Best Western Plus Park Place Inn & Suites

What an absolutely lovely place. The surroundings and the rooms are spotless and the staff is extremely welcoming. The hotel was so nice that we ended up spending a second night. Gina was such a gem of an employee always upbeat and so friendly. You can hear an occasional train but not anything that would disturb you...it was actually kind of soothing!

Absolutely fantastic! Clean, comfortable rooms. Friendly, competent staff. SUPER Excellent breakfast with eggs cooked as you like them while you wait. The cook staff was 5 stars.

Our room was nice. We sprung for the in-room Jacuzzi, which felt great after a long day. The pool and hot tub were very nice, clean, and easy to access. The breakfast facility was large enough not to be crowded; the offerings were the basic BW+ items, with hot and plentiful, PLUS they have an omelet cook who did a very nice, tasty job to order. There was plenty of parking. Gas, a restaurant close by, and a grocery store a short drive. Other eateries we've tried over the years are a short, easy drive.

My husband and I stayed here one night on our way back from Mt. St. Helens. The room was clean, front desk staff was friendly (and she recommended a good restaurant down the street). But the noise level was NOT good. When trying to get hot water for the shower, you had to turn the faucet ALL the way and the water made very loud creaking noises (we had a king room just to the right of the elevator). The elevator was also VERY noisy. Another guest told me that it hadn't been working at ALL the day before, and that the hotel had been having problems with their hot water heater(s) as well. So maybe that had something to do with it.

Stayed in town for a conference, there was also a sporting event in town, so all rooms were booked ahead. I had a king room with jacuzzi tub. My stay was near perfection. First the few minor things: if you are excited about the fitness center, temper your enthusiasm, it is a very small space with lots of equipment in it, more than 2 in the room, and its uncomfortable, but theydo have a universal, rowing machine, elip, treadmill, so great for staying on target, but maybe, weather permitting walk to the local park instead. Something i find annoying in today's times is lack of USB ports. There is not a one, so be sure to bring a wall charger, if you do not have one, Chevron next door as a wonderful little compact foldable one for like $7, and it now resides in my purse for just these scenarios. The parking lot is tight! I assume that there is a spot for every room, but they are a little landlocked, and well, its just tight. not a biggie, just a note. While i did not use the pool, it is a very good size, enough to do laps, and have a fun family swim. Considering that the hotel was at capacity, and some of that capacity was a large group of giggly girls and there were other children, it was incredibly quiet. My neighbor seemed incapable of shutting his door quietly but other than that, while in my room, i could easily have been the only person in the hotel, and i was on the main floor, just around the corner from the lobby, and the path to the pool etc. so potentially high traffic area, and i heard virtually nothing. My bed was very comfortable, not like omg, don't want to get out of bed comfortable, but strange bed not scared to climb in it comfortable. Not hard, not too soft...just right :) The room layout is wonderful, and this room was spotless, even the places that usually get missed weren't dusty. The room showed little sign of wear and tear, I just don't have anything negative to say. The breakfast buffet is typical, cereal, waffle maker, juices, some pastries, and hot food that does change a wee bit every day, eggs bacon potatos one day, eggs sausuge, gravy and potatos the next. I have to say, one does not usually look forward to these breakfasts, they are part of the stay, and usually better than running through a drive through, but the eggs here, amazing!! truly, crazy, big pan of eggs, and they were fluffy and delicious. Oh, and they have an on demand omelet person. I did not take advantage, but my friends did and they were most impressed, being sure to remind every person that walked in that it was available. I have zero bad to say about their breakfast. Sausage, so good. Ok, not thrilled about he bacon, but honestly, I am pretty picky about my bacon, it was fine, and pretty typical, so, yeah, that's the worst i can say. The staff are super friendly and eager to help. Have you ever left something at a hotel, knowing it was just lost forever, even callling, saying hey i left, and they are like, nope didn't find anything. well, not this place. I left my work/prescription glasses in the room. ( i triple checked!! UGH!), I was still travelling home when they called, I could have turned around and gone back, i was only about 45 mins away (still had a 1/2 hour to go) , but I just didn't want to (long weekend, ready to be home) , no problem, they are shipping them back to me!!! This made my day, and restored my faith in customer service. I will have to do without my glasses for a couple of days, but will not have to buy new ones (they are not dollar tree readers) , so huge win. ALL of this to say, strong recommend! Whether you are travelling to the area for a reason, this would be a great location and jump off point for a LOT of fun things in the area, or travelling and ready to power down for the night. you won't be disappointed.

One of the best Best Western hotels I have stayed in. Room was very comfortable, clean and everything worked as expected. This hotel has the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. From the espresso coffee machine to the made to order omlets. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us.

Check in was amazing Gina gets 10 stars for checkin helpful knows her job was above and beyond and same with checking out Cheyenne was so sweet both treated my service dog with kindness .breakfast was amazing the breakfast people great 10stars also great staff

This is an excellent hotel to stay in if you are going to Disneyland. It is directly across the street from Disney, you cannot get any closer! The rooms are great, kept very clean, and have plenty of room for luggage, charging cellphones and iPads, and even enough room for a scooter that we rented from the desk in their lobby. The refrigerator came in handy so we could take cold water with us to Disney. There is limited room for parking and there is a parking fee per day. One thing we found out is that the parking spaces are quite tight.Some parking spots were for compact cars, but our Toyota Rav4 was difficult to get into when we were ready to leave. There is a free breakfast offered every morning at the restaurant next door, which provides MANY options of hot and cold breakfast foods and beverages. No elevator, but they will accommodate anyone in the lower restaurant who is unable to climb the flight of steps. This motel provides you closer entry to Disney with less cost than a Disney resort hotel. We are glad we stayed here!

Our recent stay at this hotel was a bit disappointing. The hand held shower nozzle when left on the wall sprayed all over the floor so we were left to bathe and then use the shower nozzle by hand to rinse off. I am Gluten Free for medical reasons and the dining staff did not know if the sausage was GF and offered to check the box but then didn't bother to. There is no microwave so you are expected to eat the instant oatmeal with warm water poured over it. The dining staff was reluctant to heat it up for me but after I asked several times, she finally heated it up in the microwave in the kitchen so I could eat something. She insisted that nobody had ever asked her to do that.

I recently was in a car accident on the day I was supposed to check in. I was in a different city and was unable to arrive to Chehalis. My car was not drivable. I asked to cancel my reservation due to the car accident. The Best Western hotel in Chehalis would not cancel my reservation and would not refund the money. In the future, I will never use Best Western hotels anywhere in the USA.

We were immediately welcomed by Gina when we arrived and felt right at home. Our room was clean, breakfast was the normal hotel fare (with the addition of a friendly omelette chef) and we got a good night's sleep. What more can one ask for? The only thing that cracked us up was the elevator - it's pretty slow and noisy - the bathroom fan is really noisy, too - but hey, at least you know it's working, right? Overall, a good visit for a good price.

There was a dog show in town so lots of dogs in the hotel. I love dogs and mine were at home so the barking was actually a welcomed thing. Breakfast didn't offer much but there are lots of places close by. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. They gave me free laundry soap and dryer sheets but the machines were expensive, $3.50 for cycle and for dyers. The washer didn't wash out all the soap so had to rewash my load and pay for extra cycle. The dryer didn't dry my clothes all the way but I did hang my clothes up in the room and they were dry by morning. Staff were very helpful.

The second time I've stayed at this location, the first stay I was with two little dogs, second alone.. Both experiences were wonderful. Clean room and friendly staff good breakfast. Very easy check in and out. Great location off freeway..

Great spot to stay during travel ball baseball. Not only is the pool big enough for a whole team but the jacuzzi is a great size as well they have a fitness center that's well equipped water pressure in the rooms is phenomenal the amenity of the coffee bar and complimentary cookies is a huge Plus ( I wish we had this machine at home). The entire Hotel staff is amazing and welcoming. The breakfast that you received complimentary at the Best Western Plus is above and beyond. The quality of the food the temperature the cleanliness of the area and hospitality that the workers provide really makes it feel as if you're being served by a loved one. Also for those who drive electric vehicles they have two complimentary plug-in stations at 220 volt making them faster Chargers than normal our Jeep only took two and a half hours to fully charge.

I stayed here for a weekend and Gina checked me in and out, I LOVE HER SO MUCH. GINA IS AMAZING!!! We talked so much during check in about so many things and how she loved her job so so much, and how she loves working on weekends because the sports teams come. She is the sweetest person ever, she deserves the world!

Stopped here on a road trip, as I usually find Best Western Plus franchises pretty reliable. Found the desk staff friendly and on top of things. Rooms were a little smaller than anticipated, but I liked how quiet the location was, even with a fair number of people staying during the high season. Everything was very clean and tidy. Good breakfast with plenty of hot options, including a custom omelet option. Elevator was small and slow - guessing that's a function of the age of the building. But upkeep is good, service is on point, and the prices are reasonable. You can do a lot worse. Would stay again, next time I am through the area.

Do not recommend staying here. The mold/mildew smell is overpowering and horrible. Disgusting. You smell it when you enter the hotel but the smell in the room was next level. Had to leave the window open constantly to try and air it out. Lots of road noise from the interstate. Sink and shower also did not drain appropriately.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and solid breakfast. Nice place to stay when traveling on I-5 corridor. Best Western is always reliable and relaxing. Have stayed with them for over thirty years and will continue to book them as I travel around the world.

We were greeted with a smile and that set the tone for the whole visit. The front desk person (wish I could remember her name) was delightful and very helpful. Our room was clean and had plenty of pillows! Air-conditioning was much appreciated as well as the directions to Dairy Dan Drive In, where we had the biggest 'small' cone I've ever had!

The Price is a little higher than some other Best Western hotels, but everything works; it's clean and the entire staff is awesome. Would not change anything - will definitely stay here again. The other BW hotels should look to this one as an example of how a hotel should be run. Thanks again for a great experience.

We arrived in the early evening after a long ride on Amtrak. The pool and spa was refreshing, the beds were very comfortable. Everything about our stay was perfect, especially the free breakfast. They had a cook to order omelet bar. Never seen that at a BW, it was really good. I also want to share about a gem of a restaurant just across the lot from the BW. It didn't look like much, but it was incredible. Fresh seafood, the owner was the chef. It's called Ocean Prime Family Restaurant. Honestly, it looks like a dump, but inside it's clean and the food is top notch!

The hotel staff overall was nice and accommodating. I had a pleasant stay. I especially enjoyed the hot breakfast bar and the made to order omelettes. If your a coffee drinker try the espresso machine near the elevator and dining area superb.

Great, no nonsense staff, upkeep and accountability seems to play very well here! Staff was very friendly, management was available and focus was customer service. Great breakfast and pool and hot tub was clear and clean

Perfect Location for Team stays. The Staff is wonderful and Annika, makes great omelettes in the mornings. Our boys had an amazing time bonding by playing in the pool and also enjoying the board games and FREE Hot Cocoa Station/Coffee.

This was the best experience we have had. The hotel was a 10 in my book. The staff was very polite, respectful, and very helpful. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable. Can't say enough about these. We had a suite and loved the extra room. The pool was nice as well.

I arrived early and they were very accomodating to check me in. There was a miscommunication from my employer. The front desk staff handled it nicely and I was able to check in. I appreciated this as I had traveled across the mountains and needed to be somewhere by 2pm. The front desk staff was new and was supported by the lead staff. They made it all very nice.

I'm going to try to give a good honest review and address some concerns other travelers have mentioned. I've stayed at this hotel a number of times and is probably the best hotel in the area, but it could do better in some areas. This is a smaller 3 story hotel with nice oversized suites. There is a complete BW breakfast buffet, plus they do made to order omelets which sure is a nice way to start the day. Staff members we interacted with we all very friendly. The grounds are kept up well and the parking lot is clean and well lit. Feels safe both inside and out. All the rooms we have been in have been very clean and in good condition. Now for the concerns others have mentioned. I found it odd that some folks mention how quiet the hotel is, but others mention it being noisy. So lets get into the freeway noise. If your on the end of the hotel furthest from the highway you will not have a problem. If you are on the highway end of the hotel it is likely that you will be able to hear it at least to some degree. If your on the parking lot side of the hotel you will hear car doors open and close. We were on the third floor suite, facing the parking lot and the highway side this last trip. There were about 15 cars in the parking lot so the hotel was not anywhere near full compacity yet we could hear voices in the hallway if any one spoke while walking in the halls. I understand that there is not much the hotel can do about the outside noises such as the freeway and the parking lot, and to be honest that stuff was minor and not objectionable. Because the hotel was not busy the inside hallway noises were not bad but if it had been a busy weekend there would likely be a very different tone to this review. The breakfast, for me is the highlight of this hotel. The large suites are another highlight of the hotel. The noise concerns are an issue and for me the most important thing about a hotel is ones ability to get sleep in it. Would I stay here again? Yes, absolutely, but not if I knew the hotel would be busy.

We have stayed here multiple times. We will try another option next time. The rooms really are not worth the fee. The hotel itself is nice enough but the rooms are old, smelly and seem neglected. The carpets need taken out and tvs need be in working order.

Nice Best Western , everything worked as it should! Decent breakfast was ready before stated time.. A real "No problems" Best Western stay! TV was a little glitchy , but just the cable company , different set up , not a problem ..

See my this my first time staying best western and it was my first time I have to clean my room. 18 days staying and my employer paid $3,000 something. Not worth it….. even though the corporate office customer services of best western, they are disappointed for what happened and experienced in this hotel.

Without a doubt one of the Best Western Plus stays we have had. Breakfast is awesome with hand made omelets. We stayed 15 days so we got to meet most of the staff which was friendly and pleasant each morning we departed and each evening when we arrived.

Easy off and on I5. Friendly people, free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Great breakfast in the morning. We stayed in the family room 2 queen beds and a little living room with a fold out bed which was surprisingly comfortable. Easy check out.

Best Western Plus is our go to choice when available. We especially enjoy Park Place Inn and Suites as we are confident in the condition of the hotel, the cleanliness of entire facility, smiles, great coffee and helpful guest services and it just feels like home. If the weather is warm outside we know the AC throughout the hotel is going to be refreshing. The location is easy to get to off I-5 and close to many great restaurants and fun shops.

Nice Place and great Breakfast. Spacious rooms. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind. We were allowed early check in to get ready for a wedding, which was appreciated. For the area of this hotel, IMO it was way overpriced.

Booked multiple rooms at this hotel for my wedding guests. Put them under my card and name and when my guests checked out, they had to pay for their own room when I was assured that wouldn't be an issue. The rooms had an awful smell, the blinds didn't close all the way and we have a baby, the body wash and shampoo dispensers were horrible. They gave you 1 little dot at a time! Our freezer didn't work and melted the items that we had in it, by morning. Very disappointed

Clean, friendly. Front desk staff very friendly. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Next to freeway, but very quiet. Easy access. Looks like a nice pool, even though we didn't use it. Good, dependable BW breakfast. Elevator wasn't working, but not a big deal for us. And what was REALLY annoying was the TV service! Got there hoping to watch Stanley Cup hockey game Seattle vs Colorado. The TV reception was like it was back in the 1980s. No HDTV, leaving us searching the fuzz on the screen for the puck! Not a deal breaker, but folks, it's time for you to upgrade. Yes we would stay there again. Not going to bash all the good stuff! And Seattle ousted last year's championd!

This BW is one of the very best in all respects. Plush, updated, & quiet. The fitness center is also kept immaculately clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, including the many pillows. Each member of the staff were sociable & welcoming. The whole experience exceeded my expectations.

My daughter loved the room. We didn't make use of the pool due to our schedule but she was excited about it. Breakfast had kid friendly options. We will definitely be using this hotel again when traveling to visit family.

Breakfast was really good, bed was comfortable, slept really well, service was good, tv was low def, bathroom door was peeling, pool needs new liner, laundry room was user friendly, WiFi needs improvement, guest information card in rooms were very outdated.

I've stayed here 3 times and each time have been impressed. The staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, it has a pool and spa- it feels like the people in charge here actually care and want their guests to have a good experience!

This is an excellent place to stay. It is a great location for my work. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Courtney was very friendly and helpful at check-in and setting up future reservations.

What a great place to stop over! Easy freeway access, clean as a whistle, convenient to a Denny's and fast food, and a really good breakfast (to order or buffet). Even a free plugin for our EV. We travel with our dog, and got a ground floor room for easy trips outside. The room was quite large, and the bed was comfortable. No complaints!

Best Western is always our first choice when traveling. It's important to us that the pictures on the website match the actual room booked. In this case we were very disappointed. Also, why do the rooms never have enough lighting, electrical outlets, mirrors and poor internet connection? Although this was a BW+ it did not meet our expectations and why it was rated average.

We were thrilled to finally arrive after kind of a harrowing trip due to I-5 being closed down and finding an alternate route. The hotel is very clean, the staff is extremely friendly, our room was HUGE, and the breakfast was phenomenal. I would definitely stay here again!

Here for a baseball tournament and received a group rate. The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast had many options especially for teenage boys. Parking was good and did not have a parking fee. Overall our state was very enjoyable.

Loved the spa and bed. The bed was definitely better then others I have been to. Could easily sleep through the night. Breakfast was great in the morning. A large selection to choose from. Employees were also nice to talk to.

We stayed in the jacuzzi room on the ground floor, which was comfortable and clean. Style-wise the room could use a little updating, but otherwise was perfectly fine. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We'd stayed here for a couple of months (job related) four years ago and made use of the pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill on the patio. We were happy to return and just wish we could have stayed longer.

Great place for families! We loved it here! We stayed 55 days and the staff was amazing the entire time!! Taylour, Carmen, Kalina, and other went out of their way for us! Such great employees, will definitely stay again!

I found this hotel clean, exceeding comfortable, with amenities such as a pool, fitness center, continental breakfast with warm meal options, and an incredibly friendly and helpful staff. There are even bicycles to rent and free games/books to enjoy at your leisure. There are quite a few television stations, to include HBO.

Stayed at this BW property many times in the past but none recently due to COVID restrictions. This trip in late January '22 was the first in several years and it was a pleasant surprise to see that ownership has continued to maintain and upgrade the facility. Our room was large by BW standards and nicely appointed. Reservations are advised during during the travel season. It was nice to see the breakfast dining room back in operation. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

We stay many times at Best Western's and this location should not be rated Plus. The pool and hot tub need to be resurfaced. The tv's have terrible reception and need to be upgraded. The breakfast was OK. The last time we were here they had an omelet station this time they did not and the selection was not great. Not a bad hotel just not above average.

This to know about this hotel: - the room you get may not include the amenities listed on the hotel website. - staff does not appear to wear masks. - the property is right next to a prison. - this was perhaps the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in.

This is a great hotel for a family traveling through the area. Easy freeway access but far enough off for no road noise. Convenient gas station and fast food nearby as well. Would recommend to anyone passing through Chehalis.

First time at a BW. Front desk was most helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Coffee always available in lobby. Excellent fixture and furniture choices. Spacious room. Good soap and shampoo choices.

Hotel was absolutely awesome continental breakfast was amazing. Only downfall is pool was broken and they said the maintenance man lived too far away to look at it the same day. When your group has many children and you picked a hotel specifically because of the pool compared to others in the area this is a massive let down.

This is a great hotel just off I5. The hotel is easy to find, and get in and out. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room was quiet and clean, and bed comfortable. Bathroom spotless with plenty of towels. The best hotel we stayed at during this trip, will certainly stay here if come back to the area. The breakfast was the best on this trip. It had all the standard hotel offerings, in addition there was a cook that made omelets to order, and they were great. All positives about this stay, no negatives noted.

It was very nice to have an experience that was really above what I had figured it would be! Thank you for being such a relaxing wonderful place! We were glad we had chosen to stay here. The folks working here mad our experience even that much more of a pleasure!

The moment I spoke to Kalina on the phone was awesome. Right then and there when I spoke to her I knew this was the hotel I had to stay at. When I arrived I was greeted by Miss Erin at the front desk. Super sweet and accommodating even made sure I had the blanket and pillow I requested. Then the following morning my lovely breakfast omelette was made by Carmen amazing the next day I had Stephanie for breakfast she was phenomenal with giving me the ingredients I needed. I also had the most loveliest experience with Taylor the evening the evening clerk who was super sweet and kind and gave me lots of information I needed. And let my daughter into the pool. The GM Tanisha is phenomenal. One of the housekeepers Brandy top notch customer service. I have enjoyed every moment of this experience sweetness overload from the time that I spoke on the phone till the time that I left nothing but exceptional great customer service I will be back you are my new favorite spot to go to thank you so much for all that you do. Brooklyn as well went out of her way

Facility and staff were very nice. The room was quiet and the Jacuzzi worked well. Convenient location and access to I-5. Plenty of eating facilities in the area. I stop here about once each month and have never been disappointed.

Lobby was closed, Employee failed to realize I was waiting at their “check in window”. Parking was inadequate. Noise from room above went on for two hours after contacting the manager by text (option they wanted to use). For the money, this was the worst place we stayed at all week.

I stayed here 1 night between visiting Olympic National Park and Rainier. It was convenient. The hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff was friendly. It fit my needs well, but wasn't anything special.

Air conditioning barely worked. If you set it to cool the fan wouldn't come on. If you turn the fan on you can't set it to cool. Couldn't keep the window open because of the noise. Bathroom layout is really bad. Had to reboot the TV three times.

The room was clean and the staff was wonderful! The ladies cooking breakfast were very friendly and catered to my 6 year old granddaughter. The noise wasn't bad and the pool was open. This hotel is close to a couple different restaurants with others and lots of shopping nearby.

Very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff, and good breakfast. Hot tub was very relaxing. We love to stay at Best Western when we travel. We were just passing through so it was a one night stay.

The elevator was not working. Wanted a double Queen on the upper floor but health issues forced us into a single King on the ground floor. It was a nice upgrade with a jacuzzi but we didn't use it and there was just the one bed. The Internet had issues so most people could not connect. Apparently they were going to have someone out in the next week or so to redo the Wifi. Great breakfast. :)

My family and I got two rooms and were able to have them across the hall from each other. Our kids had a blast in the pool and we were able to enjoy some fun times.Although getting food was kinda a pain due to COVID having lobby's closed.

We stayed here a week and the staff did their very best to make it a nice stay. The Washington state governor still has more restrictions in place than other states, so the cleaning practices are not daily. The staff are very efficient and friendly. They now have hot breakfast again, and it's good! We would stay here again. Also the heated indoor pool is a plus. The rooms are suites with a couch and desk.

Awesome beds, comforters and pillows for sleeping. Breakfast was warm busicuits and gravy with scrambled eggs, potatos and sausage! Great place to stay; walking distance to some restaurants and gas stations. Has a pool that looked inviting.

This is where we stayed the night of our wedding! We chose this best western because it was close to our venue. The jetted bath tub was amazing great bed and pillows. Tv was good as well as the bathroom.

Our stays at this hotel are always enjoyable! The staff here gives excellent customer service and they make you feel like family. The breakfast was very tasty and the server was great! We had a king room, and the bed was VERY COMFORTABLE! I was very happy. We will stay here again!

The MOST IMPORTANT reason I wanted to leave this review was to tell everyone how much we appreciate the fact that we can count on Best Western hotel room to not have ANY perfume smells. No cleaner, no air fresheners, nothing! This is SO IMPORTANT to us that we will not stay any where else! My husband gets migranes from manufactured fragrances and we are usually travelling for work purposes. So it really impedes our progress when he can't get a good night's sleep because of a migrane. And it takes days for his body to rid itself of those toxins after sleeping in it night after night. Since I'm rolling out the praise, I'll also mention the shower. After a day of construction work in coldish weather, it was so lovely to be immersed in the width and volume of hot water coming out of the shower head. Also, the rooms are a good size, not cramped. Hot continentel breakfast even during COVID! This hotel is clearly doing everything they can to serve their customers!

I had never stayed here before but I was truly impressed with the staff here. Everyone was so warm and helpful, willing to chat about the issues we all are facing these days and our hopes for things to open up in the near future. Great hotel, I got a suite as I wanted to be able to soak in a tub. I loved the room I stayed in, loved the tub too. This site also has a great pool, and hot tub, I was unaware we could use it on a limited occupancy due to Covid. The general manager said she would move my room to one without a tub but I told her I didn't bring a suit so I kept my more expensive room. So nice of her to offer. The General manager Tuneesha Hankins even served me a warm breakfast the next morning to take to my room due to Covid. I had a great experience here, other staff members Katie and Sara were really great too. Tough times for hotels these days but this crew has raised their game and stepped up. I will definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend anyone needing lodging in the Chehalis area to highly consider staying here. Thank you again Tuneesha and staff, you guys really made my stay amazing.

At the least for $150 a night I would expect a decent bed to sleep in. This property is pet friendly. The bed felt like cardboard on springs, I tossed and turned all night. I was itchy too, I suspect this hotel doesn't not laundry all bedding between guest stays, the amount of allergens from dust mites and dogs caused my partner and I to wake up completely congested with snotty noses. Also, after laying in the bed for a few hours I was itchy, I wonder if the room had fleas.

The staff at the hotel were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful especially during a major snow storm on top of current COVID-19 restrictions. The rooms were clean and comfy. Everything felt safe. Great place to stay.

I have stayed at many hotels because I travel a lot, and so far BW have been the most pleasant. I believe other hotels should take note. When you mention free breakfast, please describe what type and make sure the guest understand.

This hotel is so nice, especially for the price. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. And to top it off, they served a warm breakfast to go. My family and I felt so safe and welcome here, I highly recommend!

I have rarely stayed at a hotel that was more focused on the comfort of their guests. From the cleanliness of the building, to the focus on the needs to have social distancing during this difficult time of covid, I was more than impressed by how above and beyond all employees went. The courtesy of the staff, the pleasantness I noted, the politeness...I could not have wished for anything more.

I enjoyed staying here for a week on business. It was clean, served a hot breakfast, the staff is friendly and professional and the internet worked very well. I always found parking, and with a few close places nearby to eat, it was in a good location for my work.

We stayed during the COVID-19 restrictions so some features were limited, but all-in-all it was a pleasant stay with a friendly and helpful staff. The bed was the most comfortable on our trip. Ample parking and access to both fast food and restaurants were easy. Car chargers available and covered parking for 4-5 Harleys.

The room odor gave me a migraine, not all outlets worked, older hotel. Sheets were stained with blood, smelled sour like wet dog. The bedding was super wrinkly and I had concerns so we slept uncovered all night long. Tried the blanket inside the drawer but the texture was rough and too heavy for a hot night. A/C had some white stuff inside the vents. Cancelled our 2nd night. Checked out early the following morning. Was here to celebrate 45th bday but with a migraine, that went downhill. Didnt bother saying anything to the front desk, any place that can't manage to keep their hotel well kept and sanitary and in good shape doesn't care to begin with. The location is industrial. The hotel is older. It was our first and last time booking here. Never again. Wasted my points on a free night here. Next time i know better not to try any place new based off pics online. After all you can't scratch and sniff photos.

We booked this because we were just getting out and spending the night in town. Great motel and great staff. Check in was quick, room was clean and comfortable. Would not mind spending a few more nights here if we were going to check out the area more.

Our suite was very comfortable for our family of 5. We appreciated that the pool was open. The Grab n go breakfast, while nothing compared with a "real" breakfast, was ample food for everyone. The only downside is that there was no communal coffee, which other hotels did have during the pandemic. There are several great restaurants nearby and it's a short drive to the Mt. St. Helen's Visitor Center.

This is a fine hotel. Very clean quiet with great service. Everyone wears a mask. Also pet friendly. I suggest you go into town for meals. The near by restaurants Denny's and others leave something to be desired.

July 8 Best Western Plus Park Place Inn & Suites, Chehalis, WASHINGTON called hotel directly and got 2 rooms for the next day and found out other information about social distancing as they are in phase 3. was quoted prices for each of the rooms but didn't realize til i got home that we were not charged what we were quoted. arrived at best western Wednesday afternoon and drove to mt. st. helens for sight seeing. Next morning used the pool. Had temperature taken before using pool, limit of only 10 at a time. was only the 3 of us using it. Got our breakfast to go bags and packed up and left. Decor was rather old and probably on an update list. Bit pricey but nothing available close by. When I called to inquire why we didn't get the rate she told me it is the going rate for the queen suite. it also had down that there were 4 in the room. there was an adult couple with a child so what she told me about making breakfast and helping them with a head count didn't matter as they served bagged breakfast with a roll, granola bar and bottle of water.

We spent one night here in mid June. The room was very good, the bed was comfortable, it was clean, there was a fridge and microwave. The AC was excellent, and the shower had great water pressure. The customer service on the other hand was not so good. When we checked in the only person at the desk was chitchatting with another customer who was obviously a regular. We waited patiently while she complained to the guy about it being her first day back to work and having to take a "pay cut." When we got to check in it was basically "sign this" and " the elevator is over there." I asked about breakfast and was told no breakfast. I asked if they had a to go option and she just pointed and said over there. We got to our room and saw it was an adjoining room so we went back down and asked if we could get a non adjoining room. It was only about 4:30 or so but she must have not wanted to fool with reassigning rooms and told us the only other room in the entire hotel was next to the elevator. So basically we are giving the hotel a 4 bubble for the room but the customer service is a 2 bubble.

Bigger breakfast packed bags very disappointing with this i know its because of covid19 but the bags were a huge disappointment considering their usual breakfast need more to the bags not just granola bar and a fruit!

Thought it was pricey at first but of course I do not stay in hotels often. With the breakfast, quality of room and an amazing indoor pool. All made it worth it. Best Western is what I would chose from now on because everything was just great.

Clean rooms with great staff. Reasonable rates with a loyalty program you can't beat that. Close by amenities with staff recommendations. Parking for my truck and trailer was available onsite and if busy street parking right out front.

This is an excellent hotel with excellent staff and convenient location. It right off I-5 with restaurants in walking distance and shopping close by. The price is very good. I recommend this hotel to anyone travelling on business or pleasure.

We were so pleased with our stay here. The entire stay made it so easy to check in, eat and have a clean room. We couldn't ask for a better hotel. We will return for future stays! Thank you so much for the excellent service!!

Spent a week here over the holidays and was extremely happy with the staff. The breakfast that they put together and the omelet bar are a great perk of staying here. The granddaughter enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I will be back next year.

I choose to stay here because I stayed at a BW in Shelby, MT. It was a very nice facility and I signed up for the BW club. We wanted to go for an overnight and I picked the BW in Chehalis, Wa. It"s an older unit and showing some signs of needed repair. Our room was nice and they offer a nice breakfast in the morning. I always look for a good price when we travel and this BW is priced about $25 over what I think it should be. With room plus taxes came in at $130. I'll still look for a BW first when we travel.

We often take weekends away with our young grandsons. We have found that most Best Western Plus hotels have what we want. We want a clean hotel, a nice indoor pool, pleasant staff, and a good breakfast. The Chehalis Best Western meet our expectations. We would stay again if in the area.

The bathroom fan was extremely loud, you could hear it clearly with the door closed. The bathroom sink had little black hairs on it. The sheets were not clean and had what appeared to be linen from the previous guests socks towards the end of the bed. The exterior of the bathtub was dirty and obviously hadn't been cleaned recently.

The room is spacious and very clean. It comes with a long desk that is very good for you to do some work. The hotels offers free dinners including soups, breads and fruits. There is an indoor pool and in-site free parking lots. The stuffs here are very friendly.

The room was quite nice but has hard floors so best to bring in your pet's bed. Staff upon check-in was lovely and helpful. The only thing was that they did not tell me about my bonus points. Also while they did have a nice dog friendly room, there really was no place for me to walk my dog. Other than that, I had no complaints. The morning breakfast was quite nice with a make your own omelet that staff prepared for you. Very clean and cheery in the breakfast room.

I stay at this hotel a lot. At least once every couple months over a three year period. The staff is wonderful and I can't speak highly enough of them. The amenities can be somewhat irregular (they've been plagued with a broken hot tub for a couple months waiting for spare parts, for example), but generally they keep the place in excellent condition. Certainly nothing so egregious as to deserve a star demotion however. The rooms are very clean, the towels and sheets crisp and clean, and they just went through a nice remodel. Highly recommended!

Terrific five night stay. Staff was friendly and caring. Room was very clean and maintained that way. The pool was immaculate. Breakfast area was both clean and kept well stocked, the made to order omelettes were a nice touch. I was very sad to leave.

I booked this motel to stay during a scouting trip for an upcoming hunting season in the forests to the east of it's location. I expected a pretty simple accommodation and thought the price was high for the location - alongside I-5 at a time when it would not have been busy. i was surprised at the glass vessels for drinking glasses rather than paper or plastic in the room. To me this is a sign of a better class of accommodation. I was really surprised at breakfast where, at 6:15 a.m. on a Sunday morning I could order an omolette with a selection of ingredients. It was prepared by a congenial staff member and brought to my table. I did not expect that level of service at this level of accommodation category. I stil think the price was a bit high for the location and season, but I was very satisfied with all the staff interactions and the small touches that seemed to move the needle up in quality. An excellent lodging experience and I will come again.

Room was very nice (with in-room Jacuzzi). The room was large, clean, comfortable. I had a great quiet night's sleep. Breakfast the next morning was very complete and fresh. Eggs to order was an option. All the staff I had contact with were friendly and helpful. The in-room desk area was large and comfortable. Very nice little store for items to prepare in your room - we didn't use but I often do and appreciate.

We booked the Best Western after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor and thought the fact that it was a Best Western Plus would indicate a better quality of property. We requested a quiet room away from the lift when booking and we were given a room away from the lift. Unfortunately it was one of those wretched rooms you get all over the USA with an adjoining door to the next room. These have been the scourge of many a stay for us as they are never properly soundproofed and we have always heard the occupants of the next room. Presumably they are designed for families but for couples they are a pain. The other frustrating design at the Best Western is the washbasin being located outside the bathroom in the bedroom. Another undesirable design feature. Who seriously wants to to come out of the bathroom to wash their hands or brush their teeth or dripping wet from the shower to do their ablutions! We decided given the above to ask for another room as we were staying several nights. Fortunately the receptionist was able to give us a room with no adjoining door but the only two rooms with the handbasin inside the bathroom were either side of the lift and would be constantly disrupted by noise. The hotel has a small pool and gym and is reasonably modern inside. It didn't really live up to our expectations in terms of décor and room design but it was quiet and offered a very comfortable bed so was fine for our needs. Breakfast was above average and there was an option of freshly made to order omelets that we had not seen before at similar chain hotels. Free cookies are available in the afternoon and there id water and coffee in the lobby. The hotel seems to be popular with construction workers and truck drivers as there were a lot of heavy goods vehicles and utility trucks in the parking lot overnight. This is presumably as the hotel is on the outskirts of town and can offer space to park these trucks. There are two gas stations right beside the hotel and a cafe/diner type restaurant close by. The main dining options are in the centre of town but these are limited and not open every day. They are approximately a 10 minute drive away.

The room was the highlight of our stay. We were here for a wedding so the extra large vanity space outside the bathroom was perfect for getting ready. There was a couch, table and desk too, so for 2, it was plenty of room. Omelettes to order were a nice touch, although the lady messed mine up and got defensive when I told her she made it with the wrong ingredients. The breakfast attendants were transparently stressed or unhappy. One was shuffling through people and reaching in front of me while I was grabbing food. The parking lot is on the smaller side but there was a dog garden out front. The gas station across the street got a few police cars throughout the night but we still felt safe in the location, just noisy because you're near the highway. Overall, good stay for the price.

Great Best Western property. Room was very clean and comfortable. Did not have any problem with the internet. Breakfast was great with made to order omelets and a well stocked breakfast bar. Hotel is convenient to restaurants and gas stations.

Don't stay on top floor near I 5 , very load traffic noise, very low water pressure, AC is very loud and impossible to sleep with it on, cant open window because of excessive interstate truck noise, Nice room, clean,

This is the best hotel in Chehalis. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast is good. Made to order eggs or omelets were always tasty. I stayed for a week and my only wish is that there was some diversity in the breakfast selection. Parking is SUPER tight but there is a gravel Parking lot aaround back.

This property was awesome, very clean, staff was wonderful, room had nice little extras that other BW Plus locations do not. I would definitely stay here again. Felt very safe here as well in comparison to some other locations I've stayed at.

The people were nice, the pool was clean, and the free breakfast included an omelet / egg bar, cooked to order. What a delightful stay! One of the kids lost an 'important' bracelet, it was of no value except sentimental. The staff held it for us until we could pick it up a week later, which was so kind.

Stay was great, comfy beds. Kids liked the pool, was a really strong chlorine smell though. Great breakfast , even has an omelet bar which was yummy. One person left behind there wallet when we checked out. Staff found it, called us right away and even mailed it to us.

Nice BW and easy to find. Very welcoming when we arrived. Clean, spacious room and quiet. Only issue was the sink wouldn't drain…a bit gross. Nice breakfast in the morning. Designated motorcycle parking near the front door was a plus.

Best hotel in Chehalis. We've stayed in Chehalis every year the past three years. This is the best hotel. Largest pool, greatest staff, centrally located, and free breakfast to boot. If you need to stay in Chehalis, this to the place to be.

Had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Chehalis Wa. This was just a pleasure stay with grandkids. We all had such a great time at the pool and watching movies. The breakfast was terrific and the entire staff are amazing! We'll be back soon.

This was the best hotel we have stayed at in at least the last two years. It was clean, had great service, and the price was excellent. When we checked in the attendant recognized that we were a Best Western members and provided an added discount. The room was clean and had everything in it that we required. Entry/lobby was clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and courteous.

We stayed a couple of nights while attending a wedding. The hotel was easy to find, and near restaurants, a mini-mart, and a gas station. Access to both highway 5 and the old part of downtown was very easy. The hotel facilities with breakfast, a pool and jacuzzi, and exercise room were as expected for this type of facility. The only knock for me was the elliptical machine in the exercise room, which wobbled considerably. Service is what drove the higher rating: the breakfast included an eggs to order / omelet station, and the afternoon included fresh-baked cookies...a very nice touch. Staff was all very friendly and helpful.

Comfort and friendliness all you need is what this place offers! Breakfast was great with good options. Close to restaurants and to the Centralia outlet mall. Rooms are spacious and needs are comfortable.

Our family stayed here in June, it was great location for visiting Mount Saint Helens and other points of interest. The beds are comfortable and surprising quiet considering the close proximity with I-5.

I chose this hotel in Chehalis because it was "on the way" to my destinations, including Mount St. Helens and Mt. Ranier. However Washington state has abundant scenery and quiet, yet this hotel offers views of gas stations and highways, and suffers from noise from trains and highway traffic. The price was also considerably higher than our recent stays at comparable Best Westerns in the eastern US. The hotel itself was quite nice and our suite very comfortable. We also thought the breakfast was outstanding - this is our first stay at a Best Western (or any other) hotel where the complimentary breakfast included a fresh, made-to-order omelette bar.

This is by far, one of my most favorite hotel experience!!! I was in the area to ck out Mt. St. Helen, and stayed at this hotel. Conveniently located off of I-5, the parking was spacious and safe. Nicely maintained dog lawn next to entrance of lobby. The friendly night clerk had everything ready for me to ck in upon arrival. Lobby was inviting with cookies, newspapers and a coffee/tea refreshment stand next to the elevator. Was given a second floor, dog friendly room. This room was SPACIOUS. Spotless, clean, quiet and counter space from wall to wall. Beds were comfy, large flat screen tv, large fridge and everything tastefully decorated. My husband and I took advantage of the pool and jacuzzi. Towels available,everything spotless and not a soul around. Very lovely to relax from a day of driving. Breakfast the next morning was great!! The breakfast room offered just about everything you would want, including an omelet made to order. Carmen the omelet cook was amazing and so was the food. It was so much better than the standard free breakfast set up found in most hotels!!! Finally, after I checked out, I realized that I had left my phone charger, and they made every effort to located it and mail it to me. Everyone we met were friendly and courteous, with attention giving to your needs. I can't say enough about this particular Best Western Plus Hotel. It exceeded my expectations and was a true delight to stay there. Hats off to the managementof this property!!

Elevator and ice machine were broken which was a pain. Comfortable beds and pillows. Pull out sofa bed was the best my kids have ever slept on. It actually laid flat without a bunch of bumps and springs poking out. I liked that the sofa bed was in a separate area with a TV and sliding glass door for separation, so some of us could watch TV in the adjoining area with the two queen beds and the other kids couid watch in the sofa bed area. The A/C/heater unit was pretty noisy and the curtains wouldn't quit close all the way (even though I hooked them together) which is frustrating when you have the bright sunlight steaming in on your face first thing in the morning. The shampoo was completely out in the shower. They have pumps for shampoo, conditioner and body wash but good luck getting any out. I think maybe ours just wasn't ever refilled and it was impossible to get anything out of any pump. Thankfully we brought our own supplies and used those instead. Breakfast was one of the best I've had! Omelet bar, waffles, hash browns, toast, bagels, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, scrambled eggs, cereal etc. The staff was pleasant at the desk and breakfast area. Overall we would stay again.

I was treated like family - after the loss of my mother, they took such good care of me and my sister. The service was top notch, facility spotless and room very comfortable and well appointed. I will definitely stay there again.

We come to this hotel several times per year to visit relatives. Great service, comfortable rooms, full breakfast, indoor swimming, exercise room, quiet even though near freeway. One problems is their shower dispensers: bring your own shampoo and conditioner as these have failed to work properly on many of our visits.

We can't say enough good about this hotel. It was more than we ever expected. I would highly recommend it to anyone. The rooms were lovely, the bed's comfy, the breakfast superb. All of the staff were so polite and extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying at this Best Western again, for sure.

On business we arrived in early March and left yesterday. From what we saw of Washington it is a beautiful place. The motel is in an easy off and on location to the interstate. It has limited access to restaurants but a brief drive gets you to a wide verity of restaurants and shopping. The snow capped mountains were in site. The motel was clean and roomy. Indoor pool and a cheap laundry room. The staff was always helpful and friendly. They do offer breakfast and it was always great and plentiful. Breakfast is served at 6a. Two great ladies will fix your eggs at request and the way you want it. If you don't want your eggs cooked to order, scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy will be premade and waiting. Potatoes, bacon and sausage awaits you randomly. Not your average place to stay. Thank you all.

Had a great experience, had no issues finding parking for a large vehicle, easy access to interstate, close to multiple food options and a friendly helpful staff I highly recommend this place for a restful stay.

Lovely hotel. Checkin was very efficient and friendly. Nice lobby with newspapers to read and relax. Great breakfast room. Very cozy. The room was fantastic. Room 324. Very spacious with a love seat to watch television. There's even a DVD player. Nice sized fridge in the room with a freezer big enough to freeze our ice for the cooler. Also a microwave. Room 324 is on the highway side and if at all possible, I would get a room on the other side. The highway traffic, even at night, was considerable. And that on a Sunday night! After travelling up from Mexico it is always difficult to know what kind of hotel you'll end up in. This was one of best and nicest hotels on our trip.

Came here for a softball tournament for our daughter. The staff was amazing from the beginning to the end. They were very helpful to our early schedules with breakfast on the go and placed all softball players on same floor so the girls could get to know the other teams. The breakfast options was always full even with players eating before the big day and the rooms were very big and had all that we needed. The staff was very helpful with all our needs. From the moment you walk in to the moment you check out was just so stress feel so I would recommend staying here.

We stayed here for our daughters softball tournament for 2 nights. Our room was big, 2 queen beds, WOOD FLOORS, loved that, modern feel. Everything clean, comfy. Staff very friendly, we brought our two dogs. Nice area for them to go and a little walking trail around the hotel was nice. Breakfast is very good, there's a nice lady making made to order omelettes, breakfast is included. Friendly, smiling staff. Pool big, kids loved it. Spent hours in there. Sink in the room, separate from the toilet and shower, I really like that as it allows someone to shower and get ready/brush teeth without having to wait. Bedding/beds nice, comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and will every time we go for softball. Right off freeway, Buffett, other restaurants close by, short walk or drive, lots of options. The staff at this hotel was wonderful. Polite, friendly and extremely helpful. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area. Big plus was the cleanliness of everything! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the complimentary breakfast

We were in town for a two day class. A couple of years earlier I'd stayed at a nearby hotel and wasn't impressed. This time we decided to upgrade. This hotel and room were very clean and the staff was friendly. The morning breakfast was unique in my experiance. When you arrived you filled out an omelet order. It was then cooked and brought to your table. The rest of the breakfast was serve yourself buffet. Feedback we got from our classmates was that this was the best hotel in the area.

I have not stayed at a Best Western in many years. I have to say I was very impressed with this location. The staff was exceptionally pleasant, from the cleaning crew, front desk to the kitchen staff. The continental breakfast was as good as they come which included an omelette station. The pool and overall hotel was clean. Because of the baseball tournament, the hotel had many 9 to 11 year old boys. The staff was very patient with us. The rooms, once the door was closed was very quiet. You know how some cheaper hotels have thin walls, this was not the case here. It was a great stop.

The room was very clean - breakfast options were great - front desk welcoming and helpful - location was perfect for our purposes and the cookies in the evening were an unexpected and couldn't be resisted

Took my Granddaughter here for her Birthday, She wanted to go and swim the staff is great to leave some extra goggles and toys to play with. We had a blast. In the morning we had a nice breakfast and another swim. We will be sure and do it again.

We've traveled often this year and have stayed in numerous BW locations around the Pacific Northwest. Didn't expect much from this location (very familiar with SW Washington) and were pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Housekeeping staff met in hallways were pleasant and helpful. Room clean and well appointed. Breakfast bar fairly standard but clean, restocked quickly. Easy access off and back on to I-5. Thanks!

Great beds and breakfast. This is where i always stay when I'm in the Chehalis area. The staff is always smiling and are very helpful with questions of where to eat. Best Westerns have really stepped up their game and I can always count on a good experience.

Staff was exceptional, omlettes/eggs cooked to order and one of the largest rooms we've ever enjoyed. Great room location for letting out our dog who was treated to treats! Too bad we were traveling so far or we could have enjoyed the inviting pool

What a great little hotel. The check in people and the rest of the staff are awesome and made me feel welcome and appreciated. The rooms are nice size. Beds are comfortable and the place is clean. The bathrooms are small and furnishings are a little out of date, but not bad. Good size TVs. They have a pool, exercise room and a well appointed breakfast area. They served complementary soup and salad the evening I checked in. How awesome is that?

We have stayed at this property a few times in the past few months for softball tournaments and we are always treated great! Fast & friendly check-in and check-out. Clean rooms and lobby areas and good breakfast.

Our daughter got married in Centralia and we are avid Best Western fans so luckily we found one in Chehalis. Right off I5 and the rooms are clean and spacious. Nice pool and hot tub and one of the best breakfasts around with a lot of items to choose from. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

This hotel checks all of the boxes as far as convenience and comfort. The hotel is easily accessible off of I5 and they provided a great breakfast in the morning. The rooms are clean and well appointed. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning and recommending to other friends and family visiting the Chehalis and Centralia area.

We had the misfortune of stopping for the night at this hotel after spending the day at Mt Rainier. There were few choices and we did not want to drive any more that day. The hotel is old and dated. The pillows were beyond use as they were small and lumpy. The chair in the room was stained. It was immediately off of I-5 and next to an RV business. There were nothing but junk fast food restaurants near it. Truly no man's land. We had to get back on the road and drive to find somewhere to eat. Do yourself a favor and drive past this one.

The hotel is very good, clean, helpful staff, good breakfast. Only one thing makes "comfort" substandard: absence of a sink in the bathroom. Having it in the room is inconvenient, especially since bathroom have plenty of room for a sink!

nice hotel clean & comfortable rooms location was good for MT. RAINIER & MT. ST. HELEN continental breakfast was available internet was good and easy to use. we arrived too late to use the pool and hot tub .overall i would recommend yhis hotel

On my recent trip and planning ahead for the holidays I checked out the hotel and swimming pool, they even let me see a room. Made a reservation to stay and looking forward to a comfortable and clean place.

We needed a quick spot to sleep on our journey back to Vancouver and must say we were pleasantly impressed by this hotel. Theresa at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. She gave us a very comfy room and even put a little gift bag of sweets together for us! Great sleep in a quiet room with super comfortable beds. Very clean room as well. Short but sweet stay here :)

We stayed here one night in August 2018. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel felt a little old. They do make fresh omelets to order and have a waffle maker but the oatmeal, which I prefer, is from a package. They had hot dogs and pop/water in the afternoon for their guests. We never used the hot tub or pool. It was a warm evening so we slept with the window open. It's nice to get fresh air but we heard freeway noise all night long.

Great location right next to I-5 - though not noisy, great breakfast, public and private areas clean, GREAT staff. Parking was easy - felt price was a bit high. Not much in the neighborhood to see, or dine in.

The stay itself was a typical stay of what I have grown to expect out of the Best Western Plus offering. A comfortable bed, friendly staff, and adequate amenities for my needs. I arrived a bit late to sample the sandwiches and other evening treats. This was the first of seven hotels I stayed at on this trip, and by far offered the best breakfast. Many times the biscuits on these offerings are hard enough to make me skip the biscuits and gravy, but these were nice and soft and fluffy. The real treat was seeing an omelet bar, which is something I have not encountered at this level of hotel in the past. I make these up at home a few times a week, but it was an especially nice treat to get to have one on the road.It will likely be a couple of years before I am out in this part of the country again, but I guarantee this hotel will be on the short list of places to stay for when I am.

One of the cleanest Best Western properties, with a full breakfast including made to order omelets. Super comfy beds, large well appointed rooms, convenient location just off I5 and close to restaurants, shopping, and other amenities.

Nice hotel with good, clean, comfortable, big rooms. Fridge, microwave, AC, good free wifi. Swimming pool and hot tub, fitness room, great breakfast. Friendly staf ! Free dinner on wednesdays. We had nice barbecue hotdogs and we met with other guests. I enjoyed the evening. They lend bicycles for the day.

We are traveling cross-country and each stop at the end of the day is deserving of a long night's rest. Chehalis BW delivered what we needed. Clean, comfy room....comfy bed...clean bathroom...and a great breakfast to start the new day. Front desk staff was personable and efficient. No complaints...just happy travelers.

Friendly staff, good location near to shopping, food and entertainment. Parking was a bit tight as they have many commercial vehicle. television size very small and locattion made it hard to view from mutliple areas in the room. ground floor unit had more noise than normal.

Nice to find a good hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very comfortable and clean, breakfast was the best of any BW we have encountered on a relatively long road trip...cooked to order omelets certainly beat precooked!

We enjoyed our stay and it was made especially nice due to Teresa's amazing customer service. She is funny, welcoming, and......she gave us ice cream sandwiches!!! Boom!!!! Coffee is also very very nummy!!!

Room was laid out well. Lots of area to open up luggage. Breakfast was pretty good. Not our normal hotel chain, but pleasantly surprised with the value and the amenities. A hidden gem in the area. Would recommend!

We stay at this hotel often. The last few times we have been in the area, we had to look elsewhere, because the price was on the high side for a BW. However, they work hard to earn their higher price. The complimentary cookies are fresh baked daily, and are dangerously delicious. The staff is warm, friendly, helpful. Always amazing. The rooms are cleaner than most other BW hotels, and their beds are more comfortable as well. They spare no expense in earning their great reputation. I only wish we could afford them every time we are in the area (which is often, since we have property there). I have to mention the greatest and best reason to stay at this hotel. Every morning, they cook fresh omelets to order, and they serve great tasting coffees. They also offer real half and half (THANK YOU!). One suggestion, for the price, I think it would be nice if they put cold half and half in a carafe for breakfast, rather than offer just the small individual creamers. But, that is a small thing... I highly recommend the hotel.

Great staff, unexpected amenities; we needed a toothbrush and a sewing kit. My dog was very comfortable there. High-speed wifi, comfortable beds, nice shower. Indoor swimming pool, spa. gym. Breakfast included an omelet station. Great value for the price.

I am staying at the Best Western Park Place in Chehalis for a long term engagement. I could not be more impressed with this hotel. The rooms are clean, amenities are good, and the people are fabulous. They offer a great breakfast bar with homemade omelets, waffles and pastries each morning. The main workers, Chelsey and Carrie are amazing. They great everybody with a respectful smile, a warm greeting and a heartfelt “Have a great day” as you leave. And they remember almost everyone's name to greet you by the next day. One example of their kindness occurred this morning. Right after Carrie had confided in me she was having a rough day, an elderly woman shuffled her way to the middle of the L shaped self serve buffet. She loudly asked “Where is the food?” Instead of a demeaning wise cracking retort, as I may have exclaimed, she quickly and accurately assessed the situation. Immediately listing some of the plethora of delicious breakfast options which were displayed around her. After hearing her options, this lost lady proclaimed she like some scrabbled eggs and juice. Again without missing a beat, instead of pointing to where the selections were, Carrie, escorted this lady to a table, and proceeded to fix her plate for her. The whole time keeping up with the omelet she was already cooking at her station. This is just one example of how they take care of you at this hotel. I fully recommend that you stay here.

I stayed here one night with my terrier because she was having vet surgery nearby the next day. The pet room had laminate floors which was great so I didn't have to worry about walking around on any wet areas caused by other pets. Breakfast was good. Two negatives: The price at this hotel is really high compared to other hotels in the immediate vicinity, and my request to accommodate an extra hour in the room while waiting for my dog to be done with surgery was denied by the housekeeping manager. What kind of hotel allows housekeeping to make decisions on when guests can check out? I won't stay here again.

Needed a room for one night...this was an excellent choice. Great hotel, clean, up to date, nice indoor pool...and a great full breakfast with made to order fresh omelettes. The best was very comfortable, wifi signal was strong too. The only drawback was the road noise from I-5.

We have stayed at multiple BW's over the years and this location by far had the best breakfast venue of any we stayed at. In addition to the normal fare usually offered, they had a staff member manning an omelette bar using fresh eggs. In addition they made there own fresh hash browns. There were 2 visible staff members in the buffet area at all times keeping things fresh, making & serving the omelette. They were also some of the friendliest staff and I include the front desk (also great selection of cookies). The room were on par with what we expect from BW, felt they were very clean & maintained. We would definitely return when in the area. Gary

I grew up in Chehalis and moved 3 years ago. I use to stay at friends house but I now have a 4 month old she doesn't sleep all the way through the night yet. so I stay in hotels when I come down to visit family

Place is newer and clean. Not far from antique shopping, outlet mall, and two casinos. It was very noisy. Its a Plus hotel but they allow dogs who do a lot of barking. Kids were also running up and down the halls yelling until past our bedtime.

We were very pleased with our overnight stay at the Best Western in Chehalis. Friendly staff and large rooms. The only thing that needed attention was the cereal server - it was broken and the staff had to help guests get a bowl of cereal. Other than that we enjoyed our experience and plan to stay here again in the fall

My husband and I, and our little dog, spent three nights at this location over the weekend and we will definitely stay again when in the area. Best Western never fails to please. This hotel is beautiful and very well taken care of. It's within driving distance to excellent restaurants and shopping....if I can say this here, The Rib Eye, just south on I-5, was excellent! The breakfast served here was second to none, with an incredible made-to-order omelette bar, along with biscuits and gravy, hashbrowns, eggs, and either bacon or sausage, depending on the day. The pool and hot tub were a welcome treat. Every staff member we saw was very friendly and welcoming.

I'm just concluding a seven-night stay. Our room was at the front of the property, and there was lots of noise from the street and people passing by our room. Additionally, I requested two additional hours of parking on checkout day because of a late flight out, and after dealing with a surly front office desk worker and manager was denied that request, which I felt was poor customer service.

This was a quick stop over on a road trip, check in was quick, the room and bed were great and I was back on the road the next day in no time. Breakfast was good and the hotel was very clean and quite, staff were helpful and happy. No hot tub though. :(

I've stayed there once a few years ago and was very happy, so we stayed there again. We live in Ocean Shores and a friend needed an emergency trip to the Portland airport, so we drove from 2:30 a.m. and arrived in Portland at 7 a.m. We had a man at Bring Fido call all sorts of hotels since we have 2 dogs and the only one that would allow us in early was this Best Western. I called at 9 a.m. after we shared a breakfast and our room was ready! Kudos to the Chehalis Best Western!

All amenities are excellent. Staff is well above average and the breakfast is superior. Beds are comfortable; shower is hot; wifi actually works. Easy to find. I was put off by the new red & white branding exterior.

Enjoyed my stay. The employees were all friendly, cheerful and helpful. The hotel and the room was clean, airy and fresh. I also has a good night's sleep. I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel that was right off off I5 and easy to get to.

Hotel was fine but the breakfast buffet was lacking. Maybe it was just the cook. Terrible omelets and lacking choices. I have stayed at many hotels with the breakfast buffet and have always been very happy and sometimes even surprised be the quality. I'm not sure that the eggs were even real eggs.

Very nice clean recently updated hotel, friendly staff, and a nice breakfast where you are able to get more than the usual. Our room on was on the second floor and even though we were fairly close to the highway we couldn't hear it

Well run and I was very impressed at every turn. Clean, friendly and you can tell they care. I really recommend the omelet station for breakfast as well there are better options than I am use to for breakfast. I am sorry I forgot my swim suit, as the pool and hot tub looked very nice. In doors as well, so you can enjoy in any weather.

Breakfast was great. The cook even made eggs to order. She was very patient and made traveling with kids a great experience. The board games available made it more comfortable for us. I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, homey, inviting atmosphere. Furnishings were up to date and nice even the sofa bed was comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and will stay again in the future!

This is a very clean hotel with nice amenities (indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, 2 hotel computers for guest use, breakfast, all day coffee/tea station and bicycles too). The staff is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. It is convenientl right off the freeway, several fast foods & restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely recommend this Best Western Plus Hotel!

When traveling for business I like to book my accommodations with Best Western since the quality and cleanliness are consistently top notch while remaining affordably priced. Having never stayed at this particular BW property I usual had a great experience. The made to order omelet service was a nice unexpected additional service for breakfast. The next time I stay here I will take advantage of the weekday evening appetizer offering as well as the well equipped fitness room, and heated indoor pool. Be wary of the south facing rooms, as light from the neighboring RV storage lot may illuminate the room to less than dark.

And I am a big fan of Best Westerns. Stayed here while visiting friends. Our room, a small suite, was extremely quiet and comfortable. Climate control, with digital read-out, was excellent. The free breakfast was miles better than most: The even have custom omelets. The lady at the front desk could not have been nicer.

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. They went out of their way to help us with any transportation needs we had.We felt very welcome from the time we checked in until the time we checked out.The great amenities and location were just a bonus. Will defiantly stay here again when in the area.

Haven't stayed in many Best Western hotels, but this one made me rethink that. It competes very well with lower end Marriott and Hilton properties where we often stay, except their rates were lower. Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with ample room and good amenities (other than lumpy pillows). Despite being near a freeway and active railroad tracks, it was quiet; we rarely heard traffic from either source. Breakfast choices seemed slim at first, but found out they cook eggs to order, a real plus. Didn't use the indoor pool, but it was a nice feature; maybe next time. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

Loved this Best Western. The staff was helpful and very friendly. They supplied clean wipes for the tv remote and telephone!!! Loved that extra touch:) Breakfast in the morning was made to order which I haven't seen before either! They really go above and beyond in Chehalis!!

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast crew. The one exception was the night front desk attendant. Someone needs to teach her how to interact with the public, she was very lacking in common graces.

We arrived late (10:30 pm) with no reservation and were given a room on the first floor with a great bed at a great price. Next time we are in this area, we will definitely stay here again. Besides, the breakfast was excellent, too!

A friend and I met down in Chehalis to attend an annual party at a friends house. She recommended this hotel so I booked a room--- wonderful! The room was well appointed, the bed very comfortable.. The sink was outside of the area with the shower and toilet, great for getting ready. LARGE shelf/cabinet space for storage, should you need it. The place was packed, including the parking lot, but must have been well soundproofed as we did not hear a lot of noise. There is a small gas station/store across the parking lot, as well as couple of restaurants within walking distance. There is a great omelet and breakfast bar in the mornings, although I will say that at about 8:30 on a Sunday morning the line was long.. I opted for other things... my friend waited about 20 minutes for her omelet. The other options include the regular carb type things; cereal, toast, bagels but also include yoghurt, oatmeal bacon and I saw a lot of people going for biscuits and gravy. Not my thing... but many obviously liked it. The juice was TERRIBLE...but offered. The coffee was continually empty (they have pump pots), I had one cup and decided to go to the drive thru place down the street, not because it was bad at all, but because they could not keep up with demand.

The hotel was excellent One of the best Best Western's we have been to. The staff are very friendly. The room was very nicely done. Upkeep of the rooms is excellent. Everything worked. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was excellent love the omelet bar. Location is close to the highway but you don't hear the traffic Will return

Great check in; the ladies were a blast. Nice, clean and quiet room. Good breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable hotel in this area. Some amenities in the area; had to travel a few miles to find a place for our supper but all in all I was satisfied with our lodging choice.

This is our "go to" hotel when we visit our grandson in Chehalis. We enjoy the convenient location, hotel amenities and my husband loves the fresh cookies. it seems several hotels have switched regular pillows for what they must think are more decorative ones. Unfortunately the smaller pillows are not nearly as comfortable. My husband called the desk and they brought us a couple of "real" pillows. One pet peeve I have is the difficulty with setting a sleep timer for the tv, my preferred bedtime sedative. The button for a sleep timer on the remote didn't work. Thankfully I'm tech-savvy enough to figure it out using the buttons on the side of the tv. Otherwise, our stay was very comfortable and we're pretty sure we'll be back.

Came here for a wedding in the area. Ordered sight unseen this was a Great place very comfortable nice rooms and great staff, wish I could have stayed longer. the pool area was closed due to a pump failure that was the only disappointing issue other than that, it was perfect. one of the best I've stayed at in a while will stay her again if ever in the area......

The Best Western Park Place Inns and Suites is the place to stay when traveling the I-5 corridor in Washington State around the Chehalis Area. With its attentive staff and comfortable rooms any guest coming off the road will be welcomed and feel welcomed in this professionally run hotel

This hotel was very quiet, had good breakfast and is pet friendly. The room was clean. TV remote was not user friendly. :( 24' truck parking right out front! A little out of town but not inconvenient. Pool and spa not available during my stay. (They were servicing them?)

They have BED BUGS DONT GO!!! Well when we first got here there was a bridal party for a wedding trapped in the elevator for for a half hour they managed to pry the doors open and they had a two foot space to squeeze out of on to a ladder to get out of the elevator the pool was out of service for Maintenance which was the whole reason we wanted to stay in this hotel was so we could go swimming we manage to look past all that get to the room the room looks really nice and comfortable I was super tired from our long drive there laid down took a nap woke up getting bit by bed bugs pulled the covers back and found more in the bed took the key card and scooped a couple in a glass called the front desk 3 times couldn't get no one to answer so I go to the lobby to to let them know about the bugs and get some one to help me carry all my belongings down three fights of stairs do to the elevator being broken and they tell me their just carpet bugs like it's no big deal!! We will be getting a refund! Please do not stay here this place is horrible!!

I can't remember when I had a better night sleep due to the utltra-comfort of the bed and bedding. At breakfast, the staff went above and beyond by making custom omelettes, clearing tables, and showing cheerful concern for outstanding service. My husband needed close captions on the TV and they put them up right away.

Well located hotel just off the highway. There are basic local services that you can walk to for meals. The hotel looked inviting and the rooms were of a high quality and clean. Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay. You may also hear the road traffic at night depending on your room but it certainly wasnt a show stopper for us. A well presented full breakfast more than made up for it. I would stay again next time we are travelling through.

My wife and I stayed here on our visit to Mt St. Helens. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hot breakfast in the morning was delicious including omelets made to order. The staff was very nice and helpful. We plan to stay here again when we return to the area.

We stayed at this hotel on our way from Portland to Mt. Rainier. We chose this hotel because we have stayed at other Best Western Plus locations, and found them to be above average. Although this hotel was at a convenient stopping point, it was disappointing (threadbare sheets, minimal amenities, etc.). However, the front desk person was friendly and helpful, so the overall experience was fine.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reasonably pricedl layover that will not leave you wishing you had stopped somewhere else. Great value, great service, best breakfast room experience ever!

Would not accept cash @ check-in. Seemed not to care if I had a room for the night or not...poor attitude.Excused it with the statement that it was "policy". If true the blessed "policy" needs to change. All other factors were OK. Good breakfast with omelets.

This was in a good location not far from shops & restaurants but quiet to sleep. The bed was very comfy but the a/c was a bit noisy. There was good space for storage in the bathroom. The room had a fridge & microwave & there were 'wipes' left with the remote & the phone which was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok. They had lots of bins including recycling which was a pleasant change.

Best Western is the Best place to stay in Chehalis, WA. Rooms were very clean, Friendly staff do an excellent job. Trust me you will not be disappointed. We held a business meeting and the room they set us up in was well lit, air conditioned, clean and they also provided us with a projector and screen.

Great room, great service, and a perfect front desk experience. My only complaint is the breakfast experience; my wife had no complaints at all, so maybe it's just I. The breakfast area was slammed. We had to eat/wait in an adjoining sterile conference room until a table opened up. The employees were working hard, yet there were no scrambled eggs for at least 5 minutes. Anyway, I would stay here again and get down to breakfast earlier.

That they made the list for "Motorcycle Friendly" brought me to this place. There is a small cycle only parking area directly outside the lobby. They also offer a cooked to order omelet which is very nice in the current world of motels only offering canned gravy and frozen biscuits or waffles. I would stay here again.

We stay here whenever we're in Chehalis because it's a nice place that allows us to travel with our 2 small dogs. Yes, there's an additional charge for the pets but it's reasonable-and the base rates are even better although price isn't our main priority. It's a pretty good breakfast-made to order omelettes, waffles, biscuits & gravy, potatoes, bacon, eggs, cereal, juice, toast, etc. But the main thing is that it's a nice place at a reasonable price-and it allows pets.

I usually do not write reviews too often but I felt the need to do so after our stay here in Chehalis, WA and Rogue River, OR. My husband and I usually only stay in Marriott hotels. We were on the road for 10 hours and came along these Best Westerns. Both were absolutely AMAZING. and very welcoming. Very clean, updated and felt high end. We even more surprised when we stayed at the Chehalis location, they served more than adequate continental breakfast. They were serving fresh hash brown, biscuits and gravy, and made to order omelets!!! WAIT...WHAT!!!! It was amazing and such a great surprise!!!! Love the little touches they use in the rooms and the staff was super friendly, And very dog friendly!!!! They even greeted our four legged friends with treats!!! We have a different outlook on Best Westerns in the future. We will never hesitate to stay at another one again. Great job GW you guys are doing ALL the right things!!!! Future WA residents!!!!

Lovely property with welcoming and helpful staff. We had a huge king suite with 2 TVs, refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast was also great with someone actually cooking delicious omelets to order. The cost for the room was very very reasonable.

Location, location, location. This property is centrally located for anyone visiting Mt. Rainier, Mt St. Helens, and the Olympic peninsula. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were even served omelets made to order for breakfast should we so desire.

I stay up here for work sometimes and I always stay at the Holiday Inn one exit north. Not any more! The room was clean and the layout was better, also go upgraded to a room with a giant spa tub. Worth the cost of the stay, nothing crazy this is not a resort. But as a business traveler, this was nice for a roadside hotel in a small town.

If there is a Best Western I will stay there. I enjoy the fact that they are alway clean and I can have my Service pets with me. The people are always nice. The only problem with this one was the short time of the breakfast, we felt that we had to rush through breakfast and not relax through it. They started breakfast at 9:30 & ended at 11:00 am.

This property was quiet and clean. It was a good and quality best western. The breakfast was good. Individual omelette. Lots of space to sit. Coffee very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Good internet connection.

Property very clean. Staff went above and beyond to ensure all had a good stay. Breakfast had a good variety from quick continental to a full spread. Pool and spa are nice. Anyone passing through the area should stay here. We will go back without question.

It's just off the highway in a very convenient and safe location. You have a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We were warmly greeted upon our arrival. Our room had small refrigerator, microwave and was very clean. The breakfast was "wicked good"...they will make you eggs anyway you want....or an omlet. Yes I would stay here again !!! Thank you

Stopped here for one night. There was new carpeting. The bed was comfortable, wifi worked. They had someone working an omelet station but we were in a hurry and just grabbed a bagel on our way out. Staff was friendly. There was plenty of counterspace for toiletries near the sink but the sink was in the bedroom which I found odd.

Stayed for a night before heading south for the eclipse. The room and bed were very comfortable and will stay when passing through this way again without hesitation. Used the pool and hot tub on our stay which was relaxing. The only thing with the hot tub was needing to walk to the other side of the pool to turn the timer on

Staff, room and breakfast were some of the best I have experienced. The rooms were clean, very roomy. Medium size fridge instead of small. We were there four days so size of room and fridge were appreciated.

I stay here often for business. Welcomed by a batch of fresh baked cookies. The staff are friendly (some more than others), and will help with anything you may need. Very convenient, as it is right off the freeway. But book ahead, sometimes there are events going on and the hotel is booked (I wouldn't expect it out here, but it happens often). Rooms are clean, bed is comfy. A great stay.

Chehalis, Washington does not have a large choice of Hotels. This is one of the best and comfortable for the region. Excellent for rest during a long road trip. Arrived at 3am and left at 9am. Overall stay was uneventful and clean

Clean, comfortable, and no negative surprises. The staff were welcoming and pleasant; the room clean and comfortable. However, the multi-story wooden construction one finds in the northwest doesn't dampen noise as well as one might expect - such as small children running back and forth in their parents' room. It didn't last long, so no big deal. The bright and unexpected amenity on our two-night stay was right away on our late afternoon Wednesday check-in. The desk clerk told us they were putting on a small BBQ and in the breakfast room there would be wieners off the grill with hot dog fixings, potato salad, chips, and soft drinks from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. My wife, tired from a long drive, responded that suited her just fine since we could have a light dinner and early retirement. It was a very tasty little dinner! On my inquiry as to whether this occurred every night, the staff advised it was an every Wednesday event for now. All in all, I'd definitely stay again, even if it doesn't fall on Wednesday.

Highest score possible for this hotel. I've reviewed plenty and I'm placing this one solidly at the very peak. Where to even begin on just how enjoyable my stay here was?! I'll start with the front desk staff, especially Tunessha Hankins! Tuneesha makes you feel so incredibly welcomed the minute you step in the front doors. Professional and speedy she had us checked in quickly. But let's back it up to the parking... free, ample, with special places for motorcycles and electric cars! Now cruise inside past the breakfast room, the always full coffee pots in the lobby, the snack shop, the wonderful pool and spa, exercise room, and clean halls. Not clean with smelly cleaners kind of clean, but clean clean. And the art work! I'm so tired of hotels that hang the most random shots on the walls. Not here-old local photos on canvas. LOVE! In the room... ahhhh. A bed you can sink in to and never want to leave. A wall of storage and desk built-ins... more room than you can use! The bathroom... clean and nothing broken. But it was the attention to detail that hooked me: a sanitary wipe sitting on the remote control, a set of chairs in the shade for smokers, shower dispensaries for shampoo, conditioner and gel, a free made-to-order omelette bar in the morning...it was a lengthy list of the number of things I found that made me smile and feel cared for well above and beyond where most hotels go with their service and amenities. Not a single complaint or moment of frown here!! Only smiles and wow's!!

Although house keeping let us down one day the other two days were great. We love to stay here because of the location and quality of the hotel. We love the hot breakfast to start our day. The staff at the front desk and the food service area is always so helpful and friendly.

Since we moved away from our home town we stay at the Chehalis Best Western Park Place whenever we return for a visit. It is the nicest property in town and located near several restaurants and the park which makes for a convenient stay. The staff is great and we love to soak in the hot tub in the evening. The made to order omelets are great.

We stayed 5 nights. Liked our room. Lots of room for toiletries and luggage. Nice comfortable beds. We felt everything was kept clean (rooms, pool area, breakfast area and workout area.) It was nice to have guest laundry facilities. Economical and tidy, Staff was always friends and helpful.

We always stay here when we are in town. The rooms are large and comfortable with refrigerators, internet, microwaves, and pillows that are way too small to be comfortable. The front desk staff missed opportunities to engage the guests as they walked through the lobby because they were too busy talking among themselves. We felt invisible. The warm cookies at check-in were welcoming and delicious. In the afternoon they had a nacho bar set up. This was a surprise but again a missed opportunity. The chips were in bags and the presentation was not visually appealing. It looked "last minute, throw something out there." The breakfast was adequate. It had the usual items you would find anywhere. Once again, it was not visually appealing. The breakfast staff were outstanding by keeping the items well stocked, the cold things cold and the hot things hot. The custom omelet cook was really at the top of her game but as someone who has allergies to eggs I found the other selections disappointing. Overall, in my opinion, the experience was just so so. Meaning I could find the same thing almost anywhere.

I've stayed here many times, but this may be my last. I still like the hotel, but my aunt stayed there this time and had a bad experience. Housekeeping saw her leave the room at 10:30am and still did not clean her room. (She was gone until the evening and came back exhausted, to a messy room.) It's probably a one-time experience, but next time I will stay wherever she stays, which will not be here.

We had a wonderful, but brief stay at the Best Western Park Place. The room was very clean, the hotel was conveniently located to I-5 and the service was outstanding, friendly and professional. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone traveling the I-5 corridor in Southern Washington.

This was a great place. I was just looking for a hotel on the way back up to the Seattle area. We were treated great, loved the nacho bar in the evening, omelet bar in the morning. The entire family got to relax and enjoy the stay.

Comfortable room with plenty of space to spread out. Not the best view but, that was fine. The body soap and shampoo dispensers were empty upon arrival but were filled once we notified the front desk.

After driving all day, I took a shower and went to bed. All I remember is my head hitting the pillows. I felt fully refreshed when I woke up the next morning. The bed and pillows were wonderful. This was a great experience.

We found a very pleasant staff who were eager to help and please. The food at breakfast was plentiful and a staff member made custom omelets per your request. the facilities were clean and well kept. In particular Sarah at the front desk was exceptional. We will certainly recommend this to our friends.

Late night check in and thought we were going to have two double beds, but desk clerk seen we were trying to get the king bed with a pullout couch that was not available and she said she still had one for us. Room was very clean( even had sanitary wipes at phones, remotes, etc.. very comfortable. Kids used the pool and it was located in the middle of everything we were doing.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast cook did an excellent job on our omelettes and he was very nice too. The rooms were very nice, very clean, bed was comfortable and the whole visit was great! We will stay there again!!!

The desk clerks and breakfast wait staff were so nice and they were well-trained. The rooms felt luxurious to me, plenty of space, cleanliness and comfort. This was a chain hotel in a small town, with staff who care about the business and the guests.

The lobby was cozy and the breakfast was one of the best we have had in a long while at a hotel. The room was luxurious with upscale decor and very large. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful, even coming up to the room to bring us a different remote for the TV so it would work. Can't say enough about how great our stay was. We will definitely stay here again.

Nice motel, easy on/off the freeway to get to the motel. Limited facilities for food service. couple of gas stations very near. Need to pay attention to gas station reader boards, to see if the price of fuel is for cash or credit. about ten cents per gallon different.

I stay at this Best Western quite often, and the staff are always very helpful with any needs that come about. The breakfast area is always well stocked and is a cheery place to be in the mornings because of the staff.

This Best Weastern was easy to find, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I left very early for a bike ride and they offered me a breakfast "to go". Everything about this stay was positive. I would stay here again. Bikes available to ride was a nice touch!

This is easily the nicest Best Western I've ever stayed at. There is a great deal attention to detail at this hotel. Art work, furniture, drapes, and shower curtains were all chosen with great care. Management clearly wants their hotel to stand out and they succeed. Breakfast is very nice as well. Lots of food with a wide variety and even an omelette station with fresh ingredients! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

I would consider this a very nice hotel for any location. So I was surprised to see such a nice hotel for the small town of Chehalis, WA. The rooms are huge with hard wood floors. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves. Everything was clean and sparkling.

I stayed here with a group on a trip to Tacoma. This is a very nice BW Hotel. The check-in and reception were great. I was given a helpful tip about where to walk in the morning. The room was clean and spacious. I had a King room so also had a couch. The breakfast was the best for this type of hotel with a made to order omelet station. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Overnight stay so we were close to an early morning fishing trip on the river. Some noise in the hall late at night. The bedding for the extra bed was not right. We had 4 sheets but no pillow. We left before breakfast but were offered a snack breakfast in a bag.

Stayed at the Best Western during Villeyball tournament, the location was good. The staff were very friendly. The room was located above the pool and was very humid and smelled like pool. Didn't complain about because it was in the middle of the night and we just stayed one day

It was been over a year since I have stayed here as they had new owners and the service slipped and price increased. After a recent 3 night stay due to a family medical issue, I noted several improvements. The Staff were very accommodating when I didn't know if I would be staying the next night or not as I was waiting for my MIL to be transferred to Lacey and it got put off 3 days in a row. Front desk staff went out of the way to make my stay and rebooking very easy. They have also added fresh cooked fried eggs to their breakfast which is nice instead of pre-mixed eggs for omelet's.

Easy access to and from I-5 and close to several restaurants. Friendly and efficient front desk staff, plenty of choices for the free breakfast with omelets cooked to order. Homemade cookies , coffee and hot water available in the lobby with snacks, beverages and ice available on every floor.

I am a huge fan of Best Westerns but was not a fan of this one. The staff here was rude. They treat you like it is an inconvenience for you to be in their establishment. I am a high level rewards member and was not offered my normal perks, I was not even acknowledged. The rooms are small and ubcomfortable. The price was outrageous! I will never stay at this property again.

Something about this hotel - can't put my finger on it - is like coming home. It is so comfortable! The staff at the front desk is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast as a young guy cooking eggs and happy to help you. The rooms are sparkling and maids like a family friend. I love the king suite - if I spent weeks working offsite, this room would be like a perfect small apartment. There are NO JUNKY PERFUME odors in the sheets, towels, carpets, or hallways. The place is sunny and FRESH feeling. Yea, I know, I'm going on about how great a Best Western is. But it is what it is. It's a great place to stay at a good price. They even have little sterilizer wipes for the phone and the tv remotes and leave you little snacks in the room. You owners must be incredibly proud of your staff.

From what I know of this area, this hotel is one of the best if you have to stay in Chehalis. The room has a microwave and fridge. Bed was comfortable. Check out is at noon. There is a breakfast with room(we did not partake). Staff were friendly and helpful.

We are "light" sleepers so I asked for a very quiet room. We got exactly what we asked for! The bed was very comfortable, the room was great, and very quiet! We were also happy to be offered freshly baked cookies upon our check-in! What a treat! And at check out the next morning we enjoyed a nice breakfast before leaving! Awesome!

Stayed two nights to attend a wedding in the area. Its a great location close to everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were great at the end of the long day. Breakfast included scrambled eggs and bacon, and made to order omlets!

I love Best Western and if I have the choice to stay in a mid-range hotel I always choose them. This one is no exception - they gave me a great deal on a nice room. I loved the omelet station in the morning because I'm doing low-carb, and that's hard to find in a hotel breakfast! Super nice staff, too.

I have stayed here on numerous occasions. It is a very nice, clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast is very good and the staff is helpful and friendly. Evening cookies are a nice amenity. Don't forget your swim suit as they have a very nice indoor pool.

Very pet friendly. Great location. Nice breakfast and friendly staff. Very accommodating. We have another dog competition coming up in June and we will definitely stay here again. We had extremely noisy people staying on the room above us one night and we mentioned it to the front desk the next morning. When we checked out, we got a discount. Really appreciate!

This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. Picked it again because of the great experience we had on our first stay. The hotel was very nice, the rooms are clean and the staff was very helpful. The home made breakfast omelet was special as part of the breakfast which was unusual for a hotel breakfast.

This was a wonderful clean, pleasant place to stay. The beds were very comfortable. The rooms clean, large and well maintained. We had stayed at many places on our 14 day trip that cost more and delivered much less. The breakfast bar was well stocked and even had made to order omelettes. A pleasant young man made them fresh for each visitor. They even have a sign to ask for individual items if you are gluten free or diary free. A real nice treat to be able to ask for soy milk. After a horrible night elsewhere we were very delighted and would definitely stay here again. The great experience made us stay at another Best Western later in our travels.

The staff that was working when we where there, Sara, was so thoughtful and kind. She did everything she could to help us. Instead of being grumpy because she had to work on Thanksgiving she was amazing. The room was very nice, and the pool was great. Very comfortable beds. Thank you Sara!??

The Best Western Plus in Chehalis had everything we needed. The reception staff was very accommodating, finding us a room with handicap grips. The breakfast buffet included a to-order omelette station. The room was quiet and had everything we needed. Even though we didn't use it, the pool was quite large, and the exercise room was complete.

The property was clean and well kept, however for the amount of your stay ($$), that is the minimum expected. The only thing we experienced was the bathroom vent did NOT room odors or steam, therefore it all went directly into the room. The only options was to open the room window while it was raining and cold. Staff was nice and without issue. Rooms where clean.

Quick access off of I-5 to this pleasant, quiet hotel. Plenty of parking; rates are decent. Lots of construction works use this hotel because it's clean, quiet and easy to reach the interstate. Breakfast is decent; there are other restaurants nearby if you're looking for more than standard fare.

We booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding nearby. It was chosen based on convenience only. We were pleasantly surprised with the value we received for the money and for the extra attention to detail that the operators offer their guests. At check in we were served cookies and offered coffee. In our room, We had a keurig with pods, disinfectant wipes in the phone and on all remotes, plus a snack basket with cheese it's, two waters and a candy bar and fruit snacks... the room was very clean also and the beds were comfy. We had a choice of two papers the next morning along with a full hot or cold breakfast. Staff was helpful... not only did they give an a sewing kit but the clerk threaded my needle for me!!

During our recent two week trip, we stayed at 10 different hotels (5 of which were BW's). This location was near the top and the free breakfast offered was the best of the trip. We stayed in a King suite room that had a separate living area and bedroom. The room had a fridge, and actually had two TV's, (not the we needed it). The free breakfast was top notch. They were doing made to order Omelets, but had other hot food served buffet style. They also had the typical cold offerings, cereal, muffins, etc. my only complaint about the breakfast was there was only two juice offerings (Orange and Cranberry). Great stay.. highly recommend...

We normally had good luck with BW hotels, so staying in an unfamiliar we booked with BW. We called ahead and the price was great, so we went on ahead and booked. The staff was so nice upon arrival and very helpful with restaurants. The hotel room smelled so clean and new which was such a nice change from the last 2 hotels we stayed in along our travels this trip. The beds were very very comfortable, and again, so so clean. The omelette breakfast in the am was by far our favorite breakfast during our entire vacation. We stayed a week traveling from Seattle to Bend OR and this breakfast was hands down the best. Amazing!! I wish all BW had this omelette bar

This was our first time staying here. Best experience ever. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great breakfast. We will definitely change where we stay in the future and look for Best Western on all our trips, but will definitely always stay here on our way through town.

The stay was good and I will stay again. the food was fresh and breakfast was very filling. I plan on staying at this spot in the near future. the parking was good it allowed me to park an 18 wheeler so there you go. hopfully this helps you out

One of the best BW's we have stayed in. When you travel 50+ nights per year, it seems the little things stand out. Wipes provided for cleaning items like TV controllers, the built in desk with multiple plug ins for electronics. Well thought out! The overall décor was excellent. Great value!!

Drove an extra 24 miles to stay here again and it did NOT disappoint. Stayed here Sept 2015 and was impressed then also. Employees very accommodating, hotel is very well kept, bed very comfortable, and breakfast is the best of all Best Westerns. Great stay for a reasonable price.

We always enjoy staying at this Best Western. We come every year for the Timberland Kennel Club dog show. There are cheaper hotels, but not as dog friendly, clean, great staff (they even bake cookies), great rooms, and a great breakfasts. My only comment is that the beds in our room were very firm. We highly recommend this hotel for a goid rest and especially if you are traveling with your furry family members.

After visiting Mt Rainier, we were passing through looking for the closest BW, because we always stay at BW! We got a King suite, the room was clean, had free snacks, and was pretty comfortable - but pretty dated and little dark. There's a subway next door, and a gas station, and the staff recommended where to eat.... and where not to eat. A clean, comfy place to stay!

On the way to the Oregon Coast, we stopped at the Puyallup Fair "for a little while"> Well, that wound up lasting 9 hours. We were barely past Olympia when I annonced that I wasn't gonna drive for much longer. It was 7 pm, and I was done. My wife looked up hotels on the way, and this one popped up. Well, that's perfect! Always prefer BW hotels. The nice lady at the desk was very helpful and efficient. It took no time for me to get checked in. All the while, we carried on a very pleasant conversation. And the price she quoted was in line with other similar hotels. I paid less due to being in the Rewards Club, and having a Retired Military discount. We landed in room 318. One of the largest in the place. Looked clean, and smelled clean. Bathroom was spotless. Even the couch, which for any hotel is saying something. The only issue is the remote control for the TV. The volume control and the mute button refused to work at all. Since we really don't watch TV unless were ona trip, we really don't care. But sooner or later, someone's gonna pitch a major fit over it. Should we ever need to stay in Chehalis again, it'll be here.

Love this hotel! The bed was so comfortable, just right hardness to it. Wish we took a look as to the maker of the mattress. The staff was very polite and helpful. We only stayed for less the 12 hours so cannot comment on the amenities. Our room had a lot of solid surface to put your suite case so no need to put things on the floor and a nice sitting area. It was very clean. Note: My "value" is a 3 because we stayed less than 12 hours.

after a stressful night in another hotel nearby we had to check out of there and had no where to go to. Came across the BW and they got us in with no notice beforehand and it was very very nice. had made to order omelets if we wanted them and lots of other food for breakfast. would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who needed a place to stay in that area.

This property has been recently purchased by a new operator and the prices have been increased substantially. They used to have a nice little wine/beer selection, but don't have a permit at this time. They still offer a great little breakfast and on Wednesday nights they had light foods such as cheese, breads, fruit and soft drinks.

We stayed here while traveling with our dog and it was great. We have stayed at some rather sketchy hotels that take pets but these folks do it right. Pergo floors! Comfy beds & breakfast with nice folks at the front. But if you book via an online service you should call to make sure there is a dog room waiting for you! We checked in and ended up with the last dog room even tho we had prepaid.

Gas station and restaurants nearby , close by I - 5 . Cleaning tissue provided for TV remote control and I am pleased with this thoughtfulness, So I am very appreciative of it. For breakfast, you can have your choice of ingredients in your omelette.

We arrived here at 2:00 AM. Left at around 6:30 AM. The cost was high but it wasn't their fault that we arrived so late. Room was large with nice flooring. No carpet. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good and they even had fresh made to order omelette. Yum! Would go back and hopefully stay longer.

We were 2 couples visiting the area for a few days in July, 2016. We had 2 rooms - one more economical with a trailer parking lot view and the other was a larger rather nice room. (photo below) Tubs were super small but fine. Small fridge and microwave in both are convenient. Breakfast is from 7 to 9:30 and was decent and included a made to order omelette station. Coffee and tea always available. Convenience store close by, as was Denny's and others. Staff were kind and efficient - we had a clogged drain that was tended to within an hour! Overall - a decent Best Western experience!

Needed a place, a day ahead we called and got the last room available. Typical chain room, but what I liked was the long counter that extended nearly the depth of the room..handy. decent beds, walking distance to Dennys and Subway. Custom omelet offered in free breakfast. Small parking lot.

I expected a standard mid-range hotel experience, and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel has been recently updated and the color scheme is warm and welcoming. My room was small (one queen bed), but included a microwave, mini fridge, and a very nice business desk set up with multiple connections for laptops and other devices. The room was spotlessly clean, and it is apparent that this hotel is taking proactive measures to prevent the modern scourge of bedbugs. Also, they are very environmentally conscious, having body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in the shower and separate colored washcloths to use for makeup removal. The complimentary breakfast was a nice surprise, with made to order omelets in addition to the usual hot/cold foods and make your own waffles. Staff was friendly and helpful at all hours of the day and night.

Nice and clean. Comfy and safe feeling. Great rooms. Good breakfast area and food. Elevators work fast. Easy to get on and off of the freeway. Lots of restaurants in the area. Close to things to see and do.

There is no disputing that fact that this property is nice. The location is fantastic, the rooms are clean and fairly quiet, and the curb appeal is good. But, I can't get past the price. For a town the size of Chehalis, this has to be one of the most expensive, if not the most expensive, places to stay. My room was large, two queen beds, a desk and chair, a small couch and table and a decent bathroom. But there are other choices that have the same amenities at a lesser cost. So why did I stay here? Because I had stayed here 6 years ago and knew the place would be clean and quiet. But after staying for two nights, I checked around and found I could stay at a close by location at less than half the price. My room set me back $168 per night. I have stayed at hotels in big cities for about the same price. Oh yeah, it does come with a breakfast. It is the usual cereal, omelettes, juice and coffee - not what I call a nice breakfast. Yes, I slept well, but I had to endure the shriek bark of a small dog right down the hall. I don't travel with a little yapping dog, and I wish nicer places, such as this place touts itself, would not allow dogs or cats or pets. There are other places that will. Would I stay here again. No.

I stay here when ever I am in the area. The hotel is pet friendly and there is actually a grassy place for your pet. It is the best place to stay for business or pleasure centrally located to see the area. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is always hot and fresh. The pool area is clean and the hot tub is good for relaxing when the workday has been too long but, the fitness center could use a rowing machine.
