An ok motel-----The road construction around this motel is awful, not their fault of course. We were told that it had been going on for 2 yrs. Hopefully, it won't last for too much longer. The pool was a slimy green. The room was ok and the breakfast ok as well, but we would not book it again.
Was visiting my son, who lives on the Air Force Base and wanted something close and needed a super affordable place to stay. For the price I paid, $70ish a night, I would definitely stay again. Everything was clean and in very good working order. Again for the price the breakfast that was served was a pleasant surprise. They may have been out of a few things at breakfast, but still had some good choices. I know, I'm going to spell her name wrong, but the lady that oversaw breakfast was so welcoming and pleasant. I believe her name was Pia
The employees at this Best Western are exceptional! Everyone is very courteous and helpful. They go above and beyond in providing first rate customer service.
I was in town for one night was having a surgery the next morning. The only thing that was not on the hotel they were working on the road in front of the hotel. Now that part was awful I hope when we return the road is at least half way completed because at night you can not see especially if you are not from the area we almost missed the turn to get into the hotel because of the road construction
My stay was very pleasant the room was clean and the staff was amazing On one side there is a good Mexican restaurant and the shops are also very close I would stay there again on my next trip to the city
we stayed second times at this hotel . Teresa helped us finding good restaurant . we enjoyed so much , we will be coming back on our return in December. hotel is clean and staff is friendly .we really enjoy waffle and sausage.
The staff was very helpful. Matt in particular was a very friendly and helpful person He was the staff member that checked me in and checked me out. very clean felt very safe and if this gets to Matt Alice Cooper, he'll know
I don't typically care for motels or inns when I travel alone, but this one was fine. All the rooms appear to be recently renovated, and the breakfast was more than the usual continental snacks. My room had a balcony with a nice view of the chaotic construction on the highway and frontage road. The nation's leading retail chain and most popular coffee shop are both in close proximity. Overall, I was pleased with my stay.
My overall stay was pleasant, the staff was courteous and professional and knowledgeable about the local area. Breakfast was prompt and uniform, and the property although slightly dated was well maintained.
breakfast was very good, nice variety of items. Area was kept clean. Pool area could have been better maintained. Room was cool, clean and older but remodeled. Staff was pleasant to work with and attentive.
The front desk clerks were very courteous! The room was decently clean (toilet could've used a little bit more attention) other than that the room was tidy. The outside of the hotel felt a lil unsafe at times with quite a bit of people loitering late at night, however the noise level was comfortable. My sleep was not interrupted, so therefore the night was peaceful.
The worst experience I've ever had at a Best Western. Was charged for my stay twice for my service dog and the room was disgusting, old food in fridge from people before me and the microwave had dried soup juice all in it. Haven't heard back from management about anything.
I was in town for work. The entire street had electrical work being done to a power line, so the power was out for a few hours, but my stay was still great, on par for Best Western locations. The breakfast area was clean and and all of the staff was very friendly.
I've only stayed there a couple of times but every time I do it's never a complaint on my behalf. Excellent service and excellent rooms...there's just something about those beds or maybe it's the sheets lol. Either way I get amazing rest every time I stay...a definite 10 out of 10
All of the staff have been very nice every time I've stayed there over the past 4 months. Everything is clean and the complimentary breakfast has always been well prepared and delicious. The rooms I have had were finished with vinyl flooring instead of carpeting and I really like that. They are pet friendly and this really makes sense.
I came to stay at hotel due to wedding in family. The front desk and all other staff made my stay very welcoming and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, air conditioner great, breakfast excellent. The free breakfast you could not beat for a hotel. Hot breakfast with potatoes (real) (or tater tots), sausage links & Pattie's, biscuits n gravy, waffle maker. Worth the money for the stay.
My room was clean, bed was comfortable all and all a good little hotel. But what made this hotel a great experience for me was the front desk, she was amazing her customer service skills are on point and was so welcoming. I wish I would have got her name to give her the full gratification she deserves.
Would not go back there. Staff was nice though. Tired of making reservations then getting there and discovering location is hard to get to breakfast is not offered as advertised. Bed was rock-hard, ice machine was broken and the room umber of my room was not there?
have stayed at Jacksonville several times - close to the base - clean - dog friendly and close to excellent places to eat - easy access from the freeway - grandkids loved it - No Pool was a bummer - but they understood
Okay here it goes, I reserved online with a specific rate and reserved a king suite. When I arrived I found out that they had never even tried billing my card, had given away the king suite to somebody else, offered me a king bed in a room that didn't have a jacuzzi or anything. But at least it was non-smoking. When I got into the room it smelled like pot, so obviously people have been smoking. But hey there was a jacuzzi tub after all! Too bad it didn't work. When I told the front desk how strongly my room smelled of pot, and that I didn't feel comfortable with my infant son in the room they offered a bottle of chemical spray to make the smell go away.
Great hotel. Clean and attractive room, got a smoking room and it smelled as fresh as any non smoking room I have gotten. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful. The only issue we had was the passcode for the internet does not work and they couldn't do anything to help at the front desk. But it wasn't their fault, just an IT issue that management should follow up on to get resolved.
I was worried because i seen a couple bad reviews but it was super clean. No problems at all. No problems checking in. Price was amazing. Will definitely be staying again when visiting Little Rock AFB.
The front desk cleck was very friendly The room was nicely decorated, the bed was super comfortable and very clean, the area was great only exception was the hotel next door was being renovated which caused a little bit of noise the following morning but overall it was an enjoyable stay.
Teresa Harrison is outstanding. Worked to make our stay very pleasant. Very knowledgeable about the area. Stayed for 4 nights and have recommended this hotel to others and the Air Force local base as extra billeting. Will definitely be returning.
Loved every second! All of the staff was great, even with covid they still did their best to make sure they still got every guest fed w breakfast if you wanted it! It's so difficult for the hospitality industry right now and so with that being said, I could barely tell there is a pandemic going on, aside from the masks and social distancing!!
Awful experience. Lobby reeked of urine and deodorizer when we walked in but it was late 12am and we were exhausted. Got our room keys (ground floor despite requesting to not be on ground floor). Front desk associate was condescending about masks and Arkansas in general. Saw where they put us and there were groups of people loitering and smoking around and above our assigned room. It felt very unsafe. We went back in the lobby and told the clerk we were leaving. She asked if we went in the room. I said no. She stared at me. Asked what was wrong so I told her we felt unsafe and we wanted to cancel and leave. She asked why we felt unsafe. She argued and said no one was around our room. By this point I was pissed and exhausted. I demanded to cancel and leave and she said she couldn't access the system she would have to get a supervisor. By this point I was just wanting out of the smelly lobby. I grabbed the hotel business card and told her I would call a supervisor. We drove ten more minutes back into north Little Rock and stayed at the Courtyard Marriott. The front desk associate there was awesome. I highly doubt best western will tefund our money but it was worth the loss of $$ to stay elsewhere.
There's only one word to sum up my stay at the best western and that's incredible. The staff was more than helpful and the room was perfect. Had a great nights rest and the beds were as comfortable as you could ever imagine. I recommend this hotel to everyone i know. I refuse to stay anywhere else when i need a hotel.
I arrived at this hotel later than anticipated, following on the heels of a visit to an Orthodontist. I was irritable, out of sorts, tired, hungry but couldn't eat, all of which I brought with me into this hotel. I entered the lobby and shouted through my mask, in a booming voice, "You have a room ready for me ( then stated my name just as loud)." The Receptionist looked bewildered and responded, after checking her display, "No. Nothing under that name." I began swearing in German because of all the aforementioned issues but forgot the most important fact of being on crutches, and having a backpack (weighing some 20 lbs, AT LEAST) hanging on my back. I ripped vigorously the backpack from my back to retrieve my Cellphone with the thought, "I'll show her I have a reservation," and a lot of other aggressive sarcastic comments. The phone was out, Website (with confirmation number) was up. Pride shoved the Cellphone into the Receptionist face, who calmly read the information and informed me my reservation was set for today's date, but in January 2021! I was more than ashamed because the Receptionist, Latasha, never spoke rough, rude, showed any sign of meeting my attitude with one of her own. Instead, she quickly set about correcting the mistake, I had made, and in the end: She assigned a beautiful, clean, very aesthetic room close to the lobby. The bathroom held an air of elegance. Hats off to the Receptionist of this hotel (Latasha) and her professional manner (she even went that extra mile to call and check if the room was okay for me) and this most price worthy hotel. It's not always you pay for what you get; sometimes you get more than expected for what you pay.
The lobby was the nicest part of the hotel that I saw. Friendly staff, but the room I had was very outdated and run down looking compared to all the other best western properties I have stayed at in the past
We received towels with old hair imbedded in them and hair wiped on the shower wall when we arrived in our room. - Had to call the front desk for neighboring patrons screaming & throwing things at the shared wall, then slamming doors at midnight. Was treated with lack of customer service and reluctance to help with the situation. - Took 30 min. to check out because noone was at the front desk. Employee said she was helping in the back, but had music blaring from her earbuds. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS LOCATION. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
2 star hotel that ends up asking your for a $50 incidental fee when it doesn't state that on their website not with their online booking customer service reps? Inside looks like an upgraded motel 6. Ac/heater made rattling noise all night, people were running up and down halls all night, and since these “hotels” are situated like a motel each one facing out you got to hear all of the exterior noise. Best Western as a business has severely disappointed my usually good experience with them. This is exactly why the industry is shifting to Airbnb's.....
Customer service was exceptional! Teresa and her co-worker were the best! Breakfast was great! Waffles were huge! Very friendly and very clean! The beds were so comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Will definitely be staying there again!!
The hotel was very clean and updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Provided directions to local food establishments with a variety of options. Check-In was quick and efficient. The same with the Check-Out process.
Had a great time, the staff was friendly and did a great job with the room. There are a few places to eat in the area and you definitely have to try David's Burgers if you are visiting. It was too cold for the pool to be open during my visit, and I didn't bring workout gear, although they had a fitness center.
Was staying here for work trip and my dual charger for my iPhone and watch was stolen and I had to go and buy one and I'm being told that it can no be reimbursed due to mishandling and being miss placed and that they never reimburse items so how many times have things came up missing
You walk into the lobby and then you dont know which way to go. All the rooms have outside entrances. We were placed in the very back. Our bed cover had a stain on in. One of our rooms they complained that there was pink stuff in the tub. The pillows were so old they were like lumps of cottonballs. I would not stay here again but it was doable for one night.
Place was decent for 1 night. Older hotel but well maintained, looked like the best hotel in the neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Fred in the evening check-in and Teresa in the morning check-out were extremely helpful. Breakfast was ok, potatos were undercooked but eggs and sausage made it bearable. Light switch near bed needs to be turned on before the light switch by the door will work, meaning I had to stumble around the dark room when I checked in to find it. It should be left on for guests.
Be aware that this hotel has outside entrance to the rooms, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs if you are on the second floor. Our room had two lamps, no overhead lighting, which made reading difficult. Take your own lotion. The hotel provided two bars of soap, and there was a dispenser with shower gel and conditioning shampoo in the shower. As others have stated, the front desk clerks and the management are friendly and accommodating.
Room was comfortable and clean and everything worked. Down side: confusing streets leading to it and the heater noise made watching tv difficult, due to volumn, which is pretty normal with motels we've stayed at. Clerk was very nice and helpful. Good food 2 doors away.
We feltr very welcome and we were treated so great. Amazing staff made sure we had anything we needed. We became rewards members and now we are waiting on our free room after our 2 night stay. Thank you best western
We came to this area to visit family. The first person we encounter was not helpful at all. I asked her could i have a early check in (it was 1pm) she told me the regular check in was 3. Ok. The room that was givin was filthy! Tub nasty pillow had spits on it and the room had a smell to it. The TV went out and we finally went to change rooms. The 2nd room lbed lights didnt work. Beds was to small. We requested queen and got double beds. Will never stay here again!!
The room was clean and nice and the people were very friendly and helpful. Food was great and plenty of it.Everything was very nice and they were very accomadating . We enjoyed our stay with them very much.
The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and there was good lighting for reading. The temperature of the room was cool to cold which was good because there was a high heat index on the day I stayed there. The mattress and pillows were comfortable. The price was excellent.
The staff is what makes a motel a good Motel. The place is always clean. The breakfast room that's always clean, even to a fault, everything is topped off. I will book this Motel again when it's time for my home time off the road. Had my three sons with me they definitely enjoy the pool.
The location worked our perfectly on our drive. Staff was very helpful even providing a copy of a document we had inadvertently left in the room after we left and called Rush while we were on the road. Will definitely stay here again.
Exceptional service caring wonderful staff. Rooms were clean beds comfy I was so pleased with how caring and professional there were. If I needed anything they would try there best to assist me in my needs.
Very handy to AF base. Can walk to several places to eat. Room was clean. Had hot breakfast and and out door pool. Could use more cover on beds. Multiple electrical connections. Good internet. Separate toilet and shower from sink area. Many TV channels.
My wife and I were looking for an inexpensive room that was clean and safe. We found it! The management was great too. While we were looking for just a place to sleep, Jacksonville was a much larger town than I anticipated, which would have worked well for restaurants, etc had we needed it.
On a trip with my family. We had a very great time...the breakfast was delicious and was very refreshing..The hotel was great will be back again. My family pick this because of the reviews and I was glad
the staff is amazing the management is amazing the prices were great the room is amazingly clean have no problems whatsoever highly recommended to come here the pool is clean in the breakfast is great in fresh
Property recommended by family member. Location perfect, close to Air Force base right off major road but hotel quiet. Good restaurants nearby. Staff so welcoming and helpful. We had room on lower floor close to office..patio off room to enjoy a swim and morning coffee and sweetroll from breakfast buffet..room clean and bathroom had soap dispensers but I like the individual amenities available in office.
Great place to stay good prices and friendly employees breakfast was hot pool was clean, housekeeping services were excellent and when I had an issue they were very helpful and professional! Will be staying at best western each trip back.
My family and I passed through on our way to TX. We booked the hotel about 3hrs out and arrived around 11:30pm. Of course it's always scary booking a hotel online not knowing the area or hotel itself, but I was very pleased upon my arrival. Jeanette at the front desk greeted me with a friendly smile, checked me in quickly and got us to our room. The room was very clean! When I checked out, Jeanette was still there along with who I believe was the general manager. They both made sure my stay was great, which it was. I highly recommend this hotel. The best hotel experience I think I have ever had, even being there a short time. 5 stars!!!
Great price, friendly staff, very large room, nice exercise facility and pool and adequate breakfast. Building appeared very new and well kept and street/highway noise was minimal. What a great stay for the money!
I stay at this hotel regularly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The beds are nice and comfortable. The location offers easy access to the freeway. The breakfast is generally above average. I highly recommend.
Very happy with our stay. The clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were traveling with pets and the Inn made this a pleasant experience. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend.
I admit that I was very skeptical staying st a hotel off a military installation. I was blown away by the appearance, affordability, and customer service. We used the lodging with our two kids and two dogs, while we waited for our house to be built. It was quick access to the base and the local area. I will definitely stay again!
I opted for a place to stay overnight while my son was participating in a local competition. I didn't want to pay a lot of money for one night. We got a room here at a great price and the room was sufficient. It was clean and had all that we needed. It located near the interstate and many restaurants.
The staff that checked us in late around 11pm was friendly and cheerful. Our room had some issues such as the phone being broken and the password to the wifi being wrong. They offered to move us but we were too tired. The next morning we found the water pressure was really bad, the sink was very slow to drain and the shampoo and conditioner dispenser in the shower was broken. When we checked out the lovely cheerful woman sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and that is why they get a 4 star from me. I stay at Best Western when I can and everything won't always be perfect but owning up to the issues and giving a sincere apology tells me they have the right people working there. Room issues can be fixed, the right staff is hard to come by.
We had a good experience at this hotel for a week. Our home was being remodeled and we had to move out until it was done. The staff are very nice and helpful, the breakfast was good, the rooms clean, beds comfortable, fridge worked well, and we felt safe. No complaints.
The room wasn't very clean. There were multiple dead spiders in the room. The bathroom was nasty. I cleaned the whirlpool before using it and the jets shot brown particles all over me. It most looked like poop. The staff was pleasant and they had a nice breakfast.
If you are not accustomed to Arkansas highways this is a difficult place to get to. We could see the Motel but couldn't figure out how to get there. But once we got there it was a good stay. Restaurants are nearby, room was clean and attractively decorated, Breakfast was disappointing,
This hotel was extremely clean and the hotel staff is incredibly sweet and understanding! We had some issues with our moving truck and they were understanding regarding our situation. They were kind the entire time of our stay and willing to help in any way they could. The beds were comfortable, great breakfast, great amenities, extremely clean room and lobby area. I can not give this hotel enough high praises.
The service we received was efficient and pleasantly supplied by any staff we interacted with. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a variety of food choices. The breakfast area was well appointed and kept spotlessly clean. The fitness room was another pleasant surprise with new equipment and a thoughtful supply of towels and disinfectant wipes.
I would Highly recommend this place to anyone. The rooms are very affordable. When I arrive I am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The room is nice and cozy and I feel quite safe and secure whenever I'm here. Alot of times, I travel alone and to know that their are security cameras on every corner of the building is an added bonus for me. I really appreciate that!!!
I was in and out quickly and it was very comfortable, clean and staff were friendly, just what I needed for a short stay. I did want a few more quick items for breakfast because I was running late, I wanted something to eat on the road.
Best in Arkansas. Great service, excellent breakfast. I highly recommend this to everyone! I do not stay anywhere else for business or pleasure when I come to Arkansas. I travel frequently and it's like home away from home.
Our stay was great as always. First I was running a little behind getting there to meet my wife, she was already there waiting for me, fred got me checked in,in less than 5 minutes. The next morning breakfast was a great way to finish our stay and get on with our day. Thank you Best Western
The rooms have been beautifully remodeled! Very clean. Having said that, this “motel” has all outside entrances, stairs to the second floor and no elevators. The shower was hot and water conservative. They supply shampoo and body wash through the method of pump devices attached to the walls. The issue here was that you had to pump numerous times to get enough to use. Fortunately I have short hair and it didn't take a whole lot. But for someone with longer hair it would take forever to get enough to use. We will most likely not stay here again even though it is on our frequently traveled route.
The room was in good/clean condition. Everything worked and the rate was fair for what I received. No noise on or near the property so I was able to sleep well. I had no complaints at all. I didn't try the breakfast because I went out with family, but it appeared to be standard hotel far If you're looking for a luxury hotel, this isn't it. But if you want a basic room for a night or two at a decent price, this fits the bill.
Very nice and respectable place. Excellent customer service. Place was very clean and staff was willing to help with any problems that may had occurred. I will most definitely say that I will be back to visit be again soon!
The rooms were super clean and the bed and pillows very comfy! The has the older style drive-up-to-your-door type rooms but everything has been nicely updated and decorated. Rosie at the front desk was very friendly. Would stay again!
I use this hotel often when I work in the Little Rock area. The staff is always friendly, warm, and caring. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The spa rubs are nice to relax in after a day's work. I highly recommend.
Looking for a hotel in the of the night after driving 14 hours. We were lucky to find this Best Western. Rose was wonderful, very helpful and just made our check in experience all the better being as we were wore out from driving. Our room was on the second floor which was fine with me. Had balcony overlooking the pool. Room was comfortable cozy. I'd recommend this place and stay again.
Great room. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite and courteous. The price of the hotel was far better than others in the immediate area as well. If I am back in the Little Rock area andneed a place to stay, I would definitely stay there again.
Dry clean hotel with caring workers. The breakfast was great and hot and the internet service was great. The room was clean and smelled clean. The tub had a grab bar making it available for everyone to use the tub even if slightly handicapped. I will be listing this as a future stopping place.
Overall as good a place to stay as your going to find in jville. The only caveat is the noise transfer from outside to inside the room. Breakfast is typical continental with some hot items. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always friendly.
Spent one night there, just traveling through the area on the way back from vacation. Right across from the Inn was the cleanest Goodwill I have ever visited. The hotel was super clean and the breakfast really good. Also had this Bargain Hunt Store and a Dirt Cheap store located really close for travelers who love a deal.
Our room was clean, bed was comfortable, service was exceptional! Our AC went out at home and Komal was quick to get us in a room, then actually change our room type because I had reserved the wrong room online! Life saver!
We had such a wonderful time at this hotel! My husband and I with our 3 daughters traveled from Boston ma to Jacksonville Arkansas. I came back to see my biological mom whom I haven't seen since I was 7 years old. We arrived around 2:30am. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious! ?? the staff was kind and friendly. Rooms are clean, the pool was a hit! We loved it especially since the weather was very hot! Definitely will come back to this hotel!
Hey this is a Best Western, I have to say for this type of hotel, it was good. I'm not going to give it more than 3 stars though, because hey, it's a Best Western. The bed was very comfortable, which is probably the most important thing. No extra blankets in the room, though, which would have been nice. There are no elevators, which I didn't realize when I made the reservation. When we got there we realized that we couldn't handle dragging our luggage up and down the exterior metal stairs because of joint and back issues. They were very nice and accommodated us with a ground floor room, but we ended up paying a premium because it had a jacuzzi tub. The tub had very high sides, so it was difficult for us to climb in and out of (joint and back issues).
Stayed here on my way to Texas. After a quick s arch I found this plac to be very convenient. Called them while driving and got a room. Staff was polite and the place was very quiet. Bathrooms were clean too.
My husband and I went to my nephew's graduation and spent a night Best Western. Front desk, Dani, was very helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated. Lots of options in breakfast, nice and warm. Breakfast attendant was very sweet and friendly. There are also so many restaurant options at walking distance. Will def come back to stay at this property!
We've stayed here, twice. Top notch staff! Super friendly and helpful! Comfortable and clean, rooms! Nice pool. Clean laundry facility. Safe and well lighted parking. Close to multiple restaurants and shopping.
We booked this through Trip Advisor based upon the reviews. Very nice hotel with a nice clean room and comfortable mattress. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The only bump in our stay was the ice maker was out of service near our room and the drink machine was loaded incorrectly dispensing the wrong sodas. We would recommend staying here.
Staff was courteous and answer questions with a smile. Rooms were clean and the décor was nice. All equipment worked properly. Upon our daily return our room was clean with fresh new towels. Location to main highway was excellent.
Clean room. I like the separate toilet and vanity rooms. Mattress needed upgrading. This motel has exterior access to rooms. I prefer interior access for security reasons. Breakfast room was very small but the breakfast variety and quality was very good.
They have updated their rooms recently...everything was clean and really nice! I try to pick this location each time I'm in town! The breakfast is always great in the mornings as well! Service is wonderful!
The hotel has definitely gone through some renovations. The outside still looks the same, but it's the inside where it counts. The rooms have gone from the strange mix of grandma's floral blankets to a sleek modern take, with monochromatic furniture and splashes of color for paintings. If you're into it, it's not bad. The beds and pillows have seen an upgrade, and if you're into hard beds and flat pillows, then congratulations, this place is for you! If not, well, I've got some bad news. I'm sadly not one of those people, so I had a rough stay. The bathroom was really nice though. Not quite as roomy as some I've stayed in, but the counter was spacious for all the various toiletries (I'm a lady, so I had all the makeup and other necessities), and since we had a suite, we had a jetted tub, which was REALLY nice. But... let's talk about that running water. Keeping it hot was a pain. It'd be nice and warm for a few minutes, and then it'd suddenly run ice cold for about 10 seconds. When you're mid-shampoo, and you've got long hair, a sudden douse of cold water is definitely a wake up call! Ok, so long story short, the room itself had a bed to sleep on, a fridge and a microwave if you need them, a bathroom that worked really well, and the hotel had not only friendly and courteous staff, but also provided breakfast. I'd recommend it. But it does come with some kinks to work out.
A decent hotel for the money. Not a bad neighborhood, but not great, either. It is close to our family's home that we were visiting, so it was convenient for us. Staff was nice, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable.
It was a pleasure to stay at this location. I used points for the stay. They upgraded me with me asking. Teresa during check in smiled and was a pleasure talking to. During check out the other lady(didn't get her name) was just as pleasant. The breakfast was hot and done unlike other experiences. Everything about my stay was a pleasure. Can't say enough about this location. The only negative has nothing to do with the hotel. The roads are hard to navigate and you have to be aware of all of your surroundings.
This hotel was clean and I had no problem at all. I would stay here again if I was close by and traveling this way again. For work again or if my girlfriend and I were traveling......Thank you for having a clean and enjoyable hotel
I found this hotel to be a great place for the price. It appeared to be newly remodeled. I would highly recommend it. It has a full breakfast bar. It is conveniently located to the Little Rock Air Force Base. This is a great place to stay when visiting relatives stationed at Little Rock Air Force Base.
I have stayed at this Best Western several times, and each time the employees and exemplified the highest professional and friendly attitude. I travel as a single female, and they go out of their way to make me feel as safe as if I were in my own home.
The room was clean the staff was very nice and helpful . Has a very nice gym. Has a nice pool also but the season was not in so I didnt get to swim. The breakfast was great. The location is close to some very nice resturants. I would stay there again.
The room was great, the breakfast was delicious, and it was a pleasure to meet the manager and the staff. Nicest group of people I've met. I would love to come back and stay at the same hotel if I ever get the chance!
The rooms were very spacious and clean. The continental breakfast was delicious. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Teresa and Jeannette the front desk receptionist was absolutely amazing, friendly and very professional. I am planning to stay next year.
Convenient check-in, and personnel accommodated my physical limitations via room location, very nicely. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Amenities such as ice, located conveniently Breakfast was excellent, and there was plenty to choose from.
I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff are very accomodating and polite. The room was beautiful!! The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. I even had a jacuzzi in my room! My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast. There were over 30 items to choose from and they were delicious!
Excellent Motel and service. Very close to the area I was visiting, it is close to restaurants fast food and grocery stores. It is friendly to pets, rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are always friendly and make sure your stay is comfortable.
The staff was a pleasant surprise. By far the most personable I have experienced in years. The young lady working the desk at check-in was very friendly, fun to talk to you, informative and professional. The hotel is in a good location. There are many other choices within walking distance, but I will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.
From the outside, the hotel looked great. The online advertising made the place seem nice. When I entered the room, it was smelly, like trash and human body odor. I aired out the room for about an hour. The water pressure was TERRIBLE, sometimes the toilet wouldn't flush. The Internet was a joke. I couldn't stay connected for any significant length of time. Papitos, a mexican restaurant was the only good thing to say about the hotel, but that restaurant is next door to the hotel.
The front desk staff made this visit a 3 and not a 2. She was very friendly and made a courtesy call to check to see if everything was ok. My problems stemmed from being on the first floor and just how noisy it is when someone is in the room above you. That combined with a very poorly cleaned washroom, would have had me score this visit a 2.
I was travelling to see family got in very late people at hotel were very friendly got us checked in quickly checked to make sure we were satisfied with room made sure we had extra coffee the next morning
Nice hotel with all the amenities and good location. I was most impressed with how clean the room was. I always pay close attention to this when I visit budget/economy level hotels and I must say I was not disappointed. Housekeepers there did a very good job. The room was cleaner than most fairfield/courtyard hotels I stay at which cost like $50 more. A+ to this hotel for amenities and cleanliness.
Excellent stop on journey home from a road trip to NOLA. Last minute reservation, no problem, road construction in the area, no problem. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean room. Veterans discount, excellent.
Staff is amazing and truly cares about your comfort. Won't stay anywhere else. Breakfast was great as well as the rooms being spotless. The owner was even onsite and greeted everyone like family. 2 thumbs up.
This was my second stay at this hotel. When I called direct to hotel, they found where I stayed before and was able to fulfill my request for the same room. Every one of the staff are courteous and helpful.
The rooms smelled musty, they were clean but old. They have new tvs and new furniture but it was still an older hotel room. The bathroom was smaller than we are us to and the had the prefilled large dispenser in shower rather than single use shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. I don't like us8ng them fearful of someone putting stuff in them to harm me or my family.
Lovely stay. Best breakfast in town & the hotel is very affordable! I can't wait to see when the rooms are renovated. The lobby is already renovated and looks stylish & modern. Staff is very friendly!
Checking in and out was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, There was an excellent variety for breakfast. The dining room was clean and food well displayed. Dining room staff was personable and helpful. Getting reservation for return stay was fast and easy.
I Had an amazing stay. The beds were really comfortable and the staff were beyond helpful. They go beyond the standard in breakfast and making sure their customers needs are taken care of. Absolutely loved it.
Unfortunately we weren't very happy with the room. It had a musty smell to it. To be fair, they were renovating. I hope they will consider updated all the rooms. What I liked about this hotel was the proximity to Starbucks, restaurants and the gas station. We also quickly grabbed a bagel for the road because we left as breakfast was being served. Unfortunately it was not fresh. It was hard as a rock and we had to through it out. We were given a grab n go bag but it only had a pop-tart and a bottle of water. Not what I call a breakfast of champions. With a little bit more effort this hotel could be a 3 or 4 out of 5. We would give it a 2 out of 5. It was quiet however; and we had a good night's sleep.
Several Doberman owners gathered for 2-3 nights at this hotel because of the accommodations for our dogs. We were all placed in first floor rooms close to each other and close to a huge exercise area for the dogs. The hotel rooms are clean, but older & in need of some repairs. However, the beds were very comfortable and the office people very pleasant. There is a typical self-service breakfast area open 6:30-10a, but no full restaurant in the hotel. I would definitely stay here again because of the welcome we received. Several good eating places are close.
I have stayed the this location couple of times this year, it been always nice stay. always all employees are very helpful, breakfast is always good, hotel have many options like Biscuits, Gravy, Eggs & Sausage etc. The rooms been always very clean and comfortable.
It was a nice place to stay, when in the area I know where I will stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast attendent was very helpful. The maids noticed I had the DND sign but still asked me in passing if we need anything.
My family and I stayed here for 2 nights. The front desk lady was very helpful and friendly. The room was nice and clean and the TV channels had a good range. They also offer breakfast but we did not get a chance to try it. If we need to stay in Jacksonville again we will surely check here first.
. We have stayed here before. We will probably stay here again if needed. Every thing was very nice. The front desk man helped me get on the internet and let me leave our lap top at he desk while we left and went other places. I had no problem picking it up. The night person was very nice too. The room had a hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and coffee pot. The breakfast was also good. The only thing was the pool needed cleaned very badly
Clean rooms , what you would expect from any motel, Walmart is right there in walking distance, burger king, Mc Donalds, star bucks the motel has jacuzzi in room which is extremely nice . easy access to and from hwy. And it's quite this is a military town . It is also a dry town even though it's in Pulaski County however at all ends of town there is liqueur stores and a bar and vfw if you need spirits. Allina all its wasn't bad at all decent area of town .
I have stayed here a few different times while in town. The employees are very friendly, rooms are large, nice assortment of pillows. This time the pool was closed for repair. As soon as i checked in the receptionist started apologizing for it. I never use the pool anyway. Very quite area, easy access on and off the interstate. Within walking distance to Mexican and few fast food restaurants as well as walmart.
The AC and fridge in our room was not on when we arrived at six in the evening. It was VERY HOT and uncomfortable in our room. It did not cool down completely until the next morning. We had made advanced reservations so we were expected. Also, the housekeeping staff barged into our room while I was undressing. I did receive some compensation for these problems. We do like the hotel and will stay there again. It would have been helpful if ALL the staff spoke and understood English.
Convenient location. Rooms and property are very clean. Room smelled fresh and clean. Good variety of food at breakfast, food was fresh and tasty. Will definitely visit this hotel again. Express checkout was timely.
What I got the bed was hard as a rock. It was suppose to get King size with whirlpool tub.. Did not get that either. I just stayed in that room even though I did not get a good night sleep while I was there. That bed was bad rock hard.
This hotel is a good choice for the cost. The continental breakfast is very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. It is in the center of Jacksonville and close to other food places so there is no problem finding other places to eat for lunch and dinner.
top notch no complaints everything was as one could hope for and because of being a returning customer we were provided a room with a Jacuzzi bathtub at no extra charge resulting in extraordinary bath time for the kids
I love to stay at this hotel. all staff are friendly and caring. in a morning nice breakfast which make my day . I love omelet and fresh waffle. this nice clean hotel . this is second time I stayed at this hotel and I definitely be returning in future.
Always a pleasant experience and great location for my friend and I when we have a women's get away from the hubby and kids. I stay here about 2-3 times a year and have never had any problems.. Staff is always great.
My husband and I were very impressed with this very nice Best Western hotel. The room was very clean, fresh and comfortable, and it was quiet. A good variety was available for breakfast, and everything was plentiful and fresh. But what impressed us most was the excellent customer service provided by Cookie at the front desk! She was so friendly and helpful in providing us with suggestions for dinner, and she also arranged reservations for us at other Best Western hotels along our route. She even got us a reduced rate of "Friends and Family" at our next hotel, and also called us later in the day to follow up on our visit. She really did make us feel like "friends nd family, and we would gladly stay at this hotel again, if we are passing through Jacksonville, Arkansas again!
Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, they were having WIFI issues, and we were not able to connect our smart phones to the internet at all during the three day, two night stay. However, we were able to connect our tablet and laptop. We stayed in a suite room that was very comfortable with a nice seating area and very comfortable bed. No elevator, so it was a bit of a challenge to get to the second floor with all our luggage. The room however, was really nice, and don't have any complaints concerning it.
had to stay in town to make sure I could get to work and back during flood warnings...very clean, very nice people, great location and breakfast was great! Really like the privacy of separating the bathroom from rest of room.
very nice and comfortable bed. friendly staff and nice stay. breakfast nice variety , I love fresh waffle and omlett and availability .i will recommand this hotel to all of my friends and family. Will definitely consider this place on my next visit.
Hotel was clean, little rundown. Parking lot was being repaired, had to drive around cones and limited parking on the side we were on. Breakfast was okay, the lady who was fixing it was extremely pleasant. Felt like I was bothering some of the staff by reporting outlet problems in the room which were never addressed, asking for extra towels, again never addressed and getting a rollaway on the second request. Also noticed front desk taking a reservation over the phone writing down credit card information instead of typing it in? How often do they do this and what do they do with the post it notes with the information on them when done? Didn't like that very much.
Clean room, warm bed and fluffy pillows. Great staff. I typically stay here monthly and have never regretted it. Location is next to several restaurants and gas stations. Great value and it doesn't hurt you are greeted with a smile.
I Highly reccomend this Hotel. Clean Rooms. Outdoor pool. Quiet, and they have fresh waffle and nice Omlettes in the morning with the free breakfast. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Fauzia in particular. There is a small bar in nest door restaurant which was nice.. Nice gym. The beds are fantastic... the air conditioner is not noisy.
I stayed here one day , I like rooms, its nice and clean. I slept good .nest morning I had a breakfast was awesome too. Samantha at front desk was very accommodating, she help me a lot .she even help me taking my stuff to my room. I went to eat next door maxican restaurant which was delicious food ,
My stay was good from check in to check out. When I walked in I was greeted with a beautiful smile by the desk clerk. her name was Samantha. she was very professional, nice and knowledgeable of the hotel and the surrounding area. The room was large and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and hot. The rest or the staff was nice and helpful. price was reasonable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and my family and I will definitely stay here again.
Lobby was nice and free breakfast was fine but the rooms weren't. The bathroom had mold in tub. The shower head was a joke. Very old and only a few of the holes allowed water to come out. Room smelled like some sort of air spray. Never a good sign. What smell are they trying to cover up? Beds had a paper thin blanket and no other blankets in room so I was cold all night. Yes, I could of turned on the heat but then it gets too stuffy. The nice lobby and breakfast didn't make up for the sub par room.
We had a king room that was very large with a table and two chairs as well as a desk and chair. Sink counter is outside of bathroom. Toilet and shower room is a bit tight. Shower pressure was not very strong. Wifi was terrible. Couldn't access internet at all. Breakfast was nothing special. Eggs tasted powdery. The night clerk was very friendly but when I had a question about our rate for the night I got a full lesson in how to make a reservation which was unnecessary.
We stayed at this BW inn and it was very nice. The rooms are excellent and very clean. Breakfast was full of variety. We had an excellent staff and they were very helpful. We had no problem getting around and had great suggestions for dinner.Good location
I stayed this place in august with my kids . first I decide not stay here then my kids said that mom lets stay here we are so tired. I walked in lobby and I met with Peggy, she was working at night. I cant forget how she take care of us .her service was great and she offered us fruits and Danish because my kids was hungry.. rooms are so clean and nice . we ate breakfast in morning which was awesome. i recommend this place to every one .
Even though this hotel is old, it has been remodeled and is clean. Great selection on breakfast bar and staff is very friendly and helpful. Internet came up quickly most of the time and good selection of channels on TV.
I stayed this hotel last week in my business trip .i love breakfast and room . Front desk service was excellence . I love lobby decor. Every time I walk in to lobby , front desk always greet me and that touch my heart . I recommend this hotel to all my friend .
Loved the location - close to everywhere we wanted to go and we felt very safe! The room was awesome and the staff was very friendly! The scrambled eggs at breakfast could have been better but the rest of breakfast was very good! I loved the bagels! We both enjoyed the coffee!!
The employees went out of there way to make our stay as nice as possible. The pool pump had broke down and was being repaired. The front desk called us when the pool was ready and had fresh towels out pool side waiting for us. Every employee was asking what they could do to help us.
People were very pleasant and helpful. The streets were under heavy construction, but it was still easy on-easy off. Thank you we may even stay at another Best Western in Texas, who knows. you for all the kindness that was shared during our one night stay as we were traveling to Texas.
