Great hotel in a very convenient location in regards to food and stores. Rooms a very good size and extremely clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful with the whole process. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling whether business or pleasure.

This hotel is fantastic. The grab & go breakfast sandwiches are simply genius. The rooms are clean and spacious, everything is in working order. The real benefits of this hotel are in the small details. Details such as: 1. There's a flavored water dispenser next to the front desk. 2. There's EV charging in front of the hotel. 3. The Wi-Fi actually works with a simple password. No splash screen or captive portal to sign into! 4. The rooms have soap, shampoo, body wash, etc in squeeze bottles hanging on the walls. Brilliant! This is the best hotel in Clovis, period. It is close to things like McDonalds, Sonic, gas station, Dunkin', etc.

This hotel is close to the highway but set back a little bit so that its quiet. Security is good. Easy check in and plenty of convenient parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I have stayed here a number of times and it is my go-to spot.

The pillows are heaven. Really nice breakfast and eating area. Super clean facility and nice staff. I'd definitely stay here again. Brought my dog too! Loved the set up of my room and they had plenty of snacks also.

Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast options were different than most hotels (in a good way). Quiet room with very comfortable bed which allows for a great night's sleep. Perfect place to stop as you travel!

What a great experience we had here. We were a party of 6 and got a suite that had a bedroom with a queen size bed and a pull out sleeper along with a office and the another room with a king size bed. Everything was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool along with having a hot tub. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing. They had something for everyone and the quality of all the items was better then any hotel I have stayed at for a Continental breakfast. We will absolutely stay here again when we travel through Clovis again.

This was honestly the best experience I could have hoped for while traveling. We stopped for the night after a 14 hour drive across country, didn't arrive until 3:30 am, and the way everything worked out was phenomenal! I would recommend this hotel to every person I know and I would 100% stay here again if I am ever in the area! Also, the beds, pillows and blankets were super comfortable! So much that we bought two of the pillows on our way out. Thank you SO much for helping our night end on a positive note. It was a terrible day for us up until this point, and our experience at this hotel turned it all around! Special shout out to Mirabel, who treated this grumpy, tired and frustrated old man with kindness and patience. She was simply wonderful and I am so very grateful she was working on the night we stayed!

I met my daughter here to hand over a family pet and it was a wonderful stay. CLEAN, friendly staff, great breakfast options, dog-friendly (Extra $20 pet fee), complimentary flavored water machine, coffee, andes mints, great choice of beverages, snacks to purchase. Upon entering we were greeted warmly, given our room speedily and given a complimentary 2 bottles of water. Danny was excellent. He welcomed us and told us to feel free to get a snack from the breakfast area at any time. We were so grateful as we were too tired to venture out. A simple breakfast sausage biscuit held us until morning.

In making your travel plans, be sure you check Best Western Cannon AFB first if you are or will be in this area. Their accommodations are exemplary. The facility and the rooms are clean and well cared for; and everything works as it should. These are qualities that are important to me. When you arrive, you are welcomed with a smile. You are greeted promptly and thanked for choosing BW Cannon AFB. They always have my reservation information immediately available and verify that what they have is what I was expecting. I love thoroughness!! They are pet friendly. The breakfast items are nicely varied and easy to choose. During this covid time, the breakfast items are individually packaged. There is ample parking and spaced so that larger and smaller vehicles have easy access to a space. Look Here First!

"Customer Service Makes a HUGE impression on me"

The hotel owner was there to check me in at 10 pm. He was so kind and went over and above to welcome me and explain the amenities. I didn't know he was the owner at this point. Upon checking out, the owner was there again! He knew me by name without me having to say anything. Honestly, the hotel was very nice, clean and a good experience but the owner really made an impression on me. Highly recommend staying here!

"Visiting grandson"

Our grandson just returned from his flying training, recently purchased a new home and began his flying career. Although extremely busy we were able to tour the base. We are proud of our USAF family and are blessed to be part of it! This motel was simply outstanding. We were here for seven days and housekeeping kept up every day unlike some competitors. Very much appreciated.

I have to say the man at the front desk was possibly the nicest person I have ever met. I had just worked in Albuquerque and then driven to Clovis for work. It was late and I couldn't find a room. I finally had checked into another hotel that was so bad o started to cry. I was tired and it was late. So I pulled up my map on my phone to see if there were any hotels I hadn't called for a room. The Best Western came up so I called. I can't remember his name but he said. Come look at the room and if you like them you can book. So I went over and he took extra time to take me to show me the room to make sure I was comfortable. He gave me some water and since I was a traveling medical worker he gave me a discount. The room was so nice!! Very large, clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get up and go to work the next day. I will definitely stay there again. Oh

"New and clean"

This motel was hard to find off highway 84, next to the Super 8 and McDonald's but this totally refreshed property was very good. Rooms newly redone and clean. Nice property. Breakfast is back, assortment of breakfast sandwiches, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt and all the juices and coffee to kickstart your day of travel.

"Best place to stay in Clovis"

This was the best overnight stay in Clovis I've had. Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, modern, and convenient. Of the choices on the main drag (Mabry Dr.) this is the best since it's not right on the highway and there is a little distance from the train noise.

Have stayed twice at this hotel. Excellent staff and manager. Business and family friendly. If you are travelling and need an oasis, stop here. Breakfast is grab and go, which is a disappointment. The coffee is from a machine but good quality and hot with all possible add-ins.

This was a great stay - they warmly welcomed our two dogs and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was very very clean, had everything we needed, and was convenient and well-priced. There are 2 fast food restaurants within walking distance, plus lots of room to walk the dogs and stretch your legs.

Overall a great experience. The hotel manager was extremely professional, polite, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything. The hotel grounds are relatively new, rooms are fresh, and super clean. The complimentary breakfast was grab and go style and had everything most people could want. If I make it through there again, I'll be sure to make it a stop. Also, they are quite animal friendly so DOGS ARE ALLOWED. A huge benefit to families that are traveling to their new home. I highly recommend staying in this hotel, if you find yourself in Clovis! I was moving my daughter to a different state and needed a place that would accept her pets. The owner, Danny, was so helpful and even arranged a room on the first floor near the lobby so we didn't have to carry them too far. The staff was friendly and attentive. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy our stay more.

I was quite impressed with this hotel. It was new or updated, I don't know which. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and they accept pets. Our room was nice and odor free. The breakfast was a bit different than what they usually have because of Covid, still. I'd think they would go back to normal. But it was very good. They had a good selection of things to choose from. They also have a coffee dispenser for all hours, not just breakfast. They had a jar of Andes mints on the front desk. Just little touches that other motels don't have. The bed was good, the white comforter and coverlet were nice. Everything was good. I was a bit unsure at first because it seemed like maybe a not-so-nice area of town, but we didn't have any problems. There were quite a few military members staying there who were in uniform and gathering in the morning for something. It was a nice environment and I'll definitely stay there when we're in Clovis again.

"Enjoyable stay."

Both AM and PM staff were pleasant during check in and check out. The room was clean and quiet. Due to public health orders, the breakfast option was a brown bag, but they still had a great selection. All in all it was a nice place to stay. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a room.

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at to date. We are familiar with Best Western having good service, but this place stepped it up many times over. The service, the staff, appearance, amenities, and the breakfast (while it was constrained due to COVID), all truly amazing ensureing guests were well taken care of and comfortable. Absolutley phenomenal experience with zero negative comments...ZERO!!!

We stayed for four nights in a two-bedroom suite. The room was great-nicer than some luxury brands. The hotel manager greeted us and explained everything about the amenities and the Covid 19 procedures. The breakfast was grab and go but was stocked with high quality foods. I liked it better than most hot breakfasts offered by BWs. And the place is immaculate.

We came to town for a graduation! The owner, Danny, treated us GREAT! He treated my husband and I like we were special, I feel he does that with everyone. He was very attentive to all our needs, even finding another place for us to host a small graduation party. And at the LAST minute when our other plans fell through. We were very pleased with the breakfast also, lots of different items to choose from, will definitely stay here every time we come to town. Oh...and another huge plus for us....PET FRIENDLY !!!!

Staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and nicely decorated.. Very close to Cannon AFB, Pool and full breakfast weren't available due to COVID, but was a quiet work space for me. Thanks!

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night for a quick stop to rest and recharge. The reviews were all good ones so we gave it a shot. The staff was the friendliest hotel staff ever. Danny was awesome. This hotel was the cleanest hotel I think I may have ever stayed at. The beds were super comfortable. The grab & go breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Clovis or need a stop while driving through.

This property is reasonably priced, has great customer service, and is clean. Although restrictions prevent the usual self serve breakfast, they have figured out how to still offer more than just fruit and/or pastries. We were offered a warm breakfast sandwich in addition to yogurt, fruit, pastries, and coffee or tea.

We had car trouble late at night and the hotel sent their shuttle to get us. When we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and easy, but what was really impressive is the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was spotless, and during the covid-19 pandemic, this is so important! Very clean, very nice staff-I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I arrived around 3pm and a room on the bottom floor was not available which I requested. The whole parking lot was empty so I couldn't figure out why a room wasn't available. The girl who first checked me in wasn't all that friendly but she went home and the girl who finished my check-in was great. I said I would wait for a bottom floor and went to the open "parking lot" next door. Had a bite to eat (from my van) and let the dog out. Got entertained by a couple who drove up with a horse trailer and let out two horses to walk. :) The room was old and musty smelling. All electronics worked. The bed was comfortable. I was concerned about the area and my van being o.k. through the night. I also made sure I walked the dog before dark. All was o.k. in the morning. I did not use the breakfast area.

I was super nervous when we pulled up, having booked online, non-refundable. But inside was fine. The breakfast staff were amazing and super kind. Plenty of food even 20 minutes before closing. Not much to do in this tiny town.

The title says it all, would hightly recommend for a traveller. Just off the main drag and have to look for the side street but worth it. Parking might be tight if the hotel full, but no problems while we were there.

My husband and I were traveling with our retired police dog and needed a pet friendly, yet clean hotel. The Comfort Inn had very clean rooms, the lobby was clean and tastefully decorated in a modern and colorful design. The hotel also offered a steam unit to freshen your special clothes. The hotel had a wide variety of breakfast items, including many healthy food choices. The indoor pool and spa was clean and well maintained. When we visit Clovis, New Mexico again, the Comfort Inn will be our first choice for accommodations even if we are not traveling with our pet.
