Best Western Jeju Hotel

The Great Western Railway from Gloucester to Guildford is the best. In December I was escorted to the required platform to return to Gloucester from Reading. We took the escalator but I fell on it. (I am a big woman of 81 y/o) my daughter stopped the escalator and with in minutes there were 3 big men running to my rescue. They managed to lift me up and get me down to the platform. The accident was ENTIRELY MY OWN FAULT and no fault was given to the Railway. I was sent home first class and taken by wheel chair to the taxi rank. They could not have been kinder or more helpful if they were heavenly angles. The next time I needed to go by train from Gloucester to Guildford I was remembered by the staff and treated like royalty. I was given a wheel chair and put in first class. In Guildford they delivered me to my daughter ''in one piece'' again they could not have been nicer, kinder, or more efficient is they had been heavenly angles. I think the Great Western Railway are to be congratulated on their choice of staff. The get 10*+

Located near the airport and very good value for money. Staff is reactive and helpful. I asked to change room as i was assigned on floor 4 street view so too noisy for me. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. You have a starbucks in the lobby.

Although we were there for 1 night, the stay was good. Location is good, close to good restaurants and shopping mall where you can get jeju products. Very near to the airport and the hotel staff were helpful in getting us an early taxi to the airport.

The last few reviews didn't seem great so was a bit worried but had absolutely no complaints. Check in was fast and efficient, rooms were huge and spotlessly clean. Hotel is quite well located, about 10 minutes from airport, next to Jeju tower and with convenience stores and lots of food options nearby. Highly recommended!

A filthy, old building, with serious air quality issue's. It is not worth staying here, just to save a few dollars. Dark hallways made me feel unsafe. The entire building is blasted with deodorizers, in order to hide the smell of mold.

It looks like the last review was written over a year ago. I don't know how this place has gone so far down hill, but it has. When I entered my room, I was greeted by a blast furnace. The room was 26c/78f. I was unable to turn on the air conditioning to cool it off. When I asked if they could fix it so that I could cool the room, I was told that they turn off the air conditioning in the winter and that it was centrally controlled. They offered me a fan, which simply stirred the hot air. I left the windows open which did not cool the room at all. This was particularly disappointing since the weather, only a couple of weeks before had been in the high 20's, low 30's C, and Mid 80's F. On top of the temperature of the room, the beds were old and lumpy. Overall this properly was extremely disappointing, especially with it being ranked #1 in the city by Trip Advisor. Just a short walk away was the Lotte City Hotel and the Grand Hyatt. I find it hard to believe that these hotels didn't rank higher, and I would expect that they had working air conditioning. I would certainly not recommend this property to anyone I know.

It's less than 10 min from the airport with an easy access to the shuttle buses. The check-in was smooth. Reception staff was friendly too. The room was huge, clean, and efficient with the wash basin and the toilet/shower separated. TV channels were limited.

Nice and very clean hotel. Rooms are big but surprisingly no toothbrush provided, something of a need and cheap but surprises guest. There's a Starbucks downstairs and convenient stores nearby. Breakfast is not fantastic.

I stayed 3 nights. I thought it was very clean. The breakfast buffet is pretty large and is Korean style (of course). I'm not one for fried rice in the morning. I was able to find scrambled eggs (kinda runny) and cereal. Hotel staff very helpful. They allowed me to check out at noon instead of 11 because my flight wasn't until the afternoon. Starbucks is accessible from inside the hotel, which was convenient. They have a lot of Jeju only cups, etc. it is also very convenient for YEHA bus tours as the pickup spot is right across the street.

We stayed two nights in Best Western Hotel in September 2019. We chose this hotel after reading the good reviews on TripAdvisor. The hotel has an excellent location as it is very close to Jeju International Airport which offers great convenience to travellers. Starbucks is on the ground level and connected to the hotel. There are many eateries and restaurants and shops within walking distance from the hotel. A 24-hour convenience store is well located beside the hotel which enable us to get our daily fruits and snack . The room is of reasonable size and clean and comfortable though the bathroom is rather small. Staff service at the reception was very average and could be improved to be more friendly . We have had a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Pros: Close to the airport. Breakfast was ok. Room is spacious. Cons: Room is Spacious but at the expense of the bathroom which has no bathtub or any shelves that I can put things around, and (almost) no amenities.

As my first introduction to Jeju, this hotel was OK. The room was quite large and had a good view. It seemed to always be a busy place with lots of people checking in and out. Excellent wifi and the reception staff were reasonably friendly. It's a convenient location but when walking around there appear to be more interesting places to stay and maybe better value for money.

Location is ok, Starbucks, Convenience Store & Restaurant nearby. Duty Free & Big Supermarket walk around 20 mins. Room size is ok, WiFi connect is good but staff is not friendly, room is clean, furniture are old, bath room is small.

Stayed 3 nights in April. Positives were: easy check-in, large and spacious room, large window (although with dirty glasses), 24hr convenience store next door and Citibank atm's nearby. Issues were regarding air-conditioning. It was quite hot in our room, 28 degrees and we couldn't turn the AC mode to cool, it was set on heating mode. I rang the hotel staff from my room and after a bit of thinking, murmuring, keeping me on hold, he said "sorry we can't speak english" and he hung up. This felt terribly rude and upsetting. Later that night I spoke with the check-in counter staff who said something about they have a central AC mode which switches to heater from 10pm to 10am and that he'll get my room AC mode changed to cooling until 10pm. This still felt weird but okay. We went upstairs and cranked the aircon to cool the room. During our stay, the AC mode did not go back to heating (and thank goodness for that) but it wasn't the best experience overall. The buffet breakfast was okay but the place got very crowded. The shampoo, conditioner, soap provided in the room are not very good either and the conditioner bottles have another hotel's name printed on it which is masked by putting a Best Western Jeju sticker. The sink/wash basin is also outside the bathroom and next to the bed in a little kitchenette styled area (not really a kitchenette as there's not stove, microwave or any other provisions). They also do not have a bidet/washer toilet and they do not provide dental kits (toothbrush, toothpaste). Definitely not a 4-star. One more thing to note, it is very hard to haul taxis here as the tour buses occupy all the area outside the hotel. We were trying to leave around 9am and it was terrible. We decided to walk up the road with our bags and tried to haul a taxi but none of the taxis would stop. One taxi stopped to drop a passenger and we were about to get in and the driver waved no. I believe the taxis do not want to go to the airport as it is very near. They probably also don't want the hassle of bags. Overall, taxis in Jeju did not help us with our bags any time either (this is okay but just making an observation). My tip to get around the taxi issue is to download the Kakao Taxi app (similar to Uber or Grab) and request a taxi on there.

Check-in super quick Room was extremely spacious, modern and had all that you need. Bed comfortable. Didn't have breakfast but there is a starbucks connected to the building and a convenience store right next door. Location is convenient, just a few miles from the airport. There is a bus stop right outside which can get you to pretty much anywhere in Jeju. Overall, great stay at a very reasonable price.

Different size of car park, some big some small. Car park can be limited when you arrive late at the hotel. Car park is small and narrow. It's free nonetheless. Cleanliness of the room needs improvement. The carpet looks awful and there's some permanent stain / ink on the table. Aircon is centralized you can't adjust the temperature, the room is warm & stuffy we have to open the window and it's noisy because the hotel facing on the main road. Pillow is too soft and flat. Room is very spacious but toilet is very small. Nevertheless, their room wifi is good, strong water pressure and nice hot shower. Most hotels provide free water dispenser but not this hotel. They provide 2 small bottles of water per day. We asked for extras, they gave for the first night with a reluctant face and they refuse to provide extras on the subsequent nights. I was like, seriously? How expensive can the water be? This is my first time encountering such a stingy hotel. The hotel location is good, close to the airport and in the heart of Jeju city. There's a Starbucks downstairs. But I will not recommend / visit this hotel again due to the reasons mentioned above.

One of nice Best Western Worldwide location, Wonderful breakfast, very kind employees, clean and nice hotel. We enjoyed space in room very large room and clean. We will stay again when we back to JeJu Island in Korea.

Amazing Stay - Name goes with the best! I book it for the city tour. I arrived earlier than my plan, but the staff helped me out for early check-in. What a sweet people. Great location from the airport, warm and kind staff, clean and cozy room, free WIFI!! l definitely recommend this place as I generally don't write reviews! The following pics is the standard room. The hotel is situated near restaurants, shopping street and emart. Convenience store is just next to the hotel. Rooms are affordable and suitable for family of 4. Buffet breakfast offers simple variety of food.

We booked this hotel as the pictures looked nice online, but when we got there we were assigned what looked like the only room on the floor with a musty green carpet that looked and smelled like it had been through millions of guests over the last 30 years (which is probably true). Literally every other room looked nice and clean with hardwood floors EXCEPT OURS. There is also no air conditioning in this hotel so it was about 12 degrees Celsius hotter inside than it was outside. We had to keep the windows open at all times (and oftentimes the front door) to avoid suffocating. This is why they include bug spray in the room, because they know it's hot and stuffy so you'll definitely keep the windows open which means bugs will fly in through the window and bite you. Why this hotel doesn't have air conditioning and is somehow rated a 3 or 4 star is beyond me. No A/C + nasty carpet = disgusting room. None of my AirBnBs were close to this bad. Underground parking can be quite difficult at times due to the narrow driveways. Some parking spaces are very narrow while other spaces are wider, so it's luck of the draw. Elevators are slow and only 2/3 go to the parking levels. The only good thing about this hotel is it's convenient location - it's within walking distance of duty free shopping, restaurants, convenience stores, and close to the airport.

My mum and myself really enjoyed our trip in Jeju. We stayed between 27 Sep-3 Oct 2018. The location is ideal in the new town part of Jeju city, right in front of bus stop with bus that goes direct to Seogwipo. We also enjoyed the pork noodles recommended by the staff. The Starbucks downstairs provides simple breakfast whilst for more complete breakfast we can have the hotel breakfast buffet for only 15,000 won per pax. Next door there is CU convenience store and in surrounding area we can find many local restaurants including grilled horse and lamb meat, fried chicken, cute cafes, etc. Room is clean with basic amenities. Staffs speak good English.

Located near the airport and in the center of Jeju ! It was very nice for us because we were 3 people and it has triple bed room. However they don't offer toothbrush so we need to buy one at a near convenient store.

i booked a big room (with extra space) so it was nice/ sea view. parking all in alll very good. front desk english speaking. very helpfull staff. quiet. big tv. big shower. mini bar. you can boil water and make tea.

I came and stay here for 2 days with my family and friends. There were some misunderstanding with my reservations and the front desk were very professional and solved the problem. Although our communication was bad but they were so accommodating. I also got a free upgrade!! I don't have their names but I appreciate their effort to solved the issue. I will be back here again if I ever travel to Jeju.

We asked at the hotel reception to exchange our double douvet for two single duvets in our double bed, as the two of us like to sleep with separate duvets to avoid disturbing one another. We have made this request before in many hotels in various countries, and in the past our request has been easily accommodated, at no extra cost. However, at the Best Western Jeju Hotel, they insisted on charging us an excessive 10,000 won per night for the extra single duvet! On top of the extra charge, the receptionists behaved as if they considered our request to be unreasonable and out of the ordinary.

The hotel's location is just nice - plenty of convenience stores (just one next door), cafes, restaurants and even an E-Mart Mall within the walking vicinity. There are also a few telco shops as well. About 10 mins walk, there is a famous Jamae Noodles, which open 24 hours. Just ask the hotel reception and they will show you how to go there. Check-in was quick and was in order. The room is spacious but lack of a safe where you need to deposit your valuables. The bed was not that comfortable as it slight hard and the pillow are too soft. However, we requested for additional pillows and they were delivered promptly. Free car park is available and we have no problems parking over the 2 nights. There is a Starbucks at the ground floor of the hotel. Overall, a nice stay here !

Was on holidays in South Korea with a group of friends. Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. Though the room is clean and spacious but it is very strange that we need to go to the reception to just buy a disposal toothbrush etc. Inconvenient to guests. If this is chargeable, just charge it to the room's bill so that we can pay upon checking out. Have been travelling around and this is the first time ever. Next is the aircon, each time when you return to the room, you have to call the staff to switch on the aircon, this is also caused inconvenience to guests. The washing basin is built outside the bathroom next to the bed, each time after using the toilet you have to either wash your hands using the tap in shower area or go out of the bathroom to wash your hands...rather a funny layout. Overall, the room is clean and spacious. If you don't mind the abovementioned, is quite a comfortable stay with Starbucks and convenience store.

Stayed here for a few days. The room was nice, spacious and clean. Went on two day-tours where pick up was just across the road. Problem was with the air-conditioning. The air-con shuts off at 11PM and the heater comes on. It got warm at night which made it difficult to sleep. I think it is an auto thing as we told the reception about it and it continued. Starbucks downstairs opens at 8AM. If you want coffee or a light snack, just go the the 24 hours convenience store next door on the left - coffee was good and 1/3 the price at Starbucks. The staff can give you directions to places but they were not assuring when we asked about getting a cab to the airport. One staff told us it was best to go outside and just flag down a cab and if we can't get a cab, we can just take the bus. That was concerning as when we arrived at the airport, the cabs ignored us when they saw our luggages and picked up the locals who had no luggages first (yes there is a queue and people who came after us all got into the cabs first). We finally took the "super taxi" which is a van and we only paid Korean W10,000 (it seats 6 and there is room at back for luggage). The "super taxi" line is next to the regular taxi line. Fortunately, on the day of departure another staff at the desk called our cabs and they arrived within minutes. He was also kind enough to help us with the luggages. If there were problems getting cabs at the hotel, I would suggest the hotel organize a deal with the taxi company where getting taxis would not be a problem. I don't mind paying extra for the assurance.

Nice central location between old town and the sea shore. Very nice hotel front desk staff. You can walk into starbucks through the lobby. very nice breakfast spread. My big complaint is they do not have the bidets in the bath rooms. I stayed at about 15 hotels in japan and korea during my trip and this is the only hotel that does not have a bidet toilet. And as anyone that traveled to japan or korea can attest, the hotels have the crappiest bath room tissues. this may be a frivolous thing to many but important for me to keep myself clean. At lease they can provide manual bidet sprays but they do not. So if you are planning to stay there, make sure you have a good quality roll of toilet tissues or some portable bidet bottle.

The hotel is located in downtown Jeju City, and can walk to restaurants, shops, and bus stops along the way here. The check-in is quick and easy. If you are driving, the location is only 6k from the airport rental car areas but it takes about half an hour to get in and out of the city due to traffic during peak hours. Even on a Sunday morning at 7:30 it took us 10 minutes to get out of the city so plan accordingly. The rooms are tired but clean. The bathrooms are small but usable. We had a great view of the city (we got a double bed supreme room with a view and it didn't break our wallet). One of the standouts is the breakfast buffet which is expensive for 15000won for people staying at the hotel and 20000won for those not. But it is convenient and complete with nearly everything one could ask for. For more budget friendly breakfasts I suggest places around town just a walk away such as Starbucks downstairs, Dunkin Donuts, or any of the Korean pastry shops like Paris Baguette or A Factory Cafe

If you're decided to stay in town, i reccomend this hotel. What i love about this hotel you can find many restaurant with walking. You can also find supermarket with only 15 minutes walk. It's also near lotte duty free about 20 minutes walks and you can find many cosmetic shop.

The hotel is in quite a strategic location. It is within a 15 minute drive from the airport, with a bus stop being stationed right outside the hotel. A 24-hour convenience store is just a few shops down from the hotel, while a Starbucks is connected to the hotel lobby (closes at 11pm). The rooms comfortably accommodate three with all the expected amenities. Would definitely recommend staying.

Booked a triple room (3 single beds). Room size is good and with enough space to open our 25cm luggage x 3. Mattress and pillow too soft for my liking. Bathroom does not comes with vanity top and sink. No place to put our toiletries. Sink is where the kettle and coffee making and the place to brush your teeth. (Not a good idea) Water seeps out when we shower and the floor gets very wet. Starbuck is right at Lobby floor and for breakfast is at level 2 (15,000? per pax) Variety is acceptable. Convenience store is very near. Walking distance to emart and Macdonald. Out of the hotel turn right, walk towards the traffic light and cross the road. If you are looking for Korean food. Then out of the hotel turn left, walk towards the traffic lights and cross the road and continue walking.(there is one that opens 24hrs). Decent food and price. Some restaurants can be found in the lanes.

The thing I like best about this hotel is its strategic location. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from the airport and the taxi fare was about 6000 won. In addition, there's a mini market beside the hotel that makes it easy for me to buy all my needs and a Starbucks beside the lobby. The room is quite spacious and clean. Some of the facilities provided in the room such as: room heater, mini fridge, two bottles of drinking water, drinking water boiler, and toiletries except toothbrush and toothpaste. If you don't bring your own toothbrush, you should buy it in the mini market. Breakfast was pretty tasty with a pretty decent selection of food. A bus stop is available right in front of the hotel. This is very beneficial to guests who don't have vehicle to travel in Jeju. The hotel staff is friendly. I lost my glasses at the restaurant during breakfast, and of course I tried to ask the staff at the restaurant to help me. They swiftly helped me look for it even though in the end I didn't manage to get my glasses back. They sincerely apologize and I really appreciate it. Overall, I felt comfortable staying at this hotel. I would probably return to stay at this hotel if I go back to Jeju.

Stay for 2 nights and enjoy the facilities at the hotel. There is a Starbucks within the hotel. There is a 24 hours convenient shop just next to the hotel. So we bought all the food and beverages that we need. Will visit again. Thanks

I have stayed at Best Western Jeju Hotel for a few days with Korean style bed room with my family. The hotel located nearby shopping street and can walk about 5-10 minutes to downtown. There are many Korean BBQ's restaurants around hotel area. The room is quite comfort and convenience. We can access the hotel and attractive place by public bus at bus stop station in front of the hotel.

I travelled to Jeju with my family (3 rooms). Hotel has great location. E-mart, Lotte Mart, supermartket and many restaurants nearby, so we can walk at night. 2 mins for walking to Citibank, it's so convenient for money exchange. Starbuck is on the ground floor. Room is so spacious and clean, buffet breakfast with many choices. Friendly staffs. We are so pretty enjoy. Recommend!!! We will come back again.

Best Western Jeju Hotel is located in New Jeju, free parking onsite, and parking lots vary in sizes make sure you park your vehicle in the appropriate size. The hotel right next to City Bank and a Convenient Store, Starbucks Coffee is on the ground floor. There is a City bus stop right in the front but not sure its route as no English provided. MacDonald is 300m away and there are many restaurants around. Many department stores/shops along the street, Lotte are 5mins walk. We stayed for 3 nights in Deluxe room with partial ocean/city view. The room was clean and big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. Shower/toilet in one room may be inconvenient for non-couple travelers. Water from the overhead shower leaked through the glass door wetting the floor we had to put down a tower to dry it. We had no problems with the first 2 nights until the last night we received a complaint from the lower floor telling us to tip toes/quiet around 10.00pm. The floor must be thin or there were some difficult travelers underneath. We got two key cards, both of them didn't work in the last 2 days we have to call to gain access. Not recommended for more than 3 nights as it would be boring as not many things happen in the New Jeju city at night time.

If ur looking for a hotel that has nearby access to good American coffee look no further than best western. Starbucks at the lobby that has ample space for business meetings or family gatherings. Walking distance to shipping district as well. Main road is accessible to places of interest.

First time in Jeju with my family. Best Western is located right in front of a no.200 bus stop ( took us from the airport) and it's on the main road leading to major attractions. Major supermarkets Emart and Lotte Mart are close by. We booked a triple room and it was much more spacious than I expected as hotel rooms in Seoul are much smaller! We had 3 suitcases and we could walk comfortably across the room with the suitcases opened! The staff are helpful. The beds are comfortable. Will book again on next visit.

We only stayed here for one night and it was already dark thus not much view. The hotel is overall clean, spacious and with no-frills. The room is conventional and with usual amenities. The only highlight is the Starbucks Coffee on the ground floor. Managed to grab a cuppa before heading off to the next destination.

Good hotel, clean room and friendly staff and also cheap too, its very near from airport to go here maybe only around almost 2 kilometer, and outside the hotel you can reach a mini market and mac donald

Location was just 5 mins cab ride thru and fro Jeju International Airport. There is a 7-11 convenient store right next to the hotel. Starbucks is located at the lobby of the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and the reception is fluent in English. Local restaurants and bakeries can easily be found across the streets. Paris Baguette is just a short 400m walk away from the hotel. It is easy trying to flag down cabs along the busy streets in front of the hotel. The only hassle was that we had to arrange for housekeeping to change some pillows and covers as there were grey stains found on them. They came back with fresh clean ones. So, it was all good. The toilet is spacious and the shower is awesome. However the washing basin is located outside of the toilet with a mirror. We stayed in a triple bedding room. It came about a good idea to separate the washing basins, so that all 3 of us could wash up our faces simultaneously and take turns even when someone is occupying the bathroom. That saves us some time. And, i must say the hotel made good arrangements in accommodating to my request for a high floor with a decent quiet room. Initially was afraid that my windows will be facing or be blocked by another structure, but i was given a room away from the main streets and i had a diagonal view of the sea although i was facing the back of the hotel building. The only set back was that my room was situated right in front of the lifts designated for hotel staffs/house keeping. In the early wee hours, hotel staffs that uses the lift would make a lot of noise as the doors are swung closed with a bang or you can hear hammering or pushing of trolleys from there. Thank goodness, we had ear plugs on after that. Hence it was good thereafter.

We stayed for one night as we had an early flight the next morning. Hotel is in close proximity to the airport (10-15min by taxi). There are convenience stores and also an E-mart (supermarket/department store) (5min walk) close by. We booked a Korean style room and it was very spacious, clean and comfortable.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and we overall happy with the stay. It's location is very close to the airport which we wanted given we had flown in late. For our group of 3 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 baby we had two rooms. We asked for connecting rooms but didn't get one which was disappointing but had rooms next to one another. Rooms were large, spacious and clean. You can see the airport from the windows. Breakfast is 80% Korean food with some eggs, cereal and toast rounding it out. There is a Starbucks in the lobby which is also convenient for coffee and breakfast and there is a good convenience store next door. It is also a short 10-15min walk to a EMart and Lotte Marte (Walmart/super Tesco equivalent) which was great, and a number of local restaurants in the area across the street. Overall no complaints about our stay at all.

Great and big spacious rooms, very clean and not a far taxi ride from the Jeju airport. However, there is one male receptionist who was very rude towards me. I felt a little annoyed by his attitude and tone of voice towards me when I was asking for recommendations for restaurants near by the hotel.

We booked a room for three and expecting it to be very squeezy but we were surprised. The room was not only big, but comfortable. Only downside was the sound proofing, the hotel guests above us checked in at close to midnight and we could hear quite badly the noise made. But despite this, will still stay there if I visit Jeju again. The staff was warm and approachable and helpful, I was not aware that it was almost impossible to get a cab in the early am to catch my am flight, fortunately i was talking to them and mentioned this about my early flight and the male reception staff immediately highlighted this to me and helped me to make the needed arrangements for the transport for my flight and advised me to leave earlier.

we stayed 3 nights in two double and triple rooms. location was great in the city. Starbucks is right on ground floor and groceries and, restaurants and other shops nearby. rooms are spacious and clean and hotel in general is in good condition. I was just surprised that a hotel that good does not have safe boxes in rooms. I also did not like that they charged full amount before I check in while as per the booking they can charge first night only if no show.

Great location, free parking, AMAZINGLY clean and spacious rooms, excellent staff, and just so comfortable to stay in!! I really had NO complaints about this place. The beds were so comfortable, there was plenty to do in the city but also we felt it was so easy to drive everywhere from this hotel. Fridges in the room were nice to keep cold water on hand. I wasn't expecting much as we have had some terrible BW stays before but this place was just gorgeous and we were so well taken care of! We are a family of six and got two connecting rooms with no problem! Highly recommend this place!!

I visited the hotel for business trip. The hotel has everything I needed, enough room, TV, shower booth, and amenities. They have Starbucks on lobby floor. Breakfast provides continental and local foods, and the price was reasonable. If you want to spend sometime near Jeju airport, the hotel is quite convinient place to stay.

Location is near from Airport - cost is around 4500 won from airport by taxi. Check in and check out is smooth. The family room is big - it's practically two room with connecting door - two queen bed, two bathroom, two TV, one refrigerator, one "living room", one wardrobe. Breakfast is ok in term of variety and taste. Wifi is good but limited to 5 devices only. Next door is "7-11" ala Korea. Good stay.

ondition of the hotel close at Jeju airport was also good. Bed guard you for the installation also has good use of the child. Starbucks is also on the first floor was convenient , it 's close to a convenience store it is also good to use . We will use the next time .

After spending 2 years in mainland China, it was actually nice to get away and have exceptional customer service! There was a nice gentleman than worked at reception that went to school in America. Great English, great service! The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and hot shower. We had breakfast at the Starbucks connected on the left side of the hotel. (Get there early, it got busy fast) Not too far from all the underground shopping.

It was great to have a triple-bedded room. Its laminated (wood) flooring made the room homey. The ensuite bathroom has shower stall and toilet. The basin is outside the bathroom which I didn't quite like. When driving into the hotel, there was no signage of where to turn in to the carpark. Staff was friendly and helpful. There is a Starbucks right at the ground floor. E-Mart & Lotte Mart are 10-15 mins walk away.

Exterior condition excellent since it was built in 2015. Guestroom condition good except plumbing issues...water drains slow and hotel does nothing to solve the problem. F&B manager very professional and delicacy excellent. Kim Sang Woo, FOM needs to be replaced. Mentioned many times of my requests but nothing was done at check-in. Problem escalated when Ms. Noh at the front desk did not apologize for their mistake. She needs to be replaced as well. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I stayed here for one night during my trip to Jeju and hotel was what I expected, very nice and clean, typical chain hotel. Room was nice and spacious, clean cut decor and great view from the 16th floor. Location is very good since it's quite central, but also taxi to the airport takes about 10mins. Everything is clean, however the floor I stayed in had very strong chemical smell, but this wasn't affecting the room. I enjoyed my stay and only complain would be the service at the front desk. Once I had arrived and had shower, I went downstairs and wanted to ask recommendation for place to eat, since it was late and I didn't know the area. I waited in the queue, but when Korean couple came in to the lobby, girl started serving them first even though I had patiently waited in the line to ask simple question. I gave up and just went out to look for a place, but this was bit upsetting. Otherwise nice experience.

It was good overall. Except the laziness of staffs at the lobby. We stayed 7 nights total. The first 2 nights were good then we started noticing cigarette smell all over our room & bathroom. It was so bad that we kept on waking up middle of the night. We called the front desk several times about this issue and even went downstairs to notify them. But they didn't do ANYTHING about it. Just kept asking us to let them know if we smell it again... We spent out money regretfully. Wouldn't have spent 700,000 if we knew we were going to be covered with nasty cigarette smell and staffs didn't want to do anything about it...

Close to the airport and on main bus routes, this hotel offers a great base for exploring Jeju. Besides being clean and up to date, the service offered by the front desk staff is superb. The view from the room overlooking the sea offered pleasant and relaxing hours in the cosy window seat, although more time was spent traveling and examining the amenities the island had to offer. As usual, there could have been more coffee and tea available.

Staff were amazingly helpful, facilities were great, location wonderful. Great location, bus stop in front of hotel meant that the whole island was easily accessible. Staff were very helpful with booking and confirming tours and taxis' etc as well as recommendations on where to eat. Very comfortable room, would stay here again.

The hotel was in a great location and value of the hotel was good. This hotel does not provide any type of upgrade for diamond status. The temperature in the room could not be adjusted. The bathroom layout was a little odd because there is no sink.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights. The location is good for covering the entire island. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff was wonderful with helping me to find good restaurants and with buses and taxi transportation. I would stay here again!

It is located on the main street, where a bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, very convenient. Also, Concenient stores and banks are nearby. Lobby is spacious and bright, as well as the room. Nice reception but there is not much information leaflets for tourists. As jeju has no subway/underground, for those who dont drive, bus information like schedule things are very important. Unfortunately, i didnt see any in the lobby. As i mentioned before, the double room i reserved is nice, daily life stuff is provided except toothbrush n paste. One thing that i couldnt endure is the design of the bathing area. The bathroom is clean and tidy and spacious, but, there is only a half glass partition at the bathing area, which means that the other half got nothing to block the water from coming out. Then, we bathed with a careful mode in order to not splash water out of the area without glass partition. However, when i finished taking bath (first night), i found that it was 'flooding' outside the glass partition area. I was shocked. Then, i found out the reason. The glass partition is not linked with the skirting! There is a 1-2cm gap down there between the glass and the floor, which let water splashing out! What a stupid design. For the following nights, i have to place towel to block the gap. If this problem could be fixed, this hotel is perfect.

We selected and stayed family room with spacious room size for 1 night. After checked in, we entered the bath room which found some water by the edge of glass panel of shower cubicle. Technician came to check it and advise us to have room changed if we wanted. We decided to change it & assigned room facing to the main road, which we made the wrong choice. Cos it was noisy-polluted due to the traffic. We cannot sleep well during overnight time

The hotel was absolutely clean with large beds and spaces. I stayed one night with my sister and her 30 month old daughter in triple room. We put the 2 single beds together so that we could have more space and bigger bed for mother and daughter :) The beddings were so clean and comfortable. We especially liked that the floor is not covered with a carpet. Definitely wanna stay here again!

The hotel is in the center of Jeju, but I recommend coosing one closer to the beach if you can find one. Rooms were clean and spacious, everything worked perfectly. Only con is that the sink is right next to the bed (yep, not joking) which was pretty strange. Other than that, the hotel is cheap and luxorious and one of the best you can find in Jeju.

We were in a tour group and didn't personally pick this hotel. However we really enjoyed our two nights there. The staff were friendly, and our room was very clean and bed comfortable. It looked like the hotel was quite new with very modern fittings. Breakfast was also satisfying - lots of choices, with a combination of local and international selections. I'm not sure if the hotel is conveniently located as we travelled by coach bus, but we noticed that there wasn't much around the area. Good hotel to stay at and we were quite impressed.
