Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn

Clean room, nice pool and convenient location. Nice front desk people. Breakfast was so so. Would return again with my family since the kids loved staying here. Would recommend. The only down fall was when we asked for towels for the pool (there was none) the told my son sorry there are no more?

I was surprised at the value for the experience. Clean, spacious and well appointed room. Breakfast bar. Really nice gym, hot tub and pool. Convenience items at fair prices available in the lobby at all hours. Friendly staff. Excellent proximity to food, shopping and the interstate while being located in a safe, attractive area.

We've stayed at the Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn numerous times in the past. Hotel is always clean, area is safe and service is exceptional. Breakfast use to be really good, and one of the reasons we would stay here, but recently we've noticed that they don't offer as many items (fruit, omelets, etc..) and so we might have to think twice before choosing this property again.

Wow I recently stayed at the best Western plus in Kennewick, and it was s great experience the staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean comfortable and had all the amenities.the hotel also was in a great location with walmart and McDonald's close by

The room was clean, staff were nice and helpful but if you need to use the pool and hot tub you do not have access. The hot tub was broken and drained looks to have been that way for a while. The interior door to access the pool area is not useable as they key swipe is not working. Has not been working for a while given the age of the sign on the door to use the outside doors. The outside doors to the pool are locked and have a sign that says closed. Call before you reserve a room their if you are planning on using the pool or hot tub. The front desk staff are not aware you can access the pool.

The young lady that checked us in was the nicest and friendliest ever. The room was awesome! Jetted tub, clean, extra pillows in the closet, very spacious and very clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was plentiful and very tasty. Thank you to all the staff, so nice and helpful.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Very helpful and friendly staff. My daughter and I were celebrating her straight A report card for the semester and looked forward to the pool and jacuzzi. We had a wonderful stay and would return to this hotel.

The staff and facilities were super accommodating for me and my pets traveling across the country! We were helped promptly and given a great room. Parking was super easy and there was a ton of access to restaurants.

We have stayed here a few times, the rooms are comfortable and they always have a good breakfast. The pool is open 24 hours a day and the kids love it. The location is perfect its quick to get right back on the highway when its time to go.

Our family was traveling to the area to celebrate a birthday, we needed two rooms and the two newer hotels up the street were booked. We've stayed at plenty of Best Western plus properties but this one was just a little more outdated then most for the price they charged.

Every employee I encountered was welcoming and helpful! My room was very good and the facilities are well kept. The variety of buffet breakfast items, varying each day, was an unexpected delight. I enjoyed my 2 night stay.

We had a quick one night stay in Kennewick to break up a long drive. The hotel was clean, the rooms were nicely updated and the 24 hour pool was a hit for my kids. The breakfast was great abs the staff were friendly! Would definitely stay here again!

bed was very comfortable, temperature control was good, the fan in the bathroom could be stronger and the charging stations should be upgraded ie. USB ports, the pool was a little cold, the spa was a perfect temperature and the entire area was very clean and well maintained

Very clean, quiet with nice employees. We always stay in Best Western Plus, if they are available. This one has always been tops. The breakfasts here have Belgium Waffles With strawberries and whipped cream.

Check-in was a breeze, the staff was very friendly. The rooms are clean and easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel is close to restaurants, stores and easy to get to 395. We always try to stay at a best Western when we ride our motorcycles.

When we checked in we had a special request to keep a cooler full of crab frozen. Laura at the desk said no problem. Seems my cooler was too large for the breakfast buffet freezer. In a few minutes Laura and Gerard (sp?), the manager, knocked on the door solving the problem by putting our cooler in the housekeeping deep freeze. Best Western Kennewick is a great place to stay! We especially appreciate the 24 hour pool and spa - Heaven! I am an early riser, so I can awake at 5 am and enjoy the pool and spa all by myself! Clean, comfortable, great people and hot breakfast! Easy access to food, gas and the interstate!

Girl with the curly brunette hair who works at the front desk late at night is extremely helpful and very kind. Why do I have to write a minimum of 200 words Jesus I don't know what else to say it was just a good hotel. Jesus.

The room was immaculate. I asked for the ground floor and got a room right across from the pool. The bed was super comfortable. Full breakfast in the morning was very good. Great place! Would definitely stay again.

The front desk personnel were welcoming, friendly, and helpful with our questions. The breakfast was good with a wide variety. The Belgium waffles with strawberries and whipped cream was a hit. Dog friendly hotel is a plus! Great location near fast food, Walmart, shopping, and gas stations.

We arrived late in the evening and had an effortless check-in. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and we ate well before we had to get on the road again. Very friendly housekeeping and front desk staff the next morning as well!

As part of a long road trip, we recently spent two nights at this lovely hotel. The property is very well maintained inside and out. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had a room with a king bed, sofa, desk, microwave and refrigerator. The room was large, well decorated, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The customer service is excellent, and the breakfast was great, with a large variety of hot and cold items. The hotel is pet friendly with lots of dog-walking areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I would highly recommend the Best Western in Kennewick when visiting the area.

Wonderful breakfast with various selections of warm and cold. Staff was courteous on phone and in person. Easy to find, close to shopping and gas. Coffee shops next door. Clean room with lots of space. Looking forward to staying there again soon.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. From the lady who made breakfast every day and helped me figure out how to make coffee then to clean it up after I spilled the entire cup to the gentleman who checked us in, who looked overwhelmed but still came to our room to figure out why our TV wouldn't work.

Best Western Plus at Kennewick had problems with their reservations for the guests that arrived around 2100. We had to wait over a hour and a half to get to our room because two gentlemen were not booked even though they had reservations. Then, when we finally stepped up to check-in, the receptionist said there were no roll-in shower rooms left. I made the reservation a month in advance and even called that day to let the receptionist know we were running behind because of car trouble. It was so bad, we checked out the next day and went home after the first day of the conference.

This is a great motel for a family! The pool and breakfast were perfect. The kids love the waffles and all of the extras. The staff is friendly and helpful. This is a great stop on our way from Montana to the Oregon Coast.

We have stayed at this Best Western many times and it is always clean, tidy and has everything we need. The breakfast buffet has everything you want or need. The pool and hot tub area is very nice as well We will be back!

The staff starting from the front desk, housekeeping, and especially the young lady who managed the breakfast needs was phenomenal! Having access to the pool was especially nice since our family was traveling with young kids.

Most efficient checkin ever. I wish every checkin could be that quick after a long drive. I gave my ID and card, she handed me a key and I did the rest from a text link from my clean and ready room. Please strive to streamline checkin, it's the highest point of friction at the point worst for it. High value improvements.

I usually stay at Best Western properties when traveling for work. This was the best Best Western I have stayed out. The property and rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The lobby and staff were very welcoming. The breakfast service is arranged nicely, with the usual choice of options. The staff working the breakfast and dining area was awesome.

Clean hotel/rooms. Very homey feel in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is incredible! Walking distance to McDonald's which is very convenient and nice. My favorite thing about this best western though is that the pool/hot tub is open 24 hrs! Highly recommended!

Spacious room with comfortable beds. The breakfast was good and the person working the breakfast was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The pool is open 24 hours. It is located in an any easy to access area but is about 20 minutes to the main shopping areas.

The front office Lady. I'm guessing her name is Akia. (Curly hair) she has great customer service & very thoughtful . For instance, someone left the dome light on in a Box truck and I reported it to her and she made sure to find out who own the box truck and informed them of it. Shows me she cares and takes her job seriously. I look forward to my next stay!

Very nice hotel. Right off US 395. Close to everything on the south hill. Breakfast was very good. Nice variety. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. If in Kennewick, we'll stay there again.

Do not stay at Best Western Kennewick unless you like to be disappointed in service and sleep in a dirty room. Had to book the room twice because the Best Western rep didn't know how to do their job. The front desk girl sat on her phone like she was at Starbucks the whole time I was there getting ignored. The breakfast ham and sausage were rubberized due to the poor warming method. The hotel in Kennewick could use new management or training for their employees.

We always request a quiet location down the upper floor hallway. Best Western in Kennewick gave us the perfect room at the far end of the hall. In the evening I went down the elevator and on the other end of the hall kids were running around, slamming doors & being unruly. We are so glad we were not there. I think hotels should have a floor location by the ice machine for groups of noisy kids and have a floor for tired travelers who need a good nights sleep.

Not our favorite anymore. This used to be our favorite Best Western. Fantastic service. Best breakfast and, as elite members, we were rewarded with points and water and a treat! Also, noon check out. Now, it's a basic Best Western. Breakfast is all refined carbohydrates. Check out at 11. Points only. Meh.

We had our dog along for the ride, and she was made very welcome. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was impressed with the amount and variety of breakfast items---I loved the fresh Belgian waffle I cooked myself! This was much better than I have experienced at many other hotels.

This was a great stay after a long day of driving. I felt comfortable. The room was clean and nice. Everything i needed was available like a fridge, extra towels and pillows. The AC worked great and slept like a champ

Had a wonderful peaceful night. Everything was great. I have only 1 thing I would say is housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 am and woke us up. I planned on sleeping in and check out wasn't until noon.

My daughter and I decided to come to the tricities to visit some old friends. We decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn, and I'm so glad we did! The room was clean, the staff was kind and helpful, the free breakfast was wonderful, and the pool/ hot tub were amazing. We had a great time, and will definitely come back!

Very friendly checkin. Large, clean room. Comfortable bed. Great breakfast with friendly staff. Building seems newer, or very well maintained. Near 395 for easy access but not noisy at all. Lots of food, shopping around. Outside of room windows need cleaning is all I got to complain about!

Your night shift clerk was very helpful to us our card broken down so we were kind of stranded when we finally got it running he gave us a couple Waters to get us on the road to help us we didn't know whether our car was going to be able to shut off or not we made it home and we do appreciate the ice cold water it was awesome

It's my Granddaughter's 9th birthday, so we are traveling to Silverwood Theme Park to celebrate. This was our 1st stop on the way. When we got there, it was a beautiful welcoming hotel with wonderful staff. We met up with another family and we were able to get rooms across from each other. Both families got to go swimming together in a very nice facility while the grandmother's got to relax after a long drive. The pond outback was calming with Dragonflies dancing around, making sure there were no mosquitoes lurking. Everything was clean and we had a wonderful time. We hated going back out in the heat to hit the road again….

The room very comfortable and the tv was great. Enjoyed the pool and very relaxing and had it to myself The breakfast was great . Eggs were good and the Canadian Bacon was delicious. Loved having the luggage carts available to use. We were great full for first floor room

We stayed in their suite for a wedding. The room was on the third floor and is very spacious. The front desk and cleaning staff were both informative, helpful and made our stay enjoyable. They had breakfast and a large pool!

The bad- The elevator is broken. Breakfast does end at 9:30 on weekdays, even though still posted till 10. Hours changed a month ago but stated no where and was not informed while checking in. About 5 families after me were not informed of breakfast hours either. Loud traffic noise ALL hours of the morning. I kinda expected it, but was hoping the a/c would drown it out, it didn't happen. Air conditioner kept shutting on and off. The only way for a constant fan was to turn it off for fan but no cooling. The good- The motel was clean. Beds are comfy. Well lit.

Staff was friendly and professional. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. The pool was heated, but just a little cool, although with the heat it didn't feel bad. Rooms were quiet so our toddler was not disturbed by outside noises.

Broken elevator not in ADA compliance for the 4 days we were there, and was not given a discount so we hauled everything up and down with a bad back for 4 days… momma was not happy to even be asked if I needed a 1st floor room and the staff just kept saying when the elevator gets fixed we will let you know but it never did the whole time we were there

The Beat Western in Kennewick is our go to hotel for visiting family in the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable and always in great condition. The breakfast rivals what you'd expect from a restaurant and the front desk staff is friendly and professional especially Steve that has always been there for my wife and I!

This hotel was lovely, clean, well staffed and in a GREAT Kennewick location. I couldn't have asked for more. I recommend this hotel to anyone hoping to lodge in the Tri-Cities area, especially Kennewick.

This was my first stay at this property. Right off the bat, I noticed the front desk staff was very welcoming. Sometimes. it can seem that the front desk folks at other hotels have had a long day (or night) and would rather be anywhere else. Not here. My interactions during the day and at 3 in the morning were friendly and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and comfortable as is the rest of the hotel. This property is very conveniently located next to a Walmart, numerous places to eat within walking distance and a Starbucks and Walgreens right across the street.

I just love the staff at BW+ Kennewick Inn. They make you feel so welcome. They actually remembered me from a week long stay a year ago. My favorite is Abby at the front desk. She's cool and she knows her stuff! Thank you for another wonderful stay!

The stay for the most part was great. This time my wife and I were staying here for our 18th wedding anniversary. We usually stream and could not because of no internet. There was a internet equipment malfunction

Just one night stay passing through Kennewick, WA. Easy to find just off the highway but surprisingly quiet. The room - clean and adequate- nothing special. Good breakfast-everything was hot even for the last 1/2 hour. Great pool- bigger than other BW pools - I swam laps!

Hotel stay was, as always, the best. The breakfast is always the favorite. This hotel in Kennewick is best one my wife and I have ever stayed at. We always look forward to staying here and plan our trips accordingly.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with a lot of options. Comfortable quiet room. I was a little concerned about noise being near 2 busy streets. That was not an issue at all. I will stay here again.

This last Thursday Friday Saturday and Sunday your front desk representatives were unfailingly friendly and helpful and very professional. Also the ladies in the kitchen area for breakfast were very efficient and the food was all incredibly good. We will definitely stay there again next time we're coming through the Tri-Cities.

Our 3 person family traveled to Kennewick for a college friend's baby shower. We stayed for night and enjoyed the hot tub and pool being open 24/7. The bed was definitely not the most comfortable but that was our only real complaint. The breakfast had a lot of options and was one of the better ones we've had during a hotel stay. All in all it was worth it for us, we had a great weekend and would stay again.

Great stay! Will be back! The pool and hot tub were clean and plenty of fresh towels. In the morning the breakfast was outstanding! It is literally the best place to 'staycation' that we have found in this area!

Overall the motel was adequate. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Our room (#160) got too much traffic noise during the night, interfering with my sleep. Other suggestions I made to motel: add grab bars in the shower stall; softer, no more overstuffed pillows; breakfast kept hotter on steam table.

The pool area and the staff were especially nice and the rooms were real clean. Will stay again if we are in town. Everyone should stay the night at best western in my opinion it's the best in the west.

From the time in walked in, even being early from travel, the staff quickly checked for room availability and it was available, they checked me in and what an excellent the two ladies at the desk in the process and politely answered all my questions. Their courtesy and knowledge were excellent. They always were ready and very helpful with any needs and questions. They should be commended. The staff that provided the hot breakfast we "excellent" friendly, and working continuously and expeditiously to ensure fresh & hot food was kept up and I never had to ask or wait for items to be brought out, she was and "Outstanding" host. Thank you.

A beautiful modern renovation and a spotless room. Very comfy bed, not too soft. A very good selection at breakfast and well presented. Friendly and helpful staff. This BW Inn is in a great location for travellers in the Tri-city area. Good eateries nearby. Not too noisy. Good amenities.

One of the best stays ever. Everywhere we were in the facility the employees were smiling and paying great attention to detail. I have never had a better complimentary breakfast. It was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at this last year and I have spent about 30 nights in a hotel. Amazing breakfast with food for vegetarians to paleo, even a nice oatmeal bar for this vegetarian. Nice touches, easy pull through parking if your hauling a trailer. Good places to relief your pet. Will be back.

Once we were in bed for the evening received a call from front desk telling us we had to move our truck and trailer or “we would be towed”, this was over three hours after we checked in. There were motorcycles parked on the entrance sidewalks blocking the entrance and nothing sa8d. We thought new management would help this chain hotel but it seems to have gotten worse. Rude front desk, people running up and down corridors all night. overall horrible stay.we will not be going back.

Excellent service, very friendly staff, very clean rooms, loved the 24 hrs gym and pool schedule. And breakfast so so good in taste and variety. Very well breakfast! A big shout to the kitchen crew!!!

I coach my sons' hockey team, so we have lots of away weekends, which involve overnights .. The lobby was really nice, was greeted quickly and efficiently by Diana at the front desk, our room was spacious clean, and ergonomic. The spa , pool and gym were excellent and open 24/7.. The free breakfast was delicious great variety and well stocked. The television had hundreds of channels, overall a great stay and great value!

Friendly staff. No major problems. Never got our room made up even though we left the sign out to request it. The front desk was nice enough to bring up fresh towels. The breakfast was attendant was great!

Pool and hot was open 24 hrs and was fun for my boys. Front desk gentleman and morning people were very attentive and friendly. Night guy stuck our bicycles in their storage room overnight, so we did not have to take them into our room. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms.

Nice front desk check in decorations pretty. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was really good. Varied selection and the presentation was easy to use. Not all jammed together as happens in many breakfast areas. Would stop there again.

I'd like to give a big shout out to the front desk gal that was working the morning shift on Dec 4. She's friendly , always has a smile,knowledgeable, and tolerates my sense of humor. The same for the lady that prepares the breakfast. It's always hot, and never have I seen it run out of anything. Both deserve recognition & a raise, they are 2 reasons to I always come back. Always top drawer. Love staying at this location. Breakfast is great, staff is great, location is very handy next to US 395, rooms are always nice and clean, quality construction means I don't have to listen to people in next room. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

We travel through Kennewick frequently. This is our hotel of choice. It is convenient and close to good food. Their Covid precautions are excellent. The breakfast is wonderful with lots of choices and always hot eggs and meat.

This place is always clean and welcoming. Great rooms but a little on the pricey side. Breakfast is always on the + side though. RIGHT off the high way not hard to find and in a great shopping location.

Family and pet friendly here, staff was very helpful. My kids enjoyed the stay because the swimming pool and gym was opened 24hr. Our room was very nice and clean. As for the breakfast, my kids had fun making their own waffles and I liked how the staff kept everything cleaned and stocked. She was awesome. Thank you! We definitely recommend this place.

The breakfast was more than I expected! Scrambled eggs that tasted like eggs. Bacon, sausage links and sausage patties. Biscuits and gravy and waffles with a fruit bar. I believe there was oatmeal as well. Fresh cinnamon rolls and an assortment of muffins.The room and bathroom were clean and well stocked. The fitness room was well stocked and the pool looked clean.

This will now be my go to place I love everything about it breakfast was amazing was peaceful and vert clean. My family had a blast check in was fast and everything was well organized I would definitely recommend and has all you need close by

This was one of the two best places that we stayed on our 3 week vacation. The staff were all great to work with and went out of their way to make our stay a great one. The breakfast was, by far, the best hotel breakfast that we had on our trip. I wish we would have stayed more than one night.

Very nice place to stay for a quick overnight trip for business. Nice people, great breakfast and a clean room. No complaints! Easy to find and very walkable. I highly recommend this nice place. Affordable too.

I love to stay here and have my granddaughters accompany me. We love the pool area for swimming, the little store has great snacks or frozen entrees for meals if you're hungry and it has a nice breakfast buffet. Everything you need for a great stay.

We travel often from MT to CA and Kennewick is a great mid point. Have stayed here many times over the last five years, all in all a great experience! It has a pool, jacuzzi, breakfast, wifi, and a great staff What else do you need?

This was a GREAT continental breakfast with bacon, fresh cinnamon rolls, pancakes, fancy sugar topped muffins, top notch juice, eggs, and fancy cooked potatoes. The hotel was clean and well kept, and the pool and hot tub were warm, large and spacious. The whole family loved the stay. We will be back.

We love this location, and recommend it to anyone needing a room. The rooms are always clean, and quiet. The staff is helpful. The breakfast is incredible and has so many options, and served till 10 which is nice if you sleep in. Highly recommend!

They were very accommodating when booking two rooms they were able to place us next to each other. They also offered a room with two beds and a sofa pull out which is pretty hard to come by. The rooms were very clean and staff was friendly. Check in was fast and easy. We were also traveling with our dog and they had a nice big area for him to go potty, I felt safe going out with him at any hour. The pool was 24 hours which is always a kids favorite. It's nice not rushing the clock to make it before the pool closes. Breakfast selection was huge and my picky kids were able to find multiple things they liked they also offered hot breakfast items. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained you could see the kitchen the food came out of it was a full kitchen so knowing everything wasn't microwaved is awesome.

I have stayed at this property many times. The breakfast is ine of the best free breakfasts out there. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are good. A bit of construction on street in front right now, so that woke us up early.

We had an amazing time here for are anniversary we got the jacuzzi suite and it was nice, clean, and spacious.. we enjoyed going in the jacuzzi.. we didn't get to enjoy the breakfast or anything else since we had to leave early but we loved are stay here..

We have stayed here many times. It's clean, quiet, and convenient. We've never had a problem. The desk personnel have always been very friendly and accommodating. They even got ketchup from the kitchen area when a delivered order had none.

Even with the frontage road being replaced, very quiet and great night sleep. Wonderful breakfast served in morning. Very clean room and great staff greeting upon arrival and at.check out time. Will be back many more times

The breakfast is great for hotel breakfast. Lots of hot sauce options which is always nice. Everyone was great at the front desk. My room was clean and had a great size fridge. I would stay here again!

This hotel is very comfortable. Lobby is beautiful. Staff is helpful and professional. We were only an overnight stay but it is a very convenient location to the highway. Clean rooms and lobby. Quiet place and parking area safe. Mac's right next door and a Walmart a block away.

I really enjoy this hotel as the facility is clean and well maintained. The rooms are clean, décor comfortable, and I slept well on the bed. The bathroom is well stocked and clean. The front desk staff is friendly yet professional and well trained. The breakfast is phenomenal!!! There is a Walmart, Home Depot, McDonalds, and many other businesses in the immediate vicinity.

This is the second time we've stayed at the BWP Kennewick Inn. It is nice to see that their high standards are still in place as it has been about three years since we were last there. Hotel and rooms very clean. They serve up a nice breakfast, even during Covid times. Pleasant and helpful staff. Nice amenities. We slept well. Staff made good recommendations for dining. We would not hesitate to stay again should we be in the area.

We were attending a family reunion in Kennewick and stayed at the Best Western Plus. We had an ADA room. The roll in shower was great to get the wheelchair into the shower, and get to the shower chair. The room was very clean. Lots of amenities to enjoy. The hot breakfast was the bomb! There were so many choices, it was hard to decide. We enjoyed the hot breakfast. OMG!! the biscuits for the biscuits and gravy were so tall and fluffy. You can watch your pancakes cook as well. There was pancakes, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage links and patties. Cold & hot cereal, muffins, bagels and so much more. All of the staff were very polite and professional. There is some fast food places close by and a Wal Mart. A few restaurants near by as well. We will definitely stay here for our family reunion next year.

Was appalled that not one person on staff (even at the breakfast bar) had a mask on. Also, the pool and jacuzzi were open, also with no restrictions. Will NEVER go back with the lack of cognitive thinking/care of their corporate heads. Hoping my sheets were, at least, clean. This isn't a Motel 6 and my room was not cheap. Expected professionalism which was severely lacking. Disgusting experience. Also the piles of vomit in the parking lot, after all night partiers, was attractive. NOT!

Absolute best hotel we've stayed at in quite a long time. From the cleanliness of the property, the beautiful room appointments, lobby area and grounds, as well as the amazing breakfast buffet, we're actually planning another trip to purposely go through Kennewick, just so we can stay at this hotel.

This was the cleanest place I've ever stayed. All of the staff were professional and courteous. The breakfast buffet alone is worth the trip. I've traveled a lot and this will remain my favorite place.

This hotel is located close to the major highways in Kennewick and several good restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable with one of the best breakfasts we've had recently. The downside to the property is their internet won't connect to some Android devices. That's something they need to correct. Overall, we enjoyed our nights there and would stay again.

I highly recommend Best Western for their kind and courteous staff at front desk to cleaning service. I felt welcome and respected. This facility was nice and employees were very courteous. Room was very comfortable. Bathroom was a bit on the small side but was adequate. Breakfast was one of the best I have had from BW Plus stay. The eggs actually tasted like eggs and the potatoes were very good and unique. Location is very convenient.

Our experience at this location reminded me of pre-pandemic quality and service! The entire staff was outstanding and we enjoyed their excellent breakfast buffet on both mornings. The pool was clean and a fun option for our grandkids to enjoy!

My husband drives semi truck. We decided to get a room to get out of the heat. (It gets REALLY warm in those trucks!) We choose this hotel solely for the semi truck parking and its location on our route. We were able to book the room online only a couple hours before arriving. Doing so was quick and easy. Checking in was simple and quick. The employee at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming. He also made sure to let us know of all the amenities available to us. Our room was on the third floor and it was uncomfortably warm. However, our room wasn't. We were able to set the temperature to our preference. The room was a good size and very clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable and had extra pillows. The bathroom had toiletries and extra towels. There was a coffee maker with mugs, creamer, sugar, tea, etc… It was very quiet and having Walmart next door was very convenient. Check out was a breeze. We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wechose this place having stayed there one night years ago. It is a bit way from the major shopping, but there are a lot of businesses around it and its a short drive to the major shopping area. It was very quiet even though it was completely full and the room was very comfortable, Highly impressed by the COVID precautions at the breakfast bar. We had a tasty safe breakfast. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Will stay there on our next visit.

I was traveling with colleagues for work and was treated differently from other guests based on my skin tone (asian). No "thank yous", greetings, etc. while all other guests were treated as guests. This was extremely prevalent with the host in the morning. When one of her co-workers asked her how her day was going she said "Fine, until the guests come out." I also sensed a hint of discrimination towards me being Asian-American. She would greet and thank all other guests until it came to me. She wouldn't even look at me when she spoke. Also, room 124 was a mess! The recliner had crumbs on it, the space between the nightstand and bed looked as if it was never vacuumed, the A/C unit was dusty with signs of pests, the "no smoking" sign laid on the floor under the curtain my entire stay (so you know the cleaning staff never cleaned down there), the carpet at the bathroom door was lifting up causing a trip hazard, the tissue box was refilled daily by CRAMMING more wadded up tissue into it and my toiletries NEVER got replaced. All in all, if my company didn't pay for it, I would've walked out as soon as I walked in.

This is one of my favorite hotels. The front desk personnel are consistently friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to help and to accommodate needs. Rooms are always very clean and quiet. Curtains work to keep room dark when needed. Their COVID preparedness and extra care are commendable and comfort-raising. Close to restaurants and to a variety of stores helpful when traveling..

Best Western in Kennewick has great rooms, outstanding service and an exceptional breakfast. It is a modern, well-appointed facility in a convenient location. The price was reasonable and the overall experience was pleasing. I highly recommend the Best Western when you stay in the Tri-Cities.

We met friends there and were able to get rooms right next to each other. It is a pet friendly hotel with plenty of room to walk your dog. The rooms were clean and bright. Masks were required in all open areas which I appreciated. I also appreciated the great care they took to keep us safe at the buffet. Not only were masks required but you had to sanitize your hand and wear gloves on both hands before proceeding through the buffet. Have stayed here before and have always had a great experience.

I am an elite diamond member and travel often. This Best Western is incredible. Helpful, professional staff always willing to go the extra mile. Karina (breakfast host), amazing and the absolute best I've ever seen, making my breakfast experience pleasant. Speaking of breakfast, first hotel to have a hot breakfast buffet style while following COVID safety protocols. Gloves and Masks mandatory. Wonderful visit and pleasant experience. Bed uncomfortable, lots of traffic noise, fan not working in bathroom, squealing sound when water is turned on in shower, loud humming sound when AC/Heat unit turns on. Bright fire alarm light directly over the bed. This was room 328.

The hotel was very clean. The staff are friendly. Great area. Check in and check was very easy. Great central location. I have stayed here a few times now and it has become my go-to hotel when I am in the area.

I stayed in Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn for 2 nights while traveling to the area on business. I stayed in a double room on a 3rd floor. The room was clean and comfortable, while a little dated. The coffee maker was located in the bathroom behind the door, which took me a minute to find. Hot breakfast was plentiful and the ladies who managed it clearly took pride in what they served. The food was actually good: I had eggs, sausages and a plain yogurt. The coffee was okay, didn't taste like cardboard which is already a welcome sign. WiFi worked fine. The gym was open but I didn't use it. My biggest concern were people with no masks sauntering up and down hallways, but the hotel enforces mask wearing at least in the lobby. There is a nice park near by to go for a walk or a light jog, a Starbucks across the street and also a grocery store. McDonalds is next door. Overall, no better or worse than other hotels I stayed in while traveling on business.

I rate this hotel highly even though it is a somewhat older hotel. In the area there are several new hotels but this has all the amenities a person could want at a competitively reasonable price. They provide a full fresh breakfast with numerous breakfast options. There is a pool, hot tub, fitness center and is close to fast food and fine dining options. The staff at this hotel are very customer service oriented. They will try to make your stay here as convenient and comfortable as possible. .

We were surprised and very pleased to find a hot breakfast. Hotel breakfasts as a whole have been very interesting. This one is top notch. We have stayed many times and was surprised other than masking up that nothing has changed. Other hotels could and should follow their example

At the end of our travels we always try to stay at Best Western in Kenniwick, WA. They treat guests like royalty. Staff are pleasant and willing to help. Breakfast food is the best and a lot of it. Even food for diabetics. The Inn is pleasant to look at and be in. We find ourselves unwinding from the travels from the comfort here.

This is an excellent hotel. Clean rooms with excellent amenities. Lobby is very inviting and they provide an excellent breakfast, which is served to you by very friendly and accommodating staff. Beds were very comfortable.

The only BW that we have stayed in since the virus that actually served a FULL, hot breakfast. They found a way to make sure that their patrons received all that we have come to expect when staying at a BW Plus. The entire staff were very helpful and always pleasant. This facility is well located and easy to find. Large parking lot allowed easy access and there are a number of eating establishments within walking distance ranging from fast food to dine in. Fuego's Mexican is an excellent choice if you like good Mexican.

Hotel has a high standard of cleanliness during the COVID pandemic. King bed was super comfy and the breakfast was very good (staff serve you so). No issues with noise. Very good value. Would stay again.

We were given a room on the third floor because we requested a quiet room. There was an undiscernable odor in the hall which we found out to be pet odor when we heard a dog left unattended and crying every time we walked by. We decided not to risk the dog crying in the night so asked for another room. The staff was very kind and accommodating, but the room we stayed in on the second floor had a lot of highway noise. This hotel is close to a lot of heavily-traveled roads, so getting a room facing the highway wasn't very quiet. The breakfast was very well managed (dealing with new ways to serve during Covid-19) with good food (which we took to our room to eat because of no public seating). The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Just didn't like this being pet friendly when we don't have a pet and don't want pet odors or noise.

Can't say enough about the staff here. Service above and beyond expectations! Clean quiet rooms, and convenient location. Stayed here during the Covid crisis. Full breakfast menu with meals delivered to your room at your choice of times.

In spite of the issues around the Virus the Hotel was totally prepared with all of the sanitary requirements. Breakfast was changed to room service that was ordered the night before with all breakfast items normally out available. Staff was helpful recommending places to eat in the area that offered pick up or delivery.

I slept better here than I do at home. Large great room. Had family over to play games. Staff cleaning all of the time with the Corona Virus problems also in Washington state now. They were doing a wonderful job. Breakfast was great as usual. When coming to the Tri-Cities we would not stay any other place. This is the best! This manager knows what he is doing right!

My fiance and I took a trip out to Oregon in January, and on the way there, we stayed at a different brand hotel in Kennewick that was, lets just say, a far cry from what I was hoping to experience in a hotel (especially for the price.) From the room to the front desk service, it left a very bad taste in my mouth. On the way back we stayed in Kennewick again, but this time we stayed at the BW. Our options were limited as we were traveling with a little pomeranian, and we had a limited budget. This hotel blew my mind. The lobby is spacious and modern, but not over the top fancy. The rooms are literally spotless, they even sanitize the remote. The pool is open 24 hours for the adults who want to have some late night relaxing time in the hot tub after the kids are done playing around. It's pet friendly which is always a bonus in my eyes. They offer continental breakfast with a decent amount of both healthy, and indulgent options. 10/10, I joined the membership and the lady at the desk surprised me with a little gift bag full of treats like beef sticks and granola bars and water bottles. That was a really nice gesture. Which reminds me, they have a sort of "concierge" shelf next to the front desk that has a ton of items for convenience. They had snacks, toiletries, and all the options were name brand and reasonably priced. I had gone to the walmart nextdoor, but if I had realized they had what I needed in the lobby, I never would have even left the hotel.

The staff is friendly and quickly checked us in, I forgot to reserve a handicapped room so my wife requested on and the staff mad e the change right away. The housekeeping staff maintains the rooms and common areas clean and well presented. The breakfast is great.

We stayed here for 1 night during our wedding anniversary weekend. (34 years). We've stayed at this property many times and have found it to me reasonably priced, comfortable beds, good breakfast and polite staff. We've stayed at other properties including other Best Westerns....and this location went the extra mile to ensure beds are comfortable and furnishings are updated. Would recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights over Thanksgiving. The staff are the best part of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. They accommodated my request for top floor, quiet room. We overlooked the Walmart parking lot but it was fine. No road noise. The lobby area is nice and breakfast was good. They offered a lot of food choices. Convenient that the pool, hot tub and work out room were open 24 hours. The room however was very dated and needs remodeling. The bathroom was very small. It was nice to have an area outside the bathroom with a sink and counter space to get ready while another person was in the bathroom. I don't think we'll return. Might try the Hampton Inn.

I've been here several times over the past two years. Was sparkling at first. Now starting to get a bit dull. The hallway carpets are getting icky. Stained and dirty. The grout in bathrooms need help stat. The rest of the experience is great, but these are the things that I notice and remember. I'll be looking for a different place to stay next time.

Cute staff!!! Awesome full breakfast spread and free dinners on Wednesdays! Nice big pool and hot tub and sauna that are 24 hrs. Nice little gym with air conditioner and tv. The good kinda cable with an actual guide.

Clean, comfortable, great staff and fantastic breakfast. The room was surprisingly quiet even though it's just off the freeway. We checked in at 10:30p so we weren't able to take advantage of most of the amenities, but we certainly will try to the next time!

Had to switch to this location at the last minute and was glad I did. Welcoming staff, beautiful lobby and clean, quiet rooms. My frantic evening turned into a relaxed and easy check in, smiles from the night staff and I was able to relax and sleep quickly. Will book here every time from now on.

We often stay at this hotel. They have a good breakfast and the attendant is really on top of keeping all the food fresh. The location is walking distance to Walmart if you need extra supplies. The indoor pool is large, although it was a stuffy from all the chlorine. The rooms are spacious, but the bathrooms are very tiny and they only give you these little tiny bottles of shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Barely enough for one person. So take your own or ask for extras.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. Check in was quick and the lobby was very clean and welcoming. The room was super clean and the beds were fantastic. We got a very good nights rest after a fun concert on the other side of town. The breakfast the next morning was incredible. Great selection and the quality was great. Check-out was quick and easy. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again if we're ever in the area.

I have paid 4 times as much for a stay and not received this level of satisfaction! I can count in one hand the times where we have experience all around excellence in my lifetime and I've lived a very long time!

Breakfasts are best ever and on Wednesday nights there are French dips, soup and salad. Very good too! Every time we go to Kennewick, this is where we stay. This time was for my Mother's funeral and room they gave us was large enough for all to gather and be together, even with trays of food.

The sheets had brown staines on them and the toilet was not clean. While the lobby of the hotel was fine and the breakfast quite extensive, we were certainly not pleased with the cleanliness of the room and will not be staying at this hotel again.

Fantastic staff, clean, comfortable, easy access. For rewards members, this location gives both a welcome packet and points, which I think is awesome and should be done everywhere. Pool, hot tub and sauna access are above average at this location as compared to any hotel.

We used to stay here about 10 years ago and loved it. We stayed just recently and it has all been updated. The rooms look great as does the lobby. The breakfast was fantastic. A perfect stop right off of 395 and close to restaurants. The only weird thing was a man who appeared to not be a guest came up the stairs on the end of the hotel and caught us off guard as we were entering our room. He may have been hitching or homeless. He continued to walk toward the lobby (my guess was looking for food). I later saw him walking through the parking lot toward the highway. That was a little concerning - I'm not sure if the side doors are kept unlocked in the daytime but they should always be locked. Besides that little thing the stay was great. We will definitely stay again!

Our son and his family live in Kennewick, Grandma and Grandpa live 2000 miles away from Kennewick so when we stayed at Best Western Plus, our grandchildren(4) felt very welcomed when they came to swim or stay with G&G at their "home" away from home. It was a fantastic two weeks and we would definitely opt to stay there again.

Kennewick Best Western plus. The absolute best place to stay in The Trip cities. Clean rooms, great breakfast, friendly service. Location is center to everything right off the freeway. Fresh baked cookies in the evening. Nice small snack commissary with stuff to buy.

I stay at this property whenever I travel to the Tri-City area it's a great location right off the highway lots of restaurant options nearby plus shopping. They have an amazing free breakfast everything is fresh lots of choices not your average free buffet Fresh fruit is wonderful not canned. I stayed at this hotel while visiting relatives. I had a nice quiet room and got a good night's sleep every night I was there. The free breakfast every morning was great. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and gas stations.

Wow, what a nice place for the money! We had a large king room that even had a wet bar. Very clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. The breakfast bar was great - like a buffet in a restaurant with plenty of seating.

We asked for a King bed with roll in shower and once again was put in a room with a tub and seat. This might be okay for people who don't need the roll in shower but as an amputee it is a necessity. I don't know how many times we have gotten to our room in a Best Western and found the switch. Each time my husband has gone to complain and he has been told the same thing. We had a long term guest staying in the room you wanted. Now if I was the hotel and a guest booked a room 3 months in advance (us) so that we got the room we wanted, wouldn't you tell the next person who booked it that it was unavailable for one night of their stay?? Obviously this is not the case with Best Western so I won't book with them ever again.

OMG, we have stayed at a lot of Best Western Hotels but this was the best one of all!! The fresh and clean appearance to the amazing breakfast that was served was awesome. We would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Kennewick. Enjoy!!

Large parking area accommodated our large truck. Clean interior and exterior. The front staff girls were friendly and accommodating with our late check in. Bedding could use a heavier Quilt. A bit chilly and a very light comforter. Breakfast was great and the seating area was very large

I've been on Weight Watchers for a while and hate to travel because of the food choices. This particular Best Western Plus in Kennewick offered Lite & Fit yogurt and fresh fruit as well as food to satisfy the others in my group and kids of all ages. One of the best breakfast offerings we have had in our travels.

Comfortable beds. Amazing breakfast. Staff very helpful in suggesting restaurant close by for supper that could accommodate 2 families. Good pool and hot tub. Great place for a family. Good value for the price.

Great place, 5year old grandson said it was the best place we stayed at on our weeks vacation. Room was very comfortable. Love the extra pillows. Pool was fun. Breakfast was excellent such a great variety.

The hotel was quiet, location was great. Near starbucks, local food options, gas, and a park to run the kids out. Accepts pets which a HUGE perk and they even offered a little dog goodie bag. I was very impressed and will definitely be looking for Best Western Plus hotels in the future. I had no idea they had stepped up their game like this!

We are Best Western Platinum Members. We use Best Western hotels almost exclusively. The Kennewick Best Western is our all time favorite. Here's why: 1. Comfortable, clean, and spacious rooms. 2. Comfortable beds. 3. Everything is clean...pool, hot tub, fitness room, dining area........rooms, everything! 4. The absolute best complimentary breakfast.........can you say freshly baked cinnamon rolls? 5. Staff always accommodating. 6. Fresh baked cookies in the evening. 7. Quiet. We stop on our way from Boise to Bellingham on a regular basis. This last time, we made the mistake of staying in Yakima instead of Kennewick on the way over to the other side of the mountains. Never again. On the way home, we corrected our mistake and checked into the Best Western Plus in Kennewick.

Booked a room at the BW Plus Kennewick after reading the amazing reviews online. They lived up to every one of them, from the knowledgeable and friendly front desk staff, to the cleanliness of the rooms, to the incredible breakfast. My only complaint, is that I was not able to stay longer.

Had a great stay at this BW. Very clean, professional & well priced rooms. The continental breakfast had a lot of great options. Check-in and our were a breeze. Very happy with my stay. There was also many good dinner options within walking distance as well.

We arrived early (I think at 2PM?) and they graciously let us check in early so that was nice. They gave us room 308, on the top floor, overlooking the overhang in the drop off area so we had a view of the trash on the roof and the McDonalds, but we didn't come here for the view so it didn't bother us. We've found Best Westerns are really stepping up their quality and this hotel didn't disappoint! The room was clean and huge, with 2 queens behind a little partition and a fold out couch in the huge sitting area. It was a little awkward not having a TV in the sitting area and having the people out there have to crane their necks to see the TV in the bed area, but we dealt with it. It had lots of seating choices, with a desk, a little table with chairs, a comfy cushioned chair, and of course, the sofa. The little kitchenette was really helpful and it had a nice sized closet next to the bathroom. We did have an issue with the air conditioning: I'd set it to get cooler but it wouldn't do it so I'm guessing they're controlling the thermostats online like many other hotels are doing. I guess that's fine but they need to remember that most people like it cooler than 74 in the room when they are sleeping. I'd have slept better if I hadn't been hot. We went to the pool and enjoyed the hot tub and pool by ourselves--very clean! We did try out the dry sauna, but when my daughter went to tell them at the front desk that it wasn't heating up in there, she was told it takes about 20 minutes to heat up so we gave up. (You have to ask for the key to it.) The breakfast was awesome! Scrambled eggs, plain and with veggies, bacon, sausage, tortillas, waffles, cinnamon buns, pastries, muffins, potatoes, fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, toast... We loaded up and didn't need lunch on our long drive the next day! If ever in the area again (Kennewick seems to be a growing town) we'd definitely stay again but I'd ask them to let me control the temperature in the room.

This place is awesome. The facility is gorgeous. My boys loved the pool and the room was great. Pets were welcome with a very small fee of $15. Breakfast was one of the best I have had at a hotel. Overall great experience!

This hotel offers a full service breakfast. With different meat options and pancakes and waffles with strawberries and whip cream. I love that the double queen room offers a pull out sofa with a large open room with table and chairs and an extra sofa chair and wet bar. They also have a laundry service and offer warm cookies in the evening, and the pool is huge with changing lights. Great hotel and close Walmart and walking distance to McDonald's. My favorite hotel.

We were in Kennewick for a wedding. We have stayed at this hotel previously. The last time in a complimentary suite. They are huge and wonderful. This time we stayed in a regular room on the 2nd floor facing Walmart. Tried to get the 3rd floor not facing Walmart, but they didn't have anything. The rooms are really spacious. The bathrooms are really small and cramped even for 1 person. The shampoo, conditioner, and lotions are very tiny, so ask for extra or take your own. We used the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was quite hot, so you can't stay in very long. The breakfast is very nice and well stocked. The location is great. Overall a very nice place.

We love staying here when we come to town. All rooms are extremely clean and pet friendly. The staff is outstanding! The warm cookies and the breakfast is absolutely amazing! Location is fantastic, easy to find, get to, and park.

I stayed here while training a few weeks ago. The hotel was great and in a good location. A couple of restaurants were in walking distance, and there was a Starbucks across the street. The room itself was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice as well. Overall I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely return.

The Best Western Plus is by far the best chain hotel in which I have stayed. The service: The entire staff was courteous and helpful. Very friendly and professional. Shout out to the girls at the front desk, you know hospitality!! The Breakfast In all of the hotels in which I have stayed this Breakfast Buffet is hands down the best ever. My goodness, all my colleagues were beyond impressed. Shout out to the Kitchen staff who actaully made food from scratch (no powdered eggs) you guys rock! They are currently doing renovations/updates which means they are invested is improving their already great service. Thank you best Western for restoring my faith in the hospitality industry. See you next year!

This is my go to in the Tri Cities. Right off 395, easy access to I82, everything I need to get to is about 15 to 20 minutes. The staff has always been very accommodating. I had some special requests on my last stay and they took care of all of them with no extra charge. Nice pool & workout room, close to dinning and shopping. Special snacks some nights, and the warm cookies.

The location is good for my needs-shopping, family visits, and getting to local restaurants. The hotel was easy to access from the main roads. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast menu had a variety of options.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in town, they have the best group of employees that are always smiling and happy!! We always have great service and the warm cookies and breakfast are great. Rooms are clean and fresh!! We will always stay here!!

We stopped here on our way home from Las Vegas, we arrived late at night and very tired from a long day. The hotel was easy to locate right off the highway and well marked. When we arrived they were sold out, but our room was ready to go and the front check in person was eager to assist. The room was clean and well equipped, I will say that the only negative about the room was the tiny bathroom, it was really small. And housekeeping did knock on our door at approximately 8 AM, which woke my husband up and that was a negative. We checked in around 1:30 AM and putting the do not disturb sign on our door was not the first thing to come to mind. There was plenty of well lit parking even with a full house. The breakfast was the best breakfast I have ever had at a Best Western, nothing ever went empty! If you see the cinnamon buns, grad one, they are amazing!

We have stayed here before and enjoyed it, so chose it again when visiting friends in the area. This time was even better. The staff at check-in and throughout our stay were very friendly. We were upgraded into a king suite so had a lot of extra space in our room. The rooms, public areas, and pool area are well kept and clean. As before, the breakfast is much better than most hotels in this price range. Although they were re-carpeting the hotel, it was very quiet and did not disrupt our stay. It also shows that they strive to stay ahead with upkeep and improvements to the property. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

Wonderful place to stay! One of the nicer Best Western properties that I have stayed in. Very clean and updated - wonderful breakfast area with great selection of items. So glad we chose this place as a last minute decision to spend a night in that area while heading home. Hope to be back someday!

Front desk agent (forgot her name) treated us like royalty. Her excellent guest services skills were very much appreciated, Furthermore, her approach was genuine and delivered with outstanding active listening skills. The room upgrade to 311 (one of the quietest rooms) was a home run surprise and delight. Thank you!!

In late February, I was caught in a snow storm in the Gorge. My destination was Spokane, but I limped into Kennewick with a car coated in ice with roads closing. I turned into the Best Western and immediately found a room that was also pet friendly. I don't think I've ever been so happy to check into a clean, warm room with food available. I slept well and was able to get back to Spokane the next day. Thanks to everyone that keeps the hotel maintained and the friendly staff that helped me settle in.

This Best Western Plus is one of the nicest we have stayed,. Rooms are large and beautifully decorated. Lobby is attractive with breakfast area. One of the first times we have ever seen the vending machine offering beer and wine! The area around the hotel is growing rapidly. All the the structures in the area looked pretty new. This would be the first exit off the freeway graveling North from Oregon.

My room was clean and comfortably furnished. The bathroom was too. The breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. The food was fresh. Every member of the staff I encountered was pleasant and helpful. The only negative was the television in the breakfast room was tuned to Fox News. Some people might not find being subjected to the massive dose of partisan sensationalism, misinformation, fear mongering, malicious lies, and white nationalism promulgated by Fox News is welcoming. I certainly didn't.

This was the only hotel that repeatedly came up when I put that I wanted a 24 hour pool. The front desk was very courteous and able to check me in early, they also moved my room closer to the pool when they realized that was our main reason for staying! The hot buffet breakfast was VERY GOOD!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus in Kennewick Wa for one night. We had four kids with us and booked a two queen bed room with a pullout sofa. We walked into our room and we were amazed at the size of the room! It was huge! Very comfortable beds and it was clean! Kids loved the pool and hot tub (which was very hot)! Breakfast was good and hot with lots of options. We will most definitely stay here again and a big Thank You to Best Western Plus for an enjoyable nights stay!

This was a wonderful family reunion trip to welcome my great-nephew home from Marine boot camp. We were all impressed with the facilities and the staff. The food was great and the pool, hot tub and sauna were excellent. The rooms were clean and inviting. We enjoyed our selves very much.

As an out of town traveler for business, stuck in a snow storm, my company put me up for the night a couple weeks ago. This establishment made a tough situation better with their welcoming smile, friendly and helpful service, OUTSTANDING breakfast, clean and clean smelling rooms, building, towels and linens. Should I ever need a room in the Tri-Cities again, this is where I'd prefer to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone!

I always chose this Best Western when travelling for work~i can always count on a clean room, friendly staff and yummy breakfast. I can count on a good price with the loyalty program also. After a long day of driving, this is the perfect place to stop and get some rest!!

This hotel is easy to get to and has a variety of restaurants nearby. The lobby is tastefully decorated and includes a small confectionary area should you need some munchies or even a bottle of wine. We had a King bed room on the 2nd floor. It was clean and very spacious with a comfy chair and ottoman. Linens, mattress and pillows were all excellent and the breakfast was the best we have ever had in a hotel with a large variety of food. Would definitely return.

Stayed here on our way to Portland. Nice, clean hotel right off the main drag. Comfortable beds, quiet room and probably the best continental breakfast spread I've seen in a long time. Upgraded to a larger room for no additional charge which is always a bonus.

We had a memorial to attend, and while we were in town for a sad reason, we had the wonderful opportunity to utilise the pool, hot tub and sauna in the evening. What a wonderful way to relax and recharge!

All of the facilities were very clean, and the breakfast was the best continental breakfast experience I have ever had in a hotel! A lot of good options. Overall, best hotel experience I have had and a great value.

Nice size rooms and a good pool and hot tub for kids. just be carefully of what you are signing up for and what discounts they say they are giving you. the beds are very comfortable and you get an assortment of pillows with different firmness. Carpet in the room i stayed in was a little dirty but we did have a dog with use so it could have been a regular pet room. Location is great!

Called ahead of time as I have a one ton pickup with 40' trailer. I was told there was parking next to hotel and it was easy in and out for me.plenty of eating places close by, but there are items in the lobby for purchase if you don't want to leave hotel.

This BW has the best breakfast imaginable for a complimentary breakfast stay. They have an industrial kitchen that they use to make up real country potatoes, sausages, bacon, eggs, etc. They have real iced cinnamon rolls kept warm under a warming light. Fabulous fresh fruit and yogurt plus all of the other easy to eat foods that you might enjoy in the morning. While we were there, they also had a complimentary hamburger and fries dinner along with their milk and 6? different kinds of fresh baked cookies. The pool and jacuzzi are clean and comfortable. The fitness room has everything you'll need for a good little workout. The staff is kind and accommodating. They'll take good care of you. The location is great. Make sure you go to the Thai restaurant, Tips, located just a walk away from the hotel. There is also a hair salon and nails place right by it just in case you forgot to take care of that before your trip.

Great Location passing through SE Wa. area otw towards Portland/Seattle - Hotel pool was nice, rooms were excellent, we had our fur babies with us and they were treated with open arms - the morning breakfast was OUTSTANDING, i believe this was in part because the facility actually had a full kitchen - Enormous amount of options for food and everything was fresh and was easily determined to be fresh! If all hotels had food like this, I'd easily spend extra $$ to stay there for the good food and great options!! Staff was excellent on check in - everything was in order - If we ever plan to pass through this area again, will most definitely book a stay here again without question!

The location was perfect and the room and bed! (rare!) was comfortable. Got in late and left early so didn't do anything at the hotel other than bring a dog and visit the yogurt station in the am - just needed the basics to continue on the trip. There's a drive-thru starbucks across the street - which is where I had my breakfast... other guests don't seem to pick up their dogs business so the entrance was a bit stinky, but the staff was sweet and the place clean and quiet.

The staff here are always polite and helpful. The rooms clean, beds comfortable, pillows fluffy and smelling nice. The 24 hour spa and fitness area is great, especially for kids! The pool is pretty big! The sauna heats up quickly, and the hot tub is great for a late night date. Breakfast has home made gravy for the fresh biscuits, and for the price the selection is fine. It's in a convenient location with many restaurants within walking distance. I'd recommend this place to my friends or family.

There are no blackout curtains to the rooms facing the Walmart parking lot. Those lights are so bright my wife and I could not get any sleep. I usually only stay at Best Westerns, but this was the worst experience I had. I asked the front desk person about this and he said all he could do is report it, he was not even apologetic about it or did not offer to have me speak with a supervisor.

Enjoyed my stay each time. No hassles,no rush to get out. Decent check out time decent pressure for showers, Pool a little chilly in winter but hot tub awesome. Breakfast is plentiful and tasty. with many options. Beds and pillows inviting. Quiet spacious rooms. My go to home away from home.

We stayed here due to the proximity to both the freeway and town. The lobby is quite spacious and inviting as you walk in. We were greeted at checkin by very friendly staff. We had upgraded to a one bedroom king suite and found it to be one of the largest hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. It included a large bedroom, living room, dining room, full kitchen, and bath. The breakfast each morning was much better than standard for a Best Western. All of the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again if in the area.

This Best Western I feel sets the standard for all other Best Westerns to meet. Excellent food for breakfast (especially the apple scones). My family loved the pool and agreed that this our go to for stays in the tri-cities. They even checked to make sure we were getting the best available rate.

First time at this hotel but not new to area. This hotel is located which I feel is a great spot. There is a Micky D next to hotel and across from there is BK. Walmart is behind the hotel and being right off the main road of the east side of Kennewick there are a bunch of places to eat. Hotel has a great breakfast and on Wednesday they have a appreciation night for guest and put out something to eat at 6pm. I can keep going but this would be great for anyone, I'll look forward to staying there again.

Arrived late in the evening to a clean and spacious lobby. Parking lot was packed, which led me to believe this place had a big reputation. My room was big, beautiful and luxurious. I was just staying for the night, and wish I had more time to take advantage of the hotel amenities. Will definitely stay here again, and recommend to friends.

Hotel is always clean and staff always eager to help. I have stayed here at least 6 times in the past year. There is large vehicle parking, the breakfast is pretty standard for a hotel, but cooked and presented well. Several restaurants are within walking distance and a Walmart right next door.

We had the pleasure of staying in the Best Western Plus in Kennewick while traveling through the area. The staff was incredibly kind and caring. They greeted us with warm cookies upon check in. They welcomed our dog for a $15 fee and even greeted her with a treat bag that had a couple full size milk bones. Needless to say, she was in heaven. The room was impeccably clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the room contained all of the amenities we could have asked for. Lastly, the continental breakfast was fantastic. Every element of what they offered was delicious. They had fresh biscuits and gravy, homemade cinnamon rolls, Seattle's best coffee, even pancakes and waffles made to order. We would certainly recommend this hotel to any of our friends or family and we will certainly be returning.

We have stayed in a lot of Best Western Hotels and this is the nicest one of all of them. Great large breakfast, clean and modern room, and a very friendly staff. Had trouble with the tv and a young lady was there immediately. Strong wifi as well.

We have stayed here before, because of the convenience, cleanliness and great breakfast, the person who takes of the breakfast is friendly and keeps everything well stocked even during the busy times. But I was truly disappointed in our bed, it was lumpy and rolled to the middle. The both of us are not big, but by morning our backs were killing us. You could actually feel the lumps in the bed, thank goodness we stayed only 2 nights, I don't think we could have stay any longer. I hope they change their beds soon. Over all this is a great quiet hotel except for the bed.

Came to town on a family matter and really needed a restful night. BW in Kennewick was just what the doctor ordered. The hotter was great, Breakfast hit the spot, the people are nice and the rooms are comfy.

We travel frequently & use BW as much as possible. This place was great! We were offered both the reward points & snack bag. Our double queen room was very clean. There is an indoor pool open 24 hours which I used & it was nice! It is located near restaurants. It had a bar sink besides the micro & frig. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We really liked this hotel. Especially the grassy area for the doggos to stretch out, walk around, and relieve themselves (we always clean up after our dogs!). The room was clean and the beds comfy. The front desk folks were very friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

My wife and I travel quite a bit. We choose Best Western for their consistent high level of hospitality. There are some places we stay where they know us by name. I really appreciate the fact that we are well taken care of when we are on the road!

We hadn't planned on stopping in Kennewick but had had a long day of driving. This hotel was a wonderful end to our vacation. The breakfast options are outstanding. My grandchildren appreciated the large pool and hot tub. All the staff were friendly and helpful. It's very convenient right off the highway but our room was quiet.

I have reviewed this hotel before, this is my third stay. Very nice hotel, amazing breakfast, it is a highlight to stay here, in fact. really hardworking breakfast staff as well. Clean, friendly staff, updated recently, even though it was already great! I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great hotel, worth the price. We ate dinner when we arrived at a new restaurant /pub called the Rock nearby, it was good with both a lounge side and a restaurant side. Kennewick is definitely growing, big changes in the last 4 years.

We stay at the Best Western in Kennewick when we come for the hydroplane races. They never disappoint and it makes our stay very enjoyable. Everyone is very helpful and they have a great breakfast for starting a long day at the races. We also enjoy the pool after a hot day.

I stayed here for a night on a trip that was spontaneous. I didn't get to the hotel until 1am. Not only was the hotel very nice but they also allow pets. I had my dog with me and I received the very last room available. The lady that took care of us was very nice and we had a comfortable stay. I would stay here again.

Came across this place by chance and were so pleased we did as it was most welcoming, comfortable and a pleasure to rest our weary bones in after a six week road trip. Highlight being the Walmart virtually at your back door which thrilled me being an Australian female......not so much my husband !!!! it was a great place to stay, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. They were very accommodating - there were baseball teams there and they place people not with the teams in a different area so it was quieter. I very much appreciated that.

Came to tri cities for business a couple weeks ago and was very happy with my stay. My room was big and clean. The hotel is on the newer side and was quite nice. The free breakfast was really impressive. There are a lot of restaurant choices nearby. I even found a little place to go hiking a couple minutes from the hotel. I would stay here again.

3 nights, third visit. Got room on first floor we requested. Quiet. Highlight was evening when three small dogs raced across parking lot. Two motorcyclists checking in, one of two desk clerks, hubby and I corralled them and found the owner next door at Walmart.

My husband and I travel a lot. We stay in hotels that are upper end. The best thing about this hotel is the breakfast. It is amazing. I am a healthy eater and prefer yogurt to eggs and meat so this breakfast is definitely in my wheelhouse. The yogurt was high end and some plain without sugar added! Wow! I've never seen that in these typical breakfasts. Also their muffins and pastries were amazing. I had a carrot muffin that tasted better than mine & I'm a great cook! I've never seen a carrot muffin except perhaps a boutique style hotel. There were fresh strawberries to add to waffles (I added to my yogurt!). There were almonds and granola to add as well. I felt I was in my own kitchen. We almost stayed in the new Hampton down the road but I'm glad we didn't. The overall hotel is a bit tired but the towels seemed fairly new but the sheets could use an upgrade. I like the fact that there is a separate area with a sink where I can get ready while my husband can use the shower and get ready in the bathroom. Everyone tries hard here to make your stay pleasant. This reflects very good management and customer service. I almost hate to write this review because we probably won't be able to get a room now as we pass through on our travels.

This Best Western is exceptionally nice and located near many things conveniently. The rooms are plenty large very nicely appointed, the breakfast is great and it has many amenities - indoor pool, fitness center, etc..

We are BW rewards members and have stayed in several BW. This is by far the best. Pick any category.....staff,food,room and location. You will not be sorry. We have stayed in other hotels in Kennewick years ago and there is only one other we would consider but it is more expensive. This is our place to stay in town from now on.

Very pet friendly - wonderful pool - Great Staff. The best comp breakfast I've seen anywhere. Perfect place to take the grandkids and the dogs while traveling. Warm and welcoming - warm cookies at the desk when we arrived. McDonald's right next door so easy walk to feed the starving children. Extra touches of flowers, etc. that most chains don't bother to do. Felt very homey. You can tell the management cares.

I travel frequently for work and stay at a lot of hotels across the country. This was one of the cleanest, friendliest, and most pleasant 2-3 star hotels I've stayed at. My room was modern, spacious, and clean, the in-room wi-fi signal was strong and consistent, and the guest laundry facilities were modern and didn't ruin my clothes (this has happened more than once at other hotels). What really made this experience outstanding however is how consistently friendly and attentive the staff was. Front Desk Manager Rhianna and Front Desk Agent Bernadette were amazing - as were all of their coworkers, including the hard-working lady who staffs the morning breakfast service (please leave a tip in her jar when you visit!). The hotel's meeting space, which I contracted for a conference, was also clean, modern, and spacious. Without hesitation or reservation, I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. (One minor suggestion for the owners/managers: know that business travelers in particular may appreciate having more than one news source available for viewing in the breakfast area. And I don't just mean the weather channel or ESPN.)

The Inn was easily located just off the main thoroughfare making ingress/egress very easy. A freshly remodeled lobby and breakfast area is very pleasing. The desk employees very very courteous upon arrival and departure. The room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast bar was one of the finest I have found. The only thigh that would have made it better would be a menu and made to order. Best Western Kennewick will definitely be a future choice.

No m ore than 20 minutes from anywhere you want to go in the Tri-Cities. Right on 395 on the way into Kennewick. Nice rooms, great staff. I really like the salsa on the breakfast buffet, it tastes like they make it themselves. Warm cookies every evening. Many food options within walking distance. Very large baseball/softball complex is close and makes for a nice evening walk.

I stay at BW about 8 times per month all over the US and this is one of the better ones. Good breakfast and pool/hot tub. Not much more I can say but Great job guys! Now just attempting to get to 200 word min.

Would definitely stay again! Nice and friendly people at the front desk. Clean rooms with all appliances and lights working. Huge selection for breakfast: biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, dry cereal, oatmeal, muffins, scones, toast and lots of coffee. Also had indoor swimming pool and spa.

The room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The free breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. We could not have been more pleased. Even the parking was easy to access. Unloading was under a protective cover. The location is near the main highway and there is a very nice shopping across the street plus a gas station across the street.

Best morning hotel breakfast buffet I have ever seen! The cinnamon rolls were huge and delicious! The hotel was affordable and very clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Pets allowed with large grassy area outside and they even gave my dog some treats! Our kids loved the pool and it was very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

Its near restaurants, stores, shopping, gas stations. Huge room for kb unit, clean, breakfast had sausage,bacon, eggs, biscuits, gravy, roasted potatoes, fruit, cereal, milk, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, and condiments, syrups, muffins, breads for toasting.

This hotel is a fine place to base your Tri-cities vacation trip. It's an excellent hotel right off I395 and close to travel amenities to start with. It's only about two or three miles down to the complex of freeway interchanges that will get you to Richland, if you want to see The Reach Museum or Columbia River Trail or get over to Hanford, or to Pasco for activities in that direction, or only 45 minutes from Walla Walla if you want to visit wineries or do cultural activities down there.

Our stay was comfortable and without incident. The breakfast was above average in terms of selection, except that the variety of fresh fruit was less than desirable. The room was clean. The front desk personnel were friendly, helpful and professional. Overall, a good experience. The one disappointment is that that room rate had increased substantially since our last stay. The mattress was softer than we would have liked, but otherwese okay.

This is a great place to stay! The lobby area is beautiful! This hotel is quiet and the beds are really comfortable! They also have a fantastic breakfast!!! everyone that we met had great cutomer service skills!!

Very large rooms, comfy bed. Breakfast was good also had a free dinner on the night we arrived. Dinner was burgers and fries, wasn't the best but it was handy to just go to the lobby for dinner on a rainy night. We would stay here again.

This Best Western was clean and comfortable. We stayed on our way to Seattle from Wyoming. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was decent. I also accidentally booked an accessible room. They were great about changing rooms. My only complaint was that it was a bit pricey.

My boys and I loved staying here. We came just for a little get away, to do some shopping and activities in Tri Cities. The service and breakfast in the morning was great. The pool was open 24hours so they were able to use it till late and early morning. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, newer place and very good continental breakfast. A clean place with nice décor and furnishings. Clean, comfortable rooms and lobby. For this trip it was convenient and a good value too! Highly recommend for service, cleanliness and value too.

This was our second stay here. In town for a baseball game. The staff, room, and breakfast was all excellent. I have never seen such a great breakfast spread at any other BW Plus or premier. Katrina who was working the breakfast shift was subperb! She was friendly, hardworking and just accommodating. I highly recommend this BW to stay.

Perfect place to stay . My daughter loved the pool. We all loved the excellent breakfest! Staff was great ! We had 1 gal that helped us check in and she was there when we check out! Wish I remembered her name she was A++

The hotel is in a great location to walk to restaurants and a grocery store - Walmart. The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was awesome (a wide variety of choices and tasty)! We stayed for a boys lacrosse tournament and they had plenty to eat. 3 choices of coffee with 2 choices of flavored creamer. Fresh cookies served late afternoon. Great experience.

I was traveling from Boise back to Washington and was pressing how long I could keep on the road when I ran out I stayed at this hotel and found it to be remarkably clean with a better breakfast than usual and priced reasonably well yet a bit more than some of the others I've stayed at.

This is getting to be an expectation any more that I will have a great stay at a BW hotel. I love the job they do and this hotel is no exception. From the check in to the check out and breakfast it is above the norm.

The Location of this hotel is great. You are just inside the city, with lots of food, shopping options. It is close to several freeways, taking you to multiple locaitions. The hotel has Hot breakfast which is always nice to have available. Great place for Family or business

My family and I visit the Tri-Cities once or twice a year to visit our parents. We always stay at the best Western Kennewick because it is clean friendly and enjoyable. We always look forward to the great breakfast buffet that is included with your nightly stay.

I have come to expect good things from Best Western. This particular hotel was well updated, clean, and well stocked. Better than expected. The hot breakfast was extensive enough the we were able to eat Paleo and get full.

This Best Western hotel had easy access of the highway, room was excellent with comfy bed and continental breakfast had amazing hot and cold choices. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

My stay was great. It was a bit expensive but at least it was clean, the staff were great, and the breakfast was good! Best hotel coffee I have experienced!! I would definitely recommend this particular hotel.

Excellent experience. Dinner was served to their guests on Wednesday night and breakfast was a full course meal. Staff very friendly and efficient. It was just a great experience. We have already made reservations to stay there again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the location, value and service. The staff was professional, helpful and pleasant. This location offered more than I had expected from previous Best Western visits. The breakfast offering was very nice with a good choice of foods. Rooms were quiet and the elevator was helpful.

We were impressed with the staff and cleanliness of this property, we made request online after at the hotel for extra towels etc. and they were delivered within 10 minutes. The room was very clean and contained a large Jacuzzi tub. Wi-Fi had great bandwidth and worked well. Checkout was great and the front staff exceptional. The breakfast was superb. Some noise from the highway but not too much to deal with.

The Best Western Plus Kennewick Inn has been my go-to for regular business dealing I have had in the Tri-Cities area for almost a decade. I can heartily recomend the location, service and value. With recent changes, the place has been updated without any loss of the prior solid credentials.

This Best Western is one of the top motels in the Washington area. The check-in, rooms, amenities, and breakfast are all first class. You can't go wrong choosing this property and the location is great at the corner of 27th St and Hwy 395. Very easy to locate

The motel was clean and well cared for. The breakfast had plenty of selections and was nicely presented. Our 3rd floor room was very quiet. Its location was convenient to travelers using I-82 or Why 395.

This is a really nice hotel. We were able to use our Best Western rewards points and received two nights free in a suite. They serve a nice hot free breakfast. My husband raved over their bacon! The suite was large with a fire place and separate Jacuzzi (which we didn't use). The bed was wonderfully comfortable. The room came with a frig, microwave, and coffee pot. The pool and hot tub areas were clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again. Our complaints were few. The first morning we barely had any hot water, so that was annoying. And there wasn't a magnifying mirror attached to the wall in the bathroom. Plus the blow dryer was in a bag instead of one attached to the wall. Thought that was odd. Oh, and only one sink in the bathroom. We are used to hotels that have all that.

Excellent property. Dinner was included (every Wednesday they provide free dinner to guests), items for purchase (beer, snacks, etc. were reasonably priced). Breakfast was one of the best we have ever experienced at hotels in many countries that we have traveled. All in all....a very rewarding stay!

Great location, the best part is the breakfast, they do a wonderful job, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast muffins, bagles, fresh fruit, cereal, fresh coffee, waffles and the tastiest of all, fresh cinnamon buns, it all looked awesome and the meal I had was.

This hotel is in excellent condition - well maintained and very clean. The breakfast is among the very best complimentary breakfasts you will find anywhere. There was a wide variety of choices available, although the scrambled eggs are "instant microwaveable." The room was large and spacious, the bed was comfortable, everything worked well. The kids enjoyed the large indoor pool. Nearby are many restaurants and shopping, including WalMart.

So many choices coupled with so much quality. This breakfast had so many more options than any other Best Western or any other hotel/motel we have stayed in. Karina, the person in charge of this area, is THE BEST. She is organized, pays attention to detail, and makes sure things are right. In checking out, what we experienced breakfast wise, was on a daily basis and not just on a weekend. If you want a quality stay and an outstanding breakfast, I heartily recommend and endorse this Best Western. When we return in the future, we will definitely stay here.

Pleasantly surprised. The breakfast selection is varied with someone there to make you a custom omelette. You can also make your own waffles and pancakes. The hotel is really nice and spacious. They have two indoor heated pools and sauna. One of the better hotel options in the Tri-cities area!

It was a great experience. I really enjoyed my time there and I slept really well. Thank you Best Western for that experience. My wife and I would love it if you could tell us where you got the pillows because they were so comfortable.

So I had stayed here once before so i planned to stay here again enroute to my destination. What I did not include in my thought process or travel plans was having a cat recovering from surgery It was a 1,000 mile one way trip in total . MY CAT LOVED THIS PLACE He sat in my lap and purred while we watched TV and he was able to relax . The breakfast was outstanding . Above most BW . My cat really enjoyed the ham ! I was concerned he was going to be scared or nervous or smell dogs since they are pet rooms . But that did not happen ! Total 5 Paw! Will return

We have stayed at this hotel many times when we have been in Kennewick. I've never been disappointed with the service or the room. The location is excellent as it is right off Hwy 395 yet very quiet and easy to get to The complimentary breakfast is the very best we have ever experienced in any hotel that we have stayed. There's a Wal-Mart, gas station, McDonalds, Home Depot and other shopping establishments within walking distance of the hotel. They are very pet-friendly as we had our little Pekingese with us and she attracted a lot of attention from the staff as well as other guests! We will definitely stay there again.

Wonderful place. I believe this is my third stay here and each time the experience has been good. The staff is wonderful and they go out of their way to get all you need. Great location especially if you are coming in from the south such as I-84 via Umatilla, as it is just on the edge of the city. Closte to Walmart, Home Depot, McDonalds, Walgreens, restaurants and also close to Fred Meyer. Starbucks is just across the street

we were greeted very nicely and offered our water and treat on arrival. we asked for a main floor room and were given one. the hotel was nice and clean and parts were newly renovated. the room was fine. pool and spa nice good breakfast great location.

Very nice place! Room was well equipped and very clean. We requested a ground floor room which we were given. The pool area was nice but very strong chlorine smell. The hotel is a good location, close to restaurants and other places of business.

The breakfast was very good, especially the Bran Muffins and Cantaloupe. There is a very scenic 18-hole putting course nearby. (Canyon Lakes Golf Course) Hotel is a little too close to the freeway. Rooms on the first floor are probably the quietest

Service is always great, rooms clean and comfortable, the food is outstanding. Pleasure to stay there. I take my grandchildren on several trips a year and we always stay at Best Western no matter the state or city. We find a best western.

Clean rooms and friendly helpful staff. We have paid much more and enjoyed ourselves less. Easy access to all highways and any entertainment areas in the Tri-cities. We will return to this Best Western Motel and continue to use their services for our family gatherings.

This is another one of our great experiences with Best Western, it is in a great location, and easy on and off to the freeway. Staff was very friendly and very helpful. If it is great place for a week day or weekend get-away.

Upon my arrival the hotel there was a lady sitting out front toking away on a joint, not a good start to my stay. The check in staff was very friendly and I felt that they appreciated my business. The room that I was placed in was sufficient but soon there came an overwhelming smell of marijuana. It seemed to be coming from the room next door. I tried to go to the front desk to discuss my concern but the gal was to busy trying to flirt with on of the other staff to notice that I was there. After a couple of minutes I decided to leave them alone, at this time I began feeling a bit awkward. I went to the Walmart located behind the hotel to get some sort of air freshener to tame down the marijuana odor so I could continue doing the administrative work that I was there to do. This obviously an isolated incident but I would have felt much more welcome had the office staff noticed that I was there. My suggestion is if you stay at this hotel stay away from rooms at the end of the hallways. P.S. when I was exiting the hotel I noticed that the manager was making sure that the maids and some other staff had a chance to eat some items from the breakfast area. I felt that was very honorable and generous. Kudos to the manager.

We came here because, on this trip, we traveled with our dog and it is pet friendly. To our pleasant surprise, it is much more. The staff greeting us were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they worked to find a room that was ready even though short of housekeeping staff. The room was quiet, though like so many hotels, there are multiple sources of ambient light that affects my wife. The hotel is clean with ample parking and easy to find. It is close to restaurants. The breakfast was the clincher, however. Very large variety of offerings, all tasty. One of the biggest spreads I have seen at a chain hotel. I recommend it and will be back again.

Wow! Showed up to check in around six and they were serving Spaghetti dinner with salad, bread and cookies for free! Loved not having to make a dinner decision and find a place to eat after traveling all day! Wifi and computers were easy. Slept well. Family said fan in their room was loud, ours was fine. We were on highway side and traffic noise was loud at times. Pricey, but includes breakfast and dinner, so with it! Didn't make it to pool, but always a nice option! Would recommend and would stay again, but would ask for room not on highway side.

We are retired and travel often. This hotel has the most friendly and accommodating staff we've ever encountered. Rooms were large, super clean, and the breakfast was outstanding. Will make it a point to stay here whenever our travels take us this direction.

We stayed the night at this hotel because we went to a family members wedding in Kennewick. The hotel was very homey. The beds felt nice at first but we both woke up with sore backs. Not the right beds for us but I'm sure they'd be perfect for someone else. The breakfast was fantastic. Plenty of good eats to choose from. The pool was cold but the hot tub was perfect. Our stay overall was good.

Best Western Plus in Kennewick, a mid-range priced hotel, provides a lodging experience on par with the best of hotels in this group. The exterior of the building and reception area are inviting, the room is large and well-appointed with modern furnishing, a comfortable bed, microwave and mini-frig. Clean and cool, the room provided a welcome and restful retreat. In the morning, I enjoyed the free hot breakfast offered with the standard fare of coffee, juice, eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, etc. Check-in/out was fast and efficient, and staff was friendly. If in the area, I would happily book here again.

The hotel is well located, clean and comfortable. The number of electrical outlets is acceptable, but the speed and reliability of qifi could be better. The staff is competent and considerate. Breakfast is better than most at this type of property, although a better selection of fresh fruit would be welcome.

Rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff are pleasant and welcoming. Price point is very good, compared to the Oregon Coast. Breakfast buffet the best we have had at a BW, lots of selection.

I love this hotel, the price is right and everything about it is very nice. They have an excellent breakfast bar in the morning with hot and cold foods, I was able to eat within my healthy restrictions. The indoor pool is a good size. The rooms are spacious. There is a Walmart in the back of the building. You will need transportation for other shopping.

On our extended trip, the best western plus Kennewick Inn was by far the best in every way. Pleasant helpful staff, extremely clean and spacious with very comfortable beds and furniture. The hotel is beautiful and fairly new. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave and large TV. Their wifi worked well. We had no outside sound issues. We will always use this hotel when we are near the area. It was so reasonably priced, we were surprised. The breakfast was the finest on our entire trip.

Who would expect such a high excellence in mid state city of Kennewick? We were blown away from the entrance to the room. Although we didn't have time to use the fitness room or pool, they looked totally inviting. The warm cookies after our evening stroll was a homey touch. Excellent restaurants were very close. Very convenient to get to and from the freeway. WOW visit.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting relatives in Kennewick. I had a very nice suite in this hotel. I got a good night's sleep each night that stayed at the hotel. The free breakfast each morning was excellent.

Escaping the smoke from the wildfires we drove our motorcycles to Kennewick needing a break. This BW was the best choice. Great staff welcoming us, room spacious and clean, pool and hot tub area to relax and a quite room to sleep over. On top a great breakfast buffet to start the new day afresh. We'll definitely come back when we'll return to this area.

The people and team at this hotel knows what quality, attention to detail and organizing around the customer experience is all about. Despite the location being only on the way to another destination and not something I'd consider otherwise, this is the best Best Western ever.

I have been staying at this hotel at least 15 times a year for 7 years now and it only gets better, service, appearance, gym and food all improved over the last 7 years. I love knowing that I will get a great experience every time!

We stay here a lot when traveling to see family, as it is right in the middle of our drive. The place is well lit, feels very safe, is clean and well-maintained, and the staff is always really friendly and helpful. My kids like the pool. We just got a puppy and they accept pets, without gouging us on the pet fee, so that is a huge bonus.

We stay in Best Westerns often and this is one of the nicest ones we've been to. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, the breakfast is very good here! It's in a good location for access to anywhere in town. We have stayed here before and we will definitely stay here again.

Was so nice to have been upgraded to the king suite for my anniversary! The room was beautiful and so was the hotel. Check is was so easy and breakfast was amazing. Deffitently recommend this hotel to anymore. It is great for all needs. Excited to be coming back in the future. Had a great stay!!!

This hotel is very very clean, with large rooms and comfortable beds. Towels are soft. Staff is very helpful. We had a problem with our TV remote and they replaced it pronto. They offer a hot breakfast daily with 24/7 coffee and on Wednesdays a complimentary hot dinner to boot. The grounds are well kept and clean. Pool and jacuzzi too. Thought I was staying at a resort. Very very nice.

Everything about this Best Western was excellent...the friendly and helpful staff, the room, the bed, and the breakfast. This hotel is easy to find, and we will use the facility again. The exercise room is well-equipped, and pool was in great condition.

Good but could improve on Reward Information and Presentation. Clean hotel. Breakfast is probably one of the best things about this hotel. Seems overpriced for the value of the room compared to similar in the industry.

On my way to the 2017 Solar Eclipse, I spent the night before here then drove to Durkee Oregon for the event. So, I was needing a good quiet place to hit the sack early. Behind the hotel is the Walmart -not close, but maybe 100' or more to the parking lot and farther to the building -it wasn't a problem for me. It was stone dead quiet in the room. The bed was great, new, not soft or too hard for me, lots of pillows for head support & one for my side where I had Gallbladder surgery the week before. The room is secure w/ a good lock, door closer so door doesn't slam -waking the neighbors etc. Extra pillow & blanket in the closet along with iron & ironing board, Nice décor, not worn & looks new, good lighting. Bathroom has hairdryer, good shower with good flow & adjustability. Wet bar in room w/ sink, fridge, microwave, coffee maker w/supplies. Nice furniture & desk w/ office chair. TV has all inputs (though didn't try them) -Component, XY, HDMI. The desk has a 3 plug outlet unit on top. Clock radio on bedside has 2 outlets and 2 USB's. A/C unit has wall thermostat & ran quiet. The morning breakfast -I had too little time to fully enjoy, but there is a TV w/ news on the wall, good variety seating. Bacon & Sausage, Potatoes, Biscuits & Gravy, scrambled eggs -done well not powdered. Waffle maker, waffle maker of 4 small ones, auto pancake maker, juice -various kinds. A very good breakfast buffet that you don't see too often. I recommend it and will plan to stay there again in the future.

Source of the odor was probably moisture getting under the bathroom floor tiles and causing mildew/mold issues. The floor tiles between the sink and the toilet is missing so much grout between the tiles that you could see the plastic spacers used to space the tiles apart during initial tiling. Simple maintenance fix that just needs to be done. Otherwise, happy with stay. Staff was friendly. Parking was plentiful. Lots of good restaurants nearby. Close to freeway. Rooms were quiet and the AC worked well.

Beautiful lobby, lots of green grass surrounding building, clean and well-appointed rooms. The bed was quite comfortable. This was a convenient location for our visit. Exactly what we expected from a Best Western Plus.

This was a fantastic place to stay: the staff were super helpful the room comfy and clean (especially with the whirlpool tube), and the breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again if I find myself in the area.

Great spa tub in room. Great pool and spa in pool area. It was all about the water. We really enjoyed the grounding the water features provided us after a long windy day in the car. totally grounded the negative ions that had built up. Sweet!!!

As BW Plus' go, this was one of my favorites. The breakfast was, for some reason, better than most. The room was large and comfortable. Very clean and well-kept. Not in the most charming area of time, but this place made it all good!

I stay here regularly for either business or as in this case for fun. This time I had 2 other adults with me one elderly who has limited mobility. The room was big and easy to get around. We even got a shower done for the elderly person pretty easily. Love that the pool is 24hrs per day! It turns out they now serve dinner but only on Wednesday nights. Love it.

My husband and I stayed here on our wedding night in October. The staff was very accommodating and the Honeymoon Suite was incredibly spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub/fireplace in the room was awesome. The breakfast they offered was one of the best spreads we've had while travelling. It was a great experience! The only sour note we had was that the rooms little trash bin hadn't been taken out before we got in there, I'm assuming the clean people just forgot and they had given us a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider but didn't leave us a bottle opener to open it with but when we called the front desk the night manager came up very quickly with a bottle opener and also took out the trash. Even so I don't really have anything negative to say about the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a comfortable stay. The weather was hot but the AC worked well. The kitchen was great. We cooked a pizza in the oven. There was shopping nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-out was quick.

Cleanest hotel room I've experienced for a while and I'm picky! Great breakfast and I'm picky! Most comfortable bed ever and I'm picky! Highly recommend and will seek out Best Western plus from now on!

This hotel puts the "Plus" in Best Western Plus! The room and public spaces are fresh and bright and its location adjacent to Hwy 395 is a big plus. The breakfast was very well presented - many choices, and the staff person was readily available to keep items supplied and to help with requests. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly and there are several restaurants within walking distance. I'd definitely stay here again!

We had a very positive experience at Best Western Plus in Kennewick. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We appreciated that it was pet friendly with access to a nice lawn space to take our dog. The pool area was great with twenty-four hour access. There were plenty of good quality breakfast choices and the dining set-up was pleasant. Our family will definitely stay here again if visiting the area.

This is a great hotel. The best Best Western I have ever stayed in. A full buffet style breakfast is included with a great selection. In room Seattle's Best Coffee, how can you beat that? Indoor pool is very nice, and the hot tub is actually hot. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Free daily newspapers for those of us who still read them. I have stayed in this hotel several times and am never disappointed.

The hotel was great. Had nice rooms and plenty of space. Great with grandchildren. They had a nice pool for enjoyment and the internet allowed quick and easy access. Breakfast offered lots and variety for everyone's taste

HOG member benefits lowered my room rate and I parked by bike under cover. Very polite and helpful staff. Best hotel comp breakfast ever. They could do a little better job with signage between hotel and Hwy 84 to help travelers find the hotel.

Loved staying at the Best Western in Kennewick. If I pass that way again I will definitely stay at your this beautiful Inn. Wonderful, happy and helpful staff, beautiful spacious room, awesome breakfast. I highly recommend staying here AAAAA service and guest rooms.

I love staying at this hotel, staff is always very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is hands-down the best free breakfast you'll ever find, great hot food and cold food choices, and great quality.The rooms are nicely decorated and enjoyable to be in. The rest of the hotel is kept up very well. Rooms always feel clean. Hotel is conveniently located to the interstate.... that about covers it !

I tend to go for the higher end of moderately priced hotels and never thought of Best Western in that category. We tried the Best Western Plus while on a return trip from Montana to California, and it was the only one of the hotels we visited that exceeded all my expectations. For a moderate price, we got a new, clean, well decorated room with jacuzzi as well as full bath. The bed was very comfortable, after the poor beds (too soft, sagging, etc.) at other hotels. What a relief for a sore back! Staff were so very nice, and the air conditioning was blessedly cool but not noisy or drying. What a relief on a scorching day! We didn't use pool or exercise room, but the breakfast (included) was one of the better meals I've had at any price. Couldn't believe the biscuits and gravy--as good as I would make myself. This place is a great value but most of all, it rejuvenated us for another day's drive. Location was near freeways but not too close, with other businesses nearby. Good job; good management.

We came to the hotel as a group of families for a baseball tournament. The front desk was on top of everything, speedy check-in, all were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, great amenities for the kids, and an amazing breakfast. I will stay at this hotel again.

I booked a room here at the last minute on a trip for work - heading to a wild fire. The government rate was SIGNIFICANTLY lower than other hotels and the front desk clerk was AWESOME when I showed up after 10 PM.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel; brand new amenities, comfortable beds and fresh decor. I appreciate the grand staircase in the lobby to walk upstairs. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Excellent breakfast!

Very nice, clean hotel. Friendly staff. Would recommend this as a hotel to stay at if ever in the Tri Cities area. Had never stayed in the area before, just passed through. Great location to everything from nice sit down restaurants, to fast food. Less than 10 miles to the airport so close but not in a noisy flight path.

All the things we need in a business hotel are there clean, safe, and easy to work with. The family that owns the place bend over backwards to accommodate us. There is not a ton of options close for eating but there is a really nice coffee shop close by.

We stayed for two nights on a bike holiday over the July 4th holiday. Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff at a convenient location. Rooms were good and the morning breakfasts were great. Will stay here again. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent property and a great value because the rooms are clean, well appointed, and the public areas are well maintained. The breakfast area is a little small but the breakfast offering is the best ever. I believe this is the hotel breakfast I have ever experienced. The only limitation is the eggs were not cooked on demand but all the food appeared to be made fresh and was well prepared. These folks worked hard to get us in our room early.

Had a great experience. Would recommend to anyone traveling a far distance. Easy access.. Staff friendly, accommodating and very informative. Would definitely stay there again. Slept well with husband and pup. Yes, dog friendly.

We have stayed here several times now and always enjoy it. Had a ground floor room for the first time and it was very quite. Always enjoy the breakfast, though I wouldn't say it's exactly free as the rates go up every time we visit. Are planning a trip in August and booked at another hotel because the rates were way lower.

Clean, modern and staff went above and beyond to make our stay there perfect. It was by far the best breakfast we have had at hotel. Everything was hot and tasty. There was a person there to assist the whole time. The front desk staff were beautiful young women with great sense of humor. They made sure that our room worked for us as we our getting on in age.

another great weekend of softball and enjoyable stay. Staff was nice there was 3 teams staying in the hotel and there was some girls from some of the teams running up and down halls I thought they did a nice job of putting notes under all the teams doors to remind them of the hotel policies

Great hotel with oustanding staff. Very clean, great rooms, and a well laid out breakfast area. We stayed in a king suite for an evening and it was wonderful. The only downside was the view from our window was mainly air handling equipment. But I didnt stay there for that view.

This was perhaps the BEST Best Western we have ever stayed at, & the LEAST expensive!! What a deal!! All services were great - front desk staff even recommended a local restaurant where we received an additional 10%! Would definitely stay here again if we were passing through!

Used points for a stay at BW Kennewick. Staff helpful and friendly. Best breakfast experience EVER at a BW property. Good location, walk to several types of stores, restaurants. Took lots of points to get the room at no cost though. :-(

Every time we pass through town and need a place to stop we stop here. The pool and hot tub are always clean and a great place to relax before getting some shut eye. The breakfast is very good compared to other places we have stayed. will stay here again

Very nice hotel, easy access to hotel, pool area was very nice, rooms were out standing and very quit from the out side, breakfast options were outstanding too, and along with the staff that were very helpful.

Very nice hotel and friendly staff. Would stay there again. Check in and check out was simple and efficient. The room amenities were good and we had no problems with the Internet connection. We were able to get a good nights sleep after a long drive.

When staying in Kennewick we always stay at the Best Western Plus Kennewick. It's always clean and inviting. The staff is always helpful, the breakfast is very good and lots of food. We highly recommend this hotel.

Very convenient and, even though it is near a major highway, it is very quiet. Rooms are clean, spacious and well-appointed. The mattresses are very comfortable. The pool is great at the end of the day.

Very nice hotel, all kinds of great amenities, clean, quiet,nice breakfast. While it was listed as dog friendly and they provided treats for our dog, there really wasn't a good area for the dog relief area. They indicated we could use any of the lawn out front, just seemed odd. Plus we had to walk the dog through the lobby every time we went outside. No issues, just odd.

Stayed here overnight during a wine trip. Excellent hotel - big clean rooms, great breakfast, good location with HopJacks, Bobs, etc. very close by. Only complaint...we hate Best Western pillows! There are plenty of them but they are not comfortable. Next time I'll bring my own and have absolutely nothing to complain about!

Very nice hotel inside and out. Staff was very friendly and professional. My room was amazing. I was very pleased with my stay. Just wished I could have stayed longer, I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and co workers. Next time I'm in town for business; I'll be staying here again.

This was a great hotel to stay at. Clean, comfortable and a nice breakfast. Hotel is also close to many restaurants and other stores. Staff is very polite and helpful and it's easy to get to the room.

The jacuzzi tub jets were almost nonexistent. The tub was also a little dirty. That was a major disappointment since that was the main reason for renting from this location! I'm sad that we will likely not return.

If you want a great bed and the best breakfast ever, then this is the place. The bed felt like I was sleeping at home. This is something that usually never happens when I sleep on hotel beds. The breakfast is amazing. Bacon, sausage patties and links, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, pastries, cereal. juice, coffee, water, muffins, toast, pancakes, waffles, and many more. Enough to feed your family, and then some.

Clean, Friendly, relatively spacious, comfortable beds, nice lobby and breakfast area. We enjoyed our stay. our poodles appreciated the dog treats and the ample amount of green grass surrounding the property.

Good location with several fast food and dine in options within walking distance. Pet friendly and very clean with grass and a pond. No doggie station, so bring your own supplies to clean up after them. Hot tub, pool, and dry sauna are all large and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a step above any other, all the standard eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy, etc. But the meats are well cooked and you can tell they weren't just in a hurry to get it out. Cinnamon rolls under a heat lamp, fresh fruit. Large vehicle parking is available right out front (full size truck and 16' trailer were no problem).

This hotel is clean, smoke free and feels like a safe place to stay with my family. Every time we stay in Kennewick this is where we stay. The rooms are clean, well taken care of and the staff have service in the facility.

Rooms were very comfortable, and nice area for our dog to do his business. Great location, lots of good restaurants close by, and a good breakfast in the morning with alot of choices, both hot and cold to get your day started.

This is a superb breakfast buffet. Lots of choices and hardy enough for big eaters. Waffes, pancakes, muffins, eggs, meat choices, fruit choices, cereal and more! A complete coffee bar with flavorings as well! This is the best hotel breakfast buffett that we've ever found.

Great staff, nice ,clean room but a bit pricey for such a short stay. Breakfast was presented well, a plethora of choices, dining area was bright and clean but none of the items served were great. How ever, I'd book this hotel again if I could find it online for less than $150. a night.

Beautifully maintained landscape, clean and tidy rooms with plenty of amenities and the best variety of a complete breakfast we will be back again. From front desk staff, to breakfast staff, to the housekeeping staff, we were always greeted with smiles and a "hello" or "good morning". Well situated, comfortable clean beds and quiet. This was even at the motel being just about at full capacity.

I took my grandchildren to visit family in Kennewick. Our stay at the Best Western Plus was a lot of fun for them and me. Our room was a little dated but very clean and nice. The pool area was very clean and all excerise equipment was in good working order. The breakfast was awesome and so convenient. Will definitely be back.

This is a very nice hotel and property with wonderful staffing. My wife and I have stayed here a dozen times since the property opened and have never been disappointed. The newly remodeled breakfast area is very attractive and functional. Breakfast was very good as usual.
