3 or #4) and the cheap rate.
