Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites

The guest(s) on the second floor above our room ran the shower from 10:50 pm until 12:00 am. Then again starting around 6:20 am until heaven knows when. We left the room at 7:10 and it was still running. The sound is like five kettles boiling briskly on a stove over your head. I will say one of us slept through the nightime disaster, having taken a Tylenol before going to bed. The strangest pillows, shaped like squares, were impossible to actually use.

A huge plus is the omelets to order for breakfast. They also have a few other items but they do a great job on the omelets. The rooms are good size and clean. Everything works fine. The beds are comfortable and I like their pillows. A nice touch is a happy hour drink in the evenings. I like this place better than going into Twin Falls.

We stay at this location several times a year, and it's always very pleasant. No pet fee for our very well-behaved 55 pound dog, a clean and modernly furnished room, an excellent hot breakfast with very friendly staff. Five stars all around, for those of us who make road trips and have been at all sorts of motels near major highways across the country! This one is noteworthy.

We were very pleasantly surprised by the value. We had a king bed and the room was very clean. They offered a happy hour drink which is unusual and had a very nice selection of beers. The breakfast was great with a custom made omelet that was delicious. We will definitely stay again.

Very well maintained by those that obviously care and take pride in thei work. The hotel is older but clean and the bed was very comfortable. Loved the western theme. The only negative for seniors traveling … no elevator

We've stayed at this location several times. It seems to get better each time. The property is well maintained and the staff is pleasant and friendly. Easy on and off the freeway location. Good parking.

This is our go-to place when in town visiting family. It is always clean, quiet and the staff is friendly. The breakfast choices are simple, but with enough variety to meet most people's taste. Excellent omelets and waffles.

This is one of the best Best Western hotels we have stayed at. Front Desk was helpful and friendly, service was helpful and friendly. Location was good. Close to Twin Falls but cheaper than staying in Twin Falls. I would recommend this to anyone.

Great breakfast, very comfortable beds. Clean rooms and hotel with friendly staff. Parking with a trailer was easy. Made to order breakfast with real eggs was great . The food quality was good. The location was close to the Interstate.

Owners/corporate DO NOT CARE... we were attacked by two unleashed/ unsupervised dogs (in a enclosed hallway inches from our door, hand reaching for keypad) belonging to another guest from another area entirely. All the staff recognized these dogs & did not enforce the policies set forth by their employer.

The room was clean and large. It has a refrigator and a microwave. The tv service is direct tv. However The bed felt like I was sleeping on a board. The internet was extremely slow and un reliable. Less than 3mbps and would keep disconnecting.

Changed rooms 3 times. Ended up in one that I was previously in. It smelled so bad I had my air purifier on, I had towels and blankets on the floor. I seen a black spec in bed thought it was kids chocolate or something . Nope next morning they are all over and it's rat poop! Took pics . I try to get ahold of management, but they said he went to Walmart , I needed to leave and he would email me since I wouldn't have service . I have heard nothing and called twice . This was major . This was a health hazard and I get no response! I have stayed here with my husband for years and I'm done!

There is constant noise throughout the hotel and we couldn't sleep. We would be waken up early. The walls are thin. The internet is horribly slow and the signal of the TV provider constantly losses connection. I would not recommend this place if you want peace.

Room smelled of mold and urine. Paint peeling, carpet needs replaced. Rates are incredibly high for a hotel of this caliber. I stay at Best Western Hotels all over Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Utah and this is no where near the quality of the majority of the chain.

I got a pet room. I'm very sensitive to some of them chemicals they clean pet rooms with but this was clean and yet didn't have that perfume to cover up that it was a pet room. It was a nice stay. I slept great. The breakfast was exceptional. I usually don't eat breakfast at hotels but this has an egg station that will make you omelets with amazing toppings! It was very good! The pool is open 24 hrs which is amazing as well. I didn't use it but I appreciate the fact that if you get in later than 10 you still have use of a pool.

We slept well on the pillow top bed the rv was of a good size , clean bath good size shower , front desk all the staff outstanding so grateful thank u Jerome IID. We will highly recommend a stay with you! Loved the input For dinner that evening so grateful for that too!

The property was clean, the staff were great, the beds were comfortable, the price was right. The breakfast was great. We all loved the made-to-order omelets/eggs any style. The make them yourself waffles always seem to be a big hit with the kids, oatmeal and finings were great and there were even biscuits and gravy! Overall great stay.

Great location with great service! The breakfast was amazing with an omelet station. The staff was helpful and made sure everything was as needed. Housekeeping even left a not saying “enjoy your stay!” A very unique and personal touch.

I was in town for over 2 weeks because of vehicle repair. The motel was very clean, the showers were fantastic, everything up to date and functioned perfectly. The staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful.

We have family living in Jerome and are so pleased we have found this place. Breakfast includes eggs cooked to order. There are lots of goodies in the vending machines. Everyone is super friendly. The rooms are clean and warm. We bring our dog and he loves it. There is a small bar and grill right next door that serves yummy food.

We are platinum rewards members and stay at Best Western hotels often when we travel. This was the first time we started at the BW in Jerome. We booked our room well in advance! Great: Dog friendly Easy access to the interstate Various fast food, gas stations and Walmart/shopping near by. Very clean room, first floor, remodeled king room with sofa 2 sinks (one in the bathroom and one near the front door) Sofa and chair were very comfortable There were 2 pull down shades for the window and worked smoothly Deep tub/shower combo 4 comfort pillows and good sheets Thick towels, wash clothes and hand towels Great breakfast with a variety of items. You can also order freshly cooked eggs, French toast or pancakes Quiet location AC/heat was quiet Rewards members we received 2 bottled water and a soda Needs improvement King bed mattress was very hard. We woke up each day with back aches Front desk people need more training in customer service! Anytime we had a question or needed something the front desk people had no idea how to help us. If you don't know then tell the customer you will find the answer from the manager etc. and get back to the customer soon! Wi-Fi is terrible!! We had issues Monday though Wednesday! Super slow and would freeze up on our phones and iPads. When we arrived they tried to give us a awful king suite room upstairs that needed updating and only had a shower. As platinum rewards members (who booked a specific room in advance) we did not get what we wanted until we argued with the front desk people. Then they they told us they didn't know which rooms had a tub/shower combo! So we waited until they found us a room that we originally requested. It made us wonder if they tried to put us in a crummy room just because we were traveling with our small, quiet, well behaved dog. Why do we even make requests if your not going to make an effort to give us a room we need? No housekeeping so expect to take out your own trash, get fresh towels and toilet paper . They do have a little store you can purchase snacks but there's not much in there. Walk to the gas station (next to the hotel) if you need anything.

We have stayed at three different hotels in Jerome--this is the BEST! Friendly staff, good breakfast and very accommodating to our needs of a freezer to keep our foods frozen. Would not hesitate to stay here again

Rooms are clean and updated, several places to walk the dogs, great 'to order' breakfast bar and welcoming staff! It has easy access off of Highway 84 and plenty of parking. The windows open so you can enjoy the outside when weather permits!

This is our second time to stay at the Jerome Best Western. Each time was a delight. First----the breakfast. Rather than offering the usual hotel prepackaged of re-constituted scrambled eggs and questionable sausage, in Jerome, the breakfast staff prepares your breakfast right in front of you! You get your choice of an omelet (with all of the fixin's) scrambled or fried eggs, French Toast or pancakes. Who does that? In addition, when checking in Monday - Thursday the Best Western host offers a free complimentary beer of wine! If you can work out your itinerary for a stay in Jerome Idaho do so. You will not be disappointed.

It was okay but the facility seems quite dated and run down in spots. The bed was comfortable and I slept reasonably well. The parking lot was tight when I got there and it's not well marked or lit. I barely found a place to park for my rather large rental suv, plus, I don't recall seeing an elevator

One room smelled of cigarette smoke. The other room smelled like mildew every time the a/c turned on. The pool has really low lighting so it's kind of creepy. The shower water is slimy so we kept trying to wash the slime off, but of course, since it's the water, you can't wash it off.

Was a great motel for many years. Best breakfast ( still is ) available. Now over the past 2-3 years rooms are not that clean and many items broken in our room ( # 252 ). Now that they have more than doubled their room rates ( over $200 minimum plus a room cleaning fee of $25 ) we just cannot recommend them any longer. This motel could easily be the best of the best and was the best for decades. Just not now.

Room layouts are thoughtfully arranged, facility is generally nice and the prepared to order eggs are a real treat compared to what you find in other hotels. Parking can sometimes be a challenge if many pickups with trailers are in the lot.

I had tried the Hot Tub and there was no running bubbly water, including there were no showers to cool me down enough as to step into the Swimming Pool and swim laps back & forth until I was satisfied. They need to remodel the Swim Center. The only thing that was a plus, was that they had A Warm Bath and A Hair Dryer.

We normally stay at another hotel on our way to and from Washington a couple of times a year, but with our experience at this hotel, I think we have just found our new "stopping point" hotel. Easy off and on from I-84. There is a Walmart across the street, along with quite a few "fast food" restaurants, and a couple of pizza places (I think they were take out only). There is a gas station right next door, that has a little cafe. The room we had was very clean, had a King bed, with a separate sitting area (which is nice), it has a small refrigerator, microwave and in room coffee.When we were there, they had a "social hour" (a couple of hours), where you could choose what drink you wanted from a cooler, which included, water, soda, beer and if you wanted wine, the front desk would pour you a glass. We did not use the pool or fitness center. The breakfast in the morning, had hot oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, sausage and "cook to order" eggs. They have little sheets of paper, where you let the cook know how you want your eggs and the ingredients you want in your omelet, if you choose that. There is of course the usual, cereal, juice, waffles, fresh fruit, etc. Over all, the stay was great, like I said before, I think we have found our new "stopping place".

The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway and near several fast food restaurants and a Walmart across the street. The staff were efficient and friendly and made the check-in process very easy. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for sleeping, eating and watching television. It was an excellent place to stay.

The breakfast was amazing with fresh cooked omelets. They have many great fresh options to choose from. The mattress in the room was the worst I have ever slept on and I travel a lot. The staff is friendly and give great service.

Well priced hotel. Dogs are free. Stayed when the hotel was full and it was extremely quiet Had a very sweet woman making omelettes to order from real fresh eggs. Will be staying here again whenever I am passing through.

We have stayed here many times and find this property perfect for traveling through SE Idaho. Ammenities are great, personalized breakfast eggs how you like them including omelets. Staff is exceptional, friendly and helpful. Very clean and quiet.

This was a clean, comfortable room which was well decorated and spacious. The made to order breakfast was a nice surprise and there were several attendants working to keep it clean and stocked. I would stay here again.

We have been staying here weekly for almost 2 months. We are pilot cars escorting wind energy components (blades). This is a fantastic stop. The staff understands our crazy schedule that changes, depending on weather. When I call, Brandon is awsome. Dog friendly. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Although, We leave before breakfast, it looks awsome. Omelet station. This is our go to stop. Thank you for making us feel at home. Also, Honkers, next door is excellent for food

This hotel was an extremely good value and all the staff was wonderful and had great attitudes!! The room was nice and modern and spread out. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, very invigorating! The bed was comfy. The food was delicious and fresh and the cooks made a custom breakfast at your request: eggs, pancakes or French toast. The variety of foods offered was elaborate too! The hotel was easily accessible off the freeway. Thank you!

Traveling from AZ to WA with a large dog could have been a real challenge. The staff at Sawtooth Inn and Suites made the overnight one of the best nights I have had! The breakfast was perfect. The check in process was efficient and the desk clerk was so pleasant. I have never been to a hotel/motel where the motto was, “all pets are welcome.”

I stay at this hotel for work and I love it. The breakfast is great and access to the gym next door puts this place over the top! The staff easily makes this hotel the best I've stayed at for work by a long shot.

This hotel is perfectly adequate and well located. We stayed here once before, before Covid, and it served it's purpose just fine. My biggest issue here is that only 2 out of the 8 employees we observed while here were wearing a mask. Anti-vaccination/anti-mask Idaho notwithstanding employees working at a national chain should always wear masks until Covid is in the rear view mirror. In the future I'll be seeking accommodations where they take the health and safety of their guests more seriously.

Always a wonderful experience staying at the Jerome, Idaho BEST Western Motel. The breakfast was the BEST in the entire United States we have ever experienced. We would love traveling if other motels including other BW were even one half as good in their rooms or breakfast.

This hotel lived up to the BEST WESTERN standards, clean, maintained, friendly staff. Easy on and offFreeway exit with fast food nearby, WalMart across street. NO Elevator and a 2 story hotel. Only complaint is that this information is on their website; however not prominently placed. My husband and I have no difficulty meneuvering stairs however family we travel with do and I could have just as easily booked a "non-refundable" room and not been able to utilize it with elderly family accompanying me. "NO ELEVATOR" should be a warning note/check box acknowledgement before submitting payment.

Had to get a hotel at the last minute with our dogs, we had driven 10 hours as we are moving from west coast to east coast, the front dest was so helpful and professional. Very clean room and good value, thank you guys for helping two very tired travelers with our pups! We couldn't ask for a better experience when we needed a place to lay our head.

We were wearing our COVID masks when we entered the motel. The clerk was unmasked (masks were not required in Idaho at that time) but quickly offered to don a mask if we'd like it. We said yes, please. That's their policy, no problem! That was just an example of the good service we received at this motel.

Nice hotel. Clean, great breakfast, friendly people. The hotel does not have an elevator so if you are on the second floor, you have to take luggage up stairs. Would highly recommend. Good value. That's about all I have to say but this site wants 200 characters and I wish they didn't require this.

This hotel has amazing rooms and amenities. The internet service is fast and stable. The staff are amazing people who are friendly and genuinely care. I can't think of a better place to stay and help make memories.

During a swing of western states to see the National Parks we decided we wanted to see the Twin Falls and Evil Knievel area on the Snake River. Chose this BW because it was close to the Falls and had a good price. Overall the Hotel is nice inside and out and the staff at the front desk were really funny and awesome! The room was pretty standard and the bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep (even being close to I-84). The only reason this place does not receive a 5 (and much like all the other BW's we stayed at) was the internet could have been much better and the Toilets need to be Comfort Height (5 of the 6 did not have them). Other than that, the breakfast was spot on in the morning and the Hotel had all the amenities needed for our stay. Shower was awesome!

The room sizes are large. The hot, customized breakfast they serve complimentary is the best I have ever had in a hotel. The lobbys, rooms, pool area and breakfast nook are very clean and the staff is so helpful. This is my favorite hotel to stay in. If I had 1 complaint it would be that they need to keep the outside grounds better. It doesn't reflect the rest of the hotel very well.

Awesome staff, polite, friendly, cheerful, and professional. The rooms are good size, and very clean. The beds and furniture are very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning and heat worked flawlessly.

The hotel was fine and I have no complaints about the room. However, when I left a jacket in my room and called about it that same day, I received horrible customer service. Neither the desk clerk nor the manager called me back. Then after talking to a desk staff, she said the manager would call back in the morning, but she didn't. I left 2 messages on her phone and still she did not return my call. When I called the front desk yet again, she was working it and picked up the phone. Write away she said they hadn't found it, but after I voiced my belief that meant a staff person took it, she asked me for a description and said she'd talk to he head housekeeper. She how is it she had even checked on it if she 1) didn't even know what it looked like, meaning she hadn't bothered to read the other, with description of the jacket, including where I left it in the room, and 2) had even talked the the house king stuff. And of course she never called me back. But wasn't expecting she would at this point. So disappointed in the extremely poor customer service and the obviously lying by The Manager Andrea.

The Sawtooth Inn Best Western Motel in Jerome, Idaho is a great stay while in the Snake River Gorge area. The manager and staff are professional, efficient, very friendly and go above and beyond for the guests. The breakfasts are excellent and the rooms are well priced, very clean and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for more.

Nothing fancy, but nice place to stay en route to Boise. Less expensive than staying in Twin Falls, but you are near enough to both Twin Falls (the city) and spectacular Shoshone Falls. Food service was good. Not a lot of traffic noise.

We arrived at this hotel and it was great to see that they had a sign on the door saying that all employees must wear masks. There also was a big sign inside the lobby saying the same thing. TOO BAD -the three employees behind the desk were NOT wearing masks!! Our son almost died of COVID so we are very nervous when people don't wear masks! We told them we didn't feel safe and wanted to cancel our stay. They said it was too late and they wouldn't help us. We are gold members and love Best Western but not any more. I called the next day and talked to the manager. She said she talked to her employees and told them to wear masks. I told her that we didn't want to stay and she said since we did they couldn't do anything for us.

This hotel was great except for the fact that front desk refused to wear masks. Clean 24 hour pool &spa. Great location! Buffet breakfast available but again no safety for covid as masking wasn't enforced by staff or customers.

24hr pool/hot tub, cute landscaping, very accommodating staff! Did I mention their great staff? : ) good parking, w/ a little laundry area next door@ quick mart/grill place. Next to McD's, Taco Bell, BK & coffee drive-thru.

Stopped for the night on the way to southern Utah. Toilet almost overflowed and front desk wasn't wearing masks upon check out. Before entering the hotel, there was a sign on the door asking customers to wear masks, but apparently some of the front desk staff thinks it's ok not to follow company policy. Otherwise, was ok for the night.

that I'll stay when traveling thru this area! The staff is amazing, location very convenient, spa and pool wonderful! and you just can't beat a freshly prepared hot breakfast! Thanks Best Western Sawtooth Inn and team!!! WooHoo!!!

If all the motels / hotels were as clean and well run as this BW in Jerome, Idaho then we would enjoy traveling. As it is we bought a motor home just to avoid 99 % of the motels. This motel is by far the best in the entire United States.

The positive: a complimentary pass is given to the gym across the street. Very nice! The negatives: inadequate sanitation. The staff wasn't wearing masks. Things just didn't seem all that clean in the common areas. Rooms were okay, but certainly nothing special. I would look for a different property next time in the area. Finally, we were woken up several times during the night because people were gathered outside right outside our room. Not exactly the hotel's fault, but the staff should have been aware enough to encourage the group to gather elsewhere away from the hotel rooms.

My family and I took our mom on a mini vacation to her home town area to learn more history, have fun and make more memories. Staying at the Jerome Sawtooth Inn and Suites is always a great experience with wonderful staff and amenities. Our number one choice in this area!

From check-in to maid service to breakfast, the staff was so friendly and personable. This hotel doesn't have an elevator, but they made sure we were on the first floor. Made to order omelettes were delicious at breakfast.

This is my favorite hotel. April makes the best omelet ever! Her guest service is AWESOME! She actually even remembered me from two years ago! The rooms are big,clean and wonderful. The TV size is really good.The platform they use for chanel's ROCKS. The indoor pool was clean, and a great temperature. The hot tub is very small not good for more than 2 people. The senior discount my husband got was a bonus on an already good priced room. Doing the math,a crummy room is $65,these rooms for$25 more,WELL WORTH IT! I love this hotel. I've only ever had one bad incident.l called to ask a simple question if the pool was open and got hung up on TWICE by the manager (I'm pretty sure,as I called to complain later that day and the voice matched) February 16,2021.

As the title says, the amenities are great, I was given a room with a porch which I never expected at a hotel like this, and the pool and hot tub were open 24 hours which every hotel with an indoor pool and tub should do. Customer service was great and the room itself was clean and it had a big screen TV, which would have gone nicely with a couch. However, the cold was seeping into the room from outside and the temp controls were limited to 75, but it barely kept the room warm. The water pressure was super low my first night, and with the room being so cold I was freezing coming out of the shower. I would have moved to another hotel, but I was only staying one more night so I didn't want the hassle. Bed was okay but I didn't sleep well.

It is one of the better places to stay with the Covid restrictions. You can get a hot breakfast. They do omelets, fried eggs, sausage and more. It is limited because of the restrictions but they do a great job and at least it is not in a bag. The rooms are nice and housekeeping does a great job. Good place, good service, good stay.

Big 2 queen bed room. Clean. Large bathroom. Great shower, no tub. Great check in. Close to the interstate. Good tv, and other appliances. They have a full breakfast room with made to order food. Did not partake in the dining experience. From my observations and travels. Covid safety is not a concern in most of rural Idaho. So set your expectations low for mask wearing. Would stay here again.

Don't both with staying anywhere else if you are within 15 miles of Jerome, ID. This is our favorite stop. Staff are always very helpful, courteous, and welcoming. Rooms are nice, breakfast is exceptional with lots of choices and the whole property is very clean.

Wow! Clean. Nice pool and hot tub. Everyone is following the rules with social distancing, including guests. Excellent breakfast, made from scratch and in front of you. The GYM is incredible!!!! Great staff. I highly recommend this hotel. I don't understand why it is not a PREMIUM Best Western. I know it qualifies for a PLUS status. With everything they offer, it should be on the BEST of the BEST LIST!!!! Great Job you guys. I hope we get to visit again one day.

Nice room , good price - Excellent breakfast for a covid world! Waitress / cook was nice , had biscuits & gravy , wife had omelet , both were pretty good , better than we paid for the morning before! Mattress was a little soft for my liking , but OK ..

Breakfast was delicious! I was expecting a down-grade breakfast because of Covid-19 but it was a full on breakfast! The cooks were helpful and nice. Eggs made to order with several options Yummy!. Biscuits and gravy and sausage links were not as good as mine but they were good. Apple juice, orange juice, hot chocolate, oatmeal, and cold cereal were also available. I'm sure coffee was offered but I don't drink it so I didn't pay attention, oh and there was tea available too. The room was bigger than expected and had curtains that actually blocked out the light. The tub was a bit small but the walk-in shower was fantastic. The staff was polite and helpful.

Checked in later in the evening, exhausted and tired from driving. It was unexpected to have such a clean and welcoming environment. Rooms were more than expected size and accommodations. Breakfast was the best.

Check-in was fine, receptionist was masked, pleasant. The room was just fine. But two guests were hanging around the lobby unmasked. Two other guests were unmasked walking in the hall. Two Best Western staff were also walking in the hall without masks. Signs were up saying masks required--people just weren't complying. The staff has to at least set a good example. Come on!

I've stayed at BW because I know what to expect everytime, and Sawtooth Inn was every bit as great. Biscuits and gravy was unexpected and the best we've had for a long time. Great staff, clean, and comfortable.

We were checked in by a friendly clerk. They are covid safe . The room was very nice and very clean. It was one of the quietest rooms I've been in. You could walk to many fast food restaurants that were close by. There's also a little mini mart next door, which was very handy since we ride a harley & could just walk over for extra water & snacks for the next day. We ordered pizza hut to our room and that was great since we were too tired to throw a leg over the bike. There was an option for breakfast omelet or eggs, Coffee.We didn't partake so no view on that. I would definitely stay here again.

When we arrived we asked for a second floor room so we would have a quiet room. The desk staff honored that request. We greatly enjoyed staying at this inn except for the fact that there were no family-style dine-in restaurants nearby. McDonald's was right next door. There were a few other fast food places. Walmart is across the street if you need to go there. It has a Subway that you can dine in. We didn't feel like driving anymore, so we went on the recommendation of the desk staff and ate in the grill next door by the gas station. The people were very friendly and the hamburger was better than I expected. As far as the room goes, it was pretty. There was a desk and executive chair. I liked the brown carpeting and the sink that was separate from the bathroom. I liked the comfortable armchair and foot rest. The main reason I gave this place 5 stars was because their pool was open and they actually served eggs to guests as they wanted them to be cooked. They also gave us a brown bag that had a breakfast bar, apple, and yogurt. There was a small hot tub that was adequate for us. The pool was a good size and wasn't too cold. I was impressed by the thickness of the pool towels. I've read reviews here concerning people's complaints about the inn having no elevator. Keep in mind that Best Western inns that only have two floors don't have an elevator. If you don't want to haul luggage upstairs choose a first floor room.

They recently remodeled and it is much newer and refreshing looking. Considering Covid the breakfast was good. It was more than the usual grab and go breakfast. Areas were clean and the happy hour is a nice treat

Easy to locate, convenient to interstate. Clean, modern hotel. Nice rooms, excellent service, great pool. I especially enjoyed being able to relax on the sun patio with a cold beer as my grandson played in the pool after 11 hours of driving+Yellowstone. Desk agent was attentive and helpful. Comfortable beds. Larger than normal fridge allowed us to cool a couple days worth of water and Gatorade as we push westward. The morning omelette's were a surprise in this day of "bagged" breakfast. And McDonald's next door was nice upon arrival. My only quirk was the bathroom. The updated, oversized showers are nice but make the room so cramped for dressing. And the necessary move to the outside light switch meant my grandson was wakened at 5:30 a.m. when I used the restroom. But a minor hiccup in a great stay.

This hotel is just off the freeway with gas stations and fast food close by. The hotel was exceptionally clean, check-in was fast and easy and the room was very comfortable. Free breakfast included made to order omelets. We only stayed their one night. We completed a week long road trip and wish our other hotels were this nice. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely stop here.

The service was really good. The counter person was friendly and accommodating. The place was nice and everything was in working condition. The rooms are large and nice. The a/c worked great and they even have a limited hot breakfast during this Covid thing. That was fantastic for me. I hate grab and go bags.

We booked 1 week in advance. After a 12 hour drive we arrived and check in was fast. Our room was very clean and they provided everything that is expected and more! We enjoyed a coffee with a provided Kruieg machine. Plus wifi, cable! Breakfast was great with the custome omlettes ! My ONLY complaint is that there is limited parking space

Loved the newer style room 150 we had as a family. The bathroom was extra large and the room spacious with tall ceilings. Overall the motel is very clean and everyone seemed friendly. The pool could be a bit larger but that is the only complaint.

Book directly through the hotel and not a third party vendor (travelocity) check in was a breeze, room was wonderful, staff was amazing, modern rooms. Pets allowed!!! We weren't able to swim due to Covid 19 but probably would not have anyway. We were there to sleep and get back on the road.

This hotel is located just far enough from high traffic areas so that it's super quiet. The rooms are well laid out ,very clean, beds are comfy, and there is a large walk in shower. The breakfast has all the usual items plus!!!!!!! Eggs cooked to order, omelettes scrambled easy over with all the fixings added to suit your tastes..

This was a nice hotel. They offer an evening reception with soup and cookies. They were both good and filling so we didn't have to go out to dinner. They also offer a cocktail hour with wine, beer, or soda. The room was large. The internet was slow but the television stations were good. They do not have an elevator. They also have pull down blinds instead of curtains so there was nothing interfering with the air conditioner. Breakfast was good with made to order eggs, pancakes, omelets or french toast. They also had oatmeal, donuts, toast, juice, etc.

Clean updated rooms, friendly staff and an excellent cooked to order breakfast! We thought it was a great choice and plan on staying there again when the opportunity presents itself. I would highly recommend The Sawtooth Best Western when traveling through Idaho.

Great staff that make you feel like you are staying with family. No need to find a restaurant. The omelette bar is excellent. The decor is really nice, like a mountain lodge. This motel is located in a very small town and the motel has a small store that is reasonably priced with various items that you may need. Always my choice when staying near Jerome ID.

There was a problem with my reservation which the receptionist phoned the manager at home and promptly resolved. Impressive response time. I had been driving 20 hours and was welcomed by hot minestrone soup and baked cookie. Everything about the stay was perfect. (The morning cook was coughing and sneezing. It is cold and flu season but would have preferred that she wear a mask or call in sick.)

This specific hotel has been by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was great and very friendly! The 24 hour pool was a plus especially when traveling with 3 kids. The rooms/beds were very clean and comfortable. The shower with the glass doors were good as well. Breakfast was deliciously made to our wants (omelettes/eggs) and they also had biscuits and gravy, pancakes, waffles, French toast and other breakfast items. Being that this hotel is also pet friendly made it even better. We had a GREAT stay overall!

Everything from check in to breakfast was friendly, easy and personalized! The renovations done in this last year are very nice-beautiful shower! The pool and hot tub were clean and open 24 hours-very handy for our late arrival. The breakfast was so nice with made to order omelets, crepes and super friendly service!!

IF and that is a big if, all the motels in America were even 1/2 as good as this motel is ( along with the best breakfast in America ) then my wife and I would enjoy traveling a whole lot more. This motel is neat, clean and extremely well run. We have never found one better in America in over 20 years of traveling. Most are barely acceptable but this one is fantastic.

It sure didn't look anything special from the outside, but the rooms were spacious and clean and nicely remodeled- big shower was great! Breakfast with the made to order crepes and omelets was a great touch too. Good sized eating area compared to some other places I've stayed as well

I liked the pre check-in via email feature which saves time after a long drive. The rooms are a bit older and dated but are comfortable and clean. The amenities include microwave and a good sized fridge.

Right off the 84 freeway near Twin Falls. Best breakfast with made to order omletes & crepes! Pool open 24/7 which my kids and I loved. I had a tension headache, so soaking in the hot tub at 2AM was a godsend! Good carrying staff. We'll be back!

We arrived tired after a nine hour drive with pets. Check in was super quick and the room easy to access. We called to ask when the pool closed and they said, "Our pool is open 24 hours a day!" The next morning at breakfast we enjoyed a made to order free breakfast and coffee in the dining room. Our granddaughter loved the pool and our dog enjoyed the roomy grassy space provided just outside our room. Many fastfood restaurants within walking distance (some next door). We will stay here every time we visit the area.

When I travel for business to the area, it is the only place to stay. The staff is great at check in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The gym you can use is better than the one I joined at home and the breakfast is better than a restaurant.

I had a great stay at the hotel it is right off the freeway and close to some stores and resturants. The rooms were good sized and clean. I liked the staff there were friendly and nice. The breakfast was great with someone making eggs to order and wil bring to your table. I will stay there again if in the area.

Close to the interstate, but quiet. Room was spacious and clean, with a fridge, microwave, and a small coffeemaker. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is way above average for similar hotels, with made to order eggs. Cookies and happy hour in the evening. My only quibble is there is no on-site exercise room. Guests have access to a nearby 24-hour fitness center, but I wasn't comfortable going there alone at 6am. Had a great, restful stay here.

I drove to Idaho for the Lost n Lava Cowboy Gathering in Shoshone. The lady at the community center there suggested I try Best Western in Jerome (about 17 miles away) It was an easy drive, nice room, a few problems that staff quickly responded to. They have a good breakfast, very pleasant staff and overall I nice place to catch some zzzzs.

I travel back-and-forth from Nevada to Washington state to visit family I've always stayed at the best Western in Jermone Idaho the halfway point. It's a dog friendly place and has some grass area. There's a few things that they need to repair to make it nicer exterior and interior. But pool/hot tub are great for the families.

Once inside, we had a warm welcome and a very supportive staff who provided us with a wine opener and two very nice wine glasses. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hot breakfast the following morning was nicely prepared and served directly to our table. There are a considerable number of feed lots in the area and when the wind is in the wrong direction it is very noticeable. Avoid first floor rooms that are across from the late night auto repair facility. We would stay again.

Hotel is in a convenient location. Clean. Pleasant staff. Shower was good. But I always find it annoying to have the sink separate from the room with the toilet and shower. Breakfast was pretty good. You can get eggs to order. Very nice people at breakfast area.

We arrived very late. Room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke. Having children with asthma, this was quite an unpleasant night. Hot and cold water were switched. Carpet was definitely old and in need of replacement. Breakfast was being cleaned up 30 mins early, so we had to take our children to McDonald's to eat. Far too expensive for such a crap hotel.

Beautiful place right next to Food restaurants and across the street from Walmart which was nice because there are many things that I needed to get on my trip that I forgot. Rooms were absolutely gorgeous. Very quiet and easy to get too especially if you're handicapped. I will definitely stay here again!

We stopped during a cross country trip. It was convienent and with the added plus of seeing Shoshone Falls (gorgeous). We had the van packed and felt completely safe leaving it that way in the parking lot.

The hotel inside was great, very comfortable. But outside the area around this hotel is industrial. It smelled heavy of animals. It is very close to a mechanical building. Rv parking is located in the far back and McDonald"s is across the parking lot. Overall our stay was good. We were tired travelers.

Took advantage of the early check-in and decided to upgrade for a couple bucks, thinking we'd get a little larger room. Walked in and discovered we had a bedroom in addition to the main area. I thoroughly enjoyed not having to listen to my husband snore his brains out all night. Great breakfast complete with a lovely woman who made eggs and crepes to order.

ROOM: Clean, excellent wifi, good bed. Normally we get upstairs rooms so I was a little concerned with our ground floor room because of potential noise, but it was perfectly quiet. I liked the new window coverings with the easy-touch up and down black-out shades. They have a "pillow bar" option.where you can get exactly the right one for your taste at the front desk. We liked that the mini-fridge wasn't too mini and included a freezer space to re-freeze our ice blocks for our little coolers. BREAKFAST: They taken the Best Western breakfast to the next level here. You get to fill out a custom-ordered form for your own omelet, crepe or pancakes. I got a wonderful omelet delivered to my table that included a bunch of my favorite fillings. OVERALL: Neither my husband nor I could think of any negatives here. A great stay in Jerome.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't have asked for a better home-base. Everyone here was so friendly and accommodating (big shout out to Brandon at the front desk!) and the new renovated room very amazing. Breakfast was great with something new for everyone each morning. The kids definitly enjoyed the pool, both in the morning and evening. With only a quick drive to Twin Falls for our outdoor adventures, this Best Western is definitely a gem in southern Idaho. We will definitly return next time we visit the area. Great job, guys!

there are not to many places to to stay in the small community of Gooding, ID. so I selected to the stay at the the Best Western Saw tooth Inn located in Jerome, ID.about 15 minutes closer to Gooding than staying in Twin Falls,ID. On past trips to The Twin Falls area I have stayed at the Best Western in Twin Falls and the Saw tooth Inn with even with the extra drive I preferred the the Saw tooth Inn. Shopping is just across the street and there are many choices for restaurants in Jerome.

First time and will be back, easy check in and out, great breakfast, clean room and liked the clean remote control. The lobby was decorated in a fun mountain motif and we loved the wooden front counter.Room was very nice, the whole place seemed like it is kept up well.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times and we LOVE the updated rooms!! Now the rooms are a bit smalled but we love the beds and TWO sinks in the room. This is huge for a family of four. The remodeled breakfast area is great and the staff is awesome. They did a great job with the remodel. I wish the pool was bigger with a check of the towel supply but overall a great experience.

The staff went the extra mile to accommodate early check-in for two tired travelers with two tired dogs. As soon as we hit the beds and our heads nested into those pillows we didn't wake up till 18 hours later. And the breakfast waiting for us was superb. Thanks to the staff at BW!

This hotel is dated a bit and could use some updating, but everything was clean and well cared for. Overall it was an enjoyable stay and we'd stay here again when traveling through the area. The bed was a little firmer than I like, but they offer a "pillow bar" so you can select the type of pillow you prefer! The pool and hot tub were standard, but suitable for relaxing after a long day. The front desk clerk, Andrea, was amazing! She went out of her way to make our stay a delight. When we found out there's no elevator, she upgraded our room at no extra charge so we could have a ground floor room and not have to climb the stairs with our old knees. They serve standard breakfast fare, but the made-to-order omelets, eggs and crepes kicked it WAY UP! Also, the fresh-made cookies in the evening were a big treat!

Once again, our experience with this hotel was excellent. Check-in went well, and all our requests were fulfilled. Since we were pulling a trailer, the clerk gave us a room near the trailer parking in back. The room was top notch and clean. Breakfast was exceptional for a hotel meal. Lots of choices and food cooked to request. The women staffing the breakfast room were pleasant and efficient, even though they were dealing with a lot of customers. We were very satisfied with our stay, once again, at this hotel.

The hotel only has one luggage rack and it's impossible to use because tires are deflated and it won't turn. Breakfast was awful - half the food looked old or bad....and you had to order what you wanted - the pans that should contain eggs, bacon/sausage, potatoes were all empty! The pool was a bit cold for our liking but hot tub was nice. Toilet in our room was extremely loud and the AC didn't work.

After traveling from Vegas home it was nice to have a wonderful hotel to stay in for our last night. My 8 year old and spouse were excited that the pool and hot tub had a 24 hour availability parking outside hotel was good. Staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean. The Continental breakfast on the morning of our departure was just the icing on the cake. They offered lactose free choices, pancakes, crepes and omelet bar that were made fresh in front of you. It was the best stay I have ever had at a hotel.

We stayed at this Best Western on the first leg of our trip home. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was awesome as you can custom order how you want your eggs/crepes, etc. That is the first time I have seen where they will cook your egg dishes for you. What a treat! I definitely recommend this hotel.

We typically have stayed a little farther east south east, but no more. This is an easy to get to and very peaceful location and the great staff and property were very welcome for our end of day travel.

Truck parking available. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There are extra pillows and blankets in the room. The cooked to order eggs, omelettes, crepes and pancakes with lots of extras to fix it up was just plain delicious. If you are in the Twin Falls area this is the place to stay.

This hotel is amazing because it is newly remodeled. Super clean. We booked the deluxe King because it advertised a queen sofa sleeper but sadly the sofa was actually a very small full. With two sons that are 6 ft tall the first night was pretty rough. I appreciate that the website description has changed and they were able to move us the second night. The manager was kind and courteous. Overall I would say that this hotel is hands down the best hotel room experience we've ever had. My husband commented several times how sound proof the rooms are and he was right. Ask for a hypoallergenic room if you aren't fond of pets in your room or have allergies.

This hotel is clean, convenient and the best in the area. The indoor pool and hot tub are open 24 hours, which was a great benefit after a long day out. The breakfast is better than your traditional hotel breakfasts. The staff was helpful and kind. They don't have elevators, so if you get a room on the 2nd floor you have to use the stairs.

Stayed here one night on way to western Oregon. Stopped in with no reservation, and they gave us a good deal. Everything was good, no complaints at all. Desk staff were friendly. The breakfast was good, especially the made to order omelette.

Our request for a ground-floor room with easy access to a doorway for our dogs was met and appreciated. Breakfast was very good and liked that we could have our eggs made to order. Our family really enjoyed this hotel. Fantastic service, comfortable beds, and relatively quiet. The indoor pool had a great temperature. The indoor hot tub was a little small. The breakfast was FANTASTIC. Probably the best free breakfast I have ever had in a hotel. Cooked to order pancakes, omelettes, and crepes, plus several other options (Biscuits and gravy, bacon, fresh fruit, oatmeal bar, etc). Only two negatives. No elevator, which is a pain if you are on the second floor. Also, the carpet in the main hallways was really old and dated. We'll definitely stay here again.

Shower and bathroom 1st rate. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast fresh, expansive. Good. I don't know how they make a profit at the price I was charged. Stay here if you are in the area.

We are traveling cross country and only have been staying at best westerns. This one is one of the bests. Pool was warm and breakfast was good. Parking for rv/trailer kinda stinks but we made it work.

Great service and wine choices The beds were recently replaced with cheap Sealy and we both woke up with sore neck and back. Great breakfast choices stay away from freeze dried hash browns. Rooms have been updated minus concentration of USB charging ports. Other than that great hospitality by all staff members

We rented a room for our daughter's 7th birthday so we would be able to use the pool and have a slumber party, upon check-in we noticed they had only given us a single bed room so we spoke to Brandon at the front desk and he graciously upgraded us to a 2 bed room that accommodated us all :-) the breakfast was absolutely amazing they had a little bit of everything but the best part was the made fresh omelettes that were provided!!

Traveling on business in the winter can be a little taxing with the road and travel conditions. What a great experience with the folks at Best Western Sawtooth Inn in Jerome, ID. Check in staff really helpful, nice rooms, exceptional cook to order breakfast. Highly recommend these folks.

Stayed there will working out of town, exceeded my expectations with breakfast options and then the surprise of cookies and soup in the afternoon. The only drawback was that I am traveling with a dump truck, and the truck parking is not the best in terms of size. Can be very crowded.

Checked in and was greeted with fresh cookies. The room was great. The breakfast was tasty and a nice twist is the made to order eggs, pancakes and crepes. We traveled to the area to go to Miracle Hotsprings. The motel finished a wonderful trip.

I called ahead to see if there was parking for my one ton pickup and 40' gooseneck trailer. I was told there was and it was easy in and out. I believe the hotel had parking in the back, but I parked in the McDonalds parking lot after asking management if I could. Breakfast was great have a girl making your eggs fresh any way you want them

This is our favorite hotel to stay at in the area. We love that the pool is open 24 hours a day. We got in late and our kids were still able swim. The rooms were very clean and didn't smell stale! Breakfast is delicious. We love the omelet bar! The staff was kind and accommodating, and helped when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again and again.

Stayed here one night on a work trip 12/29/18, upstairs King room. The room was clean and nice, good selection on the the tv, and awesome water pressure in the shower. (seriously, the shower is worth mentioning). Also, I usually don't even bother with typical high-carb hotel food, but the best part of this stay was an actual breakfast in the morning, with real eggs and custom omelets! Would definitely stay here again :)

Very nice place in Jerome Idaho. Ample parking for someone traveling with a uhaul trailer. Nice rooms, and they placed us close to the laundry given we were traveling and needed such. Guest services was friendly, and discussed our move into Idaho with interest. Breakfast was nice, and when we had a problem with extra long waits for the "omelettes made to order", the staff made it right. Jerome itself isn't that fascinating, but the hotel was nice and they recommended a nice place to eat as opposed to the standard mexican/fast food that seems to predominate there.

We were in town for a family funeral. We had family from UTA, Washington, and Idaho. Sawtooth Inn gave us a great discount because we had multiple rooms. Kids loved the pool! Everyone loved the breakfast!!

You will never regret staying at the Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites in Jerome, Idaho! Definitely worth staying in Jerome rather than driving in to Twin Falls. They may not be a Best Western Plus but only because of their size other than that they are superior. Never have I seen a hotel with such an excellent breakfast. Omelets, pancakes, and Crepes to order!

Great place to stay on your travels through the area. Not much to do in this area but pass through though. The staff were very helpful and the room was exceptional for the price. If you need a place to crash on your travels, look no further. The bridal suite is priced perfectly for a great getaway inyourown back yard as well.

We have stayed here twice this year. It is a great value for your money and the staff is friendly. The breakfast room is large, clean and bright. This is the only Best Western we have found that prepares fresh eggs or omelets for each guest.

We had a reservation for a Queen suite for one night. We had driven 11 hours and checked in 40 minutes after check in was available and were told that they only had one room of this kind left. Really? Yes, the receptionist told us that a lot of construction workers and truckers stayed at this hotel. We got the room by the exit and the ice machine, which was very noisy with guys getting ice and laughing before they headed to work at about 5:00 a.m. We went to the dining room for the breakfast and there was a TV station airing the latest torture and killing of a journalist. Not the way I want to start my day, and the young children present don't need to see this. I asked the woman at the front desk to change to the weather channel or something else as I found his offensive. She said sure, but when she asked the line cook for the remote she said no, that someone wanted to watch that channel. The front desk person snuck back to her desk without saying anything to us, and when we asked the line cook about changing the channel she said she'd change it in a few minutes which she never did. I took my meal back to my room. So I guess this place is suited to the construction crews, but if you want a quiet night of sleep and a reasonable response to your concerns I recommend you look elsewhere.

I used to work as a director of sales and marketing for a large chain hotel chain and I would highly recommend this property. For a town with a small population the staff are amazing. They are accommodating, friendly, and well trained, and the free buffet breakfast the selection is good and very fresh. I highly recommend you make this your "roadside hotel" when driving through Idaho.

We unfortunately had car trouble on I-84 and had to pull into Jerome ID for the night. We randomly picked Best Western Sawtooth Inn. It was a great respite for us. The hotel has been updated and had a lovely lobby, comfortable beds, a wonderful indoor pool and spa. The rooms were roomy and had two sinks, which worked out well since we had our adult grandson with us. Breakfast the next morning was a delight. Omelette and crepe bar with made to order pancakes, crepes, eggs. Hot oatmeal, Belgium waffles and fresh fruit and juice all included in the stay. The hotel partners with the gym next door and the guests have access to a first rate gym. The manager and the all the folks at the front desk were cordial and most willing to help us. If you are in the area I highly recommend it.

From checking in to the social hour amenities. Then to the 24 hour pool/spa. After that it was good cable tv, while doing my laundry onsite. Breakfast was a variety of choices with an actual custom cook. Full and ready for the Day !!!

We were immediately struck, upon entering our room, by a sense of spaciousness and cleanliness. Everything was spotless and well-appointed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding, by hotel breakfast standards. Very well done, all around.

Rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable. Staff was so accommodating. Breakfast was great. Kids really enjoyed the pool, they have the cutest little shop beer laundry soap and any extras you might need.

The king suite and facilities are updated and very welcoming. I Experienced some car vandalism in the parking lot but the staff and management were extremely caring and accommodating. I can not say enough about their dedication and understanding. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS MOTEL FOR A TRUELY GREAT STAY AND DELICIOUS BREAKFAST

My small dog and I stayed here while my semi truck was in the shop down the road. The staff was awesome, room was clean and comfortable. They offer a real breakfast with cooked eggs to order, not just the usual muffins, cereal, fruit etc. Oh, and they have a relationship with the shop that my truck was in and therefore gave me a discounted rate. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!!!

I've reviewed this hotel before. Now theirdone with the remodeling. A beautiful Inn. A great breakfast. Although they dont offer any type of coffee creamer except plain powder pkgs. They do make you any kind of eggs you want, crepes, and omelettes. But they don't offer any type of a fruit filling for the crepes. Rooms are very clean and the manager is a very nice woman. Will always come back here

The room was just wonderful and the shower was well I didn't want to get out. The pool if I remember correctly is open 24 hours. Pets are welcome always a plus for us. The breakfast is a good one. Not typical. They do have a cook on the property and will make you and omelet or what ever type of eggs you may want. .I believe they even offered wine and beer between certain hours. That is such a nice offering if you would like a little adult beverage. Staff so friendly. You can take you dog potty in nice grass just clean up after the little pup. Just don't even hesitate to stay here. $116.63 inclusive. 2 queen beds. Enjoy!

That's right. I said best. This motel has a cook who will make eggs to order. In all my years of traveling, and that is substantial, I have never before come across that. Outstanding customer service. The motel is clean, the staff very friendly. Upon checking in the clerk asked me if I was eligible for AAA or some other discount. I don't believe I've ever been asked that. It's something I usually have to say. This is close to freeway, food and fuel. It takes a lot for me to be impressed with lodging but they have succeeded.

We came in very early morning. Got the last room. It was clean comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a mad house as we hit it at the end but they were busily trying to keep up and service was good. Restoration in the dining area was complete. You could tell in other areas stuff was happening but nothing was blocking. I would stay there again. Didn't use it but pool was open. 24 hrs.

I was dead tired from driving all day and made the reservation from across the street while getting gas. The only saving grace at that point was that it was convenient. The lobby area was full of all things restorative...people, equipment and construction materials. The staff was nice enough, offering all sorts of things that I couldn't possibly consider. The hallway was full of old sofas with signs about someone coming the pick them up. I crossed the driveway to the McDonalds and had dinner. The room was fine with just a few issues like price...but, since I was so tired, I have forgotten them. Up at 3 am...and on the road again!

Our room was very nice and the staff was helpful. Breakfast had lots of options including made to order omlettes. However, the ice machine on the first floor was broken as was the hot tub. The lobby furniture was piled to one side and what wasn't has no cushions

In the past, this motel has been excellent and a substantial value. Their pet policy is very excellent and convenient. The recent refurbishment undertaken has turned the lobby and common areas into a state of disruption and disorder. Debris has been tracked throughout the entire facility. The improvements are doubtless necessary as the accomodations have become somewhat dated and worn. In fairness, this is still an adequate stop with a fine staff. The price point is now entirely unrealistic for the reduced state of the hotel. For nearly the same price, the nearby La Quinta is a vastly superior stop with a comparable pet policy. We've enjoyed the Sawtooth Inn for many years but feel it has declined in quality while greatly increasing in price.

First of all we got our accommodations thru Pricelines Express deals . The accommodations were rated three star hotel. It was not, maybe 2 star at best. They are in the process of remodeling so it might be nice when it's done for now no. The lobby is being remodeled now but my first indication that things were going down hill were the carpet on the stairs was old stained and extremely dirty. The hallway upstairs smelled stale and musty. The room smelled of cheap air freshener. The a /c in the room did not work well at all, it took forever to cool the room down and it didn't cycle properly as the room kept getting hot before it would kick back on. So the room temp kept going hot and cool not cold. The electrical outlets were worn to the point of the plug falling out making it impossible to use them. The shower didn't have a curtain liner so it was impossible to keep the floor from getting soaked. For the price we paid, we expected a much nicer place. The breakfast was good with made to order eggs.

Pulled in after sightseeing and was greeted at the desk by a very cheerful and helpful person. Not much to see or do in Jerome but she sent us to a excellent Mexican restaurant. Room was clean and roomy. Had cocktails in our room with friends after dinner, refrigerator keep all our food and drinks cold all night. Very quiet and served a breakfast where you could order what you want. Doing work on it but that's only going to make it better. Great place to stay for anybody.

I have family in the area and need a good place to stay while visiting family. When I booked on line I was careful to select the actual Best Western Sawtooth Inn site. My confirmation email came from bwi@cs.bestwestern.com. I booked a room for Sat, 6/2/18 and checking out on Mon, 6/4/18. When we arrived on Saturday, the front desk clerk said they had no reservation for me. I showed her my email confirmation information with the charge for $361.87. She was able to book a room in line with what I reserved. She then informed me we paid way to much and the price should have been $99 a night plus tax and service fee. So... when I checked my bank charges, I was billed the $361.87 and there was an additional charge pending charge for 259.89. When I called the following Tuesday, I was told the manager was not in and would not be back until Wednesday. When I called back on Wednesday, I was told he would not be back until Friday. When I finally got ahold of him and requested they refund the 361.87 and charge what should have been charged to me(259.89), he said he could not do that as I booked through Price Line and cancelled the 259.89 pending charge. I would have thought they would have wanted to make me happy and correct the issue by charging the lower amount, apparently not. The other issue we encountered was the facility was undergoing a remodel. We were not made aware of this. The lights were not functioning in the lobby of the hotel, there were no carpets/flooring on the floor (even in the eating area), and everything was covered with a not so fine layer of dust. Perhaps the term dark and dingy would apply. When using the pool, in order to use the restroom behind it, you had to go into a hallway which was very dark (safety hazard). The bathroom was not clean either. Thankfully, our room was clean and the housekeeping staff very friendly.

While there is a remodel ongoing in the lobby the visit was otherwise very good value and quality for an overnight stay. We booked two rooms for less than most single rooms cost. Rooms were quiet, clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was average. Carpet needs update but as I said they are remodeling currently.

The hotel was okay. They were in the middle of renovations so the appearance wasn't great. The air conditioner worked inconsistently, and the wifi didn't work well. Bedrooms were relatively clean, but the bathrooms weren't incredibly clean. However, the hotel was located conveniently.

We have stayed here a couple of times and there is wonderful caring staff who always seems to get what we're looking for in a Best Western. It looks like they are upgrading this hotel and it should be very stylish when completed. Will stay there again.

Stayed here a couple years ago and decided it was fine to come back to. The room was clean and comfortable. Frustrating to not have the door be able to stay open for unloading our stuff, but with two of us, it worked. Breakfast room was being refurbished so breakfast was served in the lobby. Made to order eggs/omelettes was so welcome after 12 days on the road.

I wish I could agree with the many positive reviews, but I was just not impressed. The hotel, including the breakfast room, is under construction. There are no elevators, so be prepared to schlep all your stuff. There was a soccer tournament going on while I was there, so room prices were $185-189 per night, which is a complete rip off. The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were worn. The breakfast was very crowded, and Saturday morning, the person who was supposed to be cooking the eggs to order was nowhere to be found. She finally showed up, but by that time there was a long line, and I had to leave. The front desk staff was friendly enough. The pool area was large and well maintained. This hotel was average, but at $185/night, I expect more for my money.

We booked on line to ensure we had a room for the night while travelling home to Canada. Make sure you look at the tiny box on their web site that denotes you are using a travel agency. Long story short, we had a 500.00 gift card that they would not let us use because we booked on line. Each person we spoke to about the credit card charge told us a different story. I have a hard time with a brand that uses the excuse that they are all independently owned and operated. They are a brand and need better training. That goes for their corporate office as well. Talked to the call centre in Phoenix twice to get different stories again. Best western used to be a good brand...., not so much now. Get your stories straight!

The rooms are nice, clean and reasonably priced. It's well located right off the Interstate and has a gas station right next door. The hot breakfast (with waffles, sausages, custom made omelettes etc) is free and the best we have come across. They sell beer and wine in the lobby. The room has a large sized fridge which makes it attractive to us as well.

Another great stay at the Sawtooth Inn. Very good service and accommodating to our pets. Easy on pocketbook also. Breakfast is always very good and you can have your eggs made to order. We stop there every year on our way down to AZ. They were renovating areas of the hotel, but everything was well sectioned off and clean.

This was a great place for us to stay as we were just passing through. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a large fridge that would have been great if we were staying for more than 1 night. The beds were comfy and there was a great selection of pillows. The breakfast was great and the omelettes were fabulous.

So this hotel is as easy to access from the freeway as any I have been too and although it's easy to get to, it's far enough off the beaten path to have minimal road noise. The room was clean and quiet and the TV channels were plentiful to say the least. The only area I saw that needed a bit of maintenance was in the bathroom, where the wall near the bath tub could use some help from the blistering caused from too much water exposure. That said, the room was clean, and there were enough pillow choices to suit all needs. There is a gas station next door that made refueling in the morning easy and fast. The free breakfast included all of the usual items like toast, bagels, cereal, waffles, and they also had someone there who made omelettes, scrambled eggs, or a fried egg. That was a really nice added benefit of this hotel, and the omelette I had was quite good. So for an easy to find hotel, with a superb free breakfast, and a very fair price....this is the place.

We planned to stay in Twin Falls, but it was actually a ways off of the interstate. I found this BW in the reviews. It is just off the interstate, and the breakfast is just as reviewed - made to order and delicious! The rooms are darn nice too. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

The King suite has a completely separate living room. The living room and bedroom are separate by two doors and a vanity area and bathroom. This helped to provide a buffer from any hall noise so the bedroom was quiet. This helped our dog to be more relaxed.

We depend on Best Western to provide a clean room and welcoming staff. We had it all at Sawtooth Inn. They even package the TV remote in a little bag. We enjoyed the breakfast too. The breakfast room was clean when we entered and the staff kept it cleaned up. We would like to see an egg bar in all the Best Westerns because it was an added treat...I'm partial to the waffle maker too. We look for Best Westerns when we travel, and we will continue to stay in their inns.

I had just three days to visit family. The staff took care of all my needs, were friendly, courteous, and helpful. The rooms were large and roomy and the lobby was well equipped and welcoming. The full breakfast was outstanding, especially the egg-bar.

The hotel was clean and staff was great. No issues there. Unfortunately for this hotel there is just not decent food choices in town. There are a few fast food places and about five Mexican food resteraunts all serving the same stuff. Be prepared to drive to twin falls for a decent meal.

This hotel is just off the interstate. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub, both inside and outside, are roomy and clean. The staff are professional and helpful. I recommend this hotel to whether you are traveling or just need a place to stay to visit. As a caregiver I needed a break. This was the perfect place and a reasonable rate.

For a fan of ice cream, I should be more tolerant. When I left the Jerome hotel I was assaulted by the "rural fragrance". The hotel, however, is fine. Excellent breakfast with omelets made as you watch. Staff very friendly, rooms very nice. The bathtub had a good safety rail which I appreciated.

It was our last night on the road after a long road trip. Friendly employees, excellent breakfast, the dining room staff were friendly and took the time to inquire about our day/stay. Omelettes were made to order, were prepared fast and were super tasty. Loved being greeted so warming first thing in the morning by the dining room staff. Don't let the slightly dated appearance put you off. Everything was clean and well maintained, brand new mattresses with a pillow bar to choose your perfect pillow for a great night's sleep.

The Best Western Sawtooth Inn and Suites in Jerome, Idaho is one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The employees are extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel is a little older, but very well kept. The rooms are clean, and have things that everyone wants: Blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion. The only down side for me was the bed is a little harder then I like, my husband loved it. The breakfast they serve beats any other hotel I have stayed at. They have made to order omelet's/eggs, plus everything else that other hotels offer. If I go back I would stay there and will recommend this to other people.

The breakfast here is great, a omelet/egg station, cooked to order. Great variety of breads, good sausage gravy. Great selection of items I the gift/sundry shop. Cleaning, upkeep and customer services leaves a bit to be desired. Overall a nice property. But the big thing you me is the attitude of staff and there desire to make it a unforgettable experience, exceeding guest expectations was just not there.

We needed a place to stay as we passed through the area and this one came up. It was cheaper than some nearby so we went for it. We were not disappointed. It was very nice and quiet. The breakfast was great for an included motel breakfast. My only concern was that the dairy smell of the area would bother us but you didn't notice it once inside.

Stayed here before. The location does not always work out for us as we travel between Seattle and Logan, but am happy when it does. The hotel is clean, fairly new, helpful staff. The rooms are comfortable and quiet even though close to the freeway. Particularly enjoy the breakfast with made to order eggs, a real treat compared to the usual tub of what is described as scrambled eggs found in most breakfast rooms.

This hotel is a great value at their current pricing. It is clean, fairly new and the staff are very welcoming. One of my favorite things about staying here is the custom cooked eggs in the breakfast room. What a nice touch compared to the usual pan of what is supposed to be scrambled eggs.

The rooms are comfortable and I usually stay here on my way to Boise however I may rethink that as twice now in the middle of the night I have been awakened by very loud noise that goes on sometime before addressed by staff.

I have been staying at the Qaulity Inn in Twin Falls while doing some work in that area. During the Solar Eclipse I couldn't get a room because they were all booked. I was able to get a room at BW in Jerome. It is a very nice very clean and very quiet. Worth the extra drive to my work location. I will continue to stay there now.

We were in town for a family gathering that also used the conference room for a day. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. There are nice amenities including a big screen TV and a Keurig coffee maker. The hotel is located close to the freeway, but there was very little road noise. They offer a breakfast, but there is also a McDonald's right across the parking lot.

Was ok-good breakfast made to order eggs which is a nice option. Poor fitness facility-had to go across a rocky barrier to get there-not very safe at night to get there also had to ask for a key every time you wanted to use it.

If you are in the area, this is a great place to stay. They have lots of grass to walk the dog, and the convenience to the freeway is really good. They have a wonderful breakfast. There is a cook that will fix you fresh eggs any way you want. They also have lots of things you can add to the eggs. and the staff are very helpful with suggestions on where to eat dinner. I would definitely recommend this hotel for the price.

I think the title says it all! Very impressed with this location overall. Chlorine smell was a bit overwhelming from the pool but that's the only complaint. Breakfast was outstanding!! Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The comforter was a bit thin, so I had to turn up the heat in the room, otherwise it was a wonderful stay!

This Best Western is top of the line. Spacious room, king bed, couch, huge tv. Staff was excellent, Offered a social hour with free beer tasting. Breakfast room included eggs or omelet cooked any way you like.

Are stay here was very pleasant. The staff was very courteous, our room was very nice, check-in and check-out fast and the breakfast was very good. It was also a pet friendly hotel which was very important to us since we were traveling with our dog.

The cleanliness of the room has declined with each stay. The bed is hard and we wake up with back aches each time we stay. The noise of other guest has increased with dogs barking. The secure lock of the back door didn't work so anyone could come and go.

We were in town for a class reunion. We needed to extend our day because after morning activities we needed to clean up to be ready for the evening. We were graciously offered the extended day. The room was so clean. The bed very comfy, and breakfast in the morning was yummy. It was hot a very big portions. Our stay was very nice. We will come again.

We were only there for one night, as we were on our way home from a trip to Colorado. The hotel was very conveniently placed, being not far off the main highway, and also having services, such as food and gas in the near vicinity. Once checked into the hotel, the staff was very accommodating to my needs as a walker user, and the room was very comfortable as well.

The Sawtooth Inn is a comfortable, and economical, place to stay whether you're traveling east or west. It has easy access to the interstate, close to gas stations and restaurants, ample parking, and comfortable and enjoyable rooms. The friendliness at check-in was appreciated. Having eggs and omelettes cooked to order, for breakfast, was an added treat. A great place to stay.

Great hotel just off the freeway, but room was quiet. Staff pleasant and helpful upon checkin. Lots of fast food right by the hotel; Wendy's, Taco Bell, McDonalds, Subway. Within easy driving distance were many other restaurants as well. Room was clean and nicely appointed. Beds comfy. Plenty of towels and pillows and extra blankets. Breakfast was one of the best continental breakfasts I've seen, with the usual pastries, cereal, breads, yogurt, plus bacon, biscuits & sausage gravy, and fresh eggs or omelets made to order by a nice attendant. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was clean and neat. Service was very good and the breakfast was filling. The hotel was conveniently located. I expressed concern regarding several juveniles that were roaming the parking lot. I was concerned due to several valuable items in my moving truck. The staff responded very positively and this very much reduced any stress that I had. I would stay there again!

We are repeat guests at the Sawtooth Inn. This is quite a nice motel. The facilities, cleanliness, staff, and breakfast far exceed the norm. The location is about a half mile off the interstate highway and near a variety of stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Although Jerome is a small city, it has the necessary facilities to support travelers. We use this motel two to four times yearly and find it fits our requirements; most particularly the pet policy is very accommodating.

Nice size of room family suite. Bed could have been more comfortable. Shower nice but floor slippery without a mat. Use the mat! Staff friendly,said they are remodeling in the Fall. We will stay their again.

We did not have reservations but stopped early enough to get a room with two queen beds. Check-in was friendly and fast. We enjoyed our stay in this room. This is the third Best Western we have stayed in - quality and room amenities are wonderful. We appreciated the Keurig single cup coffee maker in room with a selection of pods. Sooooo much better than most other coffee service in other hotels. A good cup of coffee in the morning, along with a great breakfast, started our day with a smile. Will come back!

This is a great hotel, does allow pets. Clean, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and pleasant decor. The staff was terriffic and the location has something to meet your travel needs within minutes of this location. Breakfast with the room and they have a snack shop if you choose not to walk 1/2 to 4 blocks to food and small groceries. Recommended.

Rooms were a nice size and well appointed. Our only criticism was waking up in the middle of the night because we heard mosquitoes and could not get back to sleep until we got rid of them. Front desk check-in was good. Wi-fi was also good.

We stayed here on our way to see the eclipse two days later. The room was fine, but there was no elevator up to the second floor. The breakfast was excellent, with custom-made omelets and eggs. If I was coming this way again, I would be happy to stay here again.

Our room was very clean and spacious. The parking was not the greatest. We had to park way in the back of the hotel. The hot tub and pool were very nice and clean. We had to drive to a restaurant to eat nothing was walking distance.

There was many places to eat along with a Walmart across the road within walking distance to all. Very convenient place to stay. The Manager and staff were very nice and courteous.I highly recommend staying there.

Clean, updated, comfortable, fabulous breakfast, fabulous staff! The omelette station, biscuits and gravy, waffle station were especially good. Super comfy beds, clean and fresh rooms and hotel. Highly recommend this location!

The service and accommodations are first class. Rooms are nicely appointed with Keurig coffee maker. Freshly made to order eggs are served at breakfast, large breakfast room with no hassle in getting everything you might want in the morning.

Epic road trip with my daughter. Driving her car down to Phoenix because she's attending school at ASU. Left Seattle and headed south through Idaho. Quick overnight in Jerome just outside of Twin Falls and booked a room with two queen beds to rest our weary heads. Once again, Best Western did not disappoint! I've used Best Western before in other locations for short quick stays and always consistently great! Clean, comfortable rooms. Clean, comfortable beds and always at a very reasonable price. Plus, complementary breakfast in the morning...with omelets made to order!! What!!?? Check in and check it out the next time you're near Twin Falls. 5 minute drive to Snake River Canyon.

Very good location and services. It was a good experience at BW. Normally, when breakfast is included, you don't expect to have omelette, waffles, and etc. It was more then I expected. But the price of the hotel was little bit over priced. But overall, it was good.

Good sleeping, friendly staff. Recommendations for restaurants was good, we picked Mexican food and it was very good. Authentic flavors. Even requested a special drink and they figured out how to make it.

This was my favorite hotel on our cross country trip. The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were excellent. The hot breakfast was just right. I found myself telling my wife, "I love this hotel."

The hotel is close to I-84, so that is a plus when you are on a road trip. Another plus was the check-in staff person, who was Andrew. He was very cordial and helpful. The hotel had a business center and is pet friendly. There is a fitness room, hot tub, and swimming pool. The room and decor were attractive, and the room was comfortable. The one complaint I had about this hotel is the strong smell of chlorine throughout the lobby and hallways. I asked the desk clerk if the hotel always smelled like that, and her comment was that it was. She said that the pool had salt water, and that the smell came from the hot tub. Fortunately, we were in a room down the hallway on the second floor, so we didn't smell it in our room. The rate was reasonable, so I'm sure that if we are in the area again, we'd stay at this hotel. Hopefully, they will fix their chlorine smell problem.

Staff does not offer less expensive rooms to AARP and AAA members. When my wife and I asked for a room the staff offered the more expensive room and we were told that was the best rate. When a younger person asked for a room while we were checking in that person was offered a room $20 less. Obviously we were being cheated for using our memberships!

We stayed in 5 Best Western Hotels on our trip. This was the least expensive and the best. We got more for our money with this one than the real expensive ones. 24 hour pool, cook to order breakfast and even free wine and beer in the evening. And cookies! Great place to stay!

Jerome, Idaho is a bit off the beaten track but since Jerome was the largest city near Craters Of The Moon National Monument, we decided to book this Best Western Hotel...... and it was far and away the best hotel we stayed at on our 10-day trip! We were upgraded to a king suite at no extra charge, and the room was beautiful!! The bed was extremely comfortable, with lots of pillows and room to stretch out. A very family-friendly hotel as well, with a great indoor pool and spa! Front desk service was exceptional, and the free breakfast was well above average. I wish we had several days to spend at this hotel!

We weren't sure about staying in Twin Falls or Jerome, Idaho on a trip to Montana. Jerome is a little out of the way, but it was well worth it. The Best Western was clean and the staff very accommodating. For breakfast, the staff will prepare eggs in any manner you desire. The front desk had excellent recommendations on eating establishments, with multiple recommendations. If you are passing through on Highway 93, take a little extra time and head north to Jerome

They have a great breakfast. And the staff was very friendly. It was in a great location. Close to get on freeway to where we were heading the next day. Close to places to eat. We some how ended up in a handy cap room but it was comfortable. We didn't say anything to the staff. It wan't that big of a deal.

When you are traveling stop here for the night. It was a great value. Staff was friendly and beds are comfortable. Pool open 24hrs for the kids. Overall a nice place to stay for the family and rest for the night.

This was far less than what I would expect from a Best Western. The room seemed clean at first and then you start noticing that is not the case. For instance when we picked up the non slip mat for the tub the underside was covered in black mold. The key lock on the backdoor was broken and you could open it without a key. The noise problem is pretty bad, when another room flushed the toilet or ran the bath water is was so loud it sounded as if it was in our room, ditto on hall noise. We spent eight nights in motels on this trip and this was by far the worse and ironically the most expensive. Not at all a good value.

The motel is conveniently located right off I-84. I heard no traffic noise. The pool was wonderful. Clean, plenty of towels. Good hours. Eggs cooked to my specifications was a treat. Shopping located at Walmart across the street.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's next to a gas station, there's a Walmart across the street for that forgotten toothbrush, and lots of good place to eat all around it. The staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. Our only complaint is how unbelievably loud the plumbing was in our room. People from other rooms used water, and it woke us up every time. If you can get a quieter room, you'll love this place.

Driving from Colorado to Oregon stopped here for sleep and instead got a 6am wake up call that i could not go back to sleep from would have slept better in My car. The place seems nice but if i cant get a nights sleep because the front desk cant read a room number correctly its a waste of $

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times on trips between Washington State and Colorado. I have not found a better hotel along the route. Every time I show up the service, staff and cleanliness is the same - Excellent! I have made the mistake of trying to stay at other places along my route and been disappointed. Boise has a good selection but be sure to steer clear of Nampa! This hotel in Jerome is awesome!

Great hotel and staff. Pool was great. Breakfast rocked! Loved the hot cooked breakfast to order. Bed was a little to firm for my liking but other than that it was great! Look forward to staying again in 6 months.

This was by far the best motel I have stayed in many years. Just great service, great breakfast, great coffee & cookies. room was very clean, property grounds were clean and well taken care of. customer service was very good.

If you are working in or near Jerome Idaho, Sawtooth Inn is THE place to stay. It is comfortable, with close freeway access and a Great Place to Stay. The Breakfast is Tremendous, the People are First Class, and the Rooms are Very Comfortable. This is a Frist rate Hotel, and I highly recommend you stay here when in this area.

Good night sleep, quiet. Parking lot view. Older carpet, fresh paint. Second floor walk up. Closed excercise room, offers use of local gym next door. Omlets to order breakfast, better than most. Very cheerful front desk and extremely helpful in looking up information online. Jerome is just north of Twin Falls, without all the confusing town streets. McDonalds next door.

I stay at hotels on 2-3 days a week and this is one of the best ones I have stayed in. They treat you like a person and not just another guest. Breakfast is always good with made to order eggs or omelette.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Great amenities and the fresh breakfast was the icing on the cake!! Beds are super comfy, the room is nice and well equipped! Honestly the shower was my favorite part of my stay :)

As far as I am concerned I will only stay at Best Western, Jerome when I come to Idaho, the services and staff are above excellent. It is money well spent and the location fits my needs to a tee. My children felt safe and were happy to play in the pool and yard, I was able to enjoy the pool and work out room. When there was a need it was met. The free breakfast is the best with a selection to satisfy the pickiest of eaters.

The rooms are large with comfortable beds. Very clean and well cared for. The pool is a bit over chlorinated and makes the initial walk into the area a bit unpleasant. The odor of the pool is even evident in the check in area. But the children had a great time and didn't seem to mind the odor. Breakfast has a huge variety of offerings.

The beds were good and the room was . .clean and comfortable . We look forward to starting here again. The breakfast was very good with fresh eggs cooked any stile. Staff was friendly and helpful. Even cleared your table for you

Loved the homey, woodsy theme of the hotel. There was a good variety of breakfast food to choose from, including fresh, made to order omelettes or fried eggs. The jetted bathtub in the suite was more than big enough for two, with room to spare. The whole property, inside and out, was well maintained and clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I travelled back to the area.

The first time I stayed in this hotel was due to a snow storm that closed the interstate. I returned to this location because of the initial experience. The suite is comfortable with great amenities. I am planning another trip to the area where I will use this as the base of operations for travel.

Stopped in on our way home from a long road trip. Pleasantly surprised by the affordability but the greatest part of the stay was the staff. We were quickly checked in and treated to cookies and a nice glass of wine. Desk clerk got us directions to a couple of places to eat and the nearest carwash. Room was clean and the beds nice. We were on a road trip and it was time to stop and get some sleep. Pulled into this Best Western at Jerome ID and was pleasantly surprised!. Reasonably priced, friendly, clean, great room! It had one of the best free breakfasts I have ever had. If you are in this area, this is the place to spend the night!

This is one of our favorite Best Western properties. The breakfast is made to order and they have so many other choices! It is conveniently located just off the freeway. It is clean and quite and closed to all sorts of places to eat. Great stop on your way to other places in Idaho or one the way to Yellowstone.

We often stay at Best Western hotels because of their consistent quality, but this hotel in Jerome was a cut above. We felt instantly welcome during our check in and it was very clear that this hotel's staff took customer service as top priority. Our room was super clean and well appointed. The bed was firm and very comfortable. Breakfast was a cut above most hotel breakfasts. We would definately stay here again! Great job.

We pulled in one snowy night. Really nice room, hot tub and made to order breakfast. The room was extra clean, soft supportive bed. Real quiet. Didn't hear any other guests. We were looking for a hot tub after traveling thru the storm, nice hot tub to relax in. In the morning the breakfast was made to order. They made our omelette to order and had plenty of other food too.

Easy to book this room online for our quick trip. Easy access and very friendly and helpful Staff. Breakfast was very good compared to most places we have stayed. We reserved the room for 4 nights and finished in 3 days, so left early. There was no problem canceling the last night.

We routinely drive between Utah and Seattle and have stopped here several times. It is a very nice hotel and has a much better than average breakfast buffet with a person staffing it making custom egg dishes. I gave it a 4 out of 5 rating only because of its location in Jerome. There is not much going on in town. That said, it is a short jaunt to Twin Falls where there are many more places to eat and shop.

Excellent value for a great night sleep when traveling through Idaho. The BW customer service was, as usual, excellent. Major Positives: best BW breakfast we have seen in a long time; omelet bar; nice sized rooms, 24 hour pool. We highly recommend this place.

The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. They helped me with directions to places I visited in the area. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. The location was handy, being near the freeway and close to the wedding I attended. Noisy people woke me up at 3:20 in the morning, but that was not the fault of the hotel or it's staff.

I literally spend half my year staying in hotels and this one is great for what it is. It is a very friendly, comfortable and clean place with a free breakfast that is way more than you expect, with a live person making omelettes to order. I only spent one night there with my wife but we both enjoyed it and recommend it to any travelers passing through or spending a little time there.

This Best Western is excellent. We've stayed here before and it didn't disappoint this time. AND, they have real eggs for breakfast. You can have them scrambled, fried or in an omelet, and if you opt for the omelet, there are 8 choices for what to put in them. So nice. The place is very clean and very quiet. PLUS, the rate was very competitive.

Other than parking, the hotel, rooms, and personnel are AWESOME! They Deep Clean (strip ENTIRE room and amenities and move everything into hallway) one room of the hotel every day: shampooing carpet, dusting, scrubbing - AWESOME! and complete FRESHNESS!!! Parking is tough with area contractors (Union Pacific Railroad, etc.) taking up most (and immediate) parking spots with pickups, trucks, and equipment at the end of their workday. If arriving after about 6pm nightly, or going out for dinner or whatever, will most likely have to park in the McDonald's or way in back in the upper lot if spots are available. KUDOS!!! I STILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I am sure there are some hotels in the area that are just as good and in a larger community but I have never had the need to search for them. I have stayed often for 20 years without a negative experience.

This was a nice hotel. Had a pool and work out room and very friendly staff. The breakfast was cooked to order. Had to park truck and trailer in back parking lot that we couldn't see from our room, but was visible from the freeway near-by. Would have preferred better visibility.

Great customer service always trying to accommodate requests. Perfect location and beautiful facility. Front desk clerk was very friendly remembering us from our stay lat year and even made some calls on our behalf.

Jerome is just off the highway close to Twin Falls and Boise. As a snow bird it was convenient for our purposes. We ate next door at the burger joint. They had a burger and beer special. Could have gone into Twin Falls but just wanted something fast. Parking was a concern as we had a trailer. So had to park on a lot away from view.

The best experience I've had while traveling. Hotel staff was very helpful and polite which made my families stay very peaceful. The rooms were nice and clean, the beds were also very comfortable. I would definitely recommend the Best Western to all my friends and family.

The cleanliness left something to be desired. The staff was friendly and it was a fair price for the room. They cook some hot breakfast items to order but there are plenty of places to eat nearby if you so choose. The access to the highway was very easy.

Nice place to stay, not the fanciest, but great accommodations for a good price. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning is the best. You can even have your eggs cooked fresh and the way you like them.

We were traveling through and not sure where we would be stopping for the night. Called Best Western Sawtooth late at night. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She told us about the breakfast and I said we'd be leaving too early. She suggested coming in anyway, as some things may be out early. I appreciated that. Clean and quiet.

This little inn is inset between a gas station and fast food place. It tries especially hard to make things as pleasant as possible. There is a little gift shop with a Native American theme (hint: it has a nice selection of ice cremes as well). There are fresh chocolate chip cookies on the counter. Weekdays, there is a social hour where guests are offered a free glass of wine/beer. The inn is pet friendly. Breakfast was good: a fresh omelet bar, waffles, cereals, sausage and gravy, breads (including a very good raisin) and beverages. The room was clean and comfortable with fresh linens. The A/C was loud though, which kept up though the night.

I rarely give a 5 to a hotel, but this one earns it. The price was very reasonable, room very nice & clean & a hot breakfast available. I have never stayed at a motel with a made to order egg & omelet bar. We are actually practicing vegan, but the effort wasn't lost on us. We still enjoyed the cereal. My only suggestion was to put out some nondairy milk for lactose intolerant or vegan people since they're doing such an awesome job taking care of their guests. We bought our own boxed nondairy milk since we don't usually find that. They also have a pool area which we enjoyed. We're going to save this one for future travel.

This was our 1st time traveling with our dogs and I could not have asked for a better hotel experience with them. The dogs were welcome everywhere (minus pool and food areas). The staff was absolutely amazing. The hotel even has an omelette bar for breakfast which is included in the price. The only problem we had was with the keys not working. Had to get new keys 3x in 3 days which was irritating but not the end of the world. I would go back here if we are ever in Jerome again.

We had a lovely room unfortunately it was next to the door to the parking and it did slam later that we would have like. I don't think that there is any solution to this other to ask for a room that isn't next to the exit, Breakfast was one of the best that we have had and the room and bed was wonderful. We will definitely stay here again.

The Sawtooth Inn in Jerome, Idaho is one of the nicest motels that I have stayed at in my 80 years. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast, included in the price is great and the price, in the budget category, is unbelievable for what you get.

Our room was very comfortable and well appointed. Nice tv, etc. the normal stuff. What blew me away with this stay was the breakfast. The usual fare was provided, but the highlight was made to order omelets or plain eggs. The cook had a very pleasant personality, knew her craft well and started my day with a very happy tummy. The staff were in great spirits which made check in/out enjoyable. Conveniently located in close proximity to I-84.

We enjoyed our stay in Jerome ID. All services were satisfactory and our room was clean and quiet. It was a nice treat to have individual omlets made.You are also able to have eggs scrambled or fried. The lady who made them was engaging with all guests.Those guests who were repeat stays were having friendly conversations with her as she busily cooked eggs.. Every guest gave a positive comment when leaving the breakfast room. I'll return to this place next year on our way down south as snowbirds

The sawtooth is a great place to stay in this area . The staff make this place a great stay. The hotel is clean. The beds are nice and comfortable. They also have a pillow bar which means you can have four pillows that are soft or hard.

I highly recommend the Sawtooth Inn & Suites when traveling in Idaho. I travel this route often and have always stayed at another hotel in Twin Falls. I wont be doing that anymore! Great value, great accommodations and great staff...what more could you ask?

From the moment we walked into the lobby we felt welcome, helped by delicious, warm chocolate chip cookies and happy hour free beer and wine! Andrew was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate with comfortable beds. There is a 24 hour indoor pool and spa which was great. Checkout time is noon. There was made to order eggs and omelets for breakfast with bacon, biscuits and gravy, waffles and pancakes. This is one of the best Best Westerns that we have stayed in.

Great hotel! Professional, friendly front desk. Happy hour during the week. Custom omelettes for breakfast along with biscuits & sausage gravy & all sorts of other yummy food. Comfortable bed with quality linens and thick bath towels. Have paid lots more money for hotels not nearly as nice as this one !!

The folks here are very friendly and helpful! They offer "happy hour" with wine or beer from 6 -8pm on weeknights. Really not a great set up fron truck parking, but they do help with food delivery options and information about sights.

My wife and I drove across country, stayed in 8 or 9 different hotels. Best Western Sawtooth was really one of the top places if not the absolute best place. It was clean, quiet, great location, rooms were nice and spacious, beds were the best ! Oh, and the staff were great, very helpful and the best part was the made to order omelets we had in the morning. I mean this is top notched !!! Do yourself a favor and if your near Jerome or Twin Falls stay here.

Friendly staff and clean accommodations. Room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Lots of fast food restaurants nearby. Didn't try the breakfast as we needed to get on the road early. Would stay again if I am in the area.

Everything was better than wonderful! Beautiful property, caringly decorated, impeccably clean, 24-hour pool, dependable WiFi, and exceptional service from lovely people. To top it off, we who never eat hotel breakfasts were convinced to try the Sawtooth's offering of cooked-to-order eggs. This motel is a great motel. We stay there often. We stay when we come to Jerome to visit family The breakfast isn't as good as it use to be. Sometimes when we stay for two days I end up with a back ache.

Excellent location for our trip. A very well kept inn-clean, quiet, nice surrounding grounds. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Our room had the double queen sized beds and shower. The pillow bar is a nice touch. A free beer or glass of wine during their social hour. Indoor pool that looked well maintained. Free breakfast and omelet bar (made to order) quality is what you would expect, but good none-the-less. The only downside in my opinion was the cost-a bit pricey.

This hotel has been operating for a considerable time, as we stayed here several years ago. We were amazed that the condition was superb, an obvious nod to great management. The parking lot was spotless, the front desk staff superb and the hallways superbly clean. Our room was immaculate, had a refrigerator, microwave and very large flat screen TV with the full range of DirecTv selections in HiDef ... the remote control was even presented in a package declaring it "clean." Breakfast is a treat, with eggs made to order ... no need to eat anywhere else. There is a McDonalds right next door if you prefer, but we're not sure why you would. There is no elevator to the second floor, so you might think of requesting a first floor room if you have much luggage. The beds and pillows were superb! These folks really make an effort to present their accommodations impressively and succeed. This place is what is right with an American business, and Best Western is fortunate to have them.

We stayed here one night and were pleased with our selection. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. A big plus was the free breakfast that included eggs cooked to order. The only minus was the lack of an elevator which means you have to schlepp your bags up the stairs. Of note is the beautiful solid piece of Juniper wood that serves as the reception counter.

Jerome was a convenient stop on our road trip and this Best Western was conveniently just off the Interstate. The room was fine, the staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast features a young woman making omelets to order which is a nice addition.

This would be an excellent hotel if there were additional handicapped parking spaces! This hotel has parking challenges, and while I'm fortunate enough not to be handicapped, I witnessed a very old gentleman who had obvious difficulty walking being told to park in the upper lot behind the hotel - it was late at night, but it seemed there might be a better option. Breakfast of eggs made to order was far and above the normal hotel experience!!!

It had been a while since my husband and I stayed at a Best Western. Jerome was a bit more than half way to our destination and had an area where we could park our pickup that was pulling a small Uhaul trailer. The room was large, comfortable, and clean. We arrived close to midnight and were able to buy a couple of beers at the sundries store to help us unwind after a very long day driving. For breakfast, instead of a big pot of scrambled eggs, a short order cook made homemade omelettes for us. Fresh made fried or scrambled eggs were also available. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying at the Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites, Jerome, IDAHO

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.The breakfast was spaced around the dining area, so it wasn't as crowded as some I've been to. The lady that made the to-order omelets did a terrific job. The room was a little musty, but it was clean and roomy. The bed was comfortable and the pillow choice was large and plentiful.

This place was really nice, the staff was very friendly, and the room was absolutely beautiful. We loved the fact that there is a Walmart right across the street and several fast food places nearby. Will Definitely stay here again.

Great omlets made to order. A very friendly breakfast staff as well as check-in staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the lodging as well as the size of the rooms. A Walmart is across the street as well as other eating places close by for meals other than breakfast, which you will definitely want to eat at the Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites!

Really glad we found this hotel. It was conveniently located to the Interstate and everyone was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and I could watch RFD TV. Appreciated the made to order eggs for breakfast...what a treat.

The town of Jerome is a very small, quiet town which is very centrally located to beautiful scenery in the area. The hotel itself is easy to find and very peaceful. Check in was fast, easy and friendly. Our room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed, great shower and a refrigerator and microwave. The full, hot, buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful with made to order omelets available. Temperature control in our room worked great so we had a very quiet, comfortable night's sleep.

Jerome, Id is a small area between here and there. If you find yourself there or just outside of Twin Falls this is a good solid place to stay. On of the highlights for this hotel is the omelet station for breakfast. The only downside to this place is you travel with a lot of luggage they don't have an elevator (two level).

We were very pleased with the accommodations at this hotel. We would return in the future. Breakfast was wonderful especially the special order egg selection. Room was clean and no problems with any features.

The up to date room accommodations and made to order breakfast will have me coming back. Right off the interstate for easy access and near shopping. Can't be beat, a real surprise for small town Jerome.

Everything tidy and clean from the lobby to the rooms.Nice wide hallways, comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioner did its job, and a big plus for us was the extra space allotted for over-size vehicle or trailer parking. Breakfast was delightful and even had someone to make egg dishes at your request - omeletes, scrambled, sunny-side up, etc...yum! Also, a great staff - willing to help with any need. Overall great place to stay- and definitely on par with any BW Plus.

Staff is super helpful and friendly! Rooms are very clean as is the rest of the hotel. Breakfast is great, made to order eggs and omelets, yogurt parfait station among other great choices. We have stayed here several times and never been disappointed.

Small town in southern Idaho so I wasn't expecting much. It was a very pleasant stay. Clean room, fun pool area, yummy breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. we never wanted for anything. Thanks for making our stay perfect. The kids played in the pool everyday and each morning a great breakfast started us off on our adventures. We come to the twin falls area every couple of years and we NEVER stay anywhere else.

We had reservations for this hotel the first day of our vacation. We liked it so much that we reserve for the last night of our vacation. The rooms are huge, very clean. We had a Keurig coffee maker, refrigerator and a microwave. The TV had HBO. There is a very big pool covered, and towels.. Breakfast was excellent. They cook omelets, scrambled eggs, or fried eggs.. They have ham, bacon, olives, etc. There are bagels, toast and waffles. You can get also have pastries, yogurt and cream cheese.

Stayed here on our way back from Seattle and to see the Sawtooth mountains. Had to upgrade to the suite because they were booked out because of a baseball tournament. I had forgotten to make reservations beforehand. The room was large and very clean. We had our own jacuzzi which we took full advantage of after driving through the Sawtooth mountains. The staff were very courteous and helpful. They had a free breakfast with made to order eggs and waffle/pancake maker. Also had an indoor pool/spa. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Only bad thing is no elevator if on second floor, thankfully we were on the first floor.

you won't find a better motel to stay in if your in the Twin or Jerome area I recommend this one. There breakfast is first rate. Omelets how you want them. I almost did not want to say anything about the motel. Now everyone will go there and it will be harder to get a room. Bad for me, good for them. Keep up the good work Jerome Parking can be difficult at times and the rooms go fast.

Easy access to I-84. Selection of fast-food eateries. Fairly clean. Had issues with the key-card. One wouldn't work and the other was finiky. Breakfast is included but isn't available until 7:00 , we got breakfast sandwiches at McDonalds and were on the road by 6:30.

We were so excited to find this hotel! We had business in Jerome that required us a place to stay for one night. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of this hotel. The hotel and rooms have been well maintained, the staff is friendly and professional, and the breakfast was great! We would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in the Twin Falls area.

We were very pleased with our overall experience. The breakfast was much better than we have had at other Best Westerns with individually cooked omelets to order. Very accomodating staff. And the property appeared to be well maintained and very attractive.

This is the cleanest most efficient hotel over most others. Our room was large and extremely clean. Breakfast was a very large selection of items plus made to order eggs/omelets. The pool area seemed nice but I didn't use it. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even the maids greeted you with smiles and hellos. I've stayed here before and this was a added perk to our visit in town. One of the best Best Westerns I've ever stayed at

Our family was there for a memorial and the accommodations were perfect for our situation.Everyone enjoyed the pool as it wasn't overly treated with Chlorine. The breakfast met everyone's needs. The service was great

Nice staff that gave us recommendations for our dinner place. Beds were really comfortable and the made to order breakfast omelet was fast and great! Would definitely come back when in the area! It's a good motel for an overnight stop!

My wife and I came to Jerome, an out of the way place for us, for a family reunion. We were completely satisfied with our experience at the Best Western Sawtooth Inn and Suites. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

We stayed in Jerome because it was handy to my husband's home town. We were not disappointed in this motel. I used the exercise room, it was fairly well appointed. The breakfast was amazing...thy had an omelet chef....great touch; there were waffles, pancakes and all the great toppings and additions. Plus we had a great nights sleep!

We were very pleased with this Best Western. It was clean, newly furnished, comfortable beds. Very reasonably priced. The breakfast was included and had a good variety of offerings. Made to order omelettes were available and they were made quickly and quite tasty. We highly recommend this Best Western. Also has a guest laundry.

A 2 level motel, no elevator, but we were on first floor. They have a happy hour w/a free beer/glass of wine that runs to 8pm. Very courteous staff, large room w/2 queens, everything up to date.. If you are in the area, it would be hard to beat this location.

This is a nice hotel with great staff. I particularly like the breakfast. So often your only choice for a hot meal is warmed over eggs and meat in trays, oatmeal out of a pouch or waffles. Not here. They cook eggs to your liking with lots of extras if you want to have an omelet or scramble.

Good price, Very clean and well maintained. Many amenities. Hot breakfast includes eggs cooked to order. Pool is a good temperature. Staff was outstanding. Two luggage haulers. Business center was fast.

I booked this hotel for the last night of our family road trip. Jerome was not what I expected, so I'm glad we were just passing through. The Sawtooth Inn is located close to the highway for convenience. The rooms are clean and have everything you need.we were surprised by the keurig and bath and body works products. The walls are somewhat thin and we could hear our neighbors. The pool is indoor and open 24 hrs which made for happy teens after a long day driving. Breakfast is among the best I've seen for "free" with coffee juices, milk, cereal, fruit, toast, muffins, waffle station, and even a staff member cooking up eggs or omelettes to order. Highly recommended!

Great hotel! A little pricey for the night we stayed, but we'd been driving 12 hours and there was no way we were going to make it to Boise. I'd give it 5 stars, but the one complaint I have is the woman at the front desk ran my card before disclosing the rate. But she was friendly, check in was easy, and the hotel is absolutely lovely.

This hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and decent size pool. We were told that they offered a hot breakfast with made to order omelets, the lady cooking the omelets had a large tip jar out front of her station. Breakfast is supposed to be complimentary and to have someone working there with a tip jar seemed a little off. If people want to give a tip that is their choice, there shouldn't be a jar by the station looking like tips are expected. I heard other hotel guest say the same thing and avoided any part of the hot breakfast offered.

This was our first stop upon arriving in Boise and heading to West Yellowstone. Location is good. Though outdated, we found this hotel to be very clean, comfortable and accommodating. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again, if traveling to the area again.

I picked this place as it was a convenient stopping point on our family road trip. It was far better than I expected. The room was nice. Beds good. They even had a pillow bar. The free breakfast was great too. Made to order omelets. If you are debate where to stay, stay here.

Beds are great, 24 hr pool and hot tub, pool area is away from rooms so no noise. Great breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Great front desk people, don't go onto BW in Mountain Home, they charge about $50 more for same room.

Lobby was nice, staff was very helpfull. The internet was very very slow, even tho the router on our floor was right outside our door. Breakfast was decent, they make omelets on the spot, had they placed the tables in a line instead of diagonally they would have more room for more tables. Nothing grand or special, but nice place. Now for the bed...we had 2 queen beds, one of which the mattress was so worn that when you layed on the bed, you would literally roll is was so saggy. Need to update their mattresses.

I have styed overnight at the Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites several times on business and I really like the décor and atmosphere. I really like their breakfast buffet! Their rooms are clean and the staff is always friendly! I would recommend to anyone to stay at the Best Western Sawtooth Inn & Suites when traveling through the Jerome area!

We had stayed at this hotel before and did not hesitate to book a room here again. We were travelling with our cat and they made all of us feel very welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean which is important to my wife and I. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. The hot breakfast in the morning was good. This was a very pleasant stay during a long trip. We would stay here again.

The Best Western Sawtooth Inn is a well maintained hotel with quite nice rooms and a superior staff. The fitness facility and pool are excellent and the staff caring and efficient. The hotel has an excellent pet policy. The breakfast is comprehensive and superior to most. We use this motel 2-3 times yearly and are always well pleased.

I have never had a bad experience with a Best Western, and this one was especially nice. From the friendly and helpful staff to the wonderful breakfast and the fantastic shower- all was great. I was there for a four-day conference, and not only was the room great but the conference room was also very nice. It was large, clean, airy, and very comfortable. The patio off the conference area was great for eating our catered lunches, which were also delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for conferences, over night stays, and vacations. It is also pet friendly, and I didn't even know there were dogs there until I saw them in the halls.

We loved the ambiance, breakfast, room comfort, friendliness of staff - really a pleasant stay. It was a good start to the day to get a made-to-order omelette. The bedroom did not seem cramped. The rustic lobby furniture was a nice touch.

This location was very nice without traveling into Boise. Nice quiet little town. Was able to get the rest I needed for traveling. The only problem I feel was there were so many channels to choose from.

Had the bridal suite it was great Also rented the banquet room. Everything was great. Our room had a whirlpool spa a nice room off to the side with a tv and mini fridge it also had a two sided fire place Very nice. Staff was great to work with.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was better than other Best Westerns that I have visited. The main plus was that someone made eggs for you in the style and with the ingredients you select. The only minus for the breakfast was that it started at 7 AM instead of 6 AM as in many other motels. Many people like to get an early start and waiting for breakfast and then leaving (7:30ish) is a bit late. Having someone cook eggs is great, and 7 AM is reasonable for that person, but, perhaps, having some pre-made items out earlier (6AM) would be nice.

I got in at Mid-Night and left by 7 AM so did not spend much time at this Hotel. But to give you my opinion I felt the room was very comfortable and actually felt bad that I could not spend more time enjoying the room. I had a very comfortable King bed and there was a couch that would have been very cool to watch TV or read a book. I will say the the TV control took a while to figure out. It's not as good as other properties. They do have a breakfast that looked good but the line was longer than I wanted and I wanted to hit the road.

Very clean and nice hotel. Had option to get a room that had never had pets in it (but it is a pet-friendly hotel, for those who have them). Soft water, sanitized TV remote. Made-to-order omelets for breakfast. Professional and prompt front desk help. Oh, and they have a "pillow bank" in case you don't like the pillows they have on the beds :) Nice lobby area for meeting with others. Varied (and healthy) breakfast options. Located near interstate. I will stay there any time I need a room in Jerome.

Good Value - Clean Comfortable lodging for a fair price if your traveling along I84. Hallway carpets ect. needed updating, but the rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and up to date. Staff was friendly and the provided a nice breakfast, but the omelet bar doesn't start till seven, which is a little late for early risers looking to hit the road

Service from time of check-in until we checked out was superb. The omelets to order for breakfast was a nice touch. Can't beat the customer service. Great location. We have stayed at different BW on this trip 11 times and I rate this the best.

We spent a night here again after a long break. It was still a good experience overall. The breakfast was very good. The reason for 4 stars is that the bed could have been better. It was a little too soft and the bottom sheet slipped off the mattress during the night. The bathroom had a noisy fan too. But it was clean and adequate for a night's sleep.

Comfortable, clean hotel - the beds are little hard for my taste, but I'm a very soft bed person. BUT The Breakfast - is Great! They have the normal items - but then they cook your eggs to order! You do have to wait a few minutes - our wait was about 10 minutes because it was a Saturday and there was a soccer tournament in town. But it was well worth the wait! I will stay here again!

This is my new favorite place to lodge while staying in nearby Twin Falls. The staff is amazingly friendly and accommodating, the rooms are ample and clean, the breakfast is very good (including option for an omelette made to your liking! As a bonus, the hotel not only had a mini store, but it was complete with a mix&match selection of beer! (Yes, wine, too!). It was not only convenient to grab a six pack to take to a visit friends nearby, but inexpensive ($9.50). To top it off, the hotel has an indoor pool (with an outdoor patio) that is open 24 hours. Price was great! Be sure to visit the Twin Falls Visitor Center!

The Sawtooth Inn is a great place to stay. We've stayed before and have always had a great experience although this time I was travelling alone. Rooms are nice and everything's clean. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean. The staff are professional, polite and friendly. As great as the hotel is, the breakfast seals the deal - an awesome omelet bar and biscuits and gravy. We'll definitely be back again.

Super comfy king bed, soft couch and chairs to kick back and watch tv on the big screen, great shower, warm salt water pool & spa. Breakfast choices were good and omlets made to order! We highly reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting a wonderful nights rest??

This hotel is clean, inviting and extremely accommodating. We always use this hotel for our family birthday parties, it's very close to home. We enjoy the 24 hour pool, the extremely friendly staff and the omelet bar in the morning is amazing! The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

What a delight!! All the folks were welcoming and pleasant. The facility is fine. Our room was excellent. Good hot water, nice bath, good shower, great temperature control, pet friendly. BREAKFAST was amazing.....custom mad omlettes with a lovely chef who made and delivered custom omlettes. And the rest of the breakfast offerings were great as well. Good dinner recomendations. All in all, perfect.

Very nice, clean motel. Glad I made a reservation as they were full. Nice, big room.. Traveling with my dog so I was a bit concerned about room, but it was very clean and in and easy in and out location and quiet. Dog was very happy too.

Stayed here last night. The staff ay checkin were very friendly and helpful. The room was old and kinda tired, but very clean. Worst part is that the walls are thin and you could hear when people were flushing or showering. Also the people above us got up at 3:30am and woke us up ( walking around and showering ). The breakfast was decent....a girl makes fresh eggs for you the way you want ( even omelet ). I would be hard press to rate this more than 2 1/2 out of 5.

Have been here before and liked it a lot, so we came back. The hotel is fine...nice, comfortable rooms. However, this time the front desk staff was terrible. Didn't tell us where our room was (it was very hard to find because of their numbering system). Blamed me for the rooms keys not working. Our room was at the opposite end of the hotel from the front desk and making four trips back to the front desk was very annoying.

This hotel is deserved of a highest rating for a Best Western. From check-in to check-out all went very well. The staff was very friendly and always had a greeting when you passed in hallway. The room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. It's always nice to have matching furniture that is functional. The breakfast offered a special feature in that the eggs were prepared to order and delivered to your table. Perfectly prepared omelets is a definite treat. Kudos to the staff and management for a nicely run hotel.

We stay here on the way to and from Arizona for our winter stay. We are always warmly greeted and the rooms are always clean and well appointed. We always ask for and get a room at ground level near a door for easy access with our dogs. They give us a bag with with a cookie and a roll of poop bags for each dog. Gives us the impression that they mean it when they advertise as 'pet friendly'

The staff at Best Western Sawtooth may just be the best in the business! The facility is very well taken care of and the amenities are all there. We have never been to a place that all of the staff said Hello or Have A Great Day! Just the fact that they even acknowledged us was pretty darn awesome!. 24 hour pool. Nice hot tub. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Oh and the breakfast! The girls cooked up some pretty mean omelets. The room we were in was very quiet. We were welcomed by a friendly employee even though it was late at night! The hotel had someone who was also very friendly, cooking eggs in the morning! The breakfast was delicious, the room clean and they had maps from all of the states we were going to visit available for us in the lobby! The only thing that was not perfect is the bed wasn't a pillow top! Even so, we would stay at this hotel again!

Nice hotel, nice staff. We had a large 26' moving truck and I was pleased to find adequate parking nearby. Easy access to the freeway also. The rooms were nice and clean and the hotel itself was kept up nicely. I would recommend the hotel to anyone especially I-84 travelers in need of a great place to stay.

We stayed for a night enroute to a ski trip and found this Best Western to be exceptionally clean, comfortable, tastefully-decorated and well-staffed for a hotel in this class. It's conveniently located right off the freeway but the interior was quiet. The aroma of cows was quite strong in the parking lot, but again, not noticeable inside. We will likely stay again in future.

I stayed at the Sawtooth Inn & Suites for two nights and was very impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff is. I worried about the noise level with the hotel being so close to a busy street off the interstate, but the room was very quiet; I had no problems with noise from inside the hotel with other guests or from outside the hotel with traffic. All of the employees there were great, but I especially liked the night audit. She was super friendly and greeted me by name every morning as I made my way to the breakfast room. Speaking of the breakfast room, they have a great one! It was very clean and the food was fresh and delicious. I'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

The staff was extremely friendly at check in. Cookies at the front desk are a nice touch as is the complementary beer and wine. The rooms are large and clean and come with a plethora of pillows. The staff helped out with diner suggestions. When passing through this area this is the place I stay.
