Best Western Plus Plaza Florida & Tower

Room with strong disinfectant odor, very old rug, stained bed sheets, rough bed sheets, dirty a/c panel, a/c impossible to use because of tremendously loud sound, dirty elevator walls and floor. I will never go back to this place!

We have stayed at this hotel many times for business. Desk staff is friendly and courteous. Rooms have been consistently clean. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet. Service al the restaurant has always been good. However, this time service was slow two nights in a row. We alerted the front desk staff and they said they had had just changes personnel and that they would correct it. there a great pool and a wide space for kids to play next to the lobby.

We stay often in this hotel because it seems to be the only pet friendly hotel in town. Personal is friendly and not too picky when you pass with dog through the lobby. Breakfast is regular. Roams could be cleaner, I don't understand why carpet is used in rooms for pets (should be parquet or Laminat). Overall an ok location for trips with pets.

Worst stay ever !!!! I tell the houskeeping EVERYDAY not to come in my room and EVERYDAY they come in Ive complained and even left the do not disturb sign they purposly take the sign and even lue and say we didnt put it up. I feel violated and purposely ignored . I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL. My experience here ruined my entire trip.Also they say you get free breakfast but harass you when you eat there my family and I have been here for 4 days and they still countinue to fight with us. Its a cheap and out dated hotel I would never come back.

The hotel is what is left of a great hotel in the 70's. Old and needs a major remodeling. In top of that something is not OK in the restaurant. I got sick (food poisoning) and later another co-worker visiting Irapuato had the same experience. There are plenty of new options for a little bit more of the cost.

hotel is old and has a creepy feeling; nonetheless for a business trips seems fine; price is adequate. has enough underground parking; receptionist is rather rude and slow at least the one who has the night shift. location of hotel is great. WiFi worked great;

Firstly, this place is so poorly lit all around that it feels like a cavern more than a hotel. The building, parking lot, rooms, restaurant and shop are old and run. The worst part is the attitude of staff. The receptionist was particularly rude and even challenging. He was also somewhat incompetent and it took a good 20 minutes to check us in even though I was the only guest. I had to pay him in cash after he was unable to use the credit card terminarl and after I paid in cash he said he had no change available. The rooms smell of sewage and linens are damp. The restroom windows defeat any privacy and the air conditioning unit is at least 20 years old, hence loud and inefficient. The only relatively good thing about this place is its location, since it is off a main street but easily accessible to the rest of town. However, the place is loud.

I had booked the reservation via Expedia 5 hours upon arrival, and when I arrived my reservation wasn't found. Upon digging deeper, my reservation was found and a room was assign. Unfortunately the guy at the reception assumed my father and I were smokers and assigned us to a smoking room. The what seemed to be a manager quickly changed us into a non smoking room. The rooms are old and musty, very dated and the bathroom smelled of sewage. The lighting within the room was horrible and even the non smoking room had an un recognizable stench. The A/C only blows warm air, so I spent my night sweating. The only reason we decided to stay here was because my father lived in Irapuato as a child, I suggest staying in Queretaro or Leon if you're just passing by.

Excellent price ando service, location is also good . i dont rate 5 stars because i dislike the singer con the lobby at very late nigh, its okey the singer bit not that late . Otherwise is ok Room is clean and comfortable

As a solo non-spanish speaking traveler to Irapuato, staying at this hotel was an excellent choice. The staff was very friendly helping with everything from food to taxis to local attractions to translations. My priority with hotels is cleanliness and this one was perfectly kept, no bugs in sight. The restaurant food was good and within two blocks are a bank, Mega store and a Dominos Pizza (perfect when craving some food from home). The room was comfortable with a very firm bed, although nothing fancy. I slept well. Being in the city its a little noisy but that was to be expected. Plenty of bottled water provided free of charge. About a 30-40 minute drive to the Leon/Guanajuato airport depending on how fast the taxi driver is.
