Best Western Plus North Platte Inn & Suites

Very friendly front desk staff. Attractive lobby. Large, clean, and nicely decorated rooms. Close to places to eat but you have to get in your car. Convenient and plentiful parking. Have stayed here in the past and would stay here in the future.

We were a bit disappointed with the BW Plus. As a Plus, I guess we expected it to be better, but in our room, the terry floor mat and washcloth were damp, there was somebody else's long hair in the sink, and the bed skirt was pulled down and sagging onto the floor. The mattress was softer than we like. It was an attractively appointed room The motel is in a convenient location, with sufficient restaurant options nearby. The lobby is pretty. The check in was professional and efficient. The breakfast dishes that should have been hot were luke warm. There was plenty of space for dining. They didn't start serving until 6:30, which was later than we would have preferred as a couple of road trippers with many of miles ahead of us. It was Easter weekend, so maybe there was a problem with help. It was not awful, but we expected a better experience than it was.

Had the most amazing breakfast I have ever had at a hotel! The variety was insane! Food was hot and fresh. Also the whole property was very clean and well maintained. So why only 3 stars? It's the bed and pillows. They were awful sad to say. My back was hurting so bad after sleeping in the bed. I have never experienced such bad back pain in my life. This could have easily been a five star review if it weren't for the terrible beds. :(

The service, food and staff were great! We booked online a few hours prior to our arrival. After booking, my wife looked at some more of their rooms and found one that would work better for our family. She called the hotel to see about changing our room and was blown away that they had already upgraded us at no charge based on a special request we had made. Woe! We stayed at two other hotels on our trip and this one was the cleanest, best upkept and had the best breakfast which included omelets, fried potatoes and bacon the day we were there. It was all prepared well. We were glad this was the last stop on our trip otherwise the others would have been a huge disappointment! If your going to be staying in North Platte stay here!

Even though I have to come to North Platte on a regular basis, it is always a pleasure to stay at this Best Western. The rooms are always clean, the staff always courteous and helpful. I always. appreciate the 24 hour pool and hot tub. Pets are welcome, they even offer dog treats at the front desk. Hot tea is always available along with coffee. All staff always greets you and seems genuinely happy to see you. Real close to the highway, and is close to many great restuarants (I highly recommend Tempura that is reasonablly price and may be the best Asian food in the area that I've encountered. Have to remember that I hail from South Dakota where there are only two decent Chinese joints.) Y ou can't go wrong with this Best Western.

This is one of the finest hotels I have stayed in in a long time. The only regret I have is that I didn't know how great it is sooner. I will only stay at the Best Western Plus when I visit North Platte from now on!!

Check in staff was amazing! The pool was actually warm, that is hard to find! They offer a room with a 2nd room that includes bunk beds for larger families. Bring ear plugs as you are by the steps. The room was clean considering it is a pet friendly hotel. It was amazing that one family let ther dog pee on the wall and kept walking and another let their dog poop in the middle of the hallway and never cleaned it up. We would stay again because the issues we had were on the pet owners and not the hotel.

Very nice facility and excellent complimentary breakfast - modern room with king +queen bed, breakfast area was modern with the best complimentary breakfast that I have had. Convenient location off I-80

Beware!!! I was to host a large event in North Platte and was given this hotel as the spot to get rooms for guest. We stayed there the year before and were treated great. I was given the contact of Beth to arrange the block of 60 rooms i called Beth for over a month leaving voicemails and return numbers each time do to the fact she was always in a meeting or gone. i finally started talking to Autumn about the block of rooms and she assured me for a week that beth would get ahold of me along with the owner of the hotel saying Beth would reachout still no answer. Autumn said she need to talk with Beth about group rate and 3 comped rooms she finally called me back and gave me the rate and said there would be no rooms comped which was ok. When we post the link for group rate several of our guest let us aware that the rate was the normal rate and in some place higher then normal rate. This hotel had no customer services skills and thinks very little of their guest they will not respond to you heaven forbid it was of dire need. Thank goodness there are other hotels in North Platte that understand the value of good customer service and word of nouth.

This hotel was a wonderful surprise! The hotel has great décor as you enter. We were upgraded to a spacious King Suite. The bed was very comfortable with a working refrigerator, and nice bench to unpack your suitcase. The breakfast had a lot of things to choose from including boiled eggs, omelets, oatmeal & toppings, fresh yogurt, a waffle maker as well as the usual cereal, biscuits & gravy, bacon & sausage. The staff was nice and overall we had a great stay!

We had a good stay here on our way home to Denver. The room was spacious and quiet. The beds are pillow-topped, which I liked but my wife didn't. They were kind enough to give us a late checkout, which was nice.

Not clean, I should have tried holiday inn instead… for almost $200 a night I was very disappointed in the urine on the toilet and the red mold on the shower curtain. Room 134 on Aug 30th, 2023. Not at ALL what I'd expect from Best Western. A plus is the hot tub/pool is open 24-7.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Our room was large: king, queen and sofa bed. Overall quiet hotel. Gluten free breakfast options and dairy milk alternatives was much appreciated. There's a Starbucks down the road. We'd return if traveling through.

This review is for seniors and handicap travelers. This place shows a strong discrimination toward handicap people. My wife could not get out of the room by her-self because the door spring was too strong. This was mentioned to the staff. Problem was ignored. My wife could not get out of the very low couch. This was mentioned to the staff. Problem was ignored. Toilet was dirty we arrived. It was brought to the attention, twice, to the staff. Never cleaned the entire stay. I asked the front desk for an early clean up Monday by 2:30. They finely came by a little before 4:00. My wife has a bad back and needed to lay down. Desk personal showed no interest in taking care of handicap people's needs. Handicap people are discriminated in the eating area as some time the only tables available are the tall tables. No handicap signs on doors which is an ADA violation The fireman need to know which rooms are handicap in case they need help getting out. Maids on three occasions had no idea if were staying or leaving. Staff and maids disorganized. Upon check out, verry unfriendly. Did not ask how was every thing (They knew they failed.)

We had a great stay. Good price for a nice place. We appreciated getting a suite for a reasonable price for our family. It made our stay more comfortable. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was great.

This was a perfect room after a long day on the road. You can tell they really take pride in this hotel and making it a positive experience. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are very clean, and the free breakfast was pretty darn good. The staff was also excellent!

Very nice clean hotel. Check in staff was amazing, super fast and friendly. Loved the pool was 24 hours as we got in late. The breakfast was good with several options. The only complaint was the breakfast staff were not friendly like all the other staff we encountered. Breakfast hours were 6:30-9:30. I went down at 8:00 and is was really busy so waited till 9:00 to go get a seat. The selections were running low at that time. Several families came in at 9:15-9:20 and the staff didn't restock anything for them but instead started putting things away. One employee then confronted a gentleman about not taking food to go as they were running out. The confrontation made it awkward for everyone in the room. I got up to get an orange juice to find they had already shut the machine off. One family with kids grabbed some cereal as everything else was gone or put up, but realized the milk was locked up already. Just seemed really strange with how friendly and great everything was for the customer service to break down so bad at breakfast. Maybe advertise 9:00 closing time and wrap it up at 9:15-9:30 versus just abruptly closing everything regardless of people standing in line.

This was exactly what you would expect for a Best Western. The rooms were clean, nice, and very functional. The beds were comfortable and linens were clean. Bathrooms were nice and clean, the towels were soft. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was keeping up with how busy it was. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated perfectly. Our only complaint was that you could hear lots of traffic noise.

I have stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed. Front desk people are very nice and the breakfast is above average. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. This will most likely be my overnight stop on my next trip west and on my way back home.

Very clean, great breakfast and dog (big St Bernard) was welcome. This was a last minute choice since I didn't know what town I'd be in. Always pleased with BW and this location was amazing. I had to pay a little more than usual ($191 total) due to last minute and dog ($20) but worth it.

Our stay was wonderful. All staff were warm and friendly. There was plenty of hot water. The beds were nice and soft and towels were soft and fluffy. Our room was very quiet. Breakfast was outstanding. We'll be back.

Stay here! It's the best hotel in North Platte and surrounding area hands down. The breakfast is HUGE and hot! The rooms were spacious and clean. We were a family of 6 traveling through with 2 babies under 2. They had pack n plays, a pull out sofa for my daughter, a full bed for my son, AND a king bed for us. I can not recommend this hotel enough. They beat out 4 star hotels I have stayed at!

Halli,Autumn and Jessica at the front desk did amazing job during my stay. These young ladies took the time to get to know myself and my colleagues by name and always welcomed us back by our names. Whenever they had a free moment they would come over and visit and would make us feel like family. The kitchen staff is also just as friendly and also took time to come over and visit.

We enjoyed a really good night's stay at a most comfortable and clean hotel. The breakfast area is lovely and was well staffed. Both the checkin and check out ladies were friendly, cheery and efficient. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a pleasant stay!

This is the best BW I have stayed at. The amenities were all open and well maintained. Every employee I encountered was helpful and pleasant. I loved the cappuccino bar at breakfast. Great job everyone and I will definitely be back on my way home!

Good location, Great Room, good breakfast, loved it! I wanted a nice place to stay for New Years Eve. We were traveling home after being gone for 2 months and this place was wonderful! I would highly recommend it!

Would stay here again, room was CLEAN, check in was smooth and friendly, hotel was quiet, breakfast was superb with eggs, waffles, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, hot good coffee, 1/2 & 1/2 ( staffing of breakfast was great), definitely up to BW standards.

Amazing Breakfast! Could choose from egg white omelets and turkey sausage, or cheese omelet with pork sausage. Also good bacon and biscuits with sausage gravy. Also hot cinnamon rolls and pancakes, and all the rest. Makes other hotels look substandard. Clean and new showers. Pillows not as nice as choice hotels.

The breakfast at this hotel is freshly cooked and delicious. It is not the horrible “ toy food' that is frozen and heated up. We had had two simply disgusting breakfasts at two other hotels in this same price point on this trip.

Hot tub an pool were closed. Bummer. After 8 hours on the road, a nice hot ub would have been great, Selection at breakfast was on the skimpy side……coffee was weak, and tasteless. On the plus side, the room was very nice, the bed very comfortable, and was nice and quiet over all.

Very welcoming property. Holly and Jessica at the front desk are fantastic. Entire staff vey caring. Housekeepers were great. Breakfast pretty good, specially the omlets. Very accomidating, due to back issues they honored my request for a first floor room.

We had to stay in the area when our RV bus broke down. The staff was incredibly flexible and accommodating as we added nights one or two at a time while we waited for parts. This hotel has everything you need and want: 24 hr pool and hot tub; 24 coin laundry; pet friendly ($20 one time fee); free breakfast that has everything you'd want; rooms that are large and clean. The staff here is so friendly and helpful, too! We ended up here a week, and we were ready to get back on the road, but if we needed to stay in the area again, we'd stay here.

From the nice people checking us in, to the ultra clean and comfortable room, this was a nice experience. And the rate was excellent too. A decent, typical breakfast was served in the AM. The place was busy with a class reunion, but the staff was still friendly and not stressed. Above all, a nice room and comfy bed.

Great to stay in a property and there are just no issues. Convenient to I-80 and many restaurants, this property has everything you will need for your stay. Rooms are modern, beds are comfortable. The entire property is very clean and free of any issues. Staff were very attentive and polite. The real highlight is breakfast. I have traveled to 49 states and this is without a doubt one of the best complimentary breakfast that I have ever had in a mid range hotel. The assortment of hot foods was over the top and everything tasted great. I would have rated this property 6 stars instead of 5 if the rating went that high

I Love the location. It's easy to get to right off the interstate. Comfortable beds. Good pillows not too flat. Close to food, gas and adventures. I recommend going to the feather river winery which is about 15 minutes away.

Room was clean and spacious. For a family of 5, we had a King, Queen, and pull out couch in our room. They even provided a pack n play for our infant. Breakfast was great! It was very busy, but the staff kept everything fresh and re-filled. They had a great variety and the food tasted great! The beds were a little on the harder side.

We enjoyed this hotel very much. Traveling through for one night and room was very comfortable. Looks like a newer hotel. Good location. There is an IHOP within walking distance but the Breakfast was very good with a good selection and hot breakfast . Very clean and friendly.

We were there less than 24 hours during a road trip, but you could tell staff was attentive. Great, large breakfast spread, four kinds of creamer! No WiFi password—easy on. Friendly staff. We got more than we expected and it helped prepare us for our last leg of the cross-country trek!

We have had both good and bad experiences with BW...but decided to take a chance. We had been on the road most of the night and decided to crash in North Platte. This hotel was beautiful. Parking was well lit. Guests walking in and out even after midnight and no noise what so ever! Our BW rewards reservation did not pickup in their system, but no issue they bypassed the concern and got me a room right away. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom acceptable. Best part was breakfast! These ladies kept that buffet running even till the last few minutes. I made sure to tell them thank you and have an amazing day...wish they had a tip jar! Def a good and safe place to lay your heads down at night with your family!

We always stay here in North Platte. The location is easy on/off I-80. Rooms clean, beds comfortable friendly staff. Breakfast very good with eggs, waffles, fruit, pastries, biscuits and gravy, sausage, bacon, milk, coffee and juice.

was on way home after a convention on Rapid City S.Dakota . we had looked online and like the way this place looked . we were not happy with the price we were given , but kept reservation anyway and thought we would be able to negotiate a better price at check in. This place is nice but its in a very simple nothing special town so i have no clue why they would charge this high rate . But they would not give any senior /AARP rate , i am an RN that worked at the state level but they did not care . we will never stay again . i am not a complainer , and have never been this disappointed in Best Western untill now .

Everything's perfect except the sheets. The bed is good, wifi is good A.C. is good, the room is clean and roomy. There is laundry and a 24 hour pool and gym. Breakfast has a lot to choose from, waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy are all there. The sheets are polyester or at least a blend. I would return.

One the best breakfasts anywhere. Clean, modern, quiet rooms with a great staff. Have stayed here 4 times in the last 2 years and have neverever been disappointed or felt unwelcome. I highly recommend it!

Very nice well maintained property, front desk staff efficient, numerous breakfast choices and plenty of seating options, the 2 ladies that maintain the food supply were always replacing items which is appreciated when the area is busy.

While attending the wedding of a family member near Tyron, NE, we chose to stay in North Platte, as it offered the greatest number of services, and was closest to I-80. We have enjoyed staying at Best Western hotels on other trips (my 15 year-old really likes the breakfast!), and I'm thrilled that we chose this hire for our stay. The staff was uniformly excellent; friendly, courteous, and committed to providing a great experience. While we were staying there, the hotel was completely full, packed, with a music festival drawing folks from across Nebraska. Despite the crowds, the hotel was never loud, and the breakfast area was kept well-stocked, and clean. Our room itself was very clean, and everything worked perfectly, from the tv to the bathroom fixtures. It was quite well-insulated, with very little noise coming through our walls or ceiling, despite our location on the second floor. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, big clean room,reasonably priced and excellent variety for breakfast. We stayed in 3 different hotels on a 4000 mile road trip and got the absolute best sleep at a Best Western Plus in Nebraska. The suite with a king, queen and fold out bed was perfect for my husband, 2 teen sons and me.

Nice hotel, good price, friendly staff, great amenities. Breakfast was excellent, had everything to meet the needs of every family member. Pool provided a nice relaxing way to end the day after hours on the road, although chlorine level was a bit too high.

All I can say is wow. The staff at this facility is guest focused and incredibly accommodating. The rooms and common areas are well maintained and breakfast is something to look forward to. As an extended stay guest I'm always weary of a new experience. This has been top notch. Great value for the money and a very comfortable place to recharge for work or play.

I was in North Platte to visit a family member in the hospital. I stayed at the Best Western due to its proximity to the hospital. When I got to my room at Best Western to get some rest, I turned on the A/C to cool the room down. After an hour or so, I noticed no change in temperature in the room, and checked the A/C, it was just blowing recirculation of air and not cooling. I contacted the front desk to let them know that there was a problem, but the man I spoke with seemed unconcerned with the problem. He said the unit would be checked the next day after I checked out. He offered a $10 refund off of the over $130 I paid for the room. No offer to move me to a different room with a working HVAC system. I wasn't going to fight with him, I just wanted to rest after a very long and emotionally taxing day. It all left a sour taste in my mouth and I left the following day at check-out time. Bad experience with this hotel in North Platte Nebraska

We had a great experience here for an overnight stay. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Pool was open late which made my bid kids happy. Great variety of snacks available for purchase in the lobby. Staff was very friendly.

A very pet friendly hotel. They all greeted my dog as well as me. Lots of outdoor space to walk around with my dog too. Hotel was very clean and good quality for a good price. I had great hot breakfast before heading out for the day.

This is my second time staying at this hotel on my way to Salt Lake City, UT. It's always clean and the employees are excellent. This hotel has truck parking and a laundry room, which was a plus for me because I needed both.

Pretty large property. Did not try their breakfast but they have an area dedicated for it towards the lobby. Wanted a quiet, comfortable room and that's exactly what I got.everything in the room worked though some bathroom items, like toilet, are starting to show their age.

It is rare for our family of 6 to find 1 room to accommodate us all. This hotel offers family suites at a fantastic price. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub open 24hrs a day. The breakfast was one of the best we've experienced and staff are there to keep it constantly clean and replenished.

Clean room with extra space in the suites. Fresh breakfast but it ends earlier than others on weekends. That is my opinion and it is not a negative opinion. Overall, the price was average for my stay.

Spacious and comfortable pet friendly suite room. Plenty of grass area around the building for walking pets and a park nearby. Lots of restaurant choices within 1-2 miles. Hotel hot breakfast was great with plenty of options.

Everyone who worked there treated me and my family amazing. They were kind and friendly. The room was great and I had an amazing night sleep, topped off by a great breakfast. I would recommend them to anyone!

I travel to North Platte pretty often and my wife and I prefer Best Western . The staff is friendly. Our room is clean and comfortable. We just always prefer this hotel ..prices are good also . My wife always says, there's our home away from home when it comes into view.

Excellent, clean, comfortable stay. The breakfast was a fabulous spread, delighting the whole family. My picky 8-year-old had “the best muffin of his life!” The pool was too cold for this mom but otherwise very pleased.

I stayed here for one night with my wife and my dog. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Place was very clean and accessible to everything. Right off the freeway. Great place for family with pet. Highly recommend it.

My stay at BW Plus North Platte was very enjoyable. The room was newly renovated - very fresh and clean. The facilities were as expected. The pool and hot tub were available 24 hours. The breakfast was hot and ready each morning. The only negative comment I have is that the housekeeping staff seemed overwhelmed with a fully booked hotel. It took a while to get our room cleaned during our stay, but it was cleaned very well.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. In town with family and friends for grandson's wedding. Very good staff - front desk and breakfast area and cleaning - Good fellowship in public areas of the lobby, pool, etc. Great 24/7 coffee machine

This place exceeded our expectation especially on such short notice. They were pet friendly which was a plus since we travel with my wife's service animals and the cleanliness of the room was great. The staff was super helpful and polite. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

We have never stayed at a Best Western before and we were pleasantly surprised. We were greeted by Holly. She was very welcoming and friendly. Holly gave us several dinner options. We decided to order from a BBQ place she suggested and we all really enjoyed it! Hotel was very nice. Reception area was very clean and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious and had several options that pleased my entire family. We will definitely stay here again! Huge shout out to Holly and her wonderful customer service! Made us feel so welcomed!

Love this hotel for the breakfast and cleanliness, always travelling with the wife and dog and they even had a pet friendly balcony room ! Our check in was very easy and the lobby to the hote is beautiful. There is a reason I only stay at best western hotels across the country.

I drive across the county a few times a year, and North Platte is a convenient place to overnight. The Best Western is the nicest option in North Platte in my opinion. Nice clean hotel, excellent friendly staff and a pretty decent breakfast to boot. They allow pets for an extra $20 a night (reasonable compared to others), and you can usually get a good rate for the room as well. Definitely recommend!

Amazing staff! They were so kind, from making the reservation to check-in, throughout the stay, and check-out. They showed so much kindness, and went out of their way to say Good Morning, How are you, and other fun conversation. The room was nice and clean, comfortable, quiet. Great place to stay!

Friendly Staff! Breakfast options are fantastic for when you are on the go, or if you are sitting down for a nice quiet breakfast. We had 2 dogs and this hotel does accommodate for dogs. Rooms that we stayed in with the dogs were very clean.

We frequent Best Western hotel and enjoy the awesome breakfast and the fact that they are pet friendly. This one has a nice lobby, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast! The pool are was nice but one big let down was the broken hot tub. I had booked the hotel specifically because it had a hot tub and was looking forward to soaking after a long drive. Unfortunately it sounds like it won't be in working order until at least Jan 2022.

We travel with pets each year with a mid-point in central Nebraska. We decided to try a new stopover this time and were very pleased with the hotel's room, breakfast and pet friendliness. Even the coffee was a step above freeway hotel standards. Since we're not particularly price sensitive, we didn't compare rates for comparable hotels in the area. As a pet friendly facility, this hotel compares as a slight upgrade over LaQuinta across I-70, but the dog walking isn't as good.

Wonderful hotel! Clean and nice. Staff were pleasant. Breakfast was amazing! We had a great stay and plan to stop here on our way back through. We could not have asked for a better place to stay than this one!

Beautiful new hotel with large green areas and a Veterans park for dogs. Located close to restaurants. Plenty of parking. Well lit and safe. Beautiful lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast selections were a good variety with a wide variety of choices. I will stay here again.

We found this gem when traveling with our two dogs. The front desk person, Jordan, assisted us in getting a great, clean room and shared where to take our dogs-this hotel has a huge area of grass that made taking out our dogs a pleasure. The room was clean and modern as was the entire hotel. The breakfast was really good, with hot food and lots of choices-on par with a much pricier hotel. My only issue is not with the hotel but other guests- please pick up after your dogs, and keep this good thing of dogs being welcomed at hotels going!

The hotel is very beautiful but the management staff has a policy that nobody gets to check-in before 3pm regardless of the situation. They are afraid that the customers might try to scam them out of money by checking in early and not paying for the extra hours. So, if you are going to use this hotel, don't try to check-in before 3pm. Period!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After having stayed in a number of motels on this trip, this facility was the best. Very nice facility and very helpful staff. Rooms are well maintained and have all the necessary items we needed, coffee maker, refrigerator etc.

Greeted by extremely friendly helpful desk host. Lobby was inviting with ample seating for guests while waiting although the service was expediant. Rooms were clean well arranged and comfortable. Plenty of room in breakfast area and food selection was ample in variety and quantity; and prepared to perfection.

We traveled cross country with our dogs and we had a great experience at the Best Western in North Platte. From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed. The room was spotless. The bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The women who manages the breakfast was so conscientious, cleaning, wiping down tables, replacing hot food when needed. This truly is one of the most well run hotels I've stayed in.

We have stayed at this Best Western a few times when passing through North Platte, and again we enjoyed it in every way. It is updated, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast area is huge, and the food offerings are extensive. We will definitely stay here again in the future if the price doesn't go up too much.

Hotel is very nice, clean and modern. Good breakfast, rooms and beds very nice, excellent bathrooms and amenities. Star of the show was our check in lady, she was awesome! Engaging, charismatic, professional and just a joy to work with.

At check-in, the clerk announced she was upgrading us to a Queen Suite. When we arrived at the room, we immediately realized it was no upgrade. It was the last room at the west end of the building. The end of the building facing a busy highway with all kinds of truck noise. We returned to the desk and ask to be downgraded to our original room. We were informed this was not possible because there were no Double Queen rooms available. She assured us the traffic noise would get better after 10:00 p.m. It didn't. At checkout the next morning the clerk asked, "How did you enjoy your night?" I proceeded to tell her. She offered to give us a partial credit on our bill. Before I could respond, another person (mamagement I assume) said, "Just the comp the whole room." We appreciate management's effort to make things right. The room was spacious with several electrical outlets at the writing desk for computer, phones and hearing aids. A hand sanitizer station and a full range of items was available for a dine-in breakfast.

We were greeted by the friendly and efficient staff. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The pool was clean and a great temperature for swimming. The tasty breakfast had many delicious and hot choices.

We stayed at this hotel a couple years ago and enjoyed it very much so stopped again when the opportunity arose. We were looking forward to it, but there were some unfortunate experiences. When I went to check in, no one was at the front desk for about five minutes. No notes or explanations or phone. No one answered my vocal calls. Finally, the clerk came in from outside where she said she was needing to exchange a car seat. I saw her outside there, so I am sure she saw me too, and when I realized who she was, I was surprised she just kept talking to her friend and didn't come in to assist. Okay....I passed it off. We had a suite, but when we got to the room, I discovered the curtains had come undone and were just hanging down and drooping. Some of the furniture was beat up. Okay....I get it. But then we hit the Internet. There was none. We are adept at getting in everywhere (we have literally spent about five months in various hotels this year) and my husband was a techie....so it wasn't us. Hubby went to the front desk and heard her giving out phone numbers to call the company and came back to the room. SHE should do that, not the customer! I tried inverting some of the letters for the code but finally gave up. We were without Internet for the whole rest of the time. The breakfast was very good. An enjoyable time....but when I checked out and the gal asked how things were, I told her. She removed $20 from the bill...a nice gesture. But then she laughed and said she had been the one to switch the two numbers at the end of the code so she had written it down wrong. Laughed?! It was funny to her that we had no Internet when I had business to do that night? I then mentioned that it was the hotel's responsibility to solve the problem and not give out phone numbers for the guests to have to try to solve it. This is where is got pretty strange. The gal said she had told my husband to bring down his computer ("just so I knew") and she would help him get on....but he hadn't come back. She said that people often couldn't figure it out and she was always happy to help. (Why blame US when she had just admitted SHE had inverted the numbers?) I usually don't write this much, but overall, the situation was not stellar, and I have other options and will take them in the future.

Very clean, friendly and fast check in. Room was very large and really clean. Will stay here again if ever in the area. Pool is open 24 hrs. Breakfast was good even with covid. Hotel is located in a quite and nice location.

Jordan was amazing, we had a small issue and she went above and beyond. We were upgraded to a king and queen bed, the bed was comfortable, and in the morning the breakfast had lots of options. I would most likely stay here again.

Nice and Clean. Dogs enjoyed the stay. No weird smells in the room. Spacious, organized, very well designed. TV and internet working well. Plenty of outlets to plug your charger. Overall great experience. Will recommend to Family and Friends. Staff is outstanding

This facility shows some wear and tear (scratches on tub/stains on counter wood) but still is plenty sufficient. It was clean enough. The hot tub was closed but the pool was open. The pillows weren't comfortable but the bed was ok. It was very busy and crowded when we were there. But, they handled it well by having several staff working the front desk during check in. They offered the usual hot best western breakfast. We stayed in the 2 qn room which was a decent size and plenty spacious for the 4 of us. The military discount was an amazing price so we might be back.

We drive an 11-12 hour day just to be able to stay here with our two dogs as we travel between MN & CA. We are grateful to Thomas at the front desk and the rest of the friendly staff. Wonderful pet area and great, hot breakfasts!

I blew in here after a long hard drive. Glad it was very close to the interstate. Slightly confusing to enter the parking lot, but it worked out. The staff was friendly. The hotel and the room were clean. The room I had was quiet, but I was too tired to know or care. The breakfast was good.

We were welcome with kindness & smiles even st midnight. Room was very clean & comfortable. As a platinum member it made it worth being a member to stay there. They were very accommodating and gave us a very comfortable and relaxing stay!

This hotel was nice, clean, and very convenient to the interstate (but not right on it, so it was quiet). Front desk staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great. It just didn't blow my socks off, probably because it's a slightly older hotel, but no complaints nonetheless. I would recommend it for sure.

This is a great hotel. Easy off and on access to I-80. It is clean, the beds comfortable, shower pressure adjustable, and a good breakfast of waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins,juice, milk, coffee, fruit and pastries. The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool looks nice as does the work out room even though it is pretty small. You can hear some traffic in the morning but just turn on the air conditioner and it solved the problem. We highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed here twice in the last year. Everything is great. Hot breakfast was great, loved that they had a gluten free bagel for me!!! We love staying at a clean place with a pool and hot tub, unfortunately the hot tub has been out of order both times we stayed, but we still took advantage of the pool, which is nice and warm!

We've stayed at other hotels in North Platte and they were good, but the Best Western is excellent! Beds so comfy, room quiet, and the hot breakfast was so good. The front desk desk staff were great. They smiled. I appreciate their effort to go the extra mile to create a great customer experience.

Overall ,the hotel was very clean. The main issue we had was the hot tub was broke and so was the washer and dryer. We needed both as we were traveling from out of state. The key wouldn't work 3x before they stated that room's door was in of repair. The breakfast was average. The front desk gals were very friendly as well as the other customers. Just wish the website would of stated that the hot tub and w/d were broke, we would of looked for a different hotel

As an avid fan of Best Westerns, this place was a total letdown. The entire property is filthy and worn. You can tell the staff don't take pride in their work. It's over priced for the quality and location. There's just no excuse for uncleanliness.

The first thing we noticed was how friendly and thorough the front desk staff were. The young woman that help us was very efficient. Checked us in quickly, thanked me for being a Diamond rewards member and made sure we understood the points we'd be receiving for our stay. Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable as well. A good bed is so important when you've been riding in a car all day. Anyway, their breakfast was very good consisting of scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage and assorted cereals. Pretty much the standard fare for hotels of this type. We were glad to see they had returned their breakfast to a pre covid level.

Jordan L. helped us greatly and was so fun to talk to phone. We had made an error on our booking via hotels.com that hotels.com wasn't willing to help make right without the hotels agreement. Jordan L. gave no hesitation to help and booked us for the correct dates. I highly recommend calling to book with them directly - don't use hotels.com! Halli was working the day we arrived and the morning we left. She was very personable and friendly during our stay. We have 3 in our party who have celiac and we're so excited to see individually packaged bagels in the breakfast buffet. Enough for each of us to have one! No separate toaster, but I have 1 picky eater and she didn't care that there was no toaster just excited to have the bagel for breakfast. Thank you Jordan and Halli for the great experience!

Be CAREFUL!!! I was taking my luggage to the car and a RATTLESNAKE was coiled up on the curb hissing and rattling at me less than12" away. I told the front desk and they had someone come and get the snake.

Do not stay here! The hotel will downgrade your room from the one you paid for through an online company (Priceline, Expedia, etc.) then refuse to compensate you for the difference "because you didn't cancel and accepted" the ONLY offer they provided you with. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

We stayed one night traveling home. With our dog, and my husband is handicapped. It is hard to find a hotel that has an accessible room (that really IS accessible) with two beds, that will also allow a dog. This hotel had it all. Comfortable accessible roomy. And great outdoor space to exercise the dog as well. And a great breakfast too. We will stay there again!

Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. Getting to the hotel off the road was a bit confusing, we didn't accidentally drive over the curb. Hotel needs a freshen up, but overall it was a place to sleep while traveling.

Normally BW is a great place to stay, but this time they dropped the ball. After several attempts to make reservations to stay there for my husband's job, they said they were having computer issues. Finally got thru to someone and made our reservations. After a very long day and then traveling thru the night, finally got in at 6am only to be turned away. They said the reservations were never made. He spoke to several people and even tried calling to say we were running late, but they never answered the phone. Total miscommunication on their part. We stayed there four years ago and it was great. It still might be but I wouldn't know as they turned us away claiming we never made reservations. Totally bizzare. There's only one Best Western here that I know of. I'm thinking they really need to get their act together and get more organized rather than telling the customers that they didn't make reservations. You definitely dropped the ball on this one Best Western.

My second stay at this hotel .... Its a fairly new hotel seems to be clean they have plenty of carts for luggage . I don't care much for the elevator location but it's fast and works. Rooms are pretty spacious as well as the restroom

We were traveling cross country and needed to stop for the night. BW was the only one with rooms. Nice room and kind staff. The morning breakfast was amazing. Lots of choices. It was so nice to have a hot breakfast especially when needing to get back on the road. We had our big dog which they allow. There is a dog park about a mile from the hotel which was huge! Liked the hotel so much we stayed again on our way back home. Would stay again :-)

Very nice people,treated nice,the food was very good, everything was clean in the room, from the bigining to the end of the stayed was good, the price for the room was average but we had a very nice and comfortable room, they was very nice to explain everything that I asked. So for me and may family,recommend this hotel

To be honest, when we were booked for this location, I was very skeptical of the quality of the hotel. However, we were all pleasantly surprised. Jordan was great reaching us in and making suggestions as to places to have dinner, The rooms were huge and well kept. Breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel. We even had a conference room there and lunch, Both were well done and well supported. A very pleasant surprise. I high recommend a stay here if you are in the area.

So many choices that most of the big names are way over priced. South of the freeway so away from the homeless situation by Walmart. Plenty of parking, even for big trucks. Best breakfast l have had since Covid started.

This is a wonderful family hotel! The breakfast was delicious and served in a large sunny inviting room. The workout room was super clean, and the swimming pool looked inviting. Our room was super clean and the employees could not have been friendlier.

My wife and I do enough research that we usually don't have too many disappointments when choosing hotels. This hotel however, surprised both of us. This was by far the nicest place we've stayed when traveling in the last couple of years. The staff was welcoming and friendly. This hotel is clean! Our room was squeaky clean and everything including newer appliances, worked perfectly. The shower was new and wonderful! Everywhere we looked, there were little thoughtful and practical extra appointments and everything we needed was thoughtfully located, functioned well and and easy to access. That made our stay most relaxing. The even bigger surprise was the full hot breakfast! A wide variety of hot and cold items that was thoughtfully chosen to satisfy everyone who might stay at this hotel except the most snobby who are impossible to please. This hotel was a big surprise and my wife and I will make future travel plans through North Platte timed so we can stay here. Also, they are pet friendly with a reasonable cost. Kudos to the management and staff for the very hard work to make this such a nice place to stay!

Was very fast at checking in. Help fixed a problem that I made of picking the wrong room when I booked it online. Ended up on 1st floor, close to the swimming pool for my kiddos. Was able to get an extra blanket promptly. Breakfast was very good. I would recommend this hotel.

When something goes wrong you see what people are REALLY made of. The staff here are made of goodness! We spent one night here in late April. We were exhausted after traveling all day. Something went wrong in our bathroom. Shower broke. They were unable to get us another room but they made it right. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was in working order that night. They did right. Thank you for treating us like a guest and not just a number. Would recommend a stay here. Beds were comfortable. Room was immaculate. Staff was superb.

I think we'll be switching from staying at the Hampton Inn to Best Western whenever possible. It was cleaner and nicer (newer?) looking than any Hampton I've stayed in recently. I don't need the most ritzy hotel available, but I like everything in it's place, very clean, an up to date. Great service as well!

We find ourselves frequently driving 31 hours between MN and CA along with our 2 dogs. This BWPlus is ALWAYS immaculately clean, has great hot breakfasts, very pet friendly and super friendly staff; night desk Thomas and breakfast lady, Allison. We always plan our drives so we spend 1 night each way at this hotel!

This is our 3rd time staying at this BW and we have enjoyed each. Very nice structures, good sized rooms, excellent beds and pillows, really good breakfast. Will stay here again I am sure next time we are thru.

Literally the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in. Dried dog pee on the floor, dried stuff all over the bathroom floor and the toilet hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long. Truly horrible. My family and I were also harassed outside for wearing our masks when the hotel claims to enforce mask wearing. I would say out of the 100 people I saw, 2 of them were wearing masks. Truly questionable, disgusting, experience and the worst if any at all cleaning protocols. NEVER AGAIN.

Dirty bathroom specifically hair on floor and dirt/hair buildup in corners which indicates long term cleaning neglect, no towels, no toilet paper or tissue paper, girls at desk seemed bothered by us asking for necessities and no apology.

The rooms were clean, nice, and the pool was great for the kids. The breakfast was great and the host (I did not catch her name) was so friendly and we enjoyed chatting with her. Recommended for a family, friends, business.

This is a beautiful hotel and very clean. Staff was helpful and quick, breakfast was amazing. I would definitely stay at this facility again and recommend to people as well. We had our dog with and there is plenty of place to run them.

I always try to find a Best Western whenever we travel simply because they are the cleanest and friendliest places to stay. If you need something, they are always there to help. My wife seems to be happy with both the rooms as well as the staff.

Pleasant stay. I would stay here again when traveling through this area on I-80. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was clean, roomy and included microwave and fridge. TV was decent. The were pet friendly and, only charged $20. There are areas to walk dog and waste stations too.

We have spent NYE at this property the last several years. At 12, they boys are not little anymore and planned to stay up all night. They asked if it was ok if they stayed in the lobby to watch tv and use the computers and the night desk clerk said he had no problem with it as long as they were respectful, and he made sure they had their room keys. They checked with me often and I listened to an audio book until 3am, alone in our room. At one point they went back to the weight room, set out yoga mats and watched another movie. They sat out of the way on the stairs and looked outside at the snow, eating chips and talking about school. They were complimented by a laundry worker for being well behaved, and a maintenance man talked with them too. They went to breakfast and were told they couldn't be here. I understand some hotels require a parent present, after years of traveling for youth sports. But the woman who questioned them was mad at them for simply being in the hotel. The boys finally went to bed and I got up. And at 9:35am, I had a call from the police department. The manager had called the police to report that she had decided I wouldn't let the boys back into the room all night. Now IF this were true and IF they were aware last night that the boys were locked out, why didn't the night desk clerk take any action? He didn't because he knew that wasn't the case. Not ONCE did anyone call the room or my cell, or even knock on the door. If this manager's claim were true, they left the boys on their own until 9:30 the next morning. But it's not true. The night clerk knows it. This woman took it upon herself to assume without asking and then involve the police. I'd be very curious to know if police involvement is recommended for boys eating breakfast without a parent present, or playing on the computer or sitting and talking. The boys were upset and said the night guy even asked to be sure they could get into their room and they said yes. The boys were adamant that they asked him often if it was ok for them to be in the lobby. At no time was it a problem. This manager started her shift and made wild assumptions AND accusations. At no time did the phone ring and there was no knock on my door, and I was alone and awake most of the night. The ONLY action taken, after the boys were already in bed after breakfast, was to call the police. Thank God the officer was understanding. Perhaps he's dealt with this hotel manager before. I am appalled at the treatment we received here. We will change our tradition and never stay at this property or any other Best Western again.

When we checked in the evening of 12/27, the employee who checked us in, Jacob, was not wearing a mask and was rather indignant telling me he doesn't think they are necessary and although they have a sign on the door requiring mask usage in the hotel they don't enforce such a policy. This morning when my family went for the breakfast at the hotel, neither of the front desk employees had on a mask and many of the people walking around the breakfast area (obviously not the ones that were eating) did not have on masks. Our room and bathroom had a thick layer of dust everywhere. We were awakened by several different rooms of dogs barking early in the morning.

Everything went well. We requested a rm away from pets and noisy kids (our prev night at another hotel chain had baby crying at 2 am (not baby's fault), dog yapping/barking in the hallway when we tried to sleep, and loud vehicle noises. The curtains also fully closed to make the rm dk.

Front desk staff went above and beyond, thank you! Hotel was clean. Staff wearing masks, appears to be good COVID precautions. Guests in breakfast / eating area not wearing masks (we took ours back to the room). Trays for carrying food to the rooms would be very helpful. Hot bacon, real scrambled eggs, and hot breakfast sandwiches made a great option though even if it was hard to balance. Fridge and microwave in room. Beds were okay; blankets not very soft but they worked. Heard kids and crying baby through the wall in the evening but everybody was quiet by 10pm. Pet-friendly. Traveling with cats for cross-country move and they were welcome here. Plenty of room in the bathroom for a litter box. Overall good experience, would stay again.

Clean. Nice. Friendly. Small rudeness problem with breakfast hostess but that should not deter another stay. The pool was clean and inviting. The rooms were quiet and quite comfortable. The night front desk folks were so so nice!

Hotel was clean, required masks, had safe breakfast distribution and was just nice.staff were pleasant and helpful. Rooms were comfortable. North Platt was a great place to stop. Price was average for area, reasonable for type of accommodations.

Carpet was not clean, sink was clogged and did not drain well. Hotel did not seem to fit the "Plus" designation. We arrived late at night and knew nothing could be done to improve the situation at that point.

This hotel is taking safety seriously and we really appreciate that! Staff are friendly and masked up. They are still serving a full, hot breakfast, albeit not self-serve. The rooms and lobby are all pleasant. We stayed here on our way to visit family and decided to stay again on our way home. The one negative I have is that it lacks the local charm of other Best Westerns, although the wall art has a local flavor, if you pay attention. Well done!

We stopped overnight while traveling. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff was nice. Breakfast was the best we've had at any motel since covid came into being. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

In all regards, this motel and staff met all of our expectations!! Staff was very courteous and with the Covid issues they did a perfect job at breakfast, etc. They also allowed and encouraged our family (as we were there to bury a sister) to lounge in the breakfast area where we all could convene as a family and eat together ordered-in pizza. This was a very welcome accommodation for the family get together!

No toilet paper in the bathroom, and mold in the bathtub, had to go to the front desk to get the TP, they wouldn't bring it to the room. I expect more from a BW PLUS hotel. Parking lot doesn't have cameras.

We were 3 old ladies traveling together for a family event; our room was close to parking and not too far from the desk. We stayed for 2 nights in mid-Sept 2020. The room was very clean and spacious with 2 queen beds. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were able to control the temperature in the room. We heard small amounts of activity from the hall and neighboring rooms, but the noises were not prolonged and they were not too late at night, so we had no complaints about that. In the mornings, oh, my! The breakfast was hot and plentiful: scrambled eggs, sausages, danish, yogurt, hot coffee, biscuits and gravy, etc, served with COVID safety in mind, so no guests touched the food supplies; our chosen foods were handed to us on a plate. We had a great start to the day! The staff were gracious and helpful. One of us left a phone in the room. As soon as she noticed and called the hotel, they had already found it and locked it in the manager's office for safety. I would stay there again, and again!

This hotel definitely is doing all of the right things as far as COVID safety. Masks are required. They have plexiglass at the check-in desk that is between the staff and customers. Breakfast was served by staff, not self serve. We just had a one night stay and weren't there long, but it was a clean property and the staff were all very nice. The shower/tub was a little on the "not so clean looking" side, but not awful. I think it was really more hard water stains than anything.

The staff at front desk was very courteous and polite. They answered any questions that we had. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was very good. I would not have a problem staying here again.

Newer property. Very friendly staff and easy check in. Everything was very clean and well lit. Surprisingly good breakfast and courteous staff! A couple of hundred yards away was an outstanding Outdoor Veteran's Memorial! I was impressed by the entire stay, and having traveled across country staying at BW's it was the only place I could say this about. Highly recommend.

The stay was a quick overnight stay. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The price was a little bit more than what was on the AAA website upon arrival. The breakfast was good and checkout was quick and easy.

The hotel felt new, but I don't think it is. The guy that checked us in was awesome. There was a little trouble with our digital keys, but he resolved that very quickly. The TV choices were good, and the television quality was excellent. We had a refrigerator and microwave in our room. The bed was very comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. The wi-fi was good with around 30 Mbps. The hot breakfast was done well. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is quiet, the beds are very comfortable and the staff is great. The breakfast was better than most of the meals we have had in motels. The eggs were cooked just right and the choices were good, considering these times.

My husband and I came to North Platte for a surgical procedure. We were given a great hospital rate and then upgraded to a huge suite. Everyone has been over backwards to make our stay less stressful. We would come back to North Platte just to stay here!

We stayed the last two nights at the Best Western Plus in North Platte for a family funeral. The stay was wonderful. The room was large and clean. The location was great, easy access and very quiet. They did really great at serving breakfast and ensuring we were safe during COVID. I love and appreciate the military discount and we even got an upgrade. I would highly recommend this motel and definitely would return! Thank you so much for a great stay!

Rode over three hundred miles and needed a place to clean up and rest. This place was clean, good location, and even @ 2330 they were very friendly as well as helpful. Room was great and comfortable. At breakfast they had it set up so you still got hot breakfast and safely. No brown bag here. I would defiantly recommend a stay here if it fits your travel schedule.

We were looking for a place to stay overnight on our way to Colorado and selected this hotel based on other Tripadvisor reviews. Access was easy off the interstate, our room was clean and comfortable, and the indoor pool felt great after a long day in the car. We appreciated the hot breakfast that was available the next day with an employee serving food.

This hotel does not live up to Best Western's usual quality. Beds were comfortable and the front desk staff friendly, but the room was not clean. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing, cabinets throughout the room needed dusting, windows are filthy, carpets needed cleaning, and blankets smell.

This hotel was in a great location, friendly front desk staff, very clean and comfortable and we felt comfortable eating their breakfast during COVID because they had a masked, gloved, friendly employee serving the food for guests

We stayed here during the height of Covid-19. No social distancing. Staff were not wearing masks or gloves. When approached about this staff said that the virus was not bad and they weren't required to follow cdc guidelines. 4 million people in the US are infected and 150k are dead as of today. Avoid this hotel if you can.

Check in was easy, upgraded to suite, felt really good about cleanliness and attention to detail was obvious. King bed very comfortable, queen bed (suite) was quite firm. Pillows were OK. Shower was good, bathroom very clean. Plenty of parking and spaces to accommodate trailers or moving trucks. We stayed on the top floor, all was quiet. Our window leaked during a rain storm, kind of surprising since the hotel seems fairly new and it was a stationary/non-operable window. Reported this to the front desk at check out, genuine interest in addressing the repairs. We didn't eat in the lobby for breakfast, but they were serving a buffet with an attendant to provide service, keeping guests away from the food to avoid any close contact. Well done!!

First time traveling from Arizona to Minnesota with a dog. Wasn't sure what to expect regarding dog friendliness (outdoor space for walking, other dogs barking inside, etc...). We asked for a ground room floor for easy access to the outside because our dog had never been in a hotel before. Plentiful green space for pups to walk and do their business and outside garbage cans for their poop disposal. We saw at least eight other dogs but did not hear any barking or noise at all. Bed was comfy, shower pressure was great. Hot breakfast was available (eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy) and served cafeteria style by hotel staff with appropriate social distancing and plexiglass partitions. Grab and go bags were also available as an alternative.

When we travel to western Nebraska, we always stay at this Best Western in North Platte. They have always been nice and helpful. We even got an upgrade without even asking or knowing why. Breakfast during this Covid-19 was great. A hot breakfast always hits the spot.

Big hotel and very nicely done. Reception staff were very nice. Pool was open (had to register with front and it was timed) and was very refreshing. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast is served in the am by hotel staff as buffet not an option. Very nice stay and I would definitely stay here again!

This is our go to hotel when traveling with our dog. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. North Platte is a great place to stop when traveling from Las Vegas to Iowa. This hotel has always been great.

High ceilings on 2nd floor made for no noise and very well designed room. Make up area separate from bath..bonus! Clean and well kept grounds too. Breakfast was OK, nothing special. Check in and out was easy.

Tom was ready at the front desk to attend to my family during a last minute, late night check-in. He provided exceptional service. The property was very clean and amenities were great. The room configuration was perfect for our family of 5. If the need arises to stay here again, we definitely will! I highly recommend to anyone needing an overnight stay in the North Platte area.

The Best Western Plus in North Platte is always clean and welcoming! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean and they have a great breakfast! They even have a cooler stocked with beer if you need a beer after a long trip! The prices are very affordable...they could charge more but I hope they never do! We always stay here when travelling through Nebraska!

We travel with our dog and had by far the best experience here. The receptionist upgraded our room at no cost to a King AND Queen. The had this adorable sign and dog treats right when you walked in. It was so nice. It made us and our dog, feel very welcome! Comfy beds and breakfast was great too!

Friendly staff, inviting lobby, clean rooms, comfortable beds! Quiet rooms with not a lot of noise. Breakfast great with several gluten free options for those of us who need this! Highly recommend this hotel although tricky to get to from the road but that is certainly not their fault.

Hotel is a little farther from interstate and more quiet, excellent breakfast with eggs, bacon,sausage and the biscuits and gravy were great...24 hour pool/jacuzzi and very relaxing..nice fitness center....this is a must try place to stay

Front desk staff extremely helpful with very happy attitudes. Cleanest rooms of any Best Western I stay at. Internet is always fast, with no slowdowns or lag, and plenty of channels on the big screen tv. They also provide a map of the area with plenty of things to do for everyone.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. Everyone said Hi or welcome. And the kids loved the pool is open 24hrs. We ordered in pizza for a late supper and the staff brought us extra plates without even asking

This motel had recently been renovated and was in very good condition. I made the reservation in advance and it only took me about two minutes to check in. Check out was about the same. The room was nice, as well as the breakfast. I would reccomend this place to others.

Will always stay at Best Western North Platte when traveling thru. Holiday Inn doesn't have anything on this hotel. Great service and environment, rooms are always clean and easy to use. Won't stay anywhere else.

We arrived at 1:30 am and found we had the wrong reservation date. The nite clerk and manager fixed it up, then got us a room asap. They were friendly and very helpful on a snowy late nite. We appreciated it very much.

We understood when we stopped that it hadn't been a Best Western for long but this is probably the BEST Best Western we have ever stayed in. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. We didn't have a reservation but they found us a room. That is saying something because the next morning at breakfast the place was packed but that didn't stop them from having the biggest variety of items for breakfast and the staff was always refilling items and making sure the area was clean. They answered where to find places in town (Walmart, the post office) and how to get around the construction we might encounter in town. Rooms were very nice and we got a great ight's sleep even though we faced the front parking lot. One little extra surprise was a rabbit made from a washcloth on the bed that was free to the guests according to the staff. Just a GREAT experience at this hotel and would defintely stay here again if we were in the area.

While in the middle of a 24 day - 3900 mile road trip, we stopped for the night at the Best Western in North Platte. It was the most pleasant hotel experience of the entire trip. While none of the hotels were a bad experience, each of the others had a little something that could have been better. Not the BW...not any complaints at all.

Every time I go to this hotel I have not had a negative experience by neither the staff or my room and breakfast. The breakfast has a great selection to choose from.the staff has taken my belongings that I had left by the front desk and had taken them to my room for me.

It was a quick stay and just meant to have a good night sleep but was pleased wiyth the size of the room and it's cleanliness but uppermost was the delicious breakfast. Comparable to a nice restaurant's Sunday Brunch. Everything on the menu imaginable including a pastry section of fresh pastries Also fresh fruit, oatmeal and the bacon...yummmm could smell it at the opposite end of the motel. Wonderful way to start my morning!!!

I travel for business and stay in hotels about 60 nights out of the year. I have stayed at this hotel before and was pleased, but this most recent time I stayed, i was very pleased. They have stepped up their game and are even offering a mangers reception on Monday-Thursday nights. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm on a 6,000 mile motorcycle road trip and only stay at BW hotels. This one didn't disappoint. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area again. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very high quality. The breakfast was great!

The best Western property is conveniently located on the south side of the interstate. It is new and the interior reflects it. The hot tub and pool were wonderful – as a matter of fact, we had it all to ourselves on a Monday night. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was large, as was the Breakfast area. We were surprised to find that they had several hot food choices for breakfast along with the usual breakfast fare.c breakfast area. It is near (by car) to several restaurants, including Whiskey Creek and Applebee's. Should we ever have an occasion to stay in North Platte again, we will definitely stay at this Best Western Plus.

This is a great hotel that has very helpful staff. There is a wine/beer happy hour that also has food. It is fun to visit with people then. They also serve a breakfast that has a wide variety of dishes. Coffee was great. Plenty of parking, close to the interstate, and has easy entry and exit for getting to other areas of north platte.

Clean room! Friendly and helpful staff! Best free breakfast I've ever had! Had a breakfast casserole that I've never had as a free option before. Hotel was clean, with an updated design. I was sorry I was just passing through with a quick overnight stay. Pricing was comparable to other area hotels.

Halls, elevator and room was spotless. Did have some traffic noise. We had a 2 bed room. 1 bed was good but the other was lumpy and sagged in the middle. Breakfast buffet was well arranged eliminating congestion.

This is a lovely BW and the rooms are very nice. The breakfast, however, leaves a lot to be desired. Items like eggs that should be warm to hot were lukewarm or even cold. If we had realized were only 2 miles from Chesterton we would have gone to the BW there which is really great and has a fantastic breakfast.

I found this Best Western to be easily accessible, excellent parking, clean rooms, really super nice staff, safe stay for elderly traveler, and excellent signage off the interstate. I plan to stop again on my trip next month.

This is a great hotel! Every staff member we talked to was very nice. I really loved the little bunny made out of a washcloth that was on the bed and the nice note from housekeeping on the note pad. Those are things you don't see at just any chain hotel! We will definitely stay here again when we're in North Platte!.

This location should be a training location to teach others how to run a highly successful hotel experience. The two young men at check in were the best! What a great experience we had after 18 hours on the road. Spotless, roomy, tasteful rooms. Beds are ever so perfect. Large fresh breakfast! Accessibility from a wheelchair was excellent.

Noise complaints and hot water problems. No one cared. Very frustrating. 131 a night to be harrassed. Food was sub par for the breakfast. Atleast make it edible....... probably should train front desk better. Then had no answers when I complained. I dont believe they even asked the people upstairs to stop stomping on the floor. Here for business and barley got any sleep.

Gum shoved in seam of chair in room, didn't notice it when I sat up, but did notice what had stuck to my shirt when I looked in the mirror. Front desk guy Dustin gave me a stupid smile when I told him about it, like he was feigning outrage but doing a poor job selling it. He did offer to have someone clean it though, so a solid “B” for effort. Otherwise your standard Hotel stay. But I really liked that shirt, so two dots.

Best Western Plus in North Platte had a big hotel feel with a small town sense of hospitality and attention to detail. Breakfast was awesome! Employees go the extra mile to be sure their patrons are comfortable and welcomed. Would stay here again without question!

Excellent hotel thought the happy hour was fantastic. I have never seen anything like that. Breakfast was better than most hotels Decor was great and everything was exceptionally clean Staff was helpful in choosing me a restaurant for the dinner meal

Thank you for an amazing stay! We originally had reservations at a different hotel but upon arrival there, knew it was not a safe family place. We were directed to the Best Western Plus. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Dustin (or maybe Justin). He was able to locate us a new suite that would accommodate our family. He was so kind and understanding when we explained the situation. When we arrived to our room, it was so clean, brand new, and we finally felt at ease with our accommodations. There was a cute note from the housekeeping welcoming us to the town and our stay. The location has a 24 hr pool and fitness area. Our kids enjoyed the pool (there was an elevated chlorine smell but they still enjoyed the time). We all slept amazing. The beds were so comfortable. Showers were also fantastic. The breakfast was above average for hotels. There were options for bacon, sausage, waffle maker, cereal, donuts and biscuits and gravy. Check out was a breeze. I would totally recommend this hotel!

Rom smelt like dogs bed smelt like dogs. Tub wouldn't drain had to put towel in tub to keep from slipping and falling. Shower knob was loose from wall. Poor lighting air had to be on 67 to cool, put out odor. Itching irritated eyes ! Ask for non smoking and non animal room with king size bed. Worst night and room. Need to decide r u renting to animals or humans need to keep them in certain rooms only. Had to take a shower next morning . Had to stop at first rest stop and change clothes to stop the scratching.

We arrived at 2am after an 8 hour drive. We were greeted in a very friendly manner by two front desk staff. They were helpful in selecting a room, as well as informing us of breakfast times and the easiest way to find our room. Rooms were very clean! We had two different welcome notes from staff, as well as a cute little towel bunny. Breakfast was excellent for a complementary breakfast, and the breakfast staff was so helpful and friendly! We highly recommend and would stay here again!!

As a member I ended up paying just under $100 for this clean hotel with extremely friendly and welcoming staff. They even left us a note to welcome us to the hotel; while not important to me it is a touch you find at smaller bed and breakfasts. After coming off of an 8 day backpacking trip, it was nice to hang in the hot tub to ease my bones. What really got me though, was the free breakfast. This is a large Best Western so it was busy in the morning during the breakfast time. There were many breakfast items to choose from and everything was constantly being replenished by the 3 wonderful women who staffed the breakfast. I definitely recommend this hotel to travelers looking for a clean hotel with nice amenities that won't break the bank.

We were very happy with our stay at the North Platte,NE hotel. It is a very clean, nice Hotel. The employees were helpful, efficient and kind. They have a very good breakfast with alot of variety. We will defintley stay again when traveling.

A trip to see The Golden Spike Tower brought us to North Platte. Booked our room before leaving home. Was a bit nervous when we saw a wedding party standing outside the hotel when we pulled in. Went inside and was pleasantly surprised. Was checked in quickly and the gentleman at the desk was helpful in giving us a list of suggested places to eat, and even gave us a map on how to find the tower. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was an abundance of food at breakfast, which was amazing considering the number of guest that were in the eatery. Will definitely stay here again, if our travels put us in the area again.

Beautiful hotel, awesome breakfast, great desk staff, we had issues with a lot of noise on floor above us but front desk was compassionate and end result was satisfactory. We had another small issue in our room and front desk sent someone up in less than 2 min. Bed was really comfortable

Our map request took us to this location by mistake, we were suppose to stay at a different hotel only a few blocks away. Went in to find out we were at the wrong hotel. Well instead of leaving and going to our hotel where we had reservations we decided to stay at the Best Western Plus and we are sure glad we did. Staff were all very friendly and polite. Room was outstanding and the breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. Loved it!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel twice on our recent two week vacation, first night out and last night out. We had a very nice king room both times that had a refrigerator and microwave. Mattress was very comfortable and the bathroom looked new with beautiful walk in shower. The hotel is nice and close to a selection of places to eat. The hotel serves up a great breakfast buffet with many hot and cold items. The only thing we noticed was that some of the doors had chipped paint, a few to the rooms and our bathroom door. We will stay here again because it's a very nice hotel and the rate was very reasonable. Let me also add that the staff here was great, very pleasant and helpful.

This was our first time staying at the Best Western Plus North Platte Inn & Suites. We were incredibly impressed. The room was very clean and in excellent condition. The staff was extremely responsive and supportive. And the breakfast was fantastic. We have traveled extensively during our lifetime and I think we can accurately say that the breakfast buffet at this property was the best we have ever seen at this price point. The dining area is very spacious, the serving layout is well designed to avoid bottlenecks, there was a large variety of food to choose from, and the food itself was delicious and well prepared.

This is the hotel we always stay at when traveling through the area. The rooms are clean, beds comfortable and staff excellent. The breakfast is very good with a wide variety. Waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage,biscuits and gravy, breads, muffins, donuts, cereals, milk (both white and chocolate) juice, coffee and fruit, The pool was a smaller pool but very clean. It's an indoor pool so the room was very humid. Parking was easy and there seemed to be enough. Access to the freeway was easy too. Everyone at this hotel is so friendly it's a pleasure to stay here.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Family friendly atmosphere; separate sink outside of the bathroom is wonderful. The wifi worked flawlessly. The staff is great - attentive and kind. The breakfast was very nice.

We've stayed at many hotels and this hotel was so much more than expected. Great room! Extremely clean. The staff were happy seemed to want to serve customers. Every best western needs to strive to be this way.

We checked in around 9 p.m. We were told our room was by entrance C. We parked and walked quite a ways to our room. It was just a few doors down from Entrance D. We couldn't get into our room. The card key worked because it would light up green but wouldn't budge! My husband left our kids and myself and went to the front desk where they told him they had trouble with the doors and to try lifting up on the handle instead of pushing it down. It worked-maybe say something at check in. I always check the beds-no bugs! Our sheets had dried dirt on them, but I could wipe it away. The room was very large and clean with updated amenities. I liked the 24 hr pool, but watched may people slip on the stone floors-my daughter fell the next morning just walking into the pool area with me. I liked the mini store and the breakfast was nice. A lot to choose from and hot/fresh. Very large dining area! We were all in bed by 11 p.m. and were woken at midnight by a horrendous sound that sounded like a bomb went off. The stone soap holder fell from the shower wall into the tub. It was lightly caulked onto the wall. Thankful by kids weren't in there! Told front desk and got what I felt was a insincere apology. Asked for a manager, but none on duty at the time.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed the happy hour with drinks and food, vegetables were most appreciated. Unfortunately,we had just filled up and had a full tank of gas, it was syphoned from the tank over night. The car was even parked near the front lobby. I know the hotel was not responsible since signs were posted, however, perhaps camers would help.

My wife and I decided to stay here on our way to California and this was a great stopover. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. We got a great room at a fair price. The room itself was clean and spacious. The hotel is easily accessible from I-80 at Exit 177 via US Route 83 South. We would definitely stay here again.

An excellent place to stay. Pool and spa open 24-7! Spa has good, strong jets. Great breakfast with lots of options. 24-7 snack room even has frozen items to cook in your room microwave. Really big, easy to control television.

Nice clean rooms Easy access to highway. very well managed and pleasantly decorated. I found the access to the property a bit confusing. I ended up driving through a car dealers lot. I still don't know if there is a better way to get to the building But the hotel itself is top notch.

A great hotel that comes with a great breakfast and management. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The 24 hour pool/spa and fitness center were a great addition in case you show up late and still want to get that exercise in.

Got a great Hotwire price and had a good stay at this hotel. Complementary happy hour, comfortable room, and free breakfast. Only thing keeping this from a 5 star review was that 2 of the 3 treadmills in the fitness room were not working.

The kids loved the bunk beds, it was a nice clean hotel room. The breakfast was okay. The front desk ladies were very helpful. Pet friendly, close to restaurant and gas stations, has a indoor pool and a fitness center.

I usually only write positive reviews, however, the bathroom in room 105 was simply disgusting. We arrived early evening after a 10-hour drive. We didn't pay much attention to the bathroom until getting ready for bed. I have never seen a bathtub in the condition this one was...and certainly not what we expected at a Best Western. The place was otherwise generally clean and met our expectations. Given we were only staying one night, we elected to forego showering until our next stop at the Best Western in Hudson, CO. Had we been staying longer we would have insisted on a different room. Given the high ratings I'm left wondering if we got the only trashy room...???

This hotel was just what I needed. I'm always frustrated when I have people above me walking and stomping when I'm trying to go to sleep. I usually request to be placed on a top floor because of this. When checking in the clerk asked if the second floor was okay and I asked if she had anything on the top floor. Just happened that the room she placed me in on the second floor was on the wing of the hotel that only had 2 floors. I was happy and once in the room I was very happy. The room was a bit small but cozy, comfortable and up to date. I really got everything I needed from this hotel. Clean, comfortable quiet room. Great Job BW Plus. Wish more hotels would strive to reach the quality I experienced here.

The hotel was very nice. Very well kept. Spacious rooms. We had a studio / pull out bed and it was nice. Great breakfast, with 3 very helpful workers. Pool was a good size and kids enjoyed it. North Platte had a few cool things to explore also.

This hotel was very posh and updated! We loved the two vanities/mirrors!!! The breakfast staff was very nice as well as the front desk staff! I would stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in North Platt! The only complaint was that the WiFi was EXTREMELY slow, but there were a lot of people at the hotel the night we stayed there.

This hotel was hands-down my best experience ever in North Platte. From the amazing staff to the breakfast (surprisingly delicious), and the evening manager's reception (don't miss it), I won't ever stay elsewhere when I'm in NP. They even have gluten-free breakfast options that are edible!! The rooms are clean and spacious, its overall a lovely place to stay. My dog also agrees! Thank you, BW, for making my four-night stay an awesome one.

Overall this property was very good! I was impressed with how large the room was. My only upset was that the room was next to the stairs and you can hear everyone up and down the stairs all day and night long! If we were in a different room I assume that would not be a problem and would be nothing unsatisfactory.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. We stayed in a double queen room and there were 2 areas with a mirror and sink which was very helpful for our family to get ready. The beds were very comfortable. Parking lot was easy access to rooms.

On arrival front desk staff was very welcoming & recognized us for our rewards membership. Room was ready and awesome. Had a 1 King/1Queen Suite. Very spacious, clean and completely stocked. Beds were super comfortable, large flat screen tv with numerous channels. WiFi is excellent. Breakfast area is large and comfortable. Best hotel breakfast. Two types of eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits & gravy and usual fruit, yogurt & pastry. Sausage was excellent and biscuit gravy better than most. Staff was very friendly & welcoming. ABSOLUTELY will stay here again and we highly recommend it. Very close to freeway.

We travel as a threesome with a woman in a wheelchair. It is hard to find a room with 2 beds and grab bars in the bathroom. The room at this hotel was perfect. The price was right, the staff was very nice.

Second time I've stayed here and plan to come again. Would highly recommend it to friends and family traveling in the area. Every thing is top drawer and it is pet friendly. Won't let me move on untill i use 200 characters. But don, know what else to say exceptional is exceptional.

We just spent two days in N. Platte and we were delighted to find the Best Western Plus above average. The hotel was clean and modern and the room was roomy. The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. If I dig deep I can only come up with one criticism and that would be the quirky toilets and crowdedness in the bathroom. Altogether, this was a very clean, nice stay!

Passing through on I80. Super clean, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Will stay again for sure! Easy to get to off the highway. Restaurants near by if you need something other than fast food too.

We were greeted by a trainee who was charming and recommended the restaurant Whisky Creek for dinner. Good choice. The reception clerk quickly and efficiently registered us and provided all the pertinent information. Our room was clean and inviting. A little towel creature sat on our bed. Very cute. The 5:00 pm snacks were most appreciated after a long day in the car. Breakfast was hot and tasty, especially the potatoes. We stayed in many BW during this road trip and this one was the best.

We work for a transport company and spend most nights in hotels. I research the hotels and large parking is a must. An indoor pool is great for exercise and relaxation. Soft linens and comfortable beds make the experience perfect!

This Best Western was easy to find and it had well lit parking. The check in staff was pleasant and thanked us for being rewards members, offered us points or snacks, and offered an upgrade to a suite. A lovely room with a large bathroom with the extra roomy shower curtain and modern furnishings. The breakfast was plentiful with pastries and two waffle makers and bacon and sausage. A staff member was there to help with any problems and kept everything clean and fresh. Thank you.

Loved the towel creation (see picture), felt like we were on a cruise. Very friendly staff and clean room. The five o'clock snacks and the above average breakfast were much appreciated. If you like potatoes for breakfast, make sure you don't miss this buffet. There were also pillows with a variety of firmness. Recommended.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, quite and reasonable rates. Full happy hour buffet. Nice indoor pool. Restaurants near by. Great full breakfast. Fun people at service desk to make you welcome. Hopefully, we plan on stopping at this motel on our trip back to Wisconsin at the end of the month.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and we thought the beds were comfortable. We liked the 24 hour pool/fitness center option and hot breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time at the Best Western Plus in North Platte Inn& Siutes. Very clean , staff friendly, good food, nice pool,hot tub,exercise room. Open 24 hours a day . The room that we stayed in the bed was very comfortable very clean .

I don't dole out five stars too often, but in this case I will make an exception. I made my reservation on the highway with Best Western Rewards at a higher price of what they gave me. That's always nice. In addition, they upgraded my room to the longest hotel room I have ever seen with a living area and two king size beds. Awesome water pressure and the most comfortable bed and pillows ever. Thumbs way up Best Western.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Beds were comfortable. Whirlpool was great. Hotel staff were helpful and the continental breakfast was plentiful. Easy to find on 83 South. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The last time I stayed here it was anything but nice! New addition! New gym, pool the whole 9 yards and then some! Tremendous happy hour reception and a above average breakfast. No complaints here.. on the contrary! I'll stay here again in a heartbeat.

We like Best Western Plus properties for consistent excellent quality. On this particular trip for a funeral, we had traveled long days to stay as head of inclement weather. I called about 15 minutes prior to check-in. The front desk lady kindly had a reservation confirmed and assisted us in using our points to pay for this stay. Upon arrival, the two ladies were able give recommendations for restaurants and a car wash. We were so grateful!

We booked this hotel because it was the only one that had enough room for our family of 6. We arrived around 4 and checked in without issue. Our suite was on the first floor, right behind the check in desk. There is a king bed, queen bed, and a pull out sofa couch. Bathroom is a little small - you cannot sit on the toilet and open or close the door. This was also the only hotel that could fit us and had a pool. Our three older kids (8, 5, and 2) went for a swim after dinner. Pool is fairly small but perfect for a quick dip to wear the kids out. The hot tub is also small, but served its purpose. The continental breakfast was ok. Orange juice was very watered down and the fake eggs were super salty. But there were enough options to fill us all up. We only saw the first floor and only about half of that, but the hotel was clean and worked well for our one night stay. If we have to pass through North Platte again, we would stay again.

Recently stayed here for my wedding and it was awesome! Staff were very eager to please and did everything to make our wedding reception and stay pleasant! Rooms are very clean and modern. Front desk staff was great.

We had a great stay on our last night before getting home. The beds were great, the breakfast was incredible. Wonderful coffee!! The staff were all so friendly. My only disappointment was the size of the vanity in the bathroom. If you have curling iron and makeup, it was a little small. Everything was nice, clean, and well kept!

Traveling back from Texas and needed one last stay before we arrived home. We checked all available hotels. These guys had the best reviews and price. We were upgraded upon our arrival. Our only complaint was the refrigerator in our room was loud. We reported it to the staff in the morning I told us it would be taken care of.

I really don't like staying in hotels. I'm an RV guy -- bring your own bed, linens, bath supplies, etc... But sometimes you have to stay in a hotel, and this past weekend was one of those times. I was driving from Chicago to Denver and made it as far as North Platte on day 1 of the trip. Since I was getting tired, we Pricelined a hotel. I was disappointed I couldn't get a $49 a night deal like I normally do, but Priceline delivered this Best Western Plus for $90. We pulled up ready to crash. I was blown away by the cleanliness, brightness and modernity of the lobby. Wow. Looked like a high-end Marriott property. Our room was clean, bright and well-heated. Bathroom was large and clean. Beds were nice and large. Room had fridge and microwave, too. All in all, this was one of the best "economy hotel" experiences I have ever had. Well done, Best Western! You would not have ever been on my radar if it weren't for Priceline. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm deadheading to Denver.

Needing a place to stay for the night, we chose this hotel, and I'm so glad we did! The hotel was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The pool area was great! The breakfast items were delicious, and there were great options for our kids!

Stopped through here on our way back to Wyoming. It was just past midnight and one of the only places that had rooms available. It was reasonably priced, though more than I wanted to spend at the moment but there really wasn't anything else available. My wife stayed here a couple years ago, so she could at least vouch that it was a clean hotel with decent breakfast. Check-in was smooth and quick. The room was clean and what I expected it to be. The stay was great because it was the best sleep that I had in the last week. The black-out shades are amazing! I woke up at 9am to go to the bathroom and still thought it was dark outside. I was actually confused when I checked my phone to see what time it was when I crawled back into bed. It took me a few moments to realize that it was 9am and daylight outside. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. I was never able to connect to the internet. I tried on my laptop and phone and both times it kept saying that my information was incorrect and to try again. My wife was also unable to connect to the hotel's internet during our stay. This was pretty annoying when I tried to get some stuff done in the morning before we left. Other than that, the stay was pretty good.

Stayed at this property along with a basketball team I was driving. Check in was amazingly fast and front desk staff very friendly. I found my room after walking through the maze of hallways. The property is larger than it looks. The room was warm and inviting. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a nice verity of items. The property was clean and well maintained.

Noisy hotel, heard card game Thursday, Friday stomping up and down stairs and in room above and hallway and Saturday gymnastic kids running around yelling until 1 am, parents and or shaparons no where to be found. Kids need supervision and running around until 1 am is not cool they were not the only ones in the hotel.

Our kids suffered chemical burns to their lungs and throats from such terrible mismanagement of pool/hot tub chemicals. Staff member was not helpful, got in my husband's face and told him to call an ambulance if we were so concerned about our kids. Then the pool was closed for the remainder of our stay.

Room was moderately priced and quiet. The staff was courteous and helpful in suggesting local attractions. Hotel is conveniently located near the city center and interstate 80, and was a welcome stop on our travels through South Dakota and Nebraska.

Motel was attractive and clean in every area we visited. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Love having a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker in room. The evening manager's reception was Great with a fun, friendly hostess. Good selection of wine and one beer selection. Great, well presented snacks. Breakfast was Exceptional.

More than I expected, clean, comfortable, and convenient. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Also the staff was very friendly. We definitely will stay there again the next time we travel that route.

Stayed a night on the way back heading East. Very convenient and modern hotel. I had originally been given a room on the first floor fronting the parking lot and near an entry door. I wanted to get a good night's sleep so I requested a higher floor. Attendant said this meant I would have to be on 'the other side' of the hotel and I was OK with that. When I got to my room, I was glad I asked to be moved. The room was spacious and NEW. I cannot remember now what direction it was, but I recommend asking for a room in the newer part of the hotel. Nice, clean, modern room. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly.

Room was very good facing south away from traffic. Furnishings were clean and in good condition. Pool was too cool to use but the hot tub was working and very nice. Motel provided a free reception after arrival which included vegies, chips, sour cream , nacho cheese, beer, wine and lemonade. Very nice.

My family and I recently stayed here on our trip to north platte. The beds were really comfortable, the rooms very spacious, and the pool was great for the kids. The staff was friendly, the rooms were up to date and very modern.

We chose this hotel from previous reviews and its amenities. After a long drive, we were looking forward to the hot tub! They have a business center, 24 hr pool/hot tub and a great breakfast. Lots of choices, both hot and cold, and the breakfast attendant made a point of checking with each person to see if we needed anything. The only "downside" was that our non-smoking room had clearly been smoked in (or maybe outside of) before. I was glad I had my asthma inhaler with me - but the room was clean and comfortable otherwise! We would go back but would check the smell of the room first.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Both times I was pleased thus the return stay. Besides the clean rooms and good breakfast, the personnel, especially Carlita, were very friendly, helpful and really seemed to enjoy their job.

We stay at hotels all over the country and this has to be one of the best we've visited! It is a very nice, clean, quiet hotel. It was right off the expressway and had ample parking in the back for our pickup & camper. The staff were all very friendly & helpful.The breakfast area is very large with lots of tables. So many great choices..eggs, bacon, sausage, cereals, variety of breads & pastries. The ladies working the kitchen were friendly and kept everything well stocked.Will definitely be staying here again!

OUR room was spacious,plenty of space for up to 4 adults easy. It was clean,and updated decor. The beds were soft and comfortable. The staff was available when needed and friendly. The breakfast was plenty of choices and delicious.

We arrived in town late and had reservations at a different nearby hotel, which was in such awful condition that we could not stay there. We came to Best Western in hopes of finding a vacant room. They were extremely friendly and able to accommodate us with a great price. The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of other seating as well. Loved that there were two sinks in the room that saved us time getting ready. The breakfast was one of the best we'd had on our trip, lots of options. So glad we came here and Best Western will be my first choice from here on out when booking.

We had a 3 great nights of sleeping due to such comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel staff were friendly and professional. One day we didn't get room service and asked about it at the front desk. They said that our Do Not Disturb sign was up when the housekeeper was making her rounds. They offered to clean it and did so right away. We didn't have to wait very long either. The breakfast was great for a hotel. Nice breakfast area with plenty of seating. There was nothing bad to say about this hotel. We would definitely stay again if ever in that area.

First day on the road headed for Colorado. Check-in was easy and the desk clerk was engaging and friendly. Room was clean as was the bathroom and there were plenty of towels and they weren't worn out. I liked the soaps and shampoo provided. Good stuff! Breakfast the next morning was better than the average "free" breakfast as there were protein items (scrambled eggs and sausage) to go with the waffles, cereal and the like. There was a lady making omelets to order that were good. Coffee was very good. Check out was easy and again the desk clerk was friendly. I will stay here again if I'm in the area.

Stayed at a few BW and most experiences are excellent. We travel across country with our dogs so we like BW properties overall. Compared to others this location is fine for a simple night stop. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is okay. A big plus was having several restaurant delivery options. That was great especially after driving for 7 or more hours.

This was a good stay. Desk ladies were extremely helpful when we had an issue with our Rewards--not their problem, but they were caring. Great Happy Hour and Snacks. A welcome treat after a long day of driving. Loved the Queen Suite with large balcony! We slept Great so apparently bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good especially having fresh oranges and apples.

Rooms are clean and would say just average as far as updates. Wish bathrooms were a little bigger & more updated but they are well cleaned. Great night reception and outstanding free breakfast. Good restaurant selection just down the street to the north....

Hotel seems new which is great because everything is fresh. Pricing was very reasonable for what you get. Pool & Fitness center open 24hrs which was a plus and one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had. The two ladies running the breakfast were extremely friendly and keep everything full, hot, clean, and organized! Great job Best Western team!

We just stumbled into this gem on our road trip. The hotel was nice, and the people were very helpful. Next door is the cool little Buffalo Bill shot and museum. Definitely a good stop on anyone's cross country trip. The breakfast room was very big, much bigger than other best westerns I've stayed at. It was nice.

We used to stay in Best Westerns quite a lot a few decades ago but then sort of gave up on them. Well, they've been catching my attention again...especially the Best Western Plus level. We stopped at this one in North Platte on the way from MSP to Denver and have found it very competitive....not only in price range but also with regards to furnishings, convenience on and off the Interstate, cleanliness, and friendly personnel. They had a little trouble at check-in figuring things out since I booked with points on AmEx which uses Expedia....however, they keyed me and sent me on my way instead of making me wait. Impressed. Nice manager's reception too. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Arrived at motel on Aug 18 to check in at the motel. Was told my reservation had been cancelled but that they did still have 2 rooms available but that it would cost me more. I tried to show that their web sit still said my reservation was confirmed. They repeated it was cancelled and if I wanted the rooms it was more. The original price was $144.00, I had to pay $177.25 to stay, So I give America's best value and trip advisor a bad ratting and will not use either one again.

We stayed here on day 2 of our trip to Lincoln, NE this year. All 5 of us shared one room which was pretty comfy with 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed. The room was clean, comfortable and new! Breakfast was pretty good too! Fresh fruit, waffles, muffins, eggs, biscuits and gravy-YUM!

Stayed at this hotel due to its proximity to North Platte Airport. We arrived at 10 pm after a long drive from Ainsworth. The room was very clean and the bed felt great! We had to get up at the crack of dawn to make our flight so we were glad to have come to this hotel which was only 8 minutes away from the airport!

Close to the highway. Comfortable room, really liked the King/Queen combo for the 3 of us, husband, son and I. Wide stairs to the second floor made it easy to move around. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Close by were a variety of restaurants.

We chose the Best Western Plus North Platte Inn and Suites because of the timing of our trip. We weren't expecting much but were delightfully amazed at the quality of the service and elegance of the facility. High points were the check in and check out - with an extremely pleasant and helpful staff - and the breakfast crew. The crew hustled through a very busy breakfast time with smiles, greetings and bounteous goodness in every meal item offered. We could see them hustling in the kitchen, and despite a big crowd it was well-stocked and delicious, The facility is gorgeous. We had a lovely stay.

Easy phone reservation. Pleasant reception. Noisy room. No fresh fruit, no hot cereal, other than powdered type. No margarine only butter. No alternative milk choices. Beds were very comfortable, adequate number of pillows.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was Nice and new looking and convenient to our family gathering. The staff was nice and friendly at check in. The hotel was full of guests but the rooms were comfortable and the staff was accommodating.

I was at the hotel for a training session I was conducting. It was clean comfortable and the internet speed was good. I would recommend staying here. I did have a room in the new section of the hotel but I think either would have been fine.Breakfast was included and was good.

Big spacious room! Large grass area for the dog to take care of his buisness. The front desk was super friendly and helpful. We went to the restaurant late and was served a delicious dinner. Our room was perfect, comfortable bed and roomy.

We face difficulty in locating hotels that have available bedding for a family of 2 teenagers of opposite sex...so this was a win/win deal. Had 2 beds and a sleeper sofa, which is also convenient for families of 5. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast area had sufficient seating and workers that were busy restocking as necessary. Various items and the standard waffle maker (with a cute BW logo in the center!). Somewhat of an odd entrance, we kept driving thru the car dealership lot to get there. Could be better marked.

Consistantly choose Best Western Norht Platte while I am in town visiting our Dealership. Very clean and always accomodating. Really appreciate their understanding and ease of check in and location is extremely convieient.

We stayed here on our way back from Yellowstone. It was a brand new hotel. Very clean. The staff was so friendly. They were very accommodating. We needed a cot, and it was in the room before we got up there. The breakfast was great! I was very impressed with Best Westerns on this trip!

Dirty pool area foam filled spa . Shower water in bathroom and took shower and it ran all over the floor and out to the front door. Loud TV took 2 calls to get it turned off at 1 am. It was dark who puts a light source behind a TV. Desk was set up in front of a door to other room and you could hear thru it .

I haven't stayed in a Best Western in a while. The ones I usually see are starting to look a little run down. Not this place! I couldn't come up with a bad thing to say about my stay here if I wanted to. Very clean and well maintained building, grounds, and room. I will not hesitate to come back here.

We were here on a Friday night. The place was packed. Our room was on the top floor so it was quiet. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was great, but there was no mat in the tub and the grab bar was on the way out of the tub so it was a bit iffy. The hair dryer controls weren't working so it was plug in and let it go. Breakfast was crowded but good with many options. Staff was friendly and helpful both at the check in and departure.

Very large hotel, tower rooms at one end and very long motel rooms hall on the other. Guess where they put us seniors? Filthy laundry room, washers didn't work, front desk had no idea until I informed them. They sent me all the way over to tower side to do laundry, that washer wasn't much cleaner. Unfortunately I didn't take pictures. Our bathroom was just as dirty as laundry room. Dirt accumulated in corners, tub had not been cleaned since last guest, dirt accumulated in exhaust fan, dirt and hair on toilet, dirt and paper in tub drain. Bed was ok, clean sheets on bed we slept in. Breakfast was normal fare. Dining room was exceptionally clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. I responded to their survey, all they said was sorry. Won't be staying there again.

Good location near the highway with clean, updated rooms. The pool area looked nice, but was completely packed so we decided to take a pass on swimming. All of the staff we spoke to were very nice and helpful.

Thick towels, comfortable beds, very nice, clean rooms. The pool 'could' have been just a tad warmer :-). Breakfast was the best of hotel 'hot' breakfast(s). I left a laptop charger and they were very helpful in getting it returned to me. Front desk staff were all extremely nice.

We got a king/queen suite. It was a very nice room. The couch pulled out into a full size bed also, so it fit our family of 5 great. The breakfast is probably the best hotel breakfast ever. This hotel never disappoints!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus for the second time and it was wonderful. The hotel is new and has a large lobby, nice pool and wide stairs, and an elevator. The front desk staff is helpful and very friendly. There are several places to eat close by, and it is right off the freeway. There are plenty of places for the dogs to walk and the whole place is well maintained and very relaxing. Really enjoyed it the first time we stayed a couple years ago, and happily looked forward to returning. We were not disappointed. Will definitely put it on my short list of places to stay along I-80.

This place is packed with people. It looks really well on the outside and inside on the surface. I arrived late at night and walked into the shower. It had someone's hair all over the bathroom walls. The shower itself was covered in bathroom scum. I thought are you freaking kidding me. I was traveling with my family and didn't have the energy to say anything because I had been driving for 15 hours. I always bring extra cleaning products and cleaned the bathroom. It had black grim running down the tub. Gross. I stayed the next day at a best western in Custer, SD and it was old but super clean. So no, it's jus this location.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly & helpful. They even upgraded us to 4th Floor. Room was very nice, quiet (as requested) & very comfortable bed. Breakfast was ok. Staff kept area clean & filled.

we spend a night at this hotel. the room was clean and nice, a little small for a six persons family ( 4 little kids) but nothing too bad. the staff was nice and helpful. breakfast was very good and had lots of stuff the kids loved. the inside pool was a bonus treat for the kids! it was a very good night!

When we stopped in for a one night stay, my fiancé, Priceline was showing the room for $109, we told them that, they said there would a $30 pet fee, which we were happy to pay. This meant the total would be about $140 before tax. Then we go to check out, both people we talked to were rude and said that our bill is $189 and that they CANT price match on Priceline. They said it's our fault for not booking directly on Priceline. The real kicker is that the rude front desk person during check in also failed to mention the higher rate. Overall disappointed with this “hospitality” experience

You can't ask for more than this. We can always count on friendly staff, a clean and comfortable bed and one of our favorites for breakfast, biscuits and gravy. We've stayed here several times on our way to and from Colorado and have recommeded it to our family and friends.

The facility has been completely redone. I have stayed here several times. Even spent an entire week there and it was an excellent experience. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Plan on staying there during future business trips in the future.

what a great place to stay, been traveling for work for the last 2 weeks, stayed at 6 different hotels, this was by far the best one! During my trip I had several rude check in clerks and several where the price was one thing and at check in they wanted/demanded an additional fee just in case! No mind you i am in motels for over 125 nights per year, and I use just three main one's, and the worse treatment I have had was at the one's I frequent most! It's almost like they didn't care if I used them or not! However there are a lot of motel's that make up for it, so it's all good, in the long run. Also everyone has good and bad days, so I try not to hold that against folks, but also i like my rest and I like to be hassle free when I check in! This hotel brand is not one of the one's I use much any more, since they don't like to offer me the rewards, for my stay's, so I don't use them much, however this hotel was right along the path, and it was an easy in and out, stay. so all is good.

A very nice hotel. The rooms were clean, the jacuzzi was okay and breakfast was adequate. The staff were wonderful, cheerful, very helpful and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was also very quiet at night.

This was a great place to stay. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Only room for improvement would be the bed. It was way too hard for my liking. There was even a wedding reception going on and it was really quiet. I also liked the 24hr pool. Would stay at this location again!!

This is a decent hotel for the money. Everything was very nice except for the very low, round bowl toilets. Service was excellent, the room and bed was comfortable. This is a pet-friendly hotel, which can be good if you travel with a pet, not so good if you have pet allergies or dislike noisy dogs.

Great place to stay. I have stayed here 3 times now and a member of my team has stayed there a couple times. More members from our company will be staying here going forward. It is right off the interstate so access is easy.

Everything was as expected and in working order. We were disappointed with the Breakfast area as the selection was below what we expected from a Best Western Plus hotel. The room was large and provided enough space for the 3 people in the room.

Shape of bath tub floor slants way too much for safe showering. Makes it difficult to feel steady and safe while standing in the tub. It also took too long to check in while employees stood around without asking if I needed help. This is why I try to stay at Hampton Inns.

We loved this Best Western. Of course we love all of them that's why we always stay with Best Western. But this hotel was incredible. I would love to stay there again for a longer period of time. One night just wasn't enough.

The hotel was nice and all...just that I was double charged. Other than that, enjoyed the few hours I was there to rest. All good BW. Just hurry my refund, The breakfast was awesome...the lobby was welcoming and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well looked after, has a happy hour (monday- Thursday), excellent fitness facility and friendly staff. The only drawback is that you need to drive to any dining establishment. I will stay there again.

The hotel room was nice but it had very thin walls. I could hear one neighbors TV over my own, could hear people talking in the hallway all night (which they sounded like they were having a blast which was great but since I had 13 hours of driving the next day I really needed some sleep), and the wind kept making the door to outside slam every time someone used it. The hotel staff was nice and the hotel is located right off of the highway. I was just surprised by how much I could hear everyone else conversations, coughs, tv shows, etc.

We were very surprised to have a complimentary Happy Hour when we arrived. It was great to have after a long days drive. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast items were a typical complimentary breakfast. This hotel is less than 1 year old. All the staff were helpful and caring.

These rooms and beds were the most comfortable we've had in years. They layout of the room worked so well for our family. One king and one queen bed did the trick!! And we weren't tripping over each other in the room either.

We had an excellent stay for this being an emergency stopping place. The bed was very soft and the room was very clean. We got a little turned around because they have 2 wings and 2 sets of elevators. I'm always impressed with Best Western's breakfast. Today was no different. I was also impressed to see that they offered a gluten-free bagel. Only way take it one more step is to offer a dairy-free yogurt! Great price for the room.

Staff was unfriendly and did all they could to not help us or avoid us. Room was in fair condition. Pool area was busy and dirty with used/soiled towels and trash. for being a newer facility in the area there was promise of a decent place. We were disappointed.

It had been a long day with crane watching and travel. I arrived around dinner time to discover that getting a room in North Platte would be a challenge. The next day I discovered it was due to the railroad hiring many folks who were staying in the hotels while going through the hiring/training process. Thanks to the fact I am a loyalty member who has been staying in Best Western hotels lately they kindly gave me a big, big room for me, myself and I. The last room. I had a king, a queen and a sofa bed to choose from on the top floor. The room was very nice. The reason I didn't give the hotel a 5 star is due to the "manager's reception" that they have in the evening. Since there were many men who had probably been working very hard all day some of them took advantage of this free wine and beer a little too much. Being a solo woman I felt uncomfortable in the lobby and around the exit/entrances/lobby/elevator. Add to this that unlike CO, there is no restriction about smoking next to the exits/entrances to the buildings so I had to be careful about how I traversed the building. At one point there was a group of men arguing politics at the main entrance - not a great experience coming back from dinner. I waited to go down for breakfast until I assumed the men had gone to work and found it to be a much different scene. More family friendly.

our trips were a combination business/pleasure and we could not have asked for a better experience. My father uses a walker and the handicapped rooms and staff accommodated his needs perfectly. We used this hotel for a trip last June and this March.

very nice, pleasant staff, clean,all good, breakfast was fine, parking real good, well light outside, nice and quite in room, very important, close to shopping, food, gas, we'll be back next year as we pass through, thanks

This was a nice hotel but there were a lot of young teens partying near my room. I called the desk to ask them to go back in their rooms as they were yelling in the hallway. I had asked the desk at check in to put me somewhere away from noisy young folks. I wish hotels had a section for older quiet folks and a 30 and under section for the noisemakers.

Stopped here to stay overnight on way home to Denver. Staff at check in was very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and well laid out. There was a mini fridge and microwave in room. There was 2 sinks one in bathroom and the other outside of it. Great for everyone to get ready in the morning. They have afternoon reception in the lobby with beer, wine, and snacks very nice. Breakfast was far from standard. They had bisquits and gravy, eggs, waffles, bacon, sausage, etc. Didn't use the indoor pool, hot tub, but looked very nice and was open 24 hrs. Will stay here again.

Stayed for 2 weeks..and will say one of the best ..Best Western Hotel's..Ive stayed @ 44 different Best Western hotel's in 2017 threw out the country..and all were good..better..best..this hotel is one my best..2017 I've stayed 365 days @ Best Western chains..so if any customer knows a great Best Western hotel...its me !

As promised by management. Upon my arrival. I was greeted with a smile. Check in was a breeze. My status was honored. It has been a great pleasure to return with proper training in place. This property has all the amenities to make your travel a breeze. Will return.

We have stayed at this motel several times and always have a good experience. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and they have a truck parking area for those who need more space to park. Will stay here again.

We had a good stay recently for 1 night with our 4 children. A big plus of this hotel is that they offer rooms with 2 beds AND a pull out queen. We actually had a king, a queen, and the pull out which was nice! The pool and fitness areas were really nice, the kids had a great time swimming. We loved that both rooms were open 24 hrs so we could swim early before we got back on the road. The breakfast was good, standard hotel breakfast with a mix of hot and cold options, and was well maintained. The staff was helpful and friendly. Our only complaint was that our room was not ready when we tried to check in around 4:30pm (which is already well past check in) and we were told to come back later. It was ready when we returned at 8pm, but the beds were sloppy and there was a visible stain on one comforter. Overall, a decently priced hotel, easy to find, with large rooms for big families.

Stayed in jacuzzi suite on NYE. This room is essentially 2 regular rooms without the dividing wall. 2 person Jacuzzi was in old bathroom space ( no toilet and sink outside room. No ambience to room. Bright lighting, tv that was incorrectly hooked up. Not what we were expecting

Booked this property on line for it was pet friendly. There was NO mention of additional charges for having said pet in the room. A small animal and almost $30 fee? Would have been nice to know before hand. Other charge less. Checkin was smooth, checkout was smooth. Room was clean. Wifi worked as advertised. Staff was friendly and helpful. The floor was rather noisy.... being mainly a wood construction that's what happens. Floors creak and heavy walking resonates through the hall/rooms. Nice that they had an elevator. Breakfast was...... ah.....marginal. I'd happily pay for a better experience. Just sayin. Air conditioner was able to be placed on constant which was nice. Over all, it was okay.

My husband and I traveled with our dog from Grand Junction, CO. I was tired from driving. The appetizers and complimentary wine & beer was a great reward! Thank you for the wonderful experience! Great staff too!

North Platte Inn & Suites was awesome! We had a large dog and three small kids (ages 8, 5 & 3). They were gracious with everyone and made us feel at home. When the kids spilled a drink, it was not a problem. Very family friendly.

This place is great. The staff is very welcoming. Its clean, its new, its wonderful. Very unexpected I didn't expect much but I was blown away with this hotel. Kids loved the pool, fitness center is great.

Staff was great, efficient and friendly. Rooms have been remodeled and have added a new addition. I would stay at this hotel again. This hotel has a good location, right off the interstate and not far from downtown and the hospital.

While driving from Denver to Sioux Falls we spent the night at the North Platte Best Western Inn Plus. We hadn't expected anything special when we stopped for the night, but both the service and accommodations were excellent.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise during our two night stay. They offer reward points for Best Western and IHG members. Friendly staff and great sleep on very cozy mattresses. We stayed on a quiet 3rd floor. 24 hour pool and hot tub. No complaints.

Just what we needed. Can't beat a clean room, friendly front desk staff that appreciated you and a hot breakfast of scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, sweet rolls, oj etc. Breakfast was served at 6:00am. They opened a bit earlier which helped us get back on the road. Only downside was the parking near the end of the long wing part of the hotel was very dark. Not lit up well.

great value at a great price the rooms are very clean and the staff has always been very helpful. I normally stay at a competitors hotel but because of the great price this is and the value of the rooms and staff I will now call on this place first. I plan on being back in this area soon and will stay with these folks many more times in the future.

We checked in around 6:30 pm after a long tiring day of driving and we were told there were free appetizers and drinks. It was great! The staff at this Best Western is focused on being friendly and giving great customer service. We will plan to stay here again.

We had a nice stay at the North Platte Inn & Suites after a long day on the road. The staff were friendly and professional. Internet/Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. Rooms were clean and quiet and beds comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast featured hot and cold offerings and fresh fruit. We intend to return sometime and check out the railroad yards in North Platte and we'll definitely choose to stay there again.

tv remote and internet didn't sync so you could not watch television without waiting for someone to come up and fix the connection and that could take as much as an hour or more before someone showed up

Nice clean hotel with plenty of yard space to exercise the dogs, great staff at the front desk and breakfast room, very nice hotel! Quick and easy to find off the freeway, easy access for RVs or folks traveling with large trucks and trailers... Quiet and restful location!

We enjoyed ourselves. Staff was great and helpful. The hotel location and people were knowledgible. Easy to get around. Being there in the fall not all attractions were open. We did have a great time exploring.

Great service. Great room. Great night's rest. Great high speed Wi-Fi/internet. Great Happy Hour with snacks. Great breakfast (could use Pancakes and French toast though). If in North Platte, NE, this is definitely the hotel to stay at. Or anywhere really.

Very clean and updated hotel. Staff is very professional and went the extra mile to fix a billing issue. Would stay there again. Would of liked to have been closer to restaurants and other places. Very quite location otherwise.

Super clean and modern accommodations , with beds that were the most comfortable of our 3 week road trip. I seriously considered stripping the bed to see what kind of mattress it was! The facility was almost booked with girls high school golf and yet we never heard a peep, so the walls must be soundproofed! Room price includes breakfast, but we left before breakfast was served(6:00am). Location right off highway was convenient for travelers . I would definitely stay here again while on a road trip.we didn't use any of the facilities or look for restaurants, but I heard another couple say they had a wonderful meal at Brothers restaurant, so there are options for meals nearby. The indoor pool area looked nice, not far from the lobby and next to the elevators.

We loved the property. Our room was handicap accessible and absolutely lovely and clean! The pool & Jacuzzi are opened 24/7 since this is a Best Western Plus. That was really cool and unexpected. Breakfast was lovely and fresh, constantly replenished. I HIGHLY recommend staying here, the value is excellent.

My bathroom floor was disgusting. When they came to "fix" it they brought a filthy mop and left more stuff on the floor and left stuff from the mop on the carpet and used a Kleenex to pick up stuff left behind. SO GROSS! Then my tv and coffee maker didn't work so I had to pull the dresser out to get the tv cables in the right slots and try to find the plug in for the coffee maker. The room was musty. I expect this from a $65 room, not a $130 room! The next night I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Ogallala NE for the same price and it was impeccable and well vented. I would not stay here until they do a deep cleaning.

Professional staff. Great rooms. Quality breakfast. Easy access. Coffee on all the time. If you enjoy a nice quiet place with a staff concerned about your comfort...this is a great place. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stumbled upon this hotel as we were searching for a place to stay while driving through Nebraska. We were very pleased with the girls at the desk, the rooms and the breakfast was very good. All of the staff was cheerful and helpful. We searched specifically for a Best Western for our next night on our way home.

We were never so happy to pull into this place, after driving in the rain. It's pet friendly which was a plus. We enjoyed the stay, great breakfast, nice set up and a nice place to eat in the hotel. We would for sure stay again. It has microwave which was great. For just a overnight stay it was worked well.

This hotel very large and is poorly constructed. Our one king bed room was the size of a postage stamp, and one could hardly turn around in the bathroom (the room was much smaller than similar rooms at other BW+s). All the light bulbs were low wattage CFLs; room felt like a dungeon. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were frothy and nearly tasteless--poured out of a carton, I presume. The hotel is not a good value; room was as expensive as a room in Des Moines, but North Platte is not an expensive place.

We stayed in the tower and had a double queen room with a balcony. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The afternoon we arrived there was a wine and beer affair in the breakfast area. That was fun to attend even though neither of us drink. The snacks were delightful. Breakfast the next morning was plentiful with both hot and cold foods. Hotel is easy to find and located near numerous restaurants.

This was our first Best Western Plus stay. The room was very nice and clean. The pool was well kept and fine for water exercises. There was a good breakfast with a nice variety. We would stay here again.

We love staying here every time we travel this way! Motel is great! Rooms are excellent! Clean! Comfortable beds! Love the amenities! Quiet!!!!! Nice! Breakfast is absolutely the best!! Everything you could want! Staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful! We take our two dogs as well! Never a problem! Staff is friendly with them! Love the 24 hr per day pool hours!! Pool is clean and hot tub very nice!

Rooms are too small for BW Plus standards. The Plus must be for price. Bathroom had hair on the floor and flies in the room. Check-in didn't know how to handle the Reward Gift Card and never tried to resolve. Didn't receive my Elite package at check-in.

The room could have been cleaner, but overall a good stay. The breakfast was good and the rooms were nice, however not the cleanest I have been in. The check in person was amazing and did a great job. Overall a good place to stay.

Excellent hotel (3 star) for the money. We "Pricelined" it for $85 which came out to $105 after tax. The rooms were clean and up to date. The pool and spa were open 24/7 (a lot of pools aren't by the way). The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was better than most for quality and selection. The business center had unlimited color printing. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave which are amenities that aren't a given anymore especially in 4 and 5 star hotel rooms. Basically, I was able to conduct all of the business that I needed to because there wasn't a FedEx Office anywhere near by. I fed the kids a wonderful breakfast. The kids and I were able to play in the pool and spa until our heart's content late at night. The beds were comfortable and the soap and shampoo were nice quality as well. A super comfortable and affordable stay especially for North Platte, Nebraska.

We really appreciated the quality of the room that we stayed in...it was a bit pricey though for the time of night we arrived (2:00 a.m.) ....Fantastic Breakfast and very friendly breakfast servers... The front desk staff was accomodating too

Arrived late at night and was greeted and checked in by a wide awake attendant. Our hotel room was clean, easily accessible, and comfortable. The hotel offered a limited but good breakfast. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

I had planned to stay in the Hampton Inn for my 2nd night of this west coast road trip but when we arrived at 11:30PM it was fully booked for separate bed rooms so I travelled across the road to sleep here. It was cheaper than the Hampton but I did notice a very slight difference in cleanliness and the pleasantness of the room design. The beds however were great and breakfast was pretty good.
