Best Western Windsor Suites

I enjoy staying here often because the people are friendly and accommodating, the room are spacious and always clean, the hotel has all the amenities you expect at a more expensive hotel (wi-fi, computer, printer, fitness room, swimming pool, terrace with a grill and breakfast).

We (baseball team) had a very good stay; friendly staff and very pleased with the way it all turned out. Everyone (baseball team) was interested in using your location again for any future stays in this area.

Worst experience ever!!! Do not stay here, at 10am I was in bed, while the door started to open. A worker managed to crack it open, luckily I had the safety latch on to prevent the man from opening it anymore. Check out was not until 11:00am there was no reason for them to be opening the door. I seen the older man through the crack so I know he was able to see me. Just a very embarrassing moment for a young female in her 20s. It was a violation of privacy, and for the reason I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Rooms are unsanitary. Carpet looked and smelled very old and dirty. The jetted tub had hair and grim in it from the last person that stayed in the room. Next time I will stay at a much better hotel while in the area.

We stay 3 nights while attending a festival in Springdale. This is an older hotel with outside doors with steps to second floor; no elevator. Lobby and breakfast room updated and very attractive. Good hot food selection for breakfast. Rooms are very clean. Enjoyed our stay.

Older motel that they are trying very hard to keep up, not on the same level as other Best Westerns we have stayed at. The A/C u its have a hard time keeping the entire room cool, especially the bathrooms on the far end. The beds were comfortable, but the pull put sofa bed was falling apart. The towels and linens were scratchy, not soft. We could hear the guests in the rooms next to us, and other guests were smoking outside our doors. The pool was very large and clean, but didn't seem heated and was cold.

Good, Clean Hotel with nice amenities (especially breakfast). Very friendly, accommodating staff. This is usually where I stay when I'm in the area. It's a good value and very comfortable accommodations.

Read through not complaining just informing you. I checked out early due and didn't waste my time talking to the desk lady who couldn't care less. Here it goes….The sofa bed was disgusting it had a strong pee smell and brown stains all over it. The carpet by the beds had so much moths and dirt it looked like a vacuum canister was dumped out and pushed against the walls. The biggest thing was the bathroom. Toilet was clean but the tub was nasty. Inside and out it dirty. Defiantly would not use the jetted tub. Looks like this room needs a REAL DEEP CLEANING. Also when I checked in the guy was a jerk, so was the lady at check out because we left a day early. And had hookers on the road by my room. So very very disappointed, room was like a motel 6 not a best western. The lobby and breakfast area were pretty nice. So all and all we checked out early after first night and went to a Hampton inn. I will never stay at this location again and hopefully I don't have this experience at another best western. I have stayed at around 40-50 different best westerns never really had problems like this. The regional manager should look in to this location. And online review responses from the manager at this location is very condescending and obviously don't care to correct anything. Like when someone left a review about cleanliness the manager wrote back “due to Covid we have changed our policies for your safety!” How is a dirty room for my safety it's the opposite or another review was from a MANAGER of another best western in MO. Should really tell corporate something, when another employee of best western is sounding the alarms. Love Best Western but man this one's bad

Does not change the fact that it's a pig! This hotel had been renovated since my last stay at this location The first experience was bad enough with no hot water to which we checked out and went somewhere else. This time was even worse- huge holes in the bed sheet, unfriendly staff, and the AC never got the room cool. When I called the front desk, I asked for more sheets to which I was told I could come get them myself and then when I reported the AC issue, the clerk hung up on me! Never, ever again!

Room was fine. It was right off a bike/ hike trail, which was nice. Breakfast just ok. Front desk clerk could have taken more time on check in. I felt rushed and no local attractions or eateries questioned were answered

Staff is courteous but unfortunately not empowered to make any decisions. Anyone with decision making authority to address customer concerns was absent, as is typical for this particular property. My expectations are aligned to the brand. The bar is generally very low. This property consistently does not meet the low bar for customer service and quality. There wasn't even any coffee for breakfast, which seems to be a minimum requirement.

Our first room we were greeted with sheets and bedding on the floor. Our second room seemed clean but smelt. We were in a rush so we threw everything in the room and left. The smell got worse every time we came in. When we got home the smell on our cloths and belongings rank!!! We washed everything from bath bags to our pillows themselves as the pillow case was not enough.

I stayed there for almost 3 months while my husband was in hospital. He was in a terrible accident. They took care of me and my boys when they came up. They had to get back home and work after a month. We live 3 hrs away. They made me feel safe and right at home. Everyone was so nice and sweet! So thank y'all somuch for everything! C.F.

Don't waste your money. This place needs updating and shouldn't be charging what they do for a pet when they haven't cleaned the room properly for years. One very small trash can in the room. Big stained ceiling in bathroom. Ceiling coming down in corner. Dirty baseboards. Dirty stained tub and toilet. Worst best western I have ever stayed at and will never stay at another one. Your rates are way too high for what you get

My husband and I recently stayed here and loved it! The room was very nice, cool enough, had everything we needed, even brought our little poodle. The Jacuzzi was amazing! Slept beautifully there and the food for breakfast was wonderful! A hot free breakfast with anything and everything. I have no complaints. Will be staying in Best Western motels all the time!

Beautiful room nice night staff but horrible management and morning staff not worth going back but eventually if they have better staff and managers people might come back more and pay for more stays and more business will come

This was a good location and close to resteraunts and the university if Arkansas. It was busy and did get quite a few guest. Noise was not bad considering it is next to an interstate. Price was average

I came to Fayetteville for a dog agility event and stayed one night at this Best Western. I haven't used Best Western hotels in a long time and I was extremely surprised at how updated and clean this hotel was! The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful and the breakfast area was clean and well stocked by Moses. When you have dogs, it's nice to have some green space and this hotel has plenty. You can also access your room from the parking lot, which is an added bonus with a dog. I found it to be very quiet at night. I was also impressed with the LaCoupe shampoo and conditioner in the room. So nice! I will definitely stay here again if I travel to this area.

First trip here and we had a great stay. Apparently they had some cyclist in town which caused for a busy weekend and breakfast room was packed but they have an extra area to sit and eat. Savannah and Moses were great

Front desk clerk was very knowledgeable about the area. Savanna also came to help us with our television as it was on the wrong input. Came up with a friend for the game and she was overall very helpful. Great stay! Breakfast guy was great too. Beautiful lobby and great coffee.

This is an older property, but it was in good condition and the room was well furnished. We enjoyed the breakfast, including waffles made to order. It was quiet. Our major complaint was that we were supposed to be able to check in at 3 P.M. and could not. At 3:30 we were told to try again in an hour. We returned at 4:30 and the desk clerk had to check on the room. We were relieved that we were able to finally check in. We realize that there is currently a problem with staffing in hotels, but it is still very inconvenient to not be able to unpack.

The hotel was very nice. Spa tub was great .Room seemed plush. Lobby was classy. Staff was helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants. Good location. Right off the highway and lost of restaurant options nearby. The breakfast was very poor. Late getting food out-poor quality and selection.

This hotel provided us with exactly what we were looking for as we visited Fayetteville to tour the University of Arkansas and attend a game. Friendly check in, clean rooms and a surprisingly really good breakfast with lots of selections. An added bonus there is a walking and biking trail right by the hotel so I enjoyed an early morning walk in the fall sunshine.

Really enjoyed staying here -- lots of space, very clean, great location, plenty of parking, and fairly quiet overall with great hospitality shown by the staff. Breakfast was pretty good too, and a cut above the last BW we stayed at, although the food choices were mostly the same. We had a king suite which was better than expected--a completely separate sitting area and large bedroom separated by the bath, which looks fairly newly renovated. Bed was comfortable and we slept well! Two a/c zones was a plus for two travelers with different preferences. Great shower--it has two steps to it which might be an issue for accessibility for some. Would have liked to see a grab bar and few more hooks or towel bars but that's just getting picky. Overall a really great stay and would definitely return here if the opportunity comes up.

The hotel was easy to find, close to the highway and University of Arkansas campus, with plenty of parking. Room was clean and checkin/checkout was easy. Hot breakfast was served and wifi worked well.

The pool was phenomenal! The rooms were clean and comfy and I got the best rest! Will be back for my 4th stay! Only hotel I stay at when I visit Fayetteville! My children love the pool! It's actually open

This motel was very clean, the room was very nice, the air conditioner was not noisy and worked great, the staff were friendly and helpful. My sister and I were both extremely pleased with this motel. I would definitely stay there again.

We wanted an inexpensive place for an overnight sleep on our trip home. This hotel may be a little older, but it has been kept up well. The staff was pleasant, and the breakfast was much better than expected.

I plan my vacations for weekend trips by where these is a Best Western whenever possible. The one in Fayetteville Arkansas was my first stay there and as always lived up to the mark. It was located in the city but not in congestion, more on the edge. Easy to find, plenty of parking and great people.

Clean rooms and large flat panel TV and a large indoor pool. The property is right on Town Branch bicycle trail that will connect with Razorback Greenway and Kessler Mt. Trails in 2 miles. This is a go to lodging if coming for bicycling.

The front desk man was wonderful checking in. But that check out manger was the worse of the worse. I have never been treated that way! Then heater didn't work in the suit that was 176.00. The phone didn't work. They knocked on my door early which was rude. Then when I wanted to ask for late checkout I couldn't because the phone head kept slipping out the jack. It was crumbs behind the tv. It was the only suit they had and because it was for honeymoon I wanted something with jacuzzi. We were tired from having a wedding.oh for the price the place wasn't worth it either I have stayed at sybrias before so this was not worth the price. Pictures made it look way nicer then it was! My husband called a company that decorates and cleans your room to help. When I say the checkout lady was racist and aggressive. I have never been treated like that by a hotel staff in my life was banging on the door like the police. I told her I was getting dressed and I had called she didn't want to hear any of that she didn't even let me finish talking to tell her about the phone. She said I hung up on her! Umm no your phone is ghetto and doesn't work. I was going to ask her to stay another night but she was so rude and nasty I just left and went to another hotel.

The hotel itself is older, so don't expect brand new room furnishings or the structure itself. Overall was a nice clean overnight stay. All the employees were very nice and had no problems with check in or check out service. During COVID 19 they are serving a plate with hot food, eggs, sausage, biscuit gravy, etc. more than the grab and go from our previous stay last month at a Best Western in Texas. I would stay here again if we needed to.

She should really be fired. I've always stayed at this location every time I come through never had a trouble until today she was a total racist .... with a hateful attitude without me even saying anything as soon as I walked in the door you can see it all over her apparently she hates her job and she just needs to quit or they need to fire her nevertheless I will not go back even though I was a platinum member with Best Western

We stayed here for a mini vacay with the grandson and we loved it. Our rooms were very clean, the staff amazing, the hot breakfast, MMMMMMMMMM, but the indoor pool, was sooooo cold. We will definitely be staying here again.

I really liked that they were serving a hot breakfast, but I would have like to have some juice options instead of water. I like to travel with my bicycle, and this location was a few hundred feet from an amazing network of bike trails. That was a huge plus.

Came in town to help daughter move. Always stay here for ballgames and other functions. Great central location and next to walking/bike trail. Would recommend this Best Western to anyone with a student at UofA

I would stay again but I was definitely expecting a nicer hotel for the money I paid but it was not bad just could use some updating in the rooms but the breakfast was great! Pool looked nice did not swim but it looked nice.

Was an enjoyable stay for my family. Pool was warmed. Wish there was inside access to the indoor pool, our room was close to the pool so it wasn't terrible, but it was a cold short walk. Super efficient staff. Quality breakfast.

called the front desk and the guy was at our room in under 5 min. he really took good care of us. the bathroom was small and the sink faucet leaked. however, all else was as expected and we would stay there again.

Pleasant stay. In Fayetteville for family member graduation. Everything was conveniently located. Staff was pleasant to guests AND to each other - really appreciated the overall friendly environment. Freeway is a bit noisy - ask for room on the "quiet" side of the building.

The young man that checked us in at the Fayettville Arkansas location went out of his way to make sure we had the accommodations we needed we had a truck with a car on a dolly on it (about 40feet) and a truck with a 12 foot trailer he made sure we had safe parking even walked me out to make sure we had room

We needed to spend a night in Fayetteville and after reading the reviews on the Best Western we decided to give it a try. We upgraded to one of the King Suites and the room was comfortable but the bed was not. Mattress and Bix Springs need replacing. We had hoped to take advantage of the Reception Hour that was listed as a perk, but they decided to cancel it--one rep said not enough people and the other said they didn't have any supplies for such an event. We had a room facing the highway and a room facing the opposite way may have been quieter. Our breakfast experience was very positive: the dining room rep was very helpful since the earlier crowd had eaten up all the eggs--she fixed a new batch and they were hot and delicious! She was a very caring lady and attentive to our needs.

The desk people were nice but the hotel in general is nothing fancy. The rooms could stand a total deep cleaning and refresh. Lot's of truckers and road workers staying there so it was noisy with everyone coming and going. No restaurants or anything within walking distance.

I like the hotel. It has convenient location, close to the main highway. Room was clean and quiet. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very good with lot of choices including variety of fruits and yogurts. I would recommend it to people.

Air conditioning too musty to use, Bedding, dirty comforter was covered up wit sheets that also had stains, Towels stained, Black mold growing on shower ! Very Discusting!! My experience with Best Western had previously been great.

We had a room on the first floor facing the interstate and parking looking. Surprisingly there was very little noise. The sitting area just inside the door was very nice, as was the large jetted bathtub. Good breakfast selection and all the staff was friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Choose the suite this time on this particular stay was very impressed with the set up of the Room. Not so impressed with the remodeling of the bar at the moment and the service in the bar. Landscaping parking and location over all great

The young lady at the front desk when I checked in was rude. I'm a Diamond Member but most of all I have spent several thousand dollars on the Best western hotel chain over the past several years. The last thing you need when you check in to any hotel is someone that is Rude.I was very disappointed with her attitude and will not stay at this hotel in the future

This was a great place for me to stay. I travel for business so I rarely use any of the amenities of the hotel. But the rooms were clean and comfortable. I will use this hotel again in the future. Thanks

We checked in at midnight and went straight to bed. Horrified to wake up and see different colored hair strand in the bed. Dead bugs and a cigarette butt on the floor. Huge cockroach right outside door

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was easy to locate and get to. The room was clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet, allowing me to write my reports in a peaceful environment.

Check in was easy and fast, and the young man behind the counter was really friendly. Our room was nice, the location was quiet, and don't even get me started on the free breakfast! Holy moley, so many options, and everything I had was great. This hotel is a great base of operations for a trip to Fayetteville!

The property is dated but fairly clean. Check in person was friendly and the process was quick. Could use some updating on the exterior. Lots of parking. The lights outside of the doors are bright and shine thru the curtains.

Visited family in AR and have a new puppy that was needing to travel with us. Best Western was in our price range and a nice looking hotel. Everything worked great, nice indoor pool. Breakfast room was small but accommodating. Workers were all very nice and sociable.

Non-smoking room that stunk of smoke. Leaking toilet to the point we had to put towels down on the floor. Bathroom needs remodeled. There are so many other places to stay in the area, you can find something better.

We have stayed at Best Western hotels in the past in other cities and they were OK. But our stay at the Best Western in Fayetteville, Arkansas was outstanding! We hope other travelers who happen to come to Fayetteville in the future with give this Best Western a try. We believe you will be as impressed as we were. The value was great..

We had to travel from Kansas City to Battle Creek MI, to Niagra Falls Can. To Falls Harbor Me. To Portland Me. , to Merrimac N.H. back to KCMO. Then to Fayellville Ark, we stayed at Best Western when we were able, the Fayetteville Ark. Stay out of all was the best!

Quick trip for son's orientation. Knew we would not be in hotel much, so no frills needed. BW was clean, staff nice, parking close to room, quiet. Room was clean, a/c worked very well, mattress and pillows were comfortable, bathroom clean. Appears to have been updated. Fitness area needs improvement with better equipment and variety. Breakfast was good and dining staff were entertaining and friendly. Pool was clean.

A comfortable a well appointed room. All rooms have outside entrances; mine was reminiscent of a classic motor hotel - I parked 8 feet from the door to my room. The breakfast had a nice variety but it was crowded. I knew something wasn't right, when I realized the bed I was sleeping in was tilted... otherwise the experience was a good one. Personally I prefer foam topped mattresses and nice linens, vs the basic mattress and bedding here.

Bath tub was nasty, sever water damage to tile above the shower head, bedding was not clean and a few other broken items Called the Front Desk they didn't care. This room was $110 and should be more like $55. I tried to find another Hotel but everything with Queens was sold out Very disappointed

Recommend Junior Suite if sitting/reading/extra area required. Room was nice and clean, huge tub and great shower head, not the typical hotel kind. Breakfast was very good. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room faced interstate and was very quiet. Convenient off and on I-49.

This is a great place to stay. It is clean and quiet, and the people that work here are very nice. They offer a great hot breakfast. Close to the University of Arkansas, so a great location if you are visiting your student

Another great hotel for business trips. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff was very good. I really can't speak to the other amenities as I don't spend much time there.

We stayed here overnight while attending a performance at the Walton art center. The location was very handy to the venue and other downtown restaurants and shops. Staff were welcoming and courteous. Beds were comfortable and hot breakfast was good. What else could we ask for.? the indoor pool looking clean and inviting, but we didn't have time to use it.

Location was convenient for several tings to do restaurants, the UofA, shopping! great rooms and jetted bathtub! Couldn't get wifi to connect but we weren't there much so that was ok. Pool was great for the kids! Good breakfast, with several options

This hotel is situated close to Baum Stadium and is a good value for the money. The breakfast is filling and the rooms are clean. We have stayed here for several years now to go to Razorback baseball games and have never been disappointed with the rooms or the service.

I stay at many hotels when I travel. After staying at this Beat Western, it has the best and courteous staff. Rooms are clean and condition of the rooms are in exceptional condition. Breakfast is fresh and tasty

We paid 180 dollars and got room 286 because it had a jacuzzi. OMG! When we first walked in it smelled horrible. Then we noticed the couch and it had stains everywhere, it was sick! Didn't dare to sit on it. Walked in the bathroom and immediately observed the light and exhaust fan (see attached pics)and we were ready to leave at this point. Then we noticed the jacuzzi tub was cracked in several places at the bottom and it appeared someone tried to repair it and the repair was still sticky to the touch, complete joke! Then when we tried to fill it with water to see if it leaked, the water pressure was so slow that you might as well get a snickers because its going to take awhile to fill. To top it off the exhaust vent didn't work in the bathroom (check the pic out) and even the poor clock was hurting! The best part of this was being able to share this experience with the ants in the room. Not 1 employee cared about anything that we told them and I even showed them the pictures.

I was given a room that the attendant openly admitted had a guest that checked out, re-entered to the room and took a shower. The attendant stated that he checked the room and everything was fine but gave me shampoo, conditioner and lotion "just in case" and said that if there was anything wrong with the room to let him know. I entered the room even though the idea that someone had showered in that room and it hadn't been cleaned made me uncomfortable. The room CLEARLY had been used, the bed had been laid on, there was still a head imprint in the pillows, the bathroom light was still on and the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. I called down to the attendant and he informed me there were no other standard king rooms and all he had left were suites but if he upgraded me he'd get in trouble for it. I told him I wanted my money refunded and we'd go elsewhere. At that point he said he would call the manager and see if he could upgrade me and I said I'd be right down. He was on the phone when I walked in the front doors and when he hung up he said that the manager absolutely would not allow him to upgrade us so I had him refund the room charge. As I started to leave I asked, since I had reserved with an employee rate, if the manager was aware that I was a Best Western employee to which he stated she did not. I told him I was also a manager of another Best Western property and that she would be made aware. Before I left I made the comment that renting a room that had been used after housekeeping had left and it hadn't been properly cleaned wasn't the best idea much thought OK to do so from Best Western Corporate. The room smelled like animal urine so bad it hurt my eyes , yet Savannah at the front desk and her manager Amber refused to give me another room unless I prayed for another room .I spoke to Savannah twice and tried and she called the manager and they refused unless they charge card again. The worst hotel experience ever. And the hotel was very empty so having rooms wasn't the problem.

Very clean and very well kept rooms. Awesome, professional and friendly staff. Great breakfast also. Ii have stayed here for the last two years and will stay here every year I come down for the rally.

Although the room was clean, the carpet was wet in front of the ac unit and at the bathroom door. Cleaning crew used lots of air freshener. Bed was fairly comfortable, but pillows were small and uncomfortable.

Hotel was clean and a great location very close to campus. The room was comfortable and shower was large. We did not partake in breakfast or swim in pool this stay as we spent most of our time with our daughter at U of A parents weekend and her sorority father/daughter events. The bed was not the most comfortable, so that is only thing that could be upgraded by hotel to make our stay better.

This hotel is just superb is every way, from the friendliness of the staff and housekeepers, to the cleanliness of the lobby and the rooms. The breakfast is hot and great and the server keeps everything stocked and is also very friendly. You will enjoy a stay at this facility no matter what the purpose is for your trip.

$148 for a honeymoon room that was more like a rent by the hour roadside special. Avoid this place like the plague. It is dirty. Smelly, Chipped paint. Dirty tub. Smoke smelling. And just ick. And OVERPRICED.

Excellent location if you are in town for events at UofA. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Housekeeping does a nice job in ensuring the rooms are clean. If you are looking for a good value without spending a fortune, this property provides a very good option.

When I'm in the Fayetteville area staying for a U of Ark event I stay on this property. It is a bit dated but clean and the service has always been great! I like to stay on a property that offers breakfast and they do, they could improve on it but it is sufficient.

Clean, great breakfast, spacious rooms and quiet. I would stay there again. I have not seen many hotels that serve burritos, waffles (with chocolate chips and cinnamon), scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy and three types of coffee.

Quiet rooms even so close to the highway and able to park right outside the door, which I like. Staff was very professional and helpful. Breakfast was very good - great bis cuts and gravy. Dining area is a bit small so when it's busy in the morning you might need to share a table...hey just ask, I met some nice folks this way! Only issue I had was the car load of mopes who showed up in bathing suits and their own towels and walked in to use the pool, then left. I mentioned this to the management and they were both surprised (I'd sure hope so!) and said they would check it out - OK, whatever.

the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was good and hot. i would keep the hotel in mind for my next stay. the price was very good , keep up the good work. I will tell my friends about the stay and the good staff.

My experience overall was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding every morning! Very nice and helpful staff. The only negative I found was the pillows were way to small, however in hindsight I should've brought my own. The workout facility could be larger with more equipment, however these are minor things. I would recommend this hotel to family, friends, or anyone who wishes a wonderful experience.

Polite and helpful staff and clean rooms! Son enjoyed the indoor pool for the brief stay and the breakfast was better than most! Will be staying at more Best Western's in the future! They are really remodeling their locations in the Gulf!

Room had strong cigarette smell, which appeared to be a surprise to the staff. Staff was quick to provide us another room with no cigarette odor. Other ammenities were as advertised and as expected for the cost of the room.

Good overall experience, except for bathroom sink faucet that was extremely hard to turn on (reported to management). King size bed was a little on the firm side for my preference. Free coffee was very good.

Stayed here one night and was pleased with the accommodations, breakfast and service. It was not right in the center of town but was convenient from the highways. The rooms were decorated very nicely.

This is a good option when you need to visit the University of Arkansas campus. It is a short walk to the campus, making it a good choice for football or baseball visits. Breakfast included and appreciated as well.

This is a decent hotel, breakfast was full of great options. Just freshen up the paint maybe new fixtures...overall nice stay. The front desk associate was very helpful when we needed haircuts and recommended something close by.

The girl in the morning was very nice, but we already had such a horrible experience with the gentleman that were working the counter in the afternoon that it couldn't turn our trip around. They acted annoyed when we kindly asked for extra blankets and pillows. We had to wait for twenty mintutes to get an extra key at about 10:30 because they were no where to be found and we called the hotel. They acted annoyed with us that we were asking for a key. We remained kind but it was different because the men were very rude. There was a hole in our wall at the hotel and odd red stuff on the ceiling.

We stay at Best Western quite a lot so we were surprised to see that this one had no elevator and the rooms opened to the outside. We were given a room on the first floor but we objected to the stairs and they gave us a room on the first floor which was supposed to be a suite but really isn't. Breakfast was ok. Good location for the university.

Excellent facility with very friendly staff that makes it easy to check in and out and takes care of any requests that you may have. This Best Western is within walking distance of Baum Stadium and we enjoy how easy it is to get in and out of this property.

We stayed here for a college visit. The rooms all have outside entrances so you have to walk outside to get to the main lobby. We stayed on the second floor. Breakfast was good - biscuits, gravy, yogurt, fruit, muffins, etc. It was less than $100/night so it was a good deal for our needs. It's about 10 minutes from the campus.

We enjoyed our stay here but had some issues. The bed was uncomfortable and the heater sounded like it was dripping all night. Other than those two things, the staff was great and they got us into our room early. The hotel was clean and we would stay here again.

Our stay was very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortably. The hotel was convenient alt located to were we were going. The next time we are in town for a sporting event, we will be sure to stay here.

The front desk clerk..Savanah was super helpful in getting us a room close to the large indoor pool Everyone was friendly. The room was very clean and I like being able to pull up to the room and not carry luggage through a lobby. Great location for restaurants and activities.

We stayed 2 nights in Room 235. Even though the room was a non-smoking room, you could just tell the underlying smell of smoke all through the motel. The bed closest to the vanity was sagging and made my back hurt. The hotel staff were awesome. This motel needs a thorough de-smoking and to have the furnishings updated.

We chose to stay here for the weekend as we were exploring Fayetteville and the surrounding areas. Normal review, they were quick at getting our cards and hotel room ready. The breakfast was alright. The only thing I have against it is that checkout time is 11, we left for breakfast and got back around 10 and our cards were already deactivated. We didn't persue this issue because we had already gotten our belongings out of the room but it was a little irritating.

This hotel is located near the I49 with good access to nearby fast food restaurants and easy driving to downtown Fayetteville and the University. Our check-in with Savanna was rapid and professional, along with a friendly attitude. Our room, 101, was close to the lobby and the breakfast area as well as the happy hour room. Monday through Wednesday Savanna served us wine, beer and some really good food. No need to get dinner after this happy hour! We did have some problems with the room. The toilet did not flush properly. I mentioned that to Brett at the front desk and Terry (GM, owner?) immediately offered to get the problem solved. Turns out it was just the fill hose inside the tank had slipped out of the fill tube. The next day I told Brett that the toilet seat was loose and the water control handle for the tub/shower was loose as well. Both of these issues were addressed the same day. Breakfast was good but some of the days the scrambled eggs and sausage could have been warmer. The dining area is small but we never had a problem finding a place to sit and the friendly staff lady kept the food items coming as needed. The lobby is a great place to sit and watch the news and read the paper in the morning before heading out for the day. Overall, we had a good stay and the staff personnel were always ready to help you with information and directions. Would recommend this property without any reservations.

This hotel is really nice and is a great value for the cost. All of the staff appeared to enjoy their job! It was a quiet location and the bed was comfortable. Free breakfast and free wi-fi makes the whole experience a great value!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area was nicely furnished. They have an indoor pool that was closed for repairs and repainting but it appeared to be a very nice area. The motel is located in an easy access area to the freeway and close to the University of Arkansas.

Stayed at this property while our son toured U of Arkansas. Location in relation to the school, staff and breakfast were all excellent. The beds were extremely hard and difficult to get use to. Highway noise was very audible on the south side of the property. The price was out of range based on the amenities offered.

We were very happy with our stay at the Best Western in Fayetteville. It was very clean and we had easy access to our room from the car. The pool area was very nice and it is an indoor pool when weather turns cold. The breakfast was very good also. It was a definite value for the money spent.

The breakfast was phenomenal. They had sausage, eggs, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, wraps, cheese, salsa, breads, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, chocolate chips, nuts, fruit, and fruit cups. It was the best breakfast I have ever had at a hotel. The beds and pillows were great. I'd highly recommend this hotel!!

This hotel was very clean. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous. The gazebo that was outside our door was wonderful. We sat outside in the gazebo just enjoying the cool breeze and visiting with other guests. I would highly recommend this hotel if you have to stay overnight in Fayetteville, AR.

Quick overnight stay. Clean well taken care of room. Older motel with outside entrance, could use a little more parking. Breakfast was very good. Value conscious travelers looking for a clean room and with everything working, this is ideal. Clean well cared for property.

My family and friends and I have been staying at this hotel for about four years now. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating when they can be. We go for all the Arkansas football games and it is very close to the stadium. My only complaint was from the last visit I took with just my mother. We were in our usual room but there was a terrible odor. We requested to move rooms but the hotel was full (not surprising because of the game). It was so bad we made a midnight trip to Wal Mart to buy air freshener, febreze, and a candle. They did treat the room the next day while we were at the game and it was better that evening but not completely odor free. I still give this hotel a four star because I'm hoping that their good service will continue and they will honor our request to be in a different room next time. I'm thinking it needs some carpet replaced and hopefully that will get done soon. The breakfast is always good and the rooms always seem clean. They have always honored any room requests we have made in advance as far as location, beds, etc. Again, we really enjoy this hotel and think the staff is amazing. Hopefully our one time incident will be just that...one time.

We have stayed at the Windsor Suites regularly since 2012. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are quite comfortable. Breakfast is always very good; the variety of foods is excellent and constantly replenished as needed. On several week nights, happy hour with food is offered gratus by the management. We have participated in several and always enjoy it and our fellow guests. Keep up the good work! You have a loyal customer for life!

We always stay at this motel when travelling on business because of the convenient location, value, and Best Western Rewards. It is an older motel, with exterior doors, which I happen to like. There is no elevator, so you will be lugging your bags upstairs. There is a walking trail behind the motel, but I never have time to use it, or the indoor pool and exercise room. Our first room had a very strong odor, so we were given another, which was fine. Spacious room, comfy beds, has a sofa. I personally do not like the jetted tubs because I would never use a tub like this except in my own home, and if you're elderly or not very agile, it is difficult to get in and out to take a shower. Our room was on the backside, so very quiet, except for the mattress cover, which makes noise everytime you move. The breakfast is very nice. Usually eggs, sausage or bacon, potatoes, biscuits, gravy, tortillas, picante sauce, yogurt, fruit, etc. Better than most hotels in which I stay. Staff is friendly.

This is my first time through Fayetteville and as I had a prior good experience with BW, tried out this property. Access from the interstate is easy and the cost for the quality of the room is very good. There was good wireless connections and an acceptable breakfast. Although not far from an interstate, the room was quiet and the bed good.

Enjoyed the stay. We stopped on a vacation trip. Was very pleasantly suprised when got to room and had a jetted tub. The staff was pleasant and helpful during check in and check out. The breakfast was good and was kept refilled as needed

The location is good and that is the main reason we stay here when visiting Fayetteville. Also, we are usually pleased with Best Western and are Rewards members and treated to updates and such when available. However, this trip the appearance of the rooms was not to our liking. Outdated for sure. The AC works great and the bed is comfy. However, a little mold is beginning to show around the tub and the sink/cabinet is very low. Just outdated. New carpets are not enough to make you believe you are in a really nice place. Worst was when the room did not get cleaned for the last night of our 3-night stay. When I reported it at 3pm I was treated by the desk clerk as if it were my fault. She said there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door when the cleaners came by so they skipped it. I agreed that there had been while my husband and I went to breakfast but that when we left the room about 10:30 we removed it. She insisted, not nicely, that their policy was to skip a room if it had a DND sign out. I told her I agreed and was very aware of that and appreciated it, but once it was removed, my room should have been cleaned. NOPE! Not the policy at this motel. REALLY! Then I suggested they get a new policy because I had never had this happen before at any Best Western or anywhere else! I MUST SAY THAT ALL THE OTHER STAFF WERE NICE AND BEHAVED IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. But it only takes one to make a guest look other places next trip!

I travel several times a year but never find a better hotel than this one. The owners are on-site and will personally ensure that you have the best stay possible. Actually, that is true of any Best Western Hotel that I have stayed at in my 40 plus years of traveling. That is why I always stay at Best Western if I have a choice.

On the way back home to Texas from dropping my daughter at college in Indiana, we stopped here to see the eclipse and check out the Ozarks. Spent two nights in this great hotel. Rooms were large and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! It included potatoes and eggs and sausages plus tortillas and fixings to make breakfast tacos. Also the usual waffles and breads but with lots of toppings. I would definitely stay here again!

There was a power outage when we arrived and the clerk could not process a check-in/check-out/cancellation. It was very hot, muggy, and totally dark. We left and found another place to stay but went back by the next day to get a refund and cancel; the manger refused to process either the refund or the cancellation, stating that the hotel was not to blame for the power outage. We were charged almost $200 for a hotel that we couldn't even stay at.

Priceline room for two nights. Of course, already paid for. Told me the reservation they had said smoking room?? Priceline does not indicate the smoking/non-smoking. Smells terrible, allergic to smoke. Won't switch to another room. Says none available. Could be true. How many hotels actually still have smoking rooms? If room was not prepaid I would not stay here!!!

Overall not a bad place to stay, the beds are a little out dated and not very comfortable, but the Breakfast each morning was good and the happy hour Monday through Wednesday was really nice. Right next to the Razorback walking trail as well and other great eateries.

The staff was excellent! Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bed was firm and the pillows were wonderful! It's quiet, you can't hear the highway. The breakfast was very good, it has a wide variety of fresh items. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a motel with outside entrances - not a hotel. We were travelling and checked in around 12:30 am. The clerk gave the family ahead of us room keys for an already occupied room and they came back telling the clerk that the room was occupied - luckily it was a ball team and they happened to know the people in the room. The clerk then gave us our room but did not give great directions on how to get to our room. There were semi trucks parked on the road outside our room with their engines running all night. Did not tell us about the internet or breakfast. Good thing we were only staying there one night. One bright spot - it wasn't far from the Arkansas baseball stadium.

My son and I checked in to our room, drove around to the back side of the motel and did not feel safe. Numerous men were loitering in the parking lot and outside their room doors smoking. We entered our "non-smoking" room and it reeked of old smoke. We decided that after dark we might not feel safe here. As we took our luggage to exit there were additional men loitering next to our car smoking and we decided to look for a new hotle. Unfortunately I prepaid for the room through this site and was not able to ask for a refund from the front desk clerk.

Clean, attractive, nice interior and exterior. The staff is fabulous. Brett is the best at customer service. The property abuts a park and hiking trail right behind it. It's scenic and very quiet. Great for sleeping. I felt very secure about my Harley parked outside.

This is a great hotel, and close to the city. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. All amenities were top quality. Breakfast is first class. The hotel and rooms are very clean. The beds were particularly comfortable. When in Fayetteville, I will always stay here.

There isn't an elevator to the 2nd floor, so had to carry suitcases up and down stairs. Had to go through the indoor pool area with a wet floor to exit the building on the back side. The breakfast area is small and got crowded.

Very good value; staff was awesome and breakfast was excellent. I have stayed at other hotels in area and this was by far the best value, clean and comfortable rooms and best breakfast I have seen at a hotel. Good job!

Beds were as hard as a rock. I might as well have slept on the floor. As well as the toilet was broken when we got there we couldn't even use it and even after they fix it it wouldn't flush very well one of the lights was out. I can take a washcloth and wipe the black stuff off around silver Chrome pieces in the shower. So yes I will never stay there again.

Rented room for one night stay. Easy to access from I-49. Less than five minutes from Bud Walton Arena and The Square with all of its food/drink options. The room itself was spotless! The king size bed was sooo comfortable. Shower and toilet were immaculate. Two small criticisms: 1) The faucet in the vanity sink was a bit cumbersome to operate. 2) Rooms were still being cleaned when I arrived... had to wait 10 minutes or so before I could enter. The staff is cordial. Did not try the breakfast bar. There is a liquor store and a Starbucks within one mile. I would have no problem re-booking here!

I stayed at this hotel in June 2017. By the picture on the website, I thought this was an indoor hotel where the room doors were inside the hotel. This is an outside motel. Upon arrival, I was greeted nicely by the hotel staff. There is no elevator in this hotel. To get to my room, I had to walk through the pool area. Upon entering my room, there was a very bad musty-type smell. After 5 minutes of being in the room, the smell gave me a headache. There was a fly, some other big flying bug in the room and a spider in the bathtub. I went back to the front desk and asked for some air freshener spray for the room. They gave me some spray. Going back to my room, it was then after 10pm so the door to the pool area was locked. I had to walk back downstairs and walk outside to the very far end of the hotel to get back to my room. This made me very uncomfortable. I had to do this twice since I also had to go back for ice. The spray really helped the smell in the room. The bed was fairly comfortable but the comforter on the bed was very thin. I had to double it to get warm enough to fall asleep. I had some issues with the A/C but was finally able to get it to work. The one good thing was the breakfast which had scrambled eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy for hot items. They also had cold cereal, yogurt and fruit. I would not stay here again due to it being an outside hotel and the accessibility of being able to get to your room after 10pm.

Their Business Center printed only one page at a time, breakfast was not laid out well as they don't have a full kitchen to get out a full breakfast. Fruit was fairly ok. Room was quiet from the outside noise but the toilet had a leaky valve. Found a bug in the room that after one day should have never been there which makes me worried about what else could be around.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We thought the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of choices. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend this motel to anyone coming to this area.

I don't know how I wound up here, as I haven't stayed in a motel of this level for many years. If you don't mind a 60's type feel to your room, this place is OK. The room we stayed in had previously been a smoking room. This hotel has to be relatively old as well. I never stay in a hotel (hotel/motel Ha.) anymore that has exterior doors; this hotel does. I read reviews, and I didn't feel like I needed to move to another facility, but I wanted to.

Don't rent a suite for $167 nightly. They only had a 2 cup coffee pot for a room that is meant to hold 3 people. There were no linens for the extra fold-away bed & there was only 1 towel in the room. The breakfast is good although you have to wait until 7am before it is available.

I was concerned when we first arrived because the entrances to the rooms were exterior. Check in was a breeze, room was clean, fabulous night sleep. We travel with a white noise maker which always helps. Breakfast was standard free breakfast. Price was terrific.

Excellent hotel choice for attending UA games. Great service and atmosphere. We were close to the college and the football and baseball stadiums. Close to restaurants and interstate to travel to other places in Fayetteville. Pool was warm and clean, room was spacious, breakfast was better than normal.

I booked this motel as the representative at the 800 number told me it was 3 miles from the airport in Fayetteville. That was not true and it was actually 22 miles to the airport and we had a 5:45AM flight. Also, I tried 4 times to get a wake up call and was unsuccessful. Otherwise, the shower had good pressure and hot water and the room was clean, although it did not smell as nice as the lobby.

We arrived late(11:30pm) rooms were clean, not sure why this hotel has huge jacuzzi tubs, if you were disabled you would have a hard time stepping into it to take a shower. Hubby got downstairs barely in time for the breakfast but he said it was really good. Wasn't allowed to bring food back to room for the kids & I because of health code or something like that. Would not be my choice hotel for longer stay.

A great property right off the highway. Room was great. Breakfast was included and had all the trimmings. Owner was present and regaled us with lots of humor. Will stay again if opportunity presents itself. Did I mention comfortable!!!

This hotel was booked by my boss for a business stay, and I wasn't very happy when he said he had booked me into the Best Western. I've never had much luck with this chain in the past. However, I can tell you that THIS particular one was VERY clean, comfortable, quiet, and had a breakfast well worth the stop!! Highly recommended!!

Very nice motel. The rooms are clean, quiet, and comfortable. Didnt use the indoor pool, but it looked inviting.. Reception at 5pm with beer, wine, and pizza. Better than average breakfast in am. Made one request to front desk, and it was handled very professionally.

Very convenient to all locations around Fayetteville and Springdale. Nice staff! Nice breakfast! Rooms were comfortable and seemed larger than normal hotel rooms. Enjoyed the indoor pool. This was our 2nd visit to this hotel.

Quick stay for my husband and I. Dirty toilet, weak faucet in jet tub, waffle makers out of order during breakfast. Very nice front desk staff though. Room kinda smelled weird. Close to the interstate but not too loud.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They made sure we had the extra towels/blankets and pillows that we needed. I requested a late check in and they were more than happy to do that. The only complaint I had was access to our room was not that easy.

Stayed here after visiting Devil's Den. Nice gentleman at the front desk and helpful on surroundings. Clean room, good breakfast. Easy to get in and out of. A quiet uneventful stay and I do recommend.

Mattress is very old and very hard. You can hear springs as you move. Pillows not comfortable either. Something you would have at a motel 6, did not expect it here. Cleanliness was just ok. Very noisy too, You can hear other people's shutting their doors and walking/talking by the window.

Stayed here after the game and it was great hotel with nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was also very good! I would recommend it for anyone looking for a hotel!

We stopped in Fayetteville for a couple of days of vacation. We stayed at the Best Western Windsor suites. It was very easy to find and get to, as it is on an interstate ramp. Very nice comfy rooms. The Staff was very nice and helpful. Beautiful indoor pool. Tasty breakfast with nice selection of foods. Hotel backs to a paved and lighted walking trail. Great value for your money.

After having an issue with a previous hotel Best Western was a very welcoming sight. We went in to get a room the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean. The area was nice and it was quiet. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Had issues checking in (paid for honeymoon suite and they put us in a room with 2 queen beds, but did not give us a lower price until we brought it to their attention), but the room was clean, comfortable and the breakfast was good. The grounds were quiet, nicely manicured and we took advantage of the walking trail behind the property.

Their location is great if you are just stopping for the night; easy to find on service road next to Interstate highway. However, the service road is one-way so if you go into Fayetteville you can not back track to this motel. It is within 5 minute of the University of Arkansas, which is convenient. Their amenities are the same you would find in any Best Western motel, nothing special.

The room was clean, though a little dated and the bathroom fixtures were in need of repair - spout on the tub was pulling away from the wall. However, the free breakfast was outstanding - hot and delicious with lots of options.

Not the kind of hotel I like to stay in. Faced on to motorway. Thought I had booked in to motel when I pull dup as doors are all on exterior . It was fine for a bed for the night. But thats all. Room was too dark and dingy for me.

compared on line, got a better walk in deal with discount for triple AAA..clean , good hot breakfast , comfortable beds. needs more security lights in back of motel and around Gazebo area. could also set up BBQ GRILL for guest use with seating area. Discounts for Veterans program would be great.

Booked a 2 queen room for one night. Bed was awful, lumpy and hard. Ceiling had several big cracks and stains. Bathroom shower faucet was very loose and hard to use. Commode didn't flush right and handle would stick and water ran. Breakfast waffles turned to flat mush when syrup was poured on it. Fruit cups were old. We won't stay here again.

Was a good choice for a night stayed since we were driving from Houston... at midnight.. For some reason could not get a hotel that was reasonable... Very friendly front desk person... when we called to ask for rooms. Room clean and smell clean that's very important to me.... Don't care how they look like as long as they're clean, they have breakfast... Normal for that kind of chains...In my opinion is a bit pricey for what the hotel is. But overall it's okay.

Best quality for the best price. Got a king bed, microwave, refrigerator, breakfast buffet, free internet, very clean pool, and excellent helpful staff for around 75 dollars normal rate. I will definitely stay at one of these hotels in the future.

Everything that you need for a good night stay a lot of business real close to things of interest. Close to things in Fayetteville but couldn't get my friend to come see me while I stopped for the night.

My husband and I, with my Mom checked in last evening. I chose this hotel based on reviews and military discount. This morning I was getting ready to post a great review for the accommodations, atmosphere and staff. My husband said to leave keys in room, I said I wanted a receipt for stay. Glad I did, they charged us top rate $94.99. my husband at checkin was given a rate of $81.00 for military discount. Staff at desk said he could not do anything about it, Sorry! I asked when does manager get in and name? He gave me hotel business card and told me to call later. I stated that how about he leave a note for manager about situation and have her call me. Oh, I can do that!. we left hotel at 845am, guess I'll see if I get that call and price adjustment.

I enjoy staying at the Best Western Windsor Suites in Fayetteville, Arkansas whenever I am in town. It is clean and offers a number of amenities for its guests. As a smoker I also appreciate the fact that smoking rooms are available. I also appreciate that BW Windsor in Fayetteville takes steps to freshen up the rooms between guest visits. I will continue to stay at this hotels whenever I am in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

The people who work their are very accommodating. We wanted rooms away from the traffic and the young man who helped us made sure that happened. The beds were comfortable as well. We will stay in this hotel the next time we are in town.

Got a great web rate for just the one night I needed for freshman honors orientation. Close to U of Ark campus. Hotel is on older side-wear and tear in the room showed (cracked surround on tub, ceiling is old). However is was very clean, bed linens were clean and soft (towels were scratchy), feather pillows and bed very comfortable. Large flat screen TV, free wifi, in room fridge and microwave, coffee always available in lobby (very small single cup coffee maker in room). Check in and out desk persons were very friendly and efficient. However the best part may be the FREE hot breakfast! Biscuit and gravy, eggs, sausage (and fixings to make a breakfast burrito), waffle iron, cereals, pastries, yogurt and fruit cups. Plenty of hot fresh coffee. The breakfast area may get crowded when busy but for the price this place is a good value especially considering the great breakfast. Does have indoor pool but I did not visit that.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at BW Windsor. The king size bed was comfortable. The room was furnished with a microwave and fridge. An early morning swim in the heated pool was a bonus. Before leaving, we also enjoyed the free breakfast. The real scrambled eggs were delicious.

The lobby area was fantastic and the public bathroom very clean in the lobby area. Customer service was horrible and the young man needs additional training. Two guest before me had reservations and took him 20 minutes to check them in. I was not spoken to or recognized until after 10 minutes in the lobby. The dress was to standards but was sloppy and unprofessional. When it was my turn to check in was told that only one room left and no discounts and no referral was made to any other hotel (I know its competition but customer service is vital and you can receive business because you took care of a need).

We had a fantastic time while our team was staying at this hotel for the Joe Martin Stage Race. Excellent on all levels. We really appreciated all the support the staff gave us during our time there. The breakfast was awesome!

I highly recommend staying in this hotel. I understand it was recently renovated and they did a great job. The beds weren't top of the line but very comfortable. The location was a little off the main thoroughfare so it was quieter and very close to a walking trail. The staff really went above and beyond in their service.

For the 4th year in the row, we have booked rooms at this hotel for Razorback baseball home games. It is always clean and the staff has always been accommodating. We travel to these games with anywhere from 2 to 10 families loaded with teenagers and there are things about this hotel that have made our stays great. 1. The indoor pool- Since baseball starts in the early spring, it is too cool for an outdoor pool. 2. The breakfast- The hostess is always so nice. She has come to recognize our group and always gives us a run down of activities on campus the days we are there (there might be spring football practice o something else the kids might want to see). 3. The outdoor grills- there are 2 outdoor grills at the end of the building with picnic tables as well as a little grassy area. We have set up lawn chairs, fired up the grills, turned on the radio, set up baggo and made a day of it at the hotel on days that the baseball games are late. 4. The reception area- I don't want to get anyone in trouble for allowing this but last year we had several families with 22 teenagers total. The kids wanted to play BUNKO on Saturday night after the game and we called and asked to use the room attached to the lobby since obviously getting them all together anywhere else was impossible. Not only did they welcome us down, they turned on the popcorn machine and the kids had a huge BUNKO tournament. There aren't many places anymore that will let you do that last minute, not charge you money and certainly not serve popcorn!

We stopped through here traveling north for one night. The location of the hotel was good in the sense that you were close to anything and everything off the main road. Food, gas, grocery, whatever you need is right here. This statement can be said about any one of the hotels in this vicinity however, so I can not say it is just for this one. The Good: 1) The hotel itself looks good from the outside and appears clean. 2) I like the down and outs so this was a plus. 3) The room was spacious and the bed was comfy (according to a breakfast attendant the beds were just replaced recently). 4) Most important was the cost. This is a cheap stay. The bad parts were: 1) We came through with our folks. Our folks were placed in the front of the building in a room and we received a room in the back? They were not full that night and we reserved prior to checking in so I am unsure why this was the case. Not enough to complain but was odd at best. 2) The back rooms, where we were with our young kids, were filled with construction workers doing work in the area. Nothing against the trade or people doing it as they work harder than I do, but when grouped together they also like to be louder than we do and enjoy relaxing with their doors wide open to their rooms all evening on the main and second floors. The music, noise, and lack of privacy then were disturbing, especially while we were taking walks around to the front of the building to see our folks. 3) There was a comment on here about a room with a eye-hole in the door that was broke and stuffed with tissue or something. My folks ended up with that room. 4) The room was not the cleanest. The drop ceiling in the bathroom was disgusting and stained. Where the mini-fridge was, on the floor on each side of it (there was about 3-5 inches on each side visible as it was not a tight fit) was caked full of dirt and dust and was also equally disgusting. A little elbow grease a few times a week goes a long way. Lastly, and this does not have so much to do with the hotel as much as the spot it is located, but there is a less than impressive hotel right on the side of this one as you need to go to all the conveniences of the area. Needless to say, it was a very quick walk past this hotel to get food that evening (we didn't want to drive in fear of losing our parking spot to all the construction workers), and looked more like a monthly apartment complex than a hotel. No points take from the hotel for this, but just a heads up to travelers looking for a more "secure" feeling spot.

The service was fine but the "hotel" itself was awful and it still cost $90. Definitely not worth it, only stayed here because everywhere else was booked, won't be doing that again. I have always trusted the reviews from TripAdvisor until this time, it had a 4.5/5 which I was shocked to see once I arrived.

This is a great place! Friendly and helpful staff! Nice pool and wireless internet! Close to many places of interest! I would tell everyone to stay here! If you are in Arkansas stay here! If you wanna see the hogs play this is a great place to stay!

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was great. My daughter loved the indoor pool. Easy to get to off the highway. Lots of food close by. Very comfortable rooms with flat screen TV. Walking path behind the property.

Was attending a conference at University of Arkansas - Fayetteville campus. Location right off Highway 49 and less than 2 miles from conference site. Great hot breakfast and service. Room extremely clear. Shower/Bathroom was a little old and some work needed to be done on shower head but other than that - we will stay again. Excellent service and staff. Our room at the back of hotel was wonderful, we didn't hear any highway noise at all.

Large hair and several small hairs in sink at check-in. Security latch was loose on door. Did not report as did not want hassle of changing rooms if offered. Manager at check-in was very nice. Breakfast was average, although had to wait for more eggs and biscuits.

My family stayed here for one night. The breakfast and mattress were the best quality of the stay. The carpet, walls, bathroom tile and towels all seemed a bit worn. The pool was warm and had towels. There is a nice multi-use trail right by the hotel. Great selection at breakfast and offered gf items if requested.

Best Western Windsor Suites in Fayetteville, AR is the BEST hotel to stay in. This is my second stay there in less than 4 months and any return trips to Fayetteville, AR I will be staying there again. This trip I took my Grandson up for the Arkansas Razorback Baseball game. Our room was exactly what I had booked and everything was perfect. The staff from the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out were awesome. Breakfast was very good and appetizing. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone going to Fayetteville, AR.

This motel room was acceptable. The room was clean and comfortable. I was not able to connect with wi-fi during my stay. I had a bit of difficulty with the TV. I called the front desk for assistance but initially no one would answer.

We travelled to the area for school tour. We thought for the price this was a good value. The staff are nice. This property is undergoing a refresh so beds are new. Breakfast was pretty good too. Also, they have new fitness equipment and sit right on a new trail that you can jog or walk. Overall we were pleased for the price.

We came to visit the University and this place was very quite and clean. Convenient to the school and many food places to eat at nearby. Will stay here again when visiting my daughter when she attends school here.

Best Westen is conveniently located near I-49 exit. Good hotel for a short visit in Fayetteville, AR. It takes ca. 20 min. to walk to Bud Walton Arena, and a few more minutes to get to the University campus. Clean hotel will helpful Staff, very good breakfast.

Stopped here at 4 am after a very long night of driving. The front desk staff was very accommodating and allowed us to book a room for the following evening but allowed us to Check in early so we could go sleep for a few hours. Many other hotels in the same area were not as friendly and told us we would be required to pay $100+ and then they were going to force us out at 10am or charge us for another night. Was very happy with the room and quality of service I received here.

Room was good. New California kings and LG flatscreen. Shower area needs updating as well but clean. Great lobby and service. Normally stay at Hampton but it was booked. Best Western was less than $200 for two nights and Hampton is normally more than $300 for two nights. Will be staying at BW again in April.

Clean, Comfortable, Quiet stay. The breakfast had lots of choices that would meet everyone's diet needs. Had all the amenities and entire staff was respectful and courteous. My wife and I will stay here again if in Fayetteville.

Rooms were very nice, staff very friendly and helpful, convenient to the University of Arkansas and all of the activities we attended, would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel others that will be staying in the area

We chose this place because it looked well kept on the outside which usually indicates the same inside. I was correct. The desk clerk was very pleasant and accommodating even though we had no reservation. Good value, under $80, with AARP discount. The room was large and clean with good amenities. The TV channel selection was about the best I've ever seen anywhere at any price. The hot breakfast was typical of motels, Scrambled eggs (of a sort), sausage ( poor quality), potatoes, cereal, fruit, and fresh waffles which looked good. Not much in the way of restaurants in the area except fast food. About the only down side was that the faucet knobs on both the sink and shower were on the verge of falling off making them difficult to use.

Showed up at checkin time 3pm and was told the room wouldn't be ready till 3:45. Then when we were shown our room....it was not the room we booked. To accommodate us, they gave us 2 small rooms instead of a larger suite for the same price. Management was not there at the time. When management found out, we were told the rest of our stay (2 more nights) would be for the 2 room rate. We left that day. Rooms were fair, they had a great breakfast and the Motel was close to the University. Because of Customer service I rated this Motel a 1.

We rented two rooms for the track meet at the University of Arkansas for two nights. Great closeness to track. Our room had mold in the bathroom. My son's room had a sink that didn't work and his room was skipped by room service. Great breakfast and super service at breakfast. Rooms need some updating. Overall it was just okay. We stayed there for the closeness to the college. Price was good compared to other hotels in the area for those dates. We might stay there again just for the location.

We stayed here for an athletic event. Normally I would not choose a best western because they are pretty old and run down. This one has been updated very nicely. Room was large and roomy and beds were actually queen size, Shower and toilet area not updated but your not in there anyway. Breakfast was really good. All staff was friendly and polite. Will definitely stay here again.

I've been to this hotel twice, once while visiting my aunt and once this past April to go to my aunts funeral. It was very nice both times the room was fully equipped and the breakfast was nice and hot! The staff was super helpful and the workout room/pool was well kept and nice! When my family arrived at the Best Western Windsor Suites in Fayetteville, AR I was shocked right off the bat at how rude the CSR, Savana, was. She informed me that there was not a room ready for us just yet, which was fine, but when the smart tone of voice was used to say that check-in was not until 3 that was when I realized this lady had a definate lack of professionalism. Anyways we left and came back at 3 at which time I asked to verify that my rewards was on my reservation and to make sure I did not need to do anything on my end to be sure I received my credit. Savana said well your number is on here so I guess you will get your credit. Well the next morning my husbands mother had an accident and he left to go to the hospital to be with her. I called and requested a later checkout time and once again had to do business with Savanna she very rudely replied well I can give you until 1130 and thats the latest. When 1130 came and my husband was not back I called the front desk to explain the situation however Savanna would not listen at all to what was going on cutting me off and saying if you are not out at 1130 the police will come remove you. At this time I was pissed so I lost my cool and said so you are going to make me and three small children stand outside and wait for my husband to return in 25 degree weather and this lady said uh yes mamma thats our policy. She then came to my room claiming she had the police on the phone and that if we were not out of her room by 12 they would be there to remove us from the property. This lady was so rude and unprofessional, she was standing in my room yelling at me while all three of my small children stood there and watched...I have small children 6, 7, & 8. And for what...all because I had asked her to extend my checkout time slightly until my husband could get back so I could get my card out of my car to exend our stay another night. A card that the hotel had on file that she had just seen the day before along with my id. She was in no way accomidating to her guests and showed a true lack of concern and most importantly horrible customer service. Needless to say we did not extend our stay and went down the road to the Comfort Suites where the rooms and service far exceeds that of the Best Western!

From what I can tell this Best Western seems a little less busy as far as hotel guests, than some other B.W.'s that I've stayed at. (may be the time of year, it's after Thksgivng and 2 wks before Xmas) There seems to be a number of hotels in this area. Interstate 49 is perhaps a 1/2 block west of this B. W., and one of Fayetteville's main thoroughfares, Martin Luther King Jr Blvd., is only a block or so north. (49 goes over M.L.K. Jr Blvd) And Futrall Dr. runs alongside the interstate, more or less. And lots of traffic going every which way. Also big stores with many customers, just to the northeast. But this is a very nice hotel. A fairly large non-smoking room with nice, semi-thick carpeting. Big 42" flat screen tv with a really nice picture. (tv's vary in quality you know, but this one is excellent) And they offer 3 HBO channels in addition to the full line-up of other common cable channels. My one complaint is with the remote control system. Remote must be held at just the right angle to get the tv to respond. (from computer chair, no; from head of bed, yes) The up & down channels, the most troublesome. In addition to a nice cushioned swivel computer chair, there's a loveseat and (cushioned) chair. Big computer desk, plenty of plug-ins all around. Also a nice modern mini microwave and small refrigerator. One cup coffee-maker. Continental breakfast with a wide variety of choices, from 6 to 9:30 weekday mornings, and 7 to 10 Sat. & Sun. & holidays. I try and save money when I can but would pay the extra to stay here again. (motel next door is 10 bucks or so cheaper) Last but not least, the desk clerk here deserves huge credit for her friendly, welcoming ways. Just a few thoughtful, considerate words made my stay more relaxed & comfortable, and that's a big deal to me. Thank you.

Rooms were freezing cold! I drove 4 hours to take my son back to college & wanted to rest at this hotel as I had done before. I got very little rest as we were shivering cold; needless to say, I could hardly stay awake on the drive back home. The check out attendant had terrible customer service.

Great staff, great room furniture, great breakfast, comfortable bed, no shortage of hot water. Great location next to I-49. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Parked right outside my door not in some place where I would have done a "bag drag" and not kept an eye on my vehicle. I had the "mini-suite" and was priced at the best price I paid this year, Wow! Great TV set, all of the cable channels as at home with HBO! "Clean Remote" is a selling point, really liked it. Well maintained facility in immaculate condition. My vehicle water pump leaked and a great maintenance man cleaned up after me with no extra charges added to my bill. I had a mobile mechanic named Daniel come fix it at the hotel inexpensively. Staff has his phone number if you need him, too! Will be staying there with Terry Dill and his great crew again this early summer. Be sure to eat the full buffet breakfast!

The hotel was very convince, easy on off to freeway and a nice distance to U of A, room very comfortable and quite. Breakfast was very good it had something for everyone. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quite as well.

This property was not bad at all -- except that the cleanliness besmirched the good points. The bathroom baseboards were fuzzy and the molding was in bad repair. This just serves to question the less obvious cleanliness conditions. Still, the value was good and the location (room on side opposite to freeway) was quiet and pretty.

we stayed at this hotel for my sons graduation and heard upon checking they had new beds and I was worked since I have a bad back and the person checking us in was ore than happy to open a room for us to take a peek. Room was very clean and everything worked perfectly!

Nice motel, easy to get to right off the exit. For pet owners this is an ideal location to stay. The town has just constructed a fantastic walking/bike path directly behind the motel which is a great place to exercise the dog and myself.

pictures online of this hotel were great but our room left a lot to be desired. We rented the honeymoon suite and the room was old and ran down. Not worth the 100.00 a night we paid... I would not recommend anyone to stay there. The lobby and the exterior hotel is beautiful but the room and interior of the hotel is very old looking and not well kept.

This is a very affordable hotel with a good breakfast, nice rooms and convenient to University of Arkansas. The new running trail is right behind the property, and is a great addition to the community.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely phenomenal. The rooms were clean and the only disappointment I had was that I didn't bring my bathing suit because I didn't know there was a pool. I travel to Fayetteville several times a year and will definitely consider staying here again.

First time in Fayetteville for business so I wanted something close to the highway. My room faced the highway but it wasn't overly loud. Great location near U of A. The staff was very friendly upon arrival. My room was decent sized and clean. The bed was comfortable and I liked the large desk for working. I didn't use any of the amenities like the pool and fitness center but they looked okay. I did utilize the breakfast in the morning and it was very good. There is a special breakfast room which is nice touch. The staff was also very nice when I checked out. I will stay again.

We had a group from our dart league come up to Fayetteville for a dart tournament. Several of our group stayed at Best Western. We were all very pleased with our rooms, the staff, cleanliness and safety, and the breakfast was awesome. We will plan on staying at Best Western next year for the annual tournaments.

The bathroom walls were very dirty.. There was a soda bottle behind night stand. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was adequate. The motel was located in a very good location. It was easy to get to from the highway and in a good location for our needs.

The hotel staff all go out of their way to accommodate your requests. They are all quite professional. Rachel, the lady who handles the breakfast area, is always so helpful and cheerful. Would definitely stay here again when in Fayetteville.

Non smoking rooms with an ashtray 3 feet from our door was a definite problem! People stood outside our room and smoked at all hours. Also when I tried calling the front desk to ask about the password for the internet, no one ever answered the phone. I called 3 different times and let it ring about 15 times each call. Very poor way to run a business. Bathroom sink had absolutely NO counter around the sink and no place to set a toothbrush or anything else. After housekeeping had been in our room, both my husband and I noticed that our bags had been opened and rummaged through. I had some kind of goo on my reading glasses that wasn't on them when I put them away. My husband found things rearranged in his bag. When we were ready to check out, no one was at the front desk and did not come for over 5 minutes.

Wonderful hotel, staff, and location to campus. Have stayed here 4+ years, we get 2 rooms and they have always been perfect. I will continue to stay here for football games that we attend each year, as long as they will have us.

Absolutely the worst experience EVER AT A HOTEL!!! Heater didn't work, 2 lights out upon arrival (took forever to get bulbs), phone had been pulled out of wall and didn't work, 2 nearby rooms had pet. Barked all night and one was locked in bathroom and barked and whined and scratched at the door all night. The sidewalks were cluttered with planters and benches blocking passage for wheelchair. Owner/manager said we should have left at 2 a.m. with a 90 year old guest when the heater was found not to work.

Staff made arrangements to make it easier to travel with elderly family members. When there was an issue with one of the rooms it was corrected immediately and to our satisfaction. Property was easy to access from freeway. Outside smoking area well away from any entry or exit doors. Breakfast was good and served hot for the entire serving time range.

We have stayed here for the past two years during Bikes and Blues. This year was the worst ever. The bed had bed bugs and my wife had bites all over her. The manager only offered us a 15% discount and got mad because we complained and wouldn't book us a room for next year even though we were 5th on the list. Very unprofessional!

We stayed here for 3 nights during bikes blues, & BBQ week! We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa! The room was on the backside and ground floor! It was very quite and very well.managed property! They have a gazebo in the back to gather with friends! We gathered eac evening with our newly made friends every evening and had a social drink and just talked! Very.enjoyable! I didn't go to the indoor'pool but some of the other guests did and said it was very nice! The breakfast was very good each morning with eggs, sausage, biscuits gravy, and a waffle maker to make you a fresh.waffle, cereals, juices, pastries, etc... I would definitely recommend this property! Was one of the closest properties to all the events! They even provide water hoses, towels, soap, etc..to was your bikes!!! That was a nice extra!!! :-)

First of all...we Love Fayetteville. My son attends UofA on scholarships, and there is truly nothing that compares to this college town! The complete atmosphere...wonderful restaurants...friendly people...just top-notch. Now, onto my hotel review...lol. This is a great hotel. We rented a queen suite, as it was $10 less than a king suite, and two beds. Very nicely equipped with everything we needed; comfortable beds, which is a definite plus..the breakfast in the mornings is good as well, with "hot" offerings, not just cereal and muffins. This hotel also offers very easy access to the Interstate for when one is leaving...it's kind of off the beaten path as well, which is nice, yet easy to get to "hot spots". We stay here every time we go, because it's more affordable and has plenty to offer. Staff were friendly and accommodating as well...I've read other reviews, and I'm sure this can vary, depending on time of day, shift, etc. I almost forgot to mention...although we didn't use it, the indoor pool area was very nice...always had upbeat music playing....nice area.

Joe and the young lady who hosted the Manager's reception were the highlights of this stay. Rooms are definitely in need of repairs - and for the price we paid ($159.00 per night) is a disappointment. Check in was great - check out almost became an issue, but Joe came to the rescue and saved us from an unpleasant experience.

Get to hotel and no one at desk. When the lady showed up, she was not very happy. Ask her to put us close on the same side, and she had all kinds od reasons why not. I had called and ask for this to be done. One of the guys paid with cash and they wanted a deposit. When he checked out, they went and check the room before he could leave. The rooms were average, clean, the beds were comfortable. There is a lot of construction works here and they party in the parking lot till late. Breakfast was ok. The morning staff was ok. It is not the best , but it is good for a good night sleep.

The queen mini-suite was clean and roomy. The jetted tub was wonderful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The pool was great. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety. I definitely recommend this hotel.
