"Best hell"

We went to this hotel I booked 2 rooms for two nights for our fourth of July vacation I checked in about 3pm and told the front desk lady aysa we were having a bbq at my aunt's house who lived up the road I went in one room to put a few things up room looked ok so we came back to the hotel about 9pm so we could take a shower and go to downtown ft worth to see the fireworks my 12 year old daughter went to her room to lay down and when she opened the let out couch a condom fell out so my wife went to the front desk and told the lady and asked to be moved or clean the room she got really loud saying it was from us and we stated you have cameras check them and you will see nobody's been in that room till just now well she didn't like that so she argued and at that time my wife started to record her she was very made and called the police on my wife well they showed up said we were in the right and they went and "cleaned" the room the next day the manager apologized to my wife but the girl at the front desk needs to be let go I dont know if there family but i do know it was unprofessional if you work in customer service learn exactly what that means

"I Was Very Pleased Wtih This Hotel"

I haven't stayed at a Best Western Hotel in many years, however, I know they've redesigned their hotel line and the BW Plus is their upper-end hotel. With an advance reservation for multiple nights I was able to get a good rate compared to nearby hotels. The hotel is conveniently located along I-20; 8 miles from Arlington, 1-15 miles from everything in Fort Worth, lots of shopping and restaurants. It has a modern, warm/friendly décor. My room was a king suite on the 3rd floor- very spacious, everything worked well (AC kept me comfortably cool in record Texas heat), it was clean and welcoming. The housekeeping staff get a gold star from me. The 3 people who took care of my room were friendly, efficient, accommodating and respectful of my time/privacy. The hotel pool & hot tub are outdoor. They were clean but their ADA chairs appeared to need repair. Breakfast was "OK"....the usual hotel breakfast of biscuits & gravy/eggs/potatoes; yogurt, juice coffee, cereal. I have no complaints & they were quick to keep tables clean and didn't run people off just because breakfast time was up. Laundry room: I would like to see them give more attention to this as it was a busy room with families and various athletes staying at the hotel. They need every washer/dryer functioning; room is large and amazingly cool for a laundry room. Fitness Room: Needs some maintenance on a couple pieces of equipment but its a decent set-up and its 24 hr. Hotel front doors lock overnight for added security (room key needed then). The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I really liked this hotel and plan to return.

"Comfortable Stay in Fort Worth"

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed on a busy Sat night passing through Fort Worth. The breakfast was good with the usual Best Western fare. We liked the non dairy options also available.

"It was good enough for the price"

Hotel was good enough. Room was clean and comfortable. However the elevator smelled so bad I could hardly stand it. The breakfast staff put breakfast up early and was taking it off the table as guest were trying to make breakfast. She locked the refrigerator! Also check out staff was eating breakfast and watching TV while people waited at the desk to check out.

"Birthday disaster"

We were in the area for my birthday. First of all, the pillow top mattress was as comfy as a sheet of plywood with a thin bed sheet covering it. I can't sleep on a hard mattress due to shoulder issues that's why we booked this hotel! Secondly, my husband slipped while taking a shower due to some residue on the tub; hopefully from the cleaning staff. We called the front desk. The guy on duty said he'd call right back but never called. Saturday morning I talked to the front desk clerk who said she'd have someone call; no one has called us or checked on my husband. Also, the door to our room had enough of a gap between it and the door frame that you could actually see into the hallway! Not impressed with the quality of the hotel or the customer service. Will not be back.

Had a wonderful experience at this Best Western. Nice and quiet. Staff very nice and friendly. Breakfast left something to be desired, but otherwise everything was great. Will stay there again next time in town.

This was a wonderful place to stay while visiting family over Christmas. My son really likes Best Western because of the breakfast and the gym area. It meets all our needs when we travel and it is a relaxing atmosphere. It was quiet and peaceful.

Very pleasant hotel centrally located in Ft Worth area. All employees were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was will maintained and kept full. Love the way the egg options were presented as either a small cheese omelet or hard cook to make your own "Mcmuffin".

Reasonable price for the room and amenities. Was given good price for additional night which was less than my online reservation for the initial stay. Location was good for our trips around the area. Furniture was in good condition. Bed was a little high for my wife to get into.

The regular price was better than my AARP discounted price for a 2-night stay. The staff, breakfast options, and being conveniently located by several food options in walking distance was a plus as well. The hotel is fairly new and it is kept up very well. I highly recommend this hotel as affordable and nice if that is what you are looking for.

"Black Mold in bathroom - beware"

I was impressed with the outside appearance of the hotel as it looks very new. The lobby was impressive and smelled very clean when we entered. I reserved two rooms - one with double queen beds and one with a king, but got two double queen rooms but this wasn't an issue so no harm no foul. The rooms were decent and the AC was temp controlled on the wall rather than the ac unit itself which was nice (they seem to be more effective this way). After waking the first morning, I noticed black mold in the bathroom. Not in a small, dark corner on the floor, but right there in the middle of the wall near the light fixture! This mold was probably there because there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, so all the steam just builds up and has no release. I was very disappointed with the mold situation, but didn't have time or energy to deal with it at the hotel level (I was in town 72 hours for a wedding) so my plan was to deal with it later. Also, the door to the hallway wasn't sealed, so light all around the door peeked into the room - again not a big deal - except for when a bunch of families decided to run back and forth yelling at the top of their lungs at 11:30 at night. The fridge smelled of old take-out and the carpet was pretty nasty looking, but the beds were decent, and sheets and towels seemed clean. I wanted to really love this place, as I almost exclusively stay at BW Plus, but I'm thinking I'm going to have to rethink that decision based on this stay alone. In my opinion, black mold is never ok and very dangerous for guests. I will be reaching out to corporate to follow up.

The location of this motel is perfect for our family needs. Of the motels in The area we like this one the best because it is clean and the staff is excellent. Unfortunately even though it's a relatively new property it appears to be getting a little tired already. I think it just gets a lot of use.

"Reservation Inaccuracy + Poor Customer Service"

Reservation requests not upheld. Booked two rooms and requested them to be together as I'm on crutches and needed additional help. Requested this online and called to verify. But front desk said no notes of me ever calling so basically called me a liar. Poor service and won't be back.

This hotel is it. Look no further. Jacuzzi suite was fabulous. Employees were extremely helpful and took care of our every need with the exception of a crib. Make sure to reserve a crib if needed as they only have 1available.

Not one of the better BW properties we have stayed in as a Platinum Lever Member. Noisy A/C unit with bed too close to same. Guests in PJs at dinning room taking loads of food on paper plates to rooms. We later found food in elevator. Doggy friendly Inn had dog jumping up on us in elevator. Guest with dog probably fed doggy with entire plate full of bacon he took up in elevator. Strip of same in elevator in AM and still there in PM upon our return to hotel. Kids in the business center playing video games and dropping snack crumbs all over floor. No printer in business center to print out boarding passes for flight. Hard couch in so called Suite. Sticky tables in dinning room went with no cleaning of sticky syrup from waffles. Room was cleaned well and we left tip for gal. We're old and still believe in tipping service people who work for peanuts. Won't be back, ever.

There is nothing special about this area, a number of fast food and gas stations, but hand for the freeway. The place is clean and tidy outside also was the reception area. Check inn was quick and the room as booked. Hair dryer was missing from the room, front desk had one up to the room very quick. The room was clean and tidy both nights of our stay. Breakfast was your normal BW breakfast. Staff were very Pleasant. The hotel is starting to look a little warn A quiet night and a good sleep, so the bed must have been good.

"Second stay in as many months"

We stayed here a month or so ago and liked it enough to come back a second time. Bed was comfy and the room was good. Internet worked great. Not the best neighborhood but location was good for what we were needing. Staff very helpful! Breakfast was about what you would expect. I am pretty sure that there were a lot of people staying here who were displaced from the Hurrricanes that hit south Texas.

"Comfortable and nice place."

I loved everything. The gentleman who helped me from front desk was the best. I didn't get his name but both days I stayed (August 4-6) he was working the 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. I will stay here from now on. Good breakfasts and a beautiful hotel. They have a beautiful banquet room so if you go with young kids ask for a room on the opposite side. I have no complaints. This was my first pleasant stay in Fort Worth. "Terrible customer service"

This hotel refused to help me extend my stay using points. Reservation number stated they could override so that I could stay using points. Manager refused. Will never stay here again. Our previous stay the pool was full of ants.

The conference room was nice but, I think we should have som type of discount for the room since we did book several rooms for at least two to three nights there. They would not include the use of the projector or microphone.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel and the overall experience was great. Love the hot or cold breakfast. The hotel staff that we dealt with were very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs to be in the Fort Worth area. It is a block off the main highway so it is nice and quiet at night.

This hotel had a very attentive check-in/out clerk, clean room and comfortable bed. It is very accessible to interstate, as well as restaurants. We have stayed at this particular hotel three times in the past 4 months and will be staying again next week for one night.

We had a terrific stay, as usual! Really can't miss with Best Western hotels, because they provide consistent and reliable quality of accommodations and service! We got a huge room with refrigerator, microwave, and sitting chair. Wi-Fi was easy and our view was terrific! The breakfast was awesome! As usual! Very extensive breakfast! The service is great - immediate attention and professionalism and well as very courteous and helpful staff! can't wait for our next trip - we try to use Best Western every time!

Great front desk young man! He checked me in and out and he was very helpful as well as personable. Personally went up to help me get my card to open the door. I checked in late at night and the following morning they gave me an extra 45 minutes to check out.

"Loud, terrible service"

Zero insulation so you hear everything in the hall. Half the lights in the hall are flashing so it looks like a seedy hotel. Night desk staff were completely useless. Hotel was somehow out of bedding for the pullout beds so our kids had no blankets the first night. The pullout bed felt like it was 10 years old with how lumpy it was. Stains all over the carpet, paint peeling off the wall near the window. Never stayed in a BW this bad before.

"Worst hotel stay ever"

They tried to charge me twice for my stay. The staff could barely speak english they were very rude and did not know what they were doing. This was the biggest joke of a hotal. We had problems the whole time we were there. The rooms were clean but very noisey. It was the worse hotel stay ever. I will never stay there again.

Very good stay. Clean and spacious room. Made last minute reservation and was accommodated. Easy to get to. A wide variety of restaurants in close proximity to motel. Also was located close to friend that I was visiting. Excellent stay and trip.

"Great Stay!!"

The hotel looks fairly new the exterior and interior of the hotel looks well maintained. When you walk into the room it smells and looks clean. The only issue I had was if you look behind the night stands in the room by the bed it is super dusty like if they haven't pulled them out in a very long time. The breakfast not great but ok. There were a few items missing like bowls for the cereal were nowhere to be found and the breakfast attendant was only focusing on cooking one certain item and was not checking what else needing to be cooked. My only other issue was when I made my reservation I used one card so when I went to check in I told the young lady working the front desk that I was going to use a different card. When I got my bank statement she had charged the car I did not want charged. I called the hotel and they took care of this issue immediately.

"Attended a wedding"

I checked in on Friday, went to the room and the room had mold. Went back to the desk and was given a key to check on a room. They were not certain if the room was cleaned. The room was cleaned but not vacuumed. I had to take a very early flight on Sunday morning and requested a wakeup call twice for 12:30am. I did not receive a call, woke up late and could not take a shower. Had to rush in order to not miss a flight. The desk clerk saw on a piece of paper that I placed the request, mentioned that the other desk clerk does not know how to enter a call. He assured me that the manager will call me. It is one week later and still no call.

Was not offered a snack or beverage as a diamond reward status. The room was dirty, floor was not vacuumed, the towel holder kept falling of the wall, urine was on the floor around the toilet. My wife noticed this in the morning due to our late check-in, I've stayed at that location before and have never experienced these issues, I will give this location another chance to retain me as a customer in the future.

Stayed after our visit to the Ft Worth zoo. My two kids (3+5) enjoyed the swimming pool- even though it was freeeeezing! Rooms were very clean, good breakfast options and 24/7 coffee. Friendly staff. Great visit!

This hotel is nice!!!! Really clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on site. I definitely would stay here again. Highly recommended. They serve breakfast early in the morning but we didn't stay to check it out. Family oriented.

"Staff could be better"

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. Check in was poor because the young lady and I had a hard time understanding each other, Breakfast was cold and no staff to refill items! TV and internet worked as desired. Amenities in room were ok and the hair dryer still had the wall mount attached to it from previous placement on the wall! Hard to use with this thing attached !

Spoke with Mario before I came and he said he would price match w/ Hampton inn but when I got there another rep wouldnt. Had me wait til next morning when Mario came but still would not match prior night price.

Staff was polite, courteous, and helpful during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and everything worked as expected. We had breakfast in the morning and there was a good selection of items to choose from. The hotel bed was comfortable and clean. We stayed during a soccer tournament. Great for families as the beds are both king size. Lots of space to spread out room for the kids. Beds were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was the normal Hotel breakfast nothing exceptional. Would stay here again.

We had had a couple of so so BW's on this trip but this hotel was great. If its not new it is at least well looked after. The breakfast was better than some of the others also. We had an excellent (quiet) sleep. The gentleman behind the desk (manager?) was wonderful and helpful. There was nothing to complain about and the stay is worth the cash.

We stayed here because it was close to where our daughter lives in Fort Worth. It was easy to get to. There were places to eat nearby. At check in we tried to use 3 - $50 Best Western gift cards we had earned. No one knew how to put them into the system to credit our bill until the last morning and there was never a manager around. But it ended okay! Our room was nice except there were a couple of stains on the carpet and the bathroom door was hard to shut. They had a full breakfast and it was good. Wifi was very slow. The gym could use another treadmill as well as wipes to clean equipment. The price was average. We would stay here again.

"Very unprofessional"

The new management is very unprofessional. I booked this hotel for my wedding prior to the new owners taking over. Everything was fine until they took over and all I have been given is lies and run around. The day of my wedding I did not get the honeymoon suite as I was told they were booked and the suite they had for me was a regular king suite, its my wedding day why would I want a regular king suite. I never was accommodated for that inconvenience. The manager was out of town this weekend and called me to ask how everything was going, I advised him of the mishap with our suite and he just said he apologize again no accommodation at all. Then after my wedding, me my husband and 8 of my family members stayed to help clean up. As the policy is you get a $150 deposit back for cleaning afterwards and cleaning consist of putting all tables chairs back and removing all trash and your belongings and that is exactly what we did. 4 days after my wedding I called to inquire about the deposit and he said the rooms were not clean I advised him not true and ask for the number to corporate he said corporate has nothing to do with this. I find the number to corporate myself and filed a complaint, as of today they are saying case is closed the hotel manager has contacted my husband and notified him of no refund due to non cleaning and I advised that is not true the hotel does not even have my husband information. As this point i am contacting the CEO and anyone that can resolve this because now it is not about the deposit it about the lies and unprofessionalism. I talk to rep for the CEO and now she says hotel says there was cake and throw up on the floor. I said he continues to add stuff and that is unprofessional he should just give a detailed list of what was not cleaned but instead that would be more professional. I advise her I will not let this go due to it is very unprofessional how the hotel manger has handles this issue.

Stay two nights, over the weekend. Booked directly on the BW website for the discounted prepaid offer. Check in was easy without problems. Room clean Noise: AWFUL but not off putting. Had a room over the conference center. There was a wedding reception on Saturday Night and the music vibrated the wall and we could here the MC at times. Stayed up until 11 and the music was still going. Fell asleep and wasn't awakened by any further music. Sunday Morning there must of been some church service going on in the conference room because there was a lot of noise coming from the wall again. Didn't last long, maybe an hour and a half and we were already up when the noise started so it really didn't bother us. Could hear people talking in the stairs. FLOORS: Horrible stabilization! Sounded like a herd of elephants were upstairs! We heard every jump and step the people above us took. Must of been kids playing but still, shouldn't hear/feel foot step vibrations in a hotel. Check out: Concerning. They had my room connected to another room for charges! Had to make the desk clerk check again when she slipped and told me the charges for the other room were already taken cared of. I only booked one room! So far nothing is showing up on me credit card, but it's only been two days since I checked out. Breakfast: Small spread but covers the basics: eggs, bread, cereal, make your own waffles, coffee and juice. You get a decent meal to start your day, And there's an attendant to make sure nothing runs out.

"Excellent Place to Stay"

This facility provides easy access to on/off ramps from I-20 East/West travel. The hotel is a bit pricy but the hospitality and service more than make up the difference in pricing. The room was neat, clean, spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is available and for the most part the selection of entries were satisfactory, however, I would hope attention to detail would lead the owner to improve the quality of the gravy for the biscuits. There need to be sausage added to give flavor and body. Nonetheless, I recommend this hotel as a facility worth your consideration if your planned travel include the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

When I arrived at this hotel at night, I was scared to get out of the vehicle because the property was very dark and there a lot of truckers there. The sheets did not smell clean at all. I was scheduled to stay there for 3 nights but checked out after the first night.

The rooms were nice and big. Very clean. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again. The only issue that is had was when breakfast on Sunday morning. There wasn't any food out in a timely manner. I understand that it was due to someone calling off, but over all it was an enjoyable stay.

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, AC worked great. Check out was horrible. We stood at the counter for a long time while 2 employees just walked by and never acknowledged us. Breakfast was a joke and I know not to expect much at these. No eggs, no meat, only one piece of fruit.

The Front desk clerk was awesome! Her name was Vigita, I hope I spelled her name right. She was very kind and helpful, front desk are the first people you see, so I was very impressed with her. The housekeeping was great too. We were on the third floor, when we left for the day they came in and cleaned our room to perfection. Loved my stay at this hotel, can't wait to visit again.

We stopped here around 2am looking for a room to stay at since all the other hotels we tried were fully booked for the night. As soon as we asked if they had a room the employee at the hotel gave us a room even though his system was currently down. We were offered a late checkout as well. When we entered the room there was a bathtub in the room and one in the bathroom. The television had cable with awesome shows even though it only had a few Channels. The radio did turn on by itself while my husband and I tried to sleep which scared us but other than that we had no issues with staying here. Would stay here again.

I will start by saying the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was excellent. My great disappointment was when I got home and unpacked. Through my own carelessness I I had left a sliver charm bracelet that was full of charms. Not only was it very expensive, it had great sentimental value. I had worn it on Friday night and took it off when we returned to hotel. Checked out on Saturday morning. Had a long trip home so unpacked on Sunday morning to find it missing. My thought was oh I left it at hotel, called immediately and was told nothing had been turned in. On Monday called and asked for manager who was not in. Wanted me to leave a message so I did and asked for manager to contact person who cleaned the room on Saturday morning. They said someone would call back, But they did not. My point is be very careful when you leave because you will not get anything back that is left behind. I expect honesty. After checking all avenues this appears to be the only place it could have been left. If I am wrong I sincerely apologize. Have stayed at BW many times. If not wrong would have at least expected a call. Would have given a great rating for value but with loss this room cost me dearly.

The staff at this location were some of the friendliest people I've dealt with in awhile. They were helpful with directions getting me to where I needed to go and this location is Great for all directions of this area. Highly recommend them to anyone and the price was excellent! Great place to stay and very nice staff. Pool was relaxing with hot tub right there. The free breakfast was hot and fresh with good coffee and snacks. The fitness room had 4 different machines and free weights galore.

This inn is spotless, the general population that work their are exceptionally proficient, accommodating and decent. The pool and hot tub are magnificent. We adored the informal lodging! The shower was hot and consistent! The breakfast was magnificent. They had great espresso in the breakfast zone. I don't think breakfast is served until 6 however we were up at 5am and breakfast was out and hot. We were happy to have something to eat following an unpleasant night! Thank the great individuals that oversee and deal with the office for us!

There was a horrible stench in elevator cross between sewage and natural gas - roof leaking thru lights in lobby - pool secluded - security was an issue for us - didn't feel that safe. Not happy at all and this is a fairly new property. We were supposed to stay all week- checked out after one night - could not handle the odor and another guest said it was there two weeks previously when he was there. Totally unacceptable.

Checked in to two rooms during a family visit to the area. Usually stay at a different BW when in the area - but that was full. This BW was very nice looking when we drove. Booked two rooms. Elevator had a sickening stench - smell like sewage. Both rooms had odors of different types. Thermostat in one room didn't work. Leak in several places in the ceiling of lobby.

In view of past Tripadvisor surveys we took a risk and were enjoyably astounded. The quaint little inn were agreeable, and the administration/proprietor was exceptionally useful. We would have given it a higher evaluation had the breakfast been somewhat more than grain, juice, fixed biscuits and espresso. We would prescribe the BEST WESTERN PLUS Fort Worth Forest Hill Inn!

"Stay Away"

The actual hotel is in great condition. However, our experience with the staff and an incident was enough. 1.) After paying to rent a crib for my child, we took baggage to our room. I called down to see if someone could bring us the crib. They said, "Oh, we didn't know if you wanted to use it." 2.) Staff told me Owner is a stickler for letting people use extra pillows. I told them we had children staying in the room and just needed two extra pillows. Staff seemed aggravated at my request. They had to call the manager in order for me to get two extra pillows. 3.) At our arrival, we smelled a very strong scent that made us all queezy. We walked back outside to grab bags after check in. My wife stayed inside and watched a service man simply pour a bucket of Clorox bleach down the elevator shaft. We had to use the elevator to get to the third floor with luggage cart and the entire time, our eyes and throat burned on the elevator ride. 4.) On the second night, we had someone insert a card and open our door. Luckily we had the door jam on. I was in the shower and my wife came in and told me, "Someone tried to just walk in our room." I grabbed a towel, bolted out the door and saw one of the workers opening up all the doors. I said, "What are you doing?" She said, "I smell weed." And I said, "So you're just going into every room?" She replied, "Ya...."

"Not worth the money"

Family arrived for my wedding to 6 reserved rooms to find the prices were drastically Misquoted. Because it was such large party and short notice we had no choice but to pay the $2000 difference. The elevator had a horrible smell. My room smelled and when I called the front desk about it I was sent a bottle of Febreeze. I also asked them to dump the trash before I returned from my wedding but the trash was still there when we returned. As we were checking out there were two men checking in and they also were misquoted prices by double the amount.

I planned my event at this property more than year in advance. I spoke with and visit this property once a month to ensure they would have everything ready for my event. On the day of the event, my cater showed up at the time the hotel staff stated she could and they would not let her in to the space. The manager of the property went off on her. Then the manager of the property contacted me and was very rude. She called me from her personal cell phone. She did not have my contact with her and confused my event with another event. I had to text a copy of my contract to this manager to ensure I received everything I paid for and was promised. I would not book another event with this property. I had guest that stayed at this property and they had many problems with their accommodations.

This motel is very tidy and inviting. We've stayed here a number of times and they never disappoint us. They are always happy to do what ever it takes to make our stay relaxing and comfortable. We recommend it highly.

I enjoyed my stay here. This hotel was located near many eateries and places of interest to me and my family (I was in the area for business, but brought my wife and kids along to make it a family trip). We booked two rooms here for our moderate sized family, and both were really clean. Everyone slept well and had a great time. Great price for such great offerings!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Best Western Plus. It was easily located and near a variety of businesses. It was a very pretty location and clean. Staff was friendly. Bed was very comfy. Lighting in rest room was not the best, but lighting in room was excellent. Breakfast was good.

Beds were VERY comfortable! No road noise although near a major highway. Staff was polite and helpful. Hotel was new and very nice! I would definitely stay at this property again. It was located near restaurants and fast food places.

Install adequate lighting in the bathroom and your facility will be first rate. Will use this motel in the future. Staff was excellent and courteous. Good parking and really had no problems. I have said all I care to say---remover the minimum number of words to this review. .

This is an easy place to stay, right off the highway, easily accessible to the airport, and downtown Fort Worth, as well as Dallas. The room was very spacious, with a sitting area and comfortable beds. Breakfast was adequate- lots of starches. The staff was pleasant and helpful.

Nice, clean, spacious rooms, helpful staff, and hot breakfast makes this one of the best choices in Fort Worth, Texas. In addition this facility is within walking distance to many restaurants. My family and I will definitely stay here on our return trips to Fort Worth. My stay at this hotel was simply outstanding. This location is perfect for where ever want to get to. I highly recommend staying here on your trip to Fort Worth or just a rest stop on your way to another destination.

Great, very comfortable room. Very clean and well furnished. Bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast choices were good there was plenty of room to sit and enjoy it which is lacking in some hotels.

Comfortable, clean, felt appreciated. Top notch for a Best Western, 4 stars for a BW Plus. Location was also great - just off I-20 (although a tad tricky to find for a new visitor). Lots of basic shops/grocery very close. Main entrance a tad awkward to find. We (and another guest) tried to enter at the wrong end.

I've been traveling a lot the past few months going state to state and as you can imagine I've stayed in a variety of hotels. This has by far been the best all around. From the minute you walk in it smells so clean and the staff is beyond friendly! The lobby is very well put together and clean. They have a decent gym with more than 4 machines plus weights. Good variety at the snack bar. Amazing breakfast. But the rooms...outstanding! They have been updated and are so fresh smelling and clean. The housekeepers were very nice!! We had a dog so when we weren't there they didn't clean but as soon as they saw we were back they made it a point to let us know they were afraid of our dog but asked if we needed anything. Whenever I'm in This area I will be staying here.

"Revival Time!"

I was the guest Revivalist for a church in the area and needed a place where I could pray and keep to myself and pray, and I found it! Each day, I would place the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on the door and the staff honored that. They were great. They gave me fresh towels and made my bed upon my request which was great. I truly appreciate this. It's not often that staff are quiet as they clean. I enjoyed the fact that I did not hear them in the hallways laughing and talking loud as I have in the past at other hotels. THANK YOU for being professional. A HAPPY PREACHER!

We stayed two nights while visiting the DFW area. Were very pleased. Clean, modern, large rooms. Staff was friendly and the place was quiet. Close to lots of food options. Easy access to I-20. I'd definitely recommend.

This hotel is very well run, very tidy and the staff is excellent. I had a concern and the woman at the desk, Vijeta, was very helpful, kind, respectful and wonderful to figure things out with. How I am treated at a hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel are very important qualities to me.

First night had to ask for bedding for sofa bed, no bath mat and only 2 towels for suite. Sofa mattress was stained and dirty. Room was not cleaned 2nd day. Better on 3rd after complaining. Will not stay again! Night clerk was mysteriously manager the next day and would not do anything. Caught in 2 lies!

This was our first time at this hotel, our room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, very nice staff, good breakfast. We used the laundry room which was nice. It had a pool, but we didn't use it. Looked great however. There were several places right across the street to eat dinner. Easy on and off the freeway we needed the next morning.

I stayed here once before and apart from a few lights not working, my stay was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly. My second stay, however, left me disappointed. I paid about $150 for a room with a jacuzzi in it, which I was excited for. When I went to go try out the jacuzzi, it didn't work. I called the front desk and Vejeta said she would come up and see what she could do. After a couple of tries, she couldn't get it to work and I was left disheartened. She was empathetic and offered to switch my room, and although I was grateful for the offer, I was exhausted and had already settled in. I declined, and although my stay was comfortable, it truly disappointed me that I payed extra for something that didn't work. I am frustrated to say the least. This unfortunate incident has not left me with a negative view of the hotel, however it is unlikely I will ever get a jacuzzi suite again. I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else because it really ruined my stay.

The bedding was not clean in multiple rooms, only one helpful staff member, hallways smell, carpets in room were dirty, remote did not work, you have to go down to front desk for every little thing and they are not always helpful.

The hotel itself was nice, EXCEPT the rude Manager, The front desk workers are Rude. Especially the girl name Chrissy or Christina. As well as another front desk girl. Breakfast was great for the 3 Days my family and I were there. The breakfast lady named Tamera was very nice and professional. Housekeepers were nice. Kept rooms clean for us. As far as management you should practice on how u treat your guest and appreciate your workers and better train your Front desk workers about professionalism. I will not be back to give you my business.
