"Little oasis in Nice"
Hotel situated about 5 minutes walk from Promenade des Anglais and about 10minutes from Nice station so excellent location for sightseeing. Room was small but functional, the bathroom was very spacious and equipped. Breakfast in the garden was a treat and the choice very good. The staff were wonderful throughout our stay and went out of their way to assist.

"Very good choice for Nice staying!"
Breakfast was super - choice of not only sweet products is always great for me. Eggs, cheeses, hams, butter, tomatos, cucumber, baguettes and rolls, etc... really nice! Also the stuff is lovely. Room small, but enough for slleping in. Clean bathroom, hot water in the shower and good pressure of water, comfortable bed, nice view from the window. And location really great - close to the beach and promenade in one side and the other to the train station from where we could go to Cannes, Menton, Antibes and Monaco :D Can recommned this hotel! The only thing I had problem with was some weird smell on the stairway, but not sure if it's only me or if it was there for sure...

"Lovely hotel close to city centre"
The staff were very friendly and helped us with bookings etc. - most of them spoke english very good. The garden was lovely and so was the breakfast. Full continental breakfast - the reason why we booked this hotel. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom ok. Short distance to the Promenade des Anglais - and the beach were you could book sunbeds. The sunbeds were quite expensive - if you don't have your own towels you will have to pay 50 Euros for 2 beds, towels and an umbrella! :o

"Solid 4 stars"
Well located, garden out front, clean and well serviced. Staff were helpful. Our room was smallish and had dark heavy tonings making it a bit sombre. Breakfast had limited cooked options but plenty of the French & Italian style. Facilities were a bit limited. No face washers, only an empty fridge, no turn down, yes I know ....big deal but they are little things that keep this as a solid 4 stars and not more.Worth a stay but as a base not a full service/facilities hotel.

"Lovely hotel, great location, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast."
I stayed at this hotel on two separate locations in May/June 2018. It is lovely. Rooms are quiet and comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is superb. Parking is available, however you will need to book and it costs Eu25/night. It is secure parking and is under cover. Breakfast was not included in room rate, which appears normal for France.

"Short break in Nice"
This Hotel was conveniently located . The staff explained the area well and we were able to walk everywhere. The bus to Monte Carlo can be picked up at the port and for 1.50euros you get a scenic view along the coast, even better if you get a seat on the right hand side. The Hotel were very helpful in finding us an extra nights stay as BA had cancelled our flight back to London Gatwick.

"Lovely Hotel."
Stayed at this hotel with friends to celebrate a friend's 60th Birthday. It's a lovely hotel with really good staff. Maxine and Lisa? On reception were really friendly and helpful. The bar staff were good too. It's in a good location and has a beautiful garden with orange trees and a fountain that lights up at night. Our room was ok. A bit small and not much space to put things but bed and pillows were really comfortable and we had Windows to the floor and small balcony which looked over garden, trees and the fountain.The Bathroom was ok but not much space to put things and the enamel was wearing off of the bath. Lovely light up mirror over the sink though. Breakfast was good with a choice of cereals, bread ECT and boiled eggs and other hot options. Help yourself tea and coffee. Would stay here again if ever in Nice.

"Great Staff"
Welcomed with a lovely cup of iced tea. Very friendly staff. Small boutique type hotel. Small bar, lovely seating area to the front of the hotel, nice for a drink in the evening. Complimentary computer and printer access for printing boarding passes was extremely useful. Location is great, 5 minute walk to seafront, 10 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes walk to the old town and the cool bars and restaurants. Room had tea/coffee, hairdryer and a straightener! Highly recommend! Once again, the staff are a credit to this Hotel.

"Very NIce compareto its price"
The location of hotel is good and near to old town and famous Blvd. the hotel itself is nice compare to its price. its not luxury and not equipped as 4 or 5 star hotels but is acceptable for a economy stay. it has a green space in entrance which is beautiful and nice to sitting in evening. Totally we had a nice times there.

"Nothing to dislike about this hotel"
Spent a weekend with a friend in Brice Garden. I would really recommend this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with tea and coffee making. The bathroom was big with a shower and hair dryer. We looked on to gardens at the back so nice and quiet. There is a good breakfast which can be eaten outside or in, and a bar for drinks in the lounge or the garden, which is not too expensive. The staff are really friendly and helpful and speak excellent English. The hotel is well placed for sea front, restaurants, old town . There is a little supermarket nearby. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

"Unfortunately, single, lone women travellers are made to feel unwanted"
The first room I was allocated did not have warm let alone hot. water and when I called reception was spoken to as if I was a child and/or I had somehow broken the hot water apparatus. Thge 2nd room at least had a soap in the bathroom but could not change from overhead shower to hand held shower. 2 receptionist came up but they too could not do it. Eventually gave up. Also the doors were heavy wooden doors which would have been better in a castle! Need to be very strong to open these without making such a noise that everyone else in the hotel gets woken up and/or disturbed. Very disappointed indeed.

"Great location and very smart hotel"
We had an amazing room with a private roof terrace which felt very special. The aroma of orange blossom is just heavenly every time you walk through. Nice breakfast. Easy to walk to the beach/promenade and the old town. Bike hire place around the corner.

"Fabulous Find"
I have just returned after a short break with a friend. The hotel was everything we could have wanted. The staff were friendly/helpful and full of local advice. The location was perfect, close to the bus for the airport (12 euro return). Ten minute walk to the train station. Then only a stroll from the town and old quarter. Our room was fabulous, overlooking the small front garden area. The beds and pillows were the best I've slept in. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and excellent value if booked in advance. "Good Hotel in a nice area and not too expensive"
Hotel is quite nice in a good area and close to the beach. The price is quite good if you book in advance as well. I think I paid $125/night and the advertise 199E a night. The internet is not so good as you have to keep re-authenticating all the time and it will time out overnight. Room was ok, but the desk was so close to the bed that if you are slightly overweight, there's no chance you can get to one side of the bed. Shower size was OK.

"Very impressed "
We had 3 nights here and found it very pleasant. The staff were all very friendly & delivered good service. The location is perfect, being close to the Promenade, Old Town, shopping and the station. Given all that the pricing is certainly very good. The only thing we can't comment on is the food, we didn't eat here at all. Rue Meyerbeer & the Promenade offer good breakfast & evening meal options.
