Aquarius Casino Resort, BW Premier Collection

The housekeeping team here is SO FAST. I swear I only waited like 2 min to get anything I asked for. FRONT DESK VALERIE helped us with everything we needed! Big shout out to her. The facilities are okay. Our room was average and clean. There is some sort of sewage issue though because our room smelled really bad but once we closed the bathroom door it trapped the smell in there. That is our only complaint and we were too lazy to tell front desk.

This has become one of our favorite places to relax and have fun! The rooms are older and have some flaws, but they are easy to overlook. The staff here is exceptional, and they make up for some worn carpet and slow drains. We had a leaking window during a torrential downpour on our most recent visit, and they moved us to a huge suite for two nights. The views up and down the Colorado River are amazing through a whole wall of windows. The friendly staff extend into the casino and house restaurant. Every single staff member we have interacted with has been friendly and helpful. Another aspect we have enjoyed here is the free live entertainment in the bar most weekends. It's always different, and it's always been good. As far as restaurants, it's way too convenient having a 24-Hour McDonald's in the building. Subway next door is also open late, and it was good when we tried it. Unfortunately, Outback Steakhouse is hit-or-miss, and always busy and salty (take that either way). Surprisingly, we've had better food at the Cafe Aquarius, which is less expensive and more low-key. Haven't tried the pizza place, but it looks expensive; and haven't yet tried Pick-Up Sticks or Duet - maybe next time. We are novice gamblers, and the vibe of the casino here is more fun and less serious than others we've visited. There are lots of penny slots on new machines; but my favorite is the Big 6 wheel, where you can also play automated roulette. Finally, don't miss bingo next door at their sister property, Edgewater. They are patient with newbies at check-in. I rarely give a five star review, especially to a place that's in less-than-pristine condition; but there's something magical about the retro-90s vibe mixed with the incredible staff that makes this place hum!

Check in was easy, and everything "looks" good. We started out missing the remote for our tv and housekeeping had to bring up another one...then questioned are you sure you don't have one???? After playing the floor (slots are very tight) and having a few drinks we went up to bed...omg...the bed is old and broken down. One side of the box springs was sagging..it was late didnt want to disturb guest, we waited with no sleep to call front door to switch rooms. Not a sorry or nothing just here is your new room. We moved everything at 5am with sore backs. We stayed on the 14th floor and towards the end of the hall (first room) the smell of sewer is really bad in the hallway, creeps in your door to room. Please tell me I was not the only person to complain about smell or the bed??? New one down the 10 doors the smell was better, shower in the new room was great, smell in sink when water was running. Toilet was leaking, faucet in tub was running water all night. Lamps very dusty...Could not wait to check out of this place. Check out, I told the girl about the problems in the new room...no sorry, discount or even thank you for staying with us...very sour girl. I paid more thinking we were staying in a nice casino and rooms...never will stay here again. I believe they do not care about customer service at all. Sad!

Stayed overnight on way back to LAS. Easy to find, free parking, lots of food choices, gambling if you wish. Rooms basic but clean, lots of elevators so quick, wifi and tv good, staff friendly and helpful, certainly worth a stopover if nearby.

room was nice except for the what appeared to be under clothing left by the former guest, the check in was a little confusing . we requested a room with a view of the river .the person at the front desk asked do you want upper or lower floor .I guess i picked the wrong one when she replied that will be extra .when asked why she responded because you picked a lower floor .we soon got that corrected .other than that there was great food, gambling overall a nice stay

The check in people were great. Hoping I did not get charged for the view. Booked online but the extra charge we were told we would get back is still out there. Our room in the Arizona tower is pleasantly clean and modern. View is very nice overlooking the Colorado River. Outback steak house great meal. The free comp drinks when gambling are almost non existent. Our bartender would not come to serve us a second drink even though we were gambling. Looked at us and would walk the other direction - and yes we did tip him. We finally left the casino and came back to our room to a cocktail. If the bartender at the bar won't serve you - not sure where to go. Casino loss as we were just thirsty.

Not the greatest place. Originally got put in a very noisy room (fans on the roof outside) on 3rd floor and had to ask to be moved. Cocktail waitress on Casino floor few and far between. One took my order and then never came back. Also they are very grumpy. Slots very tight. Room is mediocre at best. Not enough shampoo etc for two. Very dated. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here on a couple of occasions, used to be really good value but prices starting to creep up now, along with resort fees, parking fees, etc. The rooms on level 3, the tennis court level, have outside seating, worth having. Good views from the 18th floor. 12 channels on the TV. Free water given out but gotta ask for it at the front desk. The pool is small and gets busy. The cafe is pretty good but needs a damn good clean, especially the windows, full of dead bugs - not very appetising. Couple of crap tables, one electonic one, not a fan. Food franchises close pretty early, so watch out. The drinks prices are reasonable and the lounge acts were pretty good. Jet skis for hire on the river but way too expensive, Lake Havasu much cheaper. Worth a walk down to River Ricks at the Pioneer for the band, the Hideout across the road is also pretty good - cheap drinks and great views from the balcony. Worth a look if you're in town and can get a deal.

I am a Best Western Diamond Member. Great hotel. The check-in with Miss Valerie was great. The room very clean. Everything worked perfectly Great shower. Great bed and pillows, it was a great night's sleep. The pool and spa very clean. Very good food options at the Casino and reasonable prices. The place seemed very safe to me. The rates are reasonable and don't charge a fortune in resort fees. Several stores within walking dis

Room smelled like sewer. Could not sleep because of that. When I turned on the aC, the smell intensified. Also very outdated, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The casino game area look decent. Also some good fast food and restaurant which was nice.

We had a nice enough stay at the Aquarius, room was dated but comfortable with great views of the river. The River Rock Pizza place was decent but took over 30 minutes to get our pizza which was missing the crust all around the edges, I think it got burned and they tried to fix it. The waiter apologized for the shoddy pizza and order us another which took another 30 minutes, way too long. We ate in the bar at the Ouback restaurant and waited 45 minutes or more for our food, again, way too long as the restaurants were only half full. The deal breaker for us was a razor blade on the floor next to the bed that my wife stepped on, this happend on Thanksgiving 11/23/2023. Security came and made a report about the razor blade, but I would have assumed that the manager would call and make things right somehow. No manager reached out and no apology, nothing mentioned from anyone at the front desk other than the security report, classy move Aquarius!

The check in was cumberson, all digital and if you had any issues you had to stand in line with numerous others. Room was not what I requested. No view, and the smell was so bad we asked to be moved. We given a view room but again, not what I had reserved. No microwave, no room service, no map of the place and every food venue was so busy you couldn't get in except to buy fast food. Parking is not friendly either.

We went with a large group so had no choice on where to stay. This hotel is old and shows it. The rooms were sorta clean but carpet is worn, bathroom has cracked tiles, and they had the worst bed ever. It was lumpy and hard. Absolutely horrid. We couldnt sleep and the air conditioner got it so cold in there that I had to wear a sweat shirt to bed because it wouldnt warm up. The elevators jerk and bounce going up and down in them. Its sort of scary really. If you want a cheap room, this is what you will get. Also the casino smells really bad. Like they blew in some scent to cover up cigarette smell. Awful. Was not impressed at all and would not recommend unless you are desperate.

I do not recommend this hotel. This place is dated, carpets are filthy, bed's springs are popping up, The hallway carpet looks like a kegger occurred . TV is tiny 32” and fuzzy reception. I am really upset to have to stay for the week. Trying to find a positive but there aren't any.

This was our first time staying here. We booked vis Groupon. We tried to check in at the self check in and it tried to charge me $400 to check in. Got in line to see an agent. She was able to check me in. Upon getting to our room we found the drapes open, ac was off, and the room was 80 degrees. Upon turning the ac on at its highest setting it only blows low. We had to call engineers up to look at it. Some one closed the vents so it didn't blow. It took 5 hrs to cool the room off. The room decor is very dated. Wallpaper is pealing in the room. The toilet in the bathroom was set up for a kid. When I sat down to use it my knees were in my chest. The beds are hard as a sheet of plywood. We went to the pool and couldn't get in. Keys were not set up for the pool. Went and got new keys. You can't keep the keys in your pocket they have to be RFID covered otherwise they stop working. This place is not worth $125 plus fees a night. Photos on the BW website are not what the rooms look like in person. They are not that nice

The location of this hotel is good, however the hotel is dated. No USB port available in the rooms. The hotel location is nice. We had a river view room which was nice. The food options were good and the river walk is right there. The casino appears to be updated which was nice. Even though it was dated, we were told this hotel was one of the best ones in the area.

Valet attendants started yelling at me and my fiancé because we asked for our ac not to be turned on since it doesn't work properly and the attendant started yelling at my fiancé saying “well u shouldn't valet if ur car doesn't work properly I have a right to refuse service to you”. Which I'm sure they're aloud to refuse service but he didn't have to start yelling at her. Then when we fixed the issue they gave the excuse that our window didn't roll up all the way, we tried showing them that it was a hand crank but they refused to look and started an argument saying “if ur window won't work properly then we're refusing u service” then after we tried showing it working they said “well you've been arguing with us so we're refusing u service” even tho we wouldn't even have argued if they let us show them the window working

Worst Hotel experience in Laughlin ever. 30 minute wait to get on an elevator Friday and Saturday night to get to our room. Room 4033 in the Arizona tower is not level. 6” difference from one side of the room to the other. Bed slanted down so that your feet were higher that our heads. I'm 6'4” tall and the shower ceiling is 6'-4.25” high but the shower head is 5' tall. Tub drained so slow the it took over an hour to drain after my wife had bath. There are no stairs with general access to go up, you must use the elevators. Asked to change rooms and they were booked and said no. Asked for a discount and they said they'd refund half the hotel bill but only refunded half the resort fee. 1 star is far too high.

ALWAYS CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD AND DO THE MATH YOURSELF WHEN CHECKING IN! My friend and I checked in and were overcharged. The older lady at the front desk was extremely rude and told my friend "since you can't do math, I'll write it on a paper for you!" Even on a paper the math she was doing wasn't making sense. When we finally get up to the room our room was dirty with old sandwich bread hidden behind the curtains. They have YET to refund me the extra money they stole from me because they supposedly have no record of it even with my screenshots from my bank account BTW be mindful that the parking lot gets full and the line to go up the elevators is a joke. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone on the phone too. I've been on hold FOREVER. I have had the worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel here.

We met friends for a short getaway... low-key, eats, a bit of shopping, penny slots as a diversion. Staying right on the Colorado River and seeing so many people enjoying water activities was really nice. Water taxi to another casino for dinner reservations was fun... riding the waves! The Aquarius hotel and casino itself is rather dated, not as clean as I would expect it to be. Staff throughout was very friendly and attentive. Public restrooms were very clean! Such a pleasant and unexpected surprise, believe it or not! Rooms were adequate and comfortable. No complaints, there. Flooring, walls, bathrooms are showing their wear and tear and cannot be as clean and tidy as when all is newer. Elevators were having troubles, a little worrisome. Overall, I would stay here, again. Disappointed that the little coffee/pastry shop didn't stay open past 8pm to allow for a later-in-the-evening treat after playing in the casino and to facilitate visiting and winding down before turning in for the night. Be sure to tip your servers and housekeeping - they work hard! :)

The Aquarius continues to be the gold standard of hotel/casinos Laughlin Nevada. It has a great location, nice guestrooms, and a great gaming floor! We have always enjoyed our time at the Aquarius

The room was clean nothing horrible. The elevators at the Arizona tower are defective. One elevator closes the door three times before moving. Another elevator you could hear the cables moving. Scary.

hotel was decent. did a king panorama room, arizona tower, 15th floor non smoking. Room was fine. Faint smell of smoke but very minor. probably from casino area on ground floor. Restaurants were good, I did the cafe for a lunch and a breakfast, and outback for dinner. Travelled on a weekday so not super busy.

Even though the Aquarius is of the nicer hotels in Laughlin, it's not really that nice. The rooms are old, popcorn ceilings, rock hard mattresses. The service is so so. The casino is nicer though and I like to gamble there. Just not stay there.

Super cheap option for a night's stay on our road trip. Two queen beds, no view but you get what you pay for and it was only to sleep, shower, and get a bite to eat downstairs at Outback Steakhouse. Self check-in kiosks are always a plus so you don't stand in line

We have been travelling to the United States for 35 years and stayed in a variety of hotels throughout the country. This is, by a long way the worst experience we have had of American hospitality. We have stayed at this resort on numerous occasions and always found the casino and accommodation maintained to a high standard It has changed ownership in the last couple of years and the deterioration has been remarkable. On entering the casino there is an atmosphere of neglect which carries forward to the bedrooms. We sat at our usual place at the middle bar and played video poker. The bar staff were not at all attentive but spent most of their time on their phones. I eventually managed to get the attention of a bartender and asked for a beer and a glass of sparkling wine. The wine came in a plastic beaker, the type you find in a dentists which you use for a mouth wash. I questioned this and I was told they had to serve in beakers as it was a federal law introduced because of covid. I knew this was untrue as we had been to some other casinos and the drinks were served in glasses. We were told to go down to the front bar to get one (I have to say we were there on a couple of occasions with our American friend and the service was good and the surf and turf excellent). Which my wife did We returned to our room on our third night to find the room had not been cleaned and housekeeping had not been in I remember, when we checked i, we were asked if we required housekeeping. A little bit strange but we confirmed that we certainly did and this was done on the first two nights. We contacted the front desk and were told that we could not have the room cleaned but they would send up some clean towels, bathroom accessories and materials for the coffee maker (the coffee was disgusting and obviously a poor quality cheap excuse for the real thing). What we actually got was some bathroom accessories and two blankets which looked like they had been dragged off a slept in bed. I phoned down to front desk to report this. I was told the hotel manager would ring the next day This was my wife's birthday No one had called well after mid day. I really wanted to make it special a special day and had no intention of sitting in a bedroom with an unmade bed and a dirty bathroom. I went to front desk and asked to see the hotel manager. A surly young woman came from the back room and I asked why no one had contacted me. She claimed SHE was the hotel manager and was just about to ring me. Yeah sure thing I then went on to ask why the drinks were served in plastic cups. Answered with a shrug of the shoulders and a smirk on her face. I told her I very much resented this attitude. I asked about the problem with housekeeping. No response At this point a man in a suit came to stand beside me and told me to leave the front desk immediately I said I needed some answers to my questions. He told me my questions had been answered. Another suited gentleman arrived as back up. I was told to leave the hotel as I was trespassing and that I had been shouting and screaming, which I certainly had not. This had now deteriorated into a farce. I was told I had a couple of minutes to get out. I had come to a dead end and went upstairs accompanied by the two gentlemen. I opened the door and told my wife these two were going to sing happy birthday As you can imagine this did not meet with a positive response. A further gentleman joined the party Anyway I got through to the hotel manager and her whole attitude was 'nothing I can do'. We packed up and left. The original security man tracked uo to our car and made sure we left the premises We checked into the Golden Nugget along the river and had a fantastic care free stay in a hotel which gave the impression that they wanted us to be there and did all they could to make our stay a most pleasant one I have read similar reviews about the Aquarius so I am not alone in my view. Stay away from this place. If you do venture through the doors, don't say you weren't warned

I reserved and paid for a river view, got more like a peekaboo view of it. The TV remote did not work so maintenance brought a new one. No was clothes in the bathroom, the tub had saw dust or some debris and when I tried to wash it away, discovered the tub did not even drain properly, very slow drain. Just disappointed, plus I don't get the reason for a "resort" fee, this is just a hotel, nothing resort about it, in my opinion.

The room was drab and old, inside rooms were similar to the Tropicana Casino,,not enough towels in bathroom, The soap and shampoo was like hair gel in a bottle When I went to Cafe Aquarius, i felt like i was eating in a 70s diner, the atmosphere was tacky tacky!

Came to this resort for a weekend get away with neighbors. On the second night before getting in bed around 1:34am my wife and I notice something on the pillow. Long behold it was a bed bug. We Immediately check out the hotel and won't be returning.

Check in process is long and cumbersome. No Mobile App available even though this is a Best Western managed hotel. Best Western Diamond members are not recognized and receive no perks here. Room need renovation! The furniture looks like it is retro from the 70s and I don't think this is on purpose. Both lamp shades in my room were cracked. The lounge chair was covered with a layer of dirty film - these need to be deep cleaned. The plumbing also needs work. It took 5 minutes for the sink to drain every time I used it. If you like to watch TV - this is not the place. There is a tiny 30” TV and remote that barely works. If I had to guess the TV was purchased 10 years ago. There is no smart options on the TV. Need to upgrade all these. It's hard to see such a small TV from the bed. Lastly, the coffee. It's horrible. They use Dixie cups and the cheap 5 cent coffee and sugar packets instead of Splenda and Coffee Mate creamers like most modern hotels.

You cannot beat the price for this quality hotel. Great musical events, nice facilities, well-maintained rooms, and good gambling action. Wish we had a better option than Outback Steakhouse for late night dining though.

Our friends flew over from England for a 3 week stay. They have always stayed and played at the Aquarius. This trip turned nasty. They asked to speak to the manager about the room service but got no where. They were accused of shouting and yelling. (This man would never be caught dead shouting in public.) They were told to leave. Men went up to their room and made them pack and escorted them off the property and told them not to try to get a room the Edgewater or play there. (It's another of their properties.) My friends were humiliated and embarrassed by some young, inexperienced, snotty, young woman who refused to help them. We live in Bullhead. We will no longer recommend the Aquarius to our friends or family. We also will not play or eat there again. Or at the Edgewater. Such shameful treatment. I suggested they sue the casino. They are contemplating it.

We had a large family get together post covid. We went midweek, no waits for check in valet or anything. I still resent the 19.00 resort fee when I am not doing anything but sleep eat and gamble. This goes for any hotel. The new layout of casino since before covid is nice. They have plenty of space so you can escape smokers and lurkers. Decent number of table games and other stuff open. Still have a sport/race book. They have one of the new electronic craps tables as well as an old school one. They have ample comp drinks. As. family we ate at the pizza joint which was decent and the cafe for breakfast. Service was great everywhere fro. checking to check out. I'm The rooms are a little worse for wear and basically bedding the quality of a big Marriott and they have an amazing pillow. I loved them. After surviving all of the covid shut down and slow down I will give them a break, bit I hope they are planning a remodel soon. Overall. The employees were EXCELLENT and provided great service. I always felt safe compared to a recent stay at the Palazzo in Vegas where it was packed with weed smelling elevators and tons of slackers. Aquarius never smelled skunks and they have pretty high ceilings that clear smoke up pretty quickly.

I travel to Laughlin (from Phoenix) a few times a year, and I usually stay at either the Edgewater or the Aquarius (they have a common owner). It's been a few years since I stayed at the Aquarius, so last weekend, I thought I'd pay a little extra to stay there. What a mistake! The first problem was checking-in. Yes, it was a Friday, and yes, it was probably "rush hour" for the hotel, but the wait was well over an hour. And that was only the beginning. The room was about what I expected, but it was badly in need of maintenance. I could live with the fact that the TV didn't work (they finally fixed it the next day), and that the door was sagging (which caused it to drag on the carpet in the hall such that it wouldn't close by itself), but the drain in the bathtub/shower was so clogged with hair (gross!) that it didn't drain at all. If you were in the shower for more than 3 minutes, the dirty water would reach your shins. I showered on Saturday morning before I knew any better, but I left Sunday without showering. The mere thought of it was disgusting. But all of that paled in comparison to the problem with my room key. When I checked into the room on Friday afternoon, I had to swipe my room key 4 or 5 times before it worked. I was a little concerned, but I figured the lock was just being finnicky. When I returned, exhausted, later that night, however, the key wouldn't work at all. After trying 10+ times, I took the elevator down to the front desk and told them what happened, and they printed new keys. I then went back up to the room, and again, the key didn't work. So I took the elevator to the lobby, again, and told them, this time in stronger language, that the new keys weren't working, either. They told me to return to my room and that they would send a security person to my room to let me in, I did what they told me, but it was almost an hour before someone finally showed up. Imagine getting back to your room late at night, and dog--tired, and having to wait almost 2 hours to get in your room! I stopped at the front desk Saturday morning and told them what happened, and they said it was probably a worn-out battery in the door lock, and they would fix it. Like an idiot, I believed them, but when I returned to my room late that night, I went through the same, 2-hour ordeal. The people at the front desk got an earful, and said they were sorry, but it didn't solve the problem. I literally fell asleep in on the floor outside my room waiting for security to arrive. And that was after I raised hell in the lobby. They originally told me there were 9 "key situations" ahead of me, but when I reminded them of what I'd gone through the previous night, they moved up to the front of the list, which "shortened" my waiting time to about 2 hours. Again, you can imagine my frustration. As I said, the hotel was well-aware of the problems, but the only accommodation was that when the security guard finally arrived to let me in Saturday night, he said I could change rooms if I wanted. Given that I'd already been waiting two hours and had no interested in changing rooms at midnight, especially because I was checking out the next morning, I politely, or probably not-so-politely, declined. Amazingly, they didn't even offer to waive the daily "resort fee". I emailed the hotel the day I got home and chronicled what happened, but they never responded. I was disappointed, but not surprised. This used to be a decent hotel with decent customer service, but now it's a run-down pit with no concern for guests. I took the high road by emailing the hotel before posting this honest review, but given that they didn't see fit to respond to me, I want everyone to know about this lousy excuse for a hotel.

Reserved 2 rooms about 6 weeks out. Paid more for King Room that rate for Queen. Arrived to hotel with no King and was essentially told it was based on availability so apparently all I had to do was arrive earlier than someone else. So really no point to a reservation of any specific room type regardless of price shown. Just get the cheapest one and show up earlier. Check in agent was exceptionally rude, refused to get a manager for us to speak with and put our 2 rooms as far away from each other as possible even with the note that had been put in my reservations. Both rooms were completely run down and dated not worthy of being a "resort" Cooler didn't work in one, Heater didn't work in the other. Bathroom was so small you had to sit on the toiled diagonally because it was so close to the wall. We spent the evening looking for a new location to stay and had a decent checkout experience in the morning with absolutely no questioning of why were cutting short our stay and you guessed it, no manager available to speak to. Stick to the original Riverside, maybe Golden Nugget or Harrahs while in Laughlin.

After staying in some wonderful Las Vegas hotels this was a major disappointment. We were attending a meeting so had to stay here but never again. On the positive side the room was clean, there's free parking, and a great shower. But the hotel is horribly dated. The guy who checked us in made several errors and id not tell us any information that we later heard from others. The WIFI is slower than slow. No USB outlets. One night there was yelling and screaming in the room across from us at 2am and beyond. There was no housekeeping, new towels, or trash pickup (the check guy was supposed to tell us how to get this). TV in living room (we upgraded to suite but it was a waste of money) had to be turned on and off to get picture and sound. Outlet covers were missing and the toilet flush did not work well. And to top it all off there were major billing issues that took several hours to eventually correct. Another front desk guy even checked us out 2 days early when we just asked to see a bill. We left early to go spend our last night at Vdara in LV to enjoy a professionally run hotel.

We are part of a large group that stays here annually for our golf tournament. We pay a specified amount that included some meals and golf. The room was as expected. A minor leak in the toilet ( interior, not a major one, we just kept door shut at night) The steakhouse was great as usual, the cafe was busy and basic, but waitress was great. The cashier is consistently grumpy ( multiple years). Gaming was pretty disappointing but a large variety of games. The valet guys are too notch!!! My main issue was with housekeeping. We were told at check in that services were upon request. We arrived on a Friday so Saturday I went the front desk and requested more towels for the day and scheduled housekeeping on Sunday and Tuesday. Sunday did not happen. Before we headed out for the day on Monday I called housekeeping to have room tidied up. Lady that answered actually asked if I wanted room clean. I even left a note and tip asking for extra towels again and thanked them for all they do. BUT the bed wasn't even made. Next morning, we just hung the sign on the door , room was tidied again but bed wasn't made again. Vacuuming didn't happen at all.

My husband and I stayed at the Aquarius because it had the least negative reviews, and I'm glad we did! I hadn't slept in a couple of days and was exhausted and slept 12 hours the first night on a very comfy bed and bedding! The room temperature control was perfect. Was on the 18th Floor of the adult tower and had a great view of river. While my husband went out with family for dinner, I went downstairs for a quick take-out at Panda Express and had a great fast-dinner. One night we ate at Outback and it was FANTASTIC! Best prime-rib I've had in years. The free internet is not good... buffers frequently; and the paid wi-fi isn't much better. They have a great fitness center with as much equipment as my neighborhood gym. Yes, there is some paid parking near the elevators in the parking garage, but if you are patient, you can find a free parking space. We managed several times over the 3 days we stayed there. We didn't gamble, but noticed more people at this casino than any of the other nearby casinos. There was a very long line to get into the Oasis restaurant for breakfast, but everyone said it was excellent. We got tired of waiting and went into Kingman for our first meal of the day on our way home. We were a little disappointed that there was no water in the pool, but maybe they were just getting it ready for the winter weather. Our room was very clean, with coffee maker and refrigerator (no microwave) and housekeeping was always nearby if we needed something extra (like coffee pods and towels). Housekeepers were very polite and each one welcomed us to the Aquarius. For such a large hotel, our room was surprisingly quiet. We kept our "do not disturb" sign out so not sure if there was daily housekeeping services. I did online check-in with the Aquarius app and when we got there, we did a kiosk check-in which was very easy and quick. I wish we had used the valet service which I understand is free, but we didn't know that and had to lug our suitcases a very long distance. I signed up for the Aquarius True Rewards card which gives you access to a larger assortment of rooms to rent, which I'll use next time.

I was told i was not allowed in the VIP office cause of my card level so i stayed away from there but i did not know cause a guest got me a few cookies from there that they called security on me i was told to leave and found out because of this i am 86 how sad cause of some cookies

Had a couple free nights at Aquarius. We got a room on the 16th floor of the California tower and we were pleasantly surprised by the great view without even asking! Check in on a Friday super fast also. Use the self check,easy. I was confused after seeing reviews about having to pay for parking now but there's still free parking in the garage. Only some spaces near the front are not free. Our room was very nice and it's great it has a fridge and coffeemaker. Only complaints,it was clearly not vacuumed nor was the hallway. Lots of threads and other debris in our room. I wouldn't say it was gross or anything,but did need vacuumed! Bathroom was fine. As in other reviews a little dusty,I'm sure with this many rooms it's hard to do a detailed cleaning every time. We were on a nonsmoking floor. At night smoke comes through the air conditioning, even in your room. Hallway is skunky with pot smoke. I'll blame all the dang potheads for that;) Casino area did seem alot smokier than it used to,maybe needs some new ventilation fans??? The elevators are very quick,I literally never waited longer than a minute. Usually had an empty elevator and it was very busy. All in all,we had a good stay and will definitely be back!

The Arizona tower is the side to get if you can. Also don't skip the Oasis Cafe, food is excellent and very reasonably priced. There is free valet and covered parking, but unloading at the front door is a little awkward if you don't use the valet. It's not a straight return shot to the parking lot from the front door. Better to just walk your stuff in if you're not gonna use the valet, they will not let you use a luggage cart if you don't so be aware if you have a lot of stuff.

I planned our 40 year nursing reunion this year and my friends wanted to go to Laughlin. The Aquarius is my favorite casino and it did not disappoint. We each made our own room reservations. Check in was a breeze and we were even able to check in an hour early. We parked in the free parking structure. It provided a safe spot to leave our car for the weekend, the only problem was the elevators were extremely slow. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view of the river and neighboring casinos. It came with a coffee maker and a mini refrigerator! The hotel/casino elevators were very fast. Every person we encountered at the Aquarius was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Especially Jeanette, the Pit Boss, and the dealers Zachary, Ken, Lisa, and Armando! Jeanette went out of her way to open up another Blackjack table for us and the Pai Gow dealers were so patient with the people who were learning the game. We ate breakfast each morning at the main restaurant. Note to large groups: they only give you one bill which included the tip. Fortunately breakfast was so reasonable we each paid cash. The cocktail waitress came around often, the slot machines were paying nicely, the casino was laid out well and it wasn't too smoky. We walked to neighboring casinos and used the water taxi to get to the casinos that were further away, it was nice to have the dock so close to the casino. We had so much fun we are considering making this a yearly trip! Thank you to all of the Aquarius staff for making our reunion so memorable.

Where to start, we absolutely love The Aquarius Hotel Casino! They have our most favorite-est restaurant The Outback Steakhouse, which is always on point and fantastic! The parking there is very easy and usually can find a handicap spot. The Slot Machines were REALLY loose last time we were there in the middle of August, we go at least two times a month and always come home SATISFIED! We are both born under the sign of Aquarius so we consider that *OUR PLACE* We really enjoy it there!!!!

The wife and I went to Laughlin for our anniversary,we stayed at the Aquarius hotel our go to place in Laughlin.I was just there in April. Fast forward to September to my surprise I see signs to pay for parking , first resort fees now parking fees when will it end? Nothing has improved at the Hotel still in need of renovation etc.i will go back just not as often and I will try to spend less , just my own way to protest .

Stay was great, service was really nice and had everything we needed at the Resort. The Cove was my favorite afternoon activity. Pool was nice and warm. Really nice stay. Rooms need improvement. Great

Angelique checked us in. Very friendly and helpful service with a smile. Our room on the 17th floor had excellent views of the Colorado River and the mountains. The room was clean and well maintained. The casino hotel is also clean and well maintained. The location is very good, overlooking the Colorado River. Plenty of free covered parking. A great place to stay!

First time we stayed here was holiday of 2021. I was pleased. The room had a wonderful view and staying in the adult tower was wonderful. Stayed again a couple months later and a couple months after and just keep coming back. I like that the casino is open. Free valet parking and the attendants are always no nonsense and get the vehicles in a timely manner. They offer bellhop service; again free. I have yet to have any issues with check in and if there is a line it moves fast. The restaurants inside are very good. I love the cafe and river rock is a classy little masterpiece. Outback is amazing. There is some fast food in there and a gift shop (not owned by casino). The room is very large and elevators conveniently located. I have been here at peak where all rooms are booked and restaurants full. Take the boardwalk to the famous Riverside Resort for additional fun or the river taxi up the river to visit other venues. I love gambling here. I haven't won "the big one" yet but I always win enough to keep playing for hours or days. They do keep the machines up pretty well. I would like to see more cocktail hostesses (or hosts!) and I would prefer food room service but thats a minor detail. Cannot give 5 stars as have had a couple mishaps that are a total star loss. A broken shower in which only the bath was working. Room service did not come at all one morning when the sign was placed to state we needed cleaning. A room next to the parking garage one saturday night was too loud. Not sure how they can work that out. All in all, I recommend visitors to come play at the Aquarius!

Laughlin needs a full make over- it's horrible. The hotel was not good- there were no towels in our bathroom, the coffee maker didn't work, the restaurant service is awful. I would wait to stay anywhere in Laughlin until changes have been made.

Overall ok, but several issues that are basic hotel musts that fell short - toilet has to be flushed 2-3 times to work properly, fan in bathroom not working, no hand towels, no washcloths, tv reception was hit and miss, waiting line for elevator, and casino was very smokey. We made the most of it and still had a good time.

The casino is nice, big, and in the best location in Laughlin. I've stayed in both towers (Arizona and California) and the rooms are all decent but the issues I have with the casino is that they allow smoking on casino floor without good ventilation. I had to keep going outside to get some air and the non smoking area is tiny with a minimal variety of slots to play. Me and my wife also had an issue at check in on our last visit. We checked in with a new employee who was great but the lady she would ask for help seemed to be annoyed with her and kind of rude. We requested an upgrade and was early to check in and the rude woman gave us a suite on the 3rd floor with a view of the air ducts and ventilation from the casino roof. I was not pleased and we immediately went back to the rude one and let her know that we were not staying in that room and that if I'm paying for an upgrade, I'd at least expect a better view. She realized it was a bad room and found us a corner suite on the 16th floor. We appreciated it but was kind of baffled as to why we had to go back down there to complain in the first place. Other than those issues, it is still a preferred destination in Laughlin but I really hope the ventilation can get fixed so I can breathe in there!

The Aquarius Casino Resort has a great location to the river and other casinos, a nice pool, lounges with entertainment-bands, a variety of slot machines and places to eat. We took the river taxi and used the day pass to visit the other casinos.

What a great hotel. We drove here from Mesa Arizona I was skeptical as many people had said there's nothing to do in Laughlin Nevada. A strip of hotels it sit on the Riverwalk in the Colorado river a nice change of scenery. The weather is hot hot hot.

Great place if you don't want all the hustle and bustle of vegas, the casino is every bit as good as the ones in Vegas bit without the high limits, rooms are spacious with everything you need in them, the river view rooms are worth the little extra for the view, also parking is free (not a chance in Vegas unless you're off strip) the walk along the river is lovely and you can stop in and look around the other casinos on the front as you go, there is also a river boat bus that goes up and down the river at regular intervals, free live music is offered regularly also, we like it here because it's a more chilled out vibe than Vegas but has everything we need and like,

We'll.... We did the dinner cruise on the river which was great. Everything else a complete cluster from the parking, check in, and trying to eat breakfast at the hotel cafe. Couldn't control shower temp. Won't be back to Aquarius or Laughlin. First and last time for both.

This hotel is quiet well kept and the bedrooms are super comfortable. Obviously it is a little older than some of the places in Vegas for example but the staff are friendly and I have a very comfortable stay.

I've stayed in the hotel many times, if your looking for luxury then this won't be up to your standards, but for a casino hotel I just use the room to sleep, shower and store my belongings. I found rooms to be overall tidy well appointed and beds a bit too firm for my liking. Casino hasn't been super friendly to me as of late, but great service from the bartenders and servers.

Upgraded to a river view room. Should have known when Diamond Elite states with Best Western not acknowledged things might be an issue. Check in clerk did not seem to know what Diamond Elite or Best Western was. Got checked in fast. Room had a great view, except River facing window was covered in bird droppings. Hair dryer was coated in dust and grime as was the lamp. Shade was broken. Brought items to attention of front desk. No response.

Stayed April 23-25, 2022. WOULD NOT STAY AGAIN. This is NOT a LUXURY accommodation!! Room dusty with outdated furniture, rough dingy white towels, rough toilet tissue, and facial tissues, no housekeeping offered, thin walls, NOISY all night long, and online room images misleading. No ability to adjust the thermostat and the room was freezing, however, when finally able to get through to front desk the problem was solved. Apparently, the entire unit was turned off so the friendly and pleasant service person removed the ceiling panel in the bathroom and turned the unit on. After check-in, we had to take the elevator from our 8th floor rooms TWICE since room keys inoperable each time. The Cafe Aquarius servers: Tyler, Charlene and Gayle's warm, friendly and excellent service made up for the lack in other areas of our stay. The 7 layer chocolate cake has consistency of cornbread and is 7 layers only if you count the icing between the actual layers, the chicken noodle soup was more onions than chicken or noodles and the Fruit platter is actualy a Fruit plate size.

From check in, through checkout, the service was exemplary. The property is well maintained it is clean and the service in restaurants and bar is good. Staff is a little thin for breakfast however for the most part it works out well because the staff has been well trained and they are hard-working

Can't access the AZ tower from the parking lot or ramp without walking through the casino. Can't access the pool without going through the casino, outside through a public area, then through a gate with card access. Free WiFi is very slow, have to log in every 24 hours. It will quit in the middle of what you are doing when your time is up. Have to pay extra for faster internet. Cable TV does not have a program guide, picture is very grainy on major networks, No HGTV. No clock radio. Resort fee of $17 per day plus 12.5% tax gets you access to the pool and valet parking if you are willing to tip the valets. Area on 3rd level between the AZ and CA towers is abandoned and lounge chairs and ground are dirty and have lots of bird droppings. Tennis courts are locked. Ice bucket in the room is a non-insulated plastic container with no lid, similar to a large cottage cheese container. Room was clean. Aquarius Cafe was a good restaurant. Will not stay here again.

We were in town for the weekend to attend a concert and ended up staying here due to my g/fs dad got us a free room. You can tell the resort has been there for quite a while so the rooms are showing their age but they were nice and clean. The staff was nice and friendly but wasn't very nice was the constant smell of smoke on not only our floor but in some cases are room. We were unable to determine where it was coming from but they sent someone up to spray in our room to try and cover up the smell. Luckily we weren't in our room that much so it wasn't a huge issue. The only other issue is that some of the restaurants had a multi-hour wait which was crazy. Luckily there were a few other nice dining options so we were able to get around it. The location itself was quite nice as it was on the river so it was nice to dine and look out the windows at the water. It was a nice stay and I can see us going back there the next time we are in town to attend a concert.

Stayed for one night in November. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the Prime Rib and the river view at dinner. The hotel was very clean and the bed comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

It has changed over the years. When we visited many years ago, it was nice. They have saved a lot of $$$ on maintenance! Shower tub doesn't drain, and the list goes on. Laughlin appears to be going downhill. The "Boat" Casino (will not name it) even appears to be closed. However, the Aquarius may start improving their maintenance, IF they spend the Big Bucks we lost there on it. Stay elsewhere!

Casino is great. Hotel is dated and needs updates. The views are great from the room and the location is great. Internet needs to be improved. We are in a time that requires good internet. This is something that can be a deal breaker for staying at this hotel.

Room was old and not very clean. We got 1 towel, 3 hand towels and no washcloths for 2 people. You have to run the water forever to get hot water. What a waste of water for an area suffering from a water shortage. The Casino is nice but of course that is where they are making their money.

Things our room didn't have: 1. a clock 2. toiletries (some bath soap please!) 3. bottled water (for coffee) 4. a do not disturb door tag 5. modern HD TV 6. a bath tub drain stopper (later found loose on the floor under the sink) 7. hotel directory or local information Otherwise the room was acceptable, beds were okay and there were no noises during the night. Compared to our experiences in other Laughlin hotels we'd still recommend the Aquarius because none of them tend to be luxurious.

Well. Not a bad Stay. They could have done a few things to improve my Time. The River View Room I purchased was a room with the vents outside and with a far-off view of the low river. Casino was Smoky. Room was not cleaned well, you could see dust and grime in some places, we had to get a new comforter because ours had lipstick stains. We stayed at the end of the hall, so it was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Staff was attentive. Location was excellent and pool was fun. Will probably stay elsewhere next time.

We were looking for a great weekend but it was ruined by the screaming kids and big mouth adults carrying on late at night. Called security twice. They were told to quiet down and did not. Called the front desk and we were told we could move to another room. We left that night at midnight. Why were they not told to move?. Very disappointed that bad behavior is rewarded at the Aquarius. I am sure those individuals left the room trashed. It's what you get when you favor this type of behavior. DONE WITH THE AQUARIUS

I don't think that many of the reviews here are fair. The hotel is certainly not new, but it doesn't warrant the description that appears in many of the reviews here. The room was fine with a nice river view, but what do you expect for the price. Obviously people are here for the casinos and they are just fine, although nobody should mistake Laughlin for Vegas. Valet parking and a few good restaurants. No reason to go anywhere, a good option in Laughlin.

It appears that just coming here as a terrible inconvenience for the staff both of the front desk and trying to get my Wi-Fi set up, you don't receive instruction you have to call down oh, and then it took 30 minutes to get that done oh, and I'm a computer geek

We chose the Aquarius because of their location next to the River and the breakfast special offered for each day of our stay. We also paid extra for a deluxe upper floor room with 2 Queens. We definitely were pleased with this choice. We had a great view from our 14th floor room, with very large windows for viewing. The room was very clean for the age of the resort. The beds were comfortable, but time to be replaced, as I had to sleep on the side less worn. Check in was slow, as expected with covid. There were just 2 attendants working at the time. We thoroughly enjoyed the large outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs. This was also a feature that helped in choosing this hotel to stay at. Breakfast was excellent, service very good as long as you arrived before the morning rush. We also enjoyed having the additional dining choices the hotel offers, without having to go out. We did find the casino area was filled with smokers, which was annoying. We didn't spend any time in the casino area, so that was helpful. All in all, we enjoyed our 2 night stay at the hotel.

We checked in last night. Had we not been so tired, we would have left. No lights in the doom. Only fire alarm. Two dimly lit lamps with some sort of contraption to turn them on. Thank goodness I bring wipes. The room was dusty and my Clorox wipe cleaning was the only cleaning it has had in a while. Disgusting!! The carpets are stained, lumpy, and need to be completely replaced. The whole hotel needs to be demolished and started over. We will be looking for another hotel today.

I had to wait 30 minutes to check in. They only had two very unenthusiastic employees working at a front desk that had sixteen check in spots. The hotel is tired. The place is dirty. This is a low class casino. Oh, it does have a Subway, and a McDonalds.

We stayed midweek and overall we enjoyed our stay. It's one of the nicer casinos in Laughlin and to be honest my expectations were not high because this is Laughlin. The public areas and casino have high ceilings making it feel less claustrophobic than the other casinos. The casino and room were very clean. The room was comfortable with the furniture showing it's age and was in need of a redo. We had dinner at Cafe Aquarius and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the value for the money. Check-in was a unpleasant experience. With our first attempt we had reserved and payed for a high floor room and given a 4th floor room, showed him the reservation on my phone and all a sudden no rooms were available and told to come back in 40 mins. Second clerk had no customer service skills tried giving us a low floor with a attitude and when I asked for a manager all of the sudden we had a room on the 18th floor. Lack of training and customer service skills are a management issue. Next time we will be staying at Harrahs.

Chose this hotel at last min on part of a driving trip. This place is in need of retro. The rooms are dark and the carpet just seemed over dirty. The lamp bases were so dusty, looks like not cleaned in some time. Taking a shower nearly turned into a bath. it filled at least 2" past my ankles. This tub did not drain at all. 5+ min later, the water is still trickling down. Avoid rooms backing the parking structure. For one, you can hear the echo of the cars engines going through. 2 if you have older cars there and they are idling. eventually you get a whiff of the exhaust. 3. There is some metal piece covering the ?expansion? joint in the garage that is loose on the 2nd floor.. all night you can hear this piece clank as cars drive over it. Should you need to use the 'net.. have patience. virutally no signal using LTE. using the free 1mbps is worse than dial up (for those that remember that) The casino air filters are way outdated. all you smell is the smoke as soon as u get off the elevators. As some 1 else mentioned.. Outback was prob the best part of this place. The location along the rive is good also, but then almost allthe main places in the area are along the river as well.

So, we went to the bar in the center of the casino and ordered a martini. What we got was 1 1/2 ounces of vodka with an olive in a small clear plastic cup for $10. The kind of cup you find in your room for rinsing your mouth after tooth brushing! Our room was clean, but the room needs renovating, especially the bathroom. We ate at Outback Steakhouse which was the highlight of our stay. Food was hot and delicious with a real martini in a martini glass. You know, plastic cups are understandable for the annual River Run motorcycle rally, but as a standard year round…it's sad.

Came in from the East for my aunts 90th birthday this is the hotel she likes but it's definitely not like it has been before I guess we could thank the government because they're low on staff the place dirty I looked at the reviews just as you are and I came here anyway because my aunt wanted to , against what I thought we should do what a disappointment It's sad you can't even On vacation for an important event and enjoy yourself

This hotel has some good points and bad points. The good points are location, casino, pool, restaurant and bar. The bad points are hallway carpet on the 9th floor that should have been replaced years ago. Lots of stains and wrinkles that are big enough to be trip hazards. The door to room 9060 stuck hard enough that it was difficult to open. The bathroom door stuck enough that it would not close. I expect more from a hotel that charges high room rates and makes money off of the casino.

Too cheap to pay for NFL ticket, if u bet on football you can't watch any games, they had one game on. They told me the don't have NFL ticket anymore but they'll take my money to bet. Went to Tropicana to watch the games I bet on here.

We've stayed here on many occasions. We almost always try to get a room with the view of the river. The bed was nice, the room was extremely clean! Good service. The one thing we do not like is the smell of smoke when exiting the elevators that lead to the casino. We will stay here again, even so!

This casino sends invitations through email or regular mail and they ask you to call to redeem it, but when you call them to book on a weekend they use the an excuse to black out that weekend saying anything, bottom line, that invitation is not honored or valid for any weekend at all, maybe they should stop sending them if at the end they won't honor them.

Laughlin is dumpy and dirty in general! It's amazing how many people come to these hotels that are filthy and outdated! Aquarius despite having filthy carpets and rooms that stink of garlic or God knows what , still had the best Casino Not a fan of this area at all

The hotel was ok. When I arrived at 12:00 am the non smoking room smelled stale and smoky and the air conditioner was not working. They fixed the problem ASAP. Very polite service and efficient valet service. Pool was very crowded considering covid restrictions. I ended up not going and the pool was why I chose the hotel.

Worst ever. Treat people badly, over react, just ready to fight you. Aquarius and Edgewater really suck. Just rest All the negative reviews. How many times have they been sued? Was there today to help my friend celebrate his 79th birthday and was approached by security asking for his ID, they stated he was trespassing because he was 86'd at the Edgewater. That's another story about unprofessional aggressive security willing to abuse a senior with disabilities.

The casino reeked so badly of smoke, it was all we could do to walk through to get to our room. Therefore, eating in the restaurants was not an option. Our room wasn't anything special for the price, but was clean. However, our neighbour's partied hard past 2am. We switched rooms for the second night. I heard women laughing until 4am. We found an opened jar of salsa behind the curtain. Windows were very dirty. Carpet in hallways was coming up/trip hazard, deep stains and definitely weren't recently vacuumed. Around the property lots of broken glass and crickets all over the side walks. My teenagers were not interested in going to the pool. Some of the other hotels were closed due to pandemic, so Aquarius felt over populated. Staff were friendly though. Jet ski rentals were too pricey. You even had to pay to go down to river parks, which gets expensive for a family of four when it's hot and you can't stay long.

We called here to find a room. After a few questions we were assured that the rooms were newly renovated, larger than any on the river, and that they were the top rated hotel in Laughlin. Our room is the worst we have stayed in in all of our travels. Certainly no updates, no clock, no safe, no soap dish/holder in shower, tub would not drain, furniture is beat up, in need of a dusting, dirty carpet (don't go barefoot), and more. Went back to front desk to ask for one of the updated rooms and were told they are all the same. Front desk staff are not welcoming and could care less about customer service. RUN AWAY!

I stay at the Aquarius every year when i plan a girls trip. This year i felt the rooms needed a little more TLC. My bed made noise every time i sat on it and got up. It was also very uncomfortable. My back was so sore in the mornings. The shower doesn't have much pressure either. The staff were all very polite and welcoming, but the room isn't what it use to be.

Our hotel room was dirty. The carpet had stains and gray dust around the furniture. The bathroom floor was dirty and had hair in the corners and when I went to sit in the armchair I found peanut m&ms in the cushion. The hotel itself was dirty as well. The carpets all over the hotel were dirty and stained. The food court area had piles of garbage beside every trash can and the floor was sticky and dirty. Also, the hotel does not have good filtration, the smoke was thick and would linger. While we were there the people next door had a crazy fight in the middle of the night that could clearly be heard from our room. That being said, most of the complainants we have about the hotel actually have to do with the guests, they were wild, stoned, drunk and disorderly staring at around 11:30/12:00. It was like a crazy frat party or spring break Cancun every night. They would walk around in there bathing suits with beers in there hands screaming across the room to each other. The restaurant Cafe Aquarius had a limited selection of food but was very tasty and affordable. They were understaffed so it took over an hour an a half to get seated and served but the service was great. The small restaurant Duet was also excellent. The McDonald's on the other hand was in the dirty food court area. They had no ice, the soda was flat, and the service was slow. Overall, if you're going to drive all the way out to Laughlin you might as well go to Las Vegas. The hotel room was not cheap.

When we arrived to the front of the building we saw the security screaming at the person in front of us telling him to move, they guy was just dropping off his wife or whomever the lady was, we were behind the guy. Then the guy at the front desk did not find my reservation and then said I was booked for the 16th to idk what date when I was showing him my reservation code and it said the day and time. I booked for 2 beds and I only got a a room with 1 bed. The room looked dirty and the restroom was dirty too.

The hotel was clean and nice. I just didn't like the fact that this hotel had lots of rules. If you are going to go and party this is not the hotel you want to stay. I've stayed at Tropicana, Colarado Bell, Edge water and never had a problem. I have young adults and they like to have fun.

this hotel has the best windows and views of the river. the casino and lobby are very nice and there is an outback steakhouse which you can order room service from to be delivered to your room. all of the staff members we encountered were friendly.

Aquarius, step up your Laughlin game! Some refurbished rooms and refurbished poolside cabanas and you will have a incentive for return business. I understand housekeeping may be short staffed due to Covid, but a least the hallways could be vacuumed. Also, i requested housekeeping one day......never happened. Poolside cabanas furniture is beat up, needs replacing. Went to the pool at Riverside....far superior. Aquarius has the best looking casino floor out of all Laughlin casinos.

It was a pretty good stay. We were in the Arizona tower. I guess the California Tower is adults only. I wish we were there. Lol. The pool is also on the other side of the California tower. Not that we went in. It's a very basic pool. There were lots of kids. We were on the 7th floor with the riverview. The view was amazing. It was so fun to get to watch all the water crafts when we were relaxing. There are tennis courts in our view as well. Somewhere above the casino. Gosh what a wasted area. We seen one set of people go out and play for like a half hour for our entire four days. This area would be utilized so wonderfully as an adult only pool or hot tubs or something nice for just adults. A tennis court is just useless. At least it seems so. The casino itself is pretty nice. Smokey of course. But clean. Some good options for dining. A panda express, mcdonald's, Cafe aquarius, outback steakhouse, River Rock Pizza and pasta. I think there was one or two more. The water taxi stand is right outside of the California Tower. As well as the celebration Cruise boat and a place you can rent jet skis. Everything's pretty convenient. Our room was nice. Our bed was surprisingly comfortable. I'm super picky when it comes to bed and almost always wake up with a backache in hotels. But I slept very comfortably. There is a mini fridge and a coffee maker but no microwave. That was a little bit of a bummer. Also our hair dryer did not work. And the toilet takes like three flushes every time to get everything down. It's an odd design where the TP doesn't suck down right away for some reason. The room for the most part was clean. There were a few hairs here and there. But nothing major. We didn't do a daily housekeeping, but every time we walked by the housekeeper outside she was very friendly and asked if we needed anything. The only real problem we ran into is we called for a bell cart when we were leaving. After waiting a half hour we called, only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. We just hung up and we ended up taking our stuff down ourselves. As we were getting off the elevator the guy was coming onto the elevator with a cart. We told him never mind. You can't call valet and have your car waiting for you for some reason. So you have to go down with your stuff and wait outside in the heat for your car. Overall it was a good stay. We would definitely stay here again. It's a great price.

Best hotel in Laughlin River. Clean, spacious rooms, and best casino! Highly recommend if you're having to Kaughlin for a few nights. Great location, easy and free parking (even though the garage can get pretty busy during peak times), and easy check in and check out.

We reserved 2 rooms arriving on Monday, Memorial Day. We stopped in Oatman on our way to Laughlin so when we arrived our 2 rooms were ready. We requested adjoining rooms which were granted. The rooms were clean and smoke free. Overall employees were very nice. The casino floors were clean although we did not win anything. :) I would stay here again.

Stayed 4 days/3 nights. Place was packed with people, including lots of kids. Not something you may necessarily expect from a casino property. I'd not take my kids to a casino hotel, but that's just me. I don't think of a casino as a kid-friendly place. Overall, we had a nice stay. Not sure what the point of checking in online is, if you still have to go to the front desk for keys. However, the line for online check-ins was significantly shorter than the regular check-in line. The room we stayed in was overlooking the parking garage, but could also see the river as well. River view was fantastic and lovely. Parking garage view was not great, and got to hear car alarms at all hours of the day. Never realized until this trip how many people set their dang car alarms off. My goodness. The free wifi was AWFUL. I tried to use Data instead, and that would BARELY work. Not sure if it's the make of the building or what. Wifi worked fine on the casino floor, restaurants and outside at the pool area. Pool area was nice, and manned by lifeguards throughout the day. They have a place where you can get towels as well. I noticed later into the afternoon/evening they had people standing at the doors counting people entering/exiting. Not sure if this is a COVID thing or some other requirement to only allow so many people into the pool area (maybe it's based on how many lifeguard staff they have?).

I booked a room after much ado at a conference rate for 4 nights. At first, they said (fur days) there were no rooms available so they wouldn't have to Honor the conference rate. I had a 3 lb yorkie with me, which I said was a service pet and offered her pet ID. The girl said that wasn't necessary and checked me in. She gave me nothing to sign but asked for $250 in my card saying it was got a deposit, and would be returned at the end of the stay. The room smelled like smoke so hours later after no answer from the desk, I went down to ask if I could switch rooms. My Small yorkie is always carried by me in a front pack. The girl, an asst mgr says, “is your dog a service pet?” I said “yes, I told the girl that earlier.” She said, “sorry I don't see any notations here you had a pet. I have to ask what type of tasks does your pet perform?” Ada doesn't require a pet to perform a certain task. I didn't want to get into personal details about what kind of services which seemed very invasive. “She's an emotional support pet,” I said. “We don't allow those pets here”, she said. “You'll have to vacate the room immediately.” The hotel carpet was dirty and there were huge, some mangy dogs all around the casino and everywhere (one of them was crippled). I argued that I had told the previous girl about the pet and I had already paid for the conference (that day) and driven hours to get there, and because it was so late there were no other rooms, and certainly not at that rate. I tried to explain the pet had an ID card. The girl called security and had them come to my room and stand there until I left. I explained I had no place to go and would have to leave the conference and it was her employees' wrong since I told her at check in I I had the dog. She said, “sorry we'll coach her better for that.” I had to drive 3 hours back home that night and miss the conference.

Aquarius sent me two free nights,but when I tried to check in they told me 12:00 PM was to early and that check in was at 3:00 pm.My next attempt was at 1:30pm and I was told a room was available, but on a less desirable lower floor and I could wait a little longer and get a better room at a higher floor. Waiting until 3:00 PM again attempting to check in I was told only a room on the less desirable floor was available and I could take it or they would be glad to cancel my reservation. My total experience was very unprofessional and inconsistent and both the attendant and the so called manager were rude and very insensitive to the chain of events.I chose to go some were else because of the very rude treatment and I would highly suggest you find a better customer friendly Casio and hotel

We coudn't make important contacts or work without our data since the hotel throttled our data speed but no way would we EVER pay for service which was originally taken away from us in the first place. As soon as we stepped out of Aquarius and into the parking garage, we got data access back to our phones. We will never stay there again and will let anyone we know traveling to Laughlin to never stay there.

Nicest most updated hotel in Laughlin with a great location on the river. Every room has a view of the water. Conveniently located to several different resorts. Hotel has access to a water taxi for easier commute.

The Aquarius Casino is one of the most happening casinos in Laughlin.  Companion & I arrived on a Monday & were surprised at the crowd.  Visitors are taking the Nevada mask mandate seriously.  We saw 100% compliance inside the casino & hotel.  Plexiglass dividers separate gamblers/drinkers at each bar.   The Cove Bar is a large non-smoking area (overlooking the river) with multi-game machines & tables for socializing & eating. We spent lots of time there.  Servers were wonderful. Comped mixed drinks were very light.  We stuck with beers. Rooms are clean & adequate.  Bed was a bit soft for us.  Linens were nice.  Shower had plenty of hot water.  Coffee in the room was fair at best.  Note: Due to Covid, rooms are not cleaned daily, which for us was fine.  If you need anything like towels or more coffee, it is easily available by calling the front desk or asking housekeeping.  All in all, we enjoyed our visit.

Let me start my saying this one of three reviews I am submitting for this Beautiful Laughlin Location. The other two will be for the Cafe Aquarius and for the Outback Steakhouse located in the Aquarius. One is really good and one is really bad. My wife and I decided to spend a few days in Laughlin to celebrate our 53rd anniversary; and while we weren't staying at the Aquarius, we were right next door at the Edgewater, we spent several hour gambling at the Aquarius. In my opinion, the Aquarius has done everything possible to make you feel welcome during this time of Covid 19. It is very clean and all visitors seem to be wearing their masks. I noticed after you leave a Slot Machine it is wiped down to assure the next guest can feel safe. Thank you Aquarius and your staff for helping us to have fun.

COVID RISK! COUGHING EMPLOYEES! UNSAFE! We have stayed here many times in the past and loved it. The beautiful suites with floor to ceiling windows. This time however, they messed up our reservation. We requested the Arizona Tower. They said you cannot request a tower and put us in the California tower. The room is horribly uncomfortable and the bed is like a rock. On a previous stay, they had tried to put us in the California tower. They ended up moving us because it was so uncomfortable and told us at the Arizona tower has been renovated and the California tower has not. The guy checking us in told us that he had one in Arizona tower for one night. We said we would take it and then he said he can't guarantee it will be cleaned today. If they cannot guarantee you a tower why would they make us change rooms after one night? The next person is not guaranteed a tower either correct? We spoke with the manager upon check-in, she did not provide her name, and she was rude, said no, they will make no accommodation for us take what there is or leave.Because we are here for our anniversary, we decided to try it. We came to the room and the bed is crippling hard. There was no shower curtain. The TV is full of snow. When somebody brought a shower curtain they were coughing. They have allowed employees with Covid symptoms to be at work around their guests. This will be the last time we ever come to this hotel.

walking in the Aquarius I was stopped by security and told colors aren't allowed. I'm wearing my Pat Tillman mechanic shirt. I told him it's not affiliated with any "club", that we're a veteran's organization. 5 minutes later 4 more came with what looked like a supervisor and he said it's considered a "soft color" and I have to turn it inside out. I told him I will finish eating and leave.

Haven't been to Aquarius in years but it was fantastic like always won't go to any other hotel again. From the time we got there until we left everyone was awesome. All the employees we encountered were on point. The cafe and outback steakhouse were Great. Glad everyone was wearing mask and the hotel inforced it. We stayed at the adult side California Tower it was nice we love kids but it was nice not hearing screaming crying or running around. Wish the slots loved us but not this time. We will be back next year. Thanks again Aquarius.

So I am not one to write bad reviews but this place doesn't deserve a good review. I have stayed in a few places in Laughlin and this is on the bottom. First had reservation for a king room . I was our 40th anniversary. Was told all they had left was a double. So making a reservation doesn't matter. I talked to a manager and was told they can only book half of the rooms... ok but we booked a king . Can't beleive they couldn't find us a king..I also made sure their pool was open. And was told yes. And that is the main reason I booked this hotel.. Well nope hasn't been opened the whole weekend. And the beds are the worst might as well sleep on the floor. Also there was all kind of sticky stuff on top of the bedside table.coffee pot hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. And with covid you would think they would be extra clean. And to close off a already bad stay we returned to our room on Sunday to find a pair of shoes that were NOT OURS. Called front desk were told they would contact security. After waiting almost an hour with no security contact called back and they finally sent someone up. Took the security 30 minutes to do a report . Also since we dint know what had gone on in our room we asked for bedding to be changed .they won't do that but sent us up linen to change it ourselves. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary had dinner reservations which we missed because of all this. I have been trying to get answers for almost 2 days now and they keep giving me the run around. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!!!

As the title reads....the room was nice. Hot water, clean, nice views, and spacious. The smell of Marijuana was only heavy near the elevators. The casino? Not so good. The slots were okay on weekends. During the week they only take. Literally put $400 in a machine and won $35. Other machines just gobbled up our money. We don't expect to walk out rich from a casino but at least take a little, give a little. We mainly came to play craps but the table was always full and only one table open. We live in San Diego and the slots are way looser and it's more fun to lose our money and sometimes even walk out up. There are more craps tables open too. No need to travel 5 hours to Vegas or Laughlin anymore if this is what to expect.

Most reviewers agree that Aquarius and Harrahs are the premium resorts in Laughlin. Having stayed at both, Harrahs is the superior choice IMO. Having said that, Aquarius is still pretty nice. The rooms were adequate but not immaculate. There were chip crumbs in the corners, dust on every top, chips and stains on furniture, but certainly clean enough. Beds/linen were clean. There were old fries getting off the elevator on our floor - which were still there 24 hours later. On a Thursday night, it was incredibly busy, (which is awesome to see!). The casino itself is fine enough - nothing special, modern. Smoking is of course common while gambling, but it's almost like air ventilation/circulation couldn't keep up with how busy it was as the entire casino smelt like an ashtray even through masks. 99% of guests followed mask rules which is always good to see. All employees were friendly and dinner at Outback was very good. Overall, Aquarius is a good choice for a slightly upgraded Laughlin experience.

A quick mini trip to celebrate COVID vacines, front desk check in was super friendly, but as Diamond members, wasn't provided any hotel information...just get you checked in as fast as possible, so you spend money at Casino! Charged Resort fee for what???? Hot Tub blocked off, Wi-Fi that is spotty at best, no drinks, snack or breakfast offered. Realize this is now the plot to get "extra" $$ for yr stay, but at least give you a few REAL perks for it. Stayed 2 nights...had to go downstairs and recheckin for second night because we paid for one night, used promo 2nd night. Lucky we got to stay in current room as you could have to move! It is obvious it is all about the "players" not the Best western members! Room was delightful, housekeeping was perfect.

I have never been to Laughlin, NV. Had a 1-night stay at The Aquarius for a work trip and things could not have been worse. I have stayed at a lot of hotels and this was the worst overall experience I have ever had. We got to front desk around 6pm and encountered a line of 20+ people with only 3 employees working. We noticed some self-check-in kiosks right next to the long line and made good sense to try. All 4 of us checked in and were prompted “your keys are being made and you will receive a text when they are available to pick up.” GREAT! But this means we now needed to get into the line which we were trying to avoid. After about 30 minutes, we finally were able to get to the front desk and get officially checked into our rooms. Upon arriving to my room, I found that it had not been touched by room service at all – towels on the floor, all trashes, full, bed not made, dirty surfaces, and the ironing board left out (this was the case in 2 of 4 of the rooms we reserved). If the line at the front desk was not as long, I would have come down to get a new room, but thankfully housekeeping got someone up there within 30 minutes. The housekeeping attendant told me that the problem was caused by the self-check-in kiosk! He said that the system cannot tell between clean and dirty rooms – then why use them!?! Nothing had gone right so far during this stay, so at the very least we wanted to take a dip in the hot tub which was marketed as staying open until midnight. We asked the front desk worker around 9:30pm where the pool was, he gave us directions but regretted to inform us that the pool area was closed at 7pm. Even on our way to the pool, we asked several employees for further directions – all of them regretting to inform us of the “temporary” hours. Every employee was rude, short, and not helpful at all. Overall, this is one of the most poorly managed hotels I have ever been to. If it were just the room being dirty, check-in taking too long, or the hotel not being transparent about the pool being closed, I WOULD UNDERSTAND…. but all these together created for a horrific experience. Not only does it give a bad name for Aquarius, it also just leaves a bad name for the service industry in Laughlin – next time I come, I would avoid The Aquarius AT ALL COSTS. Hopefully, someone at the hotel reads this and makes well needed changes. Not to mention, while trying to post this review I found out the internet is also terrible!

My husband and I had never been to Laughlin so thought we would give it a try. Given that there are restrictions in regards to capacity we thought it wouldn't be too too busy and we would feel relatively safe Wow we're we in shock. The capacity of the casino floor should be 25% but there is no limit to the capacity of hotel rooms, so I was told by the hotel manager. He said once they reach capacity on the floor security would go around and deal with it. What ever that means. Was security going to kick people out because they were at capacity, I dont think so So it's now 7:30 and because the casino floor is way over capacity and extremely extremely busy are are held up in our room. This isn't really what we had in mind Hotel manager was unapologetic, and just short of being rude. He said I could talk to security if I had a problem. Really. That's the answer. Glad you make your guest feel welcome and safe - NOT Will never return and will advise anyone to stay away from this hotel. Your aren't a Vegas hotel

The room was clean but had hole in bathroom door had maintenance look at so I was not charged Saw machines in casino being cleaned regularly as well Went to café for dinner, had reservations, Took 45 mins for appetizer and soup to come out of kitchen, told kitchen behind, Really 45 mins to deep fry mozzarella sticks and soup of day Thats made? When entree did finally did arrive wife's stir fry burned my steak cooked right but cold Rice sticky The manager took wife's food off bill and comp'd two desert and I don't blame front for issues in back not being run efficiently This is all on chef to make sure his team is doing jobs and the above shows it clearly was not. Food services need to review this chefs skills

We opted to upgrade to a river view room. The river view was awesome. We had to spend time in the room in the morning to do school, so appreciated the views. The room was comfortable and clean. Basic, but comfortable. We were short on towels and it took awhile to get someone up. For the most part, it was quiet. We encountered a few issues, but the manager on duty quickly fixed the issues to the best of her ability. Thw resort fee is too high especially since we couldn't get the WiFi to work. We would likely look up the Aquarius again.

Wife and I stayed last weekend in Feb. Valet had two lanes closed was confusing but got checked in and bell man got bags to room in timely manor. Room was very clean and I saw on casino floor cleaning personnel making machines safe.. This was comforting. Had hole in bathroom door reported it to mainteninance so I was not charged, they also responded timely. The café however was not as well run And I put this all on chef. Took 45 mins to get appetizers and soup Which are premade and or easily deep fried I was told kitchen backed up? Really 45 mins and not meal soup and appetizers? Meal did arrive wife's stir fry was burnt my steak cooked correctly but not hot. Hostess took stir fry off bill and comp'd two desert and I don't blame floor staff for service this was all back of house and kitchen issue which is chefs responsibility! I liked hotels commitment to cleanliness But will pass on café next time.. For blood pressure's sake next time.

I know times are rough at the present. But Aquarius found a way to make money just keep raising the resort fees and give you less. Place was not what I have been accustomed to from past visits. Not really dirty but not fresh by any stretch of the imagination. Being a top ten when you only have thirteen places to choose from doesn't say much. But as far as resort fees go I think they are top two Hope you win some money

If you like the smell of weed, this is the place to stay (sarcasm). Overall, the property was nice. We had a nice view from our room, overlooking the river. The iron had to be replaced (started to smoke when we plugged it in) and the drains in the bathroom were slow.

My wife and I stayed here for a Saturday and Sunday stay. The room was very clean upon arrival. Very comfy bed, many pillows, many TV channels, fridge, coffee maker and very friendly staff. The hotel and casino were very busy. Easy free self parking. Very nice pool. They gym remains closed due to Covid-19. Great dining options in all price points. This is by far the best hotel and casino in Laughlin. I will return very soon. I added photos of our visit.

My brother and I are staying at more than one hotel during our vacation here in Laughlin. So far, the Aquarius has been our top choice. The room is clean & the beds are comfortable. The view is pretty nice, even though we didn't pay extra for a river view. The one thing I would want improved would be the TV. It's decent, but a larger one, with a sharper picture would be appreciated.

A cool place to play, win, stay. First, the rooms are reasonably priced, clean and well maintained! Second, the casino requires a mask and strictly adheres. Third, there are actual "jackpots" that payout. A complete phaseshift in gaming as compared to Lost Wages! Machines are kept up, clean and sanitized.

We stayed four nights in a corner king semi-river-facing room even though we paid for river facing. Check in was quick, nice guy helped us. We arrived early around noon and our room was ready on the 10th floor. The first night was horrible, it was unbearably hot. We called the front desk on the second day and asked if maintenance could come and check our air conditioner out since only got air was coming out. A lady came and said the valves were turned off and that's why it was so warm. She was in the bathroom where the panel is located above the shower. The bathroom is small and the shower is creepy with a very low ceiling due to it being the HVAC unit. The maintenance lady fixed it, and it was cool thereafter. The Pom was spacious and bed okay, not the most comfortable or uncomfortable we've encountered. It was fairly clean, but due to the pandemic, we always bring our own sanitizers with us to clean before unpacking. We just don't trust overworked and underpaid housekeeping staff with our lives, it's just peace of mind. Based on reviews we've read this past year, it seems a lot of travelers are doing the same thing. We traveled by car from South Dakota to enjoy the resort, thinking the fitness center, hot tubs, pool would be open (we stay over 200 nights a year in hotels) only to find out the fitness center, hot tubs and pool (2 of the 4 day stay) were closed down due to the pandemic, and lack of business on Tuesday and Wednesday! The WiFi did not work well enough in our room to use, so we were forced to use our own hot spot to check work emails, etc., it was extremely frustrating. When we called the front desk to speak to someone about the $19 and change/day resort fee being charged when the amenities promised were not available, we were told it was due to the Pandemic, then high wind, then we were told by a manager it was lack of business. Then she said we are paying the fee for parking! Are you kidding me?? The entire top of the parking garage was completely empty, plus the lots! She agreed to refund two of the four nights of resort fees but then tried to justify the fee by saying all hotels charge them! This does not make it right, by any means, especially when you are not even providing the amenities included in the fee. The resort fee covers: - Complimentary 2 bottled water per stay (Did not receive) - Access to fitness center (Was not able to use) - Access to resort pool (Was not able to use, closed two of the four days) Access to hot tubs (Was not able to use) - Unlimited local and 800# calls (Used our cell phones for calls and WiFi since it did not work) - Self and valet parking (Seriously?, parked in garage - did not use valet since they were not working due to Pandemic) - Earn 300 base points and receive USD 15 in free slot play or USD 15 in free bet per stay (Did not receive). We also purchased a pizza for pick-up at the on-site Italian restaurant, and charged it to our room. We provided our players card when we ordered it there at the outside podium and were supposed to receive a 10% discount and 15 points for every dollar, but did not. When we asked about it at check out, we were told the front desk manager was not there and would call us. Well, we noticed on our cc were charged the full amount and no one ever called us! Again, they dropped the ball. This was our first, and last time staying at this property...we would never recommend this “resort” to anyone!

I'm not a fan of casino hotels. Usually, the rooms are not great, it is a long distance from parking to the room, there is no free breakfast and many have sneaky resort fees. In this location, the rooms are dated (furniture is worn, bathroom fixtures are in a deteriorating condition and paint in the bathroom shower is bubbling/peeling). But, the room was large, clean, and the bed was firm and comfortable. The view from our window was mostly of the parking lot, but because of the way the window was built and positioned, we also had a nice view of the river. It was a long walk to the room from the parking lot. Our room was in the Arizona Tower, which is on the opposite side from the parking garage, so we had to walk across the entire casino floor. There is a resort fee, but it is clearly stated up front. Check in was quite lengthy, which I didn't understand, especially when so many locations are streamlining the process.

The hotel itself is nice and has some average restaurants and we enjoyed the virtual blackjack. The room we got had a side view of the river, but was not very modern. Not enough technology plugs and an old TV set and a pretty poor bed. The room was only $50, but they need to be renovated. You must make reservations anywhere you eat and we got the breakfast package, which was a good deal.

Well kept grounds and building. Rooms good and very clean, rate reasonable. Masks required. Machines somewhat stingy. Bed could be a little more comfortable. Ice machine on 14th floor broken for two days. Will come back. Fantastic Rueben sandwich in cafe. Will come back.

We were in town recently to visit a friend and after reading reviews we chose to stay at the Aquarius. While it may not be high end like some of the Vegas resorts it was nice in our opinion. We were greeted by a friendly woman while checking in and when we got to our room we were happy with it. We had a great view of the river and also of the other casinos which was a great view at night when they we were lit up. Our room was very clean and our bed was nice and big. The casino itself was average in my opinion and was busy for a Monday night. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants so I have nothing to recommend there. Overall we were happy with our choice and would stay again.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, though the in room refrigerator is noisy (unplugged it). Stayed in upper floor room with view of the river - "standard luxury room". The onsite dining options are ok, McDonald's probably the best value. The pizza joint has decent pizza, though relatively expensive. For the non-smoker, the casino and public spaces are difficult, but the room was odor free. The casino doesn't have the filtration or airflow of a high end LV casino. Smell of cigarettes in the casino is strong. In the hallways of the hotel the smell of weed comes and goes even on the non-smoking floor. Mercifully, the non-smoking room was scent free.

Stayed here and had a very pleasant stay. We stayed in room 12071 (California tower) which faces south so we had a fabulous view of other resorts that were lit up at night. The king room was basic but had everything one would need...flat screen TV, frig, Keurig type coffee maker, hair dryer along with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and bar soap. We had no problems with water pressure or water temperature. We noticed that there were families staying in this tower and there were kids running throughout the halls at night. Not the hotels fault though, maybe parents need to be more responsible for their children? Pool was open but not the two hot tub areas. We ate at Outback and had great service and food. Breakfast was at McDonald's which was a bit spendy. We don't gamble but noticed the casino was roughly at 25% full. Overall, we had a very good experience. Thank you to all the staff at Aquarius!

Stayed on a Monday and Tues eve. Check-in was the only hiccup that we experienced with the kiosk not accepting my ID and not being able to process reservation. Ended up getting in line for about 15 minutes while the only two employees were processing check ins, sanitizing after each customer . Got room in the Calif tower that was smoke free and easily accessed by convenient elevator. Parking was a breeze in the covered garage. Overall stay was very good and did not experience any noises or drifting smoke as others have mentioned. Will stay again

My wife and I stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night. We asked for a high floor and that is what we got. Room has a fridge, coffee maker, many TV channels and it was super quiet. Free parking and a fun casino with all the popular games. Many restaurants at all price points. Great pool and fitness center. Very friendly staff. My only issue was we asked for a one hour late checkout and they said it could not be done because they were sold out. When we left our room at 11am their was not a single housekeeper on our floor. The hotel was not even close to being sold out on Sunday night. Management needs to FIX THIS! I will return.

We booked a room in a smoke free floor and it was ok for the first two nights except the strong occasional skunk smell where it was obvious someone was smoking pot but we were out of the room for a few hours and came back and it was like we were next to a smoker at a slot. It was horribly smoky. No windows to open and the ventilation is horrible. They moved us to another room and it seemed ok and we went out again and came back and it was just as bad. Apparently there is no such thing as a smoke free room in this hotel. And apparently they do not enforce that at all. So we probably won't be coming back here because I cannot stand the smell of smoke and I get headaches and I can't breathe. So I guess I can't give it a good review because of that

Came here for just 2 nights over a weekend. Check in was easy. Our room was on the 4th floor and was clean, maintained, and had a floor to ceiling window which gave an awesome view. We had 2 Queen beds and our room worked out great. The pool was open though we did not go. What we loved most was the take out ordering from Outback inside the casino. It was very busy and had a 2 hour wait. We simply called from our room, placed the order, and picked it up 20 min later. We did this both nights and enjoyed the fast and good food. The casino is average and we really did not do much gambling. I liked the food court area with MCDonalds, Subway, a Coffee Shop, and a gift shop. For this is, this was a nice Subway lunch as we headed out of the hotel for the day. They did their best with Covid regulations. They do expect you to have a mask on at all times throughout the hotel. They take your temperature as you check in. It was a quick trip for us and we enjoyed it for what it is. Nothing in Laughlin is 5 Star and amazing. It's a cheap mini gambling town but for the price we get what we expect.

I have no clue how ANY hotel in Laughlin has more than 1 star! Is it for customer service because there's NO WAY its for the accommodations. Granted, Aquarius is better than Harrah's for sure, it's still just mediocre, like not even a stop above a Motel 6, like I'd rather stay at a Motel 6 than any big hotel in Laughlin. The lobby is clean and welcoming and gives you the false impression that the accommodations will be okay. The elevator lobby is clean and when you get on the elevator they're just okay clean. Soon as you get to your floor and the elevator doors open, reality check: you're in Laughlin, did you expect more? The carpets are loose and bunching in areas, they are heavily stained and remind me of early 1980s design, has it ever been changed? It's very dingy , definitely not Covid-era clean!! The room was just ugh, the doors are old and the locks are suspect, the door didn't close all the way o nit's own, we had to push it so it was closed and locked. The bathrooms look like they've been partially upgraded, new marble top sink counters , but old office light in the ceiling fixtures. The drain in the bathtub did not work, the water was stopped up and the shower fixture was riddled with hard water buildup. The towels are dingy. The carpet in the room is old and definitely needs a deep cleaning or changed altogether, it would probably do good to change. The beds were not comfortable, the sheets look newer but still I didn't trust the cleanliness. We discovered a blood stain on the bedding, ewww! The room was not clean, there was dust on the tables (which were for sure 1980s décor) and we had to wipe down everything. The television was like watching TV with a hangar antenna. Bottom line....I do not recommend staying here, it was terrible. Its in desperate need of renovation! The cost for staying here $260 at a group discounted rate for 3 days was NOT WORTH IT. It's priced waaayyy to high for what you don't get! I stay in Vegas on the strip for less than that!

Checked into hotel Fri Sept 25th, Everything was fine.( mask wearing a pain) but thats everywhere. I specifically reserved my room in the CA Tower which is the Adult tower, the AZ tower is for families. I was on the 3rd floor and had open cement outside my room. Was there with friends for a bday. ( We are mature adults, mostly in 50s and 60s,) After dinner we were sitting outside on the patio area chatting and having some laughs. At 9pm Security arrives and informs us of a noise complaint. REALLY??? m Fri night??? Laughlin??? SO we look up and see kids looking out the window, This is an Adult floor, N ow security tries to spin it because of COVID, Really ?? SO Ridiculous! Also it states children not allowed on casino floor yet they are everywhere!! Sat , around noon I went to the pool. WOW!! IT was a kids resort!! No where to sit and the pool was over run by kids!!! ALLOT of kids!!! CLose together but no masks needed however inside masks were needed., I do not understand why some rules are enforced and some not. So went to the Zodiac bar for a mimosa. Cant order a drink sitting at the bar. have to go to end of bAR and stand and order, Then you can sit at bar. WTF?????? That was it!!! Such stupid and inconsistant rules!!! I get COVID, yea yea yea, but cmon. Then I go to check out. Standing at my car while they pack belongings into my car. My friend happened to notice my white pants hanging on the rail were completley black on the seat of the pants. BraND NEW never worn yet!!! The valet guy never mentioned till my friend said it. he said it got caught in the wind and fell off., there was no wind., And the pants must havebeen dragged, mentioned to people there in the booth on the island where you pick up your car the damage to my pants. Oh you have to go back into hotel to fill out a security report because they have no authority, REALLY??? THE ABSOLUTE WORST GUEST SERVICE!!!!!!!

This hotel is not ready to be opened, We checked in only to find out room shower plumbing was bad, Housekeeping wouldn't know due to they don't clean it they disinfect the Tub/Shower/ sink. Nothing like paying for a nice room only to have to stand in your Shower water and find out they didn't clean just sprayed disinfection (Lysol). Looked like the vacuums really don't work still stuff on carpet. Hallways never get vacuumed, Got moved to new room only to have come to find out that the maintenance dept is working on you were just in and now water coming threw the ceiling. Never come in to put more coffee cups etc, towels no sign to ask for cleaning of room. We were woken up two nights by guests beating on room doors @ 3 am and went on for 45 mins before many of us called and complained about it only to be told Security cant see what is going on on all floor.

My wife and I stayed at the Aquarius resort in laughlin, Nv. For three nights. The restaurants were over crowded, the free wifi was slower than molasses. The good internet was 9.99 per day. The TV Reception was grainy. A resort fee of 19.00 per day?? What for? Valley is under staffed. We will not stay there ever again.

I used to stay here often when it was the Flamingo. It kept most of the Flamingo feel, and I like the hotel and casino. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the casinos. Because of the location, you can chose to hang out at the casino, or a close walk to the other casinos for playing and restaurants. The valet parking is a mess. They really need to get more staff, to make it more expedient. I will stay here again.

We made a reservation for a 2 bed accessible room. Upon arrival we were informed that there were none available. Our guaranteed room was not to be. After waiting 48 minutes we got a 1 bed "accessible" room no rollin shower. I don't like being lied to by management who offered another hotel away from the 3 couples we came with. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. We will not return.

We stayed there for Labor Day weekend. Friday through Monday. No one came to clean even if the sign was on the door. No clean towels offered. We understand use the towels more then once but I literally had to call for fresh ones the last night we were there. I have a bad back so we asked for a rollaway bed I waited 3 hours!!! To only be told that's there was no ticket created! Even tho I had called 30 minutes after I put in my request and I was told it should be coming right up. Went to the casino played for hours I got asked for a drink request twice. Horrible experience.

employees at this hotel are rude! They apparently don't understand the mask guidelines!! It is 6 ft social distancing and if you are closer you need a mask! So if you are sitting 6 ft away by yourself in front of a machine, why is everyone constantly bothering you to put on a mask! Have some common sense, and take the time to understand the guidelines. Definitely will not be back to this hotel .

Expected much more from a BW Premier hotel. Use to stay here when it was the Flamingo and it was always a nice place. I will just touch on the highlights and you can draw your own conclusion. Went to the room after check in to find: Refrigerator door would not close. Had to be replaced Remote control for the TV didn't work. Had to be replaced. Peanuts and M&M's under (sort of) the bed. Carpet did not appear to have been cleaned since it was the Flamingo. Day 2: Sink clogged up in the morning. No housekeeping. Was not told this at check in. Black ring under rolled up bath mat. Black spots on the bottom of the shower curtain. Day 3: Set waste baskets outside the room to be emptied. They were emptied but no liner put back in. Left out in the hallway. Sink and shower clogged in the morning. Outside of the elevators on each floor is a dispenser for disinfectant wipes. It ran out on day 2 on our floor (#3) and was still empty when we left on day 4. We did discuss each issue with housekeeping and facilities. Not the worst place we have stayed but......

I stayed here with my aunt last summer and our stay was pretty good. The hotel was clean and bright, the food was decent ( my favorite place to eat was the coffee shop in the lobby). We were having a nice time until my aunt had her phone stolen. She had went to the floor in the early morning and i was still in bed. Someone took her phone from her purse, most likely in the elevator. That ruined our trip. Not only did the person steal the phone but they taunted me and asked for NSFW pictures. Disgusting. I add this to my review because we had a strong suspicion that it was someone who worked there. We tried to track the phone, and it would move back in forth in front of the valet booth. The hotel was nice and the employees were nice, but that incident definitely ruined our stay

booked last minute as my prior hotel booking was horrible, got a clean room, nice views and accommodating personal. would definitely stay there again on a future trip. this being my first time there i was impressed.

My wife and I had reservations for 2 days, 8-6 and 8-7 and we have been coming to this hotel/casino since it was the Flamingo. We had a room in the California Tower. A single king and smoking. We stayed on the 14th floor and the minute we exited the elevator to go to our room we were hit with the pungent smell of weed. It was especially strong in the hallway on the way to our room. Once in the room you could not smell it. On the casino floor, over a 2 day period, we did not see anyone sanitizing the slot machines between players and there were no partitions between players which we see at our local Indian casinos. I had just lit up a cigarette when an employee came up to me and asked me to put my mask back on. I told him that I just lit it and that it hadn't been off for 10 seconds. He told me that he had been watching me for 5 minutes and I had not been wearing my mask. I called him a liar and told him that the only my mask was off was to finish my drink. Overall the experience was okay. We ended up deciding to leave early and we checked out at 7:30pm on the second night instead of staying any longer. Have never done this in over 20 years and approximately 50 stays at this hotel.

I am a young adult (27) and traveled to this hotel for a couples vacation. Booking dates Thursday through Sunday. Cellphone service: Zero. Even with the "high speed wifi" the hotel offers. They offer free wifi but good luck having anything load on that. We even paid $10 for 3 devices to have service for a period of 1 day. And that was just as terrible. If you plan on doing any kind of work I recommend a hot spot and even then it will be spotty. Room: Outdated and Smelly. We stayed in a non smoking room and the whole floor smelled of weed and cigarettes. The sheets were very hard almost rough. We booked a double queen bed room and one bed had stains on the underside of the sheet. The towels were typical hotel towels I might even consider them rough. However two out of the 7 towels that were in the room on arrival had stains on them. The shower curtain is a terrible material you could very obviously see the curtain rings were torn and falling apart. The toilet and water pressure were fine. The temperature of the water coming out of the hot water spout however was EXTREMELY hot. Hopefully none of the older guests get burnt by it. We found a charging cord left on the floor by the curtains on arrival as well. Hotel/Casino: The hotel seemed to be functioning at full capacity during quarantine. There were plenty of signs up advising social distancing and face coverings. And the casino floor seemed clean and tidy most of our stay except for the seat backs at the slot machines. Most of the backs were not getting cleaned as I watched the cleaning staff make rounds throughout the floor. They focused on the buttons of the machines and the seat bottoms. But I found plenty of greasy finger stains on the chairs. Staff: The absolute WORST part about our stay was the staff in the casino floor. I understand there are a lot of regulations during the COVID-19 epidemic. However, the way the majority of the staff treated myself and my friends was ridiculous. They harassed us each night for our ID's multiple times (again I totally understand why) but after they would check our ID's they would follow us around just staring at us. It made us so uncomfortable I had to eventually ask them why they were still following us. The man who I asked replied: "you just look really familiar." (I've never been to laughlin in my life). But that was just the start of it! We went to walk by the river and when we returned back in to the Aquarius we did not see there was a small no smoking section by the entrance and my boyfriend walked through with a cigarette. An employee approached us and sternly yelled at us we can't smoke that because of the non smoking signs which were the average size of a hand posted to the walls which we didn't see. So he started walking outside when she started yelling that he was "still smoking" I returned that he was taking it outside and she said he was not allowed to walk around with it and to put it out immediately. I was so mad at how she addressed us. There was no reason to yell. If she had approached us in a nice manner we would have gladly put it out. But she acted as if we were young dumb kids. Then she proceeded to call security and we were swarmed by guards. They were circling us like sharks while we were trying to redeem some of our vouchers from gambling. So we planned to go to our room. That's when we really noticed that the guards were following. Everywhere we turned anther guard was staring at us. We were so disgruntled we went straight to our rooms. The only positive about this hotel: The bell hop service and the valet. We took advantage of these services each time we left and arrived at the hotel. And each one of the staff was friendly and easy to interact with. We ended up tipping between the two services over $200 between the 3 days BECAUSE they were the only pleasant people we talked to.

A couple days here to end a family road trip and we cut it short from a third day simply because it's not a place for teenagers. The casinos are 21 and older, no problem, but apart from getting out on the Colorado River there's not an awful lot to do around here. Not to mention the fact that the place was absolutely jammed with people hauling along little kids by the hundreds. Noisy, quite dated, and forget finding a place in the pool. It was wall to wall people. Of course in the heat that stands to reason.

This is my first time back in Laughlin in 6 years and it's honestly probably the last time I'll ever come back here . This hotel was an awful experience! The river was beautiful we had fun but had soon as we came back tot he hotel it was bad. The workers are all rude and disrespectful almost as if my husband and I stupid young people. I got carded every time I was even roaming downstairs and even after getting carded the workers would just follow me I asked one of them why and she said she was just staring at my tattoos after she already carded me . I had security following me harassing us. No one that works here has any. Kind of respect for customer service . John from the roulette table missed two of my chips and wasn't paying out people correctly . The security by the tables that helps was rude to him in front of all of us and also the two women to help clean the table around close we're so mean to John and took over and also were rude to everyone at the table . The hotel room is extremely out dated and our bathtub did not drain water. The elevator line is a joke there is no system to the outdated elevators . This experience at the Aquarius was actually the worst hotel experience I have ever had anywhere in my entire life . My husband and I are veterans and the way we were treated here was not right. I would never recommended vacationing here. The hotel is outdated and I can deal with that but the workers made it that much worse . If I was managing this hotel I would clean house 100% because I don't see this business progressing with what I just experienced . My husband and I don't smoke and we had a security guard show up to our room at kid night woke us up and accuse us of smoking in a non smoking floor . We walked into the hallway after and the whole hallway smelt like marijuana . I was extremely offended that even happened. Like I said nothing I have ever experienced . Definitely read yelp reviews before your stay here a ton of people talk about how they are harassed by workers here .

Stayed here for 5 nights , when I got home I noticed several charges made to my bank account when I decided to call I spoke with Andy in the accounting department . She was very rude and was lazy because she didn't want to help with finding out about the charges ,That were made to my account . She put me on hold and transferred me to the front desk without even telling me . It would've been nice if she would've said give me some time to figure this out and I can call you back with an explanation but never did that . So when I called her on it she got angry and yelled at me . She obviously has mental problems she should not be dealing with the public period ....

Came here from vegas for a two night birthday getaway. Nothing is open. Service is horrible. Even the patrons are angry and not polite. NO security measures are being enforced at all! All day I was given only two drinks that I ordered out of asking for many for my wife and I and they server just walked away.....period! Like, deal with it. Currently sitting in my room waiting to leave in the morning. They can keep their money for the rest of the stay.

Was glad I. Got to visit for two days. The pool was fabulaous and the jacuzzi at night very comforting. The bed was so soft and pillows helped me sleep well. The shower had a nice spray. Even though they aren't allowed valet the bell guy was able to take my bags up to the room.

Just visiting now and can say even with mask mandate it has been great. Great car valet service. Bell boy took suitcases and delivered to room. All staff at cafe Aquarius was awesome. Machines weren't too tight, didn't win big but enough to keep me playing. True no bars open but outback steakhouse was fine in and could drink while dining. Also if gambled the hostesses were coming around all time. Definitely will be back.

My husband and I enjoy going to Laughlin several times a year and we enjoy the Aquarios. However, this time was very different. There isn't housekeeping service while you are there. If you need extra towels, etc, call and they will bring them to you but that's it. When you leave is when they will clean the room. Also, there isn't drink service. They have a few people who ask if you wt a drink but it is a very limited menu and the people come around once an hour or so. If you still have a drink, you have to finish that one before you can get another one. There was only 1 bar open the whole time we were there. Only the fast food restaurants were open and I don't really like fast food. I think until Covid 19 goes away or they find a vaccine. we will not be going back. I realize it's not the casino's fault so to speak, but I do think there are things they can do to make things better for the guest.

Friendly check-in and nice, spacious king bed room on 6th floor, overlooking the Colorado river. The room was clean with contemporary furniture including desk and chair, dresser, comfy chair with ottoman, fridge with freezer shelf, but NO microwave oven. The in-house McDonald restaurant was under-staffed = long wait, and very high priced. At certain times, one has to wait quite a bit to get into the elevator, lines are long. The casino's slot machines are right behind the hotel entrance and one can enjoy the cigarette smoking smell right from the start.

First, I'll say it was worth what I paid. Somehow I managed to snag a post-COVID-closure rate of $25/night plus resort fees. But if I had paid the $75-150 rate that seems typical from their website, I would be very unhappy. Check-in took over 45 minutes with two workers checking in a line of probably 30 people. There is only one set of elevators per tower. There were two times that I had to wait in line for over 20 minutes to get an elevator. The hotel is not currently offering daily housekeeping, a fact that was not shared with us until I called when housekeeping hadn't appeared in two days. That's fine (COVID and all), but there was no communication. And anything we needed (toilet paper, clean towels, etc.) had to be specially ordered by calling housekeeping. Minor annoyance. The room was fine. Clean, decently sized, typical hard hotel beds. Plenty of hot water in the tiny bathtub. The pool has an elegant view of the Home Depot on one side and the parking garage on the other. Basically, with this one, I'd say just don't over-expect, and don't rely on their VERY misleading website pictures. Won't stay here again, but it was worth $25.

I was pleasantly surprised to see they were taking temps of everyone checking in. I was also pleased to see there were specific staff members on the floor cleaning and disinfecting machines. In addition at least half of the machines were disabled and chairs were removed so there was no way any one could sit near me. In fact, if there was a bank of 4 games, only the 1st and 4th game was working. Many guests wore masks and if you did not have your own they were available at check in. Slots were not very loose but I kind of figured as they need all our money to make up for what they lost during the shut down :)

My wife, sister, and myself recently stayed 6 days to conduct some family business in the area. We planned quite far in advance for reservations as my wife had a narrow window of time she could be away from work. We drove in from out of state. Luckily the hotels opened just in time for our trip. With covid-19, I expected things to be different but like most businesses, effective pre-planning can smooth out the bumps. Key the word "effective". What we were met with was a seriously understaffed front desk, poor communication and a over booked property. Check in was slow and unorganized. Only 2 people were staffing the front desk while hundreds waited in line. They failed to let us know that there would be no room maintenance during our stay. we had to call the already understaffed desk to have clean towels, sundries and toilet paper brought up. getting through on the phone was hit and miss. The temperature check everyone is required to do? What a joke. It's only used on people actually checking in to the hotel. Anyone walking in the front door, or any other door along the river walk can come right in. The restaurants observed social distancing guidelines as required, but the wait times were absurd...2.5 hrs for Outback (no thanks) and over an hour for the cafe. We were able to get seated right away at the cafe, due to us coming at an off peak time. Otherwise, it was an hour wait. We ate mostly off property. The one bright spot is The Cove, a bar near the river walk just inside the door. It was never crowded and the service was good. Social distancing was not observed at the pool at all. But with children, that's to be expected. We did rent a pool cabana through the front desk. The pool bar was not open when we went to check in for our cabana. Apparently, the pool bar manager didn't bother to show up for work that day. It took over an hour for the inside bar manager, who subbed for the pool manager, to get things opened and our pre-ordered refreshments brought to us. We we're told another manager was enroute from Vegas. I don't understand upper management's poor decisions in all of this. Golden Entertainment owns the Edgewater and just closed the Colorado Belle. You would think there would be an abundance of available people to fill positions. People not showing up, poor service and lame excuses seem to be the norm for the week. One notable exception: Rob from the bell desk went out of his way to help us with our belongings and made sure we had plenty of water to stay hydrated. We visited other properties during our stay plus stayed in other hotel/motels. We saw nothing that compared to the mess at the Aquarius. One thing in particular stood out in my mind. Unattended children in the casino. I saw children running break neck speed through the table games after the pool closed. Most parents were responsible and kept their kids in line. However, others were less responsible and made it dangerous for the older patrons who have mobility issues.

Stayed on a Friday night early in June. Some of the other casinos in town were still closed, so there were probably more guests than "normal," but the situation in the lobby was just this side of chaos. My compliments to the hotel and staff for managing to run an organized check-in process, even giving out water to those on line. My issue was with the volume of guests, including oodles of children. Most folks kept pretty good physical distance, but it is hard for anyone to control that volume of young kids. Our room on the 15th floor was fine: clean and comfortable. After the first ride up the elevator (only 4 guests per trip), we took the stairs. Couldn't get Outback to answer the phone for room service, so we walked to In'n'Out. The pool was a nightmare: just too many kids. Lots of running up and down the hall late into the night.

These people overbooked their hotel because of low room rates from third parties. We went directly through the hotel so we thought everything was going to be okay. We tried to check in before dinner but their check-in system crashed. We tried checking in after dinner, and they ended up giving away two of our four rooms. Roll away beds never came, so two of us were forced to sleep on the chair and floor. Food is terrible. Staff is nice, but understaffed. I really think it's management, so I don't see this place getting better anytime soon. Stay at Riverside or Edgewater. We sure will.

I've been staying at Aquarius since it was the Flamingo (prob 30+ yrs), Never had a problem. This stay, I requested a Lanai room (sliding door that goes out to 3rd floor rooftop). Room 1 - Sliding door lock broken. Will NOT lock. Room 2 - Sliding door lock broken. Will NOT lock. Room 3 - Broken tub faucet. Constant running water (not drip) and hissing. Room 4 - Lanai door will not slide open due to excess dirt and bugs, Screen filthy with dirt & bugs. After all the trips down to front desk and room changes (with NO apologies received), I decided to give up on the Lanai room and kindly asked for a nice room on a high floor. Clerk says "yes, for $10 MORE per night you can have panaramic view." Really? After all my TROUBLE you cannot bend to give me a decent room without extra charge? After my stay, I spoke with Asst Mgr Michael Dolan about this. His reply was it was "ON ME" that I didn't wait around to get anything fixed. Wow! How long would I wait? Could I leave with an unlocked door? No. Dumb.

Had a horrible experience here on the way home. Stayed the second week in March which is when all this virus junk was just getting started Place was dirty no hand sanitizer anywhere to be found. Didn't see any one doing any extra cleaning. Three of the elevators were down most of the first day half of the front doors were roped off Once we got checked in took over 5 hours to get clean wash rags no one on our floor had any Made multiple calls trying to get them. On the last day lost electricity took for ever to get it back on Place is going down hill fast

Standard room but it did have a refer and a decent chair. Bed comfortable. Staff at check in not very happy. Self check out good. Free parking. No shows. Sports book set up pretty good. You have o go outside to get to the parking a hassle in the rain

Awesomely great. Hotel is very nice, staff extremely friendly. food selection various for everyone's taste. We would definitely be back each year to celebrate my sister's birthday and reserve at this resort.

Easy check in, lines on Sunday looked long, we checked in Saturday took few minutes. Room smells clean, great views. They have a roof top tennis court you can view the river from. Bed is good and casino is nice. Staff seems very pleasant. Would not hesitate to stay again. We stayed in the adult only California tower 1 king panoramic view.

The total cost was about $40 per night including resort fee so how can one complain! We were on the 18th floor. The bed was comfortable. The casino allows smoking. The rewards card is misrepresented. When I signed up, they said 10% off at all restaurants on the property. The restaurants said no that's only at the buffet. When I checked out the desk clerk was surprised, he said 10% at all the restaurants. Another clerk said no only if you are paying with credits. I left a comment card about this. No response! Not much money involved but hard feelings after spending $200 plus in their restaurants.

Like most of the hotels in Laughlin this one is showing its age. Carpets stained and stretched in hallway. The bed was comfortable enough. Just a coffee maker but no frig which would have been nice. View of river great. There were a number of issues in our room though. The coffee maker didn't work but was replaced. The TV had to be unplugged and reset each time we used. Was told it was a known problem with several rooms. The sink and the tub were very slow to drain.

Accused of making a transaction with the Fake money baited by Casino as Entrapment. I have reported this criminal act by the casino to the Better Business Bureau and next to the FBI for Investigation.

I have stayed ar every hotel in Laughlin and I think this one is the best accomodations and best location also good service and we had lots of luck here on the most updated slot machines...they have a very nice gift shop the that sells beer and snacks as well as other alcohol....

This hotel like all the hotels in Laughlin are in need of a redo. We weren't expecting much so we weren't too disappointed. Check in and valet were great. Room we thought we were getting and one we got were two different things. We were in Arizona tower and when we got off elevator the smell was not good, dirty rolling carpet in hallway. Room actually was better than we thought, loved big windows with a glimpse of river. Room was clean but tv was older and picture was fuzzy. We were there 3 days and won 0, so disappointing. Will not opt out on housekeeping when staying 3 days, not worth $10.00 they give you. Will probably not be rushing back anytime soon especially when we have such beautiful casinos in So. Calif. and we actually win once in awhile.

This Casino Hotel turned out to be a real gem for our 2-day stay! Not sure about their “mysterious connection” with Best Western, but the rate was better than excellent! Our Review Criteria: 1. Bed – Great – very comfortable 2. Cleanliness – Excellent! 3. Quiet – Excellent! 4. Size of the room – Excellent! 5. The Internet worked perfectly! 6. The TV had static issues with the lower channel numbers, but the “Guide” was good. 7. Our view of the river and other hotel/casinos was excellent! 8. Lots of restaurant choices down on the main floor of the casino. The only complaint we had was Parking – which really sucks if you don't use Valet parking! The parking structure is seriously painful – you have to drive in circles f-o-r-e-v-e-r!!! We'd also like to recognize “Robert” who was our Bell Hop when we were checking out. He was very nice and helpful and sincerely appreciated us staying at “his” hotel. Stay again? Absolutely!

We have always enjoyed our stays here Easy check in, clean comfortable rooms and right on the river walk. Although we do not gamble, we always find something interesting and fun to do in Laughlin. We will be going back again!

I was in the California Tower. It was quiet and I slept well. The room had poor lighting as well as electrical outlets. My room needs a makeover. The casino was okay. Very friendly dealers, but the ventilation system needs an update as well. The hotel/casino has a variety of options for food, from fast food to sit down restaurants.

It is a casino and when you stay in one, you have a casino experience. The parking was the oddest. Valet parking is “free”, but of course there is the tip of $6-8. OR you can park in their parking garage and schelp your stuff down the elevator, etc. The smoke was not as bad as some casinos and there were several restaurants on the premises. We ate at Outback Steakhouse.; It served up typical Outback Steakhouse food. The room was adequate. No complaints there.

Not very impressed with this place at all. Maybe it would be different during the week but the weekend was a nightmare. Parking stinks. The lines for Valet are a half a mile long. The parking garage has really low clearance so only smaller cars can fit in there. There were no washcloths in our bathroom and a call to housekeeping for some had to be made twice and took over two hours to get some. A room for 4 people only had coffee service for two. No microwave, only a fridge and keurig type coffee maker. There is no Bingo at this Casino. You have to trapse through the Casino floor to get to the pool & spa area. Wait staff on the Casino floor are very sparse, wait time for a drink averaged about an hour. The buffet is WAY over priced, don't even bother. I've had much better experiences at other nearby establishments.

My husband and I enjoy long weekend visits to this hotel and casino. Plenty of places to visit in the surrounding area and excellent restaurants in property. The rooms are very comfortable many with great views of the Colorado River. An easy drive up from Phoenix,Az. And the trip would not be complete with a stop in Kingman, Az which has many attractions along the “original” Route 66.

After reading the review I realized this would be hit and miss...for us it was a hit. 1. Check in was very smooth 2. Staff was quite pleasant and helpful 3. restaurant - we ate at The Vineyard – Sat by the water/Windows, Tina was our server and she was spot; we had the Scallops, 2Drinks, Bread, Filet Mignon Pizza...to die for. 4. The river walk was great and you are sitting at the start...and rate was really good.

Been coming here for years. But this will be my last trip to Aquarius hotel casino. Just gone down hill so much. The rooms (at least the last few I stayed at) are really old and out dated. The in room fridge (sounds great and would be if it worked). Up to high and barely cool. Walked out the room door and noticed a few doors down they were replacing his fridge. I thought screw it ill just get some ice Wrong! No ice maker on this floor( floor 7) I asked a employee who said you need to go to the 8th floor. So I did , found the ice maker, not a single cube! Up to the 9th floor found a small line to get ice as they could not get any either on their floors . ( did not ask what floor they came from). Ok little tv before going down, nope lots of squiggly lines then a few seconds of tv. Years ago they were pretty nice here but my next stay will be at the Riverside or golden nugget and hope they at least have an ice maker. Ps they do have in room coffee maker. Hope it works in the morning? Good luck Valley view hotel and casino In San Diego or Pechanga in Temecula (California) is the place to be. Have to give them a 5 star . Aquarius let's go with a 2 Edge water / Colorado bell 3 Riverside last time memory maybe a 4 Golden nugget nice but dated 3.5 To many years since I've stayed at the others (I do hear good things about Tropicana) Good luck and enjoy you are still at the river!

Stayed 2 nights at the Aquarius while on a road trip from Vegas to Phoenix. Checkin was a bit slow as only had one person on most of the time. We had booked on Expedia for $42 Cdn and upgraded to partial river view for $10 more. They offered a $10 coupon rather than having housekeeping the following day so we took that as only staying a few days. Used it at Duet in the morning; great latte! Room were very clean and in great condition compared to some others that we have stayed in around Laughlin. Valet parking with no fee, only a tip. We have $5 each time we either dropped off or got the car. The guys were great and always friendly and thankful. Slots were not friendly but shouldn't expect that when you gamble! Ate at the Outback restaurant that is in the hotel. Was excellent. Hubby had a filet mignon and said it was excellent. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed here for two nights at the end of January. This was our first trip to Laughlin in over 25 years. Check in/check out was easy, fast, and efficient. Room was nice. We chose a river view room and we're given a room on the 10th floor in the Arizona tower. Everything in the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Mid day on our second day we started to notice the smell of sewer gas both in the room and in the hallway. We thought that maybe it would dissipate in a bit and headed out to do some gambling. Upon return to the room a few hours later (maybe around 8PM) the smell had increased in both room and hallway. I went to the front desk to notify them of the issue and was offered someone to come up and spray the room. When that was refused, I was offered an unacceptable different room, then another. Finally we were offered a lock off room from a suite on a different floor. The desk clerk mentioned that the sewer gas complaint is very common.... so it was not an unexpected complaint. While the issue was resolved, it took at least 30 minutes to do so and was resolved only after I refused what I considered inadequate substitute rooms or options (spraying). Had resolution to our issue had been handled better and more quickly, the rating for this hotel would have been higher.

Hotel room was nice, albeit very dusty. Looked like it hadn't been wiped down in a week or more. In room fridge was handy, good restaurants in the casino. Only downside was the casino...the smoke was so bad. They had an incredibly small non smoking section which hardly made it worthwhile.

Good room on higher floor. Comfortable bed in larger room. Nice amenities. Free bottles of water at reception.. Would stay here again. Also, some decent bands playing in showroom with no admission charge.

I have stayed at every Hotel & Casino in Laughlin and this is by far the best. Great dining options, fun casino and very friendly staff. Very nice pool and location on the Riverwalk. The room has great views of the Colorado River. I will stay here on my next visit to Laughlin. Many photos added of our stay and room.

This is an average hotel. It is formerly the Flamingo and renovated about 13 years ago. The room is clean and sound proof. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom is clean, the shower fixtures are old and it leaks. Adequate complementary shampoo and conditioner. Nice view of river & mountains from room

Went to see Darci Lynne for my daughters birthday. we got a 2 bedroom suite on the 11th floor. The view is to die for. if you can get the one or two bedroom suite the view will not disappoint. Room was clean with two king beds pull out bed. had a large table and lots of seating. rooms are a little dated but supper clean. had flat screen TV's and all that but the colors and the types of future were just a little older but in great shape. we were able to walk to the E center when the show was via the river walk. all the staff was supper nice and helpful. it was January so we did not use the pool or any water sports.

We booked this as an overnight stop on a road trip from Las Vegas to San Diego. It has plenty of car parking. Check in was a bit slow as lots of people seemed to have arrived at once. Saw it had a best western sign so I showed my best western gold card and got upgraded to a suite. Furnishings in the room are good but it is a very dated design. The ground floor is given over to gambling, drinking and eating. We tried one of the bars which did some nice cocktails. We are at the vineyard restaurant for dinner which is an Italian style restaurant with good food and wine. We tried the breakfast buffet which was good even if it felt like sitting in a 1960's airport terminal. The hotel pool was chilly but hot tub was great. There are great views of the Colorado river.

Visited the Aquarius for the New Year's celebration. The rooms all have a view of the Colorado river. Some of the rooms have regular to large windows. The rooms are larger as compared to other of the hotels in the area. The staff is courteous and professional. There are non-smoking areas within the casino. There is no smoking within the restaurants.

We go with a large group every January and it's always to The Aquarius because of their great service. From the valet to registration to restaurant staff everyone is always so helpful and nice. The rooms are starting to take some wear and tear but they are always clean. Great location in between the Riverside and Edgewater and a quick walk to the Belle. The pool/hot tub is a nice addition as well.

We checked in on 1/09/2020 for a 4 day stay. Check in was easy as there was hardly anyone there. As soon as we get our room we find out that the cable and wifi aren't working. The cable came back on but the wifi was out until the following day. On the 3rd day of our stay we weren't provided wash cloths for bathing. I called Housekeeping and was told "they always short us on wash cloths". We've stayed there many times and never encountered any problems what so ever. On what was supposed to be our 4th day we left and checked in at the Laughlin River Lodge. Wonderful property. Everyone there is exceptionally nice. Had a great time, great food, and plenty of free wifi and wash cloths.

I have reviewed this property before but my wife and I just got back from spending three nights for New Year's Eve. The slots seemed "tighter" than normal with not much play for $$$$. Of particular note and a major disappoint is STILL the coffee shop. I want to say this USED to be a GREAT coffee shop but my last four stops in there have solidified my belief that lack of service, lack of servers, lower quality of food and supervisors is now the NORM. Getting seated is not one of their strong suites. My wife and I had to wait at least ten or more minutes before a server appeared to take our order. The wait time for our food was not acceptable in any manner. Of PARTICULAR note, I opened the mustard to put some on my hamburger and mustard would not come out. Upon inspection, opening for the mustard was completely clogged and appeared to be a health hazard. I had the supervisor come over and showed her what my concern was and she did NOTHING but make excuses about why the "staff" did not inspect condiment containers at the end of each shift. Manager seemed "mystified" and seemed to lack any deportment expected of a manager. I am very sad to say this coffee shop has consistently failed to meet my expectations the last four times I gave them a chance to prove me wrong.

This was probably our 5 visit and each time we have taken one or 2 couples with us all 2 day stays no one has won a jackpot of any kind oh well. I walked around a lot and only saw a few people win just a couple of jackpots and heard a few over the intercom. I am not angry as no one forced me to play the tables or put it in the slots just telling you what happened. The cigarette smoke is as bad as I have ever been exposed to and it is all over the entire hotel. How the rooms over all they are ok pillows should be replaced and as I showered the drain did not work and was standing in my own dirt. Everything I have stated is true and not in anyway am trying to get back at Aquarius.

No ESPN in rooms. They block the main ESPN station in the room TVs. We called and asked and they said they block the main station and we can go downstairs to get ESPN. So, we could not relax in our room watching games on ESPN. Picture of view from room.

Stayed 2 nights and the bed and especially the pillows were so comfy after our night out casino hopping we slept like babies!! What kind of pillows are they??!! The room was clean and we had a great view of the mountains.

The hotel here is so nice. Rooms are clean, bright, nicely appointed and fairly quiet. Ask about a suite. It's well worth the extra charge if any. Our suite had a wet bar that was actually like a little kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink and ample room to make sandwiches or drinks. The living room is adjacent and offers a small sofa and two comfortable arm chairs with a coffee table and end table. The large flat screen tv sits upon a large roomy chest of drawers. The large separate bedroom has another chest of drawers with another tv and a desk with a chair and 2 queen size beds (or a king). The bathroom is small but adequate. I would compare the suite to a small apartment. The casino is busy and fun with a great loyalty card program. Several restaurants offer great food and good service. One of my favorite places to play and stay.

I think it is too easy to leave bad reviews for some people. So, I debated sharing this info. But, if no one says anything, nothing will change. Good: The people! I found the staff really positive, helpful, and professional. Didn't run into an unkind person at the front desk, maintenance staff, gift shop, casino, or at the Outback Steakhouse located in the back of the casino. Neutral: Yes, the property is quite dated. That isn't good or bad in my view. Yes, the casino has smokers and it could use better ventilation, but it's not terrible. Also, the crowd is much older than you might expect or that is portrayed on the website. There is nothing wrong with an older crowd mind you - but if you are expecting something similar to LV, it's just not. The bad: I was assigned a room on the 7th floor of the California tower. As I sat there for a few minutes, I smelled a strong odor that I could only describe as urine. More accurately, like cat pee. I decided I didn't want to remain in this room and went to the front desk for assistance. The staff at the front desk apologized and moved me. She kept me on the same floor and I moved, thinking it would be the end of it. However, as I stayed in my new room I could smell the same thing, not as strong, but at almost the same location as the previous room! In retrospect, I should have just left. Would I stay there again? No. Golden Entertainment owns this property and should inspect all rooms and address this issue.

Been years since I was in Laughlin in December. Drove over 200 miles out of my way to get there the whole town looks like it's the town that forgot Christmas. The Aquarius. Is definitely going down hill. They removed the revolving front entrance door plus they removed the powered handicapped doors. Buffet is closed for the winter they say. Looks like a ghost town. Maybe another type of resort fees will help chase off what few people who do come. Had to call for help getting in my room card reader is old and doesn't work right. Don't know if I will ever come back Been coming here for close to 40 years. There are a lot of casinos around the country to choose from that are better than this place

We had tons of fun here. This place has lots of updated games and some actually even pay out! Lots of great places to eat casual and fancier. Definitely recommend if you want a nice place to play while in town.

Check in was a little slow and close to the casino. Very little BW signage and no comparison to other Premier Collection hotels we have stayed at. Was not recognised as a loyalty member at checkin. Room was a little tired and could have done with some TLC but it was only a stopover and from the outside this looked like the nicest hotel in the area. 2 of the restaurants were closed so eating choices limited but Outback worked fine.

Room was clean and comfortable. did not upgrade to a river view but we did have a really good view of the river and the mountains. our bellman's name was Mark and he was awesome. super friendly and so nice to everyone. the hotel management is attempting to get everyone to use valet parking and it creates a problem for those of us that do not want to use valet parking. they have some rule about guests using a luggage cart saying there insurance won't allow it. Slots were pretty tight and didn't win any money but still had a good time. the cafe food was really good and the portions were large but the manager needs some serious training. This may be the hotel management again trying to do things a certain way. they have one person taking your order and another person bringing you water and coffee. the person bringing you water and coffee is working their rear end off and the waiters are wandering around chatting with the manager. Once we got water and coffee delivered to our table the first time we ever saw them again. the waiters walked by constantly and never looked at us or acknowledged us. The outback steak house was a complete different experience. they provided excellent food and excellent service. very attentive waiters and managers. Food was great.

The check in was slow. 2 restaurants were closed. Parking is good. Free self or valet parking. Casino was big and busy but it was a Saturday night. Nice Christmas decorations. Coffee shop was excellent. We walked up to the Colorado Belle and enjoyed Pints Microbrewery restaurant. Rooms a little tired and in need of updating but clean.

This property is in very good shape. Rooms are spacious and comfy. Complimentary bottled water provided. Public areas well maintained. But overall, their customer service is just great! Will definitely stay there again!

We stayed here free. We like to play here because they have video poker machines that pay almost 100%. They are called the 9/6 Jack or better machines. We played enough without loosing much to get invitation for 2 nights free. Regular weekday rate s about $40, not bad. Rooms are not bad. There is little view of the river. Coffee maker didnot work. It was replaced. The only problem is wiFi. It did not work the day were there. It was down.

The Aquarius is a better hotel than the Edgewater where we stayed last time. All areas of this hotel is nicer than our previous visit. It is slightly more expensive but, in our view, worth the extra money. Book early to get the best prices. The casino floor stinks of cigarette smoke, but this is no different in any of the other casinos/hotels. We are non-smokers and we can not stay in the casino for any length of time. The indoor climate is just unbearable. We feel sorry for the staff who works here. As mentioned, the hotel is overall OK, and we would stay here again.

Went up to bet NFL football on November 17th and much to my dismay the William Hill sportsbook server was shut down and did not reopen during my time there. I was told to go to Harrah's or the Nugget to bet. This is the second time since Golden Entertainment and William Hill took over this property that the server was down. The previous time was during March Madness. I took their advice and went to the Nugget and then checked out and stayed there. This is ridiculous and had never happened to me before anywhere in Nevada. I would encourage any sports bettor to patronize the Golden Nugget. Anyone not interested in betting sports should head to any Golden Entertainment property.Never again....

The hotel was nice. When I arrived I did free self parking without a problem. At check in the guy was friendly and the process was super quick. My room was a good size and pretty decent. Maybe not a super nice room but no complaints. I liked having a keurig but wish I had coffee creamer.

Never been to Laughlin so wanted to see if it was going to be great here. Room was for a good price with the river view. Beds are big so no complaint there. You can walk along the river walk at night or in the morning like we did. Laughlin really feels like a retirement town like in Florida. Lots of retirees with lots of rv's and fifth wheels everywhere. Even the new homes they advertise for sale here have optional rv garages. Not much to do here in my opinion.

Watch this hotel when booking. The on line offer was $64 plus change per night which included a $20 food and drink voucher and the resort fee of app $15. The website claimed the F&D voucher was only for breakfast, but when I checked in the clerk said it was good any time at any of the restaurants on site. We were beat from traveling, so decided to use the advertised room service. The only choice was the Outback Steakhouse on premises. We ordered nice dinners but they came in go boxes with plastic utensils. When I phoned the manager of Outback, he said that's the way it was done and hung up. This guy needs to take a course in customer relations. Totally ignorant and uncaring. I have never had hotel advertised room service delivered in go boxes with plastic cutlery!! Difficult to eat a pork steak with a plastic fork and knife. If a hotel advertises room service, they should offer proper room service with plates and silverware. Getting back to the price of the hotel. When I checked my CC Billing, In found I was charged $47.03 when I booked, then another $65 when I checked out. Inquiring found that the resort fee charge plus the Outback meal came to the $65 checkout. The hotel bill showed the $20 F&D voucher being credited to the account then charged back. The checkout bill should have been $45. Best Western owns this hotel so I phoned their customer service and was given a confirmation number along with assurances they would look into it. Despite a follow up from me, nothing was done until I involved Master Card. At that point the hotel did admit their error and are supposedly refunding my MC with the $20 overcharge. No credit as of this writing but expect it will be there. Check in was a horror story. There was a line of at least 20 people checking in and only two clerks for most of the 45 minutes it took me to check in. Totally unacceptable. I am a fan of Best Western and usually try to stay at one of their Premium hotels when travelling. The Best Western HO management needs to get some hands on management of this place and bring it up to BW Premium standards.

I've seen a lot of negative reviews about this hotel. We have stayed here twice with no issues. Granted the rooms are dated but everything is clean and functional. Lots of good places to eat in the casino. Slots are somewhat loose. Views are stunning. Within walking distance along the river to other casinos and river boat tours. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

The cigarette smoke was way too much to even deal with. Our non smoking room smelled like a wet ashtray. We tried to get some fresh air on the river walk only to step out to the cigarette contraption on the wall on FIRE. Once was enough for me.

The hotel is very nice; but the casino is extremely smokey. I couldn't wait to go outside and breath again. The restaurant is real good and you have a lot of food to choose from. We had the buffet. Enjoy Yourself

We took the water taxi from Harrah's to Aquarius in order to partake in their seafood buffet and were pleasantly satisfied. There was a good crowd, but they handled it very well. We also did a little gambling in the Casino and it was very nice.

As always we love this hotel and try to get there 3 - 4 a year. We went towards the end of Oct and the weather couldn't have been better. Check-in was a breeze and we got the room that we had asked for. We did have a problem in that our coffee maker was not working. I called room keeping and there was somebody at our door within 15 min's with a new coffee maker, they apologize for taking so long. The hotel is neat and clean and the restrooms in the casino area are spotless. We are already to book a room for next year just waiting for a great deal to come up. Forgot to mention that we did have a problem with our hotel bill that I discovered when we got home and call on it and was told to leave a number and somebody would get back to me but they never did.But we still plan to go back.

While visiting Laughlin for a couple of days our experience with check in was horrible there was probably 50-75 people in line to check in and only 2 people working the desk we waited approx. one hour in line to check in while there were people walking around behind the counter that just was ignoring the guest. Our room was just average and somewhat worn looking. Slots were older models and we decided we wont be visiting that facility again.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel considering some of the reviews. Is it super hip and modern? No, but is it clean with comfortable beds and great bartenders? Yes! It's an older casino hotel likely built in the 80s, but has been kept up . It has great machines and a comfortable temperature. This makes a difference because I went next door to Riverside to meet other friends and it was boiling hot every day, and I typically run cold. McDonald's and Subway open late if you need something quick and an Outback. I didn't try the buffet, but I'm sure I will next trip. This was my first trip to Laughlin and the Aquarius will be my go to for my return.

*** BEWARE *** Our experience at the Aquarius Casino and Resort has certainly not been good. We booked 4 king-bedded, non-smoking rooms in the California, adults only tower with a river view. Lo and behold, upon arrival they do not have ANY non-smoking, king bedded rooms in the California tower. We can get a smoking room with a king bed or a room with 2 queens. Okay, we will take the two queens. We have 3 of those rooms and the 4th room is in another tower, also not a king bed. Ummmm, so we cannot even stay in the same tower?!?! Well, we have a room on hold for someone checking in tomorrow. A casino host is holding that room, so we cannot give that to you. Oh, so the person coming in (potentially) tomorrow is more important than us? Yes, that is correct. Clearly customer service is lacking and our room in the Arizona tower is dated and in need of a serious renovation. Oh, and our room with the "exceptional river view" faces the parking lot. If you go to the corner of the room and get on your tip toes you might see some water. Avoid this property at all costs there are much better options.

What happened to your hotel? The Italian restaurant has been lowered to a pizza hut. Caesars salad was not fresh, waiter did not offer fresh cheese, the Scallops were disgusting laying on top of a bowl of cream of mushroom soup and partially cooked mushrooms. Outback has never been very good but now it is horrible.

The Aquarius Hotel in Laughlin, Nevada knows how to book a reservation but when you get to the front desk to check in don't expect them to honor it. Reserve a non-smoking, king size bed with a river view in the California Tower - check-in and the front desk will tell you they only have a non-smoking, 2 Queen bed, parking lot view in the Arizona Tower. But if you open the curtains all the way and stand at the edge you can catch a glimpse of a river - great. Does this photo look like a river view to you? Now this is not a fancy hotel by any means but the Arizona Tower is in particularly bad shape and in need of a complete overhaul. Read the other reviews and see the feedback. FYI Don't come here with other people and expect all to get in the same tower although one person reserved all the reservations and made that clear at the time of booking - that is clearly way beyond this hotel's abilities. Very disappointing - almost like there are no other hotel choices right outside the door - oh wait, there are. Lots of them - go stay at one of them so you are not disappointed as well. Or better yet skip Laughlin altogether and head to Las Vegas - superior customer service and hotels that actually honor the reservations you book.

Very nice room on the 10th floor. Room was clean & comfortable. Staff was very helpful upon check-in. Enjoyed looking out over the city. We had a group of 10 people, 5 rooms, everyone enjoyed their stay. Had Breakfast buffet on Thursday morning. Very good. Will definitely stay here on our next visit to Laughlin. Would recommend.

We have stayed here before and liked it. Great river views from the rooms. Room was nice but expensive. No ESPN in our room and.Monday Night Football. Also couldn't see the MLB playoff game. Reception was also very bad. Resort fee of $15 for two mini bottles of water? We'll never stay here again. I waited 15 minutes to check in. Line was always very long and. It enough help.

First of all the people that work here are super nice, from the valet to the check in and people working in the restaurants. The casino itself smelled of smoke the second you walk in the door. I thought nowadays the casinos did a better job of ventilation but nope. It stunk! We stayed on the 12th floor in the California tower and for the most part you could not smell smoke. I think the whole floor was non smoking. The room was a decent size but it definitely had seen some better days. I wish I got a picture of the back of the bathroom door cause it was warped at the bottom. There was a small ice bucket plastic with no top to keep ice from melting right away and there were only plastic water cups. No cups for coffee, luckily we had brought insulated cups for beverages and could use them for coffee. The room had a mini fridge which was really nice. A lot of the casino hotels do not provide fridges because they want you spending money in the casino. The wifi was terrible! it was super frustrating. I tried using my phone with data and still service was terrible in the hotel. I took this trip with my husband who was playing golf all weekend. I had intended to use the pool but on our first full day it was closed due to the wind. I get it most people wouldn't want to sit outside when it is windy but give us the opportunity to make that choice. Instead I went to the Laughlin Golf and Spa resort for the day. Highly recommend it! I was able to use the pool the next day but I spoke with other guests that had been there for days and the pool was closed. Another big disappointment was that the pool had no services. No drinks or food. They don't allow outside food and beverages but they kind of looked the other way since the food service was closed but a couple people brought in coolers and were asked to take them out of the pool area. I thought that was unfair. My understanding was that they closed food service for the pool mid September. Unacceptable, the hotel was 95% full the weekend I was there. Will I stay here again? I'm not sure. I looked for some other options but honestly there just isn't much in this area. I think my title says it best. If you know that going in you are not expecting too much.

We have visited this property A Lot over the years. Got an invite to come back for 2 nights. I called a head for 2 days a month ahead. Took 30 minutes to make reservation. 10 minutes later they call back and say then casino is full and your reservation is canceled. Was gonna be a surprise trip for my wife's 55th birthday! Guess We are going to Laughln and try Tropicana or go old school at Riverside. Or, head out from there and go to Vegas. Service has changed with ownership change. Nice place to be sure. Follow through.......not so much.

Another great stay. Free valet or self parking. My wife and I asked for a high floor and that is what we got with a river view. Fun casino, great restaurant options in all price ranges. VERY friendly staff. Comfy bed, great internet, very good selection of TV channels. Very nice pool. Golden Entertainment (owner) should be proud. I will return soon. Many photosof my visit added.

The Sheetrock in the shower was hanging down from the ceiling. It's clear it was that way for a while. The toilet also ran the entire time. The carpet in the hallway on the way to the room was so bubbles up you couldn't even roll your suitcase.

Wifi is spotty and intermittent throughout the hotel. If you want decent Wifi you must pay an up-charge Buffet is among the worst I've had. Try the other restaurants instead. Note: Laughlin Nevada hotels along the Colorado River experience gazillions of Caddisflies during a 2 to 3 week period in October each year. They swarm outside in the mornings and evenings.

My wife, her Service Dog (Carmen) and I just spent four nights at the Aquarius and we had a great time. We met up with a dear friend of ours while we were there. We had a handicap accessible room that was huge and my wife was able to negotiate the room in her wheelchair without banging into walls. The only recommendation is to change out the tub for a walk in shower. There were plenty of grab bars and the shower seat was a bonus. We took advantage of the pool and thanks to Alex (pool life guard) we were able to take advantage of a poolside cabana with a mini-fridge and a big screen TV. The staff (all levels) were incredible and kept complimenting on how well my wife's Service Dog was trained and behaved. We even had a few employees (all levels) get down and play with Carmen. We will definitely return!!!

The room was clean, neatly in order and had a good aroma. The food at the restaurant was hot and tasty. The service at the restaurant was performed in a courteous and professional manner. The buffet food was hot and the plates were warm for the hot food. Comes with alcoholic as well as soft beverages.

Stayed at the Aquarius Hotel Casino in Laughlin Nv. for a long weekend. Stood in line for 45 minutes to check in and then didn't get the room I reserved. Was supposed to be a non-smoking floor but the room across the hall from me was a constant party at all hours of the night and the smell of marijuana was overwhelming. Told security about the noise & drug use nut nothing was done. At night they had very few tables open to play and I had to wait forever to finally get on a gaming table. I wound up going over to another casino to play blackjack. I asked the pit boss to open up more tables but was told they couldn't. The lounge entertainment was horrible at best. Would not stay there again even if they paid me. The food was the only good thing at the property that I could recommend.

Treated like I mattered by everyone in the hotel, from the front desk to the waitress at the restaurant, and the lady in the gift shop, I could go on and on, I will never stay anywhere else in Laughlin

I should've taken a picture but I was honestly so frustrated. I tend to bring my own blankets and pillow, therefore I give a general glance over the bed I stay in and I'm fine. I'm a bit of a germaphobe so when I see that the front two pillows are covered in makeup... it's a red flag. I called housekeeping not wanting to make a fuss... nobody came. 2 hours later I go downstairs to talk to the front desk that no one has come to the room. She calls and tells the cleaning staff to “completely remake the room”. I just got back here and that did not happen. The pillow cases are clean, but the makeup stained sheets are still there. Disappointed as I saw such great reviews for this place. Unfortunate I have to stay more than one night. I may cut my losses and find somewhere else to stay after tonight. Also to mention- I just found something weird and green stuck to my bathroom vanity. cool. Maybe I expect too much in the area of cleanliness.

In the middle of the desert, this wonderful surprise was bustling with Labor Day vacationers. Families everywhere! Our room was nice and had everything needed to make our stay comfortable. One thing that stood out to me about this place all the very friendly workers here! I have NEVER seen so many happy employees... and it made me feel happy. The casino has a coffee shop that is very reasonably priced and delicious food. The Buffet is also very good ~ I think you'll enjoy your stay here!

My husband and I visited Laughlin for the first time. We had gone to a casino next door to Aquarius and found that casino to be very limited in machines and entertainment. We were hoping that not all the casinos in Laughlin were like the previous one and was pleasantly surprised with Aquarius. It had all the games as a alas Vegas casino. It was clean and welcoming. We would go back to this casino.

The room was very nice. I had a very nice view of the Colorado River. I could watch jet skis go up and down the river. Got a good night sleep. I used the valet parking as well as the bellhop, both very efficient.

The room was okay. Food was pricey. Playing at the card table barmaid came around took our order, no drinks she goes on break. Sports Book is now William Hill ugh. Oh the coffee maker in the room is for the pods coffee, So bring ur flavors.

Won a stay here through a school auction and decided to give it a try over a weekend. Unlike for other reviewers, we had a 5 minute or less wait to check in and were greeted warmly with no problem. Our room was clean and though not a "river view," very nice and met all our needs. Definitely not the Ritz Carlton -- but perfectly fine. Everything worked fine with the exception of one glitch when a movie we ordered on the TV didn't work; we called, maintenance came in 10 minutes, and it was quickly rectified. Great service! The casino downstairs is very large with many options to play, more slots than table games and some sports betting. Plenty of dining options ranging from Subway to high end Italian. The pool is downstairs fronting the Colorado river and, though we didn't go, seemed very nice (and popular). There are nightly rock and roll band shows, which were fun. The Celebration riverboat is moored right in front of the hotel and available for river tours. You can walk along the riverfront on a path to neighboring casinos to expand your adventures. Aquarius met our every need with clean, spacious rooms and plenty of entertainment at a great price.

I have always wanted to try out this hotel since it looks really nice from the outside. Every time I go to Laughlin I usually try out a different one anyway in hopes that one day i'll be able to find the best one in Laughlin. I decided to go for this one since it was going for almost twice the price of its competitors, so I assumed there would be a reason for that: Long story short - There wasn't. This one DEFINITELY isn't a top hotel by any means. Pro: * A lot of Panoramic View rooms available. Cons: * Plastic Ice Basket provided was broken. * Tiny TV * AWFUL Pillows that offer no support. I had to place my backpack on my back in order to watch some TV. * Thermostat doesn't have a temperature setting, just a knob of "Cold to Hot" *DIRTY pool infested with flies and bugs, which really ruined my stay since what's the point of going to a resort during summer if you can't use the pool? (See * Shower is dirty and calcified with green residue. To sum up, there are NUMEROUS better options available. The biggest drrawback to me was the dirty pool. They simply don't care about cleanliness AT ALL. It was filled with bugs and flies.

Great stop over before hitting Vegas. Rooms very comfortable, clean and tidy(no smells). Staff, Service and facilities where awesome. Pool is fantastic for cooling off and having relaxing drink. Just across the road from the shopping out let. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed in room 9009 in August 2019. My friend did not state that she felt a presence in that room until the next morning after I explained to her that I was touched all night and heard a woman's voice several times.

The room was nice, but it was a non-smoking floor and all we could smell was weed. We complained to the front desk and they stated that there was nothing they could do about it. They continued with the fact that security could not do anything about it because it would be difficult to figure out who was smoking on the floor. They did however, spray some type of deodorizer to cover the smell. It worked, somewhat.

Haven't stayed here in a while and I have to say this place is still 1st Class in my book! Friendly Staff, Clean and Comfy Rooms, Great Casino Area. Windows Buffet was The Best I've had in awhile! Wife and Daughter had a Wonderful Time!! We will be back.

I usually stay at the hotel next to the Aquarius but Friday night was sold out. Instead I had a two free nights offer at the Aquarius and the rooms were available so we booked it. We had our grandchildren with us so we were given rooms in the Family Tower. I have stayed here in the Adult Tower before and the rooms were fine. This time the casino was very smoky and the machines were very tight. People were hanging out in the halls of the hotel floor we were on and were very loud. Unfortunately there is nothing positive I can tell you about our room or the casino. We stayed one night and checked out the next morning, one day early.

By far the best casino in Laughlin,love the gaming floor,spacious,high ceilings(which help with the cigarette smoke). The rooms are nice with coffee maker,fridge,blow dryer.The food in the buffet is very good,especially love the speacial seafood buffet on Friday's only.The casino has a Mcdonalds, coffee shop (Duets),and many others.Been going here since it was Flamingo(miss the slot tournaments ).

We were on the river by day and in the air conditioning by night. Aquarius has large rooms, clean and in good shape. The A/C was too good, we were freezing the first night until maintenance came. Large casino, although we do not gamble. The location is on the Riverwalk, it's fun to take a water taxi between hotels.It's only 15 minutes to Katherine's Landing to launch you watercraft and get on the lake.We got sandwiches from the on-property Subway every day for our lunch - very convenient. Order the night before to avoid the morning line. Soft ice cream from the MacDonald's in the food court hits the spot. One night we did eat at the Outback Steakhouse in the hotel, which is as expected. Reliable, nothing to write home about, good service. Internet access was good, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Ample parking. We stayed on a non-smoking, which was nice and fresh. One nit to pick is no safe in the room,

Had a great time! Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Laughlin. The parking was free and easy. There is tons to do inside the hotel, and the staff was great! Room was clean and comfortable! Ten out of ten stars!

This was our 5th stay at the Aquarius. We checked in at 12:30 (they let you check in early if there are rooms available). Check in clerk was nice enough to check which "free" (we got 2 nights compt to us) rooms were available that had the best view. If you park yourself and drag your bags, be sure to ask for the California Tower (which is near the doors from the garage). (Arizona Tower is all the way across the casino from the garage entrance). We were in room 6082, which had a great view of the river, a frig, coffee maker, king size bed. There's an Outback Steakhouse inside the casino that's good, and we always like the Buffet. The do a Brunch buffet that goes til 3:00 pm that includes 2 glasses of wine, beer, mimosas, etc. There's a McDonald's and a Subway inside, too. I know the McDonald's charges about 2x as much for most of their menu than a regular McD. We actually got lucky on the slots the last morning before we left so won back most of the money we had lost the previous 2 days. Staff was very friendly. Like Jeremy at the Splash bar was super. It's a small bar off to the side, but with video poker games at the bar (to include some nickel poker machines). And the cocktail waitresses were around more than at other casinos we've been to. We were there on a Wed and Thurs night so things were pretty slow....so you could move around and find open slot games. The sports area is kind of small and can sure get crowded once NFL games starts. They are a little cheap on player's club points (got lots more points and free play when we used to be near an MGM resort). But we're not big bet gamblers, and we do get free night offers.

We stayed here already several times , but now it changed owners, it is best western. There is a new pool that is good , but if you want to get drinks and ask for a bucket of ice , which you need as it is 106 F and you want to stay for a few hours , they want to charge you $8 for this . Not good not nice not friendly and not appreciated by us . So the next time we go to Laughlin we will check out the other hotels.

We stayed there for two nights in June. First time staying there, but have gambled there several times before. Checked in on a Monday afternoon. Long check in line. Nice that they give you bottled water at check in. Room had a partial view of the river. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Had some really fun dealers, won some...lost some. We would stay there again.

Checked in on Saturday 10th of August check in staff were friendly went down to the pool it was well over crowded for a hotel that Big the water was really murky and full of undesirable looking characters seen one or two flashing some kind of gang sign.... on Sunday the 10th of August we went down to the champagne brunch at $30 a person right from the moment we got to the buffet there was a very large woman with short cropped hair who obviously had a very bad attitude and snapped at four tourist in front of us telling them to get back in line they were obviously annoyed but should have said something we stood there for 5 minutes the place was practically empty as we got there around 8 a.m. and then she turns around and says are you guys waiting on me yes why else would be standing here you moron( is what I wanted to say to her) anyway just bad vibes from start to finish. we had planned on going back to the pool Sunday but after Saturday we said to hell with that we left the casino I suspect non-residents of the Aquarius hotel are using the pool because there is little or no security when you go in and out there wasn't even a person there checking to see if you had a room key. Definitely will not stay here again only Plus the bathrooms were clean and the hotel rooms were clean.

This is a nice place to stay. Nice place to “play”. It's quiet so you can sleep and exciting when you play the machines. Good food at the cafe. Get the River view have a good view of the River. Plenty of places to walk to, go down the line to the other casinos

During a bike trip from LA to Las Vegas, Laughlin was our 2nd stop. The Aquarius was already booked for. It's a very big hotel. 2 buildings connected via the Casino in the middle. Check In took a while, because the reception was very busy. When it was our turn the whole process took only a few minutes and was very friendly. The hotel has his own parking garage so no worries to park our bikes. Rooms are big and comfortable. As in all big hotels, there is no need to leave because the variety of food and attractions is great. Breakfast wasn‘t included but also here the hotel offers a lot to choose from. Check out was quick.

A real Casino Hotel, with full speed around the clock. The rooms have a good size, with fridge and coffee maker. Cleaning is not too good, it is below standard. There is a good Subway at the Casino if you can like sandwich.

I come to Laughlin every year with a group of friends. We always try to stay somewhere trouble free and easy. The Aquarius has always been trouble free. We spend one day on the lake and the other at the pool. The pool is always packed. There is no shade and it's not very pretty but we get a cabana which helps.

We had an awful experience here. Indifferent staff, poorly maintained facility, dodgy patrons. Stayed here 10 years ago and it was good , now not so much. Ugly, dirty, miserable place. The bed was reasonably comfortable but the air conditioning couldn't cool the room, and we were on the shaded side.

My room was broke into and my ROKU device stolen, a long with some very expensive jeans and a sweater. I was asked to vacate the property for coming out to the maids cart, with my shorts on only. At this time the Security was very mean and were go inng through my stuff, I was very concerned for my safety as security entered my room as they had been watching me exhange my laundry, sheets and linens with maid cart, and started they seen me on camera in the hallways with no shirt, and made me leave my room and 86ed me from the Edgewater, the Squarius, and the Coloradobelle. They are the same company, same security staff. In general the craps table games has a cheat board on them, and it is one of thy he worst places to gamble in town in my opinion.

Bad experiences at this hotel, went to pool area after a long drive ,had no clean towels. Manager was very rude to me for trying to get towel to dry with. Went to the snack area to let them know I need a clean towel, the guy would not acknowledge me at the pool area snack bar.SO I go back to the area were all the dirty towels were..Found some small cloth that I could dry with. The door to that area was open , I saw no signs that says keep out.Because the door was open.All the attendant was busy.I had a long trip only wanted to relax in the Spa.Terrible customer service experience.We got kicked out with my 89 year old father like we were prisoners. Management said that I stolen sunglasses. I just wanted something to dry with. Didn't not use the chase because nice lady from the pool had a extra towel.

Booked this hotel as a one night stop over. Fast friendly check in, clean room with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the Colorado river, what more could you ask for. Great hotel for the price I paid,

We had a great experience at the Aquarius. Highly recommend! Large variety of slot machines, dining options, and an awesome location. The rooms are fairly basic, but the river view is well worth the slight price difference. The staff was very nice and patient when we interacted with them. We ate at the Vineyard restaurant which I will also review.

Spent 3 nights here. We never leave our hotel unless we are going to the lake. We usually get a suite but this time we got connecting river view rooms. The kids loved it. The rooms were nice, clean and super cold. The casino floor is always great. A lot of options for food. If we were to have an issue, they are quick to address it. Great customer service. We have been staying here for the last 6 years, 2-3xs/yr and we love it. We wouldn't go elsewhere..

We've been coming for quick getaway weekends for the past year and this is by far the best hotel! You literally don't have to leave if you don't wish to! From McDonald's to fine dining, there is something for every taste! I have to say we've always been happy but they really wowed us in this past trip. I left my iPad on the bed and literally didn't realize until I was home! I called expecting the hotel to say they didn't have it. Nancy with security was able to send staff to the room to find it! This was on a Sunday and here we are Wednesday and I just got my iPad delivered! Thank you for always showing the best customer service a hotel can! Pros: updated rooms, newer beds, hot showers w great pressure! Cons: not enough time to enjoy ourselves!

The hotel is totally overcrowded, we waited 2 hours for the check-in and the pool was full of people, too. You couldn't even swimm one meter. The room is ok and the price-performance rotio is good, but it is simply overcrowded

We have stayed at a lot of Best Western's and this one is the worst. Room's need updating badly, can't adjust thermostat (not a digital) the slide adjuster doesn't get it. Can't use a luggage cart need to have a bellhop they are afraid a customer might hit someone, but I could use the motorized cart and run them over. The staff was fairly nice, but not all the staff knows they are a Best Western. Need better parking for bikes and security cameras as well.

On my trips to Laughlin, I always stay at the Aquarius (or Flamingo) Parking is easy, rooms are well fitted and "very" clean. Front of house staff always there to help and answer any questions. Last, all the food outlets have a great range to choose from. If you go have a great break...and don't gamble too much.

Upon arrival the room I had booked for was under a 1 king or 2 Queen option. We had 3 adults and 1 child and at check in I was told "Sorry this room you booked under is based on availability we only have you in a 1 King" which already Im extremely confused about, which on the BW website DOES NOT SAY anything about based on availibility which already ruined my vacation mood. Spoke to the manager that day and shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry there's not much we can do you booked through a 3rd party (BW) this particular room based on availability". Since the hotel was a "full house" we requested a roll away bed that they brought up with no blankets. Called front desk more than 4x no answer called housekeeping and said "sorry we ran out of blankets I can send sheets" you're telling me with as big as your hotel is you have no blankets ?? BS. I said fine can I have 4 sheets. Waited 2 hours. called again no answer from front desk or housekeeping. Called again a little later in regards to the sheets finally 3 hours later we got sheets from a very rude housekeeper who greeted me with "do you need these or not". grabbed the sheets closed the door. TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE. If your a best western member DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This was suppose to be a premier BW and I had the worst experience. From management to staff was terrible.

I have been a long time patron of this hotel going back to its days when it was the Flamingo. It is no longer the friendly and fun hotel and Casino it once was. I took advantage of the pay for one night and get one night free but was charged an additional amount for a river view for the first night and also for the free promotional room. The staff is no longer friendly as they never greet you or call you by name throughout the hotel and restaurant, bars and casino floor. No complimentary drink service to speak of as they hardly come around even at the tables...hardly any staff. Slots are the tightest in Nevada. Just not a happy place anymore. Couldn't get a bellman as there were not enough of them. The McDonalds is one of the most expensive restaurants in the hotel??? Really. I can go down the street to in and out or across the bridge to McDonalds and pay less.

Many choices for hotels in Laughlin and most have excellent room rates during the week. However, beware of the resort charge that is not shown as part of the published room rate. The biggest negative at the Aquarius is the restaurant offerings. You do have some of the fast food chains available in the complex, ie McDonalds, Panda Express, and Subway. The Cafe was a waste of time and money. Terrible. However, The Vineyard was a pleasant surprise. Had wine and appetizers and enjoyed it.

My wife and I stayed for two nights on this visit. This is by far the nicest hotel resort in Laughlin. I have stayed at them all. Every room comes with a fridge, coffee maker and they have very friendly staff. The pool is the best. Great dining options and very fun casino. This is a very well maintained property and Golden Entertainment (owner) should be proud. I added many photos of our visit and we will return. Keep up the great work!

Overall our stay was good. The staff were all friendly. However the rooms need a deep cleaning. The carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed and the toilet was not clean when we arrived. I wasn't expecting 4 star hotel as this is Laughlin and most of the casinos look pretty rundown. For the price it was good and the bed was comfortable.

You get what you pay for and our rooms where comp for the two nights, Thursday and Friday. We have stayed here before and have paid for the room. Our experiences have been the same paying for the room or not. Our room was very clean, comfortable and roomy. The king size bed was comfortable and we had free wi-fi, which was ok. You get a better wi-fi if you pay a daily fee. Our room had a modern coffee maker. Overall we were happy with our room. The cable TV was standard, no movie channel and the picture was ok. Parking was free for valet BUT A WORD OF WARNING, Friday and Saturday nights valet parking can be difficult. The outside pool was great, when adult swimming was in effect, 7 to 9 am and 9 pm to 12 am. During our stay there were a lot of children during the day at the pool. Checking was long for the people who checked in after 4 pm, long lines inside. Everything in the Casino was overpriced, coffee shop, gift store and the pool side food and drink items. The McDonald's inside the casino was difficult, staff at the counters service were not very pleasant, they were overworked with lots of people to serve and had some items that were note available. I have reviewed in this site, the buffet and the Outback restaurant. The valet and the check in staff were professional and very helpful. The rest of the staff in the buffet and housekeeping were ok. To get some discounts and reward, you must have the players card. It was a summer weekend and there were a ton of children on Friday, Thursday was ok. Value was very good for comp rooms. Our room was in the California tower and on the 17th floor, loved the view and our air conditioning was great.

I've read several of the reviews and guess we just avoided many of their issues. We arrived before the Official check-in. That avoided the long lines. We checked out after breakfast when there were no lines. Our arrival date was 6/18 and departed 6/20. Our room in the California side was very clean as we found no issues at all. A spare blanket was in the room which my wife used---I like the A/C colder than her!. The elevators were clean, fast and never waited more than a minute for one. We do not like these so called "Resort Fees" as it's just a profit making fee. Since we did NOT use the swimming pool or gym, we paid for something that wasn't used--one review star deducted for that fee. Due to medical caution, I can NOT use a Community or Hotel swimming pool as the chlorine levels are not trust worthy. This Hotel has Handicapped Parking but all the spots were taken this trip. I never use valet parking due to what I have in my vehicle---it must remain locked and keys in my possession. The standard parking lot is large as I found a good parking spot. There is an indoor parking area but I feel better in full public view. Try to avoid the chain restaurants within the Hotel as they are, what they are. The Cove was OK with a great view of the river. We had two breakfast meals in the Aquarius Café as it was OK with great service. The Hotel & Casino Staff were very friendly and welcomed you to their Hotel.

My group stayed two nights. The staff, casino, and beds were great. One of the best things was the band, 80'a Daze. We danced and sang to our favorite songs. We had a great time and will be coming back to Aquarius Casino.

I've stayed and played here many times but on this visit I was extremely disappointed. We had 7 family members with us and we're excited to visit and play, however that didn't happen. The parent company has just bought the Colorado Belle and Edgewater Hotel and Casinos and their new player cards systems are a mess. We had to get new player cards and we were told we had food credits and free play on our cards, but that never happened. We could not access our accounts on the kiosks and when we inquired at the Players Club, we were told they couldn't help us resolve our problem. That's three casinos that are supposed to be linked together for their player cards and are in chaos. I'll not return. Go to the Riverside where the system, perks and play are still customer friendly.

The hotel is one of the newer hotels in Laughlin. It is well maintained. The rooms are well maintained. The staff is friendly everywhere. The casino is nice and does have smoking/non smoking sections. There are several places to eat at different price levels. The pool is wonderful. It is large but just 4 feet which is great for families. They have lifeguards who take great care to watch without micromanaging. We stayed on our way to our point and stayed again on our return. The prices are reasonable for a hotel. One point though. One of our rooms had a toilet that was too close to the wall. A large person would struggle. I made a comment and learned several rooms have the problem and they know which ones. Don't be embarrassed to ask. Be comfy.

Nothing specific, but really didn't like the place. Food at the buffet was awful and the buffet was expensive for what is offered. Server was great, but she was not the cook. They do have a Subway and McDonalds. McDonalds was way understaffed.

I had serious doubts about staying here after reading the reviews. I ended up booking two Majestic Suites and one connecting room hoping that we would not have any of the bug experiences others had written about. Brought both my mother-in-law and parents (all in their 80s). Rooms are dated but very clean and did not see one bug the whole time. Very good value even if you upgrade. Ate at the restaurants and played in the casino and everyone was very nice. Only complaint is the cigarette smoke and it would be great if the casinos would change to non-smoking!

Nice visit, everyone nice.. making reservations ok, never get an email confirmation. Check in is pretty good, never seem to have to wait long. sometimes hard to get what you ask for, certain tower, or adjoining rooms when making reservations. Its all availability on arrival. Rooms decent, view is nice. Everyone nice and helpful when you need them

This hotel/casino has always been a stop for us, because the people that work at this hotel/casino are some of the best. What is a bonus for me is that even though smoking is allowed, the casino floor is never smokey. Biggest bonus was that wife won a 1092.00 jackpot on a 50 cent bet on the big dragon progressive machine by the cashier/players club station.

I've stayed at a couple and walked through them all. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are nice and the panoramic view for $10 is worth it. Pool is nice although I will say if they want people to buy drinks there they gotta step it up...waited for 30 minutes and never got served same line for food and drinks was quicker to walk to room and back. Gambling old school would be nice to see some electronic crap, roulette etc all slots.

We stayed in the California tower, 18th floor with a great view of the river & town. The rooms are a little dated but clean. Staff was fantastic. Their buffet is fantastic. You can use a valet service to park or park your car in the garage parking above the second floor next to the California tower.

My husband and I went back to Laughlin after 20+ years. We had booked at another resort, but read the reviews, decided to stay here. I am so glad we did. Amazing resort and amazing staff. We were so happy with the upgrade, the staff and the hotel, that we have already started planning out next trip with the kids. They will be excited to jet ski and explore. We normally go to Vegas, But the Aquaris resort has won us back as guest. Thank You so much. We really did enjoy ourselves.

Here for one night only, fortunately! Easy location to find and park up in the covered car park, check in was easy too, and we were asked if we had any preference over what floor we were on, and we answered as high as possible - this in hindsight was were things went wrong! We were given a room on 21st floor, which was the river view that we had paid extra for (with a "bonus" view of Home Depot across the river too!), which was clean and as expected. We'd had a pretty long day of driving, so we went out fairly early and were back in the room by 10.30pm. Upon turning the TV off, we could immediately hear what was obviously a very very young baby in the next room crying. Now we know there isn't a great deal that you can do about a baby that young crying, but then the real noise started - there were at least 4 adults in the room and several children who seemed to be incapable of shushing the crying baby, and sounded like they were having a party, plus playing a game of opening and closing wardrobe doors every 30 seconds. This went on for hours. We found out the next day that we'd been put in the "Family" Tower. I'm a a bit baffled by this as we clearly had no children and feel that this should have been explained to us when we were asked if we had any preference if we had a low/high room. Therefore difficult to comment on sleep quality. Would not stay here again after this experience, which was unnecessary.

The Aquarius Hotel, Laughlin is an excellent hotel, it is situated beside the river where you can purchase tickets for a river cruise, be prepared if you go when it's hot as the river cruise is exceptionally hot on board but very nice to see the sights of Laughlin, you can also hire jet skis if you prefer. Laughlin itself doesn't have very much else to offer in the way of shopping so don't go expecting to have a shopping trip while you are there. We just went for 3 days as part of our road trip but did enjoy our time there, it is much cheaper than other resorts too.

We were upgraded to a river view room and yes, it was just a sliver of river but the room was very clean, beds very comfy and all staff we dealt with were great. Amber at the front desk was so nice and accommodating. Esteban was the bellman and first person we came into contact with. He was great too. I would highly recommend the Aquarius to friends and family.

Booked a river view room and was given a room in the tower further away from parking garage than a room closer to the parking garage in the other tower. . It seemed to have crumbs on and in the bed. Went back to the front dest and given a room in the other tower that is closer to the parking garage,(HIGHLY RECOMMENDED). Average room decor with big windows(don't think they open). I can't stress enough to ask for a room in the tower closer to the garage-otherwise you are walking across the casino to the other side drawing luggage or whatever,

A group visited Luaghlin for the River Run Rally and stayed at the Aquarius. The place was inundated with bugs. Even friends on the third floor had them all throughout their room and bathroom. When they raised the issue with the management, they were told that they would not have to pay if they checked out right then. It was 11 PM.

Good: The location was good and the bed was very comfy. Bad: We paid for a "River View Room" and instead received a room with a view of the parking lot and a tiny bit of river. Mentioned this at check out and they really did not care. The way the rooms are staggered is so that essentially all the rooms that are 12th floor and above (so taller than the parking garage) can all claim to be "river view" only because of the way the side of the hotel is designed. Still, the back of the hotel that faces the water is what any person would actually consider "river view." It was very misleading. They designed it thus it seems just to get extra money out of people who all think they are going to get an actual "river view", get to their room and open the curtains to disappointment. If they didn't claim them to be "river view" and didn't charge extra, people would then only be pleasantly surprised that they got a room where they could see a tiny bit of river out of the corner of their room, rather than feeling ripped after paying for a "river view" room and not getting that. To us this is dishonest and was very misleading. Do not waste your money on what they claim to be "river view." Additionally, the check in process was very chaotic and took us 50 minutes to complete, the mini fridge wasn't on when we finally got to our room and it took several hours to properly get cold after we had to mess around with the knob in the back to finally get it to work and out of the two lamps in the room, one did not have a working bulb in it. Paying $360 for two nights, I did not find these things acceptable.

I spent alot of time here when it first opened. In working for the same company we would be able to put in for room requests. Fishing, boating and all the great things that Vegas offers but at a price that makes you feel as if you're not being Robbed. The buffet is incredible and attended by a very cordial and friendly staff. I've never been dissatisfied with anything in all my visits. The NEW POOL is fantastic.

Needed to get away for a couple of days, so stayed at the Aquarius. I had a blast. It was just after Easter so it was not crowded at all. I was able to play whatever slots I felt like and not having people crowd me, plus the slots were feeling pretty loose. First time ever I came back with more money than I went with. The blackjack Avatar looking machine is my favorite. If you like to play blackjack but feel intimated by live people, the avatar is the way to go. Everyone was very friendly from the check-in folks to the cocktail waitresses. Looking forward to my next trip back.

While still value for money, especially compared to properties in nearby Las Vegas, the Aquarius could do better. The Sunset Suite with two queen beds was convenient for our needs, but the room was dated. The kitchen area looked like something from the 1980s. We found breakfast cereal under a chair cushion. The inside door closure hinge at the top of the main door had oil dripping all the way to the carpet. Some oil got onto my hand on closing the door and transferred onto my shirt. There was no point complaining. The front desk and other areas were way too smokey as others have pointed out. The new pool area was better than the old one, but it is a shame that this hotel sees the need to charge a $15 "resort fee" rather than just being honest about price.

This is centrally located on the river walk. The staff were very friendly and there are a decent number of dining options. I don't recommend this place if you have kids as there are no entertainment options for them other than a pool. The overall cleanliness and smoke smell are the main reasons we won't go back. The pool was about as ugly as I've ever seen.

Rooms are very nice but older and the upper level rooms have a great view. Quiet people in other rooms but i was staying during the week. Food at the buffet was OK. Casino was OK but i am not much of a gambler. It is not a fancy area but very nice place to stay if you are in the area.

Did not stay, but at at the coffee shop. Food was okay. Price about normal. Service was good. Casino did not let us play very long. Parking was easy. I did check room prices and a bit high for Laughlin, but heard the rooms are nice.

4 of us guys went golfing in Laughlin for a week. We stayed at Aquarius Casino and enjoyed a no-pressure week. Nice casino, nice king rooms, good food and great price. We definately will be back when our event returns to Laughlin.

This hotel n casino is one of the best ones on th strip. The rooms and hallways are not smelly at all. The casino itself is fun and has a lot of choices of restaurants. We had dinner at Outback. We had a lot of fun playing the slots and the sat night show was really good too. The only downside to the experience was the cashier at the store. She was very RUDE to my mother. Other than that this casino is at an ideal location and lots of fun!

Nice on the river, Lots of activity to watch or be part of. River taxi's to take you up and down the river to the other casinos. Great time and site seeing, the Grand Canyon is close by and a few ghost towns are near by to explore.

River view room? Yeah no. If you craned your neck, maybe! The room itself was meh. The towels smelled weird. The smell of cigarette smoke permeated everything even in my nonsmoking room. Staff was friendly enough but it was just a depressing hotel.

We arrived Friday, March 29th for a extended birthday celebration. Check in was easy the rooms were decent. Slept with AC to eliminate the smoke from the casino, got a bit chilly at times. No luck at the machines, either by myself or boyfriend. Beds were comfortable. The Cove is a great place to dine, the staff is awesome and very focused on customer service. Delicious drink at The Cove. The Buffett, wasn't worth the $$ we went Crab night and was ehh ok. Overall a decent casino and place to lodge at.

We recently spent two nights at the Aquarius and I have to say that for the money, it's a pretty decent place to stay. Check in took a while but they had several clerks and we had our keys within 20 minutes. Lodging Prices in Laughlin are a bargain when compared to Las Vegas. Sadly, hotels here have begun charging the "resort fee" and though it's nowhere near as high as Las Vegas, it's irksome, especially when you don't plan on availing yourself of any of them. Our room was on the 18th floor and while we had opted for the panorama view, we had only a small view of the river. The room, although due for an update, was comfortable. The mattress was firm to the point of being hard, but didn't prevent us from a decent night's sleep. The bathroom was fine, the toilet flushed, the bathtub drained, the water was hot and there were no hairs from previous guests anywhere. We heard no noise from the adjoining rooms, and housekeeping didn't show up too early. The casino was large but the slot machines were not giving up anything. There are several restaurants in the hotel and the two we tried (Outback and Aquarius Café) were both good. We found the Aquarius completely acceptable and would reccomend staying there.

Stayed here for five nights. Nice looking hotel. Casino very nice to look at; however, the slots here are tighter than a drum. The Cafe had a very fine breakfast with quite a variety. The Vineyard Restaurant was beautiful and had a fantastic menu. They had wonderful specials for very reasonable prices. My adult son and I had a great meal. starting with a delicious bread basket and an excellent bottle of Chianti from Italy (only $24), real Calamari Fritti, a Caesar Salad made tableside by our waiter, James who was terrific, and we both ordered the "special" that had lamb chops, garlic mashed potatoes, and a mixture of colorful grape tomatoes. On the "dark" side, the regular buffet was lousy. They had a hunk of meat, which they called a "brisket"; however, it was tasteless. My son had some lasagna but also though it was terrible. We filled up on the salad as you can't really kill that especially when you are adding your favorite salad dressing. They did offer complimentar wine, draft beer, and margaritas. The rooms were beautiful and all had a nice view. The room attendant was fantastic and tidied our rooms daily in a very timely manner. The valet service was also polite and prompt.

My friend and I recently stayed at this hotel I had buy a night get one free That should have been a sign not to stay there. It cost me a 100 dollar resort fee the room cost me 90 dollars when I could have gotten it cheaper on this sight the rooms in the adults only section were outdated couldn't get the leaky shower on had to have maintenance come up and turn on the water My bed was broken When I talked with the hotel manager they didn't even offer to move me nor explain to me when I said I felt deceive about the buy 1 get 1 free let alone did they offer to comp me The hotel rooms are outdated our room consisted of the parking garage The pool looked like you were in a prison I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will never stay there again I wont even give it any stars and again don't be deceived by Buy 1 get 1 free because thats not true and I was told the resort fee was already included it wasn't I had to pay an extra 100 dollar's and this was a Tuesday & Wednesday stay Shame on them..

Located on Colorado River. By far, best hotel accommodations in Laughlin. The hotel has two room towers. One for families and the other for adults only which we appreciate being a senior couple. Many attractions within a short driving distance. We receive comp rooms and go every year.

Been going here for years but they sold out and now the stingy William Hill sucked out the drink tickets for 20$ bets right in time for March madness. Machines tight as hell and good luck finding a cocktail waitress. Bring plenty of supplies if you want a drink... might as well stay home and bet online... two stars for the decent rooms and aaahhh... good luck casino workers and God bless you... won't be back.

I stayed in Laughlin for 1 night on a Road Trip from LA to Las Vegas as I was visiting several places en route. The only reason I've given it 4 and not 5 is because of the overpowering smokey smell in the Casino but I have no complaints about my room at all, it was great. I was on the 16th floor so had great views of the Colorado River and the other Casino Hotels. Bed was super comfy and room was well equipped. Had a bit of a problem finding a space in the car park and it was quite a long way to drag my case but apart from that I had a very enjoyable stay. I enjoyed a nice walk along the Riverfront in the evening and check out was quick and simple. The hotel was very busy so is obviously a popular choice.

Rooms very nice and clean. Nice option swipe daily room service for cash vaucher to restaurants. Casino was ok, but lots of options around, like the Riverside. They have bowling, bingo and a theater. I would go back.

Room was comfortable and clean. Casino floor is a bit smoky. Employees are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch at The Cafe was very good. Nice pool area and again very clean. McDonalds located at the hotel ...surprised that it wasn't very clean.

Ruined a new dress shirt Frist thing. Got oil off the door while hanging up dress clothes. The door closer was leaking oil and it was running down the door. Still no exhaust fans in the bathroom Carpet hasn't been changed in at least 15 to 20 years O they did put a fridge in the room but they have never dusted around or behind it. I found out the hard dropped some papers and they fell behind it There is enough dust behind and under to grow tomatoes The main casino door didn't work the whole time I was there and no one was trying to fix it Food has gone down hill bad in the last ten years New owners only interested in making a profit Raise the room rate and add a resort fee But look at the bright side you could get stuck with the Colorado Belle the Pioneer. or even worst the Edgewater

The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The room quality was awful. There was a musty smell in the room. I don't think the ventilation works well. The sheets did not feel clean. The bathroom was not cleaned well. There was hair on the floor. I had my clorox wipes so cleaned it myself. The buffet was also terrible. I will not stay here again.

We were here for an overnight trip from Phoenix, stopping at Oatman and Lake Havasu City on the way. It's a great value - super price (but note that a resort fee will be added when you arrive). It was attractive, rooms were very nice (see photos) and updated. The in-room coffee was good and it had a refrigerator (without a freezer). We were on the fifth floor, and our view was of the parking ramp. Higher floors weren't any more expensive, so stay above the sixth floor if that's an option. There's free parking, but no breakfast. Plenty of restaurants (including McDonald's if you like fast food) are in the casino. WiFi worked well. Surprise - there was no soap or shampoo. A call to housekeeping and handfuls were delivered. We walked around the Riverside and found it to be old and dated. We'll stay at the Aquarius on our next visit.

The Aquarius is a very large complex overlooking the Colorado River. The gaming floor is one of the most popular in a city not known for offering good odds for slots players. On arrival, guests cannot park near the entrance long enough to check in. The choices are: wrangle with officious valets, or go to the distant parking structure (which is free) and lug your bags back to the lobby. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The checkin area is on the gaming floor, so to sign in you must walk through the gaming area with all your gear.Rates are low, but be sure you understand the hotel's cancellation policy. Our room, on the 16th floor, boasted a lovely river view, well worth the extra few dollars it cost. Furnishings are dated and worn, comfortable seating not available, and the lighting is poor. Forget reading. The Aquarius has been purchased by Best Western and has been placed in what the company calls its Premier Collection. Look for BW to upgrade the place and change the fabric of Laughlin.

We stayed here because we were visiting family, so this is about the hotel only. The hotel is dated, definitely needs to be refreshed. The mattress was very uncomfortable. No information was provided about hotel amenities, we had no idea where the pool was. They do not have any sort of business center for computer access. The buffet was very expensive and the food was not good.

We spent the night here on a road trip from Iowa to California. Very large room with two queen beds. Desk and chair, dresser and a separate oversized chair. Room was clean and more than adequate. We upgrade to a room with a river view, it was dark by the time we arrived so probably not worth the extra. Had dinner at the Outback Steak house in the casino. Up and on the road very early the next morning. We would stay here again. .

We usually stay at the Tropicana when visiting Laughlin, but this time we decided to switch it up. The room we got was a lot more spacious and up to date than the Tropicana. The staff from front desk to housekeeping was extremely helpful and made our stay enjoyable. We only ate at the café once during the trip, but the Duet coffee shop was a must stop every morning. Killer Chai Tea Latte. As far as gambling goes, the locals we talked to were spot on when they said these were the tightest machines in town. We won next to nothing, but the Tropicana was more than forgiving. We went for a golf vacation, but the Aqaurius does not have a golf package program like some of the other hotels on the strip. Overall, the hotel was a very nice stay and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Great hotel in the center of lauglin.rooms were spacious and very clean.The view from the high floor rooms is great.Dinner costs 20 dollars and has a very large selection of foods.The room price is very affordable.If you like driving las vegas is a 75 minute drive that is very relaxing on us 95.would definitely reccomend it

Hotel reviews Aquarius I didn't choose to stay at this hotel, it was chosen for me for a work trip. I was unimpressed, overall. Check-in took longer than it should have, only 2 agents at the desk and several people in line. When I finally got my room key, I went all the way up to the 12th floor only to find out my key didn't work. Back down I go, and there are 6 people in line, so I have to wait again. I tell him my key doesn't work and he says “your key doesn't work?!” as though I'm the one responsible for the error or maybe making it up. After a few minutes he admits he wrote the wrong room number on the card and the first room was actually occupied. Awesome. So I go back up and get into the room. Overall it's ok, though there were hairs all throughout the bathroom and dirty smudges on the pillowcases (photo attached). Thankfully my room didn't reek of cigarettes or pot because the whole casino stinks of cigarette smoke and the hallway and elevator smelled strongly of pot every time I was in either of them. The only good thing about the hotel was within walking distance to the dollar store so I could buy bottled water and it's also close enough to walk to In N Out.

We have visited this Casino many times. We stayed comp. All good, front desk friendly and there was no wait line. Room was ready even though we arrived early. Our Valet service was good. Casino was smoky, but our room was not. (Thankfully). Excellent food at the outback and comp beverages when played at bar our blackjack.

Hello, I just checked into the Aquarius Hotel and wanted to submit a complaint about my horrible Valet and Check In experience. The Aquarius should be ashame of themselves only staffing 2 valet guys for check in when there were over 15 standing in a line next to the valet box to get ticket. So me and my daughter were standing in the windy cold weather for over 20 mins with lots of heavy bags and nit once did the Bellman offer assistance. Then after finally getting our ticket we go to check in with the agent. I asked her once she pulled up my reservation that i wanted to pay the Resort Fee in cash and incidentals on CC like i always do when i come here. She then tells me she can't she has to hold everything on CC then when i checkout i can inform agent to pay in cash. I then stated to her that's a lie i work FD at my job and am able to do that for guest and i asked her to pull up my future resverations here to see that i always pay caeh for Resort Fee. She then gives me this clueless look and at this point I'm frustrated because its now been 30 mins since i arrived and still not checked into room, so o then ask to speak to manager to voice my complaint about valet and now check in. So now I'm waiting another 5 mins for her to talk to manager then him come talk to me. I voice my concern about Valet and check in process and all he could do is say I'm sorry and nothing else no empathy or concern about my experience just gives me a complaint card which he stated i can turn into him after filling out at desk. I looked at him now very fustrated and stated are you kidding me I'm not filling out a comment card i ask for a manager for a reason. By this time my friend comes to the desk because she's been waiting on me and i told her i just wanted to leave because of the horrible experience. After she talked me into staying the manager explained to agent i could use cash and showed her how to do it. Which she should have ask him orginally verses telling me no. This is the worst experience I've ever had here or any Hotel me and my friends/family come here all the time and always are provided good service buy not today. I like coming here to play in the Casino because i luv Aquarius and Strats slots. After today i have to think about coming back here again after this horrible experience. Also last thing i tell agent i don't like connecting rooms because i have children and don't want in other room complaining about noise. Guess what she tells me its not and tgen i get to room 14-022 and its an connecting room. I called down to FD to add that to my complaint but again i got brushed off and they acted like they didn't care. Pleas have someone from corporate reachout to me that would be appreciated thank you for your time.

Okay, so if you're a smoker you can possibly ignore this review. But if you're not then stay away! Our supposedly NON smoking room was old, tired, and stunk of cigarettes. I called down to reception, thinking we had been given a smoking room in error. We hadn't. All she offered to do was 'send housekeeping round with some air freshener '. Given I have had asthma in the past and this is one reason we are both so vehemently non smoking, the last thing that would have helped was this. I don't actually believe California Tower 14098 (this is a more expensive room with river view)is a non smoking room at all (see photos of some of the ashtrays and matches around the room). There were clear signs to say no cooking but not a single one against cigarettes. Had they apologised and offered to move us, all might have been well. But to be dishonest like this was unforgivable. It's 5am now. We have both felt sick most of the night. If you don't want to sleep in an ashtray, avoid!

This is the second time I have used this hotel. Good location parking is fair if you do not use the valet parking. room rates are a bit higher than they should be but that's just my opinion. Rooms are clean and spacious the elevators are fast and convenient The view on the East side of the Colorado river are great The view on the west side is the parking garage.

Plenty to see and do, even if you don't want to gamble much. Lots of places to eat and plenty of attractions within a short walking distance. Rooms are very nice, all the restaurants offer excellent service and quite reasonable prices.

Very nice casino resort with everything you need in one place. rooms are a good size, clean and nicely decorated. Some rooms have a great view of the Colorado River. The casino has plenty of slots, video and table gaming to suite any gamblers desire. Several brand name restaurants plus a variety of coffee and sandwich places. The buffet is awesome. We went to the Sunday brunch buffet and there was everything from eggs to escargot available, not to mention all the campaign you could drink. Overall a great experience. Will be going back soon.

This was my first trip to Laughlin in five years, and I'm glad I picked the Aquarius to stay at. Some of the other properties are not being maintained well, and the deterioration really shows. The Aquarius, however, felt modern and inviting. The room was very spacious with floor to ceiling windows. Based on the design of the window, I believe every room has a partial river view. The bed was very comfortable. The buffet at the Aquarius is top-notch. Stay for the Sunday Brunch or Friday Seafood buffets if you can. Only two downsides to note. First is the hallways could use some upkeep. Our room had multiple black shoe skuffs from being kicked. The other is that if you are looking for lower table limits, you may need to go offsite. Aquarius does not have the lowest limits in town.

Unfortunately, it was not what I was expecting. The Hotel is outdated, OMG the beds are horrible!!!!!! I was glad to come back home and have a nice sleep. The customer service is “ok” try the buffet and:or the cafe the. Food is good and the services is good. Will I come back to this hotel, probably not, but it was nice to give it a try.

Refreshing to have such a friendly staff to greet you and be so pleasant and attentive to your every need throughout the entire stay. Hotel GM Sean Hammond is hands on with every detail and accessible. Never had that before! He made sure that our stay was unsurpassed! Vineyard Restaurant was excellent. My whole experience was wonderful and will always be my go to spot in Laughlin.

We were greeted at the hotel by a friendly and helpful staff. However, the hotel seems worn out and in need of refurbishing. Parking is good, as are the restaurants. The view from the upper floors is great.

This casino is absolutely beautiful sitting along the Colorado River. Easy walk on the boardwalk from Don Laughlin Riverside you can check out all the casinos and then take the water taxi down to Harrah's. The bar is beautiful with blue lights around the ceiling. From the carpet to the chandeliers it is absolutely beautiful and very big with tons of machines!

Whether or not you're a gambler, stay here for the river views and friendly staff. Front desk and bell desk were exceptional. We only stayed here one night on our drive through and are not into the gaming scene but we did try the buffet, which was rather disappointing. Not enough variety of vegetables or salad fixings; meat dishes were lacking in many respects. Rooms are very comfortable; no complains in this area whatsoever!

Promised luxury room, ended up with far from luxury. Dirty, smelly room with leaking water. Hotel staff seemed more interested in taking our money than making us feel welcome. Will not be staying there again, by the way, house keeping walks into the room without knocking when you don't expect it giving you quiet the scare.

From our valet when we arrived and the bellman Chuck...did not get everyone's name to check in and check out America our visit was great. The room and view were great only glitch was we had no creamers or sugars called down to housekeeping and in a few minutes was brought a bucketful of coffee and adminities .

I have been on hold for 45 minutes attempting to change a reservation made using a comp. The phone number I'm using is the same number that I used when I made the reservation it was answered promptly at the same time of day. When my call is answered I will cancell the reservation rather than modifiying it. This poor customer service is unacceptable. I have stayed at Aquarius before, both as a paying customer and with a comp. NEVER AGAIN.

This place is pretty much what I expected when booking a room for $75/night at a casino in Laughlin. Yes, it is a smoke-filled casino and the rooms are not a suite at The Venetian. But there is plenty to do, the rooms were fine and clean, and I had fun without breaking the bank. You just have to set your expectations correctly. Pros: I found staff (front desk, tables, sports book and restaurants) to be very friendly and helpful. I was actually quite impressed with the overall customer service of the place, by far its most redeeming quality. There are plenty of restaurants and the food was good everywhere I ate. Easy to sit down at a table (even lower limits) or make a bet at the sports book. Parking was free and plentiful. Low-ish resort fee. Cons: Only two negative experiences to mention: 1) Sports Book was unable to get a few games I wanted on the TV's. I wasn't asking them to change from one game to another. There were several TV's on FS1 postgame (NBA) and one that even was just showing the DirecTV logo. I asked if they could put on a couple of the late NBA games that day, and apparently that was way too difficult of a task. It was disappointing that I couldn't watch a game I had bet on because they couldn't figure out the channel changing situation, so instead I watched the DirecTV logo. 2) The blackjack dealer Connie C was unbearable. Luckily I only had her for a short run. She was selling people at our table her tee-shirt making business, as well as few other ventures she is currently engaged in. She actually stopped dealing to exchange contact information. She also was questioning everyone's plays. I get that a dealer may confirm that someone wants to hit a 16 or something, but she needs to just let people deal the cards. Overall she really rubbed me the wrong way and I would leave if she was dealing my table. Great employees: Betty the dealer, the dealer from Texas (great accent), the hispanic blackjack dealer with a great mustache (sorry, can't remember his name). America (I think that was her name) from the front desk, and the 2 older gentlemen from the Sports Book. Those employees made my trip fun.

Stayed there for a night while traveling. Price was pretty good but that was also before I found out on my credit card that they added a $16 resort fee. Had a small moving van and couldnt figure out where to park, so went though front and asked a valet where to park and check in. He said we could park on curb and check in was inside the doors. although nothing pointed to where check in would be. We parked on a curb only to have another valet come and say we couldnt park there! Long story but we ended up having to park in the back of the self parking area, again not marked and walk all the way back to the entrance. Once inside the smell of cigarette smoke slapped you across the face. I laugh that they have a smoking are and a non smoking area. It is all in one big room so in essence it is ALL a smoking area. Ate at the Outback which wasnt very good and charged outrageous prices on drinks considering you could go out on the floor and get them for free! Went up to our room and noticed the carpet looked old, out dated and extremely ugly. Room was ok, decent size, still a little outdated but the only shining spot was the bed. It was actually one of the better hotel beds I have slept on so that is what saved their rating at 3. Next morning we had coupons for their breakfast buffet. Even at 25% off it came to over $50 for 4 people, but I will say it was one hell of a buffet! It wasnt just breakfast food it was pretty much a full breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet including mimosas and other drinks.

nice, comfortable rooms, no resort fee, no parking fee, no internet fee. great atmosphere on the banks of the Colorado River. relax and enjoy laid back lifestyle with great entertainment from big name talents.

Excellent stay. Large room with very comfortable beds. The room comes with a coffee maker and fridge. I have stayed in all the hotels in Laughlin and this is by far the best. Very friendly staff. Great dining options. I will return. Photos added.

This property continues to improve. We make this a destination stop on our annual trip to and from Seattle. Each time I notice something better than the last visit. Rooms are affordable, modern, and comfortable. Customer service is friendly and helpful.

The Aquarius upgraded all the rooms several years ago and the room quality is still very nice. The rooms look as advertised. I stay here 2 times per year and the rooms are always clean (or if I ever have a problem they fix it right away). So, I will say that the Aquarius is your best bet if you are looking for a clean, high quality room. One complaint I have about the Aquarius is the check-in line can be long and slow. I hope they will install check-in automatic kiosks in the future. On the other hand, check out is easy. You can check out using the TV or they have a key card drop box. I stay in this hotel for business to do business in Bullhead, City. So, I can recommend that this is a good hotel for business. The free internet is a little slow, but they offer a faster speeds if you are willing to pay more. The King room has desk with a good view of the TV. They also have a coffee maker and a mini refrigerator. The hotel does not have a coin laundry, but there are several nearby. There is a convenience store next to the hotel if you want to grab some cheap drinks & snacks. If you are just going to gamble, then buy their lowest cost rooms. However, I recommend paying a little extra for a Panorama, Strip View, or River View room so you can enjoy the view from a higher floor. The windows are ceiling-to-floor so the views are incredible. Finally, I tend to be a "clean freak" when it comes to hotels. And, while I can confirm the Aquarius is clean I should warn you that they have a dust problem. Sometime you will see very light dust on the tables/night stands. I have confirmed that Housekeeping dusts the rooms every day... but the desert is a dusty place so they are not able to keep it dust free.

We frequent Laughlin and Lake Mohave. We had too many bad experiences at the Edgewater so tried the Aquarius. Loved it. Nice selection of foods, bars and desserts. There's a place to unload the boat and truck near the check in with bell service. The pool was great and reserved a cabaña for the summer. We use the hotel as a home base for our boating trips. The Aquarius serves all our needs. The boat and RV parking is across the street so there are not people walking through the lot for no reason. Since we have teenagers who use the pool, McDonald's and the dessert shop; it's nice to see security walking the floors and hallways.

I am so sad to write this review in the apparent off season. We frequent Laughlin often as so cal residents and normally this place is amazing. Going in December.. well not so much. The buffet is closed. It would have been nice if someone of their website mentioned they were closed in the off season. We got a room on the 17th floor, the ice maker was broken and a was our fridge. Check in was fast, and that is about the highlight. The tv in our room was not antiquated Han the 42” I bought 11 years ago. Not that anyone comes to watch tv, but at the end of the night it's a nice touch. Not so much here, just plan on being on your phone instead. We had to go to the riverside casino for the crab dinner buffet because this one was closed. Super sucked. All bad items aside, it's still the best hotel in Laughlin. Would have been nice if all details about closures were divulged prior to coming.

We've stayed here a number of times and even recommended it to others but this time we were disappointed. We intended to stay for 5 days but after one night we check-out. The heater was set for summer which means it wouldn't go above 65 degrees. The temperatures were a low of 29 and high of 54. The stopper in the sink wouldn't hold water, lighting was very poor and the furniture was badly scared. The mattress was so bad where people sat on the edge that we felt like we were rolling down hill. We had to turn the mattress and still it wasn't good. We will wait until Aquarius up grades their rooms before staying here again.

Stayed many times and always have a great time. Staff, property and restaurants have all been awesome. The rewards program is very generous. Love the option of foregoing room cleaning for cash credits.

The room had a nice view and the bed was comfortable. We liked the river walk that was accessible at the back of the motel. The plumbing needed some updating- leaky faucet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

In November, I stayed for 8 nights ar the Aquarius in Laughlin. Although I have stayed in fancier accommodations, this place is always consistently good. Staff are friendly, easy And close parking, good security staff, very decent restaurants, The elevators are excellent and fast. The gambling could always be better, however is also OK. The hotel prices are always very good, and comps and free play are excellent for repeat customers. I recommend this hotel and resort strongly as is very convenient location,and a great overall business.

What I didn't realize that in slow season a number of the restaurants in the hotel would not be open. Other than that, the rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff on casino floor and in the breakfast restaurant were very good. The upper floors hallways were somewhat dated.

we had a great time start to finish. The hotel itself is clean. and updated. Great views. A couple of the restaurants we being redone and they were out of most tap beers and no IPA's. the sportsbook is no smoking and was very clear and updated. Good job folks, we will consider you again.....

The River view rooms provide great views of the surrounding area which was fantastic. Issues with room were carpet not vacuumed, toilet paper holder came off wall and hotel needs small maintenance with lighted buttons out. Pillows too firm so your head tilts forward. All pillows seemed to be same. Security woke us up both nights banging on doors with drunks and lots of arguing guests. Pricing of most things is very affordable especially if you are used to Vegas. Food is about half the cost as well. You can play more with many penny slots and machines so its a bit more fun. Staff looked angry most of the time yet the guests seemed friendly and happy. Get gas in Arizona across the river (Sams) as price is at least 1 dollar more if you get near the hotels in NV. The outlet mall is terrible and not much there. Aquarius looked good at night and Christmas decor made things cozy. Water taxi was nice and made things easier also avoiding the late afternoon/evening bug swarms near the Riverwalk. Do the walk during the day, its enjoyable and has a few themes based on the hotels.

Last minute whim “Let's go to Laughlin” we tossed a coin on where to stay. Good choice very friendly staff nice comfortable room. Great sandwich in the cafe a couple of hrs on the slots and a great nights sleep very enjoyable stay Gina won a little and I broke even. We really enjoyed the stay.

Stayed 2 nights over Thanksgiving. Check in had long line but moved quickly. Room was clean and modern,comparable to a Holiday Inn. Casino has all games, mostly $5 tables, some 3-2 blackjack and 345 odds on craps. Nice non smoking sports book. Hotel has a Mc Donalds and Subway, a good buffet and an Outback and Italian resturant I did not use. Staff very friendly, location perfect. They just built a new pool overlooking the river but it was too cold to try. Will come back and stay here again.

The casino had a lot of fun slots and they let you play for a long time on a little amount of money. I love Heidi's Beir Hause. (I'm not sure of the spelling.) On my second pull I won 40 free spins! I love free spins!!!

We booked two nights midweek. Quick, easy check-in with a friendly, cordial staff. They offered a $10 discount if you forgo daily housekeeping which saved us even more money. Be aware that keeping your "do not disturb" sign on the knob during the day will subject you to a visit from security guards. (They said this is what the Las Vegas shooter did.) Upon entrance, we were accosted by a bug hatch that was going on - once we went through both entry doors, however, the bugs disappeared. The motel is very well kept - we stayed on the 8th floor (BTW: we discovered rooms on or above the 8th have the best view.) We gambled both nights at the Aquarius and the casinos on either side. The slot machines were pretty greedy until we discovered that playing the minimum bet across all lines was actually paying much better (albeit slower). Drinks are well-priced!

I come down here for a tourney every year. I main hotel for the tourney is the Edgewater next door but this hotel is nicer. The thing that urked me is the constant smell of pot on the floor ( it was a non smoking floor) I complained to security, but as you know it is tough to pinpoint what unit it would be. Anyway this is what you get when you were in laughlin. I will say the front desk staff and the bell staff were spectacular.

We stayed at here for 3 nights. Had to be moved the first night because of cockroaches. They have coffee maker in the room. Does not say anywhere that they charge $19 for one pod. I will never stay there again

Front desk and valets were friendly, but that was it! Rest of staff was unfriendly, bed was rock hard with dirty sheets, and room had leftover food on floor. Will look for a different hotel next year.

This hotel is for smoking and non smoking people. As you enter the doors you have the casino in front of you and to the left reception. People are allowed to smoke in the casino and there are designated area where you are not able to smoke. The bedrooms are big and pleasant and have wonderful views from your room. They have smoking rooms and non smoking rooms. They have the diners within the hotel and there is lots of friendly pleasant people. They also have a Gym, swimming pool, tennis courts and you are able to go out the back and sit and look across the river at the back which is beautiful. There is a shopping mall across the road.

First visit to Laughlin and we were on a budget. Plenty of places to eat right there for every budget. Loved the slots and a great variety. Cocktail waitresses were always around and friendly. Had a great time and enjoyed a little time swimming in the river from the other side. Just take the free water taxi over.

We stayed for just one night on our way to Prescott Valley Arizona. The check-in line was long however, it moved quickly and we were checked in within a half an hour. The room was clean and spacious with the all of the amenities you would expect. We went downstairs and ate at the Italian restaurant. The food was excellent but on the pricey side. This hotel has several restaurants that can accommodate any budget. My husband and I played the slots, blackjack, and craps. I found the atmosphere the casino pleasant and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Well we didn't win anything playing the slot machines, however we came away with a couple hundred dollars on the positive side from the craps table. Our room rate was particularly low due to the time of year. Including the resort fee it was about $65. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Laughlin.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Shopping outlet centre across the street. Great food all around and wonderful casino to enjoy and possibly win a few jackpots. Rooms are very spacious and quiet. Great place overall.

I really enjoy gambling here when I travel to Laughlin. It seems like the slots are more loose than the other casinos, and they have the newest titles. I will continue to keep coming back to this fun casino.

We have enjoyed this hotel in the past but this time the coffee shop was so expensive! $18 entrees and above seemed ridiculous. Then our room has a faucet that dripped and I could hear our neighbors talk so loud I thought they were in our room! The front desk talked us into waiving our maid service and we thought we were getting 2 $10 discounts for our 2 night stay only to find out it was one. It was not explained to us that way.

We had a great time here, rooms were modern, coffeemaker in room, fridge ( that wasn't full of their stuff ). Everyone very nice and we had a great time. Only really down side was the river fly swarms all over near the river but that had nothing to do with the hotel. They were everywhere.

I go to Laughlin at least yearly and usually stay at the Aquarius. I told the young man at the front Desk that when we checked in and that we were Best Western card holders. He assigned us the worst room I have ever had overlooking the parking garage on the 6th floor. Smoke thickly shrouded the elevator lobby in the California Tower. No effort seemed to be made to control the Millions of bugs that invest the Colorado River bank each October. And they moved the pool from the middle roof where there were few insects to the river bank, How very smart was that? The furniture in room 6123 was beaten up and poorly maintained. Stains on the chair. Next year I think it's time we looked for a new Hotel.

This casino resort is mainly for senior citizens. I was here with my husband and 24 year old daughter. We tried a few slots for fun. My daughter was asked to show ID - she showed her drivers license, but was told that unless she had her passport with her, she must leave. Being with her parents, sober and well-dressed was obviously not enough. I totally get that she looked young compared to all the over-80's there. We had booked expensive rooms that had very nice views of the river.

The rooms are starting to show their age and hopefully will be spruced up in the near future. Mattress was okay but the pillows were uncomfortable. WiFi was poor. The TV was disappointing. The front desk has been consistently slow on multiple visits. The check-in process was better several years ago. Valet service declined too. Poor dining options.

Enjoyed our stay. This was our first time in Laughlin. Parking very easy. The check in was quick and so was check out. The staff was very nice and attentive. Our rooms had a view of the river. Our rooms were very clean, beds very comfy. The coffee maker was amazing real coffee not the instant yuck. The pool was nice and clean. Our only hiccup was the insane amount of flying insects. We would stay again.

We stayed in the California tower and had a partial view of the river. The room was clean and quiet. We stayed on floor 8 which is non smoking. The elevators were available fairly quickly. The room is quite large and a good value.

Facility is ok. Staff lethargic no one seemed to have any energy for a place selling fun... to add pain, AC in room was not cooling in room and we discovered that too late in the evening to move. I was not impressed with this facility compared to the other in the area, but it had long lines of cars to get in so gave it a try. Real bummer came couple days later when checking credit card statement... they add a $11.25 per night fee to each night which really erases any value from their advertised price. When called they claimed it was on the website and was in fine print of sign in process. Stayed at two other locations in Laughlin this trip, suggest you stay at others and visit this one or be ready to pay the added fees.

Clean room, comfy beds, square table for two with chairs, refrigerator in room. Corner windows. Tub/shower combo. Smokey casino. Didn't see any big winners. River view is the best. Older decor, neat, clean. Several fast elevators.

We always stay here when visiting Laughlin. Each room has hair dryers, refridgerator, free Wi-Fi. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. We always look forward to our stay there. Excellent choice of restaurants and centrally located on Casino Drive. Try the Buffet on the River and the coffee shop, both serve great food.

We booked a room here for an overnight stay on the motorcycle to hit Hoover dam, then Oatman. We are LV natives. The room just had a smell to it. As did the hotel hallways. This place has seen better days. Not a disaster, but dated and just doesn't seem clean. Okay, I suppose for an overnight stay.

I had written a review of this hotel last year in November and had given it a four star rating. Our last visit in July 2018 was a great experience. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I realize that the check in process would take a little longer being that it was summer and a holiday week. The Bell staff and valet were all great and greeted us with a friendly smile. The front desk staff was very welcoming. I want to give Lauren at the front desk a great thank you. She also acknowledge us immediately. Being a front Office Manager in the past, I feel she has the people skills to succeed in this industry due to her excellent customer service and professionalism . Thank you Lauren also for a great view and we were able to watch the fireworks from our room. The service at the Front desk has change since our last visit in October. The first year I felt they were not very welcoming or friendly but the service has improved immensely. I did notice one agent having an issue with a customer. I believe his name is Alvaro. He was very patient and friendly with the difficult guest. The supervisor himself also tried to help the guest and acted in a professional and friendly way. Great job on improving the guest service experience at your front desk. The service at all three restaurants were great and we had no issues. Our favorite meals though were at Vineyard, which we tried for the first time. The woman at the front of the house was great. She was able to seat us after a few minutes even though there were reservations. Our server Tina was great. She was professional, fun, and full of smiles. She was very attentive and helpful. Our meals were deliscious. In fact due to the service and food we ate there a second time. The view from our table was very nice. Thank you Tina for you great guest service and great attitude. Overall we had a great experience due to some memorable experience with staff. Lauren from the Front Desk and Tina from the Vineyard and a few others made our stay comfortable. Overall our guest service experience was great. Your now our Hotel Choice in Laughlin.

This is solely a casino review. (Unfortunately, my extensive slots experience throughout the West gives me considerable street cred. ;) ) This is probably the nicest casino on the mini-strip. Spacious, roomy, good variety of machines, many dated, yes, but many new ones for today's immersive gaming experience. I've frequented it (way) more than once. Does seem their service fees are higher than elsewhere. Now to a defining experience. I approached the cashier (you know, the person with oodles of cash on hand!) to exchange $5.00 worth of quarters into bills. I was informed that it cannot be done and was directed to the coin-counting machine nearby -- that takes a percentage. (What the!?! I'm not PAYING a machine to count coins, nevermind 20 quarters in palm of my hand!) The cashier could-would not change coins into a bill. Ridiculous. Unreal, in a casino of all places! So I walked next door to the Edgewater, where the cashier exchanged coins for a bill, no problem, no issue, no machine with a fee. In the innumerable casinos I've visited across the West, this is the ONLY one that would not exchange coins for paper -- and requires the guest to do so for a fee. Details matter; details are what I remember in choosing where I bring my dollar. Adios, Aquarius.

The front desk staff was not friendly at all, not to me or my husband. We were a little lost at the beginning and they were very condescending that it made us feel stupid for asking such questions. The bell boys and valet people were amazing. They were all very friendly and accommodating. All in all, after visiting all the other casinos, Aquarius was the nicest. Just please provide some customer friendly service to your front desk staff. The wait staff (two of the young gentlemen were not friendly or cordial at all the night we had dinner at the buiffet. Windows. Everyone was complaining about the cold temperature, I did not like the energy or environment. The food along with the dining area and staff were all COLD!

The last time I stayed at this hotel/casino was a big get-together. The entertainment was great as everything is within walking distance with majority of hotels overlooking river. The division of adult tower as well as children is a great idea for those trying to avoid children. I personally enjoy their variety in the buffet that is offered at Aquarius.all in all I am very pleased here.

Last minute diversion from our set itinerary bought us to Laughlin Nevada. Stayed at Aquarius and am glad we did. Had a great night. Fantastic staff in casino and our room was excellent. Beautiful setting on the river. My partner and I loved it here, we had s great time. Thanks Aquarius, we will bypass Vegas next trip and stay here.

Treat their guests like crap. Horrible service, horrible manners. Security guards have some sort of god complex and think they can treat paying guests like they aren't even people. Will never stay here again.

Very nice hotel , rooms are nice and big and clean , starting to get outdated a bit but nice. Lots of food choices to do. The casino is big but if you don't smoke you will after setting there , hint better fresh air flow in there.

I booked a Friday and Saturday night stay on their website. They offered a "special bed and breakfast" deal. It was supposed to be a $20 per night credit for breakfast. I ended up paying $72 more than if I booked just the rooms! They failed to mention the prices of the buffets! The Sunday breakfast buffet was $60! The measly $20 credit was rudiculous. Buyer beware for their "bed and breakfast" special!!!

Our stay started out on the wrong foot with valet service but once we got past that it was great. We actually extended our stay. Casino had good payouts, cocktail service was always there, rewards staff went above and beyond as we were given free play credits and actually won playing for free. The room was perfect, view was great, just wish they had microwaves in the room. Will definately be back.

We have stayed at the Aquarius hotel and casino many times over the years. On the + side, they offer nicely furnished rooms , great views, and assorted dining choices. Located inside the casino is a Outback Steakhouse & Panda Express as well. They offer free Wi-Fi , in room coffee makers and a refrigerator. On the - side, there were no in room clocks, and housekeeping needs to be better and actually " making beds " as a requirement ! Other than that , the stay was nice and the rates are affordable, along with nice views !

I was going with my girlfriend so I wanted something a little nicer so I paid a little extra for a newer resort in Laughlin (Aquarius). There were a ton of kids, which is fine, but if you're paying a higher price and expecting something a little nicer then Aquarius is a bit over-priced. - Also, the way the hotel is slanted, you actually don't get a good view of the river; you actually get a view of part of the river and part of parking garage. It's NOT worth paying the extra for a room with a view. - On a positive note, the jet ski rental in front of the Aquarius, Rocky River Adventures, is very good. Prices are below other jet ski rentals in Laughlin, and very easy and no hassle customer service, and it's docked right on the river so you just back the jet ski up and have fun 2 - 4 hours!

Two night stay last week of August, 2018. Business was slow with school having just started. Room and hotel seemed very clean. Everything in the room worked with good shower pressure. Bed was not the most comfortable that I have had but was satisfactory. Good coffee maker in room with adequate coffee pods. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good elevator service. Buffet had a good view of the river but was not very good. It is really difficult to keep a buffet fresh when it is open for many hours per day when there is not much traffic.Did not eat at any other restaurant except Mickey D's because I wasn't there very long.Casino was comfortable with good cocktail service, good video poker and comfortable seats. Laughlin is not Vegas; not much going on which many might consider a plus. If you are in Vegas it might be worth the 1 1/2 hour drive for a night or two.

This was our first time visiting Laughlin and it won't be our last. We snagged a great deal on wotif for the Aquarius in Laughlin. A super speedy check in and we were allocated a room in the California tower on the top floor. We had a great view out to the Colorado River and over to Bullhead City. Our non Smoking room was just that, in the hallway you could smell a slight smoking smell but in the room there was nothing. As this is an older hotel the rooms were massive. Easy walking access to the hotels !

For someone who is new to visiting Laughlin, I'm so glad we stayed at Aquarius Resort and Casino. They know how to treat you and you will always feel welcomed and cared for. Each restaurant that we tried was very good and the buffet is to die for. The food is always fresh and the selection is very nice. The hostesses remember you and will spend time talking to you. For someone new to staying at casinos this was a great experience and I can't wait to return again very soon.

I recently stayed at the Aquarius and got there around 5:00 pm and there was a long line of people waiting to check in. There were only three people behind the counter to check people in and there were plenty of check in stations that should have been staffed. What was completely unacceptable was there was a supervisor at the check in counter staring at her computer doing absolutely nothing. A flight crew came in and she waved them over to check them in and then went right back to staring at her computer. So she could take the time to check in the flight crew but not assist her front desk personnel in checking in the many guests waiting in line. I've noticed this being an issue at this hotel on other reviews that I've read. That shows me that the hotel really doesn't care. This is not a difficult issue to solve but they appear unwilling or incapable of doing that.

It keeps changing hands and everytime it does, things get more expensive with getting less and less. Been going there for more than 10 years and now I am looking for some place else. Treatment last time was horrible at front desk and maid service no better. Food not good anymore but prices just keep increasing. If I go back to Laughlin, will be looking for a different place to stay.

If you're coming to Laughlin to gamble and just get away, the Aquarius is a pretty decent hotel. The room I stayed in was fairly clean. The tub drained slowly and the water pressure was very minimal compared to other hotels I've stayed at. But for $53 a night (total bill was under $80 after taxes resort fees, etc.) it's a hard price to beat. Renee at the front desk was very friendly and efficient when it came for me to check-in. Kevin B in the Cafe was very attentive and friendly. He gave a few suggestions to entrees and was always checking to see that me and my wife had everything we needed. The Fish & Chips were really good (one of Kevin's suggestions).

Just came from Laughlin this past 8/24 weekend. Was out there to celebrate my brothers birthday. Stayed at the Acquarius and was pleased with the resort. It's composed of 2 towers. The Arizona and California tower. The rooms offer you free WiFi which was little helpful as your reception in the hotel is spotty depending on your carrier. I was a little shocked to see that the rooms don't offer a safe to store your belongings. The hotel has different dining options. You have a McDs, Subway, Outback, a Cafe Diner, Coffee Shop, and of course the buffet. To be honest, the buffet was nothing special. And for the price, I would probably skip it. The bar is well centered and very conveniently placed. The pool is also pretty good. For parents traveling with kids, the pool closes for the kids at 9:00 pm and the next 3 to 4 hours it's for adults only. The pool does have a snack back that also contains alcohol for the adult pleasure. Beers run for 7 dollars a can and draft are 5 bucks. Resort does sit right account a small shopping center so that convenient. Overall, the experience was pleasant and enjoyed what the resort had to offer.

We recently stayed here for my dad's 85 birthday celebration (he lives in Kingman AZ) and had a really nice stay. The rooms were clean and the entire staff was very friendly. We pretty much had to stay within the casino/hotel the entire time due to it be 115 degrees outside! The only complaint that I had was, being an avid blackjack player, they only had one table open. It was Mon/Tues so it wasn't exactly crowded and I get that. Overall, a good time.

I recently stayed at this Hotel in Laughlin and stay there at least 3 times a year I consider it the best Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, NV. It is worth the 20 dollar upgrade to get a river view room. Buffet is ok, but the "Cafe" and The Outback is great.

We there Wed-Fri. played Ultimate-great dealers (Dan) with personalities and interesting trivia to tell you about "cards". Quick drink service and live band music in background-or to dance to. An "active" place with plenty of younger/and older crowd enjoying themselves. The best place to go after 9:00 pm

We had a great time at the Aquarius for three days. It's one of the nicer ones on the river. The buffet was really good and the staff was also super nice. That's where the family will be staying for now on Jets skis are right outside the doors there.

This was our second time in Laughlin and first time staying at the Aquarius. I was excited to stay here because I consider this one of the nicer hotel/casinos on the strip. The room was OK, I did expect a little better. I decorated a little because we were celebrating my husbands birthday and therefore I was taping things in areas not commonly looked at and there were lots of stains and dust. I really do like the casino more then most on the river. I probably would stay here again but now I know what to expect. We arrived on a Friday evening and it took us about an hour maybe a little more to check in. They should really consider hiring more staff on the weekends! Check in gave us a bit of a hard time because we recently got married and my ID compared to what the reservation said was different. After about 20 more minutes spent at the front I was FINALLY able to get cell service and call the hotel booking company to get our reservation number and the front desk finally accepted that. Didn't try any of the restaurants here but again I do recommend the casino!

We had a terrible experience at Aquarius on July 18, 2018. We had made reservations at this casino, but when we arrived at 6:40 to check in there was a extremely long line to register with 1 of the 2 agents. Tropicana had experienced difficulties and sent all of their guests to Aquarius. However no additional staff was added. My husband and I are in our 70s, and standing in line for almost 2 hours was a tremendous hardship. We left at 6 AM the next morning. When I called to ask that the $11.25 Resort fee be removed from my bill, I was never responded to and put on hold for more than 5 minutes. Don't go to Aquarius!!!

The Aquarius all in all was a good experience. Pool was nice, but very hot outside. Room was great!, buffet was very good. 1 drawback. Took 45 minutes to check in. Only 3 of 15 windows open & a very long line. I would recommend, but hotel should be more prepared at check in time.

Rooms were old and in need of repair, casino seemed dated. The food in the buffet was uneatable ( warm not hot and was left over from previous meal). The dealers were not friendly and uninviting. I will not be visiting this place again.

Best Italian restaurant in town, in fact best in town. Great gaming facility and nice rooms too. Central location near other casinos. Easy walk along the river to reach other casinos and foods or catch the river taxi anywhere.

great time at the winners tournament...sunset suite was nice and the staff was great, the house was full and i mean full of kids kids and more kids...lots of winners here hitting big hand pay's and the drink ladies were in overdrive...never over 5 min. to get a drink with a smile...thank's Michelle the wife was happy and had a good time...

We booked using AAA membership and were given 16th floor room in the California Tower. We had an exquisite view of the pool, river and mountains. The room was clean, king bed comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Next time we will book here for more than one night.

We arrived for the 23rd annual Lazy Harry's River Float... It was a Friday afternoon and check in took around 35 minutes .... Nonetheless, the agents were working as efficiently as possible ( There were about 8 agents working at Check in)... Valet was also crowded ....I believe the wait was worth it , due to the fact this is one of the better hotels along the river....We were assigned room 11069 on the California Tower...The room was clean and everything was in working order....The A/C was working great!!!! Outside temperature was 121 degrees...We had River View but at an angle....The rooms on the opposite side has better views (11068).... Stay at the end of hallway, you get better views and it is less nosy.... The pool was nicely remodeled with Life Guards but the water was too warm to really cool us off....This is typical with mostly all the hotels. Overall, a good experience! First time staying at this hotel as partner with Best Western and noted the improvements in quality of service!

We had most all good experiences during our stay. Quick check in, clean room. This hotel is right on the Colorado River. Boat rides available, decent restaurants. However, the gambling is horrible!! None to very little play. Hard to earn "perks" for the play you do. Compared to Vegas, Laughlin is much more laid back and relaxed. The Riverwalk is lovely.

First impression: over an hour to check in, massive queue. Very smokey casino. Not enough shade around pool. Witnessed a woman slumped over a slot machine injecting herself with a 'substance'. Male partner trying to shield from public view. Totally shocked and disgusted therefore checked out a day early as we are Senior Citizens and do not want to stay in an establishment where this happens. Reported to security via email. Followed this up with a telephone call at our expense on our return home in U.K. Assured this would be followed up and assistant director of security would 'get back to us via email' This did not happen. Followed up again via email - response below. "An investigation was completed and concluded on 6/24/18 and the results were reported internally. As discussed on the phone with you, I advised you that I would do the investigation and I was not at liberty to provide you with our process or results. I do appreciate your concern in this matter and I do apologize for any inconvenience you and your husband experienced during your stay at the Aquarius.
