Watch out with this hotel they will charge you for 2 rooms while sending you the same confirmation number. You think it is the same confirmation while it is 2 seperate rooms. So you don't see the reason to cancel. You end up with 2 rooms and no way of knowing you have 2 rooms. It was an honest mistake. And if u pick the option of non-cancelable-advantage-rate they will NOT pay you back for this. Although you stand there in person for one room. They give you the invoice as a no-show for the 2nd room which they charged you for already. All their advice is after the fact and dont do anything to help u investigate what happend. If you are there for an event for the theater next door, I would suggest the Art hotel just one block away. 2 min walk through the mall. And this bigbox hotel is as it says. The rooms are like a big shoe box there is almost no room to walk around the bed.

Good hotel, pleasant rooms and good and plentiful breakfast. A few small concerns are the glass wall between bathroom and bedroom. When two sleep in the same room and one needs to visit the bathroom at night then the only big light available in the bathroom will flood the bedroom and most likely wake the other. Further the two swinging doors between wet and dry area didn't close properly because they use (weak) magnets. Ample parking opposite of the hotel (free during the evening and night until 09:00 or in the paid parking garage across the hotel. Nice bedding and very adequate airco which is always a must have for me, I need to sleep in a very cold room.

This place has the biggest hallway doors I've seen.otherwiseclean and efficient. Parking is not included, but parking in the nearby shopping centres always possible. Good continental German breakfast with fresh buns

I spent a night here on a recent work trip. This is a truly modern hotel to base your activities from. A 15 min walk from the train station is very easy. There are restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff is very friendly, speak excellent English (thank you!) and willing to help wherever they can. The rooms are very clean, modern, spacious and quiet. The bathrooms are sparkling clean with a very nice shower! There is a small desk, television and good wi-fi. Breakfast has very good variety for anyone. I would highly recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I am still staying at this nice and friendly Hotel room 415. My wife and i with our Baby felt so good since our check in. The front desk Team welcomed us in a very nice way, check in was very quick and well organized. The room which is not big but very clean and very comfortable, the only negative Thing is the bathroom which is too small. The Hotel Restaurant serve excellent Food and the waiters are very helpful and attentive. The Location is perfect, it is like 150 meeters to Kempten Center, and just in front of the Hotel there is a Commercial Center Forum where you can find whatever you need. Vielen Dank.

One of the most unaccommodating accommodations I've ever experienced. Check in was delayed twice beyond normal check in despite showing up early and letting them know I was there. I watched three people arrive after me and be provided rooms over the hours I waited. The air conditioning did not work. The hotels solution is I move to a smaller room with working ac or they could give me a 10 euro credit. Then they claimed they fixed the ac only they didn't. Gave up on the subject and decided to tough it out because every sign points to the property not caring about its guests. On my second night I ordered a water and asked for the menu. The water was provided and the menu when I was finally able to get the bar tenders attention ten minutes later. It was odiously a hassle having me there. I attempted to make eye contact and was continually over looked. The place is truly below the polite German standards I am accustomed to.
