Best Western Fishkill Inn & Suites

We stayed an overnight as this Vest Western. Let me tell you everyone was very impressed with the layout of the Suite, and the amenities that was offered. The shower pressure was good, the shower toiletries were surprisingly very good. The location has EV Chargers , a pool , decent breakfast. A fire pit, and outdoor gazebo for a large group to be together weather dependant. All in all good value. The only complaint, there can be a bit of road noise due to a close by roadway. Not sure if that was because we were close to the highway side. Good amount of restaurants and a wholesale club nearby for those who get the suites. Place was cleaner than anticipated. Some of the furniture is older , in the living room where we were, but no visible unclean looks. The TV's were newer and had multiple HDMI ports to use and the it was Smart Enabled. We didn't use the WiFi, as that was not needed since our cellular data was very strong. Overall our guests had a good experience and kept compliments on the spacious layout for the suite.

We lost our room at another hotel (don't ask VERY UNHAPPY about that) . Tried 5 other hotels in area before finally finding this hotel. Very accommodating and helpful. Yes the rooms were simple. We were on second floor so very quiet. Rooms were clean. We got a good nights sleep. Jay at front desk was always very nice and did a great job. Thank you for helping our family out. Would recommend this hotel.

Stay away. we have been going there for 8 yrs, and it just gets worse. Just left, and told the front desk that water is coming up through the seams in the floors in the bathroom and hallway. Toilet or shower/ He looked at me like he didn't even know what world he was in. I left and a few hrs later the manager called me. he said he is charging us for smoking in the room. WE DON"T SMOKE. So that is his response to a valid complaint...Hit back. he is a liar, and careful white people. He won't like you if your not Black or Latin. Very tiny minded ignorant person

Newly renovated rooms, very spacious. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom clean, good shower. Great price for a kitchenette room. Hotel is just off I-84 which was convenient after a long drive from the airport. Far enough away from the highway where I could not hear any noise (and my room's front door faced the highway). Good breakfast spread with two waffle irons.

We stay at his hotel often as we have family that live in the area. We keep on returning because hands down it is the best value we have found in the area. The hotel consists of several buildings, each having about 4 rooms. The rooms are like small apartments with full kitchens, a living area with a couch and a sleeping area. While the rooms are a little dated everything is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the staff more than make up for it. We have found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. They greet you with a friendly smile and are willing to help with any request you may have. They serve a good breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options and the staff work hard at keeping everything fresh and fully stocked. We have stayed at several different hotels in the area but keep on returning here because they really provide such good value for the price.

This location was very convenient, we stayed here as part of a road trip, visiting West Point. I can't say enough good things about our hotel room and overall experience. We stayed in Bldg 6. Our room was very up-to-date, with fresh finishes and was quiet and exceptionally clean. We loved the kitchenette, with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes and a dish washer. Breakfast was fairly basic, but it's what we expected for a free breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff and the internet served us well. Overall a 5+ experience.

I was going up to Poughkeepsie to visit with my 2 cousins who were running a half marathon. We are very very close so I wanted to see them and show some support. I've never booked a room at this location and I am VERY happy I did. The location was super easy to get to, had a fantastic staff working there and was only a 20 minute drive to see my family. My only regret was that I only stayed 1 night!!

Staff is amazing and very welcoming! Its like a little village. The rooms cute but dark. Beds comfy. Breakfast was delicious!

I had to stay there for an extended period of time. It's a solid long term hotel. Rooms and grounds are clean and tidy. I will say that my credit card got charged several times for a pet fee but they were quick to refund. Also cleaning's weren't super consistent. Everyone was very nice and overall a good stay.

Great stay! Rooms are spacious, clean and updated! We were traveling with kids and dogs. Breakfast was much appreciated and the hotel grounds are also well manicured and kept. Overall, a nice place! Not fancy, but nice and clean! Which is very important to me. The customer service was even better than the hotel. The front desk personnel really went above and beyond to accommodate us in a couple different instances, with a smile and friendly attitude! Thats honestly what made the whole stay exceptional compared to other hotels and I'm a Hilton honors member. First time staying with best western and now wont be my last!

Service great and hotel very clean. I was very pleased and will return. Great location and the area was very safe. I am still amazed at the cleanliness as this was a concern prior to arriving.

The hotel is nice. We had a room in Building 1 on the 1st floor. The inside of the room was nice. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. It was nice to have a full refrigerator and a stove to make meals. We do wish the TV was a smart TV which would allow us to use our apps. We seen small bugs flying around, not alot of them but we did see them. Breakfast was decent. It was the same food everyday. I do wish there was variety, but it was ok. The worker Darla was very friendly. She made sure we had what we needed. The outside of the hotel is beautiful. The pool was clean. The grass was nicely maintained. It was a chill area to hang out. They had chairs with tables outside where you can sit and eat, They had 2 grills in case you wanted to barbeque. They even had a pavilion that you can sit under and hang out. The hotel is extremely close to places to eat (Jersey Mike, Cracker Barrel, Chipotle). Walmart is about a 15 minute walk. Would I stay here again? Sure.

The stay was great and do the reservation was easy and the best part is that the place was right near everything that you would need. It was right in the middle of gas station, grocery store and all different kinds of food that you would need and right by the highway

The accommodations were great. Love the setup with kitchenette, sitting area and very comfortable bedding. The breakfast was very good especially the waffle station. Replenishing of eggs should be more often as at 8am I wasn't able to get scrambled eggs. Everyone at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. All great and I'd be back again.

Stay here if you're in this area looking for a hotel! It's the best value. It's the cleanest and safest. The staff is very accommodating. Especially Vox, Grace, Miguel, and Evelyn. They will help you in any way they can. Don't even think of staying at any other hotel in the area. This is all you need!!

The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. In the morning the breakfast area was very clean, and the breakfast itself was very good with enough hot and cold options to choose from. The area around the hotel had some nice restaurants and shopping.

The customer service and the room we had was amazing. Also a quick and easy check in process. Not my first time staying here and I honestly would stay here again without any questionable doubt. Very clean rooms and great house keeping as well. Love how updated the rooms are and also the kitchen area is a great touch. Feels like home being away from home which is nice feeling.

I can not say enough Good things about this BW, I have stayed here when it was the Hawthorn. But so much Better under BW. The rooms are IMMACULATE, the beds are to die for. You can NOT find a hotel with a full kitchen including a range. For right now $88-$95 plus tax for a KING ROOM. I use to stay in the PENTHOUSE that's a 2 bedroom upstairs downstairs, living room, full kitchen 2 bathroom, full kitchen, 2 TVS NO PARTIES ALLOWED ITS VERY QUIET, SAFE, Great full breakfast, 6 or 7:30-9:30 or 10am & Coffee 24/7 THE STAFF IS THE BEST! Friendly, Attentive. MANAGER MIGUEL, VOX, BRANDON, CEDRIC AND MORE THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY BIZ TRIP NOT ONLY A SUCCESS BUT DELIGHTFUL!!

My husband, my 2 dogs and I stayed 28 days in this place, honestly this is the best hotel I ever stayed in. The management and the staff are professional , friendly and helpful. The room is super clean and comfy, it felt like home. The kitchen has everything you need , dishwasher,stove etc.....I highly recommend this hotel. Bravo to the manager Miguel and his wonderful staff, thank you Evelyn and Vox, you've done a great job !!!

Very clean property. Nicely arranged room with a comfortable couch and full stove and oven. Friendly and responsive staff who answered all of my questions and took care of my requests like providing additional towels and pillows. I would definitely stay here again.

This best Western has a friendly staff, simple yet delicious breakfast with fresh hot coffee, clean and comfortable rooms with coffee maker, microwave, full kitchen, shampoo, shower gels and conditioner all provided. Now one of my favorite go to places to stay when I'm in town.

Our stay was great our room was very clean and nice we had the king bed sleeper sofa and kitchen and was awesome for me my husband and 2 boys.. Everyone at the front desk was very helpful when needed. The complimentary breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again next visit!

We love this Best Western for convenience, having a kitchen & comfort of the rooms. It is close to stores, restaurants & fast food locations. Our room this time was showing wear, which was a shame since we have been using this Best Western at least 4-6 times a year. We will continue, because we like the employees & the breakfast.

This particular Best Western was the best place we ever stayed. The accommodations were like condominiums/small efficiency, not hotel rooms. Everything was new and top notch! We definitely plan to come back - we come to Hudson Valley quite often and look forward to staying here again.

Has potential but important details ignored… What they did well: clean grounds. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. Large suite/rooms. Variety at breakfast. Kept breakfast area clean and well stocked. (Eggs tasted from powder mix) well lit parking lot. Clean fresh sheets. Bed decent. Shower clean upgraded. The ugly: we all felt wheezy, sore throat headaches, cough in room. Noticed large area of black mold possibly from room above water damage ?looked like it was painted over but coming through paint also saw black mold area under sink. Room smelled very chemical/room spray possibly to hide musty moldy smell. Told staff and sent survey after but no response. Everything we had in that room smelled musty w chemical smell after and needed cleaning and or airing. Finally recovering from wheezy cough from mold. Also big kitchen but micro. didn't work and 1 very burnt on old pot, one warped scratched pan. Very limited kitchen supplies. Dishes in dishwasher all washed but had obvious food stuck on etc, we had to rewash. Reserved for 3 but towels, dining chair only for 2. Closet knob kept falling off leaving sharp long screw sticking out Often will be in FISHKILL area would recommend this if staff took issues seriously. Wish I booked elsewhere.

Likes: handle in shower; breakfast; grounds well lit; lots of choices on tv free. Cedrick at breakfast and Vox on front desk we're cheerful and helpful, keepers. Very satisfied. Staff friendly and competent. Room and grounds very clean. Liked the outdoor seating areas.

The room was so clean and spacious. It was more like a mini studio. Large 50/55-in TV. Will definitely stay again when in the area. Highly recommend 5 star.... the continental breakfast, was amazing. And the weather was perfect October 10th 2024 3-day stay.

Everything was great, staff was amazing , rooms were comfortable and clean, stocked with everything we needed, breakfast bar had a great selection..staff was very attentive and kind of you had any questions.. We have stayed many times over the last few months and every stay has been 10 stars !

We really appreciated the warmth of the staff and the beauty and cleanliness of our room and the common area of the breakfast room and lounge when we first visited this summer while attending performances at the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival this summer—so we knew this was the place to stay on our trip to Philadelphia!

Large rooms with equipped with appliances. It was a great experience to stay close to the high way. Had a full kitchen and clean shower. Limited late night food options but dominoes delivered. Rooms were spacious and parking was very accessible

The WiFi is NOT functioning and they advertise free WiFi. If you need to complete business here do not stay. The overall cleanliness was fine. The staff were okay but had no idea how to help me correct the issue with the internet. Even the manager acted like it was working fine and never followed up with me.

My shower as broken and little to no water was coming out. Called the front desk, maintenance came out and fixed it right away. The bed is so comfy and cozy. However, really need to have more eatery available, too be able to cook a meal. Overall, really nice

Best Western Inn & Suites was there for my family while we were in crisis. During the holidays & they did everything to make us feel like home. Their fresh daily served breakfast give life's brighter start. Thanks again to the compassionate staff at the Fishkill NY location

The room we had served our needs for the three nights we were there. We typically bring our on food and beverages, so the room had all the amenities(fridge, dishes, table and chairs, etc.), to support this style. We did not get room service for the 3 days we were there. I don't have a problem with this, as long as I am made aware ahead of time. Most hotels that we have stayed in, leave a note stating what will be provided. If this hotel included this in the fine print, I did not see it. The room was quiet and had a good location with access to the roads we used to travel to the areas of our interests.

We stayed in their king suite with 2nd king loft and loved it. Great breakfast with coffee, juices, cereals, waffles, eggs, potatoes, sausage, etc and we all loved it. Very clean room and the bathrooms (2) are like new. Nice full kitchen and loved the vaulted ceilings and bedroom balcony.

Staff was very friendly. My family and I stayed in one of the loft spaces and we were very comfortable. The morning breakfast had good choices and Darla was particularly attentive to my family's needs. Will definitely return when we come back to New York.

Everything was nice and clean ! Amazing part pool and grills were a plus ! Staff is incredible they go above and beyond ! They made our stay amazing . Staff really cares about you and your family . Whatever we needed they were right there . Definitely will be going back !

We really hated this hotel. Don't feel it was family friendly. Loud at night. No communication from management on something we reported to have broken, just a large charge on my credit card without a promised phone call. Almost seems like people live at this hotel, not sure how they could afford it with the high prices but they had couches pulled out of their unit doors to the outside. We didn't eat the breakfast, after looking at it we opted to go buy something. Just all in all do not recommend.

I'm someone that always reads reviews, Jts so important and beyond helpful when you know what your getting into! It's Clean and Comfortable! You won't have any disappointing surprises! The full breakfast is great and the swimming pool is clean.

The room was very dirty. The floors were so dirty my kids feet were black. This has happened on both my stays (separate occasions). There was a weird and very strong odor in the room upon arrival and the water pressure was non existent. The staff is very friendly but they definitely need some updates and better housekeeping procedures.

It was a decent night's stay for us. I was shocked to see how large the area was. Everything was immaculate. There were many options for breakfast, which was very ordinary. Though it was complete kitchen utilities, we didn't use the kitchen. Employees were welcoming and excellent customers service My family like it greatly overall.

Lots of outdoor space to sit and relax! Lovely gazebo! Grills to bbq! Felt safe and comfortable. Slept great! Enjoyed hanging out in the pool. Breakfast is a plus!

Very nice Studio, with King size bed, walk in shower & large TV. Complete kitchen if needed, but nice complete buffet breakfast is available. Lounge, laundry room & swimming pool are all available. Centrally located to All Mid- Hudson Valley.

The front desk staff was friendly. We asked for recommendations of local breweries, wineries and farms in the area and were very helpful and steered us in the right direction. Breakfast was wonderful, loved the eggs. We will be definitely back!

Stayed for a week at the Fishkill location and couldn't have been more pleased. Rooms were clean, well appointed and bed comfortable. Vox, at the front desk, provided exceptional service.

Lots of space with a kitchen. Swimming pool was available and looked clean. This would be an excellent choice for a multi-family get together. Four units to a building, two over and two under. Make sure you ask for a upper unit, as you can hear some noise through the floor/ceiling.

A Good Place to Stay. I enjoyed staying in one of Best Western Suites. The bedrooms and use of a full kitchen was great.

Quiet, clean site, room with good temperature control capabilities, great full breakfast (not little stale danish), staff was very cordial and friendly. We can't think of any way our stay could have been improved.

I spent over 15 days here while helping my son remodel his home. The staff was very nice and were mostly willing help if you needed anything or had concerns. Each unit had a full kitchen with things you would need to cook and eat in the room. I went to wash clothes one morning but the person at the front desk could not tell me whereto machines were located. We both found the two locations. There were no detergents in the wash room but a sign said you could get them in the sundry room, which was not a real place. But, the person tattle front desk that morning did find me some detergent and said I could have it. The only complaint I had with this hotel which was a very good location for grocery stores and restaurants, was the breakfast. After staying there multiple days the breakfast items did not change. It was the same scrambled eggs, sausage links, waffles, and potatoes ( which were the best part). I did ask the office if they could offer different items , but that didn't happen. Also, there was a lack of when water bottles for guest would be available. They only had water on certain days. But, overall a very place in Fishkill, NY closet the interstate.

This is my second time staying here - I was in the area for an art workshop and spent 3 nights. It is spotlessly clean with a full kitchen, new appliances, as well as a dining area which is also a nice work area, although it also has a laptop desk by the sofa. All dishes and cooking utensils are included, plus it has every amenity you could possibly think of to make for a pleasant stay...2 huge closets too if you have a lot to store. The staff is upbeat and friendly with a good amount of choices at the included buffet breakfast. I recommended it for next time to my fellow students staying at air bnbs in people's basements for much higher rates! These are really like individual townhomes. Best Western Fishkill is definitely the way to go.

Rooms were nice and clean and the area was quiet. Very peaceful place to go to to relax and enjoy the view. Went with my partner and we really enjoyed ourselves there. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. Each morning we went for breakfast and had a great welcome when we walked in. Employee with a smile on their face and made us feel very welcomed.

If one is staying several days, the place would be outstanding because there is a full kitchen with new full size appliances. The kitchen is superfluous for a one or two night stay. There is ample bathroom counter space, which is important for my wife. The toilet and shower are separated by a door from the sink area, which is great, but the area could use about 5 sq ft more space. The floor plan options are limited, but satisfactorily solved by moving a piece of furniture to watch TV. The front desk people were outstanding, but the breakfast was terrible. I suggest walking over to the Red Line Diner.

The WHOLE team from Miguel, Evelyn, Kahlil, Henry, and the rest of the front desk personnel are professional and always smiling, the room service team our easy to deal with and very hospitable! I will definitely be back when in the area.....

Everything was beautiful I loved our penthouse suite my son loved our room as well as my grandkids loved theirs the workers were so nice helpful and help us with everything including supplies helping when ever we needed them and our stay omg was so relaxing that I can't wait to come back and have that pent house once again

A very different hotel on the highway experience! More like condos! Very quiet. Great room arrangements with kitchen and sofa and large tv's! The best part was the shower! Just excellent water pressure and hot water. A good breakfast offered too. Great. As of warm friendly staff!

Comfortable beds. Spacious. Great to have a couch / TV area and kitchen . Had a Quiet room toward the back of the complex. Useful places nearby like Walmart, Panera. Only a few mins drive to towns of Cold Spring and Beacon. Enjoyed the region's shops, trails, Hudson River waterfronts.

Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding. Wonderful property and wonderful staff. Look forward to returning. Amenities are well maintained as well ad the rooms. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Overall an extremely pleasant stay!

Gave us the wrong room - was supposed to a king with a sleeper sofa on the first floor (injury) and they gave us two queens. They said there were no kings available on the first floor now and only had one king on the second floor. Not acceptable. At 10:00, when we tried to make up the sofa sleeper, there were no sheets, blankets or pillows in the closet or anywhere in the room. When I went to the front desk, there was no one there or in the office. I had to wait 15 minutes before the two employees came walking in from being outside somewhere. There was no notification that they were gone - they just weren't there. When I told them what I needed, one of the workers went in the back and came out a few minutes later with a black garbage bag full of unfolded sheets and blankets. The worker said “we don't have any pillows for you so you'll have to take one of the blankets and roll it up and use it as a pillow” When I called on Monday the 31st, the rep apologized and said she would sign me up for the Rewards Program as a “Gold Member” - as if I should know what that means. She told me she would load my account with 5000 points (big number, sounds like a lot, right?) and asked if that was ok. I said sure, that's fine, but I needed to see what it all meant. Never got the email with my membership info until I just called back today and got it over the phone. Turns out the 5000 points equals jack… you need 40,000 points to get a room. When I called again to complain about how I had been duped, the rep said “sorry - you already agreed to this as compensation so that's all Best Western is giving you”… Ridiculous. Spend your money elsewhere…

My family and I come up from the city to hike and visit local winery. Quiet and relaxed area. Room offers space and has kitchen if you want to make snacks or dinner. Close to grocery store and nice restaurants within 20 minutes. Kids like the pool and free breakfast in the morning. Staff is friendly and accommodating. I've stayed here 3x. It's not super fancy, but it really checks all the boxes of a hotel. Price is reasonable. I'll be back again.

TV's were not working properly and I couldn't get extra pillows at night because the manager locks them up at the end of his/hers shift . That's what I was told by the front desk. Hotels should always have a manager or supervisor on site to accommodate your overnight guests!

Although it was a very short stay, for the price the hotel was very nice, clean, updated, modern. Staff was very friendly and the checkin was very simple and seamless. I would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay somewhere close to highways and amenities.

Booked this after a booking at another hotel went sour. The best western was a fantastic experience! Khalil was great. I will definitely be returning with my daughter in the future. Really relaxing time!

Very nice accommodations. It was exactly as described on the web site. All the dishes and pots snd pans and utensils were all in the dishwasher. We used a couple of plates and forks and we would have washed them up however no dish soap.

Everything exceeded expectations. Breakfast was excellent. Various food options with a nice selection. Friendly staff. Property was very well maintained. Pent house was exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Would highly recommend to others. Will book again on future stays. It was worth every penny for the price.

I have stayed in Fishkill on my way to Maine for years, decades even; used to be a Hawthorn Suites. I am super psyched to see the property looking so great. Wow; what an improvement Best Western has made to this property. But I got to say the best thing about the stay making reservations and just getting everything lined up right down to his service at the front desk (I believe his name is Brandon). Brandon or whomever the Young Man at Reception was downright impressive. I can honestly say I have never had any hotel professional and the reservation end of things write down to the checking you in and checking you out stuff be as professional, thoughtful, calm, helpful and efficient as Brandon was. The rooms are great too and they allow dogs.

Wonderful service and pleasant staff. The complimentary breakfast, the workout room, the laundry on site, the cleanliness of the property and the room was all delightful. I would definitely recommend this place for staying.

This Best Western in Fishkill New York is absolutely stunning. We booked the loft sweet and it is amazingly beautiful. Our 14-year-old granddaughter absolutely loved sleeping in the loft which is a second level from the main Bedroom. We did not see this coming and when we ride we were like wow this place is amazing. We will be back. Thank you for such a great stay.

Our repeat stay was disappointing. Temperature in the room when we arrived was 47 degrees, and only reached 62 degrees by the time we left. We also arrived to dirty dishes in the dishwasher, and the cycle time was about 3 hours. Also no hangers in the closets. On the plus side: breakfast was pretty good, and desk staff was pleasant.

We had a large room with two queen beds, a kitchenette (with full-sized appliances), a sitting area, and a large TV. It was clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The bathtub/shower and toilet were in a separate room from the sink and mirror. The free breakfast was good with waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, yogurt, apples, various breads/muffins, bagels, and typical beverages (coffee, tea, juices). All this and the price was cheaper than other basic hotel rooms in the area.

Weird setup. Separate little bldgs. containing 4 rooms. More a motor inn than hotel. You have to walk around outside to access anything in main bldg. Daily housekeeping not provided. Chintzy breakfast.

Nothing on their website warns you that this is not one large building with an elevator or two, as most hotels are, but rather a lobby with 18 different remote two-story buildings that typically have four units down and four units up, which can only be reached via a flight of stairs. I had requested a handicapped-accessible room, which turned out to be over 100 yards from the lobby and reachable via a steep and angled ramp. They did not have any handicapped rooms with a roll-in shower, but that is another issue. There was one handicapped parking space with a clear area next to it by the lobby, and none near my room. I blew off the complimentary breakfast rather than having to drive down to the lobby and back.

My stay was great from start to finish. I checked in/ registered from the link they sent via text. Everything was a breeze. My room was lovely, clean and even came with a kitchenette that included pots and pans. The stay was very friendly and sweet. The only thing that could use some work was the breakfast but everything else was great ! 10/10

The BW Fishkill was a very nice hotel. The staff was caring and excellent. The shower was narrow and the shower head could have been more directly aimed. The room otherwise was excellent.The layout of the hotel is very unique with a large number of individual buildings housing 4 large rooms on first or second floors. Walkways were direct and parking was close to all rooms. Breakfast was an easy walk away,

This was an above average stay. Took my mom and my 2 small poodle mixes (both around 15lbs) for an overnight stay. Experience was peaceful and calm in the room. Very clean, neat and nice modern decorations. My dogs had a place to take their walk and BW staff was so friendly! I would say this was a 3.5 stay but since the staff was friendly and they accepted my pets, I gave them 4 stars. The reason it would otherwise have been less is because there were a few visible cigarette buds on the lawn and the bathroom door was a bit irregular on one side (looked like someone had patched up a hole recently). But good stay! Definitely will return.

We had a great stay. Our room had an upstairs loft with its own washroom, which was perfect. Small but fully stocked kitchen with a living room area. Hotel is comprised of multiple small condos with 4-6 units in each. Really cool. Lots of parking and an outdoor pool.

I would ever stay here again! The manager that was on was super rude and nasty with all of my friends and family. We rent four rooms for my cousin birthday party. Well next thing you know he is calling the cops on us. When they get there they come to talk to me and my mom who said there no reason for us to be here you guys are not even being loud. And the other guest even said y'all are not being loud. The manager's last name was Chambers he is the only reason I would not ever stay here again‼️‼️‼️

We recently stayed two nights at this property. Its location is wonderful, just off the highway and in close proximity to eateries, shopping, and entertainment. The 2 king loft room we stayed in did, in fact, look like the photos on the website...keeping in mind that everything shines from afar. The room was pleasantly large with a unique set-up and equipped with a full kitchen, 3 televisions, 2 king-size beds (one downstairs, one up), a couch, several chairs, a desk, and two bathrooms. This is an older property, but has been newly renovated, and the fixtures and furniture were all new and quite lovely. The room had seemingly been painted recently, as well. The beds were most comfortable, the shower heads unique, the lighted bathroom mirror a nice surprise, and the televisons wonderful. It's nice to have so much space when traveling. While the hotel had obviously, and per reviews, been recently renovated, it sort of looked like I personally did the renovations, and I am no expert in such areas. The handle on the staircase was sticky, paint was splattered, and the couch quite a bit beat up. Electrical fixtures were not securely attached to the walls, nor were the shower fixtures, which resulted in exposed piping. One of our bathrooms lacked a toilet paper holder. The floors were atrociously dirty, not by first appearance, but they turned our feet black and I went and purchased a wet mop to clean them ourselves. There was a deal of dusting that could be maintained. The kitchen is nice to have, though the refrigerator was too small to fit anything of any size in the main compartment; we had to put all drink items in the door. This could be remedied by rearranging the shelves, but you are unable to open the refrigerator door enough to remove those shelves. The refrigerator was empty, but could have been wiped down and crumbs removed. We did not use the microwave or oven. The plates in the room are too big for the cabinets, though there are plenty to use. Cutlery is lacking. I did not have the need for pots and pans, so I cannot comment on those. Apparently sponges and dish soap are available at the front desk - unfortuately that information was not relayed upon check-in and we purchased our own. Mattresses were clean and new, and pillows very comfortable, as well. Even better sleep quality than in my own home. The outside of the property is likely to deter you. It's a lovely apartment set-up, each unit with its own entrance, but the grounds are littered about and honestly pretty gross. A ridiculous amount of spiders and spiderwebs literally encase the door to your room, so use caution, especially in the evening. They have lovely amenties - an outdoor patio, grills, gazebo, and a pool. Nice touches, indeed. The pool, however, is in major need or repair and, sadly, looked so dirty that I didn't even allow my family to use it, which is unfortunate, because we were certainly looking forward to it. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and tasty. Area wasn't kept as clean as one would expect, but nothing a rag can't wipe up. I received a text after our first night inquiring about the quality of our stay at that point, and repsonded in detail about the filth of the floors and the spiders. I never did receive a reply. (Upon check-out, when asked about our stay, my husband replied with the same information. He was told they were still working out the kinks as far as what products do and don't work on their new flooring.) Housekeeping is not performed during your stay, which was fine with us. We were able to access additional needed items from housekeeping and the front desk. However, upon recieving some requested towels, although laundered, we also received a very giant wad of hair, which obviously did not belong to us and we defintitely did not ask for. All in all, it was a fine stay. It served its purpose, we made the most of it, and enjoyed ourselves. Staff was pleasant. That being said, there would likely need to be improvements made for us to stay again.

First room had wet carpet, splattered doors, dirty floor, toilet paper holder falling out of the wall. Clerk said they'd look into it; manager said we'd be moved when we returned from dinner. Clerk interrupted dinner to tell us we were to move...moved to new room. That room had dirty floor, something sticky all over the bedside table, dirty kitchen counter and backsplash, toilet paper holder and outlet by the bed falling out of the wall, freezer didn't keep ice frozen, iron didn't heat up...TV didn't turn to actually face the bed, so hard to watch, volume on TV didn't go up enough to hear from the bed, lobby women's room didn't have toilet paper all three days we tried it, beverages in the "store" were expired - we were there 22Jul and some were expired back in January!!!! For the price we paid, it was an absolute DIVE. Staff didn't really seem to care about anything brought to their attention. Just horrible! Do not spend a penny!

Amazing hotel experience my children said it was the best stay ever. The breakfast wasn't incredible but the sty was amazing! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful and clean. No concerns at all.

This was my first visit to this Best Western Hotel. Upon our arrival we received a very warm welcome from front desk staff. The loft suite was roomy,open and so comfortable. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 6. Our bed and pillows were very comfortable and we got a relaxing nights sleep. The rooms were spotless which is especially important in the erase of covid. Full kitchen comes in handy if you want to save on meals and they also provide a breakfast bar with sundry muffins,English muffins,cold cereal,etc. A waffle maker is a plus and always very popular. And last but not last an outdoor pool to cool off during those hot summer days. I'll definitely stay again when traveling to the area. I will finish by saying the hotel manager,Mr. Miguel Martinez runs a well oiled machine and maintains a lovely hotel with high standards.

This place has everything. clean rooms, comfortable beds and plenty of space. The continental breakfast was fine. loved the pool, fire pit and barbecue. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Will stay again when I'm up this way.

Staff is extremely pleasant, quickly addressed requests. Our room was clean and comfortable. The coffee is pretty good and breakfast was perfect. The lobby is clean and inviting. Will definitely be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this Best Western. The property is well kept and maintained. Pool was exactly why I came for the stay and it did not disappoint. The property has a fire pit, sitting area,gazebo,grills to bbq. Everything from Walmart to liquor store to a variety of restaurants is conveniently located near by. There is, also, a movie theater, and, other entertainment in the area. This was overall a great experience.

We booked a wedding room block. We were able to use a suite for getting ready. Used courtyard for a first look & used outdoor space for small quiet after party gathering with wedding party. Rooms were spacious and well equipped. Breakfast room was large meeting area. Many breakfast choices and food was delicious

First impression: dark room, poor distribution, a single light table in a double bed. It has a kitchen with an oven but there is not a single pot to use it. The dishwasher was loaded with things from previous guests. The cleanliness in the room and in the entrance was very poor. The rate is high for what they offer and for the facilities. At breakfast the juice machine was out of order, when I went to ask if they had any bottled juice or any option they told me that if I wanted I had to buy it ! The cleaning is not daily and they leave you only a bottle of shampoo. When I came across the cleaning employee and asked her to replace it, she laughed in my face and pretended not to find it in her cart. Very rude ! There are several options nearby, my recommendation is that you choose another hotel. We would never return!

Staff was friendly and helpful each and every interaction. Brought extra blanket within a few minutes of request. The physcal plant is looking good, but there are hunderds of bumblebees flying around. My waife is allergic to bee stings so was nervous everytime we were outside of unit. Units are large and mostly well appointed. Love the large TV. The price is very good for this type of unit. Breakfast was mediocre, but plenty of it. I would recommend to friends and stay here again myself.

Hard to find check in area after a hard time finding the hotel. Noise and privacy were problematic. People were tromping up and down the outside stairs all times of the night. They were both drinking and smoking and were very LOUD. And there was no security it seemed to quiet them down.

First time staying here, but it won't be the last! Quick check-in (did a pre-check in from home the previous day), the room was just as I had requested. Not only that, several lights were on in the room when I arrived, so I didn't walk into a dark room - how thoughtful! Room was well appointed, with a full kitchen, a lovely sitting area, a comfy bed, and a huge bathroom. Quiet. Super clean. The desk checked in to see if everything was OK, and did I need anything. And breakfast the next morning? Wonderful! Hot coffee that was good, perfectly scrambled eggs, nice bacon and home fries, make-your-own waffles - and items were replenished frequently. Plus, the usual cereals, yogurt, and fruit cups and fruit juice. Desk staff was super pleasant, and I never felt uneasy taking my dog for a final, late night walk, since the area is VERY well lit! Lots of lighting on the pathways. This is a really great hotel, and I will be traveling back to the area very soon, and you can bet I'll be making a reservation here again!

The room was amazing ! Clean as expected but was huge ! Enough room to relax when there & not feel claustrophobic. The full kitchen was such a plus for a 3 night stay. Location was close to so many amenities & local & state parks etc. Just another awesome experience at Best Western !

Not the safest feeling establishment, though no problems with the room. There was a shooting during our stay and woke up to police cruisers and crime scene tape. Other guests told us what happened and it was in the newspaper the next day but were never contacted by Best Western.

I booked two rooms here for a wedding weekend. The rooms were for two couples attending a local wedding. These young couples loved the rooms and I loved the price. One couple called me to say this was the best room they ever had. This coming from a well traveled 22 year old.

We stay here when my daughter is playing at Marist college. We enjoy the two rooms, extra bed and bathroom and the use of a fridge and oven of we need them. It is helpful to have a fitness center for workouts when the weather is bad

Great location (only reason for more than 1 star review), however, poor quality control. My family and I stayed at the Best Western in Fishkill for a gymnastics competition. We had a suite with upper and lower-level bedrooms. At the end of a long day, we were getting ready for bed. When removing the covers, my wife noticed yellow stains and what appeared to be numerous pubic hairs. Disgusting! Nothing like hair and body fluid stains in the sheets to give you a good night sleep. When we contacted the front desk, they sent someone up who just handed us some sheets and left. No "Sorry"; No "Is there anything else you need"; No offer to remake the bed etc. The next morning at checkout, I asked to speak with a manager; but was told that they had not arrived yet. I showed pictures of the dirty/soiled sheets to the clerk and asked to have management call me. I am still waiting for a call 2 months later.

Excellent stay at this best western. Room was clean and spacious. It was like staying at your own condominium. I would recommend anyone to stay here. They are also pet friendly. I can not wait to stay here again.

Very nice stay. Centrally located around all the shopping centers and restaurants. The room was very nice and the staff was also very nice and pleasant. The only 2 problems that my wife and I experienced was that the television in the room did not face the bed. Only faced the living room area. We like to watch television in bed, and could not do this because of the placement. The other problem was that there was only one trash container in the whole room! Should of been at least two or three. Other than that, the room was very nice. Looks like this property was a Residence Inn in the past before Best Western took it over.

I booked this property mainly because I like to stay at new hotels. But the configurations of the penthouse, & that 2nd floor loft, totally exceeded all expectations. The kids loved it. It's new, clean & super cozy! #HiddenGem!

Rented this hotel when coming to NY to do dinner with my son. Was convenient and economical for the price within a good location. Was good that it allowed my sons dog to travel with us as well. Recommend

The hotel was fully booked for the weekend but the manager and staff were kind to upgrade our family reservations to a penthouse suite for the same price as our other bookings. We're happy we were able to stay together in the penthouse. It had everything we wanted. It had 2 king size beds and 2 bathrooms, with a small dining table, microwave, oven and dishwasher. This is a pet friendly hotel too. It was clean and the staff were amazing. They had nice free breakfast selection too. The location was great near fast food restaurants and just 5 minutes away from Main Street area.

For a family visit over the holidays, we were fortunate to be able to book a “loft suite” for our group of three seniors, all a bit crotchety, especially the one who's a hermit, wants his own room and bath, not willing to pay for it. The loft was perfect for him! Very clean, well-appointed (I made a meal for 6 in the kitchenette), with a delicious complimentary breakfast. Beds are very comfortable. All staff are cheerful, pleasant, and welcoming.

Was charged a smoking fee for smoking off the premises and I was told I was smoking in my room when asked how if they have Alarms the general manager said they may or may not work?? And when I said that you can see me on camera outside smoking he said that's did not matter to him. If my clothes smelled like it if I had it on me he said I was gonna get charged and he was not gonna hear anything I had to say

Very warm welcoming hotel and amazing customer service and overall a really clean hotel. All employees were very attentive and worked like a well oiled machine I will definitely return to this site…..

My husband and I needed a little getaway and this hotel was a great pick.It had everything we needed and was comfortable. Also the options of food in the area was amazing! We plan on going back again. Staff was friendly and helpful.

If you want to spend your off time at the front desk straightening out your bill and unauthorized charges then definitely stay here. Because of course there will definitely be a line of people trying to do the same thing.

The construction mentioned in earlier reviews has been completed, so the exterior and interior of the buildings were freshly renovated. This property comprised a number of 4-unit buildings, more like an apartment complex than a typical BW motel. Some units appeared to be occupied by long-term tenants (e.g., planters on porches, holiday decorations). The room was quite spacious and the bed and couch were comfortable. The breakfast was typical BW fare of hot and cold choices, with a helpful attendant keeping it replenished. All staff we encountered were pleasant, though not empowered to address our concerns. Unfortunately, housekeeping had not serviced our room other than making the bed. After failing to find another room (the town was booked up!) I asked for cleaning supplies and cleaned it myself. At least I knew the bathroom was clean at that point, though the floor in the sitting area was too dirty to have just missed one housecleaning. Despite being told by two front desk people that they would talk to their manager about a discount, I had to follow up after we left to detail our complaint. We were given an apology and a $42 discount off a 2-night stay. I'll leave it to you to decide if that was sufficient compensation for cleaning our own bathroom during a pandemic.

The property is being remodeled and is a mess. In six months it might be nice. There was a nice TV but no seating to watch it from. The floors were dirty. The rest of the room was very clean. The drapes are hung wrong and will not close fully.

I had called the front desk of this hotel the day before my trip to see if I could check in about an hour or two earlier because I was traveling there to attend an event. I was told by an employee to call back in the morning to find out about the possibility of an earlier check-in, but when I called the next day at 8:15am, at 9:00am, and again at 9:30am no one answered the main phone number. It was already time for me to depart for the Fishkill area from my original destination; when I arrived at the hotel, the attendant at the front desk said that a number of people had asked for a late check-out and so, therefore, they could not accommodate a early check in. Needless to say, this was a major issue for me because I arrived in Fishkill after driving for 2 and 1/2 hours. I was told that I could use the bathroom in the reception area to change my clothes. Once I changed, I ended up fixing my make-up and hair while sitting in my car since the reception area bathroom did not have a mirror. I was so put off by the poor customer service and how unwelcoming the front desk staff was that I decided not to return to the hotel even though I had already paid; I preferred to sleep on my friend's couch rather than deal with the poor customer service.

First off I must say the room was brand new …that is the good part. When trying to locate the establishment it was near impossible. No address or sign on the building ( when leaving the next day notice a “ Best Western” sign covered in white sheets. I'm guessing they are changing) When finally finding our destination I was taken back by the mass destruction of the place. It reminded me of photos of Beirut. When checking in we noticed free breakfast area was in disarray we asked the clerk & she said we could get a bagged breakfast till 9 am the next morning.This place is under massive construction & really should not be open. Light poles down ,uneven pavement , broken rocks & debris. I also noticed that the clientele were a bit strange an example was right next to us. There were about 3-4 gentleman living in the room that had a full BBQ setup with beer bottles & a radio. All night they were going in & out smoking up a storm & loud conversations. I believe it finally ended around 5:30 am. Looking around the property I did see similar setups. Not sure what was going down . Place has potential but I would wait till full renovation is completed.

I can't start to explain how disgusting this hotel is. It appears that the property is being run like a tenement and the residents are using it like a dumping ground. The property manager/front desk staff did not care. They told me that the property was being renovated but the rooms were brand new. I ignored the trash, beer cans, diapers, lumber, dead bushes, and pieces of the building that were falling off while on my way to my newly renovated room. When I opened the door the smell was so bad that I knew I could not stay there. 12 minutes after getting the keys I went back to the front desk and demanded a refund. The manager insisted that I entered the room so he needs to charge me for the night. I have yet to receive a refund even after calling Wyndham Customer Service. I have since called the local building inspector and local board of health as I hope no one has to be subject to this property. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. If the property was being renovated I could understand the situation but it appears that the renovation has been going on for 3 years and is poorly managed.
