Best Western Plus Konrad Zuse Hotel

The internet connection was very poor because the signal was extremely weak in my room. The tv programs were quite limited with very few selections for international travellers. Nevertheless the location was good and the staff there were excellent.

Had a one-night stay. Room was excellent and quiet, with nice amenities and snacks available for sale. Restaurant was open late and also served a breakfast. Parking was free. Nice bathrooms with roomy shower. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. A very pleasant hotel.

Enjoyed this property, it is in a great location with shopping and restaurants nearby. Parking is in a shopping center next door with access to the hotel so getting your bags there requires some effort otherwise no problem. Great staff.

On business and all was great about my stay of two nights Room was fine Breakfast was good The bar was well stocked There is a large tv not in the main area...so good for keeping up with sport and news

We came a little late but got perfect service and tastefull food in the restaurant. Very good comfort in the big hotellrooms , with big showers and very goodlooking. The air-condition worked perfect. We will be back!

Stayed here several times on our way back from holiday. Business hotel. We have had different types of rooms and all were good. The last time we stayed, we could only get the standard room which has no aircon. As it was 36 degrees, I feared it would be very warm but it was very comfortable. Nice staf, good breakfast and dinner. Parking available.

Stayed at the Konrad Zuse while driving through Germany. It looks a bit dull virtually located in a corner of a shopping mall, but don't be fooled. The nice room was spacious neat and clean, and they've even turned the blinds for to prevent a hot start. The room was so nice and quiet that I slept like a baby. The staff was awesome nice and friendly and the food in the restaurant was better than expected. All and all a perfect stay.

This is the best hotel in years, everything got 5 points, rooms, food, hospitality, surroundings and the fact that the hotel rent out HD motorcycles from their garage, and with guided tours. Stayed here for business. The staff was friendly. The bed room was excellent and not that often you'll get a room without any damages or issues, which looks really great in total plus with a nice view outside. The bed was very good and at night it was quiet. In the evening at the bar, the staff was making sure you wouldn't get thirsty and were very alert. The buffet was good and fresh prepared and constantly refilled. Also the breakfast was good. I didn't try the spa, but I am sure that would be very good too. Eventually the price for all of this was not expensive at all, so I can absolutely recommend this hotel.

We were here during our roadtrip across Europe and naturally we came very late but there was no issua at all. In fact everything was prepared and checking in went super smooth, they have a garage nearby that felt safely secure and Wifi connection is fast. The bed and sleep comfort is great, rooms are clean and tidy, breakfast has a wide selection of what to me is high quality. Thanks for the stay

Stayed there more than 10 times in 6 months. The restaurant is good and there are other pubs / restaurants close by (walking distance) - which makes the hotel perfect from location pov, as you can enjoy a beer or two without the need of driving afterwards back to the hotel.

Booked this hotel while waiting to board a flight to Germany, at the time I was limited to something in the area that was available for the day I would be in that city. Best Western came up on the list. It was a basic room two single beds and a large bathroom. Over all it was okay but then again I payed $125.00 mostly for the name of the hotel chain. Would I stay there again, I will try to find another place because of the price.

I was at the hotel for two weeks and i was suffering for the very poor quality of the mattress.....and pillow. It is not possible to find this kind of bad situation at a 4 star hotels...Moreover the sauna colud not be charged for the hotel guests. The rooms are big and cleaned but i see a big dog close to my room....

You would not expect this type of facility or level of service in such a small town as Hunefeld. Very caring staff, great rooms and an exceptional restaurant for any meal. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I stayed in 2 separate occasions and I appreciate the service and even got a room upgrade. There's a lap pool beside it so it was perfect for after work exercise. There was a gym, and a sauna. The breakfast was good as well.

I have stayed here many times and will again. The service is excellent. The hotel is centrally located, easy walking to other restaurants, eiscafes, and shops. Note, the hotel restuarant is one of the best restaurants in town. With multi night stays, good to take advantage of hotel bicycles and the trails in the area.

Normally when we travel in Germany we stay at traditional B & Bs with cozy old world charm. However, when we come to Hunfeld to visit family and friends we stay at this very modern hotel. Named after Konrad Zuse, the original brainchild of the computer and an amazing contemporary artist, it is truly a unique modern experience. The quality rooms have an Ikea feel about them. They are very bright due to the massive window/wall that lets in sun. The window includes a tilt-out that allows you to keep the window open to hear the birds singing and for fresh air without compromising security (not that this would be a concern here). Complimentary in-room coffee and tea, wifi, snacks on the bed and some english language tv stations make this a place to really unwind. The bathroom is spacious, the walk-in shower has endless hot water and the king size bed has individual duvets. Other bonuses include a fabulous large indoor pool the locals use. As a hotel guest you also have free access to their spa facility with hot tubs. Beautiful and scrupulously clean. One feature I have not seen anywhere else is the "Humor Tankstelle" down the hall from the registration desk. This is a station where you can don silly hats, masks and other camouflage to ... well...get silly. Do take photos! English is well spoken here.

I´m staying often in this nice Hotel for business purpose: the hotel offers a very high standard , not luxury but comfortable, nice and friendly service and staff, an excellent spa incl saunas (finn, turkish etc), breakfast for every taste, always small welcome greetings with fruits and sweets at the wondelful rooms I would highlight the great service at the reception and the restaurant

I got here the high standard of Best western hotel even if in a small town in the middle of germany. Room are clean and with all confort you need. Wifi is included and free. Breakfast is good and there is whatever you prefer (american or mediterranean breakfast type). recommended!
