I stayed at this hotel on 3/10/24 for 1 night with my husband as we were passing through Clovis. We think this hotel is very nice and clean with fresh, updated, and attractive decor. The room, bedding linens, and mattress were all comfortable, amenities were all there. The breakfast offered many options and was delicious. I made a suggestion to add herbal tea and turkey sausage, but that is just my preference. We will definitely stay there again.

Reserved one night, due to the bad weather, needed to change to two nights at the last minute. The staff made it happen quickly. Breakfast was great, loved the hot chocolate at the front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Very quiet.

Yes- friendly staff! Nice to my dog! Plenty of towels in king size room! Comfy mattress and pillows! The absolute best breakfast- serve yourself omelette, sausage and biscuits. Make your own waffles, boiled eggs, yogurt-- really great Seems newly renovated with local art in hallways and rooms-PLUS a comfy chair inside room with individual conform table for computer!

Best Western Cannon A.F.B. is a great place to stay near the base. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Excellent breakfast!! Lots of choices to pick from. Staff was friendly and helpful.

What a great place to stay when you're in Clovis. Friendly staff with probably the best breakfast options I've seen.This is a very clean hotel with all the amenities you could ask for. Staff was amazing from the manager to the cleaning crew. Would recommend this hotel to all our friends and family.

This hotel is well kept up, beautiful from the outside with above standard rooms and clean interior. All personnel are very friendly and willing to help make your stay more enjoyable in almost any way possible. Have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past two years and whenever I am in the area, will be enjoying staying here again.

The young man checking us in and out the next morning was the friendliest and most thoughtful. Without my asking he placed us in a room close to the elevator so it was easier for my husband and me, being we are elderly. And checking out the next morning he even offered us water to take along on our trip.

Great experience! I was driving across county in a big moving truck. It was late when I got into town and wanted to stay somewhere safe and clean. I read the reviews of this hotel & decided to give it a try. I was checked in quickly by a very nice lady and got a nice, quiet room facing the back. I was able to park my truck under the window to keep an eye on it. The room was clean but basic. I was good with that. It had everything I needed for a great nights sleep. I always do my own bedbug check first thing. I put my stuff in the tub and pulled back the sheets. Everything was super clean. I was relieved! Plenty of clean towels and linens. Mattress was comfortable. Pets were allowed on my floor, but I never heard a single bark. Checkout was flawless. I am very picky when it comes to hotels and I would stay here again. It's not luxurious & I didn't need it to be. For someone traveling through town at night by oneself, I felt perfectly safe there.

Very comfortable bed, quiet room, and our dog was comfortable as well. Some things need a bit of updating on on the building and furnishings, but that said, we will be back next time we are in Clovis.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The young man and woman working at the front desk went out of his way to find a quiet room and they were just genuinely friendly people. Breakfast was hot and fresh and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Great hotel!

It is the best Best Western that we have visited, the treatment was great, all the employees were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were perfectly clean and the breakfast was very complete. very good coffe… We definitely recommend it for anyone…

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and professional. Plenty of selections for the breakfast. Bed was very comfortable and had plenty of pillows. Pool and hot tub was clean and the gym was clean.

The king size bedroom was excellent. I loved the padded chair with ottoman was perfect to sleep in since I cannot lay flat . Breakfast was fabulous. We really enjoyed the hot food to start the day. Overall the experience was fabulous.

The breakfast buffet was extra good and the attendant so very accommodating and friendly. Entire staff very nice. I did have one concern and only reason I didn't give perfect rating. The manager this morning could be heard all over first floor yelling at employees. As a retired manager, I know it is sometimes necessary to discuss performance but should be behind closed doors. The level of his very loud voice was anger that spilled out. Most unprofessional and I hated that because he was very nice to us and helped with our bag when we checked in.

Love that as soon an you walk in you are greeted by staff and can see and smell the cleanliness of this hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast has many options to meet a variety of dietary needs (not just pastries/carbs) and has to go breakfast sandwich options if you are in a hurry.

After a very long drive, we were ready to be in a hotel that would offer us a friendly face, a clean and comfortable room, and a bed worth sleeping in. This Best Western in Clovis NM was all that we had wished for. Plus the decor and art work was so aesthetically pleasing.

When bad weather forced an unexpected change of destination causing me and three family members traveling on vacation in our small single engine aircraft to land at Clovis, N.M. Municipal Airport late one June afternoon with no ground transportation and no lodging reservations, we were seriously considering the possibility of having to spend the night in the airport FBO (airport management) lobby. The airport attendant, who was near his closing time, explained that there was only one private shuttle service around and gave us a phone number, but when we found that fares were running about $45 per person each way to town and back, and not yet knowing were we might get a room, we were somewhat hesitant to call for transportation service. An internet search indicated the presence of the Best Western Hotel. We called to inquire about availability, we were immediately offered a courtesy pickup. We were picked up by the manager himself, and returned the next morning by his wife. Every aspect of our stay was delightful: Modern rooms in perfect order, pleasant and efficient staffing, an "over the top" complimentary continental breakfast featuring more choices than I have ever seen in a mid-range motel environment. As a businessman I have often observed that management's attitude is contagious, and this certainly seemed to be the case here. Every employee I met greeted us with a smile and seemed genuinely happy to be working hard to provide a pleasant stay for all the guests.

Thanks so much y'all!! Me and my fur baby really appreciate y'all taking such good care of us!!! Plus the beds are very comfy!! And breakfast is great! We will stay again if we ever come back to Clovis!!

I was picked up at the airport by the shuttle which was very convenient to start my stay. All you have to do is call them and request. The breakfast selection was very nice, including items that are available after the main hot breakfast closes, like breakfast sandwiches to go, yogurts, fruit, hardboiled eggs, and more! Everyone was very pleasant!

This was one of the best hotels I've stayed at clean friendly was told of all amenities at ck in my dogs were treated like guests shuttled us to walmart and picked us up all complimentary room was very clean and comfortable highly recommended to all staying in this area

The bed was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in. Being out of town working construction a comfortable good night sleep is crucial Tia safe successful work day that was just the icing on the cake of a perfect stay. The staffs kindness and attentiveness to guest needs was unmatchable!

I had an excellent stay, all the way around. The room was clean, exceptionally quiet, a very nice breakfast, easy in and out, and had a very well stocked refrigerator/freezer in the lobby with a variety of comfort foods. It was located close to a variety of restaurants, gas stations, had a number of EV charging stations, plenty of parking and a very nice staff, polite, efficient and efficient.

We have stayed at this Best Western in Clovis several times. It is always clean and the staff is always friendly and professional. There is always a variety of good breakfast items to choose from from warm breakfast items to microwaveable sandwiches and snacks if you are in a hurry.

Excellent hotel, clean, sanitized, friendly staff. Breakfast is a big breakfast not just continental with pastries, this hotel had eggs, sausage, bacon, green chili, and a lot more delicious food. Pool and hot tub clean. Awesome staff all around.

Caring staff always makes your stay the absolute best. Clean comfortable rooms and public areas. Lots to choose from for breakfast. Frozen dinners and ice cream available in the lobby. Fair pet fees and safe clean areas to walk your dog.

I was on my usual run between Texas and New Mexico. I always stay at Best Western Cannon AFB when I need to stop. This trip was a little different because after checking out, my truck refused to start. I had to have it towed to the Chevrolet Dealer. Good news, it's 3 blocks away. The other good news is that the folks at BW were extremely helpful in letting me stay the extra days I needed until my truck was fixed; Just outstanding service and pleasant helpful staff!!

Typically I stay in Lubbock when traveling to Colorado but this hotel will be my new midpoint stop. What a pleasant surprise. The cleanest hotel I've stayed in in two years. The breakfast buffet was very nice with a lot of options and super clean. It is obvious this is a well managed hotel.

Love wonderful surprises. This BW was very clean with new, fresh bed linens. Personnel professional and helpful. Better assortment of breakfast food than other competitors. Will stay here when ever in Clovis, N.M. Will also start looking at more BW Hotels.

You can tell when a hotel has excellent management: welcoming and helpful staff, immaculate and maintained facilities, generous and stocked breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay with our dogs. We received water bottles and dog bones when we checked out. We would stay here again without hesitation. Also, the front desk recommended Taqueria Jalisco and it was really good.

Passing through NM we found the finest Best Western we've ever stayed in. The staff was SUPER friendly and accommodating. The place was wonderfully clean and felt newer. Also, a surprising number of little extras we didn't expect; comfy furniture, extra breakfast options, fancy hot drinks in the lobby. Terrific value and best of all I met the owner and he loves our pets! We WILL stay here again!

Don't be afraid to book your stay at this property. The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable and the staff are very friendly. We stayed for 3 nights in the "two-room suite" Wasn't really a suite but it did have 2 separated bed rooms with only one bathroom in the middle. It worked out for us and I know it would be nice for a larger family. As for the railroad noise (wasn't much).. just turn on the AC fan and it will cancel out the noise.

We debated whether we should stay with family or stay at the Best Western. It was the best decision we made. Initially we booked the Fairfield Inn but changed last minute. I'm glad we did. The staff was friendly. The decor of the room was nice. But the highlight of the stay was meeting Pai at breakfast. She maintained the breakfast area with love and care. We felt like we were at home. When we leaving Pai wanted to make sure we weren't getting on the road hungry. I introduced Pai to my sister and told her this is the place to stay if anyone comes to visit. I would definitely stay again.

Nice place. friendly, attentive staff in lobby and breakfast. Hot breakfast with eggs and sausage links, good coffee. Loved the complimentary enhanced waters and hot chocolate. Good selection of frozen meals if you want to take it to your room and microwave it. Plus ice creams, etc. Good value around $100. Only issue was train horns, sure were a lot.

It always makes me nervous to stay in a hotel close to the train tracks but I never heard it and I have good hearing. I stayed on the second floor on the north side facing the back of the hotel and never heard the train. I really like this hotel. It is clean, modernized, and the staff is always friendly.

Clean, comfortable room. Very friendly staff! Very pet friendly. First stop on a long road trip, got a good night's rest. Had a decent breakfast selection, including some Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches, was a nice grab and go alternative.

Service was excellent when I arrived at the hotel, I was greeting with a friendly smile. The room was very clean, Everything seems to have been wiped down and stocked back up. Breakfast was delicious and pool was fun!

This hotel is fantastic. The grab & go breakfast sandwiches are simply genius. The rooms are clean and spacious, everything is in working order. The real benefits of this hotel are in the small details. Details such as: 1. There's a flavored water dispenser next to the front desk. 2. There's EV charging in front of the hotel. 3. The Wi-Fi actually works with a simple password. No splash screen or captive portal to sign into! 4. The rooms have soap, shampoo, body wash, etc in squeeze bottles hanging on the walls. Brilliant! This is the best hotel in Clovis, period. It is close to things like McDonalds, Sonic, gas station, Dunkin', etc.

This hotel is close to the highway but set back a little bit so that its quiet. Security is good. Easy check in and plenty of convenient parking. Rooms are clean and comfortable. I have stayed here a number of times and it is my go-to spot.

The staff at this location is well above anything I anticipated. The owner is hands on and is engaged with his guests. He models great service skills and the team follows his model. Would highly recommend this location

The pillows are heaven. Really nice breakfast and eating area. Super clean facility and nice staff. I'd definitely stay here again. Brought my dog too! Loved the set up of my room and they had plenty of snacks also.

Clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast options were different than most hotels (in a good way). Quiet room with very comfortable bed which allows for a great night's sleep. Perfect place to stop as you travel!

What a great experience we had here. We were a party of 6 and got a suite that had a bedroom with a queen size bed and a pull out sleeper along with a office and the another room with a king size bed. Everything was clean and tidy. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool along with having a hot tub. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was amazing. They had something for everyone and the quality of all the items was better then any hotel I have stayed at for a Continental breakfast. We will absolutely stay here again when we travel through Clovis again.

I met my daughter here to hand over a family pet and it was a wonderful stay. CLEAN, friendly staff, great breakfast options, dog-friendly (Extra $20 pet fee), complimentary flavored water machine, coffee, andes mints, great choice of beverages, snacks to purchase. I will definitely stay here again when passing through Clovis, NM.

Upon entering we were greeted warmly, given our room speedily and given a complimentary 2 bottles of water. Danny was excellent. He welcomed us and told us to feel free to get a snack from the breakfast area at any time. We were so grateful as we were too tired to venture out. A simple breakfast sausage biscuit held us until morning.

In making your travel plans, be sure you check Best Western Cannon AFB first if you are or will be in this area. Their accommodations are exemplary. The facility and the rooms are clean and well cared for; and everything works as it should. These are qualities that are important to me. When you arrive, you are welcomed with a smile. You are greeted promptly and thanked for choosing BW Cannon AFB. They always have my reservation information immediately available and verify that what they have is what I was expecting. I love thoroughness!! They are pet friendly. The breakfast items are nicely varied and easy to choose. During this covid time, the breakfast items are individually packaged. There is ample parking and spaced so that larger and smaller vehicles have easy access to a space. Look Here First!

The hotel owner was there to check me in at 10 pm. He was so kind and went over and above to welcome me and explain the amenities. I didn't know he was the owner at this point. Upon checking out, the owner was there again! He knew me by name without me having to say anything. Honestly, the hotel was very nice, clean and a good experience but the owner really made an impression on me. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful place to stay in Clovis NM. It is in a convenient location and easy to find. The room was quiet, very clean and a comfortable bed. The staff is super friendly and they have a great breakfast buffet. You cannot go wrong staying here.

Our grandson just returned from his flying training, recently purchased a new home and began his flying career. Although extremely busy we were able to tour the base. We are proud of our USAF family and are blessed to be part of it! This motel was simply outstanding. We were here for seven days and housekeeping kept up every day unlike some competitors. Very much appreciated.

I had to call around to find a place to stay since the nearby city was sold-out with all their hotels. Danny was extremely helpful and friendly. Remodeled facility was clean, comfortable bed, and staff was super friendly.

I have to say the man at the front desk was possibly the nicest person I have ever met. I had just worked in Albuquerque and then driven to Clovis for work. It was late and I couldn't find a room. I finally had checked into another hotel that was so bad o started to cry. I was tired and it was late. So I pulled up my map on my phone to see if there were any hotels I hadn't called for a room. The Best Western came up so I called. I can't remember his name but he said. Come look at the room and if you like them you can book. So I went over and he took extra time to take me to show me the room to make sure I was comfortable. He gave me some water and since I was a traveling medical worker he gave me a discount. The room was so nice!! Very large, clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable, I didn't want to get up and go to work the next day. I will definitely stay there again. Oh

This motel was hard to find off highway 84, next to the Super 8 and McDonald's but this totally refreshed property was very good. Rooms newly redone and clean. Nice property. Breakfast is back, assortment of breakfast sandwiches, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt and all the juices and coffee to kickstart your day of travel.

Perfect! Everything was as it should be, the pool was clean. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The check in and check out was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

This was the best overnight stay in Clovis I've had. Staff is friendly and the hotel is clean, modern, and convenient. Of the choices on the main drag (Mabry Dr.) this is the best since it's not right on the highway and there is a little distance from the train noise.

Have stayed twice at this hotel. Excellent staff and manager. Business and family friendly. If you are travelling and need an oasis, stop here. Breakfast is grab and go, which is a disappointment. The coffee is from a machine but good quality and hot with all possible add-ins.

This was a great stay - they warmly welcomed our two dogs and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel was very very clean, had everything we needed, and was convenient and well-priced. There are 2 fast food restaurants within walking distance, plus lots of room to walk the dogs and stretch your legs.

Overall a great experience. The hotel manager was extremely professional, polite, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything. The hotel grounds are relatively new, rooms are fresh, and super clean. The complimentary breakfast was grab and go style and had everything most people could want. If I make it through there again, I'll be sure to make it a stop. Also, they are quite animal friendly so DOGS ARE ALLOWED. A huge benefit to families that are traveling to their new home. I highly recommend staying in this hotel, if you find yourself in Clovis! I was moving my daughter to a different state and needed a place that would accept her pets. The owner, Danny, was so helpful and even arranged a room on the first floor near the lobby so we didn't have to carry them too far. The staff was friendly and attentive. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy our stay more.

I was quite impressed with this hotel. It was new or updated, I don't know which. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and they accept pets. Our room was nice and odor free. The breakfast was a bit different than what they usually have because of Covid, still. I'd think they would go back to normal. But it was very good. They had a good selection of things to choose from. They also have a coffee dispenser for all hours, not just breakfast. They had a jar of Andes mints on the front desk. Just little touches that other motels don't have. The bed was good, the white comforter and coverlet were nice. Everything was good. I was a bit unsure at first because it seemed like maybe a not-so-nice area of town, but we didn't have any problems. There were quite a few military members staying there who were in uniform and gathering in the morning for something. It was a nice environment and I'll definitely stay there when we're in Clovis again.

Both AM and PM staff were pleasant during check in and check out. The room was clean and quiet. Due to public health orders, the breakfast option was a brown bag, but they still had a great selection. All in all it was a nice place to stay. I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a room.

Absolutely one of the best hotels we have stayed at to date. We are familiar with Best Western having good service, but this place stepped it up many times over. The service, the staff, appearance, amenities, and the breakfast (while it was constrained due to COVID), all truly amazing ensureing guests were well taken care of and comfortable. Absolutley phenomenal experience with zero negative comments...ZERO!!!

We stayed for four nights in a two-bedroom suite. The room was great-nicer than some luxury brands. The hotel manager greeted us and explained everything about the amenities and the Covid 19 procedures. The breakfast was grab and go but was stocked with high quality foods. I liked it better than most hot breakfasts offered by BWs. And the place is immaculate.

We came to town for a graduation! The owner, Danny, treated us GREAT! He treated my husband and I like we were special, I feel he does that with everyone. He was very attentive to all our needs, even finding another place for us to host a small graduation party. And at the LAST minute when our other plans fell through. We were very pleased with the breakfast also, lots of different items to choose from, will definitely stay here every time we come to town. Oh...and another huge plus for us....PET FRIENDLY !!!!

We had a great experience at this Best Western. It looked fairly new and everything was in top top shape. From the customer service over the phone when I made the reservation and at check in, to the comfortable bed, great working air conditioning and breakfast the next morning.

I stay at Best Western whenever possible. Always clean. Always pleasant. Rewards member back when BW encouraged motorcyclists to stay with them. Stayed with them in all the lower 48 and many provinces in Canada.

The owner in Clovis,N.M. Was very kind and thoughtful. The room was very clean, a nice variety of breakfast items to choose from. The location is perfect and easy to find. A motel I will definitely return to.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I think I may have ever stayed at. The beds were super comfortable. The grab & go breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Clovis or need a stop while driving through.

This property is reasonably priced, has great customer service, and is clean. Although restrictions prevent the usual self serve breakfast, they have figured out how to still offer more than just fruit and/or pastries. We were offered a warm breakfast sandwich in addition to yogurt, fruit, pastries, and coffee or tea.

We had car trouble late at night and the hotel sent their shuttle to get us. When we arrived, the check-in process was smooth and easy, but what was really impressive is the overall cleanliness of the hotel. Our room was spotless, and during the covid-19 pandemic, this is so important! Very clean, very nice staff-I would definitely recommend this hotel!

I was confident in Danny's desire and commitment to keep his associates and guests safe from unnecessary exposure to danger. I arrived around 3pm and a room on the bottom floor was not available which I requested. The whole parking lot was empty so I couldn't figure out why a room wasn't available. The girl who first checked me in wasn't all that friendly but she went home and the girl who finished my check-in was great. I said I would wait for a bottom floor and went to the open "parking lot" next door. Had a bite to eat (from my van) and let the dog out. Got entertained by a couple who drove up with a horse trailer and let out two horses to walk. :) The room was old and musty smelling. All electronics worked. The bed was comfortable. I was concerned about the area and my van being o.k. through the night. I also made sure I walked the dog before dark. All was o.k. in the morning. I did not use the breakfast area.

I was super nervous when we pulled up, having booked online, non-refundable. But inside was fine. The breakfast staff were amazing and super kind. Plenty of food even 20 minutes before closing. Not much to do in this tiny town.

The title says it all, would hightly recommend for a traveller. Just off the main drag and have to look for the side street but worth it. Parking might be tight if the hotel full, but no problems while we were there.

The hotel was very clean and the front desk was excellent. When we checked in they had fulfilled my special requests without my having to ask about them.they gave us gift of bottle of water and snacks.We will stay here again.

My husband and I were traveling with our retired police dog and needed a pet friendly, yet clean hotel. The Comfort Inn had very clean rooms, the lobby was clean and tastefully decorated in a modern and colorful design. The hotel also offered a steam unit to freshen your special clothes. The hotel had a wide variety of breakfast items, including many healthy food choices. The indoor pool and spa was clean and well maintained. When we visit Clovis, New Mexico again, the Comfort Inn will be our first choice for accommodations even if we are not traveling with our pet.
