Rented 3 rooms and unfortunately all three rooms had a musty mildew smell. One room had stained shower curtain and bathroom a deep cleaning.
Though apparently remodeled four years ago the motel appears brand new. It is spotlessly clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Wifi access is quick and easy. Room was perfectly clean, beds were comfortable, no outside noise. Shower is inside the tub, requiring care in entering. Grab bars help entry but are less help on getting out. Breakfast could be improved. The usual basic options are there, but a kind of molded egg pattie did not look appetizing. Scrambled would have been a better option. But we would stop here again.
Checked in late, Google best Western a reservation window for Morton BW opened booked because of ev charging. 175.00, desk showed me 90.00 is the real price. Only Tesla chargers so desk gave me a beat up adapter to use, left the adapter at front desk after waiting for a clerk, or in my room with my key...just saw 8/31 they charged another 100.00 so 275.00 for a 90 dollar room. Breakfast was terrible so another 15.00 for edible food. Bought the same EV adapter for 25.00 on Amazon.

We highly recommend the BW Morton Inn. It was extremely clean and managed exceptionally well. The family atmosphere was obvious from check-in to check-out. The area is safe, the parking is wonderful, and the rooms were updated. The shower was very nice, comparatively, while we found the breakfast area to be very clean and organized. We will be back.

Loved this hotel. The room was newer and clean. It was quiet and the lobby was very welcoming. A dining room is off the lobby and serves breakfast. There were also snacks and drinks available in the lobby area. Very friendly front desk and helpful. Close to restaurants, hospitals, and airport. Will stay here whenever I'm in the area!

Great location in a cute town with delicious BBQ and brewery. Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable and the breakfast was good. The decor is wonderful and our beds perfect. Everyone slept so good. Thisbis our favorite hotel in this area

We were traveling and stopped for the night. This was one of the cleanest motels we have stayed in. Breakfast was adequate. Would definitely stay here again

Such friendly staff at this best western and everything appeared clean; however it smelled unpleasant in the lobby and halls. The room smelled fresher but still not the best. Breakfast was nice and breakfast staff was attentive. Tiny bathroom in double queen room so not ideal for family with kids. Noticed leak buildup under bathroom sink had not been cleaned .

We really liked this hotel! It was so clean and well organized! We loved the breakfast. It was well stocked and kept very clean. Our bedroom was more than sufficient. There was filtered water in the hallway-what a nice perk! We most definitely would return!

I kinda hate to leave this good review, because prices may go up and availability down! This is a newly refurbished, very nice mid-priced hotel. Perhaps built in the 70s, you'd never know it. Quiet, clean, comfortable. We just stayed one night but will likely return. Only "complaint" (more like a comment) is that the bathroom is very small. But hey, you don't stay there long, so it was OK.

Clean hotel with a lot of small conveniences that improve your stay: Filtered water refill station, ice machine, traditional breakfast, and patio off pool area. We enjoyed a several night stay with 3 small children. Thankful they had connecting rooms. The staff was amazing and so welcoming. Each one we encountered during our stay was very friendly. If we are back in the area we will stay here again!f

The Morton Inn was an outstanding very clean hotel. The room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable and everything in there was updated. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was hot and tasted good. Standard breakfast fair that was all presented. Very nice. Omelettes, seasoned potato cubes, sausage, waffles. Also had fresh fruit options. Located in the middle of anything you would need including restaurants and a grocery store and shopping. Would highly recommend staying here for the price.

The staff were excellent--Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and doing what they were supposed to be doing when they were supposed to be doing it. The room was clean and neat, with plenty of what we needed. The breakfast was typical hotel/motel but with good ingredients and kept filled. The coffee was good.

We were in town for a conference and stayed overnight. This location had a “new” feel. The carpet, paint, bathroom all were fresh. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, the attendant kept everything full and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location easy in and out from interstate. Very clean. Very sweet gal at front desk. Queen 2 beds very nice very clean. Beds and bedding very good. We were at of the hall very quiet. Nice shower. Bathroom a little small. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

This hotel is great! Clean! Very comfortable! Staff is awesome, very professional and nice people. I've stayed here multiple times while visiting family. I stayed at 2 other hotels close by and they were not as nice. Very impressed. Booking all my future visits here!

We were traveling from NC and we were tired and stopped here for the night. When we arrived they didn't have rooms available except one which was a family suite. They gave us a great price. We took it. The hotel and room was very clean. Staff were extremely great. Highly recommend this hotel

Nice and clean with considerate touches like books to read and a complimentary cappuccino/mocha/coffee station. Lots of thought by management. No time during visit to use pool. The only complaint I would have would be stomping idiot in the room above. Maybe there is no soundproofing in between floors.

This hotel was quite easy to get to, right off the interstate. The rooms were clean and comfy. There were several places to charge your phone & tablets. The room was quiet & I fell asleep right away. The breakfast was so yummy with a nice choice of foods.

This is a most excellent property, both the hotel itself (that has been recently renovated top to bottom) and the staff. My husband and I were there with a group of friends who travel together annually. This is one of the nicest places we have stayed! The hot breakfast was tasty and changed daily. The staff allowed us to use the breakfast room in the evening for social gatherings and game playing. We were made to feel welcome and as valuable customers. The rooms were spotless with comfortable beds and bedding. The location is convenient with restaurants and stores nearby. All in all, I can recommend it highly.

Clean, comfortable beds and pillows! The breakfast was awesome! The workers were phenomenal—kind, considerate, friendly and very hard working!!! There was ample parking and many nearby restaurants. My daughter and her soccer teammates enjoyed the pool as well.

The hotel was super clean & the Manager & front desk staff were some of the friendliest I have ever dealt with. Coffee was delicious. Breakfast was good. Beds were very comfy & pillows were fluffy for hotel pillows that are usually flat. Great Hotel!!!!!!!

This a very nice clean hotel would give it 5 stars my favorite stop when traveling north you wont be disappointed my room is always so comfy. Safe clean very nice and helpful staff. They must use a water softener because i feel extremely soft and relaxed after a bath

The stay was great even though it was just 1 night, Srevy was very friendly and helpful since the moment we walked in, the night shift employee was very friendly as well. The rooms and the breakfast cafeteria were very clean and the breakfast was great. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back to Morton.

Spend 10 nights in this hotel and was positively surprised. Superfriendly Sxavy welcomed me upon arrival with a big smile. Reception is light, good airco, clean and nicely decorated. Room was also nicely decorated with light colored furniture. Very comfortable beds, good airco, fridge, tv, all working good! Wifi is easy to logon & very fast. Bathroom was as usual, products are good, shower very good & warm water and very important towels were always clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast is as usual with self made waffles. Asked to check out a bit later, which was confirmed. Checkout again super smooth & friendly where Sxavy ensure to say bye.

I booked this specific location because of other's high recommendation on cleaning specifically. The front desk associate was very courteous. Unfortunately, our room smelled of water, like a dank cellar and their was hair on the tub. We arrived in the middle of the night and were too tired to request a room switch. Would likely not stay here again.

I have been traveling every month for the past 2 years. And after staying at many hotels this one in particular was an absolute gem! It's hard to find a hotel that is a 100% on point. The cleanliness was top rate from lobby to personal rooms. The pool was perfect water temperature, the area was clean as the staff were proactive about keeping it tidy. They had fresh towels always available. They offered a wonderful breakfast spread with just about anything you could ask for. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Kitchen staff were friendly, accommodating and smiling. The front staff were also very upbeat and informative. Always friendly whether I was coming or going. I think it speaks volumes of the level of integrity these employees carry in the work that they do. Consistency is key and they all showed that in there jobs every day. I absolutely love this place. It was easy to find, the cart for my luggage was easy to use, elevator was clean and smelled fresh. They have restaurants literally a hop, skip and a jump away. They offer the largest selection I have ever seen of snacks, drinks, necessities and even alcohol for those 21 and up. Hands down a must stay! I know for my family and I this will be OUR SPOT every time we visit Morton.

This is a very nice hotel. We stayed for two nights while watching our grandson play baseball. The front desk people are all nice, breakfast and cleaning staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable the breakfast was good with a variety of items to choose from. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice. We would stay here again.

The hotel is converted nicely to comfort. I stayed here last year when It was holiday. I must say the hotel is nicely renovated. Good clean room and decent breakfast. Will stay here again when passing through for business. Most importantly, my wife was pleased with the hotel.

The Breakfast will not disappoint with many options to have each day. The staff is very helpful even if you have problems with your key or anything in your room. The pool is pretty comfortable with warm feel but take a towel from room in case because I didn't have any towel provided to me at the pool.

The rooms were very clean rooms. There was a hot breakfast with a variety of options along with fresh fruits. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good. Plenty of restaurants close by to eat lunch/supper. Would recommend.

I've stayed here a few times now. Never disappointed. The hotel and grounds have been recently remodeled. There is a outdoor seating area in back. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Large vehicle parking is available. Got breakfast in the morning, Waffles, sausage, eggs. If you have a EV there are charging stations. I wish they had regular outlets outside so you could plug your truck in during the winter

This two-story, pet-free, Best Western motel in Morton, (population about 17,000), is located 10 miles southeast of Peoria. It has adequate free parking space. The entire establishment was impressively clean and well-maintained. Front desk personnel were welcoming and friendly. Our second-floor double-queen room was immaculate and had a microwave and refrigerator. Bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with a range of traditional offerings. A Walmart store and Cracker Barrel restaurant are located nearby. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Beautiful hotel with great price. We had a king suite which was huge, comfortable and very clean. The hotel was very quiet and location was convenient to interstate . Bed was extremely comfortable and room amenities were pleasant.

We made this our last stop heading home from the Grand Tetons. After driving a long day we were ready to relax. The reviews definitely made our decision to stay. The beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. The staff was above and beyond friendly and courteous. They were supportive of any request we made. It's difficult for employers to find good help, but whoever was responsible for hiring this crew knows how to bring in the best, in my opinion. I met the young lady Jeanette who ran the breakfast this morning; she had a positive attitude and smiled even though she had just worked with a large group. Thanks Jenette for your diligence. You work ethicis outstanding. The location is near 74 which made it convenient to avoid rush hour traffic, conveniently located to Peoria.

The pillows and mattress are very nice. Having a fridge and microwave was very necessary for a week-long stay. The bathroom could use an update as the toilet was wobbly. The staff is very friendly and the cleaning crew is thorough. Jeanette serves breakfast every morning and she was very conscientious and helpful. The breakfast is fine and organized. Coffee is not high quality. My son loved the waffle station and coco puffs. It has more breakfast options than most free breakfasts. Thanks Best Western Inn Morton!

Overall the stay was nice. I am very particular about my own home so staying in a nice hotel is always a good surprise. We stayed for a baseball tournament and besides a scratched tub floor and a slightly odd smell in our room, the room was clean. I bought a tub mat from Walmart and an air freshener, then the stay was great.

I stay in a lot of hotels for both work and personal travel. This hotel is right up there at the top of my favorites list. It was SUPER clean. The staff was very kind, courteous and professional — and I'm talking about every single staff person I encountered through out my stay. Breakfast had lots of options and even when crowded, the breakfast area was kept stocked, neat and clean. I won't hesitate to stay here again the next time I'm in the area — very convenient to both Peoria and Normal/Bloomington. There is a park/pond area right across the parking lot and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by as well.

Comfy beds. Nice room. Slight stale smell. Issues adressed. Desk presence should be better. Breakfast is just so so. Pastry selection was slim. Only one kind of muffin. Fruit was fresh and good. We'll stay again.

At the core of lodging customer satisfaction is a good night's sleep. Not available here because of poor facility management - all surfaces in the room were ice cold. At one time Best Westerns' were unique, owner operated establishments offering attention to detail. Apparently no more and available to any bottom dollar corporate investor. If opting to stay here, check in early, turn on the heat or air conditioning and then return about 3 hours later. That way if you are lucky the room will have defrosted - especially the tiled bath, furniture and metal surfaces. A Best Western rewards member, I booked on-line in advance, without the ability to cancel, without refund. Therefore, my arrival should have come as no surprise, and I expected a comfortable room to be available. Additionally, the property was virtually vacant, so no excuses and distractions were not an issue. So, it's either incompetency or my comfort and satisfaction are a secondary concern. Either way best to consider alternatives.

I had an excellent experience at the Best Western inn in Morton Illinois. The only exception to this was the front desk attendant, r a v i. Who did not seem to understand how to bring me a new blanket no matter how many different ways I asked. Ultimately I went to the front desk and told him that I was going to go and get a blanket from another room that was vacant before he figured out how to get me a blanket. Because the temperature outside was 14°, and after a 12-hour drive we checked into the hotel and the room was probably 35° no heat at all in the room The unit was turned off so therefore we turned it on and then went to eat dinner and came back and the room was still freezing cold even though the heating unit work fine it was just so cold The hotel should leave that heating on at least to 60 or 70° so that when guests come it's semi-warm then they can raise the temperature up to what they like but no and not at this place and on top of that there was no blanket in the room and when I asked her a blanket they said no you can't have a blanket we don't have any Even though the hotel was 1/4 of the way full there were dozens of rooms that had blinkers but Ravi couldn't figure that out so at the end of the day the next morning the breakfast lady brought me a blanket Ravi is the anchor around a great team's neck and he has no business as a desk representative in a public hotel. On the other hand Jeanette was the breakfast lady who figured out how to ultimately get me a blanket. Jeanette was fantastic and deserves a raise!

The young lady at the reception was very nice and helpful. I had a misunderstanding about my reservation. She called the manager for me to speak with and the manager was very gracious in resolving the issue. The manager was understanding and definitely went the 'extra mile' to help us.

Very clean and modern facility. Jeanette kept the breakfast area well stocked both hot and cold items and was always willing to help. Sheay at the front desk made us feel welcome. The Best Western Morton Inn is hands down the very best little Best Western I've ever stayed. The updated decor, spotlessness, and amazing and welcoming staff members had me feeling like I was staying at an exclusive resort. If all Best Westerns were like this little Best Western, I wouldn't stay anywhere else on business of family trips.

Very clean motel decorated in modern style. Typical breakfast (except for the yogurt dispensing machine--I have not encountered one before). Friendly and helpful staff. This is right against the interstate, but we were not bothered by noise. Close to many restaurants. Best of all--very reasonable prices.

I always get the suite so grandkids can enjoy pool and sleepovers. Great breakfast selection, gym and pool. Staff are especially helpful and friendly. Suite are extra large and clean. I have switched from Choice hotels to Best Western because of this hotel. Have found most Best Westerns to have pool, gym and better rooms than most other chains for better price across the USA

We stayed here one night. We were there in Morton for the No Baloney Ride. We had an excellent stay. The room and hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The offer a hot breakfast in the morning so you can't go hungry. The staff was pleasant. We were able to bring our bikes into our room which was a plus. I would definitely go back if I'm ever in the area.

I prefer smaller towns, so I tried this out instead of Peoria. What a find. I wish I would have had more time, but this was just an overnight stay. Everyone was nice, the room had plenty of space and breakfast was quite nice. I would certainly stop here again for more than an overnight.

This hotel is by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed in! It appeared that a family owned and operated the hotel and what we witnessed was that they were always cleaning. The pool area was clean also! I was so impressed! I will definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area again!

We were vendors in a craft show and stayed the night here. The employee behind the counter was super sweet. I don't know her name but she had dreads and was very nice and kind. The room was big and really clean. If we ever go out there again we would definitely stay here, the employee and cleanliness of our room created a great experience. I told the person the next morning what a great employee she was, I really hope he passed it on.

We really enjoyed the beds, the pool, and the very helpful and welcoming staff! The rooms were very clean and freshened up every day. The manager was very adhering to our needs for this visit with my husband and I, and our daughter and five children. They loved the pool and it was comfortably warm, compared to some hotel pools. It was also very clean. The floors sparkled and shined in the lobby area. The seating for breakfast had large tables for big families, which were great for the 8 of us. We felt the breakfast serving staff went out of their way to keep things stocked and helped customers with waffles, etc. We loved the yogurt machine and all of the toppings for it. The hot food was good also. We especially enjoyed the lending library at this hotel. We found books for all of us, even the children.

Hotel rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff was nice and accommodating. Pool was great. Water was warm but I needed a long sleeve shirt to sit and watch. They have a shelf with books to read. Breakfast was good aas well.

I usually use IHG or Hilton because cleanliness and efficiency for business travel is most important for me - this was one of my first Best Western stays and was pleasantly surprised at how perfect everything was - and much better value than IHG or Hilton - will definetely stay again. Comfortable bed, good hot breakfast selection, modern gym, printer, lots of snacks for sale - they have thought of everything.

Our reservations were made with a senior discount, but we were placed on 2nd floor when there was no working elevator. You had to straddle the toilet in order to shut the bathroom door. The beds were so high, I had to purchase a step stool to be able to get into bed (I'm 5'4"). The upholstered chair in the room was so narrow, only a child would fit in it. Housekeeping never came to our room during our stay. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable once you were able to get in it. The shower had grab bars. The toilet was of average height (instead of the very low ones I have experienced lately). The room was clean and nicely decorated. Did not try the pool or exercise room. Hotel breakfast was average.
Dear Guest, I was sorry to hear that your experience did not reach your expectations. Currently we are waiting for our state inspection of our elevator. Until that inspection has been completed the elevator cannot be in use. The weekend that you we here we were very busy and there was no available rooms on the first floor. All beds are at the height of Best Western standards. Housekeeping did not service your room this weekend, because your do not disturb sign was on your door. So we will not service those room. I hope that your next stay with us is more pleasant for you, and that all concerns were addressed.
We stayed at this recently remodeled Best Western in Morton, IL (near Peoria). It was above the usual run-of-the-mill hotel chains. Clean, attractive and exceptional value, nice facilities and convenient to our meeting destination in downtown Peoria. Highly recommended.

Just got home from Morton, we went to my nieces shower there yesterday. This was a beautiful hotel, all newly renovated. The owners couldn't have been nicer. They are very proud of their hotel and you can tell. The lady who prepared the breakfast was also great, We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming there again.

Staff are friendly and very helpful. The room and lobby are beautiful. The bed was great. My only complaint is that the water has minerals that make it yellow. Great breakfast options. Great place to stay

We were on a 21 day roadtrip and we stayed with 15 Best Westerns over 15 nights. This one was the most pleasant! The staff was by far the most welcoming - they even provided cold water. If you are near Morton needing a room near Morton - drive a little farther - I think you will be happy you did.

This stay turned out to be an excellent one with my family in tow. It seems that we always find the worst BW to stay at whenever I travel with my family, however, this stay was excellent! We will be returning to this location in the future when staying in the Peoria, IL area. Thank you for offering a clean hotel with an amazing staff! OH, and the beds were wonderful!

Stayed here for granddaughter's graduation because it was close to location and family. Hotel is currently under renovations, but was very clean. Upon check in, I was given all the details about pool, fitness room, internet and breakfast. Room was perfect with great pillows and comfy beds!

Very nice, newly remodeled hotel. Service was great, rooms were clean and bed was wonderful. Close to everything I needed. Easy to get to off the highway with great location to local restaurants and shops.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights at this motel and would definetly stay here again. Our king room was nicely remodeled and clean. Heat and air was quite., bed was comfortable. I would like to recognize Sheay Killion, she made our stay exceptional, a very helpful and caring employee. Free breakfast selection got alot better on the weekend. Several fast food eateries close by.

Friendly, helpful staff, newly renovated facility with tasteful grey decor, pristine king bedroom and bath, thick white towels, super comfortable mattress. Fridge, microwave, coffee, high def TV, grab and go breakfast. Perfect for us.

I am traveling from Virginia to Montana and stopped here. Right from the start I was impressed because the front desk clerk was very friendly and I felt welcomed. The lobby is very nice and clean. The room is GORGEOUS and very clean and beautify done. I have stayed at Best Western before and said I would never do it again but this was worth the money. Do not go to an expensive hotel because this hotel is really clean and nice. The desk clerk is what customer service should be, he was so professional, accommodating and pleasant.

The hotel was very clean. Recently updated throughout. The staff was wonderful and extremely accommodating. We stayed here with our 14U softball team. They were always checking in with the girls on how they played and made everyone feel very welcome. Highly recommend staying here.

We were just in for 1 night and this hotel is just delightful. The lobby and rooms all have a very modern look, and it did not have that older hotel smell. The Front Desk attendant K. B. was able to answer questions about the area. Very nice hotel will stay here again.

Great hotel very up to date and clean. Staff is amazing especially KB at the front desk. Plenty of good food nearby. All in all a great stay. 10/10 would stay again. Also weed legal in the state so that's a plus for any hotel

We stayed at this location for two nights. Our family had three rooms. The staff was so nice and professional. The rooms are very modern and exceptionally clean.l highly recommend this hotel. Easy to get to and conveniently.

KB provided excellent customer service. He ensure my needs were met. So much so, that I decided to stay an extra night.The hotel is very modern and clean. Bathroom was a bit small. I look forward to going back. The to go breakfast option was good to have.

KB provided great customer service. He ensured I had a pleasant stay. So much so that I stayed an extra day. The hotel was remodel 6 months ago and the entrance is being done now. The king size room was very modern and clean. Small bathroom and to go option for breakfast was good to have. Definitely will stay here again.

In town for a Disc Golf Tournament. They are doing some upgrades to the property, but we never hear a thing. The Staff was very friendly and all ways ask me how my stay was going. The rooms are very large and very clean. This place was very quite, even with the tournament going on. They let plays put baskets up in the grass area in the back to putt on. Well stay here again. Thanks for everything.

from the minute I walked in , I was amazed at the cleanliness and beautiful decor. The general manager (Baldev) instantly greeted me with a warm smile. I felt like I was truly welcomed. The hotel staff (all of them) are extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I was here on business for a week and I could never found a better place to stay. Well done

My stay at this hotel has been a very good experience. It has been an extended stay for me on this trip and I have watched as the are all constantly upgrading and trying to improve an already very nice place to stay. The landscaping is also very nice to look at at the end of a work day Kb always helpfull and working so nice

When you have been on the road all day there is nothing better than coming to a clean, friendly, hotel— this was it! From the late night phone call to check in to check out we had a smooth experience. We slept well in comfortable beds and it was CLEAN! We were even asked several times walking by the desk if all was good. Give this nicely run establishment business. It is evident that the owners care and are thoughtful business owners.

Stayed here for Spoon River Drive weekend. Booked last minute as most other hotels on drive were full. Very nice stay. Newly renovated. Great clean room, lobby. Beds very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Would definitely recommend to others and stay here again.

Stayed here for a one night stop. It was perfect for what we needed. Room was nice and recently remolded. Bed was nice and room was great. Pool was nice too, but was a little cold. Breakfast was good with the usual hotel options. If we need a place to stay in Morton/Peoria we will be back again.

I booked at the last minute and they had a lovely room waiting for me. Hard to believe this was such a great price! I felt guilty paying such a low amount. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast hit the spot.

The hotel has been recently remodeled. The fitness room and indoor pool were still under construction. The staff though a little frazzled at times, were friendly and helpful. The motel is two-story without an elevator. The place was clean. There are no locks on the side entry door so anyone could come in, but this wasn't a problem during our stay. Breakfast offered a waffle station, biscuits, gravy, sausage, and eggs as well as the normal expected fare. At times they ran out, but it was quickly refilled. Breakfast was served from 6-9 each day.
