Assumed that I could rely on Best Western for quality. Not so with this one. My room had a mildewed odor, there were water stains on the bathroom ceiling, and the tile around the tub faucet was collapsing with blackened grout. There was no blanket on the bed or anywhere in the room. I had to crank up the heat to stay warm, which worsened the odor. Very disappointed.
Good room. Spacious. Value for the money. Used only for sleeping overnight though. Staff did not service our room between the two days. Front desk folks were polite and courteous. LOUSY breakfast. Bare minimum Walmart products off the shelf that tasted bad as well.
Worst Best Western i've been too and this is my 3rd time staying here all three have been similar. Best Western in Peru illinois is 10x better
I booked the hotel because the positive reviews. The location is convenient, quiet. Breakfast is decent, room is clean and surprisingly nice looking. Initially I was concerned because of the low price, but this place is just as good as a different hotel we stayed that is twice expensive.
Mr. Hiren Patel, the general manager of the hotel, was very kind and helpful; he did a wonderful work keeping the hotel in the best possible way. The room was comfortable and very clean. Very good breakfast.
I have family that recently moved to the area and I have tried several hotels. BW is the winner for the cs, cost and comfort by far. I have paid triple the cost at an hotel within miles and my cell phone data or wifi would not work. I had to go 50 feet into the parking lot just to get my data to work. This BW had no issues with anything not working.
Great stay for the price. Close enough to airport and shops, a little off the main roads so quiet. Local area was OK. Staff was friendly and courteous. Great for the value we paid, may look for a newer hotel next time.
Overall just felt like a rundown facility. No elevator. Same staff folding linens on breakfast/doning tables. Smells of previous/undetermined water leaks mildew/mold/musty basement. Find somewhere else to stay. If trying to save a buck, there are likely much nicer actually cheap hotels.
Rooms are clean but everything else you expect from a Best Western is slowing slipping away; quality/variety of breakfast, no guest computer, no tissue in room, vending machines either broken or expensive, no detergent/softener in guest laundry, exit door propped open-no security, staff not fully trained. Wake up call requests forgotten. If you want a place to sleep without the usual Best Western amenities - this is the place for you.
Rooms are clean, hallways are dirty, facility shows its age, needs repair, and has a lingering odor which transferred to my clothing. I basically needed an overnight stay, just a place to sleep, and I picked this motel based on price and BWs reputation for cleanliness. This facility is in great need of a facelift, the hallways are dirty and there is a lingering odor that was noticeable on my clothing when I got home. I would stay at this motel under the same circumstances, but not with my wife.
If you are going to the prestigious Rock Island Gun Auction or the Bally Casino this location is perfect for your needs. You are within minutes of the interstate and very close to the Quad City airport.
Hot tub was out of order. No towels in pool area. I tried to call front desk from pool area to ask for towels & to turn on lights (it was very dark in there-nighttime) but phone was out of order. Had to walk on tile floor dripping wet to front desk to contact staff.
Needed to travel on short notice. Convenient location close to Trinity Hospital. This hotel wasn't super fancy but provided a restful space during a stressful time. Very clean room and well tended breakfast area.
As always Best Western Airport Inn was as expected; i.e., clean, everything working as expected, comfortable room, professional/polite staff, good breakfast. Centrally located to highways and especially the airport (if that's what you need).
I usually like BW hotels, but this one in Moline was a disappointment. The clerk at the desk tried to be helpful but had little to offer. An upgrade was not available, the room I was given smelled like smoke, so taken to another but it was the same. The hallways are not air conditioned apparently were hot and smelly, The hallway carpet was very dirty and the room carpet only slightly better. When a luggage trolly was asked about "we have only 1 & it's been missing all day." There is no elevator so all luggage must be carried to second floor. The breakfast was a couple sausage paties, a sm amt of scrambled egss, some packaged pastries and cold cereal - not impressive or much out at all. The fitness room is a couple machines and 1 small set of weights in a very small room. I was supposed to stay a week for work but checked out after 1 night and found someplace cleaner, more comfortable.
Acceptable for a short stay. Desk stay as helpful as they could be. There were no close by restaurants or other places to eat. Since I didn't have a car this was unfortunate but the pool looked very nice though the hot-tub appeared to be 'out of order'.
We stayed on Saturday 7/30. Arrived late afternoon, had a few minute wait as the host was away from the desk, no biggie. When he arrived, no smile, just an unenthusiastic, barely audible hi. Carry on... He checked us in and we confirmed the correct room and he gave us the rundown on the facilities. This is a 2 story hotel, very small indoor pool, so if you are into that, this might not be your place. It's fairly nice, nothing special, but certainly not a dump. Decor was interesting, I think some of the pictures were local, I always think that's nice instead of cookie cutter decor. Our room was a 2 queen handicapped. Room was ice cold when we got in, so that was nice. Of note, their handicapped rooms do not offer walk or roll in showers. You get a standard tub with a bath chair you put into it. Not so easy for someone with mobility issues. They did have grab bars though. Room was very clean. Toiletries were single use only and not good quality at all. Beds were 50/50. I thought it was a little too hard, husband thought they were great. Pillows were awful, so glad I always bring mine. We won't be staying here again though. Besides inadequate handicapped rooms, the walls and doors are paper thin. You hear everything and I mean everything. To compact this further, we were by the ice machine and close to the stairs (no elevator.) About 6 a.m. we were awoken by a screaming baby. The mother was walking the baby up and down the hall. I was getting frustrated and was about to say something when we heard a commotion. Apparently someone else was sick of it too and said something. This made the mom extremely angry and a shouting match ensued. So much for sleeping in a bit. Breakfast was dismal. Powdered eggs, dry, thin, hard sausage patties. 3 cereals, and toast. There was a few cartons of yogurt, buy they were warm to the touch. There was a waffle maker, but no syrup. If it could be done cheap, it was offered here. Even the coffee was terrible. Very bitter like it wasn't cleaned out for a long time. There are a lot of choices in the area, I don't recommend you choose this one.
The king bed was hard as a rock. I have stayed at many different hotels in my life and this was the most uncomfortable bed. The room was lower in price than Hampton Inn by a fair bit, but the uncomfortable bed when coupled with the cover being stained led to the lower rating. The breakfast was adequate when there were eggs and sausage, but having to wait 30 minutes for it was a little too much. If I had to do it over again I would have chosen Hampton.
The staff were fabulous, accommodating my every need. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. Wifi worked perfectly. Breakfast was delicious. I will most definitely be staying here again.
Yearly we attend an auction in Rock Island, Illinois. And yearly we stay at Best Western Airport Inn. Why - consistent quality and value. Consistent professional staff. We are never disappointed when we stay in Best Western.
Hotel is clean and nice with an indoor pool and hot tub. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast consists of cereal, pastries and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Did experience intermittent issues with the internet during the stay. Overall, however, I would recommend this hotel.
Staff was very helpful, even witnessed them help a difficult customer. Rooms were clean and large. Close to the airport with plenty of parking. Amenities as promised. The breakfast is full of easy choices and does have a small coffee bar.
The hotel was clean, front desk was so welcoming and very nice, the pool was nice and it was located near some good restaurants I will be staying there again. The bed was so big and comfortable. Love.
Overall I have no complaints. Our rooms were adjoining and that was nice to be able to go back and forth. My grandson loved using the pool as he lives nearby in that cold climate. We had one breakfast at the hotel which was alright. Fresh fruit such as bananas or apples would have been nice to have.
Great Hotel and staff for our stay. Our large group was very grateful to have such a wonderful place to stay for our spring trip to the John Deere facilities. The rooms were clean and in proper working order.
The lady who helped me was very pleasant and helped me find the lowest rate. The room was basic, but very clean. The motel is about a mile from the airport, but very quiet. The pool looked nice-sized and there is a hot tub. Grab and go breakfast included microwaveable sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I had a very nice stay.
Have stayed here multiple times over the past year and have always been pleased. Rooms are always clean, property well maintained and employees cheerful and helpful. Price is as reasonalbe as you can find in the area.
Very clean hotel, front desk personal pleasant and nice, quiet location, breakfast was good considering it is still COVID times. Overall good value for the price when other hotels in the area are more expensive.
All aspects of my stay were above average. The breakfast selections could include items other than those needing a microwave. The room was clean and neat. The bath/shower could use a grab bar for entry/exit and there could be a tray or dish for shower level. Other than those items it is a very nice hotel.
Clean, comfortable room. Convenient location. Room had a refrigerator and microwave which was very nice. Price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Would certainly stay there again.
One of the cleanest and most comfortable accommodations we've had in quite a while. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was spacious and nice. The breakfast didn't have as many options as I'd like, but it was adequate.
Arrived and was told we had a second floor room. Asked where the elevators were and they said "We don't have any." Having arthritis in both knees makes 2nd floor difficult. Response was--"It is only one floor up. You didn't specify first floor in your request" We have never stayed in a major chain multi-story hotel that did not have an elevator. Also, breakfast was just sausage patties on biscuits in a mini refrigerator that you have to cook yourself in the microwave. Limited drinks. No one in the area. If they are still deep into COVID procedures, why were there not any hand sanitizers around the hotel? On our two week trip, this was the worse place we stayed.
Car-broke down, so we had no toiletries with us. We Needed a tooth brush/paste; sadly no emergency kits available at desk and or course we had no car to get to a store). Most hotels offer such a kit for guests in such circumstances.
The staff at this hotel is top notch! I had a room with a king bed and sofa and table. It was spacious with enough room for grandchildren to play and eat without being on the bed. The room was very clean, the lobby and pool area were also very clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and provided a lot of enjoyment. The location is convenient and easy to get to from the highway. You can get to Any type of fast food or better restaurant In less than 5 minutes. Breakfast was just packaged rolls and sausage egg microwave biscuits due to COVID but it was fine. 24 hour coffee and water is very nice. The room also had a refrigerator and microwave.
The room was amazing clean, spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was extremely clean. I will definitely be staying here again and I will definitely recommend it to family and friends. It is worth the extra money to have a clean and comfortable room where you feel safe.
Decided at the last minute to visit family in the Quad Cities. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The room was large so there was room to spread out. The breakfast was adequate under the COVID circumstances. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Let your customers know you're roofing the building before they get there. Some people may not like to be awakened at 6:30am to the sound of hammering. The staff did the best they could given the circumstances, but maybe use your reservation system to warn customers ahead of time. I doubt this was a last minute decision.
This Best Western was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay. The gentleman at the check in desk was friendly and cordial. If we are in the area again I'm sure this will be our choice for the night.
We were with a large travel sports group and the check in experience and service throughout our stay was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean and free breakfast was great. They were very nice to both the kids and adults. We'd definitely return.
Clean and safe Home away from Home! This hotel is very clean and well maintained. I was in Moline, IL. for business and to start relocating for work. I had tried three other hotels nearby and was very dissatisfied. I went to Best Western and spoke with the GM Scott Wonderling, explained what i was in town for and the different hours I worked and what my expectations were. He informed me of their cleaning and safety policies and gave me a tour of the property, which to my surprise (based on my experience at the other 3 hotels) was very clean and quiet, I could smell that it was clean. Still skeptical I decided I would give it a try and am very happy that I did. My encounters with all the staff was amazing, they really show they care about cleanliness and safety! Even on the weekends when families were here it was not loud and kids were not running around unattended so I was able to rest. This is a very well managed hotel and is definitely one of the best I have ever stayed at and I stay in hotels 48 weeks out of the year. I noticed a plaque posted that said they were in top 5% for Quality Assurance for the past couple of years, I can see why. I recommend this hotel to anyone going to the area and I will be back! Excellent customer service and a job well done to all the staff!
You'll love the cleanliness, the welcome, homey feel of being there, the comfort, the amenities, and really, really nice coffee in the morning! Also, hot water available 24h for your oatmeal, tea, or whatever your need for hot water is :) Oh, Panera very close to the hotel.
My daughters and I really enjoyed the polite staff, breakfast, comfy beds, heated pool, large desk to play cards and Yahtzee and eat pizza on. The are was perfect because of many restaurants and shopping near by.
Rooms are very clean. Beds are super comfortable (was hard to get up). The staff was warm and friendly. There are plenty of things to do in the area.. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting the quad cities!!!
I stayed here on fourth of July weekend. This was my first time staying at this Hotel and i can see why they have the ratings they do. The hotel is kept up, very clean, and quiet. Management was amazing and went the exyra mile in making sure my requests were met. Excellent customer service. Pool was open which was very nice to relax in after my meetings. I will stay here everytime I'm in the Quad cities. Keep up the ecellent customer service!
The staff was great...considerate, friendly & helpful. Being handicapped, my husband was having trouble going downstairs with a small suitcase and one of the cleaning ladies helped him. The breakfast was great. Only item missing was a map of the area in the brochures.
Reserved this place for New Years Eve, had a few thoughts if it was affected by the spring flooding being so close to the river Checked in, pleasantly surprised, great check in, clean room, fridge, microwave, great pool area, used the spa, only one in the whole pool area..Great made to order omelet, and left feeling energized for the upcoming day. Hat's off to the staff!
Great Stay! Was served a made to order omelet for breakfast! Parking was close to the door by our room. When we discovered there was not an elevator, they were quick to transfer us to a room on the first floor.
Not handicap or elderly friendly!! Restroom & sink left something to be desired!! The location was close to my family in Moline. We expected a good breakfast experience, but was greatly disappointed. Very flat Omelet, extra hard mini rolls and pancake machine NOT working properly!
The experience I had with best western was by far one of the best I have had in a long time from any hotel!the services were great,it was very nice and clean....i haven't been anywhere and treated so great and enjoyed it in quite some time!
My wife and I spent the night on our way to Omaha. The room was in good shape and clean. The bathrooms are clean but showing their age and need renovation. The breakfast area was tiny. The assortment of food was typical of hotels that serve complimentary breakfast. The hotel is close to some shopping and restaurants. Mediocre for the price.
We stay in a lot of Best Westerns when we travel. This was good but not outstanding. The beds were comfortable, four pillows per bed. Toilet/shower separate from sink. A/C was fine. Many channels with the guide on TV. I tried the Hot Tub and it was not hot enough. A bummer. The hotel was clean enough. Breakfast - this hotel made an omelette to order and cooked right then and there. Nice feature. They had bacon, yogurt, cereal, pancake machine, breads, muffins w/chocolate chips. Overall it was good and we would return.
Clean, clean, clean and neat. Room service A+ Pleasantly surprised by the facility. It is relatively new. It shows. Front desk was welcoming. Excellent custom made omelets. It is located across the street from Southpark Mall.
I will start with the bad stuff. Hallways smelled musty, The foot cover at the end of our bed had a wine stain or blood stain. Could not tell. We complained and the cover was removed. There was a sticky spot in the carpet about the size of a silver dollar right in front of the bathroom door. Complained but but was never cleaned up so we just put a tissue on it and walked around it. The bath tub had dirt around the corners. The carpets were worn out. The good stuff. Bed, AC, Shower, TV, Pillows, Refrigerator were all good.
We're retired & travel quite often. This is the best Best Western we have ever stayed in. Conveniently located right off the interstate. The pool & hot tub were Awesome! The breakfast opportunity offered freshly made to order omelets! All of the staff were very friendly & helpful.
My wife and I decided to stay here after we landed at the Quad Cities Airport and this was a great place to stay. We got shuttle service from the airport and shuttle service to a local Enterprise to pick up our rental car. That is super service. We also got great service from the front desk and the housekeeping staff. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is within close proximity to I-74, I-80, I-280, and US Route 6. And the hotel is very close to the IA-IL state line, so you can explore both states easier. We would definitely stay here again
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel while attending the John Deere Golf Tournament. It was close to airport but a great location to get around to other roads easily for food and entertainment. Breakfast was good and many items were offered.
Nice firm bed, very clean, everything worked, and we had a great stay. I didn't know a Best Western could be this nice. I've traveled a lot for work over the years, and I've never found a hotel that I liked better. (There were much fancier ones but when everything just works and is comfortable, that's remarkable.)
We had a softball tournament there. They were super nice when setting up the room block and went out of their way to help get rooms canceled or changed when our games kept getting canceled for rain. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good. Location was good. I was worried that there would be airport noise since it's called airport inn, but there was none. Is it a luxury hotel? No, but it's a great value for a family stay. Beth and Scott were great! Thanks for your patience. We will definitely stay there again when back in the area.
Great value for the price we paid! Checked right in with no hassle. Breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold options for my family to choose from. If we are back in the area we will choose this hotel!
We were travelling east to west mid May and arrived at this BW hotel just as the Rock River was receding from spring flood. The hotel was not flooded but the water had been within 20 yards of their property. Our room was on the second floor facing the side of an auto parts business. Even though it was close to a highway and airport it was quiet. The whole property was exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable and the included breakfast was better than the average hotel offering.
Cleanest hotel I've stayed at in a long time! Breakfast area was very clean and had great hot/cold options. Everything updated, room very clean, comfortable bed. No elevator, but didn't bother me! Can't beat the price!
Great breakfast, updated and clean rooms, and a reasonable price if you use the BW web site. Over all we were very pleased with the appearance of the lobby, breakfast area and room. We would definitely stay there again if it fit our cross country itinerary and would recommend it to anyone.
Great location near a lot of things. Unfortunately there is no elevator. Omelettes and eggs made to order, and a good variety of other choices for breakfast. Had a very nice large refrigerator in room. Room was spacious.
This hotel is a bit outdated, but not a big deal when you are only paying $74/night. The staff, is super friendly and helpful. There was a nice assortment of food at breakfast, plus omellettes were made to order which you don't get too often. There's a small indoor pool and hot tub as well. We were staying on the first floor, not far from the pool and there was a strong odor of chlorine in the room the first day, but gone the second. Not a big deal as we would just request a different room, further from the pool next time. But all in all, a wonderful stay.
Very relaxing. Staff very friendly and always willing to help no matter what you need. Love the breakfast, can get eggs cooked any way you like. Good assortment of hot and cold food. Nice swimming pool and sana relaxing after a hard day. Bed very comfortable don't. Want to get out of bed. Rooms always very clean. Manager and frount dest person very friendly always answers any thing i ask. Will definitely keep comming back to Best Western.
Clean and efficient. Good Breakfast with pancakes, sausage, fruit, pastry, and omlette bar. The staff was friendly and attentive. The main knock I would have is the fitness room is just OK. The tv's did not work and the equipment, particularly treadmill is pretty dated. I've stayed here for work 4 or 5 times and it's consistently very good.
A nice quite place, will stay here next time we are in the QC area. Was surprised that they didn't have an elevator, or we never seen one. Staff was very friendly. Easy to get to Highway 74 and go any where in the QC area.
the staff and appearance and rooms were great I had no issues and the hotel is located near lots of good places to eat, a good breakfast also, I had an overall good experience here and will stay again inn the future.
Our favorite "home away from home" has been in decline over our last several visits. My biggest concern is the temp of the water in the hot tub (Jacuzzi) has been turned down to bathtub temperature which is not beneficial for my screwed up back and complaining joints (I'm 73 and have numerous complaining members of my body). And the temperature has been decreased in the breakfast area and in the pool area as well and not as comfortable as it once was. And the desk chair is not as comfortable as the old ones. I miss arms on the chairs as my shoulders are shot and need the support. Our last visit was after a snowstorm and their parking lot was not cleared very well and the walkway was pretty slippery. The menu of their breakfast has diminish too, unfortunately. And there has been a wholesale change in the staff. I'm hoping that they will improve over time and gaining experience in their new environment. Their friendliness coefficient has slipped a couple of notches. These are all things that will probably be improved as their new manager, Scott, gets more experience in his new position. The old manager had the place running well - VERY WELL. The omelets made in the morning by Rosie is wonderful but because I don't sleep very well or long I eat early so rarely enjoy her creations but my wife does and she's very happy that Rosie is there creating personalized omelets for her.
We recently stayed here for a family event happening in Moline. The hotel looked newly remodeled, was very clean. The front desk staff and other workers were very friendly. Breakfast inluded; pancakes, bacon, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, bagels, muffins, cinnamon rolls, and fresh to make omelets, along with juices and coffee. It was a great breakfast for all of us. In the lobby is a bowl of fresh fruit and infused water. The only downfall was the hot tub is very small, 4 people max. But the pool was a nice temperature.
People were very friendly and helpful at check in. Property was very clean. Nice cold fruit flavored water and coffee available in the lobby. The room was very clean also. The bed and couch were quite comfortable and we slept well. My grandson and his parents used the pool twice during our stay and said it was a nice pool. Best quick hotel breakfast for this type of hotel. Tasty fresh omelets are made in the dining area by a very nice lady. A mall is located very near. One of the best hotels of this type I was ever at. Will be back.
Very satisfied with my stay here. Hotel is impeccably well maintained and attentive personnel. Comfortable, clean, nice size TV, microwave, refrigerator, sofa, desk, indoor pool. Only con is they do not have elevator which is inconvenient if you carry many bags but is only 2 floor building so not big deal. Satisfying typical BW breakfast, but the morning I had breakfast on a Saturday morning the omelette station was not ready so did not try it.
This hotel is at a good location. The space was very clean. We had adjoining rooms with no problem. The water and fruit available were nice to have. The breakfast was very good! Even made-to-order omelettes. We would return!
The staff were all helpful and pleasant. Rooms were clean and in good shape. Loved, loved, loved the hot tub. It was a quiet and restful atmosphere. Would not hesitate to stay here again when we come back to moline. I suggest you try it out .
Convenient location to many things...airport, mall, river and Dennys! Clean confortable hotel that is near to many things to do. Mall was across the street, plenty of dining options, river nearby to wal to after dining. Had to leave too early to check out the breakfast.
The rooms are always nice. The people are always super nice. Bed was super comfortable. Nice way to just relax. Pool is comfortable. Parking lot is easily accessible. The breakfast was really good. Best omelet ever.
The handicapped accessible room was clean, comfortable, and easy to move about. Though close to an entrance, ice machine, and vending, it was quiet. The complimentary breakfast of made to order omelettes is tasty.
The room was clean, the hotel personnel were very nice at check in and when I left.A nice young lady was making omelets for breakfast too!I like the decor of the rooms and they were very clean. Many tv channels to choose from when relaxing.
The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable after a long day driving it was a good place to stay and get a good nigjts sleep.had a good breakfast bar and also have a Dennys restrant across the street.
Had all the amenities that I needed (fridge, microwave, free internet, complimentary breakfast). Kind and helpful staff. Close to Airport. Made to order omelette's for breakfast!! Pool and gym if you need those things.
We stopped here on our trip home from California and picked this hotel due to its outside appearance and we were happy we did. Clean comfortable rooms and polite staff.i would recommend this hotel to family and friends.
My husband and I stay for a cousin's wedding and our stay was wonderful from breakfast, clean room, wonderful staff and great fitness center. I could not ask for a better stay. If, you are in the area or looking for a hotel to stay at then I high recommend this hotel!
Great comfort and have soap and shampoo and coffee and air dryer . Good air conditioner nice room setting. Good breakfast and taken care of by employes. Very helpful and easy to get in touch with. Great checkout
Location: close to airport makes it easier for travel Breakfast: full hash brown patties, build your omelet, cold and hot cereal, pancake machine, sausage patties, danish assortment, hard boiled eggs. Coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice or apple juice Room: room and bathroom were clean. Beds were comfortable and clean
This is my 6th or 7th stay at the Best Western Airport Inn, that should say it all! Comfortable, clean, and perfectly located - this hotel never disappoints. We come every year for a family reunion and I no longer even consider going elsewhere. The staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating and not only the rooms, but all common areas are clean, bright and welcoming. Best value in the Quad Cities!
We've stayed at this Best Western before and that's why we stay here again and again. Nice accommodations, clean and not overly priced. They have breakfast that's included. Coffee, Tea, Orange/Apple juice, eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, sweet rolls, and cereal. When we were there, there was a lady making omelettes per your requested ingredients. I think that was on our Sunday stay only, because on Monday she wasn't there at all. Anyway we really like this place. Close to the airport too.
The owner-manager of this location does everything possible to make his hotel a success. The rooms are clean and quiet. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. I have seen the owner in his suit carrying dirty towels and doing other tasks that most would not do. I give this place an A+ and I will return here the next time I am in town.
Very pleasant and helpful personnel. Front desk staff very accommodating and the 'omelet lady' concocted fine omelets and was a very friendly face first thing in the morning. Could use an elevator and a few more gluten-free breakfast items. But very good accommodations for the money. Great value.
all the best western hotes i have stayed at has been wonderfull all great staff the hotels are always keep clean and i am very satisfied with my stays at all of the different best westerns hotels i dont for see me staying at any other hotels..
Everything was ok, check in was good, bed was comfortable, lobby is very small but doesn't really affect me, as usual there will only be 3 kids in the pool but they were jumping and wild and mom just sits and watches alas that leave me only the hot tub which was nice.
Very friendly staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. We were offered a upgrade and bottles of water when we checked in without asking for it. Breakfast was hot and good. Overall great stay and will stay again.
Had to come and stay for court reasons but think there should be more explanation of using cash and that the pool needs to be open till midnight. Breakfast was nice and hot and had a vide variety of food
Stopped here trying to escape bad weather. Was greeted in a very friendly manner. Breakfast was unique with a lady making omelettes. My only complaint is no elevator. Fine for the young folks but stairs are a challenge. I would stay here again.
I'm not gunna lie, I'm snooty on my business trips I like staying in super clean, super comfortable rooms. I typically didn't relate that with Best Western but I was in Moline on business and I was gunna stay at my usual 150.00 a night getaway for the weekend? I was told that this BW was 4.5 stars and another colleague of mine said I'm telling you it's only around 70.00 a night? I was VERY skeptical only to find out everything was perfect! I'm talking everything, the hotel had it all, super clean, roomy, fresh, and my biggest pet peeve there was 4 soft pillows on each queen bed anything less it's a penny pinching hotel, they had 4 all the way!! I could keep going on but I'm a believer and now will ask for rates to BW when I book my next biz trip.
Close to the interstate and shopping malls rooms are always very clean and up to date with the latest version of furniture. Well worth the staying when in town. Breakfast is always great and plenty to choose from. Staff members are always very helpful with weather conditions and any questions with traffic that might cause a delay with my travel.
Room was very clean, the staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was very good (freshly made omelettes and pancakes). Location was very easy to locate and near restaurants and shopping malls. Will probably stay there again in the near future.
Family of 3 stayed here this past weekend. Called on our way in as we were hoping to check in early - 4 hours early. Staff said they would have a room available and to come right in. Front desk workers were so friendly, as was the manager/owner(?) who was there when we arrived. The room was about as clean as you will find a hotel room. Pool is small but is nice for kids. Hot tub is good too. Breakfast is good and the omelet station is a nice touch. Just as with the front desk staff, the breakfast staff was so friendly with the guests. The location is great as well. For the price of $72 per night, it cannot be beat. If we are in Moline/Quad Cities again, we will look at this place for a stay.
This was my first visit to this hotel. It has been recently renovated, and everything looked new. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and came at a reasonable price. There didn't appear to be an elevator, but the stairs weren't bad. The breakfast was average, but I was glad that they started serving it at 6AM (some places start later on weekends). I will definitely return when in the area!
This is our second stay and we'll not hesitate to stay again! Everything is just very nicely done with decoration and furniture and breakfast and pool, etc. Very pleased. The only draw back i s there is no elevator so if you don't do steps, just make sure to book a ground floor room.
Very nice & clean hotel with hot breakfast gravy and biscuits. I have stayed at this hotel many times a year for the past 8 years with out problems. Same management staff for years at this location. Price of hotel rooms are very reasonable.
Had a frozen water pipe burst and had to find a place to stay for NYE. Booked thru the BE app and when Iv arrived I was greeted with a smile and warm, clean and comfortable room. They helped turn a horrible night into a comfortable one. Thank you!!
it is just a clean hotel. you better stay at ground floor. there is nothing to do at hotel but swimming. nothing in the area also as Moline is early sleeping city. but if you are looking for a hotel close to airport this is the one
Loved our 3 day stay at this hotel. Clean, spacious, comfortable, friendly staff and great amenities. Super close to the airport. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. I'd stay here again. The only downfall was there is no elevator here, however that was not an issue for us. Great hot breakfast complete with hand made omelettes by staff.
With close to a hundred nights on the road annually i do not like surprises - unless they are as pleasant as my first stay at this hotel. Bright, cheery, clean, quiet and comfortable with a really friendly staff made this overnight feel like a vacation. I'll let the breakfast be a surprise for you too. If you are in the area this is a great place to stay. It is very pleasing and restful.
Great service from staff was great friendly. Room was very pleasant and clean. Close to the mall and restaurants in the area as well. Internet was fast and breakfast was good with plenty of food to choose from.
This was my 1st stay at this particular Best Western. Everything was great--very clean & well maintained property, very quiet room, very comfortable bed, terrific employees, and a great breakfast. When I inquired how new the property is, I was surprised at the age---it looks very new (carpeting, furnishings, decor, etc). The lady at the front desk said that the owner is always updating the property---and it definitely shows!!!
Extremely clean. Friendly front desk staff. The room was impeccably clean, and had a fridge & a microwave, which is awesome. Bathroom was impeccably clean. I didn't have breakfast, just coffee, but there were made-to-order OMELETTES. I would definitely return.
Great Hotel, convenient and clean. Friendly staff. Love being close to Montana Jacks... This is our second time in six months and the hotel staff did not disappoint. Highly recommend if you are in the area
Snappy green accent lights greeted me upon arrival. Courteous front counter person got me checked in and situated. She had a list of dining options ready for me upon arrival with my name on it which was much appreciated. Room was clean, bed was soft, shower was hot and breakfast was tasty.
The hotel is very clean. The staff is congenial and quiet. It was a very good value over Thanksgiving weekend. We would definitely go back next year. Made to order omelets were delicious and quick. Coffee is always hot and ready.
I was given the opportunity to officiate at my granddaughters wedding and when planning the trip I chose BW Airport Inn because it is near to the Quad City Airport and downtown Moline, Illinois where the wedding took place. Being a platinum BW customer I naturally chose what I knew would be a good place to stay.
This motel is clean and convenient to nearby Quad City Airport and the cities of Moline, Illinois and Davenport, Iowa. Nice rooms, good breakfast, pool and other amenities are really nice. It is also easily found right off of Route 74 and near to a wide variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
A friend & I stayed here because we were in town for a concert. It was the perfect location to easily get to the Taxslayer Arena, just 10-15 minutes away. There is also a nice mall just across from the hotel for doing a little shopping. Would highly recommend this hotel.
The hotel is good for business travellers. Big and clean rooms . The breakfast was good too with a live counter for yummy omlet. I always liked Best Western chain of hotels. I reached late at 3AM but the receptionist was still active and responded with nice smile. Thanks
The BW was very convenient to the airport and appeared to be a very new building. There is a mall nearby with some chain restaurant options. This is a good option if you will be around the Quad Cities Airport. Although it is near the airport, I never heard any aircraft so it is isolated enough to be quiet.
I was greeted by a very welcoming staff member. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I was very surprised with the breakfast choice of being able to order a 'made to order' omelet. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to the area. Thank you!
Very well kept and great staff. The best part of my stay was the breakfast! Omelette was made to order. There is a Mall across the street and restaurants close by. I will stay again when I am back in town. Thanks to all the employees who made my stay perfect!
very nice hotel in a good location and quiet. But it was over priced when compared to other Best Westerns in Iowa and around the midwest. For the price the rooms were small. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and there was very good parking, it was just overpriced.
Everytime I come into town I stay at this hotel. Clean, modern property with extremely happy and friendly staff. Everyone talks to you like a friend and not a customer. Breakfast is decent and the area is clean. Pool, hot tub and pool area clean.
The Best Western was clean and Staff was friendly and eager to help. The room was big to be comfortable. It was nice to have a Refrigerator and microwave and free breakfast. I would definitely tell family and friends to stay here. Nice to have wifi and television
A clean, inviting and friendly atmosphere. The employees are gracious, the breakfast is great and its a lovely hotel that's very close to the airport! This location is my favorite hotel because of its location, the great rooms and the overall cleanliness. High quality hotel stays with moderate pricing.
we were upgraded to deluxe rooms because they had us on the second floor but had no elevator, so i asked for a room on the first floor, all she had was deluxe suites so she upgraded us for no extra chare
This was a great hotel with excellent beds. We were given a welcome package of water bottles and snacks and a list of restaurants with recommendations from local diners. We really appreciated both of these. Very pleasant concierge. Very nice breakfast area and food.
We were driving through Moline on our way across the country and chose this hotel because we like Best Western's consistent value and amenities. We were not disappointed here- very friendly staff, easy check in and out, and free breakfast. The indoor pool is large and squeaky clean! Great location close to airport, highway, and many restaurants. Highly recommend.
Hotel check-in was a breeze and the room was clean and cool for it being such a hot day. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and inviting. Would certainly stay here again when in town. Breakfast also looked good and they had someone making omelets and pancakes.
Stayed one night but will stay again. Very friendly and efficient staff. Clean, quiet and reasonably up-to-date overall appearance, appliances worked, comfortable k-bed, good breakfast, especially the made-to-order omelette--cooked just right! Would recommend this location.
Clean and friendly but no plus standard for us. Noisy and smelly sometimes. Busses every night! This is a old building wich is renovatet and clean but got BW Plus for no reason. Waterlines are verry loud!
good location @ a reasonable rate for the region ! hotel quiet ,Denny next to it so we had a good meal .older hotel completely remodel ,Very Clean ,our king bed was comfortable , TV, microwave, fridg ,internet ,bkft in the morning fresh omelette ,Very nice ,we would go back again .there is a poll but didn't used it.
This was my second time at this hotel, it's clean and pleasant. Staff is great, room is quite nice. Breakfast in the morning is great - a staff member is available to make omelets to order. Coffee is pretty good compared to typical hotel coffee. I've been here for work, so I haven't had the time to really hang out at the hotel, but I'd love to use the pool facility they have here.
Hotel and room very clean and smelled fresh. Hotel room was good size and I was not cramped at all. Staff is polite and helpful. Hotel has been newly renovated. Hotel is near restaurants and shopping.
I have to travel on a regular basis and have stayed at best western in moline approximately 20 visits. Everyone there is extremely professional and friendly!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone including family!! Safe-clean- and a outstanding staff!!
The room was clean. The pool was sparkling. The whirlpool was hot. The infused water was delightful. And the made to order omelettes were delicious. We felt very well taken care of while staying for three nights.
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very clean with updates having been done somewhat recently. The rooms were a good size and clean as well. It is apparent that the owner maintains this facility well. We enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast was good with omelets made to order!
I travelled alone with my 15 month old, and at check-in the staff cordially moved rooms around for me to accommodate multiple trips to the car with a little one on my hip. They presented me with waters and snacks as well, and set us up for a very comfortable night's sleep. Room, sheets, fixtures were clean with enough space to let little one move around with toys. The baby was comfortable in the room and slept well, so I slept well. Breakfast was well-presented, and the made-to-order omelette was a great service and nutritious offering. All staff was friendly and knowledgeable. No complaints at all! Highly recommended.
Very clean but refrigerator noisy. Breakfast had a great assortment & very accommodating. Checking & out was very efficient. Was very disappointed there was no elevator. We were an older group of golfers & some were handicapped and there were only 2 rooms on ground floor. We had ten reservations in advance so they should have been aware of what was needed.
I had been sent an e-mail prior to arrival for express check in and upon arrival found the check in to be very quick and was pleased to see they were able to accommodate my request for a first floor room. Our room was comfortable and clean as was the rest of the hotel. All of the employees were very pleasant and friendly and our stay was enjoyable and trouble free.
Overall quality of the hotel was very good. Not many restaurants near-by, mostly fast food. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Fresh egg omlettes available if desired. Bed and room was clean and comfortable. This was a convenient stop on our trip to South Dakota. Check-in and check-out very efficient, no issues.
Made late reservation, using iPhone ap, based on the great reviews. Pulling a trailer and was able to park without a problem. Were a bit disappointed that they don,t put aside "check-in" cookies for late arrivers, otherwise met our high expectations.
The greeting from the guest service person was wonderful. She gave us a welcoming smile, with a smooth and informative check-in. The hotel, our room, the beds and the pool were perfect. Breakfast was especially nice and offered omlettes made to order!
Needed a 1-night stopover on trip from Colorado to Michigan. Tried to stay at nearby Hampton Inn but they wanted $170! This place got good TA reviews and offered at rate of $95. Location not in the fanciest area, and facility/rooms were pretty run-of-the mill. However, location was convenient to freeways the place is spotlessly clean and well managed. Front desk clerk was prompt, friendly, helpful, provided a lot of information. Breakfast was mostly average, except they had a lady who fixed "made to order" omelets which was a nice upgrade from typical powdered eggs! Room was spotlessly clean, had a refrigerator, and was well-maintained. The owners are definitely striving to do a good job, and they are.
Warning: Google's navigation to this Hotel were a mess, directing you to a downtown destination with no hotel in site. Be sure to call the hotel before venturing there. This room was priced fairly. It appeared clean and was a more than comfortable size. The receptionist (Isis) was quite accommodating, pleasant and helpful. We did notice that the room smelled as if it had been smoked in previously and informed our hostess. To which she gave us a can of fabreeze to lighten the unpleasant fragrance. Breakfast was also good for the price of our stay. To there credit; the pancake machine was not working, so they had Rosie to prepare a hot and delicious to order omlet. Thank you for the experience.
A good hotel. Pleasant staff and large room. It is priced fairly and an overall good value for the monies. The only issue was locating the place using google phone navigation. The room was quiet yet had a lingering smoke smell, possibly a before renovation/cleaning issue.
For business trips to the Quad Cities, the BW Airport at Moline is a good choice for those interested in an easy to reach location and reasonable rooms. The hotel is not fancy, yet neat and clean, the service is very friendly.
I am here for work and found Best Western a good place. the breakfast a very good but would be helpful for breakfast to start at 6:00 for those of us that have to get to work early. I have enjoyed your pool found it clean and water temperature good. I
Exceptional service! On arrival, front desk helped with our luggage as wanted 2 floor level room and didn't have elevator. Quiet and clean rooms. Breakfast offered variety and had staff to make fresh omelets to order. All staff asked if needed anything whenever passed desk. Location ideal as close to interstates as well as John Deere Parkway for shopping and restaurants.
Love to stay here when we are in town! Friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms & close to the Rock River! We will definately stay here when we are not traveling with our dog. Unfortunately, they do not take pets. I hope that changes. By the way, nice garden!
We were in town visiting family in the Quad Cities over a long weekend. Staff was courteous and helpful throughout our stay. When we initially checked in, our room had a cigarette smoke smell to it even though all rooms were supposed to be non-smoking. Paul at the front desk said that it was no problem to change rooms, and we were settled in quickly to a different room on the same floor that did not have any smoke smell. The hotel lobby area, hallways, and our room were very clean and had good lighting; everything seemed fairly new. The breakfast area was kind of snug but it worked out OK. We did try out the pool and the fitness room; the kids said the speed of the internet was even faster than ours at home. Really liked the central location, as we were going to Davenport, East Moline, and Silvas while we were here, and found lots of things to do nearby for the kids ( QC Entertainment, Regal movie theater, restaurants, mall ).
We selected this hotel due to the proximity to the airport but needed some help with a rate - like for AAA and seniors, so the front desk staff was as helpful as they could be - reasonable. The room was fine though the first morning there was no hot water but once reported that was rectified immediately. The pool area was clean and very nice and the breakfast area was quite nice - they will even make you a fresh omelette!
Everything was clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Check in and out were super simple and quick! Employees were nice and helpful. Pool area and fitness center were also clean and easy to locate. Highly recommend to anyone traveling through the Quad Cities!
Hotel was very clean. We both had the breakfast my husband liked the cheese omelets, I thought the coffee was very good.Front desk was kind and helpful. would stay again if ever in Moline. Would recommend to any one traveling in the area.
Super clean rooms and friendly front desk. We stayed here twice and in past 2 months. First time we had the kids in the pool and they loved it (clean and well kept). Second time was with friends and the fresh personalized omelettes was the best! Did not expect that so it was a nice surprise.
This hotel was very clean;the staff were all friendly and very helpful;breakfast was great(they had made to order omelettes). Had a great size pool for swimming, even a hot tub. All were very clean and functioning. Would recommend to anyone!!
Very nice place for money, comfortable bed and pillows. Nice on some days when omelets were made for guests. Pool was out of service one day. Parking was very convenient. Rooms were quiet and had plenty of room.
The hotel is conveniently located, is spotlessly clean, has a great breakfast, comfortable bed, and nice swimming pool. The facility, including the guest rooms, had been upgraded since our last visit, and everything was extremely nice. Fantastic value! We had ZERO complaints about our stay!
If you are staying in the area, the Airport Best Western is near food, near shopping, near entertainment, and has a clean pool, good breakfasts(will make you an omelet), quiet rooms with good air/heat controls, caring staff, and easy access to main interstates, road and planes at a fair price.
Lots of things within walking distance of this hotel. They also have a pool and work out room I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay for one night or one week Also there is a mall near by to do shopping
This property is by far the best I've found in the Moline / Quad City airport area. It is consistently clean, comfortable and with a welcoming and caring staff. I stay here every year for a few days in June, and I will continue to stay here as long as it maintains it's consistent level of excellence. It is not fancy, but is extremely comfortable and suits my purposes and needs to perfection.
Nice and clean facility, nice pool, very comfortable room and great breakfast for free, Awesome friendly Staff, what more could you ask for. Over all we had a great stay and would for sure stay again and would recommend it to family and friends.
I have stayed at this property three times and I really like the welcoming feel and the fact that they have fresh fruit in the lobby. A nice touch since I usually arrive late. The night staff are very happy to see you. Breakfast was good the first time I stayed but seem OK the last time. Coffee was good which is important when driving long distances.
Every time I entered my room a weird smell hit me. Maybe it was the brand of cleaning agent used, or maybe they were trying to cover up another odor. Also, the AC unit did not have a Fan On Constant option, so the unit kept cycling on and off all night. Which woke me every cycle. Not conducive to a restful night's sleep.
It was a very lean hotel and the staff was very nice! The rooms were large great value for the money! Not real close for eating places but staff was eager to help find something we would like! Would love to stay again!
The bathroom is very small. Not large enogh for four people. Our room smelled like smoke even though the hotel says the rooms are smoke free. We found some fe breeze the second day and that got rid of the smell.
The exterior is well kept and parking plentiful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. We enjoy the made to order omelettes offered at breakfast. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.
The staff at this hotel are great. I have stayed here 4 times in the last few years and it is always a great experience! The property shows lots of pride of ownership and is maintained in immaculate condition. If you need to stay in the quad city area; Moline, Rock Island, Milan, Davenport, this is a great choice, you will not be disappointed.
We had a great 'made to order' omelette at breakfast and very friendly staff that assisted us in everything we needed. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is a couple of blocks from the interstate but worth the couple blocks to be near a river.
Best hotel in quad cities area!! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and includes hot breakfast! There's a mall across the steeet. Great view of Rock River. The mall is right across the street. Local restaurants and other shopping stores! Hot tub and pool area is kept up.
We found this Best Western to be the best. It was very clean and well equipped. It even had a carbon monoxide detector in the room. The personnel, esp. Laura, were super. Even met the General Manager who was out in the hotel - not closeted behind a door. Very personable. Breakfast even included made to order omelets. We did think the eating area was a little tight. Also liked the idea that the windows opened with screens in them for those of us that like sleeping with windows open.
I liked the touch of the lime flavored chilled water at the front desk. The night lady at the front desk is named Lori. She was superb and really stood out for her performance at this Best Western. She was focused on guests only, and not on anything else. She was nice and bubbly, but strict about the other guests disturbing each other. The room is very clean and is not new -- but quite well-maintained. We were assigned the handicapped room with the taller toilet and bigger bathroom. The walls were quite thin and I could make out words and entire sentences of conversations of children and especially their mother in the next room. Perhaps the wall entry doors between the suites could be more insulated -- or eliminate the common room doors entirely in a remodel. As promised by the hotel manager, Rosy was made the omelettes. You could either tell her what ingredients you wanted or check the box on a little piece of paper. She was very good at it and we had two really nice omelettes. The rest of the breakfast was simple and well organized. I also liked the pancake machine where you press a button and the pancake cooked and came out the other side within one minute. Overall, the stay was simple and basic but the basics are done very well. Breakfast was better and refreshing to have someone doing made-to-order omelettes.
It is an older facility, but they have done an excellent remodel! Conveniently located to several food choices and shopping options as well as the airport. The breakfast was outstanding for a Best Western with fresh custom omelets! Rooms were spotless! Outstanding for an older facility. I would certainly stay there again, particularly at the price.
Everything we were looking for and more. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained. Quiet. Pool and hot tub. Exceptional breakfast with made to order omelet bar. Omelet chef kind and friendly. Right price. Will stay again if traveling through Moline.
Traveled for business and didn't expect much from the hotel. I was in Moline, the rate was cheap and, well, it was a Best Western. Boy was I wrong! This place is wonderful. Super clean room, well appointed decor, friendly staff and great location. Can't wait for an excuse to get back.
This is very convenient to the Moline airport and South Park Mall. We were flying out early morning and also had to return a rental car so chose to spend the night at this hotel. They have a pool & hot tub which looked nice (we didn't have swim suits with us so couldn't try that) a very nice breakfast, coffee & water 24/7 along with apples and a refrigerator in the room. There are several places to eat nearby that are walkable. We went on the internet and got a decent rate too.
Best Western Airport Inn is a great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds, and all at a great price. And one of the best things is the breakfast (can't often say that about hotel breakfasts). They make omelets to order! When traveling thru i will always stop here.
We had a great time. The breakfast was amazing! Omelets made to order. The entire staff was great. Very clean and quiet place. I highly recommend this place. We plan to stay at this Best Western the next time we come to the Quad Cities.
Have Stayed in a buncha BW's and this one was one of the more pleasant stays. Cant go wrong. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was also a fair amount of restaurants in the area which is also nice. would stay again
Very clean and friendly, every time I stay here they go out of there way to be nice. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Breakfast lady who cooks omelets is super nice. Very reasonable prices and pool area is relaxing and very clean.
This hotel is a good value and convenient to the airport, shopping mall and restaurants and accessible to highway and businesses. The hot breakfast buffet is entirely adequate, including a pancake machine, hot sausage or bacon, eggs, and cinnamon rolls, as well as cereal, toast, coffee, juice, yoghurt, etc.
The exterior of the hotel was beautiful and modernized, like a big welcoming home. Even at night, you could see the lovely chandelier and warm lighting through the large glass windows from the roadside. The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming, having my room check in time much sooner that anticipated due to my early flight into the States! The room itself was lovely, clean and very home-like with a comfortable bed and a decent sized bathroom area fit for two people. The wifi was very fast, the room service was great and the breakfast was the best I've seen from a hotel. Great selection, nice eating space and a warm atmosphere. I've been to several hotels in the past, but this Best Western was definitely the best I've stayed in. I'll be making many trips to the US over the next 24 months and I'll be choosing this location every time for the great service, beautiful rooms and convenient location. Thanks for a lovely first-time trip to the United States, Best Western! You made a wonderful vacation even more relaxing!
Great service from staff plenty of parking for larger automobiles as well close to the shops and restaurants in the area and easy access to the interstate. Breakfast is always great and there is a park with a river next to the hotel.
Stayed 2 nights. Clean room, good staff. The made to order eggs at breakfast took a long time, and was very skimpy. I prefer a firm mattress, and the soft mattress topper was too mushy for me. (Another night and my back would have started hurting.) Overall, just fine. I'd go back, but take advantage of the Denny's across the street for breakfast.
This was a very nice hotel. The only problem we had was we were on the second floor near the lobby and there were people in the eating area two nights in a row after midnight talking as loud as could be and the front desk said nothing to them.
Traveling thru the area, I jumped online to find a last minute room for the night. Because I work in the hotel industry, I checked the ratings on TripAdvisor as always and found this Best Western to be highly ranked with great reviews. They certainly lived up to their reviews. Check in was quick and easy and the desk clerk Laurie was awesome. I found a very clean and VERY spacious room (thank you housekeeping staff). I stayed in a king deluxe room and it was huge. To my surprise there was a DVD player too. The bathroom was not cramped as in some hotels and the shower had hot water with good pressure. There was a nice size desk & chair, and the bed was very comfortable. I can't comment on the breakfast because I had to leave too quickly, but it did smell very good when I went in for coffee. Being in the hotel industry and working at a new upscale Lodge myself, I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this Best Western. The next time I travel thru that area, I will definitely be staying here again without a doubt.
Went for a golf tournament. Was satisfied with room and location. Would stay here again. Hotel was very eye appealing. Didn't spend much time in motel because we had other things to do. I'm a picky eater so breakfast was just ok for me.
The Hotel is very close to the Airport, but not so close that the planes will disturb you. The rooms and quite large and very clean. The price is excellent for a mid-range hotel. There is an indoor pool and hot tub, laundry, fitness room and free breakfast. The hotel is also very close to the intersections of major highways, 15 minutes from Davenport, Iowa and within walking distance of a mall. The staff is very helpful. Late check-in is available. There is a computer available with printer and free WiFi.
The staff was rude with checking out. Make sure you take an extra $150 if paying with cash because they require that much in case of damage. Or it's an extra $100 if paying with credit card. Not very accommodating with getting towels for the pool.
Staying at this property has opened my eyes to BW. I am in hotels 1-2 times per week for work. I try to keep my hotel expenses reasonable, which can sometimes be a challenge without sacrificing quality. But when I am in the Moline area, I will ABSOLUTELY be staying at this property. It was clean, staff was friendly, there were many updates to the décor, and they even had an omelet station at breakfast. In many circumstances when I stay someplace while keeping my company's desired budget in mind...I can only do so by staying someplace that I wouldn't normally stay if on my own dime. However, even if I was in the area for pleasure...I would stay at BW.
Hotel was very clean, nicely decorated. Curtains were actually on the wall not like the last hotel I stayed at. Pool area was clean. The staff was very nice. I will certainly stay there again. Just wish it had elevators.
Comfortable room, close to Interstate, restaurants nearby. Room was especially notable for the cleanliness of tub/Shower. Rate was reasonable for the area. Made to order omelets was a welcome breakfast treat.
I had a great stay. The hotel was a great property. Updated and clean!! There was a mall close by so there were a number of restaurants nearby. Staff was polite and helpful for my questions. Did not use the pool but the area looked nice.
Clean and comfortable rooms, as we have come to expect from Best Westerns. Our overnight stay was perfect other than the funky smell in the lobby/breakfast area. We couldn't handle eating our breakfast at a table, so took it back to our room.
This was nothing less then what I expect from Best Western. The staff is met from check in at the desk to housekeeping were friendly and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. You can tell that all who work there take pride in their establishment, it shows it the treatment of their guest.
Clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast that included omelets to order! Great price as well. Highly recommend. Location was perfect for us near family we were visiting. River behind the property had a short bike path, and also a quiet road for a longer walk.
Most comfortable beds, best service .Just a observation... Employees takes ownership to show there dedication to the job. very convenient to shopping ,restaurants, airport .can't ask any more than this. will stay there again & recommend to the others. GREAT STAY !!
All the staff were very efficient and professional, from the person who checked us in to the staff in charge of breakfast. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the made to order omelet so very tasty. All this made for a very nice and easy stay. We were here to attend a wedding.
Our stay at this Best Western hotel was very pleasant. Room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Quiet location and easy to get to. There was a mall and several eating choices real close. The breakfast was very good, especially the omelettes the lady prepared for us. Would definitely return to this hotel when in Moline again.
The staff is always very friendly and easy to work with. Have stayed here several time when in the area for business. Check in and out is very fast. The property is clean and well kept up. I would recommend this hotel to others
You are greeted with very friendly staff. They offered you coffee or fresh water on your arrival. The appearance was pleasing to the eye. Everything seem to be taking good care off. Even the public bathroom was very clean. Our room was excellent, we choose the king bed, it was very comfortable. Our room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was free, very nice selection of food. I highly recommend this hotel. Stay in this hotel many times over the years and it is the best.
The stay was short but was quite pleasant. The bed and room were clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful. Quiet environment. Breakfast the standard breakfast but did have omelette your style prepared for you.
My husband and I stayed here for two nights while we attended a wedding nearby. The front desk staff was very nice and checked us in quickly. The room and bathroom were very clean! The breakfast was great and had many options; even made-to-order fresh omelettes. Very pleased with our stay!
Great place, clean, courteous and kind staff. Nice Rooms and outstanding breakfast with fresh omelettes . Location is just off the highway, easy to get to. Well maintained. Will visit here again. The facilities are outstanding.
My wife and I had not been in Moline in many years. We are getting older and it has been harder to travel. We did some shopping around for hotels and found this hotel had the best deal to offer for our extended stay from Alaska. I could not be more pleased at the service we received from the staff during our stay. From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted with warm smiles. The owner and the rest of the staff were most attentive to all of our needs during our whole stay. It honestly became a home away from home in a matter of hours and by the end of our stay we felt we were saying goodbye to family. This hotel is truly a gem, with clean rooms, a delicious breakfast that changes hot items daily plus Rosy making fresh omelets in the mornings, to the most caring of people working there. My wife and I honestly could not have asked for more.
It was great stay and wonderful service provided to us .We liked the rooms and the swimming area was very clean .The location is very close to shopping mall and airport ,and restaurants. I will definitely reserve my stay again at best western .
I stayed at the Best Western in Moline, IL and it was truly an amazing stay. I was there for a family reunion and must say that this hotel felt like a home away from home. The staff was awesome and the room was nice and cozy. It was really a great stay! I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel to others.
We had a great visit and experience with this hotel. Staff were all very professional and cordial. Rooms were adequate and beds were comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere. Good complimentary breakfast with delicious fresh omelettes! Amenities within the hotel were adequate, in addition to the nice fitness room, pool and business center. They have everything you need in a stay! We would definitely stay here again.
Love this place. We stayed here for a weekend and it was absolutely gorgeous. Great staff and spacious hotel rooms! Also, their breakfast is phenomenal, Rosy does a great job. If you are in the area and need a place to stay, look no further then this.
This Best Western is a very nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and aimed to please. The breakfast pre-made eggs and cheese muffins were horrible. Did not realize that a staff member was preparing fresh omelets until I ate most of what I took. Coffee was weak. The room was very comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean and pleasant with large windows. Excellent rate. Would stay again if in the area.
We stayed in Moline for a quick overnight stay while traveling to a soccer match in Muscatine, IA. Hotels are limited in the Muscatine area, so not a bad choice staying here with a 30 minute drive to the fields. The hotel was newly renovated and very clean. Plenty of parking and a free breakfast, including a person making omelets to order! Reasonable priced and close to the interstate. We would stay here again.
We were hesitant to stay at a Best Western because we have had bad experiences with them. This place was the exception. It was attractive and clean. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room was bright and airy. The employees were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again. And the rates were almost half of what the Hampton Inn, down the road, was.
We had a reservation with another online service at another hotel. When I called about check in they had no record. After calling around there were events happening & everyone was booked. The lady I spoke with (I'm so angry I forgot her name!) was very friendly and they just had a cancellation and we got a room! The hotel was very clean, beds comfy, breakfast in the am was great. We will stay here every time we need to in this area.
Visit was for a Class Reunion.. Location Was Very Good And The Rooms Were Spacious And Quiet. The Breakfast Was Well Prepared And Had Omelets Made On Request.. Staff Very Helpful And Friendly. We were very very satisfied with our visit there for 3 nights.
We recently visited Moline, IL for a week. We chose the Best Western originally because of its proximity our meeting location for the week. What a welcome surprise! The staff is all smiles, have servants hearts, and made our stay even more pleasant. Rosie, the daily omelet maker was a kind hearted, generous, joyful cook. The rooms are clean, well appointed, super inslated to reduce any excess noise from thenoutside or inside the room itself....even from the bathroom. The bathroom in room 202 had great shower pressure which as.a huge bonus for me. Even though we were near the airport, i heard only one plane all week long. This particular room is at the top of the stairs near the 2 story breakfast area. I am a light sleeper and was worried I'd be disturbed by others walking ip the stairs, or chatting down below....Not an issue at all thanks to the well insulated rooms. We chose well for the price, cleanliness and amenities of the room. Oh yeah, the FREE HOT breakfast...made daily was excellent. You won't have to leave the hotel hungry in the mornings...unless you choose to do so. Don't pass up the omelets prepared by Rosie. They were superbly cooked and made fresh to order...regardless of whether or not a patron offered a tip. She kept the area neat and clean, while serving everyone with a huge smile! We were more than pleased we chose thie BEST WESTERN AIRPORT INN AS OUR HOTEL! If in Moline or Davenport area again, We will DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN! ,
My time at the Best Western added to the adventure of being back with classmates from many years ago. The room was well cared for, the staff very friendly. I loved its location across the street from Von Maur, still a dream store. South Park shopping mall had a variety of stores which I enjoyed browsing. The pool was lovely as well as a nice complimentary breakfast.
I have been staying at the hotel for several years. I always am greeted by a friendly face at the check in desk. The rooms are neat and clean. I feel very safe at this hotel. Breakfast is not bad either.
We had a great experience here. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, and very clean! Breakfast was good. Wasn't expecting coffee to be good (as most hotel's coffee is not), but I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely consider this hotel again if my family travels to Moline again in the future!
While not actually close to the airport, and not as fresh as a neighboring chain hotel) this re-branded "BW" property excels where it counts: a comfy bed and extra-friendly staff. Note: there is NO elevator, so for a ground floor room if you don't like schlepping up stairs to the second floor). Almost beyond belief: a warm, friendly Senora cooked guests made-to-order omelettes in the morning!!!
It is a good hotel and the people treat you so well... It has a good breakfast, the room is clean and large, the bathroom is nice, with a very good shower and a large parking lot.. Just "across the street" from SouthPark Mall. I would definetely stay there again.
Although we had read.positive and negative reviews , Columbus took a chance , why not us ? The room was clean and everything in its place . The staff was very please nt and helpful .Breakfast was very good with many choices . I would .have to problem staying here again .
Good location , close to the airport and highway. Also the shopping mall is nearby. My room was very comfortable and clean, overall it was a good experience. I will stay here again the next time I am in the Quad City area.
Nice and supportive front desk personal, clean breakfast room, good breakfast incl. fresh pancakes, good pool and fitness facilities. The room was clean, fresh coffee 24/7 available, business center and printer available.
Clean, near mall. Not a lot of dining options. Hard bed. Puny breakfast. Near interstate and airport. Quiet. Water and snack at check in. Pool ok. Big room, no smoking. Small flat pillows, so bring your own!
Comfort Inns are usually the place we stay. We travel quite a lot and they are usually in the right price range. Most of the Comfort Inns are fairly good. This one is way above the rest. Our housekeeper, Diana was very personable and would go above and beyond if needed. We are low maintenance so we didn't need a lot of her assistance. I did need an extra towel and she was right there with it. She strives to make your stay perfect! Our room was spotless and very comfortable.
We had na excelente welcome, the front desk clerk was fantastic, Mrs Rosy demonstrate be a fantastic and frendly employee. She was very polited and kind...the room is very nice, the hotel is clean and the installations fantastic
The hotel experience was good - staff helpful and the room was clean. I like the variety of breakfast and the fresh omlett choice that was made on demand. It is across the street from to the South Park mall and if you do not have a car the metro is just across the street at the mall. I stayed on the first floor and it can get a bit noise with other guest coming and going - but overall my stay was good.
The hotel was very clean, the breakfast very good including omelettes, rooms very clean. Pool and hot tub clean and working properly. This was the best Best Western I have stayed at yet. I would definitely stay here again when in the area.
Very clean and trendy decor. Everything in room was in good working order and not falling apart. Beds were comfy. Most helpful and friendly staff. No fuss of checking in or out. Will stay when in area again.
Best place ever to stay! Love the omelettes! We liked it that it was very close to the mall and also very close to accessible roads. The hot tub was just the right temperature. we also enjoyed the pool. The pool was vented to the outside through the screens so was almost like an outdoor pool with the privacy of an indoor pool.
Clean. Bright lobby. Wide, well lit hallways. Room was clean and had nice bed and sheets. Free breakfasts are not always that great, HOWEVER, this hotel had a surprise omelet bar in the morning was a very nice touch. Close to shopping mall and airport.
The Best Western in Moline put me up and helped me out after my car broke down. The building and rooms are bright and inviting, and the staff is very friendly. Located by a large mall with several food options, and just across from the airport, the location was terrific. This place was just what I needed in a crisis, and I highly recommend them.
Great service and clean rooms. Employees were helpful and friendly. Breakfast really good. Manager came to greet us. the operation was well run. Very efficient. Made you feel so welcome. I would chose this hotel every time I visited Moline.
Very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and newly updated. Internet was very fast and breakfast was very good. We were here over the weekend and there was someone fixing made to order omelets. The front staff is very accommodating. Only downside is it's two floors and there is no elevator but we asked to be moved to a first floor room since we're seniors. They moved us and apologized for the inconvenience. Overall a very good stay and it's close to Rock Island, Augustana and Davenport.
We were in Moline (Quad Cities) for a family reunion over the 4th of July weekend. The Best Western airport made our stay very enjoyable. Easy check in and check out, very clean facility, courteous staff, wonderful breakfast and nice pool and spa. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting the Quad Cities. The only negative was no elevator, but the staff quickly changed our room to a first floor room with no problem.
This is the best hotel in the Moline area to be had at a decent price. The staff are all wonderful and the hotel itself gets better every time we visit. I will book this hotel in the future without hesitation. It is VERY clean, comfortable and offers everything a traveler could want, including a very nice breakfast. It is obvious that the owner is involved in the day to day operation, and takes great pride in offering a superior customer service experience.
This hotel far surpassed our expectation! The room was very comfortable...with all necessities necessary. The bed was very comfortable. VERY comfortable! The staff service was efficient, and the breakfast offerings were out-of -the World Wonderful! Would certainly use this venue again!
This hotel is a very small hotel. There is only one wing, two stories. Yes, there is a small indoor pool that looks accommodating but as soon a s you walk in the hotel you feel as if you are walking into a jungle. The hotel itself is very hot and humid. We had to keep our room at 60* just to keep the humidity down. Our room refrigerator did not work. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable mattresses. The rooms are clean though. We enjoyed the hot continental breakfast both mornings of our stay. Saturday morning we were there early and the breakfast items were still cold. Sunday morning, the temperatures were a bit better 2 hours into breakfast. There was a small omelet station by a staff member on Sunday morning that was a nice surprise.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Airport Inn. The design of the hotel was stylish and very welcoming. The rooms had all the amenitites that you could think of, and very clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast came with a variety of selections (not just the boring juice, coffee, and bagels. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend the Best Western Airport Inn in Moline, ILL.
Harshad Patel runs a wonderful, comfortable, friendly, and cost effective Inn. We've been guests here for many years now and have never been disappointed. Service is outstanding, accommodations, delightful, very convenient, clean, quiet. It's our 2nd home in the Quad Cities. As is ALWAYS the case Nallely is always cheerful, helpful, caring, and professional. She treats us like family. This is our home away from home. We stay here 2-3 times a year and ALWAYS have been treated well and had extremely good stays here. GREAT VALUE. Close to the airport and all the places we enjoy visiting. This time we got adjoining rooms since we had our daughter and family join us on this trip. The kids LOVED the pool as I watched from the jacuzzi. One of our BEST stays at our 2nd home.
Nice facility.in a quiet area. Some road construction in the area but could still get around.Only about 5 minutes from the airport. Shopping mall near by. Close to good dining. Was only in town for a couple of days so this made it easy to get to and from airport.
WE had to pick a hotel close to wedding. Was kind of scared to stay here but was very surprised. The rooms were very clean. Check in was fast and the people were very friendly. And the hot breakfast was actually good. They had a lady making you fresh omelets and this was free.
Will not stay here again. The room had ants crawling on the walls and the night stand. I notified the desk in the morning ( I was too tired that evening) and she made no effort to reconcile my dis-satisfaction. She did say she would notify maintenance.
Very clean lobby, clean rooms, check in/out was fast and staff was very pleasant. Hot Breakfast buffet was a plus. Only thing I didn't like was the top to the toilet in our room was slightly broken, it didn't sit properly over the toilet.
My family and I were extended stay guests here and this was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast is the best! I highly recommend this hotel for people with kids. I will definitely stay here again in the future!
Made to order omelets made my 6 night stay worthwhile. I booked this through AAA. They had it rated as a 3 star hotel. Right when I walked in the lobby I knew it wasn't a 3 star hotel. It is rather old looking and everything is small, the lobby, the rooms, the bathroom area, the fitness center, the breakfast area. If I go to this area again I will not stay at this location. The staff was fine and helpful and rooms were clean, beds were pretty comfortable. They use straight sheets for bottom sheets on beds and they come untucked all the time. It was close to the Quad Cities airport is why I chose it. There are a couple other hotels closer.
It's been a year since we visited here. Stayed over on a busy Sat. night and the most remarkable thing was that the place although crowded was quiet. Yes, every now and then there was a bit of noise from a door closing or somebody running in the halls, but overall it did not impair our sleep. Beds were great! Pillows plentiful and fluffy! Nice to have a coffee maker as well as microwave and refrig. There is a mall very close by and no airplane noise to notice. There are many other hotel properties in the area and they may be cheaper, but this is an excellent choice. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices and hot items as well.
Nice relaxing quiet stay, I only stayed one night for business. Next time I am either in town for business or for pleasure I will stay here. I stay quite frequently at many locations and this was a keeper for my log book.
We scheduled a long weekend visit to Moline to visit family. We usually say at another hotel in town, but the last two times we've stayed it was incredibly noisy. I decided to try and find more of a business hotel where there might not be so much noise. I came upon this hotel during my search. I was a little concerned considering the difference in price compared to the other hotels in the area. ($86 for Saturday night, and $76 for Sunday and Monday) Sometimes a low cost room will indicate a not so clean hotel. We usually pay well over $100/night for any hotel. I figured I could cancel and eat the fee if it was terrible, and decided to give it a try; especially since the discount was due to a consecutive 3 night stay, and not their regular pricing. I quickly found that I had no reason to worry! Newly remodeled and very friendly staff! I'll be booking here for future visits.
we needed to have a simple place to rest each evening and this hotel was perfect. Quiet area but close to the airport, and the whole was clean and decorated tastefully. The bed was comfy and the breakfast on Tuesday was great- omelet Tuesday!!
The hotel is nicely maintained, linens were fresh, comfortable beds. (We get double beds. My husband snores.) You can tell cleanliness is a top priority here. All this wouldn't be accomplished without an amazing staff. We were here for two weeks and everyone we had spoken with on staff was kind and courteous. I will definitely be staying here again when in town.
We really enjoyed the continental breakfast selection and the omelet bar topped it off nicely. The convenient location was nearby several restaurants and an indoor mall provided an opportunity to take a short walk after dinner.
Making the drive cross country. Looked at TripAdvisor before booking everyone had only good things to say and they were right. Very nice, quiet, comfortable and most importantly clean. Just note there is no elevator in this hotel no big deal for us but if this is a problem for you request a room on the first floor. There are only two floors at this hotel. Breakfast was a typical Best Western breakfast and was good. But something I thought was cool there was someone there to cook you an omelet if so desired. When in the area I will defiantly stay here again.
If you can find a better $80 motel book it; this Best Western is one of the best motels for the money we have stayed in in years. In addition to first rate rooms and service, to come to breakfast and be greeted by a cheerful cook preparing omelets to order is something only found in a few upscale hotels. We will be back...
This was a very great place to spend a few days. I would recommend it because of the great location. It was very quiet at night and peaceful during the day. Our entire softball team of 10 year old girls stayed here and you still felt the peaceful atmosphere. I would stay again if I am ever in the area again.
The room was very clean, it's great about the no smoking and a fine if somebody does. breakfast in the morning hit the spot, nothing sitting around getting old. Location was close enough to things to do in the area but yet far enough away from any noise like the airport or highway.
this is a nice facility for the money. Its recently remodeled and is kept in good shape. its is close to the interstate system and close to other restaurants. Would recommend, and will stay there again.
Great service, wonderful and helpful staff, great breakfast, very clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Easy to get in and out of and close to food, mall and interstate. Indoor pool. The appearance inside and out was very good. Refrigerator, microwave, hairdryer, and coffee pot in rooms. They always have coffee and water in lobby.
My lodging at Best Western Airport Inn in Moline IL has always been my “Home away from Home” for travels to the Quad Cities to visit Family & Friends. The General Manager and Staff are absolutely Exemplary! Extremely helpful with all my needs (early arrival, late departure, refundable/non-refundable, etc.), Very Welcoming, Great Room, and the jazzy Hotel décor is energizing. My recent stay resulted in utilizing the Laundry Facility, which was great; onsite, next to the Fitness Center, down the hall and 24/7, what a relief. Then, to start my day with fresh hot coffee and hot breakfast was a delight. I would highly recommend the Best Western Airport Inn, Moline IL for your travels to the Quad Cities. Bonnie Wheeler Charlotte, NC
As has been the case for the last 4 years the Airport Best Western in Moline is at the top of our list of places to stay. It's our home away from home. The staff is the reason as they bend over backwards to insure we're pleased and comfortable. The addition of custom made omelets in the morning is a very nice surprise and a great addition. What a great way to start the day. Someone deserves a raise for developing that idea. I cannot say enough good things about the assistant GM, Nallely Williamson. She is extremely thoughtful and helpful. She's always cheerful and willing to go the extra mile to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The only disappointment I had this trip was the Jacuzzi that was on the fritz again. It's very disappointing as my 70+ year old back aches for that warm comfort. However that's a very minor issue in the grand scheme of the total GRAND experience of our stays at the Air Port Best Western in Moline. We will definitely continue to visit our favorite home away from home in Moline.
Every year I enjoy taking my grandchildren to a motel for a night of swimming and Grandma time. My stay was enhanced by the warmth of the staff and cleanliness of the Inn. Decorations for the season was very pretty. The pool was warm and the hot tub was great. We will be back next year.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly, and caring!!! The breakfast is fresh and and taste great. The pool and whirlpool were very relaxing after a long day. The only downside is not all channels are in HD.
This is conveniently located near the airport next to a shopping mall. The room had been updated recently and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of items, including an omelet made to order.
We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel was immaculate. Staff were VERY friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we were well taken care of. Usually breakfast at hotels are blah. Not this hotel.... omelets made to order, fresh food, and delicious!! Pool was great for kids, workout room great for adults. We felt like we were at home just minus all the chores.
if you have to stay in the Moline area I would recommend that you make this one of your top two choices the staff is extremely helpful and friendly for breakfast I asked if I could have my omelet premade so I can grab and go and without any hesitation or secondary request it happened the next day. I utilized the gym room which is small but did the job
We checked in with a group of six rooms. They handled check in quickly and were very friendly. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful getting the pancake machine working. Great price on the rooms, would definitely staff here again!
I hadn't planned on a hotel stay here, but this Best Western was comfortable and restful. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extra good since they offered an omelet station.
Very clean, excellent value. Reasonable free breakfast. Quiet nights sleep. Very nice staff and free newspaper . Convienent to airport and shopping . Had staid at a competitor a few nights before and glad we returned to this motel. Great value for dollar.
I came here with my daughter to visit Augustana College. stayed here instead of more expensive options and options with less amenities near the college. I would stay here again if she chooses to go to college here. The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful. Actual hot food - eggs, biscuits and gravy, and an omelet station as well as continental options.
Nice hotel, close to airport and attractions in the Quad Cities area. If you are in the area you need to visit the John Deere Pavilion and if you are of German heritage, a visit to the German Heritage Museum gives a wonderful overview of the experience settlers had.
The room was clean, the bed was comfy and breakfast tasted good. From the amply-sized room to the omelettes cooked to order, this hotel delivered everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Moline.
Overall Great experience, hotel was clean, my only compliant is the parking lot is very small (maybe 25-30 spots), came back to hotel late and no parking spots available, had to park at neighboring hotel. Breakfast options were great, not only typical hotel breakfast choices, also had an omelet station.
We really enjoyed our night at this hotel. The room was clean and everything worked. The bed was very comfortable. We had a great time in the pool with our family (water was a teensy bit cold, and the hot tub was very hot, but we adjusted). The breakfast was WONDERFUL on Sunday morning, with hot and cold offerings and made-to-order omelets! We recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.
Stayed one night in October 2015. Room was clean, price was right, had a small workout room that was very adequate, and a swimming pool with hot tub. Breakfast included in your stay with cheese omelets, pancakes, sausage, muffins, etc. etc.
Although it is not exactly off the freeway, IT is just off the Rock river. Although, not right out the window, it is jut a short walk to the park. Plenty of dinner options in the area, A nice quiet place to stay
Recently remodeled, friendly staff, clean and well located. Would recommend. Be sure and take a walk along the river behind the hotel. I didn't notice it at first, but was serene and nice to see the sunrise there.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Moline at this hotel. Room was very clean. The desk staff could use a refresher class on being a little friendlier. Nice variety at breakfast. A big plus when you don't have to find a restaurant. They have a nice shopping mall close by.
One of 11 motels we stayed in on 2 week trip. Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. The lady cooking omelets didn't arrive until the serving time for breakfast was nearly over. Over all good value.
The hotel choices in Moline are limited. I am a Marriott Rewards member but prefer the Best Western Airport Inn, Moline. It is cleaner, friendlier more professional and a much better room rate/value for my money. As a business owner, I am aware of details and appreciate that this hotel has made continual improvements. I have been traveling to Moline on business for the past 10+ years and prefer to stay here.
I was here for a wedding and stayed two nights. The new fresh breakfast omelets are a very nice addition to the regular breakfast menu (which I thought was excellent). The lady makes them to your order and they are ready in just a few minutes. Hot and delicious.
Hotel clean & very satisfied with our room. Staff friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Did not care for the eggs but they had a variety of other choices we were happy with. Pancake machine awesome! Our son is handicapped so they placed us in a room that is very close to the door on the side of the building which has handicapped parking. Thank you Best Western for a great stay.
Very friendly. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Most of all, this the first time I've seen a hotel who offers fresh omelets prepared to your liking, in addition to the breakfast bar. I will come back to this hotel next I'm in town.
The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the WiFi was fast. The best feature of them all was the shower. The pressure was great and the water was really hot. There was a live cook who did omelets at breakfast. This is something you don't find in many hotels. Checking out was done by the staff, who slipped the bill under our door sometime in the night.
