    « Super Stay »

From Check In to Check out Not disappointed. We loved this Best Western, recommend if you are in Colorado Springs this is terrific hotel to stay. My husband and I were so happy that decided to stay and would have booked for longer, but our schedule would not allow. Staff is exceptional, Room very clean and comfortable, Breakfast Superb. Selection was terrific, and the Green Chili was fabulous. We DEFINITELY, will choose this one, when we return to Colorado. Very Happy Travelers.

« Clean Comfortable and Friendly »

We recently stayed here for one night after attending a show at The World Arena. This place is close to several eating places. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the front desk men were friendly and the continental breakfast was good. It was definitely worth the stay at the right price.

    « Clean comfortable stay!! »

We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are traveling with family and want something very comfortable and clean this is a great stay for a very good price

    « Okay Fine »

This hotel was great for the price. Excellent, clean room (110) right off the front desk, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast area. The girl working the breakfast area was friendly, had a great attitude, and worked very hard to keep the area spotless and stocked. The only think I didn't like about this hotel was finding my way into the location. It was a great location for a hotel....just a round about way of getting into it.

    « Nice place. »

Nice place, clean, friendly service. Entry way into room is a little tight with luggage in tow, but room was clean, amenities good. Continental breakfast available and close to a lot of shopping opportunity.

« My Valentines Day Ruined »

i made a reservation at this hotel for Valentines Day and I reserved the spa room, no credit card was needed to hold my reservation, Ya see I just had my left hip replaced and last year both my knees, and I have no tub in my apartment and was looking forward to the spa room, Water therapy is great for my hips and knees. The Best Western website nor Booking.com which is where I made the reservation ,neither one specifies how your deposit is paid for , so I booked my room , upon arrival Mike the Front Desk Clerk told me they don't accept cash payment for the deposit in which I get back the next morning upon check except the with a credit card I have to wait 3-5 Business days to get it back, I thought it was really crappy that he was so adamant and wouldn't make an exception especially on Valentines Day, so I had to cancel because the deposit $ that I was using was needed then next day in order to get plates on my boyfriends car, Anyways horrible customer service Mike is a jerk and he needs to read the website, because I'm right it doesn't tell you that you have to use your credit card for the deposit, and I didn't need one to hold the reservation, Ill NEVER stay there ever.

« Very clean. Friendly staff. »

We stayed for a long weekend while visiting our son who is stationed at Ft Carson. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was better than most and changed slightly each day. I would recommend the BW in Colorado Springs, for sure.

« Good hotel, good location, great value »

We recently stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn & Suites while attending an event at the Broadmoor World Arena. It's behind a strip of restaurants, so navigation didn't work well and it was a little hard to find. You can see it from I-25, so if southbound get off at exit138 and look for the signs. Hotel is very clean (entirely non-smoking and no pets, except for service animals) and staff very helpful. Mattresses were exceptionally comfortable! All the usual room amenities - shampoo, hair dryer, etc., plus microwave and small refrigerator. Good water pressure in the shower and plenty of hot water. The breakfast was exceptionally good - lots of fresh fruit, oatmeal (the real stuff - not instant), hot and cold items, good quality bread for toasting. Only complaints were the heat was cranked up full blast when we arrived and it took hours to cool the room down enough to sleep and the scrambled eggs at breakfast were fake (very minor issue in an otherwise very good breakfast). Even a chocolate chip cookie when you check in!

    « Very pleased »

Nice room, great staff, loved the shower head, everything was better than expected. We were traveling with two young children and the staff helped us with everything we needed. Breakfast was great. Would stay there again.

« Traveler beware. Terrible experience. »

Terrible experience. Travelers beware! When we checked into the BW, we had trouble opening our door and told the front desk gentleman that our door was hard to open. We were told that we were not inserting the key fast enough. (But the maintenance never would come to look at the problem) The next time we tried to enter our room the card key mechanism malfunctioned and we were locked out of our room with our belongings inside. The helpful clerk (Amelia) offered us a different room to relax in until the problem was solved but the hotel manager, who was offsite and talking via the phone, told us that she did not have a manual key and told us we could PAY for a different room to sleep in until 9am when maintenance could come. (What??? Did they expect us to sit in the lobby all night?) We told the manager on the phone that we needed time sensitive medication that was in the room. After an hour...the manager showed up and said she had a master key but didn't know where to find it. She asked us what WE did to break the door? (Are you kidding me?) She searched and searched and tried key after key trying to open the door. We suggested calling a locksmith and were told directly from the manager Fulya that she didn't want to pay for a locksmith. We asked to call the owner because we wanted to talk to someone with more authority, and were told by Fulya that the owner was on his anniversary cruise and couldn't be bothered. Fulya refused to give us the owners name or number. After 2 hours of waiting in the lobby, Fulya and another manager named Michele finally agreed to calling a locksmith, but let us know that they would be charging the maintenance man for the locksmith because he had lost the master key. (very unprofessional) after 2 1/2 hours of waiting in the lobby, a maintenance man from a different hotel location was able to get the door unlocked at about the same time a locksmith finally showed up. The manager Fulya told us that we would get BW points for a free room for our troubles, but when we checked out, the extra points for the free room we're not reflected on the bill or the points total. The one saving grace in the entire evening was the night clerk named Amelia, who was very kind and apologetic.

« Would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again »

Clean, spacious king bed suite with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, soap, shampoo, cream rinse, and lotion. TV in sitting area and bed area. Bed, bedding, and pillows were clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub looked inviting, but didn't use. Full buffet breakfast served which was very good. Friendly staff. Hotel was right off of I25 and seemed to be at the south edge of town. Nice mountain view. Close (6 miles "ish") to WWII museum, Manitou Springs, and Garden of the Gods. Restaurant within walking distance.

    4
    « Great stay »

Good location for our adventures, but a little tricky to find the entrance. And, no elevator which my be troublesome for some people. Staff was great especially in the breakfast area. King suite was very nice and clean.

    5
    « Passing through »

Comfortable room, pleasant staff, better than average Best Western breakfast. Would stay again if passing thru at the right time. It is a little confusing to get to as one drives through a Village Inn parking lot.

    5
« Best customer service I can remember at a motel »

Some small problems with the room occurred, but front desk did an excellent job of responding. Breakfast staff was by far the most helpful and friendly we have encountered. They even held the door when we checked out.

    4
    « Will stay again »

Nice, clean, comfortable beds and the best breakfast assortment. The young gal maintaining the breakfast items will make your day. Super friendly and went out of her way to make sure everyone in the dining room was taken care of.

« Christmas in CS Grandkids »

Awesome Staff. The Front desk recognized my disabled elderly mother and asked if she could put us in a 1st floor disability room that conjoined to the 2nd reservation. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and happy. They helped us switch out our dirty linens because we didn't request full service!!! The young lady in the kitchen was like a bright sun shining!!! Not fake, very geniuine and a fast mover. She had the lobby, kitchen, and bussing tables all taken care of!!! Love the indoor pool!!! The Location was perfect for the Zoo, KOHLS, Target, & Fazoli's!!! This family was happy!!! Thank You

    4
    « Great value »

The hotel was remodeled in 2017. It was clean and had a good variety of options for breakfast, including protein - bacon, eggs, sausage. Friendly service throughout. The one miss for the remodel was the choice of double beds instead of queen beds.

    5
    « Great visit »

After a long drive, I arrived in the Springs way to early, check in was not until 3, but instead of making me wait for a standard room, the girl at the front desk upgraded me to a better room, since one was available. Had a lovely stay, thank you very much, will be back next time I come down

    5
« The bed was comfy »

When working a hard day out on the road I really enjoyed being able to come back to the hotel and just relax in a comfy bed and this hotel had just what I needed to rest and recover from working all day out in the cold. Thanks for having a comfortable stay for me when I travel for business.

    5
    « Clean and Friendly »

Nice place. Friendly staff. Facility is clean and updated. I stayed in an updated Suite. Lots of room. Breakfast has a good selection and always prompt. Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful.

  • 3
    « Awesome water pressure! »

The water pressure was probably the best we've ever had and the shower head was high which was nice not having to duck to rinse my hair. The room was nice and the staff was very friendly. Location is close to the highway so it is convenient. Breakfast was good the first morning but the second morning wasn't all that great. The egg omelet with what tasted like cheese whiz was not the best. We could not get the room to cool off the two nights we stayed. We called the front desk the first night and asked for a fan but was told they didn't have one. We were told to open the window. The second night, the power went out for hours and the cable didn't work after that. The mattress was not comfortable at all so between the mattress and fighting the room temps, there was not much sleep.

    1
    « Poor Mattresses »

I have not ever had a mattress that was so worn out in any motels we have ever slept in.When I told the girl at the front desk of my problem she stated she liked a soft matrtess.I slept on the floor most of the night because of my back hurting so much.

    5
    « Great service »

We stay at Best Westerns whenever we can because they are all very good. We have stayed at this location a couple of times a year for the past three years because the service, employees and amenities are the best we have encountered anywhere! The breakfast is great and the staff is most helpful and accommodating.

    5
    « Thanksgiving trip »

I came out to visit my son for the Thanksgiving weekend. He chose the hotel based off the reviews and did a great job. The staff was extremely friendly and treated my wife and I very well. Great staff.

    4
    « Very nice hotel »

I stayed here for one night on my way visiting family over Thanksgiving. They upgraded me for free to a King Suite room, which was huge. There was a separate sofa and TV sitting area, and everything was very clean. Great linen and comfortable bed. No problems or issues with my stay. For the most part a quiet hotel, and was able to sleep in to about 8am. There were many selections for breakfast. The hotel has a pool and hot tub which I didn't use. The workout room is so so - sort of small with only cardio machines. I like to see free weights, mats, and other exercise equipment. However, for the price of $71.00 plus tax I was pleased. Staff is friendly. Cookies upon check-in, fresh water in the lobby, and food/snacks for purchase in lobby. No elevator - but for healthy people like myself not an issue being on second floor.

    5
    « Very friendly staff »

Very friendly staff. They had a really nice breakfast including scrambled eggs, pancakes and danish. The front desk offered free coffee and free cookies all day. There are lots of restaurants in the vicinity (for dinner).

    5
    « Good Value »

Recently stayed six nights while attending a conference at the Broadmoor. The Best Western was very centrally located for this. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The shower was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Just the right amount of pressure. The bed was comfortable. The property was clean. The indoor swimming pool was well maintained, which is something I often find neglected. Parking was free and plentiful. Internet access was free. The lobby had a business center so airline boarding passes could easily be printed at no extra cost. Breakfast included multiple choices of both hot and cold foods. It was well staffed with happy employees who kept the choices from running out. If you are coming in from a direction other than I- 25. You may want to call ahead. It is tucked behind a restaurant. The signage was minimal and my gps sent me to a dead end. The front desk was very helpful so I got there easily with their directions. It may not be a five star hotel, but for the price it rated high marks for what is important to me.

    « We came back! »

We had stayed at this motel about 5 years ago and wanted to stay there again when we were going to be in Colorado Springs. I had to do some intense research to find it again. But I did! It was better than ever! There were many helpful and pleasant staff. The motel had been renovated and was beautiful. The breakfast was awesome!

    4
« Clean, comfortable and great breakfast »

We arrived at the hotel at 2:00, asked for early check-in. Without checking anything, I was told check-in is at 3:00. Hotel room was very clean. Rooms are a bit small. Breakfast hostess and food was good.

    5
    « FAMILY/BUSINESS TRIP »

Room was very clean and breakfast was very good everyday were where there for for 7 days straight I would recommend this hotel and will be returning in the summer for vacation this hotel is not far from Fort Carson that's if you have any family in the Army

  • 4
    « Pleasant stay. »

They did not use scented products in my room so I was able to tolerate it and sleep Ok and without an attack. Breakfast was OK and the coffee was pretty good. Room was clean. Parking was adequate. I would come back again.

    5
« Great for the money »

Hotel common areas and rooms are nicely maintained. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well appointed and clean. Location is convenient and quiet despite being right next to I-25. The free breakfast is very good with a good selection of hot and cold foods, all fresh and well-prepared. Dining area is kept very clean.

    4
    « Stop over »

We were very tired after a long day of driving, the front desk person watched my cousin struggle with a full luggage cart trying to get in the doors. Luckily a nice customer helped her navigate the cart. Th employee just sat and watched, he was not busy! The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, small toilet area. Mariah at breakfast made the hotel, friendly and helpful. The food was great at breakfast!

    4
    « great breakfast »

The breakfast was very good, it was not the same each day. One day we had sausage and the next bacon. The staff was anxious to accommodate us with any needs. It was a pleasant experience which I would recommend to anyone.

    5
    « Decent time »

Room was clean and had updated stuff (tv, bed, phone, alarm clock, etc). Nice staff. Decent breakfast. No smoking which is a bummer but fine. Not enough towels at first but staff got me more upon request! Thank you for the pleasant stay!

    4
    « Good stay »

Very helpful and friendly staff! Good breakfast that is changed up from day to day. Close to downtown for happy hour and dinner options. Staff was very helpful in selecting places to check out. Comfortable communal places to gather and chat.

    4
    « Very good Stay »

Had some issues with the room key working on the first assigned room. The lock on room 223 would need to be fixed. The staff was quick to accommodate and get me assigned to another room. The breakfast in the morning was great with very helpful and happy staff.

    3
    « Very average »

Nice clean room with comfortable beds. Breakfast was so-so. Common areas a bit long in the tooth with shabby broken computer chairs. Litter in parking lot. Indifferent desk clerk does not see or remove litter on lobby floor near coffee stand that is left there for hours. Room a bit small but clean with comfortable beds.

    5
    « Great place overall »

Great place, great people, great amenities. I plan to try the pool next time I come. Do watch for Google's directions - if it tries to send you down Pando or Dustry, those are incorrect. Take Harrison, follow the signs from there.

    1
    « Screwed Over »

Paid for a Suite w/Hot Tub ($175/night). Showed up to discover the hotel doesn't offer suites w/ Hot Tub. No Discount. Likely will never stay at a Best Western AGAIN! Clean and good breakfast, but disgruntled with accuracy on reservation.

  • 4
    « road trip stop »

Clean room. Booked day of and was able to do a load of laundry. Would recommend to others. Breakfast was OK alot of people in a small space although we we did go at 830 which i assume is a very busy time for the breakfast.

    2
    « Inaccuracy with Reservation »

Great Breakfast, Clean Hotel, unfortunately I was lied to about the room I paid for. Showed up to discover that the Best Western I stayed at did not offer Suites w/ Hot Tub despite pics that showed such amenities when booking. Ending up paying $350.00 for 2/nights. I've stayed at Best Western hundreds of times, but likely never will again due to the fore mentioned deception.

    2
« No help at all... »

Management unavailable for issues at check in with deposit and credit cards. Staffs suggestions was to cancel my room so I could pay cash at another hotel, because they don't take cash. And can't make any exceptions on the deposit amount even though they booked me in 2 rooms and took per payment for both.

    5
    « Beautiful Best Western »

This hotel was fantastic...beautiful rooms and fixtures. Clean rooms and loved the staff...so nice and thoughtful! Breakfast was great with wonderfully warm people helping and the food was nice and warm. Friendly atmosphere and we would absolutely stay here again!

    5
    « VERY SATISFIED »

Very clean hotel, helpful staff, the hot breakfast was above and beyond what I expected. The little gal running the breakfast area was keeping everyone informed of when items would be ready and she was more than helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    3
« Best western executive inn and suites »

The staff were professional and friendly. The rooms were updated and in very good condition. Pool area was nice. Breakfast was just ok. The immediate surrounding area was not to great...Good value for the money. Adjacent to highways to get you to all the amazing sites.

    5
    « Pleasant stay »

Hotel conviently located on I-25 and Harrison Rd , a few restaurants right across the street. Room is clean, comfortable bed, TV, WIFI. Fresh coffee and flavored water at the lobby at all times. Breakfast offers eggs, bacon, pastries, yougurt, bananas, apples, hot and cold cereal, etc.

    4
    « Nice hotel »

This was our second visit to this location. This visit we were told the handicap accessible room was the only king available. Normally that would be fine, we had traveled all day and it was late. Had either one of us required special accessibility, I'm afraid this room would not have worked out very well. While the bathroom was huge, the shower was a very small stall. The furniture left little room to move around if using a walker or wheelchair.

    5
« Great place to stay! »

The staff is very professional and helpful. Great breakfast menu and service. This was my first time staying in this area and I will be returning. Even with all of the construction going on in the area, it was still very quite. I'll be back again.

    5
    « Nice Hotel »

Very clean and nice rooms. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the infused water in the lobby. Much attention paid to the breakfast never out of anything, and everything was good. We would stay here again.

  • 4
« Two Day Get Away »

Everyone was very friendly...we didn't have any issues that anyone had to take care of so I can't speak to any problem solving...my only complaint was our room was right next to an exit door so we heard noise a lot...but that can't really be helped...breakfast was good, no waffle maker which I prefer to pre made frozen pancakes, like a fresh item better....they had a pot of green chile which was quite tasty to put over the eggs...everythingelse was your normal spread, bread, cereal, yogurt, milk, juice...staff was very helpful at breakfast.

    1
« poor maintenance & super loud from highway noise, unlike other properties »

poor maintenance and super loud from highway noise , old locks, keys don't work, poorly insulated, watch out for no elevator nor automatic front doors if you need either, fence falling down btween hotel & industrial area, lights not on out front at dusk, room doors stuck on old hardware, etc, etc

    5
« Such nice and welcoming people! »

Everyone we met who worked there was super nice and personable. It felt so nice to be treated like we were special! The room was nice and clean too. Breakfast was yummy and I loved the citrus infused water they have in the lobby!

    5
    « excellent stay! »

we always enjoy our stays at all best westerns. There really isn't much I would suggest for change. Just keep up the good work.Continue to employ good, considerate people.Continue to keep your properties inside and outside neat and clean.

    5
    « Colorado Vacation »

As others noted, it is difficult to get to, but worth it. Otherwise, it is a good location. Staff are friendly and professional. They let us keep the motorcycle under the awning at night. Was upgraded to a suite since we were there for a week. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast changed each day so not the same every day. Restaurant in front of hotel has great pies and decent food.

    2
    « Worst night ever »

We made our reservations in advance.. When we arrived we were assigned room 135.. It is at the end of a hallway. There is an exit door at the end of the hallway.. All night long ,people were coming and going and the door slams every time someone exits or enters the building.. ..Needless to say no one slept in room 135.. In the morning, I visited with the girl behind the counter at the front desk.. She informed me other guests had also complained.. She would bring it to the attention of the manager.. No calls, no email, no texts of apology.. Nothing.. They got my money.. They don't care how it impacted our lives. Had we stayed in a different room... Not on the main floor and at the end of the hall, this review would be different..

    4
« Better than Expected - Would definately stay again! »

This hotel was worth every penny! Kinda tricky to get to...on a little access road that runs parallel to the main road. Very conveniently located to many tourist attractions and restaurants and main stores. Shower is nice, sink is separate. Housekeeping is very good and they provide shampoo, coffee, etc and hair dryer. They provide towels for the pool at the pool. Plenty of free parking. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They provide free flavored water in the lobby every day and free coffee and cookies every afternoon. Just ask for them. They have a great complimentary hot and cold breakfast every day in the little restaurant with TVs on the walls. We couldn't figure out how to work our air conditioner and they fixed it and gave us a Dr. Pepper and little bag of candy for our troubles. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We would stay again.

    5
« Trip to the springs »

Great place very clean and friendly staff. The pool and spa are amazing. The beds are comfortable. The shower is great. The Location is easy access to shopping. We had a great time and will stay here again. Thank you

    4
    « Convenient »

This hotel is conveniently located next to I-25. That's good and bad. Freeway noise is inescapable. The building is clean and room very comfortable. Everything in the room worked perfectly and there are a lot of power outlets to charge things. The staff seemed steeled for trouble as they asked for lots of signatures for extra charges for doing bad things in the hotel. Nothing adverse happened in our stay though. Across the boulevard is an area with a lot of restaurants and shops, so why they security concern is not clear. Anyway, this felt like a good business hotel rather than a relaxing leisure hotel.

    5
    « Excellent! »

The King Suite was great! Two TV's, a microwave, couch, chair with foot stool, coffee table and desk with chair. Was worth every penny. Great staff, breakfast, pool, etc. Felt very safe in this location. Please presence was well known, not that they needed to be, but just well patrolled and busy area.

« Best Western Colorado Springs, CO. »

This BW is the best one I have ever stayed in. Close to all the best hiking trails in Colorado Springs. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great showers and the employees were very helpful. I will be staying here on my next trip.

    4
    « Great breakfast »

Excellent breakfast! Great desk staff! No elevator...?? Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. The road in front is a little bizarre, watch your map. If you want a view, better ask at the desk.

« Great place to stay in S. Colorado Springs CO »

Friendly & helpful staff. Nice large room. Motel is right next to a restaurant w/o drink service, but there is one within a short walk with everything. This was a great location for us as we were heading south.

    4
    « Business trip »

Stayed here overnight on business. Rooms are clean and neat, bathrooms have been redone recently. The Hotel is an older hotel which shows on the outside, parking is kinda limited and areas appear to be dark and unlit. Front desk clerk was attentive and helpful, they do not have elevator access to the second floor so if stairs are a problem you might reconsider (may have been having issues with elevator I did not ask). Overall a nice stay even with the age of the property.

    5
« perfect, great breakfast and staff »

perfect. great staff and great pool, the kids loved the stay and said the best breakfast ever. The ladies doing the breakfast was too nice to me and my family. only problem i have is this survey coming up with 200 caracters

My wife and two sons stayed six nights there in two rooms. We could hear the room next to us. Our door was by an outside door and we could hear people use the outside door. We also heard outside noise. They tried to charge us over $1100 per room for six nights until my son commented about the multiple night discount. They tried to rip us off!!! Then we were quoted an average of $134 per night per room. My bill for one room was $889 for the six nights which was more than the quoted price. It simply was not worth the money we spent. The breakfast was good which was the only good thing about the stay there. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!

    « Very nice week »

Loved the updated rooms and how friendly the staff was to us. Never stayed at BW before and we sure had a pleasant experience there. the breakfast was very good something different everyday and the two lady servers were very helpful and kind. The only problem we had was with the room keys but always someone there to help us, thanks for a wonderful week in Colorado springs

« One night stop, passing through COS »

We stopped for one evening when passing through from Denver to NM. It was a pleasant stay. It is your basic hotel, the rooms are accessible from the inside, there is no elevator, however the front desk stated that if we needed assistance with our luggage, they'd be more than happy to assist us. The hostess working the breakfast was super friendly and worked really hard to make everyone smile. We would stay here again if in the area.

« Not Worth the Price »

The cost for this hotel and other reviews had set my expectations far higher. The hotel wasn't bad, just not worth what they charge. Parking was good and so was the breakfast, I just wasn't impressed with the building. It was fairly old and you could hear ever other guest.

« Best Western Stay in Colorado Springs »

The accommodations were very nice for a King Size Suite (Two Rooms) at a reasonable rate was more than accommodating with a separate area like a living area/office opening to a nice-size bedroom. There were TVs in both rooms as well as plenty of outlets. Very nice. The breakfast was also very good. The only issue I had was leaving for one night and checking out instead of keeping the reservation for the other nights. The staff member suggested this since there would be plenty of available rooms. We were under the impression that the price quoted when making the initial reservation would be the rate we would pay for that night. However, the price went up substantially, and they would not honor the quoted price. We decided to stay elsewhere for that night.

    « I couldn't ask for more! »

Best Western Plus has figured out what a serious road traveler wants. Foremost, The room has to be clean and it was. The bathroom was spacious WITH an exhaust fan that performed beautifully. Microwave, mini fridge, and a coffee station?all the essentials. Great full breakfast 6:30-9:30. Hot tub and Paul were clean, soothing and relaxing. Great location, walk 500ft to Walmart or Sam's Club (to replenish my supplies at a minimum cost) Washer and dryer worked great when they were cheap. The only criticism is the television wasn't in HD.

    5
    « 6 night stay »

Had a king suite which was wonderful for a longer stay. Room was very spacious. Pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was great. Hotel is in a good location and no street noise at night. Cookies at bedtime was a nice added touch!

This was a great stay . Helpful staff from the front desk to the breakfast staff. Good clean room. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. Quiet room with not much outside noise very restful. Good laundry

    « Cross Country vacation. »

We stayed 2 nights to visit Pikes peak and Garden of the Gods. The hotel is located right of the highway easy access .Quiet area. Not so hectic here worth the stay. Many places to eat and shop.I liked the area.

    « Colorado Springs Vacation »

Nice place, attentive staffing. A little difficult to navigate at first, tucked in behind some restaurants. The staff takes care of business, the overall condition was very clean and the shower was forceful, a rarity amongh hotel chains.

    2
    « No elevator. »

Rooms were clean but small . Walls were thin. No elevator so ask for first floor . My elderly mom had a hard time . Right off the highway and close to retailers and fast food chains . Parking lot is also very small .

    3
« Nice staff, paper thin walls »

Location immediately off the highway, close to restaurants and shopping like target. Hotel definitely needs updates and some sound barriers between walls. Seems to be gathering spot for Harley Davidson crowd.

    « Amazing!!! »

I just want to say thank you to the 2 amazing guys working last night and the wonderful lady who checked me out this morning when the other hotel I was supposed to be staying was miserable and filled with cigarette smoke. Their customer service is amazing and as soon as I called they made accommodations for me and my boys after I was having a horrible night due to the other hotel. They helped out in every way possible and really turned me and my boys' night around thank you sooo much from the bottom of my heart!!!

    « Wonderful surprise »

We are traveling by motorcycle and today was our 6th day on the road. It has been cold and windy and we were looking forward to our hotel. We arrived and checking in and were completely surprised by an upgrade to a King suite! The room is beautiful! They had a laundry and we were able to wash our dirty clothes. The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly!!

    4
    « Overall »

The room was clean upon arrival. Front desk called to ask if room was ok. The breakfast was very good. Lots of selection. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. The restaurant in front of hotel was very good if you need to walk to eat out.

    « July 31, 2017 9:30am »

I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint was the location. It was kind of hidden and hard to find.

    4
    « Good hotel »

This is a good hotel but would be much better if it had an elevator for tired folks with a lot of luggage that have been on the road for 8 days. it was troublesome to carry 5 bags around and up stairs.

    4
    « Centrally located hotel »

I stayed here 3 nights recently for a family reunion nearby. As there is no elevator I had a ground floor room across from the breakfast room which was a bit noisy early in the morning preparations. The bathroom was small and had a loud fan any time the light was on. The beds were comfortable but the room temperature was not. I could either have the a/c going at night on automatic or the fan steadily without a/c. It seemed stuffy in the room and the temps were hot outside. The breakfasts were good and the staff cheerful. I was able to add on an extra day to my stay and am glad of that as the location was very central to our activities. It is a bit awkward to find the entrance to the hotel as you have to drive through the parking lot of the Village Inn in front to reach it. Also there are no automatic openers on the very heavy double doors with a slight incline. A bit of a struggle for one person to handle the door and luggage at the same time.

    « Horrible customer service »

We stayed here while we were headed back to ft Riley and the customer service is appalling . The lady working the desk threatened to kick us out no matter the time if our baby cried again . Mind you he only cries for about 5 minutes before our threatening phone call. We could hear people doing things we wouldn't want our children to hear but they were more concerned about a baby. I will not ever stay at a best western again or any hotel that is a part of their chain .

    5
« Great place to stay »

Everything about this place is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We are on motorcycles and they let us park under the awning. The room are very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again myself.

    5
« Very nice hotel in a great location »

Loved staying here while visiting Colorado Springs. The staff was very helpful and we were able to store our bags since we arrived early. The location is very convenient to I 25 so getting around the area was easy. The room was clean and had been updated. The comfort of the bed was excellent. Really like the way the breakfast buffet was set up. There was staff available to help with choices and clean up.

« One Night In Pueblo »

Don't know why this Best Western is not a Best Western Plus. At this motel you get treated like you are the most important person around. Great place to stay. Room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was pretty good, too.

    « No handicapped parking »

I was a little disappointed in this facility. My husband is in a wheelchair and there is no handicapped parking. Each time we left or returned, I had to come to the front entrance, get him out the car and then go park. That was inconvenient to say the least. The door to the lobby is a little narrow and hard to maneuver a wheelchair through. Even though the staff could see me struggling to get him in, they just watched and were not very helpful. The room was clean and the rate was good, so I guess I shouldn't complain, it's just hard to believe that in this day and age there wasn't at least one handicapped spot, even though there were handicapped rooms!

    5
« Great rooms and service »

We stayed two nights in Colorado Springs. After a night in a very bad motel, because we were told that this hotel had no vacancies we got a room the next morning. I had booked and paid for the room online and check in was a breeze. We got settled in to the room as we got a phone call from the front desk asking if everything was to our liking. In the morning we also enjoyed the breakfast they offered. Very pleasant stay, just sad that we didn't get to stay there for both nights.

    4
« Clean affordable hotel near Airport »

This hotel was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool/ hot tub area was great for the kids. This hotel is affordable and close to the airport. I would recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a quick stay near the airport.

    4
    « Large rooms/suites at reasonable prices - »

Good place to stay while in Colorado Springs. Easy access - right at I 25, Exit 138. Easy access to most tourist attraction. Large rooms/suites with a sitting area, an office desk and a large bed! Breakfast buffet is also very good and included in the room rate. Can be recommended wholeheartedly.

    4
« Clean rooms and lobby »

Stayed with my husband and kids. Location wasn't exactly what I was looking for but the hotel was very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast crew. Pool area was fun for the kids. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful

    5
    « They are GREAT »

The staff and management were extremely helpful. Myself and my crew stayed here for about 6 months. We were treated like family. The location is extremely convenient to Fort Carson and the downtown area.

    2
    « Rude front desk »

The employee during check in was rude and very short with me when I tried to check in 20 minutes early after a 10 hour car drive. The same employee was rude when I requested a replacement door key. Unfortunately, the choice of hotel was not mine during this group trip or I would have likely changed hotels immediately after my check in experience.

    « Mini vaca »

Great location! Restraint & shopping near! Just off HWY 24 for a mountain trip! Also Judy off I-25 for a cross country trip or to go to Denver! Also many Colorado Springs tourist spots are near! Staff polite! Breakfast was nice to have!

« Nice hotel - Executive might be overreach »

The staff was great, the room very comfortable. I am not sure I would use the word "executive" with the hotel. Hard to get to it, through parking lots??? no sign on the road indicating the exit #. Directions on my phone were horrendous.

    5
    « Clean and comfy!! »

Most comfortable beds!! Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Refrigerator and microwave. We were traveling with 3 other couples and were able to have everyone over to our room for a beverage.

« Not worth the money »

Average MOTEL in seedy location. Cramped room smelt of foul musty odor and left much to be desired. Only positive was the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the hot breakfast was decent. PSA, the A.C. doesn't work in room 210.

    3
« An average stay in a standard hotel »

I am not sure how Best Western rates its hotels. Is executive inn and suites better than average? This one isn't. Just an average hotel in a standard location. Room was ok, clean. Bed was alright. Internet worked. But there was nothing outstanding or executive about it.

    5
    « Great Stay »

Great Stay and the staff very helpfull and considerate. Both times was able to check in early. I very much appreciated that. Rooms very nice and comfortable. Very clean. My next trip I will plan on staying at the Junction City Best Western. Thank you for a wonderful stay both times. This is also a great location.

    5
    « Great stay »

This was a great place to stay. It sets back off the busy hiway but is easy access. Melissa & Mike were at the desk. They were very helpful & great ambassadors for this motel. The room is clean and love having 2 tvs in our suite. We'll be back in a few days on our way home and look forward to staying again. Shower water pressure is fantastic!! Looking forward to breakfast in the morning. Like having "little necessities " for sale if needed!

    5
    « Commendable Hotel »

    Friendly and accomodating staff. Facility amenities were properly maintatined and serve guest as expected; Room maintainance / Housekeeping services are commendable; Just suggestion is that hoping other guest can be considerate with other guest re: noise cause you can hear voices from one room to another even the doors are closed;

    4
« Perfect for the evening »

This was one stop of many in the recent weeks. Staff was helpful and courteous. No trouble with check in/check out. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Didn't try the pool and slept through breakfast. This was the first Best Western we stayed at that asked for a deposit but it wasn't any additional trouble.

    5
« Nice, but no elevator »

The hotel staff is very friendly. Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Only negative is no elevator which is important when you have alot of luggage. The pool is inside and very nice and well kept. Mattress was very comfy.

    5
    « Very nice »

Nice, clean hotel. Excellent hot breakfast and pleasant, friendly staff. Laundry facility available. Note: two floors and no elevator so ask for first floor if you can't do stairs. Close to freeway and two miles to the Broadmoor. I would use again.

« Best Western- Colorado Springs »

We had a very good stay at this hotel. The front desk personnel were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. There were scrambled eggs, breads, bacon, sausage, muffins, waffles, biscuits & gravy, and much more. The hotel is located close to the interstate and many site seeing places.

« Good Hotel and Great Breakfast »

Good Staff. I want to note that breakfast was one of the best breakfasts at any hotel. Food was perfect and staff was great. Nice indoor swimming pool and spa. Located almost all the way at end of street.

    4
« Nice hotel, but NO ELEVATOR »

This is a nice two story hotel, but we were surprised to find there was NO ELEVATOR! May not have usually been an issue, but I had a broken ankle and was wearing a boot and the stairs were a problem. They try and put people with physical handicaps on the first floor, but those rooms were all sold out. There was a nice, hot breakfast but the eating area was VERY tiny.

    5
    « Great breakfast »

Room was good, clean, all that, but what sets this hotel apart is the employee who serves breakfast. They are both nice and polite, but one of them (I heard her name and wish I could remember it) treats this job as if it is the most important job in the world and each person who comes in is the most important guest in the world. It's quite refreshing. The food is good too.

« Colorado Springs Trip for Air Force Academy Graduation »

Outstanding service by everyone who works for the property. Could not have enjoyed our stay there more! Would recommend this property to all who are looking for a great location in CSC and want excellent service from their hotel!

    5
    « Quick Stay »

The breakfast host was chatty and happy to be there. The rooms were very nice. Unfortunately for us, we didn't plan far enough ahead and ended up in a king suite for 4 people. The couch does NOT have a pull out bed and was hard to sleep on. Other than that, the stay was good.

    2
    « Not a good experience »

Reported s problem and was told it was old and hadn't worked for a while, no fan in the bathroom. Rooms are crowded. Air conditioner did not cool the room. Would not recommend this hotel. Not what I expected from Best Western.

    5
    « Peace »

What a hidden gem of a stay. Comfortable beds, great housekeeping, good breakfast and a nice exercise room to burn off the calories. The folks at the front desk were wonderful. A billing problem was resolved with great care. Ms. Fulya Johnson was very patient and courteous with our check-out error.

    5
    « Great! »

I have stayed in the Motel 3 times and it is great. The rooms are large and clean. The breakfast and breakfast staff are great. The front dest is always helpful. It is one of my favorite places to stay.

    4
    « Location, location, location! »

The hotel was just off 25 so it was fairly easy to get in and out of and if it hadn't been for all the construction it would have been easier! The room was a little narrow so it was a bit difficult to maneuver around in at times. The bed was comfortable though and we didn't spend a lot of time there! The pool and spa were great and we had it all to ourselves both times we went!

    « Convenient location »

This property is well located, close to World Arena and I-25. No elevator which makes lugging your bags upstairs difficult. Staff is friendly and free breakfast is pretty good. Workout room is tiny and equipment was not working while I was there.

    5
« Good service, friendly staff »

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is courteous and considerate. The breakfast staff is exceptional! They are very friendly and say good morning to everyone. They made sure everything was kept stocked up and the food was very good. We had a good experience here and I would recommend this hotel.

« Great place and great location »

In town for a Spartan event at Fort Carson. The hotel was convenient, clean, comfortable and a good value. The staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were fantastic after a long day, and the pool was refreshing.

    2
« No Elevator, not really an exercise room either »

Clean, kind yes, but I drove out of my way to stay where I assumed they would have the amenities I require, not here! NO Elevator nor luggage carrier upstairs. No operable tread mill, no weight/resistance machines what-so-ever. I have been taught a lesson by BW. Check the place out before you stay. I would have NEVER stayed there had I know either of these things!

    5
    « A pleasant surprise! »

Very nice stay at a very clean hotel. Brought our grandkids here to spend a weekend and we were not disappointed. Close to kid friendly restaurants mall and places to go. They enjoyed their stay and the only downside was that it was a little hard to find but once we were there everything was so easy.

    3
    « Nice »

Comfortable, clean. But the LONG HALLWAYS and no elevator will prevent me from staying there again. It was very hard getting my few pieces of rolling luggage up to my room and staff didnt offer to help.

    4
    « Business Trip »

My stay at this hotel was wonderful. The customer service was superb and the breakfast staff seem to bring a smile to everyone's face. My bath room had a delightful rain style showered and had been recently remodeled. My room was clean, and perfect. I slept peacefully in the wonderful bed. Overall, everything was fantastic. The only two things I would forward traveler's about is their is no elevator to the second floor. (That was not a problem for me.) Also, when it snowed the parking lot was never cleared. Thus I had to go out in the snow to dig-out my rental car and the main driving path was a muddy, slushy mess. It was difficult task to accomplish in my slack and heels. This is the only reason I did not give them five stars. I would stay there again anytime I am in town.

    5
« Visit in Colorado Springs »

The Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast was really good every morning and I loved having coffee or tea available 24 hours a day. The room was pleasant and clean. Location was great - close to lots of conveniences and easy access to highway.

    2
« Motel Feel with Poor Front Desk Staff »

This property looks and feels like a motel and not a hotel. The front desk staff were unhelpful and unpleasant. I had reserved a Suite with 1 king bed and was given a standard room. Upon returning to the front desk to correct this, I was spoken to very rudely and told there was nothing that could be done. I was not given another room option nor was I given a price reduction for the lower quality room I was given. The layout of the bathroom is poor and the air-conditioning only worked sporadically. Noise carries a lot in the halls and between walls, so I would advise you bring ear plugs if you stay here.

    5
    « Great Stay »

Stopped by on our way to New Mexico. The employees at the front desk where very helpful and accommodating making us feel welcome. There was space so they offered to let us park our motorcycle under cover which was an unexpected gesture. The breakfast in the morning was well prepared and presented. I will definitely be staying at Best Western after this experience.

    « very nice stay »

This hotel is very nice! The staff is very friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It is near a lot of restaurants and things to do. My one complaint which the hotel has no control over is that there is construction happening in the area, which can make it hard to get in and out of the hotel.

very friendly check in. Very friendly helpers at breakfast. Comfortable beds, nice shower, fair price. Breakfast isn't great, but I don't expect it to be. I'm fine with fruit, cereal, and coffee. Oh yea, free coffee and tea 24/7 and they have honey!!!! Love this! Indoor pool and jacuzzi too.

« Bummer about the noise but the place is well run and worth staying at »

The place was full of youngsters who were pleasant but energetic, throughout the evening. We were tired and hoping to get a nap in the PM, but that was not possible. Not the fault of the hotel, just bad luck on our part, I suppose. The overall staff is very polite and enthusiastic, particularly the ladies serving breakfast - a sheer delight! (the staff members, but breakfast was fine as well....)

    4
« Good Location for a good price »

Location was right off the highway so it was easily accessible to lots of locations and sights. The rooms were very nice and wifi worked great. Breakfast was very good also and the people were very friendly. The only thing that I didn't like was that my room was upstairs next to the open area that was the check-in and the breakfast area so in the morning it was loud with all the people getting breakfast.

    « Convenient but a Little Off »

Great location , super convenient to Broadmore area as well Cinemas. Behind Denny's . Service was friendly and helpful. Room was okay, nice bathroom. Issues were, heavy smell of marijuana outside. Room walls really thin had to have neighbors lower TV at 6 AM. Still was audible as were voices, showing walls being too thin. Breakfast typical nice BW fare. Parking mostly in back which was also a little scary at times.

    4
« Good option, good value »

I thought the hotel provided a good value compared to other hotels in the area. It was close to Broadmoor hotel. I liked the fact that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was very good and varied each morning. The pool is nice. The gym is very small and does not have weights but has 3 aerobic machines.

    5
    « Excellent »

Wonderful stay, friendly staff, and very clean. Little unhappy about the elevator being broken and having to walk up the stairs with all of our luggage, but the stay was great. Office staff were friendly, and made great conversation.

    4
    « Good stay »

Good price, easy to find, WAY comfy bed, clean comfy room and very friendly staff! The free breakfast was good, nothing exceptional, but got the job done. We found the environment quiet which is not always the case with motels. Just a side note to those who are looking for a 420 friendly place: this is NOT the case here. Although recreational weed is legal in Colorado, it is verboten ON THE PROPERTY and you will sign off on this at check in.

    4
    « Good family hotel »

We have family in the Springs and have tried several hotels, looking for one that was a good fit for all ages. We've stayed here twice now and were pleased with experience. Service is professional and friendly -- once the desk clerks were encouraging people to step out of the lobby to see a lovely rainbow. Breakfast offerings are above average with both hot and cold choices, and when things run low, they are promptly replaced. Nice pool, ample parking, washers and dryers available. Also there are family-friendly dining options including a Village Inn in the same parking lot. (A Denny's too, but it's not my cup of tea). Be aware: You get to hotel off a frontage row. The first time you drive in, you may be a little confused about how to get there but after that, it's easy. Very close to interstate too.

    « Ms Kellogh »

Best place in our week of travel. Room neat and clean. Front desk people were nice and friendly and gave us info on places to eat and offered a second cookie! Morning breakfast was best we have had and the morning host was nice and friendly. Highly recommend this motel. Easy on and off of route 25 and no noise problem.

    « The bad night/morning »

rude maid woke us up in the morning in the middle of our 3 night stay. I actually value my sleep when I pay for a hotel. When Our keys failed to work in the late night the staff was rude when we needed another key.

« Late arrival but excellent service »

When we planned our trip to Colorado Springs we had decided we would play it by ear as to where we stayed. Having stayed a other Best Westerns I was pretty sure that it would suit our needs. We weren't disappointed. We had driven, 12 hours from Springfield Missouri, and it was about 8 PM when we started looking for a place to stay. Our first call was to the Best Western. They said they had a room and what the price was. It was agreeable to us. The room was excellent and the staff pointed out places we could get a meal. We stayed only one night. The breakfast was as most chains have and we enjoyed it. We would have stayed all week but the trails we wanted to ride were much farther away, so we found a hotel closer to them but not as nice as the Best Western.

    4
    « Not one complaint »

Very easy and quick check it even when we were two hours before regular check in time. Very pleasant staff and a very clean and large room. The only thing I will say is the bathrooms are small. A very good continental breakfast every morning. This hotel is close to everything and was very reasonable.

    4
« Clean, comfortable, friendly staff »

First of all it was nice to actually speak to someone onsite about a reservation. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and seemed to be remodeled or updated recently. Very nice tiled bathroom and shower with sliding glass doors. My only complaint would be the noise from the interstate and lack of noise insulation from adjoining rooms.

  • 2
    « Miserable experience »

Lost my reservations. Room rate when rebooked was $30 more per night. Reservations agent made two separate reservations for a two night stay. Hotel couldn't provide a statement at check out. Bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine on take off. I won't be staying at that Best Western (or any other Best Western) anytime soon.

    5

Really confortable hotel, with a good hot breakfast, pool and Spa, close to a convenient restaurant. A bit far from downtown. Huge bed, very kind staff. If younare a smoker askmfor a ground floor room, it's easier to get out.

    « Better than anticipated. »

My husband and I booked this room based on the price and we were going to a concert at the world arena across the street. I really didn't expect much being a best western and the price was really low but our room was so nice! It must have just been remodeled. The floors in our room we're all dark wood floors and had a separate living area from the bedroom with tvs in both areas. I would come back and stay here again. Highly recommended.

« Great accomdations, reasonble price »

Stayed for 3 nights and the staff cuodl not have been more personable and helpful. particularly front desk and Mariah, the breakfast attendant. Rooms were clean, comfortable, with fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Bathrooms remodeled with walk-in shower. Yummy warm cookies every afternoon, coffee and teas available 24hrs. Safe location.

« This was the best value-priced motel we stayed at. »

The bed, the noise-level in the room, & the breakfast were all superior at this location compared to the other motels we stayed at (including other Best Westerns) in this price range. We highly recommend this location, our other motels at this price were just Meh....

    5
« best of the best for the price range »

This was our favorite place we stayed at in the greater Denver area for a short 4 night trip. The bed, the breakfast, and the quiet room are all notable in our memorable stay. We stayed at other places in this price range on this trip (including Best Western), but were disappointed with all the others. The staff was friendly, and helpful with our travel-related questions, We were most impressed with how quiet our second floor room was for sleeping.....did not hear a thing.

    « oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo »

other than getting a room with a shower after saying I would have a 3 year old in the room, the shower draining slowly then over flowing and getting the police knocking on the door at 3 am with out a call from the front desk first every thing was good

    5
« Great stay and friendly service »

Our family spent one night here at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and well maintained. The front desk personnel were very hospitable and when we checked in somewhat late at night they were very efficient. When I tried to get hot water for tea in the lobby but found that the pot was empty, they immediately fetched piping hot water for me. The breakfast choices were above average with some hot eggs as well as the normal selections. What made it outstanding were the two ladies in the breakfast area who were so helpful and sweet.

    5
    « Excellent Stay »

Enjoyed our stay at BW the employees were very polite and helpful. The rooms were clean and newly remodeled. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed our time there. It was just a time to relax and we did just that. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

    « Slept Like a Baby »

Although I don't like the location for this hotel the parking was easy, the staff friendly and the room was very nice. I think they redid the interior recently. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I would stay there again if I was in Colorado Springs.

    5
    « Pleasantly Surprised »

From the moment I walked in the door and checked in to the minute I checked out, I experienced the most extraordinary customer service from the young lady checking me in to Pat in the dining area. Everyone was kind and friendly. The king suite was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I was so very pleased with my stay and spread the word in the office I was working in. Thank you for your kindness, warmth and hospitality.

    5
« Very comfortable beds and excellent breakfast »

I stayed in 2 different rooms at 2 different times and both were excellent. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing - freshly cooked eggs & bacon, waffles, plus all the usual such as yogurt, fruit, cereal & breads. Cookies at the front desk! The location is right off the interstate and there are many restaurants within a mile or two. The property is 2 story and there is no elevator; that is the only drawback. It is a little hard to find - look for the Denny's sign. The property is set back from the street and the Best Western Sign is rather small. The street runs parallel to Lake Street and looks like an access road.

    5
« Two nights good location plus Pikes Peak »

We only came to Colorado Springs for Pikes Peak, we stayed for 2 nights, staff were friendly and we were offered free cookies both days, complimentary breakfast and good pool with spa, 2 restaurants within 2 minute walk, Village Inn was good or you could go to Denny's

    4
« Good choice off I-25 Colorado Springs »

We were traveling into Southern Colorado and stayed only one night. The location of this motel made it an ideal choice for us. Easy access back onto the interstate south of the Denver congestion. The room we had was small with no table or chair but it was clean and comfortable. There is a very good restaurant just in front of the motel also a Denny's next door.

    3
    « Decent hotel »

The staff is very nice and caring; however, the rooms are not insulated. We could hear the people next door chat as well as their TV . If you plan on staying at this hotel, remember that there is no elevator at this hotel.. Again, like I said earlier, the personnel is fantastic

    5
« Best Breakfast if you enjoy Green Chili »

super clean, nice and friendly staff, can't wait to return, I would really enjoy to return on Pleasure instead of Business, but it was Business is what brought us to this Hotel, we are so loyal to Best Western's we do not stay anywhere else. Hope you enjoy this location as much as we did.

    4
    « Quiet and Clean »

This hotel met our standards. It was very clean upon arrival. The front desk staff was always very kind, helpful, and eager to answer our questions. We picked this hotel based on its proximity to the activities we had planned to do while in town. It is a quick drive from almost any of the major attractions in Colorado Springs! This was a huge plus for us! At night time, there were never any disturbances in the surrounding area- it was always quiet. I will say the walls seemed a little this- every morning we could hear the women next door blow drying their hair very early in the morning. Other than that, this was a great place to stay!

    5
« No need to look elsewhere! »

My husband and I were spending three nights in Colorado Springs as a mini vacation. Best Western looked perfect for our needs and it did not disappoint! The location was perfect and close to all the attractions we were interested in, the staff super friendly, and the accommodations were clean and comfy! The staff went out of their way to cater to our needs. We would not hesitate to recommend this Best Western! We did not use the pool, but it looked very inviting!

    4
    « Quiet, Secure & Clean »

Fast and easy check-in, Great room decor and very spacious. We were quite comfortable during our two night stay. We had an excellent breakfast each morning. The room was quiet and we made use of the guest laundry, which was very clean and handy. All staff we encountered were professional. courteous and very friendly. A bit hard to find this location, but that turned out to be a plus for privacy and quietness. Our overall experience was wonderful!

« Excellent price to value »

Stayed here 6 days during busy Labor Day weekend. Compared prices for several hotels and vacation apartments on several websites well in advance. Ended up getting best deal when calling central BW 1-800 reservation #. We had a King size unit, giving us plenty of space. Couch was a bit dated and layout of room with bathroom sink directly adjoining living space not the best. Yet, the room(s) was clean, staff was exceptionally caring and friendly, no matter when and what request. Enjoyed good breakfast selection and nice size pool. Location is in older part but safe part of COS and within 5 min drive to all conveniences and 15 -20 min to many attractions. Hotel offered everything we needed for our extended stay. We'll be glad to come back for another visit.

    1
    « Terrible! »

Night staff (Joey) was absolutely terrible, explaining he had the power to changes if he chose. Extremely rude and horrible customer service. Our original room had a defective dead bolt lock and when we complained we were told it didn't matter. When we asked to be moved we were to a room with no A/C and recommendation was to sleep with window open. Refrigerator did not work and it was apparent that whatever renovations were being done were terrible.

    2
    « Don't stay here »

This is the worst Best Western we have ever stayed at, it is very hard to find in the first place and the entrance signage is just as confusing. When we got to the hotel entrance the management had allowed a motorcycle club to park under the Porte Corte entrance blocking the 2 lane check in area which is also a designated fire lane. There is no elevator and the wifi was out.

    1
    « Dishonest Manager »

The manager Celeste booked us the Grand Room then switched it upon arrival to a standard room yet charged us for the Grand room. She said she could do this since no other rooms were available. She is dishonest and very rude. Don't stay here.

    5
    « My Stay »

Excellent stay Would recommended it to anyone. Staff and housekeeping were very attentive to requests and needs. Air condition could be colder at night. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast very cooperative. Easy access ti Freeway I 24 and I 25

    « needed a hotel quick »

I needed a room for the night and was thankful there was a vacancy so late in the evening. Everything at this hotel was clean and comfortable and quiet. Liked the variety for breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

    5
    « Excellent Experience »

We are on a cross country trip, and this hotel was exceptional for its value, rooms, breakfast, and overall facility. The staff really stood out among the hotels we stayed at for their courtesy and helpfulness.

    2
    « Road trip 2016 »

We stayed one night. Bathroom small, shower extremely loud. Bed comfortable. No elevator. Front desk pleasant and helpful. Breakfast 5.00 a person, not free. Will not be staying there again. Old hotel.

    4
    « Comfortable, clean, convenient »

We only needed a place for one night since I was picking up my husband from the airport. Restaurants are within easy walking distance. The hotel is older but reasonably priced. Beds were so comfortable that we slept through the free breakfast time.

    2
    « Way too expensive »

We stayed here for one night. I was very surprised at this hotel considering all the good reviews. I will agree with another reviewer, our room did smell like smoke also. We had early check in, which was convenient. I am not sure why they put us in a handicap room but they did. The room and bathroom were very outdated. Our air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. The breakfast selection was small but find and they did refill it often but they had a few ants on the tables. They also didn't have tons of room for people to sit. Over all, the bed looked clean as did the bathroom but for the cost I was disappointed. We will definitely not be staying here again on our next trip to colorado! This hotel was more like a very expensive motel!!!

  • 5
« Would stay here again »

Couple of raggedy bikers stopped to spend the night. Celeste and Debra were very helpful and attentive to our needs (wiping rags, bottled water, etc). I needed a strap for my bike and Max got on the phone and located a shop for me. Very good customer service !

    2
« smoke smell with cheap beds »

There is much better quality and value near by. Easy to see off the freeway but difficult to get to the front entrance. For a non smoking hotel it smelled like a smoke shack. Eating area is very small and I had a better mattress in college. It was clean and everything worked like it should but for the price you can find better. Skip this Best Western if you can.

    5
    « Great hotel »

Helpful front desk, great room, conveniently located. Had good parking. The Bathroom was nice and looked updates. Large flat screen tv with an ample amount of channels. Comfortable bed, was quiet during the night. Didn't try the breakfast but the dining area looked spacious.

    3
« Stay on our way back to FL »

Not overly impressed. The front desk staff was exceptional nice. The room, not so much. The a/c does not work at all at night. It is like they turn all the units off and then in the morning they are working, no matter what temp it is set on. I stay at Best Western Plus' all the time and they have water/cookies out for guests. Not here. Behind the desk and you have to ask.

    5
    « Excellent Stay »

Have stayed here four nights this summer on family mini vacations. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the lobby is convenient, fast, and of excellent quality. Staff is very accommodating. I would like to commend on one Employee in particular. Mariah, the breakfast host is amazing. She went out of their way to be helpful and provided us with a EXCELLENT customer service. We had a fantastic stay!!!!!!!!!

    4
    « Good location »

Stayed her for one body on a road trip to pikes peak very handy location. The breakfast staff were very accommodating. They're is no elevator so be warned. Not a great selection of restaurants in the immediate area but some chains. A pleasant stay just the same. Very handy of you want to be up early for the drive up the peak.

    4
« Diamond in the rough »

I read the reviews and thought - OK, sounds adequate for the price comparisons. First impression from location and outside appearance I wasn't too impressed. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and the quietness for sleeping even with probably full capacity. The Breakfast was very good. I didn't use the pool. Be sure to check the closet in the room. The refrigerator might be in there!!

    3
« Better than a two diamond hotel »

It was very clean and very well taken care of. Our room fit our needs and it was a very restful nights sleep. We would definitly stay there again. The breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices to choose from.

    « 4th of July »

Great breakfast bar. The two girls working it were extremely pleasant even though it was busy and the food got out to us okay as the crowd of people was constant. Some people had to take food to their rooms due to insufficient seating for the huge crowds. The waffle machine, even though sprayed with non-stick, kept getting stuck with the batter. Of the dozen or more BWs I have visited, this is the first time that I have encountered a situation. Normally perfect waffles all the time. Frustrated waffle customers had to struggle to pull out pieces of their waffle. Might need to really scrub that machine out or change it out. For some odd reason, housekeeping did not enter our room to exchange towels. We had to call front desk for delivery. Very strange entrance to the site as one had to enter a small lane through the Village Inn restaurant and Denny's restaurant parking area to access the hotel.

    2
    « VERY disappointed! »

No elevator and we were on the 2nd floor...had to make numerous trips up the stairs with all of our luggage after driving for 10 hours!!! Then a/c did not work properly during our stay!! Sink was down around our knees...too low!

  • 3
    « No stairs - be warned »

The hotel has two floors. If you have trouble hauling suitcases up stairs, this is not the place for you. We came in late, and there didn't seem to be anyone to help. The facility is a bit worn, and our room (two queens) was a little cramped with too-large furniture. Not very comfortable unless you are a couple. The shower stall was easy to get in and out (no tub). The sink was outside the shower/toilet room, by the room door. A little awkward but usable. The staff was friendly. There is a free breakfast, with a good assortment of food. On our stay, it was very difficult to find seating due to the modest size of the eating area, and families with a lot of children. The staff was quick to replenish the buffet. The hotel was harder to get to than the map showed. It is behind a couple of restaurants, on a frontage road. It was quiet.

    4
    « Colorado Springs »

It was convenient, clean, had a good breakfast and helpful staff. Close to many restaurants and within one block of highway 25. It was easy to locate on the outer road of highway 25. The pool was an indoor pool with an attached hot tub.

    5
    « Just passing through. »

We were a family of three adults and 4 kids and really enjoyed our stay here. The front desk was polite and friendly and the check in was fast. We would definitely stay here again if we were going through town.

    4
    « Nice Clean Stay »

We were here for one night and it met all of our requirements for lodging; clean, friendly staff, quiet room. Parking was an easy non-issue. Was convenient for what we were doing in the Co Springs area.

    5
    « Nice Stay Just Off I-25 »

otel staff was very pleasant and helpful, as I booked my hotel on the wrong day. The staff ensured me they would find a room for me. As the hotel was sold-out, the staff found me a room. I appreciate the extra effort to accommodate me

    4
    « Adequate enough »

The suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location is within 5-8 miles of Garden of the Gods, Seven falls and other hiking sites. Also close to plenty of malls for food, and other stores.

    5
    « Great Place »

The room was very clean and modern. Very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. Our only issue was the bathroom, although it was very nice and big the shower had a bench which left little room to move. The shower curtain was short so the floor was always getting wet. We would definitely stay here again.

    5
    « Pleasant Surprise »

I don't know what was better, the bed or the breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. An improvement over the one we had stayed in the previous night in Denver---and for less money! Check in and out was seem less.

    5
« Best Place to stay in the Springs »

We arrived early after a 1500 mile Motor Cycle ride .They recommended places to eat and assured us of an early room Room was way above better . While they did not have a bike washing station they provided a hose and towels for us to get the road grim and bugs off . On to breakfast ,i'm not a morning person, but the girl they have working and serving breakfast is awsome .Thankyou for being there .

    2
    « Horrible »

Literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The guy at the front desk was snarky and rude when I asked him why he was running my card when a charge was already coming through. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The coffee maker didn't work. No elevators. Parking lot was dirty. The key cards worked sporadically. The only saving grace was the pool and the nice lady at the front desk who got the kids some cookies.

  • 3
« good place for a few nights »

The hotel was a little hard to find. Tucked away behind Dennys. Hotel seems a little older but was in good condition. Great breakfast! Lots to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Liked the walk in shower with large shower head. No elevator was a bit of an issue. Luckily we didn't have more luggage. But the staff were very willing to assist if necessary.

    5
    « Great Stay! »

We stayed 3 nights and were very satisfied with the hotel. It is just what I look for in a hotel when I go on a vacation; We are out seeing sites during the day so we are mainly there to sleep and shower. It was very clean - room, swimming pool and hotel in general. It was a convenient location to access the surrounding tourist sites. The free breakfast was good and very friendly serving staff. Although it is right next to an interstate, I was not bothered by excessive noise. It did not affect us but I would mention for others that there was not an elevator (rooms on 2 levels) and for those with small children - our room only had a shower, no tub. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

    5
    « Pleasant visit »

Good and clean hotel. Close to interstate and attractions. Clean swimming pool and rooms. Pleasant, courtesy staff helped me find what I was looking for. Breakfast was actually good and you could go back for more and coffee was always available downstairs if you did not want to make it in your room. The refrigerator even worked in our room and we received clean towels daily. I will come back here again

    « Overnight stay & visit Pike's Peak »

Very Nice Peaceful Quiet Nice staff Close to Pike's Peak. You gotta go to the top, of the mtn. It's fantastic. One feels like they are on top of the world. It's a 40 mile ride round trip, but well worth it.

    4
    « Great Stay »

Overall the stay was very peaceful and quiet. We were on a motorcycle and was very nice that the hotel had laundry on site. The breakfast was good. The location was great. I would recommend this hotel to other people.

    4
    « Good stay »

We spent 2 nights at this hotel. It could use some updating but overall it was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good. The sink in our room was very low to the ground. It was not the normal height. It was a problem for my tall husband.

    5
    « Nice place »

Great price and safe location. Breakfast was good and staff at front desk was very helpful. The hotel honored posted trip advisor price. Restaurants were close within walking distance, so great place to stay if riding motorcycles!

    5
    « Best Western Experience »

From our check-in with Regina at the Front Desk to our departure the following day - the hotel met all our expectations. A great room, breakfast that met our needs, and a pool / hot tub / fitness area available at good hours. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Note - there is no elevator in this 2-storey hotel, so if you have issues with mobility request a room on the first floor.

    2
    « Passing though »

High Priced For What you get Older Hotel Clean but the no elevator and we're on the second floor. This hotel shows it's age and is very over priced. The location and timing may have been a factor. Can't stand a hotel that increase their rate because of an event

    4
    « Worth Your Consideration »

This Best Western is easy to see, but hard to find. You can see it from I-25, and you know to get off at the Lake Avenue exit, but then you have your work cut out for you, especially if it is dark. The motel is set back -- way back -- from Harrison Road which, itself, is a "service" road. Finding an entry point to that service road is the challenge, and then knowing what parking lot (!) to cut across to get to the motel's parking lot is yet another challenge. And, speaking of parking lots, the motel's parking lot is not that convenient, if you value parking out I front.. Having said all that, It's more than okay. The price is competitive, the staff is friendly and professional, and while the breakfast is basic, it is good. There are lots of merchants nearby, including restaurants, fast-food, stores, service stations, etc. It's a good location (although access is not easy, as I said above). I would stay here again, most likely.

  • 5
    « Sally »

We were beyond pleased with our stay. The price was very reasonable. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable as well as the pillow which is a plus! The air conditioner worked and wasn't noisy which made it very pleasant to sleep. The staff was very courteous and helpful. We would definitely stay there again should we travel through Colorado Springs again.

    4
    « Friendly people »

The place is well kept and clean. Breakfast room is a little small and can get crowded, so get there early (starts at 6:30) or skip it and walk to either the Village Inn or Dennys, both less than 100 yards away.

    5
« Great place to stay. Awesome staff »

My wife and I spent 3 nights and would certainly stay their again. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that the ice maker was next to our room and the noise could be heard inside. The breakfast was fantastic and Mariah was absolutely fantastic. Her customer service and friendliness was unbelievable. The entire staff was extremely friendly.

    4
« Peaceful night of sleep »

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our night at this hotel. The facility is older but extremely clean. We stayed in the Grand Suite and it was amazing. Jacuzzi tub and shower for two. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Breakfast offered adequate variety and was clean and appealing. We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

    3
    « Family gathering »

The hotel is older, but clean. There is no elevator to the second floor, so be sure to ask for ground level if you can't do stairs. The air conditioners are old so they are a little noisy. Friendly staff.

    3
    « Soccer Tournament Stay »

We stayed at this Best Western during my son's recent soccer tournament. The kids had fun in the pool and enjoyed the free breakfast. We were close to the fields, shops and restaurants. The hotel seemed to be renovating a bunch of the rooms around us so I'm glad our days were spent away from the noise. If given the choice I'm not sure we would stay here again. Our room was stuffy and smelled musty (maybe due to the reno?) and our bathroom sink was leaky. Even though we left and came back several times it took a long time for our room to be cleaned & fresh towels to be restocked. The staff was so-so, not rude but also not very enthusiastic to be there.

    5
« Disabled Traveler...You have found a place to stay! »

As an amputee this hotel provided me with all that I needed to make my stay pleasant and without having to contact the front desk to ask for what they already said they would provide...such as a bath seat, hand rails, roll under sink etc.

    5
    « AllAroundTopNotch »

This hotel had everything. A comfortable room, great housekeeping, welcoming front desk staff and a dependable and efficient breakfast. Topping all this off was a very friendly welcoming staff - and the pool was a 10! Great for families and folks who just want a launching off point for the many and varied activities in and around the Colorado Springs area.

    4
    « Our Stay »

Our stay was over a weekend for a soccer tournament. It was very close to the soccer fields, which was convenient, close to other things like restaurants, shopping and movies. The hotel was a little pricey, bathroom was not super clean, but the staff, breakfast and pool were great!

    5
    « Staff were Wonderful »

The staff were very happy to help, they treated my grand children like they were important. They always cheerfully made time to address any questions I had. Our needs were met quickly with a minimum of fuss.

  • 3
« Nice older hotel with no elevator »

Room was quiet, bed was comfortable. The shower was great! Breakfast room staff was wonderful. No elevator, so this hotel is not for everyone. One other drawback for me is that the TV station lineup does not include PBS (public broadcasting) - and I watch a lot of shows on PBS.

    5
    « Granddaughter's Graduation »

We had a great room thanks to receptions who said they had a room on the second floor but no elevator. When I said that it was a problem as the suitcase was heavy and both my husband and I have medical problem. The lady on the desk said she would look to see what else was available and they had a room for us on the first floor "Thank God". Needless to say the room was very good, the breakfasts were very delicious, and the people were right up there on the top. And I'm talking about from the check-in, check-out, cleaning personnel, and the breakfast ladies. 10's all the way around.

    5
    « Great hotel »

Staff is friendly, helpful and friendly. Even though we had advance reservations, the staff was willing to take the time to find a better room to met our needs. This is the hotel we usually stay at when we visit Colorado Springs.

    3
    « Dissappoiting experience »

Too much money for the quality of the room. I have used Best Western before, and will use other Best Western units on this current trip. This was the poorest room I have in which I have stayed while at a Best Western. I will not go there again if I am in Colorado Springs, CO, in the future. The mattress needed to be replaced, it was very soft - like sagging in the middle. The scrambled eggs for breakfast tasted a little funny, and the bacon was slightly under-cooked. The breakfast service needed more items.

    5
    « Granddaughter's Graduation »

We stayed at the Best Western Executive Inn & Suites for two reasons. One, our granddaughter was graduating from high school. Two, the Best Western was just down the street from the arena where the graduation ceremonies were being held.

    5
    « quite and clean »

The staff was great at directing use local attractions and what and what not to do. They could tell that we were on the road for a long time and even though we got there before check in they were willing to make sure they got a room ready for us early! The room was recently updated so it looked as if it was brand new, very clean and comfy bed. continental breakfast was above average especially for a best western!

    4
« Close to restaurants, shopping & Hwy »

It was not what I was expecting when we drove up to it. It is located behind a couple of restaurants. The lobby was very clean, staff helpful & pleasant. The room was clean & nice. Bathroom small but efficient. Bed was very comfortable & it was very quiet. The free breakfast was good & the breakfast staff were very helpful. Nice indoor pool. All in all the hotel was great.

    4
    « Quick and good »

Overall the stay was good, and the staff at the front desk were friendly. I enjoyed my stay! The only thing is trying to find the location, because where it's at is sort of awkward to turn into, but that's not their fault. The rooms are also clean but there was some highway noise.

    5
    « Clean, updated, and newly-remodeled »

This was great value for the price. The location isn't the best, but hotel's interior is far better than you'd expect for the price point. It's in the process of being remodeled, and rooms completed are very nice.

    4
    « April stay »

Nice place to stay. Although I had a little trouble finding the entrance of the Inn, once there all was well. Only one problem, and that was that the room key did not work on one of the outside doors and sometime it did not work on the room door. Then once it failed you could not get any green light for about 15 to 30 seconds. We once asked for extra towels on one occasion and we were given only 2.

This was our third stay over a two year period. The rooms are clean and spacious with pleasant decor. The beds are comfortable. The staff are professional and friendly. The pool and hot tub area was clean and enjoyable especially on a cold and snowy day. The exercise equipment wasn't fully functional, another excuse to use pool and hot tub. We'll stay here the next time we're in The Springs.

« One of the best Hotels I've stayed in »

I would definitely recommend this Hotel. The staff was phenomenal, the stay was awesome and the food was great! I was looking for a Best Western because I am a HOG member and I heard they give discounts. Bonus they did give me a discount and I was so happy with Best Western that I am going to make this chain my hotel destinations from now on. Thanks for the great stay!

    « Fantastic Service & Breakfast »

Upgraded to a larger room. A full and wonderful breakfast every morning, with variety as we stayed 5 days. The staff was wonderful from check-in to departure. The grandkids came over to use the pool and hot tub everyday. Even had breakfast with us sometimes. The dining staff was superb about meeting the needs of the little ones (and us big/ older ones). We will definitely stay here again when in Colorado Springs.

« Best Valuse & Service at Best Western »

I need to know what kind of pillows these folks had. They were amazing. This whole place was fabulous. I didn't hurt when I got up in the morning at all. Which I do even on my own high dollar bed at home. Thee breakfast was simply awesome. And the Breakfast servers were so attentive. And offering to do everything for us. And checking to make sure all of the food was fresh ad hot for us. Awesome omelets and sausage. Thank you Best Western Staff for simply a surprisingly wonderful couples get away weekend.

« Great value, south of town »

The hotel is a great value choice for visiting on the South side of Colorado Springs. The included breakfasts were above average for this level of hotel/motel. The facility was clean and convenient. The staff was particularly friendly and helpful. The services (i.e. computer, hot tup) were handy and easy to use. We were visiting family on the South side of town and found the location perfect for our visit.

« Good sleep no hassle »

Happy with my choice. Close to my meeting. Good breakfast. Would stay again when I need too. Need more shampoo and bar soap is nostalgic. Sink was low but I am short so no problem. Wish the pillows were a little more firm, no biggy. Thanks Lonnie

« Good Location and Good Value »

This Best Western is not a new one, but, it is obvious, the staff takes great pride in maintaining the property. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast was well presented. They could use a microwave in the breakfast room. We will stay here again if back in Colorado Springs.

    5
    « Positive Experience »

The staff at this particular location must have gone to "training" on how to serve customers. What a wonderful experience. Everyone was so professional and courteous in serving our needs. We were not expecting free breakfast and WOW it exceeded any expectations, DELICIOUS. The rooms were great and the overhead "rain shower head" was so surprising compared to typical hotels. Yes, we could have stayed at the Broadmoor, but didn't. We recommend this BW and would return again.

« They ignored my request! »

We requested a main floor room. The clerk said there wasn't one available; then, when carrying our luggage upstairs, the clerk said if we were staying more than one night we could have a main floor room. Bad! The furnace did not have an automatic shut off. If I turned it on - it was full blast. I then had to turn it off because it got too hot. Not good for a nights sleep. The bed was not very comfortable. The toilet would not flush; so, I had to get dressed and let the clerk in to plunge it. No elevator.

    3
    « Noise »

I have stayed at this and other BW hotels. My stay 3/18/2016 at the one on 1440 Harrison in Colorado Springs was the noisy nightmare from hell. There kids and parents yelling at each other all night and the staff did not do anything about it.

    « Old Dirty »

Called night before to confirm room rate. Young girl answered who was rude and not helpful. Checked out without staying. Curtain rods falling off. Bed rumpled. Carpet old. Rooms too small. Hotel isolated. Scary feeling. Rate too high for quality. Credit card blocked because of entry errors. Young man at front desk was understanding and helpful.

    « good service »

every that worked the front desk was very nice, when we checked in the guy did his job and knew how to talk to customers. he gave me room number and key and before I went back outside to get our stuff. he made sure I knew where our room was. he also told me when breakfast was and what hours the pool and hot tub were. also let us know that that hotel inperticularly allowed people into the pool area with alchol and made sure I was aware of that because I had our son with me. the only we didn't really care for was the "not so qween size beds". we didn't exspect the beds to be so small. the girl that served breakfast was very very very talkative. but she loved our son. breakfast was good. overall it was a good night other then the beds.

« Best surprise of the trip! »

This hotel is an excellent place to stay! The hotel is being remodeled and our room was great. Breakfast was fantastic with choices for any type of diet. Close to I25 and lots of places close by to eat. It is even hidden behind Denny's and Village Inn.

    5
    « Surprised »

This hotel is hidden behind a Village Inn and I have to admit that I was completely surprised by the excellence in all areas of this hotel. This hotel is a very nice place to stay and the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety for every diet.

Professional and friendly staff. The hotel was clean with nice upgrades. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Affordable price. The location was prefect, just off of the highway. We will stay there again.

    « Excellent hotel »

We really enjoyed our stay - nice clean room, friendly and helpful staff, very nice swimming pool and a hot tub! Breakfast was good - would stay here again! We had reserved a room but found someone occupying it so we were upgraded. Renos still ongoing in a different area so didn't bother us.

    « Great Staff »

Great Staff....very friendly and ready to serve......The hotel was clean...our room was clean.....great location in Colorado Springs......Breakfast was a plus. The beds were comfortable....We had a problem regulating the temperature in the room. We never got it quite right.

« Weekend with Friends and JAB »

The BW hotel appeared to have recently been renovated. New paint, carpet and tile throughout the hotel. We had a King Suite, very nice. The bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was good. Definitely would stay here again next time we're in CS.

« We stayed here over 1 night and it was great to have two full days to explore the area. »

We decided to stay longer so i booked one night here. nice and clean with pool and all you need for a quick over night. the rom was clean and bed was comfy enough. We did not spend much time in the hotel except to sleep. busy trip! Good for us!

    « BW-CS-CO »

Decent property with all expected amenities. Only odd note was entry to the fitness center required passing through the pool area. Access via GPS was okay, but pay attention to the intersections. Also Village Inn restaurant, adjacent to hotel, provided a discount for BW guests.

« Great Stay, Great Location »

My husband and I stayed in a King Suite with our 2 kids. Everyone was pleased! The kids loved the pool. We loved the hot-tub! Breakfast was much better than the typical hotel breakfast! Yes, they do change breakfast up each day. The only problem with that is if you really like something, you may not get it the next day! Not exactly a bad problem! Everything is good. The hotel is located in a great location with easy access to just about any destination! We'll definitely be staying here again!

    5
    « Good internet »

I like how hotels have faster internet than I have at home. It always blows me away. This hotel had a great young woman handling the breakfast kitchen on FRI JAN 29 and SAT JAN 30. She was cheerful and happy and a great start to the day!

    « A gem in a city of hotels »

I have stayed at this Best Western Executive Inn many times. I cannot think of anything negative about this property. The event I attend is held at the five star Broadmoor Hotel, where I have stayed in the past before I discovered the Executive Inn. I quickly learned that I would rather stay at the Executive Inn. The price is very reasonable, especially in a heavy tourist hotel market. The rooms are big with large flat screen TV's, microwaves and refrigerators. The employees are courteous and friendly, the beds are comfortable, the towels are thick, the water is hot, and the parking is easy. The breakfast offered with the room is fantastic and considerably better than most rooms with breakfast nationwide. The bacon is fresh and cooked right, the cheese omelet was perfect and the green chili was as good as any Mexican restaurant. The young lady in the breakfast room is most accommodating. The clincher is the hot tub. This hot tub is large, hot and has great jet power. I have never been in a better hotel hot tub anywhere. I highly recommend this property!

« Nice hotel close to several attractions »

The hotel is undergoing renovations and I was given an upgrade to a king suite which was very nice. The room was comfortable and clean, no surprises or complaints. The hotel is right off I-25, just down the hill from the Broadmoor and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, also close to downtown.

    « A great place to stay.... »

Recently traveling to stay with family in Wyoming I pulled in here after 750 miles of driving... The check in was super fast and friendly, my first room assigned was not perfect so i was moved to another. The desk agent helped me move as well... Check out was not very friendly however... After a couple of phone calls however, all was remedied... Thank you...

    « Great service »

For the price, this hotel is definitely worth a stay. It's one of the better economy hotels that I've ever stayed in. The location is great, not too far from the airport and close to many attractions. The breakfast was good and the room was clean. The employees at the front desk were very helpful.

    « Nice & Clean! »

We visited this hotel during our trip to Colorado , and this hotel was great with nice interior and it is clean too. The location seemed a bit hidden and our GPS didnt really help us find it. Their breakfast is nice too.

    « Best hotel ever »

We had a great time at this hotel. The breakfast lady Mariya was great the indoor pool was great for the winter stay. You will love this place. Oh ya the beds are so comfortable you won't want to get out of them.

« Last minute, short trip »

I had a conference at the Broadmor and decided that driving up and staying somewhere the night before made more sense. The drive in the morning was less than 10 mins, which was perfect. Great staff, free toiletries if you need them, everything I wanted in my free breakfast... The bed was super comfy, the room was well cleaned and kept, and the shower head was legit (or most satisfying in grown up terms)... And there was a mini fridge and microwave too. Nothing crazy fancy but nice for sure. Very happy that I stayed here and would stay again in a heartbeat!

    « Great Hotel »

I came here with my fiance for military work and we originally were suppose to stay at the days inn down the road and decided to come to Best Western instead BEST DECISION WE MADE! This hotel has great staff, great free breakfast and its nice and clean. I was so happy we found this hotel. This hotel is for people that are traveling for work or need a place to stay for a couple days. Its great and simple hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much. Thank goodness for this Best Western hotel!

    « Simple but workable. »

This was a nice hotel with very helpful staff. It is off the main freeway and tucked away which makes it very quiet if you want peace and quiet. You exit the freeway and take the frontage road back to the hotel. It's close to restaurants right near the hotel and close to many amenities. The hot tub was excellent, it's built with the swimming pool even though they are separate things. Our room was good but small and cramped with little room to move around, almost too small for 2 beds but it worked. The closet wasn't near the door but near the back close to the 2nd bed. We were just glad to have a room for the night. Overall, a simple and workable place if you need a quick night's stay.

    4
« Hard to find but worth it »

Overall my experience at the hotel was very good. The major items such as cleanliness, good bed, good pillows etc all were great. It looks like they are renovating the hotel so there was the inconvenience of that. Things I did not like. The workout room is tiny with only a few cardio pieces. No elevator, or at least no working elevator. Hard to find. Heater/AC unit was loud, even on low. Things I did like. Clean room. Nice staff ( very nice actually). Nice items in my room, fridge, microwave, tv. For the price this is a great deal. This is a Best Western, not The Broadmoor and I judged as a Best Western. I would not hesitate to come here again.

« Best Best Western Ive ever stayed at! »

This hotel should be a 3 to 3.5 star for sure! Both Max, the front desk person, and Mariah, the continental breakfast attendant, were so friendly and customer service oriented that it made the entire stay so pleasant that I cant wait to visit CO Springs again and stay in this hotel!!!! We don't usually expect a lot from 2 star hotels and we were blown away! The rooms were clean, easy to access and the hotel was conveniently located right off the highway. It was also AMAZING that you couldn't hear the highway AT ALL. Our room faced the highway and I was a little concerned it would be an issue but they had strategically planted some big trees in between and it blocked all the noise. The continental breakfast was actually quite good and seemed to alternate daily so you weren't always eating the same thing. All in all I wish ALL my 2 star hotels were this nice. The only thing I can think that would bring it down to a 2 star is that they are mid-process remodeling some rooms so there can sometimes be seen construction tools, drop cloths, etc. but even the construction guys were helpful, quiet and friendly!

« Great Stay when attending Lantern Festival »

We were attending the Lantern Fest at Pikes Peak Raceway. It was our second time. We knew we did not want to drive all the way home - since last time it took hours to get out. We decided to stay local and chose the Best Western Inn & Suites. The location was a little odd, behind a Denny's and a Village Inn - and the highway was pretty noisy - but from the second we walked in everything changed. The staff was amazing. Friendly and very helpful. The noise was completely cancelled out - which was hard to believe. A great breakfast offering with admirable green chili. A nice indoor pool and hot tub to relax in. There was some construction going on inside but it did nothing to disrupt our trip. It was a fair price and a great room. We even dined at the Broadmoor up the road - but saved about $250 by sleeping here and driving up!

« Hard to find; disorganized »

This hotel is not easy to get to. Really poor planning. When I checked in, I was put into a room that was still being occupied!! There was luggage and food in the room and the bed was all messed up. Then she put me in another room, but the keys would not work! Took them back, she gave me new keys, and they didn't work either! The A/C unit in my room was REALLY noisy and kept waking me up in the middle of the night. Bed was not that comfortable either. I will NEVER stay here again.

    4
    « Quick stop »

Just needed a place to sleep and wait for a storm to pass. Room was clean, warm and comfortable. Check in was quick and easy, free breakfast in the morning was nice. Only small complaint was room was right above check in so a little noisy but not too bad, actually requested to be there so we could see the car in the parking lot out front. Shower was awesome! Great water pressure and Hot water!

    1
« DO NOT STAY HERE »

Horribly ran place. Room was not ready at 11pm. Had to change rooms next day and that room had not heat...it was 30 degrees outside!! Charged me MORE then quoted and the service SUCKED. No manager on duty and staff did not communicate and the manager would not come in to talk to me! Will never stay here again!

« NIce, Convenient Colorado Springs Hotel »

I used reward points and this hotel was an excellent choice. It is right off I-25 and although our room faced the highway we heard no traffic noise at all. There was no elevator but that was not a problem for us. Breakfast was very good and the staff was extremely helpful--recommended "Flatirons", and good place for dinner.

    5
« Close to Fort Carson, which was what we wanted. »

Comfortable beds, very helpful front desk, and good breakfast. We have stayed there before, and will again. Ask for a room facing away from the interstate, that made a big difference in the noise. It's not a big thing, since the traffic at night is minimal.

    4
    « Very please surprise »

I was very pleasantly surprised. This hotel had nice size indoor pool with huge hot tub. Complimentary breakfast wasn't bad at all. Usually stay at high end hotels, but we had some points and decided to use them up. Nightly rate was around $98, with breakfast very clean room and big hot tub, you can go ywrong.

    « Great Hotel »

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. One of the nicest employees. The hotel had nice clean rooms and the breakfast was very good with many choices. My family was very happy. We plan on staying at this hotel again. It was very close to Fort Carson military base if you are visiting family there.

    « Choice of hotel »

We have preferred to stay mostly at the Best Western wherever possible in the States as well as in Canada. The one in Colorado is the only one who has ever accused us of smoking in the room when no one had come into the room to verify. Was not impressed with the employee saying that he smelt a very strong odor of cigarette smoke when there was none. Thankfully it did not stop us from using another Best Western in Holbroook, Arizona.

« "Great place to stay!" »

After a day of seeing the Colorado Springs area, we were so glad we found this place! We got a great room & were lucky to get it, since this was also the weekend many fire fighters & their families were also in town for the dedication of the memorial. The staff was an amazing group & so professional! We never had a problem at all! We stayed 3 days & the places to eat were either within walking distance or driving distance! Will definitely choose this place again!

    « Best Best Western! »

This is a great place to stay. We enjoyed the hot breakfast and the pool. We have stayed at other places and had the expense of breakfast even when they served it because the help didn't want to put out more food!! The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. We will be staying at Best Westerns' from now on!!

    « What you'd expect for a small town »

Hotel was clean and comfy. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff was friendly and beds comfy. Only down side was water pressure in shower. Not bad, but a little more force would be nice. Have stayed before and would stay again.

    « Modernizing - Fair value »

This hotel is modernizing. Not quite finished but getting there. Beds were extremely comfortable. Value compared to other hotels in the area seemed to be very fair. But don't go for the breakfast unless you don't want much more than cereal and toast. Omelets were rubbery like they were frozen and then heated.

« great place to stay while visiting »

Made reservations a week earlier and the front desk was waiting for me. The room is very clean and great hot shower. Coffee is available 24/7. The breakfast was great for my wife and I. I would stay here again if I ever revisited the area

« Great Place to Stay in the Springs »

Have always stayed at this hotel when I'm in Colorado Springs. Hotel is right next to I-25 and only 15 minutes from the airport. Room rates are fair, rooms have excellent amenities, and the breakfast offered has very good offerings. The staff is extremely professional, friendly and look super sharp. Excellent restaurants are only a few hundred feet away and great shopping is across the street.

    « Amazing staff!!!!!!!!!???????? »

The staff were amazingly nice! They went out of their way to communicate with us to make sure all of our needs were met and also just for fun conversation :) we will definitely be back! The room was really clean and the breakfast was amazing too!!!

    « Great hotel »

Started at Super 8 and was disgusted the first night. Moved to Best Western for the next 7 nights and was greatly pleased. Pricing was more but worth it. The staff assistance was very good and we got upgraded to a suite at no additional cost. Very nice.

    2
    « Under-educated staff »

The staff was young and seemed not equipped to deal with problems. One of the breakfast staff spent more than 30 minutes visiting with a table of young men, talking about cars and the races, while the other staff girl did all the work, refilling the breakfast items, wiping tables and clearing tables.

« Great location, service, little tricky to access »

This is actually my second time staying at the Executive Inn & Suites. My wife, two boys, and I stayed for one night recently on a visit to COS and checking out the fall colors west of town. I really like this particular Best Western since it is very reasonably priced and in a great location. It's not too far away from downtown, but yet it's not right in or right next to downtown where it's either an over-priced place or unsafe. However, it is a tad tricky to access if you had never been there before. Their driveway is actually between Village Inn and Denny's. There is a sign there, but the arrow is a little goofy. So twice I got fooled and went into the Denny's parking lot only to turn around because there is no access on the other side of their parking lot. But once you get there, it's actually a really nice place to stay. The front desk personnel are very friendly and eager to assist. They have a very nice breakfast area and a sitting area with a small business center all within the lobby area. Because it's only a two-story building, there is no elevator. So if you are not able to get up to the second floor or have issues with a single flight of stairs, then it's probably best you request a room on the first floor. The rooms are very spacious. We had a king suite with a sofa-bed plus a very small kitchenette with mini-fridge and microwave. Basically, they can sleep a family of four with little or no issues. The bed was a tad firm for my tastes. I do prefer a soft bed and I'm quite used to the bed we have at home so this one took some getting used to. But still not bad at all. Otherwise, the room was clean and everything worked just fine. They do have a good hot breakfast available. You can get almost all the fixings. My only beef with it is there is very little fruit if any at all. I didn't even see any fruit on the morning we had breakfast there. So offering some healthy options would be a nice touch. So I do recommend this particular Best Western Executive Inn & Suites for anyone who wants a really nice budget hotel and still get great service and value in return.

« Falls short of BW expectations »

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The kids loved the pool and we all loved the breakfasts. The room was clean while it wasn't the worst we've stayed in, it did have a few issues. There is no fridge or microwave in the room. OK not a big deal. The showers have been "upgraded" but not very good. The new walk in shower leaked during every shower and my toddler kept falling down due to the slippery floor. We put a towel down for traction which helped. The new shower nozzle screamed while the water was on. Fit and finish of the bathroom was sloppy
