I had to pinch myself with this nightly price! Room was updated and perfect! What a wonderful stay and with prices so high everywhere on everything this was a blessing. Breakfast also.

Horrible. Skip this place and pay more elsewhere if necessary. The front desk staff lacks the ability to apply the BW gift cards, doors don't latch, breakfast (what there is of it) is a greasy mess. Rooms seriously need updating and don't bring a pet even though they say pet friendly: There's no where for them to do their business. Awful place.

Clean rooms! Nice towels! Located near several shopping centers and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and welcoming!

The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. If I were to make a couple of suggestions, for seniors it would be an advantage if "tall boy" toilets were installed, and a backless shower chair could be stored under the cabinet under the sink for use for people having problems in standing. Outside of that, I had a wonderful visit and would recommend to anyone wanting to stay with your facility.

I'm not giving a 5 star review because this is a 5 star facility. But for the price point it is exactly what you hope for. Clean room, fresh bed, quiet and safe. No significant amenities but the complimentary breakfast was well done.

Great value for the money. Good sized comfortable room with everything you need for your stay and convenient location.

Let's start with the high points. Elizabeth, the General Manager, is top notch when it comes to customer service. She worked hard to answer questions and to accommodate an early check in request. This hotel seems to be frequented by trade workers and I was concerned about early morning noise as they left for work. I didn't hear a sound. The other guests were quiet and the hotel didn't have noise creep in from other rooms. The room was clean with clean sheet and towels. AC was fine. I have seen complaints about parking. This is a very small place and even though I had to park out front with my room on the other end it was about a 90 second walk. Before I list my concerns, if I were looking for a 2 to 2.5 star hotel I could stay here again. Elizabeth was the win and for the price I should be careful about complaining. For the things I wish were better. The desk in my room had no chair. I had to pull the desk to the bed to sit on so I could work. As I was preparing for bed I noted that one had a cover that was severely stained. The second bed was fine, and I was alone so it all worked out. I slept well and the bed was comfortable. The fitness room had three machines but no universal as shown in pictures. There were no towels and no cleaning supplies. Breakfast was an array of stock pre-made items. No eggs, no fruit. They did have yogurt and cereal.

Surprisingly One of the best hotels ever. It's got hot breakfast. It's got legit wifi. It's got a big tv with Netflix etc. It's got room. It's a great experience. Worth the price. I mean you even get free nights from bonus points depending on how long your staying.

Pleasant staff, room clean, bed comfy, breakfast was good, and location close to Newnan square. I truly enjoyed my ztay. The only minor criticism- toilet needed a shim and walls could be cleaner. But really a good room.

This is not a good hotel if you are looking for cleanliness or a place that cares about their guests. At booking, as well as 2 days before my visit, I called and explained that I needed a wheelchair accessible room. I was told during both conversations that this was already reserved for me. I reserved the room 6 weeks before the visit. There was no accessible rooms upon arrival. No bathroom access because neither wheelchair could get in the bathroom, no rails. The room was very dusty. I spoke to the general manager early the following morning. She basically said it's not their problem since the employee on the phone didn't document the request (either time). A complaint later that day to customer service just sent the issue back to the same manager. They said they would send an email for me to upload pictures of the dirty room. That didn't happen either. If you don't want to waste your money, stay somewhere else. They do not offer any discount or assistance when the accomadations are terrible.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel, and for the price, you cannot beat it. Friendly staff (and the same staff every time), clean rooms and comfortable rooms. They are very accommodating - always giving us a first floor room as requested. And this past stay, it was only supposed to be a one night stopover, but my husband got sick - we decided to stay another day and night, and the staff went out of their way to try and help us stay in the same room, even with a sold out weekend.

Best Western is one of the best places to stay while on trips. It has the best breakfast options for a continental breakfast.

Had A/C go out in our home and being my 81 yr old mother with dementia caregiver I needed quick and affordable options. I've stayed at BW several times in the past few years and always treated with kindness, attentive and courteous staff. The rooms are always clean and the bed and especially the pillows are so comfortable. If I had to give it 1 negative, it would be trying to figuring out the TV remote and finding channels listed on the hotel TV list. Trying to cast to the TV was fairly easy once I figured it out. I'm not that technically inclined. Besides that BW will always be my first pick when choosing an affordable, clean and peaceful sleep. Their pricing does not compare especially when other hotels not ranked as high as BW charge a lot more and don't even offer free breakfast. The best part was upon arrival. The staff went out of their way knowing I was arriving with disabled elderly person they made it a point to have our room with direct access to disabled parking that had ramps which made it easier for me to get my mother in and out of the car and into the room with ease. Thanks BW staff of Newnan, Georgia to consider my circumstances and providing a smooth transition from home to room. Definitely would recommend BW to anyone looking for a clean, safe place with courteous staffing, free breakfast all at a very affordable price. C. A

For the Price it was a good value. The pool was a little dirty but it's salt water which is pretty clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The place was older but everything worked ok and the walk in showers were nice too. They only had 2 gluten free options yogurt with raisins and almond garnish. And juice. They did have a IHOP next door so I can see in a small way why they don't try. They really need to work on getting eggs or ham or something. Everything else was bread products. They had a sign that said protein but there was none. One washer and dryer. One ice machine. That were under lock. The rooms well cleaned, but dusty on the molding around the doors, and tv. But the floors, bathroom and linens were immaculate.

The metal frame was making noise, the air con is loud. The breakfast food was ok, front desk employees were friendly and nice. Lacking parking area that we parked our car at the back while our reserved room on the second floor front side of the building.

Room was clean and comfortable, and the property very quiet. We interacted with both day and evening front desk attendants and they were friendly and helpful. Happy to recommend!

Elusabeth at desk was very welcoming, friendly and accomodatinf. Room was good size and clean. Liked bathroom shower only as I have some mobility issues. There were no hangers in wardrobe and no hair dryer, which was a little issue. The breakfast area is in need of repair. Elisabeth was working in overdrive to keep up with filling stations. People kept bothering her to do more, but she was only 1 person to fill, refill, make coffee and hot food, as well as clean off tables. Ran out of most food by 9 eventhough open til 10. She had to replace waffle mix so that took time. Then she tried filling Danish, breads,bagels, yogurts. She brought out potatoes and sausage, but no eggs. But by that time, the crowd left because there was no more to eat. We gave her a good tip, but was too much for her on the weekend. Monday morning, crowd was smaller, so there was enough food. However, coffee ran out. Pool was open, but it just happened last minute. If it was closed, I would not have been happy. Used daily while there. It was ok for our visit, but not sure if I'd return.

Best part of my stay was staff was polite and helpful. It ended there. Bed was awful, pillows lumpy, dirty everywhere and AC gave off a horrible noise. Hard to sleep with all that. TV remote did not want to work right. Breakfast was practically non-existent. NO juice machine, one coffee container not marked so I assumed it was regular, but it was terrible. One other container had hot water. Milk carafe had enough for 1/2 cup. Biscuits were okay but no gravy. Something I usually rely on at a BW. Opted for a Bagel on my last morning but it had to be stale of course. No fruit of any kind either. PAINT would go a long way here. Location is awful. Had to do UTURNS in the city in order to get back to the other side where BW was. To be fair, the entire city is like that. Parking is very limited. One side of the motel has about 6 spots and you would have to park in the parking lot across the way at IHOP if you can't get a spot on the other side (also limited) or at the end of motel. They had about 12 spots at the end, yet two BIG CSX trucks were parked there the whole time - never moved. I think the motel rents out prime space for money vs giving their guest those spots. CSX could have parked in the huge IHOP lot. I am going back to this area later this year, but this motel is not where I will be staying.

Everything was good, the price was reasonable. The customer service was terrific, very friendly. There were a couple things I'd improve like opening the pool And making sure the rooms were clean before assigning a booking ( there were dirty towels in our armoire). But, it was still fun and we'll book again the next time we're in Newnan.

Service was excellent and the room was very clean. Room service was available although we did not had a chance to try it. The menu options and pictures look great. We will have to try it next time. I would definitely recommend and stay there next time we are in town. My wife liked and she is very picky to say the least. LOL

The property manager is absolutely awesome! We shared some information with her regarding our stay and she and her team ensured our needs were met. Not only met, but exceeded. The property itself is older, but they've done a good job keeping it clean and relatively updated. They offer a breakfast that includes waffles, hot and cold foods. A pretty good variety for a complimentary meal. If we make it back to Newnan, we will certainly entertain another stay at Best Western.

The property is well kept and the rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. Check-in was easy. There are a few shopping choices nearby and other businesses too. Front desk clerk was knowledgeable and courteous. If I had one gripe, it would be that the property has stairs instead of elevators so if you have a lot of things to move into the room you have to carry everything all the way. Other than that, the property is nice.

Very quiet place, which is what I was looking for. Typical breakfast, meet ran out by 8:30 one morning. The other day I went at 7am and everything was there. The weights in the gym only go up to 25lbs. I would stay again if I l am in the area. There is a burger place within a walking distance

Extremely good value. A clean and comfortable room with a very nice hot breakfast. Not sure if there is much to do in the area but an excellent choice for an overnight stay if driving off the next day. When I return to Atlanta again next year I will stay again if heading South.

Hotel was very clean and the room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable and pillows were plentiful. The free breakfast was good. sure was nice and the free bath gel was amazingly. Smelled great Anyway all in all it was a good place to stop on my trip to Tennessee.

Very clean. Very nice staff. Guest were also friendly. Easy check in and out process. Property is secure with adequate parking and cameras. Stocked with plenty of late night snacks and beverages. Recommend. A good experience overall. No complaints.

4.5, your Smart TV update was a step in the right direction but parking is still hosed up and walking to our room in the rain was very unpleasant. We have stayed there many times and for the room price you remain a nice affordable stay. Thank you and we will be back

Took a while to get helped at desk but it was midnight so I'm not mad. The room was nice and clean and the beds were cozy but a little squeaky. No real complaints. I have to use at least two hundred characters in this review so ignore the rest :) poopoopoo

The checkin was extremely easy. The room seemed to be clean, it had no odor. The bed was comfortable and the TV was new….still had the protective covering over the screen. On a bad note, there was a gap between the door and the door frame when the door is closed. And the ceiling in the shower is peeling. Photos provided. On another good note, IHOP is next door to the hotel as well as other restaurants (Cracker Barrel, Hooters, etc) and a variety of gas stations. The cost of the hotel was average, perhaps a little more on the high side for the quality. But it is manageable.

Fabulous staff who did their best to do whatever they could for us. They treated my husband's service dog professionally, which is a lot better than other hotels we've been in this last week during our cross country road trip. Others had no clue about the ADA laws, but Best Weston Shenandoah Inn didn't bat an eye.

Affordable and friendly staff. Very budget friendly, the environment had low noise level, and pet friendly. I would stay here again in the future. Late check-ins available with checkout ar 11am, like most hotels offer. Lobby closed at night though, but the hotel is directly beside ihop.

Room was very presentable, neat and clean, however no hairdryers availble ,staff was very quick to help when TV wouldn't come on, problem solved quick, friendly staff ,plenty of parking breakfast was very good, access to all types of shopping across street, great location, and price very reasonable

I stayed at the Best Western Shenandoah for a quick overnight stay. The hotel was clean, safe, quiet and a great deal! Everyone was really nice and checkin was easy. The breakfast had bagels, toast, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt and waffles. Overall great stay!

Everything was great. Nice clean room. Even received a text message telling me that my room was ready great breakfast I've stayed at 2 other hotels in the area but this one was by far the best very nicely kept grounds the staff was very helpful I will definitely stay here again

Padsing through at 9pm and needed to stop and rest from driving. Comfortable beds clean quiet and professional attitude at front desk all appreciated. Will surely stop by again. Breakfast the next morning was worth it, Fresh hot eggs sausage and fried potatoe bites with juice and oatmeal with all the trimmings you really want to add !!!

Pretty nice hotel. Location is great. It's right off the interstate. Has an IHoP across the parking lot plus a large mall across the street with lots of eating places. Staff was super friendly. The property is older but looks like it was renovated within the last couple of years. Room was clean and A/C worked great. Our room only had a shower but that's what we wanted. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Comfortable bed. Very nice buffet breakfast. Hotel has laundry and exercise room available. Only negative thing was noise. Walls are thin and there was noise from adjoining rooms and from outside. All rooms open to the outside so I expected the outside noise. Overall, for the price, you can't beat it.

Mom and 3 kids. Felt safe while we were at the Best Western. Great halfway point between NC and FL. Nicely updated room that was clean and smelled good. Beds were comfortable. Located just a few minutes from shopping and dining. Hotel desk clerks were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good and everyone had something they liked. We couldn't swim in the pool only bc it was raining. Price was good!! We stayed here based on the great online reviews.

Breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. Rooms were clean enough but showed some age. Good location with several restaurants and stores around. Great place to stop for a night.

I stayed at this hotel due to the failure of my AC unit at my home which is less than 10 miles from the hotel. The AC could not be repaired for 2 days due to the July 4th holiday so we needed somewhere to stay in the 100 degree plus heat. we were fortunate to find this hotel because it was very clean and the staff was outstanding as far as helpful, kind and gave us every consideration possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone without any question.

The room was really good. The bed was great. There were cockroaches and the floor lamp is broken. When I checked out the lobby was full of marijuana smoke. It was about 2:30 am and the clerk was high as a kite. But friendly and capable of doing his job, it just STUNK to high heaven. The breakfast was great all week, and all of the staff were friendly. The room was impeccably clean and in good repair aside from the lamp. The shower is amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a nice clean hotel. It's close to town and nearby restaurants. It is right across the street from shopping area. Breakfast was plentiful. No elevator but if you park close to the road end there are just 4-5 steps to the second floor. Easy peasy.

We had a mix up on the arrival time. No fault of the hotel. The Manager Emily was very helpful in fixing the issue. Room was very clean an nicely kept up. We have family near by and we would definately stay at this location again while visiting with family.

Room was nice. Had wood floors instead of carpet which made the place appear and smell clean. Breakfast was the usual waffles, eggs, potatoes, etc. the only thing that bothered me was that the shower seemed like it hadn't had a proper scrubbing in a while. There was water on the glass door which makes me think they just rinsed it off without actually cleaning it. Other than that, it was pretty much worth the money. Will stay here again next year.

Clean rooms, comfortable bedding! I would definitely recommend this place... the hotel service was great. The breakfast was great. The seating area in the rooms is great the lighting is great. this place was wonderful like I said I definitely would recommend this place for business or pleasure!

All of the employees were pleasant and professional. The rooms were clean and spacious. Our room was quiet and very clean. Breakfast was your typical continental but worth it. Better than most !! Definitely will stay here again when in the area!

Decent stay overall. Stayed here the end of December for 3 nights. Great location. This area is full of restaurant options and shopping stores like Old navy, Walmart, target, tj maxx. Easy to access the hotel. It's an outdoor type hotel so no elevator access that I noticed. Easy check in process. The hotel lobby was clean and nicely decorated. The room was clean. My only complaint was the bed. It was on springs and squeaked WITH EVERYMOVE - it was soooo annoying. I had a king sized bed room - it had a chair and ottoman, desk and chair, small flat screen tv, mini fridge and microwave, armoire, outside of the bathroom area with sink and full sized mirror and enclosed bathroom with sink and stand up shower. The shower was set up weird to me. It had a sliding glass entry but you the opening was furthest away from the shower head so when you turned it on you had to reach in awkwardly to turn it on. The shower didn't have a place to set your stuff up. It did have the wall mounted shower pump for body wash and etc. The room had plug in chargers but doesn't support USB port charging only (just FYI) Breakfast is provided. Typical items - waffle maker, hot bar - eggs, potatoes and sausage. Some yogurt, cereal, instant oatmeal. Coffee station. Tv screen and some seating available. There's an outdoor pool but it was closed for the winter. There was a room with washing machine and dryer and a dispenser for laundry products and an ice dispenser machine. The walls are thin. I was able to clearly hear other people conversations with very little effort. Overall - decent stay. Good location. Clean establishment. Just need a little more tweaking.

Stay was amazing. Had no issues. Breakfast was really good & staff was friendly. Maybe just 1 thing to make things better is add to your “concessions” area for people that want late night snacks lol The room was very clean and I slept like a baby.

This hotel has had a drastic makeover in the past few months and you can tell the owner is taking pride in the place. The new landscaping and room upgrades are looking very nice. It's apparent that they have cleaned up the place and have finally gotten rid of the sketchy people from loitering around the area. Parking lot is clean and very well lit !

We were greeted by a wonderful gentlemen that was thorough with making sure we were informed of all the availabilities to us. The room was clean! Only issue we had was they have metal panels under the beds and they make noise when you move and sometimes accidentally kick (it was loud when you did). Breakfast was great! Easy checkout!

Everything was professional and service was excellent. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean and very large. Love how many channels they have to watch. Lots of amenities to have for a hotel.

This hotel is very conveniently located. Close to everything and easily accessible. It is next door to ihop and across the street from many great restaurants. The parking lot is clean and very well-lit. the rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Overall I consider the Best Western Shenandoah an excellent value. The property was well maintained, room was clean, bedding was comfortable. It's also conveniently located near numerous dining/shopping options. I found the txt reminders useful and the staff was friendly.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The toilet didn't work in our first room so they moved us to another one. The room we stayed in smelled a little of smoke and could have been a little cleaner, but it was fine for the price and quick overnight stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable with no box spring it makes it very uncomfortable. The day management was excellent the food was very good the person who ran the kitchen was excellent. The shower I had was very good it could have used some handicapped bars

Clean, recently renovated. Quiet small pool but clean. Large garden tub with jets was a nice surprise. Definitely recommend very affordable and Ihop right there. Free breakfast but I never went so can't not say

Stinky everywhere. Smells like garbage outside all the time and it wafts into the rooms. Bathroom clean but no shampoo/conditioner w/ room so tiny you have to straddle the toilet to close the door. VERY rude staff. STACY at front desk will literally PICK a fight with you over nothing. Bring the dumb fair ticket they give you to the "lobby" for coffee or she will ""show you rude!" The place is a joke. Put your money elsewhere.

Awesome the jacuzzi suite was perfect no noise quite ,very clean,housekeeping was the best,I will be back soon.The only down fall was the pool was closed due to waiting on inspection.All in all 4 stars

Selected this hotel based on reviews and was pleased with everything. Rooms have been renovated within the past year or 2 and very well kept. Room was clean and bed was comfy...and quiet. Would definitely stay here again if looking for a room in the Newnan area. Plenty of restaurants within minutes of this location. Had a billing issue that was thoroughly explained and quickly resolved to my satisfaction. Breakfast was standard fare, but, if desired, you can walk to IHOP nextdoor...200'.

Positives: Staff tried to help. Room was nice and bed was cozy. NEGATIVES: Told by the front desk that we'd have great WiFi. We had NONE! A staff member arrived to help. (And by the way, we'd stayed in 30+ hotels in the past year with no issues with our devices.) He could get no WiFi on our IPhones, iPad, or laptop, so he called tech support. He was on the phone with tech support for an hour while pushing about 3,000 buttons on our devices. FINALLY the WiFi worked after tech support re-booted the system. But guess what? Now my phone won't work with the WiFi in the next day's (nicer) hotel! WTH??? I've learned a good lesson. I write very few negative reviews, but I have to make this one clear. I would NOT stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean and very nice, the beds were a bit firm but after 13 hours on the road we were glad to have them. Check in was average. Nice and quiet. Easy access. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was soso. We would stay again.

Courtney was fabulous. Very friendly and happy to help us with any questions we had. She was very attentive to our needs. The other lady, the morning worker, was also very sweet and hospitality. We enjoyed our stay.

When I was finally able to get in my room it was very clean and I had a comfortable night. But when I first arrived I was given a key to my room. I opened the door and it had not been cleaned. Went to the front desk, they were apologetic and assigned me to another room. When I parked my car I opened the door and it looked like someone had thrown up in the parking lot. When I entered my new room the lock was faulty and the door could be pushed open. Went back to the front desk and the desk clerk came back with me to that room and confirmed there was a problem with the lock. So she called the maintenance man (it was 5:00 pm on a Monday). He said it would be about a half hour to 45 minutes before he could get there. I wasn't too fond of that idea so we decided I'd just go back to the first room. Housekeeping was still there and she had started cleaning that room. So I just waited in my car. Overall the staff is courteous and helpful but this hotel is in need of repairs and a good cleaning of the parking lot and grounds. There was litter scattered about. It may be they're short on staff and just try to do the most important things well but just make sure you check your locks and if there's a common door to the room next door check to be sure it's locked. I'm glad I checked mine because it wasn't locked.

We decided to go to Newnan Ga for the weekend. We try to always stay at Best Western when we travel. BW Shenandoah isa beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and very nice. Breakfast was good as usual. We will be back...

I thoroughly enjoyed my two-night stay here over Memorial Day weekend. The room was clean and comfortable. Don at the front desk was friendly and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions. I first stayed here a few years ago and was impressed with the hotel then as well. Plus, the hotel is very reasonably priced! When I need another central location for activities around Atlanta, College Park and Senoia, I'll stay here.

nice hotel,reasonable prices, rooms and service excellent, shopping and dining posiblities in walking distance beside the hotel and across the street. hotel close to the interstate but very quiet. pool and fitness in the hotel available but we didn´t use it.

Good luck finding the place. Non-smoking room might smell like cigarette smoke. Shampoo and body wash dispensers might be empty. So I'm just filling out the rest here to make sure I have 200 characters and can submit this thing!

Just stayed the night and want to say thanks to Don at the front desk. He was one of the nicest, most knowledgeable reception staff I've ever met. The hotel itself has recently been renovated and the landscaping is lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable but really the highlight of the stay was dealing with Don.

Did not get the first floor rooms which I was assured by Best Western Corporate would be held for us. Did not get credit for two gift cards that I had presented to the desk clerk when we checked in. Got overcharged for the room which has not been resolved after 3 phone calls to Best Western Customer Service. I called the credit card company and disputed the charge today so it will be resolved in a few weeks I suppose.

Handicap rooms only have 1 bed. Queen is only one with walk in shower. King has bath tub with one rail beside tub. Had to get a rollaway bed to accommodate my daughter. Only 2 handicap parking spaces. Decent dog park area. Pool closed ….. Fitness center was nonexistent. Lots of people smoking weed in parking lot which permeated into our room. Breakfast was same food every day, no variety.

Door to room had huge gap. Floor filthy. No shampoo or conditioner. Not informed pool closed when making reservation or checking in. Went to breakfast at 8:30. No coffee or tea. Warm foods cold. Little food remaining. Sign said to wear plastic gloves but none provided.

I used Reward Points to secure a room with 2 double beds for March 30, 2021. When we arrived we were told because of the Tornado 4 days before, they moved us to a different room (1 King bed). To open the door I had to push with my shoulder, when it did open the hinges made a terrible noise (needed some WD40). No hangers in the closet, no place to put your soap in the shower, towel rack over commode loose. On the wall near the floor by the sink were black/brown stains that looked like dried blood. When I arrived home, April 7th, I noticed there was a charge for $39.50 on my credit card. I called customer service and they said they would contact hotel. By April 23rd I contacted CS again and they contacted the hotel and were told it had been refunded on April 21st,. Not on my CC. May 5th I again contacted CS, they would contact hotel again. May 13th I contacted CS again and was able to speak with a Supervisor (Mike). He called the hotel and spoke with Ash, Manager and son of Owner. Ash asked Mike to have me call him directly. I called and gave my CC#. He said it would be 3-5 days for it to appear on my CC. May 20th I called hotel again and spoke with a lady who said she was the Owner and Ash was her Son. She told me their computer was having trouble linking with the Bank because of the storm. You are going to tell me that you have been having issues with the computer and Bank for 2 months? REALLY? Today in May 25th, no call from Ash, no refund to my CC. I do not trust these people and will not stay there again, even with a free room.

From the moment we pulled into this tiny circa 1980's dump I knew we weren't going to have a good experience but if was the only place open with a dog-friendly room. For starters, I immediately found bedbugs, so I requested another room on the other side of the building. The employee couldn't have been nicer but you could tell he was totally fed up with the place as well. The new room had an obvious jizz stain on the couch (really? You can't wipe it off?), mold in the bathroom and a kicked-in door that barely shut but I wasn't about to complain at 3am. The ‘amenities' are a joke there isn't even a bathroom fan or night light and when we got there, there wasn't even any soap in the room to wash my hands! Ran outta toilet paper immediately too, no backup roll, no towels, no shampoo, etc. I noticed they immediately put someone else in our old room with the bedbugs, Truly nasty! Is this up to Best Western's national chain standards? I think not. No place to put your toiletries in the shower, broken charger plugs, etc etc Did not sleep well with the open door in my face and I was dismayed to walk the dog in the morning to find the grossest littered nasty dirt yard for him with no grass to run on when they advertised a dog run! so glad I paid an extra $20 for a pet fee as well as extra by being forced to book through Expedia or whatever. Nasty, ratchet, avoid avoid!

We booked in advance, got a perfect room suiting our needs - drive up room, jacuzzi tub (and we didn't even ask for that!) all amenities, larger than usual fridge, helpful staff offering to help carry our considerable luggage, ice and grab and go breakfast available, excellent wifi. We don't have our dog with us but I noted the cute little dog walk, fenced in, with benches - a rare extra that I am sure is much appreciated. So good to get off the highway to such a quiet, pleasant place with an iHop next door!

Two weary travelers found comfort at this inn: My husband and I were very tired and so happy to find wonderful accommodations so close to the Interstate with easy on and off access. We were also placed in a room where we could see our car and trailer.

Stayed here a few weeks ago when I was visiting friends. The front desk was VERY friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The rooms, lobby, AND breakfast area were super clean! Definitely will be coming back next time! 5 stars all around!

Not enough parking spaces. Had to park some distance from room. Pavement around motel was tight. If you have a trailer, forget it. No place to park. Driveway was partially block by container. there was very little at the breakfast bar, nothing hot.

I will say this. I enjoyed my stay. The best was comfy and the room was clean and big. I love the shower. I suggest u check them out. I'll stay again. The Best Western in Newnan, Ga. Give them a chance

Quick overnight stay off of I-10. The hotel is under renovations. Rooms are clean, bath is suitable. Didn't get to do breakfast, internet or TV so can't speak on that. AC/heater seemed to do the job. Was good for an overnight's rest, probably wouldn't stay for longer but it was clean, neat, and relatively quiet.

This was a "late check-in, didn't want to drive home" overnight trip. The room we had was a king overlooking the parking lot. It had a small lounge area - chairs & table, as well as a desk. No yucky hotel carpeting - not hardwood, vinyl maybe? Room was clean...which was a plus. Beds were comfortable but pillows were a little hard - couldn't seem to get situated, so we didn't sleep very well. Potty & shower were in a small, separate area. Not fond of the shower head - to far up for short folks, but it could be used as a hand-held shower head also. Breakfast was "garden variety" hotel breakfast - cereal, muffins, waffles, etc. Staff were very friendly and nice. All in all - would stay here again if needed.

I have stayed here several time over the last few years. They are doing a remodel this visit. I stayed in one of those rooms. The bathroom remodel is very poorly designed. It is designed for tall skinny people. The shower head spray holder is mounted 6 1/2 feet up the wall. I had to stand on tip toe to get the sprayer down since it was hard to adjust. The commode is so close to the wall/toilet paper roll that the roll is against your leg. Light switch was at least a foot higher than normal. There is no shelf in shower for soap or shampoo because they have shampoo/soap dispensers mounted to the wall. Those are not being filled yet. I can not imagine how those will be kept clean because of their design. Only one shower door is movable but it is beside the commode so you have about 18 inches space to step into the shower. The rest of the room was comfortable. Very clean. Great staff. Good breakfast.

Very pleased with the my hotel experience. I would like to suggest Banning Mills in Whitesburg. About a 20 minute ride from the hotel. Great outdoor guided tour of Ziplining and Walking tours. We had a great time at Banning Mills. We plan on making another trip up there to the Mills and plan to stay at the hotel agsin.

Was an excellent place to stay while travelling on I-85. I will stay here again when travelling near Atlanta. Very nice and clean room, close to the Interstate for a quick return to travelling the next morning.

Even for one night I would not recommend. Wrong credit card charge even if the room was prepaid. Old fashioned forniture and breakfast with almost no choice (muffins were adult...). Surely I'll look for abetted option next time.

Two nights to stay in Newman with my son and two of my grandsons. Went on a hunting trip with them and this was the easiest place to stay. Alot of places to eat and shopping if you need to. Right off the interstate.

Overall a clean, comfortable room. We were here during the renovation, so we encountered a few minor inconveniences. Initially had to park on the opposite side of the hotel from our room. But when we returned from dinner, that was cleared up. Pet friendly with a fee, but since our destination was not, we didn't bring our dog.

Great Room and Breakfast. Only 1 problem was with the curtain in the room I could not get it to close. But I had a sheer curtain that was good. Quick check in and quick checkout., Staff very friendly and helpful @ the front desk.

They have went over and beyond for us. Great Food! Loves animals. Clean and friendly housekeeper! Love this place. We drive 1000 miles and stay here. I do wish they had music in the fitness room and kept cooler!

Clean, comfortable room. Fresh smell and no outside noise. Good breakfast selection. My wife is handicapped so they gave me a room just feet away from the handicapped parking. Excellent value and only a couple miles away from my appointment.

Stayed here while visiting Atlanta, older style hotel, but fresh and like new. Clean, friendly staff, great location. Would stay here again while traveling that way. Fresh breakfast, and comfy beds, clean rooms. Enjoyed the stay.

This is an older hotel but has been upgraded nicely and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was served on china plates an metal ware. Location is handy access to the interstate hwy. I would return to this hotel again.

This hotel is by far the nicest hotel in Newnan. The recent renovation makes the rooms feel very classy and trendy yet suttle. They really do have luxurious rooms. The staff is very professional and friendly. They pull out all stops to make sure your stay is as pleasurable as possible. The check in/out procedure is very simple and quick The breakfast is very good with more options on the buffet than any other similar option. The parking lot is lit well at night and and you feel that you and your vehicle are safe and secure. Anytime I need a room in Newnan this will be my go to for stay.

You walked into the room and the first thing that came to mind was 'fresh'. Sheets and towels were soft and smelled so fresh. Friendly staff. Excellent hot breakfast menu and staff. Easy access to local eateries and shops. Thank you.

Very nice place to stay, clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff was helpful. Lots of restaurants, shopping in the area, close to I-85. I would stay again. Only negative side is that the pool was not open yet. The temps where in the 90's outside. Bonus points for the IHOP next door!

Rooms are clean and up to date. The two ladies that I interacted with were exactly what you would expect when you think "Southern hospitality" lots of places to shop and eat right across the street. I'll be back for sure.

Excellent stay at fine motel. Currently being updated. Motel close to many restaurants. We found the staff to be very pleasant and the room was located in a quiet part of the motel. The breakfast had a good variety of foods available.

Holiday Express was full so went here and saved $40. This place is undergoing renovation so not sure what will change. Hopefully the mattresses. Otherwise it's fine; clean, good breakfast. And I like that non-plastic plates and utensils are offered. Nice people.

This Best Western in Newnan Georgia is very impressive. The rooms are clean and the breakfast selection impressive. Very easy access from the interstate so good for travel. Would go back if I were in the area.

I stayed at this "Gem" 4/14-4/16, 2019!! It was reasonably priced, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I really want to commend the entire staff for being very kind, caring, and helpful. If you need a place to stay...please check out the "BEST Gem in Newnan, GA, i am glad I did. This will be my go to hotel from now on!!

Melanie Ayers at this location was FANTASTIC!!! I've never experienced such wonderful customer service! We stayed for 3 days because it was so easy. She made sure we were very comfortable and checked on us more than just the initial check in. I will recommend her to anyone I know! (:

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was fresh and clean. Walking distance from restaurants and shopping. All amenities I look for were there like fitness room and laundry as well as a jacuzzi room. PERFECT!!

Have stayed at this property several times thru the years. Centrally located near shops restaurants and I 85. Always helpful efficient staff, clean rooms, nice business area for printing and faxing. Wonderful breakfast variety.

This Hotel is The Best in the Area, Including all other hotels. The Staff at all levels will go above and beyond what you ask of them. The Roos are Great with Flat Screen TV's and WIFI is super fast. The Bath Rooms, and shower area, are EXTREAMLY SUPER clean with more than enough towels, Plus if you need a few more all you have to do is ask. This Hotel is GREAT if your traveling with your fur baby THIS Hotel is Completely Super Pet Friendly. The Morning Breakfast Area is like a mini restaurant. The menu is GREAT and its open every day. This Place has all the things you need and the staff goes well out of there way to make sure your happy with their service. You WILL NOT be sorry making this your choice of a place to stay. Checking in and out are fast and very convenient. Last but not least but important The Rates are GREAT !!!!!!! Trust Me I have stayed other hotels in area, This is the Best Choice in Area. You will not be sorry.

Hotel staff was friendly, beds were very hard. On a two night stay the housekeeping staff dropped off shampoos and left, didn't make beds or even dust mop the floor. Breakfast was typical with a nice selection of fruit and pastries. I went down at 8am on Saturday and 2 of 3 hot items were empty. Breakfast is 7 to 10:30 on the weekends. Checkout staff was pleasant. She did tell me that several other folks checking out told her the beds were hard too!

I was quite relieved to find the room nice and tidy. Hate dirty hotels! There was plenty of space for me and my sister. The clerks were very nice especially since we had crazy hours to fly in and out.

We stayed here back in November and loved the room and service we had then, so we decided to come back again this visit. Much different experience this time! To start with, we had booked a king room, but when we got there (admittedly we arrived very late at night, but had called in advance to say when we were coming), they gave us a room with two queen beds. I immediately called the desk to ask about the error, and the girl said, “We were oversold for the room type you booked, but we can give you a discount for it or I can double check to make sure we don't have any more available.” That doesn't make any sense...if you had some available, you should've given us what we booked. So since we were so tired, we just took the queen room and the discount. The next morning, I went to the desk to ask what sort of discount we received. The lady said we were given the military rate. Um? My husband is military, so the military rate was what we had already booked to start with. The lady was just like, “Oh, well that's all we can do.” So needless to say, we didn't get the room we booked due to their error, and they didn't care to do anything about it. Aside from that issue, the room was okay. Standard room with the usual touches...mildewy bathroom ceilings, bug floating in the toilet, loud AC unit. As a longtime rewards member for BW, I expected more from this location.

Travelled to Newnan to attend a funeral service. Made reservations on line with no problem. Desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. Made check-in enjoyable and he made you feel welcome. Breakfast was outstanding. Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, waffles etc. Kitchen master kept everything filled and hot. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband I spent two nights at the Best Western Shenandoah Inn in late October. And once again, we absolutely loved every moment of our stay. The room was immaculate and freshly renovated from our previous stay - the bed was comfortable and the generous continental breakfast was delicious and fresh. My only complaint is that our neighbor held extremely loud phone calls throughout the night - but this was an issue with him and not the Inn.

Was not impressed with the Guy at check in and checkout.Did not really know what to do or very helpful.I hope with more training he will do better.He insisted we pay for our room at check in and checkout,even though they had already been paid for!!

Motel was average at best. Food at breakfast was cold. HVAC system was exceptionally noisy and waste removal emptied motel dumpsters at 4:15 A.M. Could smell strong odor of cigarette smoke once outside of room. Noguide provided for in room TV so no way to tell which channels were available. Would not revisit this motel.

Cute little hotel, convenient to location needed. Staff is friendly, personable, helpful, and have a sense of humor. Rooms are a decent size (bathrooms are small), and clean, with comfortable beds and nice bedding. Whole property is pet friendly, but there were no signs of a pet being in the room before us. No smell, no fur, no debris. There is no carpeting on the floor, which made us more comfortable about walking barefoot.. Did not make breakfast, but did meet Sam afterwards, while checking out. Lovely, friendly person, as are most of the staff I had contact with. They are still working on the hotel to make it even more animal friendly. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. This is not a high end, luxury hotel, but a middle class, blue collar lodging, staffed and used by good, honest friendly people. You wont go wrong staying here.

I will be returning to the Best Western n Newnan, Ga, again on my next visit see my grandkids. The staff was very helpful upon my check in and stay while at the facility. Only issue was people smoking outside their rooms and smoke brought into my room through ac unit.

I have traveled a fair bit and I know a few things about "breakfast included" hotels. It was obvious from the minute we entered the breakfast area that care had gone into the preparation of the morning meal. Sam, the woman behind the am in ambiance, takes great care to make sure the area is clean and the coffee pot is full and the real china cups and silverware are polished. The food is good quality and fresh. Thanks Sam. You are the best.

Found evidence of bed bugs (fecal matter in corners of headboard). Was promptly switched to a new room, but close call. Dealt with those things before so I know what to look for, and don't want to deal with them again. Cleaning staff seems like they are severely delinquent on training. It's also a pet friendly hotel, but they put minimal effort into cleaning up after pets. I'm not expecting a deep scrub, but they could at least vacuum the hair from the chair cushion. Looked like months of buildup. Staff was otherwise friendly, breakfast was pretty good for its class, and beds were comfortable. Oh, don't get a room on the IHOP side. Around 1 AM on the weekend nights there are some individuals that like to show up for some pancakes BLASTING music from their aftermarket, bass-heavy sound systems. And for some reason they think it's cool to blast it for a continuous 10-15 minutes. Otherwise, good sleep.

We stopped in to stay the night on our way to Florida from Virginia. We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean our room was. Granite counter tops in the bathroom and updated faucets. I like how the shower and toilet are separate from the vanity as I can use the vanity while the family is in the shower. The beds were decently comfortable and the A/C was nice and cold. The breakfast was good and hot. The only downside to this establishment was there is no elevator to the 2nd floor which wasn't a problem for us but if you can't do stairs request the first floor.

The hotel was clean and close to shopping areas and an IHOP. The hotel served breakfast but we ate at a local restaurant. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the stores near the hotel.

Stayed one night on the way to Atlanta. Parking is a little tight and had to park further from the room that I wold have preferred. Didn't try the breakfast. Good location and they honored my request for a second floor room. No issues and it served it's purpose.

The room was clean. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Rooms were average. Shower was great and clean. Only complaint is beds were very uncomfortable and AC unit had a sour smell every time it ran. Most hotels around this one (Motel 6 and LaQuinta) seemed to be about the same.

My family and I visited Best Western for first time in Newnan, GA. All of the hotel front desk clerks on duty were friendly, informative and helpful. We especially enjoyed the kindness of Ms. Sam, the breakfast attendant at this facility. If you haven't stayed here yet, give this hotel a try.

We have stayed at this hotel several years ago and decided to return. While they had an 'emergency' problem with their HOT water, they were 'open and transparent' to advise us of the problem upon check-in and HAD tried to contact us Prior to arrival to advise us of the condition, but since we did arrive and decided to remain, a discount was offered for the inconvenience. The Breakfast area has been REMODELED and increased in size tremendously. The attendant was very friendly and kept things in clean working order. The rooms were very clean and well furnished. I would not hesitate to return again. The water Problem was NOT indicative of their conditions but one that was not normal or of their control. I would not hold that against them, they tried to make the best of it.

Clean, update rooms. Pretty decent breakfast. Hotel was accomodating. Parking is limited. Two free premium channels. Attendant at check in was accomodating and helped me get a room on bottom floor because of my two kids.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Internet was good, but not extremely fast. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was good and more than typical continental breakfast. Convenient to interstate.

We did not book ahead as we never know where we will be for the night. We stop when we feel we have gone far enough and select a motel convenient and looks welcoming. This time we chose Best Western in a busy area with several motels. It was reasonably priced and comfortable with easy chair so hubby could relax after driving in traffic all day . We had brought our lunch and had comfortable beds, quiet area. Glad we had stayed there, egg breakfast, protein to get the day started. Thanks.

This hotel was adequate in all regards. The only thing I didn't like was the location on quite a busy street. When exiting the hotel parking lot you can only make a right turn heading west. If you need to get back on the freeway, you then have to make a u-turn to go east back to I-85. The staff honored a $10 discount I earned from Best Western earlier in the summer so I was pleased with that.

Highly recommend the Best Western Shenandoah Inn in Newnan, GA - especially if you need an extended stay with pets. Everyone on their staff will go out of their way to insure your stay is a very pleasant experience.

Clean comfortable room, friendly staff, breakfast just ok, noise level is a problem, cable system is a nightmare, too many repeat channels and the universal remote is hard to operate, parking can be a problem when the work crews stay at the motel, traffic on the main street is heavy at most times

Good solid comfortable Hotel with a friendly staff and easy parking plenty of restaurants close by the mattress could be a little better but I have definitely stayed in worse places good value for the money

my husband was having surgery at the hospital nearby so we picked this hotel to stay at. I'm glad we di it was very clean the beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice. there were plenty of places to eat all around and an IHOP next door.

Love the location. Hard to see from the road. Convenient to everything. Breakfasts were good and well prepared. Our maid was very nice and did exactly what we asked of her. Had some issues with the key cards. Might help if the desk staff tells guests not to put key next to phones etc

This was an overnight stop on the way to our destination. The room was small but clean and very adequate for our needs. It is definitely not a luxury hotel but nice for an overnight stay. The bed slept well and the breakfast had many selections to choose from - both hot and cold items. Breakfast attendant kept everything replenished and fresh. We arrived late at night and had to park a little far from our room as all the spaces were taken. The parking does not seem sufficient for the size of the hotel. Would probably stay here again.

Large room in an older building that has been nicely maintained and updated. Bathroom is small, most likely because it is an older unit. Decent breakfast, with a waffle iron and other hot items, but the layout was odd and did not flow well.

Great place to stay, clean, modern, comfortable bed and great staff. We were traveling and had stayed in several hotels. this was the best hotel we stayed in for our trip to the mountains. Next time we go to the mountains we will check Best Westerns first.

I brought a group of kids for a cross country meet and it was a great stay. The staff was great, the kids were great, breakfast was great. The rooms were extremely clean. I liked that there wasn't carpet in the rooms at all. The bed was super comfy.

I enjoyed a magical, relaxing weekend at The Best Western Shenandoah Inn after visiting Senoia, Ga for the day. The first thing that I noticed was that the staff were very friendly from the front desk attendants (night and day) to the housekeeping staff. Even though the hotel is surrounded by shopping and restaurants, it is very quiet. I was so impressed by how clean the room was, and how beautifully they were decorated. Also, the hotel provided a wide variety of breakfast items that included cereal, waffles, biscuits and gravy, etc. I would so stay here again! Thanks for a great stay!

Very good hotel, rooms are clean and nice, price is average for the area, close to airport but out of the heavy traffic and noise. I use this hotel when I have to drop off or pick up someone at the airport as it is a long drive from where I live and this hotel is convenient.

When I arrived to check in, I was hoping to use a Best Western $10.00 promotional certificate that was earned during a promo this past summer. The clerk checking me in didn't not how to apply that. She was on the phone with someone trying to check me in. She just didn't seem confident in what she was doing. She said I could check with the person at the desk in the morning to help me apply the certificate. On entering the room (207) everything looked in order. Later when going into the tiny bathroom, behind the bathroom door was a pile of dirt & hair that looked like it had been swept behind the door. Also hanging on the hook was a towel. Was it not picked up from last occupant? Who knows? All the other towels were folded on a rack. This was the 3rd time I had stayed at this hotel--I was in town for my uncle's funeral. But this is the LAST TIME I will be staying here. The beds were comfortable enough--but the floor was dirty as evidenced by the bottom of our socks when walking around in the room. The breakfast was tasty & offered lots of options. When I went by the desk to check out the next morning, the same clerk as the night before was there. So I knew I probably would get much help with my earned certificate. She said, "I ran that number & it (the computer) just wouldn't take it. Maybe someone has used that certificate. Now, she was accusing me of not having a valid certificate. I will not be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Just spent 3 nights at this Best Western and again, can not say enough great things about it. We ended up coming in a day later than planned because of hurricane weather in the area. I called the motel first thing in the morning to delay our arrival and the person I spoke to could not have been more understanding or accommodating...no hesitation at all even though it was a same day change and told us to travel safely. We arrived to find that the motel had been completely renovated since our last visit and was even lovelier than before. The carpets have been removed from the rooms and replaced with wood flooring with lovely thick mats on each side of the bed so you don't get shocked first thing in the morning - just great for anyone who suffers with allergies. The rooms have always been spacious but feel even more so with the updated look and furniture. The next surprise was to discover that the kitchen area for the continental breakfast had also been greatly expanded and re-done - offering even more choices for breakfast. Will stay here again whenever we get the chance!

Front desk clerk was extremely rude and the beds are like concrete. Breakfast eggs and sausage was cold. Coffee was weak and tasted funny. Needs better parking and access for disabled people. Won't be staying there again.

I like this place. It was nice, clean, pet friendly and great price. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family. Great Location. Just outside of Atlanta. Plenty of restaurants and stores located near this hotel.

Very convenient location off the interstate. Property not new, but well maintained and located in an area with lots of newer construction. Room was good size and clean. Breakfast was usual for BW. Denny's right next door, and mall/restaurants across the street. Large grassy areas between buildings and street provided lots of room to walk the dog. Area well lit, so felt pretty safe walking the dog after dark. They were having technical issues with their computer/credit card processing, so checking in and checking out got kinda wonky, but not the staff's fault. Would stay here again.

The hotel was very convenient during our trip. Staff extremely friendly and professional. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay. Room was very clean and the bathroom had had plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Quiet clean and spacious room, breakfast buffet included. Internet reception in room was very poor and not able to connect. Located next to IHOP restaurant and several other hotels, convenient location with swimming pool.

Feb 2017 was the first time I stayed at this hotel and I gave it a semi lukewarm review. Since then this hotel has made strides to improve the establishment. The rooms have been renovated the breakfast area has been gutted and expanded. They have gone from plastic utensils and paper plates to real utensils and real plates. It is located close to shopping and shares parking lot with an IHop. Parking is still a problem but I do highly recommend this hotel.

I work evenings. I booked here and would have left if other places had been available. The carpets are nasty dirty and rooms needed a deep cleaning. Front desk helped me getvmy room, they were friendly.

Very nice property. Friendly staff. The breakfast, however, was always pretty empty by 8:30am and as we were working nights and got in about that time, my crew was not able to enjoy the breakfast. That was the only downfall of the stay.

Love Best Western hotels and this one is no exception. However, a lot of construction going on. Front desk incomplete, boxes in the corners, etc. The front desk person very nice and though the room I requested was given away, she gave me a better room at the same rate. Room was clean, large TV, bed was comfortable and it was a corner room which was extra quiet. Wi-Fi did not work most of the time. Hotel location is around stores, mini malls and plenty of restaurants. For you late night snack lovers, there is a 24 hours Steak and Shake. I would still recommend this hotel to people in the area.

this motel needs a lot of work it should have been closed during the construction, I almost missed it due to poor signage if I had known that thee was a renovation going on I would have stayed at another

We spent one night at this hotel on our recent road trip. The lobby was being renovated when we were there. It was totally gutted, but that did not interfere with our stay at all. We were able to check in and check out with no problem. Our room was very clean. It too had recently been renovated. The carpeting was removed and replaced with Pergo or something similar. I think this is wonderful. It is much easier to clean. I mentioned this to the staff and they agreed. They said they are able to sanitize the floor everyday. Something they could not do with carpet. Breakfast was the usual Best Western fare. They only had green tea bags out, but I asked if black tea was available. The woman who handled breakfast checked and brought me what I needed. Very accommodating. This hotel is just off the highway and in a strip with plenty of restaurants. The Wi-Fi was a little spotty, but not really a big deal for us. The parking lot seems little small for the hotel, but we were able to park just not right by our room. Again this was not a problem, just an observation. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It was a good stay. We were out during the day and only in our room at night. The first night we had trouble finding a parking spot. We thought that we may have to park at the IHOP next door. Finally found a spot at the other end of the building and had to walk all the way around. A lot of smokers around the outside of the building,. We could smell it in our room. Parking lot was full of butts. Ate breakfast two mornings ans it was good. Good hot items and good selection of other stuff. It was clean and well taken care of. The sausage gravey was too watery and flavorless. The hotel was booked out and some people hung around outside their rooms, mostly smoking most of the night.

decent price, very clean, very helpful folks Renovation was going on while I stayed but, did not interfere with my stay except breakfast area was a little tight. Staff tried to keep things picked up and clean, some other guests seem to be jerks around the place but, you get that these days with all the jerks that think others should clean up after them.

This hotel was great. It is in a great location to use. It looks good and has all the basic amenities that are nice to have. The staff was not only helpful but friendly as well. It is by many different businesses that you might need to use like various Stores.

The staff was friendly and professional,The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. My only dislike is the parking lot can be tricky to get in and out of depending on traffic. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked like the usual fair,waffles,bagels,etc. Would stay again.

We booked this hotel at the last minute so there were few choices available in our price range. The check in went well and we were told the motel is under renovation and there were no baseboards in our room. I requested a ground floor room which was available. The good, the room was very clean and roomy. The not so good, first the rooms open to the outdoors rather than a hallway which I do not like for security reasons. There was a large gap in the weather stripping in our door, large enough for smoke to drift into our room from smokers standing outside their rooms. Also large enough for bugs to enter although we did not see any in the room. The breakfast was basic but good and as the breakfast area is under renovation there are only a few tables set up in the main lobby. Not much room to eat in. Parking is an issue here. I had to park in the adjacent IHOP lot as all the spaces were filled later in the evening. I had a problem with the wifi. It would disconnect after a few minutes and this happened several times during my stay. Getting in and out of the hotel is a major issue. There is no turn in for the hotel if you are Eastbound on 34 and highway 34 in front of the hotel is extremely busy.Traffic gets backed up big time during rush hours and it is hard to enter the road from the hotel. If you want to head East on 34 from the hotel you have to go West a few lights and work your way over to perform a u turn to head East. The staff was pleasant and helpful but this would not be my first choice if I return to Newnan anytime soon. There are many eating and shopping establishments close to the motel which is a real plus.

Bed awful, not a real bathroom - shower stall that you could barely turn around in, room had the unfinished appearance with missing baseboards, etc. one very uncomfortable chair... for the prices they charged, you old be better off sleeping in your car...stay away!

This place is being remodeled so many areas are in an upheaval. We had NO CARPET in our room and the desktop computer in the lobby was unavailable. Breakfast selection is OK. We saw what was available and decided to eat elsewhere.

I stayed for one night and felt comfortable staying alone as a young female The staff was friendly and seemed to be in a nice mood. They notified me of renovations taking place throughout the hotel and I was not displeased by anything. I also had convenient parking right in front of my room.

It was a good stay overnight Just stopped in closest to the activity that my family and I were doing the next day. I would stay here again. Access was easy to get in and out of and the location was close to excellent eateries and shopping

We stayed in this hotel during a trip celebrating a birthday. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were some renovations going on, but we were never inconvenienced at all. Would stay here again anytime we travel this way!

Stayed here to tour Walking Dead movie locations with my sister and her best friend. I've traveled through most of the US with my daughter and we have always stayed at Best Westerns. I love them. This one not so much. It is so far below par, what a disappointment! The only nice employee was the woman who ran the breakfast bar. She smiled and acknowledged our presence. The front desk and the owner were the most unfriendly people for a business that exists because of the guests. There was a sign that stated there were renovations going on but the only thing we saw were men installing an air conditioning unit. We are pretty sure our room was one that had been 'renovated'. However, our room was missing the baseboards, the paint that looked like it was pretty new but looked like kindergarteners did it, the toilet paper and tissues were the cheapest I'd ever seen. Housekeeping seemed surprised we would want fresh towels during our 6 day stay (although she seemed nice). No rugs in the room but the hardwood floor is nice. No fan or heater in the small bathroom. The room was never swept nor was bathroom floor area ever cleaned. The toilet and shower were never cleaned during our stay. Wow.

I like very much your hotel, it is clean, quiet, and has a good ubication. I have been their a few times and I like it a lot. With the exeption of today there was a very bad service at breakfast, the person in charge of breakfast said very rude comments about the guests in spanish, thinking no one could understand, and she is not concious that between us the guest there could be someone that understands her language.

Stopped on our way through to another destination. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There is an iHop right next door. Breakfast was usual fare- powdered eggs, Canadian bacon, waffle, and pastries. Would stay here again if in the area.

I spent 2 nights at the Best Western in Newnan, GA and was very pleased with the room and the staff. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this Best Western. If all Best Westerns are like this one then I highly recommend Best Western as well.

My husband and I stayed at the BW Shenandoah Inn for five nights while we toured Newnan and the surrounding area. We came down from Canada for the Walker Stalker Con early so we could see some of the locations where the show had filmed. Our room was waiting for us when we arrived...super spacious and so so clean. We were located next door to the fitness center which has all new equipment. The beds were comfortable and we really felt relaxed our entire stay. They offer a generous continental breakfast which we took advantage of almost every morning....and it conveniently shares a parking lot with a 24 hour IHOP..on top of that it was located across the highway from both a Golden Corral and a Cracker Barrel as well as a massive shopping complex! Easy access off the interstate and lovely staff. I can not say enough good things about our stay here and we will definitely visit again!!

No brewed coffee. No hot eggs. Only warm item gravy. Shower head is not adjustable. This is not Best Western normal standard. It is outside entry. No elevator if you are on the second floor. TV channels are hard to figure out.

The place is old and dirty, stay away from this place. It cost than a 3 star place but really is like one star. Is the second time I have a bad experience with Best Western in two different locations. Avoid it.

On our trip to Florida, we stayed here and our room was clean, comfortable and met our expectations. One thing I really liked was the rubber mat they give you for the bath tub...no worries about slipping. However, on the way back, the room we had was not as clean and we found ants in the room on the vanity. When we checked out, we did get an additional discount off the price of our stay.

We had another great stay at the Best Western Shenandoah Hotel. Very clean, better breakfast bar, friendly employees. Small hotel but cozy. However, they definately need another ice machine. This will be our place to stay again when we visit Newnan,Ga. A little noisy this trip due to some Verizon phone workers but management took care of it the second night.

This was small, but clean and just what I needed. I love the location was trying to get something close to Senoia for the Walking Dead tour and it was a very easy drive from here. I would stay here again for the location and price.

I loved the hotel and enjoyed the breakfast . Most of the employees are courteous but there front desk clerk Cathy is rude and a racist. She treats the Caucasian customers with respect and treats ALL the African American customers (I've personal seen for myself) as if they are beneath her and she's not nice or friendly nor professional you can tell that she doesn't like the African American race. Why is she even working Front Desk?

Excellent value for the money. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean. We would definitely stay there again. The only problem we had was that guests in the above room walked like a her of horses and kept us awake, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself.

The bed is hard. The room stays feeling damp. The room was clean and the jacuzzi rub worked fine but it made the room feel even more damp. Also the air conditioner must have a certain level/limit because i put it on 65 and we were both still hot and uncomfortable.Probably wouldn't stay here again unless I had to but not too bad for a quick one night stay.

I really enjoyed the time I stayed.....I had to have a place to stay while we moved from one house to another so this was a nice place to do that...I did not use the breakfast bar as it was over to early fir my grandkids to get up so we had to go out but that was alright...

Spacious room and comfortable bed. Also very clean and nice staff. Went to Newnan to attend concert so was there only one night. We were so tired from the long drive to get there and then out late so it was wonderful to have such a nice and welcome place to rest.

OMG Best Western Just Became Best Worst Hotel I EVER Stayed In!!!! So many error and miscommunication among staff. Service desk was very rude and lack basic comprehension on what I had needed for my stay. Such as extending my stay to 3 days! I had to go to the desk everyday to make sure they didn't mess up my payments. All to find out they did every time... They forgot to give me a Key. They forgot that I had needed a roll away... Let me not even mention that I don't walk that well but they told me I had to come get it the key and walk with them to get the roll away. smh I talked with management which ended up further letting me know that this review was needed. Management is a reflection of the staff. Well that still holds true. SOOOOOO Many issue I don't even wanna continue to type!!!!! SHAME ON ALL! SHAME SHAME SHAME!

Visiting family at the Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Hotel was minutes away and close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Hotel was good value. Staff friendly and efficient. Continental breakfast was hot and varied each day.

Cleanliness of the room and facilities was outstanding. and the overall friendliness of the staff was outstanding. except for the lady who was tending the breakfast bar, who seemed to always be having a bad morning. We were there for 3 days to visit family nearby and explore the area. So coming and going off the main road out front which was always heavy with traffic was a little tricky.

I do not know what people would normally expect from a three-star hotel. Personally, I felt that my needs were met. I was not rushed out of my room at check-out time, staff was cooperative and friendly with uncommon requests, noise level was perfectly fine, my room was clean, and I slept soundly. Additionally, the breakfast -- scrambled eggs and sausage gravy in a hot tray, waffle batter and iron, and assorted fruits and carbs -- was more than sufficient in starting my day. If I happened to stop in Newnan again, I would definitely stay here again.

After being punted from the Holiday Inn Express nearby in the middle of the night from a major flood we checked into the Best Western. Can't thank the ladies (Cathy) at the counter enough for their hospitality and getting us a room at that moment when its 5.30am. They gave us a nice clean comfortable room for much less than the HIE..The next day we wanted to print boarding pass's on their business computer but it went down and they offered me to use their guest check in computer behind the counter to well "check in" Also they told me that they would only be charging me one night's stay instead of the actual two we technically stayed there when went to check out! The room had been updated and we wouldn't hesitate staying here again when we arrive back in Newnan to visit our relation at the Cancer Center of America.The hospitality and over all experience here was above and beyond and we would choose them again when we return for another visit.

The B W Shenandoah Inn, is set back from a very busy highway, it is sideways on to the road, we had a room at the far end away from the road which was very quiet. The hotel has outdoor corridors something we do not really like but as we were only there for one night it was ok. The room was rather dated and looking a little tired, but it was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was surprisingly good ( for a Best Western ) with plenty of hot and cold choices. Also, there is an I-Hop on the same site. There is a very small outdoor pool but we did not use it. Although this was ok should we be in the area again I think we would look for a hotel closer to town.

For the money this was a great hotel, saved about $48 a night compared to the other hotel I stayed at in the same city. Clean, friendly and affordable and the free breakfast gives it that extra value.

This was a clean hotel and somewhat comfortable. We arrived after midnight and the clerk was very nice and had our rooms ready and paperwork completed. Easy check in and easy check out. Location was easy to find and not far off our route!!!

I am very particular about where I stay. I visit Newnan at least twice a years and this Best Western is always at the top of my list for lodging. This is always spotless, reasonably priced and quiet. It is also within walking distant to a shopping plaza which is across the street and a Ihop is right next door on the same side of the road. For the price, this is an excellent hotel.

Clean and somewhat comfortable. Breakfast hot items not worth consuming. Hair dryer broken in room. Coffee ok not the best. Bathroom very cramped. OK pretty good value for the money. There for lacrosse tournament.

Hotel room had 2 queen beds, frig & microwave. The beds were a little soft for my taste, but everyone slept well. Pool is outside, small but nice. Breakfast was pretty good. I left my wedding rings in the room & Millie went and got them. They were sent to me the next day. Great service!

Stayed for 2 nights for a lacrosse tournament; ground floor. Set up like a motel as all rooms face the parking lot and the room door opens out to the parking lot. The room was very basic, but relatively clean. Our only complaint is that the room was musty-smelling and damp. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary Continental Breakfast (cereal, donuts, yogurt, waffles) served in the small dining area. The motel is conveniently located near many restaurants and great shopping.

Stayed 2 nights at this very basic Best Western in Newnan, GA, for a lacrosse tournament. If you're a person who doesn't need thrills, bells or whistles, you might be okay staying here. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a continental breakfast in their small dining room. We were given a first floor room. All rooms face the parking lot (more like a motel). Although the room was clean, it was musty-smelling and felt damp, which can be pretty uncomfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to many restaurants and shopping.

Easy drive to/from Atlanta Hartsfield Airport. Quiet.

This hotel is about 30 minutes outside of Atlanta and well worth the drive to avoid traffic and expensive hotels in that area. The stafff were friendly, the room smelled good and was very clean. The beds are comfortable. They also offer military discount. There's not much to eat nearby but they have a decent continental breakfast.

We typically stay in Hiltons or Marriotts so, based on the reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect. This little hotel was perfect for our one-night stay. Nicely updated with a nice, firm mattress, microwave and refrigerator, next door to IHOP and pet friendly! And all for $88!

small hotel half an hour away from Atlanta airport. Perfect for a late arrival flat on the way to AL. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Small enough that there isn't a lot of noise. Coffee always need improvement in these kind of hotel but friendly staff.

I'm not saying this was the worst experience, but just not the Best. This hotel average at best. The rooms aren't bad, but a bit small and plain. The bathroom area is especially small and kind of uncomfortable almost. The whole hotel is small with very limited parking. They have a free breakfast, but are in IHOPs parking lot, so that's where we ate. Overall, there are better places to stay in Newnan, but this isn't the worst, just not great.......

I requested a room with minimal walking involved . They gave us a ground floor room next to a ramp which was perfect for my 85 yo grandmother to access the room with her walker. Thank you! The breakfast exceeded our expectations with variety and layout. Choice of cereals, fruits, yogurts and sweets was great.

Sadly,the condition of my room was completely unacceptable. I can only assume that the rest of the rooms in this establishment are equally poorly maintained. All three lampshades are cracked all the way around. There is only a thin, little blanket to cover with. The fan setting on the thermostat is not functioning properly. The shower is great for a person who uses a wheel chair, which I do not. It was a waste to place me in that room, when it should have remained available for someone with those particular needs. The cushion that is on the seat in the shower is cracked and torn in several places. I shudder to think of the bacteria that is trapped inside the foam. It's sad that someone with special needs would be forced to choose between not taking a shower or risking exposure to dangerous bacteria, particularly in contact with intimate body regions. As I showered,brown,nasty crud dripped from that cushion. I was horrified! I took pictures. I'm hoping that I can post then along with this review. The staff was very accommodating, though my reservation was completely messed up and I had to wait 45 minutes to get placed into a room. I appreciate the front desk clerk making a good judgement call by deciding to get me into a room and settle the problem the next morning. Kudos to her. Otherwise, in the future,I will certainly not return to Best Western, Shannendoah, in Newnan, Georgia.

Attractive motel and surroundings. Close to center of Newnan. Clean up to date room. Plenty of space in the room. Room amenities were more than adequate. Breakfast was varied and wholesome. Staff was attentive to patrons.

The Best Western Shenandoah Inn, in Newnan, Georgia is a good place to stay. The room was very clean and everything was functional. The shower operation was a little tricky, so check out the guest notebook before entering the shower. Parking is tight and just because you get a room on the bottom floor, don't expect to get a parking spot at you or near your room.

We had to make last minute plans for 8 rooms for 3 nights for extended family for a funeral. Best Western Shenandoah was a great value, quiet and clean accommodations, helpful and friendly staff & a convenient location.

Dining area rather small, and somewhat limited what one could get for breakfast. Trash containers in room need to be larger as we travel with our own food. The beds were firmer that other places we have stayed at.

As our agency's Management Team meets in Newnan once per month I choose the Best Western Shenandoah Inn and they are always friendly. The room is clean and quiet and I am able to sleep well. I would recommend this particular hotel as I always receive excellent service.

We stayed at best western when we were in Houston Texas and we enjoyed the experience, so when we got to Atlanta, it just felt right to stay there again hoping to get the same nice experience but we were sorely disappointed. The staff were rude to the guests, breakfast was meagre and bland. I saw a bug on the bed and another big one flying around in the room. We had to shorten our stay and relocate to another hotel the very next day. It's an okay place if you are desperate for a place to spend a night but there is nothing fantastic about it.

Warning: they have a pet area (deemed a work in progress). It's best just to walk your pet along side the hotel near the IHOP. If you decide to use pen, use leash but be very careful where you step. Especially if it is raining. Also, keep an eye out for utility fence to ensure it does not swing open. They have no signs posted to "use at your own risk". Bedbugs. Which, let's face it, can happen at the best of hotels. However, bedbugs and roaches? When things were brought to manager's attention, she was rude. Her tone died down when she was shown pictures of metal sticking inside the pet pen area. (Anyone or animals could have gotten hurt). Also, patrons were told owner was on his way to discuss but he never showed up. Breakfast - pretty standard. Area was nice and clean. The young woman running the breakfast was very sweet. Location: perfect for patients going to the Cancer Center but there are other (higher quality with a much friendlier staff) hotels you can go to. The Country Inn Suites is one of my favorites. The Hampton Inn has also been a good stay. However, if there is an overflow of patients/families going to the Cancer Center, you may end up at Best Western.

The room was very nice, it was kept very clean. Free breakfast and different places to eat. It also had an iron and ironing board, coffee maker, hair blower and a the bed was very soft. Enjoyed the visit very much.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at. Parking is a little limited but we had no problems. Room was CLEAN and very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a few issues but nothing to ruin the stay or keep us away the next time we are in Newnan. Nice place to stay.

Was a great room for the night. It was clean and comfortable. Updated and friendly night clerk. I would stay here again for the price. It is right off I 85 and easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was pretty good as well and included with the stay. Thumbs up.

Fine place, clean rooms, accommodating staff. Good breakfast bar in morning. If you are into it, IHOP right next door. Shopping center across highway. Internet was very good. Business center, though not necessary for our stay, seemed a bit bare bones. But serviceable .

convenient location- close to Interstate- but no noise. Good location except entering from Eastbound- westbound entry very easy... Goood selction of places to eat and easy to get to other places closeby as far as shopping, eating, bar etc.

I found this location to be totally acceptable. I must say after reading the reviews I was concerned. The shower area is a bit small. The breakfast was no different than the average. .. and the juice was good! Overall.... just above average. No "complaints here".

I would give this motel a 4 but it only has outside doorways to rooms which is less safe than inside doorways would spend extra for inside doorway. It has been updated in the rooms. Frig, microwave and coffee in room. Tiny bathroom and vanity outside of bath. Standard breakfast fare- eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, Danish toast.

It was a good size room, fairly clean, bed was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi was a plus, and breakfast was ok - normal complimentary pastries, cereal, waffles. We had spent the day zip lining in Banning Mills and we just needed a place for the night.

I don't want to "trash" the hotel. Here are the facts...the room smelled like mildew. We turned on the a/c as high as it would gi, that seemed to help. We were only there to sleep for one night. The hotel is old, so bathrooms are small. I noticed a sign in lobby that says 250$ fine for smoking in rooms..?? Really? That would be ok, if the rooms didn't already smell. The breakfast was mediocre. I saw in other reviews that the juice was tasted watered down. I'm glad it wasn't just me!!! It was so bad, I poured it out. All in all, for a few extra bucks, you could stay somewhere else. It was definitely not worth what they charge. But, one thing I can say, the bed was very comfortable.

I don't usually leave reviews but we found this particular hotel worth the compliment. We were in Newnan to visit filming locations for the walking dead and also locations for surrounding areas. The front desk clerks ( both day and night shifts) were extremely nice (as was the breakfast attendant) and very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The room itself was very clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was good and the area was quiet. Ihop was next door, a very short walk, and many other places to eat nearby. If I had anything negative to say (and by that I would just say it would be knit-picking) it would be that it's a little hard to get pulled out onto the main road ( lots of traffic). I would give it a 6 star rating for being exactly what we needed for our short road trip if I could : )

I read the reviews before booking this hotel and I felt comfortable booking. I was a little disappointed upon arrival. Very small and old hotel. Our room smelled like cigarette smoke. There were no more rooms on the first floor, and we thought they all would smell so we stayed. We had a "non refundable" reservation so we felt like we had to stay. We did end up leaving a day early and the girl at the front was very nice and did not try to make us pay for the additional night.

Room was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was smooth. Location couldn't be beat. It is close to everything! I didn't have the breakfast but was told by other family members it was good. My only complaint is that the AC was a little loud. I still give it an excellent rating!

I came to Newnan for a concert so I didn't pay too much attention to the hotel, nevertheless I had a great time. Good things: 1) beds and pillows; 2) good breakfast; 3) location; 4) good and free wifi. Things to improve: 1) add one hour for breakfast; 2) no restaurant.

It was a stop for a night, very clean and friendly,and pet friendly, the breakfast was good, area was a little small but still had room to move ,there was a lady to kept it clean that was nice to see if you want a big breakfast there is a I hop next door we enjoyed the stay and would stay again.

CLOSE TO CTCA (Cancer Treatment Center of America) Very quiet and restful after treatment. Very helpful staff and caring with concerns. IHOP next door open twenty four hours Easy to get to off of 85 and main highway
