Carpeted rooms but seemed clean. Good beds but soft. Heater worked fine, hot shower and quiet. Everything was in good order. Nice TV with the guide on screen. Good breakfast - eggs, sausage, yogurt, prepared oatmeal, not instant which you don't see often and the usual stuff. We would definitely come back.

Excellent stay! The hotel was clean and the beds were very comfortable. We had an excellent nights sleep. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We enjoyed the scrambled eggs with fresh salsa and the fresh citrus fruit with bagels, as well as the pastries and Stash Camomile hot tea.. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Nice front desk staff and very thoughtful breakfast options. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The only negative was that it was quite noisy whenever people walked by outside - we could hear everything they said and I was glad we didn't have loud neighbors!

This was a great end to our Route 66 trip. The building reminds me of the motels in the 1960s with the rooms in a U-shape around common area and pulling right up to your room door for parking. The rooms were basic and clean with everything you needed. The breakfast was very good, and they had the absolute BEST breakfast staff of any place we have stayed in a very long time.

This is a nice hotel. I usually only like to stay at hotels with an inside entrance but this one had an elevator so I didn't have to haul my suitcase up the steps. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Great location.

Great hotel very convenient for grand canyon touring and by route 66. Clean, large and comfortable beds with decent pillows, drive up rooms and yummy breakfast. Get there early as it is a little busy. Friendly staff at reception and very easy check in and check out. Good value for money and very close to restaurants and diners by route 66.

This place was wonderful and I would definitely stay here again. Everything was clean and well-maintained, the staff were incredibly friendly, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was really good and with great service. They even had a guest laundry, which I had not expected - I wish every hotel had laundry rooms available. If I were traveling through Arizona again I'd go out of my way to stay here. You could tell that everyone who worked there cared about the guest experience.

Excellent hotel, we stayed in room 104 while visiting family in the area. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Loved having fridge, microwave and kuerig in the room. We had a loveseat and real chair, way better for relaxing and watching tv. Hot tub was clean and my husband enjoyed it. Location is safe, we did a 30 min walk almost every morning. The breakfast was excellent with great coffee. Breakfast crew and front desk staff very helpful and friendly. We got takeout most nights and ate at the table in our room. This is our second time staying here, we stayed about 6 years ago.

We stayed there for a night. We stayed there just one night. We stayed at a room on the 2nd floor. There is an elevator to help us with the luggage. The room is spacious but the bathroom is kind of small. There is free parking. The hotel offers breakfast, that is ok for us. All the attendants and receptionists were helpful and attentive.

This part of Kingman is charmless and bleak in winter (maybe all the time?) I chose this hotel because my car was full of belongings, and the parking lot is in a center courtyard, so it gives the impression of being safer. No break-ins, so that was good. Got a family suite, which had two beds in the main room and another small separate bedroom. After driving all day it was nice to have the privacy of the extra bedroom. The rooms could do with an update. While the room had certainly been cleaned, with plenty of towels in the bathroom (that was nice), the carpet just had that age-old grime look to it. By contrast, the lobby and breakfast room were new and fresh. Breakfast was acceptable, with breakfast tacos being the heartiest choice. Coffee, eggs and sausage were reasonably decent. Overall, I would be willing to stay here again should I be passing through, but I'd also be interested in seeing what else is available.

quiet and clean stay, desk clerk were friendly although when inquiring about hot chocolate I was told there was none, only to find it a breakfast, we usually stay across the street, but got confused when booking, pictures were misleading, my fault, but had good stay anyway, either place you cannot miss.

From arrival to departure we found our stay to be very nice. Clean room, comfortabke pillows and bed. Nice hot shower, tiled bathroom and shower. Nice heat lamp in the bathroom. Fridge and microwave, wonderful coffee machine at no charge in lobby. Cute design in the eating area. Kind helpful staff all around. Clean, safe area.

Great hotel - excellent value. We had a terrible experience the night before at the Travelodge in Palm Springs and got almost no sleep in a noisy, broken down room. The Best Western in Kingman gave us a good quiet room so we woke refreshed and able to continue with our extensive travels.

As you walk to the front door, there is a sign that says No public restrooms. This may seem trivial, but I find this unwelcoming! As a person who walks most mornings on vacation I count on hotels along my route and this sign is hard to read. We also workout in the morning and this hotel doesn't open their fitness center until 7:30. Absolutely unacceptable! We stayed here for 2 nights of a 10 night road-trip (nights 8 and 9). and I felt that the front desk staff was stand-offish when we entered. We arrived around 3:15 ( check in was at 3) and there were no rooms readily available. The woman behind the desk didn't wish to give us information until the room was ready. Just a strange situation. I am not a fan of outside entry, so when I saw lots of daylight under the door I was unhappy. We used towels when we were in the room, but I was concerned about what was crawling in during the day. After a long day we returned to an uncleaned room. We went to the desk and were told we needed to request service. (Our next hotel was also a Best Western and they informed guests of that fact at check in). The breakfast was phenomenal! The hotel did an excellent job. The food was fresh and the choice's plentiful. I would not recommend this hotel.

At $160 a pricey hotel, but very nice. A nice big, clean room (and equally big bathroom), a good comfy bed and fast WiFi. I'd certainly stay here again. Also, here are other words because you don't always need to write two-hundred words.

The cleaning staff exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Room cleanliness is a top desire for us. We expect clean, yet our room was tops. My wife and I were extremely pleased with our stay. All the staff were attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable (double queen - non pet - accessibility enhanced). We stayed here two nights during our Rte 66 travels. The room was very nice, comfortable, and had a good TV. The wall mounted a/c control worked well. Plenty of parking in what appears to be a safe area for people and their cars. A friendly staff tops off the experience. The only minor negatives were the one elevator and really long walk to our room on the opposite side. Certainly no noise here. Also our timing was bad with the rooms being re-keyed. We had to go to the desk a bit more than what would be normal. We had to re-check in for our free night plus get the new 'keys'. We would come back for sure. Overall a happy stay.

Great, clean, dog friendly hotel. I had stayed at a different east Western at the beginning of our trip and did not like it. I read all the glowing reviews on TrioAdvusor and decided to give BW another try. So glad I did. This Best Western was super comfy, had a good shower, good sheets and bedding — and I love Kingman, AZ. A great place to stay.

Good size room with two Queen Beds and nice furniture. 2 door Fridge with separate freezer. Room temperature though, was a little hard to control. Very good complimentary breakfast. I enjoyed the interior Hot Tub.

This is a very well run hotel. The lobby and rooms were very clean and seemed newly remodeled. The room had a refrigerator and microwave, good internet, and a comfortable bed. There were several seating areas in the main building and a small computer area. The breakfast had many choices, including fresh fruit and other healthy choices. Everything seemed very fresh and the attendant was very attentive. Front desk staff was friendly and provided good restaurant suggestions. Although the hotel style with outside entrances to the rooms is older, do not hesitate to stay in this hotel!

We travel often with our 2 small dogs and I always look up the hotels and then call them to book just to guarantee I get the handicapped room I need and to check the cost of the dogs. I feel very happy to have booked with Best Western, There were dozens of hotels to choose from and I am very glad to have booked here,

The Wayfarer's Inn is a wonderful stop on our trip. From the get go we were impressed with Trina and Cathy and their friendliness and help at check in. The lobby and eating area make a good first impression. We always ask to see the room before signing in and the room was perfect. Extremely clean room, comfortable bed, pristine linens, great towels, and a large king room with a sofa and chair. Morning breakfast may look similar to other BE breakfasts but was far better. The biscuits were fluffy and light and the gravy was more than just gravy having chunks of sausage in it. Yummy. Eggs and sausage, waffles, bread, pastries, cereals and oatmeal were other options. Really well done breakfast! It is obvious that the hands on owner, Cary, takes pride in this property and makes it a top BWPlus. We will definitely return when in the area.

The staff here was very helpful. Pet friendly room that did no smell like it! Breakfast was delicious and a wide variety to choose from. The restaurant across the street is delicious and makes a great margarita.

We choose this hotel because it is rated as choice of 2022 of TripAdvisor, but end of very disappointed with the stay. It is a old style motel room, the air conditioning is bowing cold air when in heating mode! The bed only come with a very thin blanket in winter and I was waked up feeling cold in early morning. The wall is very thin and you can hear the noise from your neighbors clearly. The front desk is not friendly and not helpful, when I call her for help on the air conditioner issue, she just said she can do nothing about it! There are other better hotels in this town, save your money for a better choice.

On a cross country trip from Tennessee to California we stopped overnight at this hotel. We had spent the previous 2 nights in similar pet-friendly chain hotels but this one was exceptional for the size of our room which held 2 Queen-sized beds and a dressing area, mini-kitchen. It was clean and relatively new. The most outstanding aspect of our stay was the breakfast buffet held from 6-9:30 AM. This buffet was attended by 3 culinary assistants and had 2 types of sausages, a daily egg special, waffles, 3 types of fresh fruit, a yogurt station, an oatmeal station, 3 juices, pastry selection that included blueberry pound cake and cinnamon rolls. The buffet was larger and had more choices than the typical free breakfasts. The cafe area was also lovely.

Very nice facility. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. The rooms were very clean. Good, hot breakfast and spacious, well-appointed breakfast area. We will stay there whenever passing through Kingman.

This was a wonderful hotel...until 1:30 am, when a late arriving family wakened us with ordinary noises through paper thin walls. Then they took a shower. The shower sounded like an airplane landing in our suite--I kid you not. Then they woke at 5:45 to check out. We were awakened three separate times because the paper thin walls and the exceedingly loud plumbing woke us (could wake the dead, actually). Really too bad b/c everything else was great. One tip: clean the pet relief area daily, b/c your guests apparently are not.

This is probably the best hotel I have stayed in for the price. I was extremely leary of staying at a Best Western. From what I've seen and from their reputation, they've always been dirty, outdated hotels, but we had been driving for 18 hours and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. Annette at the front desk was extremely kind, patient, and most accommodating. There were 5 people in my party (3 teens). She booked us into a suite with 3 beds and made sure we had everything we needed and knew where to go. Upon arriving at the room, I was pleasantly surprised! It was immaculately clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious. We are very appreciative and grateful to Annette and the Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn and Suites for providing us with a pleasant, no hassle, place to rest our heads. Thank you!!!!

We did a quick overnight, staying in a suite with 3 queen beds. The room was clean, updated and quiet. The room was a nice size for all of us. The breakfast was wonderful. It was a full breakfast with many choices from the usual yogurt and cold cereal to waffles and biscuits and gravy. They even had fried eggs for making your own egg sandwich. It was much more than the usual hotel breakfasts. There is no need to be hungry after breakfast here. The women watching over the breakfast area saw to it that nothing was lacking. They were friendly and efficient. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay in Kingman and definitely would stay again.

First time staying at this hotel, close to Interstate 25. This is a clean, quiet place, friendly staff. Room was on the second floor and there is an elevator, so it makes taking your bags from the car to the room very easy if you are on the second floor. They have a laundry room where you can do laundry if you needed to, but I did not use it. Very good breakfast selection and again nice friendly people. If you need a place to rest after a long drive, this is it, can't go wrong here. If I head thru this way again, I will definitely stay here.

We got really lucky when we found the Wayfarer's Inn. The people who work there are top notch. The rooms are clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable. We stayed there twice and enjoyed both stays. The rooms are nice sized, too. The breakfast area is very pleasant and the items for breakfast are like eating a home cooked meal.

We always stay at the Best Western Wayfarer on our way to or from Texas. The hotel is pet friendly & always clean. The breakfasts always have a southwestern flavor & the staff is great. There are two Mexican restaurants across the street & easy I 40 access.

Freindly staff. Clean room. Tasty and plentifull breakfast. Only problem was my wife had to eat her cereal without milk as the milk machine was empty and it was taking forever for the lady to fill it.

This hotel was really nice. The room was very spacious and clean. Plenty of room to spread out. We were able to park right below our room, as we were on the second floor. The breakfast was very nice as well. Plentiful and fresh.

Great staff and just a nice place just off I-40 with easy access to others services on same main road. for those that have a small trailer safe parking well lighted and also easy in easy out nice breakfast in the morning for most i am vegan so alittle limited for me but my menu very differant from most but still something there for me to chew on and staff ready to give me fruit for the road to go.

This hotel is a little gem in Kingman along Route 66. This is obviously an older building, but very nicely updated. My room was larger than I am used to in more modern hotels which is nice. Room was spotless. Staff at front desk and handling breakfast were very friendly and professional.

The front desk had amazing customer service from the time we called to book our last minute room all the way to check out. The breakfast was good and overall was a good stay. There was a small section for trailer/RV parking that we used, the rest of the parking lot had plenty of parking.

We stayed for one night in a king room. This Best Western has all of the best things happening - very large, comfortable rooms and bathrooms with all of the amenities, a great hot breakfast which constantly gets refreshed by friendly staff, and a handy location. When we checked out, the owner/manager himself assisted us. He told us that he takes great pride in running the inn that his father had constructed to the highest specifications. It really shows!

Rooms were exceptionally clean as were all areas of the hotel. Staff members were helpful and friendly . Location of hotel was excellent. Breakfast had a large selection from which to choose. Rates were reasonable.

We arrived late (on Amtrak) and enjoyed the morning breakfast before visiting the Rt 66 museum and then departed next day for a wedding event in Las Vegas. We returned after the wedding and stayed comfortable again, with great dinner across the street at El Cantella (great food) awaiting Amtrak to depart for home. The absolutely best staff helped us with everything and the best most comfortable king bed ever!! Go there!

we have been staying here for years apart from the pandemic,this is our second motorcycle trip and stay this year,we like a ground floor room so we can park outside the door and this was quickly sorted for us,thanks,..great dining at the mexican straight across the road with a discount for showing the BW key we will be back in june next year

The front desk staff was so welcoming and informed me on where to find the vending machines, the time the pool closed and about beeakfasr. I was even thanked for my military service. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Stayed here one night en Route from San Diego and Joshua Tree to Route 66 and Grand Canyon. I highly recommend. Large, clean, quiet, well equipped rooms. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Ice machine, modern coin operated laundry room, elevator. Exterior entry doors but built around a courtyard so felt very safe. Location was perfect for what we needed.

Warm welcome and easy to park right outside our room (ground floor). The rooms feel a little dated but everything was very clean and the beds had pristine white bed linen. Good wifi and all other expected amenities - fridge, microwave and coffee machine. Excellent laundry with quality machines and driers, Quiet - no disturbances. Swimming pool. Walmart is about an 8-minute drive away and a number of restaurants and bars within a short drive and one across the road. Breakfast was OK, standard choices. Would recommend.

Fast check in, clean facility and clean rooms. Very quiet at night and a great bed too. Front desk was helpful with dining options (lists of places are closed on Sunday) and the local map was a nice addition Had breakfast early and selection was good and fresh. Definitely will return when traveling.

I've stayed at this property many times and enjoy the convenient location, the helpful staff and the very clean rooms. Breakfast is tasty; the loaded oatmeal and biscuits and gravy are the go to! You won't regret your stay here onto your destination.

This was one of the better hotels we stayed in during our trip. It was one of the few that provided a walk in shower as requested. The beds were comfortable, the room spacious and the breakfast was very good. It was also quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Kingman, AZ

Great motel. Welcoming. Easy to get to from the Interstate. Excellent staff. Great Breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are roomy and quiet. Food available close. Grocery close. Coffee close.

Staff offers superb customer service. During the breakfast buffet, there were staff in the back room preparing fresh food, while another staff member was always in the dining room making sure everything was clean and well stocked. Free buffet included: waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, cold cereal and oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, boiled eggs, watermelon and orange slices, apples and bananas, juices and coffee. They offer a grab-and-go breakfast, but we enjoyed the dining room. (No microwaved eggs or dried-out frozen potatoes cubes here.) The room and the entire location, including the elevator, was clean and well maintained. The air-conditioner worked well and the room had no strange odors or overpowering room fresheners. The location felt safe at night and the parking lot was well lit. Our favorite part of our stay was the POOL. It was crystal clean and the hot-tub was so relaxing. You have many choices of hotels in Kingman. BW Wayfarer's Inn will be our choice whenever we need a stop-over in Kingman.

The staff was friendly and extremely responsive and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are good. Everything worked and checkin and out was a breeze and very pleasant. Friendly people and staff. Our experience in Kingman, Arizona proved to be wonderful. I will be staying at BW from now on when it is available to me during my travels.

Traveling Route 66 I choose this hotel based on reviews. I gave it four stars and it should have been five. It's an excellent hotel, super friendly staff, wonderful rooms and a terrific breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, cereal, great muffins and breads, and two wonderful women keeping everything full and the tables cleaned up). Our only issue was the iron in our room (we're boomers so yes we still iron). The cover over the water fill, was snapped off. Basically it poured the water right back on your clothes. We called the front desk, but they said there was no one working from maintenance, so they couldn't replace it. They suggested we use our sisters iron, but she was having an issues with hers, as it didn't steam with water in it.

Was surprised about the quality of the room and it's size. The entire staff insures yr visit is pleasant. The breakfast fast menu was fantastic. Super quality for the price and great location. Highly tech this as a stop, I know we will be back next trip.

This motel made checkin and out very quick and easy. The room was conveniently located near the front desk and dining area. We could not hear people passing by. The pool is in the middle of a hot parking lot with no shade so if you go during these summer months, you're only going to want to use it in the evening. I checked out rooms at both Best Westerns in Kingman. The rooms are about equal in quality from what I saw. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean.

After a 10 hour drive this place was just what we needed!! The night clerk was awesome and on her game! The breakfast was very appealing to the eye, set up, delicious, and maintained nicely. We are completely satisfied!!

Great place to stay. Breakfast was outstanding. Pool and spa a bit small and crowded. But for an older motel, it was clean and comfy. Nice welcome from the staff. Plenty of choices for eating out nearby.

we got this hotel somewhat at the last minute, we were very happy they had a room and hotel was clean, pool was nice. hotel is near many places to eat as well. the pool was open and very refreshing as temps were close to 100, we will most likely be staying here again.

We stayed here on our way home to Phoenix for a night and found the room to be quiet, clean and comfortable. The historic downtown was a short drive away, where we had dinner and drinks. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We would stay here again.

A little high-priced at $179, but maybe that's because of the holiday weekend. Decent room all around. Working whirlpool was appreciated. No elevator and rooms open to the outside. Morning shower was "barely" as a water main had broken and their pressure was almost gone. Bad break on a holiday weekend.

Nice Best Western hotel right on Andy Devine Avenue(Route66) with clean room and a great breakfast. Close to plenty of good local restaurants with gas stations also available. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. If in Kingman, it's a good choice.

Super clean (I always do a sanitizing wipe down and usually find a bit of dirt or crumbs), but my room here had no trace of dirt at all. Room was pretty quiet even though the train tracks are nearby. Nice decor and warm lighting. Breakfast selection was good, breakfast room was laid out nicely, and staff was friendly. The coffee was made well too. The location is a bit away from the busier part of town, but I prefer that. The room seemed a bit pricey to me for being in a small town, but I had a good stay.

the wait staff was on top of everything, constantly refreshing all the stations and politely greeting the guests. The food was fresh and appealing, and of good quality. Really gave a sense of home and comfort. The whole food service and eating area was one of the better kept on-site BW Plus restaurants we have ever visited. Very kind staff throughout the hotel.

This is the 3rd Best Western stay on our road trip. It was the best! We were able to park right outside our room-ease of unloading-especially for senior mobility challenged! Accessible room was nice and large! Great to move around in! The breakfast was amazing! Lots of fresh items to choose from! Older hotel-however-we were highly recommend if you don't care about updated furnishings.

Best place to stay in Kingman. The rooms are spotless, the bedding fresh, and the breakfast buffet is legendary! The front desk ladies, some who have been there for many years remember me when I check in and are always polite, friendly and helpful. I have stayed at this Best Western for 20 years!

Extremely clean. Allowed us to check in when we got to town. Excellent customer service at the front desk.Had a map of local places to eat and shop on the back of the hotel map which we found very helpful. Gave me an honest assessment of eating places. Very helpful!

Room was very clean. Lots of space/extra seating. Blow dryer and iron in room. Along w micro fridge etc. highly recommend BW! Plus if u sign up for their rewards u get lots of discounts. Better discount than AAA

Carey set aside a block of rooms to secure for friends and family coming into town. The ladies at the front desk went over and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Breakfast was AHmazing with so many options to choose from it was ridiculous.. literally the cleanest motel I've ever stayed out.

This best western is by far the best best western hotel I have ever visited. The staff are super accommodating, the facilities are clean and modern, the wi-if is strong and the breakfast is really nice as are the server staff. The parking is ample and the location is convenient to the Highway.

We spent four nights at this hotel while visiting family in Kingman. Why we LOVE this place: • Room was spacious and squeaky clean. • Bed was very comfortable for my husband who has had 2 back surgeries • The staff - every single one we encountered was friendly and super helpful • The breakfast was amazing and the coffee tasted really good. • The hotel grounds were impeccable. • Our dog liked it, too. :) In short, if I could give six stars, I would.

It was a nice hotel at Kingman, AZ. The food was great and the rooms were typical for a Best Western. We had great internet and enjoyed our stay. The receptionists were very helpful when we checked in and our room was ready even though we arrived at 230.

When we pulled up, I thought of crap a motel not a hotel. But what a great surprise from this motel. Very very cleaned, nicely painted and it was perfected. My hubby & I would stay here again if we are traveling in this area. The breakfast was perfect for my farmer husband.

The staff is excellent, professional and friendly. The rooms are immaculate. We have enjoyed this hotel many times and will continue to use in the future. Breakfast is ample and the cook staff keeps it well stocked.

Large family stay with two separate rooms. Despite our request at booking they could not get us close together. Rooms were fine although bathroom was a bit small compared to newer hotels. Only real complaint we had was they they had just one person serving breakfast. it took longer than it should to get breakfast. They could easily re-arrange and make it self serve.

An astonishingly good hotel for the price. Large rooms, sparkling clean, great bed and linen, good furnishings including a sofa. Friedly staff, Quiet. Plenty of parking. Excellent breakfast. Well located. Awesome wifi. Didn't try the pool. Good shower with lots of hot water. Can't fault it at the price. Would stay there again in a heart beat. 5 stars is not enough. And I am somewhat difficult to please when it comes to hotels.

At the end of March we were guests here for two days, at this point there are two Best Westerns almost opposite. The room was large enough, very clean and the two double beds gave no cause for criticism. The Wi-Fi is excellent, also the breakfast which is included was absolutely fine. It is worth mentioning here that for one thing there is no self-service at breakfast and the room is only done by the cleaning staff if you are there for at least three days. The only criticism, but you should know that if you book here is that opposite the hotel day and night eternally long freight trains. Thanks to Ohropax this was not a problem.

The rooms are nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast is pretty decent. Enjoyed our stay in this Kingman BW with our small dog (and the pet fee was only $10)! There is another BW almost across the street, but the BW Wayfarer's Inn was great!

Always a clean and comfortable place to stay in Kingman. Staff is friendly and attentive. We were able to park near our room and they were able to fulfill our request to be on the ground floor. We will stay there again.

Our room was spacious and very comfortable. Staff very friendly. The free hot breakfast will not disappoint. Other Kingman hotel we stayed in had very limited food and you had to take to your room. This hotel had wonderful selection and you could eat there or do take out. Worth the slightly higher room price for the breakfast alone.

This hotel was the cleanest and overall best hotel we stayed in during our 10 days on Route 66. Room, elevator, lobby were spotless. The front desk and all staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was served cafeteria style behind plexiglass by two ladies wearing masks and gloves. Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, all the standard breakfast choices. I especially appreciated their commitment to cleanliness and eliminating all the guests touching the food and serving spoons. Even before Covid this has always been an issue with me. It was obvious that cleanliness is a priority at this hotel. Their price was comparable to other similar hotels, maybe a little less. I definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Kingman, AZ!

This is my favorite place to stay in Kingman. Very friendly and helpful staff, awesome pillows and comfortable bed, clean large room, large tv and working coffemaker but the best part is their free breakfast.

check-in was quick and easy. Hotel seemed very clean, this was the most comfortable bed we slept on the whole week, and they had a great breakfast . there is another BW in town that is also very nice, but we liked this one the best.

One of the best Best Western's I've stayed at and I've stayed at lots. Clean, caring staff, breakfast was hot and fresh (some of better scrambled eggs I've eaten at a hotel). Check in and Check were quick and efficient.

This hotel had probably the best hot breakfast we have had in a hotel. The staff was great also. A super value for a one night stay while traveling to California. Check in was easy as was check out. We would stay there again when passing through Kingman.

We stopped here during travel with no prior reservation but were able to secure a late night check-in. Miss Annette was the late shift staff member who greeted us warmly and got us in quickly and efficiently. She was a pleasure to meet and even stopped by our table during breakfast at the end of her shift to bid us goodbye and safe traveling. The parking lot was clean and love the property setup with rooms facing the parking lot and not having to walk down long enclosed hallways. The 2nd floor king bedroom was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was smaller but water pressure was great and towels clean and fluffy. Breakfast was excellent and the staff serving the buffet were friendly even at six a.m. to everyone they greeted. Will definitely stay here again whenever traveling through this area.

Clean with decent rooms. Staff was friendly and didn't have any issues there. Old style motel rooms with the walkway outside, but rooms were decently updated and had basic amenities. Overall would recommend. Price was a bit high for what the rooms are. No breakfast included, so had to go to a restaurant opposite the hotel.

This motel carries a Best Western Plus classification, but it should not, a nice lobby does not make a motel in to a hotel . The fact that the entrances to the rooms are off of the parking lot is nowhere that I could find on their website. My expectation was interiorcorridors with steel doors and double locks but I got hollow wood doors exposed to the outdoors. No security there when you can put your foot through the door. As for the price, they charged for the nice lobby, but I didn't sleep there.

I always look forward to staying at the Wayfarer's Inn in Kingman, it is a great value and always meets my hotel expectations. The rooms are very clean, the staff is always friendly, courteous and professional. The morning breakfast never disappoints me, the food is of good quality, fresh and the lady who serves is very friendly and professional. A great place to stay!

We spent the night here on our way home from our road trip to Denver, CO. Our king bed was exceptionally comfortable. The room also had a small sofa & multiple chairs, a table and a mini fridge (w/freezer) & a microwave. Also nice hot breakfast options in the morning.

We needed a clean, safe hotel to stay in with our dog as we traveled across state for the holidays. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely use BW again for our roadtrips.

This is an awesome hotel! Everyone from the receptionist to the maids to the meal preparer was so kind and helpful! They ALL seemed to care about what they were doing and whether I was happy. They were truly interested in customer service!

This is the best Best Western we have ever stayed in, We had a one night stay here on our way across country. This is a wonderful hotel with clean and quiet rooms. We had a king suite which was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The check-in was easy and very thorough with friendly staff. The hot breakfast was great with the kitchen staff preparing your order for you due to covid restrictions. This is a pet friendly hotel which is a huge plus. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, staff did a good job, location is easy to get in and out, beds were just right, we got two queens, stayed two differant days in september a week apart, My wife is handycapped and when asked about a certain room that was easy the first time to get her in and out on the ground floor, the manger checked the room Himself and changed us to it, also better than average breakfast. Would stay again.

The hotel may be an older model, but the rooms are very modern with granite counters and table tops, open and comfy. There is an elevator (only one) but helpful if you're on the second floor). Ice however is only on the ground floor. Breakfast was listed daily and dished out by an employee. But there was various fresh fruit besides the traditional bananas and apples, there was biscuits and gravy, and you could get it to go for your room or grab-and-go. Drinks were self serve. Staff was very helpful, very friendly and you were given a general area Mao which had local restaurants shown. Would definitely stay here again.

King bed was comfortable...service was good.asked for extra pillows...free breakfast..cooked as ordered. Eggs and sausage..free newspapers...room was clean. Only one elevator...building recently remodeled.very nice

We may have only stayed a single night, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not have mind staying longer. The room is very spacious! We got a king bed and even had a seating area with a couch and desk. The A/C unit functions well and it's real quiet. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Plenty of wall outlets for our devices. Mini fridge and microwave function well too. Large flatscreen TV which we never get to watch because we prefer dipping in the spa after a long drive from Fresno. What makes this place great is the morning staff in the breakfast room. They hustle around to make sure we have a pleasant hot breakfast with good coffee.

Best breakfast in any Best Western we have stayed in. Rooms were quiet and good selection of restaurants near by. Friendly staff, great hot tub and outdoor pool after a long and tiring drive in heavy traffic.

When we arrived we checked in a little later than anticipated. Check in was extremely smooth. The ladies at the front desk explained where our room was located, where we could park, about the Fitness Center and the hours, laundry room, vending and ice machines. The one lady then proceeded to explain about the pool, towels in the closet and hours of operation. My husband very smoothly and seriously asked what time 'naked' swimming took place. Without missing a beat, she said after 10pm when the pool closes. He was shocked at her response and everyone broke out in laughter. It was quite funny that she didn't let his little joke or funny upset her. I loved that!

This was one of the worst places I have ever stayed at. The noise from the next room when they were running water was extremely loud and both nights we stayed there; the police were there in the wee hours of the morning. Lights and sirens and whole works.

This Best Western Wayfarer in Kingman, AZ has recently renovated some rooms to create new ADA bathrooms. I was extremely impressed with the new bathroom. I am not in a wheelchair, but have mobility issues. The toilet and shower area is separate from the sink area. Both the sink area and the toilet/shower areas are beautifully tiled and quite large with lots of handlebars. The shower area is amazing. It appears that quite a bit of thought went into the renovation of the bathroom.

This was our first stop on our cross country trip. I couldn't have been more pleased with this best western. From check in to check out everything was perfect. What struck me most is how clean the room was. And the staff were all so nice. There was a varied hot breakfast served up by staff because of Covid. They even had home cooked oatmeal vs the packaged stuff at other hotels. If you need a hotel in Kingman this is the one.

Everyone was so friendly !! Super CLEAN AND QUIET !! Loved it !!! Would definitely stay here again when passing though. Thoroughly enjoyed the free breakfast as well, great selection, a little bit of everything for everyone.

We arrived late in the evening at the Best Western Plus Wayfarer's Inn and Suites, yet received by a gracious hotel associate. She took time to explain everything even restaurants nearby. The room was great, large, spacious and clean. As for the breakfast, we had a very enjoyable meal and were thankful for the different choices. We will keep this hotel in mind the next time we pass through Kingman.

Eight years prior we stayed at this hotel. The reason we stayed here again were the reviews and room choice, Really appreciated the two Queen bed suite and extra queen bed. We didn't arrive until 11:15pm and the front desk couldn't have been nicer. The room was clean and stocked. Our only issue was that TV remote didn't work in morning, but we left fairly early and we used the tv in other bedroom. Breakfast was good quality and this hotel continues to deliver consistent service.

We were passing through and chose this hotel because it was a BW and had a pool. Very disappointed that in high summer it was closed, not due to covid. The property itself was super clean and friendly staff. Everything else was great but we arrived early to relax and swim so it was a waste.

We have booked Best Westerns up and down the California coast as well as Oregon for our vacation trips. There are two Best Westerns in Kingman but we picked this one because it was close to the freeway. Really glad we stayed here, the room was spotless and the King bed was extremely comfortable. There was quite a variety available at the complimentary breakfast and the service was great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

My husband and I had stayed at a Best Western in another location in AZ just a couple of weeks ago, and that place was a disaster. So we were hesitant when we booked a room here. Happy to say that we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was cordial and professional, the rooms were clean, the bed comfy, and my husband and I felt safe.

Our stay overnight was short but we found the hotel convenient, clean and welcoming. The rooms were very spacious. The pool was on the small side, though. The breakfast was good even for Covid times (they did a great job of placing out things and serving things); the dining room tables were well spaced out. The location was good: close to the highway, across from a couple of good spots for a meal, etc.

I have been staying here every single time I pass through on the was to visit my mom. This is the only place I Stay. I always have a great stay and never have an issue. I love Best Western. It's super clean and always staffed with nice people that provide excellent service. See ya next time.

My Family was on a 10 day road trip.Our last stop was Kingman before going to Las Vegas to Catch a Flight to Tampa. Front desk staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms? Very spacious and clean. Pool ? Very nice outdoor pool and indoor Jacuzzi.They offer breakfast that is normally help your self.But with COVID they have it set up as buffet with the staff placing food on plate for you. Kitchen staff did a great job and food was great. Nice to have fresh fruit. Watermelon and oranges. I enjoyed my room here better than Balleys in Vegas on July 7th.Kudos to the entire staff.I am a former Guest service employee that spent many years at a very big property. I recognize good service.

Clean room, quick check in and felt safe. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A bit hard to get to off of freeway but easy to get out. Room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. I was traveling with 2 cats that had to be approved and stay in the bathroom area which worked out for a small fee. The breakfast was really safe, organized and tasty.

I don't expect too much from a motel especially in a remote location but this place was great. Everything was clean and the grounds were well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the full breakfast was more than anyone could want. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great, too, after a day of driving and touring around.

From housekeeping who kept the room immaculately clean, to Joyce at front desk and especially Paula who served the lovely warm breakfast consisting of burritos, scrambled egg, sausage and fresh oatmeal which was a welcome surprise in these covid times everything was superb. There's a nice pool..very quiet, and everything is within a few minutes driving ( not walking ) of the visitors centre, museum and so many food choices you could eat at a different one for weeks!. Will definitely return.

This BW (one of two, the sister property literally across the road) was all that you'd want for a comfortable nights rest. Far from fancy but a nice pool courtyard is in the center of the parking lot. Having said that they surrounded it with nice vines giving it a somewhat quaint appeal. Plenty of chairs and tables to have a courtyard alfresco drink.

Clean room, spacious, good price. friendly and helpful front staff people. The breakfast and the people serving it were fantastic, despite the covid restrictions. I can't remember if a complimentary bottle of water was provided at check in, but it would be a great idea, especially during the heat wave at the time. Nonetheless, cold drinks were available at vending machines on the property. If ever in Kingman again, I will make this my first choice.

We were tired, we had to change our travel plans due to the Arizona wildfires, we needed a place to stay. We selected Best Western A Wayfarer's Inn in Kingman, and looking back we have NO regrets. Easy check in with a friendly staff, clean lobby, easy parking, abd the best accessible room I have ever experienced. Plenty of floor space, wonderful walk-in shower, extra towels made this room a most pleasant stay. A nice, fresh breakfast got us on our way.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly. We had thought we booked a reservation online, but did not complete the transaction. The staff called the other Best Western in town to make sure that is not where we had a reservation. When we found out that we did not have a reservation they were quick to find us a room and a better price than what we would have been paying. Our only issue was not with the hotel but some other guests with small children that were letting them ride the walkway in front of the rooms on scooters. I almost got hit coming out of the room at one point. Not the hotels fault, just parents that were not concerned with anyone but their family. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

This was a comfortable stay for us on our way to Colorado. The room was clean. Staff very friendly. Helpful list of restaurants to visit. Breakfast was excellent and staff super friendly and accommodating. AC worked well and the beds were super comfy.

Front desk is extremely helpful and very kind, provided a detailed list of the hotels amenities and the local amenities the town has to offer as well. The rooms are very clean and well taken off, and very spacious without lacking furnishings. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone staying in Kingman!

We stayed at this hotel while driving the Arizona Route 66 route. Best choice ever! From check in to check out, everyone was so friendly and professional. We got a terrific rate - I was having issues with booking on my phone (we are rewards members) but the woman at the desk matched the rate when we showed her our card. She even recommended some restaurants in town for us. Our room was so quiet, which amazed us, as it was busy in the area. Once we got into the comfortable beds, we didn't hear a thing all night. Breakfast in the morning was a great surprise - actually HOT food served to you by two wonderfully cheerful women. Food was delicious! This was an innovative way to give the guests a hot breakfast AND we were told it kept the staff from layoffs during the pandemic. Kudos to the Manager! If ever in Kingman, AZ, be sure to stop for your stay.

Went to this hotel thought I was gonna get a decent nights sleep. Found out the room had roaches not small roaches when big brown roaches. Didn't get any sleep I killed a total of five roaches in my room.

Amazing hot, very clean and staff were amazing! They had a hot breakfast every morning. One if the staff members told us that she has been employed there for 16 years. That says alot about how the place is ran. Loved our stay!

BW Wayfarer was the only place in Kingman we'd ever stayed. We didn't realize how good we had it! Driving back to CA this week I didn't make a reservation in advance, had to stay somewhere else. NEVER again. BW staff, location, cleanliness, quiet, and safety were definitely underappreciated by me until now! They make an overnight stop effortless!

Picked one of the two Best Western hotels in Kingman AZ. Was travelling with family, moving items to a new home in Arizona. We were driving a large Penske truck, and the BW staff were more than helpful in getting us parked and ready for our departure the next morning. We had a nice room on the 2nd floor, and it was nicely updated for being an older property. The furniture was comfortable and in good shape, and the bath worked flawlessly. The bed and pillows were typically BW comfortable, and the dish TV offered a sufficient number of options. Staff was the best part of the trip, with everyone from check-in to check-out engaged with us to make sure we enjoyed our brief stay. The location was near enough to restaurants and other services that it only took a few minutes to get a meal for the evening. The breakfast was WAY above average, especially during the waning days of COVID. We had a personal hot meal prepared for us, and the cook/server was very pleasant. Good sized portions, with getting a second helping not an issue. Even got a pastry or two to go. We checked out easily, and off we went to our new home. Overall a very good value for the money, especially in Kingman (where there are a few clunker hotels).

We stayed here on a road trip from Colorado to California. It has been owned by the same family for over 40 years. The staff says that the family is great to work for and they love their job. It really shows! Courteous and efficient staff, clean rooms and Tesla chargers (which we used).

Clean friendly quiet. Had dinner at Dambar & Stake house. Cowboy not formal; not a mask in sight. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Served to take to a table or your room. Servers were masked. So nice that this facility has figured out how to provide a good breakfast safely served.

We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Kingman/Route 66. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The included made to order hot breakfast was very good. I would stay here again if I return to this area in the future.

Very clean room with a nice view of the mountains, enjoyable little pool and spa area, very helpful personnel, conveniently located, and the hotel even offered an excellent full hot breakfast with many choices such as scrambled eggs with cheese, breakfast burrito, biscuits and gravy, French toast sticks, old-fashioned oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese, apple fritters and more.

This is a very nice property and how many hotels are serving hot breakfasts these days? The property not only serves hot breakfast, it serves a wonderful hot breakfast! Rooms are spacious and clean, nice place.

Finally got a great breakfast during the pandemic. Rooms were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool looked great, but we die not try it due to coming in late at night. The front desk even held a room while I drove the last 20 miles to town.

The only drawback for me is that the rooms open to the outside. I would stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Although I have stayed at this hotel many times this trip was a last minute decision. I knew I could count on this BW Hotel to be most accommodating and what I expect in a hotel even if it is just an overnight stay.

We were happy we chose to stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and included a sitting area along with a refrigerator and microwave. The tv had a good selection of channels from direct tv. I was pleasantly surprised the vending machines had very reasonable prices. The property was very quiet at night which was key for us because we don't sleep if our one year old doesn't sleep. The breakfast was nice. They have someone serving you due to the pandemic, but there were many options for a nice hot breakfast. The location was good for us as well. We will stay here again.

I picked a Best Western for my travel stay as they are usually good travel stops. I needed a half way rest stop on my travels which is why I only stayed one night and picked Kingman to stay in. The Best Western Plus in Kingman was Outstanding! The staff was super friendly and helpful. Answered all my questions, gave me tips about the area; where to eat, etc. The room was great! SUPER clean, updated. The whole property was clean, kept up. Comfy bed too :) oh and their covid protocol was spot on as well. I HIGHLY recommend!!

I have stayed in many hotels, this by far is the best hotel I have been to. I am just sorry it was only a short stay. The employees were awesome. Breakfast was spectacular even in a pandemic. I will be sure to stay again if in the area. I WILL be staying in only plus hotels in future.

My friends and I stay at this hotel twice each year for a group motorcycle trip. The hotel is very comfortable: nice rooms, great beds, quiet, clean, excellent amenities. The hotel quality alone makes for a great value. But what really sets this place apart is the consistent 100% outstanding service by the nicest people! The hotel breakfast has been adjusted due to COVID. NOT reduced, NOT cut, but adjusted. They serve a full, hot breakfast cooked to order by a fast and friendly group of folks. This hotel provides a better breakfast than anyone else did pre-COVID.

Stayed here ten days for business. I was astounded how friendly and helpful the staff was. The facilities were very nice, room was sufficiently large and comfortable. The location had easy access to restaurants, shopping and highways. Definitely recommend.

This Best Western Wayfarer in Kingman is the perfect place. So clean and comfortable. The room heater is one of the few that are quiet and makes room temperature comfortable. Excellent refrigerator with a freezer as well this is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again.

Clean, inviting and friendly. Stayed one night, the stay could not have been better. Breakfast was outstanding. The front desk was very helpful in finding a great restaurant for dinner. Would definately plan another stay.

Coming from central California, we looked for a nice clean place to stay that broke up the 10+ hour trip for us. This was perfect for our needs. The price was excellent, they allowed our 2 dogs, and everything was clean, nice in appearance, and the front desk and breakfast staff were excellent. Breakfast was still served adhering to Covid-19 protocols with great choices despite the restrictions. I would without a doubt stay there again.

The room upstairs made a lot of noise. The car parked in front of the room was a reassurance as I could have slept inside my car. This is a typical motel that serves its purpose. Cleaning and toiletries could get more attention.

This hotel is several steps above most Best Western facilities in both cleanliness an space. Even during a pandemic, their hot complimentary breakfast was served in a safe and efficient environment. Kudos to this facility

We picked this hotel based on other Trip Adviser reviews. It didn't disappoint. Room was clean, good seating area, nice pool area and hot tub looked great although we did not try it, but saw others enjoying the experience. Front desk was friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely with many choices and COVID protocols were strictly followed. I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed it and will stay again if in the area.

BEST Bfast!! (HOT and customized), GREAT SERVICE (front desk friendly, helpful, knowledgeable), EXCELLENT ROOM service (for daily impromptu needs, like emptying trash, getting more coffee packets) bringing fresh towels immediately when requested. Room was spacious and clean. Decor was beautiful (local scenery). Also love that jacuzzi was open in enclosed area even though I was not able to take advantage of it.

Based on reviews we stayed here a night on our Route 66 trip and we weren't disappointed. The room was clean with a refrigerator and microwave and very spacious with lots of seating area. Breakfast was served hot by properly attired servers and could be eaten either in the dining room or to go. Cathy at the front desk was very informative and very nice. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well as several just a minute away. Covid protocols were strictly enforced.

I travel all over a few states for business, I always stay at Best Western, this location by far is one of the best. Units are always very clean, beds are excellent, buffet is very good and staff is awesome.

We came to Kingman last night to meet with out of state family this morning. Booked a room here based on the great reviews of other travellers and nothing I can say is different. We used the hot tub yesterday after dinner and that was a great feature not expected in Kingman. The check-in was great and the staff was very accommodating when we asked for a 1st floor King suite rather than a second floor. Not sure we will be back again in Kingman but I will definitely recommend to others!

We stopped here on our way to California in December. The hotel is pet friendly and we had out cat with us. (one trick- make sure you stop at the correct Best Western as there is another across the street). The front desk and lobby were very nice. The room with the king size bed was spacious. We had stayed in several Best Westerns on our 5 day trip, but this one stood out for the excellent breakfast service, done cafeteria style by dedicated catering staff who made it to order. They were cheerful and they packaged it so we could take it back to our room. After days of drive through breakfast or grab bags at other locations, it was so nice to have a hot breakfast made to order.

Stopped into town on our way from the Grand Canyon and didn't want to further drive to California until the morning. We couldn't be happier with our stay and loved the convenience to the highway, the local food and drink options nearby. Everything was clean and socializing distanced during COVID and we felt very safe on property.

We have stayed at Wayfarer's Inn in Kingman, Arizona twice in the last two years. Each time we stay about a week. This past time the staff was very accommodating as we had to extend our stay last minute. They were very understanding and polite. The rooms are very clean, comfortable beds, and amenities are nice. When talking with family who live in the area, this place was highly recommended. It is in the central part of town and not too far from stores and food. Anytime we come to Kingman, we will be staying here.

Nice option to have breakfast, was able to take back to the room and eat. Breakfast started at 6 am so was able to get an early start. Check in was easy and staff very cooperative. Easy access from freeway.

Hot breakfast with extra safety precautions taken! My 5th stay at a best western during this pandemic and this is the first place to take the time to figure that out for travelers. I appreciate the effort they did for that. Not to mention the motel was spot on for everything!!

I became a regular guest of the Wayfarer Inn over 15+ years ago when I began regular treks to New Mexico where my son was in school. Now, anytime I travel 40, whether for business or please, and I need to overnight, I choose Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn and Suites. The owners are lovely and truly care about their guests. They even added an elevator a few years ago for better access. The hotel is always clean and neat, the rooms comfortable and the staff exceedingly helpful and friendly. The breakfast is always top rate. And when I travel with my pets, they are always welcome. I can't say enough good things about the Best Western Plus A Wayfarer's Inn and Suites. It is my go-to hotel when traveling through Kingman, AZ.

Awesome front desk staff, clean comfortable rooms. Great location, internal courtyard design provided quiet rooms even though hotel is close to train tracks. The hot breakfast was excellent. Social Distancing was observed, and a notice as you approached the breakfast sign said no mask, no breakfast! Unfortunately, the lady serving breakfast had her mask either down around her neck, or with her nose exposed!! Not a good example, and as she was actually speaking to customers over the food as she placed it onto plates or in containers, it was not only ignorant, but as a staff member who should have been showing an example of BW's Covid-19 precautions, it was negligent.

Front desk staff went over and above needed to help us locate our lost cell phone. Hot breakfast was good and included eggs ,sausage ,biscuits and gravy, and French toast. Breakfast staff was very accommodating .

Room was neat and clean, breakfast was quite good considering the pandemic restrictions. We had six couples in our Jeeper group and everyone had a good experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

First impressions was how beautiful the lobby is. Reception was very friendly explaining all needed information. I was told they have a Hot! Breakfast which was a very welcomed change due to a lot of places grab and go types. Great night's sleep and the room smelled wonderful not musty or old. Only draw back was when when I took my shower ( late afternoon) I couldn't get hot water however my husband had a fine shower ( early morning). Go figure? Nice place lots of parking and an elevator for second floor even though outside doorways

We paid for a clean safe working room. We got none of the above. Smelled like an ashtray, we did not complain. Air conditioning did not work correctly, did not complain. But when two separate neighbors decided to open their doors and invite friends in to smoke pot I called the front desk. It was below us and next to us. The lady at the front desk was rude, insulting even. It was very clear she thought I was wasting her time. She said it was not her problem as she was busy with other people. She said if I wanted to provide her with exact room numbers she call them when she was done. Really?? So the paying customer who follows the rules gets to be treated like crap? We had to shut our air off completely to get rid of the smell.

Spent one night here super friendly staff, nice room comfortable beds, to order breakfast due to COVID. Would stay again. This is old fashion hotel that you drive right up to door super convenient, hood size bathroom that actually had window that would open. Not to far from restaurant and downtown Rt 66 museum and visitor center.

A clean, very well maintained place. Room smell cleaned and looked cleaned and very nice. Comfortable bed. Quiet and slept well. Breakfast cooked to your liking. There are two Best Westerns very close to each other so make sure you arrive at the correct destination. I recommend this location.

We drove from the east coast to the west coast and back again during the pandemic. We stayed at many hotels around $100 a night (with 2 tiny dogs). This hotel was, by far, our favorite. Super friendly staff! Great location. Very respectful of COVID precautions. We loved our king bed room which included a little sitting room, office area and kitchenette. We hit a few Route 66 attractions during our short stay. Great experience!!!

road trip from Sonoma CA to Santa Fe and stayed the night in Kingman. clean room, very comfy bed. nice pool and spa, though we didn't use them. quiet, good night's sleep enjoyed a take-out breakfast (covid restrictions) I'd stay here again.

Clean, very well maintained. This was one of the better places that I've stayed in a long while. The management has a real eye for details and the little things that make it a great stay. A jewel in the desert. Just a nice place.

My husband and I decided to stay over in Kingman after traveling from Wickenburg to Oatman for the day. We booked a room with a king bed. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were very professional and informative. The hot breakfast in the morning was amazing and the staff serving were very friendly and efficient. On our next Route 66 trip, we will be staying here again. We both highly recommend this Best Western!

We booked a room for a baseball tournament with a group of two teams - about 25 families. The hotel was great - clean, pet friendly for those of us who brought our dogs and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was open and clean. We had a great stay, would definitely use again.

I have stayed here on many many occasions for business. I have never had an issue one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Staff is always amazing. I could not recommend this hotel more. I travel all over AZ and this is by far one of the best.

We booked a family suite, which has 3 queen sized beds, one of which is in a separate room. The room is very clean and spacious. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and accommodating. The gym is open, the pool is open, and they are serving breakfast. Instead of serving yourself at the breakfast buffet, they dish it up for you. Free wi-fi and parking.

My custom and practice is to read reviews before reserving a stay especially during these trying times. Given the fantastic reviews I committed to the stay and I have to tell you no regrets. The staff was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and spotless, the pool was crystal clear and the property itself was in an excellent location. No complaints whatsoever.

Room was perfect I asked for a handicap accessible room and that's exactly what I got! The staff was kind and courteous. The pool was open which was a nice bonus. They even accepted both of my service dogs with no problems. Continental Breakfast with still served just to go. The only negative thing is the pet area was not maintained unfortunately the other pet owners did not clean up after their dogs.

This motel is hands down the cleanest I have ever stayed at. I have stayed at many motels across the country. The lobby was lovely and inviting. My check in was fairly quick. I was in room 120, a king sized room. It was very nicely decorated with granite touches. It was quiet and no road noise. The soaps and shampoo had a nice citrus scent. The microwave and refrigerator were very clean.I slept well on the bed. The next morning they had a nice selection of hot breakfast items. I had a huge breakfast burrito to go. I will definitely be returning and encouraging others to stay there.

Fantastic place to stay for the great price. We like to stay at Best Western Plus hotels as often as we can and this one was really a good place to stay in Kingman. As there are two Best Western Plus, please choose this one, They are almost across the street from each other but have separate owners, We stayed at the other one and it wasn't as nice. Breakfast was great. They have it very well ran and good food instead of just okay and generous portions at that. Very quite place even though its on the main drag. Great a/c that worked great, nice shower and a comfortable bed. Will stay here again,

Helpful and polite front desk. Clean room. We have a room with two queen beds, quite a lot of space for two adults and one kid. Pool is open and full hot breakfast is available with social distancing guidelines in place. Great start to our weekend for travel ball tournament. Will definitely come back.

We stayed in the family suite which is 2 queen beds in a room and separate room with a queen bed. We had 2 adults and 4 kids. If you can get passed just 1 bathroom, you're set. Motel room was very nice, but the best part was their pool. Absolutely beautiful pool with an enclosed hot tub. And a 12:00 checkout. Fantastic and refreshing on a 103 degree day. All six of us had the buffet breakfast they served to you because of covid. All the workers here wore masks and kept everyone at a good social distance. And they were kind and helpful.

This was a great hotel. The lady was very helpful and pleasant when we made the reservation and told us a great place to eat nearby. (The Dambar). The room was nice and just what we needed for the night. Breakfast had to be served to us due to COVID-19 but it was good and the ladies that served it were very pleasant and helpful.

My husband and I stopped here for one night on our road trip back home to Dallas after 4th of July weekend. Super happy we made the extra hour drive to stay here because we received way more value than what we paid for. The staff is super friendly and the hotel only charges $10 for my pup to stay. Kaira, who was working the front desk, gave us a room on the first floor just a short walk away from the nearest patch of grass - easy for my pup to use the restroom! Plenty of parking right outside the front door and an abundance of space inside the king bed suite. Did I mention they have been there for 40 years and the room was extremely clean and stocked with a really great natural brand of soaps/shampoos?! Absolutely, worth 5 stars!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This BW property is one of the best we have ever visited. This was not our first time there and the service is always 1st class and the breakfasts was great. A special treat compared to the Grab & Go bags elsewhere on this trip.

Place is clean. Breakfast is good even though it's covid time. Stuff is super nice. Kingman is pretty gross so this place is refreshing. Wanted to stay at this place again because I was in town and they were booked up I was disappointed. Ended up at a horrific place

Checked in for one night. We had a small dog, so given a pet room which had pretty badly stained carpets from pee. I understand it's a pet room, but we hadn't encountered one on our travels yet that was pretty well used by them. Beds were ok, small bathroom, breakfast was very good, and staff very friendly. Plenty of parking for cars and trailers.

Very clean, nicely styled rooms. We stayed in a family suite which had two bedrooms and plenty of towels and pillows for everyone to shower and have towels for the pool. Great facilities and delicious breakfast! Would highly recommend and stay there again.

Stayed here this week for 1 night, room was very clean and comfortable, pool area was nice. Breakfast was great, they had a good selection and you could take it to go if you want. ( Covid times) staff were really friendly. Only downside was the noise of the ac in the room, it was pretty loud and we had to have it on as it was so hot outside. other than that, great location too.

Check in went smooth & fairly fast. All check in procedures went well under the current conditions. The front desk staff was amazing courteous & helpful. The room was clean the WiFi was good and the bed was comfy. You can order your breakfast ( due to conditions ) & it will be in to go containers. My only complaint and it's no big deal but as a diamond member of the best western rewards program upon check-in I was not recognize as I. I waited in till the very end for them to even recognize me as a diamond member to me it's it's important as I was handed my keys and I just asked hey as a Diamond member can I get a late check out then it was kind a like Wow your a Diamond Member. I even had to ask for my welcome package. I know I am spoiled... But I earn those points by staying many times. Enough said. I will return to this Hotel in the future. It was close to I-40 & the Railroad tracks. All the staff was helpful Kind & Courteous.

It is over two years since we last stayed at this hotel, yet once again we were greeted like old friends by “Trisha” on the front desk. There are not many places today where you are greeted by “Welcome back, it is good to see you again”. The welcomes we receive at this hotel seem to get better each time we stay here. There were plenty of parking spaces, despite the hotel being busy, and it is very easy to find being close to Exit 53 off Interstate 40. The room and everything in it was very clean and also nice and cool, the A/C was running, which after a long drive with the temperature over 90o F was just what we needed. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was really good, there was a good variety of different types of bread, Cereals, Fruit, Fruit Juice, and a good selection of hot items on offer, Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Waffles, Biscuits and Gravy Etc. All well cooked / prepared. My favorite item at this hotel is the Biscuits & Gravy, it is always good. This hotel is a great place to use as a base to explore the area. It is only 3 Miles from the Powerhouse Museum, with it's Route 66 Memorabilia and lots of information about the area. The Ghost town of Oatman with it's famous “Burros” is only 31.5 Miles away, if you use the Historic Route 66 to get there. Chloride Ghost Town is 27 Miles away. There are plenty of choices for dining nearby with various Steakhouses, Café's Coffee Shops etc. There also various “Fast Food” locations all within easy walking distance. The staff at checkout could not have been more helpful, asking was everything to our liking, were there any problems etc. They also asked where we were heading, did we need any maps or directions printed out etc. Once again, they said it was great to see us again, wished us a safe journey, and said they were looking forward to seeing us again next time we were in the area. We always get great service at Best Western Hotels right across the USA. But this hotel seems go one step beyond other hotels. We definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

We were stuck on the road with mechanical troubles then we're booted out of our hotel in Lake Havasu because the California beaches being closed . . . so we weren't in the best mood when we arrived here. Drive up and asked for rate and availability and it was like ice cream on a hot day! Just what we needed! In my travels I have never seen such excellent customer service. After a weeks' stay, I can say that it includes the entire staff (although Cathy at the front desk gets a special shout out). Clean room with good hot breakfast and pet friendly. If you are going this way, look no further. This is the place.

I highly recommend this hotel (Wayfarer's Inn) in Kingman Arizona for both pleasure travel and for companies with teams working out of Kingman, Arizona. I travel for work and typically stay in hotels most of the year - so I'm very critical and particular about where I stay. This time I happened to be in Arizona far from home camping when the Covid-19 crisis happened - originally only coming to town occasionally to shower and get new supplies. It got so hot I finally just came into Kingman where I stayed at the Wayfarer's Inn for several weeks. Like many people right now - I had a lot of anxiety about staying at hotels during this time but I could see that this hotel was the absolute best hands down for safety and cleanliness. It was obvious from the minute I walked in the lobby that the owner/management had put a lot of extra thought into a number of measures that were incorporated at this hotel to keep both guests and staff safe. I recognized this and immediately felt very safe which I hadn't really experienced at other hotels. (They even figured out a way to be safe while still providing a great hot breakfast too !!!). During my stay I got to know the owner and most of the staff - everyone was so helpful and very friendly and accommodating. Since I stayed so long the owner was great to work with me on the rate which I really appreciated. The hotel exterior is beautiful southwestern style and the rooms are lovely. Grounds were kept immaculate too. I really loved staying at this hotel and the staff - I look forward to staying here again in the future !!! Please consider staying at this hotel - I feel it is important to support the businesses that have great management, well trained staff and that have done what it takes to keep us safe !!!

We were just passing through on our way to Carson City, The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable, check in and out was quick and easy. Breakfast was good. They took all necessary precautions during this time of social distancing. I would recommend staying here.

I got a single bed king size very roomy room extra desk, fridge recliner and I did not feel like i was in a cave. Met the owner of the place and he was a people person and we had soom fun about this nonsense covi-19 farce

Recently stayed during the start of the Virus restrictions. Everyone was very cordial and accommodating. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Great breakfast the next morning and an excellent stay overall.

My husband and I were treated like special guests from start to finish. In times of needing to keep social distance the front desk and breakfast staff were first rate and welcoming. Great, large room with comfortable bed and pillows, nice amenities. The bathtub even had a strip across the top so if one needed to step on it no slipping would occur. Amazing hot and substantial breakfast fixed per our request and placed on a table so distance was observed. We would definitely stay here again.

Traveling through during a stressful time. The hotel seemed new. Rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was pleasant and welcoming(even though we arrived late) and breakfast was hot and had a variety. Thank you for the rest!

This is a very nice hotel I've stayed here many times it's very clean and the staff is very helpful. If you're traveling on I-40 through Arizona in Kingman this is the place to stay. I travel for my work throughout Arizona and I would pick this one if you're in the area and need a place to stay. Five stars

Very nice hotel out to the east of Kingman at the intersection of the interstate. Very helpful Reception, nice room, great breakfast and a coin operated laundry. Nice looking outside pool, a bit too cold to use in February. Only reason I didn't rate it as excellent was the 2 mile drive to downtown to eat and a little train noise through the night.

Stopped at the 1/2 way point on our off road journey. Couldn't ask for a better place to rest and recover. Shirley was so accommodating in fact the entire front desk staff was great. The Hotel is fresh and clean. The breakfast is so good, well stocked and the staff is very attentive. Selection is excellent and cooked well.. Amazing customer service and strong since of empathy and service

I want to thank this best western for its very friendly and helpful owner in letting me charge my Electric car on their outlet out front. i don't own a Tesla so i did not have a Tesla converter for my car but i did have my own plug and was able to plug into an out let that they had out front near their check in. The employees were very helpful in get permission for us to do this from their boss. we had a very quiet and restfull sleep while our car charged. we will definetly have a Tesla converter for our next trip. and would recomend this motel to any one traveling in this area.

Motel was clean with very attentive staff. Room was tastefully decorated with nice amenities including Hot tub, fridge with freezer and a better than average breakfast. Will definitely consider Best Western in our future travels.

The breakfast buffet was great, especially the biscuits and gravy. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were clean and quiet with a spacious refrigerator and freezer. Beds were comfortable. Lobby was very nice, clean and spacious.

I stay here because they still offer smoking rooms. However, these rooms are in a specific location, of course. However, that location is near their pool, & parking in front of your room is extremely difficult. Not enough room to manuever in & out of the parking space. Especially if you have a larger vehicle. Last time I stayed, I parked away from my room for that reason & consequently, had to lug my suitcase, etc a little distance to my room. Not to mention, taking up a space someone else could use near their room. Not a good situation. This, however, will not prevent me from utilizing this hotel in the future. I may ask someone to assist me with my luggage next time tho :-)

We stayed here for a single night on a road trip. This hotel is about a mile off I-40, so it's convenient and you're far enough away from the highway to not have to worry about road noise. The place is a little older, the decor a bit dated, but it was clean and comfortable. Let's just say that the walls are a littttttle on the thin side. . . . Staff was pleasant. The breakfast buffet was a bit above average -- at least there were folks around to make sure that tables were cleaned and that food was not running out. For the price, this Best Western is a pretty good deal and suited our needs for the night.

I stayed here the first time for business on 02/19/20 and absolutely loved the accommodations. My tractor (semi-truck) was in the shop for repairs and the repair shop recommended this Best Western. From the time I was picked up by their free shuttle the service and everything else was excellent. I'm a detailed and analytical person by nature and training (accountant), and so I closely observe and notice things... ;) The motel is a motor inn type design, and the infrastructure (building,parking lot, rooms, lounge, office area) is maintained immaculately. It is very apparent that the managers/staff are obsessed/committed to providing the very quality service and accommodations possible. I believe the quality rivals what you might experience at hotels that are 4 or 5 times the reasonable prices charged here... I stayed on a Wednesday night and they provided a complimentary delicious very healthy hot home cooked Chinese meal with a variety of 3 dishes plus dessert. That's right, free - no charge... :) The rooms are very clean, well maintained and spacious. The bathrooms are large and very nicely designed. Of course a nice TV and free WiFi access. I did not use the pool because of the season, but its outdoors and looks very nice and kept in very good condition... The 4-5 staff that I interacted with were friendly, very helpful, demonstrated great hospitality and were very professional in how they handled their duties. I will definitely make this my first choice if I stay in the Kingman Arizona area again. This would be a great stop for a day or two if you are on vacation or visiting friends/relatives in the area. For business its a no-brainer must stay location.... A few of the excellent staff were Amber, Will and Brittney...and others as well. They really exemplify the quality of this motel. But ask for a room upstairs... you can hear EVERYTHING down stairs.Car alarms. Engines starting. Every word of cell phone conversations. But the rooms, breakfast, cleanliness and the bath tub mat shows real care for the customers.

Arrived on January 29th around 10:35pm. Got quickly checked in by an older lady. Was put in a room on the 2nd floor. Once me & my friend arrived in the room. It was your basic room. You have 2 queen beds, small ottoman chair, small table with 2 older chairs. Then you have your microwave & a actual fridge with a freezer department. You don't usually see this in hotels this class so it was a nice hit. The bathroom was your basic and a nice touch was the sliding window. The night went great, beds were comfy, the room was clean. Only stayed 1 night with a checkout on January 30th @ 10:45am. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I've stayed at this location on occasion, and there is no reason to go elsewhere. The front desk staff, especially Sue and Jackie, are very welcoming, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Room is clean, bed is comfortable, and everything has always worked as it should in my room. the free breakfast has good variety, is hot and fresh, and the breakfast staff is hospitable and helpful. And they just redid the entire Lobby and breakfast area and it looks amazing!

Kingman has a weird situation in terms of Best Western properties. There are two, only a short distance apart. This one is the original, and has been around forever. The other is a conversion from another chain; the story is that the owners of that property own a number of Best Western franchises, and got BW to approve this franchise despite its being too close to an existing property. So double-check your reservation, both when making it and when checking in. This one is spotless, but pretty $#^* creaky. My room was a solid value for the price, but the saving grace was the best Best Western breakfast bar I've seen outside those at some of the Canadian properties. In the sausage gravy for the biscuits, THERE WERE ACTUAL LARGE CHUNKS OF SAUSAGE, PEOPLE. Astonishing.

We come here yearly for the Arizona Fun Run. We also like to stay here when we are traveling through. Wonderful hotel. Great staff. Rooms are really nice, comfortable and clean. We love the hot tub, usually it's a little to chilly to use pool. The breakfasts are really good, always enough to fill us up.

What a great place to stay after a day of driving. Checking in was wonderful, Trina was fast and efficient . She was very helpful and pleasant, a valuable employee I am sure. The property is clean, clean clean. It shows the manager takes pride in the property. The place is super quite and safe. The room we received was clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing , so comfortable. Definitely Would stay here again.

Booked online, arrived and got our room, no problems. Nice size room, clean, good beds, pet friendly, fits our needs just fine. Happy to stay with them. Pet friendly helps, good area to walk the dog, some good food right across the street.

Nice, clean hotel with good-sized rooms, microwaves and fridges. If you need to be on your way in the morning, though, don't plan on using the hotel's well-equipped fitness center. It doesn't open until 7:30am. Seems crazy to me. A fair amount of grass around for those traveling with dogs.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic: the room were comfortable, clean and well insulated; breakfast (hot) was excellent with all the items being continuosly restocked by very nice and attentive employees; front desk was super nice and professional. All of it at a reasonable price. It does not get much better than this. Highly recommended!!

The room was large with seating area, writing desk and large bed. Bathroom was adequate although a little small. Shower/bath had plenty of pressure and hot water. Other facilities included microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Check in and out was efficient and friendly and overall a good motel/hotel.

The best Best Western we hav e stayed in. Great staff, room was well adorned and comfortable. Easily handled a parking spot for our truck. Remodeling in process, but handled very well. Staff was well informed, very helpful and professional.

We stopped on our way to Sedona, Arizona for a visit with family for Thanksgiving. We always try and stay at Best Western Hotels for their clean rooms and good value. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean and well kept. The lobby was under modernization however it was not an issue and was almost complete.

This hotel is very clean and quite. It has amazing staff. They always have fresh cookies. They are the best. They have an awesome breakfast. A very large assortment of items. Hot and cold. The staff is amazing also. I love staying at this hotel when I travel thru.

At least for me this is probably the nicest motor lodge I've ever stayed. Very nice bedding very nice bathroom, counter tops are granite, nice towels shampoos etc. etc. There are two Best Western plus franchises on the street and they are very close together and apparently they are different owners for whatever it's worth. Front staff very nice .

We loved everything about this hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a large table to play board games on. The breakfast was excellent. Jackie at the front desk was very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and directions to local attractions.

Clean and comfortable! Everyone that works here was well groomed and greeted us with a hello and a smile. Breakfast was hot and fresh and so many choices! Rooms are clean and neat, and front desk helped out with recommendation for places to eat!

This hotel is a good place to stay if you're traveling through Kingman. It was clean and the breakfast was good too. I liked the oatmeal (and toppings). Also, the kitchen staff were very helpful when I asked about a non-dairy option. The bed was comfortable and there were nice amenities. I did take a dip in hot-tub, which was nice. Overall, a really good place to stay.

I'm sorry to report my disappointment in this hotel. It is clean and the beds are comfortable, we'll maintained and staff was friendly BUT there is no way to open a window (they are bolted shut)so it requires using either the heater or air conditioner through out the night, the room remained stuffy with stale air. The thermostat does not regulate the temperature well. ( Does not respond to programming). My friend and I woke many times through out the night due to the room temperature. I never realized the importance of a good thermostat and Windows that open for fresh air. Sorry to say I would not stay again.

This is one of the best BW we stay in. Good service & food. The breakfast is superb. Impressed every time. Only improvement would be pillows. Need softer pillows. Headache!!! Bring your own would be my suggestion

We were on a over night adventure and spent the night in Kingman AZ. It was a grate experience the room was great and staff was vary helpful with finding a place to have dinner and where to buy some warmer clothes seeing it got down to 28 degree that night. But overall it was a grate little place to stay.

Very accomodating hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was as . always, very nice and clean. Bed comfortable. They were renovating some parts of the hotel, but things were kept orderly and clean.

The Wayfarer is an easy on and off. The facility is very nice with newly remodeled rooms and a lobby that will soon be finished after remodeling. The breakfast is great. The staff will reccommend nearby restaurants and we are NEVER disappointed. We always stay here on our way through Kingman.

We were part of a two couple adventure along with a small (under 20 lb) dog. Check-in was efficient and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was the standard BW fare, but better than most we run into. I am a BW Platinum member and stay at multiple BW's on my road trips back and forth from Tennessee to Arizona and California. This is a good place for a business or family stop.

the hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The best breakfast we ever had in a hotel. Mostly how friendly and helpful the staff was on our visit. We were traveling to the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon and we wee given excellent advise on our travels.

Stopped here on a leisure trip, the front desk staff was fast and efficient, and very friendly. The room was nice and clean, everything worked, and it was comfortable. Although the front desk area was under renovation, the breakfast was really nice and the food prep staff was pleasant and helpful. All in all a great stay!

This trip I was determined to stick with one hotel chain & since our previous stays with Best Western had always been good & I finally became a member I decided Best Western all the way! This hotel was amazing. Older but better. Front desk lady great personality. Rooms older but clean. Breakfast yummy! Make your own burritos & biscuits & gravy!

Booked online at BW website so had no problems checking in or out. Check in and check out at hotel was professional, although there is some floor work in front of check-in/out desk that blocked some access and a wait. Parking is ample. Elevator available for upstairs rooms. Rooms was clean and all items in room were in working order. There is also some outside maintenance upgrading going on when we were there, and they operated their compressors and tools until 6pm, but it was minimal. Bed was large, comfortable, as were the pillows. Breakfast area was smaller side and there were several people who got breakfasts but were unable to find a table or seating accomodations. Breakfast items were plentiful with eggs, bacon, sausage/ham, cereals, bagels, toast, two waffle makers, fruit...all were hot and hostess kept items containers full and clean. There are many nearby restaurants and gas stations...good location. We would return if in area.

This is a wonderful roadside hotel that we stay at 3-4 times a year as we travel through Kingman, AZ. Over the past 12 years we have seen them continually upgrade the hotel. From Flooring to bedding, to bathroom to the grounds. On our most recent stay the lobby and breakfast area were getting a major remodel. It is obvious that this owner takes great pride in their hotel. For a hotel this size they have a remarkably good fitness center, with high quality equipment. The biggest draw for us in the beginning was that the property is pet friendly. A modest pet charge and the best grass around with handy trash receptacle near by. Always clean and well maintained. I wish all our roadside stops we as nice as this property.

Nice Best Western, although they were remodeling the lobby which looks like it will be nice when finished. The breakfast buffet was very good; the room was clean and comfortable. Above average for a Best Western all around.

Why would you visit Kingman? There are not too many reasons- it's certainly not the life and soul of Arizona... but it's handy for visiting the Grand Canyon. We stayed at this best western which was more than adequate, staff were friendly, rooms clean, bed comfy. Breakfast was pretty good aswell. There is even a small gift shop in the hotel.

I stay here every time I go to Kingman-2-3 times per year. Great hotel; close to I-40; many eating places nearby. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Nice, comfortable beds. This time they were working on lobby flooring so it was a little convenient, but this was understandable & not a problem.

We were very please with the service from the staff. Great price for the accomodations. The bed was really comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel. If we are ever through Kingman again, we will stay here.

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few different Best Westerns throughout the western US. (We select BW because of their dog policies). This one in Kingman will go down as one of our very favorites. They gladly accommodated our two full-sized Collie dogs for a reasonable dog fee; plus their low nightly rate was a BIG plus. We had minimal contact with the staff, but everyone was sincere smiles each time. All adds up to the best overnight stay of this extended roadtrip! Peace, y'all. Parker & Betsy

This hotel provided a convenient overnight stop on our way to the Grand Canyon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was an added bonus that made for a pleasant start to our morning. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Wayfarer's Inn in Kingman on our way through Arizona. From the check in through breakfast and departure we found the staff to be helpful and welcoming. The room with queen beds was very nice with parking for our vehicle and travel trailer very convenient. The staff eagerly helped us find local businesses for the mechanical and personal errands we needed to accomplish early the next day after check in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Wayfarer.

Breakfast is full and has something for everyone. Rooms are clean and staff is professional. Pillows are comfy although i travel with my own. Pool is nice and clean as well. Will stay again when in the area

Wayfarers' Inn is a Best Western franchise. It is on Andy Devine, the main road, just sough of I-40. This large well-maintained motel has comfortable rooms and beds, a great staff, and offers a nice comp full breakfast

We had a two night stay here to use as a base for exploring the surrounding towns and Route 66. The room was impeccably clean with good facilities and we both had an excellent nights sleep. We made use of the laundry facilities and the ladies on the front desk were very helpful with sorting us out with change and detergent. The only area for improvement would be to increase the number of tables in the breakfast room. On our last morning we struggled to find somewhere to sit as the hotel was very busy. We didn't have this problem the first morning as we had gone for breakfast a bit earlier.

The BEST place to unwind on a long trek home or just a day or two away from home. The staff are friendly and very accomodating. Pool side or exercise room, your choice. The BEDS are fantastic! You will come back again and again!!

Late hour & tired from the road, this Hotel was an Oasis in the desert. Hotel staff were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Everything was very clean, the room was roomy, comfortable, and well appointed. Great Breakfast too - which allowed us to make an early resumption of our journey. We will be staying here again soon.

My mother and I took road trip to search for a new home in Kingman Arizona, needed a place to stay! OMG! This place was clean, this place felt like a resort, nice furnishing, table and chairs,a couch and lounge chairs. T.V. refrigerator, microwave. Dish net T.V. service and Wifi all with a clean and fresh smelling room. Not musty or smelly like some old pair of shoes. I would refer this hotel to anyone looking for a restful night's sleep away from home. Thank you all for keeping us safe during the night and providing a hot meal of eggs, sausage, toast or pasties in the morning it was great! We appreciate the opportunity to stay at Best Western in Kingman Arizona.

I like Best Westerns and this one stepped up to the mark. Check in was quick, friendly and easy and our room was spacious, clean and well furnished and the breakfast was pretty good too. It's close to shops and museums. Can't go wrong really.

If you are interested in taking the trail down to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, this is the best location to Peach Springs. Entire staff was very professional. Pool and Hot Tub very well maintained. Breakfast was very clean and organized with a helpful staff on hand. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Easy to locate off the freeway and a short drive with many options for dinner.

Stayed in Kingman about 9 years ago and had a terrible experience at another motel. Almost dreaded stopping in Kingman but it was a logical place to spend the night. Glad we did! This is the best Best Western we have ever stayed at. BW is our usual choice because of reasonable price, clean rooms and usually good beds, coupled with free breakfast, it makes for a good buy. I recommend stopping at this BW in Kingman. We will be back in the future.

We came through during a Route 66 adventure, came in a bit later than we wanted to, so we were in a hurry to get laundry done and eat dinner. The laundry facility was easy to use and quick, and we got a great recommendation for a restaurant across the street -- the desk clerk took a LOT of time figuring out our preferences before making a recommendation, and then answered all of our questions, which was much appreciated. The A/C in the room didn't appear to work (77 degrees and holding, for at least 5 hours straight, even with the A/C on full blast and setting the thermostat for something more like 70), and ultimately, since the hotel was full and we couldn't switch rooms, they gave us an oscillating fan that helped us sleep. (Didn't much appreciate the FIRST comment upon raising this issue though : "have you lived in the desert much?" and some other excuses/justifications rather than a generally helpful attitude. YES I know it was over 100 degrees outside, but every other hotel we stayed in was able to get our room cooler than 77, even a campground cabin in the Mohave desert with just a wall unit....) As you see, though, we're still rating this hotel as excellent. The pool was wonderful, the breakfast a very nice start to the day, and we would stay here again.

We stayed for 4 nights & slept great ! Nice breakfast every morning offered in lobby & nice pool ! Great cable & WIFI & has a dog park area with grass for our 2 poodles! Definitely worked for us, & we are used to higher end hotels, pleasantly impressed! We will be back !

We chose the BW Wayfarer's Inn & Suites with no particular knowledge of the hotel or of Kingman. From the moment we walked into the lobby upon arrival we realized that we'd stumbled on to something quite special. The desk staff were friendly, well-informed, and clearly determined to make our visit as pleasant as possible. Our room was large, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Moreover, it had those little touches that make such a difference when traveling, like a number of mirrors, waste baskets in more than one place, and comfortable chairs on which to sit. That may sound silly, but if you've spent any time traveling you know how nice is it so find these things. The breakfast was superb and offered a variety that would satisfy almost anyone. We were sufficiently impressed to book a reservation for our return a week hence. If you visit or plan to spend a night in Kingman, you cannot find a better lodging than at the BW Wayfarer's Inn & Suites.

Great location between Las Vegas and Grand Canyon south Rim. Very spacious rooms for family of five. Great pool facilities and breakfast provided was of a good standard. Highly recommend staying in this location.

We travel between Az and Nv often. BW is always our go to unless something special is planned with family. This location is perfect. It is right off the highway and within walking distance of food. A short drive gets you to a perfect little diner down the road as well. Fuel is close by. The room is comfortable, but the water pipes in this building are very noisy. We also had an issue with our door jamming. My only disappointment is that the room had cobwebs that I wish they would brush down.

The room was cool and very clean. Great place to rest when you are traveling. The pool was just across the parking lot but we didn't notice any noise from it. Internet was slow to connect but good once we were on.

Spatious and clean room, a kingsized bed with good bedding, excellent breakfast, the room is silent enough to ensure a deep, invigorating sleep. Here's what the offer at breakfast: scrambled eggs, 3 different kinds os yougurt, 2 kinds of ceral, bacon, sausagem DIY waffles, biscuits, cakes fresh fruit, hot and cold milk, coffee and hot water for those that prefer tea (assorted tea bags available). Plenty of parking space, friendly and helpful staff, this motel basically ticks all the boxes for a satisfying stay. There are some welcome extras: motorcycle wash area and two  Tesla fast charging stations.

every thing about this Best Western was a 10. We stayed at 3 different Best Westerns on our trip back to Az. They were all good, but this one was the best. The room was on the ground floor which was great for us--parked right in front of our room. Nicest pool and spa area ever. The breakfast had the most choices of any others we stayed at.

We needed a place to stay to break up our long drive from Santa Fe to Los Angeles and I didn't want to take a chance that we'd be ending our wonderful vacation by staying our last night at a dumpy property. This BW is really great. From the front desk staffer Trina, who was cheerful, helpful and downright welcoming, to the pretty lobby, really nice pool area and most importantly - a clean, quiet, modern and comfortable guest room with nice cold a/c, we had a terrific stay here. Breakfast the next morning was fantastic. Make your own waffles, yogurt bar, eggs, sausage, cereal, pastries, juices, coffee, oatmeal... all included with the price of our stay. Thanks, BW Plus, for giving us a great place to land and for fueling us up for the last leg of our trip home and ending our vacation on the right note.

Had a great stay here. Our Hotel room was clean, and nice and cool when we arrived after a long day of travel. It was a Very well equipped room. We had a suite with a king bed, couch, coffee table, chair, desk, desk chair, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker with all the fixings, microwave, the hair dryer was stored in closet. I've seen people complain about the hotel rooms being dated. They have what looks like lava lamps (that's what I saw that looked dated) but you know what. That room was clean and very comfortable. They have WiFi I. Rooms with routers in every room. There is a Ethernet cord in the book on desk. Very nice touch! The tv had a Chanel listing guide by it. Our breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, coffee, juice ect.. Only problem we had was they allow dogs which is fine. We travel with a 9pd dog. But someone down the way from us left their big dog while they went someplace for a couple hours. That dog never shut up!! The Place has plenty of parking. The Doors open to the parking lot. We didn't use the pool however it looked very nice. We would stay here again for sure.

Breads, cereals. Yogurt. 24hr coffee in lobby. Snack vending machines, ice machines. Washer and dryers available. Room had small refrigerator with freezer, many hotels are deleting this feature. Microwave and coffeemaker.

We travelled here as a family of four, and used the hotel as a rest-stop on our way back from the Grand Canyon and much preferred it to the seedy, supposedly "high-end" hotel we had booked in Las Vegas (NYNY - what a dump!). Wayfarer's Inn was charming, clean, super friendly and very welcoming to families. Breakfast included was simple but absolutely adequate. Pool was also clean and popular with other families. Would recommend to any family. Very affordable also.

There is great freeway access. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. The shower had good pressure and temperature. The towels were a great size and they were soft. The pool was very nice. The water temperature was perfect.

We were very positively surprised by this nice place. Very large room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Very good breakfast. The pool is very pleasant too, including free dinner BBQ on Wednesday. A for an unbeatable price.

We highly recommend staying here. The front desk staff is sweet and kind. Really? Sweet? Yes! That's how we feel. The breakfast is fantastic and the beds are comfortable. All the employees we met are nice and polite, We felt like we were wanted there. Nothing better!

Located on main strip in Kingman about 5 minutes drive from the old town area. Standard format accommodation but clean and friendly with a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. Small but pleasant pool area with indoor hot tub. All necessary amenities and a decent breakfast buffet included.

The Best Western Plus in Kirkland AZ was by far the best moderately priced Inn we have stayed in the past five years. We felt it was not only very clean with nice accommodations but we felt it was a happy place.

We have been traveling from CA to NM twice per year for the last ten years. We always stay here. Nice and clean and close to a variety of restaurants. Breakfast is nothing fancy but nice. Staff is always very friendly. Rooms are always clean!

I stayed at this Hotel with my family and we had an awesome experience. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were courteous and accommodating even though I came in past midnight on our trip. We were not bothered with noise and the room smelled fresh. Not too far from the freeway and family safe. I would recommend this place to my family and friends. 2 thumbs up.

I stayed at the Motel with a friend from Germany. We were very happy with location and area. It is on the way to Oatman which was our stop the next day. Restaurant across the street. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. All in all I recommend it

We were traveling from the Los Angeles area to the Grand Canyon. Kingman was a perfect stopping point. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice sized and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. It was very filling. You can't beat it for the money.

Great property with many of the things I look for. Clean, comfortable and staff is pleasant. I always travel with my pillows, however theres is just as nice. Something for everyone for breakfast. Thanks to all the staff for making the property look seamless.

An older property which does show a few signs of age, but it is well maintained , clean and comfortable. The two front office staff at check-in were most helpful and charming. The room was large and comfortable should one wish to have an extended stay.

After debating where to stop along the endless desert of California & Arizona, we chose Kingman for its midway point on our adventure. We've stayed at many BW's (usually dog friendly) & were mighty impressed by the cleanliness, service & breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. The room included a fridge/freezer, microwave, couch, chairs, desk, etc. etc. The complimentary breakfast was a full breakfast buffet. restaurants were walkable. Best deal around!

Highly recommend this Best Western in Kingman. Good size room for the price. The room was very clean and tidy. Super good shower. And they provided Cottonelle Bathroom tissue which was a pleasant surprise compared to the standard industrial stuff you usually get. Nice bath products too. Very nice check-in staff. For an overnight stay it fits the bill very nicely at a good value.

We had a great stay here. Comfy quiet room, parking right outside your door. Good breakfast. The room had a good bed and Fox News.....I never used the pool so I cant comment. I will stay again next time for sure.

Good clean hotel excellent for road trips, modern rooms, bathroom was clean and very well maintained. Fridge and microwave, coffee maker. Flatscreen tv with lots of choice, and good quality wireless internet. Will definitely book here again.

On our trip, we have been booking hotels at the last minute. After driving all day, it was so nice to be greeted by Shirley. We had a two queen room which was clean and comfortable. This hotel has outside entrances to the rooms. We could park close to our room. The area was quiet. Breakfast was excellent: eggs, sausage, biscuits, fresh watermelon (a real treat) and real silverware to boot! The only negative was that the WiFi did not work, due to a lightning struck in the area.

I chose the Best Western hotel in Kingman, AZ because Expedia stated it had a mountain view. If I open the bathroom window we can see it...far away of course. If I had known there were also telephone poles and a house included in the view we would have stayed two nights. Very, very misleading and they should be ashamed to include this "view" as part of the description. Not many people stand and stare out a tiny bathroom window. Lobby was separate from hotel. Extremely outdated, unwelcoming, oak everything and decor from 1970's-1980's. Unwelcoming. Clerk wasn't very friendly, I don't understand why it so hard to be friendly for a few minutes. Entrance to rooms were from the outside, odd. Lobby was huge but went nowhere. Breakfast was typical. Breads, cereal, nothing good except milk and yogurt. I wouldn't stay there again because they exaggerated the view.

Quick check in—Great breakfast -Nice and quiet-accessibility for parking was perfect-The staff was super friendly and the maids were exceptionally nice and helpful. That ladies at the front desk were SUPER!!

An older property with exterior room doors, but well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. We parked literally steps away from our room, loved it. BEST breakfast of our trip. Easy walk to several restaurants. Convenient access to highway but far enough away to be quiet, no road noise. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will stay here again on our next visit to Kingman.

Nothing worked , but room was very clean ....so....... pool was empty because "City said the water was tired " ........The Manager did get back to me which is point in their favor ... but nothing since . Breakfast was ok , waffles especially good ... but variety never changed over the week we were there

I've stayed here for a number of years now when I ride to Laughlin and it's always been worth staying over other hotels. The staff has always accommodated me and my motorcycle, giving me rags to clean my windshield and allowing me to park in the lighted area. Great service.

This is a very clean well cared for hotel, a great lobby, good breakfast, helpful staff. I would stay there again for sure. Plenty of parking and easy access. We didn't use it but the pool looked very clean.

Pleasant stay at a well run Best Western. Staff was great and the breakfast was well prepared and provided a wide selection of items. Had fitness room which was nice after a day sitting in a car in 90 degree plus weather.

Great place to stay in Kingman, Az. Price totally reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Hotel was very clean. All employees were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious like home cooked food. Plenty of food options to choose from. Hotel was quiet but centrally located in the town.

For the past three years, we spend the 10-12 hours on the road to get out of CA at the start of our trip. We have stayed here every time and never been disappointed. Clean, comfortable rooms. Front desk was pleasant and efficient, critical when you have been on the road for a long time. Breakfast had a decent fruit selection to go along with the usual fare. Will be back next year.

Easy location to access. Well kept, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Adequate parking near all rooms with centrally located pool. We needed help getting into pool area and a staff member came immediately and opened pool area for us. Great buffet. Will stay here again next time through.

Very nice hotel for the price. Beds were very comfortable Rooms very clean. Décor a little dated, but so am I, so I liked it. Most of the people working there were older some probably past retirement age and doing a great job.

This was a great property easy to get to close to where our friends were staying at a campground. We found it a very good location to go sight seeing different directions and come back to in the evening. Very good breakfast selection included. We enjoyed discovering downtown historic Kingman and some good restaurants. Would recommend. There was a little construction going on the facade but didn't disturb.

Good all the way around. All the ladies at the desk were efficient. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Rooms were comfortable beds felt good. Good for a night or two for sure. Also, the price matched the value. Easy access to I-40.

The hotel was very adequate for all your basic needs. Good room, clean property and acceptable breakfast. I would stay there again. The amenities seemed pretty good, but I was there just to spend the night.

Very nice hotel for a stop on HWY 40. Clean, great room, nice people. Had a king room and comfortable stay. Full breakfast. Staff was courteous and helpful with suggestions on where to eat in town .There are 2 Best Westerns in town, so book the Wayfarer Inn.

This is a great property, easy to find, easy to enter from the Hwy, oh did I mention the breakfast? It's awesome! I'd recommend it for sure. Lots of parking, exercise room, friendly staff, what more can you ask for?

We stayed one night as we were traveling across Arizona. This hotel was nice and for the price was a great stop. At the time, they were remodeling the outside of the rooms. This didn't bother us. The construction started after 8:30 as not to disturb guests. The breakfast was good. We also had our dog and there was no problem. I would stay here again!

We were able to get a room where we could park close to the door. This made getting luggage in much easier. We had 3 chairs and a desk. Both sides of the bed had outlets nearby; that is helpful to us since we use CPAPs at night. The breakfast had several options including eggs cooked on site, oatmeal with several toppings and skim milk. I always appreciate having skim milk available. There were 2 women working in the breakfast area and both were very pleasant and helpful.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We keep noticing how kind, friendly and helpful the staff were. The facility is updated, clean and relaxing. The price is very good for what they offer. A hot breakfast is for sure above what most motels offer. The shower's water temperature though does not remain constant. It goes from too hot to too cold by itself.

We've stayed at many different hotels on our road trip and this one was by far one of the best. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and check in and out was a breeze. Cathy was so nice when we checked in. It was nice experience and I would definitely recommend!

This place is meticulous. Room was so nicely decorated znd furnished. It was warm and hk.ey. Minifridge and microwave were stsinless steel. Seems the family that's owned it for three generations doesn't believe in skimping. Breakfast equally superb with real china and silverware offered. Such a refreshing stop over.

Check-in in was friendly & quick. Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable & made with good linens. Towels were of good quality as well. The TV was on a high piece of furniture so the remote worked without contortions. The heat/AC unit worked via a thermostat so we didn't have to guess how far to turn the knob Access was easy and there was a reasonable number of places to eat relatively close. Pricing was also reasonable especially considering they offer a full breakfast, not just cereal & pastries. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here if we are ever in the area again.

Booked this room for one night. Check in was quick and smooth. They had plenty of help and all of the staff was outstanding. Room was clean and in great shape. Breakfast area was also well decorated. Breakfast and coffee was good and hit the spot. I would defiantly stay here again if i'm in the area.

This is what you hope every hotel will be like. It's not a luxury place but they pay attention to details and make it an enjoyable stay. I wish we could clone this place and stay in it every time we need to stop for the night while traveling.

It was real nice to be able to drive to your room which happened to be on the first floor. Complimentary breakfast was one of the better ones that we have been to. Room was very nice. TV was fine, also.

We stayed in Kingman for a weekend getaway and decided on this hotel based on the positive reviews from other travelers. We were pleased with the value. The property was clean, room was comfortable, and staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast we excellent. They have other amenities such as free wifi and fitness center. Parking lot was great. Hotel is in a good location to venture out in the area or easy on/off the interstate if you are passing through.

Due to snowy weather we needed to overnight while traveling to Prescott AZ. Selected this motel because it had good ratings and the price was in our range. So pleased we did. Super clean, great desk staff and breakfast staff. Very nice breakfast. Bed very comfortable with nice linens. We will for sure stay again on our travels to and from the Kingman, Prescott area of AZ.

Very nice place. Quiet, clean rooms, and friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable. Breakfast was great, room was comfortable and spacious. Lots of convenient parking. I would reccomend this Best Western, I was traveling alone and I felt very safe.

This hotel always is welcoming. The staff are friendly, professional, and helpful during check-in as well as check-out. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the amenities very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel when staying in Kingman, Arizona. We stay there each time we are passing through to New Mexico.

I have stayed at this particular Best Western several times over the last 10 years. The service is consistently great. The rooms are very clean and the furnishings are comfortable. The breakfast selection is outstanding, far above most motel offerings. What really sets this place part is the absolutely superior service offered by the wonderful front desk attendants. This motel is a consistent excellent value and wonderful place to stay.

Somewhere I missed that this is a motel. And it is definitely a “motel.” It felt a bit dated and the room wasn't that clean (dust in places and a stained carpet). The bathroom had a window in it... the kind you would expect in a motel. The women working at the front desk and especially the women at the breakfast were very, very nice. The breakfast was good and eggs were great; coffee was average. The hot water for tea by the front desk appears to have algae or mold in the water line (just FYI). I did like how you could park near your room. If I was staying here alone, I would feel uncomfortable. I didn't realize I was booking a motel and would not stay here again, but if you like motels (very convenient if you are working), then it is a nice place. The BEST part is that they allow dogs! Two thumbs up for dog friendly!

We stayed here on our way to CA. We were traveling with a dog and when we checked in the front desk clerk noticed and changed us to a room closer to the dog area. The next morning the breakfast ladies were great and filled our travel mugs and thermos with coffee to go and were very attentive to us. This will be our regular stop in Kingman. I highly recommend!

Recently drove cross country and stopped here without a reservation. Had no trouble getting a room. Not a fancy place but clean and comfortable. Nice seat in the shower but a tiny bathroom. However, this place had the best breakfast by far of any place we stopped on this trip—bacon, fresh hash browns, with salsa and hot sauce for the eggs. On historic Route 66 for history buffs. Highly recommended!

Treated by three nice women during check-in. Room was large and clean. Looking forward to the Best Western breakfast. They recommended a nice restaurant across the street. There is a pool however it's in the middle of the parking lot ;-)

The hotel looks quite new with roomy lobby. Our room was very nice and clean. The breakfast had lots of choices. Most of all the staff/service was excellent ! I had a situation of a left item. The manager Cory went was so helpful in getting it back to me. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent a night at this hotel on our way to California I always try to stay in BW hotels while in the US as always great quality This place did not disappoint either Looks great, nice and clean. Check in was quick, staff was very friendly and kind. The room is what you expect, neat, great bed, usual amenities. Loved the breakfast, it was really good. All in all a very good experience, what you would expect from BW Would stay again and will recommend

This was our 2nd stay at this facility. It is very clean, with very friendly service. It is easy to get to off I-40. Very comfortable rooms with great beds!!! One of the best motel breakfasts we've ever had. Highly recommend it!!!

We only stayed for one night but the room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a double queen room. The laundry room was great as we had heaps of washing to do. We had the complimentary breakfast which was nice. My daughter and I also used the hot tub. It was dated but clean.

Just spent one night in this property, but would be my first choice if I need a hotel in Kingman AZ. The rooms have been nicely renovated. Great bed. Nice furnishings and very clean. The breakfast buffet was not large, but the hot food was hot, the cold food was cold. You had your choice of paper plates and plastic silverware, or real plates and real silverware. A nice touch. Very friendly staff.

Amazing service and comfort. This is not a 4 Seasons, but is clean and comfortable. Great bed. Parking right in front of your room. Best part. The AC/heat is QUIET. No cycling on and off...hot one moment, freeze the next. No noise from the outside or next door. The absolutely best free breakfast I have ever had. The owners are on premises and on top of everything.

This is not our first stay at this hotel, and the welcome we received was even better than last time, we were welcomed like old friends. I was greeted with "Good Evening Sir & Welcome, it is really good to see you again. How was your flight?" (We live over 5000 Miles away, & it is over 1 Year since we were last at this hotel). What an excellent welcome. This hotel is very easy to find, located on Andy Divine Ave, just off Exit 53 of Interstate 40. There was plenty of car parking despite the hotel being busy. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. One nice touch was that the air conditioning had been left running so the room was nice and cool, it was still quite warm outside. The breakfast was very good as usual. Various types of fresh bread, a selection of Cereals, Fruit, Fruit Juice, Waffles, Sausage, Eggs, Biscuits & Gravy and a selection of Tortilla Breakfast Wraps, Muffins Etc. One of the Ladies running the Breakfast room is of "Puebloan Indian Ancestry" and was really helpful with information about some of the historic sites associated with the Puebloan & other Native American Ruins & where to find them. This was really helpful because we were exploring some of the lesser known Historic Sites. This Lady could not have been more helpful, and when we explained what our travel plans were & the historic places we were exploring, she gave us a lot of information about some of the locations that the General Public would not normally find, how to get there, what to look for Etc. This information proved to be very accurate and helpful, we found sites that looked like they had not been visited for many years. Later in our vacation, we met an Elder of the Navajo Nation, who explained that we had left footprints where very few members of the Navajo Nation people ever go, so even fewer people of "Other Nations" ever visit. He said we were welcome to visit his Home at anytime. We found some wonderful things & made some wonderful new friends. All made possible by the information we received from the lady in the breakfast room at this Hotel. To this lady we say "Thank You Very Much" The checkout staff were also very friendly and helpful, wanting to know of our travel plans, and if we needed any maps or directions. All in all a Great Stay, at a Great Hotel, Run by some really Great People. My Wife & I Recommend a stay here if you find yourself in the area & we are looking forward to our next stay here.

most accommodations were very inflexible on pricing, also usually older premises. This was a newer building and well maintained. Great staffing, an enjoyable stay. Rooms were clean and we felt well rested. Breakfast was slightly above regular hotel fare.

I really wanted to give this hotel better than an average rating because every staff member I encountered was friendly and incredibly helpful. The check in staff helped me get oriented and Made great recommendations for seeing town, hikes, and groceries. The desk person in the morning was great too. Room was spacious and clean- refrigerator and coffee pot. Overall the hotel was fine but a few issues that led to “average” rating: - low water pressure - fitness center didn't open until after 7:30 because it's next to a guest room, but this info isn't posted anywhere that I saw - elevators to second floor are in one corner and rooms are all motel style with outdoor hallways around the car park. This means to take an elevator with baggage you may need to walk outside for a while to access your room. - the refrigerator in my room was incredibly loud, cycling on and off all night. Torture Breakfast was fine- very standard BW offering. There was a burrito bar (basically normal eggs and sausages with some toppings). The hotel Is a quick drive to historic area of Rt 66 and the shops. Cute downtown.

We were so impressed when we stayed here on our way to the Grand Canyon that we purposely arranged our trip back so we could stay here again. The rooms were spacious and spotless. The bed linens and towels were extra nice. The room amenities were very good for the value. All the front desk staff were very eager to please and made us feel welcome. The best selling point was the fantastic complimentary hot and cold breakfast buffet including make your own breakfast burrito, homemade oatmeal and homemade biscuits with sausage gravy: the wait staff were exceptionally helpful and the buffet was always clean and well stocked. I would recommend this Best Western to anyone

Happened on this hotel after reading reviews for a one night stay passing through. We were road weary, so very much appreciated the extremely friendly welcome, the comfortable and clean room, and the good breakfast in the morning before we hit the road.

We had an excellent stay! The room was quiet, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was very accommodating. From breakfast to pet accommodations, we were very happy with the service. Highly recommend! We will stay here again.

Clean and comfortable beds. Fresh linens and towels. Coffee maker, fridge and microwave all in room. I loved that this room had a chair and a table with 2 chairs in it. Room was roomy and bathroom was nice and larger too and tucked in the corner. Breakfast was good and the coffee there was great. We've traveled from Phoenix and this is the 3 rd BW we stayed in and the best by far. Staff was friendly, there is an outdoor pool but we didn't use it.

Amazing breakfast, they had boiled eggs, fresh veggies and hash browns Amazingly great! The was terrific neat and clean ! We had to stay here as we were visit Las Vegas and Hoover dam! I appreciate all the hotel team and staff for making our stay excellent! This is amazing place to stay guys! Try it out!
