I had to call every night for towels and saundries. When I asked why my room was not being cleaned I was told “ you are not our priority” when I reported to manger she was dismissive answering all questions with “ yep yep yep”. No one cared about room getting cleaned or supplies getting refilled

Traveling with spouse and 2 grandchildren. Convenient to freeway. Friendly staff, well kept,clean quiet,good size rooms. Swimming pool was good size, heated well clean located conveniently. Check out was easy. Breakfast was great and abundant food.

Had a group of our employees stay here and also hosted a meeting. Jeffrey and his staff were amazing -- they made sure everything was handled and went out of their way to make sure everyone in the meeting had what they needed.

Great value, good location. Clean, new, large rooms and great staff. The best hotel breakfast we have ever had... highly recommended. Lots of nearby restaurants and the Pens practice facility. Easy on/off the interstate.

I recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Cranberry. This is a new area with several restaurants, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Lemieux Sports Complex. The hotel is new, very clean and service is very good. The price is very reasonable for what they offer - fitness room, swimming pool and free breakfast. If I ever go back to this city, I'm staying there again.

We stayed at the Best Western Pus Cranberry - Norht Pittsburgh on our way back north to Ontario. It is very conveniently located near I-79. We had reserved a room on points. Imagine our delight when we were upgraded to a King Suite at no extra charge. The hotel is very new and well appointed. The free full breakfast is at the high end of breakfasts we have had with the Best Western chain. All the staff were frienly and helpful. We have difficulty with stairs so this hotel had the extra bonus of having an elevator. We will definitey stop there again on our annual Snowbird trek.

When you walk in the lobby, the hotel still smells new. That newness just keeps on going, too: the guest rooms, the breakfast area, the pool, and they gym all look pristine. I'd never stayed in a BW+ until last weekend and this location will make me try additional properties.

Hotel was very nice and clean inside. One of the best looking BW Hotels I stayed at. Resturants close by which is convenient . Close to the highway but I would stay at the back of the hotel as it would probably be more quite.

wonderful place to be very clean and nice great staff great breakfast nothing wrong with this hotel at all its an A+ all the way around. i cant make any complaints whatsoever i didn't have the hot breakfast i just wanted yogurt and milk but the hot food looked very good i just did not want any.

If you're passing through Cranberry, this is one of the best places to stay. The hotel is new, bright, modern, clean, and serves a good selection of breakfast items. I would certainly book here again.

Beautiful new facility with great friendly staff. Clean rooms comfortable beds. Great breakfast with lots of choices, they even offer a few items for on the go. Closee to shopping and resturants. Convenient access to turnpike and Rt 79.

Within the past year we have travelled from Ontario Canada to Arizona and from Ontario Canada to Florida. We only stay at Best Western and this hotel is my absolute favorite. Very modern, clean and the best beds ever. We have stayed twice at this Hotel within the last month and can't wait to go back. Great location, walking distance to a variety of restaurants. We are platinum customers and this hotel went over and above to welcome us. We received a letter of appreciation, snacks, drinks and 500 bonus points. Thanks for making our stay a memorable one.

This was our second occasion staying at this hotel because we liked it so well when we stayed back in June. We were there for 4 nights due to a funeral. Staff of Linda, Curtis, Trevor and Roy were wonderful and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is excellent - so many options. The ladies that work the breakfast do a fantastic job keeping everything well stocked and looking so good. The lobby is great especially for kids. Lots of televisions. Love Love the endless coffee machine and TAZO tea bar. Location is great, if you get a room in the back you may even spot some deer up in the woods. My only MINOR complaint is that the soap, shampoo and conditioner pumps in the shower were not dispensing and we didn't bring our own this time, so I prefer the good old little bottles of stuff that they used to provide in the rooms. Had to move rooms due to a leak of some kind in the ceiling above us - they were helpful in moving us to another room - would have appreciated a discount of some kind in my bill though. All in all a wonderful stay as we were there for a funeral and the staff was super, hotel was clean and beautiful and we had a very nice stay.

New Hotel in 2018! Clean Spacious Rooms! We had a 2 Queen Room with a pull out sleeper sofa! Nice Pool area but no hot tub! Fitness Center looked super! Breakfast was hot and fresh! 24hr Coffee/Tea Bar! Manager on duty was great! I believe her name was Beth! Very Affordable stay! Restaurants and Shopping close by! Nice easy parking out front or out back of the hotel! Can't wait for our next trip down to the area!

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. Well lit and close to a lot of stores and the Pittsburgh Penguins training facility. Receptioinist was well knowledgable about the area. Would stay again if needed.

We often stay in this location when visiting family in the Pittsburgh area. This time our "usual" hotel was not available so I decided to try the new Best Western Plus. I was very pleasantly surprised. We were promptly greeted by the front desk clerk, who also gave us an orientation as to the hours & locations of the various amenities, such as the indoor pool, the 24 hour coffee/tea service and the breakfast room. Upon arrival at our room, I was a bit dismayed to find it very near the elevator, but once inside found it very quiet. In the morning, we were meeting family for breakfast elsewhere, but we went to the breakfast room for tea and fruit. I observed that the complimentary breakfast was very extensive, with eggs, meat, cereal, pastries, fruit, and a small area with a to-go bar with bags, protein bars and fruit . Very nice. This hotel is located very near the Pennsylvania Turnpike as well as the freeway. It is also near many restaurants and retail stores.

Stayed here with my husband and 2 young children. It is a beautiful brand new hotel but we did experience two hiccups (upon check in we were sent to sent to a room that was not yet cleaned and the second was that housekeeping missed our room one day). That being said, the hotel was really responsive, had us a different room quickly and offered my kids a treat at no cost and for the housekeeping issue, brought us fresh towels at night). I feel like this may be an issue of a new hotel working out the kinks. The rooms were clean and bed were comfortable. We loved the free breakfast in the mornings and appreciated the variety of items (sausage, bacon, potatoes, eggs, waffles, cereal, yogurt, etc). They also have a 24 hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate bar. Pool was good and clean. The location is great, right off the highway and within a short distance of shopping, gas stations and restaurants. We went into Pittsburgh everyday and it was a short 20-25 minute drive - it was perfect!

Had a comfortable king bed in a large room. Friendly staff, good breakfast and spacious lobby for groups to gather in the evening. Plenty of parking, restaurants and shopping in the area. Walking distance to UPMC ice Center

My friend and I stayed during a weekend getaway to do some Christmas shopping. The hotel is nearly new and is attractively appointed. Staff were very accommodating. Location is so convenient to local shopping and dining, and an access road is available so it's not always necessary to get back on the busier roads. Very reasonable rate and wonderful breakfast. Definitely will stay here again.

We spent the night on our cross country road trip. It's difficult to find a clean, quiet inexpensive hotel to merely check in, sleep, check out. This was one of our best overnights in years of travel. The hotel was bright, clean with a wonderful hot beverage bar and nice breakfast. We will definitely stay again.

The location of this hotel is very convenient. It is right off of route 19/79/PA turnpike, so it's good for road trippers. The hotel is right by a lot of stores and restaurants. You can either walk down the hill or take a quick drive. There is ample parking. Everything is new and in good shape. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The shower was nice and big and great for tall people. There is a 24 hour tea/coffee bar which was much appreciated. In the afternoons, they have some sort of snack bar. I didn't have breakfast there, but it looked like they had a pretty good breakfast bar going with scrambled eggs and all the fixings. The gym is decent and there is an indoor pool. Because I'm picky, I have a few critiques. Take them with a grain of salt as they might not bother you. Check-in: a manager was checking us in and it seemed really chaotic. She got interrupted by some other employees and they seemed a bit disorganized because they had some large groups coming in. I had just finished a long drive and wasn't in the mood for the delays. Like most hotels, the walls between rooms are thick, but the doors to the hallway are thin. There was some big bus group with kids and many of them were loud in the hallway, so that's tough for light sleepers like myself. Additionally, the cleaning staff did not clean out the fridge when preparing our room so I was treated to the scent of some one else's leftovers that reeked of garlic. Despite the minor criticisms, I do feel the value for the price/location is good. I'll definitely try it again on another trip to PA.

We stayed at this hotel from November 5 till 8 in room 503. This room is at the back side away from the street. You would think it would be a quiet room, because you do not hear the street noise. What you will hear is the ventilation system and for a light sleeper it is too much. The mattress is too soft for our liking. It is a nearly new hotel. As a platinum member we got a drink and a snack when we checked in. The breakfast is extra ordinary good. The people at the desk and at the breakfast are friendly and helped us out.

This is going to be a short review because sooo much is spot on right. PROs- This is a newer hotel with five floors and so much of everything worked. None of the usual annoying maintenance items of drains that won't seal, low water pressure, appliance not working, etc. It all worked...flawlessly. Finally, a massaging shower head with enough pressure to work great. And the towels. Another home run. Plush, absorbent and not the typical see-through sand paper doubling as a loofah exfoliating tool. Breakfast was great, hot, lots of it with many choices. Great location with shopping center, cheap gas and fast food nearby. Didn't used any other amenities but they appeared in working order. CONs-This was hard. From the nit-picking bag, the location is just off main highways but winds through a busy frontage road that serves the shopping center too. It's a steep uphill turn. Lookout in winter! They are using a new type of floor tile in place of carpet. Not so friendly to bare feet, beware of slipping if wet. They ran out of bananas. I should have said something the first time the toilet didn't flush very well. It inevitably flooded as we left. Assume fixable...so NOT downgrading my score. Just a heads-up on the new one gallon flush toilets. Nit-picking as I said. Summary: Would I go back? You bet and look forward to it. Good value for the price.

This beautiful hotel opened in May. Check in went smooth and the person was very friendly Unfortunately, I don't have her name. The room was quiet and very clean. There was great water pressure in the shower and the shower head was nice and high. Towels were plush. There were shampoo, soap and conditioner dispensers in the shower. The bed was comfy with nice linens. The breakfast room was very well lit. Breakfast had something for everyone. All the staff we encountered was very friendly yet professional. We would stay here again.

Beautiful new hotel. Clean modern. Great late night coffee bar. Rooms large and nicely appointed. Fridge microwave and coffee pot. The only reason they got a 4 were the beds , not the most comfortable. Their breakfast was great

This hotel was gorgeous - the lobby, dining area, and the room itself. Comfortable beds - I usually don't like hotel pillows and blankets, but these were very comfortable. Huge selection of breakfast food and hot drinks. Staff was so friendly and made an extra effort to get us the type of room we needed, even though I was calling same-day. Looking forward to staying here again on our next road trip!

This Hotel is perfect for any traveler, close to all shopping centers walking distance, many restaurants for any price range, Easy to park and easy to enter to hotel after you park your car specially with the suitcases. Front desk is very nice and friendly warm welcoming Free 24HR hot beverages Nice and clean meeting room or working are if you like to use your computer and have coffee in downstairs. Clean , quite, room with free WiFi And you are getting microwave ( good for your own food) that is plus . Coffee machine , also it makes tea they are all in the room. Comfortable bed and pillows Shower is amazing and water is very powerful if you a shower like a massage. Clean and dog towels Very good for traveling business people or family who is traveling for vacation or visitings

We stayed two nights at this new (May 2018) Best Western Plus. The place is beautifully decorated through out with all the amenities you could ask for. Located in a growing community with shopping, restaurants and many unique attractions near by. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious the breakfast was excellent . We have found that we will always stay here whenever we are in this area.

We recently traveled here so my son could compete in a sled hockey tournament at the UPMC Lemieux Sports Complex (which is next door to the hotel). The hotel is located near the sports center, shopping, and restaurants. It's close to the interstate exit so definitely convenient. This is a brand new hotel - opened in May of 2018. It's so new that my GPS didn't work well on getting me to the actual hotel. It routed me behind the shopping center even though there was a much more direct route. The hotel itself is clean and well-decorated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One staff member even attended the hockey event to see what it was all about. I thought that was very special that someone cared enough to go watch. The room was spacious and clean. Even though it was not handicapped accessible, my son was able to maneuver his wheelchair easily through the room. The restroom was another story. It was a bit too small and he couldn't even crawl easily into it to get into the tub. If you have a wheelchair, I'd definitely ensure you're able to get and accessible room. Otherwise the room was fine. The beds were definitely comfortable! The breakfast buffet was good. The food offerings were enough that you could easily find what you would like to eat. I'd definitely return to this location. I'd love to explore the area more and this is a great place to stay. Highly recommended!

Our room was not only nice but was very clean and had plenty of space. There was breakfast every morning and a 24/7 coffee bar. The surrounding area is really nice. The hotel staff was amazing. This is the perfect place to stay if you want to travel to Pittsburgh without spending quite as much money- (it's about 20 minutes away)

We were excited to finally find a Best Western Hotel in Cranberry Township, PA! Clean room with fresh linens and a full set of toiletries. Convenient location to lots of restaurants and interstate highways connecting all over western PA. Especially glad to get a full hot breakfast while enjoying the lowest rates in the area.

A Sunday to Friday stay at the Best Western Plus, Cranberry. The main foyer is airy and pleasant, with a seated eating area for breakfast toward the back of the building, partitioned off. 2 lifts serve all floors, which are quiet and smooth. My room was typical of a hotel of this brand, with 2 large beds, an additional chair and desk, with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath a wc and large sink area. The room is complimented with facilities to make a hot drink, a microwave and a fridge, with ice box. There is also an iron and ironing board stowed neatly inside the wardrobe. Overall cleanliness is excellent. Staff are polite and professional. I do recommend this hotel.

Needed a layover after a late flight to Pitt before heading north and this was a great choice. Great location and anything you need close by Primanti Bros.located across freeway was great( from AZ). Brian warmly welcomed us as we walked in, checked us in and gave us a quick talk about the hotel amenities. The room was very nice clean and well laid out. Breakfast was all we needed. Just a great all around stay. Will be back.

Awesome, clean, and well decorated hotel at a great location! Close enough to walk to multiple stores and restaurants, great breakfast and coffee bar (open 24/7), and friendly staff. This will be a place we will always check for vacancy when traveling to the Pittsburgh area.

This is a brand new hotel, great location, lots of amenities and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are spacious, very quiet and very clean. The lobby area is very open, bright and very nicely decorated.

I LIKED THE ROOM> There was everything one could need in the room including a refrigerator. I liked that the shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers on the wall so you really didn't have to take anything in the shower with you. I forgot a couple of things and the desk had what I needed. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. There was something for everyone, surpassed expectations. Also liked that they had coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours even though we had a Keurig in our room. Very nice touch. Outr group order pizza delivery one night and the staff was very accommodating with plates and napkins.

Beautiful Hotel/Facilities, but, had some issues with check out. I made the reservation via online booking site. As expected, used a card to hold the room. No big deal. Go to check in, asked the receptionist if I could pay in cash vs using the card. "Sure, no problem. Just pay when you check out"....The other man behind the check in desk said that I would have a deposit/hold for a few days, but not the entire charge of the room.....So, the hotel room was beautiful, showers were amazing, the bed was nothing less than perfect, the breakfast the following morning was really good. All of that were spot on,,,,now the issue that's causing me to not leave a 5 star, is that I paid cash at check out, and asked again to make sure I wouldnt get charged the full room amount on my card, and the same lady said ,correct....WRONG...I got charged a holding of the entire room amount after paying the cash....Called around 8am Monday 10/8/18 to the hotel to get things fixed, and the manager wasn't in yet,,,,Called again, 2:55 PM, manager was in a meeting...So I called the booking website to attempt to get the matter resolved. Explained the hold of the room amount will be credited back to my card in 2-3 business days...Long story short, yes, I would stay at this hotel again, but I will not pay cash again, and will just let it go to the card since they didn't explain/fix the issue at check out. Rest assured, if the additional room charge isn't resolved, more follow up will be made.

I was in charge of booking a block of rooms in a hotel for out of town guests for a reunion. I went on hotels.com and got a list of hotels near the place where the reunion was being held. Best Western was the first and only one that I called!!! Dennis Milavec was so kind and helpful that I felt no reason to call any more. The price of the rooms was super! From the minute we walked into the hotel to the minute we left we were greeted by professionals in every circumstance from front desk to housekeeping to the breakfast staff. The rooms were immaculately clean and breakfast was excellent! My husband and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels for work and pleasure....Best Western is at the top of our list of excellent hotels. I was told by my classmates that I will always be in charge of making the hotel reservations from now on! When we arrived Friday night there were 11 of us and we needed to find a place to eat. We decided to have pizza and salad delivered and the staff allowed us to eat in the breakfast room. We never felt rushed...we sat and did a lot of catching up spending 3 hours there! The staff was very accommodating! We will return! FYI: I tried several times to click on the hotel ratings below and nothing happens. Please give this hotel excellent ratings on all of the categories.

The hotel is modern and comfortable with spacious guestrooms. The staff is very helpful and accommodating.I needed to have my broken coffeemaker exchanged and they were able to do it in less than an hour. The complementary breakfast is plentiful and tasty.

Newly opened this year ( 2018) Very Spacious, Great colors, Furnishings are top end. The breakfast selections are great. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. The pool and Fitness Center are very nice. We utilized both.

Great new hotel near the turnpike with lots of restaurants and points of interest nearby. Price is reasonable. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Free hot breakfast is delicious with many options. All in all, a great value.

We decided to try this hotel as the pictures indicated there are sofa beds in the room. Only the suites contain sofa beds. Thus hotel is brand new just opened in may of this year. The check in clerk was not very good - she gave me someone else's invoice. I told her that I booked one night , but I guess she wasn't listening. The room was really nice and big - lots of nice amenities in the room. The shower gel was wonderful. The air conditioning or climate control system was on the noisy side. Breakfast was a perk - selection good as the staff were keeping it up. Lots of bagels and muffins and also carry out packages. The manager was on site while we checked out. She was very pleasant and professional. The check in clerk was not.

I had never been to this hotel before; not surprising since it opened May of 2018. Desk staff was very courteous, the room was of high quality. the breakfast was very good, and all the staff from the breakfast crew to the cleaning crew were friendly and courteous. Great location for restaurants.

This Best Western Plus is one of the more modern hotels. It is only a few months old and is located in close proximity to Grove City, Pittsburgh etc.We had a great check-in and check-out service provided by Analise. On our 2nd day, we were out from morning till late night and when we got back, our room was not cleaned and the uncleared garbage started to give out odors. However, Analise took care of everything and even at the late 10.30-11pm hour, she gave us fresh towels, toilet paper etc. Coming back to a clean room after more than half a day on the road and being thoroughly exhausted is something we as travellers look forward to and this was not the case when we got back. However, the professionalism and kind heartedness of Analise made it that much better. Also, in reference to this issue, Roy spoke to us and we were pleased the staff was looking into all the details. The breakfast was good, a wide array of items available. Thank you to Betty Jo, Roy, and of course Analise for making our stay welcoming and ever so pleasant. We DEFINITELY recommend this hotel. Krgds

This property has only been open for 4 months and is like new. Very modern interior. Friendly and efficient staff. Shopping nearby and dozens of restaurants withing a mile or two. Easy access from Interstate highway. Nice breakfast with good choices. It is far enough from the major highways so that noise is not an issue. 20 minutes to Pittsburgh North Shore. Will definitely stay here again.

When we return to the Pittsburgh Area we for sure will be staying here! Beds are comfy, room clean, tv worked, heated pool and wifi! Shower pressure was like you were at home and they had elevators too. Plus hot/cold breakfast in the mornings- can't beat that! The sausage was my favourite part of the whole thing, so good! Plenty of parking, can't hear the noise from the traffic, cute hotel in a shopping area and right off the highway! Staff was great and everything smells so fresh and new!

Very nice hotel, great breakfast. Friendly staff. Housekeeping fell short, did not clean our room and we had to get fresh towel and toilet tissue from the front desk. The location is great, close to the highway and shopping. I would stay here again.

Stayed at the NEW Best Western Plus for 3 days in June. Great rooms,great breakfast, great service. The rooms are just the right size and absolutely the cleanest anywhere. (I travel the eastern United States several months a year) If you get a chance visit the Penguins practice center next door.

Hotel was easy to access off the Highway. Close to several popular restaurants along with some local favorites. Beds were comfortable in a room that was just the right size. Excellent breakfast with many great options. Hotel Lobby and Rooms were clean and welcoming.

Spent 9 days at this property. This is a brand new BW has many positives. Support staff is excellent! Location is great. I had problems with getting my room serviced and they ran out of breakfast items. Problems seem to be with management - I hope they get their act together.

Stopped for a one night stay in the middle of a long family drive. Found a beautiful new property that felt very high end. I've stayed at many Best Westerns and this was by far the best! We stayed in a spacious double queen suite and loved the high- end finishes and wonderful bedding and beds. We enjoyed the pool and delicious breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful. If you're in the Pittsburgh area stop here, you won't be disappointed!

The Best Western Plus Cranberry-Pittsburgh North is a great hotel close to Pittsburg. The rooms are new and have very good sound reduction. The rooms are spacious and have contemporary decor. The lobby is inviting and has 24 hours coffee/tea service. There is a pool but no hot-tub (which is the one let down) and a well equipt workout room. Handy guest laundry and ice machines on several floors. The bathroom features a nice walk in shower, nice towels and bath and body works toiletries. The breakfast was good, however we had a bus tour at the hotel and the breakfast room staff were run off their feet, they needed more staff. The hotel is located close to many malls and the highway. Many restaurants to choose from, from fast-food to reservation required.

Brand new, clean, wonderful stay! Staff was great, convenient location. We were visiting Pittsburgh, this is close and convenient. Great breakfast in morning and good Wi-Fi. Lots of great restaurants close by. Will definitely stay here again when in area!

We would stay here again due to the great staff and the overall greatness of the place. We were checked in early which was wonderful as we were in need of a nap :). We were also upgraded which was wonderful since we each had a place to sleep:) Now for the negative; we had to go down for our own open out couch bedding, there were no washcloths, toilet didn't flush well from time we arrived then clogged in the early morning ;( ... lights and microwave were unplugged leading us to feel we had a problem, found garbage under bed, leftover open drink in refrigerator, and we didn't like the pillows. Other than that, very clean ...While all of these complaints are not major, each one adds up using up our valuable vacation time, and adds stress to the experience which is not needed when traveling. I would like to add that Roy was an exceptional employee, as was Annalise. We would absolutely stay again.

Don't miss this hotel for value, convenience, and its brand new facilities. Dennis, the sales manager, was most helpful to make sure our experience was the best. He deserves kudos for his excellent representation of Best Western Plus. The room is beautifully appointed with a TV that actually has familiar channels. The beds are very comfortable. The bath even sports a small black hand towel to remove makeup. Genius idea. Breakfast is hot with a variety of offerings. Would definitely choose this hotel again. It is well thought out and reasonably priced.

Brand new hotel. It is extremely clean and of course everything is new. Breakfast is great. Linda who works during breakfast is quick to lend a hand with anything you need. Pool is fabulous. 24 hours a day, free coffee and tea station. They have Bath and Bodyworks products in the bathrooms. Check in is at 3 pm. We arrived at 4:20 and were told by Analise that our room wasn't ready yet.....An hour and a half after check in time and it isn't ready?????? ... Anyhow, she called housekeeping on the hotel phone. No one answered. She called them again on her personal cell phone. No one answered. She then asked us to wait at the desk and she went looking for them to find out about our room. She came back five minutes later apologizing saying that she couldn't find them and would we be willing to wait 30 to 45 minutes. I don't like conflict, so I said that I guess we could wait. We were there. What else could we do? My husband, on the other hand, told her NO we couldn't wait. Check in was at 3 and it was way past check in time. She apologized again and asked another hotel employee if there were any clean available two queen suites. He said yes, so she just changed our room to a different one. Once again she apologized for the delay. Our room was very nice. It had two queen beds and a fold out couch. There wasn't any bedding left for the fold out couch, so we had to go looking for bedding. Finding no one, we found a cart with sheets down one of the hallways and we were able to get 2 sheets. One odd thing that we found out about this hotel is that they don't put garbage can liners in their garbage cans in the rooms. Not even the one in the bathroom. I went down to the front desk asking to get some because you know how sometimes things spill in the garbage cans and I didn't want to make more work for the housekeepers. I was informed that they don't use them. Strange... Also our fan wasn't working in our bathroom. At check out, I told the lady about it and she said that they don't have fans in the bathrooms. What looks like a fan just circulates air. So, the bathroom mirrors remain foggy and sometime the bathrooms don't smell very nice after someone has been in there going to the bathroom. (These are just minor things to me) Great hotel for the prices. Everyone is super friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This newer motel is very very nice. Perfect midway spot for our needs. We are a BW points reward member and we received our points as well as a welcome bag with water, Snickers bar, and veggie straw snacks.Workers, Tiera and Brian were most helpful and pleasant upon our arrival. Room was very nice-- bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is the best ever-- eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, bagels, muffins, Danish pastries, and the best ever thick wheat bread for toasting! Coffe was great with hazelnut and French vanilla creamers, four choices of juice. Manager helped us when we had a key card not working.--- he was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend and will stay here again. There is an exercise room with several apparatuses. There is an indoor pool, but no Jacuzzi. The lobby is cheerful with pops of yellow color in the decor.

Everything was great. service, room, price, breakfast. Hotel is brand new and everything is in great condition. Flawless service: friendly, efficient. Will definitely stay again when in the area. A no-brainer.

While visiting Pittsburgh we decided to spend the night at the hotel. It was conveniently located north of the city and headed towards Cleveland. Check-in was real easy and quick. Upon entering our room, we discovered that the door would not latch. When I contacted the front desk, I was told that there was no maintenance available...just deadbolt the door. This actually became an issue during the next morning, as we could not secure the door while enjoying breakfast. All of our belongings had to be brought downstairs with us. The next issue was that the toilet seemed clogged and would not fully flush. Another call was made to the front desk. A few minutes later a worker arrived and fixed the toilet issue, but was unable to fix the door. The room was clean and comfortable. The highlight of the stay was the complimentary breakfast. There was eggs, bacon, waffles, cereals and oatmeal, along with a bunch of bread products. The area was clean, and very well stocked. The hotel is only a few weeks old, and they are experiencing newness issues. The manager was very apologetic with our problems, and stated that they were trying to get things perfect. I WOULD stay here again if ever in the area.

During a visit with friends, we picked this Best Western for an overnight stay. We couldn't have been more pleased and satisfied! The staff was pleasant. The room was perfect and nicely decorated...comfortable bed and amenities, including free, safe parking. The next morning included breafast was very good. Best Western is our "go to" hotel.

Newly constructed hotel, everything works and is great condition. Excellent staff, great breakfast selections. Would stay again. Best hotel stay during 2 week vacation. Only negative was lack of blackout curtains, but outside lights werent too bright.

Great hotel the rooms was very clean beds was new comfortable and plenty of pillows. Plenty of room for parking .breakfast was good entry of stuff to choose from .not to bad to find from highway .really recommend staying

This is a newer hotel that is close to the freeway and near plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and stores. The luggage card could use more air in the tires as the one we used had two flat tires. Also, as I noticed in other comments, housekeeping needs to improve. The bathroom had hairs all over the toilet and shower. Also the toilet lid didn't look wiped down as there was dust and hair on it. This is where the great customer service came into play. I informed the gentleman at the front desk about the issue as we were leaving to eat supper and he had it cleaned by the time we returned. It was cleaned well and looked like it should each and every time a room is turned over. If this place can get their housekeeping up to par it will be an excellent choice for a hotel stay.

Stayed overnight on a family road trip shortly after this hotel's opening. It's definitely, showroom-style new and the staff are helpful and friendly. The convenient location, ample parking, pool, 24/7 coffee/tea/cocoa, and a good breakfast spread were nice amenities. Beds were comfy and AC worked perfectly. However, some subpar cleaning and sloppiness on small details makes it seem like this place is still in a beta test phase. There was construction dust in cracks and crevices, and sloppy painting around baseboards and corners made me wonder if corners were cut trying to get this place open on time. Upon arriving in our room, we were surprised to find chewed gum and errant hairs in the shower and on a towel. Everything else in the room seemed fairly clean and the kids were exhausted, so we didn't make a fuss about it, but it did leave us wondering if someone had forgotten to do a once-over on our room.

We recently stayed at this brand new hotel and it was terrific! The room was so clean, we actually wondered if anyone had stayed in our room(Room 622) since it opened in May! The staff was wonderful and so helpful especially when my husband wanted more waffle batter to make a waffle. The dispenser was empty but the kind manager/supervisor on duty at the hotel went out of her way to make sure he got his waffle--she didn't have to do that since it was 9:30 and the hotel breakfast closed at 10 am. She even checked to make sure everything was to our satisfaction (I am so sorry but I didn't catch the lady's name but she worked during the morning of 6/25). Hotel decor was fresh and inviting too! I loved the color scheme of yellow/gray/black. The hotel was right next to stores and restaurants as well as easy access to the highway entrance which made it easy for us to get to downtown Pittsburgh in about 20 minutes. Next time we are in the Pittsburgh area, we will definitely stay at this hotel!

This hotel opened in May of 2018, and, as you would expect, is beautiful. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and large. Our only small complaint is that we had to wait quite a while for the breakfast staff to replenish the hot items...probably just adjusting to the demands with a new hotel. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lisa is very kind, and friendly. She's also very down to earth, and loves to help out with what ever she can. She's a very devoted, hard worker. She goes above and beyond to give excellent customer service.

This hotel is brand new- not only is it beautiful and clean, but beds are wonderful, towels are soft, free breakfast is delicious and staff very friendly. Lots of room in the lobby for hanging out and visiting for family. Linda who runs the breakfast is very sweet and helpful and does a fantastic job keeping the food refreshed. You will not be dissapointed if you stay here. Saw deer out back in the woods!

Beautiful Hotel sits up high overlooks main highway, Dick's sporting store with in walking distance, strip mall within walking distance. Everything you need is located on main highway 228 two traffic lights away. Employees were wonderful I had the pleasure of meeting Betty Jo, Bryan, Sally, April and Morgan.Everyone was just awesome. I enjoyed relaxing at the patio the best. The decor was very modern and had the best lemon candy at the front desk to match the decor. Very Clean, very good breakfast loved the bacon.

This is a brand new Best Western hotel! Very impressive hotel with modern amenities and very spacious rooms. The breakfast was also very impressive! The staff was very helpful and professional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Cranford Township area.

This Best Western has been open for about three weeks. When we checked in, we were told we were the first to ever stay in our room. The hotel was clean and very quiet. There is an indoor pool and fitness center but we didn't get to check that out. I recommend it!

Best room and stay in a while. 2nd floor drive up to room level and a room right around the corner from the elevator. Very convenient. Breakfast was fresh and good. This hotel was just opened two weeks prior to our stay and of course, everything was very nice and clean. Thanks!

This hotel is only a few weeks old. They have spared no expense. I have stayed in the so-called 5 star hotels that couldn't match this facility. Absolutely everything was perfect. I had no issues at all. I will always stay in this hotel when visiting the Pittsburgh area.
