I got woke up multiple times during the night, because of guests in the other rooms closest to mine slamming their doors. come to find out there are issues with this hotel and their doors and guests have to slam their doors for them to close. Do better, fix your doors. Not to mention, I had to take an extremely cold shower because there was no hot water, it was awful. After my freezing cold shower, I plugged in my hair dryer and none of the bathroom sink outlets would work. Also, half the lamps/lights in the room worked. I used to work in the hotel industry for a few years, and this is the sorriest excuse for a hotel I have ever stayed at. How embarrassing. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Room clean, booked room with jacuzzi. Beautiful, worked perfectly, staff was super nice. Amenities are great, pool, hot tub, work out room, game room, they have a small area off pool to sit outside on warmer weather, they offer breakfast in the morning, large variety to choose from. Coffee and fruit out 24/7… Will be booking again soon
The whole place felt dingy and run down. Definitely not worth the $200/night that we paid! Pool was not working and we did not know until we got there. Very upsetting since it was the main reason we stayed there. Game room took quarters yet there was no change machine and front desk wouldn't make change. We were told to be quiet at 8pm by the front desk because people downstairs complained. We have two kids and while they are kids they were definitely not making a lot of noise. We stay at hotels pretty frequently and have never had that happen before. Front desk was not very welcoming or nice. I would never stay here again.
I do not know how anyone could have given this hotel a good review. This is one of the worst hotels as far as cleanliness and up keep that we have stayed in. The rugs are dirty, unbelievably the curtains in the room were shredded I have attached a picture. When I said something about it they said it was sun damage. It's incredible that a hotel would allow this type of disrepair. The room felt dirty, paint was peeling off of the mirror - we used the fitness room it was dirty and many of the machines had broken parts. I did not even attempt to eat the breakfast because if there is such negligence in all other areas of the hotel I certainly did not trust that the food was safe. That's my opinion it may have been fine I just didn't want to take a chance.
The rooms needed an extensive cleaning or upgrade. The hallway rugs also needed updating. The breakfast was bountiful and the staff was friendly and helpful. But I wouldn't go back until they complete a makeover. The pictures on the web do not give a true portrayal.
Worse hotel ever.Should not have had good ratings. Disturbing overall cleanliness and condition of hotel.should be shut down. Pool and hot tub dirty with exposed rust everywhere with a step missing in pool.Poop on wall behind our toilet in room.Bed sheets with old body print
Safe, quiet, clean. Few restaurant choices nearby. Pool was too cold to swim, and water a little murky. Parking is easy. Not too hard to find, but you are likely to miss the entrance the first time, if driving. Breakfast lacking. Reception was friendly but lacking in practical details.
My family have stayed in the hotel during the labour day weekend. Best breakfast experience in our trip to visit Boston. Clean and quite room. Friendly and helpful staff. It is a great place for family stay. Definitely will come back in the future.
I recently had a very frustrating experience with this hotel regarding my reservation. Due to an unexpected family emergency, I was unable to check in, and I called the hotel to confirm that my booking would be canceled without any charge. I was initially reassured multiple times by the staff that everything was taken care of. However, after contacting Booking to finalize the cancellation, I learned that the hotel had not followed through on their promises. They denied my request for a written confirmation, which was required for Booking to process my cancellation without penalty. This has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed, as I was relying on their assurances during a difficult time. It is unacceptable for a hotel to provide conflicting information and not honor their commitments. I expected better communication and support, especially given the circumstances. I hope they can improve their customer service and follow through on their promises in the future. For now, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
Pool had some concerning issues. Missing a step in the ladder. A light was coming off the wall and was sitting on the side of the pool still connected. There were no pool towels at times. Found dirty underwear on our floor upon arrival. Had two towels, for 4 guests in the bathroom.
Stayed here as it was close to the airport for an early morning flight. Newer property compared to the one in Portsmouth,NH. Rooms were clean and quiet. Left too early to get complimentary breakfast so can't comment on that. Also didn't use any of the facilities such as pool or fitness center.
I can't say enough good things about Alicia at the front desk. She was very nice and extremely helpful in helping us change our room after the first night. No issue with the hotel at all. We just needed a room with a chair and not a sofa. She kept in contact with me all morning and was friendly and helpful the whole time. The housekeeping manager was very nice as well. Unfortunately, I did not get her name.
We were very happy with our two room suite. There was lots of room and everything seemed well taken care of and clean. The in room coffee maker was not functioning properly so I was not happy about that. The breakfast was good. They do not provide water bottles to members at check in as most of the Best Westerns do so that was disappointing. Overall it was a very nice and quiet stay and we would definitely stay here again.
Nice place to stay. Great I door pool and hot tub and loved the Jacuzzi bathtub in the room. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. It's close to many restaurants and a mall. The grounds were nice to take a stroll through. I will definitely stay there again.
Great stay in New Hampshire. We were driving through the US to go to Ontario and made a 2 day stop in NH staying here. The breakfast was great, the room was large and we had a wonderful time. The staff was able to give us a crib to use for our 15 month old and we had two queen beds so that our four year old had his own bed. Over all a great experience if you're looking for value and close to everything.
Disgusted and freaked out. My husband and I decided we would like to get away for the night, we get woken up at 315 in the morning with someone trying to break into our room. Front desk claims she's the only one here and manager is off tomorrow because it is Sunday. Needless to say, I'm pregnant and I'm not going back to sleep. Also, it had to be a master or something because the deadbolt was locked but when my husband jumped out of bed, it was unlocked. I'm never coming back here.
All I'll say you will not be disappointed! This BW is the best place I have stayed at in quite some time.
Very good hotel and the morning staff was outstanding.have stayed many times at this hotel would and have recommended the hotel to many other people definitely would stay there again.also would recommend for banquets, family parties, and other functions and activities
The was the worst hotel that I have stayed at in my entire life. I will be taking the following complaint to Best Western Corporate. I will also be disputing the credit card charge on my Visa. First, this hotel is shady and has long term residents who appear to be homeless or very low income. They smoke outside the hotel constantly. This smoke always got pulled into our AC unit and made our hotel room smell like a smoke shop. They also would come up to my teenage daughter and ask "if she was living here now too." I would see these "hotel guests" take their laundry into the hotel laundromat, which you obviously can't do if you are just a regular hotel guest. These people have cats (see photo below), permanent decorations, they also seem to ruin their rooms (see photo) and they make the hotel property disgusting. I took a couple of photos and attached them to this review to illustrate the point. The front desk just lies and will tell you that they are "pet friendly" and that the hotel guests are just normal guests. Nope. Not true. Second, our room (room 302) had a toilet that would not stop running after you flushed it. I called the front desk 4 or 5 times and they would tell me that "someone was on the way." No one ever came. I would fix the toilet every night myself before we went to bed. Then the toilet would just run all day since I was not going to do this in the morning too. It was loud and annoying. And if you look at the other Google reviews for this hotel, people have complained about this problem in the EXACT SAME ROOM (302) in other reviews. The hotel never fixed the problem and just doesn't care. Third, in the week that we stayed at this hotel, our room was cleaned ONCE. Again, I called the front desk repeatedly and was told that someone would clean the room tomorrow. They usually didn't come. The one time they did come, they folded up towels that we left on the ground and put them back up on racks. Disgusting. This is a hotel, not an AirBnB. Covid is over with. You service the rooms daily. Fourth, starting on day 2, I was calling asking to speak to the manager. I was always told that the manager was out and that she would "call me tomorrow." She never did. This hotel should not be in business. Take your business elsewhere.
I've been staying at the best western in Manchester nh several nights a week since February. Stephanie is very great manager. She puts a lot of pride into this property. Her girls at the front desk. Winter,Alica,Cassandra, Dorey are great all around. With very good customer service. Anything maintenance wise that needed to be addressed Chris has been on top of it. And Celine's head of the cleaning ladies. Fantastic. I can not say enough good about this property. Thank you Tim Humphreys
Service is non existent apparently because of Covid you no longer get maid service we had to bus our own room on the last night we took the dirty towels and the garbage down to the front desk then gave them a list of our needs which took 45 mins to arrive
Went with my young grandchildren, just because, no reason other than they love hotels and of course the pool. We will be doing this quarterly. Was a lot of fun.
Close to all things that you need in a vacation, restaurants, gas, main body of the city (about 10 minutes) and the interstate. Very clean hotel, check in/out was quick and efficient. Standard food for all chain hotels in the breakfast bar, but it was warm, the room was clean and well attended. Nice to have a brew pub so close to the hotel, you can walk over and another 5 minutes up the road! We've stayed here before, great place, recommended!
Alicia at the front desk was amazing!! She got me into my room early with speed and efficiency!! She also took the time to give me some suggestions on places to go personalized to me for my specific interests. She is an asset to your company! I don't know or care what your paying her you should bump it up.
it's a large and busy hotel. They were totally full the night before we arrived so we had to wait for our room. The woman at reception was very kind in telling us what to expect. The room was nice enough. The only complaint that I have is that the shower head was small and felt more like water coming out of a hose than a shower head. That is minor. I was impressed with the number of electric sockets in the room. The TV and Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was quiet early on, but later super crowded with guests.
The location is a little off the beaten path and easy to locate, but that is about the only plus. The service just meets acceptable. The hotel didn't have bedbugs that we could find, but is crawling with spiders and cowebs in the rooms and everywhere you look. The chlorine from the pool can be smelled from floors above. The food at breakfast was sour and not fresh. The hotel has maintenance issues and is apparently older and needs a deep clean and a maintenance overhaul. Be careful walking in the halls as the floors have dips and movement. If you are in a pinch and prefer a Best Western, only staying a night or two, then this will do, but just be prepared for maintenance issues and taking caution for spiders. Uber does pick up from this location and Uber eats delivers to this hotel, not many options though for food nearby. A rental car or car service would be needed to get around from this hotel.
The elevator feels terrifyingly unstable. The day I stayed nothing went right and the staff were indifferent. Would not recommend. There are much better hotels in Manchester.
Loved the room. Jacuzzi tub in room absolutely loved it. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Hotel was clean.. breakfast was great. Location and price was good also
We've stayed at this hotel before and I had given it a 4-star review. Unfortunately, based on our latest stay, I have to downgrade my rating to 3-stars. First, the good news. The facility remains very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast offerings are upgraded with the addition of a self-serve espresso machine that serves a surprisingly good latte. Now for the bad news: our internet connectivity was dismal. My wife kept getting dropped when she attempted to connect to her office. She finally had to give up on completing any work. When we checked out, we asked the concierge if any other guests had reported connectivity issues. We were told that guests using laptops frequently had connectivity issues. Think about this for a moment: guests using laptop computers have connectivity issues in a hotel that advertises itself as a conference center . How would someone be able to successfully run a conference session with spotty internet connectivity? Stable internet connectivity stopped being a luxury 15 years ago. If we had been here on business I downgraded the hotel to 2-stars. Any hotel that claims to be a conference center needs rock-solid connectivity. Hotel management needs to troubleshoot this issue and resolve it, whether it means upgrading wi-fi in the hotel or contracting with an internet service provider who offers faster and more reliable connectivity.
Rooms clean and comfortable breakfast was decent for the price Pool was good a little cold plenty of towels at the pool coffee/espresso machine was awesome nice hot fresh coffee. Nice fresh fruit for breakfast
I always stay here when I have an early flight out of Manchester Airport. Staff is always quickly available even when checking in later in the evening or early in the morning. Location is right across a parking lot (walking distance) from Backyard Brewery, a great restaurant for dinner and a drink. I always get a jacuzzi room as a way to relax before traveling and it's always squeaky clean and ready to go.
Answered questions previously asked based on customer experience ratings of the hotel. Also reviewing feedback for responses to the entire passage presented and thoughts departure, arrival, and duration.
Great price, Great comfort, great staff, Great breakfast, great whirlpool room, great attendance, great parking, great service, great check out, great care n pride in everything overall. I'd Definitely stay again
I'm giving three stars for two main reasons. Firstly, we called before booking to confirm the availability of a heated pool for our kids, and they assured us it was working. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the thermostat was broken. Secondly, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. My toddler was excited to find, under the bed, a small black and gold open packet with the brand SKYN in it.
When I booked this hotel stay, a month in advance, in the requests box I put: 'early check in if possible'. I never heard from anyone about it, so I figured not possible. When pre-registration email came in, it again had a requests section and a spot to put in my contact info, which I did. Knowing there was a snow storm I'd be leaving in, I put 'late check out if possible' in the requests and again, never heard anything about it. I get if it's not possible but no communication is worse than a simple 'no'. When I checked in between 4-5pm on Saturday 1/6/24, I was told the pool heater was broken but only 'people sensitive to cold complain about it' (this was said with disgust). The purpose of the stay was my daughter's birthday, we went to the pool, when entering the pool room we were hit with a wave of cold air, the air in the pool room was easily 5-10 degrees colder than the hallway. The water was too cold for my kids to go in. So we changed and went to the game room. We put money into the pool table, it jammed, when I got it to go, it only had 1 ball in the table and ate my money. It should have had an out of order sign like the other half of the things in the game room, as the game room was only half operational. I tried the other pool table, it was missing the number 2 ball but had two number 1 balls, enough to play a game at least. Our room had wires hanging from the bottom of the heater, the heater top plate was broken and on the window sill. The toilet seat was all ruffled or flakey looking in the front. I get that happens over time but I would expect it to be replaced when it looks like that by the hotel. Over all, the whole hotel experience was the most disappointing part of the trip for my daughter's birthday. Worst experience at a best western I've ever had and I won't go to this location again.
Good location by the airport. Walking distance to 1 nice restaurant if weather us good. Shuttle wasnt running during my stay so they call a Lyft for you but dont tell you their fee doesnt include a tip for the driver. Embarrasing to find iut the gard way. Have appropriate small bills fir the trip. Otherwise a good stay.
Nice hotel but showing it's age a little bit. Front desk was excellent. I'd ditch the corn beef hash breakfast myself. Good value for the money, especially with its location. A/C heater was very noisy.
BW is a franchise and lodging is not consistent! Place is tired. It needs new carpet, paint job and much better Buffett breakfast. Staff was good. Access to airport, but easy to miss as road leading in is very dark! Pillows and tub awful
Staff was very cordial, welcoming and professional. One of the nicest BW I have stayed in. The room was spacious and with nice décor. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited but must be post pandemic related. Nothing was too much trouble especially for Lynn at the front desk. .
The hotel was workable. We were flying out of Manchester so it was convenient. The room was quiet and spacious. It was crowded but there was a wedding party staying there plus many other folks clearly traveling. The breakfast was workable. Having two elevators would help but we made it work by taking the stairs. It was also nice that there was a local pub in walking distanace.
No breakfast worth talking about ,very poor ,nothing hot , packs of croissants in wrappers to microwave, coffee in hall to take away was nice ,room were spotless ,very nice rooms ,staff lovely ,quite place ,restaurant across yard was lovely good food ,
Awesome hotel. 3 key features I was looking for didn't disappoint. Pool is open 5am until 11 pm which is awesome bc you can do stuff all day and still find time to use the pool. Breakfast had a great selection of foods and lots of drinks options thanks to a fancy Nescafé machine.
we had a great time, very close to everything, staff was very helpful and friendly, only thing was the breakfast was good just wish the hot food was up and going. the kids enjoyed the hotel and what it had to offer !
I was here for five nights to attend an event at the hotel. Front desk staff were courteous and competent. Public areas are clean, but the corridor baseboards need some love. My room was clean. The furniture was in good condition. The room's cooling unit emitted a high pitched whine; fortunately I could turn it off at night. The hotel supplied breakfast was below average in terms of selection. No eggs, no bacon, no sausage. There was not even bread for making toast. They had two waffle makers, yogurt, cereal. They had packaged items like danishes, bagels, croissant sandwiches. There is a microwave available. All day coffee and tea is available, along with an espresso machine.
This was a nice hotel for a one night stay on our way home from vacation. The front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. The 2 queen bed room was nice with refrigerator and microwave and coffee pot. It was supposed to have a full hot breakfast but did not as we were told the hotel had new owners and updates were being made. I am not sure when that will change. The cookies and sweets in the lobby after 5 - yummy!!! And they go quick!
Looked like a great place from the outside but once I got into the lobby I was having regrets the jacuzzi Jett's were not working as they should the room was very small and there was no anti slip mat in front of the tub and the tile was cracked around the fixtures
Returned to this hotel after staying last year for our anniversary. If the full breakfast is a deal breaker, don't stay here. Even tho website states the following "Guests will wake each morning to the aromas of a delicious complimentary full hot breakfast." The do not offer full hot breakfast. You get cereal, make your waffles, and packaged breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fruit. Asked front desk and was told that due to change in ownership they have to go thru some kind of issues with the state in order to offer full breakfast. Our first room assigned - floors had sticky residue, they switched us immediately. Next room was very clean and enjoyed the remaining 4 days there. Another change from our last stay is that they don't offer full housekeeping and have a sign in the front of what they do, change towels, take out trash, they don't make the bed during stay unless you're here longer, so we did receive full service one day of the 5 we stayed. It may sound petty but the fact that full breakfast and full housekeeping wasn't available at the price we pay we won't be back, or I'll call before booking to see what's offered. Things usually change with new ownership, these might be permanent, time will tell.
The hotel is clean the rooms are clean. They have a beautiful breakfast area, a pool and spa in a gym. They also have meeting rooms and the staff is very friendly. I do wish they had other options for things to drink in the evening other than soda or water having a vending machine with some juices and energy drinks would be nice. I also wish they gave you balls for the dogs water but other than that, it's great, and those are minor and just preferences
Hotel perfect location to get to Maine and Massachusetts. 30 year old hotel so it's a bit dated. Bathtubs need updating. Pool was closed for the first couple days. Good price. Restaurant next door to hotel. Mall close by and a Barnes and Noble.
The rooms were large and clean. Pool was out of commission. It looked like it was permanently closed Breakfast was a joke. Desk clerk was helpful at checkin. The brewery on the property was nice clean and the beers were very good. The motel was in the you get what you pay for category
Rooms were nice and cool but we were traveling with 2 softball teams and wanted a place to hang out in the AC and the halls and the common areas had no AC. We also chose this hotel because it had a pool and it was closed for our entire stay. Very disappointed.
Wow! After spending one night here, I think I'm ready to move in! Beautiful local area, as well as wildlife wandering about not too far from the hotel, I saw so many birds and various little rodents running around while on my morning cigarettes and pacing routine! Looks to be an amazing facility and would love to stay again! Highly recommended in terms of availability, convenience and pricing!
Alicia is amazing with customer service. If it wasn't for her attentiveness and friendly personality we would have not stayed. We had just come from a different hotel from Andover and just cancelled our reservation for not being friendly or just courteous. We travel a lot and she just was great! Such a friendly and down to earth genuinely nice person.
This was hands down the number one worst hotel experience I have ever had! Me and my fiance were put in a pet friendly room with soaking wet carpets that had just been shampooed so it smelled like wet dog we had to wear shoes to go back and forth to the bathroom and the next morning my fiance stepped in dog poop!!! We don't even own animals!!! I have made several phone calls to the hotel spoke to them before I left no one has done anything to try and correct the experience that we had there to try and make us feel like our own experience mattered. At one point the hotel manager said oh well put $30 back on your card?!! 30?! Are you serious?!! The hotel has yet to even put the incidentals back on my card and I stayed there the night of June 15th in room 103. I contracted corporate and they will be sending a discount card for future stays but that doesn't help with the sheet lack of responsibility for how we were treated and the money that they have kept. This hotel should be ashamed of themselves.
The hotel seems to have some rooms that are updated and others that are not. The hotel room I had was very basic but was clean which is the main thing. The staff worked hard to keep the place clean, and free from snow. The breakfast was good each morning. I would stay here again if in the area.
Had walk in shower and hose was broke to showerhead..... no shower this stay. Nice room overall, just lacking ability to shower. Breakfast was average hotel breakfast, was good just nothing special. Location is nice, and pretty quiet on the outskirts of Manchester.
For at least 8 years, except for the pandemic, we've stopped every time on our travels in the New England area. Clean and comfortable establishment, courteous, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast choices as a bonus. Good room size, comfy beds, quiet at night, lovely flower garden to relax. We are always pleasantly surprised by the quality of the accommodation. Did I mention they have ample free parking and a pool and hot tub? Backyard Brewery is right next door, you'll thank me later.
So far good beside lights where not working and the plug to charge phones but the front desk workers where supper nice and friendly i could come back just because of them they where so nice they all need a raise up front
The hotel is great and not very old as seen in the pictures, though the TV could have an update. Game room was fine except for a few games not working, swimming pool and breakfast were great. Overall great quality
I've been here before and decided to give it another shot. My expectations fell short. I thought I made a reservation for whirlpool hottube king suite but apparently it was a king suite. I only go to this location to use the hottube. I attempted to change it to a hottub suite but I was told it was booked. I wanted to then cancel the reservation but was told it was too late and I would be charged. So not only I had to stay there was no hottube. Also the ac/heating unit did not work properly. I set the temp to 70 but the unit continued to crank the heat. It not stop at 70 reached about 80 until I had to shut it off. The room smelled of mildew which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. The breakfast there was barley anything left to eat around 10 and breakfast it open until 11am. So I was charged over 200 for a night with a subpar experience. Please do better.
Employees at the front desk all seem like they hate their jobs. No smiles when you walk in, or when you're talking to them. And other things I wasn't happy about as well, such as loud music being played by guests until 3am and nothing was done about it and kids running down the hall late at night.
The hotel was a taste of heaven. Beautiful atmosphere - winding staircase in lobby, nice grounds. Friendly staff that go out of their way to help out. Nice old railway hiking path nearby and great mountain climbing 1 1/2 hours away. Very clean. All the equipment in the room worked well. Comfortable beds. Breakfast area clean and well maintained with lots of variety of food to choose from
Motel was excellent and there is a Brewery on the property the food was amazing. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and just perfect. Having the restaurant right next door was perfect and the staff and food there was soooo good.
The rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly, from check in to check out it was a great experience. I would stay here every time I go to NH on business. The breakfast is complimentary every morning with lots of options.
Nice, clean, new hotel with attentive staff, good breakfast, and restaurant next door. We were here on a conference so rooms were available at a discounted rate for the attendees. Everything was great except that the bathroom needed more places to put things down.
Have stayed at the property before....satisfactory for our overnight stay. Ladybugs around windows and ceiling due to change in temperature. We ate breakfast early which was good thing as there was an extraordinarily long line upon leaving, which crowded the exit to the back parking lot.
Return stay. We have stayed here before when flying in and out of Manchester. Hotel is clean and beds very comfortable. This stay was not as pleasant as past visits because of noisy refrigerator and smell of cigarette smoke that lingered in our room. Hotel staff very helpful. Made us a fresh pot of coffee upon our arrival. We will stay here again. Great location.
A typical Best Western. Is a hotel not a motel ie all the rooms are accessed from indoors past the lobby, not directly from the carpark. Pros: • Very comfortable beds and pillows • Super Clean • Good in-room amenities • Quiet. No outside noise and fridge was quiet! • Extensive car park • Easy to get to Cons: • Some staff are grumpy • Not enough luggage trolleys • Breakfast is bottom end – egg patties, sausage patties, waffles, apples/bananas, coffee, juice, cereal. On paper plates with plastic cutlery. The breakfast room is not big enough to cater for a more than about ¼ of the rooms at once, so they obviously hope people stagger their breakfast times We didn't have time to try the pool or the Gym.
The hotel is situated just outside Manchester city limits, not far from Manchester airport. The hotel shares the location with a local brewery and an event venue. There is plenty of parking. The area surrounding the hotel is quiet, only occasionally broken by the sound of a flight taking off or leaving from Manchester airport. The hotel is well-maintained. The public areas are clean and loom like they were renovated about three years ago. Our room was in very good shape. Despite being on the second floor at the head of an open stairway to the main floor, our room was quiet, even when there was a crowd in the breakfast area one floor below us. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you, Best Western Manchester, for not clogging the bed with the useless frou-frou pillows that one often finds in hotels. While the breakfast selections were the usual mundane items, the hotel staff did a great job of keeping all selections well-stocked, even when the breakfast area was packed with families. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only factor that prevents me from giving this property a 5-star rating is the selection of breakfast items. This hotel will be our first choice when we next travel to Manchester.
they have very clean, large, updated rooms and a great breakfast with lots of variety and plenty of seating. The front desk team was cordial, and they have airport shuttle as well. The lobby area was spacious with lots of seating too.
Couldn't ask for better. Clean rooms, hallway, breakfast area, outside. Very well maintained property. Great restaurant/brewery within 2 minute walk. Very helpful and pleasant staff. 3 free newspapers available every morning.
Over the years, I've stayed at this hotel many times and keep coming back for the same reasons. It's clean, comfortable, quiet, close to my office, reasonably priced and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating.
The hotel has breakfast, coffee in room microwave fridge and a nice gym. Quiet location near the airport. Excellent option for an early flight or a cancelled flight! Price reasonable and staff excellent. Highly recommended
Nice hotel, comfortable, clean, well kept. Great breakfast. Nice selection of food (although limited by COVID). Nice amenities. Lobby is beautifully maintained and has a nice look to it. Rooms were roomy, and comfortable. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
This is one of the very best of Best Western Plus hotels in the entire chain! The staff... from the complimentary breakfast...great coffee available all day... the other amenities... the convenience of the location in that region... and value = awesome!
Husband and I were traveling through the New England states and stopped here. Beautiful hotel, clean, nice breakfast. The good ends here!!!! Horrible customer service and horrific experience!!!!! Checked in, was given a room already occupied. Thought the man in that room was going to murder my husband (understandably so) but still frightening for all involved. He probably would have if we had not awakened him when we walked in. Husband went downstairs to advise the girl, waited 10 min for someone to come to desk. Told her the issue and she gave us another room. Acted like oops but no real apology. Went to second room. ALSO OCCUPIED. As soon as we opened the door, my husband saw toothpaste and a toothbrush on the counter as I saw Doritos and drinks on the dresser. Ran out as fast as we could! Thank goodness no one was in that room! (Unless they were and hid!) Went back down, husband told them it happened again. Still like oopsie and the girl in charge there at that point and still no apology, still acted like it was a common occurrence. The following am when I went to checkout, the girl at the desk told me to drop my keys in the bowl. I said no, I want to talk to someone. She did not care to listen, handed me a business card and told me to email the manager. I told her then I would be contacting corporate. She did not even take my name or room number! Just awful!!!!! Husband was very kind each time he went down (open lobby so I heard it all). Absolutely unacceptable!
The Manchester NH Best Western is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. They are the best Best Western out there. Rooms were clean, everything worked and it was quiet which as a traveler I love. There's a restaurant next door with great food. I'm pleased with my stays there.
No WiFi entire stay. Was told it would be fixed and wasn't. Violation of fire code via fire alarm/smoke detector was covered with a bag. I didn't gage a choice but to stay here as most other places were booked up. My home had an electrical fire and I couldn't stay there with no power.
I had to make an emergency booking, but the staff was very welcoming and the room was great. Full hot breakfast in the morning was also a plus. Layout of hotel is a U shape so I did have a long walk to my room, which was annoying because I was so tired. Overall, great for a BW and the spur of the moment.
Room was very nice. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional...one of the best I have ever had. Eggs, sausage, hash browns, 2 waffle irons, yogurt, pastries, bagels, and more. Free transportation to and from the airport. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The price was good, too.
The Location was quiet, clean and peaceful You could not asked for better breakfast It was super. Front desk was amazing and the menus in the restaurant was fabulous The room was spacious and felt like home.
We arrived Saturday afternoon for a two night stay. The hotel was sold out and there were lots of events going on. Luckily we had a first floor room away from the hubbub. Our room had a king size bed, large desk, microwave, refrigerator and easy chair. We liked the fact that the ante room for the bathroom was separate from the shower and toilet. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Susan greeted us warmly after a long drive. Parking is free and plentiful. Breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, potatoes, fresh fruit, MYO waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, breads and juices. I wish we had time to use the salt water pool. We had a minor maintenance issue in our room which was resolved within twenty minutes. The hotel grounds are beautiful, very much like a park. Backyard Brewery is a short walk across the parking lot. Major stores are within a two mile radius. We certainly enjoyed our stay.
I was very pleased with the rooms, services and staff at Best Western. The breakfast program is excellent and had much to offer. The banquet facilities were outstanding and grounds were beautiful and well kept. The staff who handled the wedding reception were excellent and very accommodating. I would recommend this Best Western for attending a function or just for a casual stay.
Best Hotel Ever!!!! They have amazing staff. Very accommodating, respectful, kind, and customer service oriented!!! The hotel is beautiful, always smells and looks fabulously clean! Good property and great owners too!!!!
We stayed here as my teens had Prom next door at the conference center. The hotel was at 100% capacity but it never felt too crowded or noisy. The rooms are nicely insulated and as a light sleeper I appreciated that. The staff were super nice.
Short one night stay, but would def stay here again if I am back in the same area. Room was comfortable, clean, nice pool/jacuzzi, excellent full breakfast! Staff were helpful and friendly. The only thing I would have liked was an early check in since my daughters graduation was at 2pm and hotel check in begins at 3pm. (Check out of the hotel is 11am, so early check ins are rare) It was 9pm when our family was done with the festivities, and I was able to finally check into the hotel.
It was our first trip in two years and decided to visit Manchester to do some shopping. We had stayed there previously and was pleased to see that the hotel was still excellent. Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was varied. Breakfast area was spotless. Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Overall we would stay there again without hesitation.
This is our go to hotel when we stay in the region. They have breakfast buffet, but stay away from the scrambled eggs. They are comparable to eating old tires and that includes the taste. The omelets are very good. You can make waffles. Just don't touch them scrambled eggs. Too bad they are not equipped to cook the eggs onsite. Scrambled eggs are so easy to do. This time I took a regular King room. It was near the lobby on the second floor. It was very noisy. For the first time we go there, we heard the noise from the nearby airport. One night some people came in drunk and screaming in the parking. We also had our share of slamming doors. I should have taken the room with couch. They are in another section of the hotel further away from the parking and reception area. Because of Covid, the maid service was limited to changing the towels and empty the trash which is fine with us.
This is the 2nd time in recent weeks we've stayed here, bringing our dog both times. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the grounds are pleasant for walking your dog. The brewery within walking distance thrilled my husband, who enjoyed the live music and beer. I enjoyed the take out BBQ! Only request is they add sausage or bacon to breakfast buffet as not a fan of corned beef hash and chili is not breakfast food!
I didn't actually stay here. I was in a situation where I had to get my niece from New Hampshire to Florida. There were no other hotels that offered a shuttle service to the Airport at 5 am. So I booked the hotel and paid for it, through Expedia. Big Mistake. On the day my niece was due to arrive at the hotel, I still hadn't received a confirmation number from Expedia. So I called the hotel directly. Thankfully I did. Expedia didn't make the reservation. Also My niece was under 25, that information had to be put into Expedia and they said nothing about it. The hotel said she couldn't stay there without me being there too. I explained the extenuating circumstances and one of my nieces friends who is over 25 said she would stay with her. Sally at the front desk went above and beyond to help me get my niece booked and to confirm for me that Expedia never made the reservation so I could get my money back. Sally is the epitome of customer service and I want to make sure that that is acknowledged. I was at work when all of this happened and couldn't get them what they needed immediately and she understood that and worked with me so that my niece wouldn't be spending the night at the airport just to catch her flight. Also the manager Rosa triple checked things to make sure that the reservation wasn't in fact made by Expedia. Those ladies could have just hung up the phone instead of dealt with my stress exploding. And they didn't. They talked to me like I was human, calmed me down and again, went above and beyond. I'm grateful to them. They deserve recognition.
Leisurely trip was taken to the Best Western and the staff was amazing!! I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Manchester, NH area!! Great amenities as well. The pool and hot tub are well maintained! Job well done!!
This was an awesome stay! The indoor pool and hot tub were awesome for my kids, and the fitness center was great! The breakfast was tasty, the room was clean and comfortable. It exceeded my expectations!
Great time very clean and comfortable the breakfast is amazing the hotel staff was very attentive and the maintenance man was very quick and precise the pool water was warm and extremely clean my kids had a good time and we will be returning again this summer
We were looking forward to swimming in the pool however the water was so dirty you couldnt see the bottom and had a awful smell we went to the front desk they said you would not want to swim anyway because people have been coming up looking for swimmy diapers we dont supply. We were very dissapointed because the pool was our main reason for staying there. When we got home i called to talk to a manager they said she is not in right now but will be soon and call you back in a couple hours . Iwe are still waitingfor a call. Its like they dont care about us .
First room was dirty. Puke on the bed and back wall behind bed. Had to wait 20 minutes to be moved to a room with one less bed. That room was also dirty (food in the fridge, trash on the floor) and the girl at the front desk Diana was so rude and acted upset that we were frustrated with our situation.
My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights for our anniversary, it was clean- we got the king room with a tub, and we didn't have to worry about going far for anything! the mall is just 5 minutes away as well as grocery stores, gas stations etc. very close to the airport as well. the price for the room was also a great deal! the airbnb's I was looking at before this had prices through the roof because of the holidays but not best western plus. 10/10 across the board for me! we will be coming back again :)
Although the hotel itself is nice and clean I have to give two stars because we choose this hotel for the pool, I just think they should have disclosed the pool was NOT HEATED, they have a very expensive broken part that's requires a lot of work and not said to happen until may. If you don't have kids looking to swim I would recommend this hotel. I just don't think they should advertise a heated pool. They claimed it was 70 degrees although it felt more like the polar plunge
This is a smoke free facility but one of the other guests was smoking in his/her room all evening and starting at 6:30am the following morning. The management said there was nothing they could do about the individual smoking and that we should turn on our bathroom fan; which did NOT reduce the smoke. Poor response from management.
I was a little nervous reading some of the reviews and I almost cancelled. So glad I didn't as we had a great stay. Hotel was nice. Room was clean. Workers were fast and friendly. Barely heard airplanes and didn't hear guests from other rooms even though it was sold out that night. Would definitely stay again
Room was not very clean, cheap appearance and the bed were was extremely uncomfortable. The tiles in from of the tub were broken and chipped and the shower rod was coming off one side of the shower. Room smelled of smoke!
Great hotel, such friendly staff. Any problems I encountered, the general manager handled promptly. Kid friendly hotel. Tons of breakfast choices. Hot breakfast, cereal, bagels. Highly recommend!!!!!!
Had a great weekend with friends and family staying at Best Western, I stay with Best Western on most of my weekend getaways. I would recommend Best Western to anyone that travels and plan ahead and register with you check-in. Thank You J.A.B.
The new person at the front desk didn't know anything. She had a weird attitude. Her sarcasm was insulting and rude. The telephone in the room didn't work. There were 3 of us in the room ,we stayed in the suite, we had to put the desk in front of one of the bathroom doors because it didn't close. The sink area in the living room area was dirty, there were crumbs and dirt in the draws. The jacuzzi tub had thick crud coming out of the jets. The closet doors were broken and there was stains on the ceiling and bathroom walls. Walking around the hotel. The kitchen area was cleaned. The food was excellent. It's hard to sit in the dining area when people are walking their dogs in and out the door. I love dogs but now around my food. The pool pump was broken, so you couldn't go swimming it was to freaken cold. The game room was disgusting. The shower rooms were disgusting. Majority of the walls around the hotel were dirty. You don't get clean towels. You have to ask for it. Toilet paper too. They only empty the garbage at night. They don't clean the rooms during your stay.
No clean towel / face clothes available for two of the three day stay… I went to store and bought some for staff kept saying none clean.. first day told later in day that night told there will be some available by 8am 9 am asked again none available yet .. 12pm ask for face clothes none available.. went bought my own … came back asked again (before I use new ones) nope still none. As a group staying at hotel for wedding we were all on different floors and on different ends of hotel Staff is seen standing around with thrash cans over flowing in lobby and breakfast area all weekend.
Good breakfast, room when clean when I arrived, TV is comically undersized. No one cleaned or restocked my room at all during a three day and two night stay. My keycard did not work after returning from work the first night there.
ATTETION YOU MUST READ!!! I'll start with the bad. Well sleeping in our room our son's brand new bike got stolen off from his car they cut the straps of the bike rack and must of had wire cutters to cut through the lock we had on it. We reported it to the hotel staff and they watched the camera's we was then told that the camera system was so old they couldn't even tell what cars was in the parking lot. To remind you they only have TWO cameras for the whole parking lot and the don't even point at the parked cars.. The lady at the front desk said she's been trying to get the owners to upgrade the cameras but they refuse... This place outside isn't safe for no-one I looked up the crime rate for that area and it's pretty high with that being said you would think they would upgrade the camera's or they just don't care about what happens to people who stay there.. I was going to go down to the car that night by myself to get something but I'm so glad I didn't. I could had been raped or murdered and no-one would had known what happen because of no camera's. I'm very disappointed and We will NEVER return... Don't bother reporting to the police because they will not help you if it's under $500 they said they are to busy to deal with it. They didn't even come for finger prints or to take photo's USELESS. No reason to state the good because after you read this I hope you change your mind about staying here.
I have stayed here many times, and this by far was the worst time. I paid quite a bit for 2 nights in the king suite. The room floor was dirty, had old fruit snacks and when I would get in bed old crumbs and dirt would get into the bed. The door to the bedroom seemed to be broken as if someone previous busted down the door. The walls were all scuffed up and the couch stained. The first night we slept great, the second, horrible, as the people upstairs were super loud. Quiet time was at 11, so we couldn't really do anything until then, even though the kid upstairs was practically doing Parkour off the furniture, moving it around across the floors. They used the tub seemingly 80 times after 11, which was so loud, you could hear their jets like it was in our own room. Am I going to call and tell the front desk the people upstairs are using their tub? Poor design. This lasted until 3:30. So I was pretty excited to go home the next morning. Will not be returning.
Stayed at this Best Western the night before flying out of Manchester Airport, less than 10 minutes drive to airport , with a gas station on the way for car rental users. Been using Bets Western for awhile now, always affordable and clean.
Very clean. Comfortable beds. Free cookies in lobby! Good breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. It was clean, comfortable and close. No issues at all. Free cookies are a plus. Loved the citrus soap.
I am here with my husband for my father-in-law's funeral. Our schedule has not been regular. Yesterday I asked a very friendly and helpful front desk clerk if our trash could be taken out and our towels changed even though we slept through housekeeping. She made sure it was done. I just came from asking a different clerk the same question, and before I could get more than a half dozen words out, she started shaking her head at me! Then she insisted this was only done once every 3 days. The clerk who helped me yesterday had to chime in and tell her this service is indeed performed every day. The rude clerk disappeared and came back with only 2 bath towels, rather than everything we need. When I asked if it would be possible to get 2 hand towels as well, she rolled her eyes, made a noise, and came back with two small towels. My husband had to take the trash out himself and had to go back and face the same rude person to try to get more towels. He asked at the desk which clerk was shaking her head at me and treated me so rudely, and the clerk in question, who was on the phone, smirked at him. I can not believe we paid $700 to be treated this badly. We are done with Best Westerns.
Special thanks and recognization to Andy,Dan,Jeremy,Darleen and the front desk Ladies on check out. We will be returning in 2 weeks and are looking forward to visiting the property again. We really really enjoyed our stay
We had a wedding to go to and arrangements were made for a hotel room which included pet friendly room with 2 queen or king size beds, we called the day before to ask about the pet friendly room and they told us they had no rooms and were completely booked. Argued with 3 clerks with no help. Told my nephew we wouldn't be going to his wedding and he had me call the hotel directly and speak to Susan, she was able to somewhat accommodate us.
This is a quiet hotel with friendly staff. The room was good sized and included a microwave and mini fridge. The under window a/c/heater unit was quiet and was controlled by a wall thermostat. The bathroom included towel bars. The complimentary breakfast was average.
This was one of the best hotels of the trip. I might have even given them five stars if I didn't find a fake eyelash on the bed the morning after sleeping in the bed (I think my backpack picked it up off the floor, so not like it was in bed with me, probably). The staff was good, the price was decent, and they gave me enough food (for being whatever level Best Western member I am) to get me by while waiting for the tow truck to come out and fix the rental car. I would absolutely stay here again. My typical details: Comparison to others in chain: Better; best bag of things I've been given, I think. Internet: Good Breakfast: Didn't try it Room: Nice size, layout, except have to close door to get to shower Cleanliness: Pretty good until I found the fake eyelash on the bed (probably picked up from the floor by my bag) Bed: Average Bedding: Average Shower: Good Hard water: No HVAC: Good Location: Oddly remote Noise: Quiet Staff: Good Cost/Value: Decent
First night was good. Late airport arrival caused us to get in our room about 2:00 a.m Dorie checked us in and was kind to call us a cab since their shuttle stopped at midnight. Very good service. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was served and they provided shuttle to airport to get rental car. Second stay not as pleasant. Room was ADA room and was awkward for us. I would stay here again. Very convenient to MHT.
Great location to Manchester airport yet only 15 min away from the Rex Theater where we went that evening for a comedy show. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was more than plentiful. Staff kept bringing out more fresh fruit etc as supplies looked the least bit low. Salt water pool and hot tub looked wonderful but we hadn't brought our suits. Beds were super comfortable. Can't think of one thing not up to expectations.
There was multiple hairs in the first room they had us in, including one IN THE SHEETS. The shampoo bottle was empty, obviously just lined back up with the rest. The second room, king suite, was never vacuumed, had a broken mirror and again the shampoo bottle was at least half empty. I could go on and on with the things we found.
The hotel was perfect. Excellent for a best western. One several days the breakfast was late. It's not good to have breakfast late when you have to attend business meetings. 6 AM is 6 AM. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody out there looking for a nice place to stay. But on several occasions the breakfast is late so that is the main problem. It's not good to start your day off without having something to eat. But the front desk people gave service with a smile. Definitely stay here
Charged additional $51 with no notification no mention on the website no mention in the confirmation email no mention a check in when I saw the chargers in my bank I asked about it I was informed they always charge a 15% additional deposit I was then told somebody should've told me yes that's correct somebody should have but nobody did
We've stayed here before but this time I paid a bit extra for the "mini suite". what a surprise! it was like a small apartment with a seperate room! I could get up and bf could keep sleeping! breakfast was yummy!
This is a good hotel. Nice staff Good pool Good gym Very good breakfast Free pastries at check in Easy parking Clean room Quiet night A little out-of-the-way I would stay here again. You can be confident in your choice.
I was there to check in at noon, traveled 3 hours to get there, was told I couldn't check in, room wasn't ready, to call in an hour n half.. did that and room still wasnt ready, waited an additional hour n half and still got I don't know if it's ready yet... lost my cool a little as this was a trip for school shopping and we spend 3 hours waiting in the parking lot for our room, as we needed the room for our pet to stay while we shopped. Our day was lost by having to wait 3 hours in our vehicle as it was 93 degrees out so had to keep cool. Wasn't happy at all they didnt step up to accommodate us sooner knowing we were there at noon to try and check in. Others came in ahead of us and checked in with no issues and that also irritated me. I felt a power trip was being pulled and I wasn't happy at all. To top it off this place wasn't cheap, then they added an additional $30 fee to my room for my pet, which is not disclosed, so just be aware of that ahead of time... Rooms were clean, but did smell of smoke for some reason? Maybe outside coming in? Hard to tell as the cleaning chemicals were strong, so might have been that too?? Pool and hot tub were ok as well, could use some updates in the flooring, ceilings could use paint in the general walking areas, rugs were dirty. Best thing was bed was comfortable! Think my experience might have been less upsetting had we been accommodated better when we arrived.
Excellent bed and shower. This is our second stay. At check in Susan addressed us by name and our BW rewards treat bag is appreciated! Big deal for me during covidian times is that windows open to air the room! We will be back. Room is very clean and quiet although we were right at to if staircase.
Our stay was amazing! The women Susan that checked us in was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were there during one of the busiest stays which is Nascar race weekend and it was extremely quiet. The room were amazing and very good size, beds were amazing. They also have a beautiful quiet place to just relax in a beautiful flower garden type setting. I loved the garden the most I think. Just beautiful and peaceful!
This hotel has a very strong chemical smell. I'm not sure if it is from recent fumigation, cheap cleaning products, or something else but it made me sick to my stomach and gave me a pounding headache within minutes of being in the room, even with the window open, ruining my trip. We wound up getting permission to leave with a refund from the hotel manager, who later reneged saying they'd be charging us a $25 fee plus tax because we used the soap so the room had to be cleaned again. She was in the room when she offered the refund and a hotel bar of soap is more like 25 cents than $25. Also, the room already needed to be cleaned again due to cobwebs in the window and to address the odor problem that was not my fault. Absolutely ridiculous.
Rooms were clean, bed was a little too firm for my liking. Was offered a to go breakfast since I was checking out at 5am for a flight. Unfortunately they didn't follow through so I wasn't able to have a bite to eat before my flight.
Unable to use spa tub the hot water was warm not hot. And the spa part was broken so no circulation in the spa tub. Husband had trouble sleeping bed was not comfortable for him. We only stay there because it local for our anniversary and this year was a disappointment as well as last. We where hoping they fix some of these issue during covid but they did not.
Place was absolutely immaculate, the air quality was perfect. The woman at the front desk was so kind and caring, service with a smile. We have stayed at a few places and none have compared to the quality of this one . We are very happy we choose here to stay . Breakfast was delicious too. Beautiful decor throughout . Made our stay enjoyable .
Overall experience was good except I felt like there was no security. There were doors that were left open at night in the back. Anyone could have entered building. Also a child sporting team stayed at the hotel and they were running a full speed throughout the hotel. Didn't report, but I wish management investigated the situation sooner as it did last a while and I noticed several employees talking about it as I was walking to get ice. Breakfast was fine, still had some nice options even though there are pandemic restrictions. Pool and hot tub very relaxing. Offsite restaurant had some great beer options, but food was so-so. Room with sitting area was very spacious.
Convenient to airport. Pool water changed from chlorine to salt, but no time to try it out. Nice towels since previous stay, back to normal breakfast choices. Has continued problem with keeping corridors vacuumed ( messy for several years!) but bathroom clean. Terrible options for charging devices - wish they would upgrade bedside lamps to those with built-in charging base. Nice staff.
When I reserved my stay I purposely ask for easy access to and from room and a lifted toilet seat for my 74 year old mother. I had to call down to get the lifted toilet seat and had to see staff daily because my key card stopped working every single day. My mother who has a hard time walking/standing had to wait outside the door or walk all the way to the front door because the key card did not allow me access to come in. I am VERY UPSET about this situation and they could not give me an answer why it is happening and blamed it on me.
This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. We liked it so much last time when we decide to spend the weekend in NH again we book this hotel. this time the hotel room we got was a bit beat up. Needed a new paint job. you could see the patch a few holes in the walls and never went back and painted. The water on day two was not cold but just warm enough to take a quick show. My husband could not stop complaining about how small the pillows are. They were small but i did not care but it all he could talk about till the just above cold water for the shower.
The hotel has great amenities. However, the previous guest in our room was smoking and the room was not cleaned to get rid of the smell. The staff failed to notice that the previous guest left a washcloth rubber banded around the fire detector. I reported the issue but was told there were no other rooms. I was not offered a discount or anything to make up for it. Later the same night, the fire detector started making noise from the batteries being low. The staff fixed the issue. After that, we tried to watch TV but the batteries were missing from the remote. They gave us new batteries. It would have been a perfect stay aside from these issues- and I'd love to give it the best review because the hotel itself offers nearby restaurant and in-room jacuzzi. But based on the smell and the number of little issues, I cannot give it an excellent rating.
Great hotel for the price. Booked the fireplace suite. A little pricy for that room, but worth it! Breakfast was great, a lot of variety, cereal, hot breakfast, or just a yogurt on the go. Definitely would recommend.
After several horrible stays with BW hotels, this hotel stands out for simply being excellent. The room was clean, everything worked, the staff were great, and the stay was perfect. Thank you for offering a great place to lay my head while away from home. I will be returning to this location should I visit the area again!
Stayed here for our anniversary. Very clean hotel, clean room. The pool was great and the arcade room. The jacuzzi in the room was amazing. Can't wait to come again! We will definitely stay in the same room next time!
My husband & I attended a conference at this property and had a 2-night stay. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodations for under $100/night, which included a hot breakfast! The staff was also very friendly and informative. My only complaints would be that there weren't enough charger outlets and the pillows were way too soft for my preferences. One big thing: the masking mandate was lifted at Midnight on our first night's stay. We weren't informed prior to our arrival. But, I don't know if the property knew (they should have been informed).
Service was speedy and helpful got blankets and towels when asked very prompt would stay and are staying again in a couple of weeks the pool was a bit cold when you first got in but very clean I felt covid safe the entire time I was there
Decor not up to date. Flooring and tiling had very visible cracks and soapscum buildup around jacuzzi and shower walls. Shower walls were yellow.. Very large pillows on the beds, not that comfortable unfortunately.
Rushed my daughter to hospital after swimming in pool with chlorine poisoning smoke filled rooms all lights broken and front desk that didn't care to resolve don't stay here there are many motel 8s that would make this place look like dirt
Please stay here if you want to waste $200 for a night of sleeping on the hardest bed ever in a filthy room. The jacuzzi had stuff floating in it and there was even some blood on the bathroom wall- walls they clearly don't clean. The shower head looked like it was about to come out of the wall.
Really great price, very clean, enjoyed our stay very much! Had the room with a king bed and a whirlpool and it was lovely. It was a lovely room for our date night! The pool and hot tub were fun too and being right next to a brewery was a plus!
The hotel was very clean and the staff was super nice. The pool was warm and clean. My kids enjoyed their stay as well. Staff kept comming into the pool area to chwck on the towels to make sure there was enough for everyone. Front desk was very friendly.
It looked good at first. Everything was fine until I wanted ice, or to take a shower, or to even go swimming! Everything was either dirty or not working.. and I paid for one of their high end suites for my anniversary. Very unhappy.
Nice, clean, friendly staff. Only disappointment was the breakfast bags were very basic, this stay hotel is known for an awesome expansive breakfast per Covid. Too bad they could not put more effort in to the to go breakfasts.
I had a good experience and the location was great . Easy access to surrounding towns , several restaurants just minutes away , shopping, highway, are within minutes of the hotel. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again in a second .
disappointed with the quality of my stay. Breakfast, a packet of cookies a bottle of water in a brown bag. I had to drive get my breakfast. After hiking i came back to unmade beds morning coffee cups .
My husband and I don't get much time alone, once in awhile we like to get a room for a night with a whirlpool/jacuzzi and enjoy the night. We go to dinner at a great place that's within walking distance, have a few drinks and relax the rest of the evening. It's always a great way to recharge!
This Best Western is tucked away amongst some beautiful foliage only minutes from the Manchester Airport. Starbucks isn't far either (on Willow Street), the airport Starbucks is temporarily closed. This hotel has an onsite event center too, weddings have been going on the past 2 weekends, and it's a beautiful setting for it. If you enjoy visiting breweries, you only have to walk several minutes to reach it safely between parking lots. Lots of food choices too - and reasonable. We'd stay here again. And if you do come and love a really good lobster roll, visit the "Lobster Boat in Merrimack". OMG!!! Big portion.
I always enjoy staying here. Polite staff, clean rooms, and a great location. We always eat at the Backyard Brewery next door. Great food and you can walk back to the hotel if you drink a few. It's where I stay every time I'm in Manchester.
Away from the businesses/malls/ restaurants tucked back from the road. Attractive entrance. Lobby not as spacious as management pictures make it appear due to the large display boards featuring information on Covid and Best Western Membership points. Because of the virus, breakfast is a variety of packaged items, spread out in the serving area; coffee is available. Checked out the pool but did not swim; it was packed with screaming kids and their parents. Front desk employees are polite and accommodating. Room configuration requested was changed to one that is not as open and light. Room was clean and well stocked. Only real concern were some of the quests - especially the couple exiting the elevator leaving what seemed to be a strong odor of marijuana.
Nice indoor pool and large fitness center. The room was quiet and had a comfortable mattress and pillows. I was well pleased with this hotel pick. Breakfast was grab and go instead of sit down due to the COVID precautions in place.
We have stayed here in the past and didn't have any issues at all. Well, until our most recent stay. I called to book for our anniversary as I've done in the past. So they have a record of our rooms that we have stayed in. I asked for the king jacuzzi suite and told them it was our anniversary and that last year they told us to let them know when booking so we could be upgraded. He gave us a great price. I even double checked online the rates for the rooms and it looked like everything matched up. So now its check in day, everything is great at front desk she hands us our keys and we proceed to our room, we go in and definitely not the suite! It was just a king bed and jacuzzi for one in corner. We go right back to front desk and they tell us that is what we booked. I explained phone conversation and said I was confused because that is definitely not an upgrade from last year. The woman could see exactly what we booked last year right there, so I would think when the agent booked me he saw what my record. I could be wrong but still. We stayed in the room but ended up leaving at 2am. No sleep! We were on 1st floor. Parties all around us. It was very disappointing. We thought some had been spoken to because noise level dropped but not completely. We had not gotten one ounce of sleep. We should have known to just leave in the first place.
I had a great stay at the Best Western Plus. It was clean and comfortable with a friendly staff. It had a reliable internet. I was able to complete the necessary work I had to do while I was in the room.
We drove 4 hours for this stay with my family and the staff didn't tell us there was going to be a whole dance team staying there also. There were so many kids in the pool my kids couldn't swim and there were kids running up and down the hallways jumping in the room above mine until midnight it was ridiculous my kids and dogs couldn't sleep. Breakfast wasn't very good we booked to stay for 2 days and we drove 4 hours back home after 1 night it was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel
Hotel staff were very organized and went out of their way to be helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking and a nice restaurant next door with lits of microbrews and a large varied menu. Very pleasant place to stay.
super clean rooms, super breakfast, you can walk to dinner at the "Back Yard Brewery" and 5 min's to large mall, just a very good Best Western, and we only stay at B/W because were always satisfied. we tell any one who travels to try B/W, they will be pleased.
Place had very outdated rooms. Pool water looked stagnant and dirty. The room walls must have been paper thin because we heard screaming all night long. Even after I call the main lobby it stopped for about 15 minutes and then started up again. I felt very unsafe. I also asked my room to be turned over the next day while we were out and it was not done when we returned a few hours later. Breakfast was fine but anyone from outside seemed to have been coming and going that were not guest and again felt unsafe. Would not recommend this place other then the convenient restaurant across the parking lot.
Very clean hotel with pool & hot tub facilities, a fitness room, game room, free breakfast bar & Backyard Brewery next door for a fun evening. We planned a "date" night to see Jeff Dunham @ SNHU arena & used this facility to stay overnight. Highly recommend & would definitely return!
I recently booked a hotel for a prospective Saint Anselm College student's mother on a visit to campus. I did this as a favor because she was getting on a flight and was not familiar with the area. The online rate was $79 plus the taxes and fees but I had to pay for it upfront for that rate. Knowing I am not able to do that with the school credit card I called the hotel and asked them if they could reserve it for her at that rate. They said they could not do that for me. At that point I said are you sure? They said if I booked it online and then called them back they could switch over the credit card and my card would not be charged. Well luckily for the student's mother she was not charged but my credit card was charged. The hotel apologized to me and offered nothing but, "Yes that person who told you that was wrong." "He should never have told you that information." The admission of wrong doing does not do my any good, I got stuck with the bill and because of that I am in trouble with my work. I will not be fired or anything but I will have to explain the situation to my immediate boss and then they will have to explain it to the bigger boss of the college. I would guess the school will then place the Best Western of Manchester on the "Do Not Use" vendor list. When I told the lady at the hotel this she hung up on me and said have a nice day. It still amazes me how businesses that do over a million dollars a year in revenue will still screw people over when they make a mistake. I hope they are happy that they got our school's $79 because they have lost a lot more than that in future revenue. Trip typeBusiness
First room I was given had a giant bug in it. Got another room no bugs but smelled odd like it wasn't lived in or stuffy the tv unplugged and room coffee maker dirty. Around new year the cleaning staff limited the amount of housekeeping they did. Only making your bed at most on some days. Second time staying here I was given a nonsmoking room but previous guests were heavy smokers. Unfortunately the $250 fine for smoking did not deter them from smoking. Hotel was at capacity so they were unable to give me a new room. I was given an odor neutralizer 3x and the room still gave me a headache. I get to finish off my night with a Shower that doesn't drain. Pros- breakfast is good. There is always coffee, flavored water, and cookies. Staff is friendly Cons- a little outdated and multiple bad experiences with rooms.
The early check in charge is what disappointed me and the fact they were on top to have me leave earlier then expected. The breakfast was awesome but for that price they're are better hotels for much cheaper
Front deck personnel were very nice. Breakfast was standard and adequate. The news papers and cookies were enjoyable. The area above the sink needs to be cleaned. The rest of the room was clean and neat.
Very pleasant stay. Hotel is clean (they were always wiping up all the snow/salt from the lobby. The, breakfast area and food items good. Staff helpful and pleasant. Good, convenient location. **Will stay there aga9n when visiting family next time.
Just stayed here again on Dec 5th. I have stayed here both solo for work and this time with my husband as we were in the area to visit a friend. Hotel always is clean and nice staff who treat people well. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. I've never had a bad stay and this one was good too except for the woman in 126 who shall we say must be practicing for her XXX career. The theatrics were wholly unnecessary.
I stay here often and really like the property. They do a good job with maintenance and it is very clean. The evening check in staff is very good. Friendly, efficient and helpful. I generally just hand a key off in the AM so no real interaction with the morning staff. Breakfast is good, I generally stick to cereal, oatmeal and fresh fruit. It's not the Ritz but they don't pretend to be. It's clean, has a nice appearance, is quiet and the beds are nice. Nice place to stay.
No hot water for most of the stay for the entire building. Our friend's room didn't have heat!!! This was our first time staying at a best western and I don't think we will ever choose to stay there again!
Have stayed in this hotel several times. Beautiful pet friendly room that is close to outside for convenience, They have never disappointed us. Classy and close to the Backyard Brewery. Great food , plus a $5 coupon on arrival.
I was in town for training and received a great rate. Hotel lobby is very nice with fruit and cookies available at all times. Breakfast was good, not great. Room was clean. Decor was uninspired and boring. TV was very old. Bed was decently comfortable. Bathroom and personal care products were good. Location is excellent in terms of local restaurants.
I attended a weekend conference at the Best Western in Manchester New Hampshire. The hotel covered all of my basic needs. The room was clean and spacious, and nothing was broken or worn looking. The public areas of the hotel were also nicely kept. Having a microwave in the room was a plus. The staff are very pleasant to deal with - friendly and helpful. I will stay here again.
My wife and I flew into the Manchester Airport on the night of 10/16. We were tired after a long day in the air. We were going to have a long day in front of us. The Best Western very close to the airport was perfect. A very nice hotel with many amenities, Our room was very nice, clean and well supplied with things we would needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us excellent directions to nearby places we needed to get to. Though this BW is a conference and meeting center, it was very quiet. We got a very restful sleep that night. The king bed was incredibly comfortable. Woke up the next morning feeling well rested and ready to move on our way. Had a well rounded and healthy breakfast. Would stay there again. Thanks, BW.
Great breakfast, Facility is fair, could use a little renovations. The Pool and Hot Tub was very cold and the issue could not be addressed. It was clean, staff very nice. I would stay again. Wish the room we were in had more lighting. Beds were very comfortable.
Ok hotel, good breakfast, our room was nice but a pet odor. Close proximity to all sorts of shopping and food. The resturaunt that they give you a coupon for was absolutrly amazing. Overall satisfied with our stay.
Wonderful hotel. Visit every year because of its friendliness and quality The people who work there are helpful and make the stay very pleasant NH in October is awesome. Plenty of hiking available there
The Best Western Plus Executive Court Inn & Conference Center in Manchester is nicely located near the airport ( 5 minutes from terminal) and offers just about all the amenities you need and want in a hotel/motel.
I stayed three times at this Best Western Plus in Manchester, New Hampshire. I stayed with two friends on August 9, 2019 for 5 nights...then I stayed alone for 6 nights on August 27, 2019 and then stayed with my two friends again on October 11 2019 for three nights. This Best Western Plus Executive Court Inn & Conference Center is very conveniently located....close by to the Mall of New Hampshire, Holly Lobby, Olive Garden Restaurant, Barnes & . Noble Book store, a few strip malls with Off Broadway Shoes, TJ Max, Pier One, Dress Barn Burlington Coat Factory,, etc. Just about a 20 minute drive to the Merrimack Premium Outlets. About 40 miles from Boston - in August we drove to Boston for the day and took the Hop On and Hop Off Bus throughout the day And every day during the August trips went to Hampton Beach New Hampshire. Went to Petey's Seafood restaurant and Markey's Lobster Pool. Went to Christmas Tree Shop in Nashua...went to the Pheasant Lane Mall in Nashua, NH....The Mall at Rockingham in Salem, New Hampshire. Visited York, Maine. Always have a great time. The Best Western Plus staff in Manchester are always so nice. A special shout out to Stephanie and Drew at the front desk. Breakfast is served each day. Cannot wait to go back.
While this is an older property, they have done a good job keeping it up to date. Spent four nights and their King Room is very large with a refrigerator, microwave, and sofa-bed. Included in my room rate was free WiFi and access to the buffet breakfast. While I did not use the buffet (not a breakfast person) I did get coffee and noticed people were enjoying all of the various breakfast foods available. The Front Desk at check-in and throughout my stay were very helpful and extremely friendly. I also attended a wedding here and I must say the folks who managed the wedding, the staff who provided the dinner, and the facilities were exceptional. Out of all the wedding I have attended in my life, the food served here was the BEST I have ever enjoyed. You also are within walking distance to The Backyard Brewery…absolutely great food! I did a separate review of the restaurant.
Love this hotel!! It is our top choice always in this area and always try and find Best Westerns now! We love the amenities, the staff, the choices, breakfast, the pool, the cleanliness - everything! Even the welcome bag at check-in - what a beautiful touch!
Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were very clean. I enjoyed my 3 night stay. The motel is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. I will stay at the Best Western on my next trip to Manchester.
Nice rooms, great buffet and attentive staff. Never had a problem with this hotel in the 5 years of going. We use it as a central base to go to boston as well as it is only an hour out. They recently renovated the suites and they look great. Cant wait for our next visit.
The whole complex is very inviting with a restaurant and beautiful grounds. The rooms are spacious. The kitchenette is clean with lots of room. The sitting area is great and the bed was very comfortable. Did I mention how extra clean everything was?
Property could use an update. Rooms are clean but smell of smoke. Staff nice. Breakfast has variety and like that they use china instead of disposables. What is with Chili Con Carne at breakfast? Is that an east coast thing.
We'd been up and traveling since 6:00 AM and our flight got in after midnight so we stayed here as it's convenient to be near the airport. The room looked great. We were awakened very early by multiple people talking, one very loudly. I went to the door to see what was going on. No one was in the hallway. I tried to open the door to the adjoining room and to my surprise it opened and there was a meeting room full of people having a meeting!! Why oh why would they assign us this room when it was nearly 1:00 AM when we got in and there was an early meeting there the next morning?
I stay here every year and the location is perfect. Close to the airport without the noise of an airport. The staff is friendly, the breakfast has good variety and is tasty, and the rooms are comfortable. The restaurant across the parking lot is a plus for those who don't want to venture too far after a day of travel.
cleaness and service were good the only problem with this hotel , the beds , way to hard , couldnt sleep for 3 nights Thats the only issued I had There s other hotel at the same price with better beds , more confortable Also I have to admit that the hotel is very nice , but 140 night it s way too much for this one it should of been around 110 not more
We've been at BW twice when traveling thru MHT. Folks at Best Western are great. Morning breakfast is good and tasty. Drivers are courteous and get you to MHT in 5 min or less to catch your flight. Parking is reasonable and safe when leaving your car. Good deal.
Have stayed here before, never had any issues. Rooms are pretty immaculate, however this time there were some issues with tub. Definitely in need of new grout. Black spots in the corners. Looks like other things had been updated in the bathroom so the tub stood out like a sore thumb. The door to the bathroom and closet is very awkward. You have to keep the closet closed in order to open the bathroom. Mattress could have been a little more supportive. Plenty of parking. Could use some more seating for smokers. They provide you a coupon to the restaurant at the other end of the parking lot. Great food. A good stay, it was centrally located to our comings and goings. But I have an issue with the bathrooms. I would question staying here again.
Exceptional staff! There were some minor issues and this location does not participate in all corporate programs! The breakfast is really good but, they need to repair the tables! they also need to remove the smell in the fitness room.
We stay here away from Boston area. They have parking, free breakfast, nice restaurant next door. Short distance to other restaurtant. Pool, gym. Staff was excellant. Rooms are large and well kept. I will go back.
Just a stop off on our way to Maine, but it was so pleasant. As BW members, we were handed a bag of goodies - water bottles, chips and candies - which came in handy later as we continued our travels. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a huge variety of foods. It was crowded at 8 am as a wedding was happening that weekend. But we found seats in the lobby. Room was clean, bed very comfy & shower was strong and hot. We slept solid. The infused water in the lobby with cookies were much appreciated. BW Plus is it for us. Excellent treatment, without the outrageous price. We miss the Philadelphia Independence BW Plus (neighbor building burnt down). And will be looking for more BW Plus as we travel. Oh - and while in Manchester don't forget to stop in a the Backyard Brewery - just across the parking lot, same ownership. Excellent beer and food. The hotel even gave us a coupon.
Participated in a conference at this hotel and they were very attentive to all requests. Staff was very helpful and polite. You need a car to stay here but they are a short drive to restaurants and shopping. The setting is in a quiet wooded area with outdoor seating available to relax and no city noises.
We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western. The accommodations were comfortable, the room was clean and quiet and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have a nice breakfast buffet. It's location offered easy access to the highway we needed to travel to Provincetown.
We checked in at 2:00 AM, and the rep who assisted us was wide awake, pleasant and friendly, which was pretty impressive, considering the time. The room was clean and well maintained. It was mostly redone, but the bathroom still had old tiles, and the bi-fold closet doors were prone to "popping open". But those are obviously minor details. The a/c worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the pillows were nice. The remote came in a sanitized bag, which is nice. I didn't have much beyond fruit at the breakfast, but it always smelled really good, and my family said it was very good. Every evening they had freshly made cookies and brownies along with fruit water. The workout room was fine. We didn't use the pool, and while we walked through the game room, we didn't use it as well. Change is required to use the game room if you decide to play pool, etc. (I didn't notice a change machine.) When we checked out, the two ladies at the front desk were super friendly. It was a pleasant stay, and we would stay here again.
I found this particular stay very relaxing and restful. I arrived in close to 90 degree weather, was speedily checked in and experienced very comfortable temperature upon entering a very clean room being cooled by a quiet ac unit. I slept blissfully in the king sized bed. I found the included breakfast to be good value for the money spent. There was no overcrowding which made dining very pleasant.
quality location with quality staff The hotel is quite and the rooms are very lean and comfortable I would diffently plan on staying there again the next time Iam in MANCHESTER get room prices as well
Huge, comfy room. Refrigerator with working freezer - yeah. Fantastic, full up hot breakfast buffet. Really appreciated weekend breakfast starting at 6am. great toiletries. Friendly, helpful staff. Appreciated $5 coupon to Backyard Brewery. Excellent shower.
Stayed here for two nights with my family when visiting the Merrimack outlets. The property is in a very sleepy location. There is almost nothing but trees in the immediate surroundings. Everything was on par during our stay. Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast and friendly staff. Parking was easy and free.
The hotel is nice, has rocking chairs out front where you can sit. The continental breakfast has alot of choices and the staff keeps the area clean. The staff is very attentive and courteous, were very helpful.
Overall the place was quiet, & very clean. Worth the price, even though pricer then I usually pay out. Only frustrating thing was I was placed in a room at the totally opposite end of the hotel.. If you are having hip issues like I am now, request something a bit closer. I'll know that for next time. And of course the ice machine was broken on my floor. I just couldn't do the walk . So my soda was warm. Otherwise the facility was fine. Too busy to try out the hot tub, which was why I booked this hotel in the first place
We stayed here just before returning to the uk. Pleasant guy at check in and we were upgraded as members to a room with a jacuzzi All facilities required, spacious room, good bedding and white towels. Breakfast very good, cereals, hot food, waffles, yoghurts and continental
Toilet was too low and bed was too high. I had informed hotel staff and the general manager of the accessibility issues in my previous 2 stays. After the 2nd complaint I was promised that the issues had been corrected. Upon arrival only one minor issue, the location of the refrigerator & microwave, had been corrected. Front desk didn't do much to help. Upon checking out, staff said nothing when I voiced my complaints. NOT A WORD!
Unfortunately this is not the best version of Best Western Plus. I have stayed in others that were superb, but this is the worst. I hate to leave a negative review, but it is not worth the money or time. My room had an unpleasant smell just as others have stated and it never went away. The walls are very thin which made it hard to sleep and as I sat down at the table in my room to look over notes for a meeting the next day, my papers were stuck to something very sticky all over the table, which shows it was not cleaned. Breakfast was just not appealing. I wish it had been better.
Location was convenient. Overall, the hotel is very nice. Very clean room. Internet needs an upgrade as it was intermittent and somewhat slow. Close to food and beverage which is a plus. Overall a good experience and would recommend....
I don't always stay at this hotel, I did when I first started going to Manchester on business. The big problem is the restaurant close by it has changed and it seems to cater to a different crowd now. I feel this is one of the best hotels in this are for its age. It is well managed, always very clean and quiet. The staff is friendly and always willing to help you.
A college graduation of a family member had several rooms booked. Above average check in. Competent, informative, and friendly front desk. Room was very good: clean, comfortable and spacious. Pool, an enticement for children an a couple of adults, was clean, large and well supplied. Breakfast was above the norm. Large groups and refills were prompt and well done. Two people checking and working. Tables promptly cleaned when vacant. Would go back.
The hotel staff was awesome. Area was quiet and just perfectly outside of town but not too far, only about 2 miles. Great next door brewery and they have live music. Pool was a little cold and the chlorine made our eyes water, mostly in the hot tub. Ample towels. Clean area. Breakfast area was nice, TV was too loud each day we were there. Family room had tons of space for us. Bathroom is small but super clean. Beds are ok. Overall this is a great no frills family hotel and offered excellent value for our stay. We will be staying here again as our family moved to the area.
I stayed here for 1 night to attend a graduation event at SNHU. Although the hotel is about a 15 minute drive away, it was very easy to get back and forth from the college as well as many of the shopping stores and eateries.
I travel often for business and this is one of my favorite hotels. Staff is excellent. Quiet clean rooms. I don't think you will be disappointed staying here. I sometimes eat breakfast which is always just oatmeal but they have several choices.
The location of the hotel was great. Short drive to the mall of New Hampshire. Close to local Airport. The staff was always attentive and very helpful, couldn't have asked for better service. I would recommend staying here.
This hotel is very easy to get to. The staff is very friendly and kind. Always willing to greet you in the hallways. It was a good night's rest. My big complaint was the shower/bath tub. The plug for it was not working correctly and therefore the water would accumulate at my feet and I would have to be constantly playing with it so the water went down. It was pretty frustrating for the price of this hotel I was expecting better. Also if you are a light sleeper, try to ask for a room away from either the stair exit or the elevator. It's not the hotel's fault, but people seem to think that it's okay to make a lot of noise in those areas and they are not very respectful towards others who might be in rooms nearby. They might want to put up a few signs "Silence please" or warn folks upon check-in.
We stayed 2 nights at this establishment. The beds were very comfortable, room was clean and it was nice to have a fridge in the room and also a coffee maker even if you can have coffee served all day long. Staff is very efficient and friendly. Check-in was very fast. We found the facilities to be good and a very good breakfast is served until late in the morning. We would highly recommend.
We had a great night's stay at this establishment after a long days drive. The bed was very comfortable, room clean and tidy, and the shower had great water pressure. Although we only stayed one night we found the facilities to be good and the breakfast tasty as well. We would highly recommend to anyone as the staff were very friendly too.
I frequently stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. The hotel is well maintained and has a wonderful staff. The breakfast selection is great. My only problem was I could use more outlets in convenient areas such as the nightstand and table.
Everything was clean; the bed was comfortable; the location is quiet. The pool was quite large; there was a hot tub; the pool area looked quite clean. The parking rate for the nearby Manchester Airport was fantastic ($3/night) and the shuttle left early for me (before 5 am) because "the driver always comes in early." Can't comment on breakfast because my flight was too early, but they gave me a "to go" bag for the plane. When I fly out of Manchester, this will be my go-to place.
Great place to stay and easy location clean service was great stay is awesome guest services is awesome they try going out of the way to help you. Is there a continental breakfast is a full breakfast buffet and is included with you stay so you can't go wrong
The staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean and in great shape. Airport shuttle was convenient and efficient. The decor is newer. Easy to order in delivery. Nice breakfast. Love the nearby restaurant.
This is my go to spot for when I fly out early of MHT. Convenient location very close to airport and a multitude of restaurants. Hotel staff are very friendly and the facilities are clean. I have yet to encounter any issues with this property.
We stay here at least twice a year on business and really enjoy our stay. The breakfast is amazing. They have the best waffles with fruit or syrup as well as eggs, bacon, sausage, danishes, cereal, yogurt, etc. Friendly staff, lady in the dinning room is extremely pleasant.
Great location. Quiet hotel has lovely grounds and a beautiful setting. Comfortable and clean. Easy to find. Good hot breakfast. Front desk is very friendly and helpful.Always a good choice. We prefer Manchester, NH BW
The front desk staff is always friendly and quick upon check in. The rooms are clean and the jacuzzi tub is relaxing. The local restaurant is excellent and given a coupon upon check in. The breakfast is always well sticked and a good variety offered.
This place is a go to choice for staying in the area. Clean comfy beds, excellent breakfast with tons of choices. They have plenty of amenities and even thought to put a make up removing wipe in the bathroom in case you are trying to be spontaneous and didnt bring anything with you for the night.
My wife sustained an injury that required her to have 1 floor living. Since our home is a two story structure, we felt that it would best for her to stay at a local hote. We chose Best Western for several reasons. The facility is modern, has a great staff, is very clean, has nice rooms and provides excellent amenities. Eight days later, we could not believe how quiet and relaxing oru stay was. The staff could not have been any nicer to us. They offered time and time again what they could do to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I would not only recommend this facility in Manchester, NH, but we will stay there any time we want to get away for a night or weekend!
My favorite hotel to stay in when I am in the Manchester area, which is frequently. Off the beaten track, but close to the shopping centers, airport, and places to eat. Huge parking lot, even for trailers. Front office staff, they are the best. Never a complaint in the 5 years I have been staying here.
Had a two night stay for a surprise birthday party in the conference center. Hotel transportation to and from airport was timely and convenient. Staff at hotel was knowledgeable and friendly always ready to assist. The hotel has a brewery about 100 yards away that serves very good bar type food and had a nice local crowd. Hotel is conveniently located near shopping, airport and downtown.
this hotel is one of my favorites, friendly helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. Hotel has a courtesy shuttle to and from the airport and one of the best breakfast buffets that I have seen. Conveniently located.
Due to weather conditions and lateness of arriving at the Manchester Airport, we decided to stay at the Best Western instead of chancing an unsafe trip back. It was the best decision. Arriving after midnight, we were provided with an incredible suite. The bed was perfect for sleeping, the decor was modern and oh so clean. We kept our car at the BW as they provide a shuttle to the airport that is approximately 10 minutes away. Perfect. The cost was half what it is at the airport. With any BW we appreciated the hot/cold breakfast the next morning before heading home. We know what to expect at a BW and we have never been disappointed!
Tucked away in NH I was pleased that I was able to find a BW that is clean, friendly staff and close to the attraction we were visiting. Upon arrival we were given a bag with water and a few snacks. I always judge a hotel room by the cleanliness of the bathroom and this passed my stringent inspection. The oatmeal cookies were a surprise and delicious too.
We were in Manchester to see a show (Lotus Land) at the Tupelo Music Hall and Best Western was close to the venue. In fact, the band stayed there too and I got to talk with a member of the band at breakfast. The room was a good size and clean. The bed was a king size and fairly comfortable. There was a nice complimentary breakfast included. Eggs, bacon, hash, potatoes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. It was a good stay for a good price at a convenient location.
We always enjoy our stay here at the Best Western Manchester ,NH. We come here in January when we go to a wine tasting. We always have a great experience from checking in, to our comfortable room to a nice breakfast. Employees are friendly and efficient and always there to help. The property has plenty of room for parking a nice entry overhang to keep you out of the snow and rain. Close by things but in a very quiet area.
As you enter, your attention is drawn to a wonderful staircase that ascends to the second floor with grace and elegance. The staff is quick to greet you and helpful in every way, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, with a large refrigerator and microwave. The indoor pool and Jacuzzi are on the lower level (below ground level) and are fairly large. If you stay here or not, I suggest you visit the restaurant that's a short walk across the parking lot, the Backyard Brewery has some amazing food, unusually named and prepared, and the experience is incredible. I highly recommend this Hotel, you will not be disappointed!
Great hotel. We always stay there when visiting my family in Manchester. Great service and the staff is always there to help us. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Manchester area. Thank you.
From the time you entered to the time you left, customer service was friendly. The room was terrific and clean.. They even had the remote control sanitized. We were staying there so to be able to catch our very early flight the next morning. Very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place.
We go back year after year because there is a nice pool and an awesome arcade with old video games. The kids love it. The hotel is comfortable and the staff is nice. If you decided to park and fly, call the hotel directly, as the price on-line was much higher than what the hotel could have offered me.
This Best Western Plus hotel is great w/all the amenities they offer and the staff are so helpful and caring! They offer park/fly which is great - they start at 5am and end at midnight so for the majority of travelers I think this is wonderful! Being a rewards member is really nice because they give you a bag w/goodies in when you arrive and if you leave early like we did they made up bags for my husband and I w/fruit, granola bars, water and some chocolates.
Good place to stay in the Manchester area or if traveling into Central MA. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Reasonably priced. MHT airport is so much easier to use than Boston Logan. Note that I saw a lot of police on the road between the hotel and the interstate so be careful to watch your speed and drive safely. No fresh fruit available at breakfast but otherwise no problems at all.
I enjoyed going there last weekend. We had a king room with a whirlpool tub. They we so nice and very clean. The pool is great with the hot tub. I plan on bringing my grandsons next weekend. They also have arcades for them and a full breakfast which they will enjoy.
Large, lots of room and amenities. Location is a bit hard to find, and not particularly close to anything, but for an airport hotel it's very nice. Plenty of additional features, which is probably necessary with not much nearby.
Excellent, friendly staff with better than your typical hot breakfast. Yeah, they have the requisite scrambled eggs, waffles, etc., but they also had pretty good chili con carne which, as a Texan, I really appreciated for breakfast. Large, clean rooms with free wi-fi make this a great buy. Very close to the Manchester airport, and Harbor Freight (should you find yourself in urgent need of some inexpensive tools....but don't forget your 20% discount coupon....sucha deal with no NH sales tax!). With our nephew living in nearby Bedford, I'm sure we'll be back next year.
Will stay again! and because I need to leave at least two hundred characters in my review I'll type out what it is that I'm doing, as I do it. It's a hotel, the breakfast was good. Big parking lot. two hundred.
This Best Western location is the top of the top and the greatest hotel decision for my trip to Manchester. Everything you could ever want is inside this hotel. They have an arcade, pool, spa, plus a spa in your room, and a fitness center. There is always something to do so you don't have to leave during the snow or cold. Also, you are in a great location with the nearby Mall of New Hampshire and good restaurants everywhere. I'd easily recommend this Best Western to anyone who stays in Manchester, I promise you will be very happy with your decision.
Only stayed here one night but found the hotel to be very nice and comfortable. The hotel is next door to a venue used for weddings so it is very popular. The hotel meets all the usual BW Plus standards. The staff was friendly and very professional. Love the nice touches - cookies, flavored water and goodie bags for Reward Members! The bed was quite comfortable and the room was clean overall. The breakfast was outstanding. Very happy we stayed here.
Last weekend I was at a convention hosted by the BW Plus ECI (sorry too long of a name to spell out). I was apprehensive to stay here because my last experience at a Best Western (In Pennsylvania) was awful. To my surprise this was a very nice hotel and a super helpful staff. All the little things from cookies in the lobby and towels at the pool, to the big things like WiFi and a very nice room were great. When my key card could not open the door to the hot tub, the manager came down right away and fixed it. I have no complaints at all, I will be back again next year!
Staff was sweet and friendly. Pet friendly. Delicious breakfast buffet with tons of options included in room price..delicious and all you can want!!! Clean rooms. Fair pricing. Beautifully decorated hotel.Feels like home. Comfortable. Will be rerurning...soon. I definitely recommend this hotel.
I stayed here for one evening after arriving in MHT on a late night flight and while the style of the rooms and smaller bathrooms clearly indicate that this is an older hotel, I found it to be very well maintained, professionally staffed, comfortable and quiet. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the complimentary breakfast was quite good and there was plenty of free parking. A pleasant surprise was the beautifully landscaped grounds that was quite extensive as it wound through the conference center facilities and I enjoyed an early morning stroll in the cool air about the hotel's grounds.
I love this property. Convenient, clean, great staff. Rates are great, property is too. Rooms and bathroom are clean. Very few issues with noise and I have stayed here 25 nights in the last year. Say Hi to Win and Igor!
Beds were very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked great on all our. It was quiet even though we were near the front entrance and the airport. Had an early morning shuttle to the airport, so we didn't experience the breakfast. We received a goodie bag at check-in.
The bathroom was old and had mildew. It was a very slow check in. I was kept in a week by a loud TV in adjoining rooms and wish I hadn't booked. The website wasn't clear about having to pay per day for parking. I had to book a taxi for my early flight and when I commented that the shuttle should run earlier the check in desk rolled her eyes and said there wasn't enough of a need. But she was also very adept at scheduling an early morning taxi.
This was my second stop on a three-day lecture mini-tour. Spacious suite, relatively quick check in, though they could have used a second person at the desk. Close to shopping and restaurants. Excellent conference facilities, and a good, not great, work-out facility. Ample parking--no added charge. The grounds were lovely. The only real negative was a mini fridge that leaked. I could have called to get it fixed, but was too tired. Told them when I checked out.
A very nice and comfy place. Noise is kept to minimum, access to many restaurants, shopping places and even a Harley Davidson store in the area (a major plus for me) the pool is nice as well as the spa. I stayed in a king suite with a jacuzzi which is very nice. The personnel is very caring and professional, the breakfast really impressed me, so far one of the best I've seen staying in many best western hotels. Will most definitely come back to this one, I noticed they have a gas grill for guests to use, maybe a nice trip in the summer will be here.:)
Had some minor issues but the staff was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make it worth it in the end and they handled it like it was there pleasure to fix it most definitely love the staff
Unfortunately the room had been sprayed and/or cleaned with an awful smelling fragrance. It was sweet, cloying, and STRONG. When I mentioned it to the manager, she offered us another room to stay in which smelled equally as bad. When we returned home the smell was still in our suitcase. All our clothes and jackets had to be washed or aired out. We will not stay there again.
Beautiful hotel, great service and while the location isn't most optimal for someone looking to party or anything like that (as there aren't many food places within a 5 minute drive away) it was still an amazing hotel. Also, the Backyard Brewery next door is awesome. You get a coupon when you check in!
The Best Western Plus Executive Court Inn & Conference Center in Manchester NH was a great place for our group to stay. The venue of the event we were attending was just across the parking lot. The hotel is not only beautiful but also has very comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, and a nice full hot breakfast. We will definitely come back!
Discovered MHT airport in 2012 as great alternative to Logan. BW provided disabled Vet discount (look under govt travel). Hotel is on the back side of the airport, quiet and clean with brew pub a short walk across the parking lot. Plenty of luggage carts, elevator. Breakfast is a little better than average with numerous choices (we stayed enroute to Maine and on the way home - saw two breakfasts). Only disappointment was the scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs at BW New Orleans and Savannah and MHT were the same consistency as powdered eggs served in Vietnam 1968 - bounce on the plate and are rubbery - all the other breakfast items are first class. We will stay here again when in MHT
We had an amazingly good night's rest at Manchester's Best Western Plus Hotel. Not only was the bed very comfortable, but the accessible bathroom was exactly that - grab rails in abundance and a terrific pull-down shower stool/chair. Also one of the breakfast room staff actually came over to me and asked if she could bring me anything or help in any way. Seriously good!
When I arrived at this hotel there is a small parking lot of 3 or 4 spaces near the front door for people who are checking in or out. I thought that was convenient. When I stepped out of my car I immediately heard the very loud barking of a large dog. It was apparent that the dog was left alone in a hotel room, which was on the ground level in front of the little parking area. When I went to check in, I told the woman at the desk that I wanted to be in a room where I could not hear "that noise," which was quite audible even at the front desk. I didn't use the word "dog" because the noise type was obvious. At first, she gave me a funny look like I was weird or imaging things, then she said "you will be on the second floor and won't hear anything." She too did not use the word "dog." Her demeanor suggested that I was being a nuisance or unreasonable. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt and I went to my assigned room. On arrival in the room, I was astounded to discover she put me on the second floor directly over the dog's room and I could definitely still hear the barking. So I immediately returned to the front desk and asked for another room as far away from the dog as possible. This time it was a different clerk from the original one, who then was helping other guests, who commented that the owners of that dog must have gone to dinner because the dog was still barking loudly and incessantly. The second clerk gave me another room in a different wing where I could not hear the dog. That was an easy fix that could have happened in the first place. But I have to say I was so angry at the first clerk who knowingly put me directly over the dog when I specifically asked otherwise and she had acted like I was the problem. Mind you, I like well-behaved dogs in general but not noisy ones when I am paying to rest. I was not rude in anyway. It was ridiculous that any of the guests had to put up with that kind of noise. In terms of the positives at the hotel, they give loyalty members a generous goodie bag - better than I have had at other hotels in this chain. Was it to make up for deficiencies? The bag had water, chips, and candy. Other positives included the towels, which were unusually good quality and the bath water was quite hot. The room was very clean with new furnishings. The staff gave a coupon for a $5 discount at an adjacent restaurant, which I used. There were a few things that were weird. The bedside light switches were puzzling and inconvenient to use. If you turn them off using the metal dial switch on the lamp itself then you have to use a wall flip switch to turn them on. So do not use the dial switch - only the wall switches. Also the corridors are very long and there are not doors in the middle to let you go outside to your car. So basically most foot traffic has to pass the front desk, and it can be a hike to the rooms as this is a large conference hotel. Lastly, my room's (Room 217) door handle was wonky which made it hard to open. It hung down rather than parallel. The electronic key worked fine, so it was the door handle that was the problem. Also the room's venting system seemed connected with a kitchen. In the evening, there was a very strong odor of roasting meat that lasted for hours. I doubt it could have been somebody's takeout delivery because of the intensity of the smell. In the morning I smelled the breakfast bacon, but it was a comparatively mild smell. The included breakfast was so-so, the purported OJ was almost all water and I had to pour it out. The staff at breakfast was very nice and attentive though.
I noticed most of the four star reviews, but I am in the middle of a two-day stay as I write. There are a lot of families staying and the hotel has completely sold out. It looks as if there are some sports events on in the area over the weekend. I arrived around 9 p.m. on a Friday evening to find a group of parents sitting in the breakfast area being excessively loud. Perhaps it was their unsupervised children running up and down the corridors or hammering on the floors in their bedrooms . Yes, it was excessively noisy and in the morning there was no seating available at all in the breakfast area. Teens and kids moving around all over the place. Interestingly, as I was checking in, one of the receptionists received a call from some guests in a room where they said that two people had used cards to enter their room while they were in it. This was in fact an elderly couple who had mistakenly been given the key cards to someone else's room. How would you like that? At best it is a 3-star Hotel, and it does the job. However, I would recommend checking if there is a conference on, or what the occupancy right is like before booking here. As a single guest, it was not a lot of fun fighting the crowds.
Very nice hotel, clean nice appearance, great location. It's close to the airport and mall. Definitely would stay again and recommend. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.
This hotel is a great location for business trips or pleasure, There are plenty of things close by and the staff is friendly and very helpful. The pool and hot tub are nice and the breakfast is excellent.
Great location near the Airport (MHT). Awesome breakfast that is different every day. Staff is great and friendly. Rooms have been upgraded but could use a little more. I have stayed here in the past and will stay again.
Very cozy and comfortable room! It was a very noisy above us, we just didn't want to be the people to make others quiet down at 3 a.m ! I did tell the lady at check-out just in case they want to let the next people who stayed in the room if the people were staying another night. It was very loud but i believe we got the last room with the whirlpool! We made the best out of it.
Great staff and very clean room. We called for a pick up service once we had our suitcases and waited maybe 10 minutes or less. Upon arrival to hotel the staff noticed I was walking very slowly (due to injury), they offered the hotel van if I was unable to walk to dinner. It had been a long day of traveling and was so grateful for the offer. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was hot and cold breakfast foods and had to giggle at the magpie that is so famous in the New England states. I highly recommend this Best Western for single, couples and families.
Traveling for business and this was a great stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfy clean and breakfast was good. The property was relaxing and very well maintained. I will definitely be back
I stayed with 2 friends at the Best Western Plus on South Willow Street in Manchester, NH. Very conveniently located. It is close to shopping - little strip shopping plazas and the Mall of New Hampshire are located further down on South Willow Street. This Best Western was very nice. We stayed in Room 235 which is a mini-queen suite...it has 2 queen size beds in the main room with a large tv, bureau, small table, desk...very spacious. Then there is an extension room like a small sitting room which has a large television, couch (which turns into a bed), end tables, microwave and small fridge. Very clean. The main lobby has a winding staircase which is so nice. There are elevators in the hotel...indoor swimming pool and small gym. There is free breakfast. I liked the chocolate muffins and the waffles with fresh blueberries and syrup. The only things I did not like at breakfast was the bacon - it was too soft - I like it crispy - and i did not like the sausage or omelette. But this is so minor and I do not eat a large breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in the Manchester area. I would like to give a shout-out to Stephanie at the front reception desk who was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful 3 night stay here. We were three females, felt very safe. I will go again next year. And the best part of New Hampshire is no tax on clothing, shoes. The hotels, restaurants have tax. I would recommend this Best Western to my friends and relatives.I wish I was there again - we went shopping in Manchester...and even to Nashua and Salem, NH and to Merrimack Premium Outlets in Merrimack, NH. Went to Hampton Beach, New Hampshire one day and to Peteys Seafood in Rye Beach (www.peteys;com/index.html. The Best Western is in a perfect location to be able to travel to and from these places. The Mall of New Hampshire is about 7 minutes away from the hotel. Thank you, Best Western for a pleasant stay.
The room was nice however the fridge was not turned on, had to wait for it to get cold. Everything was clean and organized nicely. If you are looking to experience the immediate area, be prepared to rent a vehicle or use a transportation service. If you need any toiletries, be aware, they are not available in the lobby or anywhere on the premises, you will have to find a local convenience store to get these things. The only place within reasonable walking distance is across the parking lot and it is a brewery and serves smoked food, this will also be your room service menu. If you are not a big fan of that type of cuisine, you will have to look for delivery from a local place or leave the premises by car or transportation service. If you need something like a blanket, additional shampoo, etc, be prepared to get a cold response from the front desk and sit back and hope you will get what was requested, if you call back down to the front desk to inquire, you will get very rude, "You'll have to wait, I'm busy".
I have stayed at this property a couple of times and it always has been very good. This time not the case. The room we had , had ripped wallpaper, torn curtains and the bathroom is crying for updates. Our friend who was travelling with us got her first room with a jacuzzi. The problem was that it smelled of cigarette smoke. The staff did change her room but the next morning when she went to use the hairdryer, the bag contained a coffee cup and a plastic bottle. The front desk brought her another one but it didn't work and eventually brought her a new one. The price is high and REALLY, not worth the money. Will not be returning. The manager responded by saying the usual bla bla (sorry we didn't meet your expectations)
Good location about 10 minutes from the MHT airport. Huge rooms - ours had two queen beds in the main room plus a smaller sitting room with couch, additional TV, fridge and microwave. Everything in the room was clean and functional - A/C worked well and there was plenty of hot water and a nice shower head with good water pressure. Beds and linens were comfortable. The indoor pool was nice and open 5am till 11pm. There was an outside seating area by the pool and there was also a inside hot tub. The hotel has a fitness room and a nice arcade. The hotel is also a conference/event center, so it is quite spread out. Staff at check-in were very nice. The included breakfast had hot choices of fried eggs, corn beef hash, and potatoes along with the normal choices of assorted hot & cold cereals, assorted breads/pastries, yogurt, fruit, waffle maker, coffee and juices. There were plenty of tables in the breakfast area and everything was well stocked. Loved that they had real plates, not paper. There is not much near the hotel, except for the Backyard Brewery, which you can easily walk to for lunch/dinner or to try a flight tasting.
I did my research. I found this Best Western online when I needed to stay close to the Manchester, NH airport and it was perfect! It was clean and the staff was helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! We ate dinner at the brewery a short walk away from the hotel and that was amazing! But that's a different review!
Had the jacuzzi room, it was a great way to spend a night after being on the road all day. The amenities at the hotel were awesome, game room, nice gym, hot tub, and pool. TV has many channels for movies and everything like that.
very clean, nice staff, great with my dog, service for rooms great, landscaping very pretty, lovely water fall, game room fun, pool and hot tube clean, breakfast was good, laundry room for guest clean, very helpful with take out service and menus
We extended our stay to 3 nights because we were so pleased with this location. Everyone was professional and pleasant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Refrigerator in the room. Extra towels when requested. Wifi was easy to use and fast. Oh, and their breakfast was excellant. Eggs, meats, juices, a choice of 9-10 breads, 5 cereals, chili con carne, waffles, fresh fruits, granola bars, cheeses and Whoopie pies. Susan was the buffet hostess. Items were refilled constantly. There is a conference center that had weddings booked. Nice gazebo and gardens. Close to the airport, but no noise issues. Would stay at this location again.
I was extremely pleased with this location. The overall experience was excellent. Wish I had this hotel as my accommodation throughout my whole vacation. Breakfast offering was over and above any hotel I've ever stayed at. Internet service was a welcome relief as we attended to our tasks. Friendly staff, great looking hotel and room was very clean. The price was dirt cheap for everything you had to offer. I strongly recommend this location to anyone travelling. Definitely is going to remain on our favorite travelling hotels.
The room was clean, the ac worked and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was also adequate. The strawberry water at the front was a nice touch. The bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. Ive stayed at 2 other BW plus hotels and they were much nicer.
The customer service level at this location is amazing. After 8 years of visits never had an issue !!! From the time you enter the parking lot till the time you leave , the staff goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is memorable.
I chose this hotel based on the reviews and the price. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a hotel! The front desk staff was warm and welcoming, I got a call to check to see if everything was to my liking, the room was fresh and clean and had everything I needed! I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!
We were here for a family wedding. The room was very nice & the staff was very friendly & helpful. We will stay again when in the area.Very nice restaurant within walking distance. Also very close to the Mall of New Hampshire.
Loved the welcome we received when arriving at the hotel! The suite we were given was large and had many great aspects. Large tvs in living area and bedroom. Comfy furniture and great areas to move around in. Loved the brewery just across the parking lot!!!
It was amazing great people friendly and always asking if they could do anything or if I needed anything extra I would definitely stay there again next year if I'm going down because that was the best hotel stay ever
We stayed one night at this location and found it to be a very large facility which appeared to have many nice amenities but due to our short stay we didnt get to check them out. Our bed was VERY comfortable & the room was nicely appointed with a refrigerator. Overall we would stay here again. This looked like a VERY nice facility.
This hotel was a decent place to stay. The room was nice sized and had a table and chairs which worked out perfectly since we ordered pizza in. The staff was helpful and gave me several menus to places from which we could order food. The decor was a little outdated but that is the least of my worries.
Having never stayed at Best Western property I booked this one based on the reviews. The reviews were spot on as this is a very nice property indeed. It is clean, check in/ out was a seemless process, and the free breakfast was not pretty good as well. The slightly older lady that works breakfast is a real gem. This hotel is located close to the airport and basicly shares a parking lot with a brewhouse/pub. My family stayed here 6 nights and will not hesitate to do so again when/ if we return ti the area.
Our family stayed for one night with our 5 month old lab. I called to make the reservation as suggested on their website. The person was very friendly and helpful. Later when we checked in we were told all pets stay on the first floor close to the outside doors. That makes it so easy for this fur mom to take out our puppy in the middle of the night. Thank you hotel staff for making this a wonderful overnight stop for our family!
The BW Plus hotels have really created a hotel with a bit of wow factor at a reasonable price. There is an interesting restaurant a short walk away. My only gripe was a barking yap dog a door or 2 away. I love dogs and I think accepting them with patrons is fine IF they can section an area for only potentially noisy fur babies. We use BW because they ARE usually quiet. Any compensation for those of us that cherish our undisturbed sleep?
This place is great. Very clean. Helpful staff. Close to everything except a Denny's. I love this hotel. Truly, but on this trip I was there 3 days and was disappointed at every breakfast. The bacon and sausages could have been cooked at bit more. The taters were limp and lacked any crunch. It's like they were just microwaved. I don't blame the staff. It tasted like airplane food. They should review the process or the supplier. The same food was good during my previous trip. The coffee and the Make yourself waffles are good. Do stay there. There's restaurants where you can have breakfast in the area. My room had a comfortable chair and ottoman, but it pointed to the bed. We moved it in front of the desk and then we could watch the TV comfortably. I think the chair should be where the desk is and vice versa.
I stayed here one night in May for a bachelorette party. The room was really cold when I arrived although I didn't care because it was really hot outside at the time. However, given that it was early May, the temperature dropped at night. I returned back to my room around 2am and tried to adjust the temperature but it was locked. I did not want to complain this late so slept through it. When I woke up, I went to warm up in the shower and turned on the faucet to brown water. I immediately left much earlier than I anticipated, complained to the front desk who advised that the manager would be in touch. I never heard from anyone, I wouldn't advise staying here.
From the time of arrival to departure the friendly staff was superb. Accomodations and ammenities are simply put above the competition. Breakfast was terrific and filling. This was our second stay in this superb facility and we plan to be regulars when in tbe Manchster area. Only minutes to the airport, shopping, restaurants, I-293 and I-93 means convenience and ease of access.
I really, really enjoyed my stay here. Its a shame I was only there for two nights. The room was huge, very comfortable and clean. However the highlight of my stay was the staff who simply went out of there way to help with even the most normal requests. Its in a very quiet location but only a short drive from Manchester and Manchester Airport.
This hotel located close to Manchester, NH airport is an older structure, but it is very well maintained and the rate we received for a one-night stay was very reasonable. The breakfast is decent, the shuttle service is easily available, and there is a restaurant in the same parking lot for which you will receive a discount coupon. Not a bad stopping off point before you continue your journeys either to the airport or to the attractions of the New England area.
Comfortable stay. Enjoyed the waffles at breakfast! The kids loved the indoor pool. The hotel is a little bit out in the middle of nothing as far as location goes. But it was a pleasant stay, and I have no complaints.
This hotel is very conveniently located near the Manchester airport which is important when your flight lands at midnight. The facility is very clean and modern with a first class hot full breakfast. My room had hardwood floors which some may not like, but it was not a problem for me. Parking was plentiful and convenient, and the room very quiet.
There is nothing ugly or bad about this hotel. Very Neat and Clean. Friendly Staff, Quiet Location, Reasonably priced. Excellent Restaurant/Bar next door (not owned by Best Western). Hospitable staff. (I did not use the pool or the gym).
The hotel was very clean and the bed was fabulous. The breakfast buffet and afternoon cookies were good. I enjoy the hot tub after spending 7 hours driving. The infused water which was available all day was a nice touch.
Very Good Place for resting. Easy Startup with a good morning breakfast included for free. A good choice of buffet breakfast every day of the stay. The hot Jacuzzi is working till night with a swimming pool next to it.
Have not stayed in a Best Western for years. I felt like they just started going down hill. This facility was amazing. Clean facility, courteous staff, perfect location to the airport. Will stay here again if in the location, and will look at other Best Western Plus hotels in the future.
Room was immaculate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Grounds are very nice. Bed was comfortable. A bit dated in terms of furnishings a décor. While not part of the main drag in Manchester it is pretty close and easy to access.
Great stay! Great value, the staff was friendly and helpful, everything was clean, the location is convenient (close to the airport and walking distance to Backyard Brewery, which was delicious!), and polished exterior. I would definitely stay again.
Stayed this weekend for graduation from SNHU. Saturday after graduation we came back to the room and only one bed was made. Dirty dishes from breakfast we're still in the room and we did not have clean towels. I took the dirty dishes to the front desk and spoke with the manager and he said “sorry, we were all booked up last night and did not have time to clean the rooms” I told him that they made one bed?? And I did t think they left cleans towels. He said “go check and if you need towels you come down and ask for some”. Headed to the airport now and realized that whoever made the one bed took my anxiety medicine that I need for my flight.
I stayed here on a business trip and it was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable and very nice. The front desk staff made check in a breeze. This location offered a fantastic breakfast, not your average muffins and coffee only. I would not hesitate to stay here again!
Not very friendly staff when I was there. The outside was very dirty and needs a good cleaning. The room was actually decent and we slept fine but I don't think we would stay there again the next time we are in the area.
This was my Fiance's birthday getaway, its been years sense we have done anything I was saving for months on my credit card slowly paying it off to be able to have enough to spoil her with what was supposed to be an amazing getaway experience and have the best birthday of her life. Well it started with Friday night I got a phone call getting Fired from my Career of 10 years the night before we are supposed to leave (to late to cancel) so I decided not to tell her and wait to the end of the weekend and we will just have an amazing time. I bought Kevin Hart tickets for her birthday as well 2 months ago and I bought the best room you have. We can have the best time and be treated like Kings and Queens! Instead I got the opposite sense I walked in. I have an issue with my leg I need crutches (I was in a car accident) all the dolly's were used I asked if anyone could help me the man very rudely looked me up and down and said nope (probably because of what I was wearing) there is only 3 I guess your gonna have to make 2 trips! We get to the room which was great except the first night we went to get in the hot tub in our room and there was scum around the rim of the whole tub before we got in so I just cleaned it without telling my fiance because I didn't want her getting upset. The next morning was fine at breakfast we assumed they were going to clean the room sometime in the morning so we went to eat breakfast they were cleaning other rooms on our floor and came back upstairs. Then a few hours later around 1230Pm I called the front desk from my room and asked when they were going to clean my room because I asked the Cleaning lady's in the hallway next door and they both said they don't have my room(which doesn't make sense) so the front desk said we clean the rooms by 330Pm the latest but if you want we can have someone go clean your room now, so I said yes please now is good. We went downstairs around 1ish pm and I went to the front desk and confirmed again for the 3rd time because I said my toilet is also clogged she said we will send someone now I said great as long as it is done within an hour that is fine. So we went out gave them extra time came back with our dinner to enjoy in our expensive King whirlpool sweet I paid with my last dime on and we come back at 4pm. We get to our room with our hot food and cold drinks and the cleaning women is just now cleaning our sweet! Now we have to go all the way back down stairs ( with my crutches) and eat our dinner
always enjoy BW. a gym would be nice. Onsite restaurant would be nice. Better shower. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. It is situated a little far from amenities and other restaurants but not too far.
. If you are looking for the perfect hotel, this is it. Right next to the airport, the location couldn't be better. The staff go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable in every way! I stay at this hotel weekly and it feels like my second home.
This was our second time to stay at this location. On check in the staff at reception were very helpful in finding good dinner plan options. The room was comfortable. The mattress was quite firm - more firm than I would generally be comfortable on. The hotel did provide a great breakfast in the morning with a corned beef hash as a fresh alternative to sausage.
One of the best Best Westerns I've stayed at. Rooms are clean with plenty of room. Desk staff are friendly, helpful, and make the stay pleasant. Breakfast buffet is standard fair but each day there were small changes. Staff kept everything fresh and clean. Nice workout room. Pool might has too much chlorine but nice. They seem to have lots of rooms for conferences and other events. Room service is provided by the Backyard Brewery - great food. Easy to access from highway, quiet area. They have shuttle vans to airport.
The hotel is well situated, clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and take great care of the guests. The check in process was quick and easy. Our room was quiet and actually larger than some other hotel chains.
This hotel is outstanding! The staff is more than welcoming and friendly. They go out of their way to assist with any needs. It is close to restaurants, the airport and shopping. You won't be at a loss for things to do!
We ended up here after our first choice was full. Turned out to be fine, as we enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming. Our room was large, clean and had everything you need for a good stay. The bed was especially comfortable. Oh, and the cookies offered in the evening were delicious! We will definitely consider the Best Western again the next time we're in Manchester.
Stayed at this place on a way back. Very nice location, nice place. Room was good and stuff was very welcomed. They have a play room, but you need to have a coins to play there, pool was on a cold side, but you can use hut tub. Breakfast was fresh and delicious.
This is a clean and comfortable hotel with a kind and responsive staff and a good breakfast. The location is a little confusing but it is close to the airport without being on top of it and the dropoff/pickup service was fast and reliable.
Stayed at King suite with two kids for sports meet at huge room above main entrance. Liked breakfast, and that it starts at 6 am. Used pool and hot tub. Only concern - moldy tile on the floor around hot tub. Everything else was very good, would recommend. We were not impressed with the Brewery restaurant nearby recommended by staff.
We were scheduled to fly out early in the morning so decided to stay in a nearby hotel in Manchester, NH. It was beautiful! We asked if it was a new hotel and we were told that it was not but had been undergoing renovations. I was given a bag with 2 waters and some snacks for being a BW Rewards member. The room was clean and in excellent condition. We found that we could have a free shuttle to the airport. We requested a wake up call. The call and the shuttle were both on time. Would highly recommend this BW Plus.
This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel. I was impressed with the patience of Igor with my inability to login to my Best Western account. Bed was comfortable, room smelled and looked clean, did not use the pool so I can't comment on that. The walls are paper-thin. The breakfast was supposed to be served at 6 a.m. It did not fully come out until 6:10 which is a problem with me because I had to get to work. Many choices for breakfast. The scrambled eggs had a salty flavor for some reason. It had said bacon on the metal breakfast container when I came down to the breakfast area. But when it came out it, they change the sign and it was Canadian bacon and that personally I did not think looked very good. I did like the complimentary cookies and brownies and the strawberry infused water and newspapers.
I think it's wrong to charge for an extra person when you rent a room with 2 beds, the closet door was broken and hanging/ resting against the closet, the shower curtain rod was puked down and the curtain wouldn't stay closed. The pool and hit tub were full of unsupervised children. Or neighbors were very noisy but we didn't mind. But the consierge banged on our door at 12:30am and rinds is we would have to leave it'd they received another complaint. We were sleeping when this happened. I will never stay in this hotel again.
Service at the place is excellent! Stay here often and it is located right near airport. Good parking. Workout room, pool and breakfast included. Rooms always kept nice! Best Western has really stepped up. Very reliable for being consistent.
It was nice having the in-room jacuzzi, and the hotel was quiet. The bag of goodies upon arrival was nice too. However, I did not like the pillows -- no soft ones. Also, it appeared that the bed-side lights were not working. Or if they were, I could not figure out how to turn them on -- tried all the switches. Nice to have breakfast included -- pretty typical fare. Although it's near the airport, it felt like quite a drive (it was late and I think I took a wrong turn as well). Next time I need a hotel near the Manchester airport, I think I will try another place, but this is an OK option.
Staff were friendly, good restaurant close by, had a great sleep in a room with a king bed, was clean and quiet. breakfast was good. lots of parking available. came for a concert in derry, would stay here again
We were very satisfied with our experience at this Best Western. Liked the new colors . Everyone was pleasant helpful . Room was clean . Got onto the internet easily and it was fast . Housekeeping kept our room supplied with everything we needed . Enjoyed our 3 day stay . We will certainly recommend this place to our friends and family .
Had a nice quick stay for business. Clean rooms. very pleasant staff. Breakfast in the morning is definitely a plus. They have more then a crappy continental breakfast. They have a waffle bar, eggs, breads, cereals, & oatmeal's. Shared parking lot with a great brewery with food.
Staff was great app wrench was very nice the rooms were outstanding the bed was awesome to have sex on the place overall was great the pool was very clean the breakfast was great they had fresh coffee on all day and night.if you needed anything they got it for you in a timely fashion .
2 night stay, during outlet road trip Hotel is conveniently located, near mall, and other restaurants Room was clean, nice size and updated hot breakfast was adequate, but not a large selection overall good price for this type of hotel
The hotel is reasonably priced and a great value. The staff are very accommodating, and the welcome bag of goodies and afternoon cookies are nice perks. We would definitely stay hee again if and when return to Manchester.
The Best Western Plus is near the Manchester airport. A great place to stay if you are traveling through, as well as to enjoy the area. It has many amenities that would not be found in a discount hotel. It's far enough away from the heavy traffic areas, but close enough to enjoy the areas eateries and shopping. Very little or no noise from the airport, even it is a short ride to the airport. airport, The staff is very friendly and helpful to those not from this area. The rooms are clean and affordable.
My husband and I stayed for four days when visiting my sister's for Christmas. The hotel was very clean with a decent gym and very nice indoor pool. Our room was well appointed with a comfortable bed and was very quiet. We slept very well. Really appreciated that there were plenty of plugs, including an adapter in one outlet, for all our electronics and the wifi was a great connection and fast considering it was a hotel. I was also very impressed with the hot breakfast. There was a large selection including eggs, sausage and home fries and the pastries were of a better quality than usual. Good coffee too and there were actual ceramic plates! It was well-staffed and very clean and he attendants were very friendly and helpful. In fact, everyone on the staff was great! We will definitely be staying again when visiting my sister!
overall a good overnight Christmas eve stay, we appreciated the pet accommodations and full breakfast offerings...check-in seemed unnecessarily long, and our king room did not have a comfortable side-chair or small couch as expected...comfortable bed though, we would stay again and recommend!
One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Will stay again weather for work or leisure. Beautiful entrance and appearance. Rooms were perfect as well. Restaurant next door has great food. Looking forward to my next stay.
Travelled to area to pick up relative at Manchester Airport. Hotel rate was one of best in area for the date and an overnight stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. Would stay here again.
Excellent room on ground floor with good in room amenities. Satisfactory buffet breakfast and 24/7 coffee and beverage facilities. Extensive car parking facilities Very functional base for touring in the area
Excellent service, staff, and property. I enjoyed my stay and all the amenities. The hotel was 2.5 miles from the mall and within 10 minutes of where I was working during my stay. The room was clean and the hotel was modern. Would recommend.
Great staff, Great location! We always stay here because we know our stay will be pleasant. Close to highways(not too close)beautiful grounds, clean place, comfy beds. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Good choice all the way around:)
Facility was adequate. Room had a broken sofa bed that actually had a dangerous jagged frame bar. Control on heater/AC was antiquated and did not work effectively to control the temperature. Very dry in room when in operation. Pool was ok. Breakfast was good.
Have stayed here before, very nice hotel. Hotel is very easy to get to and is a couple miles away from hub-bub of Manchester which makes it quieter to stay there. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Exercise room is adequate; pool is nice; but hot tub is only set at 80 so is not much of a hot tub. Breakfast selection is good. When return to Manchester, will stay here again.
All aspects of my stay were excellent. The room was fine, the staff friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was fine. There was always cleaning going on in the hallways and if you had problems, I am sure they would have been dealt with accordingly.
Only in the hotel for about 9 hours . Room, Bed, Shower, were excellent. The breakfast as always was great. Just love the waffles. I would like to come back and check out the swimming pool and other amenities. Couple of miles off the interstate system but not hard to find via GPS. Located right next to a brewery that my niece loves.
Everyone was very nice and helpful at this hotel. I enjoyed the gym and the pool during my stay. My room was clean and it was very quiet. I did not even hear the guests in the next room. The hotel is in a very convenient location. i will be returning often.
Great value. there is about everything you need here. great for family with kids. free breakfast, swimming pool, gym, arcade, restaurant across the street.. and the service is EXCELLENT. people are very professional and kind.
We had rusty water bugs and no heat and when I checked out and told the front and desk clerk about that she seem to not care one bit that I had all these problems that your hotel I wish you would honestly address these issues in a prompt manner thank you I shouldn't have to sleep with bugs at a hotel
We stayed here after flying into Boston late and prior to travelling north the next day. Couldn't fault anything, typically Best Western, local bar/restaurant was good for evening food and the Best Western breakfast very good.
The facility was great, the service exceptional. Proximity to the airport was excellent. We were driven to airport and back by a very nice driver. A special request was taken care of very efficiently. We have NO complaints!
This was my second stay at this hotel for a weekend long conference, which can be demanding for any hotel. The staff were welcoming, courteous, accommodating, and friendly!!! They made the weekend that much more enjoyable! Always love getting the welcome bag for being a rewards member.
Stayed at BW for a weekend conference. Overall, staff was friendly and pleasant. When I called the front desk for extra towels, they arrived quickly. Bed comfort was only ok at best. Decor was dates, though sizable in-room mini-fridge and microwave was a VERY nice feature. Heating and Cooling system was touchy - and left the room extremely dry.
I am sorry to report that I felt the need to write this review. I arrived at this hotel after I attended a conference. I was booked into my room quickly and efficiently. Upon entering the room, there was a distinct odor that could not be overlooked. But, to not cause a problem, I didn't say a word. I was prepared to just stay there, after all, it was for only one night. However, after checking the bed... I had to ask for a change of room. A little back story... I always call the rooms right next to the stairways the "Murder rooms", completely as a joke, taken from horror/mystery movies. So I joked with my colleague about having been booked into the "Murder Room".... anyway, fast forward, I always check mattresses at hotels for bed bugs. I pull up the corners of the sheets to inspect the mattress seems. I was happy to see that this hotel had a zippered cover all around the mattress. But... as I continued looking around the mattress I came to the side closest to the bedside table between the two queen beds, and low and behold there was a massive stain that was probably coffee that someone had spilled after knocking a cup over next to the bed .. but... after the "murder room" jokes it looked way too much like blood, and in my opinion, is sufficient evidence to suggest that the covers were not being checked and/or changed. Thus the phone call to the front desk to change my room. To the hotel's credit, they apologized and gave us a new room. That room spelled several times better and there was no evidence a murder was committed the previous evening... plus we now had the added bonus of no longer being in the "Murder room", solved all the problems right?... Umm… nope… The next morning when I went to go shower I discovered a few "short curleys" (if ya know what I mean) in the tub right when I pulled back the curtain... ya... thanks but no thanks, I passed on showering that morning. Long story short, I won't be going back.
I have stayed at this hotel over a number of trips to the Manchester, NH area and have always tried to book the Hotel if it available. Rooms clean and staff is professional, courteous, and helpful. Breakfast is great, great selection and variety. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
Great location and quiet. Warm, friendly help. Large, clean room with an excellent breakfast. In fact, breakfast was the best we've had for this sort venue. More than fairly priced. We'll back here again, I hope.
We stayed here for one night for a function. This hotel is just not that great, the floors are awful laminate in the room, furniture is not great. If just seems like they did an update as cheap as possible and for the price for one night - I have stayed at better in Manchester for sure. The shower and water pressure were great, that was the highlight of our stay.
For the money we spent the phone should have worked, microwave broken, iron broken and water all over my clothes, noise above running around, heat issue and they did not send maintenance until I called twice
My wife and I stayed there three nights while visiting different site and places in the Northeast. It was a short drive to Boston and Salem. Also visited some covered bridges and enjoyed the pretty Fall foliage. The staff was really nice and helpful. Clean rooms with room service every day. Little better than average breakfast but some really good coffee every morning. Will stay again if we make it back to the area,
Stayed in a standard double queen room. Price was ok. Micro/fridge in the room. Beds/room/shower all fine, but a touch tired. Cookies in the lobby in the PM, great breakfast in the AM with New England Coffee! Hotel coffee is often dreadful, so this was amazing! Areas for improvement? The pool/spa. We jokingly referred to it as the cold pool and the warm tub. Our 4 year olds didn't even want to go into the pool and they swim at Maine beaches! Hot tub seemed to be at least 15 degrees too cold. Verdict: We would consider staying again. Great brewery restaurant across the parking lot and the desk gave us a coupon for it.
The state of New Hampshire should fine this hotel for robbery. Charging those prices for the squalor that you cAll rooms is criminal. I was honestly shocked at the state of the hotel. There is nothing the staff can do. It's not their faults they're employed in this seventh circle of hell you call a best western. These issues cannot be resolved without building a new hotel or demolishing this down to the studs and rebuilding. The rooms were filthy and smelled like old dank ashtrays and mildew. Against my advice my husband got into the hot tub, shortly after the jets were turned on he was surrounded by greasy scum that came out of the jets and coated the bath tub. Sickening. Honestly. The furniture looks like it came out of a charity thrift store dumpster. I didn't want to take off my shoes or sit on an upholstered chair. The hallway that is done in cheap wood laminate reverberated sounds all throughout the night. One of the worst hotel experiences I've had and I'm a frequent traveler. If my vacation wasn't ending the following day I would've immediately checked out. I feel completely robbed. I would've been better off sleeping in my rental car.
I was concerned at first that being near the airport it might be noisy. Not at all, found it very quiet, comfortable bed and great choices for breakfast. The outside landscaping is very welcoming and the restaurant next door made it easy to get a good meal after a long flight and late check-in. Love the chocolate cookies at night and the water with fresh strawberries floating in it in the morning. The thank you bag of snacks at checkout for being a Gold Rewards member was a nice surprise.
Decent priced hotel that is located near the airport. Tired room that could use updating. The vanity and sink is located outside the bathroom. The front desk clerk was very rude. I will not be staying here again.
We've stayed at many hotels and motels over the last few years but we always look for Best Western because we're never disappointed . Their facilities are always extremely clean inside and out. Extremely comfortable and a good value.
I was here 3 nights and was pleased with everything about the hotel. Rooms included a microwave and mini-fridge. The breakfast was amazing - great choices and delicious to eat. I was attending a conference at this hotel and the catering was great.
A beautiful state to visit during the Fall Foliage Season. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the heart of Manchester. On S. Willow, a main avenue, with a Longhorn Restaurant and a Japanese Sushi Restaurant close by. It is a large conference center with many amenities and cookies and beverages served every afternoon at 4:00. Manchester has the Currier Museum which is a gem to visit. Many of the main highways lead to Manchester making it a transportation mecca. You must visit Lake Winnipsauke and Mt. Washington while you visit. I definitely recommend this hotel.
We stayed in mid-October and the foliage all around the property was marvelous, as was the hotel. I appreciated all of the fresh fruit options at breakfast and enjoyed the breakfast pastry. Also delicious cookies when we checked in. We will definitely stay there again.
This hotel impresses because of the attention to details. As you drive in, the beautiful landscaping catches your attention, then the staircase in the lobby impresses. The staff is efficient and helpful and then the room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast has a large selection of delicious food.
The staff at this hotel made all the difference. Their level of hospitality and professionalism was high grade. The grounds were surprisingly peaceful. And the restaurant was quite good - unique and delicious options. Especially good was the quality, amount and variety of foods at the conference meals. Only the dirty carpet and a few maintenance items needing attention were on the down side.
Had a conference here and the site was beautiful close to airport and shopping, but mostly I was so happy with the knowledge of gluten free. They even use gluten free rolls for all their events for all the guests, and non-gluten free conference goers didn't know the difference. It was clean and everyone was friendly.
Best Western is our go to hotel when travelling in the US and Canada and this one is another example of why we choose BW. The hotel is quaint and the grounds beautifully maintained. The staff was helpful and the "goody bag" for rewards members was a pleasant surprise. Check in and check out was quick. The room was spotless and bed very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a nice variety of options. The breakfast area was also well kept. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to visit again.
Came to town just to see a old friend. Very friendly person at the front desk and helped us out. She had us join the Rewards Program and explained. It was a huge room and very comfortable ad clean. Breakfast was good, too. Many choices. Second time we have stayed Here.
Being set back and having the Brew House next door were real pluses. I noticed we weren't the only ones in need of transport to Airport before their shuttle starting time of 5:00 AM. BW might consider starting at 4:00 AM. The places closer to airport with 24 HR shuttle service aren't as nice and seemed more expensive,
The staff are very friendly, the hotel is overall nice, the beds are ( and smell) clean, good breakfast too. the downside would be that the carpet can be cleaner. Good value for the $. Verdict: I would revisit it.
The hotel is clean and well cared for. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was 10 minutes from the airport, and they had a shuttle that took us there. In the next parking lot, there is Backyard Brewing, which also deliveres to your room if you don't want to walk over there to eat. We would definitely stay there again!
Very enjoyable experience. My room was very clean. Shower was hot. Bed was comfortable. An the breakfast was immaculate. The people that checked me in were phenomenal as well. Can't wait to come back.
We stayed here for a NASCAR race and were pleasantly surprised. The grounds are beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the room was great. The price was excellent given that it was a race weekend - we didn't feel we were charged extra like many of the other hotels we considered (and it's only 35 miles to the track in Louden).
Best breakfast we have had in a hotel. Room was very clean. We had our pup with us and he was very comfortable as well. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, including the manager. Beautiful place to stay. I will be back
Very nice high quality hotel in quiet setting with nice, quiet and peaceful rooms with a picturesque,Wedding Friendly Lobby Courteous, friendly staff and an overall pleasant stay. Convenient distance to Airport, nice dining and shopping.
I stayed her overnight on a business trip. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The flooring in the hallway is wood laminate, which looks good but my foot steps were pretty loud. This did not seem to be a problem as I did not hear anyone outside my room through the entire stay. Breakfast runs 6-10 on weekdays, it smelled good but I just missed it. There is a brew pub within walking distance, I was given a coupon for it but ended up having food delivered. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The Infinity cable service offered more than enough options on the TV. I definitely would stay here again.
Everything amenity or fixture was installed perfunctorily but offered almost no utility. There was some work around needed for everything, turning on a light, adjusting the temperature, keep the tub drain open, or using a wall socket. The most satisfying part was when I finally got to drive away.
Enjoyed my stay, room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Grounds were beautiful. The breakfast was much more than I expected, the food was hot, and the taste was more that I thought it would be, the staff kept the table cleared and washed clean after each use, and the food was replenished quickly when empty.
Came to visit family. Stayed two nights. Had stayed here before. Was not disappointed. Check in was quick and easy. Had already been upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub. Liked the little welcome gift, water and some snacks. The rooms are slightly dated, but they are immaculate. The room was enormous, we never felt crowded. Breakfast was plentiful. Usual assortment, cereals, breads, waffles, etc. I love the all day coffee/tea/fruit water offerings. Nice touch. Plenty of parking. Nearby to restaurants, gas stations, the mall. Found the best rates on the best western website.
The location of the hotel near the White Mountains is great and the hotel itself is excellent. Over the past twenty years or so we've stayed at the hotel dozens of times and have always found it an enjoyable experience!
Our overall rating would have been higher but for the dreadful service and quality of food we received from restaurant which sits nearby the hotel. But first to the hotel itself and the staff. The hotel is of a high standard, clean, well designed with ample parking and a good selection of food for breakfast. The staff and especially those who were working the evening we arrived could not have been more professional and helpful. A credit to the company! Had we just been scoring the hotel and staff we would have given 100% However we also visited their restaurant which is only a short walk. We ordered some drinks and food but when my drink order did not arrive I explained to the waitress that we had come a long distance and were tired and could they bring my drink and our food as soon as possible. Our order arrived soon after, but we then discovered that the french fries were very cold and part of my son's battered fish was hollow with nothing but batter. The waitress apologised and eventually returned with 'replacements' as she was about to leave my wife noticed that we had not been given cold slaw which she believed was on the menu. The waitress assured us it was not part of the meal and as we no longer had menus in front of us and were even more tired we reluctantly accepted what she said. She returned a few minutes later with the slaw and said she and the chef had made a mistake. As we began to eat our meal my son noticed a large hair attached to the batter of his food and I immediately asked to speak to the manager about all that we had gone through A lady approached us and stated she was the manager and was fully aware of what had taken place and 'would take care of the bill' I explained that as had only eaten 4 french fries and were unwilling to eat anything else it was the least she could do! I also informed her that we were very unhappy with their service and quality and as Platinum members we would be writing to Best Western about our experience. To my amazement the manager became very indignant and stated 'that as I have taken care of the bill it is very unfair of you to contact the company' We quickly left the restaurant and informed the hotel staff of what had just happened. They apologised on behalf of the company and asked if there was anything they could do to help We were so tired by this stage we ended up having coffee and cookies for our evening meal It is by far the worse experience we have ever had from this company which we have used on many occassions and I WILL be writing to Best Western direct!
I've stayed at this hotel several times. Never been disappointed. Stayed from 7th to 11th. Very comfortable. Near everything. Very nice rooms and breakfast is exceptional. I highly reccomend this, hotel when you are in Manchester. Close to,airport too.
The hotel & room were clean and well maintained. Staff was very cooperative, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and food fresh. The experience was pleasant and enjoyable. Location provides easy access to highway.
Best Western Plus Executive Inn & Conference Ctr in Manchester, NH - great location, really nice place. Has a great brew pub with good food right on the grounds. Nicely appointed rooms, with a fridge and very comfrtable beds. Very clean, tub and toilet separate from a double sink. Free wi-fi, breakfast, pool and health club. Had a great visit with family from midwest - we stay here every year!
Its been almost a year now and I can't believe I let this much time go by without taking time to write reviews of the places we stayed an attractions we visited last fall. Now we are planning a return trip to the north east. We spent two nights at the Best Western Plus Executive Court Inn and found the accommodations were first rate. The room was clean and the staff was extremely professional and courteous. The restaurant next door was one of the best meals that we had on our entire trip. Trust me, you don't have to be on the edge of the coast to have a great meal. Please let me recommend the scallops, because they were the best I have had in quite some time. Our stay in Manchester couldn't have been nicer because of BW and it's staff. thank you so much. TC
Excellent value for the money! I would go back in a heartbeat, the staff was very good and they were very attentive to your needs. The overall Hospitality experience was wonderful and I will come back again thank you very much for all that you do.
After staying for 4 nights, we decided to extend our stay for 2 nights and the staff honored the same rate, even thought it was a holiday weekend. During the long drive home to NY we thought we left medication in the room--Had to call the hotel from the road, and they went above and beyond to check the room and also check lost and found while I was on hold. (We eventually found it in our bag!) Staff was excellent, room was very nice, clean and quiet and the breakfast was pretty good too. All in all a great stay and we would definitely stay again!
This Best Western Plus has really step things up for the Best Western Chain of Hotels. I would normally past by a Best Western when searching for hotels online but after staying at this hotel I will give the plus a absolute A plus.
Whenever I am in Manchester, NH, I stay at the BWP. Great staff, great indoor pool (I am an aquatic exercise nut), great location, and good price point. Excellent long term parking on site, when I use Manchester Airport.
Enjoyable stay. Disappointed with pool temperature. Hot tub was great. Free breakfast was pretty good. Cookies in the lobby after 4:30. Room darkening curtains worked extremely well. Very pleasant staff!
Staff was friendly and accommodating! Nice and clean hotel. Next door to The Backyard Brewery which some of us visited and was a great place too. Will most likely go back the next time we go up to visit my brother and his family.
over all great experience's, Room's were clean, overall hotel was clean. Everyone we meet were super nice and helpful. Picked us up at airport, were there in no time and very friendly and even offered us places to go see while we were there. So we would definitely stay again, It was much nicer than some resorts we stay in . So I give them a thump's up.
I stayed in an ada approved room. Which was in need of repair. The shower seat was pulled out from the wall 2 inches,You could see it was not safe to seat on. I had to shower in my wheel chair, no fun. The water pressure was so poor coming out of the hand held shower, it was difficult to shower. You would have thought the maids would have report the problems. The breakfast was poor quality. I would not stay there again.
We loved the room (2 queens suite), the pool area and the fitness center. Not 5/5 because the breakfast. We were there 4 nights and each morning it was the same story: the 3 women working in the breakfast area spend most of their time in the kitchen with cell phone in hand and we have to ask for refilling.
I stayed at the hotel for three nights and also attended and Education Seminar for three days at the Conference Center. The hotel stay was great - the room was nicely decorated and the bed comfortable. However the best part were the staff - the front staff took the time to answer questions and were very friendly - and the staff at the Conference Center who served the food were wonderful they cared about our needs and wanted everything just right - you don't see that quality and attention to detail that much anymore. Thank you!
Best Western was an excellent location for a family wedding get together. The hotel was clean, the staff very helpful, and we all enjoyed the facilities. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone planing this type event.
We had a great weekend getaway. Best Western was just what we needed. Thank you for your accommodations. The room was clean and quiet. Great for some needed R&R. We hope to return again in the Fall or Winter.
I stay here every time I am in the area. I am always made to feel welcome and appreciated. The rooms are clean and anytime there is a problem which is not often it is fixed asap. Breakfast is great and so are the cookies at night. One nice touch is the infused water in the lobby
Place was clean, comfortable. Staff were friendly. Had inside pool and game room as well as gym that I didn't have a chance to use. Enjoyed the rocking chairs that were outside the front door. Grounds were pretty. Plenty of parking.
The hotel is clean but dated, the bathroom in my room had torn wall paper and the bed was a little on the lumpy side. The restaurant was good but overpriced for the size of the servings. The elevator was painfully slow . The free breakfast is average at best.
My husband and I have been staying at the Best Western over 8 years when there are functions at the Executive Court which is right next door, walking distance. We love that they have breakfast which is included.
Nice hotel, with great amenities. Breakfast was superb and the pool, gym were good. Loved the grounds and the grounds décor. Great facility. The staff were very helpful and great. The price was also affordable.
This hotel was a wonderful experience for us. We were greeted with a smile, gift bag filled with goodies and invited to join the Best Western Rewards, which we did. From beginning to end this stay was a very special experience for my husband and I. Next time we plan a trip to New Hampshire, we will call this property first to check on rates and availability.
Beautifully groomed grounds surround this Best Western Plus Hotel...I felt like I was at a spa. The free breakfast was very good and had a good variety for all ethnicities to choose from. They offer delicious homemade cookies and brownies for guest in the afternoons...Did I say DELICIOUS<3 !!!!!
I attended an arbitration held at this hotel and stayed the night before. The room was fine and of ample size. The conference room facility was large, although it was in the basement of the hotel along with the gym, the pool, and the laundry. Breakfast is included at this hotel but I would not recommend it. I had cereal which was mis-labeled as a different brand from what I believed i was getting. The eggs seemed to be processed or frozen. In my room the air conditioning was a little deceptive as the wall unit instructed the user to use the wall control. Nothing worked. When I called the front desk I was instructed to utilize the unit's controls even though the instructions say not to use them. I would recommend that each room with that issue should be marked better. It appears that this hotel may be the best in the area.
Not sure that I want to share how my family and I appreciate this hotel. This BW is not your Ritz Carlton and some of the decor is dated - but I was told it's being updated. HOWEVER - its kept really clean... in a safe area and you really do get 5 star treatment with customer service excellence.
This was an overnight trip to attend a Wedding at the home of a family member. To book it was quick and simple. The hotel was clean inside and out! The room was like new and spacious. The room came with free breakfast which was fantastic--everything was fresh and hot --and no waiting around for the staff to refill anything. The staff never got in the way when it came to Ge ting your food--the same staff was polite and courteous to the guest. The only downside was the strong smell of chlorine throughout the first floor and in the elevators from the pool on the lower level. We did not have the opportunity to eat at the new restaurant that was recommended by the staff and who dies the room service orders --maybe next time.
Pros: Professional and courteous staff. House Keeping is on top of keeping the rooms clean. Affordable. Visually appealing. Cons: The guest rooms are getting run down and have several minor issues that tend to add up. Hire or expand the handy man staff. The breakfast buffet is hideous. Our group of 20+ ended up going down the road for breakfast to get better food. Frozen Egg paddies that are thawed out? No thanks. No Bacon? No thanks. Up the quality of this offering and get a cook on duty to handle this process. Currently it comes off cheap and what you get does not hit the spot........at all. Those two cons get addressed and the place is a good solid 4 star rating.
We had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was above average. The pool and hot tub were well used by us. The grounds were manicured and provided a a pleasant space to relax, read and stroll. If at all possible, we WILL use Best Western for our future vacations and break-away-experiences.
Great trip. Stayed a few days to golf - perfect location. Loved the bed and jacuzzi. Breakfast was very convenient and nice to have included. The food was okay...your typical complimentary breakfast food. We will go there again.
Good location, easy in easy out, very nice restaurant on site, quiet setting, well groomed grounds. We were visiting family in Manchester, and this hotel was located only a few miles away. Easy access to I293 and Rt 101.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The decor was nice. The outside garden was beautiful. We were there to attend a wedding. Overall one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at.
Staff were exceptionally accommodating as we were part of a wedding guest party. The rooms were modern, clean, comfortable with refrigerator and coffee machine. The bed was extremely comfortable! The price was very reasonable given the generous size of the room and the high end bath products provided . Location was good, set back from main road so it was quiet. We did not use the swimming pool. Breakfast was OK.
I have always stayed at Marriott brand hotels, and this was my first experience with Best Western Plus. I was very pleased with everything at the Best Western Plus hotel, in fact so pleased, I will be seeking out Best Westerns whenever I travel.
Great staff, clean, and friendly! Food for breakfast was different every day and equally yummy. Lots of variety for all appetites. They put out cookies in the lobby for the afternoon slump and provide for all types of guests from business to family. One family had a take out dinner in the breakfast room and the hotel accommodated them with grace. Great stay!
I stay here 2-3 times a month, and this hotel is one of my favorite Best Westerns to stay at. The staff is always professional, courteous, and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, There are lots great places to dine close by. Their breakfasts are always very good, with a great selection to choose from. It is a great way to start a day. This hotel is a great value for my money.
We stay at this Best Western on our trips to Maine every two years. We fly out of Manchester back home, so it is only a one night stay. We have never been disappointed in the cleanliness, hospitality or the food.
Everything about my stay at the Best Western Plus was a pleasant surprise. I checked in easily with a very pleasant receptionist who in addition to getting me checked in, arranged for a shuttle to get to the bus station the next morning. The room was spacious, spacious, very clean and the king size bed was most comfortable. I also appreciated the mini fridge and microwave oven. The next morning I used the workout and weight room and after getting cleaned up, I enjoyed the breakfast of an omelet, sausage and potatoes as well as pretty decent if not fabulous coffee. In addition, they were very helpful in trying to track down a misplaced item. (must have fallen out of my bag at Logan airport.) All in all a most acceptable stay. I'll definitely be back#
We had to change rooms b/c our room started to smell like someone was smoking in it. Not sure if it came from another room or outside & somehow vented into our room. We were upgraded to a suite. However, the suite air conditioning unit in the living room area would not adjust so it was always btw 59-61 degrees! Freezing!
Hotel was clean, rooms a little dated, but cleanliness is whats important to me. Breakfast is EXCELLENT, lots to choose from and great quality. Staff is SUPER friendly and welcoming. Nice pool, hot tub and fitness area.
Had a one night stay at the BW+ and were completely satisfied. Check in was super fast and welcoming. Friendly staff throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and fresh. All day coffee/tea and fresh fruit water is a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent, many choices of hot and cold items. Modern updated hotel. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
We couldn't be more pleased with our stay. This was the first time will use this hotel and we couldn't be more happy. Our room was nice and clean and comfortable no complaints at all staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The free hot breakfast was amazing and it changed daily so you weren't always stuck with the same thing day after day. The stuff for the breakfast made sure everything was full and rotated everything was fresh and perfect. We also like the game room it was a lot of fun to just go and play pool or video games the pool was clean the only downside to the pool is it only 4 ft deep and its entirety we would have liked it better if it was started at 3 foot and went as deep as 6ft or more. During our stay the elevator closest to our room broke down and for the rest of our stay we had to walk farther to the second elevator that would be the only negative thing we would have to say about this hotel. We will definitely be using this hotel anytime we are in the area. Overall our experience was amazing and we couldn't ask for more.
The staff at checkin and checkout were very nice, helpful and courteous. Everything and everywhere in the hotel was spotlessly clean, thanks to all of the housekeepers. The beds and pillows very comfy. My only complaint was that the temp. control didn't work. I couldn't turn the temp. lower. I didn't say anything until checkout because was unpacked and didn't feel like changing rooms. I did tell the staff at checkout and they were very concerned. I know they will fix it. That being said, I will stay there again if I have to go to to Manchester NH again.
Super friendly staff, clean comfortable room and amazing free hot breakfast with a niffty waffle maker and berries, warm syrup to put on them!! Enjoyed my stay!! They offer fresh baked cookies in the lobby every day too!! It is a just 2 miles out of the hustle and bustle which I also liked..quiet.
The hotel is large. Our room was very nice. Breakfast was good. The welcome bag was unexpected, fun, and appreciated. What was missing? Welcoming and friendly staff. Not a one wore a smile or seemed like they were happy to be there.
I booked a room on a travel site and was quoted 245 with taxes and fees. When I checked in the woman told me it would be 274. My husband decided we would stay another night. When we spoke to the woman at the front desk she said my card would not be charged any extra money for the third night. Well it was, before my husband could put the extra money in my account. This caused my account to overdraw. And there were four different amounts being held as pending charges. When we checked out the total was 386. They put that as a pending charge. The next day the money was taken from my account, but the 386 pending was still on my account. It stayed on my account for 8 days after I checked out. I spent a week in PA after I left there and had to have my husband deposit money into my account twice because Best western had almost 400 dollars of my vacation money tied up. I was unable to see most of the attractions in Philadelphia because of lack of funds. Thankfully I had purchased tickets and meal plans for Hershey park in advance or my grand daughter and I would have starved. If you stay here pay with cash upon check in. The carpets were dirty, and one section of flooring on the second floor felt like it was a hole covered by carpet.
This hotel would be a three star and at a three star level it's pretty good. A bit of mould in the bathroom and it is located in an isolated area but for $99/night for 2 queen beds and including breakfast, I thought it was a pretty good deal! Definitely not a destination hotel but a great stop over. Restaurant is across the parking lot and while the decor was very dark and dated, the service was excellent and the food was home made and quite delicious.
We spent one night there and the hotel was excellent from service to cleanliness. Room was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel at reasonable price. Close to airport. Highly recommend this hotel!!!
This property is wonderful. Grounds are stunning and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. My room was very well appointed, clean, comfortable and all the amenities I could need. Complete with a fridge and microwave. I would highly recommend this hotel for any of your stays or events.
Entire motel was very clean. The room was a nice size and comfortable. Close to airport. The room was quiet. Shuttle service to the airport was quick and departed on time. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests and suggestions on restaurants.
Audrey the desk clerk at check-in was awesome. She took our needs into consideration and offered alternative room arrangements as we had reserved our room thru a 3rd party and they had placed use in a room which did not meet our needs. Breakfast was fantastic with multiple options and very filling. I have not stayed at a Best Western in many years but the plus facilities appear to be top notch. Still a budget friendly facility but with several perks to make your stay more enjoyable. Only issue many of the video games in the the game room did not work but I really wasn't there to play Pac-Man jr.
We received a free upgrade to a huge room and thuroly enjoyed it, the breakfast was terrible, the eggs where like rubber and the hash browns wherent cooked. The machine for change in game room was broken so you couldn't use the game room.
We stayed there for one night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic but clean. We had a good/fun breakfast, we were able to make our own waffles which was fun. The location is out of town but it is nice and quiet.
The bed was very comfortable, and I am one that can rarely say that. The only thing that would make this room better would be a microwave. The Wi-Fi was good. The room was clean. The room was a little warm before I turned down the thermostat. They set it high.
The receptionist was not helpful, stood behind another guest for 5-10 minutes with my toddler waiting to check out as they chit chatted and I had to finally interrupt them. The shower in our room wouldn't drain so we had to stand in dirty water while we showered. The pool was absolutely digusting and the area around the pool looked like it had been cleaned for months, dead bugs, dirty towels laying around everywhere, band-aids, the jacuzzi had a brown tint to the water. The walls are paper thin and the room next to us had their tv as high as it would go and were so loud that we couldn't get to sleep until after midnight. Definitely not worth the price at all. You get what you pay for. Completely unmsatisfied.
I've stayed a few times at this hotel for my child's swim meets at the Raco pool. Staff has always been friendly and competent. Rooms are always very clean, beds are always comfortable. Breakfast is better than most budget hotel breakfasts, as they offer chili, cheese sticks, other items not offered at other budget hotels. Breakfast area is clean and staff keep food items well stocked. TV and wifi are great. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accommodation to anyone.
The hotel was clean and comfy, had to turn our own air conditioner on but cooled the room right down. Upon check in we were given a bag with water and a few sweets as well as a crunchy snack, cookies and water were also available in the lobby. Breakfast was ok, checkout was fast and easy.
Hotel was excellent in every way, very clean and up to date, n every way, staff polite & helpful, very good food at breakfast, adequate parking, grounds and building very neat, internet worked well, everyone very professional, had no problems or issues with this visit.
This is a great hotel, with great staff, excellent gym facility and a restaurant and brew house next door. The rooms were very nice and the food and beverage selection at the restaurant was great. I had the filet and it was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.
We stayed here for our daughter's wedding. A lot of us! The hotel staff were extraordinary. First rate, actually, and I am very picky as I travel a lot for work. They could give the 4 Seasons a run for their money in terms of customer care and service. Very impressive! I wish there was someone to help with bags and luggage. I wish the bedding (mattress and pillows ) were more upscale. And the bathrooms need updating. Having said all that it was a wonderful stay.
This is about the only place I visit for work where my bride comes along! We both love the hotel, the gardens are beautiful, though they do need a bit more attention to make them exquisite. The staff is always excellent to us, and we stay here 2 - 3 times per year. You can't go wrong with a stay here! Just a note - why Chili-con-carne on the breakfast menu everyday? That is the crock pot that used to hold my oatmeal, and now I have to eat instant oatmeal!
Great location, off the beaten track. The grounds are lovely, flower gardens for weddings, plus the hotel is surrounded by woods. You would never know you are minutes away from the airport. Never have to worry about parking space when I bring my trailer, plenty of space even when the hotel is booked full. Rooms always spotless, staff the best. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
A nice clean room and bathroom with good toiletries. Comfortable bed. But : corridor noise can be clearly heard; noise travels between rooms; the breakfast offering is poor (3/10). There was a good fruit and yogurt selection but the hot offering was poor quality and the English muffins were awful. Coffee ok. We would not return.
This is the second time that we have stayed here. Both times was to attend nephews graduation. The room and staff was excellent. We have a service dog.,There were no questions or hassels. The room was excellent, very clean with no smells as to other animals. The staff very friendly. The welcome bag was a really nice surprise.
Excellent housekeepers - this is the cleanest hotel! I stayed at a more expensive hotel and it wasn't nearly as clean or well appointed. After driving 8 hours, it was a treat to stay at this Best Western. I will stay there again and I highly recommend it to others.
First Time At Best Western. Check In Was Very Good Very Polite. Bed Was Ok. Jacuzzi Stopper Was Not Working. I'm Very Happy That You Had Pergo Floors Put In. Which Made It Much More Cleaner Than Carpet. Over All Stay Was Average For The Money.
Thank you for the upgrade to a suite. Very efficient, nice hotel for a very good price with full breakfast. Restaurant next door is only fair. Very convenient to airport with free van. Also enjoyed the indoor pool for some late night exercise.
I booked my stay through Booking.com two months prior to my stay. In that span of time, the credit card I had used to book was subsequently used to pay for Uber rides in Africa, so essentially, my reservation was being held with a cancelled card. So that being said, I received a call en route to New Hampshire asking if I was coming to stay. Of course I was although the credit card issue wasn't discussed. I asked to make sure there would be a shuttle to the hotel because of my late arrival I was assured that a neighboring hotel would be able to pick me up. So I arrived, picked up my luggage and called the hotel to be picked up only to be informed that there is no shuttle. The desk clerk suggested that I either call a cab or wander through the airport to look for a car service to bring me to the hotel. After calming myself down at 1:45 a.m., I wandered over to the rental car counters and very fortunately was able to pick up the car that I was supposed to pick up later that morning. I checked in and was essentially shamed by the clerk because the card I had used to book was declined(cancelled). So I gave the clerk another card and was asked why I wasn't using the same card I had used for the reservation??? Doh, because I cancelled it? So I arrived in my room and was greeted with one of the two queen beds with the pillows piled up like someone had watched tv. There was also a butt print on the bed, used towels in the bathroom and trash in the waste basket. So at 3 a.m., I was fortunate enough that the other queen bed looked pristine, and to bed I went. So at check out, I asked to speak to the manager and was told that there wasn't really one. Oh, lest I forget that the hot breakfast items were tepid at best. So I was charged half price for the room and was told that someone was probably moved to a different room and the room wasn't flagged properly in the computer. Sorry, but I expect more from the Best Western brand than I experienced. Figure out the shuttle problem, the shaming clerk and miscommunications throughout this experience. By the time I hit the hopefully clean bed, I was up for thirty six hours and would have appreciated simple, basic service.
Had a great place to stay for our trip at the NHRA Epping New England National Hotel staff great room great Offered a rebate to the closest restaurant The Yard Food Was also great and price Too We Will most likely go back next year maybe for a 3 night stay next New England National Epping NHRA
Pretty average overall - nothing exceptional, but also nothing terrible. Rather clean overall. Nice sized indoor pool, but cold for an indoor pool. Nice spa pool. Decent gym, but some equipment was not in working order. Construction on 3rd floor restricted elevator use, which made it difficult hauling luggage up steps, but it is what it is. Room thermostat did not seem accurate with temperature reading, and would turn itself on even when turning the fan OFF. Breakfast was ok, but instant eggs were not very appetizing. All parking was located behind the hotel, which was a bit odd, but not really inconvenient. Overall, nothing exceptional, but not a bad experience.
Good times great place to stay between staff great amenities and great breakfast nice pool easy access offered a razor and shaving cream because I forgot mine at no charge not many places would do that made you feel important
I've been at this hotel many times, and I'm always pleased. The location is great for easily getting to the airport as well as destinations in all directions. Clean rooms, friendly staff. My only suggestion is that you book the room directly through the Best Western site. I booked through an online site so I didn't get BW points... Same price.
My husband flies into Manchester, NH every five weeks and works near Merrimack, NH. I went with him this time since I have never been to NH. Location was great. We was able to stay with our 9 month old puppy and took her to All Dog day care camp during the day. I was able to explore the area while my husband worked. Had to pick up the dog by 6:30 pm. All worked out great. The hotel has restaurant called The Yard. They even delivered to our room for a small fee. Convenient and good food. Front staff helped me find places to explore with my schedule. They printed out directions every day. I suggest the art museum in Manchester. I also enjoyed the Shaker Village in Canterbury and learned some history of the area. There was lots of hiking trails. The mall near the hotel offered great massages.
I am disabled and I was put in a room that was the furthest from the front and I couldn't walk to the restaurant for meals. The front desk staff was very unfriendly. There was no tissues in the room and when I asked for some I was delivered a roll of toilet tissue.. I would not stay at the hotel again
We have stayed at. this hotel 7 times out of 8 in the last 8 years. Only missed one year because there were no rooms available. You need to reserve in advance if you want a room. We stayed 5 days all of which were enjoyable. Beds are comfortable and guest rooms and common areas were very clean.
Fine property in spacious grounds with good parking. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Heating/air conditioning is somewhat temperamental.the buffet breakfast works well. Front desk staff are very efficient and friendly
We have stayed here numerous times while our daughter attended a nearby college. It is home away from home to us. We have always been given our choice of rooms. When the hallway we used to stay in became the "Pet friendly area", the staff went out of their way to accommodate due to my allergies. We've recommended this great hotel and friends have been just as pleased as we.
Stayed on the third floor may 19 7 20, 2017. The hallways are under construction; that's ok but they just threw down some pieces of carpet on the floor and they are all filthy. We all need plenty of wall outlets for our devices but you won't find them here. All of the plugs are hidden behind heavy furniture. Worst of all is the paper thin walls. My first night I listened to my neighbor's tv until midnight and someone coughing all night. The next night they had a party until 2:00am. the sound deadening is none existent.
You can tell this hotel thinks highly of it's customers! They give attention to detail and make you feel very welcome!! Front desk was quick to check me in and the restaurant was great. Food dishes were huge so bring your appetite. Constant upgrading is very noticeable!
Second time staying at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Pretty, clean, and safe! Fantastic breakfasts. I wanted to take the bed home with me I slept so well each night. Even with the hotel full on the weekend my room was quiet. Great place and great staff!
Best Western has always satisfied our every need! Wheter we stay at a Best Western Plus or the Best Western, we have never been dissatisfied. This was a BW Plus and it was truly excellent! The breakfast was enjoyed by everyone in our family from a 4th grader to me, a senior citizen! The pool & hot tub was a wonderful entertainment for the entire group of 8 regardless of age. The teens enjoyed the game room and exercise room also. A wonderful experience!
Great stay following a great event at The Executive Court Center. Strongly recommended if you need a place to rest. Room was very clean and comfortable. Huge king size bed.. Staff was beyond friendly. Great parking accommodations. Easily reached off S. Willow St. Our second time staying there, and we will surely stay there again next time we stay overnight in Manchester.
Stayed down the road for a day and that will be the last time for that place so here we are to try this place out and it was very good except for one night when the next room over decided to play their TV loud till 3 in the morning.. Next day I went to the front desk with 3 ladies there and all 3 were very nice and listened to my concern. They offered another room and I declined and they said they will talk to them. Well about 7pm that night I got a call from the front desk and the lady said they couldn't get ahold of them so they want to move me to another room so our last night there we can have a great night sleep. The lady at the front desk insisted to deliver the new keys so she brought them up to me and must of apologized about a dozen times.. I told her it was not her fault and thanked her. We travel to NH usually quarterly so goodbye Sleep in and hello Best Western Plus.
My Husband and I have stayed here on numerous occasions. We Booked May 3 to the 6 .Thursday came back to room at 4:00 Bed never made ,Coffee not replaced Trash was emptied.Friday arrived back in Room around 2:3o Bed not made ,Trash full ,Towels still on Bathroom Floor .I personally went to Desk asked for Towels .Women at Desk very rude said maybe they haven't gotten there .I said well they didn't Yesterday either .She goes well was there a do not disturb sign .No there wasn't !! Well you want me to send someone down (no I'm all set my husband emptied Trash and got more cups .Very disappointed in this visit .
Nice hotel from the time we pulled into the parking lot, entered the hotel and checked in by friendly staff. Room was clean. Liked that it included a microwave, small refrigerator, iron and hair dryer. Had a small coffee maker but would have preferred a keurig (not that it changed our 5 star rating). Included breakfast which was wonderful. It offered everything from cereal, bagels, pastries to eggs, pancakes, waffles. Yogurt, cheese, fruit, juices. They included everything! The microwave we had was a little temperamental so they immediately replaced it. This was the first time staying in a Best Western and now we will not stay in any other hotel. Would highly recommend!
I stayed here for a training class in the area and was very pleased with shuttle service to and from the airport. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, I truly enjoyed my stay and a nice warm breakfast and coffee every morning !!!
Very spacious room, very courteous staff, indoor pool, ample parking, games room, spa, if we are in the area we will go back there for sure. Breakfast is boring, you can add some vegetables to the menu. In the end worth the price
The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Utilized the shuttle service from airport to hotel and back. Both were done very timely and assisted with my bags. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Location does have a bar and grill in parking lot but there is nothing else within walking distance.
Great rooms , friendly staff, excellent hot breakfast. Very pleasant experience. The cookies placed in the lobby was an added bonus. the pool was clean, and the beds was comfortable. Would recommend this hotel, definitely on of the better Hotels I stayed in.
We have stayed at this hotel before. It is convenient to our destination. The Hotel is very clean and has nice amenities like an indoor pool, game room and workout area. Although we drove to the hotel, it is very close to the regional airport. The continental breakfast has expanded since the last visit, the offerings are good and is very convenient. We will be staying here again!
We were on our way back to Boston after a trip in Vermont. We found that this hotel had a reasonable rate, so we tried to find it. Google maps got us lost for a while, but we eventually found the hotel. The hotel is quiet and clean and the rooms are reasonable in size. The only negative we experienced was the stench of chlorine in the elevator coming from the indoor pool. The best part of the hotel was the greeting and help by staff, especially Audrey. She helped us get an even cheaper rate than we had seen advertised. We were very tired after a long day, but she relaxed us with her welcoming attitude. p.s. The nearby restaurant recommended by hotel staff was, at best, mediocre. The free breakfast in the hotel was the typical BW warm breakfast--not great, but filling.
Wonderful hotel! Everything was positive.......clean room with very comfortable bed. Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Complimentary fresh coffee and cookies. I would stay here again and again. Highly recommended.
We came to Manchester for a recertification of our CCI service dog's license at the Bass Outdoor Store in Hooksett. We needed a hotel ,so we decided on this hotel after seeing their advertisement on the hotel sites. The hotel was clean and all that we expected and more .The staff was accommdating and met all our needs,The pool and hot tub, whirlpool were excellent,The breakfast buffet was excellent with many choices, probably one of the bigger ones I have seen in the many hotels I have been too.The hostess,Susan in the breakfast area was very gracious and helpful to us ,because we have a handicap person in our party. She was just great.Kudos to her.I will return to this hotel without a doubt if I have to go to this area again.
Easter weekend my family stayed at the Best Western Plus in Manchester New Hampshire. When we returned to our room on Sunday the room had not been cleaned or the beds made. When we called the desk we were told it was their policy not to clean the room or make the beds on a holiday. This was to accommodate their staff. We were not informed of this policy when we booked. Are guests now supposed to clean their rooms and make their beds? WE WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AGAIN.
This hotel, with its indoor pool and workout room and free breakfast is excellent for anyone wanting to have a weekend get-away. There is an excellent adjacent restaurant that served up to 100 people the night we frequented it. The area is close to a large shopping center as well as within 20 minutes from outlet shopping that we enjoyed.
One night stay Easter weekend but could spend a week here! Lovely hotel, love the floor as opposed to carpet in our Whirlpool King Suite! Staff was amazing, friendly and welcoming and the pool and game room were a blast! Amazing breakfast buffet and property is gorgeous!
This was an excellent place as it was right next to the Manchester Airport. Courteous staff, and an outstanding restaurant. We usually never eat where we sleep, but have to tell you we were extremely surprised and we give this a 5 star rating.
Was going to a two day auction at this hotel. So rather than drive back and forth to Maine decided to stay over so made a reservation. Everything went very smoothly. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. My room was great.
I'm always satisfied with the level of service I receive from the staff. I feel I have an excellent relationship with the people there. I feel like I'm coming home when I'm there. I travel extensively and I'm very familiar with hotels and staff. The Best Western in Manchester is one of the best places in the state of NH that one can stay at.
I stayed at the Best Western, Manchester, NH while attending a training session over the weekend and was very satisfied with my hotel stay. Hotel was clean, staff was accommodating and the breakfast bar was satisfying.
The hotel staff was very friendly. Hotel is very clean. Smooth check-in and out. Breakfast was very good. Very close to Pinkerton Academy. Plenty of parking at the hotel. Though I was there on business, my family was there enjoying the pool and hot tub. Would definitely visit again.
Hotel is very convenient to stay at, as it is near the airport and we are shuttled to the airline! The rate is very reasonable and we find the hotel is very clean with a friendly staff. We have booked at this hotel a number of times!
Love this place. It's clean, staff is very friendly, rooms are good and it's convenient to the airport. Conference Center next door is easy to get to. Easy access to the highway. This is a good choice.
This hotel from the second you get there till you check out is outstanding. The staff are amazing so willing to go out of there way for you. The rooms are great . The special little things they do are just wonderful. Well worth the money and is clean and very safe.
Went back home for a family function and stayed at the Best Western located in Manchester NH. The staff was welcoming and attentive, we were given information our function being held at the Court Yard Function Hall next to the Hotel. We had our dogs traveling with us and the room was perfect. Breakfast in the morning was exceptional for a continental breakfast as there were numerous options verses your typical cold cereal and waffle maker. The fruit was fresh and coffee and juice plentiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Manchester area.
This place is incredible. Pool, game room, hot tub, fitness center. Staff are amazing. Very beautiful facility! We stayed 5 nights and had no problem at all. The game room has some great games and even a blasting juke box. Just really cool!
Stayed here on a Thursday night. Hotel is clean, guilt and in a convenient area for shopping. There is lots of parking available. The breakfast was filling, but could have been hotter. Lots to choose from including chili, pancakes, eggs etc. Restaurant on property was great. Only a short distance to Merrimack outlets.
We liked the hotel, staff and airport transportation. We liked having our cat with us. The price of $25 for the cat for one night was exorbitant considering his small size, being de-clawed and spending much of his time in his carrier.
We stayed here as a stop-over on our way to Boston. We had a late check in. Breakfast the next morning had a nice variety of choices. My son especially enjoyed being able to make his own waffle. The stand-out part of this trip for us was that we left my son's iPod in the room. We didn't even know it was missing. When we got home the following evening there was a message from the hotel that it was found in the room. Thank you to the hotel staff member that made sure it was turned in. Thank you to Stephanie who helped facilitate its return.
Smelly room bad bed, But okay overall. Pool and Hot tub a plus. Game room was fun. Breakfast good. Bed was hard and pillows need to retire... wow....200 characters minimum... yikes.... still typing... is it 200 yet?
The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable but the pillows could of been a little softer. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They also offered a gym and arcade area as well. Great breakfast over all except for the eggs.
Attending a wedding in NH, we made reservations at the BEST WESTERN Plus Executive Court Inn & Conference Center, Manchester, NH. I like BW hotels and I am generally very satisfied. However on this visit the hotel had both solid pluses and more minuses. PLUSES: - Friendly and helpful staff. - Clean room. - Provided extension cord to plug my iPhone in next to the bed. - Wi-Fi worked well. OPPORTUNITIES TO STRENGTHEN CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: - Reduce/eliminate wait time for luggage cart (waited almost ten minutes before front desk staff looked for luggage carts). - Room temperature erratic; when you left room, temp control went off and when you returned it was like a sauna; to cool the room off it was necessary to turn the temp below 68; after you froze you could turn up to 71 or whatever was comfortable for you. - Fix breakfast or eliminate; no omelet station, however institutional eggs available; skim milk not served/available; croissant either poor quality or stale; as a result we ate all breakfasts off premises. - Elevator stopped working for a day; alternate elevator available with stairs being more convenient; stairs had a terrible odor – perhaps from animals or whatever and we then used alternate elevator. Although I spoke with the hotel after the first morning about the temp issues, I was told nothing could be done to address the issue. Two days later the front desk manager informed me the issue could have been immediately resolved. What was also disappointing was my real time conversations about all of the issues with the front desk and the need to repeat this three times. It was as though the issues were a secret. I have found this experience was the exception and not the rule for my stays at BW. Hopefully these opportunities will be addressed so everyone can continue to love BW.
Love the Santee BWP, and now love Manchester BWP. Day manager was great; food service was great. Pool, for "extreme" water resistance exerciser, was excellent...could not be better for my exercise routine. Great bed and bathroom. It doesn't get better than this...and the price point was as good as it gets.
I had booked 2 rooms at this BW to meet up with family before cruising out of Boston the next day. Check in was fast and efficient, the rooms and beds were clean and comfortable and breakfast was great. The Yard is also within walking distance where we had a nice dinner although a bit pricey. All in all a good bet if you're in the area.
The hotel is beautiful both inside and out. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The lobby of the hotel is elegant! The breakfast included pancakes, belgian waffles, fruit, assorted breads and pastries, cereal and more. I was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and will certainly stay there again.
The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. We always stay at the Best Western when we travel. The rooms was great. We also got a 5 dollars off for the Yard Restaurant next door, and that was excellent also
Check in on a busy week day evening was efficient- staff were great- Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Houskeeping friendly and rooms- impeccable. Breakfast in the morning- extensive and of enough variety to please most palates. great pool, fitness area. Well done all the way around- - really nice stay.
Not knowing what to expect as it was the first time I have been to this location, I was very happy when I arrived. This Best Western is exceptional. Great rooms, great location, very comfortable and easily accessible. I will definitely be returning!
Efficient check in with friendly front desk staff Room was very clean with fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable and variety of pillows. Lots of towels. In room coffee continental breakfast included waffle grill, fruit cereal etc. Eating area was clean and well attended too.
We visited for a wedding. The venue was beautiful. The service was perfect. We felt welcome and important. Breakfast is good. Beds are comfortable. Hotel personnel are genuinely happy to have us visit. I hated to leave.
Great Hotel but limited food options nearby. Just passing through for the night but it was definitely a nice place to stay and an especially good value for a Hotwire deal. Rooms were spacious and staff was friendly.
Friendly staff, clean rooms, and room service from The Yard made this stay pleasant and enjoyable. I did have to call maintenance while there but they were quick and efficient, friendly and professional. If you have an early flight shuttle service might not be available.
Facilities are clean, amenities are varied, the staff is polite and friendly and the room was very comfortable. Only thing was the sound of the AC. Very noisy in my room, so much that it woke me a few times in the night. I hope they get time to fix it
It is avery nice hotel with a wonderful garden. Nice room lots of space. The free breakast was great. But to find this hotel in Manchester you need a G.P.S. since there s no advertising panels to show you where is the hotel. Also be sure not to have a room Under a mechanic room, it is very Noisy.
Excellent lodging very close to the Manchester airport. Most excellent breakfast - superior quality items using real plates and silverware. Nice pool and spa area. Pleasant front desk staff - coffee AND cookies in the Lobby. Quiet rooms with nice grounds. Little nite lites in the bathroom area of the rooms a nice touch. Clean with comfy beds.
It was great to have real china and silverware for breakfast after all the plastic we had experienced. Great breakfast offerings, even fruit salad. Our rooms were on the first floor near the lobby, but were still quiet. Glad we booked two nights there.
Good nights rest, beds were comfortable and room clean and quiet. The breakfast was fantastic, good choices for deluxe continental breakfast. Fast check in/out. Exceeded my expectations of a Best Western Inn. Most definitely will be staying on our next visit.
Everything was new, fresh and clean. check in was easy. Bed comfortable. The pillows are funky; very small and firm. Luckily we brought our own. The best breakfast buffet I have had in any hotel. Fresh cookies on checkin. I would highly recommend.
Excellent venue for a wedding. Food is excellent. Staff are all top notch, from the housekeepers, to the waitresses, to the managers. Excellent value for the cost. The breakfast buffet is great. Nice variety.
I stayed here for two nights on business in September 2016. The hotel feels a bit dated, but was quite comfortable and clean. The bedrooms and particularly the bathrooms could do with updating. The breakfast was average and okay for a couple of nights, but would benefit from more variety if you were staying longer. The service was excellent; the staff were very polite and helpful. The hotel provides a free shuttle to North Londonderry coach station, which makes it very easy to connect with the coach service to Boston Logan airport. I'd be quite happy to stay here again for a short visit.
The motel was beautifully decorated and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast provided had every option available. The close proximity to the airport was a bonus. Lovely grounds and a very nice restaurant next door. The evening cookies in the lobby were a nice touch. I would recommend this motel highly. Ingrid Pagosa Springs, CO
my review of the best western plus executive court inn and conference center located in Manchester, new Hampshire was a very excellent stay. everything was perfect, very clean and the breakfast was excellent, hot and tasted good. the room was cleaned very well and new towels were left
Nice hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok but room was small, had a fair amount of seating outside of the room though. Would stay here again if in the area.
Our daughter had her vows and Wedding at Executive Court. We, the wedding party and guests stayed at Best Western. We have stayed at hotels all over the world, many 5 star, but this, for the size hotel, was stellar. Never slept in a more comfortable bed with the best pillows. COMPLETELY clean. Neat. Everyone so helpful. Happy to give a total 10!!!
I go out of my way to stay here when I am in the area. The staff is absolutely wonderful. The breakfast could use some revamping as they have the same old thing all the time. The place is clean and well maintained.
Promised the world and never delivered their membership promises. Changed my reservation to take advantage of incentives. When I never received them. I made a request and was told that I would not receive any. They don't even understand their own terms for this incentive. talked to 2 people and corresponded with 2 more and received 4 different views of how the incentive worked. It was not the best price and was not matched. So be careful what you think your being offered, in this case it was not the truth...
Hotel overall was very nice, I realize sometimes things are missed. the dirty sheets was terrible, but handled. Remote on TV was not great but again addressed! Hotel grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was super good and the breakfast staff works hard and was very Nice !
Breakfast tables not cleaned once someone else finished. Potatoes undercooked. Canadian bacon in water??? Great location for trip with access to highway. Restaurant a little pricy. Room value - great. Front desk service - excellent.
I have no problem with the property itself. My problem was with customer service. I complained because nobody monitors the special request box that the hotel uses online. I asked for early check in and was told that because I booked online they hadn't received it. Told me to come back in an hour...I came back 2 hours later and was told they still couldn't check me in because they were having problems. Told me to have a coffee and wait...they're were two other people waiting with me, I looked up 20 minutes later to see they were checking in people just walking in. They ignored myself and the other people that were already waiting. If they could not have given me early check in..they should have let me know. If no hotel staff checks the special request box online then take it down. I would have gone to a different hotel. This was my first time at BW. I have never had a problem at other hotels when asking for early check in. I would of walked out but at that point I was stuck. When I took they're survey and complained about how I was treated.. I got an auto reply basically saying thanks for the feedback, proving once again that they just don't care about their guests. I will never got to another bw again.
This was my first time in Manchester and planned my trip around a baseball game downtown. Ideally would have stayed at the Hilton that is part of the ball field but their rate was outrageous. So for almost $70 a night less we stayed here and I'm glad we did. The downtown area was only about a 10 minute drive. The Best Western property is very well maintained and is in a very peaceful woods-y area. The breakfast area was nicely stocked. Would probably go out of my way to stay here if we end up in Manchester in the near future.
We booked a block of rooms for a team tournament. Rooms were very clean and the staff very pleasant.Breakfast was awesome. I would stay again anytime when I am in the area. The patio area and grill were great for our team dinner as seating 15 kids and parents at a restaurant would be difficult. I would recommend this hotel.
This place was excellent! We had a great time at the pool (indoor) and hot tub, the fitness center was spacious and well stocked, and the location (near Manchester Airport, but otherwise isolated) was perfect. The hot buffet breakfast was tasty and the afternoon/evening cookies were excellent and plentiful! Our poodle stayed with us and there was plenty of room for him to walk and do his business. Would stay here again.
This is by far the best bang for your buck and the staff is sooo friendly. Our stay was only 1 night but it was like home... The room was clean and very up to date. The internet was a bit slow at times but other than that it was a great place to stay.. I would do it again the next time I am in town for a conference.
We stayed 3 nights. I requested a quiet room and got a very nice one on 3rd floor. Hotel is very clean and accommodating. Niceties like goody bag and cookies and coffee 24 hours in lobby pushed the hotel into the " going the extra mile" category for us. Everyone was very friendly and professional, even opened a meeting room for us when there were no tables for breakfast due to high volume of guests that weekend. We have stayed at many Best Westerns around the country and would rate this one in the top 3! HIGHLY recommend!?
Stayed overnight at this BW in Manchester on the way back home. It is a really upscale BW with many amenities available. Close enough to merrimack outlets. Although our evening was ruffled by 2 wedding parties from our location (It sounded like a good party) we enjoyed our stay over. Good full breakfast available in the morning, and of course the famous cookies and milk before bedtime! Would stay here again.
I was impressed with the grounds and how the hotel was situated on grounds, very pleasant and relaxing. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast room was spacious and clean. The lobby area was comfortable the hotel was near the Instate for easy on and off and there were stores and gas stations close by.
We had a great time here. Loved the pool tables. The swimming pool was very clean even though it was to cold for me. The hot tub was nice. Our room ( two queen beds, first floor) was very large. the bathroom was a little small but didn't cause us any problems. Lots of choices at breakfast and all of it very good. I wish they had listed some local places to eat that were affordable for a family. This hotel is centrally located to Hampton beach, York Maine and Boston Ma. We traveled to all of them while staying here. In the evening they had cookies and brownies ( 24 hour coffee and tea)in the lobby. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel for everyone. Families, couples and business alike.
Priced appropriately for a three star hotel close to an airport. Room was clean, property nicely maintained and welcoming staff upon arrival. Added bonus, included a breakfast buffet in the morning! Would stay there again.
This location is convenient to the airport, reasonably priced, ample parking, hot breakfast is included in the room rate and the facility and rooms are clean. The negatives are as follows, the housekeepers forgot to clean our room one of the days, there were two wedding receptions in their banquet facility and the night noise was more than needed. There are never enough closet hangers or linens in the rooms. Light levels are always a problem for my wife when trying to find a good location to put on her make-up. She is convinced that the rooms are designed by men and that they are all left handed. We pack extra closet hangers for every trip because every hotel is the same. The hot breakfast consisted of a combination of corned beef hash, egg patties, home fries, pancakes, waffles, bacon, breakfast mini burrito. They also had every morning salsa and chili. Other than the morning they had the breakfast burrito, I am not sure what, if anything, I would have ventured to put the salsa or chili on. When I tried to ask, I hit a language barrier, perhaps that answered my question.
Beautiful surroundings with good service and clean rooms. This hotel is able to handle very large groups very well and the price was good for the guality of the hotel. Located next to The Yard which had a good menu and good food.
My husband travels and collects BW points which we used for our 2 nights here. This is a clean and well maintained hotel that is nicely located. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower with great pressure too. The restaurant next door is terrific too! Will review this separately.
We stayed for two nights. It's very convenient to the airport but you never hear an airplane. Beds are firm but comfortable and rooms are clean. We had no view from the window but we were okay with that since this wasn't really a trip for the sights. Staff seemed nice. I could occasionally hear other guests outside the door but it was pretty quiet after 9 pm. My only complaint is that the ac didn't run while we were out of the room so anytime we came back to the room after being out awhile the room was pretty warm for about 20 minutes until the ac could cool it off. Also, would have liked a safe in the room but we still have our valuables so no question on the housekeeping or staff there. We were most pleasantly surprised at the hot, continental breakfast each morning and the fact that it was actually pretty tasty. Very nice job! We would stay again.
This is a very nice hotel and friendly staff. Check in and check out was fast and friendly. Hot breakfast was a plus but should add bacon etc. We used the pool and the boys enjoyed that. The pool opens up to a deck and that was nice. The room was fine but the bed was a little firm fir me.
This hotel rates very high with us as it is in close proximity to the Manchester/Boston Regional Airport. Modern, clean rooms, amentiies, and a staff that is gracious and helpful in so many respects. Nice and comfortable place to stay. We shall stay there often.
Spent a weekend here to r & r. Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was terrific. Served til 11am on weekends- which we really appreciated. We usually miss the free breakfast because it ends too early! Pool and deck areas were inviting. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return.
What a great hotel! I don't know the "regular rate" of this hotel, but we paid $110 (tax included) for one night with 2 adults and 2 children. The room was great! Comfy, modern, nothing broken or gross! There was a pool that the kids loved! The pool is in the basement, but doors open to a cute patio to get a nice breeze and sunshine. The game room was a big hit too! Husband and I played pool ($1 a game-not bad at all!) while the kids chose from a variety of arcade games. Restaurant was a one minute walk that was yummy with great service. The hotel gave us a coupon for it too. Slept nice. We usually leave bathroom light on with door partially closed, but could not do here because light and bathroom fan are connected and cannot sleep like that! So if you do the same, bring a night light! There was a wedding on site that we did not hear at all! Breakfast was really great! Tons of food choices and drinks all FREE! Oh, and cookies during the day, yum! I think we have found our new NH hotel!
Really like this facility, stayed there several times, comfortable and quiet We had to bring our dog and she was welcomed, fussed over and there is great walking area. It is close to restaurants, shopping, airport but not too close to be noisy.
Needed a Manchester hotel near the airport to catch an early morning flight. Unfortunately, options for an upscale hotel near the airport are limited. I'm usually a Hilton or Marriott customer, and even those brands have some "ugly babies" as franchisees are being given extensions to renovate their properties in this uncertain economy and especially this year as many hotels are experiencing less than anticipated RevPAR results. This hotel was no better nor no worse than I anticipated. The exterior is actually in good shape, but the interior is dated and the guest rooms are badly in need of renovation....carpet at entry door threshold is shredding; hay dryer is circa 1999; plugs are not traveler friendly. You have to hunt for plug-ins for your phone and laptop and most of the outlets didn't function in the room I was in. The plugs fell out of the outlets as they were simply worn out. You also get what you pay for as far as staff. The night manager was efficient and checked us in, but was void of hospitality. We were "processed." She did point out where the cookies and brownies were located, but obviously had not looked over at the acrylic holder in a while because it was a small mass of crumbs. Also, as a business person, employees absolutely need a break, but I hope the franchisee of this hotel is not staffing so short that employees have to eat their meals behind the front desk in view of travelers. Just not professional. I think the ownership group of this property is absentee and they are milking as much profit from it as possible until BW takes them to task. Again, you get what you pay for and that's why the other brands charge more. No more BW stays for us.
The hotel is nice with nearby restaurants and one within walking distance The airport shuttle is very handy and the hotel is very helpful in accommodating your schedule. Good choice especially for flying in/out of Manchester.
Rooms are quiet - don't hear people in room next to you. Staff is helpful with any minor problems or questions Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Room was kept well stocked with supplies and towels. Breakfast gave a great variety of food.
This hotel does have some things going for it. The reservation process was excellent seeing I needed adjoining rooms. When we arrived at 11:15pm and I told the very competent lady at the front desk that we needed to get the room keys quickly because the restaurant next door was closing in 30 minutes she had me checked in in less than 2 minutes. Having just flown in with 2 12-year old boys we knew we needed to get them fed so we went straight to the Yard restaurant which shares the same parking lot. We got back to the hotel at 12:15 am and went to our rooms with our luggage. Here is where everything went off the rails. We got to our rooms in mid August and the room tempature was 81 degrees. I called down and the front desk lady said the air conditioning is shut off when the prior guests leave It is now 1:10am and the room is still 78 degrees. Nobody can sleep and frankly we are exhausted. The rooms are nice but everything gets cloudy when you are tired but can't sleep because your room is hot. I even called before I left Virginia beach letting them know that we were not going to check in until 11pm so they could have taken care of the room temp if they had cared enough to. The TV does not turn on and it is too late to call someone. Will not be coming back to a Best Western anytime soon.
Stayed one night for a last minute weekend trip to New Hampshire with the family. Rented two rooms. Hotel is nicer and better priced than most of those further North in the tourist areas such as Laconia and Franklin, NH. It also has much greater availability. The hour or so drive back and forth to the tourist attractions is OK when there is nothing decent available further North.
My family stayed at this Best Western for 2 nights. Tony checked us in, he was not rude by any means, but did not have any personality and acted as though he wanted to be somewhere else. We found our room decor a little dated, but it was roomy and clean. Nice bathroom amenities, microwave, and cold refrigerator. When I first went into the bathroom, I discovered a pair of men's swimming trunks and a little girls bikini hanging over the shower rod. How did housekeeping miss this? When I took them to the front desk, they could have cared less. The indoor pool was nice, but the hot tub was not warm at all and needed a little cleaning. There was a game room across from the pool area, as well as a laundry facility. We really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The area where you got your food was decorated in a cozy French country style. There were plenty of choices...loved the corned beef hash! Never had this as an option before, anywhere:) There was always complimentary hot coffee and cookies available in the lobby. This hotel is in a good location to tour New Hampshire, as well as driving into Vermont to grab some cheese and maple syrup. We visited the NH State Capitol building which is a short drive away...we recommend doing this. We would stay at this hotel again. Thank you.
This hotel was located convenient to the interstate, the airport, and the city of Manchester, NH. Although centrally located, the hotel was quiet and the pleasant tree-lined parking lot seemed safe and spacious. Our room was also quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful, although one morning there weren't enough seats in the breakfast room.
This hotel is well-situated with easy access to Manchester and other amenities in the surrounding area. Overall it is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was generally pretty good; we appreciated the variety from day to day, but they often ran out of fruit salad which was disappointing. It would be nice to see healthier options but this is true of most places. The pool wasn't bad. The room was okay, but the layout of the bathroom was a little awkward and the lighting in the vanity area was extremely poor. We were a little surprised that the room seemed somewhat out-of-date and not in keeping with the common areas.
I booked with this Best Western because I have had great experiences with most of the BW properties I have stayed at in the past. I also booked here as it APPEARED the park n fly option was a good economical option. I was completely mislead by some of the staff at the hotel and ended up spending a lot of money to hire a driver from the Air Port when I was told that BW had a sister company that had a shuttle that ran after 12. I landed and called BW at 12:04 and was told they nor the sister company had nothing available and I would have to find my own way to the hotel. When I called from my departing airport the person I spoke with told me not to worry at all and I would be able to get a shuttle if I was only a little late. I was 4 minutes late for the last shuttle. The woman I checked in with, had a horrible attitude and was just plain unpleasant and had the personality of a stone. As I mentioned I have had wonderful experiences with just about all the other BW I have stayed at, hence the reason I am a diamond member with BW. I will absolutely stay at one of the Marriot or Hilton properties as will all the employees of my company when we fly out of Manchester. Also the Marriot and Hilton properties have 24 hour shuttles and don't leave their customers stranded because they are 4 minutes late. The main reason I will never stay at this property again (nor will my employees) is the horrible customer service I had from my check in. Checking out the two girls were nice polite and kind. Exactly how employees should be, but unfortunately they can't undo the negative experience I had from my arrival. Breakfast was very bad, eggs were like rubber, waffle batter was like water, they were out of Milk for cereal
We stayed here with our two grandchildren on the way to vacation at the beach. Very nice clean facility, comfy beds, and a great breakfast, all was excellent! Close to the airport and mall, with many good dining options, also close to several main highways/interstates for convenience.
The facilities in the room were great - both fridge and microwave - and the beds extremely comfortable. My two children and I slept soundly. My only complaint was the freezing temperature which I couldn't work out how to turn off - the system didn't seem to respond when I pressed 'off'. Next time I'll ask for help. Decent breakfast the next day - very good value to have it included in the room price. We would stay in a Best Western again.
This property was very large with meeting rooms onsite. The property was well maintained. The lobby is nice and inviting with a large staircase leading to the second floor. The room was spacious and quiet. There is an adjacent restaurant for which we were provided discount coupons, but we did not eat there. The breakfast area was okay. It could have been larger for such a large property. There is shopping and big chain restaurants just down the road.
I needed a hotel in the Manchester area for one night, so booked thru Hotwire for a three plus star hotel. Got a great rate for this time of year! Google maps took me on a circuitous route to get here, which was not the quickest route, but got me here, nonetheless. Check in & out was a breeze, front staff very pleasant. Breakfast was hearty with a variety of choices. Indoor pool is small, but adequate. Water was cold, not refreshingly so. Jacuzzi jets are great, but water temp too cool, and sides of jacuzzi needed good scrubbing. Bed & bedding was exceptional. Could have slept for weeks. Heard running on floor above earlier in evening, but quiet after. Was across from conference room & was awakened early by applause, but had to get up anyway, so not inconvenient that time. Bathroom was older, but upgraded, coffee maker & fridge in room, shower excellent, shampoo, conditioner, lotion & mouthwash at sink. Definitely recommend.
I stayed at this hotel while attending a conference in their adjacent facilities. Every single employee I interacted with displayed the greatest kindness and professional skill in customer care. They went out of their way to ensure all our needs were catered for. The room was excellent, with very good beds and excellent cleaning service. Breakfast was very complete and varied. I didn't make use of their swimming pool, but it was a nice perk, as was their business centre.
Mattresses were excellent and room was clean. Check out was poor, had to wait while only front desk person packed lunches / snack bags for other guests. All I had to do was turn in key. Told to wait! They also forgot to replenish in-room coffee!!
This is a great looking location. The hotel is clean and the beds were comfy. Nice pool and spa area. Best breakfast selection with meat, eggs, pancakes, waffles, potatoes, cereal, danish, yogurt, etc. The dining area has flat screen TVs for viewing. Also received a nice small Best Western members snack package. Mall of New Hampshire is down the street along with other department store and food chains. P.S.-There is also an emergency Vet center right down the street as this BW allows dogs.
Smokers at the entrance of the hotel greeted you upon your entrance and exit. Some staff (not all) could care less about you, or their appearance and professionalism. The fitness room was not neat, and the equipment is circa 1990. Though our room was a non smoking room, it still smelled like old cigarettes as did the hallway to it.
It was a great overnight, the kids enjoyed the pool while we and enjoyed the hot tub ans we all enjoyed the game room. Our bed was super comfy, and the breakfast buffet was perfect. ..something for everyone; )
Booked Hotel a half hour before arrival for a King Room. Upon arrival no King rooms available so we were upgraded to a King Suite. Room was spacious and clean. Free Breakfast was great. Front desk staff were exceptional.
This hotel was kind of in the middle of nowhere. That being said, the staff there was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel has fairly good gym facilities and well as an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Another unique aspect of the hotel is that it contains an arcade on the ground floor. The arcade is stocked with some shooter games, Mortal Kombat, a few racing simulators. It also features two pool tables. Great place to waste a little time with your friends. Overall awesome experience, if you're planning on staying in Manchester, stay here.
Spent the night here to do some shopping enroute to Vermont. Clean rooms. Quiet and friendly staff. Breakfast was typical fare but still good. We will now be making this our stopping point for NH shopping. I don't think you can go wrong spending the night at this well kept hotel.
Considering what the other places nearby charge, this place does provide really good value. This was the first place I've stayed that has wood floors in the room instead of a carpet. Both the bed and shower met my expectations and the room was very clean. It has the type of bathroom where the shower and toilet are in the bathroom and the sink is in the regular part of the room. Common area was great and I felt safe the entire time I was there. I like how they have the pool, which is more or less in the basement of the building; nice and quiet down there. The only thing that kept this from a 5 star review was the staff and it wasn't so much that they were rude but indifferent. I arrived there around noon and asked if the room was available and the guy working the desk, told me check in was not until 3 without really looking into availability or caring. This was neither a deal breaker nor a good first impression and the hotel rebounded nicely for the remainder of the stay. I would recommend this place and assuming the rate situation doesn't change I will be back there next year. The location is good, it may be tricky to get to at first but you figure it out quickly after that.
Warm welcoming, quick check-in & out, clean & spacious room, and excellent breakfast. The best hotel for family I ever stayed. My family really enjoyed staying at this hotel, and would stay again when we go nearby.
We were very impressed with this motel. The rooms was good, there is an indoor pool and hot tub. There is also a game room with two pool tables. The grounds are beautiful. This is the first motel we have ever had a free continental breakfast at that used real plates, bowls and silverware, not the throw-away variety. It is less than an hour from Hampton Beach, which was a big plus. We didn't have to pay oceanfront rates but could get to the ocean fairly quickly. It is also close to the airport, but we never heard a plane
Very clean, comfortable and well kept! An error in my booking occurred and the manager, Nermina, very professionally and kindly corrected the error even though the hotel was at full capacity. This was after working a very long 19 hr day restoring power outages across the area. Great guest service has become a dying art and should be commended. Well done Ms. Nermina ????
It was our 24th wedding anniversary and was hoping we could have had a better time, but it was ok. The cleanliness of the room could have been better. The breakfast was not what it said it was going to be (omelets and sausage) potatoes were spicy. The bed was comfortable, There were not enough towels in the pool area for everyone to use
This seems to be a newer hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. This hotel has a pub-type restaurant where we ate one evening. It is a short walk across the parking lot to get there, and the food was very good. We stayed here for our trip to Loudon for a race, and it only took about 30 minutes to the track.
Boy did they nail it! Great staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms, clean, great value for your money. Definitely worth it! My family and I are doing a road trip and planned to stay here for 1 night and I regret that we didn't stay longer.
I will be back,if I am going to NH,i will tray to reserve before going,if there fully booked, they I will make different arrangement.Op I tray to find best western plus near by,that will be my first choies
Great value for the price. Well maintained property with clean and comfortable rooms and a hot breakfast. I was traveling with a cat and the hotel was very accommodating, but there is a pet fee that was not listed on the website.
Excellent amenities and staff. The Yard restaurant makes it even better. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was terrific. I also enjoyed the game room and especially the indoor pool and spa.
Our car broke down in the middle of a road trip, so while it was being serviced we stayed here for nearly a week. Many pros; they have pet friendly rooms available, a well done breakfast every morning from 06:00-10:00. Foods like eggs, bagels, waffles, pancakes, yogurts, etc. Every evening there are brownies and cookies set out for guests. There is an on demand shuttle available to and from Manchester-Boston Regional Ariport. Very prompt, courteous and friendly employees and drivers, all you have to do is call and they will come get you or drop you off. The rooms are well appointed, clean and modern. There is a huge pool and the grounds are worth roaming around to look at the nice, well kept lawns with gazebos and gorgeous flower beds. This is a great hotel and we will continue to stay here everytime we are in the area.
Stay here, especially during mid-week - you can't do better in Manchester. Very nice building and room. We left too early to have breakfast, though. Everything was clean and comfortable in our room. We got a great deal on a Jacuzzi room because it was Monday. Would definitely consider staying here again the next time we're in the area.
The room was spacious and very clean. It was very nice to have internet access without paying an extra fee. The breakfast was good with several choices. We were flying out the next morning and it was very convenient to the airport. I would stay there again!
I posted pics of this room. There's is something that looks like blood on both boxsprings in this room. You can see it when you pull the bedsheet down. There's also a stain on the floor of the living room. The only redeeming quality of this room is the awesome shower head. I would not spend 130 a night to stay here. Perhaps it's the close proximity to the airport that's so appealing.
clean and friendly staff- great breakfast - the room was very clean, extra towels were in room when I arrived - the entrance way was very beautiful, very inviting- nice pool area and game room. the breakfast was very good, clean eating area and excellent hot food, the fruit was fresh and the coffee was wonderful
The hotel was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. I would stay here again. We came over to shop at the Merrimack outlets and enjoyed them very much as well. The room was nice and clean which is the most important to me.
My wife and I recently stayed at this Best Western while in town. The whole place was in great shape from the grounds to the staircase in the lobby to our very nice and clean room. The staff was very friendly and professional. We will stay again when in the area and we do recommend it to everyone.
Very nice hotel. We had a king size room and it was clean and large, it had very hard mattress, some may like that, not one of my favorites. Great staff at check in, very nice and efficient. We checked in early because we were with a block of wedding rooms. The room cleaning staff were working on the rooms near ours when we came up and they were talking on a cell phone and did not move from the front of the room next to ours, which made it a little tight getting in with suitcases, no acknowledge to us in any way, just though that was a bit rude.
I parked my car at this hotel when I fly to California. The parking fee was VERY reasonable and the driver prompt on pick up and available for drop off. The room was lovely. Anthony on Hotel Impossible would have nothing to add. There is a small fee for early check in but I also got a nicer room so totally worth it. I would definitely stay and park here again. There is also a great restaurant/bar basically next door.
We stay at this hotel for family visits and have enjoyed it each time. It is very clean and has good variety for breakfast choices. We take advantage of the pool and hot tub on our visits. It is very close to the mall and restaurants and not far from Boston.
We have always rated this hotel a perfect '10', but the new air conditioning units do not cool quickly, and turn off when guests are not in the room. For a one night's stay, when we really needed the sleep, this was very uncomfortable, since the room was 82 degrees when we entered it, and cooled very slowly. The other hotel features were the usual '10', but we were perplexed that no one told us of this new cooling feature when we checked in; how sad.
I loved the place and the staff. It is so beautiful in the gardens. The rooms were clean. The food was great and the price was the best of all. My wife and I came down for our anniversary and stayed in the room with the Jacuzzi and it was great.
On a trip to Rhode Island, we wanted to stop somewhere on the way back to Montreal. We dropped in at this Best Western Plus and fell in love with the place. It should be a Best Western Premier, but the restaurant is not attached to the building. It's a short 3 minute walk in a charming surrounding. The hotel is high class with breakfast included. The restaurant is great and affordable. The cheese bar awaits you as arrive at the restaurant. Ask them for the sweet potato bread recipe. The rooms are spacious and clean. They host weddings and conventions. There's places in the garden to sit in the shade. Nice pool also. The best part is you are treated as if you were at a Best Western Premier, but you only pay the price of a Best Western Plus. A hidden gem! We have been to New York city a week ago and we did a 2 hour detour to stay there for the night on our way back to Montreal. It's a treat to stay there. 2 thumbs up from my wife and I.
Overall very good. The one recommendation would be to have the breakfast hotter. Food quality is very good, variety is very good. Temperature of the hot food was not good. The hotel staff was very courteous, friendly, and polite. They listened to and addressed the only problem we had quickly and efficiently. Thank You for a great stay.
We stayed at the BW Plus Manchester in early July. Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly. Our room was extremely clean and had a few nice updates. It was very quiet and not right in the heart of Manchester which we liked. The location is minutes away from the Mall and a number of good restaurants. Breakfast was good, a number of hot and cold selections to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Don't come here! It's our secret! This BWP Executive Court Inn & Conference Center is in my family opinion one of the best of the best Best Western's in all of New England! NO WE"RE NOT KIDDING AND NO ONE PAID US TO SAY THAT! You want to be cared for, clean, safe, and not messed with - while you're enjoying your time in the Manchester NH region - this should be on your place of staying choices!
My husband booked us a Hot Air Balloon ride with High 5 Ballooning in New Hampshire. Since we needed to be there before sunrise (4:45am) and we live over 1 hour away we decided to stay the night close by and turned it into a nice little romantic getaway. I was very impressed with this location. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you see this beautiful staircase. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast they have in the morning is fresh and they had cookies in the evening. Our room had a nice Jacuzzi tub in the room and was a perfect way to relax. I would definitely stay here again.
Great value, rooms immaculate. Whole property looks like it's been thru a recent renovation. Everyone friendly. Ample parking. Coffee and tea available at all hours. Cookies available in the evening. Slight crack in our sink, didn't affect its use. Looks like there was a hole above our thermostat, but it was pretty high up, so one could barely notice it. Fridge was a nice bonus. Breakfast ok, but for free who cares? Thermostat? Awful. It went from roasting to freezing within in minutes, so in retrospect the fan worked well. It was difficult to change the thermostat to the temp we desired. All in all a great stay. If I'm in the area again, definitely booking here!
We were arriving late at night so we wanted to stay at a close hotel with both late evening and early morning shuttle service. They picked us up at 11:45pm without any issues. For the few hours we were there the team took very good care of us. We had scheduled a morning shuttle and I guess they did not have them running on Saturday mornings so they set us up in a cab. Hotel is far enough away from airport there isn't any noise. Breakfast was on par. Lots of children and a convention of some type going on, but breakfast staff kept up with demands. Wish they were closer to Laconia and we would have stayed our entire trip with them. (We were touring Boston and the M/C Rally)
The hotel was very nice and clean with great amenities. I travel a lot for business and I wasn't expecting a Best Western to be this nice. Although I didn't eat at the restaurant, I heard from a few guests that it was pretty good. The only problem I had with the hotel was the staff at check-in. The young man behind the counter was very awkward and just handed me some papers, which turned out to be a coupon for the restaurant and the wifi code. The young man also didn't wait on my and said "just a minute" before he even asked for my name to check me in. Besides that, checkout was fantastic and the room was nice. I had a king bed and it felt like it had a lump in the middle which made it a bit uncomfortable to sleep. Other than that, I have no other complaints. Overall good experience.
Very clean hotel, breakfast was very good and service at front desk was excellent. This hotel is very economical. The only fault were the treadmills in the exercise room were very out dated and difficult to use. Also, the Yard restaurant next door is horrible do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
This hotel is very affordable and quite well-maintained. My room was comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was nice. I also was able to use the hotel's high-quality business center during my stay, which was a great benefit. The hotel even has an arcade in the basement! How awesome is that? I would definitely stay at the Best Western Plus again.
Stay overnight to attend a game at Verizon Wireless Arena which is about 10 minutes drive. Beautiful place to stay at Hotel. Hotel staff were very friendly everywhere you go in/out the hotel. Have no issues with the wifi.
This was by far the greatest Hotel stay that I have encountered. I traveled 15 hours straight with reservations at another hotel which was suppose to be an early check-in, however, they were booked the night before and the room would not be available until 3:00 I made several calls trying to find another place to stay because where I originally made the reservations, the man was not only rude, but unsympathetic. When I called Best Western and I spoke with Jacqui, she advised they were booked up and no clean rooms available, BUT, she would get us one and to come have breakfast or walk the garden and she would have a room ready quickly. I got there and the staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and soooo comfortable! I stayed 5 days and it was heaven! The breakfast is a REAL breakfast with eggs (omelet, boiled eggs, sunny side up) bacon, corned beef hash...Truly a great experience and the only place I will stay when I go visit New England!!
This was my second stay at the Best Western Plus Executive Suites in Manchester, NH , and I found myself looking forward to returning. Staff is pleasant and helpful, beds are extra comfortable,. hotel is quiet, and breakfast buffet is wonderful!
This was worth the money. Very clean, comfortable and classy hotel. The hostess that checked me in was very helpful and pleasent. The room was clean, comfortable and more than what I assumed it would be. I will defintely be returning here in the future!
this was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in, setting was back off road and quiet, ground pristine, plenty of parking yard restaurant owned by same owner as hotel but separate across parking lot was great and very reasonable service great food great
Friendly and informative staff about local attractions and best scenic routes while staying Manchester (NH and ME). Purpose of stay was for college orientation and to see as much of New England for day trips while in town.
The personnel was nice to the check-out. The publicity on internet to do a reservation is not clear about friendly pet They don't give the price when you do your reservation. At the beginning of this survey you suppose to have choice for the language. But you can't you use it. The breakfast was excellent. But the personnel wasn't smiling a lot. They do nicely the job but they ignore you was there.I hope to go back soon because we pass a good time to your Hotel.
the hotel was on a very nice property the hotel offered lots of amenities, the bed, was very comfortable and the room was very clean. friendly staff that greeted you when you checked in. descent breakfast choices, hot and cold, they also offered tea and coffee and cookies and brownies in the evening at the front desk. It was close to the highway so that you can access it quickly. It was near the manchester mall and the longhorn restaurant, i would come again and stay at this location in the future
This was a great spot for business travel. Staff was incredibly accommodating, breakfast in the morning had a variety of choices, the spaces were all very clean, and the wi-fi worked great. I would definitely stay again.
GREAT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE, nice facility professional staff. The Yard restaurant was great also. The banquet facilities was great. the people went out of their way to help and make you feel at home. Thanks
Loved the beds, linens, pillows, cleanliness. The employees were all very pleasant. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The breakfast was good, omelets are a bit on the greasy side, but the offers are many.
Of all the hotels in this area of New England that we could have stayed at, our first experience with Best Western a year ago certified that we wouldn't have to look any further. The room has all the amenities we required; and our Chihuahua was carefully considered when we ordered a room.
This is the fourth year we've stayed at this hotel while attending the New England Nationals Drag Races. We've always been very pleased with the customer service, room amenities and cleanliness, the breakfast bar, and especially the front desk gals who are extremely helpful, friendly, and very professional. Even though the hotel is near the Manchester Airport, we've never heard any noise from the planes. For guests who fly into Manchester requiring hotel accommodations, the shuttle service provided by the hotel is very helpful. We've never been disappointed with the services and personnel at this Best Western and highly recommend it for your next stay in Manchester, NH.
We have stayed here before and will again. We know what to expect each time we stay here,no surprises. The service has been very good here! This was our fourth year this year and we are looking forward to many more!
Booked this hotel because we had a wedding at the Executive Court next door. Had a very nice stay very clean room. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was included they had eggs & waffles and muffins. Very nice place not that we get up that way a lot but we would stay again.
Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds comfortable, plenty of hot water and good water pressure. refrigerator and microwave in room. TV had plenty of channels. Indoor pool was warm, hot tub was not as hot as others I have been in. Breakfast was great! Lots of variety--we had bacon, breakfast burrito, potatoes, pancakes, make your own waffles. You could put blueberries, strawberries, chocolate chips, syrup or whipped cream on the waffles. There was also several cold cereals, 4 juices, and breads and pastries. They even had chili con carne--it was a good level of spicy. I would stay here again.
Wonderful place if you don't want breakfast. Its horrible Chili con carne and not ready on time....Bad. The rest is wonderful. There was a very strong odor of sewer in the second floor hall and elevator but the desk responded quickly. Like I said, its a wonderful place if you don't want breakfast and they don't have menus or phone books. They push the restaurant next door.
This hotel was very close to the ceremony and reception of our niece's wedding. We were able to come and go easily. If anyone is planning a wedding with many out of town guests, this is a perfect place. There are restaurants nearby and within walking distance. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Generally we've been pleased with most of the Best Western Plus hotels that we've visited in our travels, and this was a fine example. Rooms were clean, staff was pleasant. Nothing that stood out as outstanding, but we had no complaints. Would choose Best Western Plus again as we travel.
We stayed at Best Western for two nights. The suites were spacious. Everything we needed was in proximity to the hotel. The staff from check-in to check-out were fantastic. I do not have one negative comment about this property. Breakfast was great.!!
Arrived very late in the evening and everything was ready for us. The room was clean and inviting and everything worked as expected. Breakfast was very delicious and plenty of room in the kitchen area and dining area. Check in and out was very easy. Overall a great place to spend the night. Only a couple of miles from the Manchester Airport.
Friendly staff , clean room with comfy beds and a clean bathroom. The twin queen room my wife and I had was spacious and well equipped with a microwave, larger than average fridge , small table and a writing desk . Although a coffee machine is in the room i got my coffee from downstairs in the foyer . There is plenty of free parking in the very large car park Recommended for singles , couples and families
We have been going to this hotel at least twice a year for 2 days at a time, for few years and we were satisfied, as usual. Cosy, confortable beds, good breakfast, quiet place, very clean, nice outside gardens, in season. When you are in the area, it's the place. Very friedly staff also. We will keep on going there.
When I returned from dinner and complained about a lot of "smoke" in my non-smoking room, rather than telling me that I wouldn't be charged $250 for the smoke, the night manager should have investigated the complaint. I also telephoned the front desk 4 times without getting an answer before going to the front desk. I found it unattended and waited 5 minutes for someone to come out from the back. A simple gesture of knocking on doors - "just to check to see if everything was OK" would have enlighten the guilty party as to what is tolerated and what is not. And YES, I was offered air freshener and a move to another room at 9:30pm and I refused the offer. .... Why should I pack up and move, - I didn't break the rules. Also, the bathtub had standing water each time it was used. At checkout, I was told the Manger was away and would return on Monday. I haven't been contacted by the manager.
Very friendly staff, great breakfast and internet. When requesting something they were on top of it. The only thing is my room needed the wallpaper replaced at the top of the ceiling it was peeling. Other than that aesthetic issue everything else was fine.
everything was great .. The only problem was with the AC. It blew directly over the bed. The room was very clean and the service as very good. There was plenty of parking areas available with a local restaurant within walking distance. Overall it was a very good stay.
booked the room the day before arrival. took it because there were no other rooms in manchester available. was extremely pleased when we checked in. hotel was much nicer than expected and the staff was wonderful. hotel was totally booked, but we were able to upgrade to a king room with the triple a rate. very clean and comfortable
5STARS IS WHAT THIS PLACE DESERVES! from hospitality to service to the room and the upgrade and the amenities! Really?!?! I am thoroughly enjoying my stay I only regret not staying longer! Thank you to the night manager and her front desk person you girls made our stay awesome.these pictures do not do justice.
They have a very good restaurant and lounge on grounds. The complimentary breakfast is good and if you want a more formal breakfast, the restaurant has really good choices. The fitness center and pool have all you need to get a workout in. There is even a Rec Room equipped with a pool table and good video games. You can do laundry if need be. The staff were very polite and housekeeping was outstanding.
This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at with our family in a long time. The property was immaculate, had many perks and little things we all loved: Free cookies, newspapers, coffee, juices, fruit, a GREAT breakfast, awesome vending machines, a game room, clean, huge pool that was all 4 ft deep so perfect for kids, a great hot tub, sauna, huge workout room, etc. meeting rooms, great grounds, and bathrooms everywhere. LOVED IT! And it was pretty full and we literally never heard a thing in our room. Set off the highway a bit but still close to everything. And the YARD Bar and Restaurant we saw next door we hope to go to next time...We didn't have time. We did eat at the Olive Garden down the street and it was awesome.
Hotel is clean. Service is good. Lots of Hot Water in Shower. Free Breakfast with lots of choices. Pool & Spa may have too much chlorine..... all the kids had irritated eyes. Would stay again if we are in the area.
I stayed here for a wedding and was overall very impressed with the hotel. The location was good for me because the wedding was across the parking lot at the Executive Court. But the overall location is also very good it's out of the way from the busy strip but about 2 minutes from the main part of south willow street where there's plenty of places to eat and shop. The staff was very pleasant and helpful and the room was in very good shape and well taken care of.
Only negative was shortness of toilet - I'm 5'1" and it was too low for me, can't imagine a really tall person using it without a sensation of falling It also flushed really, really loudly, awakened other person in the room.
This room cost $75 via Hotwire + for that price, it was fine. There's nothing wrong with this Best Western. Check in + Check out: Easy experience Staff was friendly and helpful Room: Spacious Clean Quiet ***However, note that this Best Western is not modern at all. The carpeting, the bathroom, the fixtures, the furniture - it's very old. Usually I stay in hotels in Boston so I am used to things that are more modern - however, for this price + location, it was fine. I didn't take advantage of any of the amenities listed or the breakfast. Most of the people here seemed like people passing through or families.
Check in went smoothly, asked for a first floor room and was given one. Room was very clean. I had trouble getting the AC to stay on, front desk came to the room and showed be how to set it. Free breakfast was just okay, having free coffee 24 hours was great. Ordered from connecting restaurant the Yard, food was good but room service charge is listed on the menu is $2 and I was charged $4 for 2 items.
The hotel was very very clean and people were very nice but when it came to my room being so cold that the second night I had the flu for the rest of my stay there was no attention paid to the problem what so ever ..... I was even told " your on the third floor right doesn't heat rise idk how it can be cold in your room" like WTF is that who says that !!!
This is a great hotel. Clean, friendly staff. I've stayed here twice now on business. Would come back for sure. Breakfast is always good. The pool is clean. They have fresh baked cookies in the lobby every day and the coffee is available 24 hrs and very fresh.
Beautiful grounds, nice interior and associated restaurant had excellent food delivered as room service. Rooms were pretty quiet however we could hear music from the other room for a while. If you want dead silence then it is probably not the place to go. Gave it an excellent rating because it met all of our requirements.
This hotel exceeded my expectations. When I compared other hotels in the area I saw that this hotel was dated as far decor goes but reviews said that it was very clean and the price of this hotel was also less than the others. Boy am I glad I stayed here! The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large variety. The hotel room had everything I needed. Very, very clean. Cookies and brownies in the lobby every evening as well as coffee and tea. I felt very comfortable here and I will stay here again on my next visit.
Travelled with friends and we all enjoyed our two rooms and visit. Rooms and common areas felt fresh and welcoming.I in particular had my dog and was provided a pet friendly room that felt very fresh.
Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast ( when I had time) . I will come back again and again . The location was perfect . Thanks for making my stay feel like home away from home. I like feeling welcome , even after walking in after a long day at work not looking very presentable.
Stayed for five nights. The hotel is very clean, rooms are big and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast has a lot of variety. All day complimentary coffee and tea is served which is great! The staff was excellent, especially the front desk staff. There were a lot of guests at the hotel but still you could find a table at the breakfast. Enjoyed very much our stay!
We booked this hotel for our family of 4 prior to flying out of Manchester for March break. We arrived around 9pm and the customer service at front desk was great. The room on the 3rd floor was clean, modern and comfortable. I don't remember if there was a fridge and microwave, but I think there were. Our flight was at 5:45 and since the shuttle service only begins at 5am that was too tight, but they offered to take us for 4:30am so we could leave our vehicle on their premises for the duration of our trip. Parking was only $4 per day, which is obviously a great price (parking at the airport is reasonable, too though). There was a really nice breakfast nook, however since we left so early all we got was coffee. ;) The shuttle driver was super nice and didn't mind doing an extra run before his first official run at 5am. Upon our return we simply called the hotel and they told us where to wait for the return shuttle. Great service and definitely recommend!
Staff was pleasant and helpful, and free cookies in the lobby were appreciated. Affiliated restaurant was close by and food was satisfactory. Room was clean, but fridge was noisy (unplugging it fixed that). Bathroom looked a little tired, but was clean and everything worked fine. No breakfast available at 4:15am when we had to leave to catch a plane. We had prepaid for the room through Hotels.com, but upon checkout our statement was for about $18 less than we had prepaid... didn't notice that until we got home. Wonder who gets to keep the extra $18? Not me, that's for sure.
Very nice hotel, made a priceline reservation and we got there a little early. They let us check in anyway. Hotel was clean and quiet even though there was a hockey tournament in town and a couple of the younger teams were staying at the same hotel. It was the beginning of spring but I bet the grounds are beautiful when all their plants are in bloom. Breakfast was good, with quite a few choices.
needed hotel night before & after cruise & at our next stop- very comfortable-staff also helped with getting late night food- due to arriving late from airport, very easy use with to & from shuttle to airport- would recommend to friends
Nice place to stay. Stayed 2 nights. Enjoyed the free breakfast both mornings. Had a lot of different food choices which was great for my family. Staff very friendly. Pool, gym, arcade. Would book again. Vending machines on floors. Restaurant across parking lot.
Nice, clean, roomy rooms with excellent beds and some great amenities available (such as in room Jacuzzi!). Good variety for breakfast but too many items ran out and had to be asked for. Staff was pleasant and professional but could be a bit friendlier. Overall an attractive, well run property.
Only issue we had here was the juice was out of almost everything at breakfast. Otherwise, it was a nice surprise to have a hot breakfast - eggs, meat, pancakes. It's a little bit of a walk to the Yard, but it's manageable in good weather
I paid well above the listed maximum rate on the back of the door for 3 double rooms. I was stone walled by the front desk when I asked about this discrepancy. I was told the posted rates mean nothing and I booked through a travel website and there was nothing they could do. I had to book through a travel website as the Best Western website would not let me book the 3 rooms needed for my stay. The travel website had no problem. I also inquired about the possibility of a later check out for my three rooms. Check out is listed as 11am, I asked for anything later, even a noon check out. I was told they do not offer late check outs and I could not be accommodated. I had 6 people traveling for business that arrived very late into the night and was told that 11am was the time I needed to leave, we spent less than 8 hours on the property. I was treated poorly by front desk staff, offered no explanation on why there was a price discrepancy and was not accommodated with even an hour later check out. I have paid far less to stay at 5 star hotels across the country, while here I was over charged and treated like garbage.
This hotel was very clean and I highly recommend it for your next stay in MHT. Restaurant and bar right across the parking lot. Our breakfast was complimentary and did the job after a long night. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The staff members were so kind and helpful. I had to cut my trip short and getting refunded was complicated because I made the reservation through a travel website. The staff at the front desk took care of everything. And, they seemed happy to help. Also, the beds where so comfortable. Didn't expect that. Just wish it had been closer to center of Manchester. I would stay there again if I returned to NH.
We stayed at the Best Western for the NH Primary weekend. There was a lot of activity around the entire city of Manchester because of this, but our stay at the hotel went smoothly. The room was cleaned and ready on time, the complimentary breakfast buffet always had sufficient food, and parking was no problem, even in the snowstorm we arrived during. The indoor pool and hot tub were much enjoyed by the teenager we traveled with. The beds were comfortable, and noise levels in the hotel were low. The funniest thing about the whole stay was having lots of secret service people around the hotel because Donald Trump was staying there before the debate. We saw "the Donald" and family which was unexpected. If the downtown Manchester hotel is filled, then this place near the airport, and a little off the beaten path, is a good alternative.
We traveled with our dog and were very pleased with how friendly the staff was to us and him. Everything was impressive, from the service to the quality and cleanliness of the hotel. We travel to NH often and this will be our place to stay from now on.
Breakfast area was too small for surge of morning traffic, problems with heating control, bed frame was rattling. Staff was excellent addressed problems swiftly. Room quality and common areas were overall very good.
excellent. the restaurant, the yard is next door with excellent food. this best western goes all out on there breakfast. friendly people. we have stayed there every time we come to manchester nh. i don't have to check out other hotels
I have stayed a few times at the Best Western in Manchester and rarely ever had a problem. All and All its a great place to stay. the only problem we had was the toilet, even after we complained it still was not fixed.
My husband I have been staying at this hotel for 6 years now.. the first time we stayed here was the weekend we got engaged.. we have been coming back at least once a year since... and we have added 2 children who travel with us... Hotel staff is amazing.. amenities wonderful!! Breakfast is hot.. with lots of choices. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds are so comfy. Thank you for always giving us a clean, inviting place to stay year after year.. with our growing family!!!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We found the room clean, comfortable, and large. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. There was a free breakfast which offered plenty of hot and cold choices. We found the staff to be very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to get a call from the front desk about 20 minutes after we checked in to see if our room was meeting our expectations. (We have not experienced this before in our travels!!!) The hotel is is located in a quiet area but is only a couple of miles from the airport and the main shopping district for Manchester as well as the highway. We will definitely come back the next time we are in the Manchester area!
We have been staying at this hotel for the last 2 years for 3 nights each time when we go Black Friday shopping. We love this hotel. Staff is very nice. Never had any problems with anything. Always very clean. We enjoy the hot tub and the pool after a long day of shopping. The hot breakfast included is very good. The location of the hotel is perfect. Near the highway to go to the outlets in Merrimack. and just a couple km away from the New Hampshire mall and many yummy restaurants. We will definitely go back again next year.
We stayed for five days for a business function and used one of the meeting rooms. The facility is very nice and well maintained. The staff was friendly and the breakfast first rate. The toilet was one of the Sloan vacuum flush and I could not get it to work without repeated, sometimes 15 times, flushing. I reported several times and left the top off the tank. I guess it would have involved a big repair. Toilet aside, I would recommend this location.
An overnight stay to get to the airport at 5am. We left too early to have breakfast but was able to order dinner from The Yard (the restaurant affiliated with the hotel). The hotel was nice but the main reason we'd picked this hotel was the location. The hotel was fine, the staff was friendly and the front desk person called 20 minutes after our check-in to confirmed that everything was to our satisfactory in the room, which was nice. We order dinner from The Yard, a dinner for 4 for $35.00, not bad (with a $5.00 off coupon from check-in). The food was good and was delivered to our door.
This is the 2nd visit of over 4 nights each and have enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness - The staff is on top of everything and the location is quite, while being close to everything. Tried others in the area and this is coming out on top and will get my return visit....
Second stay at this clean and comfortable hotel. I know this hotel gets a lot of wear and tear from large wedding parties etc. It is also older probably built in the '90s. The owners do a great job of maintaining the building, décor and cleanliness. I like older hotels because you can open the windows a bit should you want fresh NH air! Bedding was super clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet and peaceful. Had breakfast the first time there and it is wonderful. Go to THe Yard restaurant next door for a great meal!
Our family love this Best Western, and we've stayed at a lot of them. It is our favorite one. The breakfast is the best, the beds are always comfortable, the location is great and they have the best steak house right next door, The Yard. The spa could be hotter, but the staff is always helpful and it is generally well-cleaned.
I like Manchester New Hampshire. Shopping and the people are very friendly. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, For the 3rd time the eggs, scrambled, were not up to par and the staff was told 2 TIMES by me. No bacon on Saturday a.m. chili for breakfast. Only In Mexico. No in New Hampshire B.WESTERN. Coffee ok. Toilet un shot and blocked. I hope they listen and give us a better and healthy breakfast. Real Eggs DO NOT Cost that much. Especially in a Scrabmled form I prefer sunny side Down. I will be back , in the next year in New Hampshire on S.Willow road. Best Western. I like the staff, Very efficient. But the do not choose the food. Management does.
Excellent except this form is way too long. Breakfast was just average. Location a bit of a drive from the freeway. We were new to the area and did not know how long it would take to get there. I have no more comments but you insist on 200 characters. Don't know way. Again hard to know why you ask for such a long reply if you really expect people to complete the form. Our parking spot was close to the hotel and that was helpful. Really don't know what5 else to say and hard to guage when 200 characters have been completed. I'd really like this to be over but the form is still red and I don't want to spend all the time I have to complete the form and then have it all go away.
Stayed two nights recently in a terrific room. Clean, comfortable, and quiet, even though teh room was next to an elevator. Front desk staff were a bit shirty over my parter's service dog. The free breakfast was a cut above the usual with real hot foods including waffles. Most of the parking is at a distance from the hotel building, which is less than convenient. Might or might not return sine this was our first trip to the area.
Reasonable, clean. A little off the well beaten path, but we had stayed here before and knew that. Restaurants not far away. Did not try the one on the property. Did not use the on-site facilities for breakfast; had an appt and had to be "fasting".
My overall experience at this hotel was amazing from the courteous staff to the nice and clean rooms i enjoyed every aspect of my stay. The rewards program gets every guest that stays a sweet goodie bag too.
Not bad. not great. No parking after 10 pm. You have to park at the restaurant next door and walk. The front desk staff were very "chilly" toward the customers checking in. I'm not sure they enjoy their jobs. But I didn't care much. This was just a place to sleep, not have a memorable night. It served my needs.
The hotel was nice enough but the airport shuttle on the day we were there never showed up. We ended up having to change our plans at the last minute and incur the extra expense of parking at the airport. We almost missed our flight. I won't return to this hotel.
Everything was great except the breakfast. Did LOVE the cookies offered at night.Staff was helpful, the restaurant across the street was delicious, called The Yard and is affiliated with the hotel. We were very disappointed in the breakfast items
Wifi was fine. Beds were comfy. Front desk wasn't real friendly. I had the feeling that they were at the end of as long miserable shift. Cheer up ladies. Life is too short. NO PARKING if you come back late. (After 10.00 pm) You need to park in the banquet center parking lot. No biggie. Typical loud door slamming at 3 am hotel. Didn't love it. But didn't hate it either! Oh, and an ATM in the lobby would be great!
While our stay was only brief due to an early flight the next morning, we really enjoyed this hotel. Due to our early departure the next morning we would have missed breakfast. The desk representatives offered to make up breakfast bags for us to take with us when we left the hotel for MHT at o-dark-thirty. This was a very nice gesture and much appreciated.
The grounds are perfect for any sort of quiet reflection, romantic walking or simply sitting and reading in one of the garden gazebos. Grounds are well maintained as is the property. Rooms are spacious and quiet, with lots and lots of piping hot water! Free provided breakfast puts most chain breakfasts to shame. Varied, tasty and plentiful. Warm cookies or brownies are in the lobby late afternoon and evening and the staff couldn't be nicer. Can't wait for a reason to return!
This was an average stay at the BW. The staff was almost stuffy not at all what I have become accustomed to staying at BW when ever I can,. It was almost like I was treated differently because I was a direct corp pay
The Best Western Plus Executive Court is a wonderful place to stay for business or leisure. The facility is clean, comfortable and safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay...fitness center, pool and spa as well as complimentary high speed internet!
Excellent value and comfort. The staff was very pleasant and the hotel was clean. The Jacuzzi in the room was an added plus! Highly recommended. Very convenient to city amenities as well. I intend to use this as the only hotel in the future.
My job has me staying in hotels many weeks of the year. Best Western has never let me down, always offering clean rooms, great breakfast, and an awesome staff. This hotel has one of the nicest pools I have ever seen, Staff here are very nice, very helpful, and were welcoming to my service dogs. Hope I get to stay here again. Thank you for another great Best Western hotel stay.
Had a great stay at this hotel--they went out of their way to make you comfortable. We booked it only for 2 nights, but decided to stay one more night. We did have a problem with the heating controls, but within 10 minutes the front desk manager was in the room taking care of the problem and it worked fine the rest of the stay. We will go back to this same hotel again soon.
Lovely find right by the airport with friendly staff, great service and comfortable rooms. I admit I've not stayed in a Best Western in a long time but I do not recall them being as nice as this property. A+ and a bargain for the price.
I was pleasantly pleased with my stay at the Best Western Plus Executive Court Inn & Conference Center, where I found friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, a very clean room and an excellent breakfast. Upon check-in, I'm not sure that I had a particular room type reserved (just for one person) and the clerk said that all they had was a queen room available, but upon entering, I had a reasonably spacious room with a king-size bed. Like many Best Westerns, the room featured homey wood furniture that was in excellent condition, as was the bathroom and everything else about the room. A wall unit HVAC unit was controlled by wall thermostat and worked just fine. The bed was as comfortable as any. Sadly, there was no in-room recycling container. The only two quirky things about the room are very minor such as the desk against the far outside wall, so there's no chance of watching television or seeing much else (besides the wall) while working at it. The bathroom generally had plenty of room (and the sink is separate from the actual bathroom), but the other peculiar thing was the large bathroom door that opened into the shower, so the amount of room was adequate as long as the door was closed (and no, I wasn't in a handicap accessible room). The amount of toiletries provided was generous, if not excessive. The room is also quiet and it's best attribute is how VERY CLEAN it is, another train that I've noticed among Best Westerns. The outside of the hotel and grounds are very nice and well-maintained. It has apparently been under the Best Western brand since it was built (and kudos to the ownership for the obvious pride that they take with the place). The lobby area is open to the second floor with a grand staircase of sorts, a step up from other similar hotels. The breakfast is far better than average. It includes pancakes and make-your-own waffles, but the most impressive part was the quality of the pastries. The front desk staff are very nice. Free shuttle service is available from the airport. I called upon arrival as instructed. They told me that they'd be there in 10 minutes, and in fact is was a little more than double that, but given that everything else went perfectly during my stay, that's very minor. The Yard restaurant is "on property" and apparently under the same ownership as the hotel (there is a menu in the room and room service is apparently available), but it should be noted that it requires a little walk through parking lots to get there (the restaurant sits along the roadway, while the hotel is set back behind it). It's an easy enough walk, but guests should be prepared if it's snowing, raining or cold. The Yard also includes a full bar. Decor is old school, but the food is quite good (reviewed separately).
Very nice hotel with plentiful parking @ $4/day after free first night and shuttle from very early until midnight. Staff friendly; room comfortable, although small pillow selection, a minor quibble. The breakfast was average but area clean with plenty of seating and natural light.
I have stayed at this property several times and always look forward to each stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are always clean and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing. Altogether a great value for your money. I would highly recommend this property.
We stayed for 2 nights as a base for some shopping in the area. It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast appears to have a 3 day rotation for hot items. The first morning was eggs, bacon hash browns which were pretty good. However the second morning instead of eggs they had breakfast burritos which were not so good. There are other items- such as waffles. The first morning I went with bagel and peanut butter planning eggs the next day. This is a minor breakfast problem but just to let other travellers know. Also pastries and muffins were a bit on dry side. On arrival we received a bag with 1 bottle of water, 1 bag of chips and 3 mini chocolate bars. When there are 2 people they should really give 2 bags. Personally if they can't afford to give one to each person I'd day it looks better not to give any at all. In the evening they have cookies and brownies in the lobby which is very nice. There is coffee in lobby all the time
Stayed here on 10/31&11/1. Close to airport. Staff was very polite and helpful. Full breakfast was average and included in nights stay. Hotel was clean but there were a few issues. The shower drain did not work properly and I was told there was no one in maintanence there over the weekend to fix it. Air conditioner/heater was constantly noisy and probably should be replaced. Had trouble getting the maid to replace items used like coffee, soap, tissues etc. Had to call the front desk about all these issues and they were generally helpful.
The breakfast was average, but the hotel was fairly good. The rooms were fine in size, although we would have preferred a room with a king bed. The hotel always seemed busy, but never over crowded. The game room in the basement was fun and we always had it to ourselves in the evening. The restaurant across the parking lot was good too! Not much to do in Manchester though.
Excellent staff, comfortable room, nice facility. Easy to get to as it is right off the highway and close to most everything in Manchester. Pool/hot tub are clean, breakfast nice. Staff was very helpful
Very nice place to stay. It was clean, beds were comfortable and had all the little extras that make an overnight stay just great! Good breakfast, but was crowded in the room that had the food in it. Guess I was there at a very busy time cause it was better a little later.
Nice quiet location. Decent sized room, great bath shower head and nice towels. Associated restaurant across the parking lot had a nice bar where we watched Thursday night football and had a great meal- big portions at reasonable price. We flew into Boston at 4pm got rental car and were here by 6 for the first night of our leaf peeping trip. Were very happy with our choice, which also included a very nice breakfast buffet. Also a nice exercise room which we used in the morning.
Clean nice Jacuzzi room, great staff, good breakfast. Nice seating area where we could play cards at night, fun game room, we played foose ball. Pool looked nice but we didn't use it. Lots of hockey families there but it wasn't noisy at all with that many kids. Would stay here again.
An excellent hotel in a good location close to the airport. Rooms were modern, large and had microwave and fridge. A good selection at breakfast. The hotel also has an on-site restaurant and there is a large selection of other eateries at the nearby mall.
Bed is saggy; thermostat controls virtually non functional; frontdesk doesn't answer phone; tiny pillows, bathroom sink barely drains. The room is quiet, but then not much happens in this part of new hampshire. The adjoining restaurant on the property was pretty good
This facility is very attractive. A very good restaurant, The Yard, is across the parking lot with a nice bar, good food, good choices. This was a Saturday night in the middle of color season, so we were lucky to even find a place. We got one of the last rooms, were not able to use our AAA discount, and the price of the room was much more than we usually pay. The room was beautiful. Staff were pleasant. The buffet breakfast was better than usual but since the inn was full the place was an absolute zoo...no fault of anyone. There appeared to be a kids tournament of some kind & there were many families & groups. The dining area was kept clean & the food was refilled as needed. In spite of the # of kids & families, we had no problems with noise.
Very nice large property with beautiful garden area. Great pool and fitness center too. Room had some plumbing problems, but that seems to be almost everywhere. Wonderful breakfast. Restaurants are within a few miles, yet they have their own (high priced). Highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is a little way from downtown but was clean, great breakfast, great staff. The desk staff makes the stay very easy. They were very helpful and had answers for every question. Good suggestions for things to do.
With not many predictable hotel facilities for an apporx 200 guest crowd, this facility was a very good find in southern NH. Easy access to 93, rt3, Manchester Airport, it was very convenient even though the winery for the wedding was about 40 mins away.
We were on our Nova Scotia and New England trip for the fall foliage. Stayed at Best Western plus at Manchester, NH for one night on the way back to CA. The staffs were friendly, polite and helpful, the room was comfortable, specially with the frig and microwave in the room, we had some left over was able to enjoy them one more time. The full breakfast was very nice with all the varieties. The fresh fruits and afternoon cookies and brownies just hit the spot after the long drive from a distance city. Thank you so much for the enjoyable stay, from now on we will check all the possibility to stay at BW Plus if the locations are available where we travel to. We are long time Gold card holder for over 40 years has experience stay with BW, we feel that some BW just not that acceptable, BW Plus and higher levels are very nice.
We do not normally stay at Best Western but my husband found this hotel online and we thought we'd give it a try. The price was very fair for a mid fall day. It was the halfway point between Connecticut and Maine where we were going to be staying later during the week. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and found the staff very pleasant and accommodating. And the coffee was waiting for us. The rooms were very clean. The worst thing I could say about the room was the wallpaper was coming up in spots. They had a game room with a pool table, foosball and arcade games. They had a good variety of items for breakfast. The dining area was a little awkward with people exiting through the dining area. All in all I would stay here again.
The staff were very welcoming. Had an issue with the fridge when we arrived in the room, called the front desk and within minutes housekeeping was there to fix everything. Front desk staff were informstive about the area and had maps readily available for the shopping areas. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Will definitely stay here again when in the area. We had a king room, with sofa bed, very spacious, clean and quiet.
Best western does not disappoint for the most part. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, and the amenities were nice. However the layout and the location are completely cryptic. The elevators are located at very odd places and if you are positioned In the right place, the distance from your room to the elevator/stairs/lobby is very far. None the less the outside was beautiful. Although a little off the beaten path, the hotel really did have a great outside and from the moment you walked in to the moment you left you were satisfied with the service, and cleanliness.
We have traveled and stayed at different hotel/motels. I know that I can depend on Best Western and this one sure did not disappoint. The first thing I noticed was how beautiful the grounds were and once inside it continued. The room that we had was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I can also tell you that the front desk staff were the most helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were made to feel comfortable. At check in we were given a welcome bag that contained goodies like chips, candy and water. Once in the room for awhile we got a call from the front desk checking to see if the room was ok and if we needed anything. That is two things I have never had to happen then the third was when I went to the front desk for change to do laundry not only did I get change I was given laundry detergent ! It is a plus having a guest laundry when you do not pack many clothes but free detergent ?. Now for the breakfast it was as good as any complimentary breakfast but they change it up each day so there is variety. It is only about 5 mins from the airport and maybe 5 miles or so up the road there are other Resturants. If I am ever in the area again I would not consider staying anywhere else. I would recommend this property to anyone for all the reasons listed above but most for the value. A lot of bang for the buck.
Very nice room that included a refrigerator, microwave and free wifi at a reasonable rate. Excellent hot breakfast buffet. Lobby, halls and room were very clean and the staff was friendly and very accommodating.
Face it, when you think of a 5 star hotel- Best Western chain doesn't really come to mind.We were there for a 3 day "study group" meeting. The hotel itself is fine/ especially for the price. But ONE employee- front desk JACQUIE -EXCELLED! WOW!
Excellent hotel and staff. Would highly recommend this hotel to others. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The location is close to the airport and the hotel has transportation to and from the airport. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
Very easy to get to, off 93 as well as near the Manchester airport. Free internet and breakfast was helpful. Pub open till midnight right next door, short walk through the parking lot. Terrific value. helpful, cheerful staff Will definitely stay here again.
A very pleasant stay, at a beautiful time of year. The grounds here are well kept and every member of the staff that we had interaction with were more then "just doing their job". Rooms were clean, comfortable and well sized.
I will always stay at a Best Western I had the best stay there. I will not stay at a Days Inn again. The people at Best Western were very nice and the rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was great a lot to choice from.
Staff goes the extra mile to be helpful. Near the airport yet only very slight airport noise. Hot items for breakfast leave much to be desired but many options which are great! Will stay here each time I fly into Manchester...no need to look further
