Best Western Hotel San Isidro Inn, Laredo

I have stay at this hotel several times and always received a great service. Breakfast, even with the pandemic restrictions, was delicious, front desk very helpful people. I do recommend Best Western San Isidro in Laredo Texas.

This hotel is good during Covid as you can enter your room easily from the outside. Room was large and super clean but somewhat dated. Very nice pool I did not use..Well equips with areas to plug devices in. WiFi in my room 117 was very weak. The Best Western booking service makes it look like you are getting a good deal! If you are not paying attention you pay a super high booking fee. Way higher then Expedia, Hotels.com , etc. My special price room of $93 was actually $149. I was very tired and not paying attention to the fine print. The same room on Expedia with all taxes and fees would have been $111. This is disgraceful for Best Western to use such a service.

Still one of the best BW properties in my area of travel! Beautiful court yard pool, excellent breakfast, large rooms and roomy bath, great bath linens, very friendly staff, clean everywhere. Just what can you say!!? This is not a LUXURY location but pretty darn close. Ample parking, large TV, all the amenities in the rooms. Try it out, you will like it! Oh, I didn't mention a Keurig in every room too.

I will definitely stay here again. Everything throughout the hotel is spotless and the pool area is very, very nice. As I was traveling throughout the city and noticed other hotels (all higher priced), I knew I had made the best decision to stay here.

This hotel was clean. The staff was courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast offered was hot and made to order. And the location was a plus...lots of good restaurants close by and close to the expressway. Definitely will stay again.

We travel to the border twice a year, often with the whole family. 3 cars 3 rooms 3-4 nights We gave spears een treated well and with the breakfast and other amenities it is well worth the price. The location is excellent. So close to shopping, businesses and interstate 35.

I was in Laredo for one night for work and very grateful I stayed at this hotel. The accommodations are more resort style than you would typically expect for a Best Western. Then there was the breakfast....the wonderful ladies there cooked me steak and eggs with fresh fruit and homemade tortillas. Wow! I would come back just for the breakfast!

After a comfortable night, it is great to start the day with a great hot breakfast made from scratch with fresh daily cut fruit cocktail and great coffee. This is my way to start off the day and continue my hectic day with the restful night and nutritional breakfast.

We never stay in Best Western motels, because you sometimes get the worst western. They are not regulated at all and some are incredibly dumpy. This one is a gem! We stayed in north Laredo, because train whistles keep you awake all night in south Laredo. Try the south and you'll find out. This was a beautiful shot in the dark that won't disappoint you. The room and hotel were very clean and well kept. The area of town is great with good dining. The free breakfast was very quality and the staff were so very pleasant. We were completely impressed. We will be back and looking forward to it.

I always stay at this hotel when traveling to Laredo. It's safe, convenient, clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I would suggest requesting a room toward the back of the hotel as the traffic can be loud at the front due to its close proximity to the highway.

Stay was excellent, the room was very clean , shower was very nicely done. Bed was extremely comfortable. Employees very courteous. overall stay was well worth the money. Will be back in the future. I like the friendly and courteous atmosphere of the San Isidro employees that make you feel welcome and secure. They know me by name and the ladies that cook the breakfast go out of their way to treat me like royalty. Their beds are comfortable and the pillows make me feel like I am sleeping on a cloud

My wife and I have stayed at hotels before and this experience left us at an awe! Very clean! Outsatanding Service! Good, Hot, Cuisine of a breakfast! We felt like royalty foreal! Everything was pleasantly clean and neat! We didn't use swimming pool but definately next visit I'm sure.

Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. The manager is doing an excellent job with this location. We are always made to feel welcome, like we're the only guests in the hotel. We will stay at this hotel any time we are in the Laredo, TX area.

The rooms have comfortable beds, they are very spacious, clean & well decorated. The crown molding around the ceiling is a nice touch along with the bronze fixtures in the bathroom instead of the standard stainless steel you see in most hotels. I liked the fact that all of the trash cans have an insert in them that holds the bags in place. To the average traveler they probably wouldn't even notice that or care but we travel often and it was a nice touch. It shows me this hotel pays attention to even the smallest detail. The courtyard has a lovely pool with chaise loungers, tables, chairs & umbrellas. They have clean restrooms & warm towels next to the pool. It is quiet, relaxing & has beautiful palms trees all around. There are 2 security guards on site that are always visible & patrolling the premises. Which we found to be nice & gave us a sense of security. We also noticed the hotel was always quiet & peaceful even when it seemed to be booked up. The entire hotel was always very clean & everyone was friendly including the ladies at breakfast. Cassandra, Beto and Mariam really stood out. Every time I encountered them they had smiles on their face and interacted with the quest. After our first stay we checked out and were on our way out of town. I received a call either from Mariam or Cassandra (I cannot remember which one)that we had forgotten something in our room. Housekeeping found it and brought it up to the front desk which then reached out to us. I'm very thankful for them doing so because it happened to be an expensive tuner for our truck. That is the first time that we have stayed somewhere, forgotten something and it was returned. The staff here is very honest and caring. My husband is working on a project that will bring us to this area often so I made the decision that this is the only place we will stay when we have to stay in Laredo. One more thing... While we were there it was very hot. One day our truck said it was 120 out. The AC never struggled once in our room! It cooled down very fast & never got humid or muggy in the room.

As a single women traveling on business, I find this hotel the right size for me with easy access to my room and the personnel all know me and greet me with a smile when I get there. The breakfast are made from scratch and the pineapple empanadas are to die for. The flour tortillas are handmade which makes it hare to keep my diet when I am there.

My wife and I and our female friend have been at this hotel for several days now because our friend had to take her husband to a local hospital when he contracted pneumonia and a kidney infection on route from Mazatlan. This is what every hotel should be. We have two adjoining rooms. The amenities are wonderful. Fridge, microwave, inroom safe, customer laundry, well furnished gym, outdoor pool with a very nice courtyard with lounges and bbq. The breakfast every morning has real scrambled eggs (not the powdered, reconstitutttted eggs normally seen at many hotels) as well as a good selection of meats (sausage one day, pork chop another, steak one morming ham another) fresh fruit every morning including green and red grapes, canteloupe, watermelon, mango, and more (again, not the canned fruit cocktail that most hotels offer. Also very good coffee, nice selection of juices, yogurt, etc. I cannot express how good this hotel is. And the staff are wonderful. When I asked, I was told that this property is 12 years old, but it looks as though it is brand new. It is kept in very good condition, inside and out. And the grounds have a lot of nice tree, plants grass, and flowers. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Actually my favorite BW in a 4 State area, heck in my top 5 in the continent... Good rooms, perfect location, security, clean, friendly service, close to everything, quiet, and a fresh cooked breakfast better than most restaurants. Even have almond milk... I have stayed here since way back in 05 or 06 when they first opened. I always look forward to staying here and this trip was 7 nights... Wish all BWs we're this good. It's better than the Glo stayed at a couple of months ago

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff and very beautiful pool. Quiet area peaceful place very convenient to rest before you head out into mexico or when you're on your way back home helps to rest a little after long drive from mexico. Very delicious breakfast.

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at this hotel over Spring Break. The bedroom and bathrooms are spacious and clean with a safe, good-sized fridge, and plenty of towels and pillows. The breakfast had an excellent selection each day with friendly and attentive staff. The pool area is nice with lounge chairs, an outdoor grilling area, and even bathrooms. We had an interior room and did notice a bit of hallway noise, but otherwise nothing disruptive. There is construction in the area, but it is still easy to get to nearby shopping and restaurants.

San Isidro Inn in Laredo, a BW property is hard to beat, nice large rooms, step in shower great bath linens, Keurig in room for coffee, nice TV, real comfortable bed, fridge and Micro, beautiful pool area, and the "piece de resistance" Breakfast in the morning!! I like this place and I encourage you to stop in there when visiting Laredo. Hard to beat with these rates which are reasonable.

i Travel constantly to Laredo Texas and I like staying at Best Western because that staff knows me and always greet me with a smile. As a women who travels alone, I always choose a hotel that meets my requirements for security. Parking is close to the entrances to building and I the vigilance is great. They know that I have arrived before I get to the front desk. I love their breakfast that are made from scratch. They change the menu daily so I am not bored to look at the same thing al the time. Definitely my home away from home.

Our church used this hotel for our guest ministers recently. We were able to put a welcome basket in their room and view the hotel's rooms and premises. We found it to be very clean, wonderfully decorated, a home-made breakfast buffet and a super helpful staff! Our guest ministers said the bed was very comfortable, too and they were extremely impressed with their stay. It looks as this will be our go-to hotel for future uses.

I always look forward to staying here. It's perfect access to all of Laredo. It's on the North side of the Loop. The rooms are big, clean, quiet and dark. The breakfast is the best thing of all. Fresh made everything... And a great staff. I will be back.

I have stayed at this location 3 times in the last 6 weeks. It is always a great value. The hotel is clean and quiet and the all the staff are friendly. The breakfast is a real breakfast and better than you can get at a high end restaurant. This is my go to hotel when I am visiting Laredo.

I rarely take the time to submit reviews, but this property certainly deserves a good word. We stay in Laredo about once a year. This is the best place we have stayed so far, and probably the best Best Western we have stayed at anywhere. Everything here was very, very clean, and the service was excellent. We stayed in a 2-queen room with a shower (no tub) on the third floor. The room was clean and quiet with up-to-date decor. There was plenty of space and even a small recliner in the room. The beds were comfortable with 4 pillows each. The bathroom had good quality towels and washcloths as well as the usual small soaps, lotion and shampoo bottles. There was a packaged anti-slip mat available for the shower, although we did not use it. The A/C unit was not overly noisy and worked fine. The breakfast had more hot food than you normally get at the average make-a-waffle breakfast buffet. There were two meat dishes, real scrambled eggs, hot refried beans, premade waffles, tortillas (made on site), cut up fresh fruit, bread, pastries, yogurt, juices and more. The breakfast staff were constantly on top of refilling food items and cleaning up every little spill. Our room had in interior corridor, but the property also had rooms with exterior entrances. We did not notice any traffic noise in our room. There was ample parking in the lot. We would stay here every time we come to Laredo, but we sometimes travel with pets and they do not take pets here. We highly recommend Best Western San Isidro Inn.

The San Isidro Inn has everything you need. Rooms are large, clean, and well furnished. There is even a comfy recliner chair. Breakfast is wonderful - I always eat too much! Stay here when you are in Laredo!

In the realm of BW properties, they do not come any better, Service is great, atmosphere is great, Breakfast is greater than great, A Keurig in every room and 1 in the lobby!!?, Beautiful pool setting that is delicious looking on those HOT summer days, NIce TV, and comfy bed, plus the bath linens are thick and wonderful, nice upgrade on the bath amenities too! Do yourself a great favor when in the Laredo area, drop in to the San Isidro BW on the north side of town on Loop 20 Bob Bullock expressway.

I come here weekly for work. I talked to my boss about making a deal with management to come here every time we are in Lerado Texas. This hotel is THE BEST in lerado, it has the best breakfast and the best management in the hotel business. Can not be beat

The entire staff was very pleasant. From the courteous front desk members to the friendly housekeeping staff. Even down to the breakfast staff and maintenance workers. Very clean and professional. Good location, homemade breakfast, wifi . Breakfast kept running out and kept bringing out but not enough to serve patrons waiting for certain items on the breakfast menu. Staff very nice. Great service at ck in as well as ck out. Also didn't like the fact that we were on first floor and 3 doors from exit back door that was kept unlocked rather than having to use room key like other hotels do after certain hrs. We arrived passed 2:00 am both nights and just went in thru back door without having to use our key.

It's hard because we get guests coming in at different hours and one concern is that the food is not cold when they serve themselves. I am not sure why doors were not lock because security that we have is suppose to lock them at 10:00 pm. I will definitely look into that matter and thank you for bringing it to my attention. My 1st choice to stay at this inn was my best choice. While my father had major Heart surgery I felt safe staying here. The front desk staff were very professional, kind and compassionate. But the lady from the kitchen staff. To bad I don't remember her name. She spoke with me, comforted me & even gave me a hug. I feel blessed to have met her. This would be my place to stay if I needed a place where I felt completely at home.

Stayed for a 2 week business trip. This hotel is well located near the highway but not so close that it hummed in the background. Freshly made breakfasts daily were really good. A nice variety especially since I was there for 2 full weeks. No powdered eggs here!

The only thing I didn't like is that they put a $25 hold on your card per night that you stay and other hotels like Holiday Inn Express and Suites only old $50 for the entire stay. Other then that the breakfast is good, the area is safe and its close to HEB and Walmart. Challis and Apple bees is close by so is Chick-Fil-A.

If you visit Laredo, San Isidro Inn--Best Western is the place to stay.We found our room to be in immaculate condition, comfortable bed, great complimentary coffee selection in our room,large spacious room. We would rate our breakfast as a gourmet breakfast. Plenty of home-cooked offerings, Everything was fresh and delicious. A surprise addition was a selection of homemade pastries.Lovely pool with illuminated fountain, very relaxing environment... We will definitely be back and will highly recommend BW San Isidro Inn to our friends.

The rooms were nice and buffet style breakfast was convenient. Didn't get to check out the pool or gym but was an excellent stay from office I was visiting and fast response to issues. Will definitely recommend and go back next time I visit Laredo.

A shining star in the world of Best Western properties lies on the north side of Laredo on the Bob Bullock Loop. Not one of those hotels with a spa or thick luxury bath robes but at this price level you get a level of luxury not often found. From extras in your room that you just do not see very often to a morning breakfast unbeaten by any BW I have ever been to. Friendly helpful folks that work to help make your stay as comfortable as possible greet you upon entry and before you know it you are in your room or at the pool doing the same. The pool has been re-worked and is an inviting area enclosed in the center of the buildings like a courtyard. Just get there and enjoy.

This is a top of the line hotel with friendly employees and nice spacious rooms that are always clean. The beds are comfortable and the large flatscreen TVs have a large selection of channels. The breakfast is always above average with a large selection of fresh fruit. It is located near a Walmart and several restaurants. They also have security at night so you're vehicle has a nice stay too.

Great hotel food was good and so was the room. I didn't have any trouble sleeping as I usually do when spending notes in hotels. The breakfast was very good and even better that it was a buffet style so I could enjoy as much as I pleased.

Best Western San Isidro Inn is still one of my all-time favorite locations to stay and so far the only location in Laredo that I like to stay, just have had no need to look elsewhere. This trip though, I did run into a couple of things that could cause me to pause; 1. Only one hand towel in room 2. AC/Heat was not working but there was a cold front that came in and an open window took care of any temperature problems. Still the only location with a Keurig coffee maker IN YOUR ROOM, and I have been in much more expensive locations that do not offer this amenity. The normal BW Plus things like very good bath linens, premium brand shampoo and soap, not the usual stuff made in China. Very comfortable bed, large TV, spacious room, fridge (WITH A FREEZER) important to ME, micro wave, extra pillow and blanket, beautiful pool and surrounding area, friendly folks, fresh water in lobby enhanced with fruit and a coffee maker (Keurig) there as well. Parking is plentiful just off the loop on north side of town, as a matter of fact, once you leave I-35 onto loop, it is the first hotel that you come to. OH, did I mention that the breakfast is the best ever anywhere of all the places I stay? Those ladies doing the breakfast are top notch!! I'm not talking about a fancy five star eggs benedict fancy truffles etc. etc. but a good ole downhome stick to your ribs items like a good meat, ham and eggs scramble, biscuits and gravy, a cereal, fruit like you are not used to seeing, and plenty of other drinks to keep you satisfied. Try it, You'll like it!!!

My wife and I often stay in Best Westerns and this is one of the best we have come across. All aspects of the room were entirely satisfactory. I want to mention two things in particular about this hotel. We stayed for two nights and had a lot of contact with a man called Castro at reception. These people have such an important role in making a visitor's experience good or bad - this man was simply outstanding. He had a pleasant, authoritative and reassuring manner, was unfailingly polite and was able to deal effectively with all of our inquiries. The other thing I want to mention is the swimming pool which was wonderful. Often they have just been fitted in so that the hotel can say they have a swimming pool. This one is an integral part of the design of the hotel - truly delightful. I will just mention a couple of negative points. The hotel is said to be entirely non smoking. I wish it was - people are still allowed to smoke around the pool and in certain other areas. Surely we have now got to the stage where smoking should be prohibited anywhere at all within the hotel grounds. The other thing is breakfast - this hotel like all the others we stayed in likes to be able to say that breakfast is included. This is true but the money men have reduced the experience to something which is merely functional. Plastic cutlery, paper plates, limited food selection etc - obviously this is done to save money but it does not make for a pleasant experience and does not fit in with the high standard of other aspects of the hotel.

Unfortunately it is hard to keep this hotel completely non-smoking. We do have members that are smokers and we have to provide an area for them to prevent them from smoking in our guest rooms. As far as breakfast, I am not sure what you meant about paper plates and plastic cutlery. We use china and silver ware for our breakfast and the plastic cutlery is for people who like to take maybe yogurt or fruit. The is a rare time when if we use paper plates and that is when our dishwasher goes out on us. We hope to see you back again soon! Celina - GM

The Best Western Hotel San Isidro Inn was a great experience. It looked brand new and the staff members were very kind and helpful. It´s located minutes from business parks and the border. Breakfast was also very good.

Wonderful and friendly staff, this place is privately owned. Manicured in every detail from the grounds to your room. I travel to Laredo a couple of times a month and could not imagine staying anywhere else. It is Well lit and very safe. Shopping restaurants in grocery stores are a stone's throw away. The pool is like a pool that you would see in some fine Resort that has a beautiful stainless steel gas grill. Morning breakfast is like none other. It's not your average grab-and-go it is a fine meal. Menu includes steak on certain days and pork chops on other days. I love this place

This is a top of the line motel out of all big name chain motels. I stay in 300 motel rooms a year. The location is great with lots of eating places nearby as well as a Walmart. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The room was spacious and clean. The flat screen tv had a large selection of channels and the bed was comfortable. The a/c worked great. The breakfast was over the top also with a large assortment of fresh fruit including mango which surprised me. I have no negative comments about this BW it's one of the best nation wide of any chain.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work and normally feel safe and most of the time comfortable--I'm not at all hard to please, but this room was very lacking in feeling of security and comfort. I've never had a bad stay at a best western before, this was my first.

I am not sure why you were concern with safety when we have over 55 cameras on our property along with a full time security on premises that is here from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am in the morning. This hotel has always been excellent, but they always find ways to improve. The staff remembers your name if you are repeat guest. The breakfast is excellent with no "fake" ingredients There is always a hot buffet as well as fresh fruit and homemade pastries. The pool and exercise equipment were just upgraded and brand new. There is security on the grounds and many restaurants and stores nearby.

We evacuated to Laredo and was able to make reservations at this wonderful hotel. There were a lot of evacuees staying at this here. They made sure we had everything we needed. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend staying here. If they made us feel so welcomed, I'm sure they do that for everyone.

Loved this place. The staff was wonderful. The room was extraordinary. Pool area is beautiful and inviting. Amenities are abundant and all necessary equipment is in good shape and functioning as one would hope. Definitely has a Mexican American flare, consistent with the best of the local culture.

The staff when above and beyond to help me. I fled from the impending hurricane in corpus and I did not have a reservation.Every hotel was booked in Laredo and I was driving all over the city, I waited 4 hours hoping for a cancellation and thankfully I was able to get a room, I cannot thank the friendly staff enough for everything. My room was clean with a view of the pool. The breakfast is good, I would recommend highly recommend this hotel and if I am ever in Laredo again I would like to stay here.

This is a true find! Nice rooms with coffee maker. Clean. Everything works. However the staff is super. Front desk, housekeeping and what a breakfast! Would highly recommend this property. Well done! Even with the impending hurricane. Glad we got to stay!

We were in Laredo to play at the Pony Softball World Series. Not a kid/group friendly hotel. Management was very rude throughout our whole week stay. The police were called out during the day while we were celebrating our win with pizza at the pool. Happy to say, no six year olds were arrested, nor their parents! Oh, and they charge for children to stay here as well. They don't tell you that when you make your reservations. All in all, this place isn't so bad, but the staff will make you not want to come back.

Also all of our facilities (pool) at this hotel are for GUESTS ONLY due to the liability issues, so we take the proper measures to assure guest are compliant. Upon arriving to this hotel and before getting the hotel keys, it is standards procedure to have guests sign off on hotel policies and/or set of rules when we have large groups with minors. I searched for a hotel in Laredo for a while because of a special sporting event being hosted in Laredo, few rooms were open. The Best Western San Isidro found me a room, and despite being very busy and a new sign being installed, the room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the entire hotel was inviting and well kept. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

San Isidro Inn of the Best Western chain in Laredo is positively the best location of all the BW's I visit, top of the line friendly service and the maintenance guys are friendly as well taking the time to speak to you, and even ask if they can help you with anything, usually I speak to the service staff first but here it is not uncommon for them to speak first. And then, I always have to mention the ladies in the breakfast room, what a bang up job they do!! The food is always fresh, hot, and plentiful. The only thing on this visit was a change in policy that a new staff person in the breakfast room was taking care of. In the past if you wanted a breakfast taco to take with you, you would just put one together and go, but now, you have to make an arrangement to meet this staff person in the HALL outside the eating area to receive the take out even if you are going to eat by the pool or go back to the room, curious, must be a bureaucratic rule that has just been implemented. I find it annoying. Other than that all the usual things bath linens, room comforts including the Keurig coffee maker in your room, large TV, comfy bed, EXTREMELY nice pool and area (recently re-built) etc. etc., etc. are Great!!

Newly redone pool, very helpful staff comfortable rooms and a free breakfast buffet that is better than high dollar breakfast at big name hotels around the state. All of this at a fair price equals value. If You need to be in Laredo, this is a great place to stay.

Stayed here for one night to stop the drive from Texas to Mexico, very recommended, as the hotel is easy to find just a short ride from the I-35 and very close to shopping plazas where you can find restaurants, banks, groceries, etc. Very clean hotel, wi-fi works perfectly, comfortable beds and bath with tub, at a reasonable price. Make sure to stay for the breakfast buffet with handmade tortillas, the owner takes pride in that.

Breakfast was amazing! Fresh, delicious and homemade food each morning. One of the best continental breakfasts i have ever had. The hotel staff were kind and welcoming. The rooms were nice and clean. Comfortable beds are a must for me when staying in hotels. San Isidro Inn had great beds. I slept like a baby. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. What I liked about this hotel is that they go out of there way to help the customer feel welcomed and to enjoy their. And the pool was amazing and the food was great all freshly prepaired. The Internet is top notch I was able to stream my videos no problem.

I love staying at this Best Western hotel it very clean and the staff are very nice the hotel is beautiful it near a lot of stores and restaurants. They have excellent security I feel very safe ! ! They have breakfast service in the morning that is very good. this is included in your room rate.

Happy to offer a review of the BW In Laredo. While the hotel is much like most other BW's you might visit the staff stands this one better than average and gets 4/5 only because 5/5 is virtually unattainable in my opinion. They strive for perfection, are very contentious and accommodating. Wonderful night spent on the road, well done!

Stayed one night for visit family at Doctors Hospital. Extremely close to hospital. Clean hotel and rooms. Laundry facilities and business center were great. Some construction going out outside but didn't interfere with a great quick stay. Breakfast was amazing. Beds were super comfortable. I would highly recommend. Good hospitality, rooms are very clean and the breakfast was very good compared to other hotels in the area. At first i was given a room that was not ready to stay the night (they were fixing some plumbing issues) but i was quickly given another room. I would definitely stay in the Best Western Hotel next time i visit.

fast reservation and check in. staff very helpfull . even when it was only one nigth, i felt like home. I was visiting a friend in Doctores Hospital and it is next door. and, what I call the LAREDO NICE AREA it is very close too.

I travel with my wife and two kids , two queen bedroom was assigned which was wonderful. Nice breakfast included . Only down fall internet was bit intermittent but no that bad to complain . I will stay again.

Home away from home, I spend about thirty nights a year in hotel's. When I am in Laredo Texas I stat at Best Western San Isidro Inn if possible, because it is a great value. The friendly staff is very helpful and welcoming. There is a great complimentary breakfast that would rival high dollar buffets at big name hotels across the state.

Good location ~ shopping and restaurants are easy to locate. I'm in that area frequently and find this to be the best suited for my needs. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Room is comfortable and affordable.

This place is awesome. The check-in went with no problems. The staff of this hotel are very friendly always greeted you with and smile and always asked if they was anything they could do. The breakfast was truly outstanding the best I have had at a Best Western hotel. Everything was fresh and home made. Always clean and relatively quiet if you're working nights and need to sleep during the day. The breakfast is good and everyone is helpful. The employees are always courteous and the proximity to just about everything in Laredo is nice

This Hotel is lovely, the bed and the whole experience is great and worth the stay. Love the fact that they have Keurig coffee makers, love the internet access and connection. The showers are excellent, love them too. The staff is by far the best i've encountered in all my other hotel stays.

Laredo is not my first choice for vacation spots, but I like staying at this hotel so much for business that I might just come down in the winter months just to hang out at the pool and eat their incredible breakfasts. The staff has lots of great ideas of fun things to do in Laredo, and I think I shall have to go try some more of them. My husband came with me for the first time ever, and we explored a little bit with their suggestions. Fun times!

Great place to stay. Room was clean. Area was well maintained. Pool was fun for the kids. Breakfast was included. Plenty of food to choose from. Location is wasy to get to and surrounded by plenty of shopping stores.

Stayed on a business trip but didn't want to be too close to the boarder. This was at a good location, not too far from my job site, not too close to the border. Rooms were nice and clean, clean hotel, good customer service

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The steak and eggs breakfast the following morning was a nice surprise also! My spouse and I were there visiting a friend in the hospital next door, so we chose this hotel due to convenience. However, I would definitely recommend it!

Flew in from Tampa (lay over in Dallas for less than 30 minutes) for a one day meeting with return departure the next day. Had stayed at this property in a previous stay and liked it due to it's close proximity to meeting site, friendly management and staff along with great free continental breakfast.

I flew in for a couple of days from New Jersey for business and was very happy with my experience. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and customer service was great. The hotel is really pretty, new and clean. The only thing i did like was that in the halls there was a strings smell of gas, when we noticed the front desk about this matter, the answer was that it was from the laundry room. Still, they did nothing about the smell

Best Western San Isidro Inn, Laredo, Texas. This Best Western has easy access from the I20 Loop, you are able to drive up to your door (excellent), each room also has a front and back door. (very smart design). The best managed, well kept, and exceptional breakfast of any I have had the pleasure to stay with. All employees friendly always.

Middle of South Texas summer, buisness trip was a misserable time to be moving around outside. The hotel made the biggest difference, clean and cool. The staff was very attentive to my needs. The breakfast in the morning was excellent, kept me from eating lunch.

Stay was great. Was traveling to Mexico and Was worried about my belongings in the back of my truck overnight, but right after Lucinda informed me that there were security cameras and a security officer watching at night, I was worry free. Hotel staff is the best. Everyone treats you like family. Rooms are big and spacious. Hotel pool very clean. Complementary breakfast beats any hotel I've every stayed at. Fresh fruit is excellent and hot breakfast is hot and fresh.

Not my first time to stop in to this really exceptional BW property. I go there on purpose when in Laredo, rooms are large, bathrooms are large, Bath linens are extremely luxurious, no, there is no Terry cloth robe, but hey this is Best Western, and this is one of the best there is. Staff is friendly, helpful, all the employees on the grounds will respond cheerfully to communications, the breakfast is well beyond any other BW that I have been to, and I have been to a lot of them in Texas. As matter of fact I am in one now. Back to San Isidro though, When in Laredo and you are looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable beds, micro wave, fridge, a Keurig coffee machine (how is that for different) pool, good TV, wi-fi, and one heck of a selection for breakfast, drop in to the BW on Bob Bullock Blvd., north side of town, Laredo, Texas. I kinda don't want to tell you about it because I don't want it to be full the next time I come to town

The Best Western San Isidro was exceptionally clean quiet & comfortable. The room was beautiful the pool was wonderful & all the staff were welcoming & very nice! Recently I had to make an unexpected trip to Laredo, Texas with no plans or hotel reservations. After taking care of business I did a brief search for a hotel room. There were several listed but the Best Western Plus Laredo Inn and Suites had the highest rating, best reviews and very reasonable rates. The front desk staff were most helpful, found me a room and advised of many extras. Got check-in quick, the employees were nice and respectful, the rooms were clean and updated, the lobby was clean, had free Wi-Fi, had a swimming pool and a workout room, breakfast was free, had a coffee maker, fridge and a wall safe in the room. Would go back.

I stayed here because it was the closest to the hospital when I had to visit my uncle. Hotel was nice and clean but outdated in my opinion. But everything was clean so it's not much of a complaint. Looks old school. Maybe that's the look that they are going for. Outdoor/indoor hotel so you can hear traffic every now and then with all the 18 wheelers passing by. Will stay again if price is more reasonable.

Our first stay was memorable. Great service to customers, prompt response to requests and breakfast was outstanding. We have stayed at several hotels in Laredo but none of them compare. The breakfast is delicious, we had Barbacoa eggs fruits to include papaya, cereals, homemade tortillas, and many more.

This is an excellent place to stay. It doesn't look like much from the outside, clean but fairly plain looking. When you go inside it makes you want to say Wow ! The rooms are extra clean and quite large. The breakfast is excellent. Big selection of items from eggs to sliced fruit. I normally pass on most hotel breakfasts but this was competitive to many restaurants, they even have real plates and silverware. This is really a first class place.

I have spent a few years staying here while one business. This place is consistently comfortable, welcoming and clean. They staff always go out of their way to provide every comfort imaginable. Always stay at this Best Western when in Laredo on business. They serve an excellent hearty breakfast. The staff is very pleasant and responsive. I went to use the exercise room and did not find a remote for the TV. The staff responded very quickly and brought a remote to me. The location is very convenient.

This location was better than the Hiltons I prefer to stay in. I chose based on reviews. If all Best Westerns were up to the standard of this one I would definitely become a Westy. The room was filled with great travel amenities you don't think about until you see them. Including the USB charger in the clock. Excellent wifi! I was able to work and connect without issue, unlike my next evening at the Hampton.

I travel a lot for work, and I look forward to staying here. I feel safe, the hotel is beautifully kept (it even smells good) and the breakfast is the best I've ever had--including when I travel to Europe! Ever is wonderful, and the staff goes out of their way to speak with me and call me by name. I forgot my luggage last time, and they went out of their way to help me assemble some can't-do-without items. I love this place! And it is quiet, too.

We love to stay at this BEST WESTERN San Isidro Inn right of I35, because they have been so accomadating and of course my Brother In Law LOVES their Continental Breakfast. The staff is very helpful...They also have rooms surrounding the pool and area where you can sit out and enjoy and afternoon snack or lunch. More like an Apartment type of feel and you can park by your room. Really a great place to stay.

A few times I was awaken late at night by oil field workers drinking late at night and being loud. Then in the early morning I was awaken by cleaning ladies. Way before check out time. Prices are a bit high for the volume of occupants

I stayed at the Best Western San Isidro for two nights on a business trip to Laredo and would stay there again. Clean, comfortable room, pleasant and helpful staff, all amenities were perfect. The breakfast could be a bit tastier, but it is at least as good as similar hotels.

This is our 2nd stay at this location the people were great and so was the facility. Both times we stayed we were given first floor rooms. the rooms were large enough to include another king sized bed so it was not near as confining as most of the newer locations (even their suites).

After regular monthly business trips over the past 3 years. We have stayed at multiple hotels in the laredo area. We have been very loyal to best western for well over a year now. The service is great especially from Lucinda and they have never let us down. From super clean rooms to an awesome breakfast. I would highly recomend staying here while visiting Laredo.

I travel to Laredo for business and this is my new go to hotel. Location is good, price is good, and rooms are clean and comfortable. I used to stay at the Hampton but have started using best western more now.

The staff is amazing and their breakfast is fantastic and homemade. Rooms are spacious and clean and they have all the amenities you could ask for. I would definitely recommend and stay there again the next time I'm in town.

The cleanest place I have ever stayed. Very friendly staff. Huge room breakfast was awesome would love to stay there again. Close to town with several places to eat .slept very well. Beds were awesome. Wished I could have taken it with me

Really friendly staff and nice clean rooms. This Best Western is in a really nice location. Out on the edge of town, yet close enough to everything. Beautiful swimming pool area and lobby. It also has a great breakfast.

Hospitality drive is truly the right address for this motel. When you first arrive you notice how well maintain the property and grounds are. Then you go inside and meet the real jewels of this operation, the staff. From the management down they make you feel right at home. The rooms are well maintained and spotless. The breakfast has a changing menu and is cooked on site (not like what you get at other motels, eggs from a bag and microwaved) . They have a security guard for guest peace of mind. If staying in the Laredo area this is the only motel to consider.

The staff were great the room and property are very clean and updated They have a security guard that walks the property and I have never had any problems there are always several company trucks there with tools on the trucks and to my knowledge nothing ever missing.

I have had the privileged of staying at this hotel since it opened. I only get to stay here twice a year while working but it is first class and is better than most premier BW I stay in. The outside rooms have front and rear doors, rooms are big, location is easy access any direction, staff is best around, rooms are clean and quiet. The pool is really nice although couldn't use it this trip, but the breakfast is best. I will be here again but I just wish all Best Westerns were this good.

Everytime I go to Laredo for business, this is the place I stay. Clean rooms, nice big shower and a super comfy bed. Breakfast always has a good spread and the staff is always helpful. Not one bad thing to say.

A little overwhelmed by the guest at breakfast time though people cutting in the line like I'm not even standing there was crazy. Like I'm at a black Friday sale at Wal-Mart or something wild. That was the only thing I didn't care for but the hotel was nice and clean.

San Isidro Best Western Inn of Laredo has consistently been a pleasure and a well anticipated overnight stay location. This is by far the very best BW location that I have ever has the pleasure to stay. This is not to say other locations have not impressed me as they have, it is just this is the best so far experienced. The little extras go a long way in providing that welcoming feeling. From a Keurig offering a welcome cup of coffee brewed fresh in the lobby to spacious rooms and a well kept and functioning fitness center.

The hotel was close to our destination and the accommodations were great. A hot breakfast was also available every morning. The people were very nice and welcoming to us. There is a fitness room available and it was good to walk the treadmill after our Thanksgiving dinner.

Running late for a business trip due to weather conditions so I called ahead to the front desk to see if my room could be ready when I arrived, and it was. The ladies tending breakfast were so nice to fix me some tacos and I was out the door to my meeting. Room was clean, great shower in bathroom, amazing view of the swimming pool and a comfortable bed to die for. I will always stay at this hotel when visiting Laredo as everyone from the front desk to the ladies tending breakfast earned my business from the get go !! Rooms are clean and modern, very convenient location and they serve the best breakfast buffet of any hotel I have ever stayed in. They have a staff of 4 or 5 ladies that prepare a full breakfast and make homemade flour tortillas right there. I would recommend this hotel highly to anyone staying in Laredo.

I recently stayEd at this property during a business trip to Laredo. It is clean, quiet and perfectly located for both business and pleasure. The daily breakfast was amazing. I stay here 2 days out of the week every week while I'm in Laredo on business I've stayed at other hotels when I started coming to Laredo before finding this one and 6 months later I am still coming here every week by far the best hotel in the area and the best breakfast as well not your typical best western breakfast

Please fix the internet at the executive floor, (I have stayed 2 times in the same suite 315) and the internet is not stable and slow. I had to go to Walmart and buy a prepaid hotspot internet service in order to get logged in to my office computer. Other than that you guys are the BEST at EVERYTHING.

I had an excellent stay, I'm often in the area working and always try to stay here. I have been know to drive an extra 40-60 miles to stay at this Best Western! Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful pool area. They have the best breakfast! They also have parking lot security.

We travel for business approx 10 to 15 day a year. We usually stay at a Best Western if one is in the vicinity. The San Isidro Inn is great! It is exceptionally clean, inside and out; the room was spotless. The breakfast is the best we've found in recent years. The staff, especially the kitchen staff, were very friendly, and seemed to not be able to do enough to please you. The food selection at breakfast was wonderful: fresh fruit - grown locally - fresh muffins and other breakfast breads. Terrible for our diet!!!

My work ( a specialized type of construction ) requires that I travel and if the location is new to me I look up potential places to stay on the internet like everyone else in the digital age. Often one must sort through people crying about petty grievances., or hotel employees posting amazing reviews to bolster their rating. The truth usually lies somewhere in between. That being said, here's my uncompensated and unapologetic opinion. Best Westerns as a chain are pretty hit and miss and that's coming from a diamond elite member who's stayed in ALOT of them. This hotel should be used as an example for all BW franchises nation wide. The staff is friendly and helpful. From the front desk, to the housekeeping to the security guards who patrol at night. No bad attitudes or acting like you are disturbing them if you need something. The place is clean, the breakfast is AMAZING and it's nice to know that someone is watching over the property after dark. I won't stay anywhere else in Laredo. I wish I could somehow transport this hotel to other towns I work in that have BW's that I described in a way that had this site's censors send me an email explaining that I can't describe those hotels in such an excremental manner.
