Great place to stay! Staff was great!!

This is our go to when in Clovis or Farwell. Great owner who keeps the place top-notch. Comfy beds, great breakfast, nice indoor pool & hot tub. Would recommend. Request room on east side of building, that's away from road & afternoon sun .

The hotel was in a perfect spot. The room was perfect. The clerk behind the desk was kind and very knowledgeable. The breakfast was one of the best we had on our entire trip. We would stop there if it ever come up again.

We are always greeted here with such enthusiasm. They have vitamin waters at the front desk area. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. Pi prepares the breakfast and is just the sweetest woman. She goes around making sure you have what you would like to eat and don't be surprised if she makes you a second plate to make sure you are well fed before continuing your journey.

Decent enough rooms, a bit dated but clean. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Parking lot in back is well lit, but does fill up fast. Aside from the guest next door to us yelling "War hero!" 12+ times at 6am and the couple who thought it was ok to let their dog on the dining room counters and furniture, it was a very nice stay.

Stay here often in route to visit family. We return because the property is clean & well maintained. The employees are always friendly & helpful. The breakfast was plentiful & tasty. The breakfast area is kept clean & stocked.

This hotel puts the Best in Best Western! My husband and I were driving to Texas and needed a place to stop for the night with our cat — yes, our cat! Not many hotels welcome cats or charge only $20 for a pet fee. That hooked us in but we were pleasantly surprised with how nice, clean, and quiet this hotel is. The common areas were very welcoming, well lit and clean. We booked the large 2 BR suite to give us and our adventure cat plenty of room. The bed was very comfortable, shower hot, room very clean and didn't smell of Lysol. Although we were near the highway & train tracks (all hotels in Clovis are) we could not hear a thing once in our room. The only downside was the AC unit intermittent noise (typical.) Breakfast is included but our dietary preferences kept us from indulging. (The fruit was good!) In all, we had a great nights stay!

I have stayed at this Best Western in Clovis several times. Upon entry to the hotel, we are greeted by a friendly person at the checking desk. He was very helpful and checking went smoothly. The rooms are very clean and inviting. Everything worked in the room. The morning breakfast was served with real eggs. Again the person in the breakfast room was very friendly and constantly looked after guests. I wish all Best Westerns were like this one.

Clovis hotels are generally outside rooms. Trains go up and down the main drag at all times. Therefore, this hotel is one of few that offer inside rooms that are relatively quieter. The Marriot Fairfield and La Quinta are other choices on the north side of town, but are a little more expensive. The room was nice and roomy. Bed, TV, and shower were not exceptional, but satisfactory.

Very welcoming hotel. The entry is clean and modern. The front desk staff in the evening, during the day, and in the morning, were all very nice and accommodating. The location is close to a McDonald's, gas station, and Sonic. I felt safe traveling by myself. The rooms were nice with a frig and microwave. I used the small gym and it had everything I needed. Would return.

We made a reservation at another hotel, my husband is allergic to cats and we could see cat hair on the sheets so we canceled that hotel and decided to come to best western! I'm so happy we did I have my small dog with me and Danny was at the desk also he is the owner! He went above and beyond! He asked if I wanted to see the room before to make sure I was happy with it. He went into detained about the cleaning process when pets are in rooms and they go above and beyond to make sure the rooms are clean between pet visits. I stopped in clovis as a pit stop before heading to red river. This will definitely be my place to stay when I am in clovis again! Best service I've had at any hotel!

I stayed at the Cannon Best Western for 1 night. I made my reservation for the incorrect night and the front desk person quickly fixed the situation and still had a room for me! It was very clean and very comfortable bed. I got a great nights sleep after a very long drive.

Great stay! Hotel was clean and exactly what we needed for our overnight layover from Denver to Dallas. The best part was meeting the owner, Danny. He shuttled us to/from the airport and to/from dinner since Uber is spotty. Our sons have similar interests and it was great to compare notes on colleges and flying, plus learn more about Clovis. Customer service is the key to success! I hope we find ourselves in Clovis again someday.

Great location and view. Excellent customer service and very clean spacious room. The woman running the breakfast area was kept the area clean and was very friendly and asking if you needed anything.

One night stay when passing through on vacation. We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. Beds were comfy, breakfast was good. Only complaint was one of the between smelled like throw up or something that didn't get cleaned between the headboard and the bed.

This is your basic Best Western, conveniently located, we asked for a room on the third floor, facing the back so avoid the train noise , it was very quiet in the room, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was the usual chain Hotel, breakfast powdered eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, and yogurt. However, we would stay here again

Room was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. I had 2 night accommodations with a service dog. Checking in was easy with complimentary beverages. The hotel contacted me after the 1st night to see if I needed anything and that everything was up to standards. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

The hotel is a little hidden from the main street. Its nestled back a little between the stripes gas station and McDonalds.,It appeared newly renovated. They allowed our dogs and put us in a ground floor room as requested. The room was nice, with modern amenities to include a smart TV, single cup coffee maker, microwave and fridge. It also had a lounge chair with table and lamp in addition to a writing desk with chair. The AC and heat worked great. Room was very clean and condition of beds and linens were great. I had a technical issue with the TV and the desk clerk came to the room and showed me the issue was a receiver pod on a pig tail was hidden and therefore the remote didn't connect. The staff here is very cordial and helpful. One of my dogs wandered off (got loose abd decided to explore) and a staff member called my dog over with a treat, then asked if the room was in order and did we need anything extra. There is a McDonalds and a Stripes gas station adjacent to the hotel and in easy walking distance. The hotel to my surprise offered a Free Hot Breakfast! Something not usually found in a Best Western when its not designated as a “Plus” hotel. There is also a Indoor hot tub and pool. In Summary - this is a great choice - clean rooms, great service with friendly staff. We travel through Clovis 2-4 times a year and this is now our preffered choice for lodging in Clovis NM.

Which is a great hotel to stay at. Very friendly staff. Shuttle service. Clean and comfortable rooms. Several breakfast items available for people that have an early departure. There is some off property large vehicle parking south of the hotel next to the McDonald's.

The hotel is very clean despite the fact that the room we had could stand a fresh coat of paint and had a small rip in the carpet. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were just right. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with lots of options to choose from. We would stay there again for sure.

Our room was very nice and comfortable. The manager was very accommodating when we arrived after dark on a Sunday. The beds were very comfortable, the TV channel selections were nice after a long day on the road when you just want to relax. Breakfast was great and I understand there are different main courses each day which is a plus if you plan to stay more than one night.

Easy access right off the highway. Front staff Ken was very accommodating and even drove us to a local restaurant since our truck and trailer were too long for parking lots. The Super 8 motel next door is a sister hotel and that manager picked us up. Great breakfast and very clean and quiet rooms

My husband and I needed a place to stay for one night while traveling. This hotel was clean and quiet. Our room smelled fresh (which is sometimes hard to find as many places smell like smoke or have musty odors.) Everything in the room was in good working order...lamps, fridge, shower, etc. All the employees we spoke with were friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Good value for the price.

So Clovis isn't much to brag about. But Best Western made our stay awesome! The pool and hot tub are inside which is nice. Both were clean and enjoyable. The breakfast was super delicious with many choices for hot and cold options. The room we stayed at had all the things we like as extra seating and a comfy bed. We enjoyed this place so much we changed our plans to come back at the end of trip.

I've been trying to find a good hotel between home and family for a few years. I've always driven farther both ways because I'm a bit picky. On this last trip I searched a little more and found this Best Western in Clovis with great reviews. We decided to give it a try. It was exceptional! Granted this was not a destination spot, rather a layover. It was clean, quiet, staff accommodating, and...the best bed I've slept in since home! Amazing! Sincerely.....thank you for that wonderful night. Traveled a bit more a few years back, staying at all levels - you matched or exceeded many more costly hotels. This is my place when traveling through again!

Not all Best Western's are created equal as you may know, however this Best Western is exceptional ! The staff is so nice! A big shout out to both Hailey and Kyra (front desk, both day and night shift); these girls are very helpful and friendly to everyone! The owner takes such good care of his hotel, very clean and very kind to help! Thank you to all the staff for a comfortable stay this past week, while we were getting our floors put in!

Excellent hotel staff on all levels, great room that was quiet and spotless. Plenty of towels and wash rags. Great body wash in shower. Cozy mattress, nice sheets and top covers. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST!!! Very nice and highly recommend!!! I have stayed in the other high rated hotels in this area over the past 3 yrs, this one is the BEST.

From checking in to checking out, was one of the best experiences that I've had with a hotel. Considerate, polite staff, clean and comfortable room with a good bed, good water pressure in the shower, quiet. Was just great! Breakfast was good with a pleasant attendant. I would be happy to stay there again anytime!

The front desk staff were very friendly and they knew they had the number one ranking in town from Travelocity and they acted like they wanted to keep it. The breakfast offering was a step up from normal. I think I liked the pepper omelettes that were offered, and they had a lot of other variety. The room was very clean with one small exception that was remedied.

Wonderful hotel, great team, clean, nice customer care touches including filtered and flavored water station, espresso and coffee machine, ChargePoint EV Chargers and nice stairs next to elevator (not just the basic fire escape kind). All in all wonderful place to stay!

Our stay could not have been any better! After a very long,hot day on the road, we were road weary. The tidy grounds and parking lot let to a tastefully decorated lobby- all remarkably clean. The best surprise was the glowing smile and genuine welcome we received from the owner, smiling broadly and obviously most proud of this dazzling star oasis he's created in the desert for his guests. We booked with TripAdvisor so all went swiftly and smoothly with registration. Kudos to the housekeeping supervisor who takes her job seriously and maintains such a remarkably clean environment and does her work with quiet dignity. The fire alarms work, too. A guest burned their toast (black)at the marvelous breakfast. Whoever's could want toast (and abandon it while fixing it) with such an array of every breakfast choice, is incomprehensible. The alarms were silenced in a timely manner, and is a good drill for staff and guests on vacation to be alert for safety Our room was thoughtfully assigned and our stay pleasant. Anyone traveling the length of Texas, Colorado or New Mexico will find a quiet restful night at BW CLOVIS AFB. …we are experienced travelers and this hotel is extremely rare.

What a nice hotel with great staff and nice clean, quiet rooms. I would highly recommend this property. Plenty to eat nearby and its very quiet at night and safe to go for a evening walk. I will be staying here again.

We stay at this property often. We have never been disappointed or had reason to complain. It is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is always good with plenty of food & choices. Great one nighter stop with the family including our dog. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Parking lot was well light and we were able to park our truck and open trailer safely. Fast food and gas stations were close by. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Twice a year we travel across country and back. Have stayed at many hotels in many cities and what is most important to us is clean rooms and friendly customer service. This hotel exceeded both plus more. The front desk person was so darn polite, it's was the little things that made the stay exceptional. A library, a really clean laundry and outside entrances that actually need a key😉. We will definitely be back.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was in room 104 and the drain for the shower needs cleaning. It was very slow to drain leaving standing water. Fix the drain and this room would rate a 5 .

Always clean and friendly. The pool and hot tub are the best in town with a decent hot breakfast for free. The rooms are spacious the bedding is always clean and smells freshly laundered. The location is outstanding with plenty of local amenities nearby.

Passed through on my way back from seeing family in Albuquerque. I am from Clovis, since I no longer have family living there I asked my Aunt where I should stay. She suggested here. I was not disappointed. Very clean. But honestly the hospitality of the lady who ran the breakfast area was like being home with family. I didn't get her name but she was a complete joy. The property appears to be new, or close to it. The interior spaces—lobby, hallways, and rooms—-are tastefully designed and are both welcoming and relaxing. The room furnishing is very practical and comfortable, and there is ample lighting and charging outlets. The staff are all welcoming as well. Overall, I would rate this as one if the top few Best Western properties I have visited. Highly recommended.

This is by far the nicest Best Western we've ever stayed at. I received the warmest welcome at the front desk by Danny, the owner. He made me feel very special and appreciated, which is so very important in customer service. The hotel is extremely clean and decorated tastefully. There are nice amenities in the lobby like a fancy coffee maker and a machine dispensing flavored water. Also frozen dinners and other snacks available in the lobby. Our room was very comfortable, and I especially appreciated the thick, fluffy comforter. I give this Best Western, and Danny, 5 stars! (Thanks for pointing out the thermostat to me Danny!)

The employees are fabulous. The lighting in the rooms is phenomenal. As a business traveler i sometimes need my hotel room to conduct business. Good lighting is very important to me. If I could ask for anything more it would be a heater in the bathroom

Really easy check in. The check in was excellent, we requested a room away from people because our dog barks. They were very accommodating. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Over all a really good stay. I would recommend this hotel for pet owners.

The young lady who greeted me and checked me in, made my day. She was happy, checked on a place near by where we could grab a bite to eat, and offered to get ice for me, as the ice machine on my floor was not in working order. When you are tired, it's nice to have a pleasant person greet you. Our room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. I would stay here again because of this one person who went out of her way and made me feel, I mattered.

We stay at every Best Western Hotel we can and always have a great experience. Not at the Clovis, New Mexico Best Western. We are Elite Members with over 400,000 points and use the points to help our agents with their expenses. The "owner-manager" refused to work with me over a mistake I made when reserving a room with points. He yelled at me over the phone, was rude, overbearing, and hateful and charged me another 28,000 points for a room for the next night. Never, Ever, Stay Here!

Excellent experience. Was clean and I was surprised at the spacious room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Great night sleep. Didn't stay for breakfast but I did notice they had a coffee, latte, cappuccino machine which was a real plus. Parking was limited.

This was our first stay at this motel and I think it is fairly new. I love the room layout, the sink and vanity are separate from the shower/toilet. In addition the normal chair and desk, it also had an additional chair with a small moveable desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hot breakfast with egg and cheese omelets with additional bacon was yummy.

I've never had an experience like this and I've stayed in many hotels all over the world. The seat and lid of the toilet were open and there was urine in the toilet. Very disgusting since I hope to have a clean bathroom. I have to wonder if this was done intentionally.

Stay here often on businesses, the hotel is clean, pool & hot tub work and are GREAT, breakfast is decent, staff is friendly. It's a GREAT family owned business that takes pride in their hotel and it shows. The hotel is on the south east side of town so if your heading into west Texas you have a straight shot.

Very comfortable and exceptionally clean rooms; friendly staff; hot continental breakfast. No complaints and would highly recommend. Two women traveling solo, we appreciated the security cameras throughout the hotel and felt completely safe.

Clean and spacious room. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was there working at the hospital at night, the staff put me in room that was away from the sound of traffic and trains so I could sleep well during the day. ****10 our 10 recommend.

Easy check in. Lobby was nice, just as the pictures. Staff were kind and helpful. Room decor recently updated, clean, bed comfortable, and quiet. Hot breakfast was good, coffee machine was awesome-(made cappuccino, espresso, americano, etc.). Never come across another motel or hotel with a coffee machine like this one.

Hotel is extremely clean One of the best BW i've stayed in. Typical BW breakfast but several items to choose from. All amenities exceeded expectations. Front desk very friendly and attentive. King bed comfortable, clean linens. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

We were passing thru on our way home from vacation and need a place to stay the night. We pulled in and the ladies at the front desk were accomodating and friendly. Rooms were really clean and the beds were soft and comfortable. We pass thru a couple of times a year and will defiantly make this a layover point.

From the highway, seeing the sign worried us. But the hotel is off this main roadway. It is a very well maintained & managed hotel. Very clean rooms & shared spaces. The breakfast was one of the best. The staff were welcoming & helpful. Would highly recommend

This best western is amazing from top to bottom from the time that you walk in the front door and check in, until the time that you go to your room, to enjoying the facilities - work out room and the indoor pool and hot tub , to the 24/7 coffee and tea bar by the front desk , to the wonderful included with the price of your room breakfast this place can't be beat. Pure and simple. Everyone smiles, everyone treat you with the respect the hotel is exceptionally clean. The grounds are clean. The food is tasty, nourishing, plentiful, and a good variety. this hotel is the only place I stay in while in Clovis. I always tell this to they have the best best western in the world. Train coming by is major distraction, came by often during the night. Breakfast OK, parking nice. But will book further away from train next time. People at front desk did good job. Big roach on floor on entering room did not help. Able to park close to entrance good, luggage cart by entrance good.

We had a group of us staying at the Best Western Cannon AFB hotel for our high school reunion. The location was great because of the venues we used for our reunion. The hotel is clean and safe. The indoor pool was a nice place to relax after an afternoon at the park and the zoo. The breakfast was good - menu choices change a little bit each day for the hot items. The staff was friendly and very accommodating.

Just Wow! Spotless, new rooms, plenty of parking, terrific friendly staff. I travel extensively and I must say this hotel is at the top tier based upon my experience. If you're ever traveling thru Clovis, this is truly THE place to stay. 5 Stars.

The overall experience was very disappointing for a Best Western. My wife was in the middle of experiencing elevation sickness coming from Colorado, headed back to Texas. She required oxygen due to the heart failure due to the elevation sickness. She was vomiting and very ill on our morning of departure. They required an extra $50 for 30 minutes more in the room to get her stable and cleaned up. We ended up leaving with no assistance from the staff. We ended up stopping at a very close convenience store that was more helpful. I ate breakfast before the issues arose and between the microwave breakfast sandwiches and the pushy staff member in the dining area, that was a loss too. We expected more from Best Western, especially one in a Military town. Very disappointing. Also, the bed was not comfortable and the air wasn't as cold as ones we have stayed at before.

Stayed here for an overnight per the ranking of the hotel on Trip Advisor. Have to say my wife and I were very pleased with the accommodations. Very clean hotel, nice beds and bedding, nice amenities. The free morning breakfast was outstanding! Lots of options for food and beverages. And props to the hotel desk person who recommended a great local Mexican restaurant (Leal's) for dinner. Hotel met the hype.

I stayed at this hotel on 3/10/24 for 1 night with my husband as we were passing through Clovis. We think this hotel is very nice and clean with fresh, updated, and attractive decor. The room, bedding linens, and mattress were all comfortable, amenities were all there. The breakfast offered many options and was delicious. I made a suggestion to add herbal tea and turkey sausage, but that is just my preference. We will definitely stay there again.

Reserved one night, due to the bad weather, needed to change to two nights at the last minute. The staff made it happen quickly. Breakfast was great, loved the hot chocolate at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet.

This hotel is well kept up, beautiful from the outside with above standard rooms and clean interior. All personnel are very friendly and willing to help make your stay more enjoyable in almost any way possible. Have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past two years and whenever I am in the area, will be enjoying staying here again.

The young man checking us in and out the next morning was the friendliest and most thoughtful. Without my asking he placed us in a room close to the elevator so it was easier for my husband and me, being we are elderly. And checking out the next morning he even offered us water to take along on our trip.

Great experience! I was driving across county in a big moving truck. It was late when I got into town and wanted to stay somewhere safe and clean. I read the reviews of this hotel & decided to give it a try. I was checked in quickly by a very nice lady and got a nice, quiet room facing the back. I was able to park my truck under the window to keep an eye on it. The room was clean but basic. I was good with that. It had everything I needed for a great nights sleep. I always do my own bedbug check first thing. I put my stuff in the tub and pulled back the sheets. Everything was super clean. I was relieved! Plenty of clean towels and linens. Mattress was comfortable. Pets were allowed on my floor, but I never heard a single bark. Checkout was flawless. I am very picky when it comes to hotels and I would stay here again. It's not luxurious & I didn't need it to be. For someone traveling through town at night by oneself, I felt perfectly safe there.

Very comfortable bed, quiet room, and our dog was comfortable as well. Some things need a bit of updating on on the building and furnishings, but that said, we will be back next time we are in Clovis.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The young man and woman working at the front desk went out of his way to find a quiet room and they were just genuinely friendly people. Breakfast was hot and fresh and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Great hotel!

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Plenty of selections for the breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Pool and hot tub was clean and the gym was clean.

The king size bedroom was excellent. I loved the padded chair with ottoman was perfect to sleep in since I cannot lay flat . Breakfast was fabulous. We really enjoyed the hot food to start the day. Overall the experience was fabulous.

The breakfast buffet was extra good and the attendant so very accommodating and friendly. Entire staff very nice. I did have one concern and only reason I didn't give perfect rating. The manager this morning could be heard all over first floor yelling at employees. As a retired manager, I know it is sometimes necessary to discuss performance but should be behind closed doors. The level of his very loud voice was anger that spilled out. Most unprofessional and I hated that because he was very nice to us and helped with our bag when we checked in.

Love that as soon an you walk in you are greeted by staff and can see and smell the cleanliness of this hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast has many options to meet a variety of dietary needs (not just pastries/carbs) and has to go breakfast sandwich options if you are in a hurry.

After a very long drive, we were ready to be in a hotel that would offer us a friendly face, a clean and comfortable room, and a bed worth sleeping in. This Best Western in Clovis NM was all that we had wished for. Plus the decor and art work was so aesthetically pleasing.

When bad weather forced an unexpected change of destination causing me and three family members traveling on vacation in our small single engine aircraft to land at Clovis, N.M. Municipal Airport late one June afternoon with no ground transportation and no lodging reservations, we were seriously considering the possibility of having to spend the night in the airport FBO (airport management) lobby. The airport attendant, who was near his closing time, explained that there was only one private shuttle service around and gave us a phone number, but when we found that fares were running about $45 per person each way to town and back, and not yet knowing were we might get a room, we were somewhat hesitant to call for transportation service. An internet search indicated the presence of the Best Western Hotel. We called to inquire about availability, we were immediately offered a courtesy pickup. We were picked up by the manager himself, and returned the next morning by his wife. Every aspect of our stay was delightful: Modern rooms in perfect order, pleasant and efficient staffing, an "over the top" complimentary continental breakfast featuring more choices than I have ever seen in a mid-range motel environment. As a businessman I have often observed that management's attitude is contagious, and this certainly seemed to be the case here. Every employee I met greeted us with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to be working hard to provide a pleasant stay for all the guests.

I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle which was very convenient to start my stay. All you have to do is call them and request. The breakfast selection was very nice, including items that are available after the main hot breakfast closes, like breakfast sandwiches to go, yogurts, fruit, hardboiled eggs, and more! Everyone was very pleasant!

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at clean friendly was told of all amenities at ck in my dogs were treated like guests shuttled us to walmart and picked us up all complimentary room was very clean and comfortable highly recommended to all staying in this area

The bed was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Being out of town working construction a comfortable good night sleep is crucial Tia safe successful work day that was just the icing on the cake of a perfect stay. The staffs kindness and attentiveness to guest needs was unmatchable!

I had an excellent stay, all the way around. The room was clean, exceptionally quiet, a very nice breakfast, easy in and out, and had a very well stocked refrigerator/freezer in the lobby with a variety of comfort foods. It was located close to a variety of restaurants, gas stations, had a number of EV charging stations, plenty of parking and a very nice staff, polite, efficient and efficient.

We have stayed at this Best Western in Clovis several times. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly and professional. There is always a variety of good breakfast items to choose from from warm breakfast items to microwaveable sandwiches and snacks if you are in a hurry.

Excellent hotel, clean, sanitized, friendly staff. Breakfast is a big breakfast not just continental with pastries, this hotel had eggs, sausage, bacon, green chili, and a lot more delicious food. Pool and hot tub clean. Awesome staff all around.

I was on my usual run between Texas and New Mexico. I always stay at Best Western Cannon AFB when I need to stop. This trip was a little different because after checking out, my truck refused to start. I had to have it towed to the Chevrolet Dealer. Good news, it's 3 blocks away. The other good news is that the folks at BW were extremely helpful in letting me stay the extra days I needed until my truck was fixed; Just outstanding service and pleasant helpful staff!!

Typically I stay in Lubbock when traveling to Colorado but this hotel will be my new midpoint stop. What a pleasant surprise. The cleanest hotel I've stayed in in two years. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a lot of options and super clean. It is obvious this is a well managed hotel.

Love wonderful surprises. This BW was very clean with new, fresh bed linens. Personnel professional and helpful. Better assortment of breakfast food than other competitors. Will stay here when ever in Clovis, N.M. Will also start looking at more BW Hotels.

You can tell when a hotel has excellent management: welcoming and helpful staff, immaculate and maintained facilities, generous and stocked breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay with our dogs. We received water bottles and dog bones when we checked out. We would stay here again without hesitation. Also, the front desk recommended Taqueria Jalisco and it was really good.

Passing through NM we found the finest Best Western we've ever stayed in. The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating. The place was wonderfully clean and felt newer. Also, a surprising number of little extras we didn't expect; comfy furniture, extra breakfast options, fancy hot drinks in the lobby. Terrific value and best of all I met the owner and he loves our pets! We WILL stay here again!

Don't be afraid to book your stay at this property. The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 3 nights in the "two-room suite" Wasn't really a suite but it did have 2 separated bed rooms with only one bathroom in the middle. It worked out for us and I know it would be nice for a larger family. As for the railroad noise (wasn't much).. just turn on the AC fan and it will cancel out the noise.

We debated whether we should stay with family or stay at the Best Western. It was the best decision we made. Initially we booked the Fairfield Inn but changed last minute. I'm glad we did. The staff was friendly. The decor of the room was nice. But the highlight of the stay was meeting Pai at breakfast. She maintained the breakfast area with love and care. We felt like we were at home. When we leaving Pai wanted to make sure we weren't getting on the road hungry. I introduced Pai to my sister and told her this is the place to stay if anyone comes to visit. I would definitely stay again.

Nice place. friendly, attentive staff in lobby and breakfast. Hot breakfast with eggs and sausage links, good coffee. Loved the complimentary enhanced waters and hot chocolate. Good selection of frozen meals if you want to take it to your room and microwave it. Plus ice creams, etc. Good value around $100. Only issue was train horns, sure were a lot.

It always makes me nervous to stay in a hotel close to the train tracks but I never heard it and I have good hearing. I stayed on the second floor on the north side facing the back of the hotel and never heard the train. I really like this hotel. It is clean, modernized, and the staff is always friendly.

Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly staff! Very pet friendly. First stop on a long road trip, got a good night's rest. Had a decent breakfast selection, including some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, was a nice grab and go alternative.

This hotel is fantastic. The grab & go breakfast sandwiches are simply genius. The rooms are clean and spacious, everything is in working order. The real benefits of this hotel are in the small details. Details such as: 1. There's a flavored water dispenser next to the front desk. 2. There's EV charging in front of the hotel. 3. The Wi-Fi actually works with a simple password. No splash screen or captive portal to sign into! 4. The rooms have soap, shampoo, body wash, etc in squeeze bottles hanging on the walls. Brilliant! This is the best hotel in Clovis, period. It is close to things like McDonalds, Sonic, gas station, Dunkin', etc.

This hotel is close to the highway but set back a little bit so that its quiet. Security is good. Easy check in and plenty of convenient parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I have stayed here a number of times and it is my go-to spot.

The staff at this location is well above anything I anticipated. The owner is hands on and is engaged with his guests. He models great service skills and the team follows his model. Would highly recommend this location

The pillows are heaven. Really nice breakfast and eating area. Super clean facility and nice staff. I'd definitely stay here again. Brought my dog too! Loved the set up of my room and they had plenty of snacks also.

What a great experience we had here. We were a party of 6 and got a suite that had a bedroom with a queen size bed and a pull out sleeper along with a office and the another room with a king size bed. Everything was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool along with having a hot tub. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing. They had something for everyone and the quality of all the items was better then any hotel I have stayed at for a Continental breakfast. We will absolutely stay here again when we travel through Clovis again.

I met my daughter here to hand over a family pet and it was a wonderful stay. CLEAN, friendly staff, great breakfast options, dog-friendly (Extra $20 pet fee), complimentary flavored water machine, coffee, andes mints, great choice of beverages, snacks to purchase. I will definitely stay here again when passing through Clovis, NM.

Upon entering we were greeted warmly, given our room speedily and given a complimentary 2 bottles of water. Danny was excellent. He welcomed us and told us to feel free to get a snack from the breakfast area at any time. We were so grateful as we were too tired to venture out. A simple breakfast sausage biscuit held us until morning.

The facility and the rooms are clean and well cared for; and everything works as it should. These are qualities that are important to me. When you arrive, you are welcomed with a smile. You are greeted promptly and thanked for choosing BW Cannon AFB. They always have my reservation information immediately available and verify that what they have is what I was expecting. I love thoroughness!! They are pet friendly. The breakfast items are nicely varied and easy to choose. During this covid time, the breakfast items are individually packaged. There is ample parking and spaced so that larger and smaller vehicles have easy access to a space. Look Here First!

The hotel owner was there to check me in at 10 pm. He was so kind and went over and above to welcome me and explain the amenities. I didn't know he was the owner at this point. Upon checking out, the owner was there again! He knew me by name without me having to say anything. Honestly, the hotel was very nice, clean and a good experience but the owner really made an impression on me. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay in Clovis NM. It is in a convenient location and easy to find. The room was quiet, very clean and a comfortable bed. The staff is super friendly and they have a great breakfast buffet. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Our grandson just returned from his flying training, recently purchased a new home and began his flying career. Although extremely busy we were able to tour the base. We are proud of our USAF family and are blessed to be part of it! This motel was simply outstanding. We were here for seven days and housekeeping kept up every day unlike some competitors. Very much appreciated.

I had to call around to find a place to stay since the nearby city was sold-out with all their hotels. Danny was extremely helpful and friendly. Remodeled facility was clean, comfortable bed, and staff was super friendly.

I have to say the man at the front desk was possibly the nicest person I have ever met. I had just worked in Albuquerque and then driven to Clovis for work. It was late and I couldn't find a room. I finally had checked into another hotel that was so bad o started to cry. I was tired and it was late. So I pulled up my map on my phone to see if there were any hotels I hadn't called for a room. The Best Western came up so I called. I can't remember his name but he said. Come look at the room and if you like them you can book. So I went over and he took extra time to take me to show me the room to make sure I was comfortable. He gave me some water and since I was a traveling medical worker he gave me a discount. The room was so nice!! Very large, clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get up and go to work the next day. I will definitely stay there again. Oh

This motel was hard to find off highway 84, next to the Super 8 and McDonald's but this totally refreshed property was very good. Rooms newly redone and clean. Nice property. Breakfast is back, assortment of breakfast sandwiches, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt and all the juices and coffee to kickstart your day of travel.

Perfect! Everything was as it should be, the pool was clean. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The check in and check out was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was the best overnight stay in Clovis I've had. Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, modern, and convenient. Of the choices on the main drag (Mabry Dr.) this is the best since it's not right on the highway and there is a little distance from the train noise.

Have stayed twice at this hotel. Excellent staff and manager. Business and family friendly. If you are travelling and need an oasis, stop here. Breakfast is grab and go, which is a disappointment. The coffee is from a machine but good quality and hot with all possible add-ins.

This was a great stay - they warmly welcomed our two dogs and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was very very clean, had everything we needed, and was convenient and well-priced. There are 2 fast food restaurants within walking distance, plus lots of room to walk the dogs and stretch your legs.

Overall a great experience. The hotel manager was extremely professional, polite, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything. The hotel grounds are relatively new, rooms are fresh, and super clean. The complimentary breakfast was grab and go style and had everything most people could want. If I make it through there again, I'll be sure to make it a stop. Also, they are quite animal friendly so DOGS ARE ALLOWED. A huge benefit to families that are traveling to their new home. I highly recommend staying in this hotel, if you find yourself in Clovis! I was moving my daughter to a different state and needed a place that would accept her pets. The owner, Danny, was so helpful and even arranged a room on the first floor near the lobby so we didn't have to carry them too far. The staff was friendly and attentive. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy our stay more.

I was quite impressed with this hotel. It was new or updated, I don't know which. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and they accept pets. Our room was nice and odor free. The breakfast was a bit different than what they usually have because of Covid, still. I'd think they would go back to normal. But it was very good. They had a good selection of things to choose from. They also have a coffee dispenser for all hours, not just breakfast. They had a jar of Andes mints on the front desk. Just little touches that other motels don't have. The bed was good, the white comforter and coverlet were nice. Everything was good. I was a bit unsure at first because it seemed like maybe a not-so-nice area of town, but we didn't have any problems. There were quite a few military members staying there who were in uniform and gathering in the morning for something. It was a nice environment and I'll definitely stay there when we're in Clovis again.

Both AM and PM staff were pleasant during check in and check out. The room was clean and quiet. Due to public health orders, the breakfast option was a brown bag, but they still had a great selection. All in all it was a nice place to stay. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a room.

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at to date. We are familiar with Best Western having good service, but this place stepped it up many times over. The service, the staff, appearance, amenities, and the breakfast (while it was constrained due to COVID), all truly amazing ensureing guests were well taken care of and comfortable. Absolutley phenomenal experience with zero negative comments...ZERO!!!

We stayed for four nights in a two-bedroom suite. The room was great-nicer than some luxury brands. The hotel manager greeted us and explained everything about the amenities and the Covid 19 procedures. The breakfast was grab and go but was stocked with high quality foods. I liked it better than most hot breakfasts offered by BWs. And the place is immaculate.

We came to town for a graduation! The owner, Danny, treated us GREAT! He treated my husband and I like we were special, I feel he does that with everyone. He was very attentive to all our needs, even finding another place for us to host a small graduation party. And at the LAST minute when our other plans fell through. We were very pleased with the breakfast also, lots of different items to choose from, will definitely stay here every time we come to town. Oh...and another huge plus for us....PET FRIENDLY !!!!

We had a great experience at this Best Western. It looked fairly new and everything was in top top shape. From the customer service over the phone when I made the reservation and at check in, to the comfortable bed, great working air conditioning and breakfast the next morning.

I stay at Best Western whenever possible. Always clean. Always pleasant. Rewards member back when BW encouraged motorcyclists to stay with them. Stayed with them in all the lower 48 and many provinces in Canada.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I think I may have ever stayed at. The beds were super comfortable. The grab & go breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. This property is reasonably priced, has great customer service, and is clean. Although restrictions prevent the usual self serve breakfast, they have figured out how to still offer more than just fruit and/or pastries. We were offered a warm breakfast sandwich in addition to yogurt, fruit, pastries, and coffee or tea.

We had car trouble late at night and the hotel sent their shuttle to get us. When we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and easy, but what was really impressive is the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was spotless, and during the covid-19 pandemic, this is so important! Very clean, very nice staff-I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I arrived around 3pm and a room on the bottom floor was not available which I requested. The whole parking lot was empty so I couldn't figure out why a room wasn't available. The girl who first checked me in wasn't all that friendly but she went home and the girl who finished my check-in was great. I said I would wait for a bottom floor and went to the open "parking lot" next door. Had a bite to eat (from my van) and let the dog out. Got entertained by a couple who drove up with a horse trailer and let out two horses to walk. :) The room was old and musty smelling. All electronics worked. The bed was comfortable. I was concerned about the area and my van being o.k. through the night. I also made sure I walked the dog before dark. All was o.k. in the morning. I did not use the breakfast area.

I was super nervous when we pulled up, having booked online, non-refundable. But inside was fine. The breakfast staff were amazing and super kind. Plenty of food even 20 minutes before closing. Not much to do in this tiny town.

The title says it all, would hightly recommend for a traveller. Just off the main drag and have to look for the side street but worth it. Parking might be tight if the hotel full, but no problems while we were there.

My husband and I were traveling with our retired police dog and needed a pet friendly, yet clean hotel. The Comfort Inn had very clean rooms, the lobby was clean and tastefully decorated in a modern and colorful design. The hotel also offered a steam unit to freshen your special clothes. The hotel had a wide variety of breakfast items, including many healthy food choices. The indoor pool and spa was clean and well maintained. When we visit Clovis, New Mexico again, the Comfort Inn will be our first choice for accommodations even if we are not traveling with our pet.
