the rooms are spacious clean and quiet. nicely appointed. It's nice to have a good restaurant on premises. easy parking too the wifi is very weak and there's no fitness facility, so the hotel should work with the community center across the street to access their gym.
This is like the third time I have stayed in this hotel and I am always pleased. It has a great price, clean rooms, great shower friendly staff. The beds are wonderful. It's in a beautiful, scenic area. It's a Eureka Springs Trolly stop. So convenient. It has a great little restaurant next to the office in the same building.
Excellent motel. Offers a restaurant on site which is absolutely wonderful for this area. Few places to get a sit down restaurant. Food and prices were very good. Would stay here again in a heart beat. More motels should use this motel/restaurant as an example.
The beds are great, the towels are thick and fluffy, the rooms are large and comfortable. We had a King room and it had two soft chairs, an ottoman, computer desk and chair, and a wonderful view of the woods right outside the window. We saw two deers and an armadillo the first day there. Even though we did not get in the pool, we sat out by the waterfall and enjoyed snacks while visiting with friends. The restaurant is the best in town for home cooking. The salad bar is awesome! We ate all but one meal there. The staff are friendly and fast.
Inn of the Ozarks is an older property, but has been kept updated. I have stayed several times and always find the rooms exceptionally clean. The rooms are large with large flat-screen TVs. The food in the on-site restaurant, Myrtie Mae's, is delicious with an extensive menu and salad bar. (Be sure to order the Possum Pie for dessert.) Myrtie Mae's is one of the favorites with the locals, especially for breakfast. The friendly desk staff and restaurant staff make the stay very pleasant.
Our room definitely needs new carpet, but everything else was great! We required a handicap room and the shower was amazing! Nice comfortable bed, plenty of room to get around. Nice pool and game room. It's a beautiful setting in the woods!!
Room just as pictured! It was comfortable, large enough for two people who are just friends (so many rooms seem designed for married couples!). The bathroom mirror was actually bright enough to do one's make up. I liked that the sink area was separate from the shower and toilet so one could be in the shower while another was at the sink or drying their hair, etc. There was a full length mirror; they cleaned every day and all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The down side is there is no elevator so taking one's luggage up a flight of stairs can be a challenge for those over 70. The other downside is the lack of complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant on the premises and it was very good, but that means one has to wait to be seated.
After all the glowing reviews I was expecting something really nice. However that's not what we received in room 130. I will start with the cons and then share the pros. Room 130 smells old, stale, and especially nasty in the toilet/shower area. The white shower curtain is badly mildewed and needs replacing. The carpet is dirty and stained. There's a large stain located in the central area of the room. Maybe dog pee? I suspect the carpet is causing most of the smell. It either needs a deep cleaning or replacing. Actually all of room 130 needs a complete renovation with carpet, shower curtain, paint and wallpaper. But since this BW stays packed with church conventions, etc. I doubt any renovation will be taking place. Now for the pros: Dustin at the front desk is very friendly, pleasant and polite. Everyone we met at both the onsite restaurant and the front desk was always friendly and ready to help. The onsite restaurant is a huge plus. The food is great and so are the prices. In fact the onsite restaurant is one reason we booked this BW and the restaurant did not disappoint us. There's great water pressure in the shower along with nice soft towels which is a big plus since most hotels use those dreadful water conserving shower heads. The bed was comfy and soft with nice sheets and pillows. I do need to mention this is the first time we have ever visited Eureka Springs. I noticed all the hotels look dated so I'm not sure you can do much better than this BW unless you spend some big bucks on a Bed/Breakfast or something similar. Hopefully not all of the rooms are in the condition as room 130, especially with the odor. I suspect there are cleaner, nicer rooms because of the consistent good reviews this BW receives. I guess we were just unlucky being assigned to this room.
My wife and I traveled to Eureka Springs for our birthdays. We stayed at the Best Western Inn of The Ozarks. What a great property! Margie, front desk manager, took care of everything for us and made sure we had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and well appointed. There are many amenities to enjoy, especially the pool and game room Pavillion. Also, dining at Myrtie Mae's is a real treat. We highly recommend a visit there. Super staff eager to make your stay enjoyable!
My wife and I, along with our pet, just returned from a 6 night stay at Best Western Inn of the Ozarks. It was just a leisure trip for us. Some much needed rest and relaxation. And the abundance of amenities of this Inn, was a draw for us. Upon arrival and throughout our stay, the Front Desk Staff were cordial and courteous. Checking into our pet friendly room, we were disappointed. The initial room that we were assigned, was soiled so bad with pet stains, that the whole room appeared polka dotted with dark spots. It was disgusting. We requested a change of room and were assigned a different room, with fewer stains. My wife and I made do, making sure that we never walked bare footed in the room. So, the carpets within the rooms, really need to be addressed. It also would have been nice if the night light within the bathroom of our room would have worked, in lieu of having to keep the overhead light on all night with the door cracked open. And our every visit to the pool, we were greeted to a pool filled with leaves and bugs. I had to take it upon myself to grab the pool net and clean the pool in order to make it comfortable enough for my wife and I to enjoy. The pool needs to be cleaned every day, whether there is 2 people staying or 102 people staying. And a restroom. There is no restroom at the pool. It is required for the patrons at the pool, to either go back to their rooms, or climb the stairs, go into the lobby and down the stairs, to use a restroom. Do you think that every patron to the pool, including kids, is going to do either of those? Hmm? There seems to be plenty of room up under the pavilion to install a restroom. Just saying. Housekeeping was over the top. Each of our housekeepers were cordial, courteous and generous. They promptly addressed our every need. And we acknowledged them for it. Kudos to those girls. And Myrtie Maes Restaurant. With the exception of their eggs always being a bit too runny and their hash browns being a bit overcooked and crispy, everything else was great. The soup and salad bar, I loved, was a meal itself. Very good. And the Breakfast/Lunch/Dinners were equally good. The staff of the restaurant was again, over the top. Couldn't have been more pleasant and courteous. Thumbs up to Myrtie Maes. Another idea to mull over. Addressing the needs of the smokers. It would be nice if there were means for them to dispose of their cigarette butts throughout the facility, in lieu of them being scattered about all over the grounds. Again, this is all constructive criticism. My wife and I, still had a decent 5 days of R&R.
This was a reasonably priced room. No frills, basic room, no breakfast or coffee. We were there for one night and it rained. We were not big fans of Eureka Springs. These things probably affected our impression. Maybe the summer is better. Hot tub closed. Pool not open. Recreation are looked like repairs were needed.
Friendly staff. Very clean. Pool was nice and heated. I did not try the restaurant on site but it smelled delicious. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is bc the hot tub didn't work and some of the games didn't work properly in the game room. Overall, very nice and I definitely would stay again!
This is a great motel. We've recently started staying at Best Western Plus hotels and have been very impressed. We had a king room here and it was huge. When we first pulled up I was a little nervous because it has an old fashioned look, but I would highly recommend it. No complaints at all. We did eat at the on-site restaurant for dinner - also impressive. Home cooking but better than most similar restaurants. We didn't get to eat breakfast there but I'm guessing it's yummy. This place is a great value.
Every thing in the cottage was perfect.quite cozy. Bed was comfy. Plenty of pillows. Room was quiet never heard the people in the other room. Surroundings was clean that includes the grounds. Everything there was well maintained. Everything was easy to find. Pool was clean.
**5 PLUS STARS**If your travels take you to Eureka Springs, I HIGHLY recommend Best Western of the Ozarks. They are conveniently located near everything in town. The service is exceptional. The pool and game room also provide a nice atmosphere, and is great for both kids and adults. Myrtie Mae's is an exceptional place to eat, and the service is outstanding. There are a lot of options for places to stay, but I did my research, and I highly recommend Best Western of the Ozarks. You won't be disappointed.
I am a scuba instructor and travel from OKC to Eureka Springs about 7-8 times a year with students. I stay at this hotel for numerous reasons. They have the only place in town that you can sit down at 7am and have a wonderful breakfast with great service. I normally travel with my wife and two boys. The pool at this hotel is next to paradise. They also have an amazing gaming area for the kids of all ages. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. IF I have ever had any issues the front desk staff are amazing at correcting the issue. Thanks and I will be seeing you soon!
We were very happy with this hotel, felt it was great value. Rooms were clean & comfortable. The pool and game area is perfect for couples & families. We ate breakfast at the hotel's restaurant both days and were happy with the quality, service & price
My wife and I stay at the Best Western whenever possible. This location is no more than 10-15 minutes away from the Passion Play, other activities and restaurants and the downtown shops. There is a restaurant connected with the hotel that is very popular and even though there is no complimentary breakfast, it is very good and reasonable. The check in is easy, there is over 100 rooms and parking is right by your room. Would not have stayed 3 nights if I thought the accommodations and location were not great. Will definitely stay here again on next trip back.
I attended a wedding in the area, my family and I needed to stay several days. The hotel has lots of rooms and parking spaces, parking is quite easy and free. The building is old and not much updated. Our room is very dark, and I did not like the carpet. The carpet was very dirty. Obviously they did not vacuum everyday. My sole of the foot got very dirty when I walk around on bare foot. The bathroom is very small and tight. Beds are too soft for us, I guess it must be a good bed but it's old now. No breakfast included. It's hard to find a good restaurant near this hotel. I don't think will visit this area again, but next time definitely I will choose different hotel.
Great hotel with nice pool and rec area!!!!!!! Trolley stop, restaurant and had a nice patio area too
We come here a few times a year. Always a great experience. The grounds keeper to the game room young man to house keeping and the office people are the best I have ever seen. Great job!
I'm in a car club and we have nearly 40 Chrysler Crossfires meet and stay at this hotel in Eureka Springs Arkansas and we have stay at this same property each year for our 1 week event each year for the past 8 years now
Great amenities and location, pool area is an oasis and the gaming pavilion was great fun. My husband has been here for several conferences at the on site conference center and was so impressed he suggested we stay for a leisure trip.
The only issue we had was we left the room about 9am and went to do some shopping. We got back about 3pm and the room hadn't been cleaned so we told housekeeping not to worry about cleaning our room (we were going to nap) but that we needed new wash rags. She seemed very put out and cranky stating she didn't have any rags and made no effort to get us any. We layed down to rest and about 20 min later they're knocking on the door and coming in. Told her no thank you. We went downstairs later to get rags and a different lady said they were under staffed and laundry was backed up. Totally understandable.
Location: At the intersection of two US highways. Within walking distance of downtown, but it is very hilly. It is on a trolley stop. Hotel: Multiple buildings. Restaurant on site. Decent food, good prices. Clean. Quiet. Staff: Friendly and helpful. Room: We had a huge one bedroom suite with a deck overlooking the forest. Double sink vanity in the bedroom. Breakfast: No free breakfast. Fitness Center: None on site, but there is a $5 per day community fitness center across the street. Business Center: I did not see one. Other: there is a pool , spa, mini-golf, game room and maybe tennis courts, but I didn't use any of them.
We had 3 rooms each for 2 nights. 1 of the 3 rooms was dirty and smelled terribly of smoke. The front desk apologized, but offered no solution.
Clean, comfortable, well maintained rooms. Pet friendly,'quiet & great restaurant with home style food. Plus wonderful soup & salad bar. Great staff too!
The hotel did a great job handling a very large group of people! The rooms were very comfortable and cleaned every day. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the wait staff was great. I would definitely go back.
Good value for the price. Very clean room. Staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive to requests. Impressed with how nice and friendly everyone is in the establishment. Comfortable beds and the ventilated. Great for the humidity. I would stay here again if have the chance.
Nestled in Eureka Springs is a very nice hotel experience at the Best Western. Our group, 'The Friends of Alex von Falkenhausen' (legendary engine designer for BMW) holds its annual 02 Fest for our BMW 2002's. We love this location. It is an older motel which is very well maintained and cleaned with a nice meeting facility.
My friend and I stayed here for 2 days so we could enjoy Eureka Springs. The hotel is clean and comfortable. There is a trolley stop on the property which was nice. We had some good fried chicken in the restaurant one night for dinner and the breakfasts were delicious. The staff are all very nice and friendly.
I was attending an event at Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge, and whereas I usually stay on site in their lodging, I opted to stay at Best Western Inn of the Ozarks instead, since several attendees were staying there. It was a pleasant experience. Clean room, friendly staff, convenient location. I will stay again.
I stayed for a Conference. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms were nice and the bed and pillows were comfortable.
My stay was a good value - nice clean room for the price. I had to move rooms due to a faulty a/c unit, but the new room was fine.
I really like this property. Overall, it seems that Best Western is one of the few chains that seems to be upping their game instead of reducing customer services, but this management and staff have been top notch for all of the 8 years that I have been visiting. The rooms get obvious modernizations and the facilities meet all needs and expectations for both myself and the group that organizes the meeting I attend here. The only issues is that we meet apparently in an off season and there always seems to be some construction going on, It has not historically affected my visit, but this year it did as it blocked the most convenient access routing from my building to the lobby/restaurant.
No breakfast or restaurant discount. Parking lot needs repair. Clean but no extra items in room. The location was on the highway so difficult to get in and out of the parking lot on a highway curve. It was across the street from our event so very convient location.
My favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs. Over the years I've stayed here a lot. The restaurant is great. It's pet friendly which is a plus. Convenient to everything, centrally located, a quiet place to rest after a long day.
My husband and I were Very Satisfied with our stay at Best Western Inn of the Ozarks. Room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel Restaurant has delicious food. Thanks to Patsy and Dalia who took care of our table both were so friendly and kind. They made us feel welcomed. I can't even explain how good we felt there … hope everybody who visits the Eureka Springs could stay there! Thanks everybody from the hotel and staff! We are glad we felt safe and welcomed.
We have stayed at this BW location several times when visiting Eureka Springs. The rooms and grounds are clean and well maintained. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room had the typical motel amenities. The carpet was showing its age, but overall the room was in good condition. There were two floors for the building we were in. We stayed on the lower floor. We heard the foot traffic of the people above us, but it was minimal. No breakfast is included with the room, but the restaurant on grounds served a nice variety of breakfast items at a reasonable price. The motel advertises that is a walkable distance to the downtown area. That might be the case for someone young and fit, but not advisable for those in the senior years. The motel is one of the trolley's stops so there is that option for those not wanting to make the short drive to downtown. The motel has an outside pool (in season) and a game room for use by guests.
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I always appreciate a pet-friendly hotel, though we had to walk a bit of a distance from the room to find patches of grass. I didn't realize that the pool would be closed, but it was February, and no hot tub either. Also, I thought it was walking distance to the historic downtown but that would've been quite a hike. There is a shuttle but I didn't use it, I drove and parked in a $5 lot downtown. The restaurant is good, nothing fancy, but definitely perfect for families. Lastly, I really enjoyed going just across the road to the Gravel Bar (part of the Wanderoo lodge). There was live music, drinks, and a bar menu.
Stayed here many times. Always very, very satisfied. Rooms are always very clean. Restaurant is great! Best biscuits IN THE WORLD! Staff is always great as well. Beds are great, too. Great conference center.
The outside was clean, the rooms were big and clean with everything in good working order, the staff were all friendly, and the restaurant had good food and service, and the price you pay for the room was great. :-)
This is the second time my wife and I have stayed at this hotel and once again was not disappointed. The reception staff, Pam and Amy, were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Helpful and cheerful. The housekeeping staff also were pleasant and helpful. Our room again faced the woods which is what we prefered. The room was clean comfortable and warm. On the night we arrived we experienced an ice storm which turned the parking lot into a literal skating rink. The thoughtful staff phoned every room to check on the wellbeing of the guests and advised us to stay put until it had thawed. A nice touch. Thank you. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay by four days. This is definately our hotel of choice and we look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future. Once again a big thank you to the staff.
The hotel was not the newest, but very clean, wifi, and comfortable beds. Just what I needed. I do not travel 10 hours to sit in my room. I need clean and comfortable place to sleep and shower; this is the perfect place.
Upon arrival was greeted by front desk personnel with smiles and the feeling that this was going to be a great place to stay. We entered our larger than usual room which had a comfortable bed and huge screen tv. We ate several meals in the hotel restaurant, thou not a large menu it was affordable and tasty. Location was great and on the trolley route
Please don't let the low price make you expect less here. This place is super clean and the folks are all about giving you a great stay. our room was junior suit with sitting area in front of TV. There is also a small table, eating-height, and two chairs at Microwave and Refrigerator Station. Right on top of the hill as you head downtown and on the trolly stop. Great food at Myrtie Mae's right on site. we come for the restaurant but also enjoyed the one right on site.
Stayed here for an on-site family wedding. Wedding venue was fantastic, in house catering and cash bar were wonderful. Beautiful buildings, clean facilities. Our room was nice, fridge, micro, jacuzzi tub. Comfortable bed. Clean room. Beautiful wooded view. Incredible staff, super sweet and very helpful.
Bugs bugs bugs. Lots of bugs. Some rooms had bed bugs. No complimentary breakfast. Incredibly slow internet. Our AC would not stay on....finally had to just turn on the fan and it was then very warm and humid.
We traveled to the area for destination wedding at thorncrown chappel and the convention center at this facility hosted the rehearsal and reception! I cannot stress enough how attentive the staff were to our needs and went out of their way to accommodate any last minute changes and supplies needed! Langley ,convention manager, was extraordinary! Staffing issues in the restaurant proved the love the staff has for the customer as he and maintenance staff were bussing and waiting tables to fill the gap! I never once found anything out of place and the condition of the facility was Immaculate!!. A gift was broken at the rehearsal and the event manager offered to glue it back to gether!! I could go on and on about how well we were treated!! We will be back!
I can sleep about anywhere. A room is a room, right? As long as it's clean and orderly, I'm good to go. The staff at the Best Western Inn is second to NONE. We have never encountered such kind, warm and engaging people... and in younger corporate days, we traveled a LOT. If you want to be treated like family and know that people care about your entire experience, THIS is your place! We stayed in 3 hotels on this trip and this is the one I will remember and return to in the future. People remember how you made them feel.
Highly, recommend this hotel. Very caring staff, excellent clean rooms. parking spots are not marked by hotel room, so cars crowd out motorcycle parking. Breakfast is recommended. other bikers not staying at this hotel come here for breakfast. As motorcyclist we always stay at this hotel twice a year.
The room was clean and comfortable. The night clerk at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The motel offered many activities, in addition to a swimming pool. There was a restaurant serving all day. The only disappointment was no free breakfast. That cost extra in the restaurant.
GREAT service from everyone. QuIck response to every item! Nice hotel. Good location right off the main street without having to find parking or get into the traffic downtown. Definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.
The filthy carpet is appalling. This is not a housekeeping issue but the choice of the manager to ignore basic maintenance. Dark, dingy, cheap furniture. Crumbling grout in the bathroom. Having driven 6 hours and unaware of any money back guarantees, we decided to tough it out.
the ac unit made so much noise we could not get any sleep, and where we were the street noise was so loud we could not hear. the staff was very helpful and willing to help at any point. everyone there was pleasant and helpful.
The staff were nice. the room was horrible. the room smelled terrible and was damp. the carpets were stained and looked terrible. Basic upkeep was missing. I wasn't even willing to take a shower. We suffered through.
Arrived to a full house on Labor Day weekend around 2 pm. Our room wasn't ready but the front desk staff could not have been friendlier or more welcoming. Our room was ready about an hour and a half later. I had reserved a suite and paid extra for the private balcony but I wouldn't do that again as there is so no view from the balcony, only trees. Next time I would request a room on the poolside as there were lots of people sitting on the walkway outside of their room with great views of the pool and arcade below. Speaking of the pool and arcade, the pool area was absolutely gorgeous and relaxing and the movie at night was so cute. The arcade was also a lot of fun and we played the free mini golf course 4 times with our son. The room in and of itself was very dated and reminded me of an 80s movie motel, but it was spotless and quiet and service was phenomenal so I would absolutely return!
Room was nice. Shower was hot and our balcony was nice. Staff is wonderful. On site restaurant is 100% worth checking out. Will be staying again. On site pool and seasonal mini golf. They also have a sauna.
The hotel is older but well kept and updated. It was very clean and service was good. The swimming pool with the large 2 feet deep section was great for our little ones in the family. The family movie at night by the pool was an extra bonus we weren't expecting. We were there for a car show and had trailered the car in. The staff allowed us to park the truck/trailer in the lot by the conference center. I seriously doubt if we would have had an issue leaving the truck and trailer there but the fact that they had security cameras there made us feel even better.
The rooms, the staff, the restaurant have always been great! We requested a ground floor due toy husband's reactions to radiation treatment and they made sure we had what we needed. We love coming to this hotel! We will definitely be back!
Stayed at the Best Western and was so surprised and delighted! We were able to fully relax and have fun. We enjoyed the cafe on site. Their food and service was some of the best we've had in hotel traveling!! We also enjoyed the pool amenities and little fun center they had on site! Felt like a full nice experience and one we will talk about in the years to come!!!
This hotel was conveniently located with plenty of parking, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice pool with activities for families (including pool-side movies in the evenings), and the on-site restaurant was very good. I still need to try hush puppies on my next visit though, just ran out of time this trip!
Wonderful, quiet place to stay. Easy to find and access. Plenty of parking, quiet, clean rooms, and a great on site restaurant. Outstanding service in every area. Food in restaurant is well prepared, reasonably priced, and you get service with a smile. Would gladly stay here again.
Fantastic and beautiful location. The rooms were clean and the pet relief area was too. We ate our dinner in the outdoor seating by the games and pool as we had a dog along. Did not really use amenities but there were many available to guests
We have staying here for many years. The rooms are super clean, the pool and recreation are clean and fun for all ages. The restaurant is fabulous their omelets are light and fluffy along, with their pancakes. Salad bar is top notch!!
The hotel was in a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. The game room was a lot of fun and the grounds were lovely. The staff take great care and pride in the presentation of their hotel. I would stay there over and over again. It's really great for families.
A great experience from walking in to reception. The person on the desk was happy, friendly and helpful. Check in was painless as also was checking out. Our room was spotless and comfortable. We was fortunate to have a view of woodland. Everything in the room worked and the bed was comfortable so no complaints there. All of the staff that we encountered were polite and helpful. The pool was clean and refreshing with a small waterfall at one end. All in all we had a good stay and the on site restaurant had a good salad bar. We will be coming back to this hotel.
We came through Eureka Springs on our vacation and stayed only one night. We went to the Passion Play so we were back late and up early to leave. Due to this I can only comment on a few things. Beds: Clean, comfortable, no problems. Shower: Great pressure, plenty of heat, felt great. Room: (Double Queen)- room seemed larger than most Dbl-Qu rooms I have stayed in. It was clean and comfortable. There was a mini-fridge, desk with a nice chair, TV (didn't watch), an ironing board and iron, and all the normal amenities you expect from a hotel. The best part of the hotel was how extremely nice the staff was! We were fortunate to be able to check in a little early as our room was clean. They explained everything with good detail and were quick to help. They even give a little map to help you find your room and to show where all extra amenities (like the pool) could be found. Really went the extra mile here.
Rooms were alright but the locale was just great. I absolutely loved the Wunderoo Bar and Lounge and met so many cool people there! Front desk staff at the BW were just the kindest most knowledgeable people ever! The grounds are great for late night phone calls, the rooms are spacious and clean.
The pool is beautiful, outdoor movies at the pool at night was very fun! Mini golf was fun for the kids. Bummed that all the arcade type games were all out of order. The rooms were clean and fine. Nothing special. Bathroom was good sized. I don't love outside entrance hotel rooms so just an FYI, this one is. The property and room were just ok but the pool and mini golf and movie made it fun for the kids!
Went for my aunts funeral and they got me and my cousins adjoining rooms. We were able to be together and share many memories. The rooms were extremely large. We had a great dinner at Myrtle Mae's and then Breakfast the next morning. We were very pleased with our stay.2
Awesome staff! Highly recommend.Everybody from the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant staff were really friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was really quick even with a short line. Lots to do at hotel with pool and movie.
Me and my wife travelled with our kid during the July 4th break to Eureka Springs for a 4 day 3 night trip. We drove from Kansas City. Our check in process was pretty smooth, with plenty of open parking lots. The room was clean and had all basic amenities. We booked a room with a common balcony and was indeed the best thing as my kiddo could run and play there. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Eureka Springs to try a meal at Myrtie Mae's, the restaurant located inside the hotel. We all loved the food there, especially my kiddo who loved the herb grilled chicken and the fried chicken. Overall our stay was really enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you Best Western Inn for hosting us.
A beautiful facility, you won't be disappointed. The room was above par, and although there's no free breakfast here, you have a lot of places to choose from, in this wonderful community. My only complaint is that the towels smelled a little funny. Not bad, just a little weird.
This facility is nicely located into the forest but without the hassle of tiny parking areas. There's a sizable convention center and guest game areas ( mini golf, tennis, etc.) on the grounds. Room a/c was very quiet, although the bat exhaust was very noisy.
Limited choices available in town - this hotel is definitely a GREAT choice. I bet in the summer it is even better when you can take advantage of all the fun activities. Rooms are decent - bathrooms need updating. Great having a restaurant available.
We have a upcoming reservation on 20th January. We requested King bedroom with Smoke Free and Pet Free room. Unfortunately, they had none. But that is not the issue. The front desk Ms. Christi called me way ahead on 4th January. She informed me of the situation and asked me- if room with two queen beds will be okay? This is what we like. We are ex-best western owners. We value each guest and try to accommodate everyone's request. I admire Ms. Christi. real heroes of the team.
The accommodations were excellent. Room was pleasant, bed and pillows comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating of needs. The onsite restaurant was fantastic. Food was good, prices were reasonable, and staff was very friendly. The room had a guide that provided detailed information about the hotel, restaurant, tv guide, etc. This is something I have not seen another hotel do; I appreciated knowing exactly where to go to get ice and what was playing on tv.
The hotel is clean with everything working in the bedroom, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the prices were good too. The shuttle runs by the hotel so that comes in handy if visiting downtown.
We decided to travel to Eureka Springs for a get away during thanksgiving break. We stayed for three nights in a king room. We were very happy with the friendliness of the staff, and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable. The hot water was very hot with great water pressure, in our experience most hotels struggle with that. We ate at the cafe twice on property. The breakfast a typically cafe style breakfast. We also ate there on thanksgiving night and did not realize they would not have their typical dinner menu. They served a thanksgiving meal, that tasted like reheated day old left overs. That was the only complaint we had from our stay here.
We visit Eureka quite often. Sometimes on the spur of the moment. Usually Inn of the Ozarks is full but this time we planned ahead and got a room!! This place is the best rooms are clean, bed is comfy, dog area and the food was delicious. Most of all everyone is friendly and hospitable.
The lady at the desk was EXTRA nice & helpful. She recommended the restaurant that was located in the hotel, right next to the registration area & she was RIGHT. The food was very good. They have a great salad bar & the food was just like home cooking. After having a great experience with the food for supper, we decided to also eat breakfast there. It was awesome. Waffle was better than IHOP & the hash browns, bacon & eggs were perfect. We found out that many locals also eat there.
We spent two nights at this hotel on a family vacation to Eureka Springs. The room was clean. The staff was friendly, and the view of the trees was beautiful. But our favorite part was the game area that is included in your stay. My kids loved the Soccer-Pool game, and we also played mini golf and corn hole. It was also a great price. Overall, great stay!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The area was convenient. Parking was free and easy, close to the room. We had breakfast in the restaurant. It was good. The service there was good. That breakfast beat the breakfast at the Crescent hands down. We did not get to swim, so can't comment on the pool, but it looked clean.
I always love staying here. The staff is always welcoming and cheerful, the room is always clean. Myrtie Mae's is a really good restaurant right on-site. The pool is beautiful (even when it's too cold to swim). The trolley has a stop at the hotel, so you don't have to fight traffic or find parking.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice size and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and I would definitely recommend this hotel. The restaurant was also very good and the staff was very friendly.
This is a great place to stay 1 night or a longer. within walking distance to downtown Eureka Springs, I drove. Very friendly and helpful staff. There is also a restaurant in the hotel that is very good and reasonable priced. Pool area is clean and well lit. I give this hotel a thumbs up for family's or groups.
If you're ever in Eureka Springs, this is the place to stay. Clean, friendly, great location, and very affordable. Plus there's a nice little restaurant on the premises. We would definitely stay here again.
Rooms were in good shape, front desk service was prompt and knowledgeable. Sound disappeared on our TV and the front desk team got someone in that morning to fix it. The arcade games on property need repairs, though, and the ice machine on our floor went down on our 1st full day of stay.
Actually one of the friendliest, cleanest places we've stayed. Just a good stay. Always been satisfied with Best Westerns prior; but the outright friendly and helpful nature of this locations staff was better than substantially fancier hotels we have stayed at on other occasions.
This is by far the nicest Best Western I have stayed at. I tried to get accommodations for everyone elsewhere, to no avail. I was pleasantly surprised with EVERYTHING at Inn of the Ozarks. Friendliness and helpfulness of ALL of the staff. The cleanliness of the rooms and entire property. The awesome pool and recreation area. The delicious food at the restaurant. The comfortable bed. Convenient location with two Trolley stops and ziplines across the street. The perfect venue for our reception and delicious catered food from the hotel.
We travel quite a bit and found Inn Of The Ozarks to be a very pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The king room was a real surprise: quite large, well-appointed and very clean. Bed was quite comfortable. We took advantage of the on-site activities: played miniature golf and ping pong. Cornhole and air hockey also available Large inviting pool. Close to the center of town but far enough away to be a quiet area. Close to area attractions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.
Hot tub and ice machines did not work. Dirty shower curtain. Stingy amenities (1/3 roll of toliet paper, 3 towels and washclothes for 3 guests), dirty coffee pod still in coffee pot, outdated, dirty exterior walkways, overpriced for what it was, very disappointing
The Team Associates at this hotel were very helpful and kind. The associate went over our points and answered several questions. The associate acted like we were the only customer and he had all the time we needed. He offered us bottles of water and gave us details of the layout of the property. The room was very large and very clean. All linens and towels were new and well cared for.
You pay more for balcony and there is no balcony all floors are the same. For what you pay you should expect better service and if you choose breakfast rate for each of you this does not include your child.
This is a very-well kept property with excellent service from the entire staff. The on-site restaurant has a good menu and excellent food. We ate breakfast and supper there. Because this appears to be the only family-style restaurant near the hotel, Sunday morning had a 30 minute or longer wait for seating but the service and food were great. The pool is very nice, rooms are clean, bed was very comfortable. Grounds are very clean and full of beautiful plants. Front-desk personnel were very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. Overall we had a great experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Eureka Springs.
Beds are comfy & so are the pillows. Any staff member will help with any concern. Staff will return your calls. Parking sometimes hectic during VW show. Rooms are pretty clean. Manager is there to help with special needs like parking a trailer in a safe place for days. Has large pool and activities or kids in a separate play area with miniature golf, pool, & other games. Grounds are kept clean.
Pulled in Friday afternoon about 4 PM hotel looked busy, rate showing on different 3rd party venues were anywhere from 69 to a 100. Called the front office, don't like booking on 3rd party, they said they didn't have any rooms. I said are you sure, cause all the sites were showing that they did. what we do have, doesn't have car access. I said that's not a problem, it's just myself. they said do you have a Volkswagen. I said no. They had a special event here, they said well you can't park by your room but we'll give you a rate we have to charge you a 134. and that was including Triple A discount. I think it was really overly priced and they were just gouging because they could. An additional slap in your face was you got gouged for the price and then they didn't even offer housekeeping services. On a bright side, the room was very nice see pictures. The staff of super nice, ate in the restaurant, It was good staff was polite and smiling.
Location was great close to Historic Downtown with all the shops, Staff very friendly and most helpful. restruant was excellent really enjoyed our stay. My wife really enjoyed her Birthday.stay in Eureka Springs Best Western.
Friendly staff, great restaurant (we only had breakfast, but they were attentive and food was great). The pool and game area was perfect for kids and kids at heart! Overall highly recommend. We will go back!
The room was very large, very clean, and had no odors. The outdoor amenities were unexpected him and we appreciated being able to sit in the game area and play cards in the evening. We enjoyed watching families including teens enjoy the pool and the outdoor movie. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in the area.
My husband and I were very pleased with the quality of our room and the price. The room was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the fried chicken at the restaurant. We also loved the other amenities which included a mini golf course and game room. I highly recommend this hotel!
Such a great place to stay for vacation! We loved that they were pet friendly! All of the staff were nice and attentive. The restaurant in the hotel is pricey but food is good. Pool was super cold and a nice afternoon hangout! Mike that worked the outside game room was great at keeping everything picked up and in order. We will definitely stay here again!
Very good place to stay. Would recommend anyone to stay at this place. Since we had a family we wanted to stay at a place which was nice and also safety wise good. Close to The Great passion play which is a must.
Nice place to stay. Staff was all friendly and helpful. The trolley that runs around town stops here.Everything worked great in the room and was nice and clean. The restaurant on site has a very good salad bar. The only complaint is no continental breakfast or discount for breakfast at the restaurant. They offer free putt putt golf and some other games outside. They do a movie at the pool every night. We will definitely stay here again.
From the time of check in until checking out, everyone was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is easy to find. I Would recommend this place to anyone.
We will definitely be returning. We felt like we were in a small resort with the large room, tropical pool area and on site restaurant. Everything was above our expectations, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator so be sure and request a ground level room if needed. This is one of the best "Best Western's" we have stayed in. The on site restaurant "Myrtie Maes" had such a variety of food that we did not leave the property in the 3 days we were there. The pool area is beautiful and very clean with plenty of shaded area.
This hotel is in a tourist area and rates are high. Room was comfortable and they had great breakfast. We drove through 16 miles of switchbacks to get to this hotel. I would recommend this hotel if you want to spend time in this area, but not if you are passing through the area.
This gem is a diamond in the rough. Most places to stay in ES are adult-only B&Bs, so if you're looking for a place to stay with kids, you cannot beat this place's amenities and price. We stayed in 4 different hotels on this trip, and this was our favorite (and the cheapest!) PROS: 1. There is a restaurant on site, and it is excellent!! It removed a lot of stress of having to find places to eat in an unfamiliar town that caters more to vacationing couples. There is no free breakfast as with other similar places, but the food outweighs those free breakfasts by leaps and bounds, and is not expensive at all. My picky kids loved the food, especially the Belgian waffle. I loved the food. My foodie husband loved the food. Their salad bar is excellent - tons of choices plus homemade muffins. This was worth the price itself. 2. They have an outdoor pool on site, it's larger than most hotel pools, and there are plenty of places to sit, including places in the shade. Beautiful view of the mountains. At dusk they showed kids' movies on a projector above the pool. My kids were delighted. 3. Rooms were so cheap! I went in with low expectations because of the price and was pleasantly surprised. CONS: 1. If the most important thing to you in a hotel are amenities and being fussed over, this is not the spot for you. There was no housekeeping unless asked for, but this has become sort of standard since Covid. We would have liked more coffee, sugar and napkins in the room (and it was tough getting anything portable like this at the restaurant), but what a minor issue. 2. I really can't think of anything else. Some things people have complained about in other reviews: 1. Yes, there are flies that will get into your room, at least if you are there in July. But hello, you're in the woods, get over it. They don't have a magic wand. So we did have a couple of flies that got in but they didn't bother us much. I was grateful we didn't have mosquitos in the room, which leads me to believe they have indeed sprayed for bugs at some point 2. Yes it is older than most places, but it's comfy and rooms are large. We were all happy. TLDR: We loved it, and will be back, no question.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Owner actually helped in the dining room. Food was great as was the room. Can't say enough to convince you to stay here. Made use of the pool and in-room jacuzzi. Recommend waiting until you want to go to sleep, though. Too relaxing.
Clean, very nice employees, across the street from a bar with live music, good food at on-site restaurant- games for family to play - nice pool area - comfortable bed. - I would stay here again if in town
Great Basic Room. Room was large and beds were comfy. Parking was easy (which is a big deal in Eureka Springs). The cons of the room- the pillows were tiny and weren't the best. The bathroom is miniscule . The "arcade" area has seen better days but was super fun for our son (mini-golf, air hockey, pool). The pool is very nice and they were playing a movie at dusk which is a thoughtful touch. Price is fantastic. You get the feeling the place is well-run and it seemed like all the employees actually liked working here (which has been a change of pace on our Arkansas vacation).
Spacious rooms, great shower, the way the room/bathroom is set up allows for privacy getting dressed & using the restroom. They offer a game area where you can play a variety of games, including the mini-golf that we played. Staff was very helpful. Can't say enough good things about this Best Western!
The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The hotel has so much for the kids to do! There's a nice pool with lots of shade, mini golf and arcade style games. I would highly recommend staying here
My husband and I stated here for our anniversary. I was unsure how the room would be but it exceeded my expectations! It was a wonderful time! We truly enjoyed ourselves and can not wait to come back!
We complained about service and the Asst manager reacted to our complaints with rage and violence. The asst mgr was rude, threatening and defensive. I have never been treated like this in my entire life.
We come to Eureka Springs several times a year and the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks provides the best value for our family trips. Rooms are clean and staff is friendly. The restaurant is very good and has an excellent breakfast.
The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The property was a lot larger than expected. We stayed in one of the suites which gave us more space, which was great. Everything was very clean, except for a slight "vinegar odor" to the room, which I am attributing to the cleanliness of the room. If I come back with my family I would definitely consider staying here again. My only complaint was that the internet wifi signal was basically nonexistent in our room, but cell phone service was excellent so we were able to use our phones as a hotspot if needed.
Myself and my daughter had a great stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful.Well worth the price and the room was very clean.I would highly recomend this location.Pool was clean and well taken care of.
Enjoyed the on site restaurant. Excellent staff! Clean room, comfortable bed. You can walk to downtown just bring walking shoes it is up a hill and no sidewalks. There is also putt putt near by. All around good stay.
My stay was pleasant, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Everyone from the GM, Front Desk, Housekeepers, and Restaurant Staff was interested in making my stay enjoyable. The top floor with a balcony offered privacy and quiet. You really do not have to leave the hotel for anything, the restaurant in the hotel is simple but we did not have a bad meal, the food is really good. Attractions, Restaurants, and activities are all within walking distance.
Our suite was great. Very clean, with 2 huge rooms. So quiet all we heard were a few cars drive by, One of the few showers I've taken in a hotel where there was actually enough pressure to rinse soap and shampoo off. Bed was very comfortable. Only drawback was the quality of food at restaurant was not great, but the service was excellent and friendly.
We were amazed at the gorgeous forest view right outside our window and the room was mostly as quiet and peaceful as the view suggested. Our room had a jetted tub for 2 people which worked well and quieter than most. The TV in the room was large but had a very low maximum volume and the sound quality was as lacking as the quantity. We gave up trying to watch a movie on it. The on-site restaurant was a definite miss though. We had barely tolerable tough bland chicken sandwiches and indifferent service. For the low price we paid I thought this was a very nice room and property.
I stay at The Inn of the Ozarks every time I visit Eureka Springs. The rooms are always clean and the restaurant is good too. You are centrally located which makes getting to the shopping down town a breeze!
We had to have a very late check in and it was not a problem and we also were able to have a late check out. room was clean and quite. easy in and out and easy to find. We did not get a chance to use the restaurant this time it looked nice. we will try this place again hope to have more time on next trip.
Best location to visit Eureka Springs and the area. Easy parking in and out. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are very spacious (decoration is a bit outdated...) and everything works perfectly. The restaurant has an all american breakfast and in the town is a great option for lunch and dinner.
We were camping for a few days and saw heavy rain in the forecast. One last minute decision brought us here. It is THE BEST best western I have ever stayed in. The area was quiet, the game room was so much fun and breakfast and the restaurant was very good! We all had such a good nights sleep in those beds! So so comfortable!
We stayed here for my son's wedding. We had family from all over come into town and we were all roomed very close together. Which made it easy when we were having to go see family and take things from one room to another. Everything was fantastic, rooms, restaurant, front desk and all the employees!! We ate breakfast every morning at the restaurant and enjoyed it immensely, the food was great and the ladies taking care of us were fantastic! We also were in the convention center twice, once for the rehearsal dinner and then the reception. Both times everything was amazing and so beautiful! The food was delicious and the staff was amazing! Every time we had a question or needed something it was taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend this property for your next wedding or family reunion. I loved the added fenced in basketball area too. Everything was perfect and the whole staff was amazing!!!
Staff was very professional! Perfect get away! We enjoy getting away with family! Always get great deals! This Best Western Inn of the Ozarks was a perfect ending to our mini vacation! We will be staying there again! The breakfast was amazing as well! Super nice staff!
I was participating in an event held at the Community Center which was right across the street so I picked this motel. I was not disappointed. Room, though older, was well cleaned and maintained. Enjoyed having a very good and reasonable restaurant right in the Inn . I will stay here again.
Nice little hotel. Didn't stay when pool was open but the “fun area” was. Played putt putt, ping pong (wished pool tables were in use). Great staff too! Room was nice and clean. Maybe a little dated but I think most are in ES. We will be coming back to stay here.
We went to a Creative Memories weekend retreat. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant. Great food. The convention center was very clean and well kept. The staff were all very polite and attentive. We didn't experience any problems this stay. The time we did, the problem was resolved immediately and the staff apologized for the inconvenience.
Facility was clean & well maintained. Bed was exceptionally comfortable-I had 3 great nights of sleep. Lots of areas for morning/night dog walks & well equipped with bags & trash containers. Staff were all friendly. Check in was efficient, informative, & cheerful. Will definitely stay again & highly recommend.
We stayed in room 168. Huge room with everything we would want in a hotel room. The front door opened to the woods (which we love that view). Our room was clean, towels were great, water pressure for shower was just like it should be, and the bed was comfy. The front desk person was pleasant and helpful. This hotel isn't really walkable to historic downtown but definitely very close!! I would recommend staying here
All the staff were very nice and helpful including the little restaurant. I had a nice room but it probably needs a little updating or sprucing up. Carpet with frayed edges. Minor issues with the shower tile and hand rail. I think the compound is well maintained overall.
Clean and very concerned about yours and there well being in this difficult time quite and very comfortable can't wait to stay here again and again especially when it has a great restaurant attached with home cooked meals and friendly staff
Wow we love this town this place so cute so Quaint definitely a must come back to . The weather was cooler than we expected so pack well. The people of this town are so nice we felt the love everyday and everywhere we went. Thank you
My family and I stayed at this property for a short weekend getaway. The hotel is older but very well maintained. There is a restaurant in the lobby if you choose not to out. They have a pool onsite, but it was closed during our stay. Overall very satisfied.
I found part of a cpap tubing under bed sheets. Bed pad had obviously not been changed between guests. We were moved to another room just not the king we had reserved. Mattress in next room were worn out. Sometimes the water was hot and sometimes it was only warm.
We were so impressed by the staff of his BW. So willingly polite and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated, but are very clean and comfortable. Definitely worth the price and a good value for the money you spend. We were not bothered by noise from neighbors even when it was packed full of guests on a Saturday.
Everything about the hotel is first class. Pool, rooms, food, game room. Beautiful facility. Location is excellent and I challenge you to find a cleaner more well kept property. Everything was its class and we will return.
The hotel was extremely restrained due to the pandemic. Room maintenance was negligible. We travel with pets and the charges and restrictions were overly steep. The layout of hotel was very confusing in regard to parking and check-in location.
We had a rehearsal dinner/wedding here and it was awesome. The accommodations were just as they had said they would be. The staff was excellent and the food was great! We would highly recommend these accommodations for your next event in Eureka Springs. Everything was great!
Best western hotels are never my first choice but they were one of the few who took pets so we booked. Pleasant surprise! Clean, reasonable and quite. They have a restaurant on site and it is okay. No free coffee in the AM unless you use the poor excuse for coffee they put in the rooms. Nice area to walk my bestie. I stayed at the Crescent the last time I was in town but did not book early enough. It will always be my first choice but this hotel wasn't bad.
Older property that is well maintained, clean as a whistle and if you are looking for customer service and a “guest first” experience then book here. The front desk folks, the maintenance and housekeeping staff are extraordinary. The restaurant on-site (Myrtie Mae's) has a varied menu and top notch service especially from Patsy. Be sure to get the fried chicken. I've stayed here, or dined here for many decades and it's consistency and attention to their guests is why I keep coming back.
The check in was flawless and the staff very attentive to our needs and genuinely friendly. There was nothing in our two night stay that I would say was anything negative. Being our first outing in over a year, our hesitations quickly disappeared, and we thank your Eureka Springs staff and hotel for that.. We will definitely stay there in future visits..
This is the only place we stay when coming to Eureka Springs. They are so friendly! We come for Porsche Palooza, a family weekend riding Can-Am Spyders and Springtime in the Ozarks. Ask for Margie Tovey, she will take care of you like family!
We really enjoyed this motel for the 3 nights we were in Eureka Springs. It was extremely clean and the towels were good quality and appeared brand new. The pool was huge with plenty of areas to relax. The location was very convenient, just down the street from the trolley company. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. A special thanks to Justin for his kindness and helpfulness! We will definitely return when we are in the area.
Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. Large resort area with pool, gaming area. Plenty of parking for trailers.Reataurant had good food. Well kept common ares. Very close to downtown Eureka Springs. Would recommend.
This was a great place to stay with a family! The rooms were large and clean. The miniature putt putt and games were fun. The staff was really friendly. The location was excellent. We plan to go back soon.
Such a gorgeous view from our room to the pool. The restaurant food was amazing and the staff was super friendly! The front desk staff was super friendly and even looked up my rewards number for me as well!
Enjoyed the Best Western of Eureka Springs, Arkansas. I have stayed there two different times, and both were great. The hostess, manager waters and waitresses were kind and helpful. The food excellent and prices great. We ate all of our meals there. My husband has Sugar Diabetes and the selection of food was great for him. Loved the items in the gift shop. Great shower head, and pool. God's Blessings, Thank you Best Western.
Right in the middle of town with only a short drive to the local nightlife and attractions. A nice place for a conference. The restaurant is good and serves a very good breakfast. The front desk staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Check in was quick and friendly. Room was clean and big. Facilities all working, albeit a bit older décor but not outdated. Breakfast at the restaurant was quick and service was good. The food was fine but nothing special.
The room was very clean and kept up. The pool was fantastic and the outside game area was wonderful and well kept. My kids (9, 12) had a wonderful time. There was even an evening childrens movie at poolside that my kids just loved. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Eureka Springs!
This place could be great if the staff's attitude towards guest was better. We stayed two nights with the family . My interaction with the staff left room for improvements . First night we ate dinner food was ok at best . Which I could have looked over , but our server had an attitude problem. Second day we asked to have our room cleaned & their policy forbids them from cleaning your room until check out . Had a difficult time getting towel for my children when swimming. Like I had to prove the pool area had no towels . All these problems are personal issues that could be corrected in a day !
Was a great stay! The room is a little dated but the mattress was new and it was a clean spaces room. Definitely would stay again. Pool was amazing, restaurant food was good and a very decent price. Game room was fun also with fair prices.
I needed some time off because I had been working 6 days a week in a restaurant with no vacation in over two years. I chose Eureka Springs because it seemed relaxing and Best Western because of the location and the reviews. I was so not disappointed. First, the room was huge and comfortable. Second, the front desk staff was most accommodating. On a visit like this a working refrigerator is of utmost importance. The one in my room was not working so I went down to the front desk. Unfortunately, the woman said, the maintenance staff had left but she had another room, just like the one I was in, just on the other side of the building. I moved and the room was perfect and the view better. I was comfortable and well take care of. Thank you.
My husband and I stayed here for our 27th wedding anniversary. We stayed in a king jacuzzi room. The room was clean, smelled good and the decor was nice. The bed was very comfortable. The room must be well insulated because we never heard anybody in the next rooms or above us, which was very nice. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious! Although we didn't swim the pool is very neat looking and has a waterfall at one end. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay there again in the future.
This hotel is a steep downhill walk to the downtown. I would suggest driving which can be challenging. The hotel is meant for families. The pool was overcrowded with kids and drunk young People. If you are two adults looking for relaxation, then stay in town. The hotel was clean but could use a lot of updating. I could have stayed downtown for less money.
This motel was very clean and quiet and in a good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again. The only thing (and this is true for all hotels now) is it would be nice to have extra towels in room and bags to place used ones and trash in.
The hotel was clean. The hotel advertises a heated pool, but what they fail to mention is it's only for a select period. While we stayed the pool was very cold, we never saw an adult in the pool. It was just to cold. We booked the hotel because of the heated pool, so we could swim in the evenings, which was impossible. Very disappointed, will not stay again.
Loved it. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom was big. The food in the restaurant was great. The pool was enjoyable. The staff was so courteous and friendly. It was easy access from the main road. Very pretty.
Excellent stay, clean, friendly, beautiful swimming and garden area, food was great, close to everything , this will be our go to hotel every time we come to Eureka Springs . Only negative was when we went to Rowdy Beaver, awful service and refused to do take out order, staff rude, and ignored customers, only negative to any of the places we visited during our stay
Took a quick mini vacation to Eureka Springs, Arkansas with my mom, my niece, and my great niece. Inn of the Ozarks was perfect and a great location! It's right on the highway but the way it's laid out you wouldn't know it. Easy access to shopping and shows. We opted for the mini queen suite. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and having the sleeper sofa was a plus. We spent time at the pool and it was great. Very clean with plenty of sun or shade. We also ate at the on site restaurant twice for breakfast and once for dinner. Great food and great service. Try the Possum Pie! All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. We'll be back our next trip to Eureka Springs!
Love!!!!!! This place is perfect for anything or anyone! Perfect for couples, family reunions or just a getaway for your family. So much to do and see on the grounds alone. While sipping coffee, a doe and her fawn were eating below. What a sight to be gifted with this nuance.
Owner Randy and staff went above and beyond to meet any requests we had. Clean pleasant experience in the rooms and restaurant. Great breakfast and convenient location for our activities. Would stay here any time we have a reason to be in Eureka Springs. We had 8 in our group and there were several areas we were able to access to have our group together.
We stayed two nights while visiting Holiday Island and Eureka Springs. I can't say enough good things about the helpful kind staff (shout out to Connor). Rooms were clean and comfortable with a microwave, refrigerator, and a single serve coffee maker. We walked to the Gravel Bar across the street for a night cap each evening. There is a great taco food truck across the way (Carmens) which offers amazing Mexican food. It is a short drive to downtown Eureka Springs.
The front desk personnel were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The pool area was probably one of the nicest ones in Eureka Springs. The restaurant had a big variety of very good food.
Cery nice one night stay at this beautifully maintained hotel. While the room was small w/out a real spot to eat, it made up for it w/ a nice comforable bed and a bathroom that had the sink area outside of the shower/ tub combo. We stayed in room 116 looking out on the street and parking lot so not the ideal spot. Nonetheless it was quiet and peaceful. Im still questioning the placement of a TV at the Exit door to the parking lot but, oh well. We didnt sample the breakfast options nor really looked around the site. However, everything appeared clean and well maintained. Thank you for the pleasant, quiet stay.
Wonderful stay, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The food at the restaurant was consistently good and the staff were very attentive to every need. The swim pool was clean and the area around the pool was very nice and well kept
We enjoyed two nights here during a motorcycle trip to the Ozarks. Conner & Jack we're most informative and accommodating at the front desk. The gave us covered "cages" to store our motorcycles overnight. Jack even took us in the golf cart to show us the layout of the property so we knew where to go & park which is helpful when on motorcycles. The trolley pick up points to go downtown be are right near the hotel. And the insight test is very good as well as convenient! Our room was spacious and very clean!
We have stayed here several times. Great place for pets and kids. Always clean and well kept. We will be back. Margie is a great asset to the management. She always goes out of her way to help. Very enjoyable trip.
I hadn't been any place away from home in almost 2 years. As a best Western Rewards member, with an accumulation of points I wanted to get to the woods and found , to my delight , there were 2 BWs in Eureka Springs - Originally I was planning to bring my fat tire E-bike, but due to weather predictions of daily rain , decided to leave that behind. That turned out to be a wise choice as the extreme hills in the city. Anyway, Room was comfortable Food and service were great! I stayed an extra day and will return.. .
We stayed at BW of Ozarks in May 2021. Very accommodating to motorcycle travelers. We ate breakfast on site everyday and it was always good. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about things to do, places to eat. Centrally located and close to motorcycle trails and downtown Eureka Springs. Our room was clean and staff was always available for extra towels. We will definitely be back and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.
My family and I recently stayed at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. We found the property a little confusing at first since the main entrance is just around the corner, but that was quickly remedied. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. The bathrooms could stand to be a bit bigger, but that's just me. I'm 6'3 and my partner is 6'6”. We fill up most any space. The hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to. We will stay here again.
awesome people great facility had an issue but the staff took care of will stay here next in Eureka Springs. Randy the manager is very knowledgeable kind courtesy and understanding of the guest needs.
We were so disappointed in our suite! There was leak roof stains on the ceiling. Chair at the table was stained. BUT the worst was the urine soaked hide a bed mattress!!! When we opened the hide a bed it was like sticking your head into a bottle of ammonia!!! We were offered 40.00 off of our total! After I said really??? She gave us 100.00 off. I feel they should of comped our entire stay. I am so dissatisfied! The restaurant sucks too. The waitress just threw the silverware, napkins and drinks at us. When I asked for extra crispy bacon it was barely cooked. When I asked for it to be overcooked ,her remark was... would burnt be good enough for you. This place is a huge pass!!!! The only awesome part was (I think his name was Jeff) the night time front desk guy. He was only a couple of weeks on the job and beyond the expectations of a job!! He deserves a raise!!!
The rooms are quiet and clean. The staff very friendly and responsive. Some of our members from the Northwest Arkansas Camaro Club stayed at this establishment for the Arkansas Camaro Fest. Plenty of room for our cars. Secure. Will stay again!
My wife and I always enjoy staying at this hotel when ever we travel through Eureka. We have friends close by so the restaurant is a great meeting place for breakfast before we leave in the morning. the rooms are comfortable and spacious. It is an older hotel but nestled in the hills with great views off the balconies. There are plenty of things to do in the summer time at the hotel for the kids like a large pool, putt-putt golf, table tennis such. Plenty of parking too.
The staff was AMAZING! My room was spotless. The food on site was really good. From the front desk, to the dinner, to the housekeeping/grounds made me feel welcome and like family. My every need was met and with a smile!
Took getaway trip for 35th wedding anniversary. On arrival the receptionist was pleasant, welcoming and organized. The room was excellent. Decor was pleasant, balcony seating was exceptional. Lights, refrigerator, microwave all in working order. Furniture comfortable, clean and well kept.
The room was clean, comfortable, and roomy! It has an excellent location--near the downtown area. Very walkable. The rooms are virtually sound proof and the beds are extremely comfortable so that you have a very restful sleep. The balcony was a real plus and the game room was extremely helpful when the rain came down so hard it made going out unenjoyable. Even as oldsters, we played several games of ping pong and bean toss and had great fun doing so! We also found the staff to be superbly helpful and gracious every time we saw or contacted them. Truly a hospitable place! We highly recommend it! PS Other reasons for not using a BnB and turning to Inn of the Ozarks were that we desired privacy---including sound reduction--when using the toilet. Many of the BnBs seem to be lacking in this arena. Finally, as a woman, I need a vanity area to put my hot curlers, makeup, etc., with a good size mirror to prepare for the day. Again, many BnBs were sorely lacking in this. This hotel had all of these things and more! Oh--there is also a microwave and small refrigerator. Makes coffee making even more of a breeze than the provided coffeemaker.
We were extremely pleased with the comfort and size of the one bedroom king suite. It was HUGE! Front desk staff was very helpful in explaining the local trolley, selling tickets, and giving us helpful information. The service and food in the restaurant was good. Our room was very quiet and clean. we would definitely stay here again if we return.
Staff was great, room was clean. Check in and out was fast. Room was very spacious. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows available. Our room was in the back, so very little noise. Restaurant was pretty good too.
The room far exceeded my expectations considering the low rate. It was quiet large, with a jet tub and separate dressing area. I especially enjoyed the balcony facing the rear of the property so the noise was minimal. The front desk staff was so nice and accommodating with our late check in. I 100% percent recommend this hotel!
To begin with Eureka Springs is kinda weird to navigate and this hotel is no different, although the staff makes it easier and gave a map and walked me through the location of room completely. The hotel is older, so even though the room was non smoking, you could tell it had been smoking at one point, and as someone who is sensitive to any smoke, I had a sore throat within 20 minutes. The room was clean, the Ac was brand new and the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing. I'm somewhat a germaphobe and I filled the tub and ram jets to get gunk out before I bathed and saw that there was none which was surprising and made me happy! We were in the back and it was quiet. We heard nothing. Only issue was doggie areas needed mowing but we were happy our dogs could come with us! Overall not a bad stay.
We decided to travel to Eureka a few days before booking this trip during the week of spring break. They had rooms, we were able to take our dogs for a very small fee and we had no issues with the room!
The hotel staff is extremely professional and courteous. They are eager to answer any question and address any need. I have stayed multiple times at this location and will always stay here when visiting Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
There are lots of places to stay in Eureka Springs, but this one is centrally located, yet quiet and restful. Breakfast wasn't included, but the wi fi was great and the on sight restaurant had a varied menu with good food.
Great place to stay. Wished I would have known about Landry services. Food was pricy! 35 for 2 people to eat breakfast of French toast and omelette. Lunch was grilled cheese and chicken tenders and it was 45!
Outstanding staff! Restaurant provided great food and wonderful service. Randy & Terri helped plan and go over every detail of an upcoming event scheduled. Location is perfect. We saw eagles every day. Cardinals were feeding every morning. In the evenings the deer would come graze on the lawn. Great way to end every day!
Very disappointed in our room. Since this is a pet friendly hotel I asked for a room that had not housed animals due to allergies. The front desk clerk said they deep clean after each stay so room should be ok. Asked her what they do for deep cleaning and she stated that she didn't know because she is not a housekeeper! The room she put us in had large dirty cobwebs along the ceiling right above the tv! Those cobwebs had been there for a while. I would say their standards for cleaning and well below Covid basic cleaning standards! Showed clerk a picture of the cobwebs and she just kind of shrugged and said she would let housekeeping know. If you stay in room 208 I will bet the cobwebs are still there!
We booked a block of rooms for my sons wedding, Margie at the front desk was such a big help to us. Rooms were clean, nice decor, easy access to everything we did while there. Price was great & I got a good nights sleep. Breakfast at the restaurant was good also. I will be staying there next time I go!
From beginning to end, making the reservations with Conner, to cracking jokes with maintenance, to checking out, this Best Western experience was both accommodating and pleasant. The rooms were clean and fresh. I locked myself out of my room at midnight and they quickly responded. I was grateful sue to being in pajamas and barefoot. Would recommend, and stay again.
Clean rooms, comfy beds, good internet. I liked the two chairs and table so me and my wife had a place to sit and watch tv with the table for drinks and snacks. it was a quiet hotel with not hearing your neighbors next door was nice. :-)
If you get to Eureka Springs, Arkansas you should stay here. It's like home away from home. Nicest staff around!! And the home style cooking at Myrtie Mae's can't be beat!! The rooms are so well maintained and the conference rooms are beautiful!!
We had our wedding reception at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks in November 2020. Terri is the person who manages the wedding reception operation for the hotel. She was wonderful. She was knowledgeable about every aspect of giving a wedding. She didn't push but made recommendations and provided alternatives to make our wedding just what we wanted. She was always available and never failed to answer our calls or return them if she wasn't immediately available. She made the conference center into a lovely wedding reception venue for us. We had a few requests that were not the usual way they did things at a wedding, but Terri discussed our requests with the chef and serving staff and they made the wedding happen as we wanted it. We would also like to commend the chef and serving staff. The food was very good, with a good selection of foods, and it was served hot. The serving staff was pleasant and responsive to us and our guests but were never intrusive. All in all, a wonderful experience and a beautiful wedding.
We went for my daughter's wedding reception. It was an exceptional stay, we enjoyed the food and our stay, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Terry Paris worked hard to make our daughter's wedding reception one to always remember, we all had a great time.
I stay here everytime I come to this area. I love the rooms, as well as the atmosphere of the whole town. The rooms are great, with plenty of room to get comfortable. I've stayed here twice, and not had any complaints. Clean room, with semi private balcony. Paid a little extra for a jacuzzi tub, and was not disappointed.
We stayed only one night but enjoyed our visit. Check in was pleasant and the room was very clean and it was quiet. We stayed here before several years ago and it's still a quality place. We would recommend.
I recommend this hotel. The staff has a friendly, positive attitude and is very knowledgeable of the area. The room was clean, the bed was a comfortable king side bed with spacious interior. It is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops
Excellent value for the area. Of course while staying in eureka, a cabin would be the best way to go, however if you can't find a cabin, this hotel should be your top option. Great value, excellent restaurant downstairs, the staff was wonderful. The location is perfect. You can walk to the historic down town. It's less than a 15min walk.
Absolutely great view if you get a backside room. The Value was excellent. Close to town, town trolleys, hiking/biking trails, shopping, historic downtown restaurants. Offering inside dining. well worth the drive!
We stayed at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks primarily based on a very good room rate. When we arrived we found that our expectations were exceeded by far. The grounds were well kept, the room was clean and comfortable, and the restaurant had really good food. The staff were all very polite and professional. I highly recommend the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks.
Hotel staff was great. The rooms were clean. When the hot water went out to the water heater failing in our building, we were quickly relocated to another room. The decor is a little dated and the in-house laundry left some to be desired.
The hotel was clean. Had a great pool and game room area. Had a good restaurant. Price a little more than I like to pay. Excellent service at the hotel and restaurant. Close to downtown Eureka Springs.
Clean, comfortable room at great price. Good location. Big hotel. Ask for a first floor room. The hotel is showing its age a bit and could use a little updating.Great staff. Restaurant and guest laundry on site. Very good stay.
Great clean, quiet place to stay. Great restaurant on site Myrtie Maes which is awesome. Close to everything! Breakfast is not included in the overnight stay price but very good choices in the restaurant.
We just checked out yesterday, after a 7 night stay. This is our hotel of choice when we are in Eureka Springs. The rooms are really good size, nice and clean. We always pick a hot tub room so we can relax after our day. The amenities are a big plus, there is a pool with a little waterfall with lots of seating around. At night they play a movie poolside and you can lounge in the pool and watch it or even just pull up a lounge chair and watch, it's played on a large projection screen. There is also a game room, we played a little game of putt putt golf every night. There is also ping pong, bean bag toss, air hockey and pool tables. The staff is amazing, anything we needed we could just walk to the office or call and they would give them to us. The beds are very comfortable, pillows are very soft, we actually got extras because we knew they were very soft. We also took our 9 year old dog and she was very welcomed there. There are areas you can take your pet to walk them, and when we did that we found a basketball court that we didnt even know about. There is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel that can take you all over Eureka Springs and you can buy the passes up front in the office. We will definitely be staying there again!
This place was awesome. The hot tub in the room was amazing. There was plenty to do there. The onsite restaurant was inviting. The swimming pool was deep and chilly which was perfect with the waterfall. The free internet was fast. The cable TV channel selection was huge. The movie at the pool at sunset with the sounds of summer was relaxing and reminded me of being a kid. Finally, the upstairs miniature golf hut was really nice amenity. Playing 9 holes for free! They had a pool table and a ping pong table. The only bad thing was one pool table, couple video games, and skee ball game were all out of order but that was OK. Looking through the chain link fence wall we saw a lady deer and her fawn in between the pine trees literally only 10 feet from the pool and miniature golf hut. If you want some great memories, I highly recommend staying here. I know I will again!!
It is an older property but well kept up and clean as any I have seen. The rooms are huge, much large than more modern facilities. Did not use restaurant. There was a nice pool area, though again we did not use it.
We enjoyed a two night stay this week. Our windows had a peaceful view of the woods. It was QUIET and cool in the room. Slept peacefully all night. The room was larger than most chain hotel rooms, and also had a jetted tub.
We were there to ride our motorcycles in the area and had brought our dog along. The hotel is very pet friendly and reasonable with their pet deposit. There was plenty of parking for the truck, trailer, and motorcycles as well. The staff demonstrated traditional southern hospitality and was very welcoming.
This is the first Best Western that I stayed in that offered no type of free breakfast. No elevator and that makes it hard on elderly people. Do not pay the extra for the balcony room because that was a joke. The outside appearance of the hotel does not look like the picture on the internet at all.
The Best western Inn of the Ozarks was a wonderful place to spend our vacation. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The extra amenities like the movies at the pool, and the miniature golf in the game room were such a wonderful way to spend our down time! We enjoyed our time at the motel as much as we enjoyed shopping and sight seeing about town. The room was clean and the beds were really comfy! We felt safe spending our vacation here amidst the pandemic of 2020. The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us as well as our little dog, who also enjoyed her stay! We cannot wait to return to the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks the next time we visit Eureka Springs! And would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, clean, and fun place to take your family!
If you need a roll-in shower I would recommend this hotel and room type. The shower head extension was long enough to use if you have to sit on the bench. Pressure was sufficient. Room was large enough to maneuver. TV rotates to watch in any part of the room. Beds were comfortable. Wi-fi fast. Pool very nice especially for little ones, goes from 2ft to 8 ft. The only small negative is we were in the pool at 11:00 and not a lot of sun in deeper area so it was a little cool.
The rec room, pool, and movie night was an added bonus. Friendly staff and a very good restaurant. Had putt putt golf, bean bag toss, ping pong, pool tables and every night had a new movie you can watch from the pool.
This Best Western is our 'go to' stop for our car club each year. Amenities/price make it the best option. This is our fourth time here. I'd describe it as a mid-level motel, I normally don't like "Motels", but for the car club, this place works well. For a "motel" it is always quiet.
Very friendly people, descent rooms, relatively quiet, restaurant was good and prices are very reasonable. Waitress at dinner could have used some help, service was slow but she was very friendly. Nice pool and nice game area. Pet friendly for $10 per night was also very reasonable. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because I paid extra for a balcony room and it turned out to be a "semi-private" balcony (see picture) which was very inconvenient when you want privacy or have a dog that likes to run like we do. Overall very much worth the money.
Front desk staff was very accommodating. Apparently I booked two rooms inadvertently but they were quick to resolve the issue with no questions asked. Staff was also helpful with recommendations for restaurants and getting around town. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Game room was a really nice touch and the pool was nice. My teenagers even had fun there! Since we were there during COVID, they were extremely conscious about taking precautions. Great value! Only thing I would change would be to have a designated smoking area away from the entrance. I had to walk through a cloud of smoke twice. Highly recommend!!
If you are looking for a hotel to have a relaxing stay or have any allergies. I would not recommend this hotel. My wife has severe allergies and had to remain in a mask the whole time we were there. She even had to sleep in one. If you are looking for a hotel to drink, smoke and cut up - this one is for you.
This was the first stop of our vacation and it was a clean and nice hotel. They have a lot of things to do while we were there. Like Put Put, Game Room, Play pool, swim, hot tub. They have a dinning room that serves breakfast ( which was wonderful) and supper.
The pool, miniature golf and arcade games for the kids was great and entertaining for everyone in the family. Pool was clean and big. Rooms were nice. Very close to town and other stores and attractions.
Clean, large property with a beautiful pool big enough to accommodate lots of people! The setting in relaxing especially when the sun sets. Love the game room for the kids. Can definitely keeps kids busy here. The restaurant serves homestyle food and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. Second time staying here and will be back again and again.
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks! From Justin reserving our stay, to the ladies at the front desk to housekeeping to maintenance, everyone was very friendly and respectful of the distancing and cleaning. The pool area was well maintained and clean.
Tamara at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Especially when I accidentally erased my door keys with my magnetic phone case, she programmed cards up and then transported me via golf cart back to the building where my room was. Which I'm very appreciative of seeing the heat was intense that day.
We have stayed at this particular hotel a couple times before. But this time wasn't a very pleasant stay. TV remote didn't work.. they changed out the remote.. still didn't work. It was the TV that didn't work finally they did change it. No maid service.. And the restaurant food was awful this time. We have always enjoyed this place. but not sure we will go back there again.
Our large family (8) really enjoyed this hotel. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our tribe. The beds were comfortable. The hotel has free/cheap activities for kids. Our kids, the little ones and grown ones, enjoyed swimming in the pool, playing miniature golf (free), watching the movie pool side (free), and being able to play pool in the game room. We will definitely return. The only negative is there is no free breakfast.
We are planning on staying again next year. The rooms were clean, everything in good working order. Beds were too comfortable we did not want to get up! Cleaning staff was top notch. Check out was simple and they gave me both hard copies as well as sent email copies for our town records. Great place to stay.
Was there for an EMS Conference, the bed were comfy, the room was clean, the staff were very very professional and quick, we didn't go to Resturant this year, but we have in the past, they are very good and reasonably priced ...We had a wonderful time
We stayed here one night on the way to Missouri. Asked for a ground level remodeled room. That's exactly what we got. Beds were marvelous. Room was redone very nicely. We were on the back side facing the woods. Beautiful view. Love the area. We'll be back.
BW Inn of the Ozarks has become our go to place to stay when in town. (3 times in the past 9 months, 4th stay already scheduled for May) The staff, rooms, and amenities coupled with the convenience and quality of the restaurant I believe all make for the best value in town.
Awesome hotel to stay at. Very clean, friendly staff. Room decor great, comfee beds and lines. Great hot tub. Myrtie Maes which is in the hotel lobby is a most awesome place to eat. We will be staying here again.
Enjoyed our stay here during new years week. Clean room. Top rated breakfast restaurant and friendly staff. Bed was the best Ive had in a motel in quite a while. Note that all attractions in town are closed but downtown shopping was not crowded. Will for sure utilize this hotel on our next trip to the area.
Hotel was clean and pretty and staff was very friendly. The restaurant was wonderful, great food and service. The salad bar was so beautiful that my husband took a picture of it. It was all decorated during the Christmas holiday with Christmas music playing. We felt like we in a luxury hotel.
We chose this hotel because of the price and location. The Inn turned out to be a diamond. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. We had requested a room with a view and were presented a wonderful unobstructed view of the surrounding mountain forest.
Visible roof leak in our double queen suite. The showerhead was not adjustable. Beds are old. We moved a table to play games and there was food under the nearby chair from previous people. The absolute best thing about the entire visit was the resturant.
The little cottage I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Check In, Restaurant and cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. The property was neat and clean. We ate breakfast and supper at the restaurant and the food was very good. We asked around and was told that the Restaurant was a town favorite. I would recommend this BW Inn!
Nice, clean hotel not far from downtown Eureka. There is no evening trolley service, but since it's so close to downtown Eureka you won't have to drive far. Our room came with breakfast the next day which was pretty good. Will stay again!
The staff was friendly & very accommodating. The hotel has a nice restaurant with a full menu, as well as buffet options, and the wait staff was attentive. Our room had all the amenities we needed. In addition, our friends asked for a couple of extra chairs & the desk clerk was quick to respond & bring them.
Typical Best western little older rooms but they are large with comfortable bed. Several buildings so little spread out but equals quiet location. Thought we could walk down to old town area but steep hill down so not easy. Would stay here again.
Great place to stay. This was our fourth stay and all have been great. Breakfast is exceptional and servers are efficient and keep the coffee flowing.. We were greeted as old friends. The best vegetable soup have ever eaten.
Very nice for an older property. Room was clean and fresh, no odors. Beds had nice linens and VERY comfortable mattresses. Newer carpet, but older furniture, our chair upholstery was pretty tattered. Bathrooms look very new and nice. Nice landscaping with many tall pine trees. Noise level OK, had some odd creaking / clicking noises above the bath area and road noise does leak in around the doors. No free breakfast, was not offered any discount for on site restaurant. Good stay for the price.
Tjis is a very nice hotel with most guest rooms away from the road so road noise is minimal. The hot tub is very small but nice as it was cool out ...the pool was closed. We didnt eat at the restaurant but it appeared very busy...if you stay here we recommend you get a room away from the restaurant so you dont hear the constant noise of doors and car locks. Beautiful views in the back of the hotel
Couldn't be more pleased with our stay at Inn of the Ozarks. Beautiful property, well appointed rooms, amazing staff willing to go above and beyond! The on-site restaurant provides a nice variety and everyone was impressed with what they had to eat as well as the value provided. Highly recommend staying here.
This hotel has always been a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable & a excellent restaurant. Breakfast has everything you could want done well. For lunch or dinner the amazing soup & salad bar is the best I have ever seen. The soups are delicious so are we he muffins. Plus lots of salad options which are kept fresh. Also the Fried Chicken is yummy. And the hotel takes pets! Location is central to everything
I am leaving a review for the Inn of the Ozarks Conference Center. I didn't stay at the hotel, I attended a conference here at the Conference Center. The Conference Center was very clean and taking care of really well. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and it was excellent. The entire staff was accommodating, friendly and really seemed to enjoy having us. This is a great place to hold a business conference.
One of the best stays in a hotel I have ever had.The staff was wonderful the food was great and the service was second to none. The property beautiful . The room was huge loved it. Did I mention the staff they took great care of all my needs very friendly and helpful
Okay, it's a hotel. It's the staff that sets it apart from other hotels. Friendly, and more that willing to insure your stay is enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was nice and clean.
I have stayed at this hotel a number of times. The staff is great and the location is great. Always such a nice time. This is also a great hotel for business meetings. The convention center is really nice.
Over the years I have stayed at a lot of hotel. I will have to say that this in one of my top two places to stay hands down. Everything was top notch in all aspects, would highly recommend staying here!
My husband and I visited this restaurant after our hotel recommended it. The fried chicken was the best I've ever had! Thank you Randy! Our waitress was awesome! She was so nice and was a hoot the whole time. Thank you Rhonda for a great experience.
This place never fails me!! Its good all the way around for the price.. The rooms are always clean. The convention center is a hot spot for your meetings. Randy has a great crew working all the time!!
This is the second time we stayed at this hotel and would definitely stay here again if we are in this area. Nice, quiet, clean room, excellent shower and hot water. Farmers market across street, bought a few local veggies. We did not have any problems at all.
Your first impression of the grounds and lobby is immaculate, the king and queen suites are so comfortable and the restaurant is delicious. Best Western Inn of the Ozarks is the best value and best hotel in Eureka Springs
My husband and I stayed at the hotel in October while on vacation. The staff was very helpful and recommended a room with a balcony overlooking a wooded area. The room was large, clean and well maintained. The game area was an unexpected bonus and lots of fun. We would stay there again.
We stayed here while attending the Corvette Weekend. I'm pretty picky about where I stay and I could not be more pleased with this place! Room was spotless clean, bed was comfortable, staff was extremely friendly & location is great! There's a restaurant on site. Food is okay. Nothing to complain about. If you're looking for a place to stay, this is it!
This is a great hotel for motorcyclists, biker friendly, very clean rooms. Highly recommend. As a HOG member there is a discount even during the rally. Eureka Springs Arkansas is a great little town, very friendly. Hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate.
My wife and I came down to Eureka Springs for the 29th annual Corvette weekend. The hotel was very clean, the food was very good, all in all an excellent weekend there. We have made our reservations there for next year, really looking forward to the visit. The only negative thing I could say was, the restaurant opened at 7 o'clock and we had to be someplace at 7:30 so we couldn't take advantage of the morning breakfast. Other than that, excellent day.
Nice property. Spread out with parking for trailers etc. Beautiful back drop trees, green hills. The pool area is great with plenty of tables, chairs and loungers. There is also game area for the kids. The restaurant on the property is quite good and offers complementary coffee to hotel guest. Front desk was quick and easy with information on the local area.
My stay at the Best Western in in Eureka Springs was great. The food at the restaurant was second to none. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the over all experience makes you want to stay for a little while longer. The rooms are very clean and quite comfortable. The hotel is very well maintained. I would recommend it if you are in the Eureka Springs area.
We ent for BBB this past weekend. Great staff and great people staying in the hotel with us! This was our 3rd time staying here and we booked rooms for next year as well. Room was spacious and clean. You Can sit out by the wheel and relax as well.
Personnel were geat and very helpful. Area was very quiet and peaceful. Room was very clean. Pool was still open and clean. Great location right on Highway 62. Hot tub area was clean. All the trees made it very pleasant.
Nice place no free breakfast kind of pricey. Great location and very clean but if you are a budget vacationer you might need to look at some place not so expensive. I book just because this was a group trip and I had no choice
I've stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times in the last 12 months and never been disappointed with anything. The game area, pool with swim-in movies, attractive grounds and consistently clean - really clean - rooms have made each and every visit a real pleasure.
I was extremely satisfied with my stay here and hope to come back. The bed was to die for and I plan on getting a mattress just like it if possible. I did not want to leave cause I slept so well. The only complaint if you want to call it that is that the nightstand was a tad too small.
This is a very nice hotel, and is staffed with wonderful people. The property has many amenities, and yet is very convenient to all that Eureka Springs has to offer. The restaurant is very good, and the breakfast is excellent.
price was reasonable, staff was friendly. Upstairs was very narrow and difficult to get up and down with bags. Room smelled terrible (musty). States dog friendly but their are only a handful of very small spots where you can walk your dog.
We had a group staying at the Inn of the Ozarks. Our rooms were clean, neat and very comfortable. Service was quick and accommodating. The restaurant served a very good breakfast with a friendly wait staff.
Rooms are large and very clean. The staff was excellent, very accommodating and friendly. The full service restaurant was excellent. Great wait staff and the salad / fruit bar was beautiful and delicious.
This is a expansive motel that has great spacious rooms. The rooms are emaculate with TV, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, desk, hair dryer and two large comfy chairs. The grounds are great with pool and even a basketball court. There is a restaurant on the premises. However, the motel does not provide a free hot breakfast. There is plenty of parking so there is no problem of trying to find a place..
This hotel was an unexpected surprise. Eureka Springs was a side trip that was unplanned. We had no hotel reservations. Best Western had a vacancy and the price was very reasonable. The Room was nice and clean. But the highlight of my stay was the restaurant inside the hotel. The most excellent food great salad bar. The wait staff was top notch. One waiters in particular I cannot remember her name, had been there since 1983 and she was priceless. This Best Western is definitely the place to stay in Eureka Springs. We are going to go back. We are planning another trip within the next year
Excellent, clean, quiet location. Close to downtown.as a local trolley stop. Easy access to lots of things to do. I would definitely stay here again. Also, has a stand alone restaurant available on site. Restaurant has very good food and good service.
The hotel is made up of several buildings, and we have stayed in 2 of them. Very nice. Also a wonderful conference center. All the workers there are pleasant & helpful. The restaurant is very good, and wonderfully priced.
Folks are very nice here. Motel including my room was very clean. Beds and linens are very clean and in good shape. Although this was a personal trip rather my normal business trip, I tend to rate motels on whether I would take my family there or not. This facility definitely is a place I would feel comfortable taking my family too, knowing they can receive a clean comfortable room. My next trip to Eureka Springs will be here.
Drove 14 hours straight on business. Maid staff were rude and WILL NOT let you sleep despite declining maid service every way the hotel gives you. Do not disturb signs are useless, maids will attempt to enter your room anyway while your in bed and knock and when you don't answer they will then call. Felt almost harassed by maids. If your looking for rest, you won't get it at this location. Mangers were sympathetic to our complaints but we left 3 days early because of the constant bothering from maid service. Great location, easy in and out which is convenient for business trips.
Great ride to the Ozarks. Best Western was exactly the right place to stay. One of our group had a birthday while we were there and was treated to a special desert in the restaurant. We'll definitely stay here again.
This is a nice hotel and a good value. The rooms are spacious and the hotel staff very friendly. Nice pool and hot tub, also there is a basketball court. Rooms are a bit "fragrant" to mask the smell of former smoking rooms, I think, so if strong fragrance allergy is an issue I would avoid this hotel. The hotel restaurant is very good. Close to downtown.
It was a great place to stay. It would be great for a family reunion everything you need to entertain children of all ages. We had alot of fun even when it rained. Will come back and stay here. Great pool and other games and a great place under game room to just hang out oh the show movies in pool area at night.
Great being in the woods and in a hotel at the same time. Room great except for fragrance when I arrived(allergies). Told housekeeping next day, it went away. The lighting in room could be better, but no problem unless you want to read a book, etc.Good restaurant, great service. I'd stay again in fragrance free room.
After staying in a few different hotel options during our journeys to Eureka Springs, The Best Western of The Ozarks is by far the family favorite! The hotel's location is perfect for anyone staying in the area, plus it has great value for the price. Check in went smoothly, as the desk lady was polite and courteous, as well as the rest of the hotel's staff. The lobby was also very nice. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, and not tightly crowded like most hotels. The room was complete with a nice balcony in which you can sit and enjoy the fresh air. There was a very nice pool, with a nightly movie showing, a game room, and even a mini golf course. A popular in house restaurant is also located on the property near the lobby. Best Hotel in Little Eureka Springs!
Nice pool & game room for the kids, breakfast at motel was good. Slept great and also had places to put motorcycle under cover in case of storms. Had lots of seating around pool, so that was nice to hang out for our group.
We love this place! Located close to town and the trolley will stop there if you don't want to drive, you can just ride the trolley. Room was clean and neat. Awesome outdoor swimming pool with a waterfall and in the evening they have a family friendly movie playing that you can watch from the pool area. Plenty of seating around the pool and some plants/flowers. The only thing we didn't like is that the pool area closes at 10pm. We would like to have stayed there longer just to relax, look at the pool and listen to the bug night sounds. We didn't want to swim, just relax. There is also a game room and a place with tables that you can sit out at night. Hot tub also that closes at 10pm.
We chose this property for our stay because we have enjoyed it several times in past years. The room was clean and comfortable (the beds are so nice!). The staff is friendly and efficient and the restaurant on the property is always a great experience.
They are in process of updating and it shows. Good customer service. Gals at front desk recognized our Diamond Elite status with BW rewards. They have a small area with a tiny miniature golf area, air hockey, pool , the ski balll was down . And a couple of other things didn't work but was fun none the least . A pretty pool . Hot tub needed cleaning.. there was a family reunion going on and some unattended loud kiddos . They have a movie that plays at the pool in the evening. No free breakfast, there is a restaurant on site . Food is ok, not spectacular. I would like to see them give a discount to hotel guests . There is a trolley stop on property so you don't have to drive downtown and try and find parking. The King Jacuzzi was nice, not fantastic. But clean! The air conditioning was having trouble staying regulated . The WiFi is not great but worked occasionally. Our room faced the woods and is a pretty view. I would say it's a little better than a standard BW but not a BW plus . I would stay there again as long as the customer service recognition for our Elite rewards and we were upgraded. You have to remember Eureka Springs has a very high tax rate .
Call ahead and get someone in sales to assist you with your reunion. They will block rooms and give you a fair rate. They will also assist you with suggestions for using other venues on their campus. Best Western Inn of the Ozark is in a great location in Eureka Springs, AR.
This hotel has an awesome pool & outdoor arcade area: pool tables, ping pong, mini-putt putt golf, etc. Plenty to keep busy kids happy. In the evening they pulled down a screen and showed a movie that you could watch from the pool area. Would be a wonderful hotel location for a family reunion.
My niece just got married there yesterday. We stayed there for two nights. The rooms were clean and the beds were very soft. The view from my room was spectacular. The only complaint I could possibly think of is the fact that the AC unit was acting strange. The second night is in the working fine and we slept much better.
A clean, comfortable place to stay. The staff is very helpful in directing you how to get around town. The only drawback is that they are on the outer edge of town so if you plan on doing anything downtown you'll need to either drive (not recommended due to lack of parking) or take the trolley (reasonably priced for an all day pass - very much worth it). The staff helped us get what we needed to ride the trolley and ensured we knew which line take and stop to get off when we wanted to return to the hotel. I would stay here again for sure. Be prepared they do NOT offer a complimentary breakfast and the restaurant onsite (Myrtie May's or something like that) is not a gluten free friendly place - the staff at the restaurant was rude when I asked questions. This is not a reflection of the hotel itself which is great the four stars is because when we booked it we thought it had a complementary breakfast. We were disappointed to find out it didn't so we weren't prepared for breakfast since I can't eat at the restaurant onsite.
Our room was fairly nice and roomy but the AC needed a little repair but worked well enough.. The food we ate was really good but the staff at this hotel was very good. Helpful to any our needs and very fun and freindly. We will stay here again any time we would go back to Eureka Springs.
Not a bad place at all. Very average hotel. It was clean and updated. The only issue was the room smelled musty. The pool was clean and plenty big. Nice lawn chairs and there was an outdoor covered play area with games.
Describe the service you experienced - Awesome Tell us how you liked the room - Great Talk about the location & amenities- Nothing was closed/out of service Say what you liked best & least - room and area for group visiting/congregating
The Fried Chicken in the resturant was the best I've ever tasted and that includes several visits to the world famous Willie Mae's Scotch House in New Orleans, LA. It is a must try for all who visits the Eureka Springs, Arkansas area.
King room - was very large, nice sitting area to read, room was located facing the trees and away from pool and very quiet. Hotel has a full restaurant, not the normal BW breakfast/coffee area as we normally have. Will make reservations for the fall and request same room/area.
very clean. nice place. are you kidding me? 200 characters minimum? I said what I want to say, shortly and succinctly, and now I am typing to meet this minimum character requirement. unbelievable. almost done. bingo
We had a 25 person motorcycle group on a holiday weekend. A very friendly accommodating staff. Very clean room and facility overall. Very comfortable bed. Restaurant was a little slow but not terrible. Only bad experience for me personally was keys stopped working and it took desk staff 3 tries to activate again.
It's the best hotel I've stayed at! I'm not just saying that because I work here! The rooms are always very clean, it's a comfortable place to relax after a long day on the road or after work! I recommend others to definitely stay here!
The staff, property and amenities are top notch. Margie and her staff always go out of their way to assist with our stay and are very friendly. We love to be able to sit out on the balcony and we appreciate being able to stay at such a nice, clean property with our fur babies.
Had an enjoyable stay. Would stay here again if back in the Eureka Springs area. The property is a little dated but this is on par with the other properties in the area. Eureka Springs is like a step back in time. Only minor complaint is the guests above stomping in running around their room at 6am. A call to the front desk rectified the situation.
There are quite a few quality hotels in Eureka Springs. This is one of the best. Well maintained, clean rooms - and I mean CLEAN, good restaurant, nice setting, easy access from a main road but not at all noisy, clean pool with swim-in movies, game pavilion - fun for the whole family. One of the best.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are friendly. The onsite restaurant is reasonable and the food is delicious. We did not take advantage of all amenities since it was a spur of the moment trip but we are looking forward to our next visit!
Overall the hotel is very nice, the staff is very professional and the rooms are very clean with all of the amenities that anyone would use. The only drawback is the on site restaurant very limited food for Vegetarian. Also the menu doesn't reflect that wine may be serve with dinner, even though it is available.
This sprawling property set in a quaint ozarks town is held together only by the dedication of its staff. The structures are old and crappy. My unit had walls of an indescribable color I can best describe as puce. A hideous green yellow color. The floor was covered with brown swirled carpet that added to the dirty sock smell that hit me in the face upon entry. I turned off the air conditioner because I would never have been able to sleep thru the racket. I could hear every step of the folks upstairs thru the hollow ceiling. Despite how little attention best western paid to updating this property, it was cleaned as well as staff could manage and front desk was very nice.
Other than being a older hotel, it is very clean and well kept. The restaurant on the property is very good. This hotel is located close to restaurants and a very easy, short drive to the old down town eureka springs.
We arrived late but staff were very courteous. Room was ready, temperature controlled, clean, everything worked, and beds were very comfortable. We were there for two nights and slept well both nights with no noise. This location has an onsite restaurant that was excellent. Every staff member of the Inn and restaurant were smiling, personable, and never failed to meet all of our needs. We would stay there on any future visits. The Best Western Inn of the Ozarks is not to be confused with another Best Western in town on the same street. Remember “BW Inn of the OZARKS” when booking.
A friendly atmosphere and great facilities. Great place for business conference groups. Located in a community of interesting spots to shop and visit. Surrounding region has some worthwhile local visits.
My mom and I spent the night 03/31/19 at this hotel. They were very accommodating, getting us a downstairs room with parking right at the room. Staff was lovely. Very clean, great night's sleep and quiet, even though the rooms aren't far from Van Buren street. Would definitely stay again!
Third time at Inn of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs. Excellent service, nice inn, nice conference center; floor is having a problem. Clean, comfortable room, with good furnishings. Good internet service, good location. Great staff, great restaurant with fine salad bar. Work underway in part, upgrading. Look forward to staying again next year.
This was my first stay at this facility. The grounds are well kept and well lite. I felt safe walking the property. The room I stayed in overlooked the woods which was beautiful. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean. Very impressed with this property. Great location to some great restaurants in Eureka Springs.
Nice room with very comfortable bed and pillows. A very nice restaurant onsite. People working front desk and restaurant are wonderful. The room is musty smell but it's clean. Newer amenities. Fridge, flat screen tv, granite bathroom countertop, new bedspreads, linens and shower curtain. Great location for touring the area. Heating and cooling unit is loud.
Stayed for an evening with the GF and Kids and had a great evening. The room was comfortable and the bedding was exceptional. Great Staff and Location. Parking was plentiful given the size of the hotel and lot it is situated on.
No complimentary breakfast, the outside putt putt and pool tables were locked up, I asked if they could open the gates, I was just told no. I am usually very happy with Best Westerns but this won was pricey for what you got, or should I say didn't get.
This hotel is NOT up to the higher standards of Best Western Hotels. It's honestly more like the old 'Motels' of yore. Upon entering the room, a sickening perfume smell was evident. I immediately turned on the A/C in an attempt to air out the room while we were gone for dinner. When we returned, the smell was still there and the A/C was barely cool even on the coldest setting with the fan turned on high. I was so tired from traveling with family all day to get there that I decided to deal with the perfume and not ask to change rooms. I always check the mattresses in any hotel to make sure there are no bed bugs and if the mattresses are stained. Both mattresses appeared to be very worn and far from new condition. Just to be safe, I remade the beds with towels under the sheets to protect us. The bathroom is claustrophobic small and the rest of the room seemed old, worn, and outdated. I didn't feel like the carpets were clean, otherwise, why so much perfume? Also, I noticed other guests going in and out of their rooms with a variety of pets, therefore, if you are allergic like me, BE CAREFUL staying at this hotel! Neither of us slept most of the night as the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on in adjacent rooms. Unfortunately, we got stuck next to a couple of old coots that talked loud, coughed, and snored ALL night long!!!! As for their pay-for-your-own awful breakfast at Myrtie Mae's restaurant on the property, go anywhere else, even Burger King would qualify as an upgrade. Needless to say, we will never stay at this hotel again.
Husband and I needed a quick spring break getaway with the motorcycle and had never been to this area. We liked the TA reviews and gave it a try - not disappointed!! Staff was super friendly. We managed to get a “junior suite” and covered storage for the bike. Room was very clean, bed was comfy, and the black-out curtains let us sleep late. Great location for exploring, shopping, and riding. Be aware that some town roads are STEEP, so take your time when following your GPS's route!
Right after checking in maintenence came to fix a leak. They discovered that the sink was falling. Within seconds they had found me another room and I didn't touch a suitcase. They moved everything for us. Brenda was dynamite at the front desk and the breakfast area was the cleanest and most well stocked of any we had seen in the past three weeks, that we had been on the road.
We visit Eureka Springs five or six times throughout the season we have not found establishment to stay in that even meets the quality of this Best Western the staff is amazing makes you feel like family the rooms are super clean with pillow top mattresses and the finest of living and towels the restaurant is attached to the motel and has the finest homemade quality food in the area there's a lot of restaurants to choose from but we always eat there at least once or twice during our stay the management is very present and always checking to ensure that your stay is going well the amenities at the hotel are you great outside pool basketball gaming area very family-friendly
The staff and restaurant at this Best Western is first rate. Thank you for your great service. The food at the restaurant is worth the trip to Eureka Springs. We travel with a small dog and he was welcomed. Thanks Everyone.
We have stayed here several times. We attend the Creative Memories Scrapbook Retreat. We enjoy Myrtie Mae's. The salad bar is amazing! The rooms are clean and comfy. The Convention Center is always busy, but the staff are never too busy to stop and talk or help. We have 2 dinners at the Convention Center. On Friday night we normally have a French Dip Sandwich and Saturday Night we have a family style Chicken Dinner. Friday night's meal is not the best. The sandwich has thick cut beef with no topping and au jus for dipping on a hoggie roll. Just not good. On Saturday, the Chicken Dinner is really good!
This hotel isn't fancy but it is clean, beds are comfortable, towels are high quality and is a good location. There is a popular restaurant on property which is a benefit when the town is busy or in low season when everything is closed. Staff is friendly. I thought the price was a little high for the low season after I compared it to other hotels such as The Crescent Hotel. That was disappointing and I wished I had shopped around more in advance but I knew this hotel and was comfortable with it so I booked it.
This property is reminiscent of the 60s. Unlike many older properties, the room was extremely clean and clearly attempts have been made to update the rooms. The staff was professional. The attached restaurant reminded me of traveling in an earlier time. Our breakfast was excellent and the salad bar for the upcoming lunch service made us wish we were staying a bit longer.
Overall nice and clean place to stay in Eureka Springs. Close to everything in Eureka and good sized room with comfortable king bed and recliner chair. Plenty of parking and easy to check in and out. The breakfast was good and priced reasonable.
Our first experience at the hotel was checking in with Margie. She took care of us quickly and passed on some helpful information about getting around the City. The restaurant breakfast was delicious, the wait staff was friendly and pleasant and check out was quick and easy. The room, although a bit dated, was comfortable, large, very clean and very nice. We've been coming to Eureka Springs twice a year since 2003, staying at another facility, however, even though it cost more than the previous place, we have found new accommodations at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks and have made reservations for the same suite in the spring - can't wait to come back and enjoy the balcony when the weather is warm.
Thin walls and a lot of noise from partying guests but good rate for a best western but not a higher end hotel for this chain. Restaurant was amazing . Don't know if I would stay there again but we would defiantly eat there
This is a decent room for a pretty good value. Everything seemed clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. My only real complaint is that we lost power around 4(ish) am on Sunday morning causing the smoke detectors to chirp every 5 minutes for about an hour or so. Other than that it was very quiet and everything else was great. We will definitely stay here again.
The buildings are a little dated but the staff from the maids to the front desk are very friendly and go out of their way to tend to your needs. The restaurant has a large menu of comfort food and in my estimation it is the best restaurant in Eureka Springs. The pool is well maintained and the amenities such as pool table and other games will keep your family entertained.
Nice, clean & friendly! Great venue for NYE Celebration. The entire party package ( included photo staging, balloon drop, champagne, midnight sandwiches and dip & chips)makes for a wonderful time with dancing & live band & food that was scrumptious. They even had great prices to entice you to extend your stay.
I was looking for a last minute place to spend the night and happened on this little gem of a place. It was very clean and in excellent condition. Staff was courteous and friendly. My one complaint was that the water pressure from the shower head was not quite up to my standard of satisfaction. But overall, I couldn't complain too much due to the value.
I made a quick trip for business, and this hotel was recommended by a colleague. My room was clean and the bed was really really comfy. The restaurant was an unexpected bonus! Great ribeye, and I really enjoyed the soup/salad bar. If they have the mushroom soup, you should definitely have a bowl. Also the fruit and nut muffins were delicious!
The staff at Best Western of the Ozarks was amazing! They were all so friendly and went out of their way to make us feel special during our stay. Huge shout out to Margie at the Front Desk! We were in town for a wedding and the bride's veil was wrinkled from the travel. I called down to the front desk to see if they had a steamer, and unfortunately they did not, but Margie went above and beyond to help us. She ran back to her house, got her personal steamer, and returned with it for us to use!!! Above and beyond. Staff is great and makes the stay phenomenal. Highly recommend.
We recently visited this area for Fall Foliage. We stayed at this hotel for one night. It has outside entrances. We stayed in a King Suite. It was very nice. A separate living room with a large wet bar and desk. A door from the bedroom leads out to a nice balcony overlooking a forested area. The bathroom had double sinks outside the toilet and bathtub area. The staff was very welcoming and very accommodating with extra blankets and extended checkout time. There is no included breakfast but there is a nice restaurant on the premises. The parking area is very safe. When visiting this area again, I would definitely stay here again.
employees were super friendly and helpful, rooms were nice, leaves were beautiful. Had 2 meals in the restaurant and they were wonderful. Fried Chicken and Chicken Fried Steak, Salad bar was very good. Easy access to Thornecrown Chapple and downtown. I would highly recommend this Inn.
Visited here for the fall foliage. I stayed here about 25 years ago. I found the hotel clean and well kept. The rooms seems to be remodeled over the last few years. The rooms were made up every morning by a delightful worker. The desk clerk was very freindly in his batman constume ready for halloween.
First off, know there's no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, as for a first floor room. Room was fine and beds were comfortable. However, the room definitely could have been cleaner. We ran out of toilet paper and tissues and finally just replaced them ourselves, rather than continuing to ask. Also, as soon as we walked in our room, we discovered that our bathroom light was out. Maintenance came up and fixed it, but it quit two more times. Maintenance finally got it to stay working, but we were told there was a short remaining somewhere. A little disconcerting, but the maintenance guy was GREAT!
Stayed with 2 friends for a girls night out. Rooms are large, very clean and had a balcony. The mini fridge was nice and cold for the wine and it's a very quiet location, perfect for a good nights sleep. SUPER comfortable mattress and pillows! My fav place to stay in Eureka!
The room was clean, the in room jacuzzi was sweet and big, the free 9 hole mini golf was fun and so was ping pong. The restaurant was nice but no free bf. It was away from everything yet super close so not in the traffic. All the hotels were sold out do to a zombie parade. We went to passion play and holy land tour 15 minutes away which was awesome. The zipline was right across the street. Great restaurant close.
Just as we were leaving, we discovered the microwave and what we think was a bowl of moldy soup. We'd only spent one night, so who knows how long it had been there. The cleaning staff had also left the old coffee grounds in the coffee maker. Otherwise everything was very nice, but that mold created a lasting impression. Yuck!!!
I've been a guest at Inn of the Ozarks multiple times a year for over 19 years. while they keep up with the times, there's a familiarity that brings me back time after time. Incredible staff, comfortable beds, beautifully decorated rooms. The conference center offers contemporary decor with pictures offering a nod to the Ozarks. If something doesn't make you happy, politely bring your issue to the attention of the staff. They are there to please. I don't even look into staying anywhere else in Eureka Springs.
Nice rooms, great staff. The award winning restaurant Myrtle Mae's was an excellent experience. Ate there each time for lunch and breakfast. Always a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend this motel and restaurant to family and friends.
The staff remembers us. We show up every year for the writers' conference. We get great service, great attitudes, etcetera. It costs a little more, but the personal attention makes the difference. It's always nice when we can be close to the conference center. (Regarding my ratings: If it ain't a waterbed, it ain't a great sleep, but this was as good as any other non-waterbed place.)
Came in town for a wedding and a day of fishing in early October 2018. Both were great by the way. This hotel is exterior entrance into rooms. There are at least 3 if not more separate buildings that are 2 stories. Complex is located on a hill so there are some rooms at all levels of the terrain. No elevator found. Not sure if they even have them. Nice pool area although I did not take the time to go in. Real good restaurant by the lobby known for their fried chicken. Great salad bar that includes soup come with most meals. I had the chicken 1 night and a cheese burger the following day for lunch. Both meals were real good. Room was clean. I did not wake up scratching. 2 regular coffee pouches and 2 decaf pouches with all the condiments. No problem with check-in. Was allowed to just leave my key (pass card) in the room at check out.
After looking around, we almost booked a rustic cabin “a little too rustic” we decided to go back into town and check out the Best Western Inn of the Ozark's. What a good decision!! Great rooms. Very clean and well kept property. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also had dinner at the Myrtis Moe's restaurant on site and it was very good. Salad bar was excellent. We even decided to stay an extra night. We'll be back.
My husband and I stayed at Inn of the Ozarks for one night while traveling to our destination. I wish we could have stayed longer! The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a very tasty breakfast in the dining area. The pool, Jacuzzi, and miniature golf on site made it very family friendly.
Had a wonderful 2 day stay here room was clean and comfortable. Staff was most accommodating even though there was a mixup on our reservation. The restaurant staff was excellent and went out of their way for a member of our party who is allergic to shell fish. Don't miss the fried chicken it is so yummy! !!
We've stayed at this hotel in the past and every time the experience is great. Well run hotel. Staff is professional, polite and friendly. Their beds are so comfortable that we bought the same mattress from them for our home. The restaurant is very good also. No need to go anywhere else, except for variety.
The only problem I had was house keeping. I stayed 6 days and only ask for the room to be cleaned once. My husband cut his finger and there was blood all over the sheets. I came back to the room and they had "spread" up the bed but had not even changed the sheets. I called the front office and they said they would send someone back. They did come back acted like they were mad. I liked the location. Also the mattresses were new and slept wonderful!
The room smelled musty and was extremely outdated. We were expecting breakfast to be included in the relatively expensive room rate but hotel does not participate in Best Western's complementary breakfast program so we had to spend an additional $30 for coffee and breakfast. I will look for a different hotel next time I am in town.
Overall the Hotel is great the beds were comfy and rooms were clean. My only complaint was that the Pool was NOT heated as website states. The hotel staff was accommodating. The Restaurant had good food with a awesome salad bar.
I absolutely love this hotel. It is a beautiful setting with rooms to match. The pool area is peaceful and relaxing. The recreation area is fun for all ages. This is definitely my favorite place to stay in Eureka Springs.
Was there for a week with a motorcycle group. This was our second time to stay at the Inn of the Ozarks. Not much has changed in 6 years. Very accommodating and rooms were clean. If you are going to the area for motorcycle rides this is a good centrally located place to stay.
We spent 4 days at this hotel and enjoyed it .Nice rooms, pet friendly, and with an attached restaurant. Attached convention center that can accommodate small gatherings. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great swimming pool.
I have stayed with my daughter here before and have taken advantage of the fun things like the game area, and even watched a movie while floating in the pool. I am getting married in Eureka Springs in October and have enjoyed this hotel so much that much of our wedding party as well as my kids are staying here then as well.
We were a group of 30 motorcyclists staging an every-other-year rally of rare, classic Suzuki Cavalcade motorcycles. The accommodations provided were excellent, comfortable and inexpensive. We received a discount for our whole group and were also provided excellent rooms in their convention center to hold meetings and even have a tasty barbeque provided by excellent staff who helped make our ralley very enjoyable. Randy, their general manager, went out of his way to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable and we appreciated his daily attention to not only our needs, but to those of several other groups staying there that week.......very professional. I would highly recommend staying here.
Husband and I went for a weekend getaway with another couple. We all had a great time. Staff was very accommodating. Great place to stay!! Enjoyable stay with clean rooms and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.
Our stay here was everything we expected. Though we didn't have much contact with the staff, just at check-in and check-out, everyone was friendly and professional. Though the building itself seemed outside to be older, the rooms have been brought up to very nice standards. Also took out desert one night from the restaurant and that experience was near perfect. Overall we were very pleased.
Fabulous service. Clean, comfortable rooms at a good price. The onsite restaurant Myrtie Mae's is one of the BEST in Eureka Springs--and we've been going for years, trying many, many restaurants. We will be back!
We were here for eleven days for a dance convention. The room we stayed in was nice and big, and we were on the back side of Building D facing the woods so it was quiet and private. There are no elevators, so we requested and received a first floor room. The room was clean except for the carpet. Bed was a bit soft for my taste but clean. There is a good restaurant on site. We especially appreciated the soup and salad bar choice for $7.25. The convention center was nice and we were given a generous group rate. The air conditioner was somewhat of a problem for us: the room felt damp all the time and the fan was either off or blasting. We contacted maintenance about this and a nice man came right away but it couldn't really be fixed We enjoyed the hot tub in it's own little glass house. The bathroom shower was of good height and good stream of hot water. All the staff were very nice and knowledgeable about the area. We look forward to staying here again. There are all kinds if cavern's and hiking trails to explore and good local restaurants.
Please note that this location is not the only Best Western in town. I mistakingly found myself at the wrong location initially. I typed in the address for the correct hotel (207 W Van Buren) into Google Maps, but was navigated to the wrong location. I finally just typed in Best Western Inn of the Ozarks and was directed to the correct location! The hotel was nice and clean. The room was very spacious. It had a slight musty smell upon first arrival, but seemed to go away quickly as the room cooled down. The A/C worked great! The beds were comfy and there were plenty of pillows! I was super impressed by the pool area and putt putt golf course (which was free of charge.) The best ammenity had to be their in house restaurant Myrtie Mae's! I had 3 meals there during my stay. I just couldn't believe the amount of tasty food for the price. Also, this hotel has a trolley stop on site. Instead of having to worry with driving and parking in busy downtown, pay the small fee to the hotel lobby for an all day trolley pass and ride the trolley to any destination in town you would like to go!!
Great hotel and quiet. Goid lication for Eureka Springs. Close to downtown and early accessible from all directions. Restaurant staff was very friendly. Allowed us to add a late checkout the day before we left.
The hotel and staff were friendly and courteous. The room was huge with 2 rooms and very nice. The restaurant had some of the best food in Eureka. If you are on a motorcycle, they have covered and gated parking.
Lovely rooms with two double beds in, telephone, iron and ironing board, small shower room. But overall excellent. The only thing that could annoy people are the tree frogs as they are very loud if you step outside your room at night. Quiet through the day. The wildlife is beautiful as they roam the land.
The staff here are so nice and helpful. We needed some paper plates and called the front desk and in 3 minutes a nice gentleman showed up. Rooms were very clean and cozy and quiet to my surprise because the motel was full .Eat at their restaurant cause the food was great. Visit the sites in Eureka they are fantastic!!
On a recent motorcycle trip my friend and I stayed here and were very pleasantly surprised. Yes it is an older property but it is very well maintained. Our rooms were clean, well appointed and the bed was great. In addition the wireless worked very well. They have locked motorcycle parking if you want it and a nice pool. Their restaurant is VERY good. We had dinner their one night and breakfast every day. The dinner specialty is fried chicken and it was great. The breakfast menu is good as is the food. Our breakfast server was Missy who does a great job and has a fun personality. You will like this property. the hotel is nice and the people are great.
The staff was great and the rooms excellent! Our group all had the same experience. The location of the hotel to the historic district was great. Their is a trolley stop right in front of the hotel. With the map provided by the check-in and explained clearly to us, we did not have any trouble getting around.
We had an amazing stay at this Best Western Inn of The Ozarks! We were in a King Suite with a kitchenette down on ground level. It was 2 rooms. My son stayed in the pull out couch and My Husband and I stayed in the Kind bedroom. The hotel is peaceful and clean. Beds were comfortable. What I loved most was the balcony. It was in the trees and felt like we were in a treehouse. It was nice and cool in the mornings and we would sit out there and drink our coffee in the mornings. There is a wall between rooms, so you don't see your neighbors on their balcony. There is a pool and a hot tub. The hot tub needed repair on the jets. We sat in it for a bit anyway because the water was hot. My husband and I played the putt putt and it was primitive but fun. It is free to play. The other games take quarters. If you stay in a room with a kitchenette (microwave and fridge), I would get a few groceries. The restaurants in the area can really add up in cost.
The room was clean. The pool was refreshing. Had a game room for kids & adults. Showed a movie in the evening free of charge. Good wi-fi service. Had to retrieve toletries at front desk. None in the room. Otherwise everything was good.Would stay there again.
This is a very nice clean hotel to stay in. The people at the front desk were super nice and friendly. The pool was clean and had a nice waterfall and a lot of shade. I wish we had more time to spend there to enjoy the mini golf and arcade. The beds were comfortable. It is a short drive to the Historic District and to Beaver Lake. There is a restaurant at the hotel and many places nearby to eat also.
My husband and I spent 3 days here while touring by motorcycles through the many beautiful riding loops in the area. This was by far the best Best Western that we have ever stayed in. A beautiful facility with lots to do and more importantly, a staff team that was friendly, professional and who went out of their way to ensure our stay was good. A special thanks to Manager Margie who was beyond helpful and who made our stay so memorable!
The rooms are not fancy but they were clean and we had everything we needed. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Although there was no free breakfast the restaurant prices and the food were good. We really liked our breakfast waitress (Missey). She was so friendly and made us feel at home.
(There are two Best Western locations in Eureka Springs.) The BW Inn of the Ozarks is an outstanding place to stay. We asked for a quiet room and were given one that faces the forest. The hotel is solidly constructed, so that noise from other rooms is not noticeable. (No elevators, and outside entrances. If you want the ground floor, ask.) The staff members are well-trained, pleasant and helpful. Inside the main building is a fine restaurant, Myrtle Mae's, that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food preparation, menu, and service are excellent! A well-stocked, high-variety salad bar is included at lunch and dinner. This is a great choice if you want service and a great night's rest.
Very comfortable beds! Clean rooms and great location. Would like to have had a breakfast option. The restaurant was good but too many flies for us to chance it a second time around. Plenty of parking.
Stayed with large group attending a wedding on site. Staff support & facilities outstanding going out of their way to make the wedding come off without a hitch. Definitely recommend for your event or just vacationing.
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway and it turned out great. The hotel room was clean and well kept, the staff were helpful and courteous. There was a restaurant attached and it was also clean with good food. There was a bit of a wait in morning for a seat. The hotel was located in a central area close to everything we needed. I would stay there again and would recommend it to other couples or families.
After a long day of riding our motorcycles through the Ozark Mountains Route 23 is awesome, we arrived at out Best Western of the Ozarks. We were met by a fantastic Office Manager, who was friendly and very welcoming. In addition to a great room, they had special parking in a locked up area near our room. The pool is not an ordinary one. The outdoor pool has a fantastic waterfall and plenty of shady areas to sit and enjoy the pool. Right next to it was a putt-putt area. Enjoyed our stay and offer a special “shout out” to the office manager, who made our group feel welcomed and special. She deserves “Customer Service Employee of the Decade. Special thanks from this group of Riders.
We have 62 family members staying at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks / Convention Center. It was a great location, as the motel rooms, swimming pool, game room, jacuzzi, and private room at the convention center were all within a short walking distance. We had our meals together in a private room at the convention center. The food was very tasty and generous in quantity, and the staff were very warm friendly and accommodating. We used the Holiday Island Golf and Tennis facilities. They were only a 10-minute drive away. Thanks to Terri Paris for all her assistance in getting all the details worked out.
The hotel is hidden away and nestled in the trees. they have minature golf a pool with a water fountain, and a movie at night for guests. location is great, views are warm and inviting. resturant on location. Staff is very friendly and helpful Jon is one of wonderful staff members we met. Will stay here again.
This is an older motel but still clean and quiet. We were in building D on the backside and it was very quiet. We got a good nights sleep--the bed was comfy and so were the pillows. The king room was very spacious. We had a little sitting area with 2 chairs. The water pressure was good and the shower head was high. The sink was separate from the toilet and shower, which we like. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool but it looked like it was nicely maintained. It was very family friendly.
The Inn of the Ozarks is a wonderful place to stay with very reasonable prices. The rooms are always extremely clean and fresh. The restaurant there “Myrtis Mae's” has top quality, fresh home cooked meals. Their fried chicken is out of this world and they also make a mean BLT sandwich. I heartily recommend both the Inn and the restaurant.
Arguably the best hotel and restaurant in town Very clean place with amazing rooms that are clean and offer privacy, some rooms have views looking over the forest. The local restaurant is simply amazing frequently used by locals. Have stayed there 3 times and i had an amazing relaxing experience.
Remodeling in progress. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and took advantage of the putt putt golf, air hockey, pool, and outdoor movie. Stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony in back, located in ground floor. Would definitely stay again.
This has been the best Best Western Hotel I have ever stayed at. The pool is beautiful and the arcade was fun. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is wonderful and eager to help in any way they can!
There were some good things and bad things about this hotel. Let's start with the good: The single King room was really big! There was a lot of space to move around, and he furnishings were clean and nice. The bed was clean and fairly comfortable. The outdoor pool and space were large and family friendly. The hot tub was in a separate little building, which was kind of neat. There was also an outdoor covered game area with ping pong, arcade games, billiards, air hockey, and free mini golf. It was a fun way to spend some time. Now for the negatives: the hotel was obviously dated. It appeared that they were trying to do some updates, so that will be nice when it's finished. Inside the room, it was always humid! Our towels never dried, and every fabric surface felt slightly damp. It was just a little uncomfortable. The water pressure was low in the shower. Also, the carpets appeared clean, but when my husband and I took showers, we initially left brown dirty footprints in the tub floor! Gross! This was after just walking around barefoot on the carpets. Overall, our stay was still enjoyable. There were a few things I wish had been different, but it was not the worst we've ever stayed in.
The hotel is old, yet, it looks as if much renovation is taking place on the grounds. Just in time in my opinion, it needs a makeover. Still, my room was clean, good job housekeeping:) the bed was comfortable:) it was quiet throughout the night:) overall room was large:) Plenty of hot morning shower water:) We never eat dinner at most hotels, heard about this one and it was outstanding! ( I would suggest marking much of the items on the salad bar, seafood items can be a problem for some people) There is no free breakfast here, but free coffee if you ask the restaurant:) Thank you! Their prices for dinner and breakfast are reasonable, their staff so friendly. Nice job
This hotel has a game room with a miniature golf course, two pool tables, a ping pong table, an air hockey table and some arcade games. It has a beautiful pool and nice outdoor area. The staff was great, it was clean, reasonably priced and very close to downtown. If we ever go back to Eureka Springs, we will stay there again.
When it comes to hotels, Best Western is not one of my top choices, but my wallet seems to love it, lol! After spending the weekend at the Inn of the Ozarks my heart has completely changed! I loved everything about our stay! The staff were incredible! Super accommodating to our early check-in, extremely informative about all the activities around Eureka Springs, and even helped us get trolley passes so we could get around the town without any hassle! The room itself was very clean (although a little musky) and had a ton of space to accommodate all 4 of us! We were on the bottom floor and we have 0 complaints about hearing the people above or around us! It was very peaceful in the room. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Eureka Springs! You can't beat the perfect location, amazing staff, spacious/clean room and most of all, the price! :)
Nice stay! King bed was a little firm but we had a good time! The place was getting a remodel so it was nice to see progress and updating. The pool was clean and cool.. We would stay there again and it is close to down town..
We had a room on the back side of Building D. This side faces the trees in the hollow. It was beautiful and did not have highway noise. The room was updated, comfortable, and clean. I could hear conversations in other rooms, but I am convinced that is a fact of life in 99% of hotels. I used earplugs to block out the voices (I need complete silence) and slept well. My only suggestion to the owners is to consider installing modern high pressure toilets like there are in the main lobby. The reason I say this is because the flush in our room was weak. Note that there are exterior hallways (a true motor inn)--meaning your door opens to outside-- and stairs were required to get to the second floor. They allow pets--I saw several dogs on property. All employees were very friendly. The on-site restaurant, Myrtie Mae's, was delicious! The Inn is conveniently located to all of the attractions. I will note that the main entrance is located at a curve in the highway, so be careful when turning into the property. The Inn was a great value, and I would stay again.
Loved Room 165. It's on the backside and so quiet and peaceful with a beautiful view of the woods. We watched the squirrels , birds , a Hawk, and the most beautiful Dogwood Tree in full bloom. The in room coffee setting outside the room watching the woods in the peace and quiet - Priceless! The room was clean ,comfortable ,and roomy. Definitely will be back.
Very disappointed. Property is old and the rooms reflect aging...smelled old. Room was clean but felt like it was just clean nothing exceptional. The property was 100% full due to a convention on the property. As a result of this we had no hot water for showers the morning of our departure. Front desk advised when they are full it really taxes the hot water system...that was unsettling info. Our charges were adjusted for the inconvenience but would have much rather had a hot shower instead. Restaurant on site was the plus for our one night stay. Would not recommend.
We have stayed at this hotel many times before because they have a suite available for our family. We arrived at 3:30 after traveling all day from Oklahoma and we were told that our room had not been cleaned yet. Poor excuse was that the hotel had been completely full the night before. We were tired and wanted to rest, but had to wait until our room was cleaned over an hour later.
BW Inn of the Ozarks is a nicely kept property. Unit renovations or in progress updating unit decor to today's standards. The property style is dated, but your will find the units interiors to be very satisfying. Staff are very efficient and knowledgeable about the area. You will be very satisfied if you choose to say at Inn of the Ozarks when staying in Eureka Springs.
This would be my primary recommendation for a hotel in Eureka Springs as a gateway to the Ozarks. I consider it a flagship for the Best Western brand. As is typical with most two-story Motel/Hotel chains, there are no elevators to the second floor. Not an issue for me, but I understand that the staff is very accommodating in insuring ground floor rooms for those that need them. As such, if you do, I recommend contacting them direct for a reservation - they even specifically asked if I needed it when I made mine. The Conference Center is like new and has full mobility accommodations(elevator, wheelchair lift). The attached restaurant also has a great staff and serves comfort food with a capital C!
Our second year to stay In of the Ozarks. Nice motel, nice conference center. Great location for downtown sites. Restaurant has good food for good prices. Staff works hard to take care of our convention needs. Some furnishings need updating, but everything was clean and comfortable.
This was a nice hotel. Room was a little outdated. There was some construction going on, but our room was well away from it. Thought we would use the hot tub, but too far from room and very tiny hot tub. No free continental breakfast offered. We had breakfast once at Myrtie Mae's. French toast had a medicinal taste to it. Chose not to eat there again.
Staff was nice. Food in the restaurant was good and quick. Bed was comfy. Room was clean minus some cobwebs in the corners. The kitchenette was ok but the lack of dish soap was irritating as was the banging from the construction right outside our room in the early morning. I don't travel much so I can't say if it was worth the price but I feel like we got our money's worth out of it.
We had a very spacious, clean, quiet room, facing the woods. The beds were very comfortable. The shower pressure was perfect, with a steady temp and stream... a large width shower head. The location was great... so close to everything. Everyone was friendly and kind at check in/out and also at the attached restaurant. A nice, relaxing, enjoyable stay!
Creative Memories has retreats at this location semi-annually. The staff is always helpful. We eat breakfast at Myrtie Mae's. We always try to get seated in Molly's area. She is the best server they have! She has been serving there since 1975. She knows how to treat customers!
The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and overall it would be a decent hotel had it not been for the construction going on. The construction workers left equipment all over the walkways and stairs making it difficult to get around. And if anyone was staying for leisure and wanted to sleep in that wasn't happening.
The Best Western Inn of the Ozarks provided us a very pleasant, restful night's stay. Really appreciated traveling with our dog at such a reasonable pet-fee rate. The restaurant's breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again.
Super facility for the family. When we bring the kids we usually choose Inn of the Ozarks. My family and I have stayed here before and will definitely stay here again. The rooms are have ample room for the family and the restaurant has food for everyone's appetite. The staff is terrific and super friendly. The have covered gated parking for motorcycles also. Great job ladies and gentlemen!!!
I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband and I decided to get away for a weekend. A lot of the places in Eureka Springs is closed in February. But we wanted to get away so we picked out this hotel simply because it had a restaurant and they offered to jacuzzi tub. This was an exciting thing for us because I love taking bath and my husband loves watching TV LOL. The room was clean and beautiful. People at the front desk were extremely friendly. And very helpful. The restaurant was delicious and I highly recommend it. The housekeeping people didn't excellent job on a room. But my favorite thing was the bed was so comfortable most Hotel Beds Are Hard or way too soft this one was just perfect. Highly recommend this place and if you're a bad person like me, pay the little extra to get yourself a jacuzzi tub it's well worth it!
I can be a tough reviewer and the establishment is run with the highest levels of integrity and ethics. If you find something is wrong simply go the front desk and it gets handled. The photos tell all so if you see something you don't like then don't stay here. The restaurant is one of the best in Eureka Springs and this business is lucky to have it on site. This is not a Best Western Plus so breakfast is not included in the room cost. This is a busy place and the location and land is wonderful.
I have spent the new year Eve for the last two years with this hotel it gets better every year.Looking forward to next year and I highly recommend this relaxing place to visit Very clean rooms in and great staff two things hard to find..
We had stayed at this hotel before, but the room this time made all the difference. I found out later that the first room we stayed in will be remodeled also. We did like the layout of this room better. It felt a lot roomier. Staff at the hotel were great. Everyone was as nice as they could be.
Great location for ease of getting to the downtown historic district. Nice and quite. Comfortable bed. Good Wi-Fi and pet friendly with no additional charge. Thanks! Outside balcony that runs the length of the building..
The grounds are good. The restaurant on campus served great food. The rooms are big. We had a suit at first it was really nice, however they were ladybugs on the ceiling, headboards. My kids do not like bugs. I contacted the front desk who promptly tried to switch us to a new suit, however same problem. Then he switched us to rooms that join. No bugs in those rooms. Many of the businesses in town shut down for the winter. I would go back to this hotel.
We wanted a room with a jacuzzi for two. It was so awesome to soak and sooth our sore muscles from the day! The room was extremely elegant! The bed was perfect! The only thing I wish could have been different, we had to walk to the back of the building when there were very few guests.
We stayed in a suite for our wedding weekend. The room was very spacious! Balcony view amazing! Bed was superb! Friendly, welcoming staff and extremely clean room was just the icing on the cake as they say! We will stay here again and recommend to our family and friends!
We stayed here for a conference and enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is large and spread out over fairly hilly terrain. There's a very nice outdoor pool and a gaming area for adults & kids. The restaurant offers large, stick-to-your-ribs comfort food (fried chicken & catfish, mashed potatoes, pork chops, etc.) portions are huge and there's a salad bar. Staff is very attentive and the rooms were cleaned well during our stay
Very nice, large room. Everything was so clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome. Great water pressure and the water stayed hot for my whole shower. Check in staff (Brandon) was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable of the area!
Very clean/safe Highly recommend Great staff Comfortable king sized beds. High water pressure Elegant property Two story facility but handicap accessible 2.3 miles from the main part of downtown Home of the corvette weekend gathering
This inn was in a good location, clean, & had a restaurant on site. The staff was friendly. The only problem we had was that we didn't feel like the pillows were comfortable, so next time we will pack our own. Very nice place to stay!
Excellant! We were accommodated in with every possible need we had. They have a personal touch that is second to NONE! From the day we booked until the day we left we enjoyed everything. The Manager Margie is so kind and sweet. Sam and Kelly were also very helpful. Thank you all
Been staying here for years. Nice rooms at a reasonable price and great onsite restaurant. It's close to the historic downtown which we love Eureka Springs is one of favorite places to visit year round. Charming, great shops and hotels. A definite for Thanksgiving at the Civic Center.
I've stayed there for two or three nights every November for the last seven or eight years for an event. I know I've forgotten what it was like multiple years ago, but this time I was on the first floor, backside on the way down to the convention center ... room 168 I believe (it was a handicap accessible room with extra grab rails, etc.). Great showerhead and water pressure !!! :-) In room miniature refrigerator was nice. Rest of room was decent too. The only annoying thing was that the HVAC fan was either on or off and didn't cycle with the unit. I don't remember this being that way but it was in this room. Staff is nice and room rate is reasonable. Recommend for a stay for what it is ... it's not a bed-and-breakfast or a haunted hotel or a cutesy gingerbread cabin in the woods, it is a motel. On-site restaurant serves a pretty darn good breakfast also.
Great location. Close to where we needed to be. Rooms were outdated. I wouldnt let my children on the floors. Okay for a one night stay. Went to a wedding reception there and their reception hall was nice. Had a beautiful outdoor pool, but it was Nov so we couldnt swim. Played on the covered playground. It was dirty, but kids loved it. Putt putt was fun.
Room was sufficient. Only smoking room available. Noticeable. Tight bathroom. Fan loud - either on or off. Convenient location of room to main entrance and close to main office. Ground floor room also made access easy.
Recommend this hotel - was very convenient to Convention Center where Palooza was held. Bed was quite comfortable & room was very spacious & quiet at night. Appreciated the ground floor location. Restaurant had great breakfast menu. Enjoyed our stay.
The BW Inn of the Ozarks is our home for at least 4 nights every year during the Porsche Palooza event. We don't want for anything as the staff is always ready to help in any way they can. We can't recall any issues we've had over the years, but we know if there were any, they'd be immediately rectified. Nice room, great amenities, good restaurant/services, etc. We love the shower head too!
Had a great time - the staff was superb! Everything was very accommodating. Had one issue - and the desk personnel resolved it before we arrived. I understand the hotel was completely booked- and my sister in law had booked rooms - which ended up being smokers rooms- I discovered it - and informed them that my niece has leukemia and cannot be in a smokers room- the situation was resolved before they arrived for check in! Awesome!
I've stayed at the Inn of the Ozarks many times and it's always a well run, clean and the staff are amazingly helpful, no matter what your request. The restaurant deserves mentioning also. The quality of food is outstanding and the salad bar is to die for.
Two seniors from California on a road trip spent the night in Eureka Spring so we could see the Thorncrown Chapel and drive through the Ozarks.. This is the third of 12 hotels that we stayed at on this trip. Located about a mile from the town center – and uphill so walking to town did not work for us. Facilities were fine, a bit dated. There is no elevator so if you are not on the ground floor, you might need help getting your luggage to your room. The staff was very helpful about this. Toilet in room separate from sink so that was convenient. We ate dinner at hotel – was basic but good – but went downtown for breakfast.
Rooms were very comfortable, clean and well decorated. Food was excellent. Hotel is very close to Convention Center where all our activities were. It would really be nice if they had an elevator. Climbing stairs were a bit difficult for me.
Excellent stay all the way. Clean rooms friendly staff and great location. Will return again. This is our go to place for Eureka Springs. The breakfast is the best and easy walking from any room. You definitely get the best value for your dollar!
I have spent a lot more for less in Eureka Springs. The rooms are comfortable.Convenient location. The attached restaurant Serves wonderful a breakfast and a menu full of great comfort food. The staff is first rate. I will be back.
The house keeping staff were excellent. The front desk staff were amazing, friendly, professional, and just a nice group of people. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated, and very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.
MINIs in the Ozarks at Best Eureka inn just a few feet from Inn of the Ozarks and a mini fridge was in the room without request or needing to be informed of a need to request accommodations with one...
All was good, did not think with 2 beds I would get a nice chair, I hate to sit on the bed, this was much appreciated. Clean safe good size room so all is well. Ask for a room with fridge some have it mine did not
We got a phone call on her way down from someone that worked at the front desk stating that we got quoted the wrong room rate. She then proceeded to try to charge me more after I'd already had given my credit card information and had a locked in rate. She was not friendly about it at all.
Although a lot of the exteriors show a design from a past era, the rooms themselves (at least the one we stayed in) are clean, up to date and very comfortable...the pillows, the beds, the towels, the water pressure in the shower...all nice. If I could suggest one thing that would have made it even more convenient...in the bathroom, the towel rack was beyond reach when one is in the shower...even a hook next to the tub would be helpful. The rates are higher than a lot of the other hotels in the area, so that might make a difference for you...it was fine for us.
Arrived for the Airport Associations Convention. Room located close to the convention building. Room was very large and nicely furnished. Bed extremely comfortable. Room clean. Great water pressure in shower. Myrtie Mae's Cafe on site is awesome. Food very good. Prices at both the hotel and cafe were great. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.
The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Our visit was for a long weekend to see the sights and shop. At night we were exhausted and looked forward to a comfortable bed. Our room also had a refrigerator and microwave.
One thing we really like about this hotel is how they try very hard to take care of their customers. Thanks! (Our room toilet and sink were way too tall for me. I am about 5 ft. tall.) We do enjoy ourselves, though.
Hotel was awesome. Best Westerns are updating their look but still with old fashioned service. The room was fantastic. The bed had to be the most comfortable I've slept on in quite some time. Restaurant was fantastic. Great retro vibe but with 21st century updating.
The hotel is very comfortable,, and your in-house restaurant is wonderful. Great food, reasonably prices. From the front desk staff, to he waitresses, to the housekeeping workers, every person was helpful, friendly, and ready to please. Judging by the hotel workers, this must be a great place to work. Room rates were very reasonable.
This is the best place to stay in Eureka Springs if you are a biker. A very welcoming place with a great breakfast. Located at the very top of Main Street and an easy walk to the happening part of town. You can catch a ride back up the hill later. Lot of places to stop, eat and drink.
I stayed at this Best Western as a conference attendee. I doubt that Eureka Springs has many choices in this regard, so I am certain the organizers were limited. If I was traveling for pleasure, however, I would look somewhere else to stay. I am sure that there are properties that are a better value and more up to date rooms.
Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. Narrow stairs so its a little difficult getting suitcases upstairs. No refrigerator in room but has coffee maker and microwave. Sink was very tall oddly shaped
Best Western Inn of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs surprised us in the quietness of the room and we loved the back door shared balcony right outside our room. Very friendly staff and great location in this unique artsy town.
We stayed 3 nights at the Inn and enjoyed it was much. Staff was very friendly and polite. We really enjoyed the staff in the restaurant. Will definitely go back again. Also very convenient to get anywhere.
It was a great place to stay. It was great access to the whole city while providing comfort in a natural surroundings. The view was excellent. The breeze felt awesome. The staff was efficient and always a pleasure to deal with. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. I would definitively recommend this hotel to anyone.
This hotel is recently renovated and the exterior looks are deceiving. The rooms are clean, up to date, and cozy. The staff is friendly, quick, and professional. Myrtie Mays is a delicious restaurant for any meal. I highly recommend this hotel over the others I have stayed in in Eureka Springs!
Our daughter got married at the Thorncrown Chapel and the reception was at the Inn of the Ozarks. Only 5 minutes from the church and convenient for the reception. The outdoor covered pavilion was perfect! Entire wedding party and family stayed and we had a great time.
If you want the 1960s hotel experience, this is it. If you want someplace nice, go elsewhere. The tv was the only thing new since the Pleistocene, but if you are in Eureka Springs to watch tv, you're doing it wrong.
I came for an event being held at the conference center located on the motel grounds. I spent two nights there. For an older model motel they have kept it up quite nicely. The staff is friendly and my room was large and well maintained. The restaurant was a tad on the pricey side, but not so much that you would be put off. Even for a tourist destination at the tail end of the season, the hotel offered a good value. The food served by the restaurant during the conference was delicious and portions were plentiful. My waitress was super nice and conversant in just the best way. The owner and managers have seen to it that everyone there does their job and they all do it well. Just don't let the old style motel, with doors that open to an outside walkway, put you off from staying there. I plan on coming back to explore Eureka Springs and I will definitely stay at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks.
Clean, comfortable, modern, easy access. Restaurant food was good and servers very attentive. Overall, staff was pleasant, professional and always willing to accommodate. Would stay here again and suggest it as a good option to others.
Been coming to this place for 18 years. Good Location, good restaurant, great staff. Comfortable rooms, and also pet friendly, have never had anything but a great experience staying there. Maybe not a 5 star, but certainly not a 5 star price either.
We stayed here two nights for an annual conference. Great, well kept rooms. Knowledgeable, polite staff. Quiet surroundings. Has an on- site convention center that's amazing! Plenty of seating in the restaurant and great food. Breakfast was especially good! Our organization has already booked for next year.
We had a superb time touring the area and Eureka Springs. Hotel was well cared for, extremely comfortable beds, staff was friendly and smiled - really felt like they were there for our needs. I was there with a group of 25 and every single one of us had an very positive experience.....we are already making plans to come back for next year.....
great motel, friendly staff, very helpful. Good location, plenty of parking. Large room. Extremely clean, could not find any fault with the cleaness of the facility. Prior to staying at this property, had to change dates three times. Each time the staff was very courteous and quickly made the changes. They seemed to go out of their way to be helpful.
We always stay at this hotel when we travel to Eureka Springs. It is older on the outside but the rooms are remodeled and they are huge! What sets this hotel apart is the great staff. Check in and check out here is actually a great experience.
Excellent and accommodating staff, rooms are clean, and the location is perfect for all of the attractions in and around Eureka Springs. We have had several conferences there and the staff is so agreeable and helpful in making things seamless for the group.
The Best Western of the Ozarks was an older yet very clean and friendly facility. This perfectly fit with our family, since and am older, clean, and very friendly. We were especially impressed with the covered outdoor game room with putt putt golf (for free). Our whole family played, since it was pouring rain and going into town was impossible, and had a wonderful time in a beautiful setting. Even my 93 year old mother played putt putt. She got a hole in one.
The food delivery and conference rooms were set up well. The dining area was spacious and the linens were pure white. We had buffet style and plated meals. Food was hot and wait staff were great. Do not miss out on this hotel for vacations and conferences.
Firstly, this place looks like just another hotel from the outside, but you get to the room and it's neat, clean and up to date. Comfortable beds and high pressure hot shower. My kids and I were in eureka to see the passion play so we had a few hours to spare, so where to go right? Well you really don't have to this place has a pool(outdoor), hot tub, game area(billiards, arcade, and mini golf), tennis court, basketball court and in site restaurant and if you need space for an event there's a convention center in site. So we swam and played in the game area for an hour or so then ate at Myrtis Maes on site restaurant, good but could be better. Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend if you traveling with your family.
This has been a good place to stay for many years now but needs some up dating. Some of the rooms my friends were in smelled bad and my room was mostly fine but I sensed the smell of mildew when I first walked in.
Simply because a hotel is larger, with more amenities, a full service restaurant, does not mean it is better. Check in was spotty, finding my room was tedious and although one of the desk clerks trashed the other Best Western in town with "At least our rooms have been update", I'm here to tell you mine was not. The "smell" we've all experienced when entering a less than inviting room was there. Not impressed. And the fact the Best Western Eureka Springs offers a wonderful complimentary breakfast and the Best Western Inn at the Ozarks does not, seals the deal. This will be my last stay at this property.
This motel is located at the very top of Main Street and most of the evening activities and nice restaurants begin at the middle of Main St and go down hill. Lots of hill to climb on the way up. The hotel has a pool, hot tub and a very good full, hot breakfast buffet. Wait staff are great (hi Donna) and the customer service is well above average. This was our 4th stay in the last 3 years and we will be back. Lots of motorcycle folks stay here and they provide bike rags for cleaning. Nice touch!
I asked for a quiet room and was put next to a noisy ice machine that ran all night. I was on the bottom floor with a door to the outside and at 5;30 a.m. a loud motorcycle started up outside the door. The a/c didn't cool properly and the sink didn't drain properly. No free breakfast here either. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend this "motel".
After driving 7.5 hours from Louisiana during Hurricane Harvey, we arrived at the hotel and were met by Shaun at the Front Desk. He was very helpful and pleasant and went out of his way to get us checked in quickly and provided us with information we requested about the resort. We stayed in the large suite for 4 nights and it was very comfortable for me and my family of 5. Everything was great during our stay and cant wait to come back again in the future!!
Good, not great. No free breakfast! No more to say. I won't give any hotel a top rating without a free breakfast offering!!! There is nothing more to say..With a little fore thought this could be a great place.
Out of 4 nights at this hotel, I had to get my key card re-keyed every night. I've only had an issue with key cards at the two Best Western properties in Eureka Springs. Breakfast in the restaurant was pretty good.
Stayed one night.. could use some updating but room and property super clean! Hotel pool is gorgeous-looks like a resort pool area. There is also free mini golf, that was a lot of fun to play! There are also some arcade games but we didn't play any of those. Restaurant on site was always busy but we did not eat there. There is also a shuttle stop near the hotel which is convenient as finding a parking spot downtown near the shops can be difficult. Front desk clerk was very friendly upon check in. I would stay here again.
We stay at this hotel every year and are not disappointed. The location is good, restaurant excellent, and new, updated rooms offer microwave and refrigerator, much appreciated when traveling. Staff was responsive when we reported a problem and everyone was friendly and accommodating.
40 minutes to trickle enough water to bathe in the bathtub is just not acceptable. And was not fixed when reported. Fun venue but not a very good hotel room. Window A/C unit made a lot of noise but eventually became 'white noise' background. Closet doors in disrepair - had to be very careful not to pull them down when using the closet. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone I cared about and won't stay there again unless circumstances are out of my control.
This is a comfortable hotel, nice rooms (we had 163 which we hope we can get again next year). The restaurant is exceptionally good. We used the conference room, which was kept nice and clean, and the restrooms there were also always clean.
Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Eureka Springs. The staff are very pleasant and professional. The hotel has all the amenities and is kept sparkling clean. The restaurant has a good selection and the food well prepared. The location convenient to the sights in town and easy to locate.
I give this hotel a 5 star. Great location with a great restaurant. Service and cleanliness was great. Very kid friendly with the arcade and pool. Loved movie nights at the pool. I would recommend a stay to anyone.
Excellent place to stay. Location was close to everything we want to do in Eureka Springs. Food in Restaurant located in hotel was great. All staff was friendly and helpful. Recommend it to all, even the flowers, plants and grounds were well maintained and made it feel more like a home.
Great place to stay with plenty of nice things to do. Nice clean rooms. Best swimming pool around. Easy access to everything in town. Restaurant on premises was an added bonus. Great food at good prices. Room are kind of expensive though, and DO NOT get the rollaway beds.
We got there late due to traffic on the way back from the eclipse. IT was almost 9PM! When I walked in the front door, the clerk said, "Ken?" Yep, that's me. He divided the bill for the two rooms between the three of us. Thank you. Best Western gives discounts to Harley Owner's Group members. And it's a good discount. Our discount was applied with our reservation. Nice people. Call the front desk to make your reservation. The one-on-one contact experience was great.
Clean, updated, and convenient. Only criticism is the inconsistency with staff knowledge when asked questions. We ran out of time to use the pool, but it looked very nice. Also has games and mini golf, which was great for the kids. We stayed on a Sunday night and did not hear any motorcycles. Great find!
Very enjoyable stay and I would return next year for this same conference. Thanks for a great stay. good service in restaurant and will recommend this motel to others who travel in this area any time.
It was an okay stay, but it would have been nice to get a complimentary breakfast for the amount of money we paid for the time we stayed. For the first night on Friday I got some push back from the front desk about getting extra bedding, like I was putting him out. I've done reception at the front desk before at a Radisson, and I thought it was rude and unnecessary for him to tell me he'd have to see what he had left and there might not be enough to give us extra's. It was just the way he said it. It was not professional and I felt like I was putting him out. We did end up getting it and everyone else was fine, but I wasn't super impressed. I don't think we'll be back, but it was an okay stay. The beds were really comfortable and pillows were perfect. The decor and room style was very outdated and underwhelming.
A wonderful stay with a great room. I give tons of credit to the Housekeeping staff because our room was spotless and smelled fresh and clean. They even folded a nightgown that was on the bed! A great place!
This BW is a little gem in Eureka Springs! The entire staff was professional, friendly, and personable! The room was spacious and extremely clean. I would definitely stay here a second time. We were lucky enough to have a room facing the charming forest in the back and waking up to walking out to that was picturesque!
Great hotel, friendly staff easy to find and close to everything. We stayed in the area due to family funeral but we did manage to go downtown Eureka Springs Our room was large plenty of room , clean !!!
We stayed here for my oldest son's wedding at Thorncrown Chapel. The accommodations were clean, roomy and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant, Myrtie Mae's, was reasonably priced, charming, had great food and service! The day I had breakfast there was my birthday and it was such a treat!
I stayed here during the Eurekan multipart festival. The hotel stay was wonderful. Rooms were of good size, clean, comfortable and quiet. There is a large pool and a hot tub. There were plenty of things for kids to do.The hotel was close to the historic downtown and other food options. Staff was friendly and helpful.. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was very good. I would stay again.
We enjoyed our overnight stay! It was great for our 11 year old son to have such great activities on site. Check in went well and the staff was helpful providing information and maps. We found our room to be clean and well appointed. We would be happy to stay here again!
This hotel was recommended by a friend and we were not disappointed. The room was comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole family enjoyed the recreation area which includes mini golf, ping pong and pool tables to name a few of the options. They also project movies in the pool area in the evening which was really fun. We ate at the restaurant and the food was good with a wonderful salad bar. Overall a good experience and I would definitely stay again!
Stayed here for 3 nights. Hotel was great with restaurant on site. Nice swimming pool and great location to all the sites and historic downtown. The area shuttle stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to just about any spot you might want to see.
Close walk to down town. Rooms have updated decor and were clean, mattress left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was good and staff was pleasant. Will probably stay here again in the future and would recommend to a friend.
We were looking for a comfortable, one night stay in Eureka Springs as we were traveling through and taking time to visit the Great Passion Play. We chose the BW Inn of the Ozarks based on other reviews on this site. We had traveled overnight and arrived in the afternoon and were pretty tired and our children were ready to be out of the vehicle and have some fun. We were thrilled with the room, it was large, comfortable, clean, nicer than we even expected. But, we were super impressed with the amenities! The onsite restaurant was wonderful! The salad bar was impressive, super clean and tidy, and delicious! The meal was also very good with large portions. It was great after a day of traveling. But, the icing on the cake was the pool and put put golf course. The pool is a great size, beautiful, and nicely kept. The children LOVED it! The put-put was a wonderful unexpected activity, and it is free. We will definitely make this our place to stop whenever we are in the area.
The AC in the room did not work properly, and the prices on the menu that the staff gave me to look at before going to the restaurant were incorrect, when I pointed this out they said that they were aware of the issue and that that has happened before!! Well I believe that if your aware of it you might want to correct it or warn the guest
We were at one end of the complex. It took about five minutes to get to the front desk. The hot tub was not hot. The water was only luke warm. I like nice hot water, and only about half of the jets were working.
The Best Western Inn of the Ozarks has always been a favorite place to stay over the years. It is very well kept and has very comfortable beds. The swimming pool and hot tub is excellent. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff, and the restaurant on site, Myrtie Mae's, is a must when visiting Eureka Springs!
When visiting Eureka Springs I would recommend this motel regardless if you are a family or not. We are a family of five and selected this hotel based on price and amenities. Having kids we were really attracted to the pool and arcade. Upon arrival the outer appearance was of most motels. No real wow factor. But wait for it...because don't let the typical first impression be your last. My family was not wowed as we pulled up to our room. When we walked it the room felt like a nice hotel room. I believe that we got one of the more recent renovated rooms that I had read about. My family was very surprised and delighted. Clean, spacious, fresh and modern. Now for the fun. Very nice outdoor pool that we spent much time in. Also an arcade room with old games and 9 hole mini golf. Location was perfect for getting around town/downtown. Did not eat at the restaurant but notice that it was always busy. I would definitely stay here again
Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful and the restaurant food is very good and well worth the value. Just make sure you arrive on the day that you booked, or you will be paying for a room you didn't get to stay in one night.
This was our second time staying here and we were definitely not disappointed. We drove away this time saying the same thing we said last year. We will be back! Clean, affordable, great staff. Thanks!
Very good service and food. All staff and food service was excellent, including the manager. We had noon meals for wives and the group doing the business meetings. All was excellent. We have stayed there several times in the past. Its proximity to the local area is helpful. Rooms were clean and attractive. Wish it had a refrigerator.
This is a nice little property in good repair, comfortable and very clean. It was quiet and spacious. Great for parents dropping off/picking up kids at camp or for a quick get-away with family/friends. Would def recommend.
Motel was clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent. The restaurant has wonderful home cooked food. The pool area was very clean and beautiful. Wonderful conference area. This is the best place to stay in Eureka Springs!
Nice place to stay. They are dog friendly. If you end up with a room that does not have a refrigerator or microwave they have a $10.00 fee per night to get one. We were not informed about the fee and did not know about the fee until after checking out and looking at the bill. Staff was very helpful.
Last minute trip to Eureka. Pleasantly surprised with Best Western facility. Although we had a late night arrival and quick departure, room was pleasant. Beds were quite comfortable. We didn't take advantage, but the property has fun-looking pool and recreational spaces for families visiting with children. Location is very convenient.
Overall excellent experience! The young lady that cleaned our room was especially delightful. She went out of her way to help us. There is no complimentary breakfast included but the on-site restaurant is very convenient and the prices are reasonable and the food is delicious! The bed was a bit uncomfortable...I'm used to a mattress that is not so soft, but the room was very quiet and peaceful.
Very clean and comfortable accommodations. Restaurant staff friendly and welcoming. Very good food. Appreciated the separate, covered motorcycle parking available. Pool was nice but does need some repair.
We had a family reunion with 140 at this hotel. The hotel was wonderful to work with and they care about their guests! The hotel prepared two meals for us, a cookout and a formal banquet. Both were delicious!
We were very happy with our recent four night stay! It is conveniently located. A big plus for us was the trolley stop right in the parking area! The swimming pool is huge for a motel, and very nice and clean. Our room was immaculate and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay here again when back in the area!
Good location, nice rooms, pool area and restaurant on site. The caged bike parking was a plus considering there were storms overnight. The taxi number they provided was full of information and an interesting guy
The entire Staff at the hotel are friendly & very helpful. They didn't hesitate to make your stay the best possible. The restaurant, Myrtie Mae's, is the BEST in town. We will definitely be coming back in the future!
We had 20 rooms, some for 4 nights for our wedding that was at the ThornCrown Chapel. The motel was not clean, the food was not what was ordered for the reception and they made us move out of our original rooms when someone else wanted a Jacuzzi that was higher than the wedding rate we were paying. I will not go to this motel again.
This Best Western was a great place to stay in Eureka Springs. My girlfriend and I were very surprised at how many fun things there were to do at this hotel. We used the pool, the hot tub, and the mini golf course to pass some down time and they were all excellent. The employees we interacted with were very nice and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel was very good, we ate there three times during our stay, which says a lot considering we normally try to eat at new places each night. The rooms were simple and perfect. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I have is the internet was a little sluggish but I really can't complain about that. This hotel is excellent and I recommend anyone stay here while in town.
Great place for bikers. They have covered gated parking for motorcycles. Convenient to downtown. We didn't use the pool but they had one with a big screen for movies. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.
We have used this hotel before and find it to be comfortable, well located and a great value! It is an easy ride into the city center, to Opera in the Ozarks, and to local attractions, and is itself very accessible. In addition, the staff is very welcoming.
Needs updated. Carpet needs to be replaced with wood/laminate. Lighting needs to be better. Only a few outlets for charging electronic devices. Difficulty with tub draining water so I had to take a shower/bath which left soap residue from ankle down. I hate that the bed pillows have been reduced down to the size of a square! Not sure if there is a complimentary breakfast that goes with the room, we weren't told and so we choose to eat downtown at an astronomical price! This was our fifth trip to Eureka Springs. Our first trip was in 1992. In my opinion, Eureka Springs in general, has become way too expensive for the quality of food and services provided.
Most of this sprawling hotel is tucked quietly back onto the sides of a wooded mountain. It is very clean & well maintained. Everything there was as one desires and expects their hotel room and service to be. Much larger than one sees from hwy. 62 as it winds through the wooded Ozark Mountains, it could almost be overlooked. Located on the the edge of Eureka Springs, AK. it is convenient to everything from outdoors recreation, Beaver Lake, quaint ships, restaurants, theaters, etc. Their restaurant is noted as one of the finest in the area. Swimming pool well above standard, mini-gol fl and other activities included on the property. An excellent "find" for us.
Traveling for the weekend with two large dogs. We had room for both crates, dogs, us, and luggage. We were close to a grassy area that had a station with bags and a trash can. We have never traveled with the dogs before (100 lbs and 60 lbs) and felt like this trip was a success. We will definitely be back in the future.
Room (#177) was clean & very spacious. Comfortable fit 3 people without us being in each other's way. Pool was nice and relaxing. Plenty of chairs to lounge in. Myrtie Mae's restaurant was great food and reasonably priced.
Best Western Inn of the Ozarks is a clean, friendly place to stay. A tram stop is conveniently located right in front of the office, so you don't have to fight the traffic during your stay The restaurant offers really good meals with excellent service and pricing. There is a nice pool, hot tub, and gaming area with free miniature golf and ping pong. Recommend requesting a room in the newer wing of the facility. The rooms are larger and the view is much better. Great place for a family stay.
we had a great time at this Best Western. great staff, great food. a little pricey, but still good. there Fried Chicken was very good. the Beds were very comfy... I don't have more to say I can say all that needs to be said so why should I be made to type more than 200
This was a great place to stay. We were here with the grandkids, and we were all grateful for the spacious room. The kids loved the pool, and I thought it was beautiful. Our room faced the woods, and was very quiet. It was also very clean. The location was perfect, close to town, but with plenty of off-street parking. The hotel restaurant was very good. If you eat breakfast here, ask for Addie for your waitress. She is awesome! If we ever get back to Eureka Springs, we're staying here!
We are here in Eureka Springs planning our wedding and the staff here has gone out of their way to take care of us at every turn. Terri has graciously put up with me changing my mind and has been more than patient helping me plan our reception. Margie has gone out of her way to take care of us during our stay and the housekeeping staff are friendly and efficient. We can't wait to come back.
All in all, the stay was very good. Great restaurant right in the hotel. Made it very nice. They have a covered game area as well as a hot tub and very nice swimming pool. There is a trolley stop at the hotel for those who do not want to hassle with trying to drive to the downtown area. Tickets can also be purchased at the hotel.
We have always been very happy with this venue. The restaurant makes it even better. Worth the trip. Great location for a couples getaway or motorcycle group. Cool town. Our rooms are clean and the staff always helpful. We spent a week here in 2012 and enjoyed every day.
Rooms big. staff friendly and helpful. great motorcycle secured parking. Surprise to see a restaurant on site. Pool area was nice with waterfall. Close to downtown Eureka Springs. Need to take trolley this is a all day pass of $6. Unfortunately this stops at six pm. Surprised to find taxi service which was quick and reasonable.
Conveniently located and the entire staff (e.g., front desk, restaurant staff, housekeeping and maintenance) was outstanding. They accommodated our every need! Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Surprisingly, the restaurant food was also outstanding!!
Had a wonderful time with a group of motorcycle friends. Stayed at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks, with 110 of our motorcycle friends. The hotel made us all feel very welcome. We had so much fun riding around the northwest parts of AK, and we all plan on returning to the same hotel next year.
Outstanding hotel and staff. Great accommodations and the food at the hotel restaurant was very good too! If you haven't visited this area of the country, you are missing out! Beautiful country and very friendly people!
I can't remember ever feeling so welcomed by a hotel. Unlike many hotels, they have abundant welcoming staff so things are always getting done with a smile. We particularly remember Margie at the front desk and Austin in the event room but everyone was amazing. The restaurant was also exceptional which is rare at hotels and the food prices were very reasonable. They went out of their way to accommodate us. Thanks to manager Randy for such a great staff.
We always enjoy staying here. Everyone is over the top friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable. We requested a view overlooking the mountainside. We could sit on the balcony & enjoy the birds and wildlife. Most relaxing and fun. Vicki
Our stay here was comfortable. The room was clean and well outfitted. The balcony overlooked the pool and recreation areas. The room costs do not include breakfast, which many of the competitors do. The café does, however, -- for a fee.
My wife and I stayed here for our 22nd wedding anniversary. The room was comfortable and the restaurant (Myrtle's) was fantastic! There are a lot of on site amenities (swimming pool, tennis court, basketball hoop, putt-putt golf, etc. The only thing lacking was a microwave and refrigerator in the room, but we managed to get along without it.
My boyfriend, Mom, 3 dogs and I traveled to Eureka Springs for an overnight get away, to see the Passion Play. We checked out and called several hotels and this Best Western had exactly what we needed. A one bedroom suite, that fit all of us comfortably. The hotel was easy to find, right off the main road, Check in was very smooth and the front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. We found our suite, room 343 without any problems. It was easy to unpack our vehicle as we could park right in front of the door to our room. Walking into the suite, there was a living room area with a queen size pull out sofa. The front desk told me that all sofa's were new. The mattress wasn't too bad, but we brought a memory foam topper from home to make sure it would be comfy for my boyfriend and I. Off to the other corner was the bar area, with sink, microwave, and fridge. There was a large television, desk and two chairs as well. In the other room, was the king size bed, large television, his and her sinks and lots of space. This suite also has a private outdoor patio with chairs, which was really nice, even though the view is blocked by trees. For a room this size, I felt as though the bathroom was really small. There are two air conditioners, one for each room. I personally prefer central air units with the thermostat on the wall, but the two units in the room did keep us cool and were not too loud. There was no ice machine in our building, but there was one across the parking lot in the next building. There are plenty of areas to walk the dogs. The pool area looked nice, but we didn't have time to use it. Our room was clean and didn't have any funky smells. The hotel grounds were also kept up. All in all, a great stay and we will definitely be back!
Awesome stay in Eureka Springs, AR for 3 nights. Convenient location to all sites...shopping on Main, restaurants, spas, Ziplining, trolley stop! Room was perfectly located for me, clean, comfortable and quiet! Pool was nice! Hottub wasn't working properly but didn't deter my stay! Would definitely recommend to others!
Very good experience staying at this hotel. Very good service. If i needed any personal items, they were there to help in any way. It was very comfortable staying in this hotel. will definitely come again.
My room was spacious, well-appointed and recently re-decorated. My room looked out on woods at the back of the hotel and I enjoyed the view and listening to the birds chirping. However, if you DON'T like listening to birds, ask for a room that faces the parking lot instead. I was able to walk into town (downhill) and took the trolley back to the hotel ($6). The staff was very friendly, professional and attentive. There is a restaurant on-site. I gave this BW 4 stars instead of 5 because: 1) its "motel-style" with outside doors, 2) there are stairs to the second floor 3) there is no free breakfast because they have a restaurant. The room seemed a little over-priced given these 3 things.
Excellent central location. Rooms are refreshed with all new bathroom fixtures. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good. Full buffet with great selections and fresh and hot.
The hotel was VERY clean and very well kept. The pictures made it seem dated, but that was not the case at all. It was close to all the things we wanted to do, and am very pleased we decided to stay here. If I ever return I'll stay here again!
This motel is great for folks with any aged kids. It has a great pool, a play area for kids of all ages and tennis / basketball courts. If you're a biker who worries about your 2-wheeled baby out in the parking lot, they also have little under cover motorcycle parking spots with locking gates to protect your bike. Because we were just about as far as possible from there, we went ahead and parked right in front of our room, but it's a very cool thing that they offer this...free of charge!
Staff the best, Myrtie Maes restaurant always good food and service, have been coming here in the spring for over 30 years. always a treat, parking sometimes a little tough, a refrigerator in rooms would be a nice addition. added HD digital tv, nice touch
The title says it all! This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at- with services surpassing so-called "Five Star" hotels. Everyone was great, food was fresh and cooked from scratch, staff was always helpful and polite. Thank you for a great experience!
My friend and I stayed at Best Western and attended a conference at the hotel. Accommodations were great and the conference venue was excellent. The restaurant at the hotel was one of the best that I have experienced - both in value and customer service.
Great place, clean and the employees are so friendly and helpful. The Convention Center is in the hotel area and being able to just walk there is so nice. My partner is in a wheelchair and we found most areas to be very accessible. We will be back again next year ... this is our 5th year.
The Best Western Inn of the Ozarks is one of the better motels that I have had the pleasure to visit. It is an older but beautifully updated motel with outside corridors. Aside from that it was perfect. The rooms are large and comfortable. My quarters were spotless and well-appointed. The staff was extremely helpful. And the on-sight restaurant was convenient and reasonably priced. One of their breakfast waitresses deserves an award for friendliness, efficiency, and perfection.
I have stayed at Best Western in the past but disappointed with this hotel. Paid for a suite but there was not a refrigerator or microwave in the room. When to get a cup of coffee but only thing available was a resteraunt no complementary pot. The only breakfast available was at paid resteraunt. Stayed at the other Best Western a mile down the road and it was just the opposite. Will go there next time I'm in town
The restaurant inside of the hotel was really good. We had breakfast there both mornings we stayed and it was reasonably-priced. The staff was prompt and very friendly. The room was a good size and clean. The balcony a nice place to drink coffee in the morning. There was a gap around both our doors which allowed sound to drift in. We haven't stayed at a Best Western before but shopped around for value.
I loved this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for my needs. When I booked I asked for a quiet room which was provided and met my expectations. Overall it was a good stay and I would definitely stay there again.
This hotel is very kid friendly, they have a fun outside game room with putt-putt, ping pong, and a pool table. The hotel is less than a five minute drive to downtown and they have a restaurant located in the lobby.
Loved the big jacuzzi!!!!!!! Lots of motorcycles in town but the location of my room blocked the noise!!! I didn't eat at the restaurant this time but it is delicious! I will stay here the next time I'm in Eureka Springs. My stay was perfect!
We stayed in one of the King bed rooms with sofa bed. Super comfy king bed - we didn't use the sofa bed. Large walk in shower. Everything was clean. Free Wi-Fi. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant, it was yummy. We didn't get to use the hot tub or pool but both looked nice. Had a kids area for families. Hotel is right off the main hwy coming into town but our rooms were far enough off the road we didn't have traffic noise. All of the staff was helpful and friendly. Will be staying there again if we return to Eureka Springs.
The Hotel was pretty much what I expected it would be. The bed mattresses were not great and the internet was slow but both acceptable. Our stay in Eureka Springs was very enjoyable and the restaurant food was delicious, but it was slow so allow time. Parking was generous and the motorcycle cages was a real plus.
the Inn of the Ozarks has hosted our HS Prom for many years and we have never been disappointed. After prom I spend the night at the hotel. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always gracious. My favorite rooms are on the back side of the hotel where they overlook a small forest, so peaceful and beautiful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I can't recommend them highly enough.
We were here for 2 nights. Bed was comfy, staff was friendly and helpful. We were here on a motorcycle ride, and they have the bike storage that locks included with room. That was wonderful! The only negative thing I can say is that the room was at the bottom of the hill and my husband has knee problems, so we could not walk up the hill to get to the restaurant, hot tub, etc. Other than that, all was great!
We've been staying at the Inn of the Ozarks several years for the Porsche Weekend in early November. We are reserved the same rooms we stayed in the previous year and have been very happy with the excellent upkeep and maintenance. The rooms are spacious and generally quiet. Our MAJOR complaint: the rooms have been occupied by heavy smokers and the smell is obnoxious. It is difficult to believe in these times that a hotel cannot declare itself smoke free! There does not seem to be the option of reserving smoke free rooms, so be aware of this. If you are not a smoker whether you want to be or not, you will be by the time you spend a night or two in this motel. You, your hair and your clothes will smell like stale cigarettes until you take a shower and launder everything. YUK!
We were in Eureka Springs for a family wedding and used The Inn of the Ozarks for our base. The rooms were large with very comfortable beds, reception was nice, and the restaurant was excellent. We had a wedding rate of $99. We used their facilities for the wedding reception and were very pleased. We thought the prices were good, the set up beautiful, the staff excellent, and the food delicious. I highly recommend this Best Western.
The room was clean and modern. The bed was so incredibly comfortable! All employees were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will come back again when I'm in Eureka Springs.
What a great little find. I booked this hotel online… And you never know what you might get. We were pleasantly surprised at this hotel. It has been completely updated. Nice comfy queen size bed. Beautiful bathroom. A nice little sitting area with a chair and ottoman. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown… If you don't mind the hills. It's quite the workout!
We rented a block of rooms for a wedding. The rooms were clean, large, and comfortable. Most of our rooms seemed to be in an older part of the hotel. Although it has been updated it is still dated on the outside. We would stay there again. The restaurant was excellent.
We had never traveled with dogs before but looked for a hotel in the Eureka Springs area that was good for a family of four with two dogs. This Best Western was clean with friendly staff and was pet friendly. I was surprised that a pet friendly hotel was as clean smelling as it was. We did ask for non-smoking but could tell that someone had smoked in our room in the past. There was an area to walk the dogs in the grass with a pet clean-up station posted there. When I went to check out I had forgotten it was Halloween and was surprised to see the staff in costume. Found out while visiting Eureka Springs downtown that day that almost every staff person in every store and restaurant dresses up for Halloween. What a fun town to visit!
Good place to stay. Dog friendly, but too few dog friendly places in Eureka Springs. They complied with all my requests. I travel with two 140+ pound dogs, so being dog friendly drives my decision where to stay.
Expedia is showing smoking rooms FIRST for this hotel, so I accidentally booked one. Ugh. Why do hotels still have smoking rooms? Smoking is a quaint habit from a previous century. Smokers can sit outside for a puff...they don't need their own separate rooms in this day and age. My room reeked to high heaven, but hotel was full for first 2 nights, so no choice. Tough to take. Pluses: Rooms are remodeled and modern. Pool was still open as of Nov. 1. Pool has nice waterfall. Ask for a room in the 220-250 range and you'll have a back view of the pool and hear the waterfall. Hot-tub, but it's indoors. Fridge in room. Good water pressure in shower. 42" LG LCD TV, but I never turn those things on anymore. CONS: No free breakfast, but the restaurant is decent. Wish it opened earlier than 7am though. As I said, some rooms are smoking, so be careful. Wifi was ridiculously slow. Almost unusable. During mid-day on a slow Monday, best speed I got was 1.8Mbps. That night, when the hotel was about 75% full, I got about 250Kbps. Location is good enough for a walk to downtown, unlike almost all other hotels on Hwy 62. Overall, I recommend the hotel and would stay there again, but they need to do something about the wifi. Best Westerns have definitely improved over the past 5 years due to better corporate oversight of franchisees, so feel free to take a chance.
Wonderful staff, beds, amenities and area! Staff went out of their way to help us with anything we needed! Never have I been so well taken care of at a motel! Tamara was searching for cabs to downtown and the motel manager actually took us downtown in his own vehicle. Great service!
BFF and I stayed at this friendly, beautiful hotel for 2 nights. Great location to explore Eureka Springs. Staff super friendly and helpful. Large room and the shower was great The grounds were amazing. Large pool and entertainment center. I can see all the families enjoying it during the summer. The restaurant was very good. Large salad bar and prices were very good. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
Didn't get the type room I ask for. I asked for a ground floor room,; but, got an upstairs room. I wasn't informed of his until I got to the hotel (after driving all the way from Oklahoma). This is getting really close to flim-flam.
The grounds here are very well taken care of and the lobby is very nice. Our room was spotless , the bed was very comfortable and the restaurant in the hotel has very good food. All the staff are very nice and do a great job cleaning. We were also able to bring our dog which sealed the deal.... I couldn't have asked for anything else. This hotel made our Eureka Springs getaway the best trip here so far. We won't stay anywhere else when we come to visit now.... Great job....
This is the sixth year this event has been here. Great facilities and a wonderful friendly staff. They go out of their way to make sure everything is right. A well maintained property. Highly recommend if you are staying in Eureka Springs!
Spent two nights and was pleased with the excellent facilities: 1. Had motorcycle parking in enclosed garage with chain link fence and sturdy lock. 2. Excellent restaurant on property. Best two piece fried chicken for senoir discount dinner. Excellent food bar taking advance by my buddy. I don't like food bars, LOL. 3. Although property appeared filled, very quiet and spread out with only two story rooms. 4. My friend's reservation with messed up by a day in booking, they accommodated him and booked a room close to mine for our convenience. 5. Centrally located in Eureka Springs with easy access to main highway.
Excellent customer service and environment. I will be back. MATTRESS WAS SO COMFORTABLE. Our room was at the back of the property with a beautiful view of the woods. Nature at its finest. Very quiet. I have heard people have seen fawns from the terrace. Very kind assistance with our luggage. Great restaurant. Lovely pool and spa.
Comfortable bed, large room. No microwave or fridge in King standard room. Air conditioner worked well. Breakfast is not included. Two people average of 20.00 for breakfast. Very friendly staff. Easy to access off of the road. Close to historic downtown with all of the shops.
Though the hotel is older, it was very nice. It looks as if they had recently remodeled our room. It was clean and well kept. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant and was pleased. The staff was friendly and the food was good as well.
This is the second year we stayed at this motel. This year they had an upstairs room reserved for us and asked for a ground floor room and with in one hour we were in our room on the ground level. Mertie Mays restaurant is top of the line for service and good food at good prices! The rooms are large with flat screen tvs, comfy beds, and super clean. This motel is located in the center of everything we wanted, easy to get around. We plan on staying there again next year!
We made a rode trip to NY to see our dau and grans. The reason the 4 nights that we didn't spend at BW was because we didn't see them listed in the areas that we stayed. This was due to the fact that we didn't pre plan our stays while on the road.
It was alright ,would not stay there again bath room was why to small, there was used soap in the shower. Had spiders in the room woke up with one crawling on me. the food was not that good as the rating said the gravy tasted like it came out a can. Coffee was strong
The room was large, tastefully decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Small portion of wallpaper under toilet tissue holder had come loose. I reported it at check out and the clerk immediately wrote it down to have it corrected. At dinner in the hotel restaurant, our waitress got our order mixed up and we waited 40 minutes for our food which put us behind to an event. But the food was delicious EXCEPT for fake instant potatoes. Please change that! The breakfast was very good except that the hash brown potatoes were fried in rancid oil. The hostess immediately reported that to the kitchen staff so they could correct that and also deducted the price of my meal from our bill -- which I DID NOT ask for nor expected. That was great service!! The hotel has a wonderful covered separate but open air building with free miniature golf, pool, ping pong, some electrical machine games and climbing equipment for children. The pretty irregular shaped outdoor pool is surrounded with beautiful plants and has a waterfall at one end. The hot tub is in a separate small house with windows all around. Were sorry that we didn't have time to make use of all the fun stuff (except for a few holes of golf), but will definitely plan to allow for that on our next stay. Our one night and parts of two days was very, very pleasant and we can certainly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Eureka Springs. I wouldn't necessarily pay $10 extra for a room overlooking the pool side again as our room really overlooked the roof of the game building and the pool was way down on the other side of that building. That charge needs to be stopped.
The room was adequate. Location was good. We paid a hefty price for the room because it was the "Corvette" weekend in town. Some things to consider: -No continental breakfast. They want you to eat at Myrtie Mae's attached to the Inn. The food there was ok. Honestly, the continental breakfast at the next 2 BW we stayed at were better than the paid breakfast at Myrtie Mae's. -No fridge in the room, which was unfortunate since we had a 1 year old that needed milk so it forced us to make several ad hoc trips to the gas station.
The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very spacious, the restaurant had great food, the staff was exceptional, the owner is involved and approachable, the setting was very quaint, it is a very good value!
When we made reservations with special conditions needed for handicapped, the person on reservation desk said, "We have just what you need and are happy you are coming to the Writer's Conference." We said we were coming to the last day of the conference and were told that was just fine. When we arrived the whole attitude was what do you need? What can we do for you and we are happy you made it safely! They gave us a map of the property, showed us where the room was located and showed us where to park and the best route around buildings to room. They were patient with questions and courteous with their body language. We are grateful travelers.
My wife and I spent the weekend here while attending the Corvette Weekend in Eureka Springs. This hotel did not disappoint. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was on site and was very good. I don't have anything bad to say about our stay. We will stay there again.
We attended a conference. Mike and Tina made sure we had our room, even though we didn't arrive until the next morning. The room was clean and everything was nice. I loved that they had a rack for hand towels. More hotels need to have them.
Over all our room was clean and fairly comfortable. I personally found the bed to be saggy and difficult to sleep on, but my husband seemed to sleep okay. We made a reservation at this place last minute so it was nice they had rooms available for bringing a large dog (we own a 65lb greyhound). **Note: they will not automatically clean your room if you have a dog. You will have to request a cleaning. The hotel is relatively close to downtown Eureka Springs and pretty easy to get in and out of. There is also a pool and a putt-putt golf onsite. I didn't love our room location. You have two entry doors into the hotel/motel: one that enters from the front and one that opens to a closed and shared balcony on the backside. Our particular location from the balcony overlooked a concrete roof, so wasn't much to look at there. But I have read that in other rooms, maybe further back on the property, you can see deer occasionally. I'm a little confused how the diner gets such rave reviews as we went there for breakfast one morning and only found the food and service to be so-so. If you want a killer coffee and breakfast place to visit, check out Mud Room Cafe instead. Bottomless coffee, the service is awesome and the food is delicious. I doubt we ever come back to Eureka Springs, but if we did I would probably just stay at this location again.
This is a very nice hotel for the location and price. We have stayed here in the past and it was just a great the 2nd time as the first. We haven't tried the restaurant yet, but plan to on future visits.
The hotel was really nice. People were all very helpful. Room was clesn and large. We had 8 people 4 rooms all of us were very happy. Would stay here again. The restaurant was also very nice. Lots of food and not to expensive.
Great location and facilities! Came for a conference. Conference facilities were awesome and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure all attendees were taken care of.
People were very friendly. It was a nice hotel for the location. It obviously isn't the same quality you would get in a bigger city, but it was spacious and in a good location. The walls are pretty thin so you can any noise in the near area. That being said, I would stay here again if I ever travel back to Eureka Springs.
Very clean room and quite spacious. Great location and a restaurant on site. Have stayed here on two occasions and both times we have been happy. They also allow small dogs. Parking can be tricky if they are booked full.
Eureka Springs is a rather unique place to visit. For the environment, this is a decent hotel to stay at. The staff is rather nice, however the hotel itself could use an exterior renovation. The best part of the place was the pool area for recreation with free putt-putt golf, ping pong, and bring quarters if you would like to play pool or other games in their semi-outdoor game room area over the pool. The setting is what makes this place great. ASK FOR A ROOM BY THE POOL OR YOU MAY NOT ENJOY YOUR STAY. The room that I got was along the highway and the deck along the front of the building to enter the rooms has about a 2ft wide narrow stair case leading up to a wooden deck that I honestly would be afraid to have more than a few people stand on at a time. Parking is somewhat of a challenge, but that is typical ANYWHERE in Eureka Springs, so I can't really complain about that. However, like I said, considering the other options in town, I would recommend this place for the price range. The rooms were decent on the inside even though they were somewhat classic in design, Best Western did a good job trying to modernize them and it was maintained rather well. If you need a mini-fridge in your room, you need to request they install one before you arrive, and there was not a microwave in the room. There was a coffee maker and iron/ironing board setup. If this area is your idea of 'romantic' and you are thinking wedding, they do have a nice convention center which has a banquet hall for a reception next to it and a quality lobby.
Great hotel and the staff is always helpful. Rooms are large and the beds comfortable. Parking lot is well lighted. Restaurant is well staffed and the food is served hot and with a smile. Best hotel in Eureka Springs.
We did not stay here not enough rooms for our group. We had breakfast here 3 out of the 4 days spent here in eureka springs. A shout out to Molly, really great server. Molly has been a server here for 41 years and she is the best.
what you would expect from Best Western. Only complaint was no refrigerator. Staff was awesome. They were very busy the weekend we stayed and had to wait a bit for breakfast. No complaints, food was great, however buffet style may be better for the busy weekends.
Wonderful location, clean rooms, wonderful attached restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and amazing Sunday brunch, great pool area, hot tub and play area for kids. Amazing customer service 24/7. Definitely we will be back and stay there again. We loved it!
Loved everything about this place!!! The beds were to die for...everything was clean; everyone was so nice...They have a beautiful pool and game area including pool table! Lots of fun for everyone!! I would recommend this place without hesitation!!
The staff, facilities, restaurant, and room was very good! I had only one issue. I left 2 voicemail messages with the front desk, never got a call back. Had to walk up to the desk to have my issue resolved.
Efforts have been made to update the rooms and although our room was OK they still need to make some more updates;our room appeared very clean although it was too dark and the carpet looks outdated and the bathtub in our room was stained yellow. The bed was very comfortable and the new bathroom vanity was beautiful...small but very beautiful. All-in-all I can't give them above or below a three star rating...AVERAGE.
well when we come to Eureka it will be HERE we stay.. why? ..well, pets are always welcome, a five star restaurant attached and the pool and GAME ROOM outside but covered is excellent when it rained!... so much fun when usually you just SIT in a hotel room when it rains but here?....no WAY, putt putt, ping pong, electronic games all UNDER A DRIVE ROOF. OH.. and the movies while you are in the POOL!!! too cool!... this is the place we will stay and bring friends and family from now on... we are Hilton and Marriott members but this is so great for everything... can't beat it.. !
Nice hotel for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was disappointed our room was not ready when we checked in. Was there for a business conference, so you would thing they would have extra staff on duty to help clean rooms when expecting 100+ people. HORRIBLE service in restaurant. 1 waitress and 1 cashier. Both were EXTREMELY slow. Again, no extra staff to accommodate 100+ ppl. Food was good tho.
The hotel is an older propery, cut clearly it has been updated and the grounds are really pretty. Didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting. A big screen TV above the pool would be a hit for the kids Also minature golf, billards next door to that. An easy access to downtown area. Shuttle bus stops in front which will take you to different attractions. Very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for the value of room. Also nice to have a restaurant on premises
I stayed at Best Western Inn of the Ozarks for over a week when taking a class. The hotel was great! It was very clean, the staff were all very nice and helpful, and the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel! And I loved their in-house restaurant Myrtie Mae's!
We stayed for three nights at one Best Western in Eureka Springs Ar. and it was good. So we decided to try the other Best Western with the Restaurant it was cleaner, updated more, great service and a Great Restaurant Too! We will definitely come back to this one.
Check in was a breeze, staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. The conference rooms are down towards the end of the property. It's was a walk from the room but there is plenty of parking below so if your staying towards front of motel you will want to drive (it was very hot ). The actual building is great. We really enjoyed it. Restaurant is delicious and stays very busy. Internet connection was good. Overall great experience.
Great place to stay, especially for the rate. Restaurant food is excellent and the pool area very enjoyable for visiting with friends. You can always spot a deer or two off the balcony at night! The City is always interesting to visit and there are many good restaurants in the area in addition to Myrtie Mae's which is on site.
My friend and I went to Eureka Springs for a girls weekend and stayed at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks. Our room was extremely clean and very spacious. We would recommend this hotel. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
This hotel is great for an entire family, individual, or couple on their honeymoon. The staff is super helpful and nice. I stay here every time I come to town and wouldn't stay anywhere else. They have a super awesome restaurant on the property, outdoor swimming pool where the kids can watch a movie and swim at the same time, an arcade, tennis courts, great places to just get out of the room and go walking, and so much more.
Awesome place to stay! The rooms are big, clean and comfortable with a frog and microwave. There is a beautiful outdoor pool as well as outside mini golf, arcade games, pool tables, ping pong and air hockey. They have a great on site restaurant, Myrtie Mae's, with a fantastic soup and salad bar. Very friendly staff
Always great service, pleasant staff, walking distance to shops, and historic downtown. Celebrating three birthdays the same week, we visit twice a year, and have never had any problem with the hotel, staff, service, or rooms. We have stayed other places in Eureka Springs, but not since the first time we stayed at this hotel!
This hotel was situated along a tree lined curvy road. It was a beautiful property. We had a King room and it was very spacious, clean and nice finishes. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows and bedding. There were couple of things I found odd is that the bathroom shower, tub and toilet was somewhat small in an otherwise spacious room. Also, there is no microwave or mini fridge provided. This is an amenity that most travelers count on. The did have a restaurant on site. They do not have a complimentary breakfast, On site they have a nine hole mini golf course, pool tables, skeeball, air hockey and some other games. However a third of the games were out of order when we were there. The pool area was awesome with a water fall in the pool They also had a movie screen that you could watch the movie of the night in the pool area. This hotel was very nicely landscaped. Check out some of the pictures I posted. I would definitely stay here again.
After a major event my truck broke down and the staff gave me a recommendation for a garage and made us very comfortable. Everybody was concerned. We had a flatbed trailer that was left across the street when the truck was towed and the Manager of the hotel used his Jeep to bring the trailer on to the hotel property where it would be safer. Excellent service
The Best Western Staff and Stay were just superb. They happily admitted our little dog, gave us great suggestions for dinner. The on site restaurant was greatt for breakfast and excellent service as well.
We stayed during VW Weekend and it was great. We got to see all the vw show cars, the hotel was an excellent venue for this event. and went out of there way to make sure we all had a great weekend. They have a pool and hot tub, tennis courts. I think they even have mini golf. It was a lot of fun
Nice motel but lacks basic service. No fridge/microwave in rooms. Forget bringing doggie bags home from some of the great eating establishments. Other than this the room was good and the employees very friendly. On site Eatery, so no cont. breakfast.
They have tried to upgrade the hotel, room is okay, but no free breakfast, air conditioner is very noisy, lock did not work right even staff had problems with it. Would not stay there are again there are many choices in town
Stayed for motorcycle getaway weekend. About 70 people. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Very accomodating to our group. Walking distance to old Eureka Springs. Beautiful area to ride or just walk in town.
Great pool, good size rooms, comfy beds. Quiet & convenient. Kids LOVED the free mini-golf & the pool! Located just a couple minutes from downtown Eureka & great family place to stay. I would definitely stay there again.
Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Located in a great convenient location and breakfast at adjoining restaurant Myrtie Mayes was exceptional. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a weekend getaway. Will definitely stay here again.
Nice older hotel. Huge rooms. Nice pool and game room. No free breakfast but the restaurant is cheap and delicious! Close to major attractions and the beds were soft and comfy. Clean and cozy, but that it. The wifi was iffy any time of the day. But it was free. Thank goodness!!!
It was clean and the bed was REALLY comfortable!!!! There were a couple of issues. It was loud. We could hear the people in the room next door and people outside (we were by the pool). The curtain in the room didn't close all the way, so it was bright. The bathroon was kind of small and needed some maintenance. Overall I'd give it a C, maybe a B-. It wasn't terrible. I slept really well. I'd stay here again. Just maybe in a different room..
My partner and I joined members of my large extended family for a destination wedding in Eureka Springs on August 6. We were all pleased with not just the perfect standard of the Best Western model, but with the individuality and uniqueness of that particular location, the Inn of the Ozarks (in my opinion, the more picturesque of the two BW's in town. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond in friendliness. I like how the whole complex sprawls over the hillside, with the forest right on the other side. It is literally on the edge of town, but also literally just a few minutes' drive from everything. The pool was awesome! It's been years since I lounged at a pool at a hotel. I have very fair skin. This pool offered shady spots all day long, as well as plenty of sun. Movie nights at the pool were great, and so was the outdoor gaming lounge. The restaurant, Myrtie Mae's, is apparently a local treasure, and was busy every day with local diners as well as tourists. Our waitress, Addie, has worked in the restaurant since 1982. Altogether, this hotel eperience was delightful.
Our stay was very pleasant...room was clean, comfortable beds and was reasonably priced. The room we were in had a refrigerator and microwave. Although there is no free breakfast, the restaurant on site was reasonably priced and had good food. We would stay here again! We enjoyed playing arcade games, also. I wish we would have had time to play the FREE mini golf...maybe next time!
They were very nice and accommodating despite our biker appearance. Offered keys to locked cages for storing our bikes during the night at no extra cost. Restaurant on site for breakfast. room was very nice and clean.
I was extremely pleased with the motel and all the amenities. I would stay again. I stayed two nights for a convention, ate at Myrtie Mae's restaurant and rate the entire weekend at an excellent choice and experience.
This was my second time to stay at Best Western Inn of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs. I had a great time both visits. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Myrtle Mae's Restaurant serves good food and the atmosphere is great. I love the landscaping. The location of this hotel is convenient to other places I wanted to visit. Overall this was a great place to stay.
Awesome stay best in eureka springs for kids and adults. kids pool and outdoor game room movies on pool deck. they have the best price for quality and comfort very convienent i highly recommend this hotel resort
very nice and pleasant staff, myrtle mae's restaurant was excellent, very easy access to every thing in eureka springs, we just wanted someplace to get a way for a few days and had a really good stay. we will be back
I took my grandson to Eureka Springs to see the Passion Play. We stayed at the Best Western because it is convenient and has several perks. They have a pool, recreation area and a restaurant. They also show a movie by the pool each night.
Very clean and spacious room (we were given an accessible room). Friendly staff, very good mattress, everything looked modern and well maintained inside. Convenient parking close to room. Beautiful surroundings that are very quiet. Good value for the money.
This was our 1st of many annual trips to the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks in Eureka Springs!! The grand kids loved the pool, the recreation center and the wonderful restaurant (Myrti Mae's). The basketball and tennis courts were excellent too. We loved setting out by the pool relaxing, watching a movie on the big screen and watching the grand kids swim. Very clean rooms and comfy beds.
My family enjoyed our stay here. Very clean. Comfy beds. Helpful staff. Nice pool area and had a game room that was fun! The only down side was they do not have a mini fridge or microwave in the room. Everything else about our stay was great!!
This was a very nice hotel and clean!! Outside entrance to your room. Very nice pool and restaurant. Very reasonable prices at the restaurant. Very accommodating as far as cleaning our room. All of the staff was very friendly. Great location in town. We will stay again!!
Positives: Great for families, fun free game area, free nightly movie, pool is a great depth for toddlers on up. Our room was very spacious. Furniture was comfortable. Restaurant staff was very nice and the food was very good. Negatives: We had a lot of problems at check-in with getting a crib setup and the staff at the time was rude and not very helpful, room was only about 3/4 clean. Corners were dusty and we found a spider nest the bedroom and cobb webs in several places. Sinks didn't seem to get cleaned with the daily cleaning. TV remotes were hit or miss. The internet went down one night of our stay. No free breakfast in a cost/value space where it is typically included.
We stayed upstairs facing the woods. very quiet. Room was large, very clean. A/C worked great. Beds were clean and comfy. The game room area is fun with putt putt, ping pong, lots of games. The pool looked nice.
Always a nice relaxing stay! Always makes us come back for the great buffet, pool, hot tub & well experienced staff. We love it! The rooms are clean, beautiful outside natural setting. Great location in the city of Eureka.
My husband and I came down to Eureka Springs to see Gordon Lightfoot. The hotel was clean and cool. Food (especially their sizzling fried chicken) was exceptionally good. Over all the four days spent was a great get away. We are coming back in a couple of weeks and they are booked. Otherwise we would be staying at The Best Western.
I enjoyed the stay, the bed was really nice and they had a dog friendly atmosphere with special places to take your dog and they even had the bags so that you could dispose of waste easily. Great location!
Great location to all attractions. Reasonable rates! Awesome food! Air conditioner was really not the best but it was 101 Drgrees. Bed was comfortable and plenty of pillows. Nice big flat screen television...42 inch. Overall rating a 4.
This was a great hotel for my family to have something to do while I was at my convention. The pool and game room area was super!!! The beds were very comfortable, we slept great every night. I would come back and stay even if I was taking a vacation and not business. Great location, easy to get to restaurants, trolley stop and downtown.
My family stopped here during a summer road trip. Very family-friendly. Kids loved the pool, arcade and mini-golf. Evening movie was fun, too. Easy access to the downtown trolley. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff were all very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!
A nice find. It has 3 or 4 separate buildings with rooms, we were in building C. Rooms could use some updating but are far from "worn"; and are very clean. And unusually large for a Best Western. The bed was very comfortable (how rare is that?). The large staff was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. We're BW Rewards members and stay in them all over the western US. This one has real character and a unique pool area. The large pool's set in the edge of a lush forest and on the edge of a cliff. Has a small waterfall. Has a large adjacent covered cook-out pavilion and game area for the kiddos. Movies are shown in the evenings at the pool on a large screen. For us the only downside was the lack of a complimentary continental breakfast. There's a nice sit-down restaurant adjacent to the lobby where all meals may be purchased, but this is the first BW we've ever stayed in that didn't offer the usual complimentary breakfast. To us cost wasn't the issue, it was the lack of the convenience of grabbing a quick breakfast snack and a cup of coffee.. We'll stay here again, but have our breakfast snacks with us.
We were here for a summer business meeting which includes families. The rooms are ordinary but comfortable and good sized. The beds are pretty comfortable but could use better pillows. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, which helps when you have children. The meeting rooms are nice and there is a separate convention center. The kids enjoyed the pool but the tile around the edge is slippery. No injuries though.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Best Western in the Eureka Springs area and would recommend this hotel highly, but it is a little pricey though. The room was very clean, cool, and comfortable, and the landscape outside was very relaxing.
Our double queen room was actually quite large. You can tell the hotel itself is old but they have updated the linens in bed and Windows. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was tiny. You could barely close the door while in the bathroom. The best part if traveling with children is the putt putt/game area which had billiards, ping pong, a few arcade games (several were broken)...all under a shelter so it could be used if raining. I wouldn't say this hotel would give you a true Eureka Spgs experience...but it was a decent stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was good - slight odor, possibly from a smoker or two over time, but not horrible. There is a jacuzzi with lots of mirrors. I didn't use it, but if that's what floats your boat, more power to ya. There is no fridge! And no microwave. A bit pricey since it's in a touristy town.
We booked this hotel last minute and they were wonderful to work worth. The ladies at the front desk have been very helpful. The housekeepers are so friendly and very thoughtful. We love the little put-put gold and game area. The pool is a great size and fun for everyone. We watched the nightly pool side movies and had a great time. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, and everything worked.
Rooms are average shared balcony on 1st floor. Pool is pretty and taken care of. Movies at night by the pool where fun. Putt-putt golf, ski ball where fun also. All of these activities where on site. Hotel is walking distance to a lot of stuff. Staff is friendly and helpful. Recommend for families.
There are two Best Westerns in Eureka Springs, and this is the Western most of them. It is a large property. Check-in was smooth and efficient. We enjoyed a junior suite with a king bed, large sitting area, kitchen and bathroom. We were in one of two rooms in what they call the Sam Leath Cabin. This is a very convenient location to the office and restaurant. Room was clean, the bed comfortable and real pillows—not the four square kind. Families will love the huge pool which ranges from 2 to 9 feet in depth (very unusual to find deep pools like that today). The hot tub room, however, is inadequate for this size property. It was fully when my lovely wife and I went to partake, the folks showed no signs of leaving or sharing. A larger and/or additional hot tubs would be a welcome addition. Good place to stay, but make your reservation early to get the best rate.
We spent three nights at this hotel. It was very clean - and the room seemed updated. The beds were very comfortable - in fact, most comfy I had on our trip! The staff -- everyone we encountered - was very polite and professional. The restaurant was really good- and the prices were reasonable. The ONLY drawback was the accessibility of the pool. The stairs down to the pool are daunting and the road with the hill was too steep to easily navigate. Also, the pool was not heated and quite cold. The movie at the pool was great,as was the whole pool area. Beautiful views from the pool, too! I highly recommend this hotel.
The room and place was great. I dont understand why it didnt have free breakfast but oh well... other than that this place is actually cool. the pool w/ movie treater was interesting/entertaining. The pot pot place was fun too!
We stayed here for two nights. The staff was very helpful. The room was very large. We had the room on the back side so looked into the woods. The pool area was nice and there was a simple miniature golf which was nice for the kids.
Accommodating staff, very comfortable room, great bed and yummy eats at Myrtie Mae's! BW Inn of the Ozarks always has some activity going on like craft or car shows. It is located close to downtown Eureka and convenient access from Van Buren street to get about anywhere you decide to go. We stay in a suite for extended stays and they are clean, well furnished and extremely roomy.
Very impressed with this Best Western. So much available. Room was spacious with every amenity you could need, on site mini golf, pool tables, game room, tennis court, basketball court, waterfall pool, hot tub and free kid friendly movie every night in the pool area! The staff were friendly and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only thing I'd suggest would be chairs outside the rooms so one could enjoy the views!
The room we had here was outstanding! Spacious and freshly remodeled, it was spotless and clean. The decor was beautiful. It had the convenience of being able to park the car right in front, but it also seemed very quiet. The bathroom was split into a room for the tub/shower and the toilet and a separate area for the beautiful sink (link a piece of furniture) large mirror and plenty of room to hang up clothes. There was even an extra window here which really made the space feel like home instead of a shoe box. The restaurant on the property is excellent. We had dinner and breakfast.
Our car club comes back to this hotel every June for our annual car show. They are very helpful and accommodating to our large group. We take up a good portion of this hotel. The staff is always very friendly and outgoing, nice pool, and a place to lock up your motorcycle. I definitely recommend a stay here if you are in the Eureka Springs area.
We chose this Best Western based on past experience. The Quality of the facility and the staff are outstanding. We had a wonderful time celebrating our Anniversary. We would like to give a special thanks to the Myrtie Mae restaurant and staff. We all of our meals. It was really nice to have a good place to eat right on site. We noted quite a few locals dining breakfast and dinner and enjoyed interacting with them.
This Best Western is in a very beautiful part of the Ozarks, right on the strip close to historic down town. It is a very nice hotel that is very clean and comfortable. The trolley stops right here at the hotel so you can conveniently hop the trolley and ride to downtown or other parts of Eureka Springs. Which is great because parking costs at most places and is very hard to find. They do offer a nice breakfast which was delicious. Would definitely recommend this hotel
I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a really large complex, with 2 larger motel-type buildings (doors opening directly to the outside), and some other smaller buildings. My building, right next to the check-in area and restaurant seemed to have larger rooms, as I had a front door, and I had a shared back balcony (with a little table and a couple of chairs - really nice). Some of the rooms in the other buildings were smaller, with only a front door (no back door). I also had a full tub and shower, and apparently some of the other rooms only had showers. My building was on the upper part of the "hill", but to get to the other large building, you would go down the "hill". If you're going to be staying at his hotel for a conference, take note that the conference building is at the bottom of the hill, and is about a 5 minute walk from the reception area/restaurant. There is a nice pool that everyone seemed to enjoy, there is nice seating around it, with some shady areas. There is also a games area with pool tables and video games. And there is a hot tub (which I never saw anyone use). The on-site restaurant is excellent, has lots of variety, and the food is fresh and tasty. It opens at 7am. Although their coffee is not the best in the world, it is drinkable, and their iced tea is very nice. There is no room service available though. All the staff is super friendly and helpful. My room was kept spotless and the maids made sure I always had everything I needed. My bed was a delight, a really comfortable Simmons Beautyrest (yes, I had to look). My shower was a good strength. I also had a nice TV, but sorry, I never even turned it on, so I can't comment on channels. I had a comfy chair and ottoman (which my tired feet really appreciated after long days), and lots of good lighting for reading. Of course, there is little you can do about noisy neighbors. A few times you could hear noise in the room next door, or out on the shared balcony. But overall, things were fairly peaceful. For those who want to go into town, know that the Eureka Springs trolley has a stop (a bench with a trolley stop sign) right at the hotel. Yes, the red line and the purple line stop right there to pick you up (and drop you off). Parking in town is usually at least $5 (sometimes more), and often scarce. So if you like, you can leave your car at the hotel (where you are parked for free) and take the trolley. You can get a trolley pass good for the day, 2 days, or longer. And then you can hop on and off the trolley as much as you want. Go have a look at the trolley website for details and a map. Finally, just so you know, there is a grocery store (Hart's Family Center) just a short ways away, and a natural foods store (The Eureka Market) in the little plaza beside it. There is also a laundromat beside the grocery store, and a bakery on the other side of the grocery store. You can reach all of these easily by car or trolley. The town (the historic loop) has a lot of specialty stores - great for browsing and gift shopping. The post office is further up the hill, just where the stores/commercial district is ending - and has a trolley stop right in front of it.
Despite me desperately wanting to stay at the Crescent and take my chances with the spirits, my party insisted we don't do that and we ended up at the Inn of the Ozarks. While I didn't stumble upon any ghosts, it's a very well run, clean hotel. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and a nice sink/bathroom area. The AC works well enough, considering the soaring temperatures it's trying to battle from the outside. It's location is decent, though not in the heart of town, which I prefer because it's easier to get in and out. My only complaint about the rooms is the lack of a fridge/microwave. In town's like this where things close early it's nice to be able to keep stuff to grab on hand. If you're traveling with kids there's a great pool where they show films and a recreation area with mini-golf and such to occupy them in your down time. The on-site café, Myrtie Mae's, has friendly, fast service and the food is good for the price you're paying if you want something quicker and easier than heading downtown. Definitely worth the stay if you're in town!
Excellent service and facilities. Staff very courteous and helpful. The setting in the Ozarks is perfect. The pool is great, the game area is great, and the conference center is also great. The location is close to the center of town. No complaints, very pleasurable stay.
The reviews on this property were unclear. I had no idea there was a chance to play mini golf for free in the cute little game house next to the pool where they show a nightly movie! The room was very clean and the AC worked great. It was modern and welcoming and the staff was very kind. I was also surprised by the town itself as I expected something quite different. I thought this was kind of a hokey little place where people spend honeymoons in hotel room jacuzzis but it's a happening spot!
Our family group of four had a room with two queen beds, and the first thing I have to say is that this room was ROOMY - no squeezing between the foot of the bed and the dresser. Furniture was attractive and comfortable, and everything was super clean. WiFi worked well and the TV was a newer flatscreen LG and good size (appreciated by the teens). Our room was at the back on the first floor of building "D", and since it was built on a hill, the backside had a balcony for access (easily accessible through a walk-through from the parking lot. Very quiet room, and relaxing wooded view. They do have adjoining rooms available if needed.
Room was spacious, updated, fresh, and comfortable. They were very accommodating of needs. The only negative was it was a little difficult for mobility access onto the sidewalk to get to the room. There is a restaurant on-site although we didn't eat there.
We arrived at Inn of the Ozarks after about 8 or 9 hours on the road. At first glance we weren't sure what to think as the rooms are spread amongst several buildings on a moderately hilly property. But once we settled in and checked out our room there were no complaints. Front desk staff (I wish I remembered his name) was very friendly and personable. The room was clean, the beds amazingly comfortable, especially after the long drive, and the shower was hot with very nice pressure. The kids liked the pool area, and there was an outdoor movie playing. We can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't partake. I will say that as beautiful as Eureka Springs itself is, it can be a bit confusing to drive around, especially if one gets into the historic downtown area. I mention this because according to TA few places deliver. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
My 2 main complaints about this hotel are regarding the smell of their "non-smoking" rooms and the poor security key system. I had been upgraded to a non-smoking room, but I had to buy some Febreeze just to give my family some relief. With a child in tow and a biker convention in town, I knew that my options were few. My door keys also had to be reset twice...and the staff just blamed the items in our purses and shrugged their shoulders. Never again.
Clean, large rooms provide plenty of space for families. The outdoor heated pool has a large section of shallow water for younger children. A game area is adjacent to the pool, and kids' movies are broadcast on a large screen viewable from the pool. Myrtie Mae's is a casual family style eatery on site. The Eureka Springs trolley makes a stop enroute to locations throughout the village. Rates are lowest on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
My best friend and I were on a cross-country trip and stayed one night in Eureka Springs, AR. We were late checking in but had not trouble at all getting our room. Hotel rooms were clean and quiet. The staff from front desk clerk, restaurant cashier and cleaning staff were very friendly.
I phoned Best Western two weeks before the conference. It rang over 20 times. I repeated my call once an hour for 10 hours. Finally I called the 800 number. They tried and got the same result. I finally got someone after three days of calling and leaving a message (which is what it asked for) to hreturn my call. The person said "oh we were really busy." (Too busy tor anyone to answer the phone? Hmmmm. I had wanted to extend my stay there by one night. Terrible service.
We stayed at this hotel in March of 2014 and would have recommended it to anyone! The experience in 2014 was awesome and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This trip... not so much. There is better lodging for the price in the area. And by the way, don't swim in the pool it is FILTHY!
The grounds and hotel are nice, but they are several years old and the rooms could be updated. The rooms were clean and quiet at night. The pool area was very nice and clean. It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the price.
After checking in and finding that there was an issue with the room, the front desk staff (Katie) moved us and made the situation right. Our room was clean and very nicely finished. e used the pool and spa during our stay and enjoyed them both. Someone else stated that they found the wifi a little weak and there were times we found that too. That would not keep us from coming back. We enjoy riding in the area and will come back and stay at the Inn of the Ozarks.
Wonderful pool, hot tub and game area in beautiful secluded setting. Clean, comfie rooms with nice decor. Helpful and efficient staff. Handy, yummy restaurant with good service and prices. Nice gift shop. Convenient to shopping, shows, and Ozark adventures. Reasonable rates.
Very nice and clean motel. Lots of rooms with a nice area for kids or kids at heart. The restaurant is very good and lots better than expected for a restaurant connected to a motel. Free mini golf and play center by the pool and hot tub. Great location.
Great staff. Restaurant was good. WIFI signal was very weak in our room. Other areas it was fair. We were there for a conference with approximately 500 attendees. Largest conference they had handled and they did a fairly good job. Parking was very limited with that large a group.
Excellent facility value; the staff was very accommodating. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very attractive. Will stay there again! The hotel was located on the major Highway U.S. 62 in the city of Eureka Springs. It was close to all the points of interest for our group.
We had a large king room. The bathroom was very large and spotless. Air conditioner worked great. We had breakfast and lunch at the hotels resturant which was outstanding. They do have a washer and dryer if you need to wash clothes. I would recommend this hotel.
The room was clean and spacious. Having a restaurant on site is convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience at this hotel and would definitely stay here again in the future.
WE were going to try different eateries around town BUT when we ate in dinning room at hotel we could not go anywhere else , it was that good. The hotel also provides games and a large area to play pool , AND THE POOL !!!! so stop and stay here , CUDOS for the great set up of this hotel, and thank you staff for your TRUE CARING of US visiting your GREAT TOWN. I can tell you I almost did not right this - do to I need a room next year at this time and I hope I can get one :+}
My wife and I were more than satisfied with all aspects of our stay at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks. The hotel is conveniently located, with access to everything Eureka Springs has to offer. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very well kept and much more upscale than expected for a hotel at this price point. My wife and I are already planning to go back!
We were here of a few days over Easter weekend and opted to book one of the 4 King/Queen suites. These are located in a separate building from the hotel room buildings. It was just as advertised. Staff was friendly and helpful in giving us some information of the area and places to visit. There is an onsite restaurant that is delicious.
Stayed here one night and really liked it. Our room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the pool and recreation area. Was fun playing putt putt. The grounds were kept clean and beautiful. The on site restaurant was a plus as well. I would stay here again.
Very nice room, large, but no fridge in room. Very good internet. There is a pool but it was too early in the season. There is also a spa but both the spa & pool are inconvenient to most rooms & there didn't appear to be a place near by to change into a swim suit for either. There was a game area with a mini golf set up that was free, nothing elaborate but fun for free. The other games were pay, there was no attendant & the pieces to play the games were missing, so it was really wasted space. There was a tennis or basketball court but bring your own equip. to be sure you can use it. No breakfast with this room but an expensive brunch on the week ends that was worth the splurge. Not my normal stay on a budget place but fine once in a while. All the rooms in this area seemed to be priced about the same so it's a toss up over breakfast, location & or mini golf.
nice hotel for business or pleasure , will recommend, was there for a clock and watch conviction and everyone was nice ,if you are looking for a good peaceful place with a view this is the place to go, MD
When door was locked, you could still push on it and wiggle it; didn't feel safe at all. I don't like outside doors. The restaurant on premises was good, but my husband's chicken was tough -- and it was the signature item.
We checked in and everyone we came in contact with there was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The restaurant in the hotel was called Myrtie Mae's, the food was excellent and the service was even better! All of the staff was great, they made us feel comfortable and at home there.
I traveled with nine other women to Eureka Springs for a couple of days. The hotel was o.k., but I don't like the sink in the bedroom instead of the bathroom, especially when sharing the room with another woman. We were also disappointed not to have refrigerators in our rooms. Rain was predicted for our stay and we weren't too happy that the rooms were not connected to the lobby. The day we checked out it was pouring and we had to walk out of our rooms in the rain to load our cars instead of being under the lobby roof. The staff was very nice. We wanted to talk and play cards in the evenings and they provided a room downstairs in the lobby where we could do that.
The beds are really comfortable. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. It was a good value for the money we paid. The rooms are big and roomy, but the bathroom a little small. Older hotel but it has been nicely updated .
The hotel is very nice & very clean. The staff were very friendly. The room we stayed at was huge and the jetted tub was wonderful. It was also nice to have a view of the trees. This is definitely a hotel worth staying at as almost everything about it is amazing. There are only a few small faults. I wish the outdoor pool was heated & open all year round. The game area was a bit outdated & could sorely use a makeover. Finally the wi-fi here is slow. Now horribly so but definitely slower than most hotels I've stayed at. Still though, a great hotel and very reasonably prices. I would highly recommend it.
This is a nice place to stay, the restaurant is located next to the motel lobby and is a great place to enjoy a good home cooked style meal, the view from the back could be a little better as the woods comes almost to the entrance of the rooms, it's an older motel but it is kept up very well and is in a great location close to the old town area but away from the crowds.
Breakfast was great....Mertie Mae's has the best omelette and blueberry pancakes, period. Found room very clean and hd a very restful sleep after a long day drive. Dried chicken for dinner was excellent.
I just returned from a long weekend in the Ozarks with a motorcycle group and the guy that organized the ride chose the Inn of the Ozarks. A very good choice. The staff was friendly and the rooms where very clean and well maintained by the housekeepers during our stay. When we went out on our first days ride we returned to find cleaning towels for our bikes in the rooms. A very nice, considerate touch. The beds where extremely comfortable. The hotel had it's own restaurant on site that was very good. The food was so good a lot of locals ate there as well as law enforcement and they know where the good food is. I usually make it to the area at least once a year and while this was my first time at the Inn of the Ozarks the stay was very pleasurable and its now at the top of my list of places to stay.
The inn of the Ozarks is always a great place to stay. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the restaurant is very good. I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. We have always enjoyed staying here.
Front desk personnel did not have the room preferences on reservation as requested. Tried to give me a second floor room but they have no elevator. Originally placed in smoking room - said they could not give us a room closer to the conference. People coming the conference the day after we arrived were given room (same type as ours) close to conference. Had problems with biker group taking over parking spaces with chairs and drink 3 nights in a row. As a result we were unable to park our vehicle.
This hotel has excellent facilities for individual stays or for conference activities. Our Lucidity Poetry Conference group has used these facilities for years and they continue to up-grade where needed. The restaurant has exceptional food and is excellent for every meal. Their experience with large groups makes staying there a pleasure. I recommend it for quality and price. Birma Castle
An older Best Western with the feel of the new. Perfect for this type of conference weekend. We love the setting and easy access to downtown via the trolley. We will always prefer to stay at The inn of the Ozarks when in Eureka Springs.
I have stayed in this hotel a few times over the past several years and I've always had a great experience; and this trip was no exception. In fact, I'm not quite sure exactly what all has happened, but it seems to me that some type of renovation work has been going on - my room was pristine, well decorated, and immaculately clean. As others have mentioned, the staff at this hotel could not be friendlier or more helpful. Due to my increasing familiarity with the property, when I pull onto the premises it now feels like I'm "coming home." With the dogwoods in bloom, the birds chirping away peacefully, and the fresh mountain air, this place truly is a slice of heaven on earth and this Best Western Inn is a real gem in the Ozarks!
Best Western Inn of the Ozarks is my favorite motel. I feel like it is truly my home away from home! The staff is so very, very helpful, kind and considerate. They always go the extra mile to ensure all guests receive excellent service.
There's a secure place to keep trailers in the back, and an easy loop to get there. The rooms were clean, the grounds were beautiful and the MILES OF ROADS to explore were superb. I'd return in a heartbeat.
I've been visiting Eureka Springs for over 20 years. While I've tried a couple other hotels, this is the only one I stay. Accommodating staff, on the historic trolley route, great food and amenities. Clean, comfortable, pleasant.
Room was nice & clean - WIFI worked great. Attached restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch &/or dinner. Requested cot was ready & waiting for us upon arrival too. :-) We will be staying there again - no doubt.
We checked into this hotel at 10:00 PM and were told we were receiving an upgrade to a room with a balcony. We thought this was great - until we walked into the room. The beds were completely bare; no bed skirt, sheets, nothing! There was carpet fluff on the floor from new carpet installation and the shower curtain was not hung. Upon going back to the front desk, we were informed that there was no other room available unless we took a smoking room. So, with sheets in hand, we went back to the room to make the beds and make due. The girl at the desk was very sweet and accommodating - I believe her name was Ginny. She felt terrible about the mistake and said she would speak to management in the morning and they would make good on the room. They did. Management called at 9:00 AM and told us they would comp the room for that night. They said the room shouldn't have been released as it was still under maintenance. We stayed there the next night and housekeeping had made up the room to perfection. My only complaint is the lack of mirrors. The only mirror in the room is the bathroom mirror so no full length to see how your whole body. Great pillow top beds!
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. There was some renovation going on and there were store rooms and renovating rooms open that made it look a little junky on the spa level of building c but it was quiet and my room was recently renovated and very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Everything was great. When you are traveling with 10 people and five are kids it can be hectic, but the staff made it very easy to check in and check out. They played in the game room with putt-putt golf. They put our rooms right next to each other.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks this past weekend. The rooms were very clean and well-kept and very nice and spacious. The hotel is a little older but it really was a nice property and the staff were amazing! I will definitely stay there again! I also wanted to note that the restaurant had really good food for a hotel-based restaurant.
Very clean rooms for reasonable price. We were very pleased. We ended up needing to stay the night because a fog had come in and the Intrigue Theater show let out at 10:30pm. Instead of risking driving at night in the fog we booked a room at Best Western Inn of the Ozarks. The front desk person was very courteous and quickly gave us a room without much wait time. Soon we were in a comfortable room, sleeping soundly. Thanks!
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Great property for families with children to visit in the summer - beautiful pool area joins a game area with putt putt, arcades, ping pong, etc. Perfect place for kids and parents to relax! The king bedroom suite we stayed in was large, clean and updated. It even had a balcony overlooking the wooded hillside. Highly recommend this great value!
Charming Victorian Town nestled in the beautiful Ozark Mountains,,,,and the BEST EVER blueberry muffins at Myrtie Maes restaurant at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks...worth our 500 mile round trip!
Friendly attentive staff. Clean well maintained rooms. Well maintained property. Nice location. Easy to get around Eureka Springs from the hotel. Myrtie Mae's is an above average hotel restaurant. Fried chicken is the specialty. Got to try it.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff makes you feel like family. The room is clean and quaintly, but modernly decorated. The amenities are wonderful! The restaurant has great food and a wonderful staff. This location also has a pool, miniature golf, ping-pong, pool table, basketball court and the proximity to downtown is fantastic! When we go to Eureka Springs, this will alaways be the place we stay!
The hotel itself is great for the area, I am just partial to Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express. I was in for a wedding and everyone stayed close together. The reception was held at the same location and that made the stay way more convenient. The town of Eureka Springs is quaint and unique, so I thoroughly enjoyed the location as opposed to the historic downtown area.
It was my birthday, and I just needed a small get-a-way from life at a fair price. This was it. It was so quiet and relaxing, and it was even a fairly busy weekend. Myrtie Mays was delicious! So thanks for the peaceful birthday get-a-way from life. I was greatful, and I miss it already.
This was our third or fourth time at this BW. Very welcoming. Comfortable nicely decorated rooms. Good wifi. Exceptional on site restaurant with reasonably priced food and great service. Short drive to attractions. Well cared for property.
Checked in and went to room and it was newly remodeled, even had the new carpet smell...had a wonderful time even though we were there for a EMS Conference, still had time to relax and watch television and it was quirt, not alot of noise from other rooms
All our girls getaways to Eureka are spent at Inn of the Ozarks, It's in a great location with a beautiful pool, hot tub and game room. The staff has always been helpful and genuinely friendly. Clean rooms and Myrtie Mae's is quite good for breakfast to start your day!
We stay in eureka 4 days a weeks because we are from out of town and you husband is l working construction in the area. I went in to ask what a weekly rate would be and the man refused me, began talking to me like I was a homeless person saying how they didn't do weekly rates or monthlys. I'll just keep my business elsewhere
Best place to stay, convent, clean, large rooms, friendly staff, lots of parking, great restaurant, front door trolley service, game rooms, cable TV, Internet, every thing you need at your finger tips.
This is a very clean motel, with a very nice staff... It's very well located, and a great hot tub, the pool looks great for summer, but it was closed on our trip.. The bad thing I could say about this place, is the Coke machine was out of order,..
Good beds and pillows, fine restaurant, convenient location in the beautiful Ozarks. Great for a short getaway, but it would also be fine for a longer stay. The staff is so welcoming. Definitely would stay here on another trip.
very enjoyable even in the winter. cozy, large room with wonderful restaurant near. always feel welcome and are never ready to leave. we will be there again at least four more times this year along with friends and family members.
we love it everyone is kind and helpful we stay here every year in January and love the quite and calmness in the winter. there is a lot to do in eureka springs, even though it is winter. we don't have a dog but if we did, it would be welcomed here, too.
Eureka Springs is always beautiful and a fun place to visit. We have rug hooking camp every year, and a big part of the trip is the hotel (great service, happy servers, good food, etc.}. They are obviously happy to see us. You can be sure that I will return.
Tour the Crescent but stay at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks. Large clean rooms with quality furnishing! Excellent staff and good onsite restaurant. I've stayed at a lot of BWs. This was the best ever and better than most other hotels I've ever staed in. Excellent value all round.
Friendly front desk even at 11pm. Pet friendly. Bed was so comfy I asked about it at the desk. We don't really go for frills, and didn't eat at the restaurant, but as a stopping over point it was just what we needed.
Accommodations were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Great value and location. Would definitely recommend to friends/family and would definitely stay again. Convenient to everything in Eureka Springs.
Best Western provided us with yet another great convention location. Great food, service and up to date rooms that were very spacious and clean. Can't wait to bring our grand kids back this summer to enjoy the pool and recreation area.
Beds were great - very comfortable! Room had a musty smell but was not too bad. Heating unit was loud, but was acceptable. Slept very well - had an end room that was extremely quite other that the noise from the heating unit.
The room was good size and clean. The noise, even though we were facing the highway, was not bad at any time. Our stay was too brief so I never go the chance to try Myrtie May's but that will be a must do on my next visit!
Bed is amazing - super soft. Staff were friendly. Was only there for one night, but no real problems. It was really cold in my room -- the heat had not been turned on before I arrived, but it didn't take but just a minute to heat up. Would stay again.
Over all great experience. Comfortable bed. Quality food from the restaurant. Staff was very accommodating. Our two small dogs were allowed to stay for a very manageable fee compared to other hotels. Would stay again.
The hotel and hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very clean, nice decor and comfortable. The restaurant was another story. The food was horrible. I ordered the fried chicken and it was served raw. There was a puddle of blood where it was sitting on the plate. Had to wait a long time to finally see our waitress to show her the raw chicken. The cook sent her back to our table to tell me or was bone marrow. Bone marrow does not cause a puddle of blood on the plate. The manager took the chicken off of my bill but made sure to charge for the salad bar!
Front desk staff friendly, efficient and helpful with directions Restaurant waitress was Rhonda--they should clone her or have her train every waitress in America--outgoing personality, efficent in taking order and delivering food. Great timing on asking if any additional needs. Room was large and clean, bed was comfortable, wifi worked. Would recommend to any of our friends and relatives to stay there.
Awesome hotel, service and cleanliness. I just wish the rooms were attached to the conference center. I had some pretty bad weather and stayed at the conference center to avoid the rain instead of returning to our room.
I'd recommend this hotel but it wasn't anything out of the ordinary either. I was disappointed with no responses availed to me or my g/f when we attempted to contact the front office re: check out policies and such. I'm always baffled when NO one answers the phone during peak or standard business hours.
The restaurant is so over priced and serving size is not only small, but extremely small. I will not eat there again. 31 dollars for 4 pieces of pie about 3 inches by 2 inches, 4 sides of ice cream, about two table spoons and 4 drinks. Very disappointed. They did not give us a menu for the desserts just told us what they had, I now see why. I felt like I was ripped off by the restaurant. The rest of the hotel was awesome!
The stay was wonderful, the motel has large spacious rooms, he staff are helpful. The restaurant food is very good and reasonable priced, try the veggie hash browns, a meal in it self. The location is close to all venues and the staff will give good directions. The foliage was spectacular in every direction and plan on returning next year.
I recently spent the night there with a group of co-workers. The reservation was easy. The rooms big and roomy with a really comfortable bed. The restaurant was exceptional and very affordable. Trolly stops on the property to take you downtown. I will definitely go back.
Hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. The views around the hotel were very pretty and peaceful. The hotel is located close to downtown and the shoppes. I ate at the restaurant 3 times and food was excellent each time.
The desk clerks and other staff are excellent. Unfortunately, when I booked the room, all they had was a smoking room. It stunk. Beds were too firm. If you're less than about 5'6" tall, you won't like the sink. Way too high. If you're a big person, the bathroom was like bathing in a phone booth. No microwave or refrigerator in the room. Bath amenities minimal. Restaurant on the property, but no free breakfast, discount or voucher. The place is clean and well kempt. It is a good motel considering this is a small resort town of about 2,000 people.
We were very happy with our room. It was large, very clean, great beds, nice balcony and very quiet. I liked the bathroom arrangement as there was no huge mirror on the room wall, where someone in the room can see your reflection while in the bathroom. Liked sink area separate from toilet and shower. Good water pressure. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to others!
Restaurant is known for their excellent breakfast and it was delicious. The lunch buffet was fresh and had many choices It is possible to order from the menu as well. The staff was friendly and efficient. The check in and check out was simple and quick.
Whenever my husband, daughter, other family and I spend the night in Eureka Springs, we always stay at the Inn of the Ozarks- good room, staff, restaurant. Best yet, we can walk all over Eureka from this hotel. The location is great!
Had a wonderful stay here at the end of October. Our room was very comfortable and well-furnished; our view out the window and off the balcony/walkway was a wooded area, very quiet and relaxing (we even saw a few deer sauntering by. Very enjoyable!
The Arkansas Mini Cooper Club holds their annual event at this hotel. We've stayed here in the same room for five years. Staff and management are wonderful! They really go all out to make your stay and event go smoothly!
Minis in the Ozarks holds their event here yearly and we have a great time. The meals are excellent in the convention center and the staff just does a great job. The whole is staff is accomodating and friendly. Even the outside maintenance staff give you a friendly hello as you pass them. The rooms are always clean, adequate water pressure and always hot water. The beds are comfortable, wi-fi was good and a pretty woodsy view off the balcony. The attached cafe has great food and service as well. We'll see you again next year! There is no elevator so if you need a ground floor, make sure you tell them. There are only 2 floors.
Nice room, but I'm not there for just the room. I paid more to have more. The Wifi is very weak/slow and hot tub is great if you only have 4 people in your group. Water temp was also very low. Jets move water but not to the level I'd want for any real help to my back. I have stayed at other hotels in the area for less money and had better tubs and wifi. Guess I'll go back to the other hotels next year.
only good thing about this hotel is the cleaning people were nice and the rooms were clean, other than that nothing was good. no breakfast, hot tub cold, slow check in, no fridge in room unless you want to pay extra. way over priced stay. would not recommend!
I travel very often for work. The hotel where I stay is determined by where the meeting is being held, but as an employee we get to make the final determination. Places like Eureka Springs where hotels are in abundance please avoid this location. Other options are better trust me. I booked my arrangements months ahead of time and I was unable to get a non smoking room. The staff failed to accommodate me. Please avoid.
We enjoyed our stay of four nights. It is an extremely clean hotel with a very friendly staff of individuals who are always ready to assist you. It is located at a very convenient intersection allowing you a short distance to most attractions. The restaurant is outstanding and is frequented many of the locals.
We stayed in 2 adjoining rooms. We were happy with our rooms. Beds were comfortable. The only thing I thought was odd is only one little bottle of shampoo/conditioner. The rooms were 2 queen beds each room and 5 people. We managed. Overall, we were quite happy. And the restaurant was great. It was quite busy but they did an excellent job keeping up .
Wonderful place to stay. Everyone was nice and friendly. The food, staff and value was great at Myrtie Mae's. We came for a wedding we will return to explore the area. It was beautiful and lots to do. The bed was plenty hard. They need to get better mattresses. Not that bad but need replacement with better.
We did not stay in this hotel, but stopped yesterday on our way out of Eureka Springs to have breakfast, and I desperately, needed to print something to take with us for the trip home, the staff was so friendly, and told me to just use the guests' computer and printer! I tried to pay for the 3 copies and they wouldn't accept the payment, saying it was their pleasure to assist me. I really appreciate such awesome customer service, even for a non-customer!! As, a side note, the breakfast was delicious, as was our lunch there the day before!!!
The room was very clean and it had a nice fragrance. The bed was comfy, everything worked, plus the balcony (which overlooked a wooded area) was a nice amenity for those who wanted to smoke . It did not have a microwave or refrigerator; but, their on-site restaurant, Myrtie Mae's Cafe, was very convenient and served an excellent breakfast at reasonable prices. The front desk did a good job of recommending other eating places which we enjoyed.
The best hotel choice in Eureka Springs. Good location, clean rooms, great restaurant, and affordable prices! In the summer they play a movie by the pool. This hotel is a great getaway for couples and families.
Staff was wonderful! The place was ok, it smelled funny, bed was not too comfy, couldn't get internet to work and HUGE spiders! This is an old town and you can tell b/c there are not alot of choices for places to stay. SO considering the options this is probably the better of all the others. Cost was ok. What makes this place good it they have a covered area out back that our teenager LOVED it had a little putt-putt area, ping-pong tables, pool tables, air hockey & skee-ball. The pool looked nice, too cold for us to swim. The view is great, beautiful.... but just be prepared this town is old so not much on entertainment or food.
Hotel was very clean. The room was exceptionally light making it difficult to sleep. We cut our trip short due to the difficulty sleeping in the room which was lighted excessively from a balcony light. The room was also quite noisy. The people at the hotel were freindly and very pleasant.
This is our 3rd trip to BB&BBQ not toe toon several other stays at this location. The service was not great to say the least. Shirley was the only face I recognized this time. She is wonderful! The restaurant is still amazing!!!!!! I would hope management coaches the staff to common decency regardless of who they are dealing with. We are Diamond Elite with this chain, meaning we stay with them more than a lot. I expected more.
We stayed here with our 3 year old granddaughter, a very family friendly place. The rooms are spacious and clean, lots of parking and you're not too far away from everything. Staff was welcoming and helpful!
excellent place to stay, Staff was OUTSTANDING !!!! I am a motorcycle rider with THE AMERICAN LEGION RIDERS POST 554 IN League City Tx. We were involved in a motorcycle crash 12 miles away from the hotel to check in. My wife and I were transported by ambulance to a hospital in Bentonville Ar. The rest of our group made it to the hotel and checked in and when they told them what had happened they allowed them to check us in as well and even moved our room to a downstairs room instead of the second floor so we did not have to climb stairs when we got out of the Hospital. Everyone was outstanding and very professional. They showed so much love and concern for both me and my wife. It was like we were family. This Best Western Inn of the Ozarks, Eureka Springs deserve a big Bonus and congratulations from corporate office for everything they did for us. I will be back to them and stay there every time I come to Eureka Springs Thank You so much Tom and Karen
We chose the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks to meet up with friends. They brought their motorcycles on trailers so we needed a hotel with a large parking lot. This was the perfect place: easy access to the main road on our bikes, plenty of parking, an on site restaurant and amazing pool area. They also have a game room. Lots of space to relax after a day of riding. The rooms were large and very clean. Staff friendly and prices competitive.
You will be happy with the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The grounds were clean and the hotel was kept up. We were especially happy with the fact that they provided us a smoking room. It did not smell like smoke when we went in. And that was nice because even though we smoke, there is nothing worse then getting a smoking room and the stench of stall smoke. But it smelled refreshing and clean. We were not impressed with the restaurant. We went in for breakfast and after standing for several minutes to be seated we decided to leave due to service issues. They do not offer a free breakfast with the room. That is the only downside to the hotel.
