Hotel Heden, BW Signature Collection

Good stay! The hotel was basic but very clean. Breakfast was great with many vegan options. The staff was very nice and moved my room when I expressed concerns about the window being open on the first floor. I recommend asking for a second floor room not facing the fields. I was there in September and there were soccer games late at night. (They moved me to a courtyard room). I do wish you could control the temperature of the room. The gym was really basic and small.

A great hotel and perfect for families. Our three-year-old absolutely loved the playroom! The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the hotel is beautifully decorated. Breakfast was one of the best we've had — a fantastic choice and really well done. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great location! Within walking distance to the theme park Liseburg and into the town. Supermarket across the road for snacks and minutes from great restaurants. The hotel was warm and friendly, all staff were very kind and the atmosphere was relaxed. We had a family room with loft mezzanine and it fitted 2 Adults and 2 teens perfectly with plenty of space, 2 TVs, a huge bathroom with underfloor heating and plenty of wardrobe space with iron and ironing board, hairdryer, kettle and bottle opener. The bar was lovely and reasonably priced. Plenty of maps and leaflets to look through too and a secure luggage room. Uber was about £35 to the airport and twenty minutes. It was all very easy. Breakfast was delicious, lots of choice from eggs and bacon and o pancakes or continental offerings. They had Ginger shots and smoothies freshly made too. I have nothing to fault at all. A great stay and i really recommend.

Great hotel in the middle of Gothenburg, just a short walk to Liseberg and the main street lined with plenty of restaurants. The hotel breakfast was excellent, just remember to book a time. You'll need to bring your own hair dryer. Staying here the next time I'm in Gothenburg.

Very small room, dated, and the shower grout was black with mould. Room was dusty. Staff friendly and helpful and location good. Close to mini markets and easy to get to everything. Breakfast ok, but not outstanding. A refurbishment would really up this hotel to the advertised 4* (which it isn't close to)

It was a lovely stay. The staff helped us whenever we needed it, the room and everything in general was in a good condition, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was insane. Apart from that, it was really cheap for the quality of the stay and the hotel was near the city centre.

Narrow bed, sticking hot, wiew to nothing but black roof and ventilation. Ok breakfast but they could have used real egs in the scrambled eggs, not pulver.

Stayed for 1 week and they did not clean the room once, even after I requested cleaning. Very poor and unhygienic. The worst pillows I've ever slept on- had to get numerous neck massages from the damage. No phone in hotel, if you ask for anything at all at reception they look at you with attitude and say no. Great location though!

We were planning to stay two nights. After check in, however, we were given a room that had a musty dirty smell, the bathroom had mold all over the floor and the furniture was all worn out and dirty. We ended up leaving after one night, during which we couldn't sleep from the noise through the paper thin walls and I couldn't even have a shower in their dirty moldy bathroom. The hygiene in this place is nowhere to be seen. The staff didn't even bother to ask us why we were leaving and didn't cancel our second night. Overall, it was a terrible experience and we wouldn't come back ever again.

I was staying on 8-9 september for 1 night. Facilities in the hotel are surprisingly good and the sauna was perfect. Room are nice and tidy. Toilets are a bit small but its clean and have everything you need. The breakfast have a wide range of selections with hot and cold plates. Specially appreciate Susanne, Iren & Andita showing us useful informations in the area by patiently answering our questions and showing exceptional Standard of customer service. Will be staying in the same hotel if I'm travelling to Sweden again.

We enjoyed our stay and how close the hotel is to the downtown area. Staff treated us well. Breakfast was wonderful. The Tram was very accessible with many options available a d very easy to use. There are many buses available as well. We were able to walk to many of the attractions.

Very cosy og Nice hotel. Spotless room. Very central in Göteborg. We had a very nive og clean familyroom, with an upstairs for the children. Very good and varius breakfast, also if you have allergies, such as gluten or milk. A little crowdy Between 9-10.

Frendly and helpful staff. Not meny posssibilitis to solv the problems whit full house. To hot inside in a summer day but you have a fan in the room. Walking distans to Liseberg/ Univerusm. Several foodstore and restaurang on the same street
