Nice new Hotel with an exceptional lobby. Beautifully decorated, liked the formation behind the check in desk. I think it may be quartz. The woman behind the counter checked me in very quickly. She is the most polite young lady I have spoken to in a very long time. Fresta and I chatted about the counter tops and decor. She also informed me there were some snack options available. Don't let her go Best Western, she is a big asset to your business. The room was huge for 1 person. Super clean and had all the tools you might need to cook for yourself. Plenty of parking available. Decided to leave before breakfast on account of the weather. To early for me to eat anyway.

Disappointing! I am surprised by all the positive reviews because we were very disappointed in our stay. We stayed 2 nights and requested early check in, the room wasn't ready to they assigned us another room which wasn't very clean. The shower wasn't hot and had zero pressure. The worst part of the room was the bed! The worst sleep we have ever had a hotel. It was extremely soft and sunken into the centre, every move it creaked. My husband checked in the morning and the main support was a 2x4 that was cracked. The hot tub wasn't working for the duration of our stay. We also did the breakfast buffet which was $12.99/adult and definitely not worth it. We have had the same quality of food complimentary at other hotels. They didn't even have brewed coffee available! When asked they said “it wasn't brought today.” Coffee is the main drink with breakfast. Honestly skip the breakfast and go somewhere else. Overall the hotel is nice to look at, but it should be as it's only a few years old. When issues were brought up to front desk, it was just I'm sorry we always want guests to be satisfied but nothing was done. I suggest staying at other hotels, there are many options to choose from.

What a great place to stay. Clean and comfortable rooms with space to relax. Staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurant and lounge on site is really good. They have great food and friendly service. Best steak sandwich ever!

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was pretty decent, with a nice kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The front desk staff were pretty friendly. I really recommend this hotel. It's nice, clean and the location is really good.

Shuttle was prompt / its available 7am to 11pm Breakfast was amazing / $12.99 if not included in your rate. Great Value with / great selection Bacon / Sausage / Eggs / hashbrowns / cereal / toast / muffins bagels ect.

I enjoyed every minute here. Comfy beds in a nice big room. Clean. Friendly staff and great food.nice walking area out behind the hotel. Really great place to stay for the amount you pay. Honestly one if the nicest places I have ever stayed.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is fairly near the airport and has some good amenities. There is a pool and hot tub. We stayed in a pet friendly room which is neat because there is a private door to a patio to let your dog out. There is a buffet breakfast for a charge of about $12.00 each which in my opinion is fine. There was a great selection of items.

The service was fast, friendly and efficient. The entire hotel, restaurant, room, pool, elevators were always clean. The food was delicious at the restaurant and the buffet had wonderful variety and was very fresh. The pool was beautiful and the hot tub was perfect as well. The value was unbeatable. We would love to stay here again!

Clean comfortable rooms for a reasonable price. The food in the cafe was always good. We ate a number of meals there. Staff were all friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again on future visits to Calgary.

Everything was perfect from the comfortable bed to the blinds that shut out all the sunlight in the morning so you can sleep in and well to the very welcoming and accommodating staff to the amazing view from the room to the amazing pool and fitness centre and let's not forget how beautifully the hotel is decorated with their elegant ambiance this hotel deserves a 10 star. Thank you so much for giving me such a pleasant stay I appreciate each and everyone of you for making my stay spectacularly memorable and special.

I had a good time especially when the hotel made a late adjustment for by allowing my 7 year old daughter who tagged along with me unexpected. She also loved the place so much she wanted us to extend our stay. Thanks to all the team at your facility.

We did not have hot water our entire stay, though were repeatedly told that it was working by hotel staff. We reported the problem in the morning and were out of the hotel from 8am-6pm. We arrived back to tepid water. Definitely not hot. Called the front desk and our second evening in the hotel was largely interrupted, having a maintenance person in the room for a full hour though it didn't fix the problem. Zero sympathy, action or refund on the room from the hotel. Could only convince them to refund my pet fee for the inconvenience. No managers on site on the weekend, zero ability for staff to manage problems.

Very polite and efficient front desk. The room was above my expectations as it came with a kitchen area that made the room feel like home. Very comfortable to relax and great space for me to work on my business preparation.

I was sick and tired of paying $200 or more per night for hotels near the airport so I searched a close surrounding area and found this place. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door and smelt the food coming from the restaurant. The front desk staff were great to deal with and very helpful. There is a grocery store pretty much across the road as well as a couple of restaurants, including a cool breakfast place. There's a 420 store nearby which was also nice. It's only a few minutes from the Deerfoot so getting In-N-Out is pretty simple. Ask for a room looking over the valley and a higher floor and you will be pleasantly surprised by your view. I'll be staying here again .

Rooms are spacious, comfy and nicely decorated. Staff is very attentive and pleasant. The restaurant has a great menu and a nice outdoor patio. Didn't use the ammenities this time around, so can't comment on them.

Have stayed here a few times and the chlorine in the hot tub has changed the color of my suit a couple of times. Last time I was itchy for 2 days. The staff are very nice to certain people and go beyond for them while for some they don't care. The AC unit was so loud that we were unable to get a good night sleep

This hotel had to be the best hotel I have visited so far. It is very modern and clean. Staff are very good as well and it's well taken care of. Air quality is wonderful. I enjoyed my trip staying here.

Rooms are large with everything you need. The kitchenette includes fridge, stove top and microwave. Everything was clean and bed was comfy. Staff are helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise….new, stylish, clean, great amenities, perfect location, and very nice, comfortable rooms. The kitchenette was an added bonus. One of the best hotel, everything were so perfect. All the staffs were nice and friendly, the environment was clean and comfortable. The room was neat, no unwanted scent, room size is very reasonable, the bed can make you sleeping like a baby.

I was on my way home from a visit with my parents and needed a place to stay before I drove to BC. It was perfect. A great pool, great breakfast, very comfy bed and great staff. I had paid for long term parking while I travelled, my car was fine and I enjoyed my stay.

The hotel was very fancy looking. The lobby is beautiful and has a quartz counter. When we went to checkin, albeit an hour early, a very rude girl who wasn't even watching the checkin desk just shouted to us “no rooms are ready, checkin is at three!” I'm fine with our room not being ready, but her attitude was awful. We sat in the restaurant until 3 when a large lineup formed, that we were now at the back of. The attendant wouldn't even check particular rooms to see if they were ready or close to being ready. When we finally got to the front of the line there was a different attendant who very politely informed us our suite wasn't ready, since she was so much more pleasant we were fine waiting a bit longer. The suite was very spacious, but kind of bare. The only problem with the room was the air conditioner. The thermostat only went as low as 18 (which was wildly inaccurate, felt closer to 23), and there was no way of leaving the fan running. This meant the ac would kick off every time it reached the set temperature. This made the room very hot when the AC was off. I wasn't able to sleep well in the heat, which is too bad because the bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub is much smaller than the pictures make it look, and there were very noisy guests when we were there. The pool area is very large and echoey, and not much seating or anything to dampen the noise. We didn't have breakfast as it's an additional $12 per person. All in all a fine hotel, but a terrible checkin experience and personally not worth the price, especially without breakfast. Likely won't stay again, unfortunately.

The overall stay was good. Price was reasonable considering that it was during a summer holiday season, but it would have been perfect if price was a little lower. The hotel is always clean and tidy, making it very comfortable to stay.

Clean, nice sized rooms with kitchens which is really nice. Staff was friendly. Pool was clean, hot tub qas extremely hot. Gym was fantastic! Loved the location, could walk to numerous places and not a busy area!

It is a beautiful and clean hotel with a nice view. No during my stay. Will always go there. Service was fast and breakfast was nice. The hotel looked new but it has been opened for few years now. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We always enjoy our stay at this hotel when visiting with family and friends in Calgary. Clean rooms, great amenities and friendly service. The pool area is spacious and relaxing for our family to enjoy!

When we checked in, our room had not been turned over. It smelled of tobacco smoke, had snacks strewn about. Then, we discovered the exterior-facing door in the room was unlocked and ajar! My partner and I felt extremely unsafe. As a result, we were downgraded to another room, quite small for that price point. We would have left, but were road-tripping and it was already late. Besides the obvious issues, the pet friendly rooms are in the basement and across the hall from their event spaces. Our dog is generally pretty lazy and chill, but the constant activity in the hall upset her sleep as well as ours! We have not even been compensated for the rate difference between our booked and stayed-in rooms, let alone the unpleasant night.

Such a wonderful find! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. CaYo Bistro and Bar in the lobby served us a great meal - my husband had steak with mushroom sauce and I had the Moroccan chicken. Each was excellent. We will definitely be back!

The room was good , but the bed was way to hard for a good night sleep, we stayed 3 nights and it was not a comfortable bed to sleep in. My wife had surgery also so I slept on the hide a bed, I am sure in the morning you could see the spring marks on my back , awful mattress..

An excellent stay. Beds were comfy, large suite with couch. View of a field so the room was quiet. We were able to leave our vehicle as a park and fly for a very reasonable cost. Car was in a compound behind hotel. No included breakfast here. Only complaint is Best Western hadn't caught up with streaming services. Their shuttle to the airport only runs from 9 am to 9 pm? The reason we stayed close to the airport was so that our drive would be shorter. We still had to call a cab.

It was a super cleaning and comfortable stay experience. I love their modern look renovated and decorated atmospheres. The view from our room was fabulous. The warm breakfast with varieties of selections met our expectation. Highly recommended.

Our room was fabulous and very clean and comfortable and it even came with a full kitchen! I'll definitely be staying here again, it was very modern and cozy. I will definitely be staying here again in the future when we visit Calgary. It's also very close with the airport for convenience.

The lettuce in the salad from the restaurant came out very brown and when the salad was replaced they added bacon bits which was not indicated on the menu (we would have asked for no bacon bits if it was). The service was very slow and people who sat down after us were served well before us and we ordered nachos and a sandwich to share. Also, the main reason we stayed at the airport was for the airport shuttle which only ran from 9am-9pm which was not advertised.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful especially the airport shuttle driver, will stay there again near time I'm through Calgary for business. The location is good , close to the Deerfoot for quick access to downtown and also close to the airport

Chose the hotel for 2 major reasons: right next to shopping plaza (T&T Asian supermarket and many other stores ) and not far from airport. Room included stove in addition to microwave, good sized fridge. Great for short visit, quiet place good service, has swimming pool but I didn't use therefore can't comment.

Upset that we arrived in the evening with our 3 and 5 year old only to find their shuttle only runs 9am to 9pm, and one of their websites (the one specific to the hotel) says on the hour or by demand. I had many options for hotels in the area and wish I would have stayed anywhere else. Many shuttles were still running for other hotels from the airport. When you're an airport hotel, planes don't just fly between 9am and 9pm. I'm disappointed that it's now going to cost us twice in airport taxi fees to spend the night here. And no cutlery, save the dirty one in the dishwasher they obviously didn't check.

Ideal hotel for travelling with your dog. The pet friendly rooms are on a lower level, so act as walk outs to parking lot, across the parking lot was an open field for walking your dog. Dog park is not lighted so take flashlight. Parking car is also available outside unit door, very handy. This floor also has the gym, pool, and whirlpool.

Room was great, kitchen, couch, table and chairs huge bathroom. The bathroom is huge. I would pick this location over an Air BNB for the price comparison as I booked via Expedia. You also get your room cleaned everyday and it has a pool.

Cheap parking and thrifty rates; however, during my stay my room did not have hot/warm water. When the concierge was notified he responded with a shrug of indifference. Overall I'd recommend the place, unless you would like to take a shower during your stay.

Comfortable room with full kitchen and comfortable bed. South facing rooms overlook Nose Creek Park. This hotel has pet friendly rooms on the main floor which are perfect for easy walks in Nose Creek Park with your furry family members.

Excellent hotel. Friendly, clean, nice decor Menu choices are limited in dining room. Food Allergies may be difficult to eliminate, as I found for myself. Breakfast is a standard hot breakfast supplied at any hotel with included breakfast in the rate. At this hotel breakfast is 10.50/person

Stayed 2 nights and had a great time. Good for pets because of easy outdoor access to a large dog park. Full size fridge and nice cooking area, breakfast was as usual with an option to pay for a more full meal. Overall a good place to stay and would recommend.

This new hotel is located just a short distance west of the Calgary Airport. It is very fresh and clean. Rooms are not large but are very comfortable and the design and appointments are terrific. Believe every room has a full kitchen including a stove top and dishwasher. Utensils and dishes were more than adequate. Only pots and pans were a bit sparce. There is a coffee bar but no toaster. Had a great sleep each of the 2 nights we stayed. The heat/ac unit worked very well and best of all, it was quiet. And the window can be opened a bit. We did not use the restaurant but there is a breakfast buffet for $10.50/person and a full-service restaurant. The hotel has fitness centre, pool and free shuttle service to and from the airport. Only negative is we found that lighting for the bathroom mirror, even with the separate light that goes all around the edge of the mirror on, could be better. Value for money spent was very good. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We were happy with the courteous and efficient front desk staff. It was immediately explained that our credit card $100. room deposit would be reversed following our stay. The charge was deleted from our credit card within 48 hours. The hardworking young woman taking care of the customers at the breakfast buffet was VERY cheerful and helpful. She greeted EVERYONE with a smile and she explained the cost was $10.50 plus tax for a satisfying buffet including scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, pancakes, cereal, yogurt, fruit cup, milk, juice and coffee. The King size bed was very comfortable . A very modern and tastefully decorated newer hotel that accommodates people with pets on the first floor and longer term stays with kitchenettes in all rooms. No carpeting so I wish I'd brought socks or slippers. Both staff and customers represented a diverse cross section of people.

If there's anything less than one star, this hotel should be rated that. Room 526- I checked into this hotel on my birthday 24/09 and first of, at the reception we were greeted with a foul smell. The receptionist didn't even attempt to look into the problem. Secondly I was asked for a ‘refundable deposit' of $250 less tax for incidentals which I wasn't even told about during booking. I expressed my displeasure at this, even asked to see the manager and I was told the manager was not around( always non existent). I proceeded to pay this fraudulent amount not knowing this was the beginning of my issues. I was told that upon checkout I needed to insert my card into the POS machine in order to get my refund. I checked out 25/09 and to my greatest surprise I was told I had already been refunded, which I knew was false and this fake method would cause me much distress as I live in England. I asked her why she issued a refund before checkout since the reason for the incidental deposit was supposedly so that we won't break or steal anything. So why refund before checkout? Isn't that shady!????? The RACIST, RUDE receptionist on duty 25/09 morning told me that she is certain I CANNOT READ OR WRITE AND THAT $250 is such a small amount to make a fuss about. I was furious? Why insult me because I am asking for my refund? Is it cos of my skin color? Said I'm not educated. I was in shock and she said she was chatting with her manager and showed me a chat saying do not refund. Now I'm asking this useless hotel, where is my refund? I am prepared to report this hotel to Service Alberta's Consumer Investigations Unit (CIU) as I am currently a new permanent resident and cannot take this form of treatment just cos I asked for my money back. Even if it was $1 it's my money, I have the right to ask. If you want to be treated like a peasant pleaseeeeeeee you are more than welcome to stay here. I didn't find anything here appealing because o value genuine customer service and this hotel fails to get that. I would be waiting for 5 business days and if I don't get I would file a complaint against this fraudulent business. Endeavour to read the bad reviews it would guide you in choosing this nasty place. Book at your own risk. I will never stay here even if it was 5 pounds.

A great hotel. Easy to get to from the main arteries of town, close to airport. Modern and clean. Nice gym and pool area. The rooms were well appointed with a full kitchenette. Skip the breakfast though and go up the street to the Sunset grill instead or make your own in the room.

The hotel front desk has an attitude problem. She needs training.The cleanliness of the room is average. the sofabed is broken, they missed to clean our room in a day and sometimes they miss to remove garbage

We stayed 2 nights at the Executive Residency Calgary North. This hotel is superior! Built about 4-5 y ago, I think. And was not really used during Covid. The interior is so clean, beautifully designed, solid doors allowing no noise, very quiet fridge, new bedding. I can go on and on - I wish I would be there now. We had a one bedroom unit which comes with a separate bedroom, and, therefore, 2 A/C units and 2 TV's. You close the door to the bedroom, and you do not hear any noise at all. I am a light sleeper, usually cannot sleep in hotels without earplugs. Slept like a baby because indeed the room was very quiet. Hot buffet breakfast is there for you, very delicious and at an affordable price of $10. The girl who runs the restaurant is so pleasant! We booked this hotel because of the kitchen thinking we could cook simple dinner. But they also serve special dinner every evening and again at very affordable $14-15. Our unit was clean, and up to my expectations. Very polite front desk who provided us with extra bedding and a sofa bed. I am very impressed! I want to thank everyone from the management, cleaning and front desk personnel to the people running the restaurant - we had an amazing stay. Also, thank you for accommodating my request to the location of the room. When I am back to Calgary again, this will be my home for a few nights.

We travel from Regina to Peachland BC 4 times a year and always stay at this hotel as they have consistently provided reasonable rates, great service and the rooms and hotel are always clean. The location is also nice because it's easy to get to from the trans Canada and there are a number of restaurants and a grocery store nearby. There is also very little traffic in the area and is therefore quiet at night.

This hotel checked all our boxes - pool ✅, free parking ✅, good sized rooms✅. We were in room 207 which surprisingly was on the main floor. After going to the pool which is in the “basement” we discovered there are rooms down there too. The hotel is built like a walk out basement/on a hill. The pool was the perfect temperature to walk right in - kids never had shivering lips. Room had kitchenette and cupboards had plates, pots, etc. lots of restaurants and businesses close by (T&T, Tim Hortons, KFC and various Korean restaurants) Breakfast unfortunately wasn't included in our rate, it's $10 something per person for the hot buffet breakfast. Picture was at checkout, sorry room isn't “put together”. We will be staying there again if we visit Calgary. Close and easy to get to Deerfoot Trail. Room fit 2 play pens - which is important for our family.

General cleaning was severely lacking - shower walls/doors not cleaned, greasy fingerprints on microwave. It was obvious whoever cleaned the room did a very quick once over and didn't really care. Dishwasher was also running when we arrived, cleaning precious guests dishes. Overall we weren't impressed with the level of cleanliness here - too bad because it's a beautiful hotel.

Good overall. Clean. On time. Well managed. We liked nearly everything except for the free breakfast, or the lack of. We have visited BW properties. This one does not have free breakfast, which is unusual and not properly disclosed based on our experience,

Our stay for 2 nights was very pleasant until departure. We had to argue for a shuttle to the airport and even had to PROVE our reservation included this service. The added costs for the room were ridiculous! (room key charge?? travel charge??) The staff was very nice but I would not recommend this place.

I have stayed at this property a few times and it never fails to impress. It is always quiet and clean. The staff upon any encounter are polite, positive and cheerful. The rooms are always the best. Roomy, well equipped. The exercise are is clean and well set up. The pool and hot tub area is always well maintained and fresh towels as needed. A lot of parking in front and in the back of this property. Close to dining and shopping. Overall: Exceptional Hotel Experience.

This hotel is located in a good area that is close to all the major shopping and the airport isn't far. Has a good shuttle service and the food isn't to bad. Has a pool hot tub and gym. The pet friendly rooms are convenient with there own access.

Was disappointed with the front desk. I asked for towels and garbage disposal as I forgot to tell it to the housekeeper on our floor. Said she will send the message and even asked our room number. But when we returned to our room in the evening found she didn't relay it. And when I asked again on the front desk for the towels at least. She told me she only have two and we are a family of four.

There was no hint of the criticisms some others have posted and my impression is that all staff tried to ensure our stay worked well.

Great accommodations that include full kitchen. Comfortable bed. First time bringing our dog and staying in one of their pet-friendly rooms. Hotel overlooks Nose Creek Park which makes for a great dog walking area.

Most hotels i stayed with in Calgary look the same and over charge for the brand name… Hilton, Wyndham, Sheraton…etc. Executive residency has a great atmosphere from the entrance all the way to the room. Hallway ambiance is homy and the room is clean and well designed. Great stay

We are currently staying at this hotel after West Jet cancelled our connecting flight to Victoria last night. Lots of airport hotels were full but luckily this one had rooms. I spoke with Rashan , night auditor on the phone, and he graciously held two rooms for us until we could get there. After waiting an hour to get our flight rebooked and then more than 1 and 1/2 hours in the snow for a taxi we finally arrived here around 3am. JaShan was so courteous and helpful!! Breakfast hostess is super friendly and the front desk staff and supervisor this morning are both so pleasant and professional. To top it off, the rooms are lovely and the hotel is just a short distance from the airport. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL,

We had 2 different rooms on this 3 day stay visiting family enjoying the swiming exersize and park outside. Our family really enjoy coming to visit us here. Management and staff really took care of us.

I have stayed at several other hotels in Calgary of the same class (budget to mid-range costs) for business and social travel, and this one is by far the newest, cleanest, the most quiet and it had excellent amenities. I found the front desk staff incredibly polite, helpful, and responsive to questions and requests. The hotel itself is quickly and easily accessible from the airport and to major routes in the city if you are driving. It is walking distance to corner stores, other restaurants, and only a quick 5 minute drive to other shopping centres in the surrounding areas. Thanks to the hotel staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

Had to attend an event for work in Calgary. Found this hotel nearby, super clean, great service, beautiful hotel room! Would recommend! The breakfast was a buffet type, it wasn't the best breakfast I'd ever had but considering it was a hotel buffet, it was pretty good! Didn't have time to go check out the pool/hot tub, but I wish I did!

Terrible customer service. We have booked the whole hotel and got offered nothing. They were complaining about us. They had one toaster. Breakfast was not good at all. The rooms are very small, dirty and damaged,

The front desk person seemed unable to find our reservation we booked online. So we had to start all over when arriving. Our rooms thermostat was not turning on to turn the heat on so our room was cold the entire stay. When calling the front desk man, he simply stated he was the only person working and could not come check.

I travel to Calgary often on business. Thought I would give this newly built hotel a try. It is farthest away of the “airport” hotels (west side of Highway 2). On check in, they had a rate more than my printed confirmation (needed to call “manager”) had charged to incorrect credit card, made me sign rate form that was blank because “printer wasn't working,” refused to give me copy of my receipt, informed there was no early morning shuttle (not till 9 a.m. so had to order taxi for early morning flight). This was all on a late night check in. When I politely mentioned these reasons would preclude me from staying again, the young red head said “I don't care. You can stay anywhere you like.” and then gave me a certain hand gesture. She must have had a bad day or maybe she doesn't like American travelers. Rooms and interior ok, but a bit torn up. Business center was non functional. Breakfast is NOT included. Other hotels closer to the airport are just as good, same price, have shuttle from 4 a.m., free breakfast, and a more welcoming staff. Give this one a miss folks. You can do better

We had a double queen bed room. It was perfect for our trip. There is even a microwave, a standard fridge, and a stove! We didn't need to use it this time but it's definitely a good choice for later trips.

Great place to stay, very reasonable rates, very clean, staff always friendly, breakfast is no longer free but quality is much better, worth the $10.50. Having a large fridge with a freezer (not just a bar fridge) is great especially since there is a small stove and microwave. Easy to get to and several good restaurants and grocery store in walking distance.

I am a platinum member for a different brand of hotel. I just wanted to try Best Western this time. I was amazed with all the amenities provided with excellent rooms and a wonderful happy staff. Will surely be back..

Be very careful when you book a room with this property. I called this property on 5th January at around 7:30 MST to book a room from Toronto international airport. I told the female employee who attended my call that my flight was delayed and I would be reaching Calgary by around 3:00 AM on 6th. She confirmed my booking and took my credit card information. She took the information three times before confirming the booking. She said she is a new employee and nervous to confirm the booking and therefore confirmed with her manager before assuring a room for me. I used a taxi from the airport at around 3:00 AM and reached the hotel. The outside temperature was around minus 30. I met a male employee at the front desk in the hotel. He said there is no booking in my name, and he cannot provide me with a room, and they are fully booked. I said I'm not leaving that place as there is extreme cold outside and I don't have any other option. I was so tired after a long 26-hour journey from Abudhabi. After some time, the guy told me that he could give me a queen suit for $ 155.00. I agreed and stayed there. If you book this property, make sure you get an email confirmation. It looks like there is no proper management control. I think they sold my reservation to some one. There were lots of WestJet cancellation and all the hotels were fully booked.

We needed a place to stay in Calgary bec we have appointment at the consulate. Took the oppourtunity with the family, enjoyed dinner and the pool, my teens use the fitness center which is great. I like the walking trail just at the back of the hotel. There are food and restaurant few walks away from the hotel.

Easy to reach from the Trans Canada, reasonable rates, new, very clean, great service. Nice to have a larger fridge with freezer as well as a stove and microwave. The showers are great. Within walking distance to a number of restaurants and a grocery store.

It is a great hotel, clean and comfortable. Was happy with the service and the rooms were quite clean. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a solid place to stay for the night. Close to the airport as well.

We had an exceptional stay at Executive Residency which is a relatively new property not far from the airport. We made use of the efficiency kitchen and felt that, despite the addition of fridge/microwave/ stovetop, the room was very well laid out. The addition of a small table/chair set as well as a sofa allowed for sufficient space to eat and or relax. The heating/ cooling system (usually a pet peeve of mine) was very easy to adjust and was efficient in cooling our room. Shower and vanity were well appointed with an updated shower door (versus slimy shower curtain) and a cosmetic friendly lit mirror. Bed was fantastic and we slept like babies! Overall a perfect stay and only wish we had been in the city longer to continue our stay at this exceptional property .

Son uses a trained service dog. Hotel told us we must use a specific pet room with only one bed even though we are a family of four. No exceptions or we will not be accommodated. Have you never heard of Alberta service dog laws or human right code? Once reminded of this and an hour of messaging back and forth all is resolved, or so I thought. About two hours from check-in while driving I get a call from the hotel saying they need to put us in a pet room because we have a pet. No, for the tenth time it is a trained service dog and I thought this was resolved. "Oh, okay I'll call you back - I don't see any notes from before so will need to check" Arrive and the dog issue seems sorted. Get the spiel and hear breakfast is $10 each. Website says it's included. "Oh, we are getting around to updating the website" So, get to the room and plain as day there is a sock from a previous guest right on top of the sofa. We prefer deal with it on our own with some disinfect wipes. Next, run kitchen equipment list. They post the inventory of items so I assume they are going to charge for the items missing. I do my own inventory and email what is missing. This was restocked while we were out. Five hours into our stay and the things, including perishables, we put in the fridge at arrival are barely cold. Contact desk and they say maintenance isn't in until 9 next morning and nothing else can be done. Asked to speak to GM and he isn't in until 10:00 a.m. An egregious lack of awareness about accommodation for users of trained service dogs and a comedy of errors that have left us fuming. We're not on vacation in the middle of a fourth wave - we are here because we were fortunate enough to get an appointment with a specialist for our son. We hoped we might get some enjoyment out of the trip but I'm in a really bad mood thanks to this experience. I selected this hotel over others because of the reviews. It is nice enough at first glance but scratch the surface and it isn't pretty.

Staying at this hotel you get that feeling of home. Everyone is kind $ caring. They always do the very best they can to make your stay the best it can be.I highly recommend the Is hotel. My family and I won't stay anywhere else as we truly feel like family there.

A wonderful space with a kitchenette made the end of my journey wonderful comfort service and value were incredible. I highly recommend this location. If you prefer to prepare your own food a full size fridge dishwasher countertop cook space and microwave.

The beds are so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep. The pillows are fluffy but uncomfortable to sleep. The food is terrible. It is to include the breakfast buffet but when we went they wanted to charge us for cold rubbery and tastelss food. The couch in the room is so uncomfortable that sitting on the floor to read a book was more comfortable. Will not be returning to this hotel.

Very nice & clean hotel. I would definitely come back & recommend this to friends. My kids love this place, complete facilities inside the room. Close to everywhere like restaurants, airport and other establishments.

Very clean, newer property with fully equipped kitchen. Great if you are staying more than one night, but also great value for a short stay. Nice that it has a gym and indoor pool. Staff are very friendly and welcoming

The free breakfast is stale bread with a piece of cheese in the middle (likely kept from days before), the restaurant has hidden charges, the maid left our door open after cleaning while were away and the manager avoided our concerns after expressing them by email. I can't express how unhappy I am and how unacceptable this visit was even after reaching out to management. No ownership was taken, the staff did not communicate well with these concerns and it seems like this establishment wanted to take advantage of us (and who knows who else). Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else.

This was the second stay at this BW hotel. It is a lovely property inside, the staff are wonderful, and our room very comfy. Though the outside area is rather stark and the location is not close to shopping amenities for walking, but not far by car, I definitely recommend this hotel for comfort and good dining in the on-site restaurant & bar lounge. It does have long-term resident living, which is a bonus for extended business trips. Some rooms are separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

What a shame, beautiful new property, but they're just missing it..This hotel is off the beaten path and somewhat difficult to get to. The rooms are plain white with few homey touches; I would not want to spend a weekend here, nevermind an extended stay. Though COVID restrictions were lifted, there was no hot breakfast, and the bagged muffin and juice didn't cut it. Highly doubt we'll be back...

This location is very clean and fresh feeling. It is fantastic for staying with a dog. Huge off leash walking area right behind the hotel. Pet friendly rooms have their own door to a small patio. Head through the parking lot to a prairie walking bonanza crisscrossed extensive network of trails and a small stream. We had a great stay!

Very nice hotel. Clean, bright, and modern. Easy check in and check out. Restaurant was great, we enjoyed our meal. Plenty of parking - front and back. Easy to navigate to from the Deerfoot. The room was very clean. Large fridge, cook top, dishwasher, all kitchen items provided. Lovely bathroom, nice lighting from the mirror. King size bed was comfy. Well definitely stay again.

When I booked this hotel, the website indicated full breakfast is included in the price. But when I checked in guest agent said hotel rule had changed and its $10/person. However website still not corrected.

We travelled with our two small dogs and requested a pet friendly room. We couldn't have been happier with how we were accommodated. The well appointed room was clean comfortable and no carpet in sight. There was direct access to outside and we were out of high traffic areas. We will absolutely stay at this Best Western again when in Calgary whether we have pets with us or not

All of the pet friendly rooms are on the bottom floor, with a private entrance to the back parking lot. This made it much easier to unload luggage and to take my dog outside; so much easier than waking up in the middle of the night and having to take the dog in an elevator or down stairs. Also the room had only tile and laminate flooring, so no worries if your furry friend has an accident.

We stayed a full week at the hotel and have been enjoying the hotel. The day we arrived, I realized I booked the wrong room type and the staff were extremely helpful in getting us into a different room. With a bit of a longer stay, we have appreciated the full sized fridge, stove top, dishwasher, utensils, and the added space in the room. Being able to buy groceries has helped us cut the costs of our stay. The beds are super comfy amd the bathroom is a good size. The hotel is in a quieter area, however, close enough to all the attractions, malls, and downtown - it really is the perfect combination!! We are very happy with this hotel and look forward to our next stay!! Thank you Executive Residency!

We stayed there last night and the night before. We booked through expedia. First off..let me say that neither expedia nor the front desk staff advised there would be NO FULL COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST. What we received instead was a "grab and go" brown paper bag breakfast which out of the 4 I took(for the four of us) 1 did not have an egg muffin sandwich, ALL had unripened bananas and a tetra juice box. We had to call down to receive bath towels to shower with. We set out on our day excursion and left at 9 am. We set the thermostat to 65 F. When we returned to the room, it was 56 F (14C)!! I complained to the front desk and wanted someone to come and take a look to ensure I didn't tamper with it. No one came. When we were ready to check out today, they only offered us $20 to compensate the fact that we were owed 4 comp breakfasts, and had issues with the room. Very unprofessional. WILL NOT BE BOOKING THERE OR WITH BEST WESTERN AGAIN.

When you walk into the front lobby the furniture and decorations were different and intriguing. I felt a sense of higher class while walking in. The rooms felt clean and a good rate with it. Employees were very helpful. Close the our planned activities in that we did not have to drive through the city long to get to the high way

No main light, nonworking alarm. When told about the problem did nothing to fix. Asked for a wake up call they never gave, only answered oops mustve called the wrong room. "Sorry", is the best they can do. Breakfast was terrible couldve been from a school cafeterias garbage can. First one didnt even have the egg cheese sandwich that was the main staple.

I had my son with me for a city staycation and used BW points for our one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had an extremely loud siren in the pool area when we arrived for swimming. They dealt with it quickly. Brought extra towels promptly. Every room has a small kitchen area and extra seating which is wonderful. Everything was great. We will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is located in a quiet area which is nice. The parking in front gets packed but there is plenty of parking in the back which is easily accessible into the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is located close enough to other amenities and stores and close to the main highway

We stay at this Best Western every time we go to Calgary. The hotel is clean and the staff are always friendly and accommodating. We like the free breakfast and can't wait to have the dine in breakfast start up again. We highly recommend this Best Western.

In all my life having spent literally 1000s of nights at various hotels in North America this was by far the worst experience i have ever had. The problems started when i checked in and the room i was given was NOT clean. the walls literally had a substance that looked like feces. The room i was moved to was even more dirty including having oil leaking in the kitchenette area. a 3rd room had the same oil leak problem and it was not until the 4th room and more then 1 hour that i was finally able to receive a room in acceptable condition. This 4th room still had stains all over the chairs but i was so tired by then that i decided to just stay there. the next morning i had to go to a store nearby and buy cleaning supplies that i used to clean the stains myself. The staff at this hotel is incredibly lazy and disrespectful. Here are just a few of the experiences i had. - The man who checked me in never apologized or really showed any care at the fact that i had to try 3 rooms before finding a clean one. For each issue he would just say something like "I don't know how they missed cleaning that; i only work at night and the cleaning people are here during the day". each time he just said that he did not know because he only worked at night. - I once called the front desk to ask if the washing machine required high efficiency soap or normal detergent was fine. the staff member said "i dont know" and just hung up the phone. - There is no sort of housekeeping service so i had to call at one point to request for new towels. the lady answered "you need to come get them yourself"....when i asked if they could be brought to the room she said yes and hung up the phone. 10-15 min later a woman comes to the door with towels and instead of handing them to me, she literally throws them on the floor next to me and tells me that at this hotel if you need something you need to come get it yourself. - i had a package delivered by amazon to the front desk so i called and asked if they could give me my package. after almost 1 hour the package still has not arrived so i call back and the man who answers says "your package will be delivered" and hangs up the phone. - This hotel does not care about covid. the majority of the time the staff is at front desk either with no mask or with a mask hanging on their chin not covering their nose. - One day there was suddenly no internet access in the hotel. when i called to ask what was happening. the male staff member said "yeah there is no internet right now and you will have to wait until tomorrow for it to be fixed. he also informed me that this is something that happens repeatedly at this hotel. his tone and demeanor was nonchalant like it was no big deal and he could not care less. no apologies for this inconvenience or anything like that; just a bored "who cares" tone. These are just a few of the experiences i have had with the staff. Eventually i decided i should complain to the manager; when i called and asked for the manager the male staff member practically laughed and told me in a mocking tone to call back and that the manager was not there. as i asked for his name and the manager name he gave me this info with an even more mocking tone that indicated that he could not care less about me complaining as he knew he would not get in any trouble. The general manager is a man named Shahid who appears to be indian. The vast majority of the staff also appears to be indian. It seems to me that Shahid has hired his friends and/or family to work under him and they are rude and disrespectful to guests as they know they will face no consequences for this behavior. There's also barely anyone even staying here. In nearly 2 weeks at the hotel i have seen less then 10 other guests. If you are considering staying here I strongly advise you to stay far away from this disgrace of a hotel. Hotel is very nice but the check in girl is too rude. Didn't feel welcomed at the property. Items like disk washing sponge was missing from the room, as an elite member I wasn't welcomed. I would have surely returned but experiencing the girls attitude at the time of check in I would probably never go there. I would consider best western Freeport or Port o' call.

A very clean, well appointed room with full kitchenette and lovely view of Confluence Park. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and it had everything I needed for a comfortable, pleasant stay.

We debated staying here for a night to recoup from some hiking in the mountains. We looked on the app at pricing and decided to check pricing in person as we were driving through anyhow. We were quoted a higher price than indicated on the app, even though I asked the attendant if she was certain that was the best rate she could give. Additionally, the attendant was not very friendly, nor did she seem willing to accommodate or attempt to make a potential guest want to stay here. Date- April 22/2021 We were booked to stay the previous night but had a change of plans and canceled. When I mentioned this to her, she asked the name the reservation was made under. When I told her, she looked it up. I then asked her if there was any way to meet that rate or be flexible with the rate she was providing. She was abrupt and rude about not being able to do so. We would have stayed and paid the offered rate, but her mannerism put me off. A lot. As diamond Best Western members, I don't mind paying if the staff are polite, accommodating and the accommodations themselves are what Best Western pride themselves on. Unfortunately, this fell substantially below theirs and my standards. I sure hope the inside of this hotel beats what is representing them at the front desk!

this hotel is very new, clean, and has wonderful amenities like full size fridges, microwaves, and very comfortable beds. Rooms are tastefully furnished, staff are warm and welcoming. The pool is wonderful, in a light and bright area. Do reserve your pool time early though as access is restricted due to Covid.

We loved it here for the following reasons : it's new, clean, has contemporary interior design, spacious suite, huge kitchen with plates and utensils provided , large fridge, large bathroom, friendly staff and best of all unbelievably low price ! We would stay here again.

We took a three day trip to Calgary to celebrate our 31st anniversary. The stay here was very nice. This hotel is located in a quiet area but still only a few minutes from the airport and the main highways. The staff were all friendly and professional.

Whenever I need to go to Calgary I will always stay at this hotel. They have the most wonderful staff and a superb manager!!! They always go above and beyond for you. The rooms are stunning and clean. The restaurant has absolutely delicious food. When we stay we always feel like family and i highly recommend staying here. If you want to stay in a place that you don't have to worry about a thing this is your hotel.

Very accommodating upon check-in for the room I wanted. Would drive for miles instead of eating their COVID-friendly breakfast. Hot Tub not in operation, but pool was (so good if you go with family). Friendly staff, Very affordable. Overall pretty good for the price. I'm sure once all restrictions are lifted, it will be better.

We appreciated having a well laid out room that included a seating area, small dining area and full kitchenette. Easy access from Deerfoot Trail and good value for our needs. We will stay here again when next visiting Calgary.

This is a lovely new hotel, easy to find and access, and close to my family. Room had a full kitchen and was nicely appointed. Only issue I had was the noise that kept me awake - it was quite windy both days, and there was a loud rattling coming through the vents in the bathroom and kitchen. Something seems loose somewhere, maybe the roof. Front desk says they are aware of the issue, so this really needs to be addressed as it is windy a lot in Calgary.

The hotel is clean and very modern but I would chalk that up to it being new more than anything else. The room was nice enough but closer inspection made it fall short. The shower is never hot enough, the towels are too small, and the kitchenware isn't properly maintained. I expected better since this is a new hotel by Best Western but overall I don't think I would stay again. They also have some weird policies about what you can/can't have in the room; for example, if you want to use the HDMI function on the TV, you need the Master Remote which is at the front desk... if you want soap for the dishwasher, you have to go to the front again... the staff are hiding in the backroom most of the time when you go to find them and really aren't that hospitable, just okay. I truly feel like there are better options than this.

The Hotel is very nice. However, I booked the suite with a separate bedroom a couple weeks in advance and made the note that we were a couple travelling with an elderly parent and a small dog. The hotel clearly did not read the reservation ahead of time. if the hotel could not accommodate us in that room they should have contacted us and we would have made other arrangements. We were crammed into a regular room with my father on a cot in between the tv and our bed. I also did not receive a refund for the suite and was informed they wouldn't charge me extra for the dog! which was still less than the cost of the suite! BTW the hotel was almost empty so an extra room for my father would have been nice.

I highly recommend this hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Its very clean. The kitchen and the room is beautiful. I love the Christmas decor in the lobby. It's a great stay, we will definitely stay again in this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are great with everything I need to cook my own meals. Walking distance to grocery store and pharmacy. Easy check-in with convenient express check-out. I've stayed a few separate times and will definitely be back!

My mom and I stay here all the time. The staff is absolutely wonderful, caring, kind, friendly, and helpful. The decor is stunning and beyond beautiful. We feel like family when we stay there. We always stay here as it's the best place to stay in Calgary.

This Hotel is well managed especially during COVID-19, front desk agents are very friendly. The check in was easy and staff were very welcoming. The hotel is clean, modern and well organized Will definitely come back to stay again !

Nice upscale artistic reception area. Diningroom is large with multiple seating styles, including a bar with high chairs. But huge chandelier-style lighting fixtures do inhibit the intimate lighting factor. This may not matter to most people, but I prefer subdued lighting for dinner. Food was great .. steak, salmon, prawns. Chef was very creative. When they didn't have all of the ingredients for an appetizer we ordered (a Covid-ism ongong problem everywhere) he created a new awesome one! Covid-19 has challenged our tourism industry incredibly. This BW hotel has hired great staff, who know how to roll with the punches in these trying times. :) Thumbs UP for them!

Hi all, I tried this hotel and turned out to be great. Location is great close to transit and a small mall. Rooms are modern and have a great layout. What I liked the best is that it was very clean and staff friendly...The restaurant was good too. Value and overall good.

Due to Covid-19 I had to quarantine after arriving in Calgary. The staff from the hotel picked me up within 5 minutes. I mentioned to the driver that I needed to quarantine because of my travel and as soon I arrived at the hotel front desk staff had a key ready for me and explained how the quarantine process works at the hotel to ensure guests and staff are kept safe. They offered to get groceries from a store as all the rooms have kitchens. They delivered breakfast to my room everyday due to isolation restrictions and housekeeping dropped off any additional supplies I required. I would highly recommend this hotel as the service was exceptional and the room was great.

The hotel is new, clean and convenient. Normally quiet but snow removal during the night kept us awake each night. Housekeeping needs to keep track of utensils as several were missing from the cupboards.

Although it is Covid times, we still enjoyed our stay at the Executive Residency. The staff was lovely and helped as much as they could. Looking forward to staying at sometime when the breakfast is available, and the pool and hot tub are available.

We recently stayed at this hotel because of its location near the airport and other amenities we needed. The staff was very friendly, and the room well appointed with a complete kitchen, sitting area and comfortable bed. It was also very quiet. I wish all hotels were this well equipped for the price. The only change I would make would be to have a little more water pressure in the shower, however this is an issue I find in most hotels unfortunately. I would very much recommend this hotel, and look forward to staying again.

Pros: - Exterior of hotel is nice. - Room and hotel were clean. - Room was quiet (no noise from above. I am very sensitive to heavy walkers but I did not hear anything nor was I disturbed in any way.) - Staff was very friendly. I requested a late check-out with no issues. Thank you. - Room very convenient for people travelling with pets. The door in the room leads right outside to a little patio. Plenty of green space around the hotel for dogs to do their business. Just remember to pick up after your pets please!!! - Internet was fast. Lots of movie channels on TV. - Bed and pillows were comfortable. - Lots of parking. Parking lot spacious. - I liked that the hotel was in a non-crowded area of the city. Easy access to main roads. Lots of restaurants nearby but far enough that there is no traffic or hoards of people to deal with. Cons: - Limited vegan and vegetarian options on the hotel restaurant menu. - A/C and heating unit in room is quite loud. - No windows in the room I was in. There was a double door entrance/exit to patio but I like to sleep with the window cracked a bit and I was not able to do so in this room type. - Shower stall in bathroom has absolutely no shelf/space to set a bar of soap or anything else for that matter. You are basically putting everything on the ground or trying to juggle it in your hands. - Wish they had an extra blanket or two in the room aside from the comforter on the bed.

The hotel was very clean, the room was really nice and perfect location. We got a pet friendly room and we were on the ground floor with grass outside our room. The lobby was really nice and welcoming. The staff were amazing.

The hotel is bright. Staff friendly, but needs more training. Their website needs to be more explainable regarding what the premises is not having like - no hot tub, no bathtubs except in only 2 rooms, no big breakfast only wrapped sandwiches, and pool and hot tub is by COVID rules.

My wife and I just spent 2 nights in this Hotel. We were very pleasantly surprised and pleased with everything. A welcoming staff, big smiles, a well appointed room and everything in top working conditions. A great bed, a fantastic view looking south over the city. The use of the kitchenette was much appreciated in these troubled times. All in all, it was a pleasure to experience the Executive Residency Best Western Hotel, thank you so much.

the staff was so welcoming and accommodating, during these pandemic we didn't know that use of amenities are only for reservations only, after we checked in my kids wanted to use the pool but sadly we are only on transient for 1 night stay, the front desk staff gave us 30 minutes use of pool after closing hours just to make my kids happy! it was really a good gesture for them to consider the satisfaction of my kids. keep it up and lets all stay safe!!!

Everything in this hotel is new, well maintained, clean, and shiny. Staff are helpful, courteous, and caring. Glad that their pool is open - they control the use very well and safely by having guests book slots in advance, a good Covid -safe solution that still allows guests to enjoy the really nice pool.

Our 3 nights stay at this hotel was awesome. Everything from check in to check out was super smooth. Due to COVID they had breakfast bags which was not a problem. They do have bar lounge, restaurant, pool, gym and more in a beautiful location. Got the highest floor with a view as requested. Whole Hotel & room was so clean. Beds were so comfy. Interior of the hotel is superb. Loved it. Kitchen had everything that is needed. We really enjoyed pool area.Thank you very much for giving us wonderful experience. Would definitely visit next time !!

The room was absolutely perfect. It was clean, new, and great location. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Love the design of the rooms and hotel. Kitchenettes in the room were a great bonus.

The hotel is new in a great location with an awesome view, if you get a room on the back of the hotel. Lots of parking and beautiful kept grounds. Watch your billing, it's probably a new night auditor or someone who's new to Best Western “express check out” but my check out experience was not up to Best Western standards as I've experienced in the past. I had over $1400 pending on my credit card for a $344 charge. A little weird in my books and the front desk said, it was something I had to take up with my bank.

We have stayed at this hotel previously, and were happy to stay here again. This time we were in Calgary for a family funeral, and we recommended this hotel to others who were also attending. Our daughter and our nephew also booked rooms here. Due to Covid we were unable to get together in our rooms, so we asked if there was a larger room or area we could meet, as it is so seldom we see some of our family. The front desk staff (sorry, I don't remember your name) was so helpful, she arranged for us to go into the restaurant, even though it was closed. This was incredibly thoughtful and so greatly appreciated. The rooms were all lovely, as they were the first time we stayed. I requested that our daughter be in the room next to us, and there was no problem at all making this last minute change. The last time we stayed here we had a lovely breakfast each morning. Again, due to Covid, they were unable to provide this to us. They did provide a bagged breakfast, which was more than most hotels were offering, but it was a bottle of water, a previously frozen muffin, granola bar and an apple. My suggestion would be to offer at least a choice of something freshly baked and possibly some yogurt along with the fresh fruit, as the bagged breakfast was not appetizing at all. I understand they are restricted under health guidelines, and they are trying to at least offer something. Also, coffee and tea was always available, which was appreciated. Overall, this is a 5-star location, and I will happily stay here again when I travel to Calgary. There is a nice open area just behind the hotel where you can go for a walk, or would also be a nice place to take your dog for some exercise if you travel with a pet. Thank you again for your kindness and caring in making this trip more bearable for me and all of my family members who stayed at your hotel.

Beautiful New hotel, Stephanie and GM Shahid were very helpful to clear up inaccurate a room with pet online booking, features walk out room for my parents pet. Both our rooms were just amazing! includes stove, washing machine, Potts, dishes, full fridge, microwave. Area block away from T&T, restaurants, and amenities. Easy quick access from main QE2 highway! Absolutely fantastic hotel!

Let's start with the service: 10/10 The manager is awesome. Service was stellar. We've been here for 20 days and every time we have a concern, the manager solved it in a heartbeat. He takes care of the smallest things, and he literally does anything he could to make it better. Upgraded our suite, gave complimentary dinner, gave the best rate he could, even loaned us 2 dollars in loonies for the washer since we didn't have any cash. He's honestly the most understanding and easy guy to get along with, and he truly cares about your experience. Front desk was stellar as well. The girls were soooo helpful. They did lots of research for us about where to visit, what to do, where to eat, even bike rentals... Roomkeepers are very nice ladies. They give us exactly what we ask for no questions asked (I needed Q tips so she gave me 10 vanity kits haha). They're very respectful and lovely. The hotel itself: 10/10 You can't go wrong with the gym here honestly. Has enough equipment to change up your work out routine, legs arms cardio abs... Free towels and water, cleaned religiously. My husband works out every day. You have to book the gym and pool all to yourself during the pandemic, which is even better. The pool is awesome. Honestly not small for a hotel. Always clean and sanitized with big towels ready for you. Change rooms are well kept and shining. Lots of chairs around the pool to relax. Lobby and hallway are always clean and smelling good. There's complimentary tea and coffee you can take on your way out. Breakfast was a grab and go option until the manager changed it into sandwiches with muffins and water bottles. They now have a huge selection of sandwiches that are switched up daily, from egg to chicken to ham to chicken salad to egg salad to turkey to sausage lol. So many, and the best part is they're all delicious. Restaurant is awesome. Cocktail was yummy. The waitress is sooo nice and accommodating. The food is finger licking good. Try the garlic ribs and the calamari. Sooo good. Location: 10/10 Near the airport, but also just a couple steps away from T&T and lotsss of other Asian restaurants, just the way we like it. The neighborhood is lovely, very safe cookie cutter houses with lots of parks, definitely perfect for a stroll, a run, or playing badminton. Lots of parking, no traffic... We went downtown a couple times no problem. The view is awesome. Honestly no complaint at all. There are even superstores and walmarts and shoppers around. Room: 10/10 It was as clean as it can get, down to the carpet. No funny smell. Bed linen and towels were always sanitized and spotless. All appliances were new and modern and working fine. Kitchen is very clean. I cooked a couple times. Bed is huge and comfy with lots of charging space. TV is big, no HDMI cord though. They literally make the hotel home away from home. Huge windows allow for lots of natural lighting, and the design overall is sleek and clean. Bathroom is huge, with a big shiny mirror and very good lighting. They even provide cotton pads for me to take off makeup, and a nail file. Overall it was a 10/10 experience for me. I've stayed here for 20 days and I don't want to leave haha. If I ever go back to Calgary again, I'm definitely staying here no questions asked, especially if the manager is still around. We love this guy. He's so funny too, like a friend. He's Indian so definitely ask him about good Indian food; he knows it all.

We originally booked in Canmore but our original reservation was cancelled. So, we looked in Calgary and for three nights, (at the price of 2 nights in the mountains) we stayed here and daily went to Banff/Lake Louise. The price was reasonable if maybe only because of lifted pandemic restrictions and it's a new hotel - opened August 2019. Regardless, it was an awesome stay. It's very clean and the staff is friendly, super accommodating, and respectful. The hotel has all the amenities you may be looking for, including the pandemic version of a bagged breakfast, which was mediocre but it fed us - a sandwich, a fruit, bottled water, and you could help yourself to coffee in the lobby. The in-house menu looked tasty. We loved cooking in the kitchenette although they could use a few more bowls for prepping and the pots and pans needed some scrubbing, which we did, and that was fine. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet at night even though the parking lot was full. You couldn't hear anything in the hallways or from neighbouring rooms. We had no trouble sleeping. The decor feels high-end, with a modern European vibe. There's an expansive terrace in the restaurant which I'd imagine will open once more restrictions are lifted. It's close to various shops, stores, and other amenities, and best of all, it's near the airport and Stoney Trail. What's nice about this north end hotel is you can avoid Deerfoot Trail when out and about which can be tough to navigate especially due to construction. If we have another such adventure, we'll be sure to look into this place again.

A front desk receptionist, Kat,( I hope that's the correct spelling!) has gone out of her way and above and beyond with accommodating my requests. The experience of staying at a hotel begins with this and the feeling of friendliness and being appreciated as a customer! This gets my business all the time!

Trip would've been great IF the room at a reasonable temperature when we arrived. Thermostat read 49°C and not comfortable 6 hours later. There was no accommodation for a gluten-free diet. Nice bed and room.

Had one night stay at this hotel to the grossness of dirty floors, stained wall, floors/carpets being dirty as grandson had shower night time and shower in morning with filthy feet we went nowhere in the night, no ice scoop available at ice maker and “COVID” bagged breakfast being disgusting. When addressed all the general manager did was make excuse over excuse for the deficiencies! All he wanted to do was argue! Breakfast bagged consisted of either old or OVERBAKED CHOCOLATE MUFFIN, an orange, sweet/salty bar or nutrigrain bar and a bottle of water! Firstly who eats this garbage for breakfast....so nutritional I must say; secondly a 20 month old nothing for this age to eat anything...his reply saying a special request should have been requested...not sure how I would know I would be disappointed on their breakfast selection offered to request a nutritional breakfast? Ice machine directed by front desk staff to have no scoop available for his reply bring not the right machine to use? Excuse over excuse for poor amenities of this property! When requestEd he give some sort of refund he refused saying could give reduction for next stay....not going back a person would have to be crazy to stay there in future after the runaround from the General Manager of all people! Told he would call when he got in only to finally receive call almost 4 hours later and having a follow up call to find out why he hadn't called yet! Great representation for Best Western I must say! Best Western you need to review your choice of your General Manager!

This is an excellent hotel close to the airport and highway. Clean, bright and comfortable. The staff were excellent and the room had everything you need to be comfortable. There was a stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher and enough to make something if you wanted to. Perfect stay.

Modern and exceeds your typical hotel room! Dishwasher, stove and all the kitchenware makes it feel homey. Warning for people with sensitive skin like me, they use quite a strong detergent in their beddings that trigger my allergies. But other than that their beddings are comfy.

This was the best Hotel we have ever stayed in for the rates we payed. The total Hotel decor, common areas, and the amazing displays of art and stylish sitting areas throughout the Hotel. The amenities and availability of beverages for the guests. We so hope to visit you again.

The first thing I saw when I entered the room was a big greasy handprints on the headboard. In the shower there was a big brown hair. During pandemic I would've expected the room to be extremely clean

The decor is a combination of ice and mountains. Nice view, beautiful hotel. Rooms have a larger than usual fridge, 2 burners and a dishwasher. Rooms are sizeable. Breakfast is a nice bonus. Clean hotel, comfortable beds and pillows.

Staff were excellent! Breakfast buffet a nice way to start the day. Beautiful property with high end finishes and amenities. We found the beds too hard for our liking, but that is just a personal preference. We had booked this property for its quietly lounge and restaurant with a view, as a treat to ourselves after a six-week absence. Unfortunately, after check-in we were advised neither were operational. It would have been nice to have known this in advance, e.g. a note on the hotels' website or on the confirmation slip.

I got together with friends from different areas of the city for our girls night in catch up . More reasonable priced wise than a meal and drinks out downtown! Decor was beautiful throughout the hotel and very easy checkin and our experience, would definitely recommend

This hotel offers spacious, luxurious rooms inclusive of a kitchenette and large refrigerator! Rooms are exceptionally clean and are tastefully decorated. Breakfast is simple but serves some warm and cold varieties of food choices. This is a brand new hotel and it is difficult to judge how much food is needed and people should be more understanding and flexible! It frustrates me to hear people complain about the food which is inclusive in the hotel price which is very reasonably priced. If people would like an elaborate breakfast they might consider going out for breakfast. In Europe most hotels do not offer free breakfast and charge 15-20 Euros equivalent to about $20-30 Canadian dollars. Appreciate the spacious rooms, luxury and great service rather than focus mostly about all the things that are wrong with breakfast. The staff was very accommodating, great manager and we definitely will return to this hotel. Thank you for our wonderful stay and service! We appreciated it very much!

This new hotel is definitely home away from home. It is not far away from local supermarket and restaurant, and close to the airport. There are lots of parking in the premises, reception area is very welcoming. The room comes with well equipped mini kitchen. There is a good size heated pool and the water temperature is perfect. There is also huge hot tubs that can probably fit about 10 people +. Everything is perfect except for the breakfast. The first morning I was there for breakfast, they serves wiener and bacon. Only after I picked up the last two wiener, then they brought out breakfast sausages. The second morning (it was a holiday), breakfast time was not extended on holiday. We arrived 30 mins before closing, there were nothing left. They are in the mid of cleaning up; there were no cups or mugs. I walk around a bit looking for utensils, and have to keep asking the server who was busy cleaning to bring me the utensils and mugs. What they have left is couple slides of bread, a few pastry, cereal bar, but there is no milk to go with the cereal, no juice, no hot breakfast. And you think you can get by with homemade waffle but they ran out. There were a few of us walking around looking for food. So, there was a long line waiting for them to refill. It was not until after I settle down with whatever left over and started eating, the manager then go around putting in special request for people who comes after me. I had been ignore the whole time he was there. The only good thing about the breakfast is that they have a really nice commercial espresso machine that make good coffee. Very disappointing service during the breakfast time. The treatment is definitely not what I expected from all my stay at this brand of hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and offers free shuttle transportation! It is completely new and luxurious. The hallway entrance is elegant followed by spacious, tastefully decorated rooms inclusive of a mini kitchen with stove, sink, counter top space and a large refrigerator. The bathroom is spacious and modern. Most importantly everything is extremely clean! This hotel also features an exercise room as well as a pool and hot tub. Breakfast is included and serves a well balanced nutritious variety ranging from hot as well as cold food choices. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is a marvelous hotel to stay if you enjoy luxury, cleanliness, beautiful views and friendly service!

The location is beautiful and easy to get to. The pool area is fantastic and enjoyable. The rooms were large and featured mini kitchens with all kitchen items you would need. Everything here was great besides the breakfast. The staff could not keep up to the demand for breakfast therefore there was never much choice/left in regards to food for myself or my family.

We visited this new hotel the last day of November 2019, it was a new hotel with beautiful lighting and we are very impressed by Christmas decoration by the time you step into the front door. Room we had was a king bed suite with kitchenette,very comfortable bed and staffs were very friendly. My 2 and 3 years old kids love the pool, and the breakfast was delicious. It's a standard continental hot breakfast, but they served mushroom on the day we stayed there - nice add on. I'd definitely go back again for my staycation with children.

We have stayed at this hotel about 5 times in last 6 months. This by far was the worst experience. Staff are friendly overall. The hotel has had issues with their breakfast provision and had just hired a 3 person since they opened 6 months ago. The service was good but the food selection was extremely poor. While I accept the scenario about a new party starting to provide the service the hotel obviously was not prepared to offer a reasonable product to eat. Y overriding concern however was we stayed 3 nights and we found out on the 2nd night when we got back late that the sheet we were laying on had dried excrement on it. It should never had been put on the bed as clean. When I asked if they change the sheets they said they did not usually until the 3 rd day. The sheet was obviously dirty when when we checked in. It was gross. I had the general manager to the room to show and he took ownership and apologized. He said he would have this rectified immediately and called the housekeeper and the supervisor when we were in the room to get it corrected. He said he would make it up to us in some fashion however this never occurred. We like the facility it is new the staff are courteous however these two situations particularly the latter are making us seriously think about returning. Also the management commitment to rectify the situation by offering some consideration was not met.

Stayed here again last night (October 2019) Early check in request was granted without issue. Smooth check in but got to the room and it was literally 200 degrees in there - very smooth room change with very pleasant and efficient front desk staff. As before the rooms are very nicely appointed and equipped. King room with kitchenette for $89.00. Large washroom. Great bedding. Quiet location. Something needs to be done about the breakfast though. Not improved from our last stay. This could be a great breakfast as it has pretty much everything. I do think they cook everything at 5:45 and then let it sit. Eggs looked like yellow sand. First batch of sausage was not fully cooked. Second batch were like little brown torpedo bullets. Bacon was crispy (but old crispy- not the good crispy) to say the least. This hotel is trying to service business clients. We travel for business and I would NEVER meet a client for breakfast here. It's embarrassingly low quality when you consider the rest of the hotels offerings. And adding to this review.....we stayed again in December and breakfast was somehow worse......stayed again last night - January 2020 - have our dog with us this time. They have 4 dog friendly units all located on the lower floor. All have their own private door to outside with a little private patio. These rooms were only slightly higher fee and the one we had has a nice size seating area beside the kitchenette and a separate bedroom - nice upgrade for the money. And no carpeting so you know you're not walking around in some other dogs ‘mess'. Anyways - I want to touch on the breakfast ...... every stay we have had so far (I think 5 before this) the food had been horrific. We have talked to the ‘chef' and the staff And last time (December 2019) I spoke to the GM. When booking this time I was told that they have a new chef and are now running the kitchen in house. We were hopeful for a nice breakfast - and we got it! Much improved over every other stay. Items were fresh, not dried out like before, not watered down as before. Fruit was not rotting in its bowl. What a nice change! I can actually see a life for this hotel now as the food before was it's only real downfall. One other thing regarding dogs - right outside the back is a HUGE off leash dog park - nice way to start the day!

It is common hotel will just a temporary hold on the credit card for the incidentals deposit, it will be taken off customer account once customer check-out. But the hotel was physical charge my credit card when I saw my bank statement. I have contacted your global office and being told that they does not have access to the hotel's billing system, but have forwarded the case to your customer care file #19XXXX-4982. It has been over a week and I didn't hear back from anyone on the team. Anyhow, I go straight to my credit card issuer and proceed a chargback process.

New hotel in the NE neighborhood. Some quirks that are being ironed out. But excellent friendly service. A new chef (Vik) and parnter (Joon)sp? were re-establishing the breakfast service. The restaurant was Not open during our visit. (But soon)?!! A pet friendly room with a king bed, kitchenette, and step in shower!!! This is a garden room on the lower level where guest laundry , the pool and fitness rooms also are. We will be back-See you folks in April.

We stayed December 26/19 for one night to catch an early flight the next day. Upon arrival, we were surprised to learn that this airport hotel doesn't offer shuttle service until after 9 a.m. We had to be at the airport at 6:30 a.m., so we ended up paying for a cab. Had I known about this, we probably would have stayed elsewhere. In any case, the hotel is brand spanking new, and is quite nice. We were on the second floor which is the same floor as the entrance/lobby/restaurant. The pool and pet rooms are down one level. There are several rooms on the lower level that have a little patio. They looked quite cute, but it's my understanding that they are pet rooms, and have only one bed, so, it wasn't suitable for us. Since the hotel is new it seems to offer full accessibility services. There is even a lift in the pool which was impressive. My husband and son enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast because of our early flight (breakfast starts at 6), so I cannot comment there. The "kitchen" had a 2-burner stove - no oven, a fridge and a microwave, with VERY minimal utensils, etc, so, don't plan on making much of a meal. We walked to a nearby supermarket (horrible) to pick-up some snacks. With a better shuttle service, I would stay here again, but that would have been a deal-breaker, had I known.

Apart from two major issues, this place is awesome. It feels very high end when you arrive, in your room, and in the pool area. We don't stay at low-end hotels, yet my little ones raved that this was the fanciest hotel we've stayed at. They also loved the pool. Issue #1: persistent banging/clanking through the vents for most the night + an elevator chime loud enough to wake the family each time it went off (room 320 across the hall from elevators) Issue #2: breakfast...main focus is waffles & there is a sole waffle maker for all to fight over. We also had poor luck with staffing; coffee cups were unavailable during our meal. When they finally brought some out, the coffee was empty. We used a good chunk of our remaining travel points to stay for the night. Although we are not out actual money, we left feeling ripped off. I would likely avoid coming back unless I could ensure a quieter room. As far as breakfast, I understand that this may have been bad timing.

The rooms are great, new, small kitchen area, mostly handicapped friendly, and the staff is lovely. Forget eating there, breakfast was oatmeal soup, hot dogs, boiled eggs, and something that no one could figure out what it was and no one was willing to try it out. No tea bags until I asked, coffee machine didn't work, and the fruit salad looked like it was a couple of days old. 3rd stay there and I have never seen the restaurant open in the evening. Great rooms, but make sure you have the energy to go out or get ready to order in food. Total fail for a new hotel that should have been over its opening issues by now.

I have always had good luck with Best Western hotels and would always recommend them however this particular hotel fell way below my expectations. I chose this hotel because it was new and a new type of Best Western so I wanted to try is out. The check in process was good and Kimberly the front desk lady was awesome. After that though it went downhill. Yes being a new hotel it was nice and the rooms were nice too. My problem was with the overall service at the hotel especially the breakfast area. The hotel just seemed understaffed and I was constantly asking for things which should have been there like towels at the pool area. The breakfast selection was horrible. No cereal and there was only hard boiled eggs every day. Items were always empty and when you told the breakfast guy things were empty he just went back on his phone. I certainly wouldn't recommend this place for the breakfast. The location is a little out of the way of the other hotels by the airport in Calgary. I would not recommend this hotel but I will stay at other Best Western hotels in the future.

The hotel is very lovely and modern. The baby loved the water was display in the foyer, very calming.The staff were very helpful and accommodating for myself and the baby. The contenental breakfast was very good and they had lots of variety for the baby. We had a great stay.

My Husband, son and I stayed here over Christmas while in town to visit family. We were very excited to stay at this brand new hotel, however it turned into the worst hotel experience that I have ever had. Upon checking in, we went to drop our bags off in the room before leaving for the day. We found a grocery bag of garbage and used cutlery by the coffee machine. On our way out I stopped to let the front desk know and ask for someone to go clean it while we were gone. The front desk agent was apologetic and insured someone would deal with it. As I was speaking with her the managed was standing there and immediately started saying he was going to find out who cleaned that room and that it was their fault. We returned to the hotel that evening. The garbage was still on the counter and had not been dealt with. We called the front desk and they sent a housekeeper up who met us with attitude saying “ this is clean” as she grabbed the garbage and left. An hour or so later, when going to get into bed, we were absolutely horrified at what we found. The pillows had black hair all over them as well as brown smudges( makeup?). The sheets were also full of hair and were very clearly previously slept in. I took a bunch of pictures and went down to the front desk. Once again the desk agent was very apologetic. She offered to move us to another room but our baby was sleeping and I did not want to wake him. She brought me a new set up bedding so that I could change the bed myself. During this conversation I was told there was no manager on site but that I could discuss this with him the next day. A few minutes later the manager came to the desk..I explained to him how unhappy and disgusted I was and he once again immediately went to blaming his staff and saying he is going to find out who cleaned the room and deal with them. He was not at all pleasant to deal with and did not seem to be taking the situation seriously. I felt very bad for the front desk agent as she kept repeating that she was sorry it was her fault and seemed worried when the manager was around. She was very friendly and bubbly at first but barely spoke when we checked out two days later. This entire experience left me feeling that we could not trust anything in the hotel to be properly cleaned. After this we will not be returning to Best Western.

I was very pleased with this hotel, the price compared to the amenities was absolutely worthwhile. The fact that I paid less than $100 for a king suite with a near-fully operational kitchen in it - outstanding. The bed in the king suite was extremely comfortable as well by my standards. A few brief things to note to potential visitors: - No PPV (not necessarily a hotel standard anyways, but for anyone who enjoys a good movie rental during their over night stays - not an option here) - If you are planning on bringing your own entertainment (ie. Gaming consoles, DVD player, etc.) I would ask the front reception for a remote to the TV upon check in, as they do not have the option to switch between Inputs on the TV from what I could tell (this is also fairly standard for most hotels nowadays anyhow). The front desk staff weren't as pleasant as I was hoping for, I wouldn't consider it a deterrent but management should definitely take the attitude and demeanor of their staff into consideration. I've had worse - but I've also had better. Overall I would definitely stay at this location again and I am very impressed.

Stayed a night mid-week and the room amenities provided by the hotel were excellent. Besides a drafty noise from the hood fan we had a very comfortable stay, check-in was a good experience and parking/location was perfect for close to the airport. The breakfast was poor though. The oatmeal porridge did not look appealing, the bread and baked goods selection was slim and nothing looked particularly fresh. We didn't go away hungry but for such a lovely new hotel, the breakfast experience was left wanting.

Beautiful, new hotel! Accommodations were outstanding. I had a slight inconvenience and Emma at the front desk (along with the GM) went above and beyond to accommodate us. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and always smiling. I travel 40 weeks out of the year, and this was one of my best stays this year. People make the difference, and the team at this hotel, esp. Emma, make the difference. Also, the food was amazing. Breakfast is included, and exceeded my expectations! I also really enjoyed the lounge for dinner and a drink. Kudos to the chef!

This is a really nice, modern hotel. Great amenities, such as microwave, fridge, stovetop, and kitchen accessories. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast room looked nice, though I didn't have time to have the breakfast. Very nice pool, large enough to swim in, and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Came for leisure, had my wife check in early. That was taken care of perfectly, excellent front office. Wanted to adjust room to 1st floor, even spoke with front desk and confirmed we would have to wait for it. After waiting quite a few hours, came back to find they had sold the room, very disappointing Breakfast was okay, nothing to shout about. Spent 56 000 points on the room for 2 nights. Very disappointed in the quality of the stay. I've spent 24 000 points for 2 nights in a much better room, in a better location, with simply better amenities. Was very disappointed to stay here considering the price of the stay, simply was hoping would get more quality for money spent. While It's probably more accommodating to executive stays I can assuredly stay I'll be staying elsewhere in Calgary, especially considering most places are significantly less expensive.

Stayed for one night while passing through. Loved the modern décor and the room was beautiful. Nice king bed, amazing mattress, full kitchen (though we didn't use it), loved the backlit mirror in the bathroom. Everything is clean and new. Location was convenient for us off of the highway since we were heading through to the mountains. Quiet inside the rooms, never heard other guests and the hotel was busy. We used the hot tub but found the pool too chilly. Breakfast was a great spread! Best cut fruit selection at a BW I've seen and the latte/cappuccino machine is a nice touch. Very happy with our stay.

Nice new hotel. Friendly staff. Overall experience compared to other places right up there. Keep up great service. Breakfast array very good although 2 minor comments. The drink machine was out of order. The waffle maker not the best

This place is sparkling new and it shows. Everything is pristine, the towels are small but still fluffy and the bed is super-comfortable. Brilliant breakfast also included in a great price. Brilliant airport hotel.

This place is great! 5 minutes from the airport and dead quiet, not a plane could be heard. The staff was very helpful and the rooms very clean and comfortable. They are within walking distance of good food and shopping.

Stayed 1 night while traveling through town. An awesome hotel close to airport. Very new with all amenities. Terrific room with full kitchen and all amenities. Well lit parking lot. Quiet location. I will be staying here again especially for the price.

Brand new hotel - a few start-up issues. They are still getting their staff together, but otherwise excellent rooms, decor, service etc. Would definitely stay again. Each room has a kitchenette, so it is good for families.

The hotel is very comfortable. Big king-size beds. Quiet rooms. The personnel is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is just awesome !!! The desktop attendants are very profesional and kind, the same as the breakfast people.

Great new hotel. Rooms are beautiful and clean. All areas in the hotel were clean. Buffet was one of the best I've had, warm and tasty. The room was airy and clean. Staff were super! Lots of parking in a well lit parking area

This hotel is bright, vibrant and modern, everything you'd expect in a new property. The beds were ok, but lets be honest is there a bed out there that's as comfy as your own? The pillows are actually normal size and your head doesn't roll off. Before we came I called the hotel to see about gluten free options, and there gluten free protocol. The front desk checked with chef I was told there's many options for breakfast, lunch and supper. We got there late and I went to the restaurant to see what they had. The 2 guys there told me only 2 options. I asked about breakfast and was told buffet. When I explained cross contamination I got the impression they had no idea. Since nobody could give me a concrete answer I opted to not eat at this restaurant as I feared I would get cross contaminated. Clearly not safe for celiacs or allergies, but some of the rooms have kitchenettes. The front desk clearly needs more explaining as not everyone is on the same page. Overall was a ok stay.

Our room was large, clean, convenient and very comfortable in every way. With the kitchenette and well-laid out room it would be perfect for a longer stay. Staff were most helpful and pleasant. Breakfast was included and fantastic! Waffles, whipped cream, fresh berries, eggs, bacon, sausages, delicious potatoes, juices, all kinds of coffee . . . We were close to the airport, and to the Deerfoot - very handy. I highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful new hotel well situated near the Calgary airport and many amenities. The food is horrible from the miserly dinner portions ..at least they were overpriced..pfft.to the terrible overcooked and undercooked choices on the breakfast buffet line this hotel has a long way to go in earning our business back.

The hotel and our room were very nice! There was lots of parking. The room we had was big and had a full size fridge. The shower was a walk in and very nice. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. Check in and check out was quick as well.

New and modern hotel. Room was big and has kitchenette. Beds and pillows are comfy. Had a good stay. Kids enjoyed the pool. Housekeepers were friendly. Afternoon front desk wasn't friendly and accommodating. Never greeted and never smiled. Waited for her too long coz when we come in agent wasn't in the reception. Didn't offer express c/o. I even did the express c/i through the website but still had to do everything upon c/i which is I didn't like because what's the sense of doing the express c/i through the website? Anyway, the rest stay was great and everything was good. I still recommend this hotel.

We were so happy with our stay . Wonderful staff, the free breakfast was impressive as there was something there for everyone. The rooms were beautiful and the cost was great. This hotel was the best hotel we've ever stayed at , even for the low price. A beautiful hotel .Will be back for sure.

This was a very quiet hotel. Brand new rooms. Enjoyed the clean hot tub and pool area. Free parking and a great breakfast, bacon, sausage, eggs, pancakes, waffles, fruit, etc. etc. Close to airport. Would stay here again and again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The price was extremely reasonable, and it was the nicest Best Western room we have ever stayed in. The room was very clean and the bed was the most comfortable of a ten day/6 different hotel roadtrip. We wish our stay was longer because we wanted to try the exercise room. It was very nice. The breakfast was above average and included hot options. We especially enjoyed the fresh cut fruit--watermelon and berries. If we ever find ourselves in Calgary again, we'd definitely stay here.

It's less than 10min drive from Calgary's airport, rooms are super spacious, super clean, definitely highly recommended. My kids love the swimming pool and great breakfast. You are almost in highway 2, so you can hit the road easily home

Looking for a deal I stumbled onto this hotel and considering the price of approx. $100.00 it was a steal. Its about 10 mins for Calgary airport and a shuttle is provided. Since we came in off hours the shuttle service was not available and the hotel paid for our taxi. Its a brand new hotel and the decor was absolutely beautiful. Place was spotless and staff very very nice. Our room came with full kitchenette and there is a grocery store down the street. Its a bit off the beaten track but nice and quiet. Would be perfect for someone there for a bit on business. I;m sure once the word gets out it will be busier and the price will go up. But for now, book it while you can, you won't regret it! note: because it is new, the staff appeared to be diligent about the service provided. Hope they never loose that touch as it is always appreciated.

We enjoyed are stay here. Breakfast was good lots of options. Hotel was very clean and new. Would stay here again. Just an Fyi there is a stove top but no oven. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We didn't use the gym but it looked well stocked.

Love the location, the newness of this hotel. Beautiful front lobby. The staff needs training, especially on the front desk. Breakfast has quantity but NOT quantity. Enjoyed the king suite we were upgraded to. Internet was intermittent in the room.

Found this hotel on various website. Hotel is new, very clean, great staff and as a bonus, had an excellent free breakfast. Food was hot and tasty. Rooms are fairly big, modern and very clean. 5 stars and highly recommended. Close enough to the airport, but we did not hear any planes or even other guests during our stay.

I traveled from new york up all the way to Calgary I've stayed in 10 different hotels the best of all the hotels was Executive Residency by Best Western offering a kitchen were we could make our own food the staff service outstanding one staff member came to pick me up from the airport with his own private vehicle cant get better service

Stayed in September 2019. First impression was nice. When in lobby noticed a strong synthetic air freshener smell. Not needed considering the hotel is very new. When I finally got to my room, the temperature was very hot in the room. Looked at the thermostat in the room and it was at 49.8'C . Maybe a rude prank by the cleaning staff. Food was good but unable to bill food charges to Room. Room keys would constantly quit working and would need to the front desk to have them activated again. There was air freshener scent diffusers on every floor that were always pumping out stink. I have always been a loyal best western customer and have always had a good experience. The wifi internet does not work well in the rooms. At least not in my room. If you have allergies to synthetic air freshener fragrances this will Not be the hotel for you. The rooms are nicely equipped and bed was comfortable. Maybe the hotel just needs time to adapt as it was still new and had a lot of bugs to work out.

Although brand new hotel it was just an amazing stay. Decor and staff were great. Just had a problem with the air conditioning but should be taken care of. Breakfast was 6 out 10 for me. Overall, would definetley go back!! Close to airport so was perfectfor our needs.

a great swim in an exceptionally clean room and a great stay in an exceptional room with the best breakfast going. This hotel has a nice location with a nice walking area and amazing parking. The staff cares about the job they are doing and we benefitted.

What a beautiful hotel, the bed was comfy, the decor was great and the breakfast had so many options. There was tons of parking and the approach was well lit. I liked the many extras that were in the room and was surprised at the size of the fridge. I would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended & a must! The most outstanding, innovative, & impressive hotel I've ever stayed at. Magnificent original decor with exquisite avant-guard taste. Equipped with a heavenly bed & sublime pillows & everything you need to feel comfortable. Everyone from the staff, to housekeeping, to even the workers there we're extremely accommodating, most friendly, and always eager to help. A fantastic feeling of being at home and definitely not wanting to leave such splendid hotel.

This is a new hotel in Calgary near the airport and easy to get to from the TransCanada highway. It is very clean with spacious rooms, full sized fridge, modern cook top, dishes etc. It is close to several restaurants and a grocery store. Service is great, breakfast is mediocre but free.

The stay at an executive Residency by Best Western Calgary was great. The level of service provided by an executive chef Mr.Amit Paul was top-notch, the staff is friendly ( thank you to Jasper and Raymond) and eager to resolve any challenges presented. Rooms are quiet ( very well equipped) and facilities in excellent condition. It's a very nice thing to arrive in a different city and feel valued. Complimentary pick up and drop off service from the airport. Free parking and breakfast. All needs are taken care of. You made our first time at Calgary a memorable one! We really had an amazing stay at your hotel!

I stayed at this property for the first time, as it recently just opened. The property although is new, it was elegant, clean and charming all in one. The check in was quick and fast, my room request was met and did not disappoint upon my arrival into the quality of a room that i was expecting. It is very close to the Calgary airport but not in the flight path of air traffic why this hotel is my new favorite hotel because you can get a nice night sleep without the noise of car traffic and air traffic. Looking for a quiet, clean and business style hotel...look no further, this is the one, many restaurants are close by and even one on site with its own bar. My only regret is that i did not use the gym on site, perhaps next visit

First of all it was a good experience to try this hotel but three main problems which I would summerize them as below: Firstly noise from other rooms due to arrival of people from airport or maybe thin walls. I can not say which one was it. Secondly breakfast quality which has so much more space for improvement and during our stay with requests it changed a little toward better quality. And lastly the location which it is a little far from center of Calgary. Overal for 1 night or 2 it's a good choice but more I would say try somewhere better.

I recommend this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The kitchenette was perfect, well stocked for simple cooking. It was a very nice surprise. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

An excellent choice for a hotel in Calgary. The Chef has a very outgoing personality and, when asked, made informed suggestions for our dinner menu. In addition, he followed up to ask for feedback after our meal. Would definitely recommend this hotel for businnss or pleasure! A very enjoyable stay.

Wonderful staff, clean and very inviting, rooms are great with a kitchenette love the colors and the decor our second stay in a month will be returning again in the next month .the lounge , out door patio are very relaxing

This hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. The employees were very courteous. The manager was well versed in his role and he went out of his way to help us. He even checked on a road closure as we were leaving guiding us to an alternative route. The front desk staff extremely helpful and always asking if we needed help. I would recommend any one to stay at this hotel. The dinner at the restaurant was 5 star. The salmon was perfect. Beautiful pool. The housekeepers were always saying hello and asked if we need anything. Overall 5 star service.

room was clean and neat everything so clean even you can cook for yourself all appliaces was good enough to make anything just they forgot the soap and shampoo but since we ask they said the housekeeper forgot to fill out overall Awesome

Food was poor. Service is in the works. Staff need way more training. Found hair on my shower wall. Was given coffee by holding top of coffee cup top with his fingers where you drink from. Gross. Pool area dirty. Wet towel on floor. Floor dirty. Fruit left on window ledge. Hot tub was 95. felt like a luke warm bath. Told service but he said it was working correct. I own a hottub so guess I dont know what 101 feels like. Felt sand in bottom of pool and Hot tub. Check in took 20 minutes. Said she didnt know i had a dog. This was a cluster f&@$. Checked out then got a call four hours later asking if i had left the hotel and was going to check out

First time staying at this 3 week old hotel. Very nicely appointed 'Corporate stay' facility. Very nice front desk staff. Nice lounge and outdoor patio. Didn't get to use but checked out the pool, hot tub and fitness centre - all very nice and clean and fitness centre has a good selection of machines and free weights. Pool is wheelchair accessible. Common areas well appointed and clean. Very nice room with a king bed with excellent mattress and bedding. Room has everything needed for an extended stay including a good size fridge, hot plate, dishware etc. My only negative about this facility was the on site restaurant - included breakfast was just OK - the hot items were cold (with one more hour still remaining for service) but it did have a good selection of hot and cold items - eggs, bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, cereals, pancakes and make your own waffles etc. Had dinner the first night - wait staff needed to be 'found' and then the poor girl serving us just seemed lost as to what a server should be doing - no cutlery, salt, napkins until we asked for them and then a long wait to get them. Had to ask 3 times for the bill. I'd understand if it was busy but we were the only people there at the time. Having said that, the food (goat curry and the french dip) was very good if a little slow getting to us. I think with time and training the restaurant could be very good. Normally stay at the other end of town in am older Super 8 but got this for $99/night - this will be our new Calgary hotel.

Customer service was great.one of the better hotels we have stayed in while visiting Calgary.That said the hallways could use a little cleaning there was stuff on the floors 3 days including plates from room service. Have been waiting a few days for my $100 deposit to be returned to my credit card....

Stayed here for a few nights during the week, free breakfast provided was delicious, airport shuttle service to and from hotel was great and easy to use. We met the owner who was really friendly and made sure our stay was going well and asked if she could do anything for us. Great hotel, would recommend to friends and family.

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for the Country Thunder music festival and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel decor was way nicer in comparison to other Best Western's I've stayed at or even some higher end hotels. Beds were super comfy and tons of space in the bathroom which is super important for me when getting ready. Breakfast was included which was convenient and there is a shuttle bus for people coming/going to the airport which I didn't use as I had my car. The reason why I am giving 4/5 stars is because I feel the front staff could have been a bit more friendly but overall was a great experience. I travel back and fourth from Edmonton to Calgary and will definitely choose to stay here again.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel. It was extremely clean and the fact that it is basically brand new makes it that much better. Staff was helpful and accommodating to our needs which made our stay seamless. Great hotel!

I had the pleasure of staying at this residence for extended business travel and I highly recommend you do the same. The service staff and experience was truly unparalleled. With spacious bedrooms with all the essentials as well as the quick commute to downtown, cross iron mall, and excellent running paths I no longer will be staying in downtown as this provides adequate space and a sense of being at home while travelling. Minutes from the airport and the price can't be beat.. will be back soon!

Highly recommend this hotel. Loved the bed - very comfortable. Kitchenette and good sized fridge were quite handy with the kids. Very clean and excellent ambience. Walking distance to the local shops. Will definitely stay again!

The hotel has very welcoming staff, nice decor, large rooms, comfy beds and is very clean. Made me feel like I was at home. Would highly recommend for anyone travelling solo or with children. Excellent stay.

I usually dread having to stay in a hotel for an extended period of time when I'm travelling for work; however, this hotel was amazing! The staff were all so friendly, it almost felt as if I never left my house. It must be a newer hotel as my room was very modern. I enjoyed having a kitchen and stove as I get tired of eating out too much. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Calgay - It was truly a 5 star experience.
